    Updated on 05/17/2019: I cannot believe they called me this morning to tell me that the flowers were delivered earlier in the day when they were not. We specifically checked up until 7:30 p.M. And there was no delivery which prompted my final email to cancel the order. Today, 5 days later, they want to redeliver them because their policy is not to refund the monies. In addition, the flowers died the day after and I posted a pic of the flowers. If they are reading this email, please stop calling me and emailing me with no resolution to this issue. I want my money back, no re-deliveries please. You are continuously harassing me by phone and email only to cause more distress. I am 65 years old. Stop!!! They originally offered me $15 for my "distress" and not are continuously harassing me with phone calls and emails with incorrect info about the delivery and stating their policy is to redeliver flowers - no refunds! This company should be under investigation.

    Original Review: I ordered a flower arrangement for a Mother's Day Delivery. They first didn't email me my receipt. I had to call and email them 4 times just for a receipt. Next the flowers weren't delivered on Mother's Day morning, afternoon or early evening. After many calls, all I got was a recording and left a message which was never returned. I also emailed them at least 5 times. By 7:30 p.m., I emailed them one last time to tell them I wanted to cancel the order as they neither called me to tell me the delivery would be late or where the delivery was. At 9:00 p.m, my daughter went out to walk her dogs and saw the flowers were outside her door.

    They were wilted and all but 2 died the next day. I emailed and called JustFlowers again to request a refund and again no response. I reported it to my credit card company. On the third day, JustFlowers called to advise they are resending the flowers after I specifically told them I canceled the order before they were delivered. They then offered me a $15 refund for my distress. The flowers cost $59. If you can find another company, do it. Terrible website, customer service, policy, and flowers that die after one day.

    Wow, not alone in a Mother's Day disappointment. It's Mother's Day for crying out loud - an important day for a flower delivery place to get right. Called several times without getting through and submitted several inquiries on their website with no resolution. No customer service at all. It is Wednesday with no flowers. Scam.

    My order number is **. I ordered flowers on Saturday May 11 and haven't yet received them. I no longer want the flowers, but would like a full refund of my $105. I have called customer service several times since Sunday and haven't been able to get a real person on the line. After holding for a customer representative for several minutes you are transferred to a voice mail to leave a message. I have done this numerous times to no avail. I have also written two emails about this problem that has gone unanswered. Today I chose the option to order flowers so I could get a real person on the line. When I explained my problem, I was told it was not her department that I would have to call customer service. I asked to be transferred and was refused. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was put on hold for 9 minutes only to be hung up on. Don't waste your money.

    AWFUL - NEVER USE AGAIN. My order for my mom was supposed to be delivered on Mother’s Day. If unable then Monday. It has taken me 3 days to contact these people to find out where her plants are. They finally tell me today on day 3 that THEY cancelled my order. With no call, no refund nothing to me until I told them to refund me. This place is a joke, they just want your money.

    Promised same day delivery of flowers in Hawaii on the island of Oahu. Did not deliver and sent me an email stating they would "reschedule for next available delivery day". Never said whether that would be the next day or 10 years from now. Never offered any sort of compensation for their failure to live up to promise. Exchanges 3 emails with them asking for specific day and they always replied with "next available delivery day". 4 days after Mother's Day they sent me an email stating they were not able to fulfill the order and would issue me a full refund. That's it. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company and customer service. DO NOT USE!

    I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. They guaranteed Sunday delivery, however the order never got there. I got a very generic e-mail saying they were sorry and would get the flowers to her the "next available day"... I'm not sure if they're only available once a week but it is now Wednesday and still no flowers. I have e-mailed and called and left voicemails to no prevail. My mother STILL does not have her flowers and I feel very disappointed because they were the only thing I sent her. They were a few dollars short of $100. I am not sure if I will even get my money back at this point. COMPLETE SCAM. Based off of the other reviews I have read, they are stealing from their customers and I am not sure if any of us will hear back. Go with ANYONE else other than JustFlowers.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day to my mom, $95.00. They never made it. Now days later still have no word on where the flowers are and my money has been taken. I have tried multiple times to contact the company but it is a automated machine that disconnects and no one ever to talk to. I feel that I was scammed.     Don’t ever purchase from here. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews first. No one gets their flowers or else they get delivered super late and are ugly. I ordered a 70 dollar arrangement and it never showed up to my mom. She got no flowers for Mother’s Day. This is so messed up. I’m going to call every news station I can to get this site exposed. I’m also going to take it to social media and make it viral. These people are rip offs and don’t even refund for their mistakes. They do not care about their customers.

    I see I’m not the only person who was affected on Mother’s Day. I placed an order for flowers for my grandmother's birthday to be delivered on Sunday. It’s now Wednesday and NO FLOWERS! I have call several times a day since Sunday night when they were not delivered and I have also emailed. I have received NO CORRESPONDENCE!! I am disgusted by the lack of customer service and professionalism. Never never never buying from or recommending them. I expect a full refund and flowers still sent.     Purchased Mother's Day flowers for same day delivery in Portland, Oregon on 5/11 around 9am EST by phone. Diverted to a call center where person hardly and badly spoke English. Ordered a bouquet from website catalog listed for $89 including same day delivery. Was given order # and phone # and told to push option #3 for any issues. I was also told that a confirmatory email would arrive shortly. No email but immediate charge on my Amex credit card for $108 despite $89 cost (including upgrades for larger bouquet).

    Called customer service Saturday x3. Sunday x3 and Monday. Each time no response but told to leave a message and they would get back ASAP then a hang up. Flowers eventually delivered a Tuesday, well after the event and useless as gift. Contact with customer service finally on Wednesday again via apparent call center and advised that no refunds after delivery would be issued and then they hung up. Billing was via FTD who advised any complaints should be handled via credit card company not through them. Needlessly to say, I personally will never do business with this company again nor can recommend them. I also feel one star rating is far too high but is lowest allowed on site.

    I ordered an arrangement for my wife to have for Mother’s Day. The flowers came but they were in very poor condition and nothing like the picture. The arrangement wasn’t cheap either. I could’ve done a lot better at Publix for $10. When I called and emailed them pictures, they offered me $10 back. This is the second time they have burned me and I’m done with them. I wish there was zero stars. I could give them that.

    I had the same horrible experience from Mother’s Day 2019 as many are reporting - flowers never delivered, couldn’t get through to get status and when I did they kept saying they would be delivered the “next available day.” That could go on indefinitely and they weren’t offering to refund the premium price paid for holiday delivery. I was able to get a refund by opening a dispute with PayPal. If you didn’t pay through PayPal, your credit card company should also file a dispute and help you get your money back. Not delivering when the date was open to schedule, pulling this ‘next available day’ policy language and applying it as a norm instead of in the event of a major extenuating circumstance are unfair and deceptive trade practices. I hope others are going out to ftc.gov and filing a consumer complaint like I did.

    I ordered a $120 bouquet for my mom to be delivered on Mother's Day. I was charged in full and the flowers were never delivered. I called customer service multiple times and was left on hold for 20 minutes before being told to enter my order number, which I did, after which I was disconnected each time. I then got an automated call on Monday saying the flowers would be delivered that day. They weren't. Same thing happened on Tuesday. Still no flowers. My mother works from home and she has been there all day every day, not to mention she has a camera doorbell. There have been no attempted deliveries.

    I just got the same exact message this morning, saying they'd be delivered today, and I'm livid. I have no faith that the flowers will be delivered. It is way past Mother's Day. At this point I just want a full refund, but they won't even answer the phone. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I have no idea how they're still in business. Save your money and your time and don't order from them.

    Worst customer service ever! I ordered flowers to be delivered on Monday 5/13. I never received the email receipt however my card was charged and I have an order number that was given to me. I have called MULTIPLE times and never able to reach a real person. I even hit number 1 to “place an order” however they are not accepting phone orders at this time. I have emailed them with no return email. This is very very frustrating being on the phone waiting for a person to pick up and being disconnected or sent to voicemail.     Order placed on Saturday for Mother's Day delivery of flowers. No delivery. Tried to call company and was placed on hold for long time. Submitted inquiry on website twice and received email that delivery would take place next day yet this never occurred. Called JustFlowers again on Wednesday the 15th and requested refund. I was placed on hold and as I am writing this I am still on hold 1 hour and 10 minutes later. I feel this is a scam and flowers were never going to be delivered and the intent is to leave folks on hold until they give up. Was charged $69.23 and order number is **. Not sure how this company is in business as seems are taking money and not providing any service. I will continue to stay on hold a little while but doubt anyone will talk to me. Will follow up with my bank to place fraud to get charges reversed.

    I gave JustFlowers.com a 1 star, only because nothing lower was available. I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my wife, who was out of town with a relative that had surgery and wasn't going to be home for Mother's Day and the website said they would be delivered on Mother's Day as requested. My wife never received them and yesterday, when I called to finally cancel the order after I saw the flowers were charged to my AMEX, I was told they had no record of my order. I attempted to explain to the CSR, that I had already been charged for the order and that they weren't delivered. I was again told they had no record of my order. I contacted AMEX and disputed the charges and got a refund.

    I got an email this morning from JustFlowers.com stating: "Kelly we are truly sorry your Mother's Day order ** to TL was not able to be delivered. We will deliver your order on the next available day and we will include a note of apology from our company. Thank you for your understanding. We greatly appreciate your business.     I ordered flowers for my mother and was told they will be delivered on Mother’s Day. The flowers did not arrive until yesterday in the evening. I paid extra to guarantee deliver on time. The flowers that arrived was not the flowers that we picked out to be delivered. They look like from the picture my sister sent me was some old flowers that already started dying. I have been calling since last night to get a refund and no one answers and will return your call. I am advising all my Military brothers & sisters not to use this company to send anything to your love ones.

    When we send our loved ones something we expect it to get there, especially when we are all over the world and can’t get there to give it to them ourselves. This has been a great disservice to me and I don’t want anybody to have to go through this. So everyone BEWARE. Do buy from JustFlowers.com. I will have to have my credit card company reverse the charges, because you can’t get anyone on the phone. Hopefully the BBB will investigate them.

    I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Flowers arrived with numerous stems already past prime, The entire arrangement was thrown out within 24 hours. The arrangement was not at all like pictured. Cheaper flowers were substituted with lots of fillers. I've since tried to contact customer service 5 times and no response via phone or email. Never again.

    I placed an order for Mother’s day as well. Ordered Saturday for Sunday now it’s tuesday. No refund, no verified reschedule date. This company is a SCAM. I was contacted by customer service with a very generic reply saying that they would reschedule ASAP. I never got an actual date and I cannot track my order. Again, a legitimate scam. I feel cheated and robbed.

    Ordered flowers on Sat for Sunday (Mother’s Day delivery). I knew I was late in getting this ordered but they accepted the order. After everything I paid about $88 ($19 shipping and handling). My Mom didn’t get her flowers on Mother’s Day. After several calls (all disconnected when entering order number) I decided to email. They referenced some policy making it ok and offered (1 email $15 back, another email $10 back). That doesn’t even cover the shipping and handling I paid for expedited shipping. Mom got her flowers Monday (I look like a bum).

    I ordered flowers to deliver on Mother's Day. Paid the extra delivery fee. They sent an email on Monday saying they were unable to deliver on Sunday and would deliver the next day. It is now Wed and no flowers have been delivered. They also have not responded to the 3 emails I have sent. When you call customer service, you are on hold to speak to someone for 15 min only to be sent to a voicemail. This website is a SCAM. Do NOT use them!

    Horrible experience! Ordered flowers for my mother in law for Saturday delivery. It’s now Tuesday night and they have yet to be delivered. I have called and called and nobody answers the phone. I’ve left messages and nobody returns the call. The only thing they do is repeatedly send an email that says how sorry they are and they’ll attempt the next business day delivery. Oh.... and they’ll send an apology note. I don’t want an apology note. I want my money back! This is a scam! Don’t fall into this trap! If I could give zero stars I would!

    I ordered flowers from Just Flowers last week to be delivered to my mother last Saturday. The flowers were never delivered. I called the Just Flowers customer service line and could not get in touch with a human being. I called the order line and was promptly was greeted by a human who was not able to help me because she was only trained to take credit card information for flowers that will not be delivered. At this point I just want my $99.47 refunded to my credit card. I sent an email to the Just Flowers email address yesterday but have still not received a response and probably will not. I will never do business with this company again because it is apparently a scam.

    I ordered an arrangement to be sent to my 88 year old mother in honor of Mother's Day. I was very disappointed whenever I saw the arrangement. The flower arrangement had mostly greenery with a few flowers. I fully understood that substitutions might have been necessary but this was not a $48.99 arrangement nor did it resemble, in the least, the flower I thought I was purchasing and sending to my mother.     I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and paid around $140. Per my confirmation email, they would be delivered on Mother’s Day. When I got no acknowledgment by Monday, I started to wonder if they got delivered. I then received a robocall stating they were “unable” to deliver my order and would deliver them the next day. I took this to mean that no one was home to sign for them.

    Tuesday afternoon I receive a call from SAFEWAY, (yes, Safeway) stating that they just got the order and will deliver the flowers on Wednesday!! Of course, it’s now 3 days after Mother’s Day so I told them to cancel the order. She said they would cancel but I’d have to call JustFlowers for a refund. I’ve called them at least 5 times and can’t get through to a live person and no one has returned my calls. I notified my credit card company and they will dispute.     Well I see I’m not the only one that got scammed for Mother’s Day. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day for my grandmother and they were never delivered. I tried calling customer service and was told to leave a voicemail due to the high volume of calls (I wonder why). I emailed them... no response back. I tried to look at my order online. I hit submit and nothing. I have disputed the charge with my credit card and will hopefully get my money back. Will never do business with them again and will tell any and everyone I know to BEWARE!     I ordered my flower delivery for Sunday May 12th and they were not delivered. I went to the website hoping for tracking possibilities but there were none. I received an automated email saying they would be delivered on the “next available day”. I received another email on Monday saying the same thing followed by an automated phone call on Monday night saying they would be delivered on the next business day. They were FINALLY delivered tonight Tuesday 5/14/19 at 7:15pm and the color scheme isn’t even the same as what I ordered. Also, the note is handwritten and illegible.

    I understand that you use local florists to process and deliver your orders.. But don’t you think you should make sure the local florists can provide the service before you make the service available to the customer?? This was terrible service and I have learned to never order from this company again. I don’t recommend them to anyone as their customer service is PURE GARBAGE. ONLY AUTOMATED CRAPPY RESPONSES WITH LITTLE -to no- DETAILS OR ASSISTANCE. Do not use this company!! You would save more money and have a better product by going to the local grocery store and picking the flowers yourself!!

    This website is a scam! Buyer beware!! I purchased same day delivery flowers for my mother in SLC to be delivered to her hospital room after she had a stroke. I paid for same day delivery and received an order confirmation. She never received the flowers. She didn't receive them the next day. I tried to call customer service 4 times and was never able to reach a live person. I left multiple messages and emails and finally received an email 2 days later saying: apologies for not be able to deliver. It said they would deliver next day, but by then my mother would be discharged. I tried calling and emailing again to change the delivery address but never got a response. I called 4 days later to get a refund but never heard back. Eventually I contacted my credit card company to have the charges reversed. I wouldn't be surprised if this website is a scam/phishing site to steal credit card info. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

    I'm writing because I'm disappointed in the flowers that were delivered to my sister in law. I ordered the PREMIUM size and what she received does not look premium, at all! It looks like something I picked up at the grocery store. Actually, some grocery stores have nicer arrangements for less. If I didn't live so far from her, I would have preferred to have gotten her the grocery store ones. The arrangement should have had a lot more flowers. It was absolutely NOT the Premium arrangement. It was, at best, the standard one. All they said was "sorry you weren't happy. We feel they were enough." I wish I could post pictures.

My Mother in-law said someone came to her house yesterday evening but then said he didn't have the flowers on his delivery truck. I'm so frustrated now.     Updated on 05/15/2019: Tonight, after an additional full business day, I received a message that you are addressing my complaint. It states you will “deliver the order on the next available day”. The message, however, did not did not come by way of the phone number I left on your answering machine nor by way of the e-mail address I have provided. It came from a notification by the ConsumerAffairs website where my review was published. It seems you are more adept at attempting damage control by handling complaints through a consumer website than by actually caring enough to answer the consumer personally.

    Additionally, in the process you have also published my personal information in a public forum. At this point our contract is breached and I no longer want to waste my time. This e-mail serves as the more-than fair warning to cancel the order before delivery is made tomorrow and you incur a loss. Credit card is disputed. If you intend to respond in any other way than the well-used, “order is cancelled and there will be a refund if there was a charge” statement, this will escalate to a point where the $160 will have seemed a lost opportunity to make a minuscule business investment.

    I am not interested in hearing additional explanation of your company’s policies. Next steps will be to file complaints with the regulatory agencies of Los Angeles County, the State of California as well as with the Bureau of Consumer Protection at the Federal Trade Commission. Additionally, this will be published on every social media platform and customer review site imaginable and others who are victims of your deceptive business practice will be encouraged to band together and do the same. I urge you to show this to a manager within your company. Make this go away. And stop sending me spam.

    Original Review: Just go off the phone with my 80-year old Mom out West. Five days ago I spent $160 for a deluxe version of a bouquet to be delivered in lieu of my being able to call her on Mother's Day or until now. Turns out she never got them. They weren't delivered the next day, nor on Mother's Day, or even the next business day, for which some reasonable people have to wait. Didn't get the courtesy of a phone call, a text, and e-mail. Nor did she. Just my good old mom on the phone crying because I forgot her on Mother's Day.

    That was sad but perhaps understandable. What went wrong? "Maybe these poor guys are just busy this Mother's Day, and mine is one of the few unfortunate moms who missed out." Naaahh... Turns out there are a bunch of disappointed moms today. An internet search (which includes some consumer sites not cited on the JustFlowers webpage) reveals plenty of complaints of over-selling for this and other popular occasions dating back to 2007. A blatant and persistent disregard for the inability to deliver a product as promised as well as complaints of frustrating resolutions.

    They've had at least nineteen years to figure out how not to do this to people. Yet this seems to remain standard business practice. This is where they lose my respect. This follows the ever popular "legal-but-screw-you" business model that, unfortunately, is breeding contempt for the ever diminishing respectful business community. Shame on them. Started out I was just upset about a flower delivery. Now I'm saddened for us all.

    This company is horrible! I placed an order on Friday and was promised Friday delivery. Flowers were supposed to be delivered to Mom for May 10 Mother's Day. This company had no problem taking the $135 I spent but the flowers are still not delivered. It's now Monday night and still the flowers were never delivered. I called Saturday and they said they would be delivered Saturday before 4pm and nothing. I tried calling back and have called the customer service number multiple times the last couple days and today with no answer.     First, let me premise this by saying my usual flower delivery website was down and the big national carriers indicated that they were out of stock for Mother's Day. A quick web search led me to JustFlowers. I was thrilled that a delivery for Mother's Day, Sunday 12 May 2019, was still available. I made my selection and paid via PayPal for flowers and finished the transaction (at 0012 hours EST, 2119 hours PST). I went to bed thinking that my Mum would receive the flowers in time for Mother's Day. I was wrong. One, the angry emoji reactions on their Facebook page and strangely missing comments from their posts should have been a red flag.

    The lack of any actual customer service is also troubling, and no, "leaving a voicemail with my order number, and we will contact you," does NOT constitute customer service. If JustFlowers had reached capacity for Mother's Day orders, they should have indicated so on their website instead of making false fulfillment and delivery promises and taking my hard-earned money. I have reached out via phone, social media (Facebook), and now Consumer Affairs. I have also had to open a PayPal dispute to get any headway with JustFlowers. I am beyond disappointed as a client and will not do business with JustFlowers in the future.

    I ordered 3 sets of flowers for Mother's Day. Two were supposed to go to my sisters ** & ** different addresses. We lost our mother on Jan 9, 2019 and I was not able to fly home to go to our mother's grave for Mother's Day with the family. I wanted to send them something to put on our mother's grave from me since I was not able to make it back home. They were to take flowers from each of theirs and make mine to put on her grave. I called repeatedly all day trying to reach someone at JustFlowers 1-800-290-5919 to express my complaint, unfortunately I was unable to speak with anyone after being on hold what seems like forever. Instead I was left listening to a robo style message basically asking me to leave a voicemail which I have done several times stating I would like a refund on all orders with no reply.     I placed an order of flowers on Sat, May 11, with guaranteed delivery on Sunday, May 12 for Mother's Day for $100. Nothing was delivered on Sunday and I received an email that the flowers would be delivered on Monday. I called the customer service number four times, each time using a different prompt, only to end up at the same spot, 15 minutes of hold time and a voice mailbox. I emailed. No response. I called local florists in the area they were supposed to be delivered and no record of them. I have now received an email the my delivery would go out on Tuesday, May 14.

    They don't deliver what they promised and what you pay for. That being said, I found a number on their website that is for florists that I called and you actually do get someone right away. Be firm and tell them you need to cancel your order and want your money refund if they didn't deliver them on Sunday, May 12, Mother's Day.     I paid extra for delivery of flowers on Mother's Day. Understandably, there was a delay in the deliver of the flowers due to high volume. Where I was strongly taken back was the poor response that this company showed in their customer service. They have an automated attendant which placed me on hold for 15 minutes. A second automated attendant then directed me to either "ask for status of delivery", "change delivery" or "other". I selected other and was dumped to a voicemail box. I left a message and got no callback. Their website directs me to their "policies" which only mentions that Mother's Day volume is high. The fact that they won't put an agent on the phone with an unhappy customer means I would never recommend doing business with this company.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother on Saturday, May 11th. Saturday, no flowers. Sunday, no flowers. I went to their website this morning and filled out an online inquiry and received the following response: "We are writing to inform you that your order ** to ** has been delivered. If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us by either replying to this email or by calling us at one of the phone numbers listed below."

    Problem is that the flowers were never delivered. I called the customer service number several times, leaving a message once. What is more disturbing is that I called the number to order flowers and they had no problem picking that call up right away. Even though I'm sure the inbound order group had plenty of free time on their hands they were unwilling to help and pushed me back in the direction that was already being unresponsive.     My experience is going to sound like many of the other reviews for Mother's Day 2019. I ordered from JustFlowers.com because they purported to serve the Conroe, Texas area and claimed they could ensure delivery on Mother's Day. I ordered a deluxe arrangement at a total cost of about $95USD. My order number is **. I filled out their online customer service form (https://www.justflowers.com/cs_inquiry.asp?do=acct_inquiry) on Sunday evening after speaking with my mother who waited all day for the delivery. I received no response to this submittal. I called on Monday morning and on the fourth try I got a live human being, who claimed to be contacting the florist and who confirmed that the flowers would be delivered today (Monday, May 13, 2019). I received an email at 9:31am PDT which seemed to confirm this: "We will deliver your order on Monday and include a note of apology from our company. Thank you for your understanding."

    So my mother stayed home again today, waiting for the delivery until 2:39pm PDT when I received another email from the company stating: "We are truly sorry your Mother's Day order ** to ** was not able to be delivered. We will deliver your order on the next available day and we will include a note of apology from our company. Thank you for your understanding." I've tried to call customer service five times and keep getting dumped into their voicemail. So, JustFlowers.com, you do NOT have my understanding. You do, however, have my money. According to the Justflowers.com website there were extended delivery hours between 8a-9p on Mother’s Day, it is now 5:48p CST Monday and still no delivery. If I clicked on the hyperlink it forwarded to an international phone number (We're in the US). I requested a full refund 10 times by email.     This is the biggest rip off. I placed an order for Mother's Day on Friday and was promised a guaranteed delivery on Mother's Day. 7 pm and no flowers. I called. Left a voice message because NO ONE ANSWERS AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I also emailed them with my order #. An hour later they replied via email stating no delivery would happen and they would deliver the next day. The next day still no delivery at 6 pm. I called customer service 5 times. No one answers. You finally get pushed to voice mail. I emailed 4 times no response. Finally get an email that they could not deliver today either and would deliver tomorrow.

    This is a scam. You can't promise to deliver a product, don't deliver and then refuse to answer the customer's call. You are a fraud. Interesting that if you call the order line someone answers immediately but Jacob refused to help, insisted I call customer service or email them. Even when I stated no one is responding he still refused to get a supervisor. He stated he was hanging up on me cause he had calls in queue that wanted to place orders. Orders you can't deliver. It appears you are stealing people's money. Unacceptable!!!

    My experience with this company has been nothing but utter disappointment! I ordered a very expensive bouquet of flowers three days ahead of the holiday for my mother-in-law to be delivered on Mother's Day. I would not normally spend so much on cut flowers, but she is sick and undergoing rigorous treatments for cancer so I decided that she would appreciate the extra cheer and that it would mean a lot to go big this holiday.

    When I found out the flowers were not delivered to her on Mother's Day, I reached out to customer service for hours on the phone (never got through), sent numerous emails (no reply) and requested a cancellation. When I finally got through to customer service to have the order cancelled I was told there was nothing they could do and that is was too bad for me - the flowers were delivered. I was told that Mother's Day is a busy holiday and that I should understand?! I mean seriously?! Is this how you handle customer service? As a business owner myself I know this is no way to treat a customer, especially not a disappointed one. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint. What a shame! And what a sham!

    I placed my order on Saturday May 11 at 2:55 for same day delivery as stated per the website. Come Sunday evening the order had still not been delivered. I called and left several messages and still no response. I finally received an email stating my order could not be delivered and that the next available day they would get my order out. No notifications stating when that might be, a note of apology to the recipient isn’t satisfying. There should be a phone line with an actual person to assist with any issues that arise. A customer service line that does not have someone to assist is not customer service. It is now Monday afternoon and still no response as to the details of my order. I’ve never had this type of experience from any florist company before. Doesn’t seem right that they can take your money without any consequence for not delivering in customer service. I will no longer use or recommend this service.

    This company is not even deserving of 1 star. It is a horrible company. Order from somewhere else. They are unreliable and do not value your business. I am filing a dispute and requesting a refund through PayPal. I placed an order on Friday for Mother's Day delivery on Sunday. Nothing in the order indicated this would be an issue (and I didn't choose the earliest delivery date which would have been Saturday) so I placed the order with the expectation the flowers would be delivered on Mother's Day as requested. Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered.

    At approx 4PM Central on Sunday, I received an automated message stating they were trying to contact me for delivery. Note that I was NOT sending flowers to myself and should not be receiving a call before delivery... Additionally, the only call I received was the automated call I mentioned. I immediately started calling to get more information but their customer service numbers route through a series of questions and eventually disconnect you. After several failed attempts to reach a person, I gave up and decided I would try again the following day.

    Here it is, the following day at 3PM Central. STILL NO FLOWERS!! I have made SEVERAL phone calls to this company (beginning at 10AM Central) and none have resulted in speaking with an actual person. Multiple phone calls to the multiple customer service numbers found online lead back to 1 phone recording, where after a couple menus of options ultimately result in being disconnected or requested to leave a message. I have left 2 voice messages and sent 1 email...NO RESPONSE! Online options for assistance are also limited. After entering the order number, the options are: 1. Not delivered - schedule for first available delivery day; 2. Delivered in Poor condition - redeliver ASAP; 3-6 Delivered but missing add-on item. No option for NEVER DELIVERED AND WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL, REFUND, SPEAK TO SOMEONE. There is not a live chat option either. The only other option is to send an email...which I did, but again, have received NO Response.

    What an awful scam of an experience. I ordered two sets of flowers, one for my grandmother and one for my stepmom. I called several days before to confirm order and never got through. I email and no one responded. I left my order number and voicemail. No one got back. Still the flowers have not been delivered. I paid nearly 200 dollars for these flowers to get there by Mother’s Day. It is absolutely unacceptable. I also can’t believe that someone will answer if you would like to place an order but couldn’t give me any info on my already placed orders. They kept referring me to the customer service line which was clearly a scam as no one answered and based on the reviews didn’t answer for ANYONE. This company should be shut down.     Just like several others have mentioned, I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day that were not delivered. I tried to contact support via phone (1-800-290-5919) and by email, with no response. I did however receive an email in my spam mailbox stating that "Due to a delay in delivery your order has been rescheduled and will be attempted today,05/13/2019". I contacted JustFlowers.com sales department, and sure enough they answered. Only to tell me that there were no managers available to speak with me. I spoke to one of the sales agents "Trish" (if that's even her real name) that said to call back in an hour, which I did, and still received the same answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a scam. Companies like this need to be removed to let the honest ones thrive.

    I placed an order on JustFlowers.com for Mother's Day delivery within the same day order window and nothing was delivered. I paid $80 for the bouquet and it still has not arrived. I have never received a email confirmation. I have tried to get someone on the phone with customer service to no avail. I do not have the 7 digit order number & without it you will not speak to anyone. After being on hold for an excessive amount of time, it asks you for the order number and when you don't provide the nonexistent number it hangs up. I've tried multiple random numbers, # and the * but each time the call is disconnected. This was the worse mistake ever! I will not be doing business with this company again.     I order flowers for my 70 year old mother online. I received confirmation of the order so I found them know. When I hundred number told there is no order placed So I didn’t place the order on the phone. Guaranteed that the flowers would be delivered Saturday. On Sunday I received two charges totaling almost $200 for two sets of flowers to my one mother which would think I was crazy if I sent two flowers.     I ordered a floral arrangement of 12 red roses for my mother for Mother's Day this year (2019) from JustFlowers.com. I ordered the flowers online on a Friday and requested delivery for Sunday (which the website indicated was available). I got a call later from someone from the company confirming my order and saying that the flowers would be delivered on Saturday instead of Sunday. That was OK with me. It is now Monday and this morning I received an email that the flowers were not delivered on Saturday (or Sunday) and that an attempt would be made to deliver them today.

    This is unacceptable. I was depending on the flowers arriving on the weekend. If they were not going to be delivered, as promised, I should have received a phone call telling me so. I never received a confirmation email from the company so I don't have a record of the transaction. I tried calling the company and got no response. I can't get through to anyone.

    This company lied to me. They said the flowers would be delivered on Saturday and they weren't. However, the PayPal confirmation arrived and informed me immediately that my payment had gone out to JustFlowers.com. If the company discovered a problem with the delivery--they should have immediately called me so that I could have made other arrangements.

    Sending flowers to a loved one is an emotional event for both the recipient and the sender. It's not the same as a company not sending a new book or a new blender on time. When a floral company screws up like this one did--there are complicated emotional consequences. A happy event can become a sad and unforgiving memory. If you are in the floral delivery business you need to be BETTER than any other kind of company in keeping your word and you need to go way above and beyond the norm in customer service. Does JustFlowers.com not understand that? Apparently not. Needless to say, I will not be using JustFlowers.com again.

    I ordered a 65 dollar plant for my Mother. There was also a 16 dollar shipping and handling fee for a total of just over 80 dollars. (8861723 order number). It was to be delivered on mothers day and my Mom never received them. I got a email stating that they were unable to deliver on Sunday but would deliver on the next available day. How long is that, a week who knows. I called my Mom to tell her that she would not be getting a mother's day gift.

    My mom got a call from a local florist saying that she had a scheduled delivery for Monday. She told them that I was going to cancel the order. I finally got through to talk to someone at Just Flowers and they said they were unable to ship on Sunday, which was a lie. The florist said it wasn't even scheduled until Monday. I hope they credit my account as promised. A sorry note just don't cut it when you have someone special waiting all day for their surprise.     I received an email, saying I had used them before and that I had a $10 discount for Mother's Day. Maybe I had used them -- I don't recall -- but I used them this Mother's Day, totally regret it and will never use them again.     I ordered these flowers for my wife for Mother's Day since I am deployed. They charged me $92 with a guarantee delivery for Sunday. They even charged me a special handling fee for on time delivery. As a military member that isn't able to be HOME on Mother's Day, I am really upset that my wife did not receive the flowers I ordered for her. Had I known this company was not going to hold up their end of the bargain with delivering my flowers, I would NOT have used them. Honestly, at this point, I am not sure I will ever use them again. I spent over $100 on flowers and chocolate and balloons for my grandmother, and my grandfather just died so she's all alone for the first time ever, and these people have not deliver the flowers for Mother's Day. They took my money. It is impossible, literally impossible to get connected to any human being on the telephone. Their customer service is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my whole entire life.

    I never got a confirmation for my email showing an order number. So everything was in complete but you know what? They took my money right away immediately. And I even took more money than they said they were going to take. I was supposed to have an $83 charge shouldn't was a hundred. This company is a fraud. They're taking people's money. My grandmother never got her Mother's Day gift, I didn't get my money back, and nobody will contact me back. This is **. I am filing fraud claims on this on my account and calling the Better Business Bureau and getting this company shut down.

    My husband and myself ordered bouquets for our mothers for mother's day on Saturday. We were assured that my mother in laws would be delivered that day. My mother is in a nursing home in very poor health and were scheduled to be delivered on Sunday...mother's day. We have recently have moved 2000 miles away or would have delivered in person. Talked to a "manager" and he told me that we should have been like him and ordered prior to Saturday knowing that it was mother's day.

    Updated on 05/17/2019: Since JustFlowers is neglecting responding directly to me, I’m unfortunately needing to publicly post a second service update in hopes that they’ll be more inspired to respond once seeing others can view this message. To correct JustFlowers reply to my earlier message, the flowers were delivered on 5/14, two whole days after their guaranteed Mother’s Day Delivery. The delivery also was completely missing a small box of chocolates that I had ordered for an egregiously priced $30+.

    The flowers that were finally delivered, late, were a supreme disappointment to the $75 beautiful arrangement that I had seen and ordered online (please see the attached photo). Quite frankly, I could have thrown together the same bouquet for $20 or less by visiting my local grocery store. Instead of being a pleasant surprise for my mom on Mother’s Day, these flowers ended up being a hassle and burden since she was constantly checking to see if the flowers had arrived.

    I would bring my concerns directly to their service department, but I never received an order confirmation email with an order number... despite being immediately charged for the purchase. I therefore cannot get past their automated menu. Again, my private message on consumer affairs went unanswered so I’m assuming this company only cares about their customers’ experiences if they think it may affect future business. How upsetting and completely unprofessional. Needless to say, I will never order with this company again and would strongly advise against using their services. I just hope this single order can be remedied before I need to report a fraudulent order to my credit card company for the missing chocolates. Who knew something as simple as ordering flowers could turn into a complete headache?

    Original review: I ordered Mother’s Day flowers with a guaranteed delivery date for Sunday. While the prices were outrageously high, I still purchased their services since the bouquets pictured looked beautiful and, most importantly, because JustFlowers offered a guaranteed same-day delivery. I neither received a confirmation email or explanation for the flowers/chocolate box not being delivered. This is a huge disappointment and a late delivery cannot replace how special my mom would have felt by the gift. JustFlowers' service is especially aggravating since I am currently traveling internationally and need to take time out of my vacation to find a solution to this.

    I only wish I could give this company a negative star review for such an awful experience. I ordered flowers early morning on Mother's Day and was confirmed to have them delivered same day on Mother's Day, May 12th and they were NEVER delivered. No email update, no NOTHING. They just took my money. The only reason I even went with this company is because of their guarantee of Sunday May 12, Mother’s Day same day delivery. Why give the option if you know you can't fulfill the order???

    I haven't even received any email correspondence stating why they weren't delivered, nor am I able to get a customer service representative on the phone. No communication whatsoever.     I order flowers for my 81 year old grandmother for Mother's Day every year, however this year no flowers. For several days I tried to contact JustFlowers.com because the website was not working for me to check the status of my order. I called customer service multiple times and could not talk to anyone. Instead of just citing they cannot provide delivery, they act like they can, then say it's unavailable and want to deliver later. Not good enough! Good luck getting an actual person on the phone, and their emails will go to your spam folder. It's a clever model...     I’ve been screwed by 1 800 Flowers and stopped using them. Now Just Flowers. When ordering, they make it seem as if your delivery is guaranteed. Only after the order confirmation is sent via email you find out it might not make it there on the desired date.     Ordered flowers on Friday for my daughter on Mother's Day for Saturday delivery. JustFlowers' website indicated both Saturday and Sunday (Mother's Day) were available for delivery. Other companies (800 Flowers and Teleflora) indicated they were already booked and their florist could not deliver on Saturday or Sunday which is exactly what JustFlowers should have done.     Wow- my Wife and I spent $207 for flower delivery on Mother's Day. $ left instantly, but neither order ever arrived. Wound up making a run to get flowers ourselves, and delivered them when we were supposed to be at an event. Called several times today, on hold for 20 then 30 minutes, then 5 minutes on the last try- no real person to talk to, and each time the hold sounded like it finally picked up, we were disconnected. We now have an email saying flowers will be delivered tomorrow- but we already had to buy flowers and deliver them ourselves, so we are not sure how the $207 for 2 bouquets being delivered makes sense. We have tried to cancel the order- but guess what- you can't do that on the site either.

    I ordered an arrangement of flowers to be sent to my mother's home in MA, with a hefty same/next day delivery fee charged. I called my mom earlier today, and she never received any flowers, nor did either of us receive a call at the number provided. The confirmation emails go straight to SPAM folder, and apparently a lot of people have this issue.

    My major issue is the customer service NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE or calls back. I've called multiple times all day, with nothing but a voice mail?? And while they provide an order confirmation number, there's no tracking information. The local shop used not listed.

    I selected a $39.99 arrangement and the total said $49.99.. I was okay with that but after several inquiries and two emails I couldn’t get an answer why they charged me $74 and why they aren’t delivered.     I should have looked at their Facebook page and read their reviews. I will NEVER order from this company again. My flowers were supposed to be delivered to mom (today, on Mother's Day) on SATURDAY. Now, just got an automated call that they won't be delivered until MONDAY. I ordered 12 roses in my arrangement so my mother and her sisters could take a rose each to THEIR mother's grave on Sunday. Now, that can't happen and I'm too far away to arrange anything else.     Updated on 05/14/2019: I posted a review just mad as hell that my mom's flowers were not delivered on Saturday as I ordered. They had the nerve to tell me that her flowers were in fact delivered at 5:43 that day. They were NOT. She has nothing. Even worse, they won't respond to you at all. I have called three times and it rings for days then goes right to the prompt that tells you to leave a message online. There does not appear to be any way to get my money back. Do not use this company. If you look at their reviews you will see they stiff a lot of people.

Debit card charged for full amount however. My mom is upset and feels ignored, and I am so mad my hands are shaking. Who does this? Be smart and find another florist. I had used them before and thought they were ok, but you only have to get burned once and what a burn on such an important day for my 85 year old mom.

    I have calling this flower company for 2 days to try and speak with a live person. My flowers were to be delivered yesterday and today is Mother's Day and they still have not been delivered.     This company is terrible. I placed an order on Friday for Saturday delivery as I figured it would be easier to have flowers delivered on Saturday than on Sunday for Mother's Day. No problem placing the order or receiving the $90 I spent on their end. Saturday comes and goes and my mom did not receive the delivery. I called the "customer service" number provided and after being on hold for 10 minutes was given the option to press #1 to check the delivery status of my order or press #2 if my order had not been delivered yet and I wanted it to be delivered as soon as possible (isn't #2 just common sense??).

    I pressed #1 and was asked to enter my order number. Entered that and a generic recording stated "JustFlowers.com will contact the florist immediately to have your order delivered" and then it asked me to leave my name and order number on a recording. Left the recording and the call ended. During my 10 minute waiting period a generic person also stated I could reply to the email I was sent to request information about my delivery so I also did that. No response to either one. Today (Sunday, May 12th) I still had not received any correspondence and flowers were MIA. Again, I called the "customer service" number multiple times only to be taken to the same options after waiting for 10 minutes. This time I pressed #2 and the same thing happened: "Justflowers.com will contact the florist to have your order delivered" and was prompted to leave a voicemail.

    Finally decided to go on Facebook to see if I could get any help there. Sent an IM on the JustFlowers.com Facebook page explaining everything and asking when I could expect the flowers to be delivered. Within 5 minutes I received a reply: "We are very sorry but all of the shops in that area are all booked up. Your order has been cancelled." I could not believe this and asked WHY I was not told of this situation on Friday when they gladly took my order and my money? Their response: "We exhausted all of our resources." If I would have known this, I would have ordered flowers from another company.

    It took multiple phone calls, emails, voicemails and Facebook instant messaging to finally get a response that the shops are all booked up even though my order was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I was never told of this yesterday when I could have had time to place an order elsewhere even though they had both my email and phone number to do so. I had to track them down on Facebook of all places to get an answer. I will NEVER order from this company again and I warn everyone else thinking of it to go elsewhere. I have been ordering Mother's Day flowers for my mom every year for over 14 years (I live in Colorado and she lives in Ohio) and I have never had an issue with any other company until I tried to do business with this one. Unacceptable, unreliable and unbelievable.

    I ordered a dozen long-stem pink roses for my wife for mother's day. I had them arrive on Friday so she could enjoy them longer. They arrived in a box. I was very disappointed to find them brown, withered and already decaying. They smelled of rotting vegetation. If these were in any decent florist shop in that condition they would have been thrown in the trash days earlier. I spent spent $72.78 and this is what I get? Granted this was mother's day weekend, I would assume the delivery on Saturday was a safer bet than Sunday...foolish me. If they can't handle a busy weekend, they should not be in business.     Placed an order online for Mother's Day with the stipulation that they would be delivered today (the day before). Paid $100 with my debit card. Despite giving an email address with my order, I never received an email confirmation. So I went back to the website to look up the order. I clicked on the "Order Status" link and received a blank page. Nothing loaded. So I called customer service, and selected the "Check on previous order" option. Nobody ever answered, and all I got was the option to leave a voicemail, even though I'd entered my order number into the automated system. Not acceptable.

    I called customer service again, to "Place an order." I explained to the customer service rep that I never received an email confirmation despite the money having already been deducted from my account. I also explained that nobody was answering the customer service line, AND the "Order Status" page on the website was unavailable. All I was told was that they only TOOK orders and could not provide me with a receipt via email. All of this is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. They take people's money, refuse to send a confirmation email/receipt, the website is broken, and they have nobody available to speak with by phone! Stay away from this company. Go somewhere else for your flowers. Don't make the mistake I did. I'm out of $100 with no assurance that the flowers may not be delivered in the time frame I paid for. Again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

    Placed an order this morning to be delivered today at my Mother's work. I called the support number to make sure that the order went through and that they were working on it. The lady told me that she was going to call the florist to see about what time they would be delivering them, and that she would call me back. I have called well over 20 times just trying to get someone on the line, and still nothing. My mother did not receive her gift and I just can’t seem to get anyone to return my call.

    Ordered a deluxe floral arrangement for my aunt to be delivered on a Thursday. They didn’t deliver them. Called 2x on Friday and they finally said the flowers would be delivered that evening. Saturday we get a call that they weren’t delivered on Friday and they were delivered on Saturday but no card. So my aunt called the company to figure out who they were from and she said they were the rudest people ever and told her they were too busy to deliver on time. They didn’t send the deluxe arrangement. It was the smallest one and they wanted to refund me $7.00. Their customer service is horrible and their understanding of the English language is just as bad!! Stay Away!!

    We spoke with the customer, Michael Cassidy and from what we understand there was nothing wrong with what was delivered. The only issue was the card message which we offered compensation for but this offer was declined.

    I paid $80.00 plus $4.99 extra for early delivery. Flowers were never deliver on the day they were supposed to. I called customer service and they only offered me a credit of $4.99. Be careful with this company. Don't order anything from them. The service is terrible. Is a ripoff.

    I ordered flowers for delivery on a Weds. Delivery was promised on Thursday. Friday no flowers. Teresa. General manager did nothing but say, "Oh well". Satisfaction guarantee means nothing. 40 plus minutes. Worst service ever.

    Updated on 05/11/2019: I already submitted a review for this company yesterday and received a response which can be read by everyone if you look for my previous review. Let me be clear, they did in fact offer me a pitiful $10 refund after I spent $99 on what looks like lettuce in a basket. However, I DID NOT say I only wanted 4-5 roses and did in fact order an arrangement from a picture on their website!!! The Blushing Basket! It was far from blushing!!! I also spoke with florists in the surrounding area that flowers were delivered and many of them want nothing to do with this company!! Wonder why?!?!?

    Bottom line, do yourself a favor and don’t give yourself the headache we now have from dealing with this company. And I am out $99! See pics below! Not even close and NOT a $99 arrangement!

    Original Review: First off let me start by saying that I have NEVER been so appalled by a company's lack of customer service skills in my life!!! Ordered an arrangement for my cousin’s 60th birthday!! Ordered a beautiful (well the picture online was beautiful) arrangement online, description said it was going to beautiful, velvety pink, peach and red roses in it, that’s what the picture showed! Even upgraded to the deluxe for an additional $10 that was for additional flowers and colors.

    My cousin sent me a text of the arrangement and said, "Thank you." This arrangement that was supposed to be "full of flowers!" had 4 red roses, leaves, 2 pink carnations, leaves and a few different colors of different little flowers... For $99. So for $99 she got a few flowers and what looked like lettuce for her 60th!!! Called customer service to complain, not helpful, would not give me the name of the florist, and said they could refund me $10... Until I said I was going to issue a complaint with the BBB. Then they stated that if I was going to do that then they could not give me any type of refund!!! These people are a joke!!! Don’t order from them!

    Order $129.00 floral arrangement, for a dear friend's funeral. Never delivered, 3 weeks later still trying to get a refund. They offered to give me $10.00 of my $129.00 for flowers that never made it to the funeral. Please beware of this company, total scammers. I have no idea how they advertise BBB A+ rating. I should have researched them before I ordered with them.
