This is the worst company to order flowers from. We ordered 2 times and both time they never delivered the flowers. Then they didn’t want to give us the refund until they contacted the flower shop knowing we didn’t receive them. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!! Ever!!!

I placed an order for Calla Lilies for a funeral. They called me six hours later and told me my arrangement was not available and did they have my permission to substitute 8 white roses. I told them no and to cancel my order and apply a refund. They told me no that they would look to find another florist the next morning and would call me if they found one. They made me believe the order would be cancelled if they couldn’t find the Calla Lillies. Since they didn’t call, I assumed the order was cancelled because they wouldn’t know what to substitute. Today they called me at 4:00 in the afternoon and said Calla Lillies are out of season. I said I wanted to cancel my order and they said all they could do was give me a $15 credit and send another arrangement.
CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT OPTIONAL EVEN AT THE TIME YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. Now I have no idea what my arrangement will look like or if it will make it to the funeral on time. When placing an order with another floral company, they had a notice at the time of ordering that said, "arrangement not available for this zip code, so I did not place the order. My order # was **.

Updated on 03/03/2024: Did receive a call from a rep named Teresa who resolved nothing, requested a call back and after doing so, was put on hold, going thru two people and I finally hung up. I did get another VM from this person requesting yet another callback, but decided, I'd already wasted enough energy on this. It's obvious that JustFlowers.com's customer satisfaction is not high on their priority list. If the florist they use is inferior, unable to complete the delivery on time and/or delivers it in a damaged condition and you make the mistake of accepting it, you're on your own. I'll certainly be looking elsewhere for ordering on future special occasions.
Original: Used them to send 3 Valentine's day orders. Site stated that they could be delivered the next day when I placed the orders on 2/13/24. One order to Iowa, which, due to the florist they used, was ultimately successful. One to W.V. which wasn't. Received a notice on 2/14 saying 'unable to deliver, will re-deliver.' This was to a business which was open. Received another notice on 2/15, stating the same. At that point, since it gave me the option, I cancelled it and I was refunded quickly. The 3rd order was an order to my sister in Tucson, Az. It was to be a surprise, but after receiving no response from her that it was delivered by the evening of Valentine's Day, I texted her, essentially ruining any chance of surprise and asked if it had been delivered and she responded, no. I never received any alert with a delivery problem.
I went to the Justflowers.com website and since it gave me no option to cancel, I checked off the 'deliver asap' and hoped it's be delivered a day late. Next day, 2/15, I receive a message that it was delivered mid-morning. Texted my sister who said she hadn't received anything. Messaged JustFlowers.com who apologized and said they'd contact the florist as soon as they opened and make sure it was delivered quickly. Again, nothing happened. Still no option to cancel. Alerted them again that nothing had showed up.
Finally, on the afternoon of Feb.17th, the order showed up. My elderly sister should have refused it since flowers were beginning to wilt, the vase was bone dry and the attached card had been ripped off and was water stained. It probably was the original arrangement, but where it had been for days remained a mystery. Sent pictures and complaints to them and even got to speak to a live person who stated that a pic. of a wilted flower and being 3 days late shouldn't warrant a refund of more than $13.
Eventually, they upped their, as they called it, 'generous refund' to $15.00. I declined it. They wouldn't divulge the name of the florist, either. Bottom line is that you're rolling the dice with the florist they pick, if it's a disaster, JustFlowers.com will rectify it by offering a pitiful refund, rather than making it a customer friendly experience. I'll never use them again, proceed with caution if you're considering using them.

Horrible customer service! Orders flowers online for Valentine’s Day. Ordered Love creation off their site. Only showed roses and greenery in the pictures online. Very simple message in the card, "Love JLF." They sent the wrong flowers! The arrangement was mostly daisies. Very few roses and I paid additional $20 to upgrade the amount of flowers in the arrangement! Plus they got the card wrong and looked like a first grader wrote it. It said, "Love JLS!" Who is this person?! Like you can’t even get 7 letters correct!! Emailed customer service. Originally didn’t want to refund anything then it went to $5 then $10 then $15 then $20. I kept arguing with the customer service manager on and off the phone four times and finally she said, "All I’m giving you is $30." I said, "Ok. Refund that because the most that arrangement was worth is $85. Go ahead. I’ll leave a review for you and your business."
Then she tried to take my $30 refund back because I was going to bad mouth the company! She thinks daisies is equivalent to roses and should be accepted as such! Honey are you serious? Daisies are the cheapest flower you can buy! My uncle had a very well known flower shop in the town over from me. He actually laughed at what was sent and said, "How much did you pay for that?" When I said $195 he did laugh and said, "They screwed you over!" I have emails and pictures to back up everything I’ve said here including their horrible customer service!
Jaclyn, the arrangement was filled to value and made as close as possible. A necessary substitution had to be made to ensure timely delivery. Your order was placed on February 13th at 9:58 PM EST for delivery the next day. Not to mention, you paid $169.99 for the arrangement, not $195. Flowers are more expensive during Valentine's Day. We should also mention that a $30.00 refund was offered and accepted to end any further complaints. Therefore, no further compensation will be issued.

Consider this a cautionary tale for anyone considering Just Flowers for their floral needs. I'm utterly dismayed by the abysmal service I received when ordering a funeral arrangement from them. Despite assurances, the flowers arrived late and looked nothing like the $250 arrangement I ordered. Adding insult to injury, the accompanying note was replaced with a cheap envelope stating a "greeting card shortage," containing a folded piece of printer paper.
When I attempted to address my concerns with customer service, they argued that the flowers delivered looked like a cross, despite photographic evidence I provided. I requested to speak to a manager to address this, but instead of assistance, I was put on hold, only for the representative to hang up on me. Upon calling back, I once again had to leave a voicemail. This matter remains unresolved. Contacting the company is nearly impossible; after enduring 5-minute hold times, calls are consistently redirected to voicemail. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Just Flowers at all costs. Their lack of competence and empathy is shocking and unacceptable.

Like you, I’ve experienced poor service and unknowingly purchased cheap products before, but JustFlowers.com is hands down the worst company I have ever done business with. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. On that day, I never received my order but I did receive an email saying they were late and would be delivered the following day. Wild and unprofessional but fine.
The following day, I did not receive them, nor did I receive any correspondence addressing their failure to just provide the product I paid for. I called customer service 3 times before I could speak with someone. They hung up on me after saying they would look into the problem. They didn’t call back. I called back 9 times and no one answered.
The following day, still no flowers. Still no one answers customer service. I basically donated over $100 to this company and there’s nothing I can do now. Look at the other reviews here and the company’s replies. They read like the owner’s own rage-fueled excuses embellished with claims that they “actually fulfilled the customer’s demands.” Whoever runs this dump should be arrested. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JUSTFLOWERS.COM. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GHOST YOU.

I have seen a lot of bad reviews on here followed by JustFlowers replying that they didn't do anything wrong so I'll try to be careful justifying my terrible experience. I ordered flowers for Valentines day hoping they would arrive on Valentines day. They did not. I understand things get busy, but I live in a location where I know that there are many local florists and in years past other companies were able to accommodate the delivery date.
I tried contacting them at the end of the day to cancel the order, but due to high volume on this busy day, they were not able to field calls. I emailed them twice to cancel my order to get a refund and did not get a response. At the end of the following day, the flowers arrived, however they smelled very strongly of cigarettes. I thought this clearly constitutes a full refund. I spoke with a representative over the phone and they refused to give me a refund on my order, but instead gave me a 15 dollar credit, which I will clearly never use. So if anyone out there is looking to save 15 dollars on low-quality flowers that smell like cigarettes and arrive a day late please reach out.
Joe, we didn't receive your order until 11:53 AM on Valentine's Day for delivery that same day. Also, the driver who delivered your order doesn't smoke. We offered to pick up the arrangement for a full refund but you told us that you threw the arrangement and the bear in the trash already.

I placed a order on October 8th for delivery on Valentine's day. Valentines day came and went and no delivery. After trying to verify where my delivery through the site recommendation text messaging service (only to get a reply to say they are experiencing unusual high messaging volume). No customer service availability, (after holding for 20 mins the system will direct you to voicemail). Additionally the online inquiry also did not generate any help. On the day after valentines day I proceeded multiple times to get customer service online, again, of course no response. The flowers finally were delivered around 3:50 pm the day after valentines day. Which defeats the entire purpose of getting flowers on valentines day.
Today I Finally was able to get customer service on the phone (2 days after valentines day). I requested a refund for the purchase due to the VALENTINES DAY FLOWERS, being delivered the evening after the holiday. They refused to do anything and actually could not confirm there was even a delivery made. She went on to tell me that it's the busiest flower day of the year and the shops were too busy, as if that is a good excuse. The flower shop should not have taken the order if they could not fulfill it on time. After arguing the fact they being busy is not a acceptable excuse with this person. The fact that if you order flowers for a holiday the expectation is for it get there on that day. She disconnected the call.
I then called back, requested a manager politely and of course the manager is busy. I don't expect a call back. What I expected was a company to support the customers and hold their vendors/florist accountable and not just use a excuse that it's the busiest flower day of the year. I recommend not using these companies if you don't have to, consider using or finding local florist in that area. Instead JUSTFLOWERS destroyed someone's valentines day and they could care less.

Deliver never arrived on the day it was supposed to. The website to inquire the status for the order has a couple inquires options convenient for them and not for the customer. Customer service is a recording and not a live representative and keeps you on the line for a long time and then refers you to their inquire website. Do not use this company. I ordered flowers yesterday morning at 5:30 in the morning, they were to be delivered 26 miles away by end of day… They were not delivered. I have left 16 voice messages, 10 or 12 text messages, and no one ever replies or responds now the day after Valentine's Day. They still haven't been delivered. I am going into my social media for the over 3000 people, close friends that I have, and going to let everybody know "Do not use this company".
Patrick McDowell, you have already been issued a full refund. Also, you didn't provide your e-mail address when you placed your order so we were unable to conveniently contact you with updates during an extremely busy Valentine's Day holiday.

It's the evening of Valentine's Day and I've been on hold (after being on hold and being disconnected 25 minutes later) with Justflowers.com. I ordered a simple dozen roses last night to be delivered today. (Cost: $130) They didn't arrive. All I want is a refund and to regain the respect of my wife, who realizes that this company has a low regard for customer satisfaction and repeat purchases. We'll probably receive the flowers a day (or more?) late, defeating the purpose of ordering for Valentine's Day!

Never again will I ever order from this company or refer anyone. Customer service or lack thereof is nonexistent. They pitch the idea of same day delivery, but that is a lie. If the order cannot be delivered the same day, the least the company should do is call you and tell you the reason. Not send you a text message, the order will not be delivered today. They are definitely an empty promise company. I guarantee they will reply to this review asap, but will not give you a refund.

I went to their website in the morning of Valentine's Day this year and it showed "Today Delivery." I placed the order, my card was charged $115 and they never delivered. Throughout the day I tried calling couldn't get through. The recording would say "text us for faster service." I texted many times only to get a "try back later" reply. I tried to email, no response. If they couldn't handle the order volume the day of then they shouldn't have taken the orders. I noticed other sites would not accept orders for today's delivery. They should have done the same.

I Ricky ** placed an order for a bouquet of roses this morning February 14th 2024. On the site, it said that the flowers would be delivered today. I got no email with the confirmation so I decided to call them and they told me that the lines were busy and I couldn't get through. So I decided to cancel my order because I was promised that my flowers will be delivered today. That's what it said on their website and when I call no one responded to me all day. I placed the only around 9:00 this morning. I called around about 3:00 and she said it hadn't even find a florist in my area which I live in Charlotte, North Carolina and there is a bunch of florists in this area. They didn't even have my bouquet of roses ready so I decided to cancel my order. She was assisting that they can reschedule my order so I said no. I just want my refund so I was told that my my refund won't be back until 1 to 4 days.
They are horrible and then when she called the number came up as a telemarketer making me think that they are scammers. I asked for my flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day not the day after Valentine's Day. So there is no reason for them to say they couldn't find a florist in this area or they was all booked the thousands of florists in Charlotte, North Carolina. I have used a similar site 800flowers.com. I had no issues with them delivery the flowers.
With the reviews that this company has, they really don't need to be in business anymore because everybody is unsatisfied and if people can't get their stuff when they request what's the purpose. They even having a business open. They are one of the worst flower businesses I ever seen for to be based out of California. You should know better. Y'all should do better. I would never use just flowers again. Just give me my refund and I don't want any excuses about refunding me my whole 100 and $9. They charge all this money but can't get people their stuff on time.

Updated on 02/14/2024: I wrote a review yesterday (attaching the receipt) explaining JustFlowers.com failed to deliver an order of flowers on 2/12, failed to re-deliver on 2/13 and Customer Service was 100% unhelpful and difficult to reach. This morning, the company posted a public response asserting that the flowers were delivered -- conspicuously absent was any evidence (picture, receipt, etc.) supporting this contention. I assure you, JustFlowers.Com took payment but never delivered the flowers. Not only are they unreliable ... when a customer complains, they accuse the customer of lying. Nice trick! Good luck with your business for now, JustFlowers.com ... you won't last long with a reputation like this.
Original review: Do not do business with JustFlowers. They fail to make deliveries when ordered. Their customer service is designed to frustrate and obfuscate and they will not refund for failed delivery. Go to another vendor. Do not patronize Just Flowers.

I have unsubscribed from this company's email list at least 5 times now. This company is clearly terrible and refuses to unsubscribe my email. After reading other reviews and seeing their awful rating, it makes since. Too bad they can't be shut down.

They accepted my order and delivery time which they were offering on their site. I did not request special delivery day or time. They missed the delivery day completely with no notification until next day and offered only 15 credit on $110 order that included ~$30 in fees. Never, ever again. Terrible customer service.

Sunday deliveries are not guaranteed. Our team offered to deliver your order on Monday with a discount but you adamantly declined and insisted on cancelling your order which is what we did right away.

Ordered a bouquet for the next day delivery. It was the birthday event. I had requested early morning delivery. The bouquet was not delivered till evening. They didn’t communicate if there was any issue. After calling them they said we can’t deliver it today. We will deliver tomorrow. The customer service representative was reluctant to cancel the order. After a while I spoke to the manager and got the order cancelled. Very unprofessional. If they would have let me know the problem I could have used any other company. Will never use Just Flowers ever again.
Prakash, we received your order on Saturday afternoon at 12:05 PM for delivery on Sunday and by that time in the day, all of the local shops had closed up for the weekend. Sunday deliveries are not guaranteed.

Should be a zero. I order flowers for a friend’s funeral who had been battling cancer for 2 years two days prior to the funeral. I received a call the day before the service saying they would be substituting some of the flowers but it would be delivered on time. Today the day of the service suddenly they can’t do the order. Worst experience ever. Heartbreaking. I understand why there are bad reviews for this company now. Then they wanted to offer me a coupon for less than the cost of the order. Ridiculous. They said I’ll get a full refund but we’ll see. At this point they are unreliable. Not recommended. Call the local florist directly for better service.
Toni, there are only two local florists in that rural part of North Dakota and both of them were unwilling to deliver to an early morning funeral. Nevertheless, we offered to still send your order to the family of the deceased but you adamantly refused and insisted on a full refund which was already issued.

My father in-law passed away unexpectedly, right before Christmas. It has been traumatic for our entire family as we were very close. I live in CT and when I put in 1800flowers and hit the call button it automatically connects you to JustFlowers.com. Weird right??.. Anyways I go through this very very detailed order. It was a big order. 3 huge standing sprays, a large cross, a casket piece. All that were upgraded to their premium product. All in all the order was around 1300/1400. A couple HOURS before the flowers were to be delivered they told us that "local florists " were unable to do the order!! We contacted a local florist that is able to get this done. Thank God. Now we are going to play a waiting game I'm sure for the money to be refunded. I'm just going to dispute it with my credit card company!!
Gist of the story is DO NOT trust this company with anything. Especially if it's something important like a funeral, wedding, anniversary etc. You're better off going to the local florist!! They do not actually work with them, that is not true. Since this happened I have called basically every "local florist" in a 59 mile radius and not a single one works with JustFlowers not a single one.... I have literally never wrote a review in my life, 35 years old and I never truly felt that it was necessary until now. Even if one person sees this review and decides not to use them I will be happy!! This company has put so much pain and stress on top of a already devastated family....
Tabitha, there are only two local florists in that part of Connecticut and the main one we work with could not get enough flowers to fill all five of your orders on such short notice during a very busy Christmas holiday. We were completely transparent with you about this and we have since processed full refunds for all five of your orders.

I purchased oranges roses in an orange vase for my supervisor and after all the charges added on it was 95 dollars. The flowers sent were pathetic and NOTHING like I ordered. They were cheap. The only thing they got right was the vase color. When I wrote I was unhappy with the flowers, they blew up my phone with calls every day for about a week. However, they didn’t want to rectify the situation. They offered me 10 dollars back and I told them to keep it, offensive offer and so tired of dealing with them.
They emailed me every day multiple times and basically said if the florist doesn’t have the flowers, they can use something else. I thought I was finally done with them. Then, they called the person I sent the flowers to, without my permission, and asked to have them back. They wanted to charge me another 35 dollars to have the flowers picked up to be reimbursed. It was a really embarrassing situation and was completely unprofessional of them. Seriously, avoid this company at all costs.
Jennifer, the local shop was going to retrieve the product so that we could refund you for the order but the recipient said she had thrown the flowers away. I ordered an arrangement to deliver the next day. The next day got an email after 6 pm saying the delivery was delayed and they would try again the next day. So two days after I ordered, ok fine. At 4 pm on the second day, I got an email asking me to call or email them to authorize an additional charge on my credit because "the florist required an extra fee ($55) for delivery". NOPE. I called and they offered a $15 credit or I could put the delivery on hold until the next time I needed flowers. No thanks. I just canceled the order at that point. The customer service rep didn't care a bit, she actually cut me off mid-sentence and put me on hold to process the refund. So a $49 arrangement turned into a $110 order.
When I called they changed the story and said it wasn't for a delivery charge and it was because the florist couldn't fill the order for the $49 price, ummm....that is not my problem. The arrangement is on your website at that price, it is YOUR responsibility to contract and work the pricing with the florists you use. Never again. Don't use them, bait & switch, scam, whatever you want to call it but they are AWFUL and my mother-in-law didn't get flowers for her surgery.
Diane, that rural part of Tennessee can be somewhat of a challenge since there aren't any local florists in that particular town. Some local florists have minimum dollar amounts for orders. We are committed to matching you with a local florist that can fill your order for your selected item's paid dollar-amount. However, there are rare occasions when the most cost-effective local florist's minimum exceeds the amount you paid for your selected item.

Ordered a flower delivery, a few days later I had to call and ask why they weren't delivered. They assured me it would be delivered the next day. The person I was sending them to felt better before flowers were even delivered. There's a reason this company has a 1-star review out of 1000+ reviews.

If I could leave zero stars I would!!! I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on a Friday. Later that day I received an email saying it will be delayed to the next available day. Flowers were not delivered on Saturday or Sunday, so I believe that they would get there on Monday. I called and spoke to a lady on Monday and she promised that would be delivered by 6pm. After 6pm the flowers never arrived and the recipient was home all day. So I have now contacted the company about getting my refund and I just keep getting told that they need to get a hold of the shop to see what happened, but they are unable to just get a hold of the shop and tell me I have to please wait. I would rather not spend time leaving bad reviews but it’s been 5 days, the flowers were not delivered and I’m still waiting to hear about my refund.

I ordered my wife an arrangement of Purple Roses for our anniversary. The order was a week and a half prior to delivery. They substituted some random purple flowers for purple roses!! Then after I complained they offered a $10 coupon for my next purchase. I will never order from them again!!! Tracy

Please read the reviews on this company before you use them. I wish I had. Horrible service and their attitude about their mess ups are so nonchalant. Ordered from this company for a small bouquet that costs $103, paid extra to have it delivered before 1pm. Delivery never happened and had I NOT CALLED THEM to find out what the delay was they don't even call to let you know. Spoke with someone and they said it be delivered by 6pm. Never delivered THEN I received a call about a $7, yes you're reading that right. A $7 refund for their mess up and they'd deliver the next day, I was trying to do something special for my sister who really need a lift me up on THAT DAY and they ruined it.
Well today is that day they should deliver and I will be back with another review on the arrangement when my sister receives it. I asked her to take a picture. If their service is this horrible I'm almost terrified about what they send my sister as the arrangement I PURCHASED AND WANTED. I wish I had come here first to read the reviews because now that I have read some of the reviews I would have NEVER purchased from them. After reading the reviews this company doesn't care about its customers.

I ordered a bouquet for my niece. It arrived on time, but was nothing close to what I had ordered. When I called JustFlowers.com they were less than helpful, saying they switched to more expensive flowers (not true). The arrangement was not pretty, not clean and it looked like a 4 year old had written the card. After many calls (2 to 3 a day) back from the company, to the point of harassment, they refused anything more than offering me $20 back. Unacceptable. This is a bait and switch company, do not use them.

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS SITE!! I ordered flowers for my wife two days before our wedding anniversary. On the day of our anniversary, I received a notice from the company that they were unable to deliver that day and they asked for an additional day. I was not happy, obviously, but what was I going to do? I relented and secured a promise they would be delivered the following day. By that time, I was home from my business trip. I then received another notice that they were not able to deliver on that day and was asked, again, for an additional day. I called the company and cancelled the order. The level of incompetence is astounding.

I placed an order to be delivered on a specific day and then get notification they can't deliver it. They told me they can't guarantee when they will be delivered. I asked for the order to be canceled and she said she'd refund 7 dollars out of the 110 paid. Then said she could apply 10 to some other company gift card. This is worst and fraudulent company. They never fulfilled the order. Won't refund my money.

The remote area you ordered for was only available for delivery on Saturday this past week and our representative offered to send it out then instead of a Friday with discount which you refused. Placed a order on July 21st I paid $60 for the plant, express delivery 4.99, a handling fee of 5.99 and a shipping fee that I was told absolutely nothing about of 25.99 nor was it anywhere on the website that I would be charged an extra $25.99. What was sent was a crap Poor Pitiful Peace Lily that came nowhere even close to what I had ordered. It did not get to the to the visitation on Friday as it should have for the express delivery which was extra then Saturday morning they called me and said they needed an extra $20 because the place they ordered it from could not deliver it and I had to pay the new florist an extra $20.
I told them no that was their problem they had to pay that I was not paying them any more money. I told them I wanted my $25 back for shipping and handling that was not disclosed to me at the time I ordered or anywhere on their website is it disclosed and they said they would credit me $5!!! $5 really $5 are you serious then they went to $10 off of my next order haha there won't be a next order. I want a full refund of 96.95 that I paid to have a gorgeous plant delivered on Friday that did not get there until Saturday and was definitely not what I ordered. This is a total scam thought it was a reputable place definitely not do not order all I'm asking is the money I spent to be refunded to my account.
UPDATE 8/22/23Now they are offering me $15 refund isn't that grand?? Plus they're sending me emails for $10 off my next order!! They think there's going to be another order, ha ha!! They won't be stealing from me again. The next order is coming from the Judge because my Attorney is in the process of filing suit at this time so I will update on the process from here.
Lori, the delivery fee is displayed on the order receipt which was immediately e-mailed to you when you placed your order with us. Some local florists have minimum dollar amounts for orders and there are rare occasions when the most cost-effective local florist's minimum exceeds the amount you paid for your selected item. We covered that additional amount in this particular case. In regards to the product delivered, quality complaints must be received within seven days of delivery, not 23 days.

I ordered a specific flower arrangement & mylar balloon for my wife's & my 27th anniversary, which arrived on time. Got home, what we received was not remotely what was ordered, & no Mballoon. Contacted customer service, the CSR told me they would only refund $10 of my $114.45 spent since the flowers were already delivered. I felt as this was a surprise for my wife, she wouldn’t have known what was being delivered so did NOT refuse the delivery as incorrect. I said $10 was not ok & asked for a manager. A manager called & offered a $25 refund, I said no, the manager said they would have to contact the florist the next day.
Next day, CSR Manager called back after speaking to Florist & offered to add $4.99 bringing refund to $34.99. I said No. The CSRM stated the arrangement I ordered was not available in my area & offered to deliver a new arrangement. I said no as; 1. By their admission they don’t have what I ordered. 2. My anniversary was yesterday. Again, asked for a full refund. Was refused, asked to speak to upper-level manager. Spoke with the ULM, who also offered $34.99 & told me I should understand the item I ordered is not available everywhere & their policy allows substitution. I said advertising & accepting payment for one thing & then delivering something else is called “Bait & Switch” & fraud.
I offered reluctantly to accept ½ the money back ($57.23). ULM discussed how the delivery driver was not responsible, & as I was offered $34.99 I should be happy because my cost was reduced to $49.99 for flowers I received. I said I did not order the flowers I received & felt the driver should be responsible for not delivering entire order. So, I said no to $34.99 & redelivery was pointless. Had a rousing but fruitless discussion about the concept if a vendor doesn’t have what was ordered, it’s NOT too much to ask they either decline the order, or let the customer know that item is not available and that their “Customer Service Policy” seems to only protect Just Flowers’ profitability not the customer.
The florist put in white roses, white spray roses, and lisianthus. The color of the lisianthus was subbed from purple to pink. You ordered for same day delivery so the color of lisianthus was subbed to ensure birthday delivery. No florist has every color in every type of flowers and since no time to order product subs would be done. We offered several times a redelivery which is our guarantee but you refused it each time.

We had a friend whose mom died this past Monday. I ordered a spray at 6:00AM Tuesday and paid for it to be delivered on Wednesday before 2:00PM. At 2:30PM, I called to verify that the order would make it on time and was told it was in order and being processed. At 4:30PM that same day, I received a phone call letting me know that I needed to pay an additional $30.00 in order to have it delivered. I asked them why they waited 10 hours to let me know, making it too late to order from another florist. The customer service rep was rude and dismissive. I paid the $30.00, since I had no other option at that late hour. A shady operation.... we'll see if it gets delivered on time today. I am skeptical.

Very disappointed!! The order delivery did not even resemble the ordered arrangement and they brushed it off as their right to substitute with various credit offers of $9-25 after many conversations. They accepted no responsibility for the vendor attitude or decisions, so basically you get whatever is available and not the pictured arrangements on the site.

After ordering funeral flowers at 3:00am I realized I was given the wrong delivery address. I panicked & immediately sent an email to Just Flowers. At 7:00am they called me and corrected the delivery address. They even double checked with the funeral home for the time of the funeral. They had a beautiful arrangement delivered that morning before the services started. They were the only florist I could find that would even deliver to a very small town on an Indian Reservation. I am so grateful in the way they corrected my error and with their professionalism and caring. I can’t say enough good things about their customer service and their quality of product.

JustFlowers.com is a shoddy, unprofessional between-man service between you and your florist. I ordered flowers from them for Mother's Day on May 13, 2023 actually by accident as I couldn't locate the local florist's website. I was pleased when they said the order would be there on Mother's Day as I knew I was ordering last minute and my mom lives rural. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday each ended with no flowers but a text EACH DAY saying the flowers would be delivered the next day. I tried to be understanding because my mom lives in a very rural area but by day 4 I was fed up.
Thursday May 18th I called them early and demanded for a cancel of my order and refund. The man on the phone was not helpful. He said the order was already placed with a florist so they could not cancel. But, he could not get a hold of the florist to confirm when it was going to be delivered. (!!) I said it had to be there that day and he even offered me a 10 dollar credit but did not ask for my credit card info or give me an authorization code or anything. After I hung up I realized that was an empty promise. After work I called again when there was still no flowers. I demanded a refund and was again given a run around (same story about getting a hold of the florist). I said I would give them two hours to get in touch with the florist and get back to me by 6 pm. The lady on the phone agreed. 6 o'clock comes and no phone call and still no flowers.
I call demanding a refund again and the lady again tries to brush me off, but then, after my persistence, tries to connect me with a manager. I was on hold more than 15 minutes, but then had to go watch my daughter's concert so I couldn't stay on hold. By then I was done. I did have a message from a manager after the concert, but when I tried to call that number back I reached a very sketchy message basically giving me all these other commercials for other very scammy companies. It all felt extremely underhanded and not aboveboard. They tried calling me a few more times, but always when I was at work. I was done talking to them anyway.
I filed for a refund on my Costco card and let them handle it. I just got the response and now their story is they told me the whole time my flowers would be there on Thursday which is UNTRUE. They only told me that when I called demanding a refund 7 am on Thursday morning. I wouldn't have had a problem if they had told me from the beginning exactly when the flowers would be delivered.
My mom's flowers were delivered to a neighbor's house with MY NAME on them instead of hers late late late Thursday night. She only found them when she went asking to her neighbors if they had received any flowers. She did call the local florist who delivered them and she said she delivered them late that night because she was told they had to be received by that day. (!!) Again, JustFlowers.com is an unnecessary middleman who is not honest and not willing to work with an unhappy customer. I recommend using a local florist, they will be more motivated to work with you and can actually answer your questions about your order.

Then I got a call from them saying they couldn't deliver them that day, and would deliver them on Saturday May 27, 2023. Then I got a call from them saying they couldn't deliver today that they will be delivered Sunday 28,2023. They already took the money out of my bank account! The woman that called me couldn't speak English very good! I couldn't hardy understand what she was saying! Never will I order from them again

Where to start: Order flower for Mother's day on Friday. The company confirmed that it was going to delivered the flowers by Saturday. To our surprise no delivery Saturday, Sunday or Monday - but Tuesday late evening with dry flowers - which were refused. During all this event, tried to contact the company but no response, only bots and recording. Even got played by a SMS bot. Ended up in starting a claim with the credit card company and then I got company calls to see what had happened. Last call received was they were trying to charge a fee, which is nowhere mentioned on the confirmation email they sent for the order. Refused to pay and waiting for claim to be resolved with my credit card company. Long story short, not recommended. Calls received were from a call center and the managers that I spoke with did not help at all.
The customer placed this order on our website on May 12,2023 for May 13, 2023 delivery. This order was immediately processed. However, due to the high volume of orders placed earlier that week, and given the fact that it was Mother's Day, a major flower holiday, most of the shops were already fully booked. Since our florists are operating at full capacity the shop was unable to complete the delivery.

When I confronted them about what happened and asked for a refund, they just gave me the runaround just passing me off from person to person with no one owning up. Working with my lawyer to file a claim. Absolutely unacceptable!

After speaking to a manager at JustFlowers in which I got nothing resolved, only excuses and an offer to refund $15 on a $104 order, I went to talk to the owner of the local florist that fulfilled the order. After reviewing the order he received from JustFlowers, I could see the reasons why my wife didn't received the Mother's Day flowers I ordered for her. First, the wrong item code was sent by JustFlowers. Flowers received didn't resemble the wrong item code either. Secondly, the order description to the florist was incorrect and inadequate. It only stated "2962 - Yellow, blue, and white flowers in a vase." No mention of Red flowers which was the prominent color of the arrangement I ordered. No mention of the type of flowers or the number of each type of flower.
Thirdly, there was no mention that my order was upgraded to the DELUXE size. Standard size from the JustFlowers website showed at least 25 flowers, so the Deluxe size should been at least 30 flowers. What my wife received was 10 flowers and a bunch of fern leaves in a vase. Great scam...pay more to upgrade flowers and get less. Fourthly, the link the JustFlowers sent the florist to see what the arrangement should look like didn't work so all he had to go on was an incorrect item code and a vague "yellow, blue, and white flowers in a vase" description. Lastly, my order was placed with JustFlowers on May 12, but they didn't send the order to the florist until May 14 which resulted in two rescheduling of delivery.
Don't bother contacting Customer Service to resolve any issues. They just read their standard scripts about their policies, will not admit to any errors on their part, and will try to pay you off with an insignificant refund to get you to drop your complaint and go away. The multitude of negative complaints against JustFlowers speaks for themselves. Just add this one to the long list. Avoid this company at all costs. There are many others that are more reputable and treat their customers right.

Order placed 05/13. I placed over ten calls on 05/14 for order status. I was originally advised arrangement was being prepared on 05/14, 05/15. Secondly I was advised arrangement was assigned to a florist for delivery and will be delivered by 9pm on 05/14. I was advised 05/14 by a supervisor named Glenn that I would receive a $15 credit to my debit card along with a courtesy call of when to expect rescheduled delivery on 05/15. It is now 05/15, the recipient still has not received their floral arrangement. On 05/16 I spoke with a supervisor named Emily who become frustrated about me complaining about the quality of service recieved as I spent over $120 for items not received.
The recipient was contacted 05/15 and confirmed no arrangement was received. It is illegal to charge a consumer a price for an item still not received. I am demanding a FULL refund of $128.21 for a floral arrangement NOT RECEIVED as soon as possible. I have already reported to my bank. If this company does not refund my money for items not received I will start court proceedings and launch a legal investigation. JustFlowers company refused to issue a refund. Thank you.

While JustFlowers will state Deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will set up for delivery on Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on Monday or the soonest available delivery date. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day was on Sunday...Tuesday morning still no flowers. Trying to cancel and on the phone. Waiting for a manager to call us back. Do not use this company!! I ordered a plant to be delivered by Mother's Day. Not only was the plant not delivered, they did not send any communication that they were not able to deliver it on time. Most places will tell you the day an item will be delivered to allow you to decide if you want to continue with the order. Just Flowers deceived their customers into thinking the item would be delivered on time. So now they are not answering the phone, they tell you to text them for faster service, but when you text the number, they tell you they can't respond, additionally, they are also not answering the online inquiry. I will not be doing business with this trash company ever again!! They need to cancel my order.

This is the first Mother’s Day ever spent away from my Mom. I ordered flowers for my Mom for a Saturday delivery. Got a text JustFlowers couldn’t deliver Saturday however they would deliver Sunday. Then Sunday at noon I find out they can’t deliver AGAIN so my Mom has no flowers on her special day. This Company has NO business selling flower arrangements (and charging exorbitant delivery fees) for a product they can’t deliver on time, or even two days later. If you want flowers delivered, use any other company and avoid JustFlowers. They’re extremely untrustworthy and you’ll never get your floral arrangements delivered when you need it. There are numerous reviews with this same complaint over and over again. Shame on JustFlowers!!!!

I too wish I could give a minus star, I was in a hurry to order as my Mother had emergency surgery on a Friday night and wanted flowers for her, I didn’t see all the bad reviews on till now. So I ordered from them as of course all floral shops are closed for the weekend. They had promised to deliver on 4/30 which is a Sunday this year. No flowers! I called Monday morning, "Well we are working on it. Should be soon." Monday at 3pm still NO FLOWERS! My mom going to be out of the hospital before they ever show up, discharge is tomorrow.
I Called customer service. They wanted to give $7.00 off of my $100.00 order that they still were not sure when it was going to be delivered and paid extra to be delivered on the weekend! Asked to talk to a manager. Took 15 minutes on hold for someone to get to me. I’m just canceling the order. I could go to a florist and get something now! The whole point was to have something delivered on the weekend! If you can’t do that then you shouldn’t promise that you can! I will never order from them again, and will tell everyone I know, DO NOT order from this company as well.

I was out of town on a business trip for Mother's Day last year. I wanted to let my Wife know that even though I was not with her on her special day, I was thinking about her. I purchased flowers on a Friday pursuant to an explicit advertisement from JustFlowers.com to purchase flowers "within the next two hours" for Mother's Day delivery. Order number was **. The Flowers were not delivered until the Tuesday after Mother's Day, which entirely defeated the purpose of the gesture.
I contacted JustFlowers.com and they referenced some boilerplate on their website that they asserted should have put me on notice that if they were unable to deliver on the promised date, they would deliver on the first available date that they were able to and they offered a $10 refund on a $100 purchase. I said that was not satisfactory and demanded a refund based on the fact that they not deliver on Mother's day as advertised. They replied that I received the flowers and the most they could offer me was $15, which I again declined with the reply that I would accept paying the $15 they were offering me (i.e., a $85 refund).
They then reverted to offering me $10, which I again declined. The purpose of the order was the gesture, not the flowers. Do not order from this company if timely delivery on a special occasion is important to you. I just received a JustFlowers.com email solicitation today (Friday) -- order flowers now for my wife for Easter Sunday delivery! Deja vu. What a joke. Buyer beware.

DO NOT BUY!!!! I repeat Do Not Buy from this company. March 2023, went online for florists in the Fort Myers area and purchased Iris of my Eye which is a bouquet of Irises only. What was delivered was NOT what was ordered. In fact, it was a completely different arrangement that did not have any Irises at all. I contacted JustFlowers and was told they have a substitution policy. I said that someone should of contacted me to let me know that they did not have an arrangement of Irises to offer. Instead they delivered an arrangement that looked like flowers were bought at the supermarket and stuck them in a vase. It was so ugly and I was embarrassed that a family member received such a horrible arrangement.
The cost was $44.99 and Manager said that she would reimburse me $15. I told her that she needed to reimburse full amount due to not receiving what was ordered. She replied that if I wanted a full refund that the arrangement that was delivered would have to be picked up – that is no word of a lie. Please DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Look on the Better Business Website to which there are terrible reviews for JustFlowers.

Please understand that our local shop did in fact fill the arrangement as closely as possible with a comparable arrangement filled with purple blue/purple delphinium. We haven't been able to reach the shop to discuss why the arrangement was substituted but from what we can see in the photo you sent us, they did in fact maintain the look and the feel of what was ordered and it was indeed filled to value.

Ordered flowers from Justflowers for a special occasion and as marketed by their website, they guaranteed delivery on that day. They failed to deliver on that day, as well as the next day and the day after that. I requested a refund as they didn’t deliver the flowers on the occasion as promised and they refused. It’s clear from here and reviews at BBB this is a terrible merchant falsely advertising without any customer service.

Ordered roses for wife for Valentine's day, overpaid by a lot and then nothing. No flowers, no replies to emails, Called, left on hold then put into a voice mail and no calls back. I have confirmation order number and website tracking does not pull up my email or order, 3 emails and 3 times on hold had to pursue return funds from my bank. Wife not happy about nothing for Valentines Day.

They are unable to deliver a quality product during high demand times. The products they picture on their site that are purchased are a dream for them to actually deliver. What is delivered is subpar, low quality flowers, and don't even come close to what was purchased at an enormously high price than one would pay at a reputable florist. I 2 dozen ordered roses, paid $180 and what was sent was 6 red roses, purple daisies, and a black vase.

I ordered flowers for Valentine's day. I never received any status alerts that they were trying to fulfill the order, never got any delivery indication, they don't answer their phones and they direct you to text only to have an auto-response that they are experiencing high-volume. This company is fraudulent, I am going to try and get my credit card to refund me my money.
Greetings. This order was delivered on the 14th of February. On the 15th of February, we received a phone call advising that the person at the address was not Channing Miller. We called the recipient's phone number and no one answers. We have recovered the flowers. Please contact us ASAP to correct this information.

I ordered flowers thru them a few years ago and the quality was mediocre at best. I have since requested that they remove my email from their system numerous times, following the instructions, but they continue to email me. I have blocked and reported them, so now their emails go to my spam folder, but it is still very annoying and shows that they don't care about customers; they have the golden website name and so no matter how bad they are they will always get business.

I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to a sick friend in the hospital. I chose JustFlowers because they guaranteed same day delivery. I placed the order in the morning. It did not arrive that day, nor the next, nor the next. I called customer service four times one day and twice the next. I was told, "We have to check with the florist and will call you back." After not calling me back for hours, I called and said I would wait on the phone while they called. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then disconnected. The next day I called again and was told there was no answer at the florist. So why not go with a different florist? They said they had to verify first. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY! In addition, their phone system stinks. It's scratchy and you can't hear what they are saying.

I ordered Heartfelt premium flowers that in total cost 180.00 at JustFlowers.com order #** for a funeral to be delivered the next day. This was ordered in plenty of time to make by a company colleague's family member's funeral 3 days before. I received a call 2 days after they were supposed to be delivered on the day of the funeral that no flowers in the area could be delivered even though other flowers did make it to the service and this is the city of Granbury TX. Just 28 miles from Dallas/Fort Worth TX metroplex and no Flowers close by.
They informed me I would have to wait till could be sent to a family member's home instead since they would not go to the funeral service as was our company's purpose. Well, guess what? 24 hours after the funeral service. They received a Heartfelt premium basket that we spent 180.00 on that had 2 white roses and 10 white carnations. So not premium money we spent. Do not rely on these people for funeral needs on flowers and the quality you get is very poor and disappointing.

I bought an arrangement for my mother. I even paid for an upgrade. Then delivered it on the wrong day so it didn’t get to her until Monday. It was the wrong arrangement. I called them the day it was delivered, her neighbor called me and sent me pictures. It was so ugly and nothing like my chosen arrangement. I called them that day and they said to send them an email and they will refund my money. Now, 3 emails, a voice message, being hung up on and then told they never got my email and won't refund!! Unbelievable. This company is nonsense. I want all of my money back. They ruined my Mother’s Day gift to my mom.

I placed a order for a Premium Vibrant Bouquet Spring Basket on 5/62022 at 10:31 PST to be delivered on that day. They were never delivered that day. I emailed them about the delivery the very next day 5/7/2022 asking why the delivery was never made. I finally received a email back much later that night saying they were sorry for the delivery not being made and if 5/8/2022 they could deliver after they verify the delivery status with the florist. I responded immediately that that would be fine than my mother would still get them in time to enjoy on Mother's Day. She still did NOT receive them on that day either. So I emailed them again asking why they were not delivered and got no response back from them. I then called the company the next day 5/9/2022 and after no one answered I left a message asking why my order #** that was ordered for a 5/6/2022 delivery date has not been delivered. I did NOT receive a call back.
I did however receive a email from them stating that my order was unabled to be delivered. No reason as to why was given. By Wednesday 5/11/2022 my mother still had NOT received her flowers so I again called the company and this time was able to talk to a representative. When I asked her why my order that I had placed on 5/6/2022 had not been delivered but they had taken out the 135.23 of my acct. So I knew that payment had not been a issue, I was told that the reason why was that they were having a hard time finding a florist in her area, I said that was funny because she lived 2 miles from one.
The representative then told me that they were en route to my mom and that they would be there that day and that they would refund me the delivery fee. My mom received them a hour later and sent me a picture of what she had received and it was NOTHING like what I had ordered NOT THE COLOR OR FLOWERS were even close to the VIBRANT SPRING BASKET.
This company failed me in every way possible including the delivery refund which was 11.99 but was only refunded 10.00. I am completely and utterly dissatisfied, disappointed and disgusted with them. I put my trust in them to deliver a on time and requested flower basket and again I can't state enough was failed in every way possible by Just Flowers even their feeble attempt at the delivery refund was a joke. For the amount of trust and money that I gave them was a total waste of my time and money and I feel that they should rectify all that they put me and my mother thru.

Why is this business still alive? All I see are 1 star reviews. I ordered Mothers Day flowers for over $100 and they came 5 days late with no notice, no ability to contact customer service, no answers to my calls or emails. Horrible horrible service for something that's so expensive and supposed to be special.
Deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will setup for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on Monday or the soonest available delivery date.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a hospital, but they could not deliver them because the patient was in an ICU. They did not call me to say so I had to call them why they were not delivered. I redirected the flowers to the home address for delivery 3 days later and gave them a new address. A few hours later they called and wanted $10 more because of a different address. The next day they called again and said they needed an additional $15 because of the delivery area, which was in a town not too far away from the hospital. So I paid $25 more however the flowers were never delivered and I was not called. I found out from the recipient. I called their customer service to ask why it was not delivered and I had to leave a message. I called again and had to leave a message but no callback. I will call the CC company and cancel the charges.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to family in the USA from Australia, for Mother's Day. Come Mother's Day...no flowers arrived. A phone call to their offices in LA only went to a voicemail service-so an email was sent instead. No reply. Silence.... So I cancelled the order online (via their website). Then the next day an email arrived saying their florist reported the flowers as having been delivered and they will investigate it. Which seems to be the standard answer they send out. And 24 hours later still no update from them, still no refund and still no flowers. As I said... avoid, avoid avoid. They will NOT deliver your flowers but they will take your money.

I ordered flowers Saturday morning at 8am to make sure I could get “same day delivery” that they advertise all over their site. It is Tuesday evening and my mother still has not received them! I have emailed, and all I get is an automated response that they’ll update me on my delivery when they get the information, which they never have. I’ve called them, and no one ever answers the phone. I have to leave my name and order number for someone to call me back, which they never have. I spent a lot of money to make sure my mother got something nice, and I basically got scammed. I’m going to be forced to call my bank and cancel the transaction. It’s incredibly frustrating.

Order number **. I purchased a flower arrangement from Justflowers.com that was supposed to be delivered on Mother's Day but was never delivered. I called Just Flowers up until 10 PM to do a follow-up and was told that they needed to contact the local flower company to see why my order was not delivered and what happened, and when I told the rep that I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund, she hung up on me. At 10:30, I get an email saying, "We see in our system that your order was delivered." (This was only after I asked for my refund and for the order to be cancelled) but she needed to confirm with the local flower company, which was closed today and will be tomorrow.
At 10AM this morning, I emailed them back and they sent THE SAME email back that my order was delivered but they hadn't heard from the flower company. I replied back letting them know that this order was NOT delivered and I wanted it cancelled and a refund. The repeated request for a refund is going unanswered. This order was NOT delivered, and there's no way they were seeing it at 10:30 PM as delivered, but it wasn't showing delivered just 30 mins prior. The house this was supposed to be delivered to has security cameras that were checked to date back a full 48 hours. This delivery was not made. It's already 5 PM here and no one has attempted to contact me, and when I call them, no one answers. This is the worst experience I have had to deal with and I will NEVER do business with JustFlowers.com again.

I ordered 2 floral arrangements for Mother's Day. The deliveries were scheduled for Saturday. Only one of them were actually delivered. I have been on the phone for the last two days attempting to speak with customer service. There has not once been a live person to pick up the call, although the recording states please hold for a customer service rep. I have even sent a couple of emails and have not received a response. I am PISSED because I have not been able to speak to anyone from the company to resolve this and I spent about $200 total on 2 deliveries. I definitely won't use Just Flowers again, and do not recommend them.

I don’t even know where to start with this review. First off if I could I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. My mother ordered flowers for Mother’s Day to be delivered to Seagoville Tx and paid $100 for this service. The flowers were supposedly “Guaranteed” to be there by Saturday so she had them a day before Mother’s Day. It is now Monday 5/9/22 and she still has yet to receive them. My Mother called and called to see what’s going on and they kept hanging up on her. Then when she finally got through, the man was rude as crap to her and told her to check with the order number online and hung up again. So I help her find the site and put the order number in and go to press submit, and it won’t even go through or do anything. So then I decide to call myself and I get hung up on twice as well.
The third time a lady answered and asked for my order #, I give it to her and she asks if this is the order that is going to Seagoville, Tx. I tell her, "Yes" and she immediately hangs up on me. I call back two more times and they don’t pick up at all. I then called one last and final time and the same lady answered and asked again for the order # and once again ask if this is for Seagoville. She asks me how she can help me and I tell her our order was supposed to be delivered Saturday and it is now Monday and she hasn’t received it yet. She then tells me the order is still at the shop. I ask her why the hell it would be at the shop when it was supposed that be delivered 2 days ago. She has no answer and tells me she will connect me to her manager. She then turns around and tells me she will forward this to her manager and he will call me back.
This company is a scam and a joke and the crazy part is we didn’t even set an order with them. We went through Winslow flowers and my mother called them to ask what’s going on and they said they have no order with our name. The lady on the phone told me that Justflowers somehow hacks into their line when they put someone on hold and forward it to their shop. I’ve never seen a business ran so portly and can’t believe they aren’t shut down after all these terrible reviews and experiences from people. My mother will be calling her bank to report this as fraud and I will be leaving a review on every possible site I can, so no one else goes through this. I am fuming and disgusted, I hope this company gets everything they deserve and more!!

Updated on 05/09/2022: Going on day three of the non delivery dilemma, and I've received a notice stating that they will now deliver on Tuesday. Three straight days of missed deliveries. Please don't use this company. Beyond frustrating! Next, the flowers will probably be wilted and useless.
Original Review: This was probably the worst experience with a floral company I've ever had. I ordered the flowers and plenty of time and was assured that my flowers would be delivered on saturday, the day before Mother's day. On Saturday I received an email saying that they did not deliver and would deliver the next business day. However, I also received a text simultaneously that apologized and assured me that they would be delivered on Mother's Day which was sunday.
On Sunday I then received an email and a text message saying that the flowers would not be delivered. I paid more than I would with my normal purveyor for these flowers, and this is totally unacceptable and such an important day. The emotional distress from them not being delivered was very high for both myself and the recipient. I've sent an email to the company demanding that they offer me some compensation for this total breakdown. I will never use these people again, and would advise that anyone else considering using them not do so. Read the reviews before you purchase online!

I wish I had read these reviews before I trusted “same day delivery for Mother’s Day” on their website. I just received a text message saying, “Rita, we apologize that we are unable to deliver your order #** to Sarah today and we have rescheduled it for Monday. We understand how important it is to show your loved-ones how important they are to you and we are truly sorry. Any questions please visit smsu.io/rGsxm or check your email.” And when I clicked the link, their system didn’t recognize my email or order number, so I called, and it looped me into leaving a message (I’m not sure for who) and when I called again and selected the option to place a new order to get to a live person, she told me I had the wrong department and hung up on me!
She didn’t even apologize or care about the story I just told her. I’ve sent several emails since I got this text. I’ve not been able to reach anyone. I wish I had gone with a different company, now it’s too late because of this huge EMPTY promise of SAME DAY DELIVERY. It is not ok to mislead people like this. I want to cancel the order, but I’d rather my mom have late flowers than no flowers.

Justflowers.com is a fraudulent company. They take great amount of money ($121.86 from me) for delivering a simple bouquet of flowers. They did not deliver on the date--let alone the time--to which they committed. They did not even deliver the next day. Their Customer Service is non-existent. They claim that they answer the telephone during certain hours, but in fact their computerized system leads you into a long, long hold and then hangs up rather than pass you through to an actual representative or someone who can take care of the problem. I called more than 20 times and got no help at all. I spent hours on hold. Do not use this company. The company should be disbarred from marketing to consumers.

Ordered flowers to be delivered for my daughter's 40th birthday. The flowers never arrived, the florist contacted my daughter, (even though instructed NOT to call, it was supposed to be a surprise) asked her if she would be home and when she told the she was at a doctors appt, they told her to "come pick up her flowers"! Two days later NO FLOWERS. I contacted customer service (very rude) and instructed them to cancel and refund the order since now (2 days later) my daugther still has not received her flowers. They told me they do not cancel or refund orders. WOW!!! I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and was told that is is quite common with JustFlowers... lesson learned, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! *my experience was with JustFlowers.com... It is the policy of some local florists to call before delivery to ensure that the recipient is home and in this case, the recipient was not home. Also, the recipient is the one who asked if she could pick up the arrangement since the weather hadn't been so good there in that part of Missouri.
We've since spoken with the recipient who confirmed that all of this information is correct. She has also confirmed that she is in possession of the arrangement.

March 9th I ordered a flower arrangement for a friend’s funeral. I tried ordering directly online, but after many tries I was unsuccessful so I decided to call their customer service number and asked why my order wouldn’t go through? And he said, "No problem, I will be glad to help you" which I thought it was great. Few minutes after he took my order I gotten an email and I noticed all different kinds of charges so I called them back and that’s when I realized, this crooked company charged me $6.99 for placing my order over the phone which the person DID NOT discuss about any payment. After that first scam they tried to pulled out, I should have canceled my order, but I didn’t. My gut feeling was telling me that this is not going to be a good experience buying from this company.
March 14th was the viewing and the funeral was the next day and I have noticed that there was one flower arrangement that is closest to the one I ordered that was wilting and was wrapped up with a plastic bag on the bottom because there wasn’t any container that supposed to come with the arrangement. Not only that the flower was looking horrible, I was pissed that the arrangement was not even close to what it looked online. I call their customer service on my way home from the funeral because I was embarrassed thinking about it that my flower I ordered was being wrapped by a shopping bag (someone put the bag) so it won’t die or fall apart. I have spoken to three people, but they are just giving me a run around, I am planning to call my bank and file a complaint for my transaction and I would never ever use this crooked company again!

What I ordered is not what I received. But because they can use various different colors or types of similar flowers, the “arrangement” matched the “value” as I was told multiple times. Customer service was very apologetic which is nice, but I don’t care about that if all I want is my money back. I was told multiple times by CS and management the quote above and that the best they could do was $10 return. Then after they spoke with their florist, it became $15. I did not want to settle on that and kept demanding a full refund but was told that their site explicitly states after it is delivered they cannot give full refunds.
Additionally, they called and asked that we meet them at the base gate at 830pm. When I ordered those I explicitly stated where they should deliver the flowers and therefore it was assumed they could get on base and if they couldn’t, they should have called prior to delivery. When we picked them up at the gate we immediately noticed they are NOT what we ordered. It was just cheap carnations and yellow daisies which I did not order. 0/10 would NOT recommend ordering through justflowers.com. I should have just driven to Whole Foods and bought a much more beautiful arrangement for a fraction of the price.
I spoke with Emily (manager), They kept saying they couldn’t refund the entire amount. My wife wasn't happy either and called, and said that because your husband was satisfied with the $15 refund there’s nothing else they are required to offer. That then tells me there’s more that can be done and I was just lied to?! They were very apologetic over the phone, which is nice, but I don’t feel that the value for the arrangement replacements was sufficient.

Do not do business with this company! I ordered an arrangement for a funeral 4 days in advance and the customer service rep insisted on placing the order for me so I would be put in as “top priority” even though I wanted to place the order online myself. I was charged $4.99 extra on top of normal handling and delivery charges for “expedited delivery.” I checked on their website and this charge is for urgent, last-minute orders that need to be delivered within 4 hours. They never refunded me for this charge even though they said they would.
On the day of the funeral, I get a call from Jill, a manager, at 10:30 am telling me the flowers were delivered but asking for another $15 to meet the minimum. The funeral was at 2 pm and at 5 pm I get another call that they were unable to deliver on time to the funeral home and asking to reroute the order to the home of the family. I asked them to cancel the order and give a me refund. They said they could only refund me $15 and hold the balance for a future order!! Is this a joke? How is this an acceptable way to do business? I said NO! Like why in the world would I ever order from them again?? They finally agreed to cancel the order and I’m waiting for my full refund within the next 4 business days. Will be back here if I don't receive it.

My husband ordered a dozen roses for me for Valentine’s Day with a sweet card attached. They arrived 2 days late, they were left on the doorstep 8:30 am in the freezing cold… The driver didn’t even ring the doorbell. The roses were frozen & DEAD & we have the dated pics as proof which we sent to the company, there was NO card just a piece of paper with our address and typed regards from from husband… It looked so HORRIBLE. We called the company & told them the problem we also sent them the pics expecting a full refund and an apology BUT instead they offered in an email $15 for a $125 purchase we’re gonna let our cc company take care of it now… What a lousy experience. After one order never showed & the other showed up a week late, I had to file a dispute w/ my CC company to reconcile because customer service never responded, after repeated calls and emails. Top make matters worse, JustFlowers still slams my inbox with junk mail despite my best efforts to unsubscribe and mark as spam. No answers from customer service about this issue much like the botched orders. DO NOT USE!

My sister's funeral was yesterday (Sunday, Jan. 23 2022 at 1 p.m.). I ordered the arrangement on Friday, Jan 21 at 9:50 a.m. The flowers were not delivered. I called yesterday evening and spoke with customer service. Got pretty much nowhere. They said they had the order # but it would need to be reviewed to see what went wrong. Called again today and they offered to give me a credit toward a future order (that's not ever going to happen) or make up an arrangement to have sent to the person's (or my) home. I don't want the flowers, and my sister is no longer in her home----what's the point of that? I told them I wanted the money credited back to my account. She (Jill) said okay and that she just sent me an email confirming the cancellation and the money going back in to my account. I have not received an email. I'm not going to let this drop. I just lost my sister, I'm not about to let anyone scam me out of $125.00.

My cousin's funeral was in Mobile Alabama today. My husband and I both have Covid so we couldn't go, but I wanted my Aunt to know she was in our prayers. Thursday I called to make sure the flowers would get there - I ordered flowers in 2017 for Mother's Day for my Mother-In-Law that were never delivered. Haven't used Just Flowers since then, but I hoped they fixed the problem and lightening wouldn't strike twice. It did.
I specifically asked that the flowers be delivered at 9am Saturday morning because I knew my Dad, Mom and Aunt would be there. They said okay. When I called today, they said their local florist delivered them Friday evening a 5pm! I didn't tell you to deliver them Friday at 5pm - THERE IS NO ONE THERE FRIDAY EVENINGS! I don't know who they gave them to, but I wish they had called and asked me first! I will say this: customer service tries to be on point and they are very professional. However, as I told the young woman I spoke with, in this situation there are no do overs. That was it. And they won't tell me who the local florist is (probably good, I would leave them a poor review too!). I am really upset right now. They will be reviewing the situation with the florist on Monday and hopefully we will find out what happened. I just want my money back and I'm pretty much done.

Placed order to be delivered to my 93-year friend in St. Louis. Day of delivery got call flowers would not get delivered. The St. Louis florist they use was out of flowers. Really they could have called me an hour earlier so I could have ordered from another florist, but they did not inform me until 5:45 when all other florists were closed. Their fix...send next day with a $15.00 credit on an order that cost $100. Please check them with the BBB. Their rating is 1 out of 5. Please do not rely on this company if you are sending flowers for a specific occasion. Delivery day was Dec 23. No holiday or other occasion where the demand for flowers would over run the supply.

I did some business with this site a couple of years ago. Since then they've bombarded me with spam. I've tried to opt out of their emails over 10 times now, but they just keep coming. I've just reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and am about to go after them on social media. If you do decide to use them, which I do not recommend, don't use your work email! I only used them because a local business I had been using closed. I ordered Monday for Wednesday delivery. Wednesday morning Just Flowers called and said I would have to pay an additional $17 for delivery. At 4 p.m. Wednesday I called because the order had not been delivered. I called just flowers and they said the order would be delivered by 6 p.m. At 4:30 I received a delivery confirmation email. The item had not been delivered so I called justflowers again. They said it showed delivery was made at 3 p.m. and they would call the shop. Delivery was made at 5:30 p.m. The florist said they had called justflowers several times for payment and didn't receive payment until I called regarding the delivery confirmation. They told me they only charge $3 to deliver to my area. The $17 I was charged was a ripoff.

I ordered a funeral arrangement. It was delivered to the wrong person at the funeral home. I talked to a representative supervisor Emily. She keeps telling me they'll investigate. I missed a call from them earlier. The voicemail said because it was delivered to the funeral home they are not responsible. Seriously I paid $179.97 for flowers, they delivered to the wrong person and I cannot get my money. I advise not to order from them. Currently going through my bank trying to get my money back.

I received a notice at 5 AM on Sunday that the flowers couldn't be delivered as promised and they wouldn't be delivered until Monday. No, "we'll waive delivery fee." I also only put ONE star because they don’t offer an option for ZERO!! First and foremost these people operate under multiple entities and will contact you under multiple entities! flowerdelivery.com is where I ordered and justflowers.com is the customer service entity that contacted me when I complained. The arrangement delivered was a sad misrepresentation of what was ordered. Unfortunately I couldn’t post photos, which would have made anyone disgusted with what transpired and the solution offered.
The arrangement sent was of average size (like a basket you would sit in the center of your dining table at Thanksgiving), it doesn’t even look as big as the ‘Standard’ option for the arrangement I actually paid for! I understand substitutions but this was ridiculous! I could actually count the individual flowers that were in the arrangement delivered, none of which are flowers that were listed for this arrangement which were: orange snapdragons and carnations, complimented with bright yellow spider mums and daisy pompons, amidst assorted lush greens. BUYER BEWARE BECAUSE THE SAGA CONTINUES!!!!
When I contacted customer service they gave me the runaround about how their policy states the florist may make substitutions. To ALL of the flowers? So I went to ‘said’ florist because I found it hard to believe that a FLORIST doesn’t carry CARNATIONS…. Guess what, yes they had carnations, many colors! When the company called again (this time a manager) she actually tried to say that it was because the arrangement I had chosen had blooms only in the front. SHE THEN ASKED, NOT IF I HAD, BUT IF I COULD GET A PICTURE OF THE BACK OF THE ARRANGEMENT TO PROVE HER POINT! Seriously? These were funeral flowers, which she was well aware of! I told her NO, I’m not going to call the grieving widow and ask her to take a picture of the back!! What kind of tacky, classless request is that! NOR, upon arriving at the funeral was I going to stroll around behind the CASKET and snap a selfie with the flowers in question!!!
What I CAN tell you all because I was tenacious enough to sit here and COUNT!! Was that the STANDARD $74.99 version of the PREMIUM $114.99 ($141.99 out the door) arrangement I ordered had STANDARD: 12 Snapdragon stems, 12 Carnations, 6 large Spider Mums and 18 Daisy pompoms TOTAL 48 BLOOMS, with the statement that if I ordered the PREMIUM arrangement “We'll add lots more! The premium arrangement makes quite a statement.” It made a statement alright ‘INSIGNIFICANT’.
What I could count from the front and sides was the following on this (PREMIUM) arrangement: 2 Roses, 2 Chrysanthemums, 1 small Sunflower, and 1 Lilly stem with 2 open flowers right up the center. TOTAL 7 BLOOMS for both front and sides. I can guarantee there were just 2 or three or in back. THESE ARE THE FACTS!!! My guess is this company tries to underbid other companies and then uses the substitution clause to allow the florist to downsize and make an arrangement more economical for the florist. Unethical business practices. Buyer beware. I have photos.

I own and operate a retail flower shop in a small town in Alabama. JustFlowers calls me repeatedly to fill their orders, and I refuse every single time. I've asked them to take me off of their call list, as I will never fill an order for them. But they persist. I can't block their number, as each time they call, it's from a different number. Their orders are usually way too cheap...wanting specific flowers that I don't have in stock. They call at 3 or 4pm and expect me to deliver on the same day (which is NOT going to happen). They've even called repeatedly on a Sunday, even though my voicemail states that I am closed on the weekend.
Most of the time when they call, they want me to deliver to a town that is not in my delivery area. I'm sure they've already called all the shops in that town and they've all turned them down, so they start branching out into other areas to try to find someone to deliver to that town. The problem is...the day will end with no florist accepting their order, so the flower is never delivered and the poor unsuspecting customer that bought the flowers won't know until it's too late. I've been in this business for 51 years and I NEVER accept their orders. They are one of the worst flower "middlemen" that we've ever had in this industry. Stay away from them...or you'll be sorry.

Order #**. I ordered a full flower basket with balloons, to be delivered to a friend in the hospital. I received a picture of what she received - it was NOT a full arrangement nor did it have any balloons. I sent the picture of what was received as well as what the website showed and I asked for an explanation and an appropriate refund. They requested pictures taken of all angles of the arrangement which I sent them (an inconvenient request as the patient can not get out of bed and no guests were permitted in the hospital due to covid restrictions).
I was offered $10 for me now to go out, buy get well balloons and deliver them myself. The $10 didn't cover the cheap down they did on the flowers. It definitely didn't cover the cost/delivery of the balloons. I also tried to reach them via phone and I finally hung up after 1.5 hours of waiting (fortunately I worked to pass the time). They also would not give me the name of the florist that screwed up the order. I wanted to know so I wouldn't select them for anything in the future.

I ordered flowers ($75+) on a Sunday afternoon to be delivered (expedited) to someone in a NC hospital. The flowers were never delivered. The company would not tell me the name of the local NC florist.

Oftentimes, these flowers are ordered by JustFlowers on Instacart- your flowers are shopped for by an (unknowingly) instacart shopper at a local grocery store; and dropped off at your address. The “photo proof of delivery” I've seen mentioned in responses is the photo the instacart shopper sends JustFlowers, or Felix; or whatever name they use. Not a cool practice.

We ordered flowers for a funeral but the flowers were never delivered. Supposedly they were delivered to the back of the church and left outside in the heat! No flowers were ever found. Not believing us, the church or the grieving family, JustFlowers called the grieving family and asked if the flowers were received. They said no. Still after all that they refuse to issue a credit. Do not buy from this company. I wish I could give them a negative rating.

Do not use this company, they promised the flowers to be delivered at the hotel the night before the funeral, never came. That night after 3 hours on the phone on hold they promised they would be at the gravesite, never happened. That afternoon they said they were going to deliver them to my father's house, he was in the ground that morning. I have never dealt with the worst company. My Union usually deals with 1 800 Flowers, and they are great. So much for ordering days ahead.

I ordered and selected several orchids in a vase to be delivered (and was charged $88.47), instead lilies delivered (even one day later) to my friend who was sensitive/allergic to it. When asked to correct the mistake, the company swapped lilies with just ONE orchid cut (after two days). How does this company justify the cost? $88.47 for just a single orchid cut. This is not fair, you should have charged me reasonably.

I ordered a floral delivery for a funeral. I was informed that the delivery had not been made and was asked for an alternate address, which I provided. The arrangement was delivered to a different family member instead of the address I requested. After numerous hours on the telephone with various agents and managers, with JustFlowers verifying the address I had requested and seeing that it was delivered to a different address, I was told that the most they could do is to credit my account $15 - I paid $118.47. Please do not waste your time and money with this company.

Ordered flowers on 5/142021. Said they would be delivered on 5/15. Florist delivery person called me at the time when they were delivering, said could not find the address. I confirmed that they had the right address. Did not get a response back until the 19th that the flowers were not delivered because no one was home. I have had several flowers sent to people that were not home at the time. Never heard of that policy before.
Every time I tried calling several days the 1 800 number it would send me to leave a message due to high volume of calls. I finally get a call on the 19th 4 days later that the order was canceled. Customer service said they are going to use another local florist and have it delivered that day. I told them to call me or email a confirmation that it was delivered. Have not got any response back that it was delivered or not. This was supposed to be sent to a grieving mother that just lost a daughter and a son-law that was murdered. I went with Just Flowers because it said it could be delivered on a Friday and could be delivered on Saturday. But I guess that was not the case. Very disappointed in the way this was handled. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Less than a 1 Star. I ordered a Mother's Day plant arrangement “Garden of Gifts Plant Basket” and received a cheaper Vase of flowerers. The flowers were already starting to wilt when delivered. I contacted via web site for 3 days trying to contact customer service, and then 5 days by e-mail. The voice messages were so garbled, I could not understand them. When I did get a person then put me on hold and then the line dropped off. Now they want to refund me $15 for a $135 bill. I will never order from these people again.

I hope I can see a positive resolution out of this. I placed three orders (**, **, and **). These were supposed to be delivered for Mother's Day. I have given it a week and they have not put me through to speak to a representative, have not answered my emails, have not responded online, have not DELIVERED any of the three arrangements, and still they have charged my card. I am working with MasterCard to get a refund and I was hoping to get arrangements to my Mothers even if they are late. I ordered two Mother’s Day bouquets to separate addresses and neither was received. I am now unable to track the orders or get anyone on the line. Horrible awful company. You can see that all customers give them one star and one star is too many for this trashy company. No service. Cannot get to customer service at all. Give email and order numbers. "No match" they say. This company should be shut down by criminal agencies. Took money for flowers and delivery and no money no flowers. This is since 05/08/2021. To preface my review, let me say that I have used countless online stores to order flowers over the past 20+ years. 1800flowers, ProFlowers, fromyouflowers, FTD, Amazon, local shops, etc. I have ordered hundreds of arrangements for business purposes and for personal occasions. Most have been on point, some just so so. But JustFlowers has proven to be the worst of all time, following my recent experience. I ordered mother's day flowers that were not delivered on May 9 as scheduled. I had to call multiple times just to get an update and was eventually advised that my flowers were scheduled for redelivery on May 10. Apparently, It's their policy to redeliver on the next business day. However, the flowers never arrived the next day, and once again I received zero updates.
I finally called on May 13 to cancel the order and request a refund and the next day my mother told me she got flowers with no sender information, no identifying information for JustFlowers or the florist, and they had been delivered at 145 am on May 13. When I spoke to JustFlowers customer service, the rep claimed the florist had delivered the flowers on May 12 at 1130 am, refused to provide a refund, and kept me on the phone for close to an hour waiting to speak to a manager. The florist blatantly lied; we have the proof on video!! Thank goodness for security cameras. I find it unbelievable that JustFlowers couldn't simply acknowledge they had failed to provide a satisfactory experience, and was refusing to make it right. Instead, choosing to paint me AND my mother as liars, when this was supposed to be a meaningful mother's day gift, for someone I have not been able to see in over a year due to the pandemic.
As an extremely truthful and principled consumer, I can honestly say that I never experienced this kind of treatment from a merchant before. JustFlowers, shame on you. You failed in the most basic principles of business, customer service, and decency. Never again will I trust you with my business. To all potential customers out there reading this review, I urge you to consider shopping from 1800flowers, ProFlowers, Fromyouflowers, FTD, Amazon... anyone but JustFlowers.

You are redirected to leave a msg. I called. I emailed. Several times. It is now May 14. They took my money. No floral arrangement. No call back. No email response. All I want is my money back. JUSTFLOWERS Order **. JUST FLOWERS??? MORE LIKE JUST A SCAM.

I paid over $100 for a large beautiful premium bouquet pictured on their website, but what my mom received was about 8 roses. I was given the option for same day delivery on Saturday but it did not arrive that day. The updated delivery estimate said Monday. It did not arrive Monday, and instead came on Wednesday. My mom sent me a picture of the bouquet she received and I could not believe I paid as much as I did because they look nothing like the picture. It looks like a small sad bouquet worth not more than 30. When I call, customer service does not answer. I have the pictures to show you what I should have gotten versus what we actually were delivered. Order #**

I ordered a flower arrangement from JustFlowers.com for my mother on Mother's day. I used the JustFlowers.com site because they advertised same day service. The flowers were not just late - they never arrived at all. The company sent me a few emails saying that the flowers were on the way and then they said that they couldn't deliver the flowers at all. They have not refunded my money or even responded to my phone messages and emails. I have never had money stolen from me by a company in this way. Their website said that they have BBB certification so I thought I could trust them. How can a company be allowed to blatantly steal from people in this way?

I ordered a premium bouquet to be delivered on Sunday for Mother's Day. I chose JustFlowers because of the Sunday guarantee which never happened. I would get a text daily saying they would try again tomorrow. After endless phone calls they were delivered today on Thursday. The florist who provided the arrangement called and told me the delivery driver was lost and the proceeded to say the order just said gerbera daisies and they did not know what else to put in the arrangement. I paid $98 and change for what they sent. It had 4 daisies and looked like something you would buy at your local grocery store for $10. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this company. How they are still in business in this day and age and after all these negative reviews is beyond me. Wish I did my research before ordering.

I placed an online order from JustFlowers.com for Mother’s Day to be delivered on Sunday, May 9th, 2021. It is now May 13th, 2021, and still no delivery. First, I never received a receipt for my delivery but got an alert from my bank that a charge was made to JustFlowers.com. Since May 9th, I receive a daily text message stating my Mother’s Day order is scheduled for redelivery on the next business day. Any questions, visit smsu.io/y8PKS or check your email. Yet again, I check my email and spam folder, and there’s no email from JustFlowers.com. They claim to have 24-hour customer service, but I have called every number listed on the JustFlowers.com website every day since May 9th and have left multiple voicemails with no callback. I have also emailed them every day with no response. I‘m hopeful maybe they will see this and reach out.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! HORRIBLE experience and the worst flower delivery service available. Where to begin... I placed an order on the 7th of May for flowers to be delivered on the 9th. Two days is more than enough time to get an arrangement together and ready for delivery. The 9th comes around and the flowers never arrived. I even waited until the next afternoon just to give them extra time to deliver since the 9th was Mother’s Day and was probably busy. It is now the 13th of May and the flowers still have not been delivered. I called and emailed and left messages multiple times for 5 days with NO RESPONSE!!!! What kind of company is this? There is zero communication with the customer and there is no way to reach anyone at the company. If my flowers were going to be delivered late (or not at all) someone from the company should have reached out with an update.
Last night someone finally answered by email and said “they exhausted all of their resources” and would like to deliver the flowers with an apology letter. I should have received a personal phone call to settle the matter immediately. But LOL. So there were no flowers available to be delivered for the past week? I highly doubt that. I replied and asked when they will be delivered. NO RESPONSE AGAIN!!!! What a surprise. What a joke of a company. And the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Aside from the ridiculous occurrence of me ordering flowers for MOTHER'S DAY, and the flowers NOT arriving until TUESDAY, their customer service could not be worse!!! They do not care, are not in any way empathetic and after you've spoken with someone to air your grievances, they just say they are going to call you back. And guess what, no call back. I will NEVER order from them again and will make sure anyone who wants flowers, never expects reliability from this place. I don't even want to call them a company because they hardly operate like one especially, one that cares even a little about having integrity.

UPDATED 5/22/2021: I am livid! Total rip off! Ordered flowers for delivery on Mother’s Day, and they never arrived. I never got a confirmation email so I had no order number. Took me one solid week to get ahold of anyone at the company. I was assured a full refund, but then got an email that said the flowers were delivered. Very suspicious! AND THE FLOWERS HAVE STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED! I am now being told by this company that I am just plain out of luck. $125 down the drain!

I made two orders on Saturday morning to have the flowers delivered for Mother's Day on Sunday. The first order arrived on Sunday for my mom. The second order wasn't delivered at all for my wife and nowhere to be seen. I checked if there's any errors in the address, there were none. Not only that, I was charged $128 on my credit card. I tried to email them and call them and no one is answering or responding to my messages. This is my first and last time ordering from this company. I had to use them as the company I usually order from were sold out. Save your money and order somewhere else, there are plenty of options. I made the wrong choice. No refund and no flowers.

I ordered a $100 bouquet for my Mom to be delivered the Saturday before Mother's Day, which this company's website said was available. I got a notice later that day that it would be delivered the next day on Sunday (Mother's Day). Then on that day, Sunday, I received another email saying it would be delivered on Monday, same thing on Tuesday, then on Wed, then on Thursday. Now I'm trying to cancel the order - who knows how that will go. This place is a joke of an e-commerce business. They ruined Mother's Day for me and most importantly my 93 year old mother.

I ordered flowers on Saturday for Mother's Day (Sunday) because it said they offer same day delivery. It is now Tuesday and the flowers have still not been received. Each time the delivery is delayed, I get a perfunctory email saying, "we are truly sorry your Mother's Day to Grandma was not able to be delivered. We will deliver your order on the next available day. Thank you for your understanding."
I have attempted to call the company multiple times in the last few days and have yet to reach a person or be able to leave a message. It got progressively more humorous each time I called regarding how incompetent the customer service was. First, I waited on the line for 15 minutes only for the call to tell me, "I'm sorry. An error has occurred" and then the call automatically hung up. Second time it allowed me to attempt to leave a message with my call back information, only to have the timeframe to leave a message be about two seconds before it asked me if I would like to review my message. I also sent an email to express my deep dissatisfaction with them on Monday evening and still have yet to hear back from them. So I have tried to reach the company via multiple avenues.
My grandmother is 98 and I was unable to see her in person for Mother's Day. She was really looking forward to the flowers (which I might add were not cheap). I let her know I ordered flowers and they should be there by Monday (I felt it being Mother's Day and all, I will give them a pass for being such a busy day). However, my grandmother was really looking forward to those flowers and this company failed to deliver on all accounts. I am just as upset at this company. Still waiting to see how this will get resolved.

Don't trust these positive reviews. Check their reviews on other sites. It's the same story. Liars and scammers. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Sunday, Mother's Day. I was surprised they still had delivery slots, as the companies I usually use had none. I should have been suspicious then. I ordered Saturday. Sunday comes, no flowers. I get an email saying they'll be delivered on the next available day. Check their website and it says now they're scheduled for Monday. Monday comes, no flowers. I get an email - next available day, and that they are scheduled for Tuesday. It is now Tuesday. You guessed it - no flowers. I got an email claiming Wednesday. I'm done. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT WEBSITE. They ought to be shut down! I'm filing an official complaint to help that very thing happen.

I saw the guarantee on the JustFlowers.com website and banner that said same-day delivery was available for Mother’s Day, so I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my mother in Pittsburgh that day (Sunday). The flowers never arrived! It’s Tuesday and not only are there no flowers, there has been no reply from the company to my inquiry, nor a refund.
I immediately tried contacting the company on Sunday to no avail—no live person, only a wait time, automatic transfer, then straight to voicemail! So, I called twice and left two voicemails, since my first call was never returned. It’s Tuesday afternoon and I’m still waiting to get ahold of an actual employee so I can get a refund. Obviously, Mother’s Day was ruined because of this sham operation and my mother no longer needs the flowers.
This is a fraudulent company. All they had to do was apologize and immediately issue my refund, like their website says they will automatically do if you select that option. Guess what? I tried that, too, and haven’t even received a confirmation or acknowledgement of any kind. Even worse, they lie by leaving a Better Business Bureau badge on their website saying they have an A+ rating, when they don’t—as is evident by their many one-star reviews there as well as here. This is a fraudulent company.

I placed an order on Friday morning, May 7th for a birthday bouquet to be delivered the next day, Saturday, May 8th. I went with JustFlowers because most other sites were unable to do next day delivery, due to Mother's Day on May 10th. I placed my order and was immediately charged, nearly $100. I contacted the person the flowers were for on Sunday and she did not receive them. I have called the number listed in their email, and have left 2 messages, and I've yet to be able to speak to someone. Each time I call, no matter what option I select, I'm told to email. Which I have done 2x with no response. I would appreciate someone contacting me. I understand it was a busy weekend, but it is now 4 days later with no delivery. Totally unacceptable and bad business practice; especially not even contacting the buyer. I will never use this service again, even if I am lucky enough to get a refund.

On Mother's Day I was called their customer service (which I'm now convinced doesn't exist) but their phone system kept sending me in circles ultimately directly me to leave a voice message with order details. I did this several times but never heard from anyone. On 5/10 I received an email stating that the order would be delivered that day. Nothing. Please avoid these people at all costs. Having read all the other reviews this seems like an ongoing theme with them. Steer clear.

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day, the flowers were ordered 05/07/2021 for delivery on 05/09/2021. I chose this company to deliver the flowers to my mother based on their ability to deliver in the required area on the required date. I paid $69.73 for the flowers and the delivery fee, I was given a confirmation that the flowers would be delivered on the specified date to my mother's home. Mother's Day comes and at 2:10pm I was sent two of the same email letting me know that they would not be able to deliver the order and that they would then deliver the order for the next day with a note of apology. Monday comes and I check on the status of my order and it says that the flowers will be delivered that day, fast forward to end of day Monday and the flowers still have not come. Meanwhile, I made multiple attempts to reach the company by phone and through their online link that I was directed to.
After calling this company 6 times and never being able to reach anyone, I was met with multiple automated messages stating they were not able to take calls or orders at this time and the call would end. I was calling to cancel my order since Mother's Day has passed and there isn't any point in delivering the flowers now. I paid $14.99 to have these flowers delivered on the date that was requested and that they agreed to. I had tried multiple to cancel the order online without any success, their site would only allow one option to make changes to the order and that was to change the delivery address.
I called my bank and requested that they dispute the charges since I was not able to reach the company through any means they had provided me. As of today, 05/11/2021 I was able to login it to their site to request the order to be cancelled. I have not received any confirmation that the order has been cancelled, yet, I am waiting to see what will happen with the charges made to my bank account. Overall this has been a very disappointing experience and I wish that I had checked reviews before placing my order with this company, I have never experienced anything like this with a flower delivery service up to this point and I am complete shocked at the lack of professionalism and services of Just Flowers. I would give ZERO stars if it was an option!

Placed an order for flowers and selected delivery for 5/9/21. I was notified by the recipient on 5/9/21 at 9:30pm that the flowers were never delivered. I immediately sent an email to Justflowers.com explaining that my ordered was never delivered. On 5/10/21 I called justflowers.com’s customer service to follow up on my email. The rep asked me to hold while he called the florist to confirm if delivery was made. He came back on the phone and said he talked to the florist and they confirmed delivery. I explained that the recipient has a camera system on her property and that her camera system would have recorded the delivery. The rep asked me to hold again while he called the florist back.
When the rep came back on the phone he said, "Sorry but they are closed; I will need to call them when they open." I said “Wait a minute, you just told me a couple of minutes ago that the florist confirmed delivery”. The rep then told me they have the ability to send chats to florist, and then explained someone will investigate when the florist opens (which confused me) and get back to me ASAP. I sent a follow up email around 12:30 and another one around 3:30pm. I never received an update from their customer service. I called my bank to report this issue. They have opened up a claim on my behalf. I highly recommend not using their services, and will tell my friends and family too!!!

The company's Google ad said I still had 4 hours to place my order and have them delivered on May 9, 2021 - Mother's Day. Almost immediately after placing the order I received an email from justflowers.com apologizing that for being unable to deliver my flowers on the 9th and that the flowers would be delivered May 10th instead. The 10th came and went with no flowers delivered. After trying every number available and finally getting a customer service rep to answer the phone, the rep's was completely indifferent to the situation and unwilling to give me any idea of when the flowers may be delivered and also refused to cancel the order. An absolutely terrible experience. Stay away and save yourself some frustration. Not worth the trouble.

We ordered an arrangement last week to be delivered on Mother's Day. The bank account showed the charge immediately, but we never received a confirmation or order number. Since then, we've called a few times a day, but the customer service line seems to have a glitch and disconnects after five or ten minutes of holding each time. We tried emailing early on and have gotten no response there either. So, we spent a lot of money on flowers that still have not been delivered, and there's no way to contact JustFlowers successfully as far as we can tell.

My first, and my last time I use this company. I order next day delivery on May 7 and is now May the 10 and still my wife don’t receive the flowers. Embarrassing for me and my kids and I don’t even know if I can see my wife again. I spend all weekend panicking and calling customer service and I receive nothing than a robot. Since flowers are sanded during emotional, 3-4 days delay are unacceptable. My order is **. I pay top price and I receive nothing. Zero. No money back, no flower to my wife, no an apology. I ordered a Blooming Basket @$44.99 USD, (ITEM 5754), and my order number was **. There were orchids, and other exotic flowers, all in a lovely basket. My mother sent me a picture of what was delivered, and it’s a pot of mums (which can be purchased at any grocery store for like $10.00). It’s not even in a basket... Comparing the picture that was on the website versus what she got was night and day. I’m feeling extremely ripped off. I wrote an email to customer service and haven’t heard anything in 24 hours.

This company is a scam. No flowers were ever delivered. My son also ordered flowers from them and his order was never delivered either. We have both contacted our credit card companies to get our money back. They don’t answer the phone and don’t email back either.

I ordered flowers from this website on Friday 05/07/2021 for Mother's Day- Main reason they stated they could do same day delivery - That night I get an email that it won't be delivered until Saturday. On Saturday nothing and no messages. Sunday night I received a message it won't be delivered until Monday. Now I just received a message that it won't be delivered until Tuesday. I have emailed twice, left 2 message on the website and called and left several messages with no response whatsoever and can never get a live person. They have already charged my card. Even when calling to place a new order it tells me they are too busy and it hangs up on me.
IN my entire 40 years I have never left a bad review for a company. This company ruined my Mother's Day for my mom who I could not visit this year and now is 4 days late in delivering my flowers with no confirmation that they will even deliver. This company is a joke. Also my order was 90 some dollars - I just want to cry. I have a very limited budget and went out of my way to make this day special for my mom and now they have taken my money but won't deliver the flowers and do not care about rectifying the situation. At this point I will be leaving bad reviews on any website I can find so people are aware to not waste their time, money or energy with this joke of a company.

Do not order from this site. Ordered a plant arrangement to be delivered to a friend who lost her son on Saturday, even paid extra for quick delivery. Not only did it NOT deliver, they delayed it to Sunday, which "ok" not bad, but now I can't even track it and it's Monday and didn't deliver. Cannot call customer service as line goes dead/busy, and no one responds to customer service inquiry. I want my money back or a delivery ASAP.

I ordered flowers, chocolates and a balloon for my Mom for Mother's Day on Friday May 7th from JustFlowers.com. ORDER #**. They were supposed to be delivered on Saturday May 8th, ONE DAY BEFORE Mother's Day. No delivery was received on Saturday or Sunday. It's now Monday and there is still no delivery. I typed in flower delivery in Port Moody BC and their site came up. I didn't realize I was being charged USD until I was debited almost $300 from my account. When you email the company you get an auto response from FlowerDelivery.com. Not even the same website. They have no one answering their phones. They just send you to a recording. They do not respond to emails. My Mom still has not received her package and Mother's Day has already passed. Very disappointed.

I ordered Mother's Day Flowers from JustFlowers.com. I chose the arrangement, delivery date (pre-Mothers' Day), provided correct delivery information and my credit card number (for which they promptly charged). JustFlowers.com failed to delivered the flowers on the request date, and 2 days after the requested date, the flowers were still not delivered. I left messages for and sent emails to their customer service, and the only response I have received up to this date is a text message saying that the flowers would be "redelivered" after Mother's day.. This of course is impossible since they never delivered them in the first place.
JustFlowers.com system is setup in such a way that you cannot actually talk to anyone. If you inquire using their online form, there is no way to indicate that the flowers were not delivered, or to cancel the order. You can only choose "Flower not delivered, deliver ASAP". However, you cannot see this until you enter an order number, so potential customers have no way to realize how poor the customer service system is. I will never use this service again.

My order number was ** - placed on 5/8 for delivery on 5/8. Delivery status online showed delivery was bumped to 5/9. It was never delivered. It ruined Mother's Day. Tried calling this company 100 million times - they are set up on an IVR that no matter what prompt you choose, it is always "leave a message". They do not respond to email. I have requested order cancellation. No confirmation of that, either. Wish I would have found this site BEFORE I trusted them with my business. Scam, scam, scam. Do not trust!

A bouquet of Mother’s Day flowers were ordered Friday for Mother’s Day on Sunday. We waited all day for the delivery that never came. My credit card was certainly charged though and yet I have no flowers to show for it. To say I am very disappointed would an understatement. I will never use this company again.

Don't waste your money. I paid the high prices based on a promised same day delivery. I would have been fine with substitutions but it wasn't offered. Got notified that it would be delivered NEXT day. Ok, I'm a reasonable person. Then, later notified that it would be delivered 2 days later. These people should be put out of business.

Sent these flowers to my daughter-in-law because she was ill. And when they were arrived they were beautiful. However in three days they were all dead. I called the company and they would do nothing other than give me a $10 return. When I called customer service they almost acted like it was our fault that the flowers died.

They bring really fresh perky flowers, the designer who made the grouping does a beautiful job of putting the flowers together so you see each one of them and the the colors are well mixed together. The case they came in also was a beautiful addition to the mix, not that plain plastic square with the foam stuff. A vase you could use over and over.

I used this provider to order some flowers, and the delivery itself was fine and the flowers adequate. My problem is that they just wont stop spamming me e-mails after I purchased. I have unsubscribed from their mailing list around 15 times now, but the emails just keep coming. Several times per week. I regret having ever used their services.

There was a death in my family so I ordered 2 arrangements, each going to a different address. The option for same-day delivery (Wednesday, non-holiday week) was still available so I chose that option. My credit card was charged immediately, but neither flower arrangement was delivered. I called the next day and was assured by customer service that flowers would be delivered that day (Thursday). Still no delivery of either arrangement.
I called on Friday and had to call back several times because no one answered on the customer service line, and after about 10 minutes of holding the call is transferred to voicemail. I continued to call and finally chose the "new order" option because, of course, they do have people manning those lines. However, the person I spoke with said she couldn't tell me the status of delivery on either order. I asked her to cancel the orders. She said she couldn't, but that she would have a manager call me back.
I did receive a call from the manager a few hours later. I asked for both orders to be canceled. She said she could cancel one of them (#**--this was the first order I placed 3 days earlier, but it had yet to be sent to the florist, after promising same-day delivery???!!!), but the other (#**) had already gone to the local florist and would ABSOLUTLEY be delivered the next day (Saturday).
Saturday has come and gone with no delivery!!! I called customer service again, several times without an answer, so chose the "new order" option again just to get a live person. I was told again that they couldn't help me with this order and would need to have a manager call me back. I'm still waiting. They couldn't/wouldn't tell me the name of the local florist the order had supposedly been sent to.
In the meantime, during all of this, I ordered new flowers from Avas and, guess what, they were delivered on the promised day!!! This company is completely incompetent and blames their delays on COVID, but I have ordered flowers several times in the last year (not from this company, obviously), and no one else seems to have their particular issues. Save yourself a lot of work and money (I have yet to see a return on the order they said was canceled) and find another online flower company.

I ordered flowers for my father in law who just passed away. They were suppose to be delivered on Saturday. Saturday two employees from JustFlowers called and wanted more money. They couldn’t really explain why and I thought it was because it was a weekend delivery. So I asked them to deliver them on Monday. Monday morning I got an email saying that they would have to substitute flowers for my basket. When I saw the basket that they had delivered it was very shabby the flowers were cheap. They refuse to give me a refund. I have pictures of what I orders and what was delivered.

I placed an order on a Friday online with this company. The order was to be delivered the following Tuesday which was available on their calendar. With shipping my order came to $55 for a small fresh cut bouquet. The price was a little high but I still went with it. This delivery was to a home address. The following Tuesday came and I got an email that evening saying that the delivery was delayed and would be delivered on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went with no delivery. Thursday late afternoon I got a phone call from JustFlowers.com telling me that the local florist who was handling this order wanted an additional $40 to deliver the order and they wanted to know if they could charge my card. I could absolutely not believe what I was hearing! Of course I canceled the order and I am watching my account closely to make sure that I am refunded in full for what I paid. Beware of this company. They are pulling scams.

UPDATED 4/23/21: The response from Justflowers.com on my previous review regarding my order on 4/14/21 was false. This is the only way I see to give my side of the resolution. The part about my approval to deliver the next day was accurate, at that point in the phone call the only thing I was able to comprehend was them wanting to deliver the next day so I agreed. In regards to them completing the delivery is inaccurate. I sent various e-mails trying to make contact with them resulting in more incomprehensible phone calls/voice messages.
Finally on 4/18/21 I received a phone call from Justflowers.com that I could actually hear and understand what they were saying, and they were wanting a different address that they could deliver to. I told them all I wanted at this point was a refund. The representative I was speaking to agreed to refund my money and it was in the bank the next day. So while everything is resolved now, it definitely was not when they responded to my original review
ORIGINAL REVIEW: 4/14/21 -Around 7 am I jump on google to try and find same day delivery for flowers to be sent to my wife as a surprise for our anniversary. I find Justflowers.com after checking a couple other sites that were unable to do it, and they confirmed the ability to deliver that day. Around 330pm I get a voicemail that is almost completely incomprehensible, the only part I could barely understand is flowers. So I say crap, I look up a phone number on the website to call. Up to this point, I haven't received an email confirmation or any type of correspondence from them, the only way I knew my order went through was a pending transaction on my bank account.
So I call one of the numbers on the site and the person I'm talking to sounds like they were in a box underwater. Completely unable to understand anything being said, I finally had to end the call. About five minutes later I get an email saying they were sorry about the delayed delivery and it would arrive tomorrow. Around 330pm the next day I get a voicemail, same thing can't understand/ can barely hear anything being said. So I email again asking to cancel my order and refund my money. Within the next hour or two, I get two or three more voicemails that I still can't comprehend. So I send another email telling them that email is my preferred method of contact and explain why, and have yet to hear anything back. I also made other phone calls during this to make sure there was no issue with my phone and all other calls made were fine. I absolutely will not do business with them again, and am still hoping my $100 will show back up.

I have ordered a Over the Blue Horizon PREMIUM flowers, the delivery was late, the flowers were old, not a blue or white flower in sight, 3 pink roses going brown on the tips, some of the greenery added were all wilted, looks like it was a school project for 4 year olds, I paid $89, what was delivered looked like $5, they say their Premium Arrangements make quite a statement and they add lots more flowers than the picture, I so wish I can add a picture of what was delivered because no one will believe me, after mailing them I get an email that they might give me $20 credit... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a bunch of clowns.

Order number **. I had not used Justflowers in the past, but have used other online flower companies. I ordered two dozen yellow roses for our 50th wedding anniversary. The flowers were ordered March 25th for our golden anniversary on March 27th. The order was online and cost a total of $159.00 for the flowers and special delivery. The flowers were not received on March 27th. I called on Sunday the 28th and was told I was sent an email on the 27th that the flowers could not be delivered, but they would be delivered on Sunday the 28th. I subsequently did find the email in my junk folder. I told the customer service rep I was not happy, but would accept them on the 28th.
They were not received on the 28th. I called late in the day on the 28th and basically told they would arrive on Monday the 29th as the florist were closed on Sunday. Hmmmmm... At this point I was growing frustrated, both from the lack of service and the long waits to visit with a service rep. I was told they would definitely be delivered on the 29th. You guessed it no flowers on the 29th. I then received my favorite email that they had found the preferred florist in the area, but there would be an additional $20 charge for delivery on the 30th. I called to cancel my order.
As soon as I gave my order number to them, I was told I would be transferred to a manager. This was the strangest conversation I have ever had. She was trying to convince me take the order on the 30th. We went back at forth as all I wanted was the order cancelled. She just kept repeating herself about giving them a chance to deliver them on Tuesday. I asked her what she didn’t understand about cancelling the order. Click, she hung up on me. Strangely enough I did receive a refund two days later. I had also involved my bank in the situation. My wife was at the store the next day and bought a nice bouquet for $17.00. Happy freaking anniversary. Use this company at your own risk! In case anyone actually cares the order number was **.

I wish I listened to myself before I ordered from JustFlowers. I always read reviews and this time I didn't have time so I went ahead and placed an order. I call the only number they provide and after being put on hold for 10 minutes, they hang up on you. After 5 calls, I spoke to a women and she said they will deliver today.. On 26 Mar I ordered flowers for a family member who had lost her husband the night before. I ordered mid morning and selected 27 Mar as the delivery day. The order was processed and the card charged almost immediately. Three days later I got an email stating they rescheduled the delivery, after multiple calls, rescheduling, talking to managers, the flowers were never delivered. They sent me an email asking to reschedule, and then the began hanging up on me rather than issuing the refund. Just look to BBB. They have 130ish complaints this year. I am hoping I at least get a refund, but looking at other responses not sure if that will even happen.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for a funeral due to losing four family members in a car accident. The flowers that were delivered were a totally different arrangement than what I ordered. The delivered arrangement looked like a $10 bouquet from a grocery store, however I paid $93 for an arrangement which did not include any of the flowers that were delivered. Also I paid for express delivery and they arrived late. After numerous calls for a refund I was told I could not get a refund because the flowers were delivered. After finally speaking with a manager l was advised they would only be able to offer me a $15 credit and credit for the express delivery fee. I was devastated ! and expressed my dissatisfaction with them. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I had ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my daughter for her 22nd birthday at college as a surprise. Finally had to ask her if she received anything from me at 9:30 pm and she had not. I have tried to contact company numerous times. I was on hold 3 different times for over 20 minutes with no one answering. I attempted to send inquiry on contact page and it said my order # and email could not be found! They emailed me my receipt to begin with! Sad that I was ripped off for $70 - money that my college student probably would have rather had anyway!

I paid extra to have this delivered on time for a Birthday, large expedited fee that I was willing to pay for. They did not deliver that day and called me the next day apologizing and were willing to 'refund' some of the expedited fee and would include an 'apology note' and deliver first thing in the morning. They delivered the next day at 5pm and did not include the 'apology', and did not want to step up for the fees. These flowers did not mean much, and much less given my experience with unreliability and horrendous customer service. If you need flowers on time, do not use this company.

This is my second review of Justflowers. First on their site and now here. We ordered flowers to be delivered March 13. They were not delivered. When they did not arrive we had to call them. They hung up on us twice and during the hang up they texted that the flowers would be delivered the next day. No flowers March 14, 15, 16 and 17. Had to go through same calls and hang ups each day. They did not want us to speak to a supervisor but did finally put us through to Franco the first day. He offered us $10.00 off a $111.00 order.
After that we were told no supervisors available until the last day when we kept insisting and finally got a lady who would only offer $10.00 off and store credit. We had to call our credit card company while on the line with Justflowers to get a refund. Today March 18 we noticed our credit card was used ($381.00) in a men’s clothing store. We immediately called our card company who were amazing. Since this was our second call in three days they also felt it could be connected to the same source and we are getting new cards. Justflowers was a horrible experience that we will not repeat.

I ordered flowers in August of 2019 for a friend's father who passed in the Boston US area. The flowers arrived on time and were very beautiful. However, since that time I have been receiving spam emails from them. Despite unsubscribing over 10 times, and using the "complaint" option twice, and also changing my email address using their subscription service to stop getting these emails, they continue. Today I called them to ask them to remove me and when I asked why the unsubscribe was not working, the woman hung up on me. I will never do business with this company again, and encourage others to be wary of their spam practices.

Original: I ordered flowers for my Wife's birthday. This company is absolutely atrocious!!!! I purchased a plant for my mother in law to be delivered on the anniversary of my late husband. Flowers were not delivered, each day there was a new and different issue. First can't locate a floral store in a LARGE city, second can't deliver a plant so wanted to charge an extra $15.00 for cut flowers (really?), then need a phone number because.... well just because. Each day I was promised the plant would be delivered, each day a new problem. Four days LATE, still not delivered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Go to FTD and pay a little more but have your order delivered.

Ordered a birthday arrangement on Friday, 2/26/21, to be delivered on Sunday, 2/28/21, but never was. Called them on Monday, 3/1/21, after being disconnected 3 times, they finally confirmed that the local florist did not send out the arrangement. They said they would make sure it would be sent out with an apology note and would provide me with a $10 credit. Tuesday, 3/2/21, still nothing delivered. Called them to cancel the order and they told me I couldn't because the order was already out for delivery. Wednesday, 3/3/21, nothing had been delivered. Called them to cancel. They tried to provide a $15 credit but who in their right mind would be interested in ever ordering flowers from them again? They finally cancelled my order and I received a full refund within 4 days.

My boyfriend ordered flowers to be delivered March 1st as I had been in the hospital and he wanted to cheer me up. He paid extra for same day delivery. They never came. Both myself and my boyfriend contacted them numerous times and they would apologize and say it would surely be delivered the next day. No flowers were ever delivered, and after a week of lies they stated my location was too remote. I live less than a 1/4 mile from both Route 1 and Route 95 in Maine, on a paved town Rd that is accessible to every other delivery service imaginable. I only hope they will refund his money after such lousy service

I ordered a deluxe basket of flowers for my mother's 91st birthday. I paid for them in full and was promised delivery on her birthday. They never delivered the flowers but took my money! I inquired about this three times but never received an answer as to why they were not delivered and was not given my money back! I was robbed and my mother was let down! Horrible company of thieves!

Please, if you are in need of an arrangement being delivered for a special occasion, do not, I repeat... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Especially if you’re arranging delivery for a funeral. Let me provide a recommendation upfront about funeral deliveries and then I’ll proceed with my experience. Following the DISASTER that occurred with JustFlowers, a local florist shared knowledge that made a lot of sense. These “middleman” companies have to make money. The florist I spoke with said she removed her company from the network when she realized what was happening to customers.
What happens is this: Let’s say you see an arrangement on a website that’s $100. Since the service has to make money, they may offer the florist only $60. The florist creates the arrangement based on the amount they’re being paid. That’s why some people wonder why flimsy arrangements are being delivered. It’s because the recipient is receiving exactly what the service paid for. Interested in an arrangement that’s $75? Well good luck with that! You’ll probably have something valued at $35 delivered. As far as funerals are concerned, the best advice I can offer at this point is to call the funeral home handling the arrangements and request they refer you to a local florist. That way you’ll have a better chance of getting what you actually paid for.
Now, on to my experience. I placed an order with JustFlowers recently on a Saturday for a funeral that was scheduled to take place the following Wednesday. A group of friends and I pitched in on the arrangement and paid extra so it could be delivered in time for the viewing, which was the following Tuesday. On Sunday, I called JustFlowers customer service to confirm the delivery. I also requested a picture of the arrangement, as I wanted to have a visual to ensure the quality was comparable to what we actually paid.
At any rate, the rep informed me the department responsible for approving the request wasn’t in on Sundays. I agreed to follow up that Monday, which I did. I spoke with another rep who informed me the only thing she could do was put a request for a picture in the system but it’s up to the florist as to whether they want to send one. I asked for the florist contact information and she told me she couldn’t share it. I asked her to call the florist to see if they could send me a picture and she placed me on hold. I remained on hold for about 3-4 mins while she supposedly called. She returned and told me the florist had been made aware of the request. I requested confirmation the arrangement would be delivered by 1pm the next day, in time for the viewing. She confirmed.
Tuesday, I call bright and early to confirm the arrangement would be delivered on time. I also wanted to confirm whether I would receive a picture. The rep then indicated, “Yes, I see your order is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow.” WTF!!! Ummm no!! It was supposed to be delivered that day!! Anyway, the rep supposedly placed me on hold to call the florist and came back and told me the florist wasn’t able to deliver the arrangement Tuesday and it would have to be delivered that Wednesday. At this point I’m fuming and asking what they’re gonna do to make the situation right. I was then told I would receive a refund for the expedited delivery + 10%. This was a joke but at this point, my main concern was to ensure the arrangement was delivered.
Later that day, I called back to confirm delivery for the next day. I spoke to a different rep, who informed me they had already been in touch with the florist and the arrangement would be delivered on time. The rep even provided the time of the funeral, which gave me some level of comfort because I didn’t provide this information. It led me to believe they had done their homework. I asked if the rep could follow up with the florist about sending the pic. She placed me on hold and came back to inform me the florist was aware of the request and would send the pic.
I called later that day to confirm arrangements again, this time speaking to someone named “Donna”. Donna confirmed the delivery but indicated the florist wanted to know if they could deliver a wreath as opposed to the spray arrangement we ordered. My response to that was NO! We wanted what we paid for delivered. “Donna” assured me of delivery the next day. In addition, I also received an email indicating in order to ensure on-time delivery, the florist needed to substitute some of the flowers they would be using.
They were going to deliver a “Designers Choice” arrangement. I called JustFlowers back, again, to inquire about what this meant and was told that some of the flowers included in the arrangement online were out of season. That said, they needed to substitute some of them to ensure delivery the next day. At this point, I’m willing to accept the substitution as long as the quality of the arrangement is the same or better than the one we paid for. The rep assured me it would be and confirmed the Wednesday delivery.
Well, Wednesday gets here and I call JustFlowers early that morning to confirm delivery for that day. The rep tells me the arrangement wouldn’t be getting delivered because the delivery location was outside of the delivery radius for the florist(s) they deal with. Are you kidding me!!! I started calling on Sunday! Monday and Tuesday they were supposedly placing me on hold the consult with the florist. Obviously they were lying to me the entire time. The excuse they gave was the florist accepted the order but didn’t notify them until the day of the funeral that the address was outside of their delivery radius. What’s worse is they didn’t even notify me! No call, email, nothing!
The only reason I found out the status is because I called them. This was extremely embarrassing, as I had to inform my friends at the last minute the arrangement would not be getting delivered. On a positive note, I received a full refund about 2 days later but still... Delivery of the arrangement would have been much better. Sorry for the lengthy details but just wanted everyone to know you are taking a huge risk if you decide to order from JustFlowers!

I ordered from JustFlowers before 9 am on Saturday morning. I chose express 4-hour delivery. A few hours later, nothing. I call the company and I'm told not to worry, the florist has accepted the order and they will be delivered on Saturday. Nothing was delivered. Sunday morning I received an email that they were unable to deliver my flowers on Saturday and would like to reschedule for Sunday. I called customer service and was told that the florist 'rejected my order' on Saturday. When I asked how that was possible after the florist accepted the order, they continued to say the florist rejected the order Saturday but they would get them delivered today (Sunday). For the inconvenience, I would be getting a $15 dollar credit.
Monday morning, I received and email that they were unable to deliver my flowers. When I called them, they stated the florists rejected my order again. Because "by the weekend, florists run out of flowers". But promised that they would be delivered today... and they would offer me a $15 dollar credit. Like the one I didn't receive on Sunday. I requested a full refund and we will see if that shows up. This company falsely advertises their services and takes zero responsibility for their failings.

Ordered a flower arrangement for Valentine's Day and received nothing like what I ordered. My order showed nine roses (could only see one half of arrangement), added deluxe option, total cost - just under $123. What was delivered was five roses and a few lillies. I sent an email with photo of delivered arrangement. Three calls to JustFlowers, to express dissatisfaction, twice the "customer service" rep hung up on me. Sent another email and received a very long response expressing their "replacement with equal value" policy and offered a $10 credit on my next purchase. Well, there will be no next purchase and told them to keep the $10.
I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU USE ANOTHER FLORAL DELIVERY COMPANY. This one is not interested in serving anyone. As a member of the military serving away from my family, I'll be ordering flowers several times this next year - but I'll find a company that stands behind their service. Ordered premium deluxe arrangement of lilies for daughter's birthday. They delivered a massive substitution of daisies - cheaper flowers. Looked very cheap - and was an insulting gift. Called to complain and get refund: was told COULD only get $15 of $97 for reasons unstated. Hung up and got refund through credit card dispute. This is a racket - not a flower deliver service.

I ordered an arrangement for $49.99 & was billed for $77.18. I was NOT informed of the $14.98 delivery charge, which I can understand but think is a little pricey nor was I informed that it was costing me $6.99 to place the order over the phone with a live representative. I could have done this online if I would have know of this charge. Overall, I DO NOT recommend justflowers.com because they are not forthcoming with their charges. In my mind, this makes them shady. I was not emailed a receipt, only a delivery notice.

My 5-year-old grandson wanted to get flowers for his mom's 30th birthday today. He could not find them at the store in their town (which is very small). I felt bad for him so I went to Justflowers.com at 1:00 pm today and spent $131.00 to have flowers delivered to my daughter from her son for her birthday. I called at 5:35 pm (my time) to see if they had been delivered yet. They told me that they had up to 6:00 pm (my daughter's time) to deliver them. I get a call 20 mins later telling me that they were sorry that they could not deliver them today because they couldn't find anyone to deliver them and that they will deliver them tomorrow with a note of apology. I said that today was her birthday and to go explain to my grandson that they weren't delivering them.
I told them to give me my money back and don't deliver them. She said she would deliver them tomorrow with a note of apology and give me a $10.00 credit. I said I wanted my money back. She said she would give me a $15.00 credit and still deliver them tomorrow. I said to give me money back. I searched for florists in her area and came up with them. If you can't deliver to her area then don't advertise that you can. I will never use them again.

Unfortunately, came to JustFlowers on December 24, 2020 to order casket flowers for my sister’s funeral. They were guaranteed delivery for her December 26th service for 3pm. But just to make sure they would be there in time, I paid extra to make sure they got there at 1pm because they were the flowers that were going to be on the casket. When arriving to the service, I noticed that the flowers were not the ones I ordered. Asking the funeral director, he told me they were fake flowers he stored upstairs and that no flowers had been delivered.
Around 3:43pm the florist had come in and interrupted the service to deliver the casket flowers. There was a scene made and my 7-year-old niece, the husband, mom, and other siblings were disturbed during the service due to this disruption. Of course, I took the disruption outside and argued with the delivery person, who showed me the receipt, sowing me that the local florist did not receive the order from just flowers until after 1pm local time. How can they be delivered by 1pm if the order did not come in until after 1pm? I took pictures with a timestamp of when the delivery person arrived.
I called and sent the pictures to Just Flowers. After weeks of back and forth with them, the manager stated there was nothing they could do except refund my early delivery fee of $7.00. ARE YOU SERIOUS! The flowers were not used. The fight should be with the florist. Why in earth would you be arguing with a grieving family. The flowers were over $270.00 and the last thing I needed to do was fight over flowers. This company so unprofessional and rude. Never again. If you could not guarantee the delivery then do not take the order. Disgusted over the whole situation.

I ordered flowers and candy on the 23rd to be delivered on Christmas Eve, as this company had stated that they could do immediate deliveries nationwide. My family was gathering together on that day, and it was important it arrive while they were together out of state. The items weren't delivered that day, and delivery still not completed four days later. Not once did they contact me about any delays or reasons for them. I called them when family informed me it never arrived. No reparations, just 'we will deliver on the next business day', which they did not do either. It is still delayed. VERY disappointing/frustrating transaction as there is NO/little communication from company. Next time I need flowers I will definitely choose any other company... This one will NEVER receive my business again.

They weren't delivered that day, nor the two following. Not once did they let me knowing any delays or reasons for them. Kept giving me the run around. I had my credit card company dispute this charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. The Better Business Bureau will also be hearing from me.

I ordered a live Pink Azalea for my mother's 81st birthday. I paid extra for the deluxe version and extra to have it delivered before 11 am. At 4 pm she received an Anthurium which could not be more different than what I ordered. I called JustFlowers and they did not even attempt to remedy the situation. They offered me $5. I paid $96. The clincher is that the plant came from a grocery store, not an actual florist. I disputed the charge with my credit card company after numerous attempts on my part to rectify the situation. I have now received a full refund from my credit card company after 2.5 months.
Linda, the order calls for a 6" pink azalea plant in a white ceramic container. Our florists ares still working with limited resources and because of the pandemic, our local shop delivered an Anthurium plant with the "Happy Birthday" mylar balloon to avoid any delays. We apologized for this and offered you a $25 credit for the substitution but you refused this. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do. We are here to help.

I ordered flowers to be sent to my wife at her job for our wedding anniversary which is December 14th. When I placed the order they stated that due to covid they might not be able to get them there until the next day. I agreed. The 14th, 15th, and 16th have all passed and no delivery. I have called this company repeatedly, even speaking to a manager, and have been told it is not their policy to issue refunds. So basically it is ok for them to steal your hard earned money and not deliver any merchandise. I will tell anyone and everyone to NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Our experience with Justflowers. Ordered on the November 17th to be delivered on the 20th. On the 20th they said delayed & would be delivered the 21. On the 22nd they said they would be delivered that day. Called the 23rd & they said it was being delivered that day. The evening of the 23rd they said they needed an extra $25 to deliver them. Told them to cancel the order at 6:00 PM. Said a manager would call back. Called back at 6:20 after waiting on hold. Got a manager who said he couldn't hear me. Called back at 6:25. Said the manager would call back again (gave them 2 phone #s). 7:00 they returned call. Tried to talk us into splitting the extra with them. Then after telling them that we were going to have the CC company reverse the charges they agreed to cancel the order and refund us. We got the refund in a few days but by the time we sorted it out it was too late to send flowers.

I placed a birthday arrangement on November 24th to be delivered on December 1. I had noted that this needed to be delivered before noon. With no notice, it was never delivered. Then I was told that it would be delivered the next day (which is after the special occasion). It is now after 2pm, and still no delivery or reply from this company. You try to support businesses in this pandemic, but you receive this type of service.

I ordered flowers for my sister's 80th birthday. Three times they called me saying they were unable to deliver them and would try again. One week after her birthday I reached out and got the same excuse that they were not able to fill the order and wanted to try again. I canceled the order telling them I had lost all confidence in their organization. I will never use them again and if your flowers are important I suggest you call 1-800-Flowers; I have used them in the past and they always delivered as promised.
