I ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law who recently gave birth. The flowers were not delivered as promised and if it had not been for her who said she had not received them I would have never known that they were not delivered. I called the customer service department and complained, the flowers were then delivered two days after the original order, just an hour before she was discharged.
When I called customer service and asked them to waive the very high shipping and delivery charges, all they offered me was a $7.50 credit towards my next purchase. I called again and complained a second time and then they offered me $5 off my total charge. I would not recommend this to anyone considering using their services. They are expensive and not reliable!

I ordered a vase of 6 pink carnations for my daughter's birthday on Just Flowers' website. They were to be delivered early ($4.99), plus a balloon ($5.00). I was charged $52.96. The flowers were delivered. 3 pink carnations in a bud vase, delivered 2 hours later than what I paid for, and no balloon. I called the local florist, and they were told nothing about an early delivery, and didn't even get the order from Just Flowers until 9AM today, and they were given $27 to send whatever they could, including the delivery and tax. I ordered the flowers on April 16, and it was given to our florist at 9AM 4-21-10. My florist enlightened me about Just Flowers. I see there are many complaints against them about their business tactics. They need to be prosecuted for money they scam out of honest customers.

Wow, this sounds like fraud to me. I ordered birthday flowers for my daughter-in-law on April 19, 2010. I received confirmation by email that the order was being placed. They were to be delivered on April 20th between 9am and 6pm. in Hailey, Id.
I received a call about 4pm on the 20th stating that Just Flowers wanted to charge my credit card $8 more for delivery and replacement of a certain flower in the arrangement. I told them that they had confirmed the order and should be responsible for what they advertised on the internet. The supervisor said she would see what they could do for me. She called back and asked if I could afford $4. I told her no. She finally said they would eat the $8 and deliver the flowers by 6pm. It is now Wednesday 12:15 and the flowers are not delivered. What scares me is they have my credit card no.

I am a Florist and would like to tell people not to order from this order gathering internet business, like Just Flowers. As a business person and shop owner, I would like to say that to do business with them is horrible, especially Just Flowers and U Flowers.
They call my shop and they can never speak very good English. They want a whole lot of flowers plus delivery for next to nothing. When I tell them that I can't do that for that price, they say why not? I would like to stress to the consumer if you simply went online and located a local florist, you would be dealing one on one with a local shop, and usually like in my case, speak to the shop owner. Why give these order gathers your hard earned money! You would get the personal service that you need.
I will no longer do business with these companies, they give us a Florists bad reps. dealing with these companies is very frustrating and you can clearly see that they are only out to get your money. Smarten up consumers, take the time to find a local florist and call them! I did an order for Just Flowers that I was told I didn't have to report, when in fact I did, resulting in extra time spent in trying to track down this order now so I can get paid!

I ordered flowers on 4/2 for delivery on 4/5 for my sister-in law's birthday. I paid the express fee and was told they were guaranteed to be delivered before 1:00pm. When I discovered the flowers had not been delivered, I called Just Flowers.com and was told the flowers went out at 11:30am. The person I spoke with could barely speak English and the little English spoken was with a tone of extreme rudeness. Needless to say Just flowers.com has the worst customer service and should be avoided at all cost. This is just a big internet fraud. I spoke with my credit card company and was told just flowers got a pre- approval on my card. I will need to wait until my card is formally charged before we can start the dispute process. This is just a fraud nightmare. Just flowers should not be doing business as an online vendor.

I ordered flowers for my sister in laws recovery from surgery. I called just flowers to have flowers sent to her the day she was home from the hospital on the 31 of March and at this moment in time, the flowers still have not been delivered and it is April 5! If I wouldn't have called them today to see why my family hasn't received their flowers, they wouldn't have even acknowledged the order. The woman I spoke with this morn said she would call back as to why they haven't been delivered.
She called back and told me that the color of the basket was an issue. I freaked, then asked repeatedly to speak to a manager. It took a damn near act of god to get him on the phone with me and what an idiot he was! All and all, the flowers will be delivered today with a hard fought for ten dollars off. I will never use this company again. They are incapable of sending flowers!

I placed a order on 3/13/10 at 8:00 am for delivery on 3/13/10 by 1:00 pm. I specifically asked the representative if delivery can be made during this time frame. She said, "Yes, no problem." However, the product was not delivered to Funeral Service for Aunt. However, I was called back at noon by Just for Flowers asking me what time for delivery. I informed them once again that the service starts at 11:00 am and will end at 1:00 pm. I was then asked did I want the flowers sent to another location. Well, If they could not deliver to location one, why would I count on them delivering to another location. I requested refund. I was told email confirmation of refund would be sent. It is now 4:00 pm CT, no email!
I think this company is out of the country. I will never order from them again!

I own a small nursery in West Virginia. I have gotten several phone calls from this company ordering flowers for delivery. I told them I do not deliver flowers. On the February 16, 2010, I received a "voice mail" wanting flowers delivered to a home in Bunker Hill, WV 25413. I called them back and told them yet again that I am just a small nursery. I spoke to a man and could not get a name from him. I asked to speak to his supervisor, and he hung up on me. So I have no clue as to who this person was who was supposed to get flowers. They did not seem to be worried as to whether they got the flowers delivered or not.

On Just Flowers webpage, it stated same day delivery. I placed the order Feb 10th at 12:15 p.m. The e-mail of confirmation of order stated that delivery date is Feb. 10th.
The morning of Feb 11th, I spoke w/ Victor (customer service). He put me on hold for about 10 minutes and said he would look into this and I would be contacted. I also contacted Vannie through online twice and was told she would look into delivery. I ordered flowers for Dec. 24. I never received any email or phone call on why they did not receive their flowers. I called on 25th, left a message and was told someone would call back in 15 minutes. No one did. I called back on the 26th at 2:20PM. I was told they would receive the flowers between 3-6PM. No flowers. I called back at 6:30. I told them I was going to cancel the order. They said that I would get a call back in 5 or 10 minutes. No call. I called back at 6:45 to cancel for the second time and again, no call back. Sunday they were closed and on Monday, I got an email that my flowers were on hold and I needed to contact them to let them know what I wanted to do. So I spoke with a manager (Neil). He said he would cancel my order.
When I asked about my money that was $100.97, he said the only thing he could do was to cancel this and wait about 1 to 4 days so it would be reimbursed to my account. I don't think their service and attention on this matter was any way professional. I then had to call 1800flowers and ordered my holiday flowers on the 28th. I am very upset with their attention with this matter. I would like this never to happen to anyone else. This is why I want everyone to be aware of this company. These flowers were supposed to be sent to someone very dear to us. So Christmas for us had to be changed to December 28.

On December 24, 2009, I placed an order of flowers to be used on my mother's Christmas eve dinner party. I was assured by the agent that my order could be done. I was asked if I would like same day delivery, as well as express delivery at an added price. After time lapsed of a few hours and still no flowers, I called Just flowers to only get the runaround. I have called this company a number of times and was told the delivery would go out ASAP. Today is December 26, 2009 and still no flowers. I want to cancel my order. I have been told that I could not cancel and that they would get back to me after the holidays. I have never heard of such crap. My Christmas has been ruined.
This company's service was offensive and just plain rude. I have called this company many times and have not been given an acceptable answer. Their guaranteed delivery is untrue. This has caused my mother and family to be angry with me. I have suffered undue stress from this. My blood pressure is not normal after this. They now disconnect my calls.

I placed an order for flowers to be delivered Dec. 23, 2009. Well, the flowers never came. I started calling on the evening of the 23rd, no response from customer service either on phone or email. As a matter of fact, there was no response by email to my many requests for help or explanation as to the lack of delivery or to the billing, which was over charged and not given the discount promised.
I started calling on the 24th again to try to get flowers delivered. I had to hold for twenty minutes and longer to get a customer service agent and then hold for more time while they checked. Each time I got someone, they spend over half an hour trying to get results. Finally, one agent said the florist they used had a problem with his truck and could not deliver on 23rd, but I was not given a chance to cancel or they made no effort to get flowers from any of their other florists.
They kept telling me the flowers were on the truck, so I just had to wait for delivery. They would call or email me when they were delivered. I was promised delivery in morning, then by two o’clock, and then by 5 again; they did not come. After finally getting in touch again with customer service, I finally got delivery that night. They earlier promised, and according to their guarantee, they were supposed to give another $10 refund for delivering a day late; but they refused and hung up on me. I would never use them again and would suggest no one else does. It was a horrible experience! I am still trying to get the refund promised, but no luck so far.

I ordered a funeral spray several days before the funeral for my mother through Justflowers.com. They said there would be no problem getting the flowers. She lived in a highly populated area with tons of flower shops and the service was at a large well-known church. The funeral was yesterday, with the viewing at 10 AM. At 9:11 AM the local florist, whose accent was so thick that I could not really understand her or get the name of the local shop, told me they did not have any flowers and could not deliver them. Justflowers called a couple minutes later and offered to "send something to the house." I told them I needed the flowers for the funeral, not something for the house which was an hour away and pointless. I called my brother, who lives in the area and he gave me the name of a local florist. I arrived there at 9:19 AM, told them the horrible story, and in 20 minutes Dominic Graziano Flowers of Warrington, PA has flowers delivered to the church. They were incredibly beautiful and I will forever be grateful to this very kind and gracious florist who literally performed a miracle for my mother's funeral.
As a post script, Justflowers called the funeral home today, the day after the funeral and asked if they could make the delivery. I don't know what planet they are from, but the insensitivity of that response simply added to the pain of the failure to deliver the flowers that were ordered for the funeral. They claim now, in an e-mail, that it will take 4 days to cancel the charge on the credit card. We are considering filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and perhaps discuss this with the Internet Crime Commission. Justflowers claimed the local company would not deliver the flowers "for the money they were offered." This is a contract and it should have been honored. If they could not do it, they should not offer the service. This is extremely painful and I'm upset at being notified 45 minutes before the service that flowers cannot be delivered. How can one be recompensed for something that happens at a funeral? They cannot make up for this in any meaningful way.

I ordered flowers over the phone to be delivered to my daughter as a surprise at the sorority house she had just received a bid from. I was told the flowers would be delivered the next day (Sunday) and asked Just Flowers to include that this was a surprise, so please don't call my daughter. When I arrived at work on Monday morning, I had an email saying they were unable to deliver the flowers on Sunday and that they would be delivered Monday. I was disappointed because I had talked with another florist who could have delivered them Sunday (bid day), but chose Just Flowers because they had the arrangement I wanted. I called Just Flowers to express my dissatisfaction and asked to cancel the order. I was told they couldn't cancel, so I verified the address of the sorority house, said that it was a surprise and I was upset that they had not been delivered on Sunday as promised. I was given a $10 credit and an apology.
Later that day, my daughter called me to say she had received the flowers. However, the florist had called her for her address and delivered them to her dorm room, ruining the surprise and not having anyone see that she received flowers at the sorority house. I was so disappointed that I had paid for flowers that were delivered on the wrong day and to the wrong address. I called the company to complain and was initially told the florist didn't receive the special instructions and called my daughter for delivery, but was told they would redeliver to the correct address or credit me $10.
I asked that the flowers, 3 white roses, be redelivered to the sorority house and then was told that because my daughter accepted the flowers and appeared happy/satisfied, they wouldn't redeliver to the sorority house. My surprise and my daughter's joy of receiving flowers from her parents (700 miles away) in front of her friends was ruined. I will never order flowers from Just Flowers again. I wish I had looked for comments before I placed my order as I am not the only dissatisfied customer.

On May 6th, I placed an order with justflowers.com to deliver flowers to my wife on Friday, May 8th before 1 PM. Well that surprise never happened. My wife had to go to the ER that morning so I asked one of her friends at work to watch out for the flowers to be delivered. Well, the flowers never delivered. I called justflowers.com on Saturday May 9th to find out why no flowers were delivered. Well, I was told first that the florist did not have time to deliver the flowers on Friday and that an email was sent to me to notify me. Well no email showed up and no phone call was made to inform me of the problem. So they asked me if the flowers could be delivered on Saturday, May 9th. I informed them that her place of work was closed and that she was in the hospital. I said that I did not know if she was going to be released on Saturday or not so I told them that they need to be delivered before noon, and they said they could do that. Well, they said they would call my wife which they did and got the address and room number she was in.
At 9:50am we were called again to ask if they could get another alternative address since they could not deliver the flowers again. Now I was upset and my wife was very upset because the surprise was gone. I asked to speak to a manager when I called them around 9:55 am. I wanted a full refund. I was informed that all the managers were busy on the phone and one will have to call me back. I requested a call back by 11:15 am. Again, no calls back or any communication from justflowers.com. So my wife called them to find out if we could go pick up the flowers from the florist. Well, we got the information and called Neilson Florist in Seattle and were informed that justflowers.com never submitted an order to them for flowers. So again I called justflowers.com to find out why this happened. Well they blamed Neilson Florist for rejecting the order. I then asked why the order was not sent to another florist if it was rejected. I was informed that the order got lost in the system.
My wife checked my email and there was an email from justflowers.com and I quote "Thank you for your order to Irene for delivery on 5/8. Unfortunately we were unable to deliver your flowers due to the lack of quality flowers to complete your order on the date that you requested.” Now mind you I started calling them at 6:30 am on Saturday May 9th and the email was sent at 8:47 am on 5/9/2009 not on May 7 or 8th. That was all I could stand. I just called them back and requested a full refund. I talked to a manager who's name was Samantha. She stated that my refund would be given to me in one to four business days. That was when I requested the contact address to the company so I can send a letter to the company about my dissatisfaction with the way the company handled the whole ordering process and how it was never resolved. She refused to give me an address to the company and stated that they could not give out this information to anyone.
Well, I have had it with them and I would like to get the word out about justflowers.com. And maybe you could investigate them to see if this happens a lot. I have saved all my emails from them just in case there is a problem with my refund. I forgot to put in that I called Neilson Florist to tell them what I was told about them. When I stated that I was told that they did not have enough quality flowers to fulfill my order, they were very upset with them because they did have the flowers. They just never received the order from Just Flowers.

Requested flowers be delivered to aunt in hospital. Was billed for delivery on Jan. 27, 09. Today, Feb 3rd, my wife was called by Just Flowers to say that my aunt had died and did we want to change the order to a funeral arrangement. My wife did not know of the death, or even when I ordered the flowers, was taken by surprise, and said yes, assuming I had just placed the order today. I called and they told me they were delivered on the 27th. They provided me with room number and a time of delivery. My wife then called them to ask why someone called about changing the order, and why they thought it was appropriate to notify us of the death.
Samantha took the information and called back later, saying that they couldn't deliver because my aunt was in ICU so they were left with the nurses. The nurses called the flower shop today and the shop picked up the order, called Just Flowers to find out if we wanted to change the order. She asked to talk with a supervisor, and got Richard who said that he was sorry for the mix-up and they'd replace the order. She said she wanted a refund. He said he couldn't because the order had been delivered. She asked for a confirmation showing the delivery on the 27th, which he could not produce, but insisted they were delivered. She asked him who had the flowers. He said the flower shop. She said that meant they were not delivered, and if we had wanted the nurses to have flowers we would have sent them some. She said that we were not ever notified they were not delivered to my aunt. It went in circles from there. We are now working through the bank to reverse the charges.

I then called on Saturday still no delivery and they continued to tell me they would get back to me. No repsonse.
I called all through out the day on saturday only for them to tell me something went wrong, a computer glitch and they had to resend my order to the flower company that was to deliver. they had to wait for the that company to contact them for confirmation because they were not answering the phone. By 7:00pm on 5/10 the flowers were still not delivered. they offered me a $10 refund for the order not being delivered on Friday.
Sunday morning I called 3 times prior to 10:am only to have Just flowers tell me that the flowers would be delivered on Monday. I cancelled my order and they explained that it would take 1-4 businsess days for the monies to be put back. I waited for the week to pass and called on 5/19/08 because the money was still not refunded. They told me the money was released from their system and to check with the bank. The entire balance of $58.16. Again they had a glitch in their system and said they would expedite and it would be there by the end of the week.
I checked on Thursday, Just flowers told me they were going to put it through again and I should have within the next couple of days. Friday nothing, Monday was a holiday so I checked again today, still nothing. I have left messages on the voice mail at just flowers with no return calls. I have called all morning now 5/27/08 and i get to the top of the automated list only to be put into voice mail again.
Well, it was very disappointing that the flowers for my mom did not arrive, only to have to go at the last minute to buy some bundle of flowers from the grocery store which now I have paid more money for flowers. But now, I can't even get my money back. I feel completely violated, stolen from and I will never again use JUST FLOWERS and I will make it point to tell everyone I know not use this company.
