    I bought flowers through these guys last year. I received a phone call a couple weeks ago asking if I wanted to do the same. I thought it was great that they did that because otherwise I would have forgot my girlfriend's mom's birthday! I purchased the floral arrangement and set it to be delivered the following week on her birthday. The flowers never showed up. I received no phone calls, just some emails that I didn't see (Thanksgiving weekend with family, wasn't on my phone or computer much.) Apparently they couldn't find someone to do the delivery even with 2 weeks lead time, and they wanted 30 more dollars to deliver. So sufficed to say, the flowers weren't delivered.

    I reached out this morning for a refund and was connected to their call center somewhere in India. I asked for my money back, and they said, "Well how about 5 dollar discount on a future order instead?" Are you kidding me? I said no, then they came back with "how about 10 dollars off a future order". I said, "NO. Give me my money." Then I was put on hold for some length of time so they could "get a manager" (yeah right), and they come back with "I'm authorized to give you $15.00 off your future order." I was flabbergasted as to the gall to try and hold onto my money. So I said "You are asking me to EAT $50, in exchange for $15 the next time I spend $50??? Are you kidding me??" And suddenly he said okay and processed my refund. Didn't need the manager after all. TERRIBLE used car salesman tactics. Next time I'll be going to my local shop directly.

    I ordered a Bright Autumn Centerpiece for my sister's 65 birthday. I received a call saying that the order could not be delivered on the requested date which was okay. The flowers arrived the next day and it was shocking how different it was from the one I ordered. I sent an e-mail immediately to JustFlowers to express my disappointment and was greeted by no help whatsoever. I was told that the arrangement that was delivered had the same amount of flowers and the best that would be done is to give me $10 credit. The only other option would be to pick up the flowers that were delivered and exchange it for another one. Neither of these things were done and I have not heard from anyone since. I have never been so dissatisfied or disgusted with a company. I do not recommend using them for your important and meaningful gifts.

    I ordered a flower arrangement on a stand (tripod) and it was solid pink flowers but what they delivered was a multicolored arrangement in an urn. I asked why they did not try to get another design on a stand and they replied they had no stand arrangements even though the website shows many. My biggest complaint is that they still think that it's ok to replace my pick with something 1/3 size and not close to my picked design (talked to management). Would not recommend them.

    I ordered flowers through Justflowers.com to be delivered for a funeral. The order was submitted on a Tuesday, for a funeral that was scheduled for the following Sunday at 2:00pm. I received a call from Justflowers.com that Sunday evening at 5:30pm, indicating that the local flower shop could not get the flower order delivered to the funeral, and wanted the friend's home address so the flowers could be delivered there. When I questioned why they were just now contacting me, since the funeral was at 2:00pm that day, they gave me an excuse that the local flower shop was too busy to take care of the order. As I kept demanding for my questions to be answered, I found out that they hadn't even attempted to take care of the order until Saturday evening, even though I had submitted my order on the previous Tuesday.

    As I informed them that I did not want the order sent to the friends home and instead I wanted a full refund and would take care of purchasing my friend a gift on my own, they kept insisting that they would deliver the flowers to the friend's address and give me a $10 discount on the order. I also kept insisting to talk with a manager, who was supposed to call me back the next day. However, the person that called me back the next day was the same lady I had spoken to the previous day, but introduced herself as a different name and said she was a manager. This not only happened to me, but also several others that had ordered flowers for the same funeral. This company is a total scam! I can only hope that others read reviews before ordering from them, which I wish I had done.

    I ordered a basket of plants and flowers for a dear friend as a sympathy gift upon the death of her beloved brother. The item that she received looked nothing like the item that I ordered. It was poorly and unprofessionally arranged. I truly wish that I could share pictures of what I ordered and what I received on this review site so everyone could see how ugly the arrangement that was delivered to my friend is. I emailed the company several times. Customer service did get in touch with me. I had sent them pictures of what was ordered and what was received, and the customer service agent didn't see any problem with the arrangement, they offered me $10 off my next order, as if I would order from them again!

    The next time they called they were going to give me back $15 on an $89 arrangement. I told them that I was not satisfied. I wanted new flowers that were done nicely sent to my friend or a refund so that I could purchase attractive flowers elsewhere. I am ashamed of the flowers they delivered to my friend in my name and I am angered at the treatment that I have received from this company.

    Ordered online 10/1/20 with a guarantee same day delivery. Received email stating they couldn't deliver and would try next day. Again, 10/2/20 received an email stating they couldn't deliver, I called to see when they expected to deliver and was told that they would call the florist in the area tomorrow 10/3/20 to see if they can get one to deliver. I ended up calling a local florist and I am getting them delivered same day 10/2/20. I called to cancel my order with JustFlowers.com and they kept offering me a discount on my order, which why would I keep my order if I was able to get a florist to deliver today?

    I was offered a $5 discount and then a $10 discount, I said, "no, I just want a refund". I was then transferred to the manager who offered me a $10 discount and I again said, no. Then he offered my a $15 discount. After I told him to stop offering me a discount and to keep my account open for another delivery. I finally got the answer I wanted with they will refund my money in 1-4 business days. I will be back to update this if they don't refund my money.

    I ordered online being guaranteed delivery the next day. That never happened and they send an email to say that there is a delay without any explanations why. I called them and I was told that they called me but my number was disconnected. This is a lie, my number is fully activated and functioning. The manager refused to talk to me. The second day, they waited until the end of the business day to email me about another delay, at 6 pm, again not refunding my money, and not being able to tell me when the delivery was going to happen or if it was going to happen at all.

    Third day, I called again, not only they are rude, but the person on the phone told me that she is the manager, when I asked to talk to one. They refused to refund me the money, and refused to guarantee again my order being delivered. My order was never delivered nor refunded. My comments on their Facebook page are being deleted. Now they won't answer to my calls. This is a big scam.

    I placed an order for a family friend that has passed away, the order was to be delivered Saturday, then no delivery, they called me Sunday to Deliver, Sunday no delivery, got a call from the friend saying no flower delivery all weekend, Monday no delivery. So we cancelled the order, they started a new delivery for Tuesday, now they won’t send the new order, they will not honor the new delivery. If they are supposed to be delivered on Saturday, how is it acceptable on Monday afternoon, no email, and no phone call, and the address originally was only for the weekend which I stated in the phone conversation. Very disappointed and the manager will not rectify the situation.

    I ordered flowers early morning on 8/6/20 for delivery 8/7/20 to a school, wishing my wife a good first day back with her students. Just Flowers claims it delivers to schools by 2pm. At 3pm, when school closed, I texted my wife and learned that Just Flowers did not deliver as contracted. They never informed me that they decided not to make the delivery, so I could not make alternate arrangements. Today I learned that the company knew it could not deliver as of 8/6.

    On Friday 8/7, at 4:35pm, the company responded to my email without explanation for failing to deliver. They said they might deliver it later. I called and a rep said the "local company was not in the area" on Friday! This school is in the city limits of Atlanta, a pretty big city, near the Emory University campus, a safe area. The company refused to issue a credit. They said they might deliver the flowers next week. They breached our contract, but they argue that they are entitled to do that. They did not blame COVID-19 or weather or offer any other excuse. The customer "no service" managers were rude and refused to go off their script of "it is just our policy." If you actually want your flowers delivered, do not use Just Flowers. After they fail to deliver, they refuse to credit your card.

    I had a horrible experience with Just Flowers and please beware before you purchase flowers. I ordered a bouquet that was beautifully displayed on the website with orange, yellow, red and pink flowers and LIMITED green fillers. I even paid for "PREMIUM" which is supposed to be an upgrade and a step above the regular bouquet. However, what was delivered was sadly deficient and truly pathetic. I received an arrangement of 2 red carnations 6 pink asters and all red roses with mostly GREEN FILLERS. When I called to dispute what was delivered. I was told that was what is termed "value," and they offered me $10--mind you I paid close to $25 to upgrade to premium. These people are in flexible, unprofessional, and do not run a reputable business. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I wish I was able to give ZERO STARS!

    I DO NOT Recommend this Business to ANYONE. Website lets you choose a delivery date. After you go through steps and place order you receive an email that has a new disclaimer, "we may not be able to delivery on the date you chose and may delivery on another day." That is bait and switch. You should not have to pay for same day service and they deliver when they decide. Especially for flower delivery you are buying for an occasion, a birthday, anniversary, time sensitive deliveries.

    When I emailed to cancel within minutes of receiving the new information, they did not respond and instead delivered flowers after the required date and charged me anyway. I filed complaint with my credit card and then they lied and said I never contacted them to cancel, despite copies of sent emails to the service email they provided. Buying flowers is always a time sensitive purchase, everyone knows this, you don't get to just send an email after the purchase with new information that you will deliver when you like. And then to lie about not receiving the cancellation requests, terrible.

    Placed an order with JustFlowers.com on July 1, 2020, to be delivered on July 3, 2020 as a BIRTHDAY GIFT. The flowers were never delivered, but my credit card was charged $81.23. Called them July 7 and asked for a refund. They said it's too late in the day to check if the flowers were delivered yet, but next day they will check. If not, do I want redelivery or a refund? I said I want a REFUND. Next day, July 8, they attempted to deliver the flowers to the designated recipient who refused them. I called late that day and asked JustFlowers.com, again, to refund my money but they refused. (Also, they never provided a confirmation e-mail with this online order so I could check its status.)

We called them and they blamed the florist, they offered us $10 off and they would deliver the flowers. We ask for a full refund and they offered $15 off.     I placed an order for flowers on the JustFlowers.com website on June 30, as a Birthday present on July 5. On July 5 in the evening I asked the person if the flowers were nice. They were not delivered, I was told. I called JustFlowers around 6 p.m. and they told me they were not able to find a flower shop to deliver the flowers I ordered (flower shortage in Pittsburgh?). They did not warn me about not delivering. I would not have known, if I did not call. They promised they will deliver on the 6, the next day (What is the purpose of a Birthday present if it does not arrive on the right day?).

    Today at 10 a.m. I called to make sure they will deliver. I talked to a supervisor and she apologized and told me the flowers will be delivered today by 6 p.m. and I will get back the 15$ for delivery. At 5 p.m. I called again and found out that they still did not deliver. They will try their best(?) to deliver tomorrow, 2 days after the Birthday. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews till now. Not a single person is satisfied. Everybody got the flowers late or not at all. How come this business is still functioning? Obviously I am outraged and I want my money back. Also I want people to know not to buy from them.

    Trust me ... Whatever you do Do Not Order From Just Flowers!! I Placed an order to have a gift basket delivered to my son’s work place for his birthday since we don’t live on the same island and due to Covid-19 we can’t travel to deliver it ourselves .. Original order was placed to be delivered on June 8th ... I understand with these trying times .. I have called every single day inquiring about the order not being delivered .. I was given a $14.00 refund for the shipping and handling fee since it was delayed .. and Please tell me now, What’s the difference about the worker refunded me $14.00 and now “it’s in the hands of a manager???” ..

    After I requested numerous times (every single day to be exact. I have the proof on my phone) for a refund of $224.89 (So my son could share it with his co-workers) of an order Not being delivered .. No Call Back .. No Leaving Messages .. The Only email I received was to inform me on June 16th (mind you) It’s now June 22nd .. “We regret to inform you that we were unable to deliver your order today” ... This is unacceptable!!! Very sad!! Is this how this company treats consumers??? All I’m asking is to be Refunded for my hard earned money ... This is like stealing ... This company is very dishonest ... Will Never recommend this company to anyone .. There is a One Star Rate Cause I Have to.

    I tried ordering flowers and chocolates from Justflowers.com a few days before Mother's day in May 2020. Not only did my order not get delivered on time, it was actually never delivered. I called several times to check in on the status of my order and I was on hold for a very long time while they tried calling the florist, to no avail. I was told they left a message with the florist and they would call me back to confirm when my delivery was going to be made. I never received a call. I heard nothing for 4 weeks and my mother in law said she still never received the flowers.

    I finally called back today to request a full refund which they would NOT issue, stating the flowers were in fact delivered. The most they could do is arrange another delivery with the local florist. So, I have to call back AGAIN in 1-2 days to check the status of the delivery. This has been a horrible customer experience and I will never use the service again. They better hope Amazon doesn't start a flower delivery service working with local florists. It would be all over for them as they can not compete in terms of customer service.

    Updated on 06/19/2020: After speaking with three managers & basically being told I did not have a dying Peace Lily sent to a grieving family, one manager called the recipient of the plant on the day of the funeral. A picture was sent of the dying plant after the grieving family attempted to revive it. I specifically told the managers to stop calling me in the attempts to convince me that I am not telling them the truth. They first gave me a $7 reimbursement for the plant being delivered late. Secondly they could only give me $10 reimbursement for a dying plant. Thirdly they said they were sorry. I did not agree with their decision that the plant was dead and would reimburse a $15 credit. This company is disgraceful. Do not order from them. Send something else and save yourself and the recipient of your condolences a heartache and harassment. So sad????

    Original Review: A medium size Peace Lily was ordered in a selected wooden planter for a memorial condolence. First, it did not arrive on time. When it did arrive the next day after talking with customer service, it was put in the planter with fresh soil and absolutely no water. Anyone who knows about Peace Lilly care (florists) would know they require moist soil, shade and proper attention. When the recipients returned from the funeral home the plant was completely wilted and dying. Being the avid gardeners they are they attended to the plant during their grief. I was ashamed that I sent such a poor quality plant and caused additional stress to the family. I sent pictures to the customer service manager and spoke to several supervisors and they stated their was nothing wrong with the plant. Do not use this company to purchase anything. It's just no worth the disrespect and quality. If I could I would attach the photo as proof and evidence of my criticisms.

    Whatever you do, do not order flowers from this company! I was charged $60 for a bouquet that was never delivered to the hospital in which my mother was recovering from surgery. There was no apology, no communication, no nothing. I can understand flowers being delayed, especially during these trying times but not delivering at all and communicating nothing about it?! As far as I'm concerned this is scam company, buyer beware.

    This is a terrible company. Three days before mother's day I ordered two sets of mother's day flowers that said they would be delivered on mother's day. They were $100 each. One was canceled after a week, with no communication sent in the meantime or even when it was canceled. The only way I knew was because my mother-in-law never received her flowers and the return ended up on my credit card. The other flowers were delivered on the Wednesday after mother's day, 3 days late, with no communication to us about it, and the flowers died a day later. We tried to call multiple times during that week and it was impossible to get through. We could not find any email address to communicate with. I finally go through today, a few weeks later, and they will only give me a $7 discount. I suggest never ordering from this company.

    I ordered a $106 floral arrangement for Mother's Day to be delivered on Saturday, May 9th, the day before Mother's Day. No delivery was made on that day. On Sunday, May 10th, at about 5:30 pm, someone rang my doorbell, left a small 6 inch by 4 inch potted plant on my door and started running toward his vehicle parked on street. There was a torn piece of paper attached to the plant with my daughter's name on it. The plant was pathetic in comparison to the arrangement I ordered. When I called and emailed Just Flowers numerous times, only once, days later, did I talk to a live person. He assured me they would process a refund. It is now weeks later, and I've been patient. I have filed a report with the BBB also.

    This company should NEVER be considered if you want to order flowers and actually receive them. They had no problem taking my money within seconds of ordering. But they have a problem with following through and being honest and providing a legitimate service. Please, please, please! DO NOT ORDER FROM JUST FLOWERS!!! They will take your money and laugh their way to the bank. You will be left with nothing.

I've Sent multiple messages, email. Finally today I get someone on the phone and they stated they delivered THEY NEVER DID. Bad bad business practices.     I ordered the 89.99 "big package". These people never delivered the flowers on the day they were supposed to, calling saying the order couldn't be fulfilled. I called asked for my money back, they say let me call the shop. Then they say the shop won't answer. This is a horrible company and should be banned from any search engine. I think I'll deliver them myself next time.

    We ordered a floral arrangement for our daughter-in-law for Mother's Day and the delivery has never been made despite JustFlowers sending us at least 5 or 6 emails showing delivery confirmation. Our daughter-in-law has not received the flowers. EVERY TIME we speak to a representative, they either say they will contact the florist or that a manager will call us back or that we should just wait for resolution. We were even told that the florist in Santa Barbara was new to them and was quite a rude person. (Why would you use them then?) Then we get ANOTHER email stating that delivery has been confirmed. We asked for photographic evidence of delivery (supposedly required with a non-contact drop off) and nothing. Just ANOTHER email stating that delivery was confirmed and to call CS if there's a problem. HUGE PROBLEM. I will continue trying to resolve, but will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

    I ordered flowers to be delivered April 11th to my son and his wife for the birth of their first child April 10th. No flowers were ever delivered. Multiple calls to all the phone numbers I could find brought no callbacks. No responses to emails either. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. I finally received a very garbled message on my voicemail from JustFlowers but I could not make out any of the message or phone numbers I believe they left. I tried returning the call to the number that came up on my cell phone and was sent back through the same voicemail routine you get by dialing their 800 number. I'm not sure if my money is being returned, but I definitely will never use the company again. You shouldn't either. It is now May 20, 2020.

Problem is, I've been on hold for an hour. And now they just hung up. Looks like this company responds to these reviews because they care more about reputation than actual customers, so I'm writing this review. My order number is **. Give me my money back. Don't tell me they were delivered because I would have known. I would have seen it with my own eyes. Don't suggest I missed it. This is just pathetic.     Updated on 05/20/2020: This is a follow up to my previous review. Still not resolved. The order that never delivered on Saturday 5/16/2020 was confirmed to have not been delivered on Monday 5/18/2020 by a phone call I got from their customer service. I was promised it was to be delivered on 5/18/2020 day of that call. I was also promised they would throw in a box of chocolates to make up for the failures. I just got a text from the recipient with photos where it was just delivered. She was home. The delivery person did not ring the bell. The balloons were deflated and the box of chocolates were not included. I think this company is trying hard to be as horrible as they can. I mean, I’m already infuriated, and now I am completely and totally humiliated that my good friend has been victimized as well.

    I WANT MY MONEY BACK due to no fulfillment of the expectations set by this company which I foolishly believed!!!! Don’t be victimized like I was!!!! Only use FTD certified delivery companies!!!! Or local businesses directly!!!! These people couldn’t guarantee anything!!!! I cannot believe that the person who called me lied out her teeth!!!! Unethical and dishonest people.

    Original Review: I ordered flowers and balloons to be delivered same day, paid the express fee. Order number is **. Confirmed on website "Your order was placed Saturday, May 16, 09:25 am PST". The order was never received yet the payment was quickly taken out of my card. Right after I put the order in, this company phoned my number and hung up. I have kept a record of that call to me and all the calls I've attempted to this company where no customer service agent was available and the status choice does not work either by phone or email. I've done my research on this company by calling all the florist shops who service Hendersonville, TN. I was told that this company is a known scam, even to these florists. I confirmed that none of the florists that service the city where I live ever got any order.

    It is obvious that this is criminal activity and fraud. I received instructions from a florist in my town on how I can file an FTC complaint against this company and encourage all to do so. I've been told there is already an internet fraud investigation in process and I will get that case number tomorrow. To report fraud, identity theft, or an unfair business practice, visit **, click on the FTC Complaint Assistant icon, and answer the questions. The more information you can provide about the situation, the more useful your complaint will be. Consumers need to take these scammers down and that is what the Federal Trade Commission does. With all these complaints, I'm sure there is plenty of evidence. My Bank also protects fraud and reports the transactions related to it to the FTC.

    I ordered flowers on May 9th to be delivered on May 10th. They were not delivered as promised and I received a voicemail from an unknown number that they have been attempting to contact for delivery and will have to reschedule delivery to the next day. I did not get any other calls besides that call and recipient was home all day so I don’t know why they say they were trying to contact when clearly they were not. I also received an email saying that there was a delay and will be sent the next available day. It has been a week and I’ve sent three emails that include my contact number again and instructions to leave on the front patio if recipient is not home or if delivery person cannot get a hold of me or recipient.     I ordered flowers to be delivered on May 9, 2020, in time for Mother's Day. The flowers never arrived, although my credit card was charged on May 8th. On May 10th, I emailed them to let them know the delivery was not received. They didn't respond. This morning, May 16th, I called and spoke with a man who told me that he would have to contact the local florist and confirm that the delivery was not made before he could issue a refund. I waited, on hold, while he while he did this.

    He came back, a while later, to say he could not reach them. I explained to him that I expect a refund, and one should be issued right away. He can take it up with the local florist whenever he is able to reach them. He assured me that my I would see my refund in one to four business days. This afternoon, I received an email telling me the flowers had been delivered (did they think I would believe this?), so I called back and spoke with a woman who told me the same thing the previous man had said, that they had to contact the local florist.     or a second time, I was on hold for a while until she came back to tell me she could not reach them and a refund could not be issued until they did. I told her that I expect my refund, or assurance of one. She was not able to assure me. It all seems contingent on contacting the local florist, whom they can't seem to reach.     My 90 year old mom’s Mother’s Day flowers were ordered to be delivered to her on Sunday with Just Flowers #**. They did not deliver them, and emailed me they would be delivered the next day which was Monday. Again they did not deliver them Monday and emailed me they would be delivered the next day which would be Tuesday. Again they did not deliver them and emailed me they would be delivered the next day which would now be Wednesday. I was very upset with the poor level of service at this point. I tried to call their customer service department numerous times each day and no one answers the line. I had to leave voice messages for someone to call back and they did not call back. The only way I could get a person was if I pushed the button to place another order, which I would never do. The representative that answered the phone for new orders said she couldn’t help me and refused to transfer me to her supervisor.

    I then sent them an email Tuesday that I wanted my order cancelled immediately and my $87.73 refunded. I will somehow try to make this up to my mom who has now waited 3 days for flowers that never came. Then out of the blue Wednesday afternoon flowers show up and my mom told them I cancelled the order Tuesday and told them to take them back. I finally got customer service on the phone Friday and after a 50 minute call spent mostly on hold they said they’d call the delivery store and call me back Saturday. Well they just called me back and said they would only offer me a $47.73 refund of my money. So they keep $40.00 of my hard earned money for their atrocious service in a time when people are scrimping to make ends meet. What a scam! I will never use this company again, and I will make sure everyone I know hears about how terrible the service and policies are at Just Flowers!

    I order flowers that were $109.99. I received $15 off. Brought it to 94.99. I paid extra for delivery on Mother’s Day. Flowers were delivered Tuesday the 12th and the ones that were delivered were not the flowers that I ordered. I called several times prior to them being delivered, left messages and never got a callback. Once they were received I had called and never could get through phone. Would hang up After I put my order #. I spoke with a Gail about 8:20am Saturday, May 16, 2020. Explain to her that my flowers were not delivered on Mother’s Day and also the price was different because the flowers that were delivered the highest cost 74.99 and the ones that I had ordered were actually 109.99 (94.99). She never would address the flower issue but kept stating that she would give me a discount on the delivery fee which came out to be 7 dollars. I asked her how did they charge me so much more for flowers they sent.

    Based on the order the flowers that were sent was correct but it’s not what I ordered. She never would address that and asked me to send her a picture of the flowers and they would get back with the florist. I explain to her it’s not the florist issue because based on the receipt that I received via email the actual arrangements sent was loving expressions which is what my receipt states. But that flower arrangement the highest one cost 74.99 and I asked her how could they charge me 94.99 and she can never answer. Next thing I know she hung up the phone. I file a complaint with Norton guarantee.

    10/10 would never recommend this company. Called 7-10 times and only option is to leave a voicemail (to who, I have no idea) and no option speak to live rep.     I placed an order on 5/8 for Mother's Day delivery. I understand it's one of the busiest times of the year but other sites I went to told me they would not be able to make the date. When I found Just Flowers I entered my delivery date and there was no warning telling me they would not be able to make the delivery date. Well, the flowers never arrived in time for Mother's Day. So I called, was put on hold until a customer service rep was available, waited 5 mins then the phone rang, I got excited but unfortunately I go an automated message telling me that no one is available and I could leave a message or pick a different delivery date. I choose to leave a message and voiced my concerns and asked for a call back. I followed up with an email to their customer service as well.

    I NEVER got a call back and the response to my email was that the arrangement I picked was no longer available (mind you this was 3 days after Mother's Day had passed) and for me to make another selection. I replied to the email letting them know that I do not want another arrangement and to cancel my order. Fast forward 3 more days and no response. I called their number again, only to get redirect to leave a message or enter my order number for the first available delivery date. Honestly you could wait another month before your flowers are finally delivered because they can't tell you what the next available date is.

    I just want a full refund and I'm sure they'll respond now (on here) and tell me they need to check with the florist to see if it's already been delivered. I can tell you as of today it has not because I talk to my mother every day! Stop making excuses and refund your customers their money when you can't deliver on what you promise. In addition I never received a call or an apology letting me know that my order would be delayed.... Maybe if they attempted a bit of good customer service I'd understand and would give them some slack but they've removed the human element out of customer service and hide behind automated responses which really makes me hot... Just something to consider if you're thinking about using them.

    I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on Saturday 09th of May to be delivered on Sunday May 09th. So many issues. Price was US60 - I was charged 87.00 - when I gave my credit card details there was no recap to confirm the actual price so these charges were added on after. I received no receipt once booked but received a confirmation from Norton trying to offer me services. No cost on this confirmation as I would have queried.

    Flowers were not delivered on Sunday. I called got an automated message to say do I still want them delivered - I said yes as they did not specify in the message that it could be the following day or even later. Tried calling them back to clarify. Keep you holding and then advise you to go to the website as you can't speak to a human. I am really upset as this was a special gift and delivering a day later makes no sense. I have emailed 3 times and called and called and have given up now. Do not book with these guys - shoddy customer service.

They took 2 different amounts from our bank account, which totaled over $150. I tried to call, but they just run you in circles with the automated system. I was finally able to talk with 1 live person, but she was extremely rude and not at all helpful. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she put me on hold and never came back, but then she disconnected the call. I called back, left a message, but no reply. I tried on the site for answers, nothing. We had no choice but to dispute this with the bank. Somebody should shut them down for fraud! Horrible, horrible company. I would give them zero stars, but it makes me fill at least 1 in.???

Nothing arrived by 5:00 pm on Friday, so he replied to JustFlowers customer service dept via email and via telephone when he wasn't able to get anyone on the phone. He never received a response to either inquiry.

    Nothing was delivered Saturday, Sunday, Monday, nor Tuesday. I called and left a message explaining the problem on Tuesday and received no response. Thursday rolls around (a week after the order had been placed) and we realize we can file a claim through the Norton Protection program that was included with the order. So we create an account for that and file a claim. Within minutes, a response is received that the flowers were delivered on Mother's Day, May 11th. I don't know where they were delivered to, but it wasn't to our home. My husband responded as such to the claim request, which by the way, had the order price as $20 less than what he was actually charged....and of course, no response from the purchase protection system.

    There appears to be no way to actually interact with a human in all of this....and apparently all they have to do is claim the flowers were delivered and it's out of their hands. Absolutely unacceptable. If we don't get resolution within the next few business days, we will have to resort to filing a claim with our credit card company to dispute the charge.

    My wife and I ordered a total of 3 flowers for Mother’s Day to be delivered 5/10/20. Only one arrived to one of our recipients. It is now 5/14, and still no flowers. Called and a rep told us we cannot get a refund due to the local shop marked it as “delivered”. I can assure you that is has not been delivered. We have a security camera to prove no flowers were delivered. Even if they were delivered it has been well 4 days past Mother’s Day. The rep on the phone put me on hold over 1 hour without resolving my issue. We are now out of $200+ because this company refused to refund and basically stole our money. We will never shop here again and the company will be hearing from local authorities regarding their fraudulent business practices.

    Do not order from Just Flowers. I placed 4 Orders of flowers on 05/09/20 to be delivered on Mother's Day and here it is 05/14/20 and still no delivery. I do understand that Mother's Day is one of the busiest flower holidays of the year in addition to COVID-19 going on. I realize I made a late order for Mother’s Day, and understand a delay of a day or two, but it's been longer than that now.

    I ordered from this site because they had delivery slots available for Mother's Day. If JUSTFLOWERS could not deliver they should have been transparent about this or closed the delivery slots.     It is so sad that customers ONLY get a response on this ConsumerAffairs website. This just shows that JUSTFLOWERS is only concern for their reputation and NOT the consumers. At this point I just want my money back. I want a refund.     Ordered flowers May 4, the Monday before Mother's day. Failure of service was the least of the problems. Repeated calls to their service number and contacts through their site elicited no response whatsoever. Flowers were supposed to arrive on May 9 and still have not appeared on May 14, with no indication whether the order is still active. This makes it impossible even to order a replacement from a different company. Truly poor service under any circumstances. You come in for the delivery failure, but you stay for the stone silence from the service department.

    Absolute scumbags. Horrible product. Awful customer service. Do NOT order. Ordered flowers a few days before Mother's Day to be delivered the day prior. Paid $128 for three scraggly flowers and a headache that would not end. Called, and went thru their stupid Norton guarantee and they keep copy and pasting a response that "they're sorry since the flowers were delivered there will be no refund" ... as far as I'm concerned I don't care what their policy is. You don't get to lie, misrepresent and fraudulently cheat people out of their money and then just claim some internal policy. I recommend the other people that went through this to also contact the Better Business Bureau and their credit card company as I have done both and I'm working on my Yelp and google reviews as well as every other possible social media I can think of.     I ordered flowers for my wife, who was hospitalized, on Saturday May 9th for same day delivery. They were not delivered on Saturday, or Sunday. On Sunday, I sent an email to cancel the order. I got no response. On Monday, I tried to call several times to cancel the order but was unable to get through on the phone, and kept getting disconnected.

The house I had it delivered to has been home 24/7 due to quarantine and said they never had anything delivered.     My husband and I placed an order with delivery on Mother's Day. The order was not delivered. We called customer service and could not get a human on the line. We contacted them through Facebook messenger and were told that the order would be delivered 3 days after Mother's Day. When the order finally arrived, the flowers were almost dead, and it was nowhere close to the item that we ordered. I have a screenshot of our ordered arrangement and the arrangement that eventually arrived. We ordered a beautiful vase arrangement of about 40 blooms containing roses, daisies, and carnations. The item that arrived contained 7 semi-dead daisies and 1 wilted carnation. We requested a refund but we were told that "since flowers were delivered they cannot provide a refund". The recording came on, still advertising it wasn't too late to order flowers for Mother's Day. Could not get a live rep. Left name, home number and order number. Went on the website. Left name, email address, and order number. On Tuesday, May 12th, received an email from JustFlowers stating that the flowers had been delivered at 5:30 pm. On Tuesday May 12th, a stranger called my cousin's home (using the number on the florist card). He had been away for several days and had found the dead, dried-up flowers on his porch with a broken vase. (He does not know my cousin nor live in the same area as my cousin.) Called customer service 1-800-290-5919 and 1-800-290-5919 to inform that they had sent the flowers to the wrong address.

    Finally, on Wednesday, May 13th and after being on hold for over an hour, I reached a live rep. She said that I wasn't entitled to a refund. Google Map had given them directions to the wrong address. They would be very happy to re-deliver on May 13th the Mother's Day flowers (that should have been sent on May 10th) to the correct address and issue a $10.00 credit. A rep said she would called back. It's been over 2 hours. Still waiting for the return call!

    I have never been filled with such absolute rage at a company. I placed an order several days in advance for when it needed to be delivered. The delivery date was available on the website and I paid $80 for a lovely arrangement. It did not arrive the day of scheduled deliver, or the day after. I called at noon on day 3 of no delivery, and it was the first time I got an actual person on the phone. I had left multiple messages prior. They called the local florist to see what was going on and the florist did not answer.

    At this point I cancelled the whole order. I was told I would receive the refund in 1-4 days and then I contacted another florist and bought from them. Well, 3 hours after that cancellation call, they showed up. They delivered a horrible, hideous, arrangement, 1/3 the size of what I ordered and paid for online. When I called to demand I still receive the refund they basically told me that since they were delivered there was nothing they would do. No refund. Nothing. I honestly can't tell what was worse the flowers that arrived 3 days late after cancellation, or the customer service who won't do anything to rectify the situation. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER.

Shortly after, I got a response on the Consumer Affairs website from JustFlowers that they will help me and needed my account number (which they already had from the numerous calls and e-mails).     I do understand that Mother's Day is one of the busiest flower holidays of the year. With that being said I was ensured the flowers I ordered would be delivered on time, I placed my order early. These were set to arrive on 05/08, we are now at 05/13 and they have still not been received. We have non stop been trying to get some update, no one responds to the email inquiry that the website says is the best way to reach them. If we call we either get a voicemail that says they're "sorry" for the delay - then hangs up. We even called to try to "place another order" to at least get a person. She said she would get us to her supervisor, put us on hold for about 10 min then hung up on us.

    I get if you are unable to deliver to rural areas - but be honest about it. Don't take my $80 and then never let us hear from you again. It has almost been a week and we have not received anything back from JustFlowers.com as far as a new delivery date or a refund. Just an email that says sorry they couldn't deliver, they will try again.

    Ordered flowers on May 10 to be delivered on the 11th. Yes, I realize it’s a late order for Mother’s Day, so I wasn’t too upset when I got an email on Sunday that they couldn’t be delivered and would be the next available day. On Monday, I got the same email (again), plus an automated voice mail. And again on Tuesday. My account was charged for this order on Sunday.

    I tried to call all three days to say that I would like to continue with the order, but was walked through an automated system then told to leave a message, which I did, each time. It’s the morning of Day Four and I finally got through the system to customer service. Here’s what I heard (paraphrased): “Hello, thank you for calling just flowers. This is (garbled name). How may I help you? (Half second pause) Hello, thank you for calling just flowers. This is (garbled name again). How can I help you? I can’t hear anyone on the line. Please call 1-800-777-1911. Choose the extension for customer service. Thank you!”

    All the while, I’m calling out “Hello? Hello?” Then the call was disconnected. Took me a second to realize that I was trying to speak to a recording. So, I called the 777 number, only to get the exact same recording. I just wanted to proceed with the order or to see why it wasn’t able to be delivered. But with no way to actually speak with someone, no replies to voice mails or emails, I can’t get an answer anywhere.

    I understand that with the current worldwide situation, things are difficult. But to continuously make promises of delivery with no intent to fulfill is an extremely bad business practice. If the order can’t be fulfilled, be transparent enough to tell us, so that we can make other arrangements. At a time when many of us are not able to physically see our mothers because of COVID-19 quarantines, sending flowers is one of our only options to celebrate Mother’s Day. The very LEAST you could do at this point is refund the money of everyone you’ve disappointed. I hope you put forth as much effort to rectify these situations as you have in building your fraudulent scams.

    My boyfriend placed an order for Mother’s Day. The flowers were never delivered, multiple calls were made and emails were sent, but we have not gotten any response. We will cancel the credit card associated with the order and file a complaint. Customer service was horrible as you could wait online for 10 min and then be disconnected with only a unrecognizable message quickly dispersed. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

    My daughter sent me flowers for Mother’s Day....Unlike some of the other reviews my flowers did arrive on time. However, when I opened the box, one of the flowers was already drooped over and losing petals. I followed the instructions included...(not the first time I have received flowers!) but the next morning two other flowers were also losing their petals and bent over. I know she paid good money for these and she should receive a refund or at least a partial refund since are only 3 flowers remaining. I did not want her to know about the poor quality since she would be embarrassed. I know how busy Mother’s orders are but having your flowers die the next day is just not acceptable!     Updated on 05/14/2020: I posted a review yesterday citing the same issues as everybody else. Flowers were ordered. They weren't delivered. Order canceled. In my review, I specifically requested details about my order - such as recipient name - not be revealed within the company response. As they did with others on here, they posted these details anyway with the *same* canned response they've given everybody else. JustFlowers.com did not have the bandwidth to handle hundreds of orders this past Mother's Day. Their customer service response is exactly what you, the reader has seen on this site. Copied and pasted responses. Deleted complaints on social media. A denial of all accountability. What you see is what you get.

    Original Review: First and foremost, a little context. With the COVID-19 pandemic placing a strain on small businesses across the United States and causing plenty of supply chain issues, it should not come as a surprise that websites offering Mother's Day flowers experienced a MASSIVE increase in demand this year. My web search led me to Just Flowers, a site that ranks on Google below similar websites (Urban Stems, 1-800-Flowers, for example) and with a social media presence dating back to 2011.

    Like many others, I placed an order that went unfulfilled. The same "remote location" argument that many other reviewers experienced. My intended recipient has had access to USPS, FedEX, UPS and other shipping services for decades. That's ok. Water under the bridge - because again, I understand that small businesses that provide specialty services are under a lot of stress right now.

    However, the way that Just Flowers has responded to a substantial customer service problem has been inexcusable. The comments contained within this page say everything I need to say - they're responding to posts divulging personal information about orders. They're copying and pasting the same run-around given to people like me on Facebook chat within their replies. They're deleting customer complaints - and simple customer requests - from Facebook. This is not customer service.

    I can't stress this enough: you have hundreds of people who invested hundreds of dollars in your company, and most customers understand that issues can occur - especially right now. But censorship and a series of copied + pasted responses aren't the answer. Transparency and communication are the answer, and you have provided us with none. Also, please do not follow up my post by revealing personal details of my order.

    My husband ordered Mother's day flowers for me to be delivered Sat. He emailed several times - late. They were delivered Tuesday - certainly after Mother's day. The quality is terrible. He said he paid over $100 for them. I placed them on the table in front of the ones I purchased at the store - long stem pink roses for my mom and others he purchased from the store - long stem dark pink roses and lilies. The arrangements are night and day. The mess JustFlowers brought here looks like a child had picked them from the garden and stuck them in a vase - no arrangement and it was small and unimpressive. Just terrible.

    I felt bad for my husband. He was expecting what he saw on the internet. Wrong. He was scammed. Shame on the company. He also paid for two balloons which were not there. Order was for the Loving Expression - $89.99, 2 mylar balloons totaled $15.98 and of course shipping and handling over $130. What was received was as I said - a bouquet a child would put together. It is small, short and looks terrible against the two we bought from the grocery store for $16.99.

    I had the worst experience with this company. They are a scam!!! I placed 4 orders (my mom, sister, sister-in-law and best friend) for flowers to be delivered on Mother’s Day, none of which was delivered. I spent over $500 with my order.     I read the reviews of several unhappy Mother’s Day customers and can not believe how similar my experience was with this terrible company. I placed 3 orders totaling over $300 on the Friday before Mother’s Day with a promise and guarantee to deliver by the end of Saturday of all three arrangements. Not one arrangement even made it by Sunday. In fact, as of the writing of this review only 2 have made their way to their destination and one is still missing in action.

    To make matters worse, what was delivered to my daughter does not even come close to what was ordered. For example I ordered the Pink Spring Basket $74.99 plus tax, handling, and shipping service for a total of $96.97. This order was for a large floral arrangement in a basket. What was delivered was a potted plant with 2 yellow flowers and a plant tag reading Dish Garden hanging from it. At best, I would expect to pay $25 for this same plant at my local supermarket several days after Mother’s Day because I would not have expected anyone to purchase this for such an important day.

    Although the company advises that they can substitute similar flowers should they run out of what was picked they promise to make it as close as possible. That’s a LAUGH. At a time when all of us are staying at home because of the COVID-19 Virus we have to rely upon the credibility of companies like Just Flowers to take our hard earned money and present the product they promised to the people we love but can not see. One of the arrangements ordered was going to my mother who has stage 4 cancer. This may be her last Mother’s Day. I am embarrassed by what this company delivered.

    I have not written a review before but felt compelled to do so now. I attempted to call this company but as was experienced by many others who wrote reviews no one answered to help. I have been hung up on several times and sent to voicemail. I have left a message and haven’t received a callback. The most ironic thing is while waiting on hold forever the song “I Don’t Know Why” continues to play on a loop. I ask myself “I don’t know why” this company is still in business?

It is now 4:30pm on May 12th and I just got a phone call they have yet to still deliver my flowers! I've attempted to contact them on their website AND by calling their customer service #.     I looked at several online flower sites to order flowers for delivery on 5/10, Mother's Day. Being "same day", many of those sites only had 5/11 or 5/12 as "next available delivery date". JustFlowers.com did have 5/10/20 still available to choose as "delivery date", so I paid the price, which was a lot more than the usual...knowing I was paying extra for ordering same day (in my mind). If I wanted to order for another delivery day, I would have just gone to one of the other sites, charging much less (approximately $58.00 less).

    I placed the order around 1:15pm EST and confirmed with intended recipient that she never received them (7:15pm EST). I called JustFlowers.com, but the message suggested going to their site to submit an inquiry about my order. I also never received any email receipt/confirmation from them but I did receive a strange Norton Shopping Guarantee email, which at least had that order # on it. On the JustFlowers.com inquiry site, I chose "Not delivered, please cancel delivery" (5/10 late evening), to ensure they did not try to deliver another day (too late). Early morning on 5/11/20 I sent an email asking them to confirm cancellation and refund. No reply. On the afternoon of 5/11/20 I called and left a detailed message, never received a call back.

    If I didn't know any better, I would think this site is a scam. I did confirm to date, no delivery had been made, but for the price I paid anything after the 5/10 delivery date they let me choose would have been too late anyway. The fact that they do not even send an automated reply to emails or return calls, is concerning. I had to finally call my credit card company to dispute the $133.23. They should change their name to JustNOTflowers.com. If they had answered/called back/emailed back...anything, to let me know they just got overwhelmed and couldn't deliver, I would have appreciated the effort and used them in the future. Now, I will stay far away.

    I ordered an arrangement on Wed., the 6th to be delivered on the 9th for Mother's Day. On Saturday afternoon at 4:45 I got a call saying there was a problem with my card. I was dismayed and called their credit card number to resolve it. I had given them the wrong expiry date. Okay, so that was my bad. I said that I wished they had tried to run the card earlier so we could have resolved it in time. They said they had sent an email on Thursday, and if I hadn't received it, to check my spam folder. I did, and it was in there. So they did, and I figured it was my fault. ):

    They said they would try to deliver on Sunday, but if not, it would be Monday. It wasn't delivered until Tuesday afternoon. When it was delivered, it was not AT ALL what I had ordered. My bouquet was $110 with delivery (I went for the middle sized arrangement). It was called PURPLE Cottage (look it up). It is advertised as "Irresistible ivory roses and vivid violet flowers, lavished with an elegant lavender ribbon." Perfect, since my mom loves purple.

    What arrived: a smallish arrangement with (wait for it), red roses, a couple of pink stargazer lillies, red carnations, and a couple of stalks of small flowers (think snapdragon types). Two of those were purple. The rest was a cacophony of reds. On of the roses and one of the carnations was totally broken and pointing down. It looks like something some amateur would have arranged out of their backyard. I am no professional, and I would never have foisted this eyesore on anyone, especially not for the price! I REALLY wish I could attach photos of what I ordered vs. what I got. SO DISAPPOINTED AND EMBARRASSED!!!

    I have tried to call 4 times today, and each time it goes through this phone tree where you have to enter your digit for what you want. Then after 5-10 minutes, it hangs up on you. I also left a number to call on Saturday and have not heard back from them. I am leaving my number on the website right now, but don't have high hopes based upon what has already transpired. If anything happens, I will update review, but right now I advise you to BEWARE!!!! If this is not resolved, I am putting them on social media blast. This is ridiculous and I am beyond frustrated and angry.

However the flowers were never delivered. 10th they sent me a mail apologizing for the delay and will be delivered the next day. 11th as well they didn't deliver and sent me the same mail. On 12th no one from the company communicated to me. I called them on 10th and 11th however they explained to me that because of mother's day they won't be able to deliver. I have tried calling them today as well. They never answer the call. I believe I have spent more money calling them as it's a international call. It has a pre recorded voice. It's really disappointing as they don't value the sentiments and the customer trust. They seem to be fraud.

    Updated on 5/18/2020: I wrote a review last week about two orders that were not delivered, after numerous unsuccessful attempts to call and email customer service. It took the review for someone to call back and ask if I would accept other items being shipped. I said "Absolutely no" and requested that both orders are canceled and refunded. Only one order was canceled and refunded, and this weekend one of their managers left a message on my answering machine saying that they needed to talk to me about the second order. Needless to say that I tried calling and got, as always, their automated recording, then left a message for them, to no avail. JustFlowers - please cancel order ** and issue full refund. Given so many terrible reviews, it is clear that the company is taking their customers for a ride. Why is it allowed to still be in business?

    Original review: I placed two orders for flowers on May 9, for delivery on May 11. As of today the order has not been delivered. I called customer service multiple times only to get to a pre-recorded message. I emailed customer service twice with the inquiry about the order, and got no response. The order is a birthday gift, and it is absolutely unacceptable that it was neither delivered on time nor its whereabouts could be tracked. Obviously, the credit card was charged right away. I am still hoping to find out what is going on. And - I should have read the reviews before placing an order with this company. Why are they allowed to stay in business? It looks like they are cheating customers as a standard practice. Terrible.

    Didn't deliver as promised. Bad Company, like all the other reviews, they promised to make it on Mother's day and it came a day later. Can't reach them over the phone and they don't reply to emails. It seems like a website masters/brokers with no real company behind it... We did dispute the charge with the CC company. Do not use them again!

    I ordered flowers for my mom to be delivered on Mother's day. They never arrived. Got the "sorry we couldn't deliver, will be delivered the next day" email. Then I got it again yesterday. And now again today. Tried to call and doesn't seem to matter what I do, never connected to a real person. Always just "leave a message". After this wasn't delivered this time, I remembered that I had ordered from them about a year ago and I had the exact same experience. The flowers were eventually delivered but like a week late. Won't ever order from them again. They promise delivery dates they have no intention of honoring.

    This company is a possible scam and should not be utilized. I placed and order that after 2 days past from the proposed delivery date, I attempted to contact their customer service, write them emails and submit enquiries on their website. To date they have never responded and my +$150 order has not been delivered. Their customer service telephone line offers 4 options only one of which is answered by a live person, guess which.... new orders and those agents will not connect you with a manager or direct your call to any other department. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!

    I ordered the A Memorable Love flowers on May 9th to be delivered on Mother's Day (May 10th) to my daughter. The total flowers cost $106.22 and never arrived; I have tried multiple times to contact the company via phone only to be stuck listening to "Don't know why" for 20 minutes before being transferred to a prerecorded script. I have called several times as well entered online trying to get a hold of a representative. I started having doubts that this company is real and not a scam, so I googled Consumer Affairs only to see all the same complaints as I am having.     On Friday, May 8th I placed three consecutive orders for Mother's Day delivery. JustFlowers.com promised delivery on Sunday May 10th (even offering Saturday, May 9th delivery). As of Tuesday, May 12th, no flowers have been delivered to any of the three recipients and my voicemails and emails requesting refunds have gone unresponded to. I have had to file a transaction dispute with my bank, but there are hundreds of others who are in the same position. To be clear, the vendors' website no longer has functional LiveChat, their customer service system disconnects you when you enter an order ID, and there have been no responses via their own email support address - not even a "message received" verification. The orders totaled $301.69 and correspond to order numbers **, **, and **. In my email and voicemails I requested an immediate refund and cancellation of the orders. No response has been received.

    Original Review: I placed 4 separate orders for flowers on May 8th for Delivery on May 10th, Mother's Day. Not a single order arrived or has arrived as of now TUESDAY May 12th. Similar to most of the other complaints listed here, I left numerous voicemails and responded to emails, but to no avail. The only way I was able to speak to a human being that works for this company, was to pretend I was making a new order by selecting option #1. After 10 minutes of listening to the awful "hold" music, I was stunned that someone picked up the phone. Obviously this company expects 99% of their orders to take place online and 100% of their "Customer Service" to take place via email or voicemail.

    It is beyond despicable that a company would gladly take people's $$ for very personal and important occasions, only to let them down, and have Zero recourse then in the end. Rest assured I will recover every penny of my hard earned money from this deplorable outfit. I have only begun my campaign and I have all the time and resources at my disposal.

    First let me begin by saying understand these are difficult times and this is why I waited until today to make a review. We ordered flowers for my mother in law and aunt May 9th with the JustFlowers guarantee that it would be delivered the same day. One of the flower arrangements was delivered today while the other was supposedly cancelled because they were unable to complete the payment. However they charged our account for both arrangement and were unable to deliver both on May 11 for a reason that was not stated. They say that they had tried to reach us (we have yet to receive a phone call or email explaining the delayed delivery or the payment error).

    I am a patient person, but JustFlowers is a scam if I've ever seen one. The only reason we chose to go with this business was because of their guaranteed same day or one day delivery, which evidently is a lie. And don't even get me started with the arrangement that was delivered, we chose a specific arrangement and paid extra for the Deluxe however it seems like they threw together random flowers and called it an arrangement, not what we paid for. I am extremely dissatisfied and we will be disputing the charges with our card company.

    I made the mistake of not reading the reviewed before ordering with them and it's a mistake I regret. They claim that this is because demand is high particularly during COVID however I went back through the review history and it seems like this is the way they've handled business even before the lockdown. A disgraceful business. Never ever shopping with them again and I advise you to do the same. I really hope they refund the money they took. More information, the order numbers were ** and **.

    Do not use this site -- ever. Absolute thieves who do not care who they steal money from. I placed two orders for Mother's Day, one for my mom and one for my grandmother. Each was around $100, including their $17 delivery for "guaranteed same-day delivery." Instead, both bouquets arrived a day later, in small vases (when they were supposed to be large) and with flowers that were mostly dying, and not at all like the ones that were pictured on the "justflowers.com" site.

    In fact, when I went back to look at the images of what I had supposedly ordered, justflowers.com had actually already removed both of the bouquets, as if they knew the people they had scammed would come back to check and compare. They sent flowers that can be found in a backyard -- nothing that would ever cost more than $20 anywhere. Yet, I paid more than $200 for them. Stay away from this site, unless you want dead flowers delivered late and missing more than half your order. Absolute scam and untrustworthy site.

    It looks like I am not alone in this upsetting and disappointing service. I ordered my flowers to be delivered to my mother on Mother's Day, May 10. They were never received. I called the 1-800 numerous times and left voicemails. No response. I called again on May 11 and still no response. Same thing again today. I finally got a hold of someone on Facebook messenger who told me the flowers were delivered - they were not. Where are my mother's flowers? How do I get a refund? I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow if this is not resolved. This company seems like a fraud.

    I ordered flowers for my granddaughter's 18th birthday on May 6th to be delivered May 7th, her birthday! As of today may 12th, the flowers have never arrived! I called in the evening of May 7th and spoke with a customer service rep who would not let me cancel the order and said that he would be willing to do a refund of $10! The order cost me $65. I told him that this was unacceptable. He said that the shops that they used would be getting new flower shipments the next day. Still no flowers. For me her birthday surprise was ruined and I can’t get that back!!! The main reason why I chose this company was because their website guaranteed that they could deliver to the zip code area where my family lives. I have made numerous emails and telephone calls only to be disconnected after receiving recorded messages stating how busy they are with Mother's Day orders. I will absolutely never use this company again, nor will I recommend its use.

Only have the opportunity to respond privately to Just Flowers misleading response so for transparency, wanted everyone to see my response to them on the orders placed for May 9 same day delivery: ** - delivered on May 12th at 6:37PM: Not accurate; delivered May 13 am--4 days late. ** - delivered on May 11th at 4:36PM: As acknowledged, one shipment was delivered-- 2 days late. ** - delivered on May 11th at 5:10PM: Never delivered; JF has been trying to find another florist to deliver. I would like to cancel this order and receive full refund ASAP.

    Their response reinforces my point that they have zero customer service-- no apology for delays; inaccurate facts; etc. I doubt they will even refund the money so I have used the added protection of disputing the charge with Amex. Shouldn't be so difficult/time consuming to order flowers. The good news is smart consumers have many choices. Choose anything else but Just Flowers. Stay away from this company.

    Original: This is my first review, prompted by a horrible experience with JustFlowers. I placed 3 orders on Sat, May 9 for same day delivery as advertised: two for Mother's Day and one for a birthday. It is May 12 and only 1 has been delivered-- and that one, 2 days late. There is zero customer service. Calls/emails go unanswered. On website, they provide one selection for you if issue is no delivery: "Not Delivered-Please schedule for first available delivery day." In other words, customer is saying it's ok to be late and deliver as soon as possible. Beware of this company. Only reason I gave them 1 star is I finally got through on the line dedicated for florists and they took my call to check on status. I will never use them again.

When prompted to enter order number, after each time I did, it again prompted me to enter order number, and then hung up on me. I was able to leave voicemail messages, but have not received a return call.     I ordered from them because they stated same day delivery on 5/10/20. However, it has been two days with no flowers and after repeated calls I can't get anyone on the phone. I have also contacted them by email with no response. It feels more like a scam than an actual business. So disappointed and embarrassed to use their service after reading all the terrible reviews.     Tried to call and all you get is the runaround. I am very upset, considering that Norton thanked me and actually backed this company. You have to wonder about Norton as well. If there were negative stars, I'd give that. With everyone getting sick, especially older people, these flowers might be the last they get. If the job could not be done, then don't take the business. You should be ashamed of yourself, I rate you a scam company. I am not posting the order numbers, but I wish someone WOULD contact me. I am going to notify my bank.     I ordered flowers to be delivered on the 9th of May. They still have not arrived and I've just received my third email telling me the delivery has been delayed with no date given as to when they will arrive. Although they were more expensive, I ordered from this site because they had delivery slots open for the Mother's Day weekend. If they could not deliver they should have been transparent about this or closed the delivery slots. I have emailed the company but have had no reply. There is now no way to cancel the order because they are also not taking phone calls. From the rest of the reviews it seems my experience is common.     One star is too much!!! I ordered an ivy tree plant for my widowed mother who is all alone during quarantine. I ordered it to be delivered the day before Mother’s Day so she could enjoy them for her day. They charged my credit card 2 days before scheduled delivery.... It has been several days and it was NEVER delivered!! They don’t answer calls and you can’t get ahold of anyone.     I ordered a bouquet of flowers several days before Mother's Day. I was initially quoted $69 for the bouquet, but after the order was placed I saw my order came to $120. I noticed there was a handling charge added, and then of course sales tax, which I am ok with of course. Anyways, after being given options for delivery day I chose Sunday morning for delivery. I was notified by robot caller that the delivery was a few hours behind but they would arrive. Now it is Monday at almost 5pm and still no Mother's Day flowers. I sent an email to the company and received no response. I used the website to track my order, but the site asks for the order number and email then does nothing as far as offering information.     I ordered flowers on May 9, 2020 and was guaranteed same day delivery to my sister-in-law for her birthday in the amount of $73.47. I also received an email confirmation.     I wanted FTD but JUSTFLOWERS popped up on the web, I didn't notice until after I ordered, it was very similar to FTD site. I ordered a $108.23 arrangement on 5/7 for guaranteed delivery 5/8. I was flexible and understanding with notices to me of delay on 5/8, 5/9. I received no further communication, nor response to phone and text messages. I see now where this is a standard for this company.

    I am angry and believe this was an unfair bait and switch, I wanted FTD as I always have A 1 service from them. I don't want to be conned by another company that ultimately doesn't deliver.     I ordered Mother's Day flowers on 5/9 (9:00 AM) from this company because it advertised same-day delivery guaranteed. The delivery date was scheduled for 5/9, the day before Mother's Day.     Placed 2 orders online very early in the morning, at the same time for 2 locations (both major cities). Both Items showed "In Stock" and "Same Day Delivery Guarantee" (actually within 4 hours). Credit Card was charged and neither item ever showed up. Made several attempts that evening, and all day the day after to contact customer service. Customer service does not exist. Online Chat is never online, website inquiry feature replies with a "stock" email. Website will not let you register to login and check you're order status. 3 days later still no actual contact with company after exhaustive attempts. I have "cancelled" order according to their process multiple times with no acknowledgment by company.

    I have filed a complaint with the BBB (don't believe the A+ ratings) the BBB has multiple poor reviews if you go to the BBB site. I have also filed official complaints and disputes with my Credit Card Company with supporting documentation. JustFlowers.comm has still not replied or acknowledged anything. It is my belief I have been scammed and I would advise "buyer beware".

    I placed two orders for Mother's Day (one in Ohio and one in South Carolina) for my mom and my mother-in-law. I never received a confirmation email of the order (only some sort of Norton Email) and the flowers were not delivered. I spent $105 on each order and neither was sent. This is a global pandemic and I want to be more forgiving, however my mother and mother-in-law both didn't receive anything for their Mother's Day. We can't spend time with them and have to keep our distance so I was hoping at best they could receive something beautiful from us and JustFlowers.com did not make that happen.

    When I attempted to call and email their customer service line, I received no response. I sat on hold for 30 minutes before the line just disconnected. We tried this 4 times. I received an email this morning that one of the orders is going to be delivered today, but not the other one. Not sure why, they gave no explanation. Buyer beware of this website on major holidays. I will be using other online services from now on where I am guaranteed delivery on the day I requested.

    Updated on 05/12/2020: This company is a scam!! Do not waste your time or money!! I placed an order to be delivered the day before Mother’s Day and my Mother has not received anything. The only way they’ll respond to you is if you post something on this site. They stated to me on ConsumerAffairs.com they will attempt delivery today, that’s 3 days too late! You can not reach them via call or email. They pretend to act like they care by responding on this site as if they’re going to resolve the issue but they do not. Received an email for both orders on the 9th that they were 'delayed' and would be delivered the 'next available day'. Today the 10th also no delivery and I cant reach anyone at customer service.     I, like others decided to have flowers delivered this Mother's Day as a way to stay safe. I choose Just Flowers because they promoted same day delivery as an option. I purchased the flowers with balloons and was given a 2-4 window for delivery. This was Saturday. It's now Sunday and 8:19 pm. I have called and have gotten in touch with no one. I left my name, order number and phone number 3 times. Their message center stated that they would contact the flower company put a rush on delivery. No email alerts to let me know this was done. No email at all to give me updates. I'm now 110 $ poorer with nothing to show for it. I will be cancelling my order and resolving it with my bank today or tomorrow.

    Not sure what the point of taking orders to be delivered on Mother’s Day is without the ability to make that happen. I should have known when I checked all local florists and found no available Sunday options that this meant it wasn’t going to happen. JustFlowers had Sunday available but that was clearly too good to be true - they have it available to get you to order and then (knowingly or possibly not) to disappoint you.

    I’m reminded of an old Seinfeld episode. The car rental place took his reservation but didn’t have a car waiting for him. He said (I’m paraphrasing): "you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don’t know how to *hold* it." The most important part. Anyone can just take reservations. This sums up my experience with JustFlowers - anyone can just take orders - it’s easy. Delivering them on time - that’s where it gets a little more challenging. I won’t give them a one star rating cause it’s honestly partly my fault. I waited till the last minute and I also knew in the back of my mind that this was too good to be true. Still not amused and cancelled my order. I expect my money back, if I don’t get it, I’m going to make a nuisance of myself.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered on May 8, 2020 to be delivered and the only reason I chose this company was because they said they said they had spaces open for immediate delivery. I received an email on Saturday, May 9, 2020 that said the flowers were not delivered and would be delivered the next available day. I received a message on Sunday, May 10 that the flowers were not delivered and would be delivered the next available day. At this point, I want my order canceled and a FULL REFUND.     I have tried calling and left a voicemail. I am furious!! We paid about $300 to have flowers delivered to my mom, mother-in-law, and grandmother today with GUARANTEED delivery today. It is 7:00 pm their time and NONE of them having received their flowers. I wish to God I would have read the reviews before I purchased from Just Flowers. I got a order number with a Norton Security guarantee with ZERO way to track the delivery of the order. Then you call customer service and good luck getting in touch with them. Horrible customer service! I honestly think the best way to get in touch with them is to write a review, which is sad! I've stressed myself all day over this wondering when they would be delivered! I don't want them delivered tomorrow, when they are guaranteed today! Please spare yourself from wasted money and stress. I feel sick to my stomach.

    By far the worst online flower company EVER, can I give negative 5 stars?!?! Ordered flowers on 5/8 to be delivered on 5/9 for Mother's Day. They were not delivered on the 9th, so I thought, they'll get them there on Mother's Day.... Bull crap!!!! 9am I get an automatic RESTRICTED phone call telling me that my card was unable to be processed, yet they damn sure took their money on 5/8 when I ordered, so how could it not be processed on the 10th?

    I press the extension I was told to connect to by the call and no one.... Call the 800 number, no one. So here it is almost 4 pm on Mother's Day, no flowers and I'm out $128...I want my flowers and a refund!!!! You screwed up Mother's Day for me and my Mom!!! This is the first Mother's Day since my father passed and Justflowers.com ruined it. Never ever trust them with any important holiday or event. Complete trash! I will be filing a dispute with my card carrier. No wonder they were so HORRIBLE on Undercover Boss!!!

    Ordered flowers for Saturday delivery before Mother’s Day 5-9-2020. Received email they would not be delivered Saturday. Left voicemail and email no response. Got second email on Sunday telling me they will not be delivered. Left voicemail and email no response. They do not answer the phone under customer service. You cannot get a hold of them. Do not order through this site. ** was my order number. I specifically ordered for Saturday delivery to avoid delay because of the busy Sunday. That did not help my cause. I have called every phone number listed. You cannot get a hold of them, unless you want to order flowers then someone picks up the phone to take your money. Do not take people's money if you cannot deliver the flowers.

    I'm convinced JustFlowers.com is a scam! I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day but did not receive any information on how to track them. I spent over $100 and I thought this would be a wonderful gift if only it showed up! I called customer service. No answer and left a message and still no answer!     I ordered flowers on 5/09/2020 to be delivered the same day. By the end of the day I get an email that my order could not be delivered and will be delivered the next available day. Very specific. Then Sunday morning I started calling and couldn’t get a live person on the phone, left numerous messages, sent multiple emails. No answer. At 5 pm I get another email from this lovely service that my flowers will be delivered the next available day. When is the next available day??? This service is a complete rip-off! If they weren’t going to be able to deliver why mislead people and take their money? Where’s is their customer service? They should not be allowed to be in business at all!

    I ordered three flower deliveries totalling approximately 350.00. one for May 9th for a birthday and two for May 10th for Mother's Day. I have sent emails, and called many times only to get an recording. I finally got a call at 5pm May 10th, which was also a recording, that the orders are delayed with no day or time when they will be delivered. I still have no information on these orders. If you can not fill the orders don't accept them so people can make other arrangements. Will never use them again!

I tried emailing through their customer service on the delivery inquiry page. Never got a response. I never received an emailed receipt as promised when purchased. I did screenshot my confirmation page so I do have the delivery number. But you can bet they took the money out of my account. Thieves!!!! I expect ALL of my money to be refunded or you will be hearing from the fraud department.

    I ordered flowers for my Mother on 5/ 7 to be delivered on Saturday 5/9. They never arrived. I cannot get a live person on the phone and when I finally did, she told Me she could not help me. I’ve called and left numerous messages and no one calls back. I’ve tried to leave Inquries about my order on their website with my order number ** and nothing goes through.     Should have looked at their Facebook before ordering. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Paid $115 for flowers to be delivered, paid for express delivery, delivery date was yesterday. Still not delivered, can’t get ANYONE on the phone, their website is not only useless for customer service, but won’t work on cell phone. Had to leave a VOICEMAIL and still no response even by email which was promised in the voicemail message. Can’t track the order. Do they even exist or did they take my money and run?? Message says due to Mother's Day they have high call volume and to call back later. Was it a surprise that it is Mother’s Day? Pretty sure they knew it was coming, staff up!
