I ordered a flowering plants and balloon for my dad. Site says same day delivery. I requested delivery the next day. It has been 4 days and no delivery yet. I have called, online chat and emails the last 4 days. They were supposed to call and email today about status and have not. I am canceling my order and asking for refund. But not holding my breath on refund. They have been very noncommittal and very unprofessional.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement of blue Hydrangeas and Lilies in a clear glass vessel for my uncle's memorial service. When my cousin sent a picture and thank you for the flowers, I was sick. No way did the arrangement sent come close to the one I ordered. It was squatty, one white Hydrangea and some stubby fill ins in a lime green container with a tacky lime green net bow. Absolutely horrendous. When I contacted JustFlowers.com, I was asked to send pictures of what was sent, which I did. I then received a lengthy email response touting their desire for satisfied customers and substitution standards, ending with an offer of a $7.50 discount (equates to 10% of my cost) on my next order. Unbelievable! I will NEVER use this company again and suggest no one else does either.

We are terribly sorry that item you ordered was substituted. We contacted all of our local florists in the area and exhausted all our resources but we were unable to find anyone who could fill with the exact item. In order for us to deliver on time necessary substitutions needs to be made and although major substitutions were made, we made sure that item was filled to value for the same price that was allotted for the arrangement.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, AWFUL SERVICE, DELAYED DELIVERIES AND LIARS. Website said "there was still time to place orders to be delivered the same day" so I ordered flowers on a Sunday. EVERY DAY after that I received emails that because they could not delivered the flowers my order was reschedule to the following day. After the second day I contacted customer service and told them I wanted to cancel my order. But to my surprised the next day received another email assuring me the flowers were going to be delivered the next day... I called again and left messages at least three times. I also emailed them to cancel the order - This is while the flowers were NOT DELIVERED YET.
After 4 days they deliver the flowers and still charged me full price. When I call to complain. They simply said they had a record of me calling Monday to cancel but the flower were delivered Thursday already (5 days later) and they could not do anything about it and they denied I ever sent emails even though I have records of it all. Most UNPROFESSIONAL and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever deal with. THEY TRIED TO TELL ME THEY WERE GIVING ME $10 back for my next order but I already had that since I spent over $50. Pretty much they screwed up and they do not do anything to keep customers happy or coming back. If you are reading this I hope that I can prevent you from making a mistake. Do not order from JustFlowers!!

This flower company is terrible... do not order from them. They say same day delivery... I ordered flowers for a friend and after 3 days still waiting. Rude customer service... refused to put a supervisor on the phone. Had to dispute the claim with my bank to refuse charges on card. It's the worst.

On 6-14-18 I ordered red roses to be delivered to my spouse, at work, as I wanted to give her a little boost after just losing her father. I agreed to an extra charge for express delivery, within 4 hours, which would be several hours before my wife got off work. No delivery was made. I called JustFlowers and after a discussion, I was assured they would re-direct the delivery to my home, no later than 6:00 PM. I agreed, with reservations. No delivery. I called the following day. They were very apologetic, the supervisor I spoke with. They again assured me, after pleading for another chance, that delivery would occur before 6:00 PM that date, Friday the 15th. Guess what- no delivery.
I called today and was given to a manager - who described himself as the highest person I could speak with aside from the owner. He stated that I could not rescind my order until another 24 hours had passed because my order had gone to a florist, and the flowers would be delivered before the magic 6:00 PM tonight. I told him I would refuse the flowers, if they ever showed up, and that I was challenging the charge to my credit card. He said I couldn't do that due to an implied contract, and that I was responsible for the entire amount. I told him to sue me, that I was going to do as I stated. Also, I originally asked for a dozen red roses, but agreed to pay $10.00 for express delivery, and another charge for the "fullest blossoms that day", for a total of $67 something dollars. Imagine my surprise at a charge of $105.59. I leave it to you if this is a reputable firm.

I ordered a funeral bouquet online on Monday morning for a Tuesday funeral. I didn't pay the $4.95 "express delivery" charge, because that was supposed to be for same day delivery, and I didn't need the flowers delivered until the next day. The bouquet pictured was all in white with an attractive spray of tall gladiolas and assorted other white flowers. Altogether, with the $15 in "handling and delivery" charges, I paid over $100 for these flowers. I received a telephone call from the florist to say that they didn't have the gladiolas but could substitute something equally attractive. I indicated that the substitution would be acceptable, so long as I got full value for what I paid. They assured me that I would.
The next day, the funeral home had to CALL the florist because they hadn't delivered my flowers, or flowers ordered by a family member of the deceased, and the funeral service was about to start. Today, (the day after the funeral) my friend, whose father's funeral it was, sent me a picture of the flowers that had been delivered, and I was extremely annoyed to see that it was a very small, nondescript bouquet in a cheap little glass vase. Certainly nothing like what I had ordered and paid for! Needless to say, I wish I had read all these negative reviews before ordering from JustFlowers.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! A cut floral arrangement was left in 100 degree heat in direct sun on the porch and the flowers were ruined when it was found...EVEN THOUGH the recipient was home when delivery was made. The florist they contracted with lied about the attempts to contact the recipient for delivery. When asked to redeliver, they wanted to charge $15 to do so. After an attempt to PICK-up the arrangement, it wasn't ready when it was supposed to be - the pickup involved tolls, gas and time away from work for the recipient - the company refuses to refund the money and wants to try to deliver again - but still wants the $15 fee.

This company JUSTFLOWERS need to be ban. They are #1 scammers. I ordered flowers 2 days before Mother's Day and they delivered it 2 days after Mother's Day. Paid extra to deliver it on time but my mother got a dead and dry flowers... Very disappointing and they blamed me for ordering late... Just stupid!! SCAM... SCAM... SCAM. DON'T LET THIS COMPANY TO HAVE MORE VICTIMS like me. Thanks you!

I placed an order on Tuesday for Thursday morning delivery. They advertised possible same day service. I gave them two days so there wouldn't be any slip-ups. I also asked them to call in the morning before delivering. Thursday morning came, no phone call, no delivery. It was set on their front porch Friday evening. My friend just happened to decide to walk her dog that evening in the front yard instead of the back and found the arrangement sitting on the front porch. I would never use "Just Flowers" again.
Jack, this is the first instance we are hearing of this. We will call our local florist ASAP to find out what happened.

Worst experience and customer service I have ever had ordering flowers! I ordered flowers on 8 June 2018 through JustFlowers.com in Toccoa, Georgia for a family members birthday on 10 June 2018 because the local florist, Alexander's, with whom I have always had reliable service, didn't have the particular flower I was looking for. The order was supposed to be delivered on 9 June 2018 but was never delivered.
I received an e-mail notification from JustFlowers.com to call them to resolve the issue to which I did. I was then given assurances that the order would be delivered on 10 June 2018 - no problem I was assured, they would be there. 10 June 2018, received a notification e-mail just an hour ago that they could not deliver the order today either because my mom lived too far away - JustFlowers.com and my family both reside in the same zip code, 30577. Please call customer service. After a less than heartfelt apology I was assured the order would be delivered on 11 June 2018 - a day after her birthday. Alexander's would have had those flowers delivered within hours after ordering - should have gone with them. Thanks JustFlowers.com for screwing this up for me. You are the worst florist I have ever used - first and only time... Never again! Take heed folks - DO NOT USE JustFlowers.com. You will be sorry you did - just as I am.
Updated on 06/10/2018: So, after several attempts today to get ahold of a Customer Service Manager - they seem to be always too busy to handle my call - in order to cancel my order which they failed to deliver I am still waiting to hear from them. Evidently, only a manager can cancel/refund an order. I wonder why that is? Worst customer service... bar none. I asked the customer service rep for his name and they would only give me their first name. I asked for his full name and he refused to give that to me. JustFlowers is a bonafide scam - do not use them!

I would first like to start by saying this has been the worst ordering experience and customer service in my life with a company! They give false information constantly to obtain an order. Please use any I mean any site but theirs!!! Here’s why. I was given FALSE information, guarantees, assured, re-assured, and promised services that were not provided. Employees continue to false advertise.
I was looking for a florist that could deliver same day and JustFlowers was taking orders for same day, but it may be delivered late as 9pm. Skeptical I called and an employee and verified if the order could still be delivered same day as advertised. The employee assured me that if I placed an order online they would absolutely be delivered today 100% guarantee. Given this guarantee I placed an order for $116 at 10am 5/13. I contacted JustFlowers at 2pm and inquired about an ETA, they couldn't give me an ETA but guaranteed me that they would be delivered TODAY. At 4:26pm I received a call from JustFlowers confirming the order was going to be delivered that day, I was again GUARANTEED. Then at 7:24pm I received an email that the order that I was 100% GUARANTEED by 3 different employees were NOT going to be delivered on 5/13 and was going to be delivered on 5/14.
I was flabbergasted as I was PROMISED, ASSURED, REASSURED, and GUARANTEED same day delivered. I then spent 3 hours after the email calling NUMEROUS numbers they have listed to only be on hold and never be able to make contact, I did leave voicemails asking to please cancel this order. That I don't want the flowers that I was guaranteed to be delivered on another day. This was extremely frustrating to have spent most of my day with this matter only to not have delivered guaranteed goods. I responded to the email and left voicemails that I'd appreciate if they could cancel the order as when ordering SAME DAY delivery items GUARANTEED by multiple employees Justflowers failed to come through. Again I asked just please refund the money. The next morning after getting NO RESPONSE, I started calling the numerous numbers. 6 total.
I did finally get through to a CSR and during our 80 minute conversation I was informed that I could absolutely NOT receive a refund for my same day order that was NOT delivered same day. I explained to the employee that I had 3 different employees guarantee me that my mother's day flowers would be delivered same day. The CSR stated that regardless what the employees stated to me that instead of what the employees are advertising or guaranteeing that doesn't matter cause they go by the policy instead. This is just mind boggling that it is ok and acceptable to have employees FALSELY advertise. Prior to the call with the CSR I received a call from the florist and then she explained to me that they receive an email from Justflowers on Sunday and they didn't understand why they would send an order to them for same day delivery on a day the florist WAS CLOSED.
I explained to them that I was trying to contact JustFlowers to get a refund and she stated that they have not started on the order yet and they would allow time for me to contact JustFlowers due to the wrongdoing that JustFlowers done! I explained all of this to the CSR and she stated that that was not true and that the florist had already completed the order (THIS WAS FALSE), the CSR also stated the order was en route (THIS WAS ALSO FALSE) because the first call I received was from the delivery guy, he stated he always calls to verify someone would be home BEFORE the order was started! The CSR kept LYING. HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE? I kept asking and begged for a refund for the $116 I spent for items that were NOT delivered as promised!
The CSR told me it was NOT possible to refund, the company does not do refunds! I told her she was NOT being honest about the order and the florist stated that if they would request a refund that they would be able to process it. Again I explained all of this to the CSR, she stated she would have to contact the florist herself and put me on hold and switch back. I was on hold for 15min for the CSR to switch back & say goodbye and hang up! I was perplexed about every employees false info. I JUST WANT A REFUND! I called again and asked if I placed an same day order & it's not delivered SAMEDAY would I get a FULL refund, she stated ABSOLUTELY! WHAT IS GOING ON!? PLEASE GIVE ME A REFUND!!!
It was for: $116.46. I Filed a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) which has them listed as A-... AN A- YET THEY HAVE 95% customer complaints NEGATIVE REVIEWS, they currently have 837 CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, yet somehow they have an A- with the BBB??? WOW JUST WOW. Their first response was that the flowers were delivered and a full refund was issued. On 5/31/18 I responded: "I just spoke with the customer service department with JustFlowers.com and the customer service representative Janice stated that in their system it does NOT show that JustFlowers has issued ANY REFUND OR HAVE A REFUND SCHEDULED! I gave her the information and she stated there are NO notes or comments in the account, what details she stated are Listed is that the flowers were delivered and customer satisfied!" WOW. Just WOW!
BBB can you please request them to show some proof of what they are claiming! They have even given FALSE INFORMATION TO you, the BBB on a complaint! How do you all still accredit them? PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS! I Chose them influenced on the fact the BBB accredited them! IT has been 15 days (12 Business days) since they have claimed they issued a refund! Please help me obtain proof to their claim!! PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS, I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK IS ALL! On 6/1/18 JustFlowers responded: "Upon further investigation, we can see that neither of the order numbers we quoted to you actually belong to you. For that, we would like to apologize. However, we actually don't have any orders in our system that match the information provided. What is your seven-digit order number?"
On 6/2/18 I responded: "My order number is: ** It was for: $116.46." On 6/4/18 I responded: "If you don't have ANY information in your system regarding this event for order number: **. Here is the original email with time as I explained in my complaint?" I also ATTACHED an email from them to show proof they knew about the order! LIES LIES LIES! ON 6/5/18 they responded: "** was delivered on 5/14/2018 at 4PM." THIS IS Impossible it was NEVER DELIVERED!
ON 6/6/18 I responded: "It has now been 18 business days (24 calendar days) since I've requested a full refund on the flowers that were guaranteed to be delivered on 5/13/18 Mother's day, by 3 employees (which might I add that you have pre-recorded messages that all your calls are recorded so you should be able to easily access your employees making false guarantees). Order number #**. Yet I still have not received any refund! How long does it take for a resolution and full refund to occur? I'm just asking for my money back on flowers that were guaranteed for same day delivery (then were rescheduled for next day) and flowers that were not I repeat were not ever delivered! It's now 6/6/2018."
Today 6/8/18 I responded: "You "Claim" that order #** was delivered on 5/14/2018 at 4PM. This is FALSE! please provide any signed document of delivery? Anything saying flowers were delivered. Because the flowers were NEVER delivered on 5/14/18 or 5/14/18. NO FLOWERS TO THIS DATE HAVE EVER BEEN DELIVERED! I spoke with Dunn's florist, they CONFIRM NO DELIVER WAS EVER MADE! PLEASE provide accurate information. If you have proof of this "Claimed Delivery," Please provide the proof. AGAIN No flowers have ever been delivered." I also responded I would like to add that I have proof that the flowers that you claim were delivered on 5/14/18 at 4pm, as the property has 24 hour surveillance. I have reviewed all footage from 5/14/18 and ABSOLUTELY NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED.
I will be compressing and converting video to add as PROOF, you are NOT giving accurate information and again giving FLASE I information regarding this matter. I don't understand why your company continues to lie and give false information instead of JUST issuing a full refund to a customer that your employees gave false guarantees to obtain orders. I REPEAT THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and ALL I'M ASKING FOR IS A FULL REFUND on the flowers that they had 3 different employees guarantee me that the flowers would absolutely be delivered on Mother's day NOT THE DAY AFTER.
Why is it so hard to get a refund when the company continues to lie and refuse to give me a refund! I am also flabbergasted how the BBB gives them an A- with 95%. I REPEAT 95% Negative reviews/Complaints! Please give me a refund and quit lying! I Have also MADE NUMEROUS contacts with DUNN'S FLORIST in Wentzville, Missouri regarding this matter and their statements DON'T match JUST FLOWERS'. I ALSO have an EXTENSIVE EMAIL FROM DUNN'S FLORIST Driver/DELIVER PERSON that I will be adding to the complaint as evidence, YET Just Flowers has NO PROOF of delivery, they are a HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR THEIR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, FALSE STATMENTS!
PLEASE go to the BBB.ORG website and review all the complaints they have listed and they all tend to be the same and they have the AUDACITY to offer $10 refunds on OVER $100 ORDERS! I ordered Mother's Day flowers and not only did she not receive but it's June 8th and they still haven't delivered the flowers. I have talked to customer service on several occasions only to be given the promise of delivery. Then they told me that the recipient refused the flowers which is not true because my mother lives with me so I know she never got them. And now they are offering me a partial refund of $10.00 out of the $60.00 I spent for no service. This site is a complete scam and I advise everyone reading to go to a different service.

This site is absolute GARBAGE. I order 2 separate orders from this site for both of my Mom’s for Mother’s Day because they advertised “same day delivery” which was a lie. I get that Mother’s Day is busy, but one order wasn’t delivered until Wednesday. The other order I tried to call and cancel since it had been over a week and was calling customer service for over 30 minutes for them to hang up on me. Next time I called, the same thing.
I finally got to talk to a human today (over a month later) for them just to tell me the flowers that I never received were signed for and delivered. I was told maybe a security guard or someone might have signed for them, which is impossible since the community doesn’t have one and they are individual houses. Also, I was there that week and never signed for any flowers. I know have to wait for them to send me the invoice to verify. I don’t know the person who signed to attempt to get my money back. As a broke college student I spend over $150 ($75 each order) to get my parents something nice for it to all just be blown up in my face. $75 is a lot to a young adult and I have yet to receive my refund. This is the worst possible website you could use.

I wanted flowers delivered on Mother’s Day. They delivered the day after so we refused the delivery. I disputed the charge and they forged the signature to make it look like the flowers were delivered.

I am very disappointed. I visited the sites of many of the local florists where I wanted to deliver in the SF Bay area, there were beautiful choices and very affordable prices. I chose JustFlowers because they sported "Same Day Delivery" on some of their bouquets, albeit at nearly twice the price of the local shops, but it was important for me to have the bouquet delivered the same day so I decided to try them. The order was sent in hours before shop opening times on the day I wanted delivery. Needless to say, I did not get "Same Day Delivery". Sorry to say, I will not call on JustFlowers again.

I was very disappointed with my last order with this company, the flowers were not delivered to where they were instructed to be delivered to (a headstone) and before a set time. I explain that the reciprocate father would be there visiting his daughter's grave and I wanted the flowers there when he arrived. I was told that the flowers could be placed at her grave site and provide them with the necessary information. When the father arrived at his daughter's grave site he send me a picture, my flowers were nowhere to be found. When I contact JustFlowers they told me the delivery person said he left them at the front office and they considered them to be delivered, and the company refused to refund my money.

This company is a complete and total scam. I ordered flowers for same-day delivery to my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. They never arrived. When I called around 8 that evening, the guy who answered the phone claimed they were out for delivery, which was obviously a lie. I have emailed twice to request help with my order. It's been 16 days and no response. Also tried calling their "customer service" line five times, which was a total joke. It's impossible to reach anyone no matter how long you stay on hold. When I tried an alternate number, the woman was incredibly rude and refused to help. I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. What a freaking waste of time for us and disappointment for my mother-in-law. Never, ever buy from this company!

They indicate they would deliver on a Saturday, the day before Mother's Day & did not deliver until Tuesday. I also ordered a balloon, which they charged me for & never delivered. When I emailed, they never responded. Clearly, given all the reviews which state the same, this company is operating a scam & should be ashamed of their operation. They indicated the flowers are accepted, as if the receiver has any idea what commitment of delivery time was expected. I had to sign up to write a review, but it was worth it. I will also follow up with the Better Business Bureau - these people should be found & put out of business. Way to sour people's attempts are sharing joy & celebration by your abusive scheme. Gross.

On May 11th 2018 I went online to order flowers for my mom for Mother's Day (5/13/2018). After looking online at both 1-800-Flowers and Teleflora.com I decided to try Just Flowers as they had same day delivery (5/11/18). After carefully considering all options, I decided to order 2 dozen of roses for $129.99 and upgraded to the deluxe for an additional $10 which totaled $139.99. I then had the option to add additional flowers for about $15, which I selected to do, and a small box of chocolate for $24.99. The total came in at $192.96. Yes almost $200.00. I felt good about it although it was a lot of money for flowers.
I did not receive a receipt so I called and talked to a service representative. She gave me the order number and confirmed that I purchased 2 dozen of roses and some additional flowers. The order did not come in the same day but the next day, which was fine with me and my mom. However, she only got one dozen of red roses and some carnations. The arrangement looked really floppy. I immediately called Just Flowers for an explanation. I was told someone from the local flower store was going to call me. I waited 10 days but no call. I went ahead and make a dispute with Paypal.
Today 17 days later Just Flowers called me and basically said I might have used a phone to order and could not see the picture of what I ordered which are both false because I used a computer to order and I saw not only the description but a picture of the 2 dozen of roses. What I did not see was neither the pictures or description of the additional flowers that I ordered. I work at home and know how to order online and I am very savvy when it comes to online order. They told me I ordered the Dazzling Reds that comes with one dozen of roses and some carnation (which sounds like a pre-made arrangement) but that's not what happened. I specifically chose the 2 dozen bouquet (hence the $139.99 price) then added additional flowers and did not know what the additional flowers would be. I could not believe what I heard and experienced.
I told them I have a bachelor in IT and business management. I am a computer literate and I have a Master of Business Administration. There is absolutely NO WAY I mistakenly order 1 dozen and thought I ordered 2 dozens. They finally sent me a receipt today when I called to request it and said they showed that they sent me the receipt on the same day I placed the order but showed that I did not open it. (Yes of course they blamed on junk mail which I already knew to check before calling today to ask for the receipt.)
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They poorly handled my case and are a terrible company to do business with. I urge all of you, fathers, husbands, mothers, daughters, sons, and grandchildren out there not to do business with this company! I will make all attempt to spread the words about this company's horrible business practice.

I ordered delivery of $85 worth of flowers for Mother’s Day because they guaranteed delivery. Not only did my mother not receive her flowers on Mother’s Day, SHE NEVER RECEIVED THEM! I have followed up via email multiple times (which is their recommended contact process), and I have also sat on hold multiple times for 10-15 minutes before they send you to an answering machine. No calls back. This company is fake and horrible. I wish I would have read more reviews before giving them my money. I just want a refund for something they NEVER sent, and I can’t even get that. They are criminals.

My wife and I placed an order on May 11th for flowers by Mother's Day. The total cost of the order was $107 CDN dollars. My mom is 87 and lives in an assisted living facility in Oceanside, California. I called to wish her a happy Mother's Day only to discover the flowers had not been delivered to her. My wife repeatedly tried to get in touch with someone at the company but she could only exchange email with an automated machine. Eventually she received an email saying that JustFlowers was looking into it. They then informed us that the flowers had been delivered.
The only problem is that my mom never got the flowers. So either they were never delivered or they were delivered to the wrong people at the complex. Their 'System' apparently doesn't concern itself with who gets the flowers, only that you pay for them. So we are out of pocket and my mom did not get her flowers. And JustFlowers takes no responsibility and has no accountability. So take my advice and do not order flowers from them. There is no guarantee the intended recipient will get them. And if they don't, JustFlowers doesn't give a damn because they have your money and their system says they were delivered. Great way to do business don't you think?

If you want a business to tell your mother to "pick up her own flowers," you've come to the right place. Like so many others, I ordered Mother's Day Flowers from JustFlowers.com. The only reason I placed the order is because they "guaranteed" delivery for Sunday May 13th. They did not arrive on the 13th and when my mother finally heard from the florist they told her that she could "come into town to PICK THEM UP." At that point, she told them that she wasn't interested in doing so. I called customer service on Monday May 14th to let them know that I wanted to cancel the order. They said they needed to reach out to the local florist and would give me a callback. They never called.
I called back today, May 24th, to follow up on my refund for the flowers that were never delivered and they told me that they couldn't offer me a refund because the florist told them they attempted delivery. The florist made no mention that they told my mother that she could "come into town and pick them up" herself. I spent $121 with JustFlowers.com for what they advertised on their site as a GUARANTEED Mother's Day delivery and they have refused to offer me a refund.
The customer service that I received today was shameful. As a business, using words like "guarantee" without a commitment to providing excellent service to your customers is misleading and deceptive. The people on the phone are perfectly polite but were not at all helpful in resolving this matter. When I asked one of the agents why there was no language upon check out about the "guarantee" not being a real guarantee, she told me that I could find it on the customer service page. Why hide the true meaning of the guarantee that was splashed all over the front page of the website on a tab that customers typically only check AFTER there's been a problem? I buy flowers OFTEN and I thought I'd come across a trusted new vendor and was happy to give them a shot. I'll stick with 1-800-Flowers, Bouqs and the host of other online flower businesses that are upfront about delivery times. Do not trust JustFlowers.com for anything important!

My son and daughter in law ordered flowers for me on Mother's Day to have delivered on the Saturday before so I would have them in time. Saturday came and went with no delivery or call... Sunday (Mother's Day) came and went. No delivery. No call... Monday at 4:23 pm I got a voicemail saying, "We have a delivery for you but we close at 4:30 so you will need to call tomorrow to set up a time for delivery." The flowers were delivered but not the flowers that were ordered and not even slightly close!
The flowers were old and started dying the very next day! It ruined my Mother's Day only because my son and daughter in law spent their whole weekend plus trying to call and email to find my flowers instead of spending Mother's Day with their children! My poor daughter in law was in tears every time I spoke to her! I gave her the number to our local florist and told her to never use these people again!!! JF did call my son later in the week to only try and shift the blame to him! I am still trying to figure out what JF thinks he did wrong... He ordered specific flowers that he knew I loved and he paid for them and requested they be delivered on 5/12/18 then spent 3 stinking days searching for the flowers!!!

This company is a joke. I ordered flowers for my Mother-In-Law for Mother's Day. They never arrived. On Monday I canceled the order. On Tuesday they delivered the flowers even though I canceled the order. Since when is Mother's Day on Tuesday. I was so infuriated that I complained to the BBB that I want a refund since I canceled the order on Monday. This stupid company response is that they don't give refunds to flowers that are already delivered. I didn't want them delivered, that's why I canceled the order. I won't settle with the BBB until I get a refund so that's a black eye on them. My Mother-In-Law's Mother's Day was disappointing all thanks to this stupid company. A dear lifetime friend passed away and I ordered flowers thru JustFlowers three days prior to services. They were not delivered ever! Trying to contact this company was impossible unless you said you wanted a new order and then they would not transfer to customer service. Finally an email got my money back but no apology for the embarrassment I suffered. Don’t use this company.

I ordered a basket arrangement of all BLUE flowers to be delivered to my sister (who's favorite color and eyes are blue). What arrived at her door couldn't have been any different from the arrangement I ordered. All PINK flowers, not one was part of the original arrangement. Much like many of the customers on this page, I too ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day. I ordered the flowers on May 12 early in the morning. I had to phone the company to confirm my credit card information. They assured me that my flowers would be delivered for Mother's Day the next day. May 13 came and passed, no flowers were delivered. May 14 an email was sent to me stating that the flowers would be delivered the next business day with a note of apology. I emailed JustFlowers back and asked them to cancel the order and refund me the total amount. I received no reply, none of my phone calls went through, and I eventually filed a claim with Norton to get my money back.
When they finally reimbursed me, the amount was significantly lower than the amount I paid, and when I questioned them on this they stated that it was because of the difference in exchange rates. Yet the fact that they took so long to even address my complaint means of course the exchange rates changed! Had they been on top of this issue, the amount would have been much closer, yet only on May 23 was the partial refund issued. Long story short, save your money. This company is a poorly constructed scam.

The description was highly misleading. The photo appears to be much larger than it is. Once received it was very small. Very disappointed in the size and the cost. And when trying to negotiate a flexible solution, this company was not willing to be provide an effective solution to meet my expectations. Never again. I ordered an $85 arrangement for my mom on Mother's Day, the website guaranteed delivery on Mother's Day and I was out of the country so it seemed like my best option. When I called my mom at the end of the day and found out there was no flower delivery I was livid so I emailed JustFlowers customer service and asked where the flowers I paid for were and what they were going to do to fix this. I received the following copy/pasted response that basically says their vendor delivered it so they would need to confirm that it wasn't delivered.
They never responded to my 3 follow up emails asking questions for the vendor who claimed to deliver the flowers (such as what color the house was/what side the door was on: things that someone who actually delivered flowers could easily answer). I now have to dispute this $85 charge with my bank as a fraud charge because JustFlowers is running an unethical business and this clearly wasn't the first time this has happened after reading other reviews. Thanks for making me look like a jerk to my mom on Mother's Day JustFlowers!!!

I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my Mother from JustFlowers. JustFlowers charged my credit card $90.47. The flowers were not delivered on Mother's Day and my Mother was deeply saddened by this. I received an e-mail from JustFlowers that the delivery would be delayed. On May 15th, JustFlowers sent me an e-mail stated the flowers had been delivered, however, they were not. On May 18th, JustFlowers left me a voicemail stating the flowers would be delivered on May 21st, however, they were not. I have made several attempts to e-mail JustFlowers and to contact them via telephone only to either be disconnected or placed on hold for an extended period with nobody eventually answering.
On May 23rd, I finally got JustFlowers on the phone and was told that the florist claims the flowers were delivered and that a refund could not be provided. These flowers were never delivered to my Mother! I paid JustFlowers $90.47 for a product and a service. They failed to deliver on both accounts. Do the right thing JustFlowers and refund my $90.47. You have forever lost my business, however, you still have the opportunity to do the right thing here.

I requested delivery of flowers on a Friday to a church for a memorial service on Saturday. The flowers arrived after the service on Saturday and were not as described. The company told me their policy was to deliver the date of the event instead of the requested date and since they were delivered (even if they were too late) there was nothing they would do about my complaint.

JustFlowers deliver flowers to my mother that was wilted turning brown and a day late. The flowers were not accepted. They lied telling me the flowers were deliver on time, after 35 minutes of being on hold I got to talk with someone who spoke broken English. I was told it was all my fault, and that they do not give refunds. This is the worst company I have ever had any dealing with in my life. Never again.

Didn't deliver my order on Mother's Day yet called me a liar because they say they attempted to. I was emailed by the florist contracted to do this who said they would not be able to deliver on Mother's Day and NEVER contacted my fiancé'. JustFlowers.com customer service called me again today to say they made an attempt and that I was a liar. The delivery was and has NEVER been made. They had the balls to tell me they could make the delivery now but that it would cost me an additional $10 on top of the $98 I paid for the dozen pink roses. These guys need to be the subject of a consumer advocacy investigation or a 60 Minutes episode. I can only imagine the thousands of victims that just gave up. NOT ME!!!

I have been fighting with JustFlowers for over 10 days now to get my money back for an arrangement I ordered that was never delivered. Not only did they not deliver the arrangement on time for Mother's Day BUT WHAT WAS DELIVERED WAS HALF DEAD, BROWN AND WILTED. I DID NOT ORDER AND PAY $75 FOR A DEAD ARRANGEMENT. When I was escalated to a Customer Service Manager he proceeded to argue with me and then made comments that pointed towards him calling my mother A LIAR!!! I have had no apology, no attempts made at compassion, sympathy or fixing this. I have been given the runaround, argued with and to top it all off my mother accused as a liar!
The local company contracted through JustFlowers, The Village Greenery, also called my mother after she refused the dead arrangement to argue with her and then proceeded to LIE TO JUST FLOWERS AND SAID THE ARRANGEMENT WAS DELIVERED. I cannot believe how scandalous this entire situation has been. I am beside myself and will NEVER EVER EVER EVER use Just Flowers again. Customer Service Manager my behind. There is no Customer Service with Just Flowers. Just plain rudeness. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I have been ordering flowers for the past 20 years to be delivered on Mother’s Day. This was the first year I ordered from JustFlowers and will certainly be the last. I am writing this review to warn people to steer clear. The flowers were not delivered on Mother’s Day and it took 3 days, 10 phone calls and multiple emails to finally get in touch with someone. After telling me multiple times that they were in fact delivered, they proceeded to tell me that they could not offer a refund due to the fact they were being told it was delivered.
After explaining 50 times that they were mistaken and my mother was home the entire day, they said it must be a problem with where she lives. I explained again that I have ordered flowers for 20 years to the same location. After many more excuses, they explained that it was their policy not to give refunds and they would have to redeliver. I explained that my parents were now in Florida so no reason to deliver. Don’t you know they were delivered to an empty house and are now sitting there waiting to die. It’s my goal to get the word out. Steer clear of JustFlowers!!! Worst flower company EVER!

May 12, 2018 I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered the next day Mother's Day to my mother in Kingman AZ, there are many florists in her area and she has never had any issues with deliveries to her address. However due to it being a busy holiday I received a message on 5/14/2018 from JustFlowers.com that the delivery could not be made on the original delivery date of 5/13/2018 however they would deliver on the next available delivery date which should have been 5/14/2018, because I did not receive the message until 5/14/2018. I was forced to accept the delivery was to be made on 5/15/2018, although I included with my original order My phone # and my mother's phone #, we were not contacted directly, after waiting all day on 5/14/2018 and 5/15/2018.
I phoned the C/S line on 5/168/2018, and was told that they would contact my mother by phone and apologize and they would deliver on 5/17/2018, I, very unhappy about the service requested a supervisor name and # to contact in the event the delivery was not made and was told they didn't have the information but if this in fact happened to call the c/s line and they would assist me with the information the next day and that they would give me $10 off my order or I could get an upgrade, which I opted for the upgrade. The c/s representative did in fact contact my mother and apologized for the delay however the flowers were never delivered.
On 5/20/2018 I phoned the c/s department and the c/s rep stated the flowers were delivered on 5/14/2018 and I stated they had not yet been delivered and that I spoke with c/s on 5/16/2018 and they had confirmed no delivery at that time. He then placed me on hold for a lengthily amount of time, at which time he stated he had read the notes and had placed a cancellation request on the order but it would not complete until they verified with their vendor. I then asked for the representative's name and he stated MEL and upon asking for a last name I was told "I am the only MEL here" and refused to give the last name.
I then asked for his direct supervisor's name and phone # and was told he has several and I stated 1 would do. He said he didn't have that information but that I could call the C/S line at another time but he was the only one there at that time. I then asked for a Corporate officer name and phone # or address which he stated he couldn't give me the information but that I could call c/s line which I then stated he just said he was the only one there!!! He then put me on hold, after an hour I hung up. A full 7 days from the time I ordered my mother never received anything. I will never again use this company for anything. The most unprofessional Service I have ever received or even heard of! BEWARE - VERY DISAPPOINTING.

They said they canceled my order. Never contacted me. So they said they would credit my account and restart another delivery (I had to pay again)! The customer service employee was very hard to understand and at one point said she was connecting me to billing, then came back on and I asked if it was the same person and she said “yes I will take your payment info and send it to billing.” Never again! I was on the phone, on and off hold for a half an hour trying to reorder!

JustFlowers.com delivered my mom's $65 bouquet 4 days late - Granted, they had sent us two emails saying they would be delayed--one on Monday after Mother's Day and one right before they were delivered on Thursday--after I wrote to complain. After my complaint, they responded with their policy and said they do not refund since they had attempted delivery but they had not, and left no door tag...(besides, mom was home all day). They offered us $10 (off of a total with "Holiday Shipping" of $85). Plus when the bouquet was delivered the flower guy said, "My wife just made these up" which means to me there was no attempt to deliver, nor did we receive any way of tracking the order. When I complained again they offered me the same $10 off... Shameful ripoff's with no restoration.

Whatever you do never order flowers from JustFlowers.com! On the day before Mother's Day they sent my 88 year old mother a bouquet of lilacs that were half dead. The bouquet didn't even have any greenery or baby's breath in it to help make it more attractive. Rather it looked like someone just went out back and whacked off a branch of a bush. They didn't even smell like lilacs!
When I complained the company sent a bouquet of some weird flowers again with no added baby's breath or greenery and it certainly wasn't worth what I paid for it! All week I tried to get a response from their customer service online so today I tried their phone number. I ended up in a fight with a representative who clearly doesn't know what customer service means. And I get told the flower shop won't redo the arrangement because it has been longer than 3 days! WAIT I'm being denied what is due me because I waited to try to get a hold of the company by doing it the way they requested online? So the long and the short of it is the flowers you order will not be the ones you get and when you complain they argue with you and won't honor their guarantee.

Ordered an overpriced bouquet from JustFlowers for Mother’s Day. Received verification that the flowers would be delivered on Sunday May 13. I received emails on Sunday and Monday 5/13 & 5/14 saying flowers “couldn’t be delivered” with no further explanation other than they would try again the following day. Flowers were eventually delivered 2 days late. I attempted to call JustFlowers numerous times and would remain on hold for 12-15 minutes before being transferred to a voicemail system in which nobody returned my calls for 4 days.
Also replied to the notification of late delivery email as instructed and still received no return calls. When customer service eventually called back, the representative stated that it was “JustFlowers' policy” that if the flowers couldn’t be delivered they would try on the following day. The representative finally informed me that there were no florists in the area of the delivery who could fulfill my order, yet could provide no reason for why they took my money before having a guaranteed supplier. JustFlowers also offered no resolution in the form of a reduction of charges to my order or a discount on any future orders to compensate for their failure to fulfill their order as it was advertised. They never delivered flowers. They did not tell me they would not be delivered then blamed me because they have a policy that says if it can't be delivered it would be delivered the next day. Again not delivered the next day. They blame me because they have a policy. If they would just have informed me it wouldn't be delivered I would not be so upset. Do not order flowers from them!!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Sunday, May 13th online and received a confirmation email and expected time of delivery. The flowers were not delivered. I received an email stating that the flowers would not be delivered until the next day (Monday). Monday and Tuesday came and went and still no flowers. It is now Friday, May 18. I have spent over an hour total on hold over the course of 4 calls to customer service. After 15-20 minutes on hold each call, I am directed to a voice message system where I leave my order number, name, and phone number. I still have yet to be contacted or speak with a representative. I strongly advise against using JustFlowers.com.

I placed two orders on May 10 2018 for delivery the day before Mother's Day. To my dismay, they were NOT DELIVERED on Mother's Day either! Multiple attempts to get an update through the website was USELESS and trying to call JustFlowers was ridiculous (I waited on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on!) on Monday May 14. I immediately sent two reply emails to JustFlowers on May 14 after receiving a notice that the flowers would be delivered on the 'next available delivery date'. My reply to the emails were to CANCEL MY ORDERS IMMEDIATELY and asking for refund.
I received an email this next day that one of the orders had been cancelled and I would receive my refund in 4-10 days. I am PISSED that neither my mother or mother-in-law received their Mother's Day Flowers and all they can tell me is they are 'sorry' and will refund my money in '4-10 days?' It sure took them all of 4 seconds to remove almost $180 from my credit card!!! Not only was I dealing with this bull but I lost my grandmother the day before Mother's Day, and I sure as hell didn't order her burial flowers from JustFlowers!!! I spent my hard earned money elsewhere! Never again will I or any family use JustFlowers! How ridiculous and I am more than sure it was A SCAM after reviewing all the other complaints!!!

I ordered flowers on the morning of Sat. May 5 to be delivered that day- provided pertinent information/address etc. I then received call that they would be delivered on Sunday... Fine I said and verified address to be delivered to. Then I received call that they would not be delivered until Monday and to verify address which I did. JustFlowers sent order to another City. The flowers were delivered Monday and ALL the roses in the bouquet were dead. I sent picture of flowers to service@justflowers.com asking for my money back. The flowers not only were delivered the day after Mother's Day, but they were dead and JustFlowers sent order to flower shop in another city when there were 4 flower shops in the town to be delivered to. They will not return my emails regarding my dissatisfaction.

Ordered flowers for my aunt. Picked flowers off the guaranteed delivery for her region. They took the money immediately. They said it would be delivered Saturday. No Saturday delivery, so I called. They said by 3pm on Mother's Day. Mother's Day evening no delivery. They told me that Mother's Day was like Christmas for florists and I needed to understand. So upset said I said fine that I would accept Monday delivery. No Monday delivery. I called, I sent messages on Facebook, I submitted a confirmation request on the website. No response other than them blocking me on Facebook for complaining about being out $70.
I went on the Better Business Bureau website. There were 19 positive and over 200 negative reviews yet they have an A rating. I want my money back. I know other people spent more than that but $70 is a lot for me to be out and no one got anything out of it. My order number is ** in case they read this and say they don't know what I am talking about. I will be leaving a rating on the BBB website and I have already contacted my bank about this scam!

This is a horrible company to order flowers from. I wanted to order flowers for Mother's Day last minute due to last minute changes with my travel plans. I googled and looked at several companies that could deliver next day or day of. JustFlowers had advertised on their website that they could deliver flowers on Mother's Day. I was able to pick flowers, select the date for Mother's Day and it took me to the confirmation screen that the order went through. I checked my email and thought it was strange that I didn't get a confirmation email even though my card charged immediately but luckily I wrote down the confirmation number ** from the website for my record. I waited for my mother to call me with her "surprise" delivery of the flower.
After 9PM on Mother's Day, I called my mother to see if she received anything and she stated that she did not. I decided to wait until Monday and yet again, the flowers were never delivered. I attempted to call their phone number listed on their website and their outsourced rep (most likely from the Philippines) stated that they could only take orders and I had to call their customer service line, which was closed at the time. Why are their reps not trained to handle inquiries or customer service? This was a red flag. They ended their call that they are here to help us 24/7... Umm... Not really but okay. I went on their webpage and used their contact feature so someone would contact me (which nobody ever did).
I waited for their customer service line to be open the next day, Tuesday and the hold time took over 30 minutes before I couldn't wait any longer. I called their number that was listed on their website and the rep pushed back again, stating that they can only take orders. Quite frustrating. I checked with my mother again and the flowers were still not delivered. The following day, my mother finally received her flowers around 10AM on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 and called to tell me that the florist who had delivered the flowers had recommended that I call the company to get a refund. This is three days after Mother's Day! I have not received an email or a call from the company to let me know they were unable to delivered, as promised on their website.
I was never contacted that my order would be delayed. Flowers are usually ordered because of a celebration or due to an event. This is a time sensitive type of service! I called the customer service line again and was finally able to get someone. I stated my frustration and that my flowers were not delivered as on Mother's Day as promised and was delivered 3 days later. The rep apologized and stated that according to their website, delivery could be delayed until the following day due to the volume on Mother's Day.
Umm... It wasn't delivered the next day... It was delivered 3 days after Mother's Day with no email or call to notify that that there was even an issue. I asked for a refund and he said he would talk to his supervisor, came back from hold and said they couldn't do anything. Horrible company and service! You do not put your customer first. There is no urgency. You need to train your reps to handle this type of issues. You need to communicate to your customers. Your rep lied to me as the guideline on your webpage stated that it could be delivered the next day but in my situation, it was beyond that timeline.

I too wish I had read the reviews on here. It was advertised on their website that they would still deliver flowers by Mother's Day. What false advertising!!! After not receiving them, I tried everything in my power to cancel them (responding to their emails, calling, etc). Now, they want to charge me for them. I told them I want a refund and nothing else is acceptable. I cannot tell you how many harassing phone calls I have gotten from them and not a one has said they will refund my money!!! It appears others are getting refunds, but no such luck for me. HUGE SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give them a 0 rating, I would.

I placed an order with this company on Saturday before Mother’s Day. Knowing it was one day before Mother’s Day, I was worried about delivery on Sunday. After attempting to order with two other companies prior, I found both of them to show delivery would not be completed by Sunday. Then I found JustFlowers.com which guaranteed delivery on Sunday. I placed an order with them and expected delivery on Sunday. When the order didn’t arrive on Sunday I expected an email or some sort of notification notifying me of the change in status of the order. None of that occurred.
I intended to cancel the order but forgot due to the busyness of life. Tuesday afternoon, flowers arrive. Flowers are fine, nothing too fancy for the $90 spent on them. Thursday, contacted JustFlowers.com to inquire about the guarantee. I was told that sometimes orders aren’t delivered on time due to business’ not being open and the fact that it was this Sunday. At that time I requested a money back guarantee due to the fact that the website stated Sunday delivery guaranteed. I was then told that if I had read the fine print it says there were stipulations that said sometimes orders aren’t delivered on time.
I was offered first a five dollar refund and when I complained was then offered a $10 refund. I then asked to speak with the manager and after being put on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on I called back again and asked to speak with the manager and was offered a $15 refund. Manager states this is the best that they could do and that’s all that they would be able to do. I accepted said offer but told manager that I would file a complaint. This is that complaint. Do not do business with JustFlowers.com. Find another option for your flower delivery services. Too bad a ZERO star review isn’t available.

I had place an order on Mother's Day for a basket of roses, but what she received something totally different. It wasn't anything close to what I had order or close to the image and description they had on their website. They weren't even roses. I tried getting in contact with customer service for a few days now and one of those days I tried calling for an HOUR. All I would get is a recording followed by being hung up on. It leads to believe that this website is a scam. JustFlowers if you get a chance to read my review. I would like a refund.

I placed a Mother's Day order on Saturday May 12, 2018, **, & to this day on 5-17-2018, mom has not received them. I have called, emailed & left messages at least 5 times. I haven't been able to talk to a person yet. I get the recording, follow the prompts, left messages & then get hung up on! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY! HORRID COMPANY- Like everyone else I ordered flowers for my daughter to be delivered Mother's Day. Tues afternoon I got out of the hospital and spoke to her to find out no delivery. I called and after an extremely long wait was sent to leave my name, number and order number. At 8pm that night I received an e-mail saying they had been delivered Monday at 1pm. My daughter happened to be out in her front yard doing weeding and yard work and no flower person had ever come by. I spoke with customer service that night, who told me he would have a manager look into it and call me in the morning. Next morning, no call. Again went thru the long wait to get to customer service and was put on hold so they could contact the store owner and then promised a partial refund and the florist would send out a new arrangement that day.
At 4pm still no flowers. Another call, another story and told to wait a few more hours for them to be delivered. 9pm still no flowers, another call, but this time I was put in touch with a manager who told me if it wasn't resolved by the morning she would give me a full refund. Of course there was no call. At noon I called, got to another manager who told me she couldn't do that and she needed to speak with the florist first. 50 mins later she came back on and said she still wasn't able to reach them and I would have to call back and she would not honor the full refund as I was told the night before. I have never dealt with such rude managers or such a shoddy company. Stay far away from this company!!!

Now it is Thursday afternoon, 5 days later, and they have yet to be delivered. I've tried to call the customer service line with no luck. I've emailed the customer service line with no response.

Purchased flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day on Saturday. Paid for the Deluxe Flowers so we'd get more flowers for my mother. She took a picture of the flowers and they were very wilted. Had the flowers not been wilted, I probably wouldn't had mentioned to her that I ordered completely different flowers with an arrangement of different kinds of flowers. There were only two different flowers. Sent an email on Sunday to address this issue. No response to my email. I called everyday and didn't get through because of the long wait time. They must have many complaints and seem to have a lot of unhappy customers based on the reviews. Today (Thursday) a random LA number called and I answered. They said no refunds. Guess I'll have to call my credit card company because this is a scam. Like others have said, this has become more of an inconvenience and burden, than a gift.

Came here to write about flowers not being delivered and shocked the amount of comments of the same thing! Bought 65£ bouquet for Mother's Day, it was not delivered, AND they did not deliver it the next day at the very least. My mum is now out of town for the week and the flowers got delivered finally yesterday, but she wasn't there to accept so she'll never see them. Absolute waste of an enormous amount of money for a special day. All I want from JustFlowers is a refund, pretty ridiculous to ** up flower orders on Mother's Day of all days. They did not respond to my email and could not get in touch by phone so resorted to this.

This company is a scam, they are thieves, like so many before me have stated. I ordered Mother’s Day flowers with the guarantee of delivery on Mother’s Day. They never showed, I never received any confirmation email, I had an order number and they billed my credit card. I spoke to several people who promised next day delivery, which never took place. What made matters worse was the ongoing lies they kept saying each day that they would deliver them with an apology note. This very well could be my Mother’s last Mother’s Day. She is very ill, I am so sad and outraged that people like this exist in this world. I would have ordered flowers from another company had I not given them the benefit of the doubt the next day so at least she could have gotten flowers the day after. I wished I read the reviews before placing my order. Please NEVER order from this company, I hope they end up behind bars because that’s where they belong.

Ordered two orders of flowers for Mother's Day. One was never delivered, STILL today! Which is Thursday, so 5 days late. The other order delivered two days late. Tried 5 times to contact customer service and was only successful this morning. When I asked for a refund for the order that was delivered... they told me they could not do that. They said they would offer me a 10 dollar credit. When I told the supervisor that I was going to write a review of their company, she said "well, then I can no longer offer you the 10 dollar credit." It is worth my 10 dollars to let everyone know to NEVER use this company!

I called on Tuesday and was told they would be delivered on Wednesday - and I would get a $5 credit to the card they already charged. No delivery! I also want my money back!

They even tried to give me a B.S fake apology and was told it would be delivered the next day. They offered a 5 10 and even 15 dollars credit. At point, I just want my full refund. Their 800-number sends you in circles and eventually will ask for you to leave a message, of which I've left two in three days without a reply. I have also gone on their website and submitted a request for them to contact me, again, which they have not done. Report this business as fraud. Total BS. These kinds of people belong in the inner most circle of hell.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day - it is 3 DAYS AFTER Mother's Day and they still HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED. I have not received an email of apology or updates as to when I can expect my flowers to be delivered. I have been trying to get in touch via phone and email so that I can cancel this order and be reimbursed (because sending someone Mother's Day flowers over 3 days late is insulting, and I refuse to pay for this service), but have not been able to elicit any kind of customer service response.
I have not been able to get through to a human being via any of the phone numbers they put on their website (they are all ultimately automated and, at best, you can leave a message that never gets returned), the Order Inquiry Form on their website does not have an option to cancel an order that is over 3 days late (just one that says, "Not Delivered-Please schedule for first available delivery day") and I have not received a single response to any of my emails (in fact, the email address listed on the emailed receipt I've included is fake and bounces back).
This is criminal. They have debited over $100 from my checking account, have not provided the service "guaranteed" on their website, and have ignored my inquiries. In fact, given the dead end phone numbers and fake email address listed on the receipt email, JustFlowers appears to be more than an unprofessional, unreliable service, but rather, intentionally fraudulent. I would like this company to be investigated.

I ordered sympathy flowers to be delivered to my partner’s uncle house on Saturday. The website said they were supposed to be a guaranteed delivery by Sunday, May 13th. Today is Wednesday, May 16th and my flowers have not been delivered yet. I’ve been trying to contact their customer service number thru email and phone for 4 days now and I still don’t have an update on my order. I will never order flowers from this website again. At this point I would like my money back so I can order flowers from a website that can guarantee my delivery.

I ordered flowers for my niece's baby delivery. I paid for same day delivery and when the flowers didn’t arrive I emailed the company. The next day I again emailed and telephoned. No response again on the third day and did get a call back to say they would get delivered the following day. This again did not happen and I received a sorry for the delay email. Now five days later I get a call saying the florist needs an additional $15 on top of the $78.13 already paid to deliver tomorrow. I told them I expect a full refund or I’m taking this further. Totally disappointed and would never use or refer them again.

Wasted so much time, effort, and thought on this. I received literally 18 emails from JustFlowers soliciting a Mother's Day order from me (they started on May 3rd & the last one received was on Sat, May 12, day before Mother's Day, subject line "Send ** Mother's Day Flowers Again - Last Call). (I removed my mother's name for this post)... I finally relented and placed an order for a total of $93.47 as the bouquet I chose confirmed "early Mother's Day delivery".
Below is an excerpt of my order confirmation. Sunday = called my mom, no flowers. Monday = nothing, Tuesday = nope (mother said "it was the thought that counts, please call them & get your money back"). Wednesday (today)- called their customer service line. Held for 13 minutes before someone answered. I told them that the flowers were not delivered (after confirming the address was 100% correct) and that I expect a full refund given that I have an email confirming it would be a Mother's Day delivery. They then put me on hold for another 8 minutes before returning to the line to say that they needed to speak with the florist and would call me back. This review is the last I'd like to do with JustFlowers. I see their customer service responding to posts.

This is coming from a REAL florist. I will not accept orders from JustFlowers. I have received 17 orders with 7 being duplicates just today. These were all intended for Mother's Day. NOT one of these orders were in my delivery area. They should not be allowed to be in business. They DO NOT have a flower in stock, just a bunch of non English speaking order takers. PLEASE stop ordering flowers online with these order gathering factories! Order local with a REAL flower shop! If there is NO address in the ad, it is a RED flag and run as fast as you can to a LOCAL florist.

So disappointed in this company. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM JUSTFLOWERS. My son had me order flowers for his wife so she wouldn't see he had ordered them for Mother's Day. He spent $100 on an order of flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day May 13, 2018. When the flowers didn't show up we started trying to contact the company the following day on Monday through email and phone. It is now Wednesday and we have finally got through to a person to speak with who was very rude and told me no refund would be given and that I could get a $10 off my purchase. I then asked to speak with her supervisor in which then I was put on hold for 1.5 hours before I finally hung up. So it is now Wednesday. My son is out $100 and still no flowers to show for it. I guess my next step will be contacting my bank and reporting fraud. This company is a disgrace I wish I had seen the reviews before making the purchase.

I am so very sad about this situation... My father recently passed away and my mother has been so grief-stricken. I ordered a beautiful potted arrangement of blooms in our two favorite colors to cheer her up for her first Mother's Day without my dad. The delivery has not been made, and it is now Wednesday. Not only that, but I just received an email that says they are substituting some unknown vase of flowers for what I ordered, in order that the delivery could be made on time. REALLY?!! I don't want a substitution of some flowers I've never seen in some vase I've never seen, especially when it is already so late. I want my order cancelled immediately and my money returned ASAP. I feel like a company has no right to promise things they cannot deliver. In my opinion this is theft, and is morally reprehensible. This company will have to go a long way to get any further business from me.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on mother's day, Sunday May 12, 2018. The confirmation email I received said the flowers would be delivered on Mother's day. On Monday, my mother still had not received the flowers. I emailed the company, they apologized, and said they would send the flowers the next business day. It is now Wednesday, May 14, and the flowers have yet to be delivered. I emailed the company and asked them to refund me the money, as now it's a bit after the fact for the flowers to be delivered. They have not returned my email or refunded me. This company really is a scam. Do not use!!!

I am beyond mad. I ordered flowers online from JustFlowers.com on Friday, May 11 because of a death in the family. I ordered next day service. It's Wednesday, May 16 and STILL NO FLOWERS. They don't answer the phone, they don't call back when you leave a message, their online page to inquire about an order doesn't work, it's ridiculous. I finally contacted them on FaceBook messenger and they kept saying Sunday and Monday that it was just late and they would be delivered. Tuesday I messaged them and left a phone message and no answer. I am calling my bank and I can hopefully get my money back ($85). I am also beyond embarrassed because it looks like we have done nothing to address the awful death.

JustFlowers is HORRIBLE in every category. If I could give them a 0 in every category I would, from service, quality, follow-up, delivery on time. My advice is NEVER, NEVER NEVER use this company. They don't respond to late deliveries or problems and just take your money and a lot of it and run and hide. They delivered Mother's Day Flowers 3 days late and charged huge fees for hideous flowers. Could have gone to Food Lion and bought $4.99 flowers and delivered them myself. They would have been nicer and on time. This company sucks and you can't complain to them through their customer service options - they only give you an option to re-send or deliver at a later date. I will NEVER use them again and simply Google local florists and buy directly.

If I could choose ZERO stars, that would be more accurate. My son ordered flowers from JUSTFLOWERS for his Mother, to be delivered on Mother's Day - nothing, as of this writing, nothing. Calls, emails and online correspondence have gone unanswered. This is outright theft and should be dealt with in that manner. He cannot afford the cost of flowers to begin with, but wanted to do something nice for his mother, now he is out $75. It is ridiculous that a company can be so blatant, it's apparent that this Mother's Day was lucrative for JustFlowers - as they apparently STOLE from many unwitting customers.

I ordered flowers for my mother to be delivered on Mother’s Day on May 12th but it never happened... In fact, she has still NOT received flowers! I want a FULL refund ASAP! I understand this holiday is busy but I’ve received no phone calls about the delay. I’ve left a voicemail and an online inquiry but no one has responded. I want confirmation that this email was received, as well as information as to when my money will be returned. To say that I’m dissatisfied with this company would be an understatement. Another non-delivery of Mother's Day flowers. Received a nonsensical email that "flowers were not able to be delivered." Awaiting refund, will open bank fraud case ASAP tomorrow. This place should be shut down.
Updated on 05/17/2018: So 4 days after charging my card for Mother's Day flowers that were never delivered - and 2 days after I demanded cancellation and a refund - Just Flowers responds to my complaint below, acting as though they have been struggling to reach me as they don't have my contact information. I have emailed them twice since receiving their brainless "sorry, your flowers are not able to be delivered" email, if they read their customer service account they would have had no problem contacting me. Apparently they will only respond to complaints from an online board.
So now this ridiculous scammer company states that I must pay an additional $10 to have flowers delivered as they attempted delivery yesterday (the day after I had already instructed them to cancel the order) but did not have access to recipient's gate code... so they are asking me for the code. They do have recipient's phone number, which was required on the order form, so I am clueless as to why they did not contact her for the gate code and seriously suspect delivery was never attempted. No way in hell will I pay any additional money for an order they didn't complete as promised, and I have now told them TWICE to cancel and refund. I live across the country from the friend who was supposed to receive the flowers, don't have her gate code, and wouldn't give it to these scammers at this point even if I did have it.
I have filed a fraud report with bank, a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and intend to file a complaint with the state attorney general (JustFlowers is based in California). I suggest you all do the same - maybe we can shut this place down and save a bunch of future victims. Also, I want to thank the florist who explained their refusal to work with JustFlowers - I had no idea exactly how disreputable this place is, now it's clear to me that a major part of the problem (assuming they are actually attempting any kind of floral delivery service) is that the local shops will not work with them.

Ordered $264 in beautiful flowers. NO FLOWERS! Monday comes NO FLOWERS, Tuesday I called (called 4 time with long hold times) to request a refund as I was forced to scramble to find last minute flowers & gifts. JustFlowers.com flat out refused to refund my $264.00 offering me a $15.00 discount and they will try tomorrow to deliver. Well Mother's day is long past and the moment is lost. Ditto the Mother's Day kerfuffle that many of the other people on here are complaining about. After unsuccessfully trying to navigate JustFlower's customer service line (that WILL NOT let you talk to a real person), I consulted the internet. I don't know if it's disheartening or comforting to find that so many others are having the same problem. I should add that there was never an attempt by the website or the local vendor to explain that the flower delivery may be late, or in my case, nonexistent. I've disputed the charges with my bank as I paid for both a product (flowers) and a service (delivery on Mother's Day specifically for that occasion) that I did not receive. There's not much else I can do. Aside from feel like the world's crappiest daughter. How is this place still in business?!

I ordered flowers on Mother's days. Of course last minute. Everyone was a no go then I see this ad saying guaranteed delivery anywhere on Mother's Day and paid them 100$ as a penalty I owe for last minute ordering so I placed the order. Received confirmation. So all of Mother's Day came and went. Giving them the benefit of the doubt. Waited for Monday also came. Called them approximately 6 pm est. On Monday I spoke to them. They said tomorrow definitely with a 15$ discount. Now today being Tuesday received another email saying they completely canceled my order. Expect a refund in approximately 10 business days!!! Amazing how they drew out the money instantly. But worst part is when I called and asked for a supervisor after 30 mins of holding they just Hung up!!!

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. They were never delivered. When I ordered them I phoned them directly and spoke with the order desk. Not only were the flowers not delivered, I was charged US dollars. Why the heck would you have a Canada website and then bill me in US. And to boot, not provide the product that was paid for. Their Canada website says BBB Accredited Member. Nonsense. I will be sure to contact the BBB and have them deal with JustFlowers.com (NOT). Totally disappointed to say the least.

I paid over 200$ to have two (2) bouquets delivered on Mother's Day. You charged me for a service that was not delivered on time for one of the bouquets that won't be delivered until Tuesday!!! WTF. Tried to cancel order. It took four hours on the phone. My bank called as I told them I would not pay charges. Then when they finally agreed to cancellation they offered to reduce price by $20.00. I wouldn't care if they told me a $70 order would cost $25. I ordered from a different company & had great customer service. Was never on hold for an hour! Most I had to wait was 5 min.!

Creating the order online went fine. Flowers still not delivered 4 days later (got an email from them - they apologize). Tried to contact them to reschedule. You can not get through to a real person. Phone system is automated and not enough options. Sending a message through their contact system online again does not have enough options. Figured out who the supplier was and spoke with them directly - they had a question about the order and were also unable to speak to a real person and it took more than 24 hours to return their call. Never again will I order online from this business.

On Saturday May 11, 2018 JustFlowers.com advertised that they could guarantee delivery by Mother's Day. I cancelled my 1-800 Flowers-who told the truth that they could not deliver until the day after. I bought $90. worth of flowers, from Justflowers.com they did not deliver and said they would add an apology letter whenever they did get delivered, which was today the following Tuesday. I called many many times to cancel. The one time they answered was to take another order. The agent stated they were the ordering department and could not address already place orders. They could only take new orders even on Mother's Day in the evening they were taking orders guaranteeing Mother's Day delivery with no intention of delivering on time. This is scam!!

They never return call back. Machine continues play funky music and then no one answer. Only order line will answer right away. This company should be shut down. I placed an order on Friday for Sunday (Mother's Day) delivery, like a hundred other people it seems. IT is now Tuesday and the order still has not arrived. Glad I paid a service fee to have guaranteed Sunday delivery. I've called customer service about 30 times now but since I never received a confirmation email (even though my card was charged) I don't have an order number. And guess what? Without an order number, every one of their 15 phone numbers that leads to an automated system just hangs up on you. Sent emails and also left messages, but of course no response there either. Oh! But you can speak to a live person if you call the order line. BUT, they can't help you with an existing order. They can only take your money. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. I have made 6 inquiry online left 4 voice mail messages and 2 emails. Still no response. I wish I would've read the reviews first before using this services. I had placed an order for 3 floral deliveries, two to be delivered in Pennsylvania and one to be delivered in North Carolina for Mother's Day. The orders were placed Saturday, early afternoon. The delivery for North Carolina was delivered early afternoon on Mother's Day. The arrangement was beautiful. One delivery for Pennsylvania was delivered late in the day on Mother's Day. Again, beautiful arrangement. The other order for Pennsylvania wasn't delivered until Monday, the day after Mother's Day. I received absolutely no notification from the company as to why it was being delivered on Monday. I sent several emails, which were never replied to. I called numerous numbers for this company, starting in the early morning, left a voicemail, for which I never received a callback.
I was finally able to get ahold of someone, after about 45 minutes of calling in the early afternoon. The rep was extremely helpful and called the florist, while I was on hold, and set up delivery. Although my one complaint was that the rep wouldn't divulge the name of the florist. She did however apologize for the delay. Again, this arrangement was absolutely beautiful. All in all, while the arrangements were perfect in every way, the customer service could definitely use some work. You can't and shouldn't make a promise for a delivery if it can't be made. Yes, I realize you subcontract out to local florists in said area but it's your reputation on the line when the items aren't delivered or are delivered late.

Mothers day. Order for the first time with this company. I have been calling since Saturday. I even left message and I even completed the their online order status form. Up to now no one had reached out to confirm what happened to my order. This website has let me down not once but TWICE. The first time was a few months back and we ordered a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my grandmother's house for her birthday. We ordered in advance in fear that this would happen. They sent the flowers 2 days late and the FLOWERS WERE DEAD. I decided to give this site another chance in hopes that they would keep their promises this time... they did not. I spent extra money to be sure that they would get there in time for Mother's Day and AGAIN they did not show up. I finally called to get my money back and the customer service was absolutely terrible. They ended up saying that my order hadn't even been filled yet. I ordered flowers for my mother in law for Mother’s Day. I paid $86 to have them delivered on Mother’s Day. It was going to be a surprise so I waited to hear from her that she received them. I live in Las Vegas and she lives in Chicago. I waited until 7:00pm Las Vegas time and then I finally text her to ask if she received a delivery. She said she didn’t get anything and she was home all day. I requested a delivery inquiry through the website and got a reply that they had been delivered which they had not.
I thought maybe I gave the wrong address on the order but I double checked and it was right. I tried calling and could not get through. I also tried call Monday and couldn’t reach a live person. I sent numerous emails with no reply. I have disputed the charge but since it was through PayPal I have to wait for them to respond to get my money back. What a joke of a company!! I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day as they promised “same day delivery”. The flowers were not delivered on Mother’s Day and I am not happy about that. I called customer service more times than I could count and could not reach an actual person, only an automated instruction to put in my order number in order to receive better service. When I did that I still did not reach a person.
I called the number for ordering and got a person. I explained that I want to talk to a person in customer service and was told that I would get a person if I called the number that they indicated. I continued to call and ended up having to leave my name, phone number, and order number on a voice message. No person. My mom got her flowers on 5/14 at 5pm. They were NOTHING like the flowers I ordered and included no roses as the photo indicated even though I ordered the Premium arrangement. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Instead, find a local florist and order directly from them. I will be doing that next time.

I ordered the "Purple Cottage" bouquet from JustFlowers on Saturday, May 12th with guaranteed delivery on Mother's Day. It is now 10 PM on Monday, May 14th and no flowers have arrived. I left an online query asking them to contact me at the end of May 13th with my contact information and nobody has responded. Today, I called the customer service number only to get an automated message that eventually hangs up. JustFlowers has already debited my credit card $101.47, which included a very hefty delivery charge. As I read all these reviews of people who have not received their flowers, I concur that they are probably a fraudulent business.

Stated delivery was going to be delivered on Sunday. Got an email stating that it was going to be delayed until Monday. It’s 8:50 on Monday and still no flowers. Spoke to someone on the phone who said she couldn’t help me and read her script over and over of trying to give me the customer service number that no one monitors. I should have known something was fishy when the confirmation email went to my junk email account first and there is no FedEx, UPS, DHL, tracking info. Stay away and order somewhere else. How are they still in business? All I want now is my money back.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers on Saturday, May 12th with this company because they promised a Mother's Day delivery for Sunday, May 13th. Just like everyone else on here, no flowers have been delivered. I tried contacting them by phone several times only to be on hold for several minutes until the phone "looped" back each time and the phone drops the call so you are then disconnected. I spent over an hour trying to contact the company today. I have not been able to talk to a real person yet.
Additionally, I sent two e-mails today requesting the order be canceled because obviously, Mother's Day is over as it is now Monday, evening, May 14th and still no flowers. I finally received what looks to be like the standard e-mail everyone is receiving that says that they apologize for the delivery delay and that the order has been rescheduled and they will "try" to deliver the Mother's Day flowers tomorrow, Tuesday, May 15th! I don't want the flowers and will be disputing the charge. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this company. Do not order from them.

I called the order number on Sunday and was told that was not the correct number to find out about my delivery status. I called the number given which ended with a recording to leave my order number and phone number. As of Monday evening I now realize this company has no intent of delivering my Mother her flowers I ordered. My mom usually doesn't complain much, but they were so bad she called and told them to take them back. When the man came he told her they were fine. She showed him the brown spots and all the dead petals in the water. Then he became angry and told her nothing would make her happy and she was just a **! I contacted the company to try to get the charges removed from my credit card. They said they couldn't do that. It was in the agreement. Ordered "Same Day" Flowers at 8 am Sunday the 13th. It is now the 14th at 9pm no flowers and zero customer service. Called the 800 number to be answered by a machine who then proceeded to hang up on me. Horrible business, and to do it on Mother's Day is just beyond low. Greed will be the end of your business.
Updated on 05/17/2018: Customer service rep called yesterday (Wednesday the 16) early saying they would deliver my already late Mother's Day flowers and refund the delivery charge. It is now Thursday and still no delivery. And forget trying to contact them again... This was beyond disastrous and horrible to your customers. People should get their flowers and full refund. I have called them 10 times, left 8 messages and sent 3 emails asking about our Mother's Day delivery to my boyfriend's mother across the country. Have not heard anything back. It’s now Monday at 5 o’clock Pacific time and 8 o’clock Eastern. Seriously doubt she will get her flowers! Not sure how a company can treat people like this and still stay in business. They should be shut down!!! IT’S NOT RIGHT!!!

This is a real Mickey Mouse operation. I have tried to contact the company numerous times. They promised the flowers would be delivered Sunday the 13th of May. I keep receiving emails that the order has been delayed. Received another one today that the order is yet again delayed. On Saturday May 12th I went online and placed an order for Mother's Day flowers for my mom who lives in Benson Arizona. They quickly charged my card for the 89.47 US currency as they put it and my mom has yet to see her flowers. Today is Monday May 14th 4:52 pm and still NO FLOWERS. I have tried several times thru email, and phone only to be placed in a phone loop of NO HELP. Most frustrating Mother's Day I have ever had. My dad recently passed from Cancer and she is spending this her first Mother's Day without him and this company just crapped on her flowers as far as I am concerned. I will never use them again. I ordered at USD 119 flowers for my mom for Mother's Day - excited as the website said it will delivered SAME DAY. When the site asked for my credit card details, and finished off the transaction, I did not get an email confirmation. I checked my card and it was already debited the amount swiftly. I emailed service@justflowers.com 2x and got no response. Flowers were not yet delivered and it is already day after Mother's Day exactly May 14, 2PM.
The website looks legit - and I even checked for reviews - looked like the reviews were dubious as it seemed all customers had a pleasant experience with this company - until I saw all the REAL complaints here. Most if not all - said the same complaints I experienced: 1) No email confirmation. 2) Delayed deliveries. 3) No Response from customer service or any of the indicated lines. 4) What is worst - Account debited for a service that has is not rendered!!! 5) Misleading website advertisement details "same day delivery promise" and "good product reviews". We sent flowers to my mother from her four kids (we all live out of state). She never received them Saturday... Sunday Mother's Day still never got them... Monday NO flowers. She is all alone in Colorado and had a very depressing day thinking that her children forgot about her on mothers day. I called numerous times and still cannot get a hold of a REAL person. I ordered flowers for 2018 Mother's Day, the order was made and confirmed for the holiday. It never arrived. The order did not arrive on the next day (Monday). I called customer service. They claimed to have sent me an email. I looked in all areas of my email account and there was no mail. I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They offered a $10.00 discount and they would try and get it out. This is just not very satisfying when the holiday has been and gone. I spent far too much time on hold originally. I've tried several times to resolve this with the company, but it is impossible to talk with a real person about deliveries. Placed a $70 order on Saturday for Mother’s day flowers, and it’s Monday evening and no flowers have been delivered to my mom. I ordered them and it was posted all over the website, and I even received a confirmation saying the delivery date was May 13th, and they were not delivered. Very disappointing! I rarely ever write reviews, and when I do, you know I am very pissed. I'm writing this because I don't want anyone to go through what I did. JustFlowers has the worst service I have ever experienced. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Yesterday I had ordered two bouquets “Dreams of Joy” (May 13, 2018 at 1:00 pm). I had spoken with Zoe, who placed my order and reassured me that the flowers would be delivered the same day - after I had been asking multiple times; in worry it wouldnt get there on Mother's Day. I had asked when the flowers would be delivered and Zoe said 6 am-9 pm are the delivery times and stated it would be there that night, 9 pm at the latest. I thought it was odd that she never gave me a specific time but I thought it was maybe because Mother's day was hectic.
Well, come to find out around 7:30 pm, I received a call from an automatic voice machine stating my flowers were not able to be delivered and would be delivered the next day, which is today, Monday may 14. By this point, I wanted to cancel since the flowers wouldn't be delivered on Mother's Day. I had called customer service 20 times at the minimum-still no answer-only sent to voicemail. At one point the phone was JUST ringing. I wanted to see how long it'd ring for and it rang for 10 minutes straight! As a result of that, I was sent to voicemail once again...
Reading through these reviews, almost everyone has had, or is having the same issue which makes me wonder if anyone is even answering calls... THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT ANSWERED WERE THE ONES PLACING ORDERS. And since they were the only ones answering, I addressed my issue to them and was told they were unable to help since they werent customer service. I even went as far as asking to speak with the supervisor and was told the supervisor was “too busy” as they were dealing with other customers.
My parents are truck drivers so they never stay in one spot. They had spent the night at my grandmother's house. So today they will not be there. That is why I want to cancel my order and get a refund. There is no point in having flowers sent since 1. It's not Mother's day anymore 2. My mother won't even be able to receive them since she won't be at the same location! Mind you I spent OVER $100. My two bouquets were $54.99. I was told combined the total would be $109.98. What Zoe did not tell me was Handling was $4.49 each bouquet and Shipping or Service was $18.98. So I ended up spending $137.94 on flowers that did not make it on Mother's day and flowers my mother won't even be receiving.
The flowers still have not been delivered today. I have emailed, left messages yesterday and today in regards to canceling my order and I still have not heard from JustFlowers. I have been patient, nice, and understanding that business, I'm sure, has been hectic due to Mother's Day, but no one answering my questions, concerns, and calls for that matter is absolutely ridiculous. All I want is to cancel my order and get a refund, and no one can even answer my call. I am frustrated and upset my mother never got her flowers, nor will ever get them since she wont be in the same location today. If something is not done and if I dont hear from anyone, I will be sure to take this all to the next step. This is the last time I will be doing business with JustFlowers, and will make sure my friends and family never order from here either. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I finally received a call back. Long story short, after numerous emails and phone calls I was LIED TOO by 2 different representatives saying the flowers would be delivered that day! Here we are several days later and still no flowers for my mom. They ruined my Mother's Day. I have NEVER seen a company this shady in my life!!! They flat out LIE TO YOU! My experience has been extremely difficult and disappointing. I can't express my disbelief this company exists. You can't get ANYONE to respond to messages or emails to understand why an order is several days late. They will certainly answer to get more money from you in a new order. I ordered flowers for my 92 year old mother on Friday morning before Mother's Day. As of Monday, they have still not been delivered. No one ever answers inquiries about the delivery. If you call and press 1 to place an order, of course, they answer - eager to take your money - but they won't help you with your existing order. The worst. Just don't do it.

I placed an order online on 5/11/18 with guaranteed delivery of Saturday 5/12/18. It is now Monday 5/14/18 and still no flowers have been delivered to my elderly mother. I have emailed their "supposed" customer service multiple times and no response. I have left voicemails, no response. I have faxed them, no response. No live person can be contacted. Their phone #'s are all automated. This is more than disturbing as the flowers were for my dying mother for Mother's Day. Nothing but tears and frustration. No stars earned but I had to put one to be able to post this. They should be shut down and put out of business.

I have the exact problem as the other reviews I see here. I was guaranteed delivery of my order by Mother's Day, but it never arrived. I could not reach the company via phone. When I sent an email asking for them to return my express delivery fee, I received a reply stating they would make the delivery as soon as possible along with a note of apology. I fear I have lost my $154 because there's no place to leave a review for this company on Google or Facebook. It's very possibly a complete scam. I see over 200 complaints on your site. I wonder how many more don't have the wherewithal to make a formal complaint. This is terrible.

I ordered from JustFlowers.com because they promised delivery on Mother's Day. If they didn't I would have made other arrangements. This was for a distraught person and I enjoyed my day without calling her believing she would be surprised and cheered up when she received the flowers. So today I find out they were not delivered. They sent me an email saying they will deliver today. It is too late. I have called to cancel the order and no one answers the phones. I've called at least 20 times and no answer. I went online and cancelled several times and then I received a call with an automated message saying they will deliver today.
I am outraged. I want this cancelled and I want my $80 refunded. The emotional trauma this caused my friend cannot be fixed. I'll never use this company again. If I don't get a refund I'll be calling my attorney to handle it because now I need to do something even more personal and extravagant to make up for this. I feel horrible that I didn't even call her yesterday, believing she was going to receive the flowers and was going to be pleasantly surprised. Instead she was just left there devastated and alone. There's no excuse for this.

The website promised same day delivery. I ordered from California for an Ocala, Florida delivery. I spent $90 on the order thinking the company will honor the service. I spoke to my mother on Mother's Day, and No FLOWERS delivered. I even called on Saturday to confirm my order was received and that the flowers would arrive. I was told the flowers would arrive by 9pm Saturday. By Sunday, the customer service line would just ring and ring then hang up. I can get a hold of someone in the order department though, but no live person could help me to find out the status of my flowers. As a consumer I feel cheated. Even at present, no matter how many emails I have sent, I have still yet to get a hold of someone to address my concerns. This company is a rip-off.

I called Saturday and asked the girl if I order flowers will they be delivered on Saturday because that's what their ad says. She said yes, they asked if we can't get them delivered on Sat can they deliver them on Sunday and I said that would be fine but I would rather Sat but if not definitely no later than Sunday as they are for my mother on Mother's Day!!! She never received them! I called 5 times & emailed 3 times between Sat & Sunday. I wish I could give 0 stars but I can't. That is the only reason I gave them 1 star. I am so upset with this company. I ordered flowers on Friday so my mother could them same day. They were unable to deliver them Friday which I understood. I was guaranteed that she would get them on Saturday and she did not. It is now Monday and Mother's day is over and my mother had not received anything. I have tried several times to call and email and all I get is a machine. I don't know how this place is still running. I called my bank to issue a refund and they are investigating the issue for me since I paid $80 to basically get nothing. I ordered a premium arrangement for a friend for Mother's Day which she never received. I never got a confirmation email but you charged my card $95.73. I've emailed and called customer service 5 times. Email was never answered. 4 times I'm put on hold forever then transferred to a robot asking for my order confirmation number which I don't have since you never sent a confirmation email, then it hangs up. The one time I got a person on the line she said they can't look up orders. Scrolling through some of these comments looks like I'm not the only one who didn't have flowers delivered on Mother's Day and that other people can't get assistance from customer service either. I want a full refund immediately. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this. Your company should be shut down.

I initially looked online and picked out a few flower arrangements I thought my Mom would like. I then called and waited over twenty minutes to speak with a CSR. I gave her my Mom's zip code/address to confirm (as it stated online), that they could deliver on Mother’s Day. She assured me that it would be delivered on Mother’s Day. Before I paid, I asked again to verify that it will get there on Mother’s Day telling them I only want them if they could in fact be delivered as promised. I ordered the deluxe version and paid over $100. I called my Mom and told her, "Happy Mother’s Day" and that flowers were on the way. Well she pretty much stayed home all day waiting for her flowers and not wanting to miss them. Of course they specified no window for delivery. Guess what, she NEVER got her flowers!!! Tried to call them, waited forever, and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Made me look like bad, like I never got her anything.
Now I’m reading all of these bad reviews and feel like I have been scammed. Then some random responder is apologizing as they are laughing all the way to the bank. Ripping all these folks off by making promises they couldn’t keep, and taking their money but not delivering the product pictured. Then responding with ridiculous excuses, rather than taking responsibility. Btw they never even sent an email receipt, just some useless order number that was given to me verbally. When my husband and I learned on Saturday afternoon that we could not make the trip to visit my mother-in-law for Mother's Day, we decided to send flowers to her. I looked online for a company which could guarantee delivery by the next day, Sunday, Mother's Day. I found an ad for JustFlowers.com, which was very professional-looking and featured a wide range of selections. Since they featured "same day delivery", I assumed that the flowers would be delivered the next day easily. I spent around $60.00 for them, and the site thanked me for the order and promised a confirmation email.
When I looked for it later, I found none and called to check on it, but since no order number or receipt was sent, none of the options by phone could give me any info. Calls to "customer service" had me hold endlessly, and when an automated answer finally came, I could not give an order number, and no one returned my calls, nor did my emails elicit any response through Sunday afternoon.
Though deliveries on Mother's Day were to continue from 8:00 AM till 9:00 PM, my order never reached my mother-in-law. I tried repeatedly to reach the company, finally choosing the option for placing a new order and then an actual human answered! She could not help me with anything, kept trying to refer me to "customer service", and when I told her that no one could even give me an order number with which to get help, she grudgingly took my name and confirmed that there was an order, but she did not know its status. She did give me my order number. I never received any confirmation or receipt via email, though it was promised when I placed the order.
After 9:00 PM, I called my bank to inform them that I did not want to authorize the charge, explaining all the details, and they are in agreement that I have legitimate cause to contest it. I left messages with JustFlowers.com that I consider the transaction cancelled, both by phone and email and have received no response. This is one of the worst business experiences I have ever encountered. I have no receipt, have received no product or service from them, no explanation of this failure, but my bank confirmed that they were prompt about charging me for this nothingness. All I have is an order number and a bank charge.

I couldn't be more disappointed. A company advertising that they can handle same day deliveries did not fulfill the promise. I live in a separate state and wanted to have flowers sent. The company offers a same day delivery and even asks which date you'd like them delivered. I and my mother of course were disappointed when she received no flowers. When I called the company I'm told they are closed on Sundays... Why offer same day delivery service on Mother's Day if you can't provide customer service and ESPECIALLY if you cannot handle the delivery in the first place. Very disappointing. I'm cancelling the order which was close to $100. What a rip off. Bad Company, will be reporting to the BBB as well. This company should not be allowed to continue business.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with this company. I ordered flowers for my wife that were GUARANTEED for delivery on Mother's Day. I never received any shipping information just a order confirmation. And when they had not arrived by 5 at night I called the number provided. They told me they could not help me and to call another number which rang and rang and rang. No one ever answering. I continued to call back over and over and eventually got an answer machine! No live person to help or tell me where my delivery was.
I wanted to cancel my order immediately and be reimbursed however I cannot get anyone on the phone. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day that never arrived. I do not want them delivering them tomorrow and somehow thinking that's acceptable. I want an immediate refund. Never order from this company, their guaranteed delivery dates are not really guaranteed and their customer service is not just horrible, it's pretty much non existent since you can't get anyone on the phone to discuss an order. Funny though you can get someone to take an order. I feel like I was scammed.

I ordered flowers last night, picked same day service. It's 9:13 pm and order has not arrived yet. I've called multiple times, used email to get a response, and the email comes back saying it's not legit. I spent $70 on flowers and a balloon hoping they'd arrive at a decent time knowing it is Mother's Day...but instead got a "no call- no show" garbage business. I ordered flowers for my grandmother in Ohio for Mother's Day yesterday and it said on the site it would be delivered today. She didn't receive anything and yet I was charged $100.22. I called and waited with customer service for 45 minutes and heard nothing. It's pretty upsetting to disappoint me but to disappoint my grandmother who was waiting at home for the arrangement all day is on another level, especially on this holiday. If there was an option to put 0 out of 5 stars I would choose that! Horrible service!!! I placed an order for flowers two days before Mother's Day to ensure that the flowers would be able to get there on time. My order was $90 which was expensive, but I am currently out of state due to my husband being in the army and I thought it was worth the money if she was able to get the flowers on Mother's Day. I then called them again yesterday, and today to confirm my order and delivery. During both phone calls they ensured me that the flowers would arrive, guaranteed by 7 pm at the latest. The flowers did not arrive, I was not notified and I had to call tonight to only get an answer that they were "unable" to follow through with same day delivery (even though I ordered two days before I needed them to get there so they had extra time) and that the flowers would be rescheduled tomorrow.
My mother works during the delivery times available and they stated that the driver would determine if they wanted to leave the flowers outside or reschedule for another day. She lives in AZ, so leaving the flowers out would quickly ruin them and she has the same schedule all week. The customer service representative then went on to tell me that since I ordered the flowers online instead of calling there might have been a delay? Then why do they offer online orders? Why do they guarantee same day delivery? I am VERY disappointed in the service and the quality of this company. I chose this company because of their guarantee and they failed to deliver on it as well as even notify me. Waste of money. Waste of time.
Updated on 05/15/2018: I ordered the flowers on Friday, giving them three days to get the order ready and deliver it. This company promises same day delivery- yet it is Tuesday and the order HAS STILL NOT been delivered. I have called the company a total of 8 times today- being placed on hold for at least 10 minutes at a time to just to leave messages to never hear anything back. I am NOT okay with this service.
I encourage all of you to never go through them for ANYTHING. I will continue to spread the word on the horrible service I have encountered to every website I can. I still have not gotten a call back from them after two days of calling them and over a dozen phone calls and the flowers and my family has still not gotten the flowers. I have done a lot of online orders and this is above all the most disappointed I have ever been with the overall service and communication from this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered two bouquets yesterday before 11am PDT to be delivered yesterday, as it was an option on the website. The money was deducted, but no receipt arrived. I have been calling the "customer service" line since yesterday afternoon every few hours (fun) to check on the status. They have my order numbers, again, have charged the money, but cannot tell me when the flowers will be delivered and cannot get anyone on the phone. I will NEVER call this company again for any floral needs I have and will vehemently discourage anyone in my company or in my circle of friends and family from using them.

I called in a phone order Saturday evening around 8:15 on May 12th for an order for flowers for my friend in CT. She was going to be alone for Mother’s Day and I wanted to surprise her. I told the representative I wanted them delivered ON MOTHER’S DAY, and my friend lives in an apartment, she said that was fine and she guaranteed a Mother’s Day delivery. I asked for the total and she wouldn’t tell me. She said check your email. It took several hours for me to get. My friend did not get her flowers! CANCEL My order! And refund my money! All the other florists were saying that they couldn't deliver until Tuesday or Wednesday for other sites. JustFlowers said they could and would deliver in time and they listed on their website. I placed my order on Saturday evening. The representative said my order would in fact be delivered!!! Mother's Day no flowers! I called at 7:30 p.m. to state my flowers had not arrived! The representative said, "Well... we have until 9:00 to deliver them." I said, "Well... if it is not delivered by then I want the order cancelled!" No flowers! No flowers on Monday! I was furious! I tried several times Sunday night, Monday morning, afternoon, evening. It wasn't until I complained on here did I receive a response!
They said that my order was in fact, delivered on Mother's Day! I should check with the receiver of the flowers. They outright lied! She received them on Tuesday. Last night Thursday I received a call from JustFlowers wanting me to provide a phone number so they could deliver my friend her flowers! I told them they were idiots that they were delivered, but they lied to me before and they are not getting their money either! I have called my bank to dispute the charges! This company is so incompetent!!!

I ordered flowers for my mother on Friday for same day delivery. They were not delivered. Spoke with customer service at 9 pm, said they sent email explaining that they were not able to deliver that day but would deliver them on Saturday. I received the email after I hung up with them. I spoke with them several times on Saturday, and after several calls and numerous assurances that they would be delivered, they were not. Needless to say my mother did not get her flowers. At 5 pm today, they sent me an email saying their system indicates that the flowers were delivered and that they had not heard anything from their local florist saying anything different. Well I do not know where they delivered them to but it was not my mother. So I called my bank and disputed the charges. I will never use them again nor do I recommend anyone to use them.

This company has no integrity - For a company to continue to take orders and not for fill their guarantee delivery and the promise to the paying consumer. I tried calling but no answer. I called another number and the person answered can only take orders. My account was charged $98 but I only received 93. US exchange rate difference. I want my full refund because JustFlowers had no right to advertise that they could deliver for Mother's Day knowing full well that they could not. Someone should file a class action lawsuit. I ordered flowers yesterday with a confirmed delivery of Today MOTHER'S DAY. I paid about 75$ or so. I received a bs email confirmation from Norton protection. Called 12 times today without getting a live person. The one live person said he can only take orders and can't transfer me or do anything to look up my order. It is now 5:10 pm and no delivery. I sent 5 emails requesting a cancellation. No response. Overall horrible communication and service. I will never use again.

Worst company ever! Placed an order on Saturday May 12, 2018 in the morning for same day delivery for Mother’s Day and it is Sunday May 13, 2018 and the flowers are not delivered. Tried calling customer service and nobody answers. I’ve sent e-mails no luck!! My money has been withdrawn the same day I placed the order. I tried making believe I was going to place an order and someone answered the phone but couldn’t help me. It’s a scam. Do not ORDER from this company.

The order was placed on the 11th with same day delivery, for Mother's Day. It did not arrive on Saturday or Sunday. This is the MOST disappointing organization on planet Earth. It would have been the same difference had flowers been ordered for a funeral. Please, please NEVER order anything from this company, ever. I would give that lack of integrity. No stars if possible. Absolutely worst experience. Mom and Wife (2 different order numbers) have waited since yesterday and still no delivery! When they didn't arrive yesterday I was told **guaranteed** delivery today both on phone and chat. I will be contacting the government state of California headquartered and BBB. Never again! I will be contacting and reporting to authorities BBB AND State of California board.

I placed my Mother’s Day order on Thursday May 10th for delivery on Saturday May 12th the day before Mother’s Day. I thought I placed the order through Flowers.com which has always been really reliable but somehow ended up on JustFlowers.com. Since I wasn’t going to be able to go to Florida to see her it was really important they get to her. The customer service assured me it would get there on time. Nothing was delivered yesterday and today no live person can be reached unless of course you want to place an order. My emails are not being returned and voicemails left not answered. They took my money but now nothing to show for it and no seems to care. I am upset by the customer service and the fact that no one is helping. DO NOT place a flower order from justflowers.com. I am not sure if they are even a legitimate company.

Order some flowers for my wife. I specifically asked for them to be delivered the Saturday of Mother's Day weekend before 10 am, now it is Sunday Mother's Day and no flower. I went to JustFlowers.com and inquired about my and ready could not find out why my order was not delivered. All it stated, "Flowers not delivered. Please deliver the next possible delivery date." On their website it ask when you are ordering what date you want them delivered and what time, why bother to ask these question if they are going to deliver them when it pleases them and after the date you wanted. By far the worst company to ever do business with. Purchased flowers for a special occasion, didn't receive what was ordered. I called to address and rectify the problem but was passed around to "several different people" stating they were managers but quite frankly I swear they were all the same lady just using different names. As cooperative as I was, I tried to kindly ask for a refund but they refused. I stated I received the wrong flowers but they kept insisting that they were correct. Nothing was right about it, the flowers received look like it was to go to a funeral home. Dark and depressing. I stated I should have received pink colors including pink roses, the manager stated "where do you see pink roses in it?" I replied "Exactly I don't! Which is why I'm frustrated". Not only was the order incorrect, the flowers were withered. CLEARLY withered, which I had provided photos.
I also mentioned that the florist had licked the flap shut on the enveloped and tucked it inside so it ended up sticking to the card and ripped off the writing when trying to read the contents. The manager "angel" so she claimed said "Did you see her lick it? I don't appreciate you saying she licked it." What kind of response is that?!? In my head I thought, no Angel did you see her lick it shut? Regardless how she closed it it was irrelevant, my concern was that the writing was ripped off.
Ironically the manager tells me I hadn't opened the confirmation email that was sent when I had ordered the flowers, I said obviously not since I had mentioned before I didn't receive the confirmation emails. Nowhere in my Junk/spam or inbox was it there. But mysteriously after she placed me on hold she is insisting I ordered some dark purple flower arrangements with lilies in them.
I had stated, "Impossible!!! My mother absolutely despises lilies." I ordered pretty in pink which pictures are attached. So coincidentally, the charges for the pretty in pink happens to match up with whats charged on my visa. Yet the manager is telling me, "I'm incorrect." So after getting nowhere with these shameful "managers" I stated to them to come pick up the flowers because it's making my mom upset and depressed instead of putting a smile on her face. I also stated to keep the money because they clearly are scammers and needed the money more than me. NEVER WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. By far it was the WORST company to ever give a dime to.
Oh to top it all off the lady who claimed to be all 3 people on the phone, when I asked her what her name was this was her response "Angel like I told you before". HAHA! This company is a joke. She was the worst manager and very sad to hear her tone of voice (after always speaking over me and basically calling me an idiot for not knowing the names of the different types of flowers). TO have these people in charge of representing the company is the most disgusting representation I have ever heard of in my life!! No wonder they have a 1 star. After reading the other reviews, I agree that if possible to be given a 0 star rating, without a doubt in my mind, this company would be sitting at a 0 star rating. So thank you to the worst flower company ever. I hope my $100 was well worth ruining your reputation and trust with the consumers you are trying to gain for business.
Thank you picking up your depressing flowers without a single refund for any of your mistakes. I hope you were able to reuse it like you said you would. So sad. I ordered flowers for my mother on May 9, 2018; $69.00. I requested a Friday delivery date and received an email Friday that the delivery would be one day late which meant the flowers should have been delivered on Saturday. It's Mother's Day and the flowers have not been delivered. If you can't handle the business don't accept orders and promise specific dates for delivery. You will not get my business again.
Updated on 5/15/2018: Here's an update of how JustFlowers treats their customers. My I could not reach Customer Service to cancel my order from 6 p.m. Mother's Day until Monday early afternoon. My mother's flowers were delivered on Monday; after the holiday and I could not cancel online, or get a representative on the phone. The 800 number would loop around to the same options then I'd get a dial tone. I could, however, get a person to place an order. But, those reps could not help with customer service issues.
DO NOT ORDER FROM JUSTFLOWERS! After speaking with a rep today, they would not give me a refund. They offered $20 since the order was delivered. I told my mother to decline the order since it did not reach her on or before Mother's Day. Order placed 4 days before. It's a shame that this company is so profit driven that they didn't have any empathy. My mother did not receive a gift from her daughter on or before Mother's Day. This had NEVER happened to me. Shame on you JustFlowers. I lost $76.47 - No flowers, no refund.

I ordered my mom some flowers around 10:00 am on Saturday May 12, 2018 to be delivered same day for Mother’s Day. I bought a bouquet for $60.00 and got charged almost $80.00. The receipt I received was not detailed to show the difference but I figured it was for same day delivery. I waited till 7:00 pm and nobody showed up with my flowers. I started calling and every time I got a recording asking no me to leave a voicemail.
I left 8 voicemails and 2 emails and the only response I got was at almost midnight telling me they would contact the local florist for an update. I called and spoke with the order placing department to get someone live to help me and they said they only are restricted to taking orders. This company is a fraud. I will make sure to post to all media sites what a fraud this company is. It is 6:48 am Sunday, May 13th Mother’s Day and I have yet to speak with anyone about what happened. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
Updated on 05/14/2018: I just got an email after calling and calling all day for my delivery that said they will be delivering my merchandise on Monday! Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! I selected a bouquet for around $50 to be delivered to my mother. I went through the checkout process and I got a receipt from Paypal that it was $75!!! I was waiting for a confirmation email from the company to see how they slipped this extra $25 in and it never came. So, I searched the site and found nothing except they wouldn't cancel same day orders. So I figured I was good as the delivery was for the following day. I called and waited on hold forever 3 times and finally left a voicemail. The order was placed at 6:41pm and I finally got through to voicemail at 7:28pm.
A rep called me back 2 hours later and said it was too late; they couldn't cancel my order. She said because it had been over an hour, it was too late. I explained how I tried calling immediately and plead for them to reconsider, and she was like, "our policy, blah blah blah". Never again! These flowers had better sweep my mom off her feet for weeks for what I've gone through with this company. Worse, I closed out the page with my order number and with no email, I don't know how I'm going to track this thing...

I ordered these flowers for my Mother for Mothers day because I have to work and she lives over 100 miles away. The flowers were in horrible condition. Petals falling off of them. One of the daisies basically just laying on the top. They were arranged horribly and had to be rearranged which caused more pedals to fall off. The daisies were cut so short that they will not even reach the water in the vase. The delivery service was very unprofessional. Literally a silver car with a guy driving and a kid in it pulled up to her house and a kid brought them to the door. I have been sitting on hold to speak with a customer service rep and continue to get sent to a voice mail... again how professional. This is the first and last time I will use this company if this is not made right. I want a new perfect set of flowers sent to her as well as my money refunded... I need somebody to contact me ASAP!!!

I was also not expecting the service call at 5:00 am to notify me of the impending delivery. I have never had such a poor experience in my many orders with other companies.

After the bouquet choice I proceeded through JustFlowers online purchase and delivery request and the whole time my budget was a grim 50.00 and found a hopefully love expressing bouquet for 49.00 and a 10.00 off that purchase. I ordered there and then and had them delivered next day. That's where things turned worse. Bad enough it had taken me 1.75 hours of my time to navigate through to purchase time, but at approx. 915 pm one Wednesday night I found out the hard way some things that could make people go bananas or worse and belligerent toward others who have intentionally done you dirty. Logistically inept and truth never found its way out of the mouths of the two Mafioso like swindlers referred to as JustFlowrers customer service reps. Ha. Joke on me!
I noticed I had received an email about .5 hrs after said purchase and only then did the co-conspiracy begin to unravel. Not only did they mark me up and not apply the 10.00 coupon but they added 13.00 delivery fee and a co-contractor fee of 32.00 more bucks rounding their little scam to 82.00 and without a card. A full 45.00 over what I anticipated and most certainly wrong on so many levels but wouldn't you know they disagreed and even as I expressed how detrimental this charge is to my account they still hung on to the 30 min rule. After 30 they turn dirty and they get my funds released to them through PayPal in this case who also did me an injustice. I explain in my next infomercial.
They then claim they cannot decline my money and stop the order process because the bouquet was already being assembled. It was 1020 pm and they had my 82.00 bucks and I couldn't reach through the phone and pull their teeth out of their heads and they won. Then they didn't honor their 100% satisfaction guaranty and never subtracted the 10.00 coupon that followed me to the next to last page at purchase and was told I would be given twice during our three-alarm misunderstanding as a rep. Suggested it was. Omfg. So I got 82.00 stolen, towards 16 hrs later from a local shop who later confirmed they just put it together right before delivery. Scrabble bouquet to boot and also nailed a 34.00 Insf. Never ever will they scam anyone I know.

I was attempting to cancel the order I was going to place for the flowers for my grandmother for Mother's Day. Instead they charged my card and placed the order anyway somehow. Could possibly have been me as well. I called customer service to have them reverse the charge and cancel my order. Instead I could barely hear the girl on the other end of the phone and when I said I wanted to cancel my order she started offering me discounts and cash back rebates for the flowers I didn't want to pay for at all or send. Instead of just cancelling my order, I was redirected to a "manager" as managers are the only ones allowed to cancel orders. Ok, I can understand that. Pretty positive it was the same girl though. However when she started talking again she kept trying to get me to not cancel my order. I told her I was starting to get irritated and just wanted to cancel my order as I had previously stated.
I was put on hold again for another "manager" (again pretty sure it was the same girl again) where I was again offered discounts on my order. I told her I just wanted to cancel my order and to direct me to someone that could but not to offer me another discount on a product I don't want. Very disappointed in my experience and would not recommend them to anyone ever. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

My mother-in-law had a massive stroke and today is her birthday! I called JustFlowers and spoke to a representative who assured me that my flowers would be delivered to the hospital in Atlanta Georgia by 1 PM! They did not hesitate to remove the money directly From my credit card immediately. However I did not receive the service that was advertised or promised. I begin calling JustFlowers at 9:45 Los Angeles time and continued calling JustFlowers for the next seven hours only to be told my order has been delivered. My order was delivered to the wrong address, my order will not be delivered today on my mother-in-law‘s 78th birthday and after suffering a massive stroke. Imagine my disappointment.
I then requested four hours into my conversation the manager contact me because this is unacceptable. Seven hours later I still hadn’t received any information or contact from a manager and then a gentleman got on the phone and told me that he was the highest supervisor there and I would not be getting a refund because there was an attempted delivery to a wrong address which was not my fault. Then I requested to speak to the general manager And I was told she’s gone for the weekend. How convenient! I asked for her contact information and the only information that was provided to me is her first name is Theresa and I could email her at service@justflowers.com. What the type of establishment does this.
So now I’m without my money and the flowers that were promised to be delivered they were ordered yesterday. I will be contacting the department of Veterans Affairs as well as the Better Business Bureau and any other agency or news media outlet. I only wish the service that I received each and every employee that I spoke with today receives in return. I hope somebody treats their mother the way they treated mine. Btw my order was placed yesterday at 2:45pm. No excuse to be deliver to wrong address or attempted hospital when phone number was provided for verification purposes. This company should not be allowed to remain in business! It takes advantage of the consumer and sells broken promises and disappointment.
Updated on 04/29/2018: And the drama continues. My order for flowers for my mother-in-law has not been delivered. I spoke with a manager this morning by the name of Albert and he told me that it would be an additional $13 and some change to have it delivered to a new address and I would receive a call when the order was delivered. However upon calling at 5 PM Pacific standard time I am greeted by a rude representative who proceeded to tell me that the order was not delivered and the general manager Theresa would speak with me on Monday. I asked to speak to a supervisor and got disconnected. I called back and spoke to another representative who would not forward my call to a manager. He proceeded to tell me the general manager will call me on Monday at her convenience.
When I threatened to contact news media outlets because of the horrific service that I have yet to receive and ended the phone conversation miraculously one minute later I get a call from Angel a manager in the customer service department assuring me that my order has been expedited and sent through to Theresa the general manager. This company needs to be investigated for fraudulent activity. It is a scam, a bait and switch and they do not deliver on their promises. As a disabled veteran I am appalled to be taken advantage of by a company that is not even accredited on the BBB. I will be contacting the owner of the company and also going to their corporate headquarters at 11999 San Vicente Los Angeles California. As of 5:25 PM Saturday, April 28, 2018 my order has not been delivered. They were ordered on Thursday, April 26 at 2:15 PM. Never received the receipt until 11 hours after my order was placed.

Do NOT use this company! False advertising, substitution, can’t deliver on time, doesn’t care about the consumer! My husband ordered flowers for my birthday. They did not come. He was called twice that day saying they couldn’t find anyone to deliver them. (He had ordered three days prior.) He tried to cancel, but after they argued with him, he finally agreed to the next day deliver with a $15 credit. The flowers arrived late in the afternoon... and looked NOTHING like the original arrangement. They had substituted every flower except the daisies.
Several of the flowers were dead on arrival. (I have photos.) The arrangement was tiny! And I mean tiny! I emailed them and told them they had an opportunity to fix this - the actual bouquet and an apology to ME for ruining my birthday. I got neither! Eventually they called my husband and said they could offer a little more off. They said the problem was that no one would deliver the flowers for that price. (And so, I am guessing they cut into the flowers cost to stay within the cost.) A reputable company would have eaten the delivery cost, gone back and changed the price so it didn’t happen again! I suffered... and it is not my fault that they messed up!
I am not sure how they can listen to complaints all day long! You would think they would rather hear positives. If they don’t go out of business soon... it will be sad! So, it is now my mission to run them out of business. I have lawyers and an investigative reporter on speed dial for my next day off! I complain about nothing... but this company has got to go!

I purchased flowers via phone order for my daughter's birthday. An additional $4.95 guaranteed same day delivery. I requested a flower type substitution in the bouquet and was assured no problem at no additional price. There was no substitution of flower type which resulted in a very skimpy bouquet. When the selection of product was completed and my credit card information was taken my call was abruptly terminated. No summation of bill was given (which I asked for). I called customer service and insisted that someone give me the total $ amount spent which they did. I have yet to receive an email receipt directly from JustFlowers.com. The bouquet was delivered on time. The bouquet was skimpy. I have NO CONFIDENCE that this company is professional. I feel that I have been ripped off and that my credit card information is vulnerable.

I am writing this because I ordered flowers on a Thursday and asked that they be delivered on a Friday anytime. I received an email Friday stating there was a substitution made, I was not happy about not being notified via email or telephone call. However, what really made matters worse was that I then found out the delivery was not being made until Saturday. That being the case I wanted to cancel the order, but you cannot even cancel your order! Funny thing shortly after the call to JustFlowers I received an email notifying me of the delivery delay. I was given a $10 refund on my payment. I will not use this company again. My order #** and paid through PayPal.

Ordered flowers from this company on a one time only basis. When I set up the account I asked not to be put on any mailing lists - there is an option to do so when you place your order. Well, you can just imagine what happened. I get crap email after crap email after crap email. I put in a remove request EVERY TIME I receive a new email. I've even filed many complaints and CANNOT GET REMOVED. When you file a complaint, the website says they will investigate your complaint and follow up with you. THAT NEVER HAPPENS. They just keep sending me emails. Do not ever do business with this company unless you want a ton of junk emails that will never go away. Bad bad bad customer service!

I called JustFlowers on a Friday night April 13, 2018, for an arrangement I needed to be delivered by Saturday, April 14, 2018. I ordered Item # 6889-0001-1301-2345. This flower showed a flower in a blue vase that had lilies and white roses with blue flowers. I picked the deluxe for 69.99. I received a call from JustFlowers saying they may not be able to fill the order the way it showed in the picture, so I said, "If you cannot fill the order the way it is, please refund me my money." The service person said o.k. I called back on Saturday when the flowers were not at the wake.
I was told they had everything and there would be no substitute and it would be there in time for the funeral. On Monday I looked for the flower. I could not find it because it was a different flower in a different vase and a different color not at all what I ordered. I contacted JustFlowers. They told me the local florist made a mistake, and they could offer me 15.00 back. I said, "No. Refund me my money. You did, in fact, substitute the flower and I asked you not to." Please make sure and check your orders they are sending out on your behalf. You cannot trust them.

I ordered online the day of my aunt's funeral. It was 4-13-2018. It was a last minute passing as we didn't know she would pass that soon. I ordered something she would like. My aunt's favorite color is purple. So I picked an arrangement which had a lot of purple well because we couldn't make it to Florida in a day and half. I work night shift 12 hr shifts. I got an email stating that a slight substitution needed to be made. I called and asked who the florist was so I could call. They told me that Just Flowers couldn't give out that info. That it had been delivered. I said, "Well I would like to know what I sent," so they sent me a picture which was from the florists that had already supposedly delivered the flowers. I then called back and said, "I was unhappy." They told me they would give me a coupon of 7.50 for my next purchase. I said, "No thank you." I've been dealing with this since.
I spoke with a manager Gail and she could give a 10.00 credit. That's it. She stated that they upgraded my arrangement for free even put more roses in it. I kept telling her it's not what I wanted or paid for. And that I was very unhappy with what they picked out. I kept telling her I wanted a refund. I asked to speak to someone higher than her. She said she couldn't transfer me and I could wait her whole shift with her. I then asked what time she got off. She said 4:30. I said, "Fine. I'll wait." I figured I would sleep after 17 minutes of listening to the lovely music they play. Gail got back on and she could only offer me a 10.00 refund. I said absolutely not. I wanted a full refund because they sent the wrong flowers. She said, "If you look at the fine print it says they will send what they have available."
I then told her that I was recording the conversation and she told me she did not allow me to and hung up. I then called back to speak with Gail again and they kept me on hold another 15-20. He put me on hold for 11 minutes with nothing done to rectify the situation. Then had another person named Jill call me back and say the same things that Gail said. So don't order from this place. My mother ordered from FTD.COM and received exactly what she ordered. So go them. I will be doing all my ordering from there from now on. I should of read the reviews.
