    First off, I have to say the flowers were delivered promptly, and my sister was very happy with what she received. The problem is when she sent me a photo of her floral arrangement - and it looked NOTHING like what I'd ordered for her... It looked like the most scaled-down version of what was advertised - even tho' I'd ordered the "PREMIUM" version - which they advertise as having more flowers, etc. Not true. I immediately contacted JustFlowers.com. "Chatted" w. an online Customer Service rep. Sent photos of what was delivered (along w. the online photo, for comparison). Over the next 24 hrs (when I wasn't home), I received 4 phone messages, at home - and 3 messages, at work - from JustFlowers, one of which said the local florist would replace the arrangement. When I called Just Flowers to confirm this, they said "no"... and gave a $5 refund... (Keep in mind, the PREMIUM arrangement was $74.99...).

    Not pleased at all, and will never do business with this group again. Better to contact a local florist (in whatever city you need), and deal directly with them. The kicker was when JustFlowers told me that just because the arrangement looks like it does online, it doesn't mean that what you're going to get. You're going to get whatever the florist has on-hand. If it weren't for the speedy delivery, I'd give this company a 1-star.

    I ordered flowers for a funeral in Lancaster, N.H. paid around 85-100 dollars and they were never delivered and never got a refund. Will never order from these people again and I did spread the word. I contacted them and never heard a word from them that they weren't delivered. I guess this is how they make their money.

    I ordered flowers for a work colleague following her surgery. Since I didn’t know what shipping fees would be, I entered her address to calculate, then went back to selecting an arrangement. I was startled when a rep called me to urge me to complete my sale over the phone. She said she could offer a $10 discount for doing so. I thought, great, I’m saving my employer money. Little did I know, the rep increased the shipping cost to $20 instead of $10, so the “discount” was a wash. I complained about their shady sales tactic, and they said well, we already gave you a discount. Here’s $7.50 off a future order.

    Since then, I’ve received AT LEAST daily emails from them to my work email address, as well as email from their affiliate websites, despite unsubscribing and complaining. I’ve had to set a rule in Outlook to deliver emails from their domain straight to the trash. I never did find out how my colleague’s flowers looked—I feel tacky asking, but wonder very much about the quality and quantity. Never, never again.

    5 days later. No flowers delivered for $79! Multiple long holds... no one can cancel or refund my order because it is in transit. Who wants flowers that have been in transit for 5 days??? Call center with poor language skills. Huge mistake on my part. They will not provide me with the name of the local florist and keep giving me the same LAME story. They even called the recipient to confirm that she received the flowers... AND SHE DIDN'T!

    Updated on 02/23/2018: “Just Flowers” continues to disappoint. What they finally delivered...5 days late...was a shabby cut flower arrangement that was not what I ordered and I am so angry. Replacement is the only option that they have given me... Let's see what they do with this. Zero confidence.

    Since my husband is on a deployment he thought ordering from JustFlowers would be a great idea. Turned out to be the worst! He even paid extra to be delivered before 12 pm on Feb 20th. I waited for it all day only for them to tell me that they don't couldn't find someone to deliver it to me and they will deliver tomorrow instead! They could've said that 3 days ago before they took his money! Don't waste your money here. It won't make your day special. They will only ruin it instead!

    I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on her birthday by JustFlowers. I paid extra for the delivery to be made on time before she left for work at 10 am. It's 7 pm now and no word on the flowers, I called the customer service and they said the store they hired was not picking up. So the customer service rep asked me if it would be ok if she called my wife and apologized and delivered the flowers tomorrow. It had already ruined my day so I said if my wife agrees then yes else no. I don't want it anymore.

    She called my wife and told her that they didn't have anyone to deliver the flowers today and they could send them tomorrow, my wife did not want the flowers anymore. So I called them back to see what had happened and they said, "Sorry we already placed the order because you agreed to send them tomorrow and you accepted the 5 dollars gift we talked about," to which I said that I had paid more in early delivery charges and that 5 dollars was suppose to make up for the screw up on their end. Anyways they didn't do a refund and will deliver it tomorrow. RUINED MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY BECAUSE THEY HAD NO ONE TO DELIVER IT!!!

Their website/delivery follow up is not customer service oriented. On the phone I was redirected to the website. I was frustrated and hung up after 30 minutes.     The following remarks are problems I experienced with JUSTFLOWERS.COM: Paid extra for a larger floral basket, that should've contained more flowers, the size of the basket and flowers delivered looked like the original cheaper basic order. The driver could not locate the address which caused a 3-hour delay with the delivery. I paid extra for that particular time and was never reimbursed. With today's technology, why don't their delivery drivers know how to use MapQuest or Google to locate addresses? I reached out with my complaints, but nothing was ever done, but I told the company every chance I get to rate their poor service, I will do. I'll never use their service again.

    If we could give zero stars we would. From beginning to end, our experience with JustFlowers.com was completely unsatisfactory, impersonable and disappointing, not to mention misleading, deceiving, and a complete ripoff. First off, we received no order confirmation or receipt after submitting our order. We did see that the actual charge went through on our end so just assumed our order was ok and we'd receive the invoice at a later date. This should've been a red flag from the start...

    Secondly, when we submitted our order we were "Guaranteed" delivery on Valentine's Day. Not only was our order not received by that day, but we were given no indication as to when the flowers would actually come. The next day we received an email saying the delivery was delayed and that an apology note would be sent upon delivery.

    At that point we attempted to email and call asking for a more specific delivery date and time (to ensure someone would be home to receive them), but our emails received no response and never once were we able to reach an actual person but instead were just shuffled around through a bunch of electronic prompts. When we finally received the order, there was no apology note, not even an email. We realize we could've submitted our order earlier, but if you can't guarantee delivery, you shouldn't promise it. Had we known we wouldn't receive our order on Valentine's Day we would've sought out other options.

    Third, the order we received was completely wrong - first off, we admit we thought we ordered 2 dozen or so red roses. We actually found out later, upon receipt, that when we ordered "Dazzling Reds" we'd get one dozen red roses and a whole bunch of carnations. If you're ordering from a phone, the carnations are very hard to see and actually look like roses. Plus, there's no specific description of the order so they don't actually tell you what you're getting. We realize the availability of certain flowers can sometimes be iffy, but if they were just going to send anything red and charge a ridiculous amount for it, they should at least inform the customer. Carnations are a pretty flower but we would never order carnations for Valentine's Day. Frankly they remind us of funerals. So ok, our bad, we should've been more diligent in our order but there is an obvious lack of transparency here, bordering on deceit.

    Finally, we also ordered a single rose, 3 balloons, a bear and chocolates. We did not receive the bear nor the chocolates. When we asked the deliverer about our order, she informed us that she does not carry bears nor chocolates and had informed JustFlowers.com of the same. She went on further to say that someone from JustFlowers.com had informed her that they had called and asked the "client" if it was ok that she "just add more flowers".

    We couldn't even reach anyone for a delivery date and certainly was NOT contacted by anyone asking if additional flowers would suffice. Even if we had been contacted, we would NOT have been ok with it. We ordered the bear for our one year old daughter, we can't just give her "more flowers". Plus we are chocolate lovers, "more flowers" don't equate. Besides, we paid over $80 for the bear and chocolates and instead we got 2 more flowers and 1 more balloon, the value of which does not add up.

    So basically, we were knowingly, without our consent, delivered not only the wrong order, but also an order that is worth far less than what we actually paid. When we emailed JustFlowers.com expressing our disappointment and asking for a full refund we again received no real response. Instead however, we received the invoice we should've gotten at the start. Ridiculous. Never again.

    Sean, our delayed deliver policy on your order receipt states that for residential, hospitals, and nursing home deliveries, in the unlikely event that there is a delay in the delivery, the delivery will be attempted the next day.

    My order of flowers was to be delivered to a very sick friend to brighten her and her husband’s day. I received an email. It was not delivered as promised. Then I received an email shortly after they canceled the order entirely. I called after a very long hold to reinstate order as it was too late in the night to order for next day. They assured me delivery would be Friday. It’s Monday, they cannot reach the local florist and have no idea if delivered... “maybe” tomorrow. Painful. So many florists that deliver the next day. Just Flowers is not worth the trouble.

    Valentine's Day Flowers - Ordered flowers for my wife from JustFlowers.com because the site indicated they could be delivered same day. The day came and went with nothing arriving at her workplace. She even waited till 6pm because the site indicated the flowers could be delivered up till that time. She finally had to leave and still nothing. That evening after we had finished celebrating the day, I received an email apologizing that the flowers had not been delivered and that they would arrive the next day. We figured alright it wasn't perfect but at least she would received the next morning. WRONG. She did not receive the delivery until the next evening when she was leaving work. Someone called her office to say they had a delivery for her. The flowers she received weren't even the flowers that I had ordered her.     I wish I can give Just Flowers Minor 5 stars, My friend got his flower 2 days after Valentine's Day. 2.16. I called 3 times on 2.14, 2.15 and 2.16 for checking the delivery status and each time I waited almost 1 hour for answering my call and nobody was able to tell me where were my flowers go, so I asked the representative just canceled my order because there is no point delivery the flowers 2 days late already, and then the representative canceled my order. But Just Flowers sent me another email yesterday and said they couldn’t cancel my order, I was so upset about their ridiculous response. That’s why I come here to write the review. But I don't see any possibility in the future that I and my friends will order flowers from Just Flowers again.     Valentine’s Day flowers delivered a day late, I spent almost $100 to have them delivered on time. I understand things happen, but when I complained they said basically “too bad, so sad”.     Ordered flowers for a dear friend who lost her beloved kitty. Ordered in the morning for delivery that day. They were not delivered. Called repeatedly and was told there was no delivery date guaranteed. Don’t recall seeing that on the website! Called “customer service” and they were unsympathetic and unable to assist. Cancelled the order of course and then called back to verify. Pushed 3 to get “customer service” and was somehow routed to the ordering department who told us they couldn’t help and to call customer service, which we had! Called again and verified the order was canceled. We BETTER not see that on our credit card bill! Rarely have been so disappointed and furious with a company.     My husband ordered flowers, chocolates and a balloon for me for Valentine's Day the night before. I received the flowers at work on Valentine's but no chocolates or balloon. I contacted customer service online and got a call from JAMES tonight. He told me the chocolates and balloon would be delivered tomorrow which I told him no just refund that part of the order. He then continued to press the delivery for tomorrow. I told him no my husband had paid for a dozen roses, chocolates and a balloon. I received only 10 roses!!! JAMES then told me that there wasn't enough chocolates balloons or flowers to cover everyone Valentine's Day.

    I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, was put on hold then when he came back on the phone I was told they'd just be delivering the chocolates and balloon ok! We'll be disputing this credit card! Everyone should stay away!!! 5 years of ordering flowers with extras online with different companies and this is the only company to screw it up!!!

    My husband ordered flowers on 2/14/18 at 9am online. He requested them delivered before I left work at 5:00 pm. He called JustFlowers at 4:20 pm when he realized I never received any flowers. The representative told him that the delivery truck was in the area and the delivery would be received by 5:00 pm. Well, they never arrived. My husband received an email that night apologizing for the delivery not being made. The email stated that the delivery would be made the next business day on 2/15/18. My husband was very upset and began calling JustFlowers on 2/15/18 at 8:00 am to cancel the order and request a refund because Valentine's Day was over. He couldn't get anyone on the phone. He emailed Just Flowers but received no response. I called them myself today 2/16/18 and spoke with someone who told me that her notes show that the flowers were delivered on 2/15/18 at 12:00.

    Omg! I'm appalled because it's a LIE! I work at the front desk in my building and the flowers were never received! Why would the delivery person document that they were delivered??? Anyway, the rep told me that she would try to call the local florist. She put me on hold for about 10 minutes and the got back on the line and apologized and told me that their line was busy so she couldn't reach the local florist that "CLAIMED" to deliver the flowers. She first told me that she would call me back after she investigates the matter. Then she said someone else would call me back to get the matter resolved. I told her that he wants a refund. My husband paid $100 plus dollars for those roses, this is ridiculous. He's never used JustFlowers before and he'll never use them again. It really appears to be a SCAM!!!

    Scam as far as I can tell. Flowers never arrived. Got one call saying they tried to deliver. Never heard from them again. The contact information they gave Amex claimed they were a DBA for FTD so they were obviously trying to make it hard to contact them. They never sent me an e-mail with an order number.

    Order no - **. I ordered flowers on 14th Feb 2018, then I couldn't get a confirmation on the order for 2 whole days. After that I get an email on 16th Feb that the order has been rescheduled. After that when I finally do get a confirmation on 17th they say that the order was already made on 15th. I contacted the recipient and no order was found, She has received nothing as of date.

    Customer service say that the order has already has been made and that the florist has delivered it downstairs since nobody was available to receive the order. When in fact I explicitly stated that I was to be informed in case the recipient was not available, I had even put a mail for the same. Same exact thing happened to my Brother who is DA and to my cousin who is an Fbi advisor for internet frauds and scams. If I don't get a refund till tomorrow these guys will be in big trouble, They are taking these from Either ** and will face serious litigation if the refunds are not made. This is a Scam. Stay away from it. These guys are going to Jail.

    I wish I had read these reviews before dealing with JustFlowers.com and I would not be writing this review. I am amazed by the amount of people they have screwed over. After researching a few companies that guaranteed same day delivery if order is process before 3 PM ET, I decided to give JustFlowers.com a try. This is by far the biggest mistake that I have made with a same day delivery company. Not because they couldn't deliver on the same day, but there was zero response to my cancellation on the same day it ordered after I came to realize that my order would not show up on the day it was guaranteed for.

    I ordered surprise Valentine flowers on Valentine's Day to be sent to a loved one. After not receiving any confirmation that the flowers were NOT delivered, I receive 2 automated emails that they apologized for not being able to deliver on the same day. I returned both emails and requested this order to be cancelled because your guarantee by 9 PM ET. That did not happen. No one returned either email. Then called on 5 different attempts. I was on hold for up to 20 minutes and then the phone just disconnects each time. I then get a call from a 3rd party delivery guy that they are delivering the flowers. I refused to have the flowers delivered on the day after Valentine's Day, particularly with the person not being there to received them. I paid over $150 and this company offered to provide a $10 refund for express. That's an insult.

    I then called today to speak with a manager and never did they acknowledge that they received my email of request to cancel the order. They mentioned that they would place my order on hold and I could order later with the funds that I paid. Obviously it had not been processed nor the driver had gone out. I have read the policy and they obviously don't adhere to it. It takes a lot for me to write a complaint unless the customer service is absolutely pathetic. This was one of the very few companies where I have experienced an unpleasant experience and don't ever recommend using them or referring them to anyone in my community. NEVER!

    I have never ordered flowers online before. I chose JustFlowers.com because they were the only place I could find that would deliver to a rural area I needed them to go to. I placed the order to be delivered Valentine’s Day to my girlfriend at work. As it was getting close to closing time I contacted customer service about the status of my order. They hardly spoke English and assured me the flowers would be there in 30 minutes to an hour. Well, they never showed up. My girlfriend left, the business closed anddd no flowers. So I called again furious of course and was told I could not get a refund and that they would be delivered the next day.

    Why on earth would I want Valentine’s Day flowers delivered the day after? So upon arguing with yet another person who barely speaks English they told me the flowers would be delivered to my address instead since she would be with me. I told them, "Sure go ahead" (knowing they wouldn’t because I live an hour and a half away from the original destination). Sure enough, no delivery again. I received an automated call stating they had made several attempts to contact me and could not deliver the flowers (they didn’t attempt to contact me). So the next day my girlfriend goes back to work an hour and a half away and I will not see her until the weekend and guess what!?

    The flowers show up at my house now, old beat up bottom of the barrel roses. Nowhere near where they needed to go. The florist said she had just received the order that morning. So they lied to me not once. But twice. I attempted to contact customer service again through email this time. No reply, so I told them I will be opening a dispute with my bank and still no reply. So far I’m out 110 dollars with these terrible flowers sitting in my house with no customer service whatsoever. Hopefully the bank can get me my money back. But regardless, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD.

    This company is a complete SCAM! I ordered flowers for Valentine's day, was told they would be delivered ON Valentine's Day, after several calls on Valentine's day to advise them that I did not receive said "email confirmation", no response was provided. Then at 8:30 pm on Valentine's Day night, I got a RECORDED phone call saying they "couldn't be delivered today and they would be delivered est. tomorrow "... I immediately called their customer service line and no answer, then called 5 more times and no answer.

The representative said that she could not help me and there was no one there that could help me.     Placed an order for Valentine's Day flowers at 9:30am on Feb 14 2018. I get home at 6:30pm and flowers were not delivered.     Perhaps the worst customer experience with a business ever. No wonder the Consumer Affairs reviews shows up in the top 10 search results. Here is my experience: Placed an order at 10 30 am on Feb 14. The site says it delivers on the same day if it's 4 hours before close which it was. In order to check on the status, I call the customer care number. For customers who already bought something you are sent to an automated response saying, "Due to high call volume they can't serve over phone. So go to website and make a request." On the website, there's absolutely no way of requesting the status or when it will be delivered. I write an email requesting status. My card of course has been promptly charged. Call back today, I still get the same response.

    Then I get an e-mail saying: "Sarat ** we are truly sorry your Valentine's Day order ** to Svetlana ** was not able to be delivered. We will deliver your order on the next available day and we will include a note of apology from our company. Thank you for your understanding." So basically, I still have no idea whether it will be delivered today. Just that it may be delivered sometime before the end of the world. When you are a flower delivering service there are two things you need to do right, make sure the flowers are good and deliver it on time.

    Not a week later, or a day later and even if they return my money, it is still not enough to compensate for the fact that you failed to deliver the damn flowers. It's like an airline ** you over by saying, "we can't get you there on the day of your wedding, but we will get you there in a week. or you can have your money back and buy a new ticket." What use is that? I'm surprised that with such awful practices this company still is operating.

    Ok here I start, I ordered flowers for Valentines Day, they didn't show up, I never received a phone call that the flowers were not going to make it, I could have canceled and picked some up on the way home and all would have been good. Their website that they divert you to has no REAL way of communicating your precise issue. If you click "Delivery not made --- send at the next available time". Guess what you are in essence doing? You are telling them "no problem about delivering the flowers today... just whenever is fine and convenient for YOU, JustFlowers, will work!"

    There is NO option to just ask when to expect delivery and their "customer service"? Non-existent! You get looped back in a circle. None of the options lead you to any answers or assistance! You, the sender, have NOTHING to go on! Except when you DON'T get that much awaited phone call from your person thanking the hell out of you for the gorgeous flowers!

I was told by an unprofessional representative that "this is a free country, you can do whatever you want". I've responded to the order email and still have not heard anything.     Only writing a review here because it seems like it's one of the very few places JustFlowers will actually respond on. It's clear that this company has been screwing up for a long time now (based on hundreds of reviews posted on multiple sites) so I want to avoid sounding like a broken record. But yes, it does suck to have ZERO flowers on Valentine’s Day especially when your boyfriend has paid the extra money for "guaranteed" delivery. I'm not exactly mad about the actual flowers - I'm mad about how DISHONEST and IRRESPONSIBLE a company can be. How can you guys live with yourselves knowing you're letting hundreds of people down in times where your flowers/products should be helping them celebrate the most special and meaningful parts of their lives? You have disappointed MANY customers who have TRUSTED your business to do your job.

    I'm shocked at the number of negative reviews that reveal the same patterns time and time again - late or no deliveries, poor quality, non-existent customer service, etc. How is this joke of a company still running? If you cannot guarantee same-day delivery, take that option down from your website. If you cannot deliver fresh, good quality flowers, seek out different florists or vendors to work with. Hire a Customer Support team that responds within a reasonable time. Hire a better social media person - it's kind of pathetic that he/she has to constantly hide all the complaints made by customers in real time. STRIVE FOR HONESTY & EXCELLENCE JUST LIKE YOUR WEBSITE CLAIMS. Otherwise, shut down your business and go find a different industry to work in.

    You should be ashamed of yourselves breaking these customer’s hearts in times of their lives where they should be celebrating love, family, milestones, or worse, grieving a loss of a loved one.     Purchased Valentine's day flowers and was told would be delivered on Feb 14. I specified I needed the flowers to be delivered to a high school and that I needed delivery before 3pm. I was told that school deliveries were filled first and that I should not have to worry. At 4pm on Valentine's day, the flowers had not delivered and I was told that they had up until 9pm to deliver, however, when I told them that the school would be closed, they told me that they would deliver them the next day, totally disregarding the fact that I purchased flowers to be delivered on VALENTINE'S DAY- NOT THE DAY AFTER!

    In my efforts at damage control, I requested to have the flowers rerouted to the person's address. They took the new address and assured me that the flowers would be delivered to the new address ON VALENTINE'S DAY. Valentine's Day came and went and they never delivered my flowers nor did I get a call or text indicating that there wouldn't be a delivery. Horrible customer service to boot. Called five times and neither rep could get a hold of the florist. I am expecting a refund or I WILL pull all of my referrals that currently do high volume business with JustFlowers. Paid $110.00 to have flowers shipped on VALENTINE'S DAY, NOT THE NEXT DAY.

    I ordered Valentine Arrangements for my 4 girls and not one was delivered. They don't answer their phones. I've put in a cancellation with my credit card company. Their customer service email is a pre filled out form with no area to write anything, only choose from their 5 choices, nothing for 'I didn't get my order, cancel it.' Worst customer service, ok, well no customer service. In addition, since I had four orders I called and ordered over the phone, very pleasant woman taking my 4 orders, but she never mentioned the handling fee or the shipping or service fee, which accounts for an additional almost 30% per order. Terrible way to run a customer service related industry. STAY AWAY.

    I ordered my wife the "Razzle Dazzle" bouquet for Valentine's Day, even upgraded it to premium. When the flowers arrived, it looked more like a funeral arrangement than a Valentine's bouquet. Spent 4 hours calling the customer service number and sent numerous emails. I understand it's a busy day for flowers, but that is no excuse why they don't answer the phones. I also understand that there are substitutions that may need to be made. What I ordered had red roses, what was delivered was a couple purple flowers with a ton of fern to fill space. I have attached pictures hoping this gets resolved, the red flowers are supposed to be what I ordered with a premium upgrade even, the other is what I got.

That is blatantly false. I spent 4 hours on the phone trying to get through on 2/14, sent 4 emails with pictures of what was delivered. I finally got through after 3 calls on 2/15, was put on hold by the first customer service representative for an hour while she got a manager. I called right back and was told I needed to send an email with a picture of what was delivered. I explained I had sent 4 already. I was then transferred to Reggie who offered me $10 credit. I told him that was not acceptable and I wanted a full refund and would send the flowers back to them. He did that they didn't give refunds. I told him that I would dispute with my bank then and that was the conversation.

The website says the delivery can be rescheduled to the next day, but why would anyone want Valentine's flowers delivered the day after? I called customer service and was put on hold for 15 minutes only to be directed to an automated system. On hold another 10 minutes the second time, and again sent to an automated system to leave a message. I see many reviews saying that they were credited $10 for their orders that didn't arrive on time. I feel as if someone should be entitled to a full refund if their delivery has not even left the florist on the day it was supposed to be delivered. However I'm sure this won't be the case, and instead I ordered a $99 bouquet of "day after Valentine's Day flowers." Don't order from this company. There are plenty of other flower companies that will treat you and your money as it should be treated.

    On Wednesday, February 7, 2018 I ordered a flower arrangement, to be sent to a funeral home for the passing of my co-worker’s father. The money was gathered from several people to buy flowers to pay condolences to my co-worker. JustFlowers.com did contact me on February 7, 2018 to make sure all the information inputted online was correct and informed me that the flower arrangement would be delivered on Thursday, February 8, 2018 prior to visitation. When I attended the funeral services (along with other co-workers) on Friday, February 9, 2018, I did not see the flower arrangement.

    As a result my co-worker and I asked the funeral home director whether they received the flowers. The director allowed us to look through all the cards sent with the flowers received. We did not see any cards or flowers from our organization. Therefore I called Just Flowers on Friday (February 9, 2018) afternoon and they claimed the florist delivered the flowers on Thursday, February 9th and someone at the funeral home signed for the flowers. I asked them to provide the documentation that someone signed for the flowers. I have yet to receive that documentation. I also contacted my co-worker to make sure he didn’t receive the flowers and he informed me that his family did not receive anything from our organization.

    Today is Tuesday, February 13, 2018 and I’ve been going back and forth with Just Flowers since February 9th. My co-worker also talked to Just Flowers to explain that neither he nor his family received the flowers. Of course they will not give me a refund or send the flowers to the family. Now I have to explain to everyone that contributed to the flowers what happened. It’s a shame this happened to a group of people who was trying to pay condolences to a co-worker family and JustFlowers has no compassion or sympathy of the situation. Please do not use this company and I do plan to contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

    I made the mistake of ordering floral arrangement from JustFlowers.com without checking into any reviews. MY BIG MISTAKE! The flowers were to be delivered to a business prior to closing and I was assured that would happen. 4 days later when I checked to see if they had arrived and if everyone was happy much to my surprise nothing had been delivered. When I called JustFlowers I was told the office was closed when they attempted delivery and left the flowers at a Chinese Restaurant without getting any signatures or leaving a note to say what had happened. The office was in fact open until 5:06 pm and that was verified with the security firm that monitors the office. The immediate adjacent office was also open until 5:00 pm but NO attempt was made by any delivery person to leave the flowers at that location.

    When questioned JustFlowers I was told that is what happened and no further action was offered. It would have been impossible not to deliver that floral arrangement if it was done at 4:00 pm as stated by JustFlowers. When I stated that was unacceptable and wanted a refund I was told No refund was possible. They offered instead to have the now very wilted flowers that were delivered 4 days earlier to the restaurant to be delivered to the correct address... I said that was unacceptable and insisted they keep their flowers and return my money. "Absolutely not," was their response but then suggested a nondescript offer to refund the delivery portion.

    I said NO that wasn't acceptable to which they called the restaurant had a waiter deliver the wilted flowers 4 days later and then said they withdrew any offer of refund. This company is an absolute sham and the term Customer Service or Customer Satisfaction is something they do not adhere to at all. I am still trying to get my refund and will continue but in the meantime I am suggesting that in my opinion ANYONE THINKING OF USING THIS WEBSITE/BUSINESS... STAY AWAY. They act like Crooks.

    If I could give a lower rating I would. First of all, I went onto their website through E-bates, where they offered 9% back. When the rebate notification didn't come I requested confirmation. They say they have no affiliation with E-bates so I sent them the link with the 9% back shop button. They are holding fast to their no-affiliation line. Also, Just Flowers didn't disclose their "handling" or "delivery" charges until my credit card info was already input. As no other charges were entered, I figured the $133CAD orchid included delivery. (The price supported such an assumption.) I was writing a sympathy card message, trying to get my wording right, so they telephoned, interrupting my train of thought, to say they noticed it was taking me "awhile to place my order." They offered to pay for my shipping and admin fee, putting me on hold to confirm the numbers.

    After my wait they offered an $8 discount from my $158 total but said they couldn't give me the E-bates discount as well. I opted to take the E-bates discount instead as it was double the amount of money back. Honestly, it's not about a few dollars, it's the dishonesty and trickery. Every time I went to a new page a message was sent about needing to update my Norton.

    Then after my receipt came, I received a free 30 day trial of a Norton product. So I was shopping for sympathy flowers, having to close an irritating ad for Norton every time I went to a new page, receiving an unauthorized sales call and then being denied my rebate. I have no confidence these flowers are going to be anything like what is pictured but don't want to waste any more time fighting with this company and in reading other reviews, I see that is a whole other can of worms. Yuk. Lesson learned. Read reviews before using a new company, even if they are referred by a trusted site.

    Had a dozen pink, long-stem roses delivered as a gift to my sister on 1/20/18. The bulbs were closed. They never opened and on the second day, the closed bulbs started to turn brown and wilt. My sister told me what had happened on the 24th and I called to complain. I then sent them pictures the same day. They refused to make any correction because they said I should have complained within 2 days and not 4 days (although they also stated, strangely, that normally these flowers should last and stay fresh for 1-2 weeks).

    Their reply was written in broken, muddled English. VERY dissatisfied with a $140 purchase. AVOID this company. Very poor service and judgment. After I wrote them to say I would never use them again, they immediately wrote back and offered me a $7.50 discount on my next order (not gonna happen).     Hello FB friends. Posting as a disgruntled consumer today about my experience with JustFlowers, an internet florist who seemingly offers a wide variety of floral arrangements, but buyer beware. So dissatisfied with the arrangement delivered. The arrangement I thoughtfully chose from their website was a grapevine basket, with various shades and varieties of lavender/purple flower and butterflies. The arrangement is called, “I’ll fly away,” consistent with the butterflies in the arrangement. The arrangement delivered is in a nondescript brown easter-type basket with occasional lavender flowers and NO butterflies. I paid the $10 upcharge for a fuller arrangement, as well. While the arrangement that was sent is full and fresh, I suppose, I could have ordered by phone from most any florist and gotten the arrangement delivered. Why is there even a gallery of arrangements to choose from if no attempt is made to replicate the arrangement pictured?

    This arrangement was for my daughter-in-law whose grandmother had just passed. My daughter-in-law loves butterflies, and purple is her favorite color, so my choice of arrangements was very mindful of the recipient. When I called JustFlowers to express my dissatisfaction, apologies were offered, and I was initially told that a replacement arrangement would be sent. However, I got a phone call the next day and was told that no arrangement would be sent, that the flowers in the arrangement originally delivered had been counted and the value of the arrangement was what I paid for. They acknowledged that the basket was not a grapevine basket as pictured and that there were no butterflies because the local florist used had none.

    I asked to speak with a manager, but after some delay, the phone was disconnected. I called back, was put on hold for a manager, but I was ultimately told that a manager would call me back since they were all busy. I wish I could show the I'll fly away arrangement from their gallery so you can see the glaring difference, but this site only allows for a single upload. DO NOT USE JustFlowers... call your local florist, instead. Perhaps they care about customer satisfaction. BEWARE. There is no truth in advertising on the JustFlowers website. The picture on bottom is the arrangement delivered. The arrangement on top is what I ordered.

    I placed an order with Just Flowers on Friday for the funeral of a friend's mother that was scheduled for the next day, Saturday. The service started at 10:00 and I asked that the flowers be delivered prior to the service starting. I received an e-mail from JustFlowers on Saturday that they couldn't deliver them in time for the service and they offered to send them to the family's home. No problem. I responded to the e-mail and explained that this was for a friend's mother and that I didn't have the family's address. I asked that they please just refund my money. That's when the problems started. I started getting e-mails from them that they couldn't refund my money until they talked to me on the phone. What a load of crap! They had my request in writing! I couldn't call them back anyway because I was very sick and had lost my voice so couldn't talk on the phone. Then they started calling me relentlessly while I was at work.

    When I was finally able to talk to them, they were stuck on sending the flowers to the family's home which I has already explained wasn't an option. Then when I said I just wanted a refund, they said I would have to talk to a manager and would put me on hold. I would finally hang up after being on hold as long as I could. After several attempts, I finally talked to a 'manager' that could barely speak English. She again kept trying to talk me into sending the flowers to the family's home. Finally I told her to either refund my money or I would just call my credit card company. She said they would refund my money. The next e-mail I received from them said they would be cancelling the order and refunding my money. Finally! Then... on the very next day... I receive another e-mail that says, "We do understand we already advised cancellation but we would like to offer if you will reconsider the order with $20 refund." Holy cow... here we go again.

    Then on the next day... "We understand that the only resolution for this is a full refund for the order. However, before we completely process the cancellation, we would like to know if you will consider a $20 partial credit back and reroute delivery to the family's home address as a sympathy arrangement. We will be waiting for your response regarding this matter." And the next day... "We understand that the only resolution for this is a full refund for the order. However, before we completely process the cancellation, we would like to know if you will consider a $20 partial credit back and reroute delivery to the family's home address as a sympathy arrangement. We will be waiting for your response regarding this matter.' That's it... calling my credit card company to have them remove the charge.

    This company appears to be at best a partial scam. I ordered a flower arrangement before Christmas and was told it would be delivered Christmas day. It never happened...     Gosh, I really wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering my mom's plant for her birthday yesterday! Silly me read on the reviews on the JustFlowers.com website for the plant I ordered and they were awesome. (After I tried to leave my own review and was unable to as they only add the reviews they want... if they are even real reviews from real people! Not to mention nothing on the Facebook page can be posted until approved by site moderator as I tried that one too). I searched different websites and decided that this plant was just beautiful and my mom would be so happy with her favorite Gerber daisies in this plant along with the other plants which were such a pretty color combination. When she sent me a picture of what she received I literally cried. It was her special day and I wanted something beautiful to arrive. What she got looked NOTHING like in the picture.

    They sent me an email saying that per their website they could substitute and would need to but in the invoice it still said that orange Gerber daisies would be in the arrangement. The basket she received looked like it came from the dollar store... nothing like the basket in their picture. I tried contacting them first via chat and got nowhere with the chat person so I called only to be told to hold for 1-2 minutes which turned into 15-20 minutes and then the phone went dead. Called back and asked to speak to a manager and again had to wait. I sent 3 pictures to them and she argued with me saying that I didn't send all angles of the plant so I said I would send more. She offered a $5 refund and a coupon off a future purchase. Really? They think that is adequate compensation and they think I would actually want to order from them again? I didn't want any bow in the plant. Got a silly bow.... an orange one.

    I guess that was supposed to make up for the orange Gerber daisies that they didn't put in the arrangement. I told her I would be filing a dispute with my credit card company and she said they would fight that. We shall see who wins as the dispute has been filed. The customer service rep at my credit card company said it usually takes 5 days for the charge to post but that this charge has already posted. I am very, very disappointed in this company and their customer service. Again, I wish I had read real reviews instead of the ones on their website before I ordered. Lesson learned. I have attached a pic of what is shown on their website and what my mom actually received. For $91 I expected a lot better.

    I ordered a balloon bouquet on 12/28/17 online at JustFlowers.com to be delivered to my great niece for her 13th birthday surprise on the following day 12/29/17. The website guaranteed delivery by 6:00 pm on 12/29/17. I live in NC she lives in VA. I contacted her mother who stated they would be home all day 12/29/17. I put my phone number in the recipient's field as I wanted to be contacted directly if there were any delivery problems whatsoever.

    Throughout the day 12/29 I texted with her mother to see if the balloons had arrived - they never did. I called JustFlowers.com at 5:25pm as still no delivery and it was getting short on time for the 6:00 pm deadline. I spoke to a lady (named Kat I later found out) who informed me they had attempted to make the delivery but no one was home. I told her I knew they were home all day. I also asked her why they had not called me to let me know. She said because they just found out and I called before they had a chance to call me. Kat went on to say for an additional $10 they would attempt delivery on Saturday. I told her that was unacceptable and requested they cancel the order and issue me a refund. She said she could not do either. I asked to speak to someone over her. After several minutes on hold a man came to the phone (named Albert I later found out). Basically he stated the same info.

    I also asked him why the florist did not call me as I had left my phone number. He said because the recipient lived in VA and my phone number did not have a VA area code. I reasoned, lots of people have cell phone numbers with different area codes and live in different states. I questioned based on this common knowledge, how the florist could possible know that my number was not the recipient's number. He kept repeating that I was not the recipient, that the florist had to contact the recipient and that I have refused to provide the recipient's number. We argued this several minutes. I asked for refund he said no, $10 more would attempt delivery tomorrow. I told him tomorrow was too late, her b-day was today. I told him the website not only guaranteed delivery by 6:00 pm but also states the balloons only last 10 hours - and I certainly did not want deflated balloons delivered to her.

    I then asked why the florist did not leave a message on the door, as from my past experience that is what they do. He said it was up to the delivery person to do that or not - not a requirement. I told him that was common courtesy and good customer service. I also asked who the florist was and he stated he could not reveal that info. What? I am paying for something and I can't be told who I am getting it from? I am furious at this point, as well imagined over the ridiculous things he is saying - so the conversation I admit got heated. I asked him what proof did he actually have that the delivery person even attempted the delivery (since no call was made to me or note was left on the recipient's door). He finally admitted that he did not have any but offered when they attempted delivery the next day, and the deflated balloons were delivered to her, that would be my proof!!!

    Yes, he did say all of this!! I asked for his name he said he couldn't provide it. I asked for someone over him he said he was the highest. I asked for the CEO name he said he couldn't provide it. I asked him what kind of shady business were they running and how could he sleep at night? Now all the while I am having this conversation with him, I am travelling myself on the road to another part of NC for the weekend. I told him do not deliver those balloons tomorrow as they were guaranteed to be there on her birthday 12/29 by 6:00 pm and they were not. I also told him I was not finished with matter and I would further pursue it.

    When I returned home on Tuesday 01/02/18 I called and spoke with a lady (Tara I believe). I told her I had an issue and had previously called about it. I asked if there were notes as to who I spoke to she said his name was Albert.

    I told her I did not want to speak with him but I did want to speak to someone higher up. She said they had 4 managers or supervisors (can't remember what she called them) and Albert was one of them. She also said they were all unavailable at the moment, but she would have one of them contact me back today (01/02).

    A while late Angel called. She stated all the supervisors had discussed this situation and that basically Albert did everything right. There would be no refund but they would attempt delivery again (now waiving $5 of re-delivery fee). I refused again based on previous guaranteed time was not met and the birthdate had passed. I asked her for someone over her. She stated they had a general manager named Teresa but she did not know if she was available. She also could not provide me with either her complete name, the GM's complete name nor disclose the CEO of Justflowers.com. I asked how to contact the GM, she would have her call. Later that afternoon I received a phone call from Teresa who basically said the same ridiculous things. I asked her if she had listened to the call I had with Albert and heard the things he had said.

    She said I heard a lot of things said like "what a shady business they were running and how could he sleep at night"? Really, Teresa? You heard what I said in frustration after Albert said my proof of delivery would be the deflated balloons delivered on the next day? She then went on to explain about how the balloons deflate... Ok... However she did add that the florist called my number and when my voicemail picked up (the call I never showed) and they heard my name on the greeting - they assumed/concluded that I was not the recipient because my name did match the recipient's name and they hung up - as she insisted they can only speak to the recipient to arrange delivery. I told her, well if they had indeed called my number and taken the time to have left a message, ALL of this could have been avoided.

    I again asked her why did the florist not leave a note on the door? She stated it's to the discretion of the florist to do that or not. She also stated that an email showing my order info and other info was sent to me. In this email she said it states they do not leave notes when the recipient is not available. At this time I was at work and could not spend any more time "talking" with her. I told her I would call her back after 4:00 pm. Later this evening I did look closely at the email. What it states is: "If no one is home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, leave the gift with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.

    Recipient May Be Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery."

    Note how the word "may" is used. May as in "allowed to" leading the consumer to think one or the other would be done. They clearly did not do any of what they "may" do. A better wording would be they "might" followed with and they "might not". This way the consumer knows what to expect. Or at the very least the wording should have been that of what Teresa said, it's up to the florist's "discretion" and is not our policy to do any of this.

    I am so frustrated with this runaround craziness. I will NEVER use this company or any other like it EVER again. I encourage you all to only contact the florist directly. JustFlowers.com are scammers. After reading all of these complaints (wish I had thought to do so earlier) I can see I am not the only one. I apologize to all of you who like myself were unfortunate enough to choose this company. With this company there is no regard for the customer or care to keep the customer as a repeat. The CEO of this company desperately needs to know what is going on. I hope you folks here at Consumer Affairs can reach them.

    Last week I sent flowers to a funeral. I also attended the funeral. JustFlowers was eager to take my order over the phone before I even hit the order button, a rep called me on my cell phone, really strange but ok. I picked a lovely arrangement from a photo on their website, it was not cheap but the occasion called for something special. JustFlowers must not be used to people sending flowers and ALSO attending the funeral but imagine my horror when the arrangement that was next to the casket looked like it was suited for a sweetie on Valentines Day. White flowers and drooping pink roses with a big pink bow right in the middle of it. Terrible. I was shocked so I sent an e-mail to customer service quietly while I sat through the service.

    They called me later that day, stated that they needed to get in touch with the florist, they e-mailed me the next day asking for pictures of the arrangement at various angles...wow, as if I would take pictures of an arrangement sitting next to a casket at a funeral. I responded, they sent another e-mail telling me they were waiting for the florist to respond. Today I get another call arguing with me, telling me that the flowers were sent in full bloom so that is why the roses were open and that they were not droopy. How do they know, did they also attend the funeral service?

    I am 47 years old, I buy roses for my home every week at Costco, sometimes they droop after a day or two because they were not fresh and I picked the wrong bunch...well I picked the wrong florist this time but never again! I told them to keep the money, that I would never order from their establishment again and wished them a happy 2018. This company stinks. Pick another florist to fill your order. That is all.

    On December 23 2017, ordered centerpiece for next day delivery (Christmas Eve). The site showed that a particular centerpiece could be delivered that next day. It was not delivered the next day or the next or even the next! It was delivered 4 days after I ordered it. My sister-in-law took a picture of it and sent it to me and it wasn't even what I ordered! I called and talked to one of the workers. She could not help me at all. She said because it was already delivered she could not give me a refund!

I was told by this "manager" that it is their policy to deliver on the "next available day", if they cannot deliver on the day they state it will be delivered.

    That makes NO SENSE! If I had have known it would NOT be delivered when they said it would, I would have gone elsewhere. She told me they could discount my purchase by $10... TEN Dollars!!! Big Deal!!! I was so upset. I hung up. Do not use this company if you want flowers delivered on a particular day!!! And... I never did get an email from them after ordering, but I did get an email from PayPal showing the $ amount I just spent. (So the order DID go through.)

    Last year, I placed an order for delivery to Houston. The flowers were never delivered. The florist insisted they were delivered, so the intended recipient had to set aside time to deal with customer service and tell them she never received them. After a full week of dealing with multiple customer service calls from different people in JustFlowers (which miraculously kept getting "disconnected"), the company refused to refund the payment and instead contacted a different florist. The recipient received the Christmas flower arrangement in January.

    This year, I ordered a $100 arrangement "guaranteed" to deliver on December 23rd (this was verified through a separate phone call from Just Flowers), but a day after the guaranteed delivery, the florist called the recipient and said she didn't fill the order because she thought it was "fake". I contacted Just Flowers, and after 30 minutes of turning down ridiculous $7, $10, $15, and $20 refund offers on one future purchase, I finally got a full refund. The other order I made for delivery on the 23rd also wasn't delivered but was now "guaranteed" to deliver by 6 p.m. the next day.

    This company's "guaranteed by" date means nothing (as I've learned from three separate incidents), and I keep trying to give it another try in the hopes it's improved. However, each of these orders has been late or unfilled, and I don't have the time to carve out hours of my day to deal with customer service and yet another "brief hold" listening to Norah Jones on repeat. I have learned my lesson and will never purchase from this company again.

Your order number is **. Your order was placed Friday, Dec 22, 05:38 pm PST. Have a question about your order? Visit our CONTACT US page. Your order number is **. Visit our online order inquiry page. Deliver on Saturday, Dec 23, 2017."

    So in the email it even stated that the delivery was to have been made on Saturday. If you are going to order from this company make sure to read every word on their website because when I called asking where were the flowers, they said it states on their website that they might not be able to deliver on the day requested and will deliver the next available business day. It doesn't say that under their guarantee, it says it elsewhere on their website. So make sure you read EVERY PAGE on their website because you will be told that you should have read the whole website. I will never order from them again!

    Updated on 12/25/2017: I have already written 1 review over this bad experience. I have just received an email from this company which has me generating a 2nd bad review on this situation. See email below: "Your order ** to David ** is on hold at JUSTFLOWERS.COM. Darlene ** we have tried contacting you regarding your order ** to David **, and have placed it on hold until we hear from you. Please contact us as soon as possible by either replying to this email or by calling us so we may process your order promptly."

(Originally, justflowers.com left a message for me at 3:23 p.m., but the message didn't come thru my cell phone until much later. Regardless, I saw a missed call from justflowers.com and called them back at 3:24 p.m.) 12/20/17 @ 10:56 a.m.: Voicemail received from justflowers.com that they did NOT deliver the flowers and requested a call back from me.

    12/20/17 @ approximately 11:07 a.m. (5-minute call): I called justflowers.com to confirm delivery of the flowers on Monday, 12/18/17, and learned that the company had NOT delivered the flowers, four full days after they had agreed to do so the first time around.     The customer service representative asked if the company could deliver the flowers the following day, on 12/22/17. I said no and asked for a full refund. The company representative agreed. 12/22/17 @ 9:21 a.m. (1-minute call): A justflowers.com representative called and asked if the company could use FedEx or UPS and deliver the flowers as early as Monday as well as provide $25.00 off the arrangement, but I would have to choose a different floral arrangement. I refused her request and asked that the full refund still occur. She agreed. Excuses from justflowers.com representatives ranged from: a) the company couldn't find a floral shop close enough to the designated recipient to deliver the arrangement over the 12/16/17 weekend; b) the floral shop wanted too much money to deliver the arrangement and justflowers.com said that they wouldn't pay the requested price (even though I asked them to do so).

    I spent more than 1 hour and 23 minutes talking to justflowers.com in an effort to get the flowers delivered. The representatives appear to be trained to say, I'm sorry repeatedly, but they failed to deliver the flowers after six days. Absolutely unsatisfactory. I'm not sure how this company stays in business. I've saved the voicemails and all the call logs so that the company cant dispute the accuracy of the above detailed information.

They kept asking me for my credit card info again and I kept telling them that I begged them to NOT deliver the flowers after they missed Mother's Day but they said no. They had to be crazy to think I would give them any money! They couldn't figure out why the card info wouldn't work (ha!) I'm writing this second review because I keep getting their emails (saying what a great customer I am).

    I have selected the option to have emails stopped at least 3 times now. Of course they keep coming and then I get mad all over again! I wish there was a way to really make them stop. Why do they have the option to stop emails if they don't do it? I guess I shouldn't be surprised. How this company is STILL allowed to be in business is a mystery. I wish someone would sit them down. They are thieves and cause distress for many people.

Flowers had been ordered to be delivered today (Mom's b-day) and my usual company could not deliver till tomorrow. JustFlowers promised they would be delivered today. I personally called and paid the additional money for ordering over the phone. At 4:45 they called to notify me that they were not going to be able to deliver. Then when I told them that I wanted to talk with a manager they said none had been available. They did call me back promptly and I requested a refund they said they would then hung up on me. In fact the order was never sent to the florist. Their remedy to write us an apology letter. Really? Do they think that will fix that? The only way this can be fixed is to warn everyone to not get disappointed like we are. Had the nerve to tell us 3 weeks later they credited our account. Our account was credited that night straight from the funeral when I got off the phone with Discover so no favors were done there. Beware you may not get anything. Stick with your local florist.

I gave them the times of viewing and the arrangement was promised for delivery well before the viewing. As of the night time viewing (tonight) Nov. 17th, they are not there and when I phoned, I was left on hold for at least 20 minutes and then told their Ottawa Ontario florist had a number of orders and did not get them done. They then told me they would deliver them to the church and squeeze them in just before the funeral. Let me say that the cost of the arrangement was $239.00.     I would not use JustFlowers.com; Tuesday 10/17/17 placed order online for Garden Dish $68.73 to be delivered to our Aunt in Bluemont, VA 20135 delivery for Friday 10/20/17, Garden Dish never delivered but money charged immediately. Sunday 10/22/17 5 days after order I had live chat with Jean a representative of JustFlowers who apologized and assured me the Garden Dish would be delivered by 6 PM, Garden Dish never delivered.

    I purchased a "Colors of Light" flower arrangement in a low-profile bubble vase and had delivered to my spouse while I had to be out of town. When I got home and saw what was delivered, it was not at all what I recalled ordering. I immediately got online and looked at my order and the flowers and the vase were different so, basically, it was not what I ordered. The small print does reference that they may substitute if certain flowers are not available and that's pretty reasonable but for the flowers AND the vase to be changed is not acceptable to me. Had they called me to tell me, I would have cancelled the order because the vase they sent looks like one you get at a grocery store florist, which I could have bought myself once back in town.

    I called the customer service and the first question was why I waited so long to call (I ordered on 9/5 and today is 10/6). I advised that I was traveling most of September but that really was irrelevant to my call. They asked me to send a photo and then offered me $10. I attempted to post a review on the product but there was not obvious way to do that, even though I saw 7 favorable reviews. I asked how to post my review and they said I had to email it to their service dept. I suppose that is why only the positive reviews are displayed!

    While I appreciate the ability to order on-line and have flowers shipped when I can't deliver myself, I have an expectation that I am getting what I pay for, which is not the case here. The customer service rep acted as though they were doing me a favor by offering me $10, which doesn't even cover the $15 shipping and handling charges that I paid. My suggestion, skip JustFlowers.com and use another company that values the customer a bit more.

    Just Flowers (Los Angeles, Ca) delivered the corsage/boutonniere with the incorrect color roses for my daughter’s Homecoming Dance and the local flower company they used to make/deliver it refused to remake it correctly and told me to get a refund with Just Flowers. It was supposed to be red roses and they made it out of lavender roses. They delivered it 2 hours late on top of it! When I called Just Flowers they said there was a miscommunication between them and their local florist business partner but they were not willing to refund my money and instead offered me a $10 credit. I have a call into the GM as a last effort for them to resolve my complaint and obtain a refund. I have already submitted a case with the BBB and I am going to dispute the credit card charge.

    They are the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. Zero customer service. Their position is that it doesn't matter what color the flowers were, they made the corsage and boutonniere and therefore they feel they met their obligation! That is absolutely crazy! From what I can gather from my many calls into their customer service and after speaking with two of their so called managers, they are a Filipino family ran business with extremely corrupt business practices. They charged me $17 for the expedited delivery on top of the $50 for the flowers. I wish I had read the many horrible reviews before using them. We need to have them shut down!! Next step litigation!

    My Mother passed away and felt like I needed to order a bouquet for funeral. I ordered the flowers on Sept 3rd for her combined viewing and funeral on the 5th. Before placing the order I talked online with Marty, a sales rep, who guaranteed delivery by 10 am, Sept 5th. Well, the day of the funeral, no flowers were there. I asked the funeral director if there had been delivered. He told me that when the local florist delivered the spray and another bouquet, that my flowers were not in there, nor were they in there when we left for the cemetery.

    After I got home, I called JustFlowers and asked if they were delivered. They said the florist delivered them at 8 am. If this is true, where were they. I called the funeral home, and sure enough the flowers were there in the flower room. I called JF back and got the runaround. The next day I went to the funeral home and was so upset with the flowers, as it looked nothing like the picture. It was supposed to be in a basket, but was placed in a vase. Almost wrecked my car driving back home with the vase on the passenger side on the floor, with one finger in the vase to keep it from tipping over.

    Doing this meant I was leaning sideways, with one hand, crying, and then a downpour of rain and almost wrecked my car. Called JF back and they said they would refund the $4.99 for express delivery and $10 dollars for the vase. I then emailed them and called the CEO. That was Sept 6th. I finally got a call from Theresa, but was at work. Called back the next two days, no return call. Today finally got to talk to Theresa and was not impressed. More or less she believed the florist and called me a liar. If I could give the company a zero, I would. Think twice before ordering from them.     Ordered flowers several days ago from JustFlowers to be delivered on my Anniversary. Knowing I would not be home on my anniversary I wanted to make certain I ordered ahead so they would be delivered on time and that they would have plenty of time to fill the order with the flowers I wanted. This did not happen. Yesterday at 1:12 p.m. The flower shop to whom they handed the order off to calls, oh yes and by the way I ordered some sort of premium delivery which guaranteed the delivery to be on or before 1 p.m., but they say they don't have enough of the flowers I wanted to fill the order and they would have to see a substitution.

The arrangement shown a large diversity of flowers such lisianthus, lilies, tulips, larkspur and instead they delivered a bouquet with pink carnations and 3 sunflowers.     Ordered a gourmet gift basket from Just Flowers on 26 Aug 2017 at 0745 MT and paid an extra $4.99 for delivery within 4 hours. When I checked with family member they never received any such basket and this was at 7 pm EST. I notified Just Flowers to say that it was never delivered they promised to take the $4.99 off but would take 4-6 weeks to see a correction.     07_17_17 my aunt ordered a flower arrangement over the phone. Told the person "I want this particular item/in this picture... if you can't deliver it the way this looks then tell me now if it can't be done and we will order something else." "We will make it look like the photo..." Great! The flowers arrived a day late, the arrangement looks absolutely nothing like the photo AT ALL, the flowers used are old and 1/2 dead, the vase is broken/chipped. I took photos for my aunt and sent them to her... she is so upset.

    The supposed manager of the company called my aunt to TELL her "you got yours money worth." No apology. Nothing... now, as the recipient? I am used to receiving flowers on my porch in a box, at least... These were delivered "raw", no wrapping, no box just put on the porch... no note as to "who the flower company or florist is." So they obviously know they have sub-par product and don't want to be recognized!! I told my Aunt to call her credit card company and have the charges reversed. So that's how we are handling this... STAY AWAY!!! You will NOT be happy.

    I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be sent to our daughter in law for the one year anniversary of our sons death. Prior to making the order I asked if there was any problem with delivery of the flowers for the morning of June 25th. I was told there was no problem with having the flowers delivered on the 25th which is a Sunday. Sunday came and we were not informed the flowers were received. The next day we received a call from Just Flowers asking if we wanted the flowers in a vase or basket.

    I informed the caller the flowers were supposed to have been delivered the previous day and again told the reason for why we wanted the flowers delivered on the 25th. I further added that we specifically wanted the flowers delivered on the 25th and if they were not able to, we would go to a different florist. The reply was, "Sorry, do you want a vase or a basket." After venting my feelings (politely) they indicated that they would call the recipient and give them an apology before delivering the flowers. I spoke to my daughter in law later and explained what happened and asked if there was an apology, there wasn't one offered.

    The flowers were delivered from within the province of British Columbia. Our credit card bill just arrived and the bill included a currency exchange of approx $40.00. They billed us in US funds even though we ordered in Canada and the product was made and delivered in Canada. There was no mention of this being in US funds. I will never utilize this company again. I fault myself for not reading all the negative comments previous people wrote about this floral business. Had I have read them before ordering I would never have ordered from Just Flowers. When you are still grieving the loss of your son you do not always make the right decision. This business took advantage of this as they were told why we were ordering the flowers, for this they should be ashamed!

    My sister in law from Washington State ordered flowers, balloons and candy to be delivered to me in hot Arizona for my birthday which was June 29, 2017 and have still not received what she ordered. She has made numerous calls and gets the runaround. JustFlowers called me last Friday to try to make arrangements to get my surprise delivered after my sister in law kept complaining. JustFlowers told me Friday that someone would call me Monday. Did not hear from anyone. I contacted them this morning and was told they would deliver between 12 and 1 pm. Of course no one showed up.     Wanted to send a thank you gift to my sister for having me as a guest at her house. For some reason, 1-800-Flowers couldn't deliver to her, so I tried JustFlowers.com. Their price was $70, too high. They called me back and said “OK, $57.” I still said no. They called me back AGAIN and said $45, and ignore the first invoice sent. Sounded strange but I agreed. This was Friday afternoon around 1 - the lady guaranteed me same day delivery. Never delivered. And of course they billed my credit card $57. Saturday came and went - no delivery.

    When Sunday noon came and no delivery I called to cancel the order. The frontline lady had me on the phone for 20 minutes, guaranteeing me they would be delivered Sunday afternoon. I told her they had lied to me twice - cancel the order. After 20 minutes of nonsense she told me she couldn’t cancel the order - only a manager could. Do I mind being placed on a short hold? TWENTY MINUTES LATER she picked up again - no manager available! I said, angrily “I'll wait all day if I have to!!!” Back on hold for 20 minutes. Angel, a manager, picks up. “Well sir - we did offer to deliver them today, blah, blah.” I told her to cancel the order. She went on to tell me there was no way the seller could have offered me a price of $45. I told her to cancel the order. After more blah, blah she agreed to cancel the order. What a hassle! 4 business days later I got my $57 refunded. PLEASE folks - do not use this company. You will be sorry.

    Terrible company. My father passed away and we ordered his flowers. The flowers totaled a $173.00. No one received these flowers. His viewing hours were on Sunday... no flowers. His funeral were on Monday... no flowers. I have been going back and forth. I had one customer service rep tell me the priest could not confirm they arrived, I had a manager tell me the priest said they made it. I contacted the priest, funeral home and they all said there were NO flowers delivered. They said the priest received them. They will not refund our money or make it right. How can a company prey on a family that is grieving. How many other people has this happened to and when we are grieving we may not be paying attention to what did or didn't arrive.     They do not deliver what you order based on photos and item numbers on their website (flowers). I was absolutely mortified to see that a $150.00 arrangement of what was supposed to be 20 stems of purple cymbidium ended up being dyed. Very dark blue orchids that were hideous. I paid extra for a 9 am - 1 pm delivery which didn't happen and called starting at 4 pm asking if they had been delivered. Customer service is robotic and unresponsive. No one would call the so-called 'local' florist and ask if they had been delivered and would not tell me the name of the florist so I could call.

    I ordered flowers for my sisters wedding. I got the premium bouquet thinking that it would be very full and nice. What was delivered had about 5-6 open flowers and several closed ones. I don't consider this "premium" at all! If I would have known that this is what I would have gotten for a funeral, I would have ordered from a different florist.     The flowers that were delivered were nothing like the flowers in the picture. When I complained they offered me five dollars off an $81 order. Then they offered me seven, and then 15, and then they said they would take the flowers back and deliver the right ones. The flowers back is not an option when they are delivered to someone in a hospital bed was very ill. A second delivery to make up for the fourth first delivery would have been an order. They refused to do it. The flowers they brought could've been purchased for less than $20 at Winn-Dixie.

    I am currently protesting this sale with my credit card company. I have a picture of what I ordered and what they sent. This company needs to be ashamed of itself. They assume that most people who sent flowers do not get a picture of what is delivered. They didn't take advantage of the sick, the affirmed, and those who are compromised and emotional.     JustFlowers ripped me off. They charged my credit card $69.20 when my receipt showed $66.73 Canadian and only paid the local florist $40. JustFlowers didn't fill my order until June 5 when I placed my order on May 31 and requested a June 2 delivery. JustFlowers also gave the florist the wrong information. They called me instead of the recipient and gave them my name as the recipient. I called the number 213-867-0630 and asked to speak with a manager. The manager was never available at the time of my call and I was told a manager would call me back. The "manager" called me back within minutes. When I asked for a refund they refused because the order had already been filled. When I told them they didn't fill the order for the date I requested they tried to tell me there was a delay and that they sent me a email to inform me of the change.

    I found it interesting because when I received my order/receipt confirmation email it went directly to my mailbox but the follow-up emails went to my junk mail? I spent so much time trying to get my money back... I'd say at least an hour overall. I am contacting my credit card company to see if I can get a refund. I feel so bad for everyone on this forum. We have all been taken advantage of and learned an expensive lesson. I reported JustFlowers to the Better Business Bureau hoping they will do something about this joke of a business. I also contact Los Angeles police department to seek help from the fraud department.

    This is by far the worse experience I have ever had. I ordered flowers and it was indicated they would arrive Saturday, May 13th. They did not arrive that day and I didn't receive any notice. I started calling and emailing early Sunday morning, 5/14 with the hope they could still be delivered before the recipient left town. Each time I called, I waited on hold for at least 25 minutes, if not more. Finally, someone answered and could not help, had had no idea where the delivery was and promised to contact me back. I never heard back. I emailed a few times because the voice recording indicated you could email to get a response and no one ever responded. Called again early afternoon.     My mother ordered flowers from out of state for my father's grave. She was told, "No problem. We can deliver today". They were to be delivered to my home so my sisters and I could meet at the cemetery Saturday 8 am to place them. They never showed up. I called. Asked for a manager. So here we are on Friday night with the floral shops closing and no flowers from our mother to our father. I told them that they breached the verbal contract they made and that we were canceling the order. I told them to call my mother in Michigan to verify it. She was able to cancel the order but was tied up for over an hour on the phone with them. They offered her $10 dollars off her next order which is what they offer everyone. What an insult to my mother and my family.

    Luckily my sister called a florist in Auburn by the name of Buds and Blooms and they were open until 7 pm. My mom called them and told them what she wanted and my sister had to drive there to pick it up so we would have it by morning. They were very gracious and felt badly for what JustFlowers had done to us. Buds and Blooms were very professional and they saved the day. Do not ever do business with JustFlowers. They will screw you over the way they did to us. Always check to make sure that the florist you are calling is actually located in the city you want and not just an 800 number from God knows where. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau for the city of Los Angeles to report them. I want everyone to know just how shoddy JustFlowers is.

    It was my mother-in-law's retirement party so I ordered the flowers around lunch time the day before. I paid the extra fee for the flowers to be delivered by 1p. Not only did they arrive hours later, but my MIL wasn't even at the party anymore. I tried calling customer service only to be told the managers were too busy so I'd have to wait for a call back. Just before 8PM, as I was climbing in bed, I get a call in which I let go to voicemail. The next morning around 7 something in the morning, I get a call from the company informing me their florist charges them extra for the delivery so I need to pay them (Just flowers) $14.99 more than what I had already paid. Not only did they fail on getting the delivery there on time while receiving extra payment for the request of doing so, but they had the audacity to call me at the butt crack of dawn to give them MORE money.

    I immediately filed a complaint with the BBB and they offered to pay me back HALF of the DELIVERY. She also said they received a call from the florist around 12P the day of the delivery indicating they would be late. Did JustFlowers handle the matter professionally by at least calling to inform me of the delay? No. I told them they were insane to think I'd accept a whole $2 for my stress, inconvenience, time and dealing with their poor service. Their response? "Actually, it'd be $5, not $2... and we can't offer you a full refund." What a JOKE! I wish I had taken the time to read reviews before committing to such a lousy, unprofessional and lazy company. Tried to reach the company, nobody ever picks up. Left messages, sent emails... tried everything. No response.     I ordered flowers from JustFlowers for Mother's Day. Picked out an arrangement from their selection and upgraded it to include additional flowers. The cost was $80.00 plus the others fees adding up to about $100.00. When I received a picture from my mother-in-law of what was delivered, I could not believe it! It was so far from what I ordered. There were far fewer flowers and not even the same kind. I could have picked up this arrangement from my local grocery for $20.00.

    I immediately called JustFlowers for an explanation and was told the florist had used different flowers but of equal value, which is not true, and they have the right to do that. No one ever called to ask me if that was acceptable. The flowers were delivered and left on a hot porch so several were wilted. Customer service said sorry but the most they could do was a $15.00 credit. I'm very disappointed and will never use this company again. I'm a business owner myself.     I ordered a "Pretty in Pink" bouquet to be delivered on Mother's Day. I paid for a premium bouquet and express delivery so that my flowers would arrive on Mother's Day. The premium bouquet that I ordered promised more flowers and a real "statement" than the bouquet shown in the advertisement (see picture). When I purchased I was quoted a price of $98 but was not given an email receipt or confirmation.

    My flowers were not delivered on Mother's day, but the day after. I was charged $111.23 for the flowers, more than I agreed to pay. The flowers that were delivered were measly and small compared to the *advertised* Shown bouquet; and I ordered a premium arrangement! You can see there are only 3 roses, no pink carnations, and daisies only - the bouquet is mostly white. I have tried to reach them by phone, but their number has been disconnected, so I believe they are a scam.

When you call the company you can't get thru to anyone. Then they have you leave a message and the message machine keeps cutting you off. I have emailed them to no avail. I called back a fourth time and got to someone to place an order. Oh they will take your order alright but they won't transfer you to anyone to help with an existing order. Oh and the person I talked to was one of those foreigners. This is not a real company and if you go to their Facebook page you will read many comments with the same story.     I had two funerals this past Saturday. The one out of town I had already made travel arrangements for. This being Mother's Day weekend had me worried but I placed an order costing over $100 for a plant to be delivered to the church in time for the 1pm service. My phone was shut off but I retrieved a voicemail sent around 2pm stating local florists could not make the delivery but they wanted me to authorize delivery to the family's home. Of course I was unable to make contact with a live person although their prompts kept saying the next available customer service rep would be with me shortly. Instead I'd wait 15 minutes only to be given three choices for leaving a message. I left separate messages Saturday afternoon and Saturday night as well as one on the website. No response.

    Sunday afternoon I finally reached a live person who began reading a script. I requested a manager. Manager promised to call the window with apologies and delivery instructions immediately after our conversation. I confirmed with the family there was no call or message. I also told the manager paying over a $100 dollars for a funeral arrangement was a matter of time sensitivity - she offered a $10 refund. "Seriously?" I asked. "I am authorized to return $15," she replied. At that point I realized that this was not a company that expects return business. So it's now Monday evening and there has been no delivery nor do I expect one. As soon as the charge is no longer "pending" I will initiate a chargeback and in future will remember to check online for delivery service reviews. Also, yesterday I checked their Facebook page and noted although 12 comments were logged, none were visible. Obviously they were deleting complaints. I wrote one anyway.

    An hour ago, over 60 were logged and five or six very recent negative comments were still visible but the company had disabled further comments and the page's "like" button. Their efforts at damage control might be better placed with making things right with the many people who paid for Mother's Day and other arrangements who were scammed. I also am now noting the emailed receipt is $30 less the amount reflected on my bank account. Thank goodness for online account access.

The amount was $69.99 and they confirmed that amount on the phone. When I called my credit card company to cancel payment for non-delivery on time, they told me that they had charged me a whopping $101.04! They are cheats. I tried to call customer service to get the phone number of their corporate headquarters and they refused to give it to me and would not put me through to a supervisor.     I placed a flower order to be delivered to my Mother on the Saturday prior to Mother's Day. I received an email on Saturday afternoon stating that my order could not be delivered on Saturday, but would be delivered the next "available day". I then sent an email asking them to confirm that it would be delivered on Mother's Day, as if they could not fulfill the order on time, I would prefer to cancel and order elsewhere; no response.

    I placed an order for $80.00 for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. She never received them! I checked my bank account and saw that the payment had been pulled from my account and were paid for. I called them immediately and the girl I spoke with proceed to tell me Mother's Day is one of the busiest days of the year and they weren't able to locate a florist to fill my order. I found this to be crazy since I had never had a problem in the past with other companies I had used.

    I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on a Saturday. After chatting with a sales rep, she said they would be delivered today and "if" not today, Sunday. Clearly, that is deceiving to tell someone they will get to pick their date of flowers then be swindled into another date.     The online ad was very acceptable, the customer service representative was very pleasant and helpful and I wasn't even on hold that long for it being a holiday; when the customer service representative came back on, however, I was quite dismayed that her promises and my 10 to 15 minute wait was for not. After all the time discussing my order and delivery information, she came back off of hold and told me the florist was done for the day. I know and understand that it's a busy day for florists and I did wait until the last minute to place an order.     I hope everyone who reads this, shares it. I will NEVER, NEVER do business with JustFlowers.com again. There are many other companies to use if you want to send flowers to someone. I have a friend in the nursing home I was in, whose birthday is today and I called these people and started ordering a $39.99 bouquet, to which they quoted me $49.99. I told them forget it and hung up. The woman called me back and said she could give it to me for $39.99. I told her I would accept $39.99, asked what the delivery charge is and she said $9.99. I told her for $49.98 I would like to it. It took forever to get the order in and she said the total price would be sent to my email... I said, "NO, you will TELL ME the final price" & after a long wait, she said $62.95. I told her to cancel the order... she started talking and I told her very clearly to cancel it. She said I need to speak with her manager.

    After another very long wait, I told the story to the manager and after an argument, she said she cancelled it and it would take 1-4 days for a credit. I am so upset with these people I am putting an order into the BBB and I think I am going to file a complaint with the State Attorney General. I had to put a temporary block on my credit card account... NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THRU THIS TO ORDER A BOUQUET OF FLOWERS FOR SOMEONE.     On 5/3 I ordered a teddy bear and balloons to be delivered to a little girl in a hospital. I even purchased an extra Mylar balloon saying 'Get Well.' I paid the extra to have it delivered the same day. She got the bear but no balloons. When I called I was told that they had substituted 6 Mylar balloons in place of the latex because of a hospital restriction on latex. They were going to investigate since NO balloons had been received. On 5/4 I get a call and some manager from JustFlowers tells me that they will not deliver the balloons without 30 dollars more. When I refuse and comment on this practice that borders on extortion the manager blames me for the mistake. I wanted them specifically so I asked to cancel the order. To accomplish this it was necessary for me to be transferred to a "manager". As the "manager" launched into a sales pitch I interrupted her and stated, clearly, that I wanted to cancel my order. She REFUSED and proceeded to present options. I again repeated, clearly, that I was not interested in any option I simply wanted to cancel my order. She continued to repeat options. Then HUNG UP on me.

    I immediately called my credit card company who indicated that the order was in "pending" stage. I then heard back from the "manager" who informed me that I hung up. Suuuure.     I placed an order online for next day delivering for a visitation/funeral. The next day a rep called and wanted to substitute the flowers and I said no. If they could not deliver what I ordered I would go to a different florist. He then said they would get another supplier and call me back if there was a problem. No callback. I arrived at visitation and no flowers were delivered. Called them and they said they would send them the next day, which would be too late anyways. After I attempted to cancel, they called repeatedly trying to get me to agree to something entirely different than what I ordered. I kept telling them no, since they already missed the event.

    I can't even believe the crappy flowers they wanted to substitute. If they can't deliver on what they have on the website, then they should remove the pictures. They told me it was because the church was rural. The church happens to have at least 7 florist in a 10 mile radius and is off a major freeway. I would never do business with this company again nor would I recommend anyone do business with them. They should have given me a callback once they could not find a supplier and credited my charge card. I had to file a dispute with my charge card for this.

    My best friend of 45 years passed, and she lived 2 hours from me. I spent time finding a local florist near the funeral home the day before the wake. I was entirely in grief mode, and it was hard enough to order the flowers, but when I finally found just the right florist, just the right arrangement, I started my order. Little did I know that JustFlowers.com intercepted the order by changing ONE letter on the florist's name and my order got re-routed to them. They used the same photos as the florist, and I didn't realize that this was not the same local florist until the very end of the order after they took my credit card information and I got confirmation from them. I still thought that they would place my $85 order through that local florist.

    When I got to the viewing, after all the sadness, I personally went around the room and read every card on every arrangement, to discover my flowers were not delivered. This was at 5 pm, I was guaranteed delivery by 1 pm. I call the same local florist that I thought I placed the order with, and owner was so wonderful, but she told me she never got the order from Just Flowers. She said that this kind of thing happens all the time, and there is no way to stop it. I was livid and so upset.

    I called them next day, and they could care less, and said my flowers were delivered and there was NOTHING they could do. PERIOD. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. Not sure of the outcome as of yet. Please do yourself a favor and stay very far away from this website. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Scamming people is their specialty.

    I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. At 5:30 pm the day of delivery I received a phone message and email saying the driver could not find the house number. The numbers are on the home as well as at both sides of the driveway so there was no reason they could not find the house unless they never went there in the first place. The driver never called my mother's home number (which I gave them) to get clarification if he truly could not find the home. Instead the driver called my phone number to leave a message he could not find the house.

    JustFlowers continues to deny any responsibility for not getting the flowers there in time. I asked for the shipping and handling fee to be reimbursed since they failed to deliver in time and have done a poor job of handling my situation. They have denied my request and have thrown a $10 refund at me to keep me quiet. I will never ever do business with the company again. Beware!! Find another company. I would have give 0 stars if I could.

    I ordered flowers for my aunt who was in the hospital in New Mexico. They were supposed to be delivered on April 4, 2017. Then I received an email saying they couldn't deliver them but would deliver them on the next day available. They did not deliver them the next day. So I called them in the evening telling them my sister would be getting out of the hospital the next day before noon. They promised to get them to her early in the morning. That didn't happen. My aunt was discharged at 11:07. So I asked for my money back. They said they could get a new address to send it there, and I said she is out of the hospital and I want my money back. They said they couldn't do that and that wasn't going to happen. I am out $60.73.

    We have had such a disappointing experience with JustFlowers that I am commenting about it in a public forum rather than just taking it on the chin. Flowers were ordered a week ahead of time for an 89th birthday, they never arrived; it took two days for JustFlowers to confirm with us that they never arrived before. They would address any correction or refund. They were not only unable to track the order during this two day period, they learned that the florist that they contracted did not deliver to the area where the recipient lives. It took a week after placing our order to find that out? Two days to confirm what we already knew, that the flowers never arrived? And no refund, just a discount on another delivery. Terrible communication, terrible customer service, incompetent service. If JustFlowers is just about delivering flowers, shouldn't they have it figured out a little better than this? If I could give JustFlowers zero stars I would.

    Ordered on Sunday March 5, a $100 bouquet to be sent to a girl turning 21 on Wed March 8. This girl's mom died suddenly on Sat March 4 and she saw on her mom's calendar a reminder to send her flowers. She broke down in tears when she saw the note. So I wanted desperately to get her flowers on her birthday early in the day or at least buy 1 and I explained to Just Flowers the circumstances. As of 5 pm the flowers had not arrived and Just Flowers customer service could not care less and would not give me the name of the local florist they used so I could get confirmation that they would be in fact delivered. Tomorrow's is the girl's mother's wake. I wanted her to have something the day before to try and cheer her up. Just Flower's answer is to give me back my $4 express delivery fee. BIG MISTAKE TO USE THEM.

    They are jerks. They expect local florists to do what they offer and it is not possible. They want top dollar flowers for nothing. They don't speak English very well at all. My local florist told me to call directly, so I suggest that you call a local florist in the area you want the flowers delivered. They can tell you what they have available and when they will be delivered. You also will get your full money's worth since you will be cutting out this middle man wire service rip off. They keep money for themselves, so florists can't even try to do what you are looking for the price they are offering. I can't even reach them when I call. I am placed on hold. Stay away from these **!

    On February 25, 2017 I placed an order for flowers to be delivered February 27. The bouquet was not delivered so I accessed the website customer service chat support and communicated with Venice. She indicated the assigned florist did not indicate any delivery issues other than flowers were confirmed as not delivered as scheduled and could this be rescheduled to be delivered March 3. The delivery address was re-confirmed and I agreed to contact the recipient to ensure someone would be home to receive the delivery.

    On March 3, the flowers did not arrive and I received a "courtesy notice" stating "due to a delay in delivery, your order has been rescheduled and will be attempted on the next available day." On March 4, I received a "courtesy notice" again with the same excuse for no delivery. Today, March 6, I again received a "courtesy notice" at 3:31 pm with the duplicate message. I decided to call the 800 customer service number and spoke with two different agents, Paul and Max who both offered me a $7.00 credit to my purchase and a $7.00 coupon toward a future order. What I asked for was a cancellation of my order and purchase price credited back to me. They stated they did not have the authority to approve my request and asked if they could have their supervisor call me regarding my request.

    The supervisor did return my call. I told her this service was unacceptable and I wanted the order cancelled and money refunded back to me. She stated their florist who was handling my order did not have the flowers in stock to complete my order, but would be able to deliver the bouquet tomorrow. I asked why they did not let me know the real reason for the delay in the first place. The supervisor would not give me an explanation, but assured me the flowers will be delivered tomorrow. I told the supervisor this was unacceptable, but she stated that according to policy, once an order is accepted by a florist, the order cannot be cancelled by Just Flowers. Do not use this company. Their "customer service" is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are not to be trusted. I really doubt my order will be delivered tomorrow either.

    The type of roses they used looked wilted on the edges even though they claim that's how they are supposed to look. The roses were wilted less than 24 hours later. These were for a viewing one night and a funeral the next day - they were wilted before the funeral was even over - it took them less than 24 hours to wilt. JustFlowers said they looked like they were supposed to and refused to give a refund any more than a $10 refund. They did not even take into account that the flowers were so ugly by the 2nd day.

    My boyfriend ordered flowers for me on Valentine's morning at 9:16 am and he was guaranteed delivery by 6 pm that evening. I waited at work ‘til after 6 to receive them which they never showed up. The following day the local floral shop said the order was sent to delivered them and told me that the order was never even placed with them until February 15th and I never received them until 2:30 pm.     My husband wanted to surprise me for our 25th wedding anniversary and had flowers delivered to my place of employment. He paid for expedited service and they were over four hours late and four of the six white lilies in the bouquet were brown and wilted. I tried to call to notify them and could not get through, so I sent an email on the same day and never got a response. Tried to call a few times during week and they never answer their phone calls. I finally got through and spoke to the LA store co-manager, Reggie and he was rude and said the time passed for them to do anything about it even though I emailed on the day of.

    I have never spoke to a person who was as rude as this Reggie guy. He had the nerve to say the only thing he could offer was a ten dollar discount...what a joke! I am going to pursue it just for the sole purpose of getting them to be responsible for their bad flower bouquets and rude customer service. One of the worse flower shops ever!

    At 6 am 2/14, I ordered flowers. The website said was available for delivery that day. At 12:30 am 2/15, I received an email saying flowers were not sent but they would be sent later with an apology note attached. I wrote 2 emails & left 2 voice mails to cancel. My original instructions said, "If no one was home DO NOT LEAVE at front door, leave at garage, in plain sight." Bottom line, my 84 year old aunt's neighbor called the evening of 2/15 something was on her porch. No apology note attached. I filed a complaint with JustFlowers. I got an email back saying they would call my aunt and apologize. I said no way. I didn't want her to be embarrassed not knowing the back story.

    2/18, a man called saying he was a supervisor at JustFlowers and wanted me to tell him my complaint. I asked him to read the emails because my emails were very detailed. He had no access to any emails, mine or theirs. HUH?? So I started on my story. He couldn't keep up and thought I was upset the flowers were left on the porch. Then he wanted to know the name of the person who said they would call my aunt to apologize. I looked through my emails and told him, his company didn't have individual names on their emails. At this point I was exhausted. He offers a $10 refund because the flowers were on the porch, geez-o-Pete. I declined the refund, stating I would dispute with my credit card company. He said ok, in the same dead voice tone he had from the beginning. Bottom line, go online & order from a florist in that zip code. Bypass JustFlowers.com and you will be just satisfied. That's my personal guarantee.

    I ordered flowers from JustFlowers on Valentine's Day @ 8:10am. They were the only florists that would deliver on that same day. I purchased a beautiful arrangement of Roses 2 different color pinks. The total was 108.23. The flowers were not delivered until 2/15 and it was a totally different arrangement than the one I ordered. The one that was gotten is no way 108.23. It was a quarter of the size. This place has rotten customer service and the people that work for them are just as bad. They are rude and of no help whatsoever. They say you will get a phone call back and you don't. To me this is stealing. They offer a huge arrangement and then you pay and you get the smallest thing they can find.

    God where do I begin!! I ordered flowers to be delivered for valentine's day. They guaranteed delivery for valentine's day. It was NEVER delivered. They sent me an email that it was going to be delivered the 15th (following day). Guesssss what folks? IT was not delivered. I emailed and they responded that they are looking into it. No one followed up. I called and they offered a 10$ credit. I said, "I am not interested in a credit. I want a refund." I was told they were going to call me back. They never did.     I wish I would have checked the reviews for this company before placing my order. The order was not delivered the day it was supposed to have been (Valentine's Day of all days). I have been trying to get a hold of this company since then but never received a call back or an email regarding my order. The flowers arrived a day late and boy were they the worst flowers I have ever bought for my wife. They were all wilted and poorly arranged.     I contacted and ordered flowers through JustFlowers to send to a business on Valentine's day. Of course, they didn't make it that day. The cost of the flowers with chocolates were approx. $140. I contacted customer service and left voicemails and emails requesting them to be delivered on the following day ASAP as having been ordered for Valentine's day I expected them to arrive the following day early. No response from the Customer service department.

    I then contacted a local florist to deliver same day on the 15th of Feb. A large gorgeous bouquet with a large stuffed dog, and chocolates. It was delivered 2 hours later. JustFlowers delivery finally arrived 30min before the business closed. The bouquet was small, with wilting roses, and no sprucing. The chocolates were from the local grocery store. And the chocolates were delivered separate from the roses. All in all a total waste of money, and a very poor customer service. Still haven't received response from their automated system. They are scam artists just out to take your money for junk.

    So I ordered two flower arrangements for Valentine's Day. They offered a discount if I ordered them for February 13. I ordered these flowers on Sunday the 12th. February 13 arrived, no flowers delivered. I received an email saying there was a delay that they would be delivered the next business day which was Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day came and went. No flowers. I received another email saying the same exact things the day before. Try to contact them. Just kept getting a recording so I opted for a callback. No call back I opted to be contacted by email. No email.

    Now it's February 15. Still no flowers, spent all morning long trying to contact them and I never got through just the same recording. Still no flowers. They sent me another email tonight, which was the same exact email they sent me on the evening of the 13th. Requested my money back. Judging by the reviews that I'm reading, I don't have much hope of ever receiving one let alone my flowers showing up. Do not do business with these people.

    Worst company ever. This company was so quick to take my money. I understand Valentine's Day is the busiest day and I get it ordered in the morning of but I made sure with the representative I ordered with that it was going to get delivered within the day maybe not the time frame I wanted but still on the 14th. I've tried to contact these people 25 times and not once was I able to reach them. Not through phone call or through their "online inquiry". I didn't even receive a proper receipt only a receipt from Norton Shopping Guarantee which I don't get what that does for me. NEVER SHOP HERE. Spare your money and your time.

They said driver states address was a bad address but they delivered flowers there a month prior. I called February 14. The rep stated they made a mistake and would delivery early morning. Nothing was delivered. This company is a straight crook... When asked ABOUT REFUND... "We don't do them. Only extreme cases but we will make flowers. Will be delivered..." Nothing. I'm out of $109.

    I should have read the reviews about this company before I ordered from them. I ordered Valentine's flowers, candy and a balloon for my loved one on February 14. I knew this was a last minute deal so I searched for a florist who would guarantee delivery. JustFlowers acknowledged my order and promised it would be delivered on the 14th. That's why I chose them. At 7pm that evening I got an email from them stating that they were unable to deliver the flowers and they would deliver them the next deliverable day and that they would apologize to the recipient!

    At 8:00pm that same evening I get a recorded message saying the same thing! Why would I want Valentines for my husband delivered a day late? That would be mockery! It would be an embarrassment for his colleagues to see him receiving Valentine's from his wife a day late! I sent them numerous emails telling them not to deliver the flowers and finally at midnight received confirmation that the order was canceled and sometime between 4-12 days I would be receiving a refund. In the meantime, my husband missed out on flowers for Valentine's. Had JustFlowers just informed me earlier, I would have made other arrangements even if I had to deliver them myself!! I will never use this company again especially after reading the other reviews!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM JUST FLOWERS!!!! Absolute scam. I found out last night that my husband ordered over $100 worth of red roses to be delivered to my office for Valentine's Day. The flowers were never delivered and we have both been calling Just Flowers since 5 PM yesterday with NO answer. You cannot reach these people and you only get automated responses when you email them. This is truly a company that just scams consumers. They blame the local florists for absolutely everything and refuse a refund for the flowers they never even delivered! Absolutely the worst flower service ever. Only order from local florists!!!!! DO NOT FUND THIS COMPANY!!!!
