    I am more than dissatisfied. My flower order was supposed to be delivered on 4/11 they just arrived today 4/14. I didn’t even receive a confirmation email. Then when they arrived it was not even close to what I ordered. It’s the ugliest bouquet I’ve ever seen.

    This is the worst experience I've ever had. I placed an order on Friday, April 10th to be delivered the next as a birthday gift. Flowers were never delivered. I've been calling since then for four days now (April 14th) and the delivery is rescheduled for the next day every day. Customer service is unreachable. You aren't able to speak to a representative at all. I keep calling the department that takes orders and they hang up on me! Unbelievable. They took the money and never delivered the flowers. Also, spoiled the birthday surprise and turned the whole thing into a nightmare. When I said that I'd like to speak to a supervisor, they said that the supervisor is busy. Really?! I'm extremely disappointed with this company and I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

    Placed on-line order and was promised same-day delivery. 72 hours later, flowers still have not been delivered, but credit card was promptly charged. Multiple calls to the customer service number, cannot get to a human and no-one will return the call. Multiple emails to customer service email address with no response. And, yes, have checked spam folder. Never been madder, do not use this business under any circumstance.

    I ordered flowers on 4-11-20, to be delivered on the 12th. Flowers never, and still have not been delivered, but my credit card was charged. I never got an email confirming my order, or an order number. I need to know what my order number is, and want to know why they were not delivered. Please send the order number to my email. I am very unhappy with my experience with Just Flowers. I will use you in the future if this matter is resolved.

    Placed my order ** on 4/9/20 for flowers to be delivered for Easter on 4/11/20. Received emailed the delivery was rescheduled to 4/12/20. Called to verify delivery. I was told they would be delivered by 6:00 pm. Never showed! Called and could not get a live person. Sent e-mail and received email it was rescheduled to Monday the 13th and still no show. Sent emails and called with no live person to talk to!!! Still no flowers!!! Very pissed off at this company!! WTF. Where are my flowers or my refund???

    I placed on an Easter flowers order with JustFlowers.com to be delivered on Sat, 4/10. The reason I picked this florist is because the website said my order could be delivered on Sat and the website even had a clock ticking how many hours were left to place this order in order for it to be delivered that day (Sat.). Flowers were never delivered and no one contacted me to let me know. There was no way to verify if delivery had taken place so that evening I had to ask the person who should have gotten them to find out the flowers were never delivered.

    Next morning, I signed on to chat at justflowers.com website with Rose, to ask about my flowers order/purchase and she gave me a customer service # to call. I called and was told they did not know why flowers were not delivered and wasn't sure but didn't think they could be delivered on Sunday. I was told I would get a call back on Mon morning. I followed up with an email to customer service explaining what had happened and asking how this problem could be resolved. No one responded to my email and I never received a call back as to how this could be resolved. Then after all that, the next day, I received an email that my order had been canceled. I had never asked for my order to be canceled. In all the years I have been ordering flowers I have never had such a bad experience. Very disappointed.

    I placed two online orders on April 10. One delivery - same day service, the second - next day service. Both orders were placed at separate times with two separate credit cards. Neither delivery was completed. I spoke with, and emailed, and was not able to get any resolution. I have not received a return phone call or email. Justflowers has two opportunities to with two separate orders and was unable to get either order delivered. I would NOT recommend this company. I am terribly disappointed in the service and reassurance that the orders would be delivered.

    Ordered two flower arrangements to be delivered. Ordered on the same day, 4/9/20. One delivery was for 4/10 and the other is for 4/14. First delivery never got delivered but I got an email saying it was delivered, 2 days late! Was NOT received! Been trying to get someone to talk to but only automation. I’ve left several voicemails and emails. I now have requested to cancel the 4/14 delivery to my daughter for her 20th. So disgusting! I want all of my money back. I will be contacting my bank!

    Updated on 04/15/2020: I reviewed the company a couple of days ago regarding my order # ** that was never received Saturday the 11th. They said they were delivering Monday the 13th. Still never received. I tried unsuccessfully to get a refund. I want a full refund immediately. Not a new delivery date. You cannot reach this company by phone and they do not contact you. They are thieves. They need to be shut down.

    Original Review: I ordered Flowers on April 10th with guaranteed delivery to my Mom on April 11th by 9pm. I never received the confirmation email with the order number and she NEVER received the flowers. I tried calling 5 times and keep getting an automated call center asking for an order number. Or they say to go online and enter my order number. I NEVER GOT ONE! But they charged my account immediately. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will be filing a claim with my bank to be reimbursed, and hopefully get my money back. They deserve negative 5 stars, but I HAD to give 1.

    On 9 Apr 2020 placed an order for a gift box to arrive on 11 Apr 2020. On 11 Apr at 1pm called cus rep who informed me the gift box would be delivered by 4pm that day 11 Apr. She also was to send me an email with tracking number. NEITHER HAPPENED. It was important for delivery on 11 Apr as I was told it would happen.

    In January I ordered a snowman container of cookies for a friend who had just entered an assisted living facility. It was to be a little surprise to boost her spirits. What was sent to my friend was an egg-shaped cookie with Happy Easter on it. (in January!!) The note I had written to accompany the snowman was Not in the box, thus my friend had no idea who it was from! But because it had her name on the address label, she started eating the cookie.

    Three days laters when I called to see how she like the snowman, she had no idea what I was talking about. She said she thought the Easter egg was someone playing a joke on her. That joke cost me $68.00. When I called for either a refund or to have the original snowman sent, I was denied either. Very very poor customer service!! But no worries, they now have one less customer to bother them!!!!

I used their service one time and had to cancel because the order was going to be two days late, and now they just will not leave me alone.     I sent my mom and one other flowers every time there was problem... First time 25 birthday sent happy 60th birthday. 2nd time wasn't even or close to flowers. I requested and 3rd time spent 70 ish dollars and looked like a 6 dollar bouquet you buy at store.... 3 strikes you're out...

    I was nervous because after I ordered I seen a lot of bad reviews. I had made an upgraded $100.00 order. It was delivered on time, It was a beautiful arrangement. The bear and balloons also were delivered. They also credited my account 10.00 as the code I used didn't go through. I would say that I had excellent service. Would use again. I am not sure why the reviews were so bad. The experience here in Spokane was perfect.

    DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a FRAUD. Just so you know, they have managed to affiliate themselves with some unsuspecting flower shops so when you click on the link to order you get redirected to this company. The link could say flower delivery.com or justflowers.com. I ordered flowers from this company for my brother in law’s funeral and I got to the wake to find out that it was never delivered. Even though I called a day before the order was supposed to be delivered and was assured that the order was going to be ready. I called after the week and was told they would contact the florist to get the flowers to church the next day for the funeral. That never happened. Since then, they’ve been giving me the run around. They have refused to refund me my money saying that they are still trying to contact the florist. My business transaction was not with a florist so I don’t understand why this should be my problem.

    I am convinced this company is just 2 people behind a keyboard. Every time I have called I have reached the same person. I completely recognize her voice. The last time she tried to deny that. When I demanded to speak to the manager, they put me on hold forever, I suspect they were hoping I would hang up. Then after a long time someone who claimed to be a manager answered the call and again refused to do anything to refund me my money. I have now reported the issue to my bank to get my money back and next I’m contacting VISA to report this issue and will contact other credit card organizations to report this issue. All the anger and pain I had at the funeral is now redirected to this issue. I will not rest till they pay for this insensitive and fraudulent act.

    I started my business with JustFlowers on Monday to send a simple pick me up bouquet to a sick friend. It was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. I heard nothing from JustFlowers or my friend on Tuesday. Thought this was odd but waited another day. Got home on Wednesday and checked for an Amazon delivery and found a bouquet of flowers outside my door. Not only delivered incorrectly, but the pot was also chipped...and for $50, can't say the arrangement was too spectacular either. I called customer service...they told me to look at the invoice they sent. I told them I received no invoice. She tried resending the invoice twice to my email....no luck. Tried a different server on her end...no luck. Switched to yahoo email versus GMail....no luck. Finally, had me send her an email...which then she responded back with an invoice...and I received it.

    As I was explaining that I couldn't possibly see the mistake of delivery address if I never received an invoice....her phone cut off. Mind you....they had the phone # of the recipient correct, the message correct...and still claimed it was my fault. I called back to get a second service person. Went through story again...she decides its not my fault but needs to call the florist they used. Her phone cuts off. This has been an hour and 30 min at this point. I decided to reply to the email invoice with my complaint as suggested on the website. Have not heard a response yet....12 hours later. I will give them credit for customer service calling me back after being cut off, but both times I was on the phone with customer service after I had called back myself. Still wondering where this is going to go, crossing my fingers that it will be taken care of promptly.

    I ordered flowers for same day delivery, was assure this could be done, paid the bill. Next day I inquire with the recipient how the flowers were, she did not receive any flowers, so called Just Flowers about my order. They said sorry we could not find a florist. So requested to have my order cancelled then as they were not delivered, but they insisted I speak with the mgr, SCAM! MGR states she will have them sent out by 1pm next day. OK, I agreed. Next day I get a call from JustFlowers requesting I pay 25 dollars more. I said no. Why would I do that. The manager then stated, "Well I am sorry then I will have to cancel your order." They promptly sent me an email confirming my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund in 1-4 days.

    Well after the 4 days with no refund I call JustFlowers to ask about the refund. I was then told, "I am sorry but we cannot honor your refund as we found some flowers later on the 3rd day and sent them out," (nothing like what I ordered at all) but they said I must pay. "Why did you do that after you told me you cancelled and I bought new flowers," no response just, "No we are not refunding your money." BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

    Ordered an arrangement called Darling Garden from the website mid Jan 2020 for my gf to be delivered on Valentine's Day. A beautiful arrangement with yellow roses, red daisies, flowers and pops of purple. At least a dozen flowers in total. I had the understanding that it would come as close to the arrangement as possible and that it would come from a local florist in their network. I even added extra red roses as an upgrade to which I paid more for, totaling almost $90.

    V-day comes around and I’m embarrassed with the arrangement received. Four yellow flowers and two daisies. After contacting customer service and showing pictures they inform me that they filled my order to its value and that they do not offer refunds to delivered flowers but would offer a $10 credit. This shows how poor their business model is and it reflects on their poor customer service. How any human being can say that a Garden Bouquet with an extra addition of red roses, is filled to the price or of equal value, to 4 yellow roses and 2 daisies is just wrong. Ordering shoes online and receiving slippers instead doesn’t justify not being able to get your funds back.

    A customer has every right to expect what they pay for and get funds back if they receive anything less than their satisfaction. JustFlowers does not care about its customers. They are not here to help. They’re here to run you over and give you a band aid after. If you truly love and care about the people you want to send flowers to, DO NOT get them from JustFlowers.

    Spent considerable time choosing a white floral arrangement in a white, rectangular vase with cross for the funeral of my sister in law in late-January 2020. Carefully crafted an enclosure card that linked this loss with the death of my husband a few years ago. Read and trusted copy that stated that Just Flowers takes special care with sympathy flowers. Received a call from Just Flowers on the day of the funeral that florist was having problems fulfilling order, not enough white flowers.

    I returned the call and stated that I wanted a somber arrangement for the altar. After the fact I received notice that white flowers, peach roses, and greenery were sent in a clear cylindrical container. Hugely disappointing. I didn't hear from the family. Contacted my in-laws who spoke with the husband. One arrangement had arrived that couldn't be identified as the enclosure card was BLANK! Maybe this was the arrangement I had sent. Before I knew about the enclosure card Just Flowers offered a small credit. When I was informed about the missing card I disputed the charge through American Express. Just Flowers sent tripe about flower substitution and did not authorize a refund. This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering flowers online. Please don't entrust them with an order where the design, color, and recipient's knowing who sent the arrangement is important to you. They clearly take no responsibility for their performance or product.

    I placed and order with Justflowers.com for a flower order to be delivered to my sister in Charlotte NC on Valentines. The order was processed and the funds were immediately drafted from my bank account the same day as the order was placed. After several days had gone by, I knew something was wrong as I had not heard from my sister. After a week, I called her and ask if she had received flowers from me and her response was no. I sent Just Flowers and e-mail requesting information about the order. It went unanswered. I called Just Flowers service department and they said the order had been filled but they needed to check with the delivering florist to see what happened.

    The next day I received two e-mail form Just Flowers and they both stated they checked with florist and the log sheet said that they were delivered. They were apologetic but stated that there was nothing they could do. They did offer me a 10% discount on my next order (like there was going to be a next one). I responded to the e-mail requesting that they provide the delivering florist name, copy of the log sheet, date and time of delivery, and who signed for them. I also informed them that we were reviewing security footage of the business to confirm or deny such delivery. Well guess what, now they are saying that they were not delivered. Shocker, I already knew that! They continually keep asking me if they can deliver them the next day and there is one and only one answer, cancel the order the and issue a credit.

    After numerous calls and e-mails, they still have not issued a credit. They keep saying the manager needs to talk to me. At this point, I'm done calling them, I'm done e-mailing them. They have had more than ample opportunity to make this right but have failed to do so. There is absolutely no excuse for their behavior. I guess we will see how they react when I put them in front of a judge.

    I ordered a bouquet from Just Flowers to be delivered for my wife on Valentines day. Not only did I pay $113 for guaranteed delivery, but I called to confirm my order on the day of delivery. The flowers didnt show up until 8 o clock the next night. The delivery guy said just flowers just takes as many orders as they can without checking if it's actually possible with the local florist. After multiple calls, just flowers offered me $5 credit. What a joke! This company does not care about their customers and wont stand behind their guarantee.

    I have placed my order for Valentine’s day. I was charged way extra to have it delivered on Valentine’s Day. My girlfriend was contacted the next day to have it delivered. She said ok and never got it. She was contacted on the following Monday if she wants them on Tuesday and she said ok again. They were never delivered. They didn’t even had the courtesy to let us know when are they going to be delivered. The flowers were never delivered. I was charged extra for them and I was lied to that the flowers were delivered. Be careful with this website. It’s not about customer service and following up with orders, it is THEFT and FRAUD to take people money and never deliver or lie about the package being delivered.

    I spent $120 to send flowers to a friend on Valentine’s Day. They guarantee same delivery and I ordered in the morning. They failed to deliver the flowers on Valentine’s Day.     It’s not surprising that my disastrous experience with Justflowers.com was shared by HUNDREDS of others that have posted reviews. Justflowers.com is an illegitimate scam of a ”business!!" I was fooled into believing the false advertising on the justflowers.com website that indicated same-day delivery when I spent $210 to have a bouquet of 2 dozen roses delivered to my girlfriend on Valentines Day. (Order #**.) They never showed up. I called at least a dozen times and NEVER was able to speak with an actual person.

    They finally delivered the flowers on Monday 2/15 to her workplace AND SHE WASN’T EVEN AT WORK THAT DAY BECAUSE OF PRESIDENTS DAY! When we were finally able to speak with a real person, she offered a laughable $10 discount! When told that I wanted a full refund she hung up! Six attempts to reach a real person later, the operator had the same responses to every one of my complaints and she finally assured me that she would have her supervisor “Teresa” call me to come up with some type of acceptable solution. Lo and behold Theresa never called. As a dentist, I interact with hundreds of patients every week. Since being ripped off by this scam of a business, I’ve told every single patient I’ve seen this week just how horrible justflowers.com is.

    As a business owner, it is absolutely inconceivable to me how they could possibly still be operating as a business while treating hundreds and hundreds of customers with such dishonesty and disrespect. This place is an absolute nightmare. I have never been more upset, frustrated, or disappointed when making a purchase in my entire life. Thank you justflowers.com for ruining our Valentine’s Day. You should be ashamed of yourself for treating customers like this. The good news is that you won’t be in business much longer wind treating customer after customer with such dishonesty and disrespect. Enjoy it while it lasts.     Ordered an arrangement with lilies, Roses and carnations and a balloon. It cost me a little more than $120. When my wife received the flowers there was no balloon and no lilies. The driver was late. I called JustFlowers. I was placed on hold for several minutes before being told that they would call me the next day once they had spoken with the local florist. I didn't receive a call the next day. I sent 5 emails with ok only a response that the cost of the balloon would be refunded. On Wednesday February 19th, 2020, I finally received my return call. I was told that I would not be receiving a refund and that during the holidays the florist is allowed to substitute flowers. The arrangement my wife received is ugly and nowhere near $120 arrangement.

    I placed an order for flowers for my wife and the website said the order would be delivered on the 14th. After all the other flower shops in town were closed, I received an email from JustFlowers stating they couldn’t deliver on the dated stated online. That evening, I tried calling the company and was directed to voicemail where I left a message stating I wanted the order canceled. The following day, a florist attempted to deliver my wife a bouquet that looked nothing like what was online! There were very few roses and the ones it did have were dying! My wife rejected the ugly flowers and the florist tried to tell my wife I forgot and placed the order late, which did not happen. I called the company later in the week to inquire about my refund, and they told me they wouldn’t refund my money!

    The person on the phone was very rude and had no intention of giving me a refund. They did not care that we were not satisfied customer while ruining our Valentine's Day. I spent over $160 with this company with the belief they would deliver a quality product at the time they said they would deliver. I learned my lesson! I will never do business with this company again and I will make sure I tell everybody I can about the awful experience we received.

    If I could give a negative 5 I would. I ordered flowers for my wife on Feb 13 at noon. Their site said delivery was to be on 14th. I put on the delivery notes that my wife works from home and the doorbell is not working so knock loudly. I received a e-mail at 6.35pm on the 14th that they could not deliver till the next day. So I went out and found something. I tried several time to get a hold of customer service only to get hung up on after a 30 min hold. I finally got thru after a number of calls. And asked for a supervisor. I received a call on the 19th and was told that my flowers were delivered at 4.35 on the 15th.

    Well I was home at that time and they were not delivered. She told me that she would have them redelivered. I told her that was not going to work I just wanted a refund. I asked what was the local company that they used. I was not given that info. As a business owner, customer service is your business. It seems to me that they believe their vendors more than their customers. Why would I go thru this hassle just for free flowers. I will tell everyone that will listen DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!     I ordered flowers from Justflowers.com for my wife for Valentine's day after doing a Google search for same day flower delivery. No, I hadn't forgotten to get flowers for my wife but unfortunately, a different flower company that I ordered from 3 days earlier waited until 3pm on Valentine's day to tell me that my order couldn't be fulfilled because the florist that my order was outsourced to ran out of product. Yes, I realized it was Valentine's day, but JustFlowers website was STILL advertising certain arrangements that could still be delivered same day if I ordered within the next 30 minutes. So I placed an order around 4pm.

    One hour later, I received an email stating that my order would be delivered next day instead of same day. The bottom line is I wouldn’t have ordered from this company if it weren’t for the deceitful messaging that same day delivery was still possible. Like others have said, it’s impossible to get to customer service because all you can do is either leave an email or a voicemail after waiting on hold for about five minutes and just going through an endless loop. Will never order from them again and I’ve learned my lesson that it’s best to just order from a local florist in your area if it’s possible. You’ll avoid any and all hassles that way.

    Despite the guarantees listed in its advertisements, JustFlowers.com did not deliver. In searching for Valentine Day flowers for a loved one, I stumbled on an advertisement stating "Guaranteed delivery", despite same day. In that vein, I placed an order, and waited with anticipation for the delivery of the flowers to the loved one. I attempted to find the status through their website, however, they do not have an automated order status system, instead, you have to email them, and hope to receive a response. Further, when calling their customer service number, there is a continuous loop. No one ever picks up. After waiting for an inordinate amount of time, the system prompts you for an order number, then transfers you to voicemail.

    My flowers were never delivered, nor did justflowers inform me that they were having trouble locating a local florist ahead of time. This is regrettable. Taking a proactive approach in notifications to customers would allow them to make alternative arrangements. I feel that they are unreliable, and I will never submit an order again. I would not recommend placing an order with them either in light of my experience and clearly by all of the other complaints stated on this site.

    I ordered a sympathy plant for my neighbors who lost their mother. I was ill and not able to attend the services so I thought I would send them this plant to show I was thinking of them during their time of sorrow. I ordered on February 14th and received a confirmation that the plant would be delivered the same day by 9:00PM. I emailed the company on February 17th and have yet to receive a response. I have called 3 times and have waited more than 45 minutes each time for someone to come to the phone.

    The cost of the plant was $86.47. I would have bought it and taken it to my neighbors myself, but again I was ill and could not get out. Due to the many reviews that I have seen in the last few days with the same issues....I would say that this company should indeed be reported to the BBB and I want a refund immediately. No excuses and I don't want a discount. I just want my money. At this point there is nothing that can rectify the situation other than the return on my money and I will be filing a formal complaint myself with the BBB.

    My Husband ordered flowers for me to be delivered Valentine's Day. Flowers were NEVER delivered. Several calls and messages were left but we never received a response.     In looking to send flowers to me at my job on Valentine's Day, my sweetheart, found Just Flowers. He asked the customer service representative to make sure the flowers were delivered before 2 pm on 02/14/2020 because that's the time I got off work. He gave them his telephone number and my number to call if there was a problem. Well Valentine's day came and no flowers ever came and no phone call. I even went back to my job on the 14th before 5 pm to make sure if it had been delivered.

    The order tracking on the website did not work for him to get any information and there was no feedback. He called Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with several attempts and he was left on hold. Trying to call and access through the website was totally useless and frustrating. He has not received no call back from any florist, no call back from Justflowers. The delivery still has not gotten there and it is now Monday, 02/17/2020. He would like a total refund as he went and purchased more flowers for me on Valentine's Day so I would have them on this special day. He was charged $135 for a dozen of pink and red roses with a teddy bear that never arrived. Please cancel the order and issue a full credited refund of his my money. AWFUL EXPERIENCE & SERVICE!

    Spent over 150 dollars on Valentine’s Day flowers for them not to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. My husband is overseas right now in the military so he couldn’t handle it and ask me to get them refunded or taken back. They wouldn’t work with me until I said I had POA and then still wouldn’t refund me “because they sent out an email saying that they might not arrive” on the day they were guaranteed to be delivered.     One star is not low enough, and I see from all the other negative reviews I am not alone. I only wish I had seen this site before ordering from this company. I ordered a gift arrangement for Valentine's Day and a balloon sent to my own home, over $100. Never arrived and quite spoiled my day, causing me to run out to the grocery store for a quick down and dirty arrangement and a balloon to bring to the host of a party that evening. Next day instead of the flowers and balloon, credit and apology. I receive an email confirming my flowers have been delivered, they have not.

    I tried to reach customer service being put on hold for 20 minutes at a time and disconnected several times. Finally I reach a live person, explain the situation, she says she must call the local florist, I tell her it is closed at that hour, she doesn't understand me and disconnects. I call back, this time the person cannot hear me, I am shouting and losing my voice. She keeps referring to "my concern". I keep saying no, it is my complaint. I ask for a manager, no better. She says she has to verify with the local florist to confirm that it wasn't delivered, implying I am lying. I am the customer, the local florist is their agent. She should have immediately apologized & given me a full refund.

    This is still going on and I will not drop it. Even if I receive my full refund, the angst and inconvenience this has caused and the poor way in which it has been dealt with by JF customer service representatives has put me on the road to warn everyone I can reach through social media and review sites, not to use this service. At the peak time in the year for flower deliveries one would think that they are staffed up enough to meet the demand and provide at least the bare minimum of customer service, but they are not. Please avoid using them and save yourself disappointment. I will not update or change this review even if I receive my refund. Whatever they may provide will be too little too late. Beware!

    My fiance placed an order on February 14th at 0951, hours before the stated cut off time for same day delivery on Valentine's Day. Per several of the company's disclaimers, the floral arrangement was “guaranteed" to arrive on Valentine’s Day. Also noted in their disclaimers, it clearly says that delivery hours are extended on such holidays, specifically until 9pm for Valentine's Day. Not only was the arrangement not received on Valentine’s Day, but my fiance received an email at 8pm 2/14 stating that the arrangement would not be delivered on such day, which obviously is before supposed end of day of 9pm. Not only did we not receive the arrangement, but we cancelled our dinner arrangements in an effort to be at the house in the event that the arrangement was delivered because your disclaimer again said GUARANTEED delivery.

    The reason I wanted to be home for the delivery and cancelled our reservations was because it was so frigid outside that I feared that the arrangement would die if left outside for an extended period of time. Now today, Saturday February 15, the arrangement was delivered. I was not home at the time of delivery as I was visiting my widowed grandmother whom lives 5 minutes away from my house. In anticipation of the arrangement being delivered, I left a note on the front door, clearly stating to call the number listed on the order sheet when the arrangement arrived, so I could drive home to put the arrangement inside. Well, the arrangement was left outside in 15 degree weather and no one called me to let me know as I clearly asked. Now I have a $180 arrangement that is DEAD on my kitchen table.

    Not only was it not delivered on the day it was guaranteed, but it was left out in the frigid temperatures, left literally for DEAD. I’m sure you can imagine how frustrated we are. I’m sure if my fiancé knew that the arrangement was not going to arrive on the scheduled date and arrive ALIVE, he would have spent his $180 elsewhere.

    In an attempt to rectify the situation, Just Flowers tried to have a replacement bouquet delivered. When we denied that, they offered a $15 refund. When we told them we weren't accepting that either, they told us to contact the floral company that delivered it to us for our money back. When we did that, the floral company said that they don't receive payment for these transactions for several months, and to contact just flowers for our money back. When we contacted just flowers an additional time, they said they would refund us some of our money but not all of it because supposedly they made an attempt to call my cell phone when the arrangement arrived which they NEVER DID.

    This company is nothing but a rip off. They take your money and can not live up to their own standards and disclaimers. We will never be ordering anything from here ever again, and we will be sure to let everyone we know how terrible of an experience we have had. Not only are they liars for guaranteeing deliveries that they obviously can't complete, but their customer service manager is rude and would rather have an unsatisfied customer than a pleased customer. Do yourself the favor and order flowers from another company, no matter how desperate you are for flowers because it will be nothing but an absolute headache in the end.

We got an email late on 14th saying sorry, but can't make the delivery on the 14th. Promised delivery on the 15th (today). No show and no email. Like I said, horrific. I called 5 times, each call on hold for 12 minutes prior to getting a voicemail box. I never got to a human (and aren't you actually a call center? Seems like a call center answers calls....) Sent cancellation of the order, no response. At this point we just want a refund.

    0 stars. I wish I could leave 0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I ordered same-day delivery and received an email 3 hours later that the order could not be processed would be delayed until the next business day. I ordered on Friday, meaning the next business day would be on Monday (too late for what I wanted the flowers for).

    Upon receiving that email, I decided to cancel the order since it would not be delivered same-day as promised. I called their customer service line over and over trying to connect with a human person. No matter how many times I called or which options I selected, I was always forwarded to a voicemail system. I left messages and sent email. The only time I was able to reach someone was when I decided to call their ordering phone line.

    When I selected that option, I was transferred to a human person within seconds. I explained my situation and asked if they could help connect me directly to customer service or if I could speak to a Supervisor and/or Manager. The rep on the line was extremely rude. She said she could not connect me with customer service, that I needed to call them directly. I explained that I had already called them directly MULTIPLE times with no avail and asked if I could speak to a Supervisor and/or Manager. She said no, that all supervisors and managers were assisting other customers at the moment. I told her I would be happy to hold until they were finished so I could speak to them. She said that would not be possible because she had to keep her line open for orders and would be disconnecting our call. I asked her to please reconsider and she hung up on me.

    I called a few more times and tried to see if another rep might be able to help but no. Every single time I called, I was told the same thing and the call was promptly disconnected. They really need to reevaluate their customer service model because hanging up on a paying customer asking for help with their order is NOT good customer service.

    In all actuality, they need to reevaluate their entire business model as a whole because as indicated by the 500+ negative reviews Better Business Bureau, and their negative reviews on Google and Yelp, they are not a good company to do business with. They're thieves and liars. They make it easy to reach their ordering service line but incredibly difficult to reach their customer service line. The only way to cancel an order is to call their customer service line but no one ever answers or returns your call. And if and when someone finally contacts you, it is "too late to issue a refund." It wouldn't be too late if you answered my FIRST call. When you call their customer service line, the pre-recorded message claims "quicker service" via email. NOPE. I emailed multiple times over the span of 24 hours and never received a response. I even checked my spam folder continuously to make sure I wasn't missing anything.

    If you find yourself in the same situation as me, I suggest going through their process just to show that you've tried to resolve the issue with the merchant first. Call and leave messages on their voicemail system and send emails documenting your request and outlining all the attempts you have made to call and reach a rep. Once you have done so, contact your bank immediately. This is what I did and they helped issue a refund for me.

    Long story short: DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. But if you already have and you find yourself unable to reach anyone, document all your attempts to contact the merchant and call your bank. JustFlowers will do whatever they can to keep you from cancelling your order and issuing you a refund, even when they're in the wrong. Don't let them. Contact your bank.

    In looking to send my wife flowers to her job on Valentine's eve I researched different sites and if Valentine's Day delivery was possible before ordering. JustFlowers was offering select bouquets and products available for Valentine's day delivery even saying same day delivery. I ordered mine the evening before. Valentine's day comes and I very early made attempts to confirm that my order was indeed going to deliver and being that it was at her job getting there in a timely fashion (before she leaves 5pm]. The order tracking on the website does NOT work so that is totally useless.

    I finally get through to a "employee" and she said for sure would be delivered just didn't know what time could be as late as 9pm. I suggested getting in touch with the local florist handling this order and if it couldn't make it there at a reasonable time I would've even been willing to pick it up. That was not an option. The employee said it would be delivered today and the florist would contact me before making the delivery.

    I received no call back from the florist, no call back from justflowers. The delivery still has not gotten there and it is now Saturday. I've called numerous times leaving messages and emails but have not gotten a response. Being that I spent $120 for a nice Valentine's gift that never arrived I want the order canceled and to be refunded my money. Which I have expressed via emails and messages left on phone. PLEASE HELP! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I spent 241 dollars flowers that did not get delivered. My order number is **. Speaking with customer service and supposedly a manager they stated they attempted delivery but no one was there. They have 1 problem - it’s a place a business where they guaranteed delivery by 5pm. Not only was the recipient there so were several, several co-workers who witnessed there was no delivery. I was told there are no refunds and they will deliver Monday.

    I’m sorry I ordered Valentine Day flowers and paid a high mark up to get them. I asked the customer service rep to speak to a manager. he said I would have to wait hours on the phone to speak to one due to the numerous calls. The Supervisor said absolutely no refunds. The only option I had was to wait for the new delivery on a Monday. Do not use them for flower delivery. I’m going to dispute this with my credit card company. Will also report this to BBB.     I've tried this website twice, and had an awful experience both times. They will take your money on a holiday knowing very well they can't deliver on it, then send an email the day of or the day after saying sorry they can't deliver on their promise. Not only that, but the flowers (once they arrive) are NOT attractive and you can find better flowers on the side of the road for a fraction of the price. I saw on their website that they had good ratings and that they would deliver it to her on the same day guaranteed. I paid OVER $120 for a bouquet, and they never even emailed me about confirmation. Around 8:00 pm EST, I received a call from an unknown number saying that they weren't able to deliver the flowers. I called their phone service over 5 TIMES and emailed them twice about the issue and I haven't been able to get in contact with a real person since last night. This company is ripping people off, using false information to "sell" their products, and has overall horrible customer service and a horrible company. I don't want anything to do with this company anymore. I want my order CANCELED and a FULL REFUND, otherwise I will have no option but to call my lawyer and take legal action.

    They advertise on Google the guarantee deliver for Valentine's day. What a big scam. They stole over 130 dollars from me and keep using unscrupulous tactics to avoid refunding your money even though you never received their flowers. The overwhelming reviews don't lie. These people need to be reported to someone. It's an online clip joint with beautiful pictures of flowers that you will never see. Spend a few dollars more and go with a reputable online forest with a history of decent business practices. I have never felt so frustrated, violated and disappointed in my whole life. This web site is nothing more than a computer generated money eating machine with an absentee landlord.

    Ordered a floral arrangement for my mother’s funeral. What I ordered and what I received was not at all close! The arrangement was cheap and poorly done and quite embarrassing to say the least. When I contacted them I sent pictures to show the poor quality and had to deal with at least 7 different people before a manager was involved. I requested half of my money back and requested the florist info that did my arrangement. They refused to give me the info or my refund and found numerous ridiculous reasons to justify the horrible arrangement. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of San Jose Ca.     I have multiple email accounts with JustFlowers as there are a combination of personal and professional emails that have been used with them. My small business stopped working with them professionally in roughly 2014. All told I have had well over 600 emails in total from them over the last several years and have utilized phone calls, email unsubscribes and web unsubscribe systems. They don't work.

    What's worse, if you complain to a person, if you get through without being hung up on, you'll see a spike in unrelated email spam. If I were a suspicious person I would say it's almost like they fire off your email to a subscribe to spam list. But it's probably just coincidence... each time. Regardless, the most recent phone call came with a confirmation like others have received here that their unsubscribe page on their website "isn't working". Long and short, if you're on the list... abandon hope all ye who enter.

    Updated on 02/14/2020: Was so happy to get quick response from Just Flowers that they had removed my email address from their mailing list - “unsubscribed” me!...and then I was checking my emails aaand, you guessed it, another one came from them after they had “removed” me. I truly do not understand how a company can operate this way!

    Original review: I recently ordered flowers for a friend's birthday with a guaranteed date of delivery. The flowers were delivered 2 days late! Very dissatisfied with how it was handled. Called repeatedly and was given lame excuses. Was so frustrating since was for a specific date that I needed them. And I have tried at least 20 times to "unsubscribe" from their advertising emails, but continue to receive them on daily basis in spite of the fact that I have received multiple verifications from them when "unsubscribing" that my name has been removed from their email list. Just want to be done with them -- and could never recommend them.

    I ordered the biggest bouquet of flowers with I believe star gazer lilies for a funeral. The flowers were very small bouquet with only 2 of the lilies. I complained and they added a couple lilies. Looked nothing like their ad. I would never ever order from them again and would give them 0 stars. Once you order you can't get them to unsubscribe you. I have filed 5-6 complaints about it but I still get their emails. When I called to complain about the continued emails they put me on hold for 10 minutes and hung up on me. Another thing is good luck. Getting a person you can understand.

    They didn't deliver anything on the day promised, then sent a substitution notification a day after the promised delivery date. I tried using the email support channel per their notification, but never got a response. Eventually I was able to cancel the order through direct online support, days after promised delivery which never happened.

    Now, years later they are still spamming me via email sometimes multiple times per day. Their unsubscribe link doesn't have any effect, contacting support doesn't have any effect. I have even reported them to the FTC which didn't have any effect. Not only do they fail to deliver products as promised, their support channels are near worthless and they fail to honor federal regulations. All around terrible, all I want is for them to quit bothering me.

They called me twice that day and the last time was to apologize and say it would be the next day. The next day I get a call apologizing that it's going to be 2 more days. Told them to cancel order. Waited over an hour for call from manager to get my money back but of course never got that call. I had to call them back. They just promise you what you want to hear then do what they want.     Just Flowers attempted to deliver flowers for my wife, via an undisclosed local 'florist', that was not the size nor the arrangement I ordered. I ordered the premium arrangement of "Blue Horizon" and what was sent was a tiny arrangement of something else. Even the delivery man laughed when I told him "that's not what I spent a $100 on." He knew it was a rip-off. I of course refused delivery. Just Flowers Customer service said it was "close enough" to what I ordered and wouldn't refund my payment. Now I've got to get the bank involved. STAY AWAY FROM JUST FLOWERS!!!

    This was by far some of the worst customer experience I've ever experienced. I sent them photos of the product online compared to the one I received. The vase was the size of a beer mug and not even close to the one online and the bouquet was clearly missing flowers because a color was completely missing. Refused to refund because they told me they called the florist and the florist said it was close. Hung up on me because they were arguing with me saying that they are florists also and that the product I received was on target with amount I paid. To completely embarrass me on my anniversary and not even consider refunding me for my purchase was pathetic and some of the most unprofessional customer service I've ever experienced. Will never use again and I would never recommend this company to anyone. The manager was a know it all also and hung up on me.

    If you are looking at ordering from this company, please think twice. We ordered flowers for a funeral and spoke to a representative to ensure we got the flowers we wanted. Flowers arrived and were completely different and did not look like an $86 arrangement. In this time of mourning they are giving us the runaround about trying to get in touch with the shop (we already sent them photos) and about how they can make substitutions. We have disputed it with our credit card. After reading all their BBB and Consumer Affairs complaints that seems to be the best course of action. What a scam company with poor customer service.

    Buyer Beware: Don’t order from Justflowers.com. Thanks. Ordered for delivery on 12/20 for my Mom-in-law’s birthday. Never got a delivery confirmation and flowers were not delivered. First time I called, CS agent I could barely understand her. She agreed that there was no confirmation. She told me she would issue refund. I never got refund. I had to call back and send an email asking where my refund is. They are telling me they have to investigate. Now they are changing story and saying it was delivered. Person wasn’t home and it was left at door. I said that’s a lie as they would have had to leave at front desk at the gated apt complex. Now they are harassing my Mom-in-law with phone calls asking her about delivery.

    Being that I’m in Customer Service, you won’t find anyone more patient than me on the phone but yesterday when they called to tell me “no round”, she talked so fast and nonstop and almost completely not understandable. I couldn’t get a word in, like I was talking to a robot. I finally had to shout “STOP TALKING”. I’m waiting to speak to a supervisor now. Should have been a simple Refund.

    Simply put, this company fails to deliver. Flower delivered 2 weeks late, and the quality in no way matches how they present it on their website. They put up good-looking photos on their website but just subcontract the customer's order to a local flower shop, whom they have zero control over. The local flower shop does not deliver what you expect, by the time you expect. It's like buying a $20 flower via an online reseller for $100. JUST DON'T DO IT.

    Total failure. I set up a delivery to my friend for her 90th birthday with more than 24 hours notice. At 4:00pm on the day of delivery they call: can't find the address. I give the right address and they say will deliver today. THREE HOURS LATER, I get a message that there's a problem and I need to authorize an additional $40, please call. When I call back, they say they can't deliver the flowers today and want to deliver tomorrow with a $15 credit. The flowers were to be delivered on the actual birthday since my friend's husband died and her 90th birthday party wasn't until the weekend. Delivery the next day defeats the whole purpose. Total fail. I'll take a gift to the party. Talk about letting somebody down. I'll never use them again.

    Updated on 01/03/2020: Needed to update since they’re trying to make me look like a fool. I have it in my call log. I called them at 11:32 am, 4:24 pm, 7:45 pm, and 9:34 pm. They advertise that their hours are 24/7, so to respond “you called after hours” is crap! Yes, I understand a florist has hours, but a responsible florist wouldn’t go home until all of the orders (especially the ones that were guaranteed to arrive the same day) were completed. So, if JustFlowers is going to try to shift the blame over to the florist, I’d recommend not working with florists like that or just not accepting orders that can’t be fulfilled.

    Like I mentioned in the private message, what’s your excuse for not knowing what’s going on at 11:32 am and 4:24 pm? I checked all of the florist’s hours in Aspen, they all closed at 5-6 pm. And to not give someone’s money back until you just talked to the florist is stupid and just wasting time! What I know is that the flowers did not get there when I needed them to, they won’t get them at all due to leaving town which means you did not fulfill the service, but you still charged my card. This is the equivalent of a FRAUD!

    Original review: YOU GUYS ARE FRAUDS!!! I’ve called 4 times! I was on the phone for 10 MINUTES waiting to even speak to someone and eventually had to leave a voicemail that never got returned! Today is my mother’s birthday and I’m 1200 miles away! Now, she’s not getting anything from me because of your disgusting customer service! An agent told me my $4.99 would be refunded that I paid for express delivery. Ha, yeah. Right.

    Just spoke to another agent who said “we’ll have to call the florist tomorrow.” I said “what if you can’t get ahold of them?” Their response: “we’ll call them the next day.” I told them my parents we're leaving town 2 days afterwards so I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back. She said “we don’t cancel orders until we hear from the florist, but they’re definitely closed now.” They do not release the name of the shops they deal with, they don’t refund money, they don’t return voicemails or emails, I spoke to 3 different agents, each one of them spoke broken English. I told them I was making a dispute with my card company; their response; “okay, I’ll take note of that” and then they tell me they have no supervisors after 6 pm even though they’re open 24/7. She also said “The florist opens at 8-9 tomorrow morning” so I said “well which one is it, 8 or 9?” She snapped back “9!” So freaking disgusting!

    Update: I just received a call back from customer services as I had documented here I was unhappy. Basically, the vase was smaller than on the site, so less flowers, they told me it was Christmas Eve so the wholesalers charge more for flowers and so that is why I got less flowers. I also got told, over a 40 minute conversation call back from them, in her 20 years as a florist, no one gives out flower food, "it is just not the industry standard anymore". I was told that the fact that the greeting stick was empty, the lazy florist could not even bother to tear it off and put it on. Well is it really a big deal. I was told that in the on line picture the flowers have a disclaimer, that it might be different, that is less flowers on bust times.

    The fact that my flowers came in a garbage bag left in the snow, with my phone number on, and no one called, again, in her 20 year experience no one ever calls anymore. It was Christmas Eve after all. Well why accept the order if you are going to fill it with less flowers, sub standard flowers, an unfinished arrangement, all falling out of a vase, and then offer my sister in London England a refund of $5? OMG this is such a terrible service. She tried to tell me that they only have 3% complaints. Other companies have more, so theirs is pretty good! No I am sorry, excuses and they actually wore me down, and I ended up in tears!!! Please go elsewhere. You will get bad flowers from cheap low end florists, and then they will not care.

    Original Review: My sister sent flowers from London to us in Ohio. They were poor quality and they substituted a smaller vase and cut flowers in half. They told me I was lucky to get 3 roses, and that it was ok to substitute vases and cheaper flowers at the local florist. Do not bother, go with someone who has been around for a long time and who will not give you excuses when you call.

    I placed two identical orders for “All Is Beautiful” centerpieces item number 4989 on 12/6/19 to be delivered on 12/23/19. One delivery to a NY address was made on 12/23/19 but it was the wrong flower arrangement. The arrangement delivered was not even close to the arrangement that was ordered. The second delivery to a FL address was never made on 12/23/19. The business was contacted by phone on 12/26/19 and spoke to a customer service representative. I received assurances that the correct arrangement would be delivered on 12/27/19 to the NY address and that a delivery would also be made to the FL address. Both of these statements were lies.

    I called customer service again on 12/30/19 to inform a different representative that neither arrangement was delivered. Once again I received assurances that they would look into the situation and resolve the issues. My 35 years experience as a senior sales and marketing executive kicked in and realized that the responses provided were scripted to deceive customers with product or service issues. I began to lose my patience at this point and requested a refund on both orders since it became clear I was getting the run around.

    I was informed that they would only cancel the order that was not delivered but had to verify with the FL florist first. The incorrect order to NY could not be refunded and offered a small discount for the error. I decided to escalate the issues and requested to speak to a customer service manager. After holding more than 10 minutes, the CSR informed me that all managers were busy addressing issues on other calls and they will call me back.

    While waiting for the manager to call back, I decided to investigate the company. What I found was a long history of egregious business behavior. Honestly, I have never seen this many bad reviews for any business. After waiting more than 4 hours, I decided to take action and post my experience with the BBB, Consumer Affairs and other business websites. I will also post this review on all social media websites in an effort to protect future customers from making the same mistake. In addition, I also called Visa to dispute the charges and use their leverage to obtain a refund. They are actually very concerned about Visa merchants that abuse customer rights under the law. I suggest anyone having the same issues with JustFlowers.com to do the same.

    Ordered flowers on 12/20/19 for 12/24/ delivery. After no delivery by 12/28 and several emails and calls to customer service I canceled the order. Customer service agent offered $5 then $10 discount to keep the order as noted in other reports. Agent also said they were having trouble locating a florist in the delivery area. A quick search for 04043 shows two shops within a mile of recipient. This plus no promise of future delivery has left me with no confidence with this outfit. Agent said refund will happen within four business days. We'll see if they can manage that.

    I ordered a Traditional Snowman Tower Gift Box to be delivered on December 24, 2019. The product delivered was a large COOKIE that had HAPPY EASTER written in frosting. I called JustFlowers.com on December 24 and received a voicemail message that due to high calls I would be transferred to Voicemail. When I was transferred to Voicemail a recorded message said the Voicemail box was full and. It accepting any more messages.

    On December 26 I called again and spoke to 4 different people and to each I asked for a refund. Each person transferred me to another person. I spent over 1 hour on the phone and was disconnected 5 times during my conversations. Later this same day I received a call back from Theresa at justflowers.com who told me their policy is to not give refunds. I told her that was unacceptable because they sent a 9 month old cookie to my 92 year old Mother. Not knowing if this cookie was rancid, or safe to eat, I instructed my mother to not eat the cookie.

    The policy of justflowers.com is to offer a substitute product. I told Theresa I do NOT trust justflowers.com to send a good product that is safe to eat and therefore I demanded a refund. Theresa explained that I should have more carefully read their guarantee and I would realize I would not get a refund. I informed her that they endangered my Mother’s health and I would not accept anything other that a full refund in the amount of $77.97. Theresa informed me I would not be issued a refund. 15 minutes after that phone conversation ended, Theresa called me again to let me know their vendor had freshly made that Happy Easter cookie so therefore it was safe to eat. I hung up on her. Justflowers.com is unscrupulous, unethical, and a dangerous company to do business with. Please advise future customers to NOT purchase consumable products from justflowers.com.

    Ordered a Christmas centerpiece to be delivered Christmas Eve, having paid extra for Express delivery and handling charge. Received a confirmation email stating the order would be delivered within four hours. Received a second email within 30 minutes of ordering stating that my order was being prepared and would go out for delivery soon. Next email came five hours later stating that the order would not be delivered that day and would instead be delivered the next available day.

    Called at 4pm on 12/26 to inquire about the status of my order. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes I was told they are very sorry but the order wouldn't be delivered until tomorrow (12/27). At this point I told them to cancel the order, to which they asked me if I wanted to hold the order, perhaps for Valentine's Day? Really, a Christmas centerpiece for Valentine's Day??? After 15 minutes more on hold, they cancelled the order. No confirmation email yet, so I hope my refund goes through without any further issues. Good luck if you use this company, I will not ever again.

    Ordered floral table centerpiece almost a week in advance. Needed to change the card, so called the florist direct using number all over the internet. Got a locksmith - and a cranky one to boot. Florist called recipient the day of delivery and said it would be the next day before they could be delivered.     I had ordered funeral flowers for my cousin's memorial service 5 days before the funeral from Justflowers.com. I was told the flowers would be delivered to the church 2 hours before the service started. I was contacted ONE HOUR before service time & told that I'd have to pay an additional $25.00 for the flowers to be delivered to the church! The flowers were not even made-up & ready to be delivered by the time they called me for more money. DO NOT trust Justflowers.com! We ended-up having to cancel the order with no flowers being present for the memorial service from the (out of town) family! They are the absolute WORST florist service for out of town orders!! I contacted the company and they said they wouldn’t be able to in with the delivery service until the next day. They kept asking if I asked the recipient if they were delivered. They were no and it kind of defeats the purpose of surprise flowers! The next day I had to call the company 3 times before I could speak to a manager. He offered me $7 off on $60 flowers! I cancelled the order and HOPE I get a refund. The site says they have a Better Business Bureau “A” rating but their not even listed on the BBB website. Do not use this company!

    I normally use a different online flower delivery company and I learned that I should have stayed with them. I ordered flowers for my Mom's 80th birthday and chose the date, a Friday. Called the next day on Saturday and she had not received them. Called JustFlowers and they nonchalantly stated the flowers would deliver on Monday. I said no way. JustFlowers offered a $10 credit and said they would deliver on Sunday. OK. So my Mom then calls me and tells me, "It is the thought that counts," but I should just save my money and not use these guys again.

    She stated the blooms basically all fell off in one day and the chocolates that accompanied the flowers were old, stale, and just uneatable... I learned my lesson the hard way! I will NOT be using JustFlowers again. If I could I would give them no stars! Thanks for nothing JustFlowers. I will use ProFlowers going forward. I have had real good luck with them!!!

    I ordered flowers and they were not delivered on the day requested. The next day I received an email apologizing they did not deliver to the area requested. I replied asking for the order to be cancelled. This emailing process went back and forth with them asking if they could send the flowers to someone else or maybe use the credit at a later date. I asked again for my order to be cancelled and for the credit to be sent to my credit card. They sent another email requesting I call the customer service which I did and AGAIN was given the run around. I was then told they would transfer me to a manager. I was on hold for 10 minutes and when the "manager" got on the line she again gave me the run around trying to get me to change the order to someone else or a later date. I declined. She then said she would cancel it but that my card wouldn't be credited for a up to 5 days. Argh! Don't use this company for flowers!

    I placed an order with Just Flowers on December 5, 2019, Order #**. I was online deciding what flowers I wanted to send my mother-in-law for her birthday when I got a call from Just Flowers wanting to know if I was having a problem placing the order. I explained to the representative that I had not made a decision on what arrangement I wanted to order. I then asked why he would be calling me if I was online choosing an arrangement. This is scary, they can monitor how long you are on their website and call you to find out why it is taking so long. I had not put in my name or phone number but yet they had access to that information. Then the rep said he would call back later to give me a $10 off if I ordered online.

    After placing my order, he informed me that he would waive the fee charged for his taking the order over the phone, the fee $6.97. The flowers were to be delivered today, 12/11/19, my mother-in-laws BIRTHDAY. I just got a phone call telling me they could not deliver the flowers today, coming from a representative that couldn't even speak clear English. I asked why, and was told they didn't have a delivery person to deliver the flowers today, on her birthday; however, they could deliver them tomorrow. Please do not use this company for flowers. They are not reputable or honest. They are more expensive than other flower companies.

    I ordered a Christmas arrangement from a florist website and it went to Just Flowers. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday last week. I got an email on Saturday AM stating that it could not be delivered as planned. I sent an email back wanting an explanation. I received a call from and lady with a thick foreign accent who I could barely understand. She promised me the item would be delivered to a classmate who had her only son pass away.

    I got an email today, Monday, stating that the item could not be delivered as planned and they offered to cancel the order and put the money towards a new order. NO WAY! I told them I wanted my entire money back on my card. Will see if that happens. She said there was not a florist nearby unless I added $35 to the order. The florist would deliver that today. No way. I ordered from LL Bean and I am sure things will go ok with that. Don't get suckered into this Just Flowers thing.

    I ordered an arrangement on Saturday that was guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm on Monday. It was for a birthday and to be used as a centerpiece for a party that night. It did not arrive. Tuesday it does not arrive but an email asking me to reschedule was in an email. I call, they apologize say they will refund my express delivery charge and guaranteed it would be delivered the next day which was irrelevant at this point. Next day no flowers, another email asking me to reschedule. I call to get a refund...all apologies we are taking $15 off blah blah blah guaranteed to deliver it next day. So fine do it.

    I have zero confidence that they would deliver. I’m just curious at this point to see what would happen. Same thing email to reschedule they’re sorry blah blah blah. I call for a refund after being hung up on twice and wasting hours literally of my time, finally they say they will issue a refund after they transfer me to a manager so I can be on hold then explain one more time why I need a refund. They say they will refund it but would I still consider proceeding with the order if they took off $20 and sent an apology letter. Are you kidding me? No way in hell. Eventually they say they will issue the refund. Two hours later someone calls and apologized again and asked would I be interested I completing the order if they took off $30. It’s an entire week after the birthday it was sent for. Needless to say worst experience with online flowers ever!

    Ordered flowers for my daughter's bday to be delivered same day with a 12 fee for delivery and service. Two hours later I was called and told the local florist wants to charge a 30 dollar more fee for delivery. Seriously almost 45 dollar fee for delivery??? Reading reviews which I wish I did first, seems to me this company is shady and puts blame on the local shops. This was a joke. Now it's gonna take up to four days for refund if I even get one. I told them I never received any flowers. They said, okay thank you and ended the call. So I called my parents to let them know. They arranged with justflowers to have flowers delivered on the 25th. No flowers came that day. They finally came on the 26th. The flowers did not look like the picture and definitely not worth how much was paid. I'm sorry that my parents had to go through so much trouble for this.     I ordered flowers for a friends retirement luncheon to be delivered on 15 November, I was immediately called by the company to verify the order. I was informed that the flowers were not delivered on the 16th because they said "there was no one there when the florist tied to deliver them". Which is strange considering it was to a business address that is manned during routine business hours. The person whose number a gave to receive the flowers said they never were called.

    I was called today and was told the person who they were delivering them to had already retired, but their last day of work is the 22nd. I asked for a refund based on their guarantee and was told that I was not entitled because the florist had attempted delivery. Obviously they had not. This is either the worst business operation I have ever seen or just a scam website that does not deliver flowers. In any case I will never use Just Flowers again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

    I ordered flowers through them, asked for the total payment amount BEFORE I got off the phone to ensure pricing. I was told by the rep that I would get the information in my email-without giving me a price. Go to check my email and a $60 arrangement jumped to $89. A surprise $18 'delivery charge' even though there was also an additional delivery charge on the receipt. So, I called immediately after I saw this and I've been calling and emailing customer service for about 2 hours now. They keep telling me only 1 person can cancel my order and put me on hold, what type of customer service is that??

    This is the worst customer service and shady business practices I've experienced! I don't even fill these out usually but I am so inconvenienced and annoyed that I had to try to keep people away from this business!!     I live in Australia and my Daughter lives in Marietta USA. She underwent a serious operation in Houston Texas and returned home very unwell and unable to talk due to the operation. Being so far away my wife and I sent her flowers using Just Flowers Marietta. Such florist does not really exist under that trade name. I believe it to be Flower Delivery.com.

    On receipt of the flowers ordered, my Daughter was not furnished with a business card but got our best wishes card attached. The flowers were in a basket which I paid $75 American plus $12 handling fee, plus $5.00 for the Get Well card: total $92.00 American. Converted $139.06 Australian. I had paid for Premium flowers. Within a few hours after delivery I received an email from my Daughter accompanied by 3 photos showing that the flowers were wilting. The flowers were sub-standard and were not Premium flowers as offered on their website.

    I immediately contacted Just Flowers by email and requested that they replace the flowers with premium flowers or refund my money after having agreed to replace the flowers on the 10th November. Their guarantee clearly states that if the customer is not satisfied and the supplier notified within 7 days Just Flowers will replace the order with new flowers. They were informed the next day of delivery due to time changes between US and Australia. They have not replaced the flowers.

    Today I have received a telephone call from a Customer Service Manager of the company who has offered me $20.00 refund as she claims that the photos only showed three flowers wilted. That was correct as the photos were of three different flowers as an example of wilting. This company is run either by a foreign speaking group and they do not uphold the Guarantee shown on the web-page of Just Flowers. The fact that they did not send a business card with the delivery of flowers and did not confirm delivery to me as the overseas purchaser; suggests to me that they are not running a professional business. Hence the poor service which does not reflect the Guarantee offered on the website. We are very disappointed that the quality of flowers does not come up to the standard portrayed in the advertised website.

    I ordered a plant for my best friend on Wednesday the 6th to be delivered on Friday the 8th at her work that closes at 5pm.. I paid extra to have it delivered by 1pm. I received a call on Friday the 8th at 6:pm stating they did not have the plant I ordered, even though the website stated it was in stock. They apologized and stated it would be delivered on Monday. They gave me verbally their maximum credit of $10.00 that was never credited to my account.

    The plant was not delivered Monday. I got another call at 6:30pm that they wanted the ok to deliver the plant the next day. The next morning I got a call that they did not have the plant I ordered and they wanted to send another less expensive ugly plant that I refused. I told them I didn't want it. They said they would call back with an alternative. They did not! I called a local florist 1.5hrs later and they had a cheaper nicer plant delivered in less than 2 hours.     Purchased a $90 plus beautiful arrangement for my father who had knee replacement surgery. Thought it would cheer him up so sent him based on the picture advertised what should have been a wonderful gift. About 1/3 of the flowers shown where included in the wrong basket sent in addition to the lack of the other flowers also shown. What a joke, ordered a $90 plus dollar arrangement and received a $20 arrangement. Could have done better buying from my local grocery store, at least I would have gotten my monies worth buying from the grocery store.     Save yourself the headache and stress by ordering directly from a local florist. I paid $132 for a bouquet of flowers, small box of candy and b-day balloon to be delivered by 1pm which was an additional cost as well. Flowers did not get delivered at all. I was waiting for my wife to call/text about her surprise and never heard from her. I waited until she was home from work to ask her if she received any flowers which she did not. She was extremely sad all day thinking I forgot her birthday.

    I called Just Flowers to ask what happened and was told the florist was closed and they could not deny or verify the flower delivery until tomorrow. I have called three times today asking for a refund and each time I am pushed away and treated like I am lying. I asked for a supervisor and conveniently none were available. I learned my lesson. Internet order is easier but proved to be a bad experience. From now on I will call my local florist when I need a delivery and cut out the middle man so there is no room for error. Worst experience ever! This is the first review I've made in my life....that is how horrible the experience has been.

    I had the same awful experience as other reviewers. Ordered for my uncle’s funeral service. Flowers never arrived. They never called or emailed anything and each time I called checking on status, they either didn’t know or told me different stories such as the funeral home would not accept (I spoke to funeral home and no such thing happened), so they said they tried to deliver to cemetery, and they would not accept. I never even gave the cemetery name/address, and delivering them there would have been inappropriate in these circumstances.

    They offered to deliver them to a home. Ridiculous— they were for a funeral service. I declined and asked for a refund of my $96. They offered me $10. I have already filed a credit card dispute b/c what I purchased was not provided. After seeing all of these reviews, I’ll file elsewhere too as this could be a fraudulent company. The manager had limited communication abilities in English. Seemed odd. They didn’t even care or think that missing a funeral delivery was important.

They seem to think that refunding the expedited delivery fee will suffice. I have no doubt I'll have to contest the charges on my card because they seem to think that delivering the flowers on some other day will satisfy the requirement. The bottom line is that they lied, and now they're trying to cheat me out of my money. Don't every use this service!

    I ordered a floral delivery on Sept 21 to go to my sister for a death in the family, supposed to have been same day delivery. It is now October 8, the flowers were never delivered, and just flowers refuses to give me a refund. They refuse to tell me who the local florist was as it's against company policy. I have called them multiple times, I have spent hours on the phone, much of that on hold. They have excuses and lies, saying they tried to deliver on multiple dates, or left flyer on door, or called on the phone.etc. No sign of any flowers. The only thing I can assume is I have been scammed and am out 100.00. Do not do business with them.

    I ordered flowers (**) for a co-worker's birthday. They did arrive the same day (barely) after my checking on the delivery twice. The arrangement was 1/3 the size of the one in the picture. The "card" consisted of a folded piece of paper. It was pitiful. I will NEVER use this company again. Also, the customer service is rude and uncaring.     I attempted to purchase flowers for my mother's birthday. The flowers were my attempt to provide some comfort as it is also a difficult time of year for her for other reasons. The flowers were not delivered on the day specified, and are now three days late. I have been trying to communicate with customer service now for two days, but continue to get placed on hold, and then disconnected. If I stay on the line long enough, I am told that a manager is not available and will call me back, but no call occurs.

    I don't usually use these types of services, and prefer to support small local businesses directly. I am actually not sure how JustFlowers.com is still in business. Their process is to mislead customers about what they are purchasing while hiding behind the statement that the floral arrangement may not be exactly as selected. They then connect with a local shop on your behalf, order a much less expensive arrangement, lower grade flowers, and a cheaper container, and then keep the difference for themselves. Please consider just taking a little extra time to connect with a local flower shop directly, it is easy to do online, and they truly understand the power flowers have in communicating to a loved one that you are thinking of them. I will not use this service again, and would have given zero stars if it was an option. Take care.

    If you are dissatisfied with your order, ask to speak to a manager named Venice. She was the only manager who expressed any empathy to my situation. Spent 4 days sending emails and talking to different managers. All but Venice denied accountability and the various reasons why they had no responsibility. My situation was that the flowers I sent for my father-in-law's wake had a card attached in sloppy handwriting "From your friends at blah, blah, blah ". The card was supposed to say "In loving memory of dad, love Keith and Terri". All the managers other than Venice denied the mistake and would not admit to the error despite 20 plus emails and 10 plus phone calls from me. All I wanted was for them to hold themselves accountable and admit there was a mistake.

    I finally was told I'd get a partial refund but I would only accept it if I was sent a letter that vouched that a mistake on the card had indeed occurred. I would NOT allow them to continue to patronize me with "sorry, apology or inconvenience" as none of those words described my situation. I wanted my reputation restored. It was a 4 day challenge with multiple phone calls and emails but was finally able to get them to accept some responsibility. DO NOT SPEAK TO A MANAGER NAMED RAJA as he will deny everything and be no help to you. I think he must have been on his cell phone or something when I spoke with him as he did not answer my questions appropriately, if at all. A few times I had to ask if he was even still on the phone.

    Ordered flowers for father-in-law's wake. Upgraded spray to premium. With rush delivery and ribbon, it cost $200.94. At wake, there was one display of flowers with ribbon "Beloved Father". The writing on the ribbon was askew. I thought the flowers were ours but they were not the premium display that I paid for. The card attached said "From your friends at blah, blah, blah". It was written in sloppy handwriting. When I ordered, I asked for the card to state "In loving Memory of Dad" with our names on it. There were no flower arrangements that had a card from us. Customer service asked me stupid questions like Did I attend the service? How many flowers were there? Mind you, this was my father-in-law's funeral.

    These people will say or do anything to deny accountability. Imagine our embarrassment that there were no flowers that represented our sympathy. My husband was his father's ONLY biological son. I will never do business with these morons ever again. They had no problem charging $200.94 and NOT deliver on the order or put the wrong card on the cheapest version of flowers when I upgraded to the most expensive arrangement. This place needs to be put out of business. What a blow to a day that was already somber. They reply with "Sorry for the inconvenience". What??!! It's not like you get a do over on an event like this. This business has no sympathy or compassion. If I could give them ZERO stars...I would!!!!

    I ordered a bouquet for my brother's funeral. I am currently in the UK and was unable to make it back to the US for his service. I picked a beautiful bouquet of blues and purples. It was appropriate for my brother. What was delivered was a basket bouquet with pinks and whites and a giant brightly coloured striped bow. It looked like something for a girls birthday party. When my mother sent me a photo, I was HORRIFIED. I had to explain that it was not what I picked for my brother, and to please not take that bouquet to his funeral.

    I contacted JustFlowers.com customer service. They said they had approved the substitute bouquet and the colour change, and that per their policy they had the right to substitute because the florist was unable to fulfill the bouquet I ordered. They said they would offer me a discount. Mind you, this was now the day of my brother's funeral, too late to fix, and already having to skip taking the bouquet that my husband and I ordered to his burial site, it must've looked like we didn't care. I told the customer service agent that a discount would not be acceptable. If they cannot get an order fulfilled, it should've been up to me whether or not to substitute, and I would've NEVER picked pink and white with a giant clown bow for a military veterans funeral at a national cemetery. It would've been insulting to my brother.

    As I stated, I rejected the discount on the order. By this time, I was speaking to a ''manager'' who once again told me they had the right to substitute the order because the florist was unable to fulfill the order. So, I once again told him it was not acceptable. His response? He hung up on me. I will NEVER use this service again, and would advise anyone else to do the same. I would've given ''0'' stars if it would've been an option.

    I received notice that a friend of the family had passed and ordered flowers via this site 9/5 (Thursday). I anticipated delivery on Friday. I received notification it was not delivered Friday night but per an email, that it would be delivered Saturday. Saturday evening the same notice arrived and I called their number. They apologized and assured me it would be delivered Sunday. It is Monday and the same notice arrived. Again I called and was told I could not cancel the order as it was scheduled to be delivered Tuesday, tomorrow.

    I can understand there are rural markets that they may not be able to service, but honesty would have been appreciated. The flowers are due to be delivered 5 days later than expected. I could have made other arrangements or called a local florist personally had they been upfront Friday or over the weekend. Be aware that calling locally might work better than a chain with loose or no connections, especially if rural.

    It was Mother's Day and we wanted to our mother in law a nice bouquet of flowers. I paid a lot to send her a beautiful bouquet of blue irises and yellow tulips. It was called "walking on sunshine". Very pretty and classy. What was delivered was a few orange/red tulips in a vase with no water, a balloon saying Happy Mother's Day and a silver stick thing also saying Happy Mother's Day. Not one aspect of this was what I ordered. The price was $69.99 (normally $59.99 put more because it was Mother's day). After delivery charges and handling fees it came out to $95.42. Because the vase had no water the flowers that were delivered were dead or wilted. When I saw what was delivered I was horrified. My husband filled out their online complaint form and called several times. To no avail.

    We never got a person on the phone. I called several times as well, but again, no person..."Just leave a message and we will call you back." They never did. I finally went to my bank and disputed the charges. My bank reversed the charge and that is when someone from JustFlowers called me. We are now supposed to prove that they never called us back. My phone records are not available to me. Somehow Spectrum is changing over their system and no call logs are available. How am I supposed to prove they never responded. They lied about the online form and lied to my bank and said they offered me a $10 discount. They did not. Since I cannot prove that I called and they never responded I lost my dispute and JustFlowers got paid. I am still fighting. I showed my bank the picture of what I ordered and what was delivered but I guess that is not enough. I will never use them again, I will tell everyone I know and complain on every media outlet I can.

    They got $95.42 from me, but it is gonna cost them in reputation. The person I spoke to from JustFlowers was relentless. She said they are allowed substitutions. Well, yeah...Reasonable substitution would have been okay with me. It's too bad they did not work this hard to send a proper bouquet instead. I worked in customer relations for 25 years, and I can tell you, reputation is everything. A customer will tell 1 or 2 people when they have had good customer service from a company, they will tell 10 to 15 people when they have had poor service. The only person I didn't tell was my mother in law. I didn't want her to feel bad. I think delivering dead flowers on Mother's Day is about as bad a service as I can imagine.

    I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to the funeral home on Thursday August 8th in the morning. By that afternoon I'd received notification that "per the funeral home's request" the flowers would be delivered on Friday. Friday afternoon comes, and no flowers. So I called, and strangely enough they "assured me that they will be delivered to the church first thing Saturday morning". I just got off the phone, and no delivery. Their fix was to deliver them to the family on Monday...2 days AFTER the funeral and 4 days after I'd placed my initial order. So I gave up. I got off the phone with them, and called a local florist myself (which I should have done in the first place) and wow, they got an order delivered that same day (a Saturday no less).

    Please, please don't ever buy from this website. I am humiliated that I was so dumb to think that they would do the job. Just call the local florist yourself. **Their idea of a fix was to send a letter along letting the family know that I'd placed the order on Thursday....nope. The fix would be to deliver anything and to give me a refund for the time and energy it took to deal with this situation.

    I specifically ordered a plant with express delivery for a funeral service. It was to be delivered by 1pm the day after I ordered it. At 3pm the next day I received notice that it wasn't delivered but a "substitute" would be delivered the next day (the day of the funeral). I immediately called to let them know that was unacceptable and that I wanted to cancel the order. They REFUSED to cancel the order. I was livid! They PROMISED they would make SURE my order (NO Substitutes) was delivered asap the next day (funeral service day).

    After the service was over I again received notice that my order was not delivered and offering a substitute to be delivered the next day. I called immediately and they still were refusing to cancel my order -- after miserably FAILING TWICE to deliver what I requested. Of course now there is no manager available, and someone would "call me back". I told them I wanted to speak to someone NOW and they had no other option than to cancel my order and refund my money. It's completely unbelievable that any business could have such atrocious, inferiorating, and dismal performance and customer service. NEVER ORDER FROM JustFlowers; they are a failure on so many levels!!!? I've never encountered such incompetence in a business.

    My 87 year old dad ordered flowers for a friend. After 5 days he asked me to help him find out where these flowers were so he could pick them up and deliver them himself. This involved a 50 mile round trip. While I was on hold waiting to be transferred to a manager my dad called me and said that they finally told him where the flowers could be picked up. That makes me wonder if the order had just been placed. I was finally told that florists they contacted could not deliver because of the distance involved. I do not know why he had not been told that one of the previous times he had called. I will not ever use this company and I would advise others to not use them either. *I DO NOT HAVE AN ORDER NUMBER.

    I wanted to order for several family members, including myself. I made the order but a few days later when I wanted to check on it, there was no confirmation email so I thought I had not completed the order and did it again. Then I ordered the purple cottage display for myself. I did not receive any confirmation for the next two orders. The company to verify the delivery address for my order and I realized that they were charging me for all orders. I told them that I needed to cancel one of the orders because it was a duplicate. It took several hours and they repeatedly kept suggesting that I not cancel it.

    The website would not allow me to log in to my account, would not allow to reset the password. The final straw was the bouquet delivered to me was smaller than than the photo on the website. The website photo showed between 8-10 roses in addition to the other flowers. My order had 4 roses. I paid an extra 20 dollars for the largest arrangement and received an arrangement smaller than the smallest arrangement showed in the photograph. After being required to send several photos, they offered 5 dollars in refund. But the website guarantee promises to replace the arrangement. Will never use them again.

    Completely disappointed. What was pictured and what arrived are not comparable. Also did not arrive on the day it was supposed to. I reached out to try to confirm delivery but received emails twice indicating delivery was 6/29/19 and it was not delivered. Only after continued attempts was I finally told the next day that it was not delivered. Please do yourself a favor and call the florists directly for honest service and quality product. I was offered a $5 credit after being told I would have a $10 for the delivery issue, after the embarrassing arrangement arrived and I shared the below pic I was offered $5. A reputable company would have replaced the flowers and at least credited the delivery charge of $14.99.

    Do not trust their statements online as to when the flowers will be delivered. The website said they would be delivered that day. They were delivered two days later - not one day - two days! Mom was disappointed to say the least.

    I ordered a get well gift for my Grandson. A Teddy Bear and a few balloons. Everyday I was told they were on the schedule to be delivered that day. They were ordered Thursday evening and finally delivered on Monday. I talked to Customer Service 3-4 different times as the days passed and was assured they would be delivered that day each time I called. I will never use them again. Worst experience ever!!

    Dealing with this company has been the most disappointing and frustrating experience we've ever had with a business. We ordered flowers to be delivered on a Monday. Starting Monday and every day after through Friday, we received an email that "due to a delay" the flowers were not delivered. I spoke 3 times with customer service, asking for a refund. We feel scammed by this company. I'm sorry I didn't check them out first. Still no flowers and no refund.

    ORDER # **...I ordered item 3427 "I'll fly Away" flower basket for moms birthday... Item that was delivered was Country Meadow Blooms which was less expensive than what I ordered AND paid for!!! IF florist was unable to fulfill the order I should have been notified BEFOREhand.. and definitely not given a item of LESSER VALUE. To make matters worse the flower basket had absolutely nothing lining the bottom of the basket. So water runs right through the basket onto the table to the floor. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! ALL COMPLAINTS ARE SIMILAR. THESE people then had the nerve to offer me 10.00 off my next order!!!! I'm going above the managers. They are a joke!!!!     We placed an order to be delivered to a church family friend whose mother had passed. The flowers were not delivered on the day promised which was day of the funeral. The order was called in the day before. We received an email the day after the expected delivery day saying they would attempt delivery on the next available day.

    Three days after the original promised delivery date and at 7 PM, we received an email saying they were sorry to inform us that because of the remote location of the delivery, we could elect to pay extra to ensure delivery. The delivery location is not remote. It is in a highly populated lake community with a florist a few miles from us. Rather than dealing further with these dishonest and incompetent people, we emailed them through PayPal ordering them to cancel the order and refund all charges. We received a phone call from this company during which we reiterated the fact that they must cancel the order and refund all charges. The caller then promised that a manager would contact us. That did not happen.

The area may not be remote but it's population is not large either which can sometimes limit our choices in product and in this particular case, the only shops in the area weren't carrying the planter which was ordered by Karen Hazel. We had offered an alternate product with a discount to the customer but she declined our offers.

    I ordered flowers for a co-worker who lost her Mom suddenly. I ordered online. Flowers were to be delivered on that day. Flowers did not show up. Called JustFlowers, talked to reps 3x, assured me they would arrive before 5 today. Co-worker sent text after 6 PM that she was leaving and no flowers. I called, had to leave a voice mail. I want my money back. BTW the city has close to a million people and is a hub for all kinds of businesses. They should not be in business of flower/gift delivery if they cannot come through. I have ordered before, but I will go back to FTD.

    Don't order from these people. I ordered on a Weds to be delivered Saturday. They lied with a different story every time I called to check on the flowers. Monday I started calling again and finally they were delivered at 4 pm on Monday. The person that received the flowers asked why there was such a delay and delivering florist told her they had just received the order one hour before they delivered to her. Besides all that the arrangement was half the size I chose and paid for.

    We ordered a $90.97 arrangement of flowers for Mother's Day. Their website said they could deliver... and if not, by next day. They were 3 days late, at 9 PM, to over 20 moms in the same area from a store 1.5 hours away (per the delivery driver). No call, no apology, and now no response to our complaint. Their website would not let us create an account to save our order information, and there was no confirmation email. That makes it impossible to provide the order number to them for complaint. The flowers themselves were nice. But the service is pitiful. If you see a response to my complaint that says only something like "Please provide your 7-digit order number..." then you will know that they are not actually fixing anything even though they like to appear active on this site that is full of similar complaints. I suggest we all deal directly with florists who care.

    I ordered a large order of Mother's Day Flowers at price tag of $225.94. The company accepted the payment through PayPal and did not send a confirmation email, thus no 7 digit order number. I've sent inquiries and the company has not responded. A complaint was even filed through PayPal towards the company and they did not respond to PayPal either. They will not return communications leaving me with no way to get a refund for something my mother and grandmother never received. So they're basically thieves at this point. They took my money and are now MIA with no product.

    I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. The ONLY reason I selected JustFlowers is because they said they'd be delivered on Sunday, Mothers's Day. I selected the state, and address according to the instructions on your website, and I was able to select an arrangement which could be delivered on Sunday. They were NOT delivered until later the next day. There was no indication this would happen when I placed my order (which I believe it should have been indicated). When I contacted them via email this was their response. "We will deliver your order on the next available day and we will include a note of apology from our company. Thank you for your understanding." I am not understanding and would not use them again or recommend them to anyone.

    I ordered $80 dollars worth of flowers to be delivered on Mother’s Day. They were not delivered at all so by Tuesday I called them to ask for a refund. The representative that I spoke with said word for word- “It looks like the florist was too busy to complete your order. Our policy is that if we cannot get them to you on the correct day we will send them out as soon as possible.” I didn’t want the flowers 3 days after Mother’s Day. I just wanted a refund. He said he would get back to me about a refund. Never called back. I called two days later and somebody said that I refund should be posted in 1-4 days. That was on the 15th of May and it is now the 29th. Two weeks later. Their customer service seems to have no idea what they are talking about and the company itself seems to not be able to execute orders on time, if at all. Incredibly disappointing. Still waiting on my $80.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered on Tuesday as a birthday gift. I received a message saying the flowers were not able to be delivered Tuesday or Wednesday. I spoke with customer service and asked that they be delivered as soon as possible. They told me the order would be delivered the next day with a $10 discount. I received an invoice in email the next day with only a $5 discount. I got an email sent at 2:15am on Saturday stating they attempted to deliver the flowers but no one was home. As it was a holiday weekend, I didn't get the email until Tuesday.

    I emailed customer service and asked to cancel the order and provide a refund. The representative stated it was too late to cancel the order. I asked to speak to a manager. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and another person come on the phone and stated that the order couldn't be cancelled because the flowers were delivered and signed for on Saturday. I spoke with everyone who lives at the address the flowers were supposed to be delivered to. Someone was at home all weekend and no flowers were delivered. Now I have to go through my credit card company to dispute a charge for a service that was never provided.

    I went online to order sympathy arrangement on Thursday for Friday delivery. JustFlowers linked their site to the local florist. I believed I was doing business with the local florist. Friday morning I received an email stating the funeral home refused delivery until the day of the service Saturday. Saturday I received a call stating the local florist was out of flowers! I called the local florist. They said that was untrue, no one called and being Memorial Day weekend they were closing in half an hour.

    I called JustFlowers back. They said they were checking and would call me back that the flowers would be on their way. I called back a 2nd time, agent took info said to hold. I waited 15 minutes then was disconnected. I called back 3rd time. They said they were still checking to find flowers. I said you just told me they were on the way. I also confirmed the number of the local florist that they said they called. They did not call. Three more phone calls and an hour before the funeral service, JustFlowers said, “Sorry, we cannot deliver any flowers." They said they would refund money.

    A manager called after my email to discuss the matter. In that conversation I named all the failures and untruths each agent engaged in all morning. I then asked about my refund. He said, “we don’t give refunds unless the customer asks”. I said an agent stated that was already in process. I am appalled at the lies, unprofessionalism, blatant dereliction during a stressful time. I understand situations happen but never have I heard so many lies and the excuse that they ran out of flowers. Deplorable interactions and persistent lies. Beware of their online spamish ways of obtaining business. NEVER trust this company especially in times of distress. NO JUSTFLOWERS.

    Ordered Flowers for Mother's Day. Said they'd be delivered on time. Ha Ha. Joke was on us! They were NOT delivered until later the next day. Was not told this would happen either. Just assumed it would be ok. The arrangement we picked was in a square glass vase. Round upright was used. The arrangement was total flowers - no greens at all. 5 flowers were delivered with 95% greens. We picked the largest arrangement. Very small arrangement delivered. A horrific arrangement was delivered. 100% satisfaction from Just Flowers - this is actually a joke. They say they have the right to substitute. 30 some flowers to the 9 flowers in the delivery mess! Square glass vase - round upright vase used.

    They say they contacted the florist to get another delivery. Florist never answered so they made no attempt to contact us. Did not care. Maybe we would go away? Arrangement with taxes over $80 - they offered me $15. Guess that equals Customer Guarantee. They then threw out at me that I had 7 days to contact them. I contacted them within the next day they were delivered (2 days). They continually claim they are in their right to do as they did. I can get a better arrangement from the local supermarket, put it in a box and it arrive nicer than what they provided. 100 guarantee. Where is this guarantee?

    I spoke with a person named Venice. She could care less about customer service and whether or not anyone would use JustFlowers as I told her I would write up a review of this experience. She didn't care one bit. Cold as ice. RUN FROM JUSTFLOWERS!! They steal your money. Tell you they are in their right to do so. They think a token of $15 will make you go away! In the meantime you are horrified by what was delivered to your customer or loved one. WORST COMPANY EVER ! to deal with - RUN from them! Pick someone that stands behind their word and cares about the customer! They DON'T care one bit! RUN RUN RUN!!! I've warned you - there are tons of other companies. Put this one out of business!     On Wednesday, May 9, I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday, ahead of Mother’s Day. When I spoke to my mother on Sunday, no flowers had been delivered. I immediately called the 800 customer service number. I called four times and left a message two times after a long wait on hold with a recording saying that Mother’s Day is a busy day for flower deliveries. I left a message to cancel my order since it was supposed to be delivered the prior day.

    On Sunday, May 12 at 9:42 Michigan time, I received an e-mail message that the flowers had been delivered on May 11 at 5:42. There was not a delivery at my mom’s residence. My sister and my son both visited my mother and confirmed with the front desk that there was not a delivery. On Monday, May 13, I received a phone call from a florist in Riverside, California that said she had tried to deliver the flowers but no one was home and she was calling to reschedule a delivery. I told her the order was cancelled because they were not delivered on Saturday as instructed. Monday was too late.

    It is important to note that my mother lives in an assisted living facility and there is ALWAYS someone there. It is also important to note that my mother was at the assisted living facility at the time of the “attempted” delivery. I am refusing to pay for this floral arrangement as charged. If anything was delivered to anyone, it was not my mother. I am very dissatisfied. I have contacted JustFlowers customer service via e-mail and have been ignored.

They send one email "confirming delivery" (no tracking), and another saying the delivery was "rescheduled per our policy" and "sorry, our policy (helpfully linked at http://screwyou.blah.blah) just doesn't allow us to cancel or refund you, but here's $15 for your trouble." My fault. I should have been suspicious and done a quick review search. I ordered Friday night, and the "name brand" services had no availability. When these guys were glad to take my money and promise a delivery to my wife on Mother's Day, it should have been obvious, but I was in a hurry and trusted them. Fool me once....

    Worst experience I've ever had with a flower company, or any company. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day. Long story short, they were delivered 3 days later. They delivered 100% completely different flowers than I ordered, they weren't even close to the ones I ordered (which were $100). I called and emailed customer service for days, finally got a response about 2-3 days later saying that they'll give me a $10 credit! I told them that's not going to suffice. They ended up saying they'd deliver new flowers as an apology... although I'm still not satisfied w/ that, I okayed it. About 2 hours later, they emailed again saying to disregard the email about the new flowers and that they're only doing the $10 credit. I called again... talked to someone who was no help, held for 25 minutes, they came back and said a manager would call me back. I'm still waiting on that call.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

    These guys are NOT the place to order from. No responses, flowers didn't get delivered to 2 different addresses, and after 2 weeks they just refunded 1 of 2 orders. I have to fill out paperwork to get refunded by PayPal. Now on the 2nd one. We placed 2 separate orders but they are not smart enough to see their own order numbers. Constant trails of emails unanswered, sorry service. We ordered from 1-800-Flowers as soon as we knew they were going to burn us on both orders and they got delivered no issues the next day. I will never move away from 1-800-Flowers again like I did this time.

    If you are JustFlowers reading this pull up orders **. You finally refunded and this was ordered 2 days before Mother's Day. Refunded 5/19 after countless emails. It’s now been 8 days and they still haven’t gotten to their destination. Customer service has been zero help, and unwilling to reimburse me for my, now pointless, purchase. Honestly I can’t wait for this whole experience to be over so I never have to deal with them again. I’m pretty sure that as a flower delivery company your main job is to deliver flowers on time.     The flowers I ordered online were not the flowers that were delivered to my mom on Mother’s Day. I called their customer service and was disconnected a half dozen times. The only way I could get through was selecting the new order line which was answered immediately. After sending them pictures of what was delivered and what was ordered they told me flowers would be delivered right away. 5 days later no flowers. I called today to get the status and they said it’s been over 7 days so it’s too late. I asked them if they had records that I called on Mother’s Day and they said yes but it was still too late. I filled a fraud report with my bank. Don’t ever go through this company. What a scam!!!

    Went online trying to find short notice flower delivery and JustFlowers popped up saying same day delivery if ordered before 1 or 2 pm. In fact I had ordered my flowers the day, before same day delivery. So once I ordered my flowers it prompted me to check my email for confirmation, I did not get confirmation till the next day! Pathetic! Tried calling them but the automated system would put me on hold for an hour (I clocked it on my phone). After the hour it said not available and to leave a message. I left a message and nobody called back!

    So mother’s day rolls around and I keep thinking I’m going to get a call from my wife that she received my flowers while I’m at work, but the hours kept rolling by still no flower. When I got home still no flowers and no response as to delivery status or anything like that plus they will not answer the phones or call me back then finally around seven or eight I had received an email from them saying they were unable to deliver the flowers! Are you kidding me! Worst company ever! I will never buy from them again and I urge you to do the same! On the plus side I requested a refund and they did refund my money.

    I ordered flowers from the JustFlowers site for Mother's Day. I paid 79.00 for them. Mother's Day came and went with no flowers or call from the florist. Tuesday came and went with no call or flowers. I called the customer service number to get a refund. The customer service representative called the florist who said they delivered them Tuesday night at 6:45 pm but had no signature. Mind you my mom was home at that time. JustFlowers refused to refund me my money back even though the florist having no proof of delivery and admitting to trying to deliver two days late 6:45 pm.

    I was told they had to deliver late because they didn't have the correct flowers. So they took my money on Saturday for flowers that were to be delivered on a Sunday but they didn't have the flowers to make the arrangement on Monday. I was basically told, "Too bad we are keeping your money." Don't order from them. They take your money in bad faith. I tried to use common sense with the supervisor but was just given the company line over and over.

    "We are truly sorry your Mother's Day order ** to was not able to be delivered." I was upset that my mother-in-law did not get her bouquet on Mother's Day. I selected the bouquet because it will be deliver on Mother's Day. I could have order from other sites if the bouquet was not able to deliver on Mother's Day. I called on May 12 for three times but no answers. I tried two more times on May 13, check the status if the order. Of course no answers. They finally delivered the Monday after Mother’s Day. I am disappointed with the company service and they should give me a refund.

    I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day on Tuesday, May 14th, for delivery a day before Mother’s Day. The flowers weren’t delivered so I called to complain and spoke to Angel who is a manager. She said she’d credit me for the service fee but that I would still be charged for the flowers and deliver. WTF?! I argued about the logic and was then told I could disputed the charge with my CC provider. I will NEVER use this miserable service again.

    We placed an order for Mother's Day to be delivered to my mom. We continued to confirm receipt with Mom and she had not received on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday but received a confirmation of delivery on Wed but still no flowers delivered. After trying to contact their Customer Service several times without success we finally spoke to an operator 7 Days later that stated they showed delivery on Sunday (Mother's Day). We stated they had not been received and were put on hold while they contacted the Flower shop. The operator came back on the line and stated the flower shop did not deliver but would send flowers next week at a 10% discount.

    I responded that I did not have confidence that they would fulfill this order based on our experience and that we would like a full refund. The operator stated she would process a refund to our account and proceeded to end the call with me. Before she hung up I asked if it was customary that they do not apologize for the inconvenience and then she finally apologized for the order not being delivered. As a business owner we strive to provide excellent customer service and we did not experience this with Flowers.com and would not recommend using them in the future.

    Mother’s day flowers left at outside door all night, faded, drooping and mainly dead by Sunday afternoon. It was a variety of roses so it was obviously one of their most expensive offerings. Can’t tell the sender. They’d be very upset.

    On 5/11/2019 I order flowers to be delivered to my mom. They were supposed to be delivered that day. There were no flowers delivered that date and I know that because my mom can't leave the house. I have tried to contact this company through email, the inquiry section on website, as well as phone calls. I have not gotten a response to any of these efforts. They took money out of my account in the amount of $78.23. I would like to have a refund since we definitely do not have the flowers. This company is a scam. I have NEVER had issues like this with other sites. I would not suggest this company to anyone.

    Bottom line is ORDER FROM A REAL FLOWER SHOP! Order gatherers will take their $ off the top and try to find a flower shop who will do the arrangement at the lower cost which most times they can't and the order is bounced from shop to shop and if and when the order is done it is nothing like what was ordered in the first place. These order gatherers are putting real flower shops out of business. If you want personal care of your arrangements, accountability and follow through, go directly to your local flower shop - don't be fooled by order gatherers who sometimes masquerade as real flower shops and pay to be put first in the search listings. Develop a relationship with your local florist and you'll be much happier.

    Mine is a unique perspective. I work at a real flower shop. We had the misfortune of actually taking an order from these people only to be chewed out by the recipient's family. We got the order at 4:30 pm on Monday - our cut off is noon for same day, and we accepted for next day delivery and delivered the next day. We had no idea that their company had promised Mother's Day delivery. Most shops are not open on Sundays anyway. We usually don't take orders from "order gatherers" which this company happens to be, but got a whole slew of them at the same time and accidentally accepted this one. It will not happen again.

    ORDER NUMBER **. On May 11, 2019, I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my mother for Mother's day on the same day. That evening, I contacted my mother and she stated that she had not received her flowers. It took me over 2 hours to FINALLY reach someone in customer service and they told me that they couldn't make the deliver; reason unknown. They then promised, that the flowers would be delivered by the next morning which was Mother's day. At 2:42pm, Mother's Day, I received an email, ONCE AGAIN stating that my flowers could not be delivered and they would deliver them the NEXT DAY, which defeated the purpose.

    I tried, ONCE AGAIN over 2 hours trying to reach someone on a number that seemed to not be in working order. Now, I am furious because I feel like I am being scammed. I left 5 voice messages demanding my money back and I exclaimed that I would be contacted the Better Business Bureau. I searched for them on Facebook and left numerous messages with the same demands. When they FINALLY reached out to me, they told me that my refund was issued and that it would take 1-4 days to post. This is the 4th day and I haven't received my money back! I tried sending them another Facebook message but the message failed stating that "the person isn't available now" which means they blocked my messages!

    I work too hard for my money to be scammed out of and this place is a COMPLETE SCAM. It was disheartening to know that my brother was scammed as well as many other disgruntled customers! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST!! THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE HAS BEEN CONTACTED!

    I ordered flowers from this site BECAUSE they GUARANTEED delivery by the latest on Mother's day, 9pm. 9pm came and went no flowers. I bought the biggest bouquet of flowers, $142. I called, emailed, no answer, until 3:30 am! Then they couldn’t explain ANYTHING. Finally agreed to a $15 refund, another guarantee for Monday delivery no later than 9 pm. It too came and went, no flowers! Called once again, finally reached them, couldn’t tell me anything. I cancelled order. They tried telling me flowers were there, I got them to send in writing that they had been delivered, received email, meanwhile I still have no flowers. After cancelling order, I got the flowers Wednesday afternoon!! They agreed to a $15 refund, then a total $142 and NOTHING AND I CANT GET ANYONE TO EVER ANSWER. Worst place EVER.

    I ordered the Garden of Plenty flowers for my mom for Mother's day. The arrangement she received wasn't even close to what I ordered. I understand substitutions but it wasn't even close to any semblance. They were very sparse and didn't equate to the value I paid. Also, they were delivered a day late.     Not a florist. Just a flower broker. Take your money. Promise what they know they can’t deliver. They get your money. Don’t care if it’s delivered on time or even delivered at all. Sends a very inaccurate description of what you ordered to the actual florist and let them try and figure it out and for 165.00 my wife received a 39.00 arrangement delivered 30 hours late for Mother’s Day after saying to be delivered in 4 hours. After 12 hours at almost 9:00 pm got a email saying they would not be delivered today. Horrible company to do business with and will get with my bank for a full refund because after the first email now they will not even respond anymore. Also lied to the florist about what I spent and of 165.00 kept for themselves 90.00 of it.

He has been emailed many times saying it would be delivered the next day etc etc. He’s also called and left voicemails because for some reason you CAN’T ACTUALLY TALK TO A REAL PERSON ON THE MANY NUMBERS THEY HAVE ON THEIR WEBSITE. The fact that this company has stolen thousands of dollars from many people is absolutely horrible. Just refund the people their money you pieces of crap!!!!     I placed an order on Mother's day, and then attempted to cancel it shortly after the order was placed. I called, but could only reach a voicemail. I also sent an email asking to cancel the order. I never received a confirmation email, or a response to my messages, OR the flowers, but I was charged for the order. I have called back multiple times since, and can't reach an actual person, I am always taken to voice mail. So now I'm out $90 on an order that was never acknowledged, for flowers that weren't delivered, from a company that is IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with. I can only assume that this is a scam.     I researched a bunch of sites the day before Mother's Day that would deliver flowers fast. Finally, I found JustFlowers! I chose the delivery date and received an email confirmation that the flowers could be delivered May 12, Mother's Day. It seemed worth the 80+ dollars I had just spent on flowers and a balloon! The whole day Mother's Day I was waiting for my mom to let me know she had received her flowers. Eventually, I had to keep asking my mom if she ever received anything. It was far from the perfect surprise I anticipated giving my mother.

    Paid for my order to be delivered mother’s day. They claim to have attempted delivery but say no one was home and a card was left. CCTV says otherwise and no card was left. Their customer service department is seriously unprofessional and I am being treated as an inconvenience. They have taken my money but provided no service or product. I have tried to contact them multiple times but they are reluctant to help me. The one occasion I did speak to them the representative talked over me and was quite impolite. I was promised a call back shortly after that conversation but that did not happen. I contacted them 24 hours later and have had a curt response saying I’ve had my phone call. As nothing has been provided I want my money back but so far they are not cooperating. That’s where I am as of right now.

    The wrong item was delivered to my mother for Mother's Day and I was not able to get a hold of anyone for 3 days to confirm they substituted the item. No notice, no email, nothing. I emailed the contact information as instructed and called the customer service number and was put on hold for over 20 min each time and then disconnected. When I finally recieved a manager they told me, "Sorry but we are busy and all we can do is give you a $10 credit for your troubles." This is the worst customer service issue I have ever had with several people at JustFlowers that were like scripted robots and only cared aboou their policies and not the customer.

    I ordered my mother in law Mother's Day flowers to be delivered Tuesday the 14th as she wouldn't be home on the actual day. I picked the day I wanted and paid for express delivery by 1 pm. They never showed up that day. On the 15th I call and they tell me they will definitely deliver on the 15th early afternoon. They did however refund me the $5 express delivery charge. They didn't deliver until 8 pm and it looks nothing like what I ordered! I understand substitutions need to be made sometimes. However, this is so completely different! Where did my money go? They threw some of the cheapest flowers together and have it to get. When I emailed them they claim that they fulfilled the order to the same value as we paid. I would seriously disagree. This was our first time trying this company and disappointed is an understatement! Do not use this company.

    I ordered a bouquet for on May 11th around 8:30 am. I selected JustFlowers because it showed a delivery of Sunday May 12th, Mother’s day was available. The order cost nearly $100 and the payment was processed on the 11th. Starting the afternoon of the 12th I began calling their customer service line. I have called several times a day and left at least 1 message a day since. I have also emailed back the confirmation email, as the automated system described. I have received NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL.

    It is now May 16th and nothing. Delivery still hasn’t arrived, no email update or apology, no phone call. I have never had a customer service/delivery experience this bad. It is understandable that a delivery placed the day before Mother’s Day for Mother’s Day May have some delay, but to have ZERO COMMUNICATION about the process and to no idea where my delivery stands 5 days later is absurd. Terrible service. Extremely disappointing. At the point where I am likely to call my bank to dispute the charge.

    I used Just Flowers to order my mom flowers for Mother's Day. I ordered the flowers on Saturday, May 12th and it stated they would arrive on Sunday, May 12. I received an apology email from the company Sunday night stating they would not be able to deliver flowers on Mother’s Day, but they would deliver the next day. I called customer service several times to check on the status, but continued to get a recorded voicemail and never spoke to a person. I also sent an email and called the order number where a person answered, but told me they couldn’t help me because they only deal with taking orders.

    I asked to speak to a Supervisor or Manager. She said there was no one available, but she would give them my number to call me back. It is now Thursday, May 16th and my mom still never received the flowers and I haven’t received any response by email or phone to find out what happened to my $80 purchase and why it was never delivered. I just want my money back and I will never order from this company again! It’s a Scam and I will tell all my friends and family to never use this site!

    I placed three separate orders (Order #s: **) for Mother's Day (one for delivery in PA, one for delivery in AL, and one for delivery in NC). I searched specifically for items that could be delivered ON Mother's Day. When I chose my delivery date as Sunday, I was given much fewer options, so I felt confident my orders would be available and delivered. It is now Wednesday evening and not one of my orders has been delivered. I have sent two emails and made several phone calls and have not had any response from the company other than an automated phone call message that told me they were sorry my flowers were late. I cannot tell you how upset I am that our moms did not receive their gifts. Completely unacceptable and I will never use them again.

    Complete and Total scam! My poor Mother wanted to something nice for me and have flowers sent to me for Mother's Day. After having everything that's been described by others happen to her, it only makes me wonder how phony these replies are? Some of the time and date stamps of these reviews are days after their reply with an "ACTUAL DELIVERY TIME/DATE"... I challenge the company to tell us our flowers were delivered some time prior to the time stamp of this post. Please do not fall for these shameless claims of rectification.
