I would not hesitate to use this service again. It was easy to access and quick to respond. It is a good place to go if you need answers about USPS. Very friendly and courteous. Answers your questions quickly. The only thing I don't like is you need to pay them a fee monthly, which I didn't need. All I wanted was a quick answer to one question, which I got, then I cancelled my subscription.

The problem started suddenly after years of use with this photo scanner. I really did not want to replace the machine, as every other function works beautifully. After an hour's wait to find the right Just Answer expert I was connected with Priscila who worked me, step by step, through problem-solving and then the installation of a new program. Not only am I back in business, I was provided with a summary sheet of instructions. I am very impressed with this service; thank you!

This company is 100% a fraudulent scam. Anyone leaving a positive review is probably either a bot or paid. I made a one-time $5 charge to ask a vet question. I never read or agreed to any subscription. I never received an email from them, a log in or account number, nothing. The following month I got a $29 charge to my account. I called and canceled. Next month that account was charged again along with my business account, a card in which I NEVER provided them and I certainly didn’t sign up for a second account.
I was very clear I never wanted an account with them to begin with. I’ve spent the past 5 months getting fraudulent charges from them, calling and getting refunded and assured it won’t happen again. I have documentation of all the confirmed cancellations and the continued charges to my bank. Beyond outrageous, they can get away with this! I am not alone. After researching and looking them up on BBB, they have a huge number of complaints and being sued over same issue!

I installed a newer display in my instrument panel. Needed assistance with why my multi display would not work. Problem solved quickly and professionally. The only issue I had I did not know that there is a monthly membership fee of $42. I never saw this prior to signing up. Could be my error but very disappointing.

Our house cleaners activated the child lock on our Kenmore oven and we had no idea how to remedy the situation. We had tried unplugging it and turning the power off, with no luck. We even left the power off overnight. The oven door was locked and none of the controls would respond. Just Answer gave us the solution quickly and it was an easy fix. Thanks!!

Answered all my questions. Unfortunately I need to find an employment attorney in my state. I also want to cancel my 7 day trial. She was very knowledgeable and understanding. I would have like to be referred to an attorney in my area rather than just answering questions. I would still refer to a friend however a $60 monthly fee is too much.

Do not use this website for anything. They are completely deceptive and charge you a monthly fee of 55 dollars and put in fine print it is actually a monthly membership. They take advantage of seniors who cannot afford this thinking they are just being charged once. They are a scam organization and will steal you blind.

The reset button on the integrated Tumi lock on my suitcase could not be pressed, so ultimately I could not reset the combination or open the suitcase. Charles took me through all the possible troubleshooting steps and I was able to resolve my issue. I had given up and was planning to return it where I had purchased it. Just Answer was able to connect me to the right person for the job.

I had a question about a weed whacker that wouldn't run properly. JustAnswer popped up on my browser and said that I could join their service for $5. So, I gave him my credit card number and after they've deferred me to a manufacturer "expert", I waited over 2 hours for a text reply. I commented that the wait was unacceptable and left the site. They did reply to my email saying they had an answer, but just recommended I replace the whole carburetor on my weed whacker and billed me $55.

Technician was professional, polite, patient and a good listener. He solved problem quickly. I received note results of dna test were available, but I could not find the results. The technician found results and sent them to my email. Although I have a hearing impairment, he spoke clearly so I could hear him ok.

The vet assured us she was not over dosed and the dosage was correct for her weight. The vet said it should wear off in 10-12 hours and she should start coming out of it. She did. I contacted our local vet this morning and they made a note in the chart, that those meds hit her hard to adjust dosage or a different med when she comes in for nail trim and anal gland to be expressed next month. Our Bassett hound is 12 yrs old and never really had to take much medicine her whole life. They recommended taking the meds 2 hrs before her appointments to calm her nerves. She had only had the medicine for the first time last month and in guest dose I only gave her 1 ** and 1 ** since I didn’t have 2 hrs to give it before the app. This visit I gave full dose 2 ** and 1 **. I guess that was just too much for our girl, she is better today, but still a little sleepy. Thanks!

I was called out to look at a recliner chair issue and as soon as I turned the chair over I noticed two wires had come off of the soldered connection on the connection board. Question was which wire (black or white) went onto which terminal. Tim G was able to send me wiring docs that outlined the black, or load wire, needs to be in terminal AC1. Problem fixed. Chair functions flawlessly now. Seems as though there was insufficient length in that connector and the wires ripped themselves out.

I couldn’t update my security suite antivirus database. Could not uninstall the security suite using windows. I was finally able to uninstall all F – secure products and reinstall the security suite. I had to retype the issue multiple times to multiple technical representative experts. Would have been much easier to discuss over the phone once rather than multiple times over chat messages. Unfortunately, this took over a month to get resolved.

I presented him with a real tricky, and obscure issue. Pulled wires out of a connector and needed to know which color went to which pin. He tried his best, however, the GM (GMC) documentation he had access to was somewhat vague, inaccurate. It seems GM likes to change wire colors in different parts of their harnesses. In total frustration, I ended up buying new tailgate camera/harness. Thank you Chris for the nearly 4-5 hrs of research.

For the cost of a latte, I was able to have a thorough consultation with a compassionate, knowledgeable professional REAL vet! I was so upset that my dog was in pain, and frustrated because we had to wait to have him seen until our own vet's office opened in the morning. Lucky for me, and my beloved dog, all my questions were answered, and we got exactly what we needed to take care of his pain. The machine was moved for new floor. When reposition back in place, the water wasn’t filling the machine. Contractor returned and turned the water on, tightened up a few connection and now it’s working properly. It appears to have been human error, however it was reassuring to have assistance with the LG professional. He was great.

My TV was freezing and I've lost a major TV channel I wasn't able to find. I was given good instructions that were easy to follow. So far my system is doing well! It's frozen a few times but only for a few seconds at a time. And, I've found the TV channel I had lost. I don't like how the channels keep on changing numbers! The channel I lost has gone from the 400's to 1600's!

Gave solid answers that I will use such as doing a neurocognitive test to see where I’m at memory wise. I had been afraid to take that test but I was assured it was just a marker to compare progression of memory loss. Also other suggestions included things I am already doing like sleep, diet, protein, hydration, and exercise. Socialization and weight lifting may be increased. I will also check my intake of B12, Magnesium and Vitamin D.

Quickly called back and went over my troubles with my rear camera on my car. He instructed me how to remove panels to get to the camera and talked over what may be the problem. We decided I would replace the camera since my nearest dealer was 130 miles distant and the cost would be better to try a camera, if I can get a lower cost one.

Was working with an appraiser for second time today - was great; all of a sudden got notice that my membership was canceled and no idea why. Went online chat with a customer service rep who eventually told me that I requested the cancellation and I didn’t - asked her how that happened. I received no reply, and then asked can that please be reversed because I had no intention of canceling, I like the service and was just in the middle of something, and the next thing I know I got a notice that the chat was canceled. So then I called the number and spoke to another rep who did not know the reason for the cancellation and said I would get a call back in 24 to 48 hours.

I needed assistance with re-pairing the Roku remote with my tv so I could adjust the volume and turn the tv off/on. Unfortunately my preferred form of communication is the phone but for whatever reason the calls did not connect. (This needs to be corrected as there may be reason a person prefers a phone call to using their keyboard to communicate.) So we were forced to communicate through a chat. What was difficult was not knowing if the tech was still there. Yes there were bubbles but....perhaps letting the client know that it may take a few minutes to communicate the response. Especially if they are having to look at the possible options before communicating them, While the option I was given did correct the situation, communicating the possible wait for that response in my opinion is a must!

Found my car with a dead battery in my garage. For absolutely no reason that I could tell. As it turns out, because my trunk door did not fully close. The circuit stayed open all night and drained the battery.. By understanding the cause I was then able to just get a jump start and move on as opposed to being possibly, given some other story in an emergency situation. That would cause me to spend money needlessly..
Unfortunately, I do not like the idea that the $5 I was charged for the phone call, ended up to be a subscription fee... Luckily, I noticed the email and was able to cancel it immediately. Otherwise, I would have unknowingly been charged forty five dollars a month for a monthly service. That was deceptive!!!! Perhaps if you would have offered it independent of the $5 phone call as a choice. It might be something I would consider, but not the way it was done.

My dog developed murky unfocused swollen eye. My vet office was closed, so I reached out the online service my vet’s website had. Starter problems on my Harley and you should wait for rating the tech because it was too soon to know if he helped or not when I was asked to give him a rating. He did the best he could with the particular problem. It's not something I have ever seen in 40 yrs so if I could rate him after the fact I would give him a 5 star rating because he calmed me down and made me think about a few things to try. I don't know if anyone could have honestly answered the question at hand because it is not a common issue. But I'm still working on the project. Just looking for some more parts to eliminate any doubt. But rate at the end of the call and not so early in the call because they are not always going to be able to help in the first words. Our Hyundai Ioniq5 is less than two years old, and the 12V battery died. It was after normal business hours, and my husband was hoping to drive it. The technician who answered, Judah, was extremely knowledgeable and clear. We learned how to jump-start the car, how best to recharge the battery, and that this was a common issue due to a problem with 12V charging from the main battery, due to ICCU software issues. Then, when ice was not being made after the filter change, I had to be told how to “restart” the icemaker…and was told it takes 2 to 3 days for ice to appear in the ice tray. There was a Technical Service Bulletin that identified a water intrusion and corrosion problem around the shark fin antennae on Nissan Altimas after model year 2010. Next week I will present myself to the board and teach them the new 720 laws that regard the respect that the board must have towards the veterans with disabilities or anyone with special needs. Actually, I am also working with a family with an autistic child who needs special adaptations to the bylaws. This HOA as well as many others have treated the homeowners harshly and illegally. My board member has even hired an incompetent lawyer who was extremely disrespectful towards me and my needs that really didn't cost the HOA anything and added value to the property. I think that the lawyer should be disbarred but of course that is beyond my duty. It is difficult to upkeep with so many laws and Mr. **, after being told about the law that was going to be in effect, looked it up. As a teacher, always a teacher, my job is to teach. When a family members life was in jeopardy called without verifying. They charged me for membership. Then when I got the medical question answer I told my wife(a nurse) and she said that didn't make sense. So she called and they charged her as well. Now two months later I'm still paying and they said that's policy and hung up on me.

Everything should be fine now. Nick informed me that I needed to test my printer and that it should perform normally. I have updated my payment information as my previous credit card was compromised. I had tried several times to add another computer to my Microsoft account without success. I decided to check for online assistance. The technician had me check several settings on my computer and walked me through several steps. Kelly was excellent in his appraisal and answers, but I re-washed some golf shorts that had been wrinkled in a first wash and the wrinkles were still there. Maybe they have been set and won't change, but the damage has been done. My old Whirlpool W/D didn't create this problem with the same garments. I asked Kelly to send me the descriptions of all the cycles as IT WAS NOT IN THE ORIGINAL DOCS WITH THE MACHINE. He was very professional and helpful. I feel LG has a communication issue with their W/D's.

Overall this was a great experience. I didn't really think I was going to get the answers that I was looking for but after going ahead and going for it and talking to an attorney I feel that I have a potential case and I feel very comfortable now going ahead and going forward and pursuing it versus before I didn't feel comfortable because I was told that I really just didn't have a case by other attorneys so thank you so much Just answer. Fantastic service!! Randall was very, very helpful in not only giving suggested reason why RV had water flowing from under the walls in shower area. He also gave instructions on what to look for ie., loose seals on pipe. Rather than ripping out the belly to look for the leak (almost) open a little area and check the piping! It appears that the package was left at the wrong address. First tracking number had right address but local tracking number had wrong address. Went to local post office and they told me the name of the people who live at the address that the package was delivered to. They replied that a package was not delivered at all.

My problem was diagnosed and solved. I was given a list of procedures to follow. I was also emailed a video on how to remove the battery. After performing all the procedures it was determined that I needed a new battery. I was given a recommendation where to purchase the new battery. Great service and promptness! It suddenly lost its connectivity. Tried correcting it on my own with Canon's videos but the correction did not include my situation. I eventually messaged your Bot and it in turn conveyed me to a real person by phone. I convinced RaashidS that bringing into my MacOS was the expedient way to resolve the Wi-Fi connection between printer and computer. After Restarting the computer - he was able to go back into Preferences and re-allign the two and regain printing capacity.

I have no complaints about Austin but I do have a complaint that I got charged 33$ when should only been 5$ that 33$ is not included with the tip I gave Austin so I got charged for his tip plus 33$ more. Had issue which Randy quickly identified and rectified. That involved the manipulation of switches which were unknown to me prior my interaction. He was patient which I am sure is difficult given the situation. I was impressed by his knowledge of the system and abilities to help navigate the issue to a successful conclusion. Even with limitations getting photographs back and forth due to connectivity issues problem was rectified.

I was told a $5.00 refundable fee would occur. Now my credit card is being charged $55.00 more than once! What is going on? I want this cleared up asap. The “help” kept getting passed off to someone else. It was a simple inquiry. I had to look elsewhere for assistance and go the issue resold.

I explain that I purchased a new fan, new auger motor, igniter stick. Gave him the error code L01. He said that I need to purchase a new control board. My model is PB1000XLW1. Was able to explain how to remove the control board. Also recommend that I purchase a new RTD sensor probe. Control board and RTD sensor probe was the only items I did not change.

The doctor explained my results like if he was my private physician with concern, dignity, and respect, my physician did not explain it to me the way it should’ve been explained provoking me to research certain things on my results that I’ve never seen before. Like a good detective, he went through a number of possibilities, finally settling on doing a re-scan of the TV to update the channels received, but I need to replace the missing remote.
