WARNING - Just Answer automatically generates a monthly service fee for asking a question. I missed that this company started charging my credit card monthly and did not receive a full refund for those subsequent charges. Also Just Answer's technical expert did not adequately respond to my initial question. I do not recommend this company.

The doctor I talked to was wonderful. Well mannered and kept me calm and talk to me for at least two hours on and off to check on my condition and I would give the doctor a 10 out of 10. Very concerned about what was going on and told me what to look out for and everything came out all right in the end and it worked out great! I think Personally, the doctor calmed me down and kept In contact with me during my emergency medical issue!!!

ANNA ** was helpful and kept in touch. I believe the issues of deleting the charge for Dropbox which I no longer need was completed and resolved, BUT I can't confirm until I see the charge removed from my PayPal account. She was very helpful. Provided clear directions.

I have nothing to say for now. It was a great conversation with the attorney. I appreciate your much help in the situation. I'd recommend those in trouble like I was to get help with these issues. There's a lot in life we deal with and need help from those in this profession. Thanks again.

Wonderful experience and quick turnaround from Dr. **. I was concerned about something my dog did and needed quick insight without spending the money at my regular vet. For $40 I was able to have my question answered and peace of mind. Will be using this service again if necessary (hopefully not)!

Today I had a follow up consultation with the same vet that I consulted with yesterday to report new developments in my case and to provide feedback that I hoped might assist him with providing others experiencing similar problems with help going forward. He was receptive to and appreciative for the feedback and gave me some helpful information that I can use to improve the ongoing quality of my bird's life. I am very thankful.

The doctor was very straightforward and got to the point. Informed me of what to monitor, and for how long. Was very calm during the whole conversation which kept me at eased. The doctor was very informative of the whole situation. They still do follow up calls after the informal call.

I was needing immediate veterinary assistance….I received it within a few minutes!! I was given clear instructions on what to do, what to watch out for and gave me hope to rest little easier. I definitely will come back here for more veterinary help if needed!!

The problem that I had was the inability to print documents in color from my new HP Envy Inspire 7200 series printer. That problem has been resolved. The technician led me through the steps required to fix the problem. I am now happily able to print my Microsoft word documents in color.

I was having trouble putting my starter back on and hooking up some wires that I had forgot where they went and your mechanic was very helpful and he was very patient with me because I am not a mechanic by any means at all. There is still a couple things that be hooked up but it got late and I’ll do that tomorrow.

The vet was extremely friendly. Gave me very educated advice, I ended up taking my sick puppy into an emergency veterinarian hospital just to find out that she somehow ingested cannabis and that’s why she was acting sick. I didn’t need to take her to the vet., the online vet told me to watch her overnight and had I listen to his advice I wouldn’t have had to pay so much money at the vet, but I just wanted to be sure that she was gonna be OK. So I took her to the vet and they confirmed what the online vet had already said. I recommend this app to anybody that is low income and cannot afford to take their animals to the vet and need alternative methods of treatment.

They have answered all of my questions, in a timely manner. They have given my questions a lot of thought and attention to the subject matter. In addition, to answering my questions; they also had questions for me to answer, that further clarified the situation! I have been asking them about receiving money from an unknown source, as a gift. Then, being asked for a payment to be made through Cash App for IRS fees. They were getting as much information, before they connected me to an expert, in that type of case. My case was given to an expert, who instructed me how to proceed.

Had a hard time getting channels but learned a new lesson on how to fix it. Next time I will be able to solve my problem. Technician seemed pleasant and was easy to work with. Not a bad experience I can say for sure. Just glad it was a person and not AI.

It was a frustrating experience to get to a chatbot on the website. The lady on the chatbot was very good and very helpful. She understood what I was asking and was very quick to get a technical to call me back. I was very very surprised to have to sign up for some monthly subscription to get an answer to my question. I’m on a fixed income and this charge is something I can’t afford. I’m not sure what type of a it is.

He was very thorough, transparent, and I appreciate him not sugar coating anything. Very ethical. He took the time to not only actively listen but to provide thorough answers to all of my questions. He also took the time to go through scenarios and not rush through them, and checked to make sure I fully understood what he was explaining.

Started with Chat & provided them with all the details of the order which I never recieved. Tech support researched everything & called me back to let me know I was scammed & to contact my bank to cancel my account. They were very quick in getting back to me.

This operates more like a scam than a helpful search engine. I had a question about an upload on itunes and was referred to their customer service number. It initially asked for a $5 charge and that an agent would be with me shortly once the credit card went through. Multiple chat boxes later after I was informed an agent would be with me; nobody ever called. AND I found out that a $53 dollar charge was posted to my CC for a "membership". I called my CC company and disputed the charge and I called JustAnswer to dispute the charge. To their credit they cancelled my "membership" and said they deleted the charge... We'll see if it happens but stay away from this site. I believe they are scam artists; a very disingenuous website. Stay away!

I was skeptical at first about the technical help I could receive, but Tim (plumber) gave me a complete diagnosis of the problem and how to fix it. It was easy from start to finish, and the charge was far less than it would cost for an in-house plumber. Thanks, JustAnswer.

Excellent service. I had a long time problem with Coinbase but with a few minutes chat with JustAnswer service, I got my answer. I did not realize that Coinbase is geographically specific to the country where you initiated your login. I was able to switch from Canada to the great USA.

I had a problem in interpreting the very poorly written manual for our garage chest freezer (Frigidaire) to make sure the temperature was correctly set after we had defrosted it and turned it back on. He explained the 'Freeze Boost', the best temp for the freezer, and how the unit locks the temp control, which had to be reset. The lock was not unlocking properly, so he had me unplug the unit again, which did the trick. We have a lot of meat in the freezer, so this was important to me. Matthew was very patient and methodical, which I appreciated!

The tech was able to quickly diagnose the problem and walked me through the process and it was successful! Thank you! After a few quick questions he restarted my computer and immediately my printer was working again. Phew! I thought I was going to have to buy a new printer. Thank you Mr. **!

I want a refund. This is a scam. I was led to believe that I would be charged a one time $5 fee for a consultation. I did the consultation on April 28th. I just noticed a random charge on my account today under a totally different name “Askalawyeroncall.com”. Upon further investigation, I noticed that they had been charging me $46/month going all the way back to May. I was only able to make the connection that the charge was from JustAnswer because I tracked the charges and remembered that I did a consultation with JustAnswer around that time. They charged my account on a different date every month.

I was very pleased with my online vet, she was very helpful. I would recommend Just Answer to anyone who can't get to vet right away. It is hard to get to an equine vet when you need one right now. I wouldn't of thought it was that major to bring her to a vet. Thank you, my horses mean everything to me, especially if you raised them from babies.

Chris was very thorough and helpful with suggestions from his experience and supporting documentation. The documentation plus his willingness to stay available through more than a week of work between other projects helped me through the various problems I ran into while executing the many steps required for this project.

Pearl answered my text right away. Connected me with Josh within 5 minutes as stated. And Josh stayed online till issue was resolved. And have other suggestions for future. I think the $2 was worth it for the amount of time spent. Writing this review is taking longer. Haha.

Amrijt ** helped me yesterday and today. After spending approximately 8 hours trying to fix my problem it remained unsolvable due to my incompetence. He was very patient and walked me through all the steps, however, I could not find the printer after I had removed the wifi instructons and was unable to reinstall the network connection. I could not find the places or the icons needed to help me. I will now try to get HP to help me solve the problem.

I contacted your business because I had a disturbing dream. My first encounter was with a machine and or AI. I realize in the times we live in that our technology is apart of our everyday lives. However, After providing AI with answers to the initial questions and describing my dream, providing my credit card number and ready the information about the true charges of $55.00 monthly and my credit card would be kept for automatic payments, I was not pleased and thought another online scam. My attorney was incredibly helpful, gave me hope, used terminology I could understand and use to move forward, and very possibly changed lives for the better. Trying to get guardianship/custody of a teenager with a significant trauma/abuse history; current guardian is homeless and moving from motel to motel, has a history of abusing her sons, child hasn’t had her meds in months, but DCS sees no apparent issues with her and promise to oppose the transfer in court. When it is am and the nearest emergency vet is over an hour away -- you hop online and search for help. When this website came up, I was skeptical ... but desperate! I mean I use online help for Dr's, Internet, other companies, etc. -- so when I needed to "talk" to someone about my dog coughing up phlegm that looked pink and I was concerned about blood, they answered RIGHT AWAY!! They followed up, multiple times! Was worth every penny of the $ spent at 3 am instead of driving over an hour for 400 plus bill and hours of lost sleep.

In my first two days of using JustAnswer I've used it twice with very positive results.. I couldn't be more satisfied with the aid and advice. I went from pet questions to one of your veterinarian's to vehicle questions to one of your automotive techs both of whom were professional and pleasant.

I needed some specific guidelines for a pup with an upset stomach. Answer was prompt and precise. I've been down this road before but it was late at night and I couldn't find my directions. So I asked here and found what I needed. So glad I remembered Just Answer.

I was concerned about being penalized by the IRS for withdrawing monies from my savings account for a down payment on a new home. If I could give them zero stars, I would. When I first chatted with them, they clearly told me it was just a one-time $5 payment — I even have a screenshot of that conversation. As soon as I entered my card information, they immediately charged me $65 plus $5. I messaged them right away to ask what the $65 charge was for, but never received a reply. Later, I tried to dispute it, but wasn’t successful. Then, the following month, I discovered another $65 charge. That’s when I realized they had signed me up for a subscription — something they never mentioned in chat or anywhere on their website.

I can't say enough about the service this gentleman provided. He was so patient with my attempts to follow his directions, and, when all else failed, he spoke with my wife to get everything straightened out. You are lucky to have him. He is truly an asset. Thanks again.

I was led to believe that it would be a one time $5 fee. After contact I got a charge of $50 and advised by Pay Pal that I had signed up for a monthly subscription. It was very difficult to find out how to cancel my "subscription", but was able to do so. I want a refund for $45 dollars as I was led to believe it would be a $5 charge. I know JustAnswer will cite the fine print and deny my claim. What a scam.

I’m so very grateful for this service. The Doctor/pharmacist? Was thorough, considerate, calmed my fears and equipped me with information to handle my situation wisely. I accidentally took my nighttime insulin dose twice and needed to know what to expect and how to prepare for the low blood sugar this could cause since I have never made this mistake before. The availability of this service in the night is a godsend and I will be spreading the word about the professionalism and accurate information provided.

Our tech was very helpful, made sure we went through all of the steps to correct problem before determining it was the circuit board and a warranty issue. It was recommended we need to contact the manufacturer. That will be our next step in the morning.
