    I ordered a teddy bear and balloons for my granddaughter to be delivered same day (paid $11.99 for this service) as she had surgery. Never have been delivered and it is now 4/27/19 @5:00PM. I spoke to a man on Thursday who said they could not find a florist to deliver them as the address was too remote. IT IS NOT A REMOTE ADDRESS. Emails kept arriving saying order is delayed.

    Today I spoke to Ann. I asked her where I had just called. She could not tell me where she was and became flustered. Eventually, she said she was in California. When I asked her when they would be delivered, she put me on hold for 5 minutes. She came back to tell me the order would arrive today. I then asked for the $10.00 refund (that is listed on their website), since I did not get the same day order. Again placed on hold. She returned to say I would get the refund in 4 days. I highly doubt that I will ever see that refund as my granddaughter has not received her teddy bear and balloons 4 days later. I used Paypal and have notified them, also. the order was over $65.00. If I could give a 0 star, I would. Never again.

    My boss ordered flowers for me for Administrative Prof'l Day. He paid extra in order for them to arrive before noon on April 24. Noon came and went. He called at 4 o'clock to check status. They assured him they would be delivered. Keep in mind this is well past noon and approaching end of business day. At 5 o'clock, no flowers. When he called, they said they were delivered. They may have been delivered to someone somewhere but not at our office. They refused to be apologetic or helpful. Not good business.

    I placed two orders on a Tuesday with this company for my father's funeral with an expected delivery date of Friday. The location of the funeral is very remote so I called on Wednesday morning to cancel my order. I talked with a representative and they said the credit department would call me back and nothing. I followed up again on Thursday and was told the credit department had to call me back. I refused this answer since I needed the order cancelled immediately and no one is calling me back.

    After waiting a length of period on hold the representative said the order had been cancelled and the accounting department would be calling me. Today is Tuesday and no one has contact me so I reach out again to get my $225.94 refunded to me. I contacted Just Flowers and was put through to the accounting/credit department but was given the runaround and had to be transferred to the manager so they placed me on hold for 28 minutes cause I refused to have them tell me someone is going to call me back.

    I work in the service department of a large company and by far Just Flowers is the worst experience anyone could encounter. I've read their cancellation policy and currently they are breaking the law if they do not refund me. Unfortunately, if this company keeps giving me the runaround I will need to get legal counsel make sure the following departments are notified of what is going on with this business and how they are treating consumers. "Federal Trade Commission, State Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and local consumer protection Agency." As of now I am in a holding position for a return call and will be updating upon the outcome of my refund.

    Worst experience ever!!!! If I could rate negative stars I would! Ordered Birthday flowers for my mother out of state and paid for expedited delivery... didn't happen?!?! And to boot when they were delivered later that day they were left at wrong house and no delivery confirmation email like customer service said would happen. If not for the kind gentleman, who took it upon himself and used his own personal vehicle to deliver the flowers to correct address, my mother would have never received them!

    Customer service is a joke - they leave you on hold or ignore whichever suits them and they always try and play the blame game. Even spoke with supposedly Region, Area manager?? And she had gull to say "Well she did receive the flowers didn't she?"... Ummm yeah but not because of the service I paid for!!! Complete lack of integrity within this company and it shows from management down. I wish I would have read all these other horror stories before I did business with them. Never use this company!!! And make sure to pass that info to anyone looking for online flower shopping.

    I ordered a flower arrangement via JustFlowers for a friend to be delivered on April 20 for Easter. On Monday April 21 I received a call requesting an additional $15.00 to cover delivery cost added on by florist. I was instructed to call JustFlowers to authorize the additional cost to be debited to my credit card on file. I called them back to question the charge and asked what florist did the order. They said they couldn't give me that information. I was also questioning why the delivery was done on Monday and not Saturday. I specifically requested Saturday delivery for Easter. When asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold for over 30 minutes on two subsequent calls.

    I called my bank to dispute the order. I called my friend to get the name of the florist. I called the florist and they told me their delivery charge was $10.00 and total order came to $50.00. I paid $52.47. Florist sent me copy of invoice and the order actually came to them via FTD and it was received on Monday morning. I sent email to JustFlowers disputing the $15.00 additional charge and stated I would not pay it. They adjusted it off. Then there was the issue with the untimely delivery. Rep stated it is on the order agreement and I should have read it. Basically it excuses them from promising a delivery on your requested date. I said I was still disputing it because of their trying to scam me out of additional money for the delivery. DON'T use this company for your floral needs. Find a florist in the location you need and place the order directly with them. This company is just out to scam you.

    I made a purchase on this site prior to reading the reviews. I wanted to send flowers for a funeral that was out-of-state. Immediately after purchasing the flowers (within 2 minutes) I realized that the funeral home could not receive the flowers. I called to cancel the order and then got bounced around because there was no manager available to "approve" the cancellation. It's been 3 hours and I still haven't confirmed the cancellation of the order. Buyer Beware... This has the appearance of a large well run organization, but that's not at all what you are dealing with. It's a very small operation with apparently only two people that can verify anything. I'm very disappointed and would leave no stars if I could.

    Flowers were for a funeral out-of-state, and specific colors were requested for the family's floral arrangements (specifically pink, with yellow and blue.) I searched for 2 hours online to find a pink, yellow, and blue arrangement. I included a note stating, "PLEASE no substitutions w/o calling me 1st for my approval... color is very important." I received no call - yet flowers came in different colors. Also, I upgraded to the premium version, and instead of more flowers, I got a bunch of leaves, (and there were no leaves in the original photo online). When I notified JustFlowers.com, I was offered a $5 discount. I said - not enough.

    Over the next few days, I had a dozen phone calls with them - They just kept repeating that the arrangement was "filled to value", and there was nothing more they could/would do. Never would they acknowledge that I requested a phone call if substitutions were to be made. For example, they replaced the light pink flowers with dark burgundy ones. Had the pink daisies not been available, I would have understood, and accepted pink carnations, or pink ANYTHING over a dark burgundy flower. I just needed a phone call. It's the principle of the thing - and simply not fair that I should pay full-price for something that looked nothing like what I ordered.

    I understand substitutions will often times be necessary, but THIS IS WHY I asked for a phone call to discuss my options with the specific florist filling my order. My including that note should be clear enough to say that my contractual agreement with this order is limited to my approval before changing without asking. I had specific needs to fill. Customer service did nothing. I said, "Look, I'm not asking for a full refund. I'll accept 50% off. That's what the other sites offer." They then offered me $10 off. I personally believe I deserved more. I will never order from the website again.

    I order flowers for my Mom on her birthday. The day before the delivery was to happen she had to go into the hospital unexpectedly. I called the florist and changed the delivery to a later date. Three days later she returned home to no flowers. Several calls and e-mails later I was told, 'we called her and she said leave them on the porch, so we did.' Several problems here, no one called and she has no porch her home. We checked the e-mail, her caller ID and mine, not a single call. Since then it has been a nightmare of calls and e-mails to be told constantly 'we are researching this' or 'we need to talk to the florist'. Now, 9 days after her birthday and 7 days after she returned from the hospital, we have no money and are out $50! Please do yourself a favor and don't order from these scam artists!

    I ordered the most expensive (premium) bouquet for my daughter's birthday. She received an ugly, sparse and dying bouquet. The delivery person dropped them in front of the house in the sun, not on the porch. She is an amputee and when she heard a knock and made it to the door, no one was there. She checked throughout the day for flowers on her porch. Finally a friend stopped by and saw them in front of her house. By then, they had been in the sun 4 + hours and the sparse, ugly bouquet was wilted and flowers open. After many calls to them and getting disconnected nearly 10 times when a person came on the line, I called again today only to be told that she received what I ordered. Their supposed 100% money back guarantee is a sham.

    On 3/8/2019, I ordered a pretty flower bouquet in a small basket for my sister-in-law. During the check out process, I saw an offer to add an item (teddy bear, balloons etc.) I chose one "Get Well" balloon (she had surgery). Including the flowers 1 balloon, taxes, handling charges, I paid approximately $62.00. I requested that they be delivered to her home on Monday 3/11/19. The florist delivered a bunch of balloons, but, NO flowers. I first called the local florist who said that was the order she received from JustFlowers. I then called JustFlowers who was able to correctly identify my order when I gave the Order #. The lady obtained my name and personal cell number and said she would research it and call me back. The return call resulted in the determination there was "a glitch" somewhere.

    The plan was that on Tuesday, 3/12/219, the balloons would be exchanged for the intended flower bouquet by the florist delivery person. My sister in law was informed to expect someone to exchange the balloons for the flowers (???) why not allow her to keep both? But, whatever. Around 12:30pm EST (they are apparently in Los Angeles), I received another phone call from JustFlowers. The plan now was the florist said they delivered a nice bunch of balloons, so I assume the florist was finished (fulfilled the order she received), and I was offered a $10.00 refund. I expressed dissatisfaction, I ordered flowers, paid for flowers, and expected flowers would be delivered.

    I was then informed that the florist would charge me $30.00 for the flowers, I suggested JustFlowers should pay the charge. "What are we going to do to rectify this situation"? If needed, I would call the Better Business Bureau. The young lady said she would check on it and return my call. Around 1:30pm EST, I was then offered a $15.00 refunded on my debit card and a coupon for a "future order"...are you kidding me?? I declined the offer and expressed disbelief that a business would not honor an order and basically refuse to satisfy a customer. I have completed a formal complaint with the Los Angeles local BBB. I would be satisfied with the flowers I ordered being delivered by JustFlowers. Unfortunately, I am not holding my breath. I WOULD NOT JustFlowers!! Terrible customer service!

I ordered the fashionista chic arrangement and got the Sears Toughskins special...not even close. They were not very empathetic in resolving the matter either.     I ordered an arrangement from JustFlowers.com to be sent to my best friend's father who just lost his wife. I picked out a robust looking, clean and modern looking blue hydrangea floral arrangement to be delivered. The wrong arrangement was sent. It was a few cheap looking white flowers in a vase I would have never picked out. For three days now, there has been many back and forth emails and phone calls with JustFlowers.com (and they in turn have been in touch with the local florist who was responsible for this incorrect arrangement). Surprise surprise...there has been no resolution. This has been the worst customer service experience and I will NEVER order from them again. And I will warn my friends never to order from them.

    I have never maid a purchase with JustFlowers.com. For over three years, I receive almost daily emails from them for their marketing. I have clicked on the "unsubscribe" button a "bazzillion" times (okay that's dramatic). I've sent repeated requests for them to make it stop and remove me from their mailing list. But here we are, almost 4 years later and it's still happening. SO FRUSTRATING! I know I can just keep hitting the delete button, but they are a PEST! I had to enter my email to them in order to start the chat. Funny how we conveniently got cut off only at her end, but it would not allow me to respond to her. I think SHE cut me off. WOW!

    I ordered flowers to be delivered for a birthday. I paid $54.44 for a bouquet that pictured at least 20 flowers in the arrangement. When the birthday girl got them, she sent me a photo and I was so embarrassed. She literally got 8 flowers...only ONE of which was a rose. I apologized explaining that was not even close to what I ordered. I showed her the photo of what she should have received and she insisted I called to get a refund. I have been going back and forth with JustFlowers for 4 days now, was on the phone for an hour again today and spoke with a manager who said they would only refund $18 “because of the 2 missing roses, that otherwise, the order was made to value”. What!? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ORDERING WITH THEM! Total false advertisement and they will give you every excuse in the book why you are wrong and they are right. It’s a joke. I should have come here to read all of the awful reviews before I ordered!

    The amount you paid for the arrangement was $40.00 and not $54. The florist used the same type of flowers and the same color scheme though the florist used red regular carns instead of mini-carns so there were less bigger blooms instead of more smaller blooms. You advised us that the recipient is insisting that we give you a full refund but unfortunately we do not issue full refunds on delivered orders. Our supervisor even offered you an $18.00 refund which you accepted.

    Ordered Flowers, 2 balloons, bear and chocolate for Valentine's Day. Did NOT receive any balloons and the flowers were 1/2 of the volume of flowers orders. The arrangement showed it should have approx 24 Roses and 36-40 carnations. The arrangement arrived with only 12 Roses and 20 carnations. Florist just filled the rest of the arrangement with white filler. After emailing 4 times with JustFlowers I finally received a return email stating the Florist said they delivered the proper value in flowers and that they said I received the balloons!!! Seriously! I even sent them pictures of what I received. Worst Customer Service EVER!!! And then to basically call me liar about the balloons too. Will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! BEWARE!!!

    Ordered a dozen roses for $130 under their same day delivery ad. I called and emailed them when flowers did not arrive. They never responded. Flowers arrived the next day after my wife had already left on a business trip. The florist delivering the flowers instructed me that they did not receive the order from JustFlowers until that day (a day late). When I requested a refund, they only offered a $15 credit. Told me they "rescheduled my delivery" after I placed my order. The only problem is they never notified me of that. Do not use this service. You will be disappointed.

    On February 20, my daughter-in-law's birthday I ordered her some pretty pink roses and balloon bouquet... That evening I found out they hadn't been delivered, and the next day JustFlowers called me and said they weren't able to deliver, and they would try again (that day the 21st). I said, "Yes please do." The next day I received ANOTHER call and email saying the same thing, and that I would received a $5.00 credit for the delay.

    Today is the 25th, and I am still getting messages from this "company" saying they apologize for the delay and should they "try again tomorrow". Now I just want my money back!!! This is the first time I've ever experienced anything like this having flowers delivered. People do NOT order from this company! I didn't even want to give one star but it made me.

    Updated on 02/22/2019: Posted a review yesterday, talked to someone AGAIN, was told they would be delivered TODAY before NOON and offered a $5.00 credit for the "inconvenience" Guess What?? It is now 3:15PM and still no flowers that were suppose to be here over a week ago. I have reported your company to my credit cared a fraud. I cannot believe, that this company gets away with stealing peoples money! I will review you on every website and with the BBB until I get my money back!

    Original review: An order was place on Valentine's Day with "Guaranteed" delivery. It is now Feb. 21 and still no flowers have been delivered. Oh but wait - a gentleman responded to my email and left me a voicemail letting me know they had been signed for on Valentine's Day. I requested a copy of the signature that signed for them? No they cant provide that. Ok - then give me the name of the local florist you keep talking about and I will go to their shop and see for myself the signature that you claim signed for them. Oh - you can't give that information either?!! SCAM!! I am called my credit card company and reporting fraud! FTD might cost more, but at least they deliver. Never again! Flowers never arrived but you took my $100.

    I give no stars! I am so sorry that I did not read all of horrible reviews from this company before I placed my order! Shame on me, at least all the similar complaints on the same day should help my credit company in their decision to refund me for this absurd charge. I placed an order at 4 am on Sunday and was "Guaranteed delivery on same day." I was shocked to learn that the flowers were never delivered the next day, when they sent me an email saying there was a glitch in the credit card order and to contact them. When I called them they said "the glitch was taken care of and that the flowers were already out on delivery." This was not true, the flowers were never out on a delivery because apparently there was a snow storm. And the next day too (so they claim).

    Yesterday, I called to complain that the flowers still had not arrived. I spent 25 minutes on the phone (overseas phone call) with very poor customer service that ultimately led me nowhere. I asked for the manager and they have no manager to speak to. They had no clue why the flowers were not delivered but they were sure the flowers were going out that day. Unfortunately, by now I was so irate, that I requested a complete refund and to cancel the order. They didn't agree because she said the flowers were already in route to be delivered. Well, wouldn't you know that they were not delivered yesterday and today, Wednesday, the flowers also were not delivered! And they still refuse to give me a refund and cancel the order.

    When I explained that I had contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges, she said to me "I will tell them that I offered you explanation why the flowers were late." What kind of customer service is this? I was really blown away by this entire situation. I was finally very heated from this conversation and decided this was going nowhere. I told the woman that I was going to hang up and I was disgusted at the service, she said, "too bad, I was going to make you a special offer for the next time..." Oh my goodness. Please, please think twice before you order from this company. There were many other options on the web for reputable flower companies, this company will never get my business again. Period. This was by far my most bogus experience with any such online company, ever.

    I ordered a twelve red roses to be sent to my partner for the 14th Feb 2019. Which they thought was fair to charge $101 for. The arrangement arrived. They thought in their in their wisdom it would be ok to deliver one rose with I would guessing $20 worth of other flowers as they had run out of roses. On Valentine's Day? After sending an email of which I had no response I then had to call from the UK. I was told that there would be a new arrangement sent out. After waiting five day nothing had been done so I had to send another email out. I've just received a call from a manager to be told they won't be sending a new arrangement out but I can have $15 in compensation. That was an insult. Please think twice before using this company.

    I ordered flowers for my 77 year old Mom for Valentine's Day and they were guaranteed to be delivered between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. on Valentine's Day. My mother goes to bed at 8 p.m. so she can walk to church in the morning at 6. When we called to ask if she received the flowers she had not. She continued to get out of bed to check her porch until 9:45 p.m. She called the next day to say she did not receive the flowers. I sent her a picture of what the flowers were supposed to look like and showed her that I had upgraded to PREMIUM and added a balloon. I received an email from JustFlowers saying the flowers would not be delivered. If I had known, I would have made other arrangements and cancelled that order.

    On Feb. 15th at 3 p.m. a florist delivery showed up at her door. They said they just received the order at noon on 2/15 from JustFlowers. They also said they did not have a picture of what the flowers should look like, but were told to provide pink, red and white flowers. The bouquet was not PREMIUM for $141.00 and did not look anything like what was purchase and there was no balloon. I was GUARANTEED to have the delivery on Valentine's Day per the website info. I was GUARANTEED the delivery would be made by 9 pm.

    I tried contacting the company and was told they would issue a $10 credit. I didn't get what I ordered, I didn't get it on time, and my mother lost sleep over it and was very distraught. The worst part, is JustFlowers said they were sorry and would include a note with the delivery saying they were sorry the delivery didn't make it by the day. There was absolutely no note from the company with the small floral arrangement that arrived. My 77 year old mom was so excited to get flowers and kept checking her porch until 9:45 p.m. How do you think that is right?

    Well when order was placed it had my daughter's name spelled correctly but in the card it was all wrong. Then they called and wanted an additional 15$ for shipping. When the flowers showed up they were damaged and parts falling off. For 63.95 this was terrible. Then customer service places you on hold for 30 min at a time in hopes of you giving up and hanging the phone up. Poor broken English and every other word is unhu.     I place 4 orders with JustFlowers.com for a total of just under $400.00. All were for Valentine's Day and were guaranteed to be delivered on Valentine's Day. The 1st was ordered on 2-12-2019 it was delivered on the 13th (wrong). Next 3 for my granddaughters ordered on 13th to to the same address. One delivered and order number ** was not and was delivered the 16th. Now that sure made my 11 year old Granddaughter feel like my Valentine "Thanks to JustFlowers.com". The third was delivered ok.     I ordered flowers for same day "guaranteed" delivery on Valentine's Day (2/14/19). There were banners and advertisements on their website that said same day delivery on Valentine's day was guaranteed. I waited all day and nothing was delivered to our home address. I got an automated call around 6pm stating that the flowers could not be delivered that day and they would be delivered the next day. I tried calling JustFlowers.com 6 times and never spoke to a representative. I was only transferred to a voicemail service. I left multiple voicemails but never received a call back.

    When the flowers were still not delivered by 5PM next day, I filed a dispute with Norton Shopping Guarantee. I then promptly received communication from Norton that the dispute had been settled by JustFlowers.com and they were issuing a refund. If it were not for the Norton Shopping Guarantee I would have been working through my credit card to dispute the charges. I will never order from this site again. They are too expensive and do not deliver on guaranteed times and in this case, did not deliver at all.

    Update on 02/22/2019: Received an e-mail from the company stating they do not give refunds after they have delivered. They never should have delivered in the first place as the order was canceled according to their customer service rep. Wife was already gone when flowers finally showed up and the wrong order was sent.     Updated on 02/23/2019: I reported this company for fraud. We ordered flowers for GUARANTEED DELIVERY for Valentine's Day! We order the a simple bouquet of roses for my boss's wife. I placed the order on his behalf because he was traveling and out of the country. Firstly the customer service agent did not speak or appear to understand English. I had to repeat everything multiple times with the exception of our credit card details. The Saturday following Valentine's Day my boss arrives home at 2am only to discover the flowers I had promised I ordered and received a guaranteed delivery had never been delivered.

    When I called the company to report it, the first Customer Service rep also did not speak English well and could not care less about the order or the lack of delivery. She was absolutely unconcerned. She called me back two hours later and said she found out the local florist never delivered the flowers and told me that we would receive a refund in 24-48 hours.

    Several days later, I received a call from an English Speaking customer service agent, she proceeded to force me to repeat my concern multiple times. She said she was going to call the florist and "find out what happened." I told her I didn't care what happened, I want the refund and to be left alone. She called me every night for four nights to "assure me" she was working on finding out what happened.

    Finally yesterday she left me a voice mail stating that the local florist says he delivered the flowers personally on Saturday (which was untrue) and that she could not give me a refund. We reported them for fraud, reversed the charges and will fight them in court. They attempt to respond to these reviews to try and dispute the truth. I no longer care and only wish to warn people about using their services.

    Original Review: I had to place a last minute flower delivery for my boss' wife for Valentines Day! I was assured, guaranteed that the roses would be delivered. I had to repeat every single bit of information (except my credit card info) multiple times for the customer service agent to get it “correct.” My boss comes home from his trip at 2am only to discover his wife DID NOT receive the flowers I had promised would delivered. When I called for a refund and to complain I was faced with someone who cannot speak English very well but also could not care less that the order was not delivered. What is so infuriating is they clearly understood enough English to get the charge to my card zapped up quickly but failed everything else!!! Do not use Just Flowers.

    I ordered 2 sets of flowers on Monday, Feb. 11th to go out to my 2 daughters living in New York and supposed to be delivered yesterday on Valentine's Day. I have been trying to call the customer service line and not able to get through to anyone. Just hold music and recording to keep holding.

    I was given a 6 digit order number by the rep on the phone and even repeated it back and she confirmed it. They continue to ask for a 7 digit order number. This place is the worst company I have ever ordered anything from and after reading all the reviews I think they are scamming customer and will be reporting this to BBB and disputing the charges on my cc. The worst is that this company has my cc information to do what they want with. It's just a reminder that there are a lot of shady companies out there and really need to read reviews before ordering (my big mistake). The order # they gave me was **.

    My husband placed an order 2/14 @ 10:27. Website said would be deliver within a hour window. Received 2/15 @ 3:55 pm, 5 mins before leaving for the day. This is not the same arrangement online. Called florist that delivered this. Manager was not helpful, said I should take up all the issues with Just Flowers. Mgr said Just Flowers sent the order today at 1 pm w/o providing an item number/code # of what the arrangement look like. My arrangement looks like it was thrown together. And they didn't not package it for me to take home. This flower shop "The Flower shop of Chicago" should not be handling online orders if they can't go online to see what the arrangements look like. Invoice says $99 for the arrangement, online it says $84.99. Either way, it was not fulfilled correctly. And the 800 # you guys have just keeps ringing and eventually hangs up on you.

    Yesterday morning I ordered Valentine's Day roses from this company to be delivered to my wife's work. The website said delivery on Valentine's Day was guaranteed. Well, when they did not arrive by closing time yesterday (around 4:30 pm) I canceled the order online. I checked my bank and the charge was pending. Today, a day later, the flowers were delivered at 3 PM. Who delivers $123.00 worth of Valentine's Day flowers the day after Valentine's Day. Now, no one answers the phone when I call, I have to stay on hold forever just to leave a message for them to call me back? Stay away from this company, they are incompetent and nothing but a bunch of crooks. Oh, and I didn't get the freaking balloon either!     They took my money, didn't deliver the flowers on Valentine's Day, called at 5 with a auto message saying they couldn't deliver. Had to go out last minute and find some flowers. Put a request to cancel on website then called the next day to verify the cancellation. Was on hold for 30 minutes and then they passed the phone around and refused to refund.     I ordered flowers and chocolate for my girlfriend yesterday for same day delivery, they never arrived. By the time the end of the business day was at hand, I'd called to cancel the order but, of course, there are no real people to talk to, only leaving messages which I'm sure are being deleted. If the flowers show up, my girlfriend will refuse delivery. This is not a mistake, this is scam. It is theft. I will accept nothing less than a FULL refund of my money and I've been in contact with dozens of people who have been robbed by this company, as well as have contacted a lawyer. I have contacted PayPal and will contact the Better Business Bureau.

    I will continue to write bad reviews all over the internet, and I will continue to "attempt" to contact this "business". I will also pursue the lawsuit as well as gather those who have been ripped off by this scam until one of two things happen, my money is refunded to me, or, I die. I have infinite patience and will use every legal avenue available to me to right this wrong from these criminals. No, before you ask just flowers? You may not have my 7 digit code, I've provided it multiple times in emails, voice calls and social media, you have yet to respond. Do the right thing.

    My BF ordered me $160 worth of flowers from JustFlowers for Valentine's Day and submitted the order weeks before and gave my phone number to contact upon arrival. By 5 pm still had not received the flowers or a call from the delivery man. My BF called JustFlowers nonstop and after hours finally got ahold of somebody in "customer service" saying the delivery man came between 2-4 p and said he couldn't enter the building so they refused to issue a refund. I spoke with security who worked overnight and they had no flower deliveries for me all day/night.

    Double checked the security list and security tape and there were no flower deliveries between 2 p-4 p. My bf is still dealing with their customer service reps who still refuse to issue a refund and has not attempted to deliver the flowers today. I am appalled by their customer service and the blatant lie about the delivery. I wish I could give negative stars because I'm so upset about the situation. Never using JustFlowers again and neither will my company ever use JustFlowers.

    My father purchased flowers to be delivered to me at work yesterday, Valentine's Day, and I never received them. He never got a phone call that they couldn't be delivered, and was instead sent an email with an apology and a phone number that lead only to answering machines. We STILL haven't received a callback from the company despite sending THREE emails and leaving FOUR voicemails yesterday and today.     Updated on 04/01/2019: What a nightmare buying flowers from them. Failed to deliver my flowers and faked the delivery signature. After proving them the signature was faked, they finally delivered ONE MONTH after my intended delivery date, after more delays. And the quality of flowers delivered were bad - not fresh at all, worse than those you can get at a local flower shop at much lower price. Oh, by the way, they do not give you a refund even though they know they didn't deliver successfully - according to subtle terms on their website. Basically by the time you send your payment to them, you're doomed.

    I just received flowers my husband ordered for me for V Day!! They arrived at my front door in a vehicle that was cracked and smashed in the back end. Parked in NY driveway. Anyway...flowers were sparse!! We paid 97 dollars for them. They arrived drain and black spots all over the roses as well as the leaves were brown and holes in them. We did call customers service for help and we were treated horribly!! She refused to allow us to speak to a manager and she also was not apologetic at all. This company is a scam!!!     An order was placed for a teen by a grandparent to be received for her birthday AFTER she got home from school. Very specific request but the arrangement showed up at 10am. My daughter didn't get the chance to open the door and get her surprise which was the whole purpose of placing the order and picking a time after 4pm. Also was told they were out of balloons so the arrangement the grandparent requested only came with one balloon. Flowers are already drooping and the birthday girl won't be home for another 4 hours.     I placed an order a few months ago for a funeral, we decided to do something different, so I called to cancel the order about 20 minutes later. First the guy said it was too late to cancel, then he said he didn’t have approval to cancel and his manager needed to call me back. I received SEVERAL phone calls from a “manager” trying to convince me to keep the order; I demanded that he stop calling me and issue my refund. Since then, I have received spam thank you emails almost every day with coupons and offers. I have emailed them and asked to be removed from the mailing list probably about 30 times, and yet I still get the emails. This is the WORST COMPANY I’ve ever dealt with!     Just Flowers: Is located in LA and not Cranston RI as advertised. I should have taken heed when I could not get a definitive answer as to their local address. The person read the note back to me correctly; however, when I saw the order with my note, I was mortified - it was full of grammar and punctuation errors. I contacted customer service and spoke to three people, including a manager, and received no resolution outside of an offer for a $5 dollar refund.     Ordered and paid for a flower arrangement, online, January 24th 2019. (Thursday) I wanted it delivered on the Monday or Tuesday (28th 29th). Contacted Customer Service on the 30th was told the order was processed. Contacted Customer Service again on Friday Feb 1st, got a few different reasons why the flowers weren't delivered but was told that my order would be expedited. Contacted them again today Monday the 4th still no flowers but the order is supposed to be out for delivery tomorrow. It's not that difficult to contact me via email to explain that they were having troubles with the order and that delivery wouldn't be as planned! I understand things can go sideways at times, but I feel that they should have contacted me. I have used JustFlowers.com before with no problems but after this last episode, I am not too sure I will use them again.

I proceeded to order an arrangement for my anniversary, spending around a $120. I also paid for express delivery which was $4.99. They told me My flowers and chocolate should be there around one o'clock. That's 5 hours until they get delivered. It is now almost 5 o'clock PM and still no flowers.     I placed 2 orders for delivery on Monday to my grandmother for her birthday. I emailed and called on Tuesday to see if the order was delivered. After waiting a very long time on hold, I was told that 24 hours is too soon to tell if the order was delivered! I will need to wait until Wednesday to check again.     Placed two orders for a small town funeral. One small for $70+ 2nd for $250+. The small arrangement was delivered on time and was beautiful. The large standup was never delivered or even completed by florist even after paying extra charge for rush delivery. No contact from florist or JustFlowers.com. Nothing. To be completely fair there were only two florist in town. I understand that JustFlowers is only a middleman. However my real issue is this. When I called to inform them the arrangement had not been delivered I was given the truth of what happened and asked for a refund.

    I proceeded to stay on the phone for almost an hour with multiple polite conversations about the service not being provided and that I expected a full refund. I was repeatedly offered a $18 dollar credit if I would continue with the order. Really? It’s a funeral! Finally lost my cool and told them if they wouldn’t refund I would handle it with my CC company. Finally was told they would refund. Save yourself the anguish and aggravation and choose another .com. From the many reviews above and below it seems that I am not alone. Hey JustFlowers.com...never again. Ever!

    I ordered two arrangements to be sent for the death of an employee's parent. I upgraded to the deluxe arrangement. The arrangement to the wife of the deceased did not look like the photo on the website and was filled with a bunch of filler flowers. The second arrangement arrived over a week late and was not what I had ordered. I called every day to find out where the arrangement was and why it wasn't delivered. No communication. If there was an issue getting what I ordered, a simple phone call to go over what was available would do. I ordered a live hydrangea and not sure what the heck was that the family received.     In hindsight I wish I had read this company's reviews. I like so many others failed my loved one on their day of being put to rest by ordering through this catastrophe of a service... I was "guaranteed" delivery by 13:00 today - I received a call at 11:00 AM asking for my permission to substitute my $200 order for a standing arrangement with a crate of live house plants as they were unable to locate fresh cut flowers in the area. #1 That is complete nonsense and #2 Such a terrible thing to do! How many funerals and weddings, etc have these people caused detriment to by taking on business that they have zero intentions of honoring? Please waste zero time offering me a $25 credit for my inconvenience. You could offer me a $2500 credit and I would still not ever use your service again. Shame on you all!

    My father lives in Phoenix and he purchased a bouquet the day before my birthday which was 1/11 and the flowers were never delivered. After contacting JustFlowers to see what happened they said, "That was our mistake. We will have you on tomorrow's delivery first thing." The following Saturday at 4:40 pm I again called JustFlowers. They placed me on hold while they tried to contact the delivery driver, after a few minutes they returned and said they couldn't get ahold of the driver but that they would try again and let me know what was going on when they found out.

    This is when I asked the name of the shop. She gave me the name and once again told me she would call me back. She never did. I looked up the shop online and found out they were closed. Monday came and still no flowers so I found the flower shop on Facebook where I found out they had been in the middle of moving their store. I called the owner on her cell number that she provided and asked her what was going on. She then told me that because of the move they never received an email from JustFlowers for the order and never sent them a reply confirmation. However JustFlowers sent my father a order confirmation and took his money. I'm still waiting on my flowers and a phone call.

    Back in October my daughter was having her first parent teacher conference and I wanted to send her flowers to celebrate it!     The morning of Friday 12/28/2018 I found out that a friend's mother passed away and the funeral was to be held the following day at noon. I placed my order through Just Flowers for same day delivery. The total of my order was $81.97. That evening I received a "courtesy notice" via email stating "Due to a delay in delivery your order has been rescheduled and will be attempted on the next available day." The following morning, Saturday 12/29/2018, I telephoned and spoke with a representative at Just Flowers. I explained to her that I was not upset that the floral arrangement had not been delivered Friday evening. I told her that the flowers were for the daughter and husband of a deceased woman and that the graveside funeral was scheduled to occur at noon that day.

    I stated that I would like to have the flowers delivered no later than 10:00 AM so that they could take the arrangement to the funeral with them if they so desired. She told me not to worry that she would take care of everything. She stated that they would call the recipient and if it was easier for them to deliver to the gravesite that they would do so. She assured me that they would make certain the flowers would be delivered appropriately.

    On Sunday evening, 12/30/2018, I spoke with my friend who was returning to her home in another state. She informed me that the flowers had not been delivered but that she had contacted the florist because a notice had been left on the door, and they would deliver them to her sisters home on Monday. It was completely unacceptable that a floral arrangement that was ordered to be delivered on Friday evening would not be delivered until the following Monday. It definitely was not made available for the funeral nor was it ever seen by my friend or her father.

    I telephoned the merchant multiple times in order to express my frustration and to request a refund. The first time I called I was told that the arrangement had been delivered on 12/29/2018. I stated this was not true and the representative told me that she would research the issue with the florist and would call me back later that day or the next day at the latest. She stated that if the florist showed proof that the flowers were delivered on the 29th that there was nothing she could do but if they were not she would be able to process a refund.

    She never called me but I received an email the next day stating the arrangement was delivered on 12/31/2018 and made no reference to a refund. On Friday 1/4/2019 JustFlowers stated the most they were willing to refund was $10. Needless to say their customer service is abhorrent and I will never again do business with them. It appears from prior reviews that this is a normal occurrence for this business. They are crooks!!

    I ordered a centerpiece for my sister for Christmas for her dinner table. The centerpiece that was pictured was so pretty. I ordered the premium version. When I arrived on Christmas Day I was shocked at what was delivered to her. Nothing like what I ordered. No pine cones, very little greens and mostly carnations that were scattered throughout the centerpiece with big gaps. Others commented on how sparse it looked. I was so embarrassed and disappointed. Also there were to be three taper candles and there were only two. I called to complain on 12/26 and it took several calls back to finally get a resolution on 12/31 of only a very small credit.     Updated on 01/02/2019: So I sent in one review, the company came back with a response to read their rules and regulations. Well that does not make up for the fact that for 6 days I called them to get my flowers delivered and they kept telling me the florist was closed. What florist closes on or around Christmas, that is one of their busiest times of year. Once they were delivered 6 days later after Christmas, they sent a cheap arrangement, not one that I had ordered. I did not get what I paid for. Folks please do not use this company, it is not worth the hassle and your hard earned money!

    I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife in our hotel room on our honeymoon. They were beautiful, and lasted longer than our stay. Wish we could have taken them home. They weren't cheap, and I had to pay extra for Sunday delivery in New Orleans but, you get the quality you pay for. I'll definitely use JustFlowers again.

    I ordered my family who lives away from us a centerpiece for Christmas dinner. Was told delivery would be the 24th, got email late that evening of the 24th to say they could not deliver that day and would the next day. Then got a email that day apologizing they could not deliver them either and would the next day. So far I have not received a notice that they have yet been delivered. We paid 79.99 then 4.99 express delivery 6.49 handling and then 9.99 for shipping or service, a grand total of 101.46. This kind of service is very poor and I see from other reviews that is a on-going problem. Never would I recommend them for services.

    I have never been frustrated, annoyed and disappointed in an online floral purchase as I am with JustFlowers.com. I believe it is a scam and would NOT recommend any purchases through them. The original delivery date was supposed to be on a Sunday, then when the flowers were not delivered by 5 pm I called. I was told the local shops were closed on Sundays and that they will deliver the next delivery day (Monday). (Then why allow Sunday deliveries as a selection?) Monday came and went, and no delivery. I had to call again and was told that the shops were too busy and they couldn’t get any florists to accept the order and that I should have gotten an email about it. I did not receive any communications from them. Delivery was delayed to Wed. Wednesday came and no delivery by 3 pm. I called again and was told that a florist had accepted the order and will deliver by the end of the day.

    Night time, still no delivery. Called back yet again and was told the florist couldn’t deliver today, and that they would be willing to call the recipient to state that it was not their intention to deliver late, and would delivery the next day be acceptable? Or if not, would I want to cancel the order? The manager said they cannot do any more than provide a small credit, but was not willing to admit any mistakes or responsibilities. It was always the fault of the local florists.

    I do not believe they ever intended to deliver on time and I do not believe they ever contacted a local florist for the purchase order. It was all lies every single time, the excuses and the finger pointing at the florists, including these nonexistent emails they claim to send to inform about the delayed deliveries. The customer service people were rude and even stated that there was no need to argue with them about whether someone tried to contact me??? They do not even recognize the importance of communication even though they failed to fulfill their commitment and obligation. I plan to cancel my order... 5 days after the initial requested delivery date, still no flowers, only the runaround and much disappointment from both the buyer and the recipient. Will NEVER buy from JustFlowers.com again.

    Oh how I wish I had looked here before ordering flowers from this company! My order number is **. Now you can't say I didn't put my order number in my message. I ordered flowers for my mother to be delivered before Christmas. I got an email late in the day Christmas Eve that they had to be rescheduled for the next day. Now it's 2 days later and she still hasn't received them. I've called 3 times and left messages with the KNOWLEDGE that they check messages every 15 minutes... they fail to add that although they check their messages, they WON'T call you back. I've also live chatted twice and all I've gotten is, "We are sorry." I want my order canceled and a refund given at this point!

    I could not book online for flowers, Red Poinsettia & Chocolate so I rang for help. Sales lady book two invoice for same day and same place. They delivered Red Poinsettia on two different day and the Chocolate not delivery. I incurred TWO delivery for same place? No one told me they could not meet the completed order and after Delivery day, still no one rang. It like being quiet and get to keep the money. I was charged for both delivery. No attempt to find another place to fulfill the Order. If you send email. It seem they act on it when can but never tell they got the email or what they are doing.

    My order was for very important people and I am very upset of the whole process. This company is just an agent across America and have no control of sending or stocking, Therefore trying to use the Computer system of doing business.     They messed up my order and the confirmation email had the wrong address and names; I tried calling them only to be on hold for a very long time. When someone finally came on the line, I told them the correct addresses for my two orders. They didn't correct and I also told them I didn't want to order if it was after Christmas. They assured me it would be delivered on the 24th or 25th. It wasn't and the customer service person just wanted to argue with me. She said one order was delivered and the other one will be delivered on the 26th.

    When I asked her where the first order was delivered she gave me my address. No flowers were delivered to my address. I told her to cancel the 2nd order and refund both orders to me. She said she would tell her manager. They do not want to resolve this matter only argue and offer me a discount on the next order. I will never order from them again and I advise anyone reading this call 1800flowers. They do a great job and deliver when they say they will deliver.

    So I did an order with JustFlowers earlier this year and the flowers were OK. The problem I have is their NON STOP barrage of e-mails. I unsubscribed over a dozen times but they continue to email. I will block the email address sent but they change their sending address every time. For example, reminder(@)justflowers.com, repeatcustomer(@)justflowers.com, comeback(@)justflowers.com, holiday(@)justflowers.com. It changes every time they know you block their emails. I have contacted them and what have they done? Continue to alter their e-mail address and subject lines. I have told everyone I know to go somewhere else to order flowers. If you want flowers, go somewhere else.

    I ordered Christmas arrangement for 39.99 on their site 12 /21, selected PayPal checkout, and date of delivery to my parents in AK on 12/22. They added 10 to my order for no reason at checkout and by the time I was charged it came to 65.97. They took money from my checking instead of PayPal then never delivered. I call 12/22 am and they assured delivery that day. No delivery. I call again evening of 12/22 and opened case on PayPal for refund. Again they assured delivery on 12/23 claiming local florist couldn't fill order. Again, no delivery as of 12/24 am. I wanted these delivered by Xmas for my parents to enjoy and now I have to wait for PayPal to get my money back this week and my parents have no gift. If I could give this co a zero rating I would.

    I ordered a fruit basket for my neighbor that lost her husband on 12/11 to be delivered the next day. JustFlowers called me midday to ask me for $15 dollars more and when I refused, they bargained with me until I told them I wasn’t paying more, and to just cancel. Then the manager said they will continue my order at the regular price.

    On 12/4 I ordered a birthday arrangement to be delivered on 12/22. On 12/22 they call and ask me for $25 more dollars. I explained that they had done this to me before and that I had $25 dollars in coupons from being a “loyal customer”. If they’d like to use them, they refused. They said they would call me back after they figured out what they could do for me. I hadn’t heard back from them by 3:30pm so I tried live chat which was unavailable, so I emailed. Then a Florist contacted me to tell me they could deliver the arrangement but it was something different. I assumed they were trying to make up for the $25 I wouldn’t pay over. Subtotal: $39.98. Special Offer: $-5.00. Handling: $3.25. Shipping or Service: $12.99. Total: $51.22.

    So, $76 for a $34 arrangement. Not to mention the arrangement that they were willing to deliver was a Christmas one. This was a BIRTHDAY! Then I told the florist to cancel and they transferred me back to management who then offered to take $15 dollars off! They tried all day to get $25 more off me to then offer a Christmas arrangement that they would discount $15. I wish I would have read all these reviews before all this. Not to mention all their pathetic responses to the bad reviews!

    Do not order flowers online. There is no accountability when a customer receives dead flowers. Online sellers know that and don’t care. Do not buy from Just Flowers. No online flower delivery service is worth it. NONE of them. The flowers are always terrible. The flowers my sister received from me were very wilted and crushed together and looked like they had been left out in the hot sun, then thrown around for fun. It’s happened repeatedly. Do not order flowers online. Call a privately owned shop in the town or city where you want to send the flowers and order from that business.

    I ordered flowers for an employee and what was ordered and what was received were completely different. I took a picture and sent that with the email complaint. They claimed they talked with the florist and "based on the breakdown that was provided order was not filled to value for the price that was paid for the arrangement". Since the local florist refused compensation the best they can do is offer a $10 credit. There were 3 roses but I ordered 9, 1 open lily, 2 closed that never opened. Suppose to be 5. Some blue flowers around whole arrangement nonexistent in arrangement that showed up. This review will not allow me to add picture but missing flowers is half of the arrangement so to offer a $10 credit was insulting. The flowers they sent were insulting. Worst flowers & service I have even seen. DO NOT ORDER!!

    I ordered flowers for a funeral and the family requested flowers be delivered to their home instead of the church. I selected “funeral” as the purpose when I purchased online. The flowers were to be delivered Friday evening or Saturday before 6 pm. The flowers were not delivered. I called customer service, all they said was they were unable to reach the florist but would keep trying and would contact me. No return calls were received. I called Monday to ask for a refund seeing as the flowers were not delivered. They only offered to give me a $5 CREDIT and an apology call. They rescheduled the delivery for today. But the funeral is over and family has returned home! A refund seems reasonable to me, but they are claiming I did not indicate it was for a funeral because I didn’t send them to a funeral home. Mistakes happen, but customer service subpar.

    I ordered a peace lily and a standing spray for my husband’s viewing and funeral to arrive by 1pm yesterday. The plant made it to viewing at 530 PM. At 8:15 PM, the spray had not arrived. I was told when I called that I needed to call the funeral home myself the next day and find out if they got the spray. REALLY? I PAID a lot of money to make sure there were flowers there On Time for my husband’s viewing and funeral and I was extremely disappointed. I called another florist and ordered yet another spray and now I am praying that today the day of the funeral, there will be flowers. Never again will I trust this company to do what they are paid to do.

    I ordered flowers early in the morning of 12/3/18 for delivery to a funeral the next day in the afternoon. I am in TN, the funeral was in CA and I ordered as early as I could and paid for rush delivery. The flowers never arrived. Two days later they investigate and find out that they flowers did were delivered to the funeral home, and it appears the funeral home, or someone, lost the card, so they cannot actually tell which flowers were sent.

    Now, I realize that JustFlowers.com is just a clearinghouse, they contract with local florists who make deliveries, and they cannot help what happens to the flowers once they are delivered... However, they are acting as the representative for their vendors, and as such, they assume the responsibility of making it right when a delivery is not received by the family/wife of the deceased regardless of why it was not received. For an $85 dollar arrangement they offered a $10 gift card. They should take that $10 and invest it in better research on their vendors or an education in good customer service. If you value good customer service and value your monetary resources, do not ever order from them. Ever.

    I went online to order a beautiful arrangement for my daughter's birthday, spent a total of $82.96 and my daughter received a flower arrangement the I could have bought from the grocery store for $25/30. I chatted with C/S online and after a couple of rants Elaine said someone would call. No one ever did. I called and spoke to C/S. Sent pictures of my order and what was delivered. Which by the way didn’t look anything like the picture of the arrangement I chose. I did everything I could to prove that I didn’t get what I paid for even though C/S called to change a couple of colors on the arrangement and I approved I was mislead to believe it would be worthy of what I ordered.

    After speaking with C/S Ann she said the pricing was comparable to the arrangement delivered. I've added pics with this review so you could also review my disapproval of this order. 1st photo was what I ordered, 2nd is what they delivered. I will never use JustFlowers again and will do my best to discourage anyone to use them as well! Thanks for the help JustFlowers, NOT!!!! Money hungry, not willing to fix the issues.     This business should be investigated and shut down. I ordered flowers to be delivered to the funeral home the day before the funeral service. Since this was being delivered in a small town I verified with two representatives that it would not be a problem. I even received an email that they had contacted the funeral home and verified delivery for Sunday Dec. 2 between 4-6pm.

    On Monday morning, about 45 minutes before the funeral service, I received a call from the famous Irene explaining they would not be able to deliver the flowers before the service but if I give them a home address they would have them delivered to the family later today. I said no, just cancel the order and refund my money. She offered a $10 credit, I refused, she offered a $25 credit, I still refused. They are missing the whole point, I don't care if they are free it is not what I ordered. I would call a local flower shop and have them delivered to the home before allowing them to deliver it. However, I wanted them to be at the funeral service.

    I am insulted that they think $10-25 compensates for this SHODDY service. This is something that does not have a second chance. She even had the audacity to recommend they keep my money for a credit on a future order. WHY would I trust them again? Just refund my money because we will never do business again... I wish I had read the reviews first so that I would have known they are worthless. I recommend staying as dark away from them as possible.

    I called because a friend was in the hospital on life support and I wanted to send a small arrangement or something just for her and the family to know they were in my thoughts. When I called I explained this to the representative and told him that my friend is on life support and her family would receive it. After he gave me a total for a large amount I told him I think I should just buy them and take them myself and he told me if I ordered he would take money off of the order and make sure it was put on the truck that day for delivery.

    Unfortunately, I accepted. I received phone calls and emails that she could not get the flowers because she was in ICU and they would hold them until she moved to another room. I explained to the representative that I would live that, however, she is not expected to survive. I asked if I can cancel and again they refused. They asked if they could send it to her house and I explained that everyone is at the hospital with her and no one is at the home. The representative said they would make sure they got the flowers but I couldn't cancel them. They told me then that they could leave them at the nurse's station for the family at the hospital... that would be great, that is what I wanted to start with. I then received another call saying they couldn't deliver the flowers at her house, AFTER they were told to deliver to the hospital. I have never had such a hard time trying to order anything before. I will NEVER use this service again as long as I am alive!

I got 4 to 5 phone calls trying to confirm the delivery date Except when the day comes and they deliver a $20 dollar flower piece when the order was for $180. When I email the picture of delivery to them they apologized and said it will look into it. (Sure, I can deal with that.) And after 24 hours of dealing with them they offered a $50 refund which I have no idea how they got the number from. And now it is 2 days after the memorial service and I'm trying to figure out how I lost $130, please be warned!!! Stay away from the service!!!

    Apologies don't deliver flowers, neither do JustFlowers... unless, you pay another $20 more for a $79 Thanksgiving flower arrangement. The day before Thanksgiving, the very same day of delivery, I received a call from Los Angeles claiming my flower order placed the day prior couldn't be fulfilled for the $79 contracted price. However, for an additional $20 more, it could be done. I told the agent I wasn't interested in paying more, that JustFlowers had violated our agreement.

    The agent suggested that JustFlowers has a policy to split the additional fees with the customer, if I wanted to be extorted for half the cost, JustFlowers would pay the other half. I told JustFlowers absolutely not, to refund my money and prepare for a literary blow from the online reviews. Her response was that she would make every attempt to complete my order, asked me to hold for a moment and then hung up on me. I contacted PayPal, the source I used for payment, requested a refund. I have filed a complaint, as well. This business is a fraud! Beware!!!

    I CALLED JUSTFLOWERS ON SUNDAY MORNING @ 7:39 AM MY TIME AND ORDERED A DOZEN ROSES AND THE REP. PROMISED ME THAT MY Sunday morning same delivery no later than 6 pm my time and it never happened. After talking to, in my opinion, three half asleep reps and getting nowhere, I asked for a supervisor and a lady name Irene spoke with me. I will admit that Irene was very nice and promised me a full refund. That said, I learned my lesson. From this very day on, I will stick with local ordering and will never again depend on a middleman to do what I can do myself.

In fact we had to inquire about the order status when the bouquet failed to arrive. The customer service told us nothing could be done since it is the weekend. No delivery. It said GUARANTEED delivery! She finally received them later on Tuesday. They missed the boat in my opinion.     My husband ordered me flowers to be delivered on Nov 2nd while he was out of town. He asked me that day around 7 if I got a delivery which I did not. He let me know he ordered me flowers and sent me the delivery information. I emailed JustFlowers to let them know they never arrived. At 3 pm the next day they still had not arrived so I contacted customer service to tell them to not bother delivering. We were leaving. At 6:30 pm that night a guy tried to deliver the flowers. We contact JustFlowers to ask what was going on and they tried to say they had attempted to deliver on the day promised. I have cameras and security gate at my house! No attempts were made. JustFlowers refused to provide a refund. I am contacting the BBB and our local District Attorney regarding their deceptive business practices.

    My wife went on JustFlowers.com to order flowers for the 1st anniversary of a friend's death. My wife is a full Japanese national and when she was placing the call, she recognized the accent of the customer service rep to be from the Philippines. As she was placing the order, my wife was having a difficult time understanding her thick accent and was asking the rep to repeat her comments. At one point, the rep hung up on her.

    After my wife called back and got another Filipina representative, the accent was not as thick and she could communicate with her. My wife explained the reason that she was buying the flowers and asked if there was a picture of a flower arrangement that she could see online. The staff said she could not provide that, as it could be coming from numerous vendors. Making a long story short, she agreed to purchase flowers for delivery in Waipahu, Hawaii, with delivery required to me on a Friday and that she would get an email to show the details. That email never came in.

    The flowers were not delivered on Friday. On Saturday, my wife received phone texts from the intended recipient to say that her father's flowers had not arrived. She also noted that "Waipahu Florist" had contacted her and said that they were not going to deliver the flowers because the JustFlowers did not provide any funding for the delivery. The Waipahu Florist was texting to the intended recipient to say that she understood it was for the 1st anniversary of her father's passing, but that JustFlowers was refusing to pay for delivery fees. A little later, the florist stated that the received notification from JustFlowers to cancel the order.

    That Sunday, I called the customer "service" line at 213-455-1600 and I too was given a Philippine national to deal with. When I explained that we did not get an order confirmation email, nor did the flowers arrive and that their vendor they booked was texting the recipient to say that their company refused to pay delivery fees, the customer service rep stated that my wife's order needed more $ for delivery. I asked how is it possible that her company quoted the total price, charged our credit card the amount she quoted and then stated that my wife failed to pay for the delivery fees. She said it was not their fault and she said that their vendor should never have divulged the reason for non-delivery.

    I said that this was completely unsatisfactory that they messed up this order, that they did not delivery as contracted, that their vendor was not paid for delivery fees, that their vendor told the grieving that they were sorry that JustFlowers did not take care of this order. The rep just kept telling me that they were not responsible and they were sorry that the flowers did not make it to the grave site.

    I told the rep that I wanted to speak to the manager and she said that he had gone home for the day. I asked for her to have him/her call me and I informed her that I was in Japan with a Stateside Magic Jack (U.S.) telephone number, so please call me during my work day and that since the customer service line was outsourced to the Philippines, they were only a couple hours different in time zone. She said that they would call. I was not shocked when they did not call, but I have no way to get this unresolved complaint taken care of. I do not recommend this company.

    I had ordered flowers in the past for my mother's birthday. I was contacted by JustFlowers and asked if I wanted to send flowers again this year. I agreed to do so and set a price for an arrangement for $50.00. I got a call saying they could not find a florist in the area where my mother lives who could deliver the flowers on time and asked if I wanted them delivered the next day. They said they would send a letter of apology for the lateness. The flowers did arrive the next day and my mother posted a picture on Facebook. They were embarrassing. A small orchid and another small plant in a basket with some sort of dried flower head or something and a small pink bow, for $50.00!!! Disgraceful!

    The online ordering is quick and easy. But there is no mention of fees until the end so the total transaction price isn’t immediately available. I ordered a $50 deluxe bouquet and was charged a handling fee and delivery fee, totaling another $15. It was delivered on the day requested and my friend sent me a picture saying how delighted she was. Sadly I wasn’t. In fact I am embarrassed and disappointed. It was nothing like the picture and was far from being “deluxe”, I know there’s a disclaimer saying that flowers will be substituted, but seriously, what is the point of having pictures of what’s available if the end product bears absolutely no resemblance to what you think you’re buying?

    I contacted customer services via email and they immediately responded, calling me and asking for the photo to be sent on, which I did. 24 hours later I get a phone call explaining the breakdown of the cost of the flowers, which completely misses the point, I wanted what I ordered to be delivered, or something darn close. Not a straggly, mean looking bunch of thrown together flowers, that I could have got for 10 bucks at the garage.

    I was offered a $7 refund which I declined, they then offered a $10 refund which I further declined. I was then told that the manager would speak to me. 5 mins of waiting then they hung up on me. I’m still waiting a callback. I would have done better to contact a local florist directly but I was short on time to research ones in an unfamiliar location. More fool me. This company misrepresent their products badly, overcharge for a poor service and aren’t willing to rectify the situation. Woefully disappointed.

    I ordered a medium sized fall arrangement for my aunt's funeral that was in a basket. Got a phone call saying they would have to substitute some of the flowers. I agreed. The arrangement was sent and I was mortified. It was in a vase (cheap one) and looked like a birthday or mother's day arrangement. It was small - I could have gotten an equivalent from out local grocery store for $15. However, theirs cost me $80! I called and emailed multiple times. I asked for a refund of at least half of my money and felt that was very reasonable. At first they told me they would only refund $10, but then later said $20. Not acceptable!     Ordered a $99.99 “Heavenly Elegance” spray for uncle’s funeral. Got contacted the day before to say they couldn’t do product I ordered and could they substitute a basket. I let them know I was unhappy and that it better be a deluxe looking basket, equal to the value of what I paid for. I was offered a $5 credit. Received pictures of the basket which was SUBPAR! Might have been worth $40 and I’m being generous. Definitely feels like a bait and switch. Wish I could post pictures of what I ordered vs. what I received. Straight trash! Called the company and sent picture. All apologies, will review and get back to me. We’ll see.

    Updated on 09/25/2018: 3 days later, still no resolution! Still stuck with long wait times to talk to a manager. Forwarded pictures of subpar basket of flowers and was told they would contact the florist they used. I was asked to forward pics again and I am still waiting. I’ve received emails and a message on my phone saying, “We are very sorry to hear that you are not happy about this item. Please understand that we would like to further discuss your concern. Kindly call us or send us an email with the best number and time to reach you so we may proceed with this order promptly. We appreciate your business.” Doesn’t seem like they’re sincere at all.

    I had to order flowers for a funeral. I was in a rush for time and this company said they could get the flowers there. I was ready to place my order online but called to make sure that it would arrive on time. I was assured that it would and the guy pushed me place the order with him, not bothering to tell me there was an additional charge for doing so. If I had ordered online there was no additional charge. He was evasive when I asked for the shipping and total. He said the shipping starts at $9.99. I asked if the total was the price of the flowers plus $9.99 and he told me he had sent an invoice and to look at it. When I did so there was a handling charge of $6.49 and shipping was $18.98.

    The website said I had time to place the order for same day deliver, he said the time for that had passed but he would do it ASAP. The flowers did not arrive for the viewing and the next morning they called to say what I ordered was 'not in good shape' and that they wanted to replace it. I called to find out what they replaced it with and had trouble finding it on their site. If it is the one I found, it was the same price without including the $10 discount I had received. So they ripped me off of $10 more. The only good thing is the flowers did make it to the funeral. I will NEVER use this company again and urge anyone considering to do so to find another business to give your money to.

    I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. I received a call from the company around 1 pm on the day they were supposed to be delivered telling me that they can't deliver them and that they would be happy to write an apology note or call her to apologize. NO WAY AM I GIVING THEM MY MOM'S PHONE NUMBER! They discounted me $5 for my trouble and told me they would deliver the next day. The next day they called me in the afternoon and told me that they once again couldn't deliver the flowers and they would be happy to call her or write her a note and offered me a $10 discount. I asked them if they could guarantee that the flowers would be delivered the next day and I received a resounding "no". REALLY???

    So if I order flowers I can maybe expect them or not? I told her to cancel my order and I will call someone else. That's when I started receiving phone calls from "managers" regarding the cancellation of my order. When I tried to call back the customer service agent couldn't connect me to a manager so they would have to call me back (I have now spent collectively over a half hour on hold with this company listening to the same song). That's when I told him to place a "do not call" on my account, which he said he couldn't do that I would have to speak to a manager in order to cancel this order. This is NOT a flower delivery company - their "customer service" is overseas - this is a SCAM. I wish I had googled them before placing my order with them!

    This company is absolutely appalling. My experience with dealing with them over the last four day was unprofessional and draining. Never in my life have I dealt with such poor customer service or craftsmanship. After my husband placed an order to surprise me I started receiving several calls which completely ruin the surprise. When I finally received the flowers arrangement was of poor quality. There was a cut up frayed ribbon wrapped around the top of the vase. When I called to complain I was told if I don't like the ribbon take it off. Then was asked how much I paid for the arrangement. As if the would justify the quality of work. I spent hours on the phone with the company and the florist to no avail.     I wanted to order flowers for my grandparents as they had just lost someone dear and needed some cheering up. I was really needing them delivered on Sunday the second since the first floral company I went through fell through. When I spoke to the representative I wanted the deluxe of Always Thinking of You bouquet in a vase. He contacted the florist and the driver and had confirmed they could do delivery but they couldn't do that exact arrangement. The shop said they didn't have any iris. However they did say they had the other colors. I was told it would be a similar bouquet but would be called a designers choice for the same amount. I was assured it would be full and similar to the original one I wanted. So I made the order and was told it would be there by 6 pm.

    After constantly checking the order I don't hear anything until 730 pm and what I was shown through pictures was highly disappointing. Red Roses, green button mums, purple paper, and a pink bow. Ugly. Not full. Not what we discussed. All they said they would do is accredit me $10 which is insulting. I was not happy with the order. It was not what was discussed. They kept telling me, "Oh well you chose a designers choice." I said no. I was told it would be like this with all these colors and you sent that. I am highly dissatisfied and I will never deal with them again.

    Placed an order for someone in the hospital. They could not find the person. Chances are, they didn't try. I called the hospital to get delivery instructions. Called "Just No Flowers" back and gave them the instructions. The customer service never called the florist until 3CT when I was on the phone asking where the delivery was! Customer Service said the florist would not try again until tomorrow. Tomorrow comes along and the flowers are delivered after the patient has been discharged. So they want a home address; gave them one. A week later still no delivery. Customer service still no help. Trying to speak with a manager. Better not hold my breath! They act like they are India based. That would explain a lot. Need to be put out of business.

JF stated one order arrived but they would have had to pass through a security guard and contact the recipient. They didn't. Zero evidence. The second order - also guaranteed to be delivered before Mother's Day - was rescheduled constantly. I had to dispute this as well and the credit card company was able to recover the charge. This company is terrible. They route orders to local florists and do not add any value - they over-commit and never deliver!

    I spent an hour looking for an online flower delivery service that would deliver on a Sunday, because my relative was going into surgery on Monday and would not be able to have flowers in ICU after. Most online flowers delivery sites said they could not deliver on Sunday (they were the reputable sites it turns out). Finally I found JustFlowers.com which reported on their website that they could deliver. I placed my order, which was confirmed by email with the Sunday delivery date. An additional email arrived later that day stating they had charges me the $62+ for the flowers and delivery, which I assumed (incorrectly) meant the flowers had been delivered.

    Most reputable companies do not charges until the product is shipped. The next day I received a silly apology email saying they were sorry, but the flowers had not be delivered on Sunday as promised and confirmed. So now the flowers were useless. And a good chunk of money wasted. When I called they referred me to some very small print at the bottom of the webpage saying they do not guarantee a delivery date or time. I was offered $5 and then $7 for the error. Totally useless. I will continue to get this review out wherever I can.

    I cannot believe your customer service tactics, you don't care about what the florist sends out in your name. This whole experience was totally unnecessary, you should vet your suppliers better. The quality of the flowers sent was absolutely horrible, they were basically dead! There was no type of fluidity in the arrangement it looked like a 4 year old put it together from ragweeds in the garden!

    I ordered flowers for $ 39.99 and when it reached my credit card they had charged $ 81.58. When I called them they offered a $6 rebate. I wanted the order cancelled which I had just ordered 3 minutes prior and they said it had already been registered and they could not cancel. Fought with manager and he just kept trying to sell more products. Buyer beware.

    Ordered "I dream of roses" for anniversary delivery paying premium for flowers as well as for early delivery. What I got was late delivery and not the arrangement I ordered. The display that was delivered was a scantly wilted display with the wrong colored roses. It reminded me of the bait & switch tactic. In fact they have a standard response to complaints which I read on this site from other complainants. See the complaints listed from Consumer Affairs, BBB, Trustpilot and more. It seems to me that they farm their work out to others who have no idea what the arrangements are suppose to look like and assume you'll be happy with what you get. When you complain they have a standard response and offer you a $5 or $10 credit for another purchase. I paid over a hundred dollars! Never again!!!

    I was mortified when I received a photo of the flower arrangement that was sent to my sister-in-law for her birthday. I have attached a picture of what I ordered and what she received. Here is a copy of the e-mail I sent them: "I can't tell you how disappointed and embarrassed I am with the flower arrangement that was sent to my sister-in-law. She was supposed to receive the Mystical Moments arrangement. What she received was something I could have put together myself. It's uneven and just plain ugly!     I spent hours researching and choosing the perfect arrangement for a new baby granddaughter after they had already had 4 sons and never in my life have I had such appalling service from an online supplier. They substituted so that it was nothing like the original design. Meaning my time choosing was total wasted as they authorized what they liked. I searched for a design without large carnations (the one I chose had small spray ones but they sent big ones) and the colour was not suitable for a delicate baby girl and the colours don’t even go together and change the whole look of the display.

    I will never even as a last resort purchase anything through this website again but will go direct to a local florist to ensure I get what I pay for. If this company carries on like this I will be surprised if they remain in business with this customer service. I only gave one star as there was nothing lower. Don't believe the words that customer service and customer is important, we are nothing but part of their profit. $10 refund offered but no replacement, totally unacceptable.

    This was the worst experience of my life!! I ordered the deluxe bouquet for my daughter in law's 30th birthday, ordered in advance, the flowers were not delivered on her birthday. When I called about the order they said they sent an email to me that they would not be delivered to the next day, had I received such an email I would have cancelled and ordered somewhere else. The flowers came the next day, I paid 90.00 for old roses, suppose to be 1 dozen there were 9, all the petals fell off the next day. I was suppose to get 2 dozen balloons, she received 9 and the helium didn't even stay up for the night. I called to get some kind of refund the best I could get was a 10.00 credit. Be warned NEVER order from JustFlowers!!! Customer service was awful, flowers were awful!!

    I ordered flowers on a non-holiday for a non-holiday event. 3 days in advance, for a Friday delivery. Got a call telling me they couldn't do it until Saturday. I was unhappy, but agreed - even though they gave no real reason. They said it would be priority - meaning it would be out early. OK. Well Saturday came and went and no delivery. I called them and they said it was after hours, all the local florists were closed and there was nothing they could do for me! Are you kidding me! Two days straight and "oh well" is all they could say. So now here it will be Sunday before I even FIND OUT what happens, if they even bother to remember to call me! I can't believe this is how they run their business. Absolutely unacceptable.

    First, they had three different people call me to verify my order. My order was verified when I clicked submit after purchasing my flowers. I don't understand why I had to have three different people verify my shipping and billing address. I've lived here for 2 years, and have never had any problems with any other company. After the third phone call, the woman said my order was verified and that it will be delivered. I received a phone call later today, saying, "Substitutions need to be made." They gave me an incorrect 800 number to call them back. It didn't even belong to their company. The phone number they gave me was 800-777-1901.

    I called the billing department back, and told them to cancel my order, because I was told a delivery was en route, and then told that nobody has what I ordered. The representative on the phone said, "I can't cancel your order... But we can give you a different kind of rose." I said, "I want what I ordered. Nothing else. If you don't have that, cancel my order." He said, "I can't cancel your order, but I can give you $5.00 off..." My order was over $150!!!

    I asked to speak to a manager who would not cancel my order after me asking 6 times to give me a refund. After the 7th time, she said, "Here is what I will do, I will contact the flower shop and see how long it will take to get those flowers into the shop... And I will give you a $15.00 refund while you wait." I said, "Either give me my money back, or you will be contacted by my attorney."

    They lied to me, telling my order was on its way. And, they fought with me for over an hour on the phone, while I was continually denied the option to cancel my order... while they kept trying to sell me things I didn't want. Scam, fake, 0/10. I shouldn't have to rate them 1 star. They don't deserve that. I know it's not their fault nobody had the flowers I requested... But, they should NOT have told me my order was being delivered. That's unforgivable.

    Updated on 07/09/2018: I was informed my order has been canceled last week. I received a phone call from the company, today, asking me if I wanted to purchase any more flowers, because they didn't have what I wanted for my initial order. I also found out, my order HAS STILL not been canceled, even after a manager told me that my order was canceled. They informed me that a general manager overrode their decision to cancel my order... so, they canceled my order from being canceled, and forced their company to keep my money, and try to send me something else. Unacceptable. I'm on my way to an attorney to sue them for theft, and harassment. I'm currently waiting two hours on the phone for a manager that doesn't exist.

We called you because the order's IP address was in another state and the card message wasn't signed so it appeared to be fraudulent. Also, we never refused to cancel your order.     I ordered a beautiful arrangement of blue Hydrangeas and Lilies in a clear glass vessel for my uncle's memorial service. When my cousin sent a picture and thank you for the flowers, I was sick. No way did the arrangement sent come close to the one I ordered. It was squatty, one white Hydrangea and some stubby fill ins in a lime green container with a tacky lime green net bow. Absolutely horrendous. When I contacted JustFlowers.com, I was asked to send pictures of what was sent, which I did. I then received a lengthy email response touting their desire for satisfied customers and substitution standards, ending with an offer of a $7.50 discount (equates to 10% of my cost) on my next order. Unbelievable! I will NEVER use this company again and suggest no one else does either.

    AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, AWFUL SERVICE, DELAYED DELIVERIES AND LIARS. Website said "there was still time to place orders to be delivered the same day" so I ordered flowers on a Sunday. EVERY DAY after that I received emails that because they could not delivered the flowers my order was reschedule to the following day. After the second day I contacted customer service and told them I wanted to cancel my order. But to my surprised the next day received another email assuring me the flowers were going to be delivered the next day... I called again and left messages at least three times. I also emailed them to cancel the order - This is while the flowers were NOT DELIVERED YET.

    After 4 days they deliver the flowers and still charged me full price. When I call to complain. They simply said they had a record of me calling Monday to cancel but the flower were delivered Thursday already (5 days later) and they could not do anything about it and they denied I ever sent emails even though I have records of it all. Most UNPROFESSIONAL and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever deal with. THEY TRIED TO TELL ME THEY WERE GIVING ME $10 back for my next order but I already had that since I spent over $50. Pretty much they screwed up and they do not do anything to keep customers happy or coming back. If you are reading this I hope that I can prevent you from making a mistake.     On 6-14-18 I ordered red roses to be delivered to my spouse, at work, as I wanted to give her a little boost after just losing her father. I agreed to an extra charge for express delivery, within 4 hours, which would be several hours before my wife got off work. No delivery was made. I called JustFlowers and after a discussion, I was assured they would re-direct the delivery to my home, no later than 6:00 PM. I agreed, with reservations. No delivery. I called the following day. They were very apologetic, the supervisor I spoke with. They again assured me, after pleading for another chance, that delivery would occur before 6:00 PM that date, Friday the 15th. Guess what- no delivery.

    I called today and was given to a manager - who described himself as the highest person I could speak with aside from the owner. He stated that I could not rescind my order until another 24 hours had passed because my order had gone to a florist, and the flowers would be delivered before the magic 6:00 PM tonight. I told him I would refuse the flowers, if they ever showed up, and that I was challenging the charge to my credit card. He said I couldn't do that due to an implied contract, and that I was responsible for the entire amount. I told him to sue me, that I was going to do as I stated. Also, I originally asked for a dozen red roses, but agreed to pay $10.00 for express delivery, and another charge for the "fullest blossoms that day", for a total of $67 something dollars. Imagine my surprise at a charge of $105.59. I leave it to you if this is a reputable firm.

    I ordered a funeral bouquet online on Monday morning for a Tuesday funeral. I didn't pay the $4.95 "express delivery" charge, because that was supposed to be for same day delivery, and I didn't need the flowers delivered until the next day. The bouquet pictured was all in white with an attractive spray of tall gladiolas and assorted other white flowers. Altogether, with the $15 in "handling and delivery" charges, I paid over $100 for these flowers. I received a telephone call from the florist to say that they didn't have the gladiolas but could substitute something equally attractive. I indicated that the substitution would be acceptable, so long as I got full value for what I paid. They assured me that I would.

    The next day, the funeral home had to CALL the florist because they hadn't delivered my flowers, or flowers ordered by a family member of the deceased, and the funeral service was about to start. Today, (the day after the funeral) my friend, whose father's funeral it was, sent me a picture of the flowers that had been delivered, and I was extremely annoyed to see that it was a very small, nondescript bouquet in a cheap little glass vase. Certainly nothing like what I had ordered and paid for! Needless to say, I wish I had read all these negative reviews before ordering from JustFlowers.

    NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! A cut floral arrangement was left in 100 degree heat in direct sun on the porch and the flowers were ruined when it was found...EVEN THOUGH the recipient was home when delivery was made. The florist they contracted with lied about the attempts to contact the recipient for delivery. When asked to redeliver, they wanted to charge $15 to do so. After an attempt to PICK-up the arrangement, it wasn't ready when it was supposed to be - the pickup involved tolls, gas and time away from work for the recipient - the company refuses to refund the money and wants to try to deliver again - but still wants the $15 fee.

    I placed an order on Tuesday for Thursday morning delivery. They advertised possible same day service. I gave them two days so there wouldn't be any slip-ups. I also asked them to call in the morning before delivering. Thursday morning came, no phone call, no delivery. It was set on their front porch Friday evening. My friend just happened to decide to walk her dog that evening in the front yard instead of the back and found the arrangement sitting on the front porch. I would never use "Just Flowers" again.

    Worst experience and customer service I have ever had ordering flowers! I ordered flowers on 8 June 2018 through JustFlowers.com in Toccoa, Georgia for a family members birthday on 10 June 2018 because the local florist, Alexander's, with whom I have always had reliable service, didn't have the particular flower I was looking for. The order was supposed to be delivered on 9 June 2018 but was never delivered.

    I received an e-mail notification from JustFlowers.com to call them to resolve the issue to which I did. I was then given assurances that the order would be delivered on 10 June 2018 - no problem I was assured, they would be there. 10 June 2018, received a notification e-mail just an hour ago that they could not deliver the order today either because my mom lived too far away - JustFlowers.com and my family both reside in the same zip code, 30577. Please call customer service. After a less than heartfelt apology I was assured the order would be delivered on 11 June 2018 - a day after her birthday. Alexander's would have had those flowers delivered within hours after ordering - should have gone with them. Thanks JustFlowers.com for screwing this up for me. You are the worst florist I have ever used - first and only time... Never again! Take heed folks - DO NOT USE JustFlowers.com. You will be sorry you did - just as I am.

I asked the customer service rep for his name and they would only give me their first name. I asked for his full name and he refused to give that to me.     I would first like to start by saying this has been the worst ordering experience and customer service in my life with a company! They give false information constantly to obtain an order. Please use any I mean any site but theirs!!! Here’s why. I was given FALSE information, guarantees, assured, re-assured, and promised services that were not provided. Employees continue to false advertise.

    I was looking for a florist that could deliver same day and JustFlowers was taking orders for same day, but it may be delivered late as 9pm. Skeptical I called and an employee and verified if the order could still be delivered same day as advertised. The employee assured me that if I placed an order online they would absolutely be delivered today 100% guarantee. Given this guarantee I placed an order for $116 at 10am 5/13. I contacted JustFlowers at 2pm and inquired about an ETA, they couldn't give me an ETA but guaranteed me that they would be delivered TODAY. At 4:26pm I received a call from JustFlowers confirming the order was going to be delivered that day, I was again GUARANTEED. Then at 7:24pm I received an email that the order that I was 100% GUARANTEED by 3 different employees were NOT going to be delivered on 5/13 and was going to be delivered on 5/14.

    I was flabbergasted as I was PROMISED, ASSURED, REASSURED, and GUARANTEED same day delivered. I then spent 3 hours after the email calling NUMEROUS numbers they have listed to only be on hold and never be able to make contact, I did leave voicemails asking to please cancel this order. That I don't want the flowers that I was guaranteed to be delivered on another day. This was extremely frustrating to have spent most of my day with this matter only to not have delivered guaranteed goods. I responded to the email and left voicemails that I'd appreciate if they could cancel the order as when ordering SAME DAY delivery items GUARANTEED by multiple employees Justflowers failed to come through. Again I asked just please refund the money. The next morning after getting NO RESPONSE, I started calling the numerous numbers. 6 total.

    I did finally get through to a CSR and during our 80 minute conversation I was informed that I could absolutely NOT receive a refund for my same day order that was NOT delivered same day. I explained to the employee that I had 3 different employees guarantee me that my mother's day flowers would be delivered same day. The CSR stated that regardless what the employees stated to me that instead of what the employees are advertising or guaranteeing that doesn't matter cause they go by the policy instead. This is just mind boggling that it is ok and acceptable to have employees FALSELY advertise. Prior to the call with the CSR I received a call from the florist and then she explained to me that they receive an email from Justflowers on Sunday and they didn't understand why they would send an order to them for same day delivery on a day the florist WAS CLOSED.

    I explained to them that I was trying to contact JustFlowers to get a refund and she stated that they have not started on the order yet and they would allow time for me to contact JustFlowers due to the wrongdoing that JustFlowers done! I explained all of this to the CSR and she stated that that was not true and that the florist had already completed the order (THIS WAS FALSE), the CSR also stated the order was en route (THIS WAS ALSO FALSE) because the first call I received was from the delivery guy, he stated he always calls to verify someone would be home BEFORE the order was started! The CSR kept LYING. HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE? I kept asking and begged for a refund for the $116 I spent for items that were NOT delivered as promised!

    The CSR told me it was NOT possible to refund, the company does not do refunds! I told her she was NOT being honest about the order and the florist stated that if they would request a refund that they would be able to process it. Again I explained all of this to the CSR, she stated she would have to contact the florist herself and put me on hold and switch back. I was on hold for 15min for the CSR to switch back & say goodbye and hang up! I was perplexed about every employees false info. I JUST WANT A REFUND! I called again and asked if I placed an same day order & it's not delivered SAMEDAY would I get a FULL refund, she stated ABSOLUTELY! WHAT IS GOING ON!? PLEASE GIVE ME A REFUND!!!

    It was for: $116.46. I Filed a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) which has them listed as A-... AN A- YET THEY HAVE 95% customer complaints NEGATIVE REVIEWS, they currently have 837 CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, yet somehow they have an A- with the BBB??? WOW JUST WOW. Their first response was that the flowers were delivered and a full refund was issued. On 5/31/18 I responded: "I just spoke with the customer service department with JustFlowers.com and the customer service representative Janice stated that in their system it does NOT show that JustFlowers has issued ANY REFUND OR HAVE A REFUND SCHEDULED! I gave her the information and she stated there are NO notes or comments in the account, what details she stated are Listed is that the flowers were delivered and customer satisfied!" WOW. Just WOW!

    BBB can you please request them to show some proof of what they are claiming! They have even given FALSE INFORMATION TO you, the BBB on a complaint! How do you all still accredit them? PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS! I Chose them influenced on the fact the BBB accredited them! IT has been 15 days (12 Business days) since they have claimed they issued a refund! Please help me obtain proof to their claim!! PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS, I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK IS ALL! On 6/1/18 JustFlowers responded: "Upon further investigation, we can see that neither of the order numbers we quoted to you actually belong to you. For that, we would like to apologize. However, we actually don't have any orders in our system that match the information provided. What is your seven-digit order number?"

    On 6/2/18 I responded: "My order number is: ** It was for: $116.46." On 6/4/18 I responded: "If you don't have ANY information in your system regarding this event for order number: **. Here is the original email with time as I explained in my complaint?" I also ATTACHED an email from them to show proof they knew about the order! LIES LIES LIES! ON 6/5/18 they responded: "** was delivered on 5/14/2018 at 4PM." THIS IS Impossible it was NEVER DELIVERED!

    ON 6/6/18 I responded: "It has now been 18 business days (24 calendar days) since I've requested a full refund on the flowers that were guaranteed to be delivered on 5/13/18 Mother's day, by 3 employees (which might I add that you have pre-recorded messages that all your calls are recorded so you should be able to easily access your employees making false guarantees). Order number #**. Yet I still have not received any refund! How long does it take for a resolution and full refund to occur? I'm just asking for my money back on flowers that were guaranteed for same day delivery (then were rescheduled for next day) and flowers that were not I repeat were not ever delivered! It's now 6/6/2018."

    Today 6/8/18 I responded: "You "Claim" that order #** was delivered on 5/14/2018 at 4PM. This is FALSE! please provide any signed document of delivery? Anything saying flowers were delivered. Because the flowers were NEVER delivered on 5/14/18 or 5/14/18. NO FLOWERS TO THIS DATE HAVE EVER BEEN DELIVERED! I spoke with Dunn's florist, they CONFIRM NO DELIVER WAS EVER MADE! PLEASE provide accurate information. If you have proof of this "Claimed Delivery," Please provide the proof. AGAIN No flowers have ever been delivered." I also responded I would like to add that I have proof that the flowers that you claim were delivered on 5/14/18 at 4pm, as the property has 24 hour surveillance. I have reviewed all footage from 5/14/18 and ABSOLUTELY NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED.

    I will be compressing and converting video to add as PROOF, you are NOT giving accurate information and again giving FLASE I information regarding this matter. I don't understand why your company continues to lie and give false information instead of JUST issuing a full refund to a customer that your employees gave false guarantees to obtain orders. I REPEAT THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and ALL I'M ASKING FOR IS A FULL REFUND on the flowers that they had 3 different employees guarantee me that the flowers would absolutely be delivered on Mother's day NOT THE DAY AFTER.

    Why is it so hard to get a refund when the company continues to lie and refuse to give me a refund! I am also flabbergasted how the BBB gives them an A- with 95%. I REPEAT 95% Negative reviews/Complaints! Please give me a refund and quit lying! I Have also MADE NUMEROUS contacts with DUNN'S FLORIST in Wentzville, Missouri regarding this matter and their statements DON'T match JUST FLOWERS'. I ALSO have an EXTENSIVE EMAIL FROM DUNN'S FLORIST Driver/DELIVER PERSON that I will be adding to the complaint as evidence, YET Just Flowers has NO PROOF of delivery, they are a HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR THEIR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, FALSE STATMENTS!

    PLEASE go to the BBB.ORG website and review all the complaints they have listed and they all tend to be the same and they have the AUDACITY to offer $10 refunds on OVER $100 ORDERS! PLEASE STOP ALL OF THIS AND JUST ISSUE Me A FULL REFUND!!! I will be posting this information on EVERY website I possible can until I get my refund!

    I ordered Mother's Day flowers and not only did she not receive but it's June 8th and they still haven't delivered the flowers. I have talked to customer service on several occasions only to be given the promise of delivery. Then they told me that the recipient refused the flowers which is not true because my mother lives with me so I know she never got them. And now they are offering me a partial refund of $10.00 out of the $60.00 I spent for no service. This site is a complete scam and I advise everyone reading to go to a different service.

    This site is absolute GARBAGE. I order 2 separate orders from this site for both of my Mom’s for Mother’s Day because they advertised “same day delivery” which was a lie. I get that Mother’s Day is busy, but one order wasn’t delivered until Wednesday. The other order I tried to call and cancel since it had been over a week and was calling customer service for over 30 minutes for them to hang up on me. Next time I called, the same thing.

    I finally got to talk to a human today (over a month later) for them just to tell me the flowers that I never received were signed for and delivered. I was told maybe a security guard or someone might have signed for them, which is impossible since the community doesn’t have one and they are individual houses. Also, I was there that week and never signed for any flowers. I know have to wait for them to send me the invoice to verify. I don’t know the person who signed to attempt to get my money back. As a broke college student I spend over $150 ($75 each order) to get my parents something nice for it to all just be blown up in my face. $75 is a lot to a young adult and I have yet to receive my refund. This is the worst possible website you could use.

    I wanted flowers delivered on Mother’s Day. They delivered the day after so we refused the delivery. I disputed the charge and they forged the signature to make it look like the flowers were delivered.

    I am very disappointed. I visited the sites of many of the local florists where I wanted to deliver in the SF Bay area, there were beautiful choices and very affordable prices. I chose JustFlowers because they sported "Same Day Delivery" on some of their bouquets, albeit at nearly twice the price of the local shops, but it was important for me to have the bouquet delivered the same day so I decided to try them. The order was sent in hours before shop opening times on the day I wanted delivery. Needless to say, I did not get "Same Day Delivery". Sorry to say, I will not call on JustFlowers again.

    I was very disappointed with my last order with this company, the flowers were not delivered to where they were instructed to be delivered to (a headstone) and before a set time. I explain that the reciprocate father would be there visiting his daughter's grave and I wanted the flowers there when he arrived. I was told that the flowers could be placed at her grave site and provide them with the necessary information. When the father arrived at his daughter's grave site he send me a picture, my flowers were nowhere to be found. When I contact JustFlowers they told me the delivery person said he left them at the front office and they considered them to be delivered, and the company refused to refund my money.

    This company is a complete and total scam. I ordered flowers for same-day delivery to my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. They never arrived. When I called around 8 that evening, the guy who answered the phone claimed they were out for delivery, which was obviously a lie. I have emailed twice to request help with my order. It's been 16 days and no response. Also tried calling their "customer service" line five times, which was a total joke. It's impossible to reach anyone no matter how long you stay on hold. When I tried an alternate number, the woman was incredibly rude and refused to help. I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. What a freaking waste of time for us and disappointment for my mother-in-law. Never, ever buy from this company!

    They indicate they would deliver on a Saturday, the day before Mother's Day & did not deliver until Tuesday. I also ordered a balloon, which they charged me for & never delivered. When I emailed, they never responded. Clearly, given all the reviews which state the same, this company is operating a scam & should be ashamed of their operation. They indicated the flowers are accepted, as if the receiver has any idea what commitment of delivery time was expected. I had to sign up to write a review, but it was worth it. I will also follow up with the Better Business Bureau - these people should be found & put out of business. Way to sour people's attempts are sharing joy & celebration by your abusive scheme. Gross.

    On May 11th 2018 I went online to order flowers for my mom for Mother's Day (5/13/2018). After looking online at both 1-800-Flowers and Teleflora.com I decided to try Just Flowers as they had same day delivery (5/11/18). After carefully considering all options, I decided to order 2 dozen of roses for $129.99 and upgraded to the deluxe for an additional $10 which totaled $139.99. I then had the option to add additional flowers for about $15, which I selected to do, and a small box of chocolate for $24.99. The total came in at $192.96. Yes almost $200.00. I felt good about it although it was a lot of money for flowers.

    I did not receive a receipt so I called and talked to a service representative. She gave me the order number and confirmed that I purchased 2 dozen of roses and some additional flowers. The order did not come in the same day but the next day, which was fine with me and my mom. However, she only got one dozen of red roses and some carnations. The arrangement looked really floppy. I immediately called Just Flowers for an explanation. I was told someone from the local flower store was going to call me. I waited 10 days but no call. I went ahead and make a dispute with Paypal.

    Today 17 days later Just Flowers called me and basically said I might have used a phone to order and could not see the picture of what I ordered which are both false because I used a computer to order and I saw not only the description but a picture of the 2 dozen of roses. What I did not see was neither the pictures or description of the additional flowers that I ordered. I work at home and know how to order online and I am very savvy when it comes to online order. They told me I ordered the Dazzling Reds that comes with one dozen of roses and some carnation (which sounds like a pre-made arrangement) but that's not what happened. I specifically chose the 2 dozen bouquet (hence the $139.99 price) then added additional flowers and did not know what the additional flowers would be. I could not believe what I heard and experienced.

    I told them I have a bachelor in IT and business management. I am a computer literate and I have a Master of Business Administration. There is absolutely NO WAY I mistakenly order 1 dozen and thought I ordered 2 dozens. They finally sent me a receipt today when I called to request it and said they showed that they sent me the receipt on the same day I placed the order but showed that I did not open it. (Yes of course they blamed on junk mail which I already knew to check before calling today to ask for the receipt.)

    PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They poorly handled my case and are a terrible company to do business with. I urge all of you, fathers, husbands, mothers, daughters, sons, and grandchildren out there not to do business with this company! I will make all attempt to spread the words about this company's horrible business practice.

    I ordered delivery of $85 worth of flowers for Mother’s Day because they guaranteed delivery. Not only did my mother not receive her flowers on Mother’s Day, SHE NEVER RECEIVED THEM! I have followed up via email multiple times (which is their recommended contact process), and I have also sat on hold multiple times for 10-15 minutes before they send you to an answering machine. No calls back. This company is fake and horrible. I wish I would have read more reviews before giving them my money. I just want a refund for something they NEVER sent, and I can’t even get that. They are criminals.

    My wife and I placed an order on May 11th for flowers by Mother's Day. The total cost of the order was $107 CDN dollars. My mom is 87 and lives in an assisted living facility in Oceanside, California. I called to wish her a happy Mother's Day only to discover the flowers had not been delivered to her. My wife repeatedly tried to get in touch with someone at the company but she could only exchange email with an automated machine. Eventually she received an email saying that JustFlowers was looking into it. They then informed us that the flowers had been delivered.

    The only problem is that my mom never got the flowers. So either they were never delivered or they were delivered to the wrong people at the complex. Their 'System' apparently doesn't concern itself with who gets the flowers, only that you pay for them. So we are out of pocket and my mom did not get her flowers. And JustFlowers takes no responsibility and has no accountability. So take my advice and do not order flowers from them. There is no guarantee the intended recipient will get them. And if they don't, JustFlowers doesn't give a damn because they have your money and their system says they were delivered. Great way to do business don't you think?

    If you want a business to tell your mother to "pick up her own flowers," you've come to the right place. Like so many others, I ordered Mother's Day Flowers from JustFlowers.com. The only reason I placed the order is because they "guaranteed" delivery for Sunday May 13th. They did not arrive on the 13th and when my mother finally heard from the florist they told her that she could "come into town to PICK THEM UP." At that point, she told them that she wasn't interested in doing so. I called customer service on Monday May 14th to let them know that I wanted to cancel the order. They said they needed to reach out to the local florist and would give me a callback. They never called.

    I called back today, May 24th, to follow up on my refund for the flowers that were never delivered and they told me that they couldn't offer me a refund because the florist told them they attempted delivery. The florist made no mention that they told my mother that she could "come into town and pick them up" herself. I spent $121 with JustFlowers.com for what they advertised on their site as a GUARANTEED Mother's Day delivery and they have refused to offer me a refund.

    The customer service that I received today was shameful. As a business, using words like "guarantee" without a commitment to providing excellent service to your customers is misleading and deceptive. The people on the phone are perfectly polite but were not at all helpful in resolving this matter. When I asked one of the agents why there was no language upon check out about the "guarantee" not being a real guarantee, she told me that I could find it on the customer service page. Why hide the true meaning of the guarantee that was splashed all over the front page of the website on a tab that customers typically only check AFTER there's been a problem? I buy flowers OFTEN and I thought I'd come across a trusted new vendor and was happy to give them a shot. I'll stick with 1-800-Flowers, Bouqs and the host of other online flower businesses that are upfront about delivery times. Do not trust JustFlowers.com for anything important!

    My son and daughter in law ordered flowers for me on Mother's Day to have delivered on the Saturday before so I would have them in time. Saturday came and went with no delivery or call... Sunday (Mother's Day) came and went. No delivery. No call... Monday at 4:23 pm I got a voicemail saying, "We have a delivery for you but we close at 4:30 so you will need to call tomorrow to set up a time for delivery." The flowers were delivered but not the flowers that were ordered and not even slightly close!

    The flowers were old and started dying the very next day! It ruined my Mother's Day only because my son and daughter in law spent their whole weekend plus trying to call and email to find my flowers instead of spending Mother's Day with their children! My poor daughter in law was in tears every time I spoke to her! I gave her the number to our local florist and told her to never use these people again!!! JF did call my son later in the week to only try and shift the blame to him! I am still trying to figure out what JF thinks he did wrong... He ordered specific flowers that he knew I loved and he paid for them and requested they be delivered on 5/12/18 then spent 3 stinking days searching for the flowers!!!
