I ordered an arrangement of flowers on 4/11 to be delivered on 4/14. This was an Easter gift for my 90 year old mother. There was no indication by the company that the flowers would not be delivered on that date. When I discovered on the 4/14 they weren't delivered To my mom. I called and they said they would not be delivered until 4/17. That would be Monday after Easter. I was upset. All they would do is offer me a 5 dollar discount. I think this is very bad business. I live over 500 miles away from my mother. I accept that I had pay 4x the actual amt. to have them delivered to her. But when they fail to deliver them on time after overcharging me to do so and then offering an insulting discount of 5 dollars. I'm just so disappointed. I will not use this company again. I want others to be warned of their incompetence and their lies.

I placed an order online for next day delivering for a visitation/funeral. The next day a rep called and wanted to substitute the flowers and I said no. If they could not deliver what I ordered I would go to a different florist. He then said they would get another supplier and call me back if there was a problem. No callback. I arrived at visitation and no flowers were delivered. Called them and they said they would send them the next day, which would be too late anyways. After I attempted to cancel, they called repeatedly trying to get me to agree to something entirely different than what I ordered. I kept telling them no, since they already missed the event.
I can't even believe the crappy flowers they wanted to substitute. If they can't deliver on what they have on the website, then they should remove the pictures. They told me it was because the church was rural. The church happens to have at least 7 florist in a 10 mile radius and is off a major freeway. I would never do business with this company again nor would I recommend anyone do business with them. They should have given me a callback once they could not find a supplier and credited my charge card. I had to file a dispute with my charge card for this.

I ordered a Two Sympathy Boutiques. First one was OK and the second one was supposed to be Pink Heaven Bouquet, and IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE ANYTHING LIKE IT AT ALL. MOST RED FLOWERS AND GREEN LEAFY PLANT! I spoke to the manager about it and sent them the pictures, all she said to me is, it's the same one, she only can honor $10 credit. I told her, "I don't want them, I want you send her the right one," and said NO! I advise everyone out DO NOT FROM THIS WEBSITE (JUSTFLOWERS.COM).

My best friend of 45 years passed, and she lived 2 hours from me. I spent time finding a local florist near the funeral home the day before the wake. I was entirely in grief mode, and it was hard enough to order the flowers, but when I finally found just the right florist, just the right arrangement, I started my order. Little did I know that JustFlowers.com intercepted the order by changing ONE letter on the florist's name and my order got re-routed to them. They used the same photos as the florist, and I didn't realize that this was not the same local florist until the very end of the order after they took my credit card information and I got confirmation from them. I still thought that they would place my $85 order through that local florist.
When I got to the viewing, after all the sadness, I personally went around the room and read every card on every arrangement, to discover my flowers were not delivered. This was at 5 pm, I was guaranteed delivery by 1 pm. I call the same local florist that I thought I placed the order with, and owner was so wonderful, but she told me she never got the order from Just Flowers. She said that this kind of thing happens all the time, and there is no way to stop it. I was livid and so upset.
I called them next day, and they could care less, and said my flowers were delivered and there was NOTHING they could do. PERIOD. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. Not sure of the outcome as of yet. Please do yourself a favor and stay very far away from this website. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Scamming people is their specialty.

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. At 5:30 pm the day of delivery I received a phone message and email saying the driver could not find the house number. The numbers are on the home as well as at both sides of the driveway so there was no reason they could not find the house unless they never went there in the first place. The driver never called my mother's home number (which I gave them) to get clarification if he truly could not find the home. Instead the driver called my phone number to leave a message he could not find the house.
JustFlowers continues to deny any responsibility for not getting the flowers there in time. I asked for the shipping and handling fee to be reimbursed since they failed to deliver in time and have done a poor job of handling my situation. They have denied my request and have thrown a $10 refund at me to keep me quiet. I will never ever do business with the company again. Beware!! Find another company. I would have give 0 stars if I could.

I ordered flowers for my aunt who was in the hospital in New Mexico. They were supposed to be delivered on April 4, 2017. Then I received an email saying they couldn't deliver them but would deliver them on the next day available. They did not deliver them the next day. So I called them in the evening telling them my sister would be getting out of the hospital the next day before noon. They promised to get them to her early in the morning. That didn't happen. My aunt was discharged at 11:07. So I asked for my money back. They said they could get a new address to send it there, and I said she is out of the hospital and I want my money back. They said they couldn't do that and that wasn't going to happen. I am out $60.73.

We have had such a disappointing experience with JustFlowers that I am commenting about it in a public forum rather than just taking it on the chin. Flowers were ordered a week ahead of time for an 89th birthday, they never arrived; it took two days for JustFlowers to confirm with us that they never arrived before. They would address any correction or refund. They were not only unable to track the order during this two day period, they learned that the florist that they contracted did not deliver to the area where the recipient lives. It took a week after placing our order to find that out? Two days to confirm what we already knew, that the flowers never arrived? And no refund, just a discount on another delivery. Terrible communication, terrible customer service, incompetent service. If JustFlowers is just about delivering flowers, shouldn't they have it figured out a little better than this? If I could give JustFlowers zero stars I would.

Ordered on Sunday March 5, a $100 bouquet to be sent to a girl turning 21 on Wed March 8. This girl's mom died suddenly on Sat March 4 and she saw on her mom's calendar a reminder to send her flowers. She broke down in tears when she saw the note. So I wanted desperately to get her flowers on her birthday early in the day or at least buy 1 and I explained to Just Flowers the circumstances. As of 5 pm the flowers had not arrived and Just Flowers customer service could not care less and would not give me the name of the local florist they used so I could get confirmation that they would be in fact delivered. Tomorrow's is the girl's mother's wake. I wanted her to have something the day before to try and cheer her up. Just Flower's answer is to give me back my $4 express delivery fee. BIG MISTAKE TO USE THEM.

They are jerks. They expect local florists to do what they offer and it is not possible. They want top dollar flowers for nothing. They don't speak English very well at all. My local florist told me to call directly, so I suggest that you call a local florist in the area you want the flowers delivered. They can tell you what they have available and when they will be delivered. You also will get your full money's worth since you will be cutting out this middle man wire service rip off. They keep money for themselves, so florists can't even try to do what you are looking for the price they are offering. I can't even reach them when I call. I am placed on hold. Stay away from these **!

On February 25, 2017 I placed an order for flowers to be delivered February 27. The bouquet was not delivered so I accessed the website customer service chat support and communicated with Venice. She indicated the assigned florist did not indicate any delivery issues other than flowers were confirmed as not delivered as scheduled and could this be rescheduled to be delivered March 3. The delivery address was re-confirmed and I agreed to contact the recipient to ensure someone would be home to receive the delivery.
On March 3, the flowers did not arrive and I received a "courtesy notice" stating "due to a delay in delivery, your order has been rescheduled and will be attempted on the next available day." On March 4, I received a "courtesy notice" again with the same excuse for no delivery. Today, March 6, I again received a "courtesy notice" at 3:31 pm with the duplicate message. I decided to call the 800 customer service number and spoke with two different agents, Paul and Max who both offered me a $7.00 credit to my purchase and a $7.00 coupon toward a future order. What I asked for was a cancellation of my order and purchase price credited back to me. They stated they did not have the authority to approve my request and asked if they could have their supervisor call me regarding my request.
The supervisor did return my call. I told her this service was unacceptable and I wanted the order cancelled and money refunded back to me. She stated their florist who was handling my order did not have the flowers in stock to complete my order, but would be able to deliver the bouquet tomorrow. I asked why they did not let me know the real reason for the delay in the first place. The supervisor would not give me an explanation, but assured me the flowers will be delivered tomorrow. I told the supervisor this was unacceptable, but she stated that according to policy, once an order is accepted by a florist, the order cannot be cancelled by Just Flowers. Do not use this company. Their "customer service" is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are not to be trusted. I really doubt my order will be delivered tomorrow either.

JustFlowers said they looked like they were supposed to and refused to give a refund any more than a $10 refund. They did not even take into account that the flowers were so ugly by the 2nd day.

My husband wanted to surprise me for our 25th wedding anniversary and had flowers delivered to my place of employment. He paid for expedited service and they were over four hours late and four of the six white lilies in the bouquet were brown and wilted. I tried to call to notify them and could not get through, so I sent an email on the same day and never got a response. Tried to call a few times during week and they never answer their phone calls. I finally got through and spoke to the LA store co-manager, Reggie and he was rude and said the time passed for them to do anything about it even though I emailed on the day of.
I have never spoke to a person who was as rude as this Reggie guy. He had the nerve to say the only thing he could offer was a ten dollar discount...what a joke! At 6 am 2/14, I ordered flowers. The website said was available for delivery that day. At 12:30 am 2/15, I received an email saying flowers were not sent but they would be sent later with an apology note attached. I wrote 2 emails & left 2 voice mails to cancel. My original instructions said, "If no one was home DO NOT LEAVE at front door, leave at garage, in plain sight." Bottom line, my 84 year old aunt's neighbor called the evening of 2/15 something was on her porch. No apology note attached. I filed a complaint with JustFlowers. I got an email back saying they would call my aunt and apologize. I said no way. I didn't want her to be embarrassed not knowing the back story.
2/18, a man called saying he was a supervisor at JustFlowers and wanted me to tell him my complaint. I asked him to read the emails because my emails were very detailed. He had no access to any emails, mine or theirs. HUH?? So I started on my story. He couldn't keep up and thought I was upset the flowers were left on the porch. Then he wanted to know the name of the person who said they would call my aunt to apologize. I looked through my emails and told him, his company didn't have individual names on their emails. At this point I was exhausted. He offers a $10 refund because the flowers were on the porch, geez-o-Pete. I declined the refund, stating I would dispute with my credit card company. He said ok, in the same dead voice tone he had from the beginning. Bottom line, go online & order from a florist in that zip code. Bypass JustFlowers.com and you will be just satisfied. No response from the Customer service department.
I then contacted a local florist to deliver same day on the 15th of Feb. A large gorgeous bouquet with a large stuffed dog, and chocolates. It was delivered 2 hours later. JustFlowers delivery finally arrived 30min before the business closed. The bouquet was small, with wilting roses, and no sprucing. The chocolates were from the local grocery store. I never heard back from them so I called them again and they called the florist and stated that they would get back with me. The florist then called me and stated that Just Flowers insisted that these flowers be all white and even told her she could use yellow lilies if she didn't have enough white ones.
I called back customer service at Just Flowers and the rep stated, "Yes your flowers were supposed to be white," and I said, "No, they were supposed to have purple in them." What we received was not what we ordered yet no refund. When a favorite aunt passed away, I ordered a standing spray on behalf of my sisters and me to be delivered to the funeral home. I chose the one we wanted from Just Flowers website. A beautiful, big, full arrangement. Because the deceased was so special to us, I ordered a full upgrade. I also ordered a special ribbon with "Beloved Aunt." When we got to the funeral, we were astonished and embarrassed at what we saw. It was awful and was not what we ordered. Instead of full, it was long and skinny. The flowers on it were sparse and pitiful looking, wilted. There was greenery with white flowers dotting the greenery. Few and far between. Since the arrangement we chose has purple flowers in it as well as white, it had tiny amount of little, purple flowers.
The only pic we had was after the funeral home delivered all the flowers to the cemetery. When we requested a full refund, we were told the flowers in the pic were not the ones they delivered to the funeral home! Our pic showed proof though. You could see the ribbon I had ordered! We were also told it was their policy for no refunds after the flowers had been delivered! How can you see your flowers before they are delivered?
The funeral was a week ago. All week we have gone around and around with calls and emails just for them to offer a $15 refund on a $203 order! Such an insult. They just repeat the same things over and over no matter what you say to them. I believe they are reading a script. You have to do that I guess with customers, over and over, after scamming them. This is not a customer-friendly business. They are out to get your money without delivering the goods. Do not EVER use them! They should be closed down immediately! I wish I had seen the reviews, on ConsumerAffairs online, before ordering. We are sad, frustrated and angry at how we have been treated.

I finally received a confirmation email late on 1/17 stating they were delivered on 1/17. No callback as promised and not delivered on the 16th as promised. So I called them again. Couldn't explain why no one called me back as they had promised twice. They advised the services weren't until the morning of 1/17 so that's when they delivered them. I guess they just decide WHEN they want to deliver and NOT when you request or they guarantee delivery. To top it off, the family advised they never received the flowers at all. I spoke with customer service today and told them I was disputing the charge on my credit card bill. They were very rude and kept talking over me the entire time I was trying to speak. Would not recommend!!

I spent over 238.00 and the cross spray was very poorly put together. Nothing like the picture on their site. I sent them a picture of what we received and they responded with, I got what I ordered. I sent numerous e-mails in return to no avail. Please do not purchase from this company.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on 1/7/2017. That afternoon they left a message saying that they couldn't find the home. When I called back, they changed the story and said they had attempted to deliver them but the person wasn't home and that they had tried calling. The only problem with this was that she was home and they never called. When we tried to cancel the order, we were told that was impossible. We asked to speak to a manager who never called us back. Then on Monday, 2 days later, I called to confirm they would not be delivering the order. They said it was too late, it was already en route. Then they called to say that again she wasn't home. No attempt was made to leave it on the doorstep or leave it with a neighbor. This company is absolutely horrible. It is a total SCAM. Do not ever order from them!!

Never, never, never place orders through Just Flowers! I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. Recently, I placed 2 separate orders for funeral floral arrangements for 2 of my aunts that passed within hours of each other. Since I was unable to get back to the funerals in time, I wanted to make sure that my presence was there in some form or other. I ordered 2 funeral floral arrangements to go to 2 separate funeral homes. I gave the viewing times and the time that the flowers must be there. I was assured that it was no problem and that they'd arrive on time. I was charged an additional amount for both to ensure an expedite delivery so that they would be there on time. When I asked family members who were at the viewings if the flowers were nice, the response was "what flowers?" Neither viewing received the flowers.
When I called Just Flowers to question this, I was told that there was confirmation that one floral arrangement had arrived at my aunts' viewing, despite family members stating otherwise. Customer service from Just Flowers told me they would investigate and get back to me. When they called me back, they told me the flowers did arrive; however, they were late. Therefore, the family did not receive them. They told me they would refund me $5 for it being late, despite the fact that the family never got the flowers. Then I was informed by customer service that my other aunt and her family never got flowers, and that they were never delivered. They had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to send flowers somewhere else instead. I told them I wanted my refund for both floral arrangements. I had to wait all day for a call from a manager to get my refund. When the manager called me, again they tried to send flowers somewhere else. They did not want to refund me.
On my insistence they agreed to refund me the one floral arrangement that had never been bothered to be delivered. As for the other floral arrangement for my other aunt, they refused to refund me anything other than the $5 expedite shipping charge, even though no flowers were received. This is no way to run a business. This was a difficult enough time dealing with the loss of 2 aunts. No one should have to put up with this kind of nonsense during a time of mourning or any other time. I won't hold my breath waiting for a refund either if this is the way they handle their business. I guess I need to face the facts that I'm probably out at least $100 if not $200.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY ARE SCAMMING BOTH THE PUBLIC & THE FLORISTS CONTRACTED. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. 12/31/2016 10:34:41 AM, Order **. I ordered an arrangement of roses. They delivered the flowers but they look nothing like the photo advertised on the website (poor quality). The flowers were wilted, unprofessionally arranged, & the bow was dirty. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
The product delivered was the lowest possible quality but the company is charging regular to high prices. I called customer service to inform them of the clear mistake and they said the reason the arrangement does not match the photo is due to the fact that the florist receives a verbal description of the arrangement rather than the photo. This is not acceptable for an online company that deals exclusively with images/photos as a method of communication. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Rude, unprofessional people that are unreasonable.
First, the rep said that I ordered 18 white roses and that is what I got. As if they completed their end of the deal. I argued that I purchased a beautiful "arrangement" of roses, and I expected them to resemble the photo. Therefore, they offered to send a replacement, however, the replacement was worse than the first. Extremely low quality flowers. I paid ~$115.78 and flowers were absolute garbage. I refused to take them and sent the florist back with both arrangements, thus, returning the product(s) completely.
I called customer service for a refund and they refused to give a me refund even though I returned the product to the florist. The "manager" told me that even if I return the flowers he will not give me a refund, it is not his problem that I did not like the flowers etc. I argued that I paid for a product advertised by their company and they did not send me the product I ordered, this is false advertising, and I returned the unsatisfactory item(s) and I want a refund. The so called manager taunted that he would not give a refund and is keeping my money irregardless of the fact that the florist took back the arrangement. A SCAM. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.

I called Just Flowers because they "offer" same day delivery. I ask them if they could deliver in a couple of hours and they said yes. I gave them my information and said the flowers would be there for my uncle's funeral. The flowers didn't arrive. I called they said they were on their way. They arrived 45 minutes late. The funeral director brought them in as the funeral was starting. The flowers were not what I ordered so I called back and told them. I have been two days talking with them finally to be offered a $5.00 discount. I told her I was insulted by that. I had two orders and the cost per basket was supposed to be $50.00. I have now been charged $143.00 for two baskets of flowers. The baskets of flowers were so small $30.00 should have been a lot for each basket.
These people should not be in business. It was a difficult day for me and then not to have proper flowers for my uncle's burial was unthinkable. These people are heartless and should be out of business. The lady asked me if I took pictures of the flowers. I said, "I was burying my uncle and you think I thought about taking pictures?" This is the type of people that run this scam for a business.

This is a scam. I ordered a Christmas bouquet in a sleigh which was pictured on their website. Phoned and spoke to them directly to assure delivery date and that the arrangement would be as pictured. Two hours later I received an email informing me that they did not have a sleigh and had to substitute a vase and that they did not have any of the flowers and had to substitute all of the flowers for cheaper ones. Then another email stating that they were unable to deliver it on the date I had specified. As of this date it has still not been delivered. However, they refused to refund my money and would not accept a cancellation on the order.
This is a scam operating from another country. I intend to do everything within my power to have them investigated and shut done. Everything on their site is a con and they get your money and you get nothing except, if you are lucky, something cheap bought at a corner grocery. Since they can hardly speak English, I would suppose they are operating out of a foreign country and just scamming the American citizens. I found this site after the fact. Not before.

I have used Just Flowers in the past for friends/family birthdays. Even though I have never seen the actual arrangement, I was never told anything more about the flowers other than they had arrived. Just two days ago, I had ordered a funeral floral arrangement for a very close friend of the family. There were dozens of beautiful floral arrangements on display at the funeral home, and then I looked for the flowers I had sent. They were there. So small they were nearly invisible. The only reason why I saw them is because I asked if the flowers came. I was embarrassed at the size. I had asked and paid for extra flowers. I didn't see any.
I called Just Flowers and complained. A woman asked me for details and did I take a photo. NO I DIDN'T. I'm at a funeral. Bottom line, she needed more information, and I couldn't be any clearer. The arrangement was pretty just like the picture. Only actual flowers are not scaled to look like the photo. And I couldn't count the extra flowers because I didn't see any. Don't trust what you can't see. For a $139.00 I expected a very nice size arrangement, but didn't get what I paid for.

I ordered flowers after visiting their website. The flowers ordered were for an elderly person just admitted to the hospital the prior day. It was important to me to have flowers delivered to cheer up the patient ASAP. I asked the online instant message customer service person if they could confirm delivery the same day as identified on website. The person said absolutely - if the specific flower arrangement says same day it will happen. The flowers did not show up - I had to contact the company several times and they felt that the flowers had been delivered. I checked with the hospital to be sure and they definitely had not received a delivery.
The following day (Sunday) a bouquet was delivered in the late afternoon. It looked like someone had run out and bought an inexpensive bouquet at a local supermarket and shoved it into an oversized vase. It definitely did not appear to be from an experienced florist. The flowers looked to be freezer burned and within two days most of the flowers were drooping or dead. When I was at the hospital visiting everyone coming and going commented on the poor condition of the bouquet. It was embarrassing to say it was from me. I had to ask for the credit for the extra charge for their special service "delivery within 4 hours" or they would have charged me anyway. I emailed them pictures showing them the quality of floral bouquet, dead flowers and the poor presentation and after several days they offered $10 credit. This is a $75 order.
They refused to tell me the florist that represented them in the area. I did not receive the $10 credit in Nov as they said had taken place and after contacting them again I just received a credit towards another flower order - I have never had a problem ordering flower online before. I have never ordered from this company before either. Absolute worst flower delivery experience ever - Really misrepresents products and services offered. The pictures online are not even close to actual. I would never order from them again.

I called JustFlowers and they would not give me my money back. I called my credit card and they said I can definitely dispute the charge.
This company also tacks on a lot of extra charges. They wanted $4.99 extra to make sure it got there on time. Really! Then when I asked for a total they couldn't give me one. They said it would be in an email. Yup it was supposed to be $119.00. Guess what, it ended up being $146.46. The whole time I was ordering they kept trying to add in extra items. I kept repeating myself. No No No... PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the grief....

I received a message saying due to area it might be delivered the next day (I was ok with this). For the next 5 days they called the recipient every day saying they has a delivery and asked if she will be home. So for 5 days straight she waited for a delivery that never showed (very inconvenient for someone who just lost a parent). So finally when they called her, she asked what florist was it coming from. They told her because she was the recipient that could not give info. So she demanded they tell her who sent them so she can figure out what's going on with delivery. They told her who it was (This ruined the surprise).
I then called to find out the issues. I demanded information. Over the course of 3 days I may have spoken to 4 different people. No one was of any help. Not one person would tell me what Florist they were working with. One person tried to tell me I couldn't cancel because they already had order in with Florist. Not to mention no one seemed to care that this was a problem for me. Customer service is horrible not to mention they failed to deliver product. The flowers were going to be delivered between 9 AM and 6 PM per the promise but they never delivered the flowers, neither did they contact me to inform me of this. I called several times to advise that my sister did not receive the flowers. They advised they made an honest mistake by not delivering the flowers.
I asked for a refund since my sister was leaving the hospital the following morning. They advised they could not refund as they attempted delivery. They offered a $7 discount. When I asked who they contacted when attempting delivery as I was the one who called them to inquire about why the flowers were not delivered, they said they do not contact patient at hospital so they contacted no one. When I made a complaint to ask that they refund me, a few weeks later, they replied "the flowers were delivered so you will not get the service for free". I was so shocked to realize at that point that the company was a scam. They kept my money (about $75) when the flowers were never delivered. Clearly, I should have checked google reviews before placing an order with these clowns. I would have seen that one star is a very common rating. Here's my story: I ordered flowers via their website to be delivered to a friend post surgery. I specifically told them to check with the hospital to be sure flowers were permitted. They called the next day to say he was in the ICU, so couldn't get flowers - could they deliver cookies or balloons instead. I told them no - to cancel the order and I would call back when flowers were permitted.
The next day, they called again - to say they could not cancel the order. That's just their policy. They had transmitted the order to a florist. I told them to call the florist, cancel the order and get a credit back. Only then did they tell me that this particular hospital does not allow cut flowers or living plants at all, regardless of the patient's room. Since that is the case, it seemed obvious to me that canceling the order was appropriate. And no, once again, I did not want to send cookies or balloons (oops, the hospital doesn't allow balloons) or dancing clowns. I asked if, had the patient expired, they would still refuse to cancel the order - apparently so! DON'T PATRONIZE THESE PEOPLE!

This was my first time ever using Justflowers.com for my flower purchase. I am very disappointed and upset, because I ordered a long slender vase of all sunflowers for my step mother, who is undergoing cancer treatments. Sunflowers are her FAVORITE. To sum it all up, she received a flower arrangement a day late and not on time. When she posted a picture of her flowers on Facebook, I was shocked, because the arrangement of flowers ended up being carnations, mums and some kind of purple flowers. The colors were yellow, pink, orange, and purple. I understood that Justflowers policy says when shopping that their flower arrangements might not be exactly the same as what is posted, but this arrangement was way off from what I specifically ordered... It's like buying a dozen of roses for valentines day and your family member ends up with carnations and lilies and they are not even the same color you ordered.
Justflowers gave me a ten dollar discount and a $4.00 refund for late service. I'm just upset about how they handled the whole experience. They said the local florist did not have sunflowers, so they called Justflowers and Justflowers supposedly okayed the local florist to make some other arrangement up. I'm really upset that they didn't notify me first, since I'm the customer paying for this service. So disappointing and frustrating, when you live 11 hours away. I would have handled this matter myself otherwise.

Here's a tip... when ordering flowers in a city far away, look up a local florist in that town and skip the 1-800 guys. All they do is call a local florist and tack on a surcharge. Local florists will also take payment of a credit card over the phone and you get to talk to the people actually doing the work that way. You don't need the middleman!

Asked order taker if she was actually in the florist shop in Sebastian, Fl to which she replied "Yes" (First lie). Then proceeded to place order. Was quoted a price to which I agreed. Immediately after placing order went online and saw offer of $20 discount if order placed within a time limit (my order complied). Within 10 minutes of placing order called back, spoke to same person who took the order and was told discount was already included in price quoted - contrary to pricing I saw online (second lie).

Cancellation was refused - asked for supervisor - after holding on the phone for 36 minutes a different female got on the phone and I asked her where she and order taker were located and she said Los Angeles. Explained my situation and the fact that I wanted to cancel the order as while I was holding I had spoken to cc company and was informed that I could dispute the charge.
Supervisor, after 15 minutes of heated argument and her being extremely rude said I could not cancel the order as it had already been distributed. She did finally say that she could give me a $15 discount to which I replied that after what I had been through with her and her order taker that all I wanted was the order cancelled. I told her that unless the order was cancelled I certainly was not going to give my business to a company of her ilk. I then sent an e-mail to the service company as listed on their website explaining the whole problem and advising that I was NOT going to pay for flowers if delivered.
Two days later I called cc company again to see if charge had arrived and SURPRISE!!! It had BUT was $25 more than I had been quoted. This company will NEVER get any business from me or anyone else I can contact in reference to this horrible experience. I will take whatever steps necessary to avoid paying and getting the charge disallowed. I ultimately found a local florist IN Sebastian and ordered flowers for friend's birthday which were delivered beautiful and on time. I wish I had read some of the reviews before I even called them. Lesson learned!!!

Annoying but I proceeded. After order was completed window with the code appeared. Called same day, could only leave a message --- my call was not returned. Called Mon to be told that a $5.00 discount applied to the amount of my order which I don't believe was noted on the website. Asked Several times to for credit number, and including my husband so both of us were sure gave the correct charge info... Then told they missed numbers... Then called 5x day of delivery to specify they would not leave on porch unless paid another 10.00. Very unusual because the floral company is a local florist in the Rumson/Fair Haven area and probably knows to leave. Just forewarning. Specify they are to leave. They won't ask. And will charge extra. And won't deliver unless you have time to address their delivery process issues. Charging leaving and not responsible if they die... Seriously. Will call local next time - bad business practice.

I reached out to the flower shop myself and they said they received no such order or any phone calls. I called Justflowers again to double check we had the correct flower shoppe and we did. Justflowers has been constantly lying to me about contacting my flower shop and just pocketed my money for a good time. I keep calling Justflowers but it's gotten to the point where they disconnect me anytime I re-explain my situation and ask to speak with a manager. Anyone who has a sense please do yourself a favor and do not give any money to this company. You will not see it back, as they do not do refunds of any kind, and you will NEVER see your flowers.

When I called Customer Service they stated the florist was stuck in traffic. However, the florist called me while I was still on the line and said they had not received the order until an hour ago, and they would not be able to deliver today, but promised it would be here the next morning. So I was lied to. A day later and three more calls to JustFlowers I still do not have the flowers. Ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral. First tried placing the order online and laboriously went through the entire ordering process and then typed in the promo code at checkout for a promised 10% discount and then I noticed the discount was never applied. I then opted for online chat with a live operator who then asked for my phone number. They promptly called me back and I had to go through the entire ordering process again with the operator as they reassured me they would make it worth my while for an additional 5% discount. I also paid the extra 5 bucks express service to make sure the arrangement arrived at the funeral home on time.
Day of funeral no flowers. I called Justflowers.com and after a long long hold time explained the situation. They told me that since it was Labor Day they were unable to locate a florist that could make the delivery... but they never called me to inform of such! The operator told me a manager would call me back ASAP. After another half hour went by I called again and had to explain the situation all over again with yet another female operator. She had the nerve to suggest I give them another address to where they would send the flowers later in the day. When I said no way as the funeral was nearly over she started to say they could offer me a 15% discount and I nearly lost my mind. She then relented and offered a refund. How this company remains in business is beyond me. Avoid this company like the plague. Absolute nightmare.

The arrangement was to be all white -- no green -- with white roses, white lilies, and Queen Anne's lace, and 2-4 baby pink roses. I asked for a call if the florist could not meet this order. They received a tall vase full of green leather fern, 8 pink roses, and 2 stems of white lilies, look comparative to any $35.00 arrangement on their website. I spoke to 2 customer service people and a manager who just kept saying that they sometimes have to substitute. I can't believe this place is in business.

I refused to give them more money and demanded a refund, no refund was issued but they took off the extra charge. I called to complain and they had told me that they tried calling me saying that they were out of stock for yellow roses, which was a lie. They also tried making it better by saying that they would credit my credit card 5 dollars (which I have never seen) and give me a $10 coupon which I will never use. I never received a call from them saying any such thing. They only called to demand more money out of me. I have never been so disappointed by a flower place in my life. After reading the other reviews I totally can relate. Monday June 20, approximately 10:00 a.m. Order flowers with a "Guaranteed delivery by 6:00 p.m. that day to the Hyatt in Washington DC. Called at 4:00 p.m. for confirmation was told they can't confirm until the day after. Talked to significant other that night, no flowers. Tuesday June 21, Call Just flowers. Get some young, barely able to speak clearly rep who apologizes for the "error". But then tells me the flowers will be delivered today.
I explained that the person has checked out so I would just like a refund. I was informed that the flowers were already out for delivery and since they were it is too late for a refund. I explained again that no one will be there to receive them as she was on her way to Phoenix. Well, she said we can just simply send her flowers to Phoenix. I asked, "I thought they were already out for delivery in DC and there is no way to stop them so how is it that you can send her flowers in Phoenix?" I was told, "That is no problem." I then said, "No thanks I will just take a refund." I was told, "That was not possible, it is against the policy." So "Ok" I said, "Call her and get her information." They did, but she instructed them to just wait until Monday June 27th and send them to her office in Chicago. They said, "no problem."
Monday June 27th, you guessed it, no ** flowers. Tuesday June 28th call again. I get the same canned responses at first. "We apologize, can't refund. It's against policy." - blah blah blah. Then, after 5 minutes she says out of the blue that the flowers were delivered to the hotel in DC on Tuesday June 21st!!! Really? So I say, "You delivered flowers to the hotel where no one was staying at, after you were supposed to send them to Chicago, and you expect me to pay for them?" She said, "Yes" and for the 50th time "we apologize". I basically told her to f off and I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute.
Wednesday June 29th If you can believe it I get a call from a "manager". She proceeds to say after reviewing my "case" that the reason the flowers never got delivered on Monday the 20th is that I ordered them too late in the day. (10:00 a.m CST) I reminded her they were guaranteed for 6:00 p.m and no one even bothered to call and let me know if there was a problem so I want a refund. I am heartened in my disastrous experience with JustFlowers.com, that I am not alone in the near-fraudulent and duplicitous treatment that many, many of its customers have suffered per reviews here. I am most discouraged by our litany of complaints that reveal JustFlowers.com's pattern of unprofessional business behavior and practices that have become very familiar and ultimately erode any confidence in e-Commerce.
CAVEAT EMPTOR: Buyer-Beware!! Should have done an online search of JustFlowers.com before using their service. Timeline of JustFlowers.com's bad business behavior and dis-service to me: 6 May 2016: 2 arrangements ordered at same time BOTH to be delivered to SAME address to 2 different individuals. Residence occupied & staffed 24/7.
7 May 2016: Order #2 delivered fine. (Is 1 out of 2, 50% fulfillment rate an acceptable norm for business today?) 6 May 2016: Email from vendor indicating delivery would be made as close to requested time as they could. At worst delivery with apology would be made next day. No delivery even on next "business" day, 9 May 2016. So much for Mother's Day.
Today, 18 May Order #1, STILL Never delivered. 12 days and counting: no flowers, no delivery, no one contacting me. My "patience" is long gone, my "understanding" thoroughly confounded. I can document at least 10 attempts to contact JustFlowers.com by phone (cuts customer off after a 10-minute advertising assault "on hold"), by website query box, and by email.
By phone, each time I left voice message with all pertinent information requested: never received acknowledgement or reply. By repeated use of website query box: no acknowledgement or response. By repeated emails, no response. After my more forcefully worded email query on 16 May 2016, received a robot email response. They were sorry about the customer's "problem" with the order & were referring it to "Customer Service Manager". Maybe JustFlowers only has 1 Customer Service Manager?!
Uh, the "problem" (their words) with the order fulfillment is not me. I ordered in good faith expecting JustFlowers.com advertised delivery time to be met. I was "patient" with the delay of JustFlowers promised delivery and actions by the next business day (i.e. 3 days later): no delivery, no reply to customer, no communication to intended recipient. I was "understanding": it was Mother's Day, JustFlowers.com was busy. The "problems" are those of JustFlower.com: false advertising, failure to deliver contracted service, and utterly arrogant, inefficient and deceptive customer service operation.Note: After 8 days of requesting information on the order, although automated, this is the first and only reply to requests by phone, website pulldown menu, and email.
Today, 18 May 2016 (48 hours after robo-email): No flowers, no reply, no explanation, no apology. Nothing, nada, nyet, nicht, rien. I'm astounded, that in this era of e-commerce and rapid communication, a national online enterprise has such a cavalier attitude toward paying customers and such shoddy customer service. Make that: NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bait-and-Switch: There were three bouquet sizes to choose from. I chose and paid for the largest - $114. They delivered a bouquet that was smaller than the smallest option, which was $70. And they delivered them a day late. And they tried to give me someone elses bouquet when delivering them. They offered $15 credit to make it right. It gets worse.
So, I sent a photo of my flowers and their catalog photo of the smallest option. It shows that my bouquet was smaller than their smallest option. They replied that the bouquet I got would eventually look like the one in the photo when all of my flowers were in bloom. (While I didn't agree) I pointed out that they had just admitted to delivering the smallest-sized bouquet, rather than the largest one. And since they charged my credit card for the largest one, it constitutes a bait-and-switch, which is illegal.
So, they called me on a Sunday morning woke me up and said Good afternoon. (I pointed out that, at this hour, it wasn't afternoon anywhere in the U.S. yet, so they'd be wise to check the time zones before waking-up other customers.) I asked them to erase my charges completely, explaining that: The flowers had little value to me, as they delivered them a day late, so they missed the event, which was embarrassing. I figured they owed me a little gratitude for saving them from disappointing another customer, as they tried to deliver someone elses flowers to me. (Fortunately, I was home so I could catch the mistake before the delivery person could leave.)
They committed a crime and really deserve to be reported for the bait-and-switch. Most importantly, I got screwed by their late delivery, bait-and-switch, and irritating customer communications. I just wanted my money back. They offered a $25 credit. I asked for a manager and they said none were available. They seem to be very rehearsed in their responses to my concerns. It would appear that this bait-and-switch and low-ball credit offer is a routine business practice for them. Don't buy from them. Warn your friends.

Response: Wait until 9:00 pm and then call us again if you don't have the flowers. I told them: "wrong answer - call the florist to determine status". The customer service rep (who really was being **) said someone will call you back soon. Okay, I thought, some progress. Well, you guessed it, no callback.
Flowers delivered next day. When I complained online, they pointed out that their policy said that if I asked for flowers to be delivered on Sunday, they had the right to deliver on Saturday - an early delivery. But, they must have failed to understand the facts -- I ordered them to be delivered on Saturday, not Sunday. That is probably minor details to them. Again, they suck, and if you order through them, good luck and don't say someone didn't warn you.

The total came to over $100.00. I kept verifying with the customer service rep on the phone that the flowers would be delivered TODAY. She kept saying they would be delivered by 5 pm. I called my mother at work to let her know something was coming for her. At 5:40 pm my mother called me to let me know whatever I sent her hadn't arrived and to call and get my money back. I called JustFlowers and got a foreign representative on the phone.
I immediately said I need to speak to a supervisor. They wouldn't allow me to. They said, "I don't have the means of transferring you to a supervisor," or "They are just going to tell you the same thing I did." I worked in a call center for 3 years at Educational Testing Services and never were we able to refuse transferring a testing candidate to a supervisor. I asked for their first name and agent ID. They gave me their first name but said they didn't HAVE to provide me with an agent ID (They DO). I hung up on them seeing as I wasn't getting anywhere. I called my bank immediately to cut them off at the source. I opened a dispute and got a refund ONLY. Thanks to my bank. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE IT WILL NOT BE RESOLVED BY THE company!

Early on Saturday, 7 May, I ordered flowers for my spouse for Mother's Day. The website clearly indicated that same day delivery was available. I received an email and partial voicemail at 9 pm the following day, Mother's Day, 8 May, indicating that flowers would be delivered the next day, one day late, with an apology. I received the same messages on 9 May and 10 May. The flowers were finally delivered on Wed., 11 May, 3 days late, and without any accompanying apology or explanation.
I called the 800 number. The agent seemed unable to respond intelligibly to my concern, indicating at first that the flowers had been delivered, though she didn't seem to understand that they were three days late. She also started quoting a delivery policy which, if it applied, still would have resulted in a Monday delivery. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she asked why. I stated that she didn't seem to understand my complaint and that I was not satisfied with the service I was receiving. I got a supervisor on the line and went over the situation. She, too, tried to blame me for not reading the small print on my email receipt (I didn't see anything on the website, and at least up to the point of entering credit card information, it does not appear as part of the order process). She offered me a $10 credit (on an $80+ order).
I went back and forth with her about their failure to deliver in a reasonable time frame. She put me on hold for about 15 min., then came back on to offer a $20 credit. I said that was completely unacceptable and that I would dispute the charge. The supervisor said that if I was going to dispute the charge she would not even refund the $20. I went around and around with her. I pointed out that, even this evening, the customer service section of their website has a banner ad that reads: "Happy Mother's Day -- Yes, we are still accepting orders for Mom! -- DELIVERY IS GUARANTEED -- May 8." I eventually gave up. I am disputing the charge, and rest assured, I will NEVER use JustFlowers.com again.

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased an arrangement online and upgraded to the premium arrangement since the photo of the arrangement showed my 83 yr. old mother's favorite flower in her favorite color. What was delivered to my mother for Mother's Day was nothing close to this photo or description? In fact, not even the same colors. Upon calling JustFlowers to complain, I was told to go to the home page then click on customer service and then click on substitutions. I told them this is fraud and nowhere on the page to order this arrangement or even their home page does it even mention substitutions. Wow, they offered a $10 refund.

We ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they were 'guaranteed' to be delivered on May 8. The website did say that when business was exceptionally busy that they could be delivered as late as 9pm. Four days later the flowers are still not delivered and we have left several voice mails on their number as well as sent several emails with no response. We did finally receive an email that said they had attempted delivered and no one was home and they had tried to call the receiving party. We were with our Mother in her home during that time and there was no attempt to deliver or phone calls. I'd have to honestly say that this is directly and purposefully lying instead of trying to work through an issue. We have since looked at the reviews and found an overwhelming very negative view of this company with hundreds of complaints. They should not be in business.

JustFlowers.com - NO DELIVERY JUST TOOK MY MONEY!! TERRIBLE SCAM! SOMEBODY PLEASE GET THEM OUT OF BUSINESS! I ordered flowers online on Saturday, May 7 to be delivered on May 8, for the graduation of my daughter. After finishing my transaction, a total of $72.00, the site said there was an error. I was concerned because I already gave all the information including my credit card details. We called customer service and explained what happened online and decided to place the order with the sales representative on the phone which took forever cause she was very slow, that we had to repeat every detail 3 times. They gave us a confirmation number and promised they will send us an email confirmation. In short I didn't even have a receipt and we checked the credit card statement, they charged $82.00, $10.00 more than what was advertised online. When I asked my daughter if the flowers were delivered... it never arrived.
I called their customer service to follow up, I was always directed to a voice mail. The only number that works is for placing orders. I left 3 messages explaining my disappointment and asking for a refund, NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. Then I decided to check complaints and reviews about them, I was horrified to read all the bad feedbacks/reviews, from people with the same complaints like mine. I normally read reviews before buying anything, but I didn't have time that day. I would have loved to get a refund, but the way I read from the reviews, they never refund. They just offer $10.00 discount for the next order.
I can't believe that this has been going on for a long time and they continue victimizing a lot of people. This business should be closed. Nobody cares unless this will happen to them. In the meantime, business as usual for them. I'm praying hard that do get a very bad KARMA! Shame on you JustFlowers taking advantage of people who trust you with their money! The orchid corsage was guaranteed for delivery by noon time on the day of the event for an additional charge. There were no flowers delivered by noon.

She then proceeded to offer a $10 credit for my next purchase. Whatever was she thinking to add insult to injury. My order was placed March 8th with delivery scheduled March 9th. On March 11th, I spoke to the intended recipient and she never received the plant. I called customer service and was initially told the product had been delivered. When I stated that I know it had not, the rep called the florist. He then told me that he was mistaken and that the plant was attempted to be delivered, but no one was home to sign for it. I explained that I release the florist of responsibility and to please leave the plant on the front porch.
Approximately 1 hour later, I received an email now stating that the address could not be found. (Not sure how this could be, considering I was just told that a delivery attempt had already been made)? I responded back to the email and stated that the address is off of St. John's Parkway. I called Friday evening to customer service again and was told they cannot find the address of the recipient. I was put on hold for 15 min and then disconnected. I was called Saturday morning by a customer service rep and they told me that they cannot locate the address. I asked them why that is, since I was told that an attempt to deliver supposedly occurred, but that the recipient wasn't home?
I asked to speak to a manager. Meg came on the line and I explained the entire situation. I then stated that this plant was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday and it is now Saturday. I asked to have the order cancelled. She refused to cancel the order and stated that their policies state orders cannot be cancelled. I stated that the service that was promised has not been met and therefore the policies have not been fulfilled. She refused several more times to cancel the order and refund my money. She stated that only a general manager can do that and no general manager is available until Monday. She also stated that the recipient has not returned their phone calls to help the florist locate the address. I told her that the recipient works long hours and is grieving the death of her father.
I received another email Sunday stating that the address for the recipient could not be found. I called customer service on Monday the 14th and spoke to an operations manager (I do not remember her name). Immediately she was combative as she told me she has already reviewed my file. I asked her to please cancel the order and refund my money. She refused and told me that every effort has been made (including looking at google maps) to find the address. I told her of the situation from the start and the inconsistencies provided and that it’s been almost a week and I would like the order cancelled. She became very loud (which caused me to get loud) and we began speaking over each other. She told me several times that the recipient should be answering their phone and providing directions to have the plant delivered. I told her that it is NOT the responsibility of the recipient especially since they are grieving.
The conversation continued many more minutes with no resolution and loud banter. She finally offered to contact the florist and ask what the delivery charge would be and then charge me that amount. I told her that was unacceptable since NOTHING has been delivered and they obviously lied about "attempting to deliver the plant but couldn't leave it because no one was home", if they are now claiming they can't find the address. She informed me that I would be charged the entire amount of $54.77. I told her that I would be disputing this charge through my credit card.
I find this entire situation frustrating and embarrassing to my grieving friend and me. Your company has not acted professional and has shifted blame every step of the way. I understand the policy of non-refund - WHEN A SERVICE HAS BEEN FULFILLED. However, it is now 6 days later, the plant has NOT been delivered as promised by the 9th and your company refuses to take any responsibility, but would rather blame the recipient for not answering their phone!!! I hope that one day, when you are grieving over a loved one, that this doesn't happen to you - no one deserves to be treated like this over a plant and especially over $54.77.

They don't even deserve one star! Horrible experience with this company. Bought a flower spray and promised delivery for the viewing of my husband's mother and it was delivered the next day for the service. The flowers were not at all what we ordered. Pink Lady Standing spray ended up to wilting flowers and not at all what they "claim" they're selling to you from their website!! Customer service was awful and I consider this a scam. Do not order from this 3rd party "florist". They can care less about what you have to say. All they can say is... "I apologize"!! If hear that one more time, I'll scream! This will be all over the internet, so BEWARE!!! Deceiving is so right!!!

I ordered flowers from JustFlowers.com March 5, 2016 a Saturday around noon to 1:00 pm for a family funeral being held on the coming Monday. I missed a call from them that Saturday evening from because I was grieving and exhausted from searching to select the right flower arrangement for my family member's funeral. Their website looks professional, so who would expect a problem! Sunday morning, they called again and I called back. They told me that the florist could not fulfill the order because they did not have the flowers for the arrangement. So we began discussing flower choice options over phone when I heard a knock on my front door.
At the door was the florist delivery. The arrangement was not even close to what I ordered and paid for. The delivery women asked if I rejected the arrangement after I complained. I said ok since I was on the phone with a JustFlowers.com customer care manager away. While on the phone with the manager trying to come to resolution of the problem, I have her four other arrangement options for the florist, that I would be happy to pick the flowers up myself from the florist shop. The idea was that the florist could choose one of the four arrangements that I selected for my funeral flowers order.
She said she would call the florist and that she would call me back. I waited for hours and began to get nervous because too much time had passed. I called five times before she contacted me back. By then it was late evening. She told me I could not get a refund or cancel the order and that the florist was closed today but had made a special delivery to because it was a funeral order. I asked if there was only one florist they worked with. She provided no answer. I told her my funeral was Monday and I don't have flowers or a refund. She told me I should have called them back Saturday night. I said "You also called today (Sunday morning) and I got back to you today in less than 30 minutes." While searching the JustFlowers.com website, I noticed they boost 1 day delivery. I did not have this mind as an issue of concern when I made my original order.
They made me feel that I created the problem. The only thing I did was to place an order on their website and paid for it. I asked the manager to escalate the situation to her superior. She said she would have her general manager contact me and he may call during the time of the funeral. I told her I would be living for the funeral at 8:00 am on Monday - March 7, 2016 and that the funeral was out of town. I gave her the funeral start time which is 10:00 am. She said she would not guarantee me when the general manager would call and set up an appointment time to speak with him.
So, not only I am grieving, fighting for flowers that I do not have flowers for the funeral (which was an explicit family requests) and I cannot get my money back and they are going to call me perhaps during the funeral. These people do bad business, steal customer's money and their vendors cannot perform as advertised. I do not recommend JustFlowers.com to anyone. Please BEWARE.
I ordered Fanciful Favorites Bouquet. They delivered something similar to the Walk of Love but they filled the arrangement with lots mums, no roses, put it in a cheap glass vase and it no similarity to the order I placed at all. The four options I gave for the florist to choose from because they could not fulfill my original order: 1) Natural Charms, 2.) Aromatic Flowers, 3) In the Light 4) Endearing Sympathy.

When my girlfriend had a horrible day I spent the extra money for SAME DAY flowers to be shipped to her. The website charged me for four-hour service. When the flowers never showed up, I called and they gave me the same old tired excuse that "in the event you pay for same-day, they can reschedule the next day. Ok what??? That would make it NOT SAME DAY, which is what I paid for. I asked for an explanation and they stated my 11 am order was too late to get an order out. Wow. Why advertise 4 hr service if you can't do it. No mention of cut-off times are present on the site. Long story short, they would not let me cancel the order and I paid for SAME DAY and didn't get it. So yeah, they are that special vendor that will pull the "fine print" excuse to do whatever they want pretty much. Sincerely, the guy who got taken advantage of by justrippedyouoff.com.

I am so dissatisfied and sorry I ever ordered flowers for my daughter's 50th birthday from these people. The arrangement arrived 3 hours after the expected time and the flowers were in a small glass instead of a vase. The flowers were not anything like the one seen on their advertisement and were wilted. The customer service representative was rude and condescending. The only thing he offered was the $4.99 because it was not delivered on time. They will not stand behind their product and his answer was "if you stop payment we will go to the recipient and pick off the flowers."
These were delivered at her place of employment and that answer was not acceptable. We were already embarrassed about the appearance of the flowers and now they were going to pick these dead ones up. They never offered to replace them or make any other kind of recommendation such as taking them off my credit card. Their produce was not as advertised and their customer service was even worse.

Do not order from "JustFlowers." Not only did the company deliver a substandard product - if you could even call it that - but based on the similarities in the reviews on this site I'm inclined to think it's a scam. As a company, you can't repeatedly fail to deliver - in any way, shape or form - what was ordered, then respond to customers with a 'we're investigating' line to stall things, and fail to reimburse them in the end. At this stage, I've been waiting two days for the company to "call the shop" that delivered the pitiful 'bouquet' below. (Two days to call a shop?!) I ordered an upgraded 'Rainbow of Vibrance' bouquet.
The total, including delivery, tax and expedited service, came to around CND$149. Below is a photo of what I ordered, and what I received - six flowers in total. I sent these photos to the company and asked for a refund. A reputable business would have refunded me on the spot. JustFlowers, however, told me they needed to 'investigate' and 'call the shop.' When I emailed requesting an update today, they told me they were 'still contacting the shop.' (Two days to contact a shop?!) I do wish I had come across this site before I put in my order. While I realize online flower sites don't deliver bouquets identical to the online photos, at the very least one would expect a 'bouquet' and not just six flowers hidden in a bunch of evergreen. How any company could charge that much money for just six flowers is beyond me.

This company accepts NO responsibility for its products or services! I ordered birthday flowers to be delivered on Sunday, January 31. The online chat person told me all I needed to do to ensure the time and date of the delivery was to put a note under special instructions. Apparently, however, the 'small print' indicates that deliveries on Sunday are not always possible, so Saturday deliveries may be required. Ok, however, when my son, who was not home at the time, received a call stating that a Saturday delivery was attempted (no one called him first to see if anyone would be home), there was no one at the return number when he returned the call. No Saturday delivery, no Sunday delivery.
The flowers were delivered late Monday (the birthday was Sunday) and left in the hallway of the apartment building. Anyone could have easily walked off with them. Called JustFlowers who gave me a bunch of runaround and finally offered to refund $13.99 - the delivery fee - on a $100 order of flowers. They accepted NO responsibility for anything! This is not the first time I have had problems with this company. My family had ordered a 3-month plant of the month delivery last summer, first plant came dead. When I called I was promised a replacement which never came. Second plant was ok, third plant was something I could have bought for $3.99 at the local grocery store! I ordered flowers on a Friday for my father-in-law's funeral on Sunday. The customer service rep was waiving the delivery and handling for one order (which was not fully waived) and I paid extra for embossed ribbons. On Sunday when I arrive at the wake, the ribbons are not embossed and a whole flower arrangement from his grandchildren was not there. I was told they were delivered to the church. I never gave the church information, mentioned the church, or asked for delivery there. After holding for 40 minutes, the rep had to call the church, for what reason I have no idea. Then she said someone would get back to me. Monday after the burial I again tried to reach out to them. The hold time is horrible. I was then told that I had to wait for them to investigate the situation.
I am their customer, I demand a refund for an item I DID NOT RECEIVE, and I have to wait for them to investigate why it went to the church, and if it in fact was delivered to the church. The whole experience was awful. The grandchildren were upset and the company had absolutely no remorse and did not take any responsibility. So as of now, I am waiting for them to finish their "investigation". It is not my fault or my problem that they delivered the flowers somewhere other than what I specified. The appropriate thing to do would have been to either immediately send new flowers to the wake the moment I spoke to them or issue a refund on the spot. I SHOULD NOT have to wait for them to investigate anything. That is their problem to work it out with the florist they sent the order to not mine!

This is an update to my December 26th, 2015 review. I complained to JustFlowers that the arrangement received by my daughter had not REMOTELY looked like the one I had ordered. Ordered: white/cream/gold/silver. Received: green/ white and lots of RED! It took 3 different phone calls, with 3 different people to confirm my unhappiness (they called me after my email with pictures). Their position was that a nice arrangement had been sent, and the florist, realizing that she didn't have the right flowers, added extra RED flowers. My position: according to the legal jumbo they originally sent me "substitutions were allowed as long as the feel and look were maintained" and it just wasn't, according to their own standards.
My daughter had special china and linens for that occasion, and the colors sent just did not work. They would look at the pictures and tell me that my daughter had received a nice arrangement anyway. The first time they offered a $5 credit. The second time $10, which after a long wait on the phone went up to $20. I refused. The third time they offered $25. I still refused and demanded half of the arrangement, $44 before delivery charge. After more haggling we settled on $40 and the credit was immediately processed.

I ordered a gold/silver/white arrangement for my daughter's wedding anniversary, because I knew these colors were her theme this year. A RED and white one was delivered. My complaint to JustFlowers.com so far has only yielded a canned reference to their website indicating that substitutions were permitted. That very site, however, indicates that "the look and feel" will be maintained. I paid for extra flowers in the arrangement, too. Extra RED carnations were added. So far Customer Service is totally unresponsive. I will call a local florist in the future and order directly from a local business.

Most of the flowers were DEAD; plant arrived at Church LATE or days earlier (still not sure which) although I paid extra $$'s for plant to arrive on time (not too much to ask, or so I thought); paid extra $10 for personal Banner, which was NOT included; plant plugs were just dropped into basket with no dirt to secure them, causing plants to fall over and dirt to fall out when plant was moved; plant did not look anything like picture on website, was very small for outrageous price.
Plants were obviously old and majority of flowers were dead; paid extra $$'s to upgrade plant, which was not done; Customer Service was terrible, kept giving me the runaround; Just Flowers did not advise me that I would be paying in U.S. dollars, so cost me extra 20%; they finally offered to refund me $40, which was only 1/3 of what I paid. I could go on, but what is the point? Obviously, the bad reviews on this site speak for themselves. JustFlowers.com's poor reputation precedes them. I realize that it is a trivial matter in light of the loss of my dear loved one. The reason for this post is to warn people about this unprofessional company because I would hate for someone else to go through this disappointing experience at such a sorrowful time. The customer service agent and "manager" at JustFlowers informed me that the hospital had called the patient AT HOME and the patient needed to return to the hospital in order to pick up her flowers - which is over 30 miles round trip from their home. We paid $96 for this arrangement, $18 of which was "service, handling and delivery fee" and in the end the patient's family had to return to pick up her flowers 30 hours after my order was confirmed. They have offered to refund the delivery fee. Whoopie! I am disputing the entire charge with VISA. Don't EVER use this company! There are so many others out there that do a fine job. This was my first and LAST time with JustMaybeYou'llGetFlowers...

I ordered an arrangement through JustFlowers and when it was delivered the recipients were not home, and the arrangement was left outside for three days, before the recipients returned. Additionally, I paid extra to have a red rose included in the arrangement. No red rose included. I called JustFlowers and explained the situation to the person on the phone. She said they would redeliver the arrangement. I then received an email stating that the delivery was made, but when I called the recipients they had not received them.
I then called JustFlowers and was told they would not do anything to address the problem. Of course, I never spoke to the same person twice, and was told a different story, depending on who was on the phone. My suggestions for JustFlowers: Call before you deliver. Never leave flower arrangements outside in the weather. Don't be so rude on the phone when a customer is trying to resolve an issue with you. To sum up: I will not use JustFlowers again, or recommend them to anyone I know.

I ordered online flowers for my sister's 70th birthday. Flowers not delivered, and when I call the number listed (2 numbers, actually) I have been on hold for 15 minutes to no avail. NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! What are the consequences? No flowers for an occasion that won't come around again for my sister and this company lost a customer.

I ordered an arrangement to be sent to the home of a newly married couple on Oct 2, 2015. It was never delivered. I know, because I was at the party at their home after the wedding. Of course the monies were taken from my account at time of order. I called Saturday, was told by representative that they could not reach the florist they ordered from, but they would call me back. Nobody ever called me back. I sent 3 emails to cancel this order & if not resolved by Oct. 6th (by resolved, I mean a FULL refund) I am going to my bank & say it's a fraudulent charge. I wish I had read all of these complaints before I used them. It was embarrassing to have my friends think I did nothing for their wedding, and there were "hidden fees" regarding delivery etc. that I was never told about. I won't be using JustFlowers again.

I ordered a nice arrangement on Tuesday, Sept 22 to be delivered on Friday, Sept 25 in the early morning or the day before for a funeral service. On Friday afternoon I got a call that they were unable to deliver the flowers in time. WHAT??? They were ordered on Tuesday and it's FRIDAY. The woman calling seemed more interested in not losing the sale and kept offering me deals - re-routing to the home, $15 off if I re-routed, would I like to send a gift basket instead. I then asked to speak with a manager and she WAS the manager. (I was really trying to understand how they couldn't get the flowers there in time). I never did get a reason. I am waiting for the amount to be credited back to my card. I would not recommend JustFlowers to anybody, ever.

They said "day of delivery" does not guarantee day off and the total is subject to change with various delivery fees.

Absolutely the worst flower company ever! Please read review before deciding to purchase from this atrocious and inadequate company! No resolution, they only cared about me contacting Visa to cancel purchase, and giving them a bad name! This message was written to two different managers after many attempts to handle this error on their part by phone!
I'm very dissatisfied with order #**, and the manner in which it was dealt with; not only was this unsatisfactory but I was told "I MADE THE MISTAKE!?" (Really?!) As per my order I specifically specified a tall order of two dozen roses, 12 white 12 pink and 4 Star gaze Lilies, no other flowers and nothing red, since it was for a funeral arrangement! As per the picture none of my specifications were met! Not only did I go over the order with your order taker 5 times! I also received 2 more calls to confirm this order before shipment, totaling 7 confirmations!
We all know exactly what I ordered, and since your "customer service" has much to be desired, I will be canceling this purchase with Visa asap! I will also be giving the WORST REVIEW and will also be sure to repeat the story to everyone I know, through social media and throughout entire office and building of colleagues! Word of mouth is extremely powerful! I regret having dealt with Just Flowers and will never do so again!

I get a call from JustFlowers at noon on Monday saying they never delivered the flowers to the funeral home. Do I want them delivered to the house? There was no house to deliver them to. Most people were from out of town. I said to forget it because the funeral was over by 1:00 and they still hadn't found a florist to do the flowers. They kept trying to get me to send the flowers anyway for a $10 discount. The flowers were $200. I insisted I wanted a full refund. I'm waiting to see if I get it. I told them they should have called me on Saturday within hours if they didn't find a florist so I could at least let my family know flowers were NOT coming. I will never use them again!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM JUSTFLOWERS.COM!!! My mother spent $124 for an orchid with 2 balloons to be sent to me ($79 for plant, delivery, handling fees, etc.). I received a small orchid that you could get for $15 at Home Depot with 1 small balloon. Did not give it much thought because I had no idea how much she spent. All the flowers died and plant was nearly dead after 5 day. When I found out how much she spent, I contacted justflowers.com customer service the next business day (7th day from receiving the plant). They said they would send a replacements.
3 days goes by and didn't hear from them. I contacted them again and they said it's been over 7 days so they're unwilling to do anything. I filed a BBB complaint and saw that they had over 600 formal complaints filed against them, which is not surprising based on my experience... They then offered $10 discount for me to close my complaint, really??? Another unethical company who is only interested in making a fast $$.

On Sunday I ordered online a flower arrangement for a funeral on Wednesday. When will I receive my email reservation confirmation for my Aug. reservations? Tuesday I heard from Just Flowers saying they were having trouble finding a local florist. They found one but it would cost me another $13! Knowing the funeral was the next morning I was very upset & panicked. I told them to forget it & in lieu of flowers decided to make a donation. Just Flowers called me back and said it was too late to cancel the order, my credit card was already charge & she was just calling me to get permission to charge an additional $13 on my credit card to cover the long distance delivery.
I should have just called the local florist myself & ordered the flowers but I am from out of town & thought it would be easier to order from Just Flowers but obviously I was very wrong! I will never order from this company again. I should have checked out consumer affairs about them before ordering! Why do they have an A+ rating from the BBB?

I have spent the last three days trying to get one single bouquet of flowers delivered, on a random Monday before 1 pm (not a holiday)!!!!!! Your customer service is the poorest I have ever encountered in my entire existence. Not only were my flowers not delivered on the day they were supposed to, they were not delivered the day after either. It is now Wednesday and I spent a solid 30 minutes on the phone yesterday with an incompetent "manager" who basically blackmailed me and stated that if I did not settle my complaint with Better Business Bureau that my flowers would not be delivered.
Whoever she was was extremely unprofessional, and proceeded to be defensive and mock me stating that she would include an "apology" on the flowers stating how "horrible, and crappy of a company Justflowers is". I mean what company on earth runs a business this way. I settled for a measly $20 off my order (product and service still not delivered today, WEDNESDAY), and a supposed apology from the company to the recipient.
This morning I received a phone call from a florist supposedly trying to deliver flowers, except you gave them MY INFORMATION as the recipient. The florist also had no knowledge of an apology that was supposed to be coming from YOUR COMPANY! This company is the absolute bottom of the barrel, dregs of so society, lowest of the low. I cannot even believe you turned something as simple as sending someone flowers into such a battle. I hope your company fails miserable and goes bankrupt because that's what you deserve. PS - The funniest part of this whole ordeal was when a "manager" told me she could only offer me $5.00 off, and stated "What do you want?" The owner is going to be paying for this with his own credit card!" What an insult to my intelligence, you fools.

I spoke with a young woman by the name of **. She reassured me that the flowers would be delivered to my wife's job before 1:00 p.m. 26 June 2015! My wife routinely departs work at 2:30 p.m., but I informed her that a package would be delivered to her and asked if she could stay a little while longer. My wife remained at work until 5:00 p.m. Rightfully so, when she arrived home she was upset and very disappointed. I explained the situation to her but that was not enough to extinguish her smoldering disposition. The synopsis with my wife is that the lack of flowers did not start her birthday weekend off good still pissed.
Back to JustFlowers I received a call from a JustFlowers employee whom state that her name was ** who made a very poor attempt to apologize for my wife not receiving her flowers. She continued and explained how THEY would make up for their error. I calmly listened, thoroughly heard her out when she finished talking I asked her how would she feel if she was the woman in this situation. She stumbled in words and proceeded to read her preformatted lines of "we can deliver the flowers tomorrow." I interrupted her and explained that her birthday was today and not tomorrow and that she was the same woman I spoke to earlier that day and that I did not find it amusing. Horrible customer service. Fraudulent information posted on website. Do NOT order from JustFlowers. Ordered a pink Hydrangea to be delivered next day. Credit card charged at time of order. Called me 30 hours later (5 hrs from when it was supposed to be delivered) to say I had to pay $40.00 more to have a hydrangea delivered or they can send a Peace Lily. Refused to upgrade the order more than 10.00 or credit me for inconvenience of not sending plant I wanted. Asked to speak with a Manager or Supervisor and of course there was not one available.
I tried to explain to ** that had they called me the day before, I could have canceled my order and used a different company to get what I ordered or something similar to what I wanted. But since they called 5 hrs. before I needed it delivered, I had no choice but accept the plant offered. I asked her why do they have 200 plants on their website when I only have one option for delivery and she had no response. Delivery was in a large city with multiple florist, no reason they could not find other options for me to choose. Bottom line if you want them to choose your arrangement call them. First may I add that I would not award ANY STARS to this company? I conducted a Google search for florist stores close to where my sister lives. I researched companies that could deliver same day. This company was very high up on Google, for some reason. Have since found out that they are almost 400 miles away from where my sister lives. Their website is lovely, but their ethics and lack of professionalism is way beyond disgusting. The only reason I chose this company....website shows “delivery today, buy now” which I did, and spent almost $65.00. I wonder how many people read policies. I usually order flowers from Amazon, an amazing company. Lesson learned. I should have also read all the hundreds of negative reviews; good to know I am not alone. NOT!
I told manager to cancel order, as I have no wish to purchase items from a company that cannot fulfill order, as stated. I was advised that she did not know if that could be done. Why, oh why, do you advertise, “earliest delivery today, buy now”? Your staff just continues to repeat, the policy, the policy, the policy!!! My poor sister is ill, and has medical appointments today. I wanted flowers to be delivered to her June 9, as requested. Conclusion of call with customer service...discourteous and most unprofessional. I have contacted my bank, as I have no desire to deal with your company now, or in the future. I will be submitting dispute, should I be charged. Dreadful experience!!!
CANCEL THIS ORDER IMMEDIATELY! Received call from company, and submitted email number 2 to them; no response. 2:38 PM (28 minutes ago) to service. Can this company get any worse? I have just received a call from manager, June 10, 2015 @ 2:15 pm, informing me that said flowers had been delivered to my sister at noon. Call was from same manager with whom I spoke, to no avail, this morning. So, now she wants to know at what time florist should pick up arrangement from my sick sister! What? She advised me that florist shop was very far away. When I asked location, she gave me my sister's address... Frustrated? More than! How dare she? I then managed to find out from her that the far away florist was NOT FAR AWAY; I lived in that area for over 16 years. This is absolutely beyond disgusting.
In reading your POLICY, I read that you have provided an inconvenience fee of $10.00. With treatment received from your company, you should credit all monies. I am looking on Google to place review, in order to warn other would be customers. As stated, I wish I had checked all reviews. Lesson learn, stick to Amazon...reputable, and never any hassle whatsoever. How will my sister feel if someone calls at her home to remove flowers? Absolutely pathetic excuse for a company.
