To start with, we purchased an arrangement for a funeral to be delivered in Michigan for a Monday service and paid for expedited service. We have never used this website before so had no idea of the quality of service or products.
What was delivered did not look anything like to the arrangement that was illustrated on their website. What was sent was a bit of an embarrassment to say the least. I guess they didn't think we would be driving from Toronto to Michigan for the service that day and wouldn't see the arrangement that was delivered. After several phone calls and complaints, basically their manager just hung up on us. They refused to acknowledge their written and published guarantee. Their excuse was that they don't guarantee either a stem count and substitutions are allowed. They offered nothing as a resolution either in a partial refund or a replacement of flowers, etc.
I warned them repeatedly that I would have no recourse but to contact my CC company for their assistance in this matter. Unfortunately, the CC company was not able to intervene as the delivery was made and we would have had to refuse or return the item under the CC rules in order for them to intervene. Not exactly in our thoughts the day of the service!
I would strongly suggest to anyone that is considering any online flower purchase to look elsewhere and deal with more reputable sites that stand behind their guarantee of customer satisfaction. I will NEVER use this outfit again at any cost or not. I may be out 75 bucks but they have lost a customer for life who will caution others against such a similar experience with this outfit. Pay a bit more and go with reliable, certified florists like FTD, etc. I will from now on! I wish I found this Consumeraffairs.com a lot earlier!

This is a response I composed to Justflowers.com following their "Thank you " email w/ coupon they sent to me:
What do you mean "Thank you for your business"? You failed to complete the flower order for my MOTHER'S FUNERAL...as if we weren't already going through enough. At the last minute, we were informed that they would not be delivered in time but could be delivered the next day. What good would that do? Throughout the whole process, I was put on hold for a total of 2 hours, hung up on by a manager, "guaranteed" that a manager would get back to me (he didn't), had my refund delayed because only a supervisor could process it. Then, a supervisor called me a few days later to offer me a discount if I wanted to try placing the order again. Again??!!! The order was for my mother's funeral!!
I wish I'd had the time to research your company online before placing an order. Your reputation is well documented and I now know that I am not alone. You know exactly what you are and what you do to people...You simply accept as many online orders as you can with no regard as to whether you can actually fill the orders. Some work out, but many don't. Just keep in mind that your customers are real people often going through very difficult circumstances. Aside from funerals, just think of how many birthdays, Valentine's, Mother's Day, and anniversary surprises you've ruined. Not only do I not accept your worthless $10 coupon, I'm going to tell as many people as possible to avoid you.

I went on the Just Flowers website to order a spray of flowers for a funeral. I looked through the multiple sprays and chose an arrangement that was priced $139.00. When I saw the arrangement at the funeral home, it looked nothing like the picture that I viewed. The flowers were wilted and the entire arrangement looked of poor quality. I called Just Flowers to complain and I was told that they can not guarantee that the arrangement would look like what I ordered. I think this is false advertising and was very disappointed. Don't recommend them at all.

I ordered flowers for a friend's family funeral. I ordered and was guaranteed same day delivery....... Did it happen? NOPE!! Ok, I understand things sometimes happen, but was guaranteed priority morning delivery the next day..... Did it happen?? NO! I called them on three different occasions and was assured it would be delivered later that day, but yet again was not delivered. By this time, I was beyond frustrated but I called once again and they promised a morning delivery......... you guessed it. As much as I wanted to send flowers to this family, I decided to cancel. I was told it was too late to cancel now in which made my blood boil. This company has been, in my experience, nothing but broken promises, and the worst and most stressful flower ordering experience ever. I would almost rather be back in a combat zone....... Although I have not seen the flowers, assuming they were even delivered this afternoon, it is beyond the point of caring. I would NEVER order from here again. I only wished I could have seen all these poor reviews prior, but was in a hurry to get flowers on the way.

I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on Saturday, Sept. 14th. It was our 6th anniversary and I wasn't able to be with her. My wife loves to receive flowers and I wanted it to be special. I ordered 2 dozen pink roses which are her favorite. Saturday came and went, no flowers, same thing Sunday. I notified Just Flowers on Monday and told them to cancel the order and refund my $68.35. The woman told me she would have to speak to the florist first. I called Tuesday and told them to cancel the order and refund my money. The woman told me they would have to speak to the florist first. I sent numerous emails during all this requesting a refund.
I called Wednesday and told them to refund my money. I was told I would have to speak to the manager. I was put on hold and forgotten about. I called back and was told I would have to talk to the manager. I was put on hold again and eventually "Jesse" came on the line but was unwilling to refund my money. I called my bank and requested a charge back. I also registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Just Flowers is obviously a scam outfit and should be shut down.

I called this florist early on Sept. 16th to order a plant for my daughter's birthday. They had a special $10.00 off. I ordered, gave all my information. Price quoted was $66.99. I realize there would be tax & shipping. To get the discount, I had to call back with the code that was online. When I saw the total charge, I told them to please cancel this order now. I never knew the final cost until then. All this phone calling took 30 min. They said they would connect me to a supervisor. More waiting. When he came on, he said he would give me $10.00 off. I said, "No thanks, just cancel my order again." He put me on hold again. While I was waiting, my husband called our credit card company & explained what was going on.
Finally, a man said, "We have canceled your order." I hung up with them & my credit card company said we would do a 3-way call to the florist; we did. Of course, we were put on hold again. Finally when someone answered, they said my order had been canceled. When the card company asked for a cancellation number, they said it was sent to me by e-mail. There was a e-mail but no numbers. She again asked for a number for their file. They said no number available. So she asked for a name and/or employee number. Nothing given. Finally credit card co. said, "How long will it be before this charge is taken off account?" They said about 4 days. The credit card company is following this to see it is done.

I ordered a dozen yellow roses for $75.23 after all the hidden fees (I know! I thought they would be fantastic!). I left Special Instructions: "Deliver to back door after 4:00 pm. If no one is home, leave on back porch." Mistake number 2! Apparently, that gave them the right to say they left them and they were stolen, alleviating them of all responsibility. After realizing the roses were never delivered, they informed me it is not their problem as they passed my order on to a third party florist (who they refused to identify) who claimed they knocked on the door, no one answered, so they left them on the porch. Wrong, Wrong and WRONG! There were several people home all day and no attempt was ever made to deliver any flowers so they either a.) Lied and never sent any flowers or b.) Delivered to the wrong house.
Either way, they were rude and then had the nerve to say to me, "Sir, we thought you understood our policy when you ordered; we are not responsible for stolen items." All they had to do was knock on the RIGHT door and say "Here are your flowers" and they failed and blamed me!!! STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!! Please learn from my mistake of trusting this company!!!

I feel this florist is a scam. When I placed an order, the individual could not take down the right information and had everything wrong upon receiving a confirmation from them. I called them back immediately to cancel order. They must have a rule to offer the patron discounts to keep the order. They would not take no for an answer. I spoke to two individuals to cancel and both tried to talk me out of canceling my order. Even after I spoke to the second individual, she calls me back after I hung up. Harassment!! I immediately called my credit card service and gave them the heads up on this business. No one in their right mind should have to go through the harassment of this so-called business. Do not order from this company. There are several "hidden" fees that are not reflected in their advertised price. My $53 order ended up costing me $83. I attempted to utilize a promo code that was advertised on their website, to which I was told it did not exist. When I attempted to cancel the order they offered to take $5 off, I said no thanks... they offered $10 off, I said no thanks... they offered $15 off, I again said no thanks and told them I wished to cancel my order. In order to cancel my order I had to speak to a manager. After about 45 minutes on hold I spoke with a manager that had a real attitude problem. He informed me that he would cancel my order and hung up on me. Very rude and poor customer service with this company. You’re better off going elsewhere... Wish I would have read these reviews prior to dealing with them.

We, as a community, bought flowers for a 17-yr-old foster child our landlord had taken in. On Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013, he was taken from us in a horrible accident. Sat., Aug. 24, 2013, we placed an order and was guaranteed that the flowers would arrive at the chapel by 5 pm on Aug. 25, 2013. On the 25th, we got a call. They wanted 20 dollars more. Of course we paid it and asked again, "Will the flowers be there by 5 pm today?" The response was, "Oh yes, of course, they will be." By 330 pm, made a call to confirm the flowers were there. No, they were not and one of the operators on the phone giving us apologies which we didn't want to hear. Then we were told the flowers would arrive the next day which would be the funeral.
I am very upset that a company can give you a guarantee and not follow through with it. This was a very difficult time for us mourning the loss of our loved one and no one at Just Flowers seemed to care. We wanted the flowers to be there for the viewing and they were rude, unprofessional and, most of all, not at all helpful to our grieving process. When businesses can get by with such utter disregard for the people, it is a shame. They should not be able to get away with this.

I ordered some flowers for my daughter from JUST FLOWERS who said they would be delivered on Mother's Day. They guaranteed that if they had a problem, the flowers would arrive no later than Monday and then with an apology. The fact of the matter is they didn't arrive until Wednesday - so much for paying a premium for delivery on Mother's Day. When I called to complain about it, I got automatically put on hold and then quickly automatically hung up on. I then called DiscoverCard who filed my complaint with Just Flowers who then claimed that they had delivered them on Tuesday based on a handwritten note by the delivery person. DiscoverCard, who is generally customer friendly, said since they were delivered, they could not refund the amount. When I pointed out the guarantee of deliver and the delivery service fee I paid, DiscoverCard is now investigating refunding the deliver fee at least. Bottom line, don't touch Just Flowers with a ten foot pole!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a floral arrangement for a relative's wake and paid for expedited delivery (guaranteed by 1 p.m.). They arrived 5 hours late, after service I purchased the "Delightful Memories" bouquet for $66.47 from JustFlowers.com on Wednesday, 7/17/2013. I paid an extra $4.99 for delivery by 1:00 p.m. on Friday, 7/19/2013 and also indicated on the order instructions that the calling hours were from 4-6 p.m. At the time that I placed the order, the 4-6 calling hours were the only formal gathering taking place. My relative was cremated and there was no funeral service or public burial planned. When I arrived at the funeral home at about 4:30 p.m., I noticed that my flowers were not there. I spoke with the funeral director, who placed a call to JustFlowers.com on my behalf. My family eventually decided on a very brief service immediately following the calling hours, which was held at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. until about 6:15 p.m.
At the conclusion of the short service, as I was exiting the funeral home, the funeral director stopped me to hand me the bouquet, which had been hastily delivered by the local florist with whom Just Flowers was working. The funeral director had explained to the florist who delivered the flowers that I was NOT going to pay for the flowers since they arrived so late, and the florist acknowledged that this was the case but left the flowers anyway. At this point I have had about 20 different interactions with Just Flowers in an attempt to get a full refund. They have offered a $10 credit. They have been very rude and harassing, and even called today to tell me that they were calling family members of my deceased cousin to discover the location of the bouquet!
I have never dealt with a company like this in my life. I expect a full refund and I think that this company should be investigated. I have spoken to several different people, most recently Tasha and Jason, who called himself a "general manager," and was the one who said he was calling my family members. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund but am not getting anywhere with this company.

I contacted customer service about the arrangement and a credit, which they gave me $25.00. The customer service gal was a ** on the phone and hung up on me. When I asked about a refund, she gave me excuse after excuse on how they would have to contact the florist that made it. Wanted me to send over pictures, and then could not tell me how long the refund would take. This company is a joke and the owner(s) should take a look at the crap they are selling and then educate their customer service agents. I was informed by email 5 hours AFTER the funeral that the flowers were NOT DELIVERED!!! I usually look into an outfit for comments from consumers about a business before I purchase or order services or anything - my mistake. I ordered two sets of flower arrangements for my daughter and mother for Mother's Day. I had requested for them to be delivered on Saturday, May 11th, 2013. My mother lives in San Diego and my daughter lives in New York. I went to my mother's home on Mother's Day in the evening and was surprised to not see any flowers. I then called my daughter in New York and it was 8:30 pm there and she also informed me that there were no flower deliveries. I immediately called my bank but was told I would have to wait for it to post before disputing it. I was told to call Just Flowers and they would probably be very good about it being that nothing had been delivered.
Calling them was nothing short of complete frustration. I waited on the line for a customer service rep for over thirty minutes, only to be told that their computers were down and there was nothing that they could do. I would have to call back tomorrow. The next day, I started calling first thing in the morning, and after waiting about twenty five to thirty minutes, again, as soon as the rep picked up the phone, it was disconnected. I was so mad I called my bank again and was told again that I needed to make contact with them. I phoned them back, but his time I pushed the number to order flowers and someone picked up quickly. I told them that my flowers were never delivered and I wanted to make sure that it was now cancelled. I was told that he could not do any of those things as I was in the wrong department. I gave him my order numbers and my telephone number, and asked that a supervisor call me back.
A supervisor never called back. On Monday evening, my mother said a florist showed up and left flowers (Lemon Grove Florist) and told her that she was just too busy to deliver them on Saturday, and she is closed on Sundays. That Wednesday, I got a call from a New York florist wanting to deliver my daughters flowers with a 10% discount. I told him that was not okay and it needed to be cancelled. He agreed and apologized. Once I realized that I was charged for the flowers that went to my mother three days late, I called my bank and they said that the fine print for Just Flowers has a loophole saying that if they feel they are too busy, they are allowed to bump that date of delivery even though I had paid extra for a Mother's Day weekend. Once I started speaking to the rep, this last time she informed me that it is their option to bump dates if they see the need to do so.
I am very angry. My bank can't do anything because of some small print that says basically they can do what they want if they feel they are too busy. When inquired about the extra fees that I paid for the weekend delivery, it didn't seem to make a difference at all as the representative kept telling me it's all in the fine print, you should have read it. It is very unfair that they are able to get your money and give you the service date that works for them. Offering to write a note for me, to my family, saying that I really didn't forget them and I really wanted these flowers to get to them on time... WHAT A JOKE. I can't believe that this is legal. It seems that they do this often as their replies to your inquires are met with a script that they don't divert from. What a shame that they are able to victimize so many without any consequence.
I believe that the United States Attorney General should investigate this company. There are way too many stories with the same details of fraudulent behavior by this company to hardworking families trying to show love through flowers only to be victimized, with nobody watching or helping.

Fortunately, some special baby wrote the note like a kindergartener and left my name off. I wouldn't even have known that it was my flowers if I didn't remember some of the words they attempted to write down in hieroglyphic handwriting that I was surprised wasn't written with a fat crayon. My boyfriend decided to do something to surprise me on Mother's Day by getting me flowers from him and his son. When I got home from work, I was told to listen for the door until 9PM that evening. 9PM came and still the doorbell did not ring. I was on the phone with him and he was beginning to get worried about his surprise. The next morning came around and I had to go to work. By the time I got home, there was still nothing at my door (someone was at my house all day and said that the doorbell did not ring). He called and wanted to ask if they were still going to be delivered because he had already replied to the emails at least 4 times.
For the next few days he called and tried to talk to customer service. He finally got to talk to someone and they told him that he would get a refund within 4-7 days. By day 8, we still haven't gotten the refund so he called again today. He called and called and called and never got anyone. Then he pressed a different option to see if he could talk to someone that would actually talk back, so he tried the order option. The woman that he talked to did not want to answer his questions. She gave him the same number that he just called and told him to pick the customer service option. She was extremely rude and hung up on him when he asked to talk to a manager.
He then called his credit card company and did a 3-way call with this flower company. They waited almost 20 minutes just to talk to someone. The rep tried to get customer service over and over again, then tried the same option as he did and finally got to talk to someone. The rep from the card company thought this was completely ridiculous that they waited that long to talk to someone. So now we are waiting the next 4-7 days to see if we even get the $88 back at all. My advice is do not order from them! If you are out of town and want to surprise someone, call a local flower shop near the person you want to send flowers to! Do not waste your time and money on them!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day, and they didn't show up until the following Wednesday. They weren't that great. When I called to get some sort of refund, they offered me a $7.50 coupon for my next order. I told them there wasn't going to be a next order. They then offered me a $10 credit. We'll see if it actually shows up on my statement. I should have spent the extra money and ordered from Proflowers.com

I ordered for 5-11-13 with guaranteed same delivery. Not only was it not delivered that day, it wasn't delivered until the 14th! I sent 3 emails as required because I was hung up on when called. With no response, I contacted the BBB (which I encourage everyone to do). They finally delivered... to the neighbor! They also said they wouldn't refund the card and the item delivered was half the size of what I ordered. I am refuting the charges on my credit card as we speak. Terrible company! Stay away! Poor customer service! All they said on the BBB response was, "Sorry for the delay." Sorry for the delay?! These are flowers, not an order for clothes!

Let me start this with: I have never taken the time to sit down and write a comment/feedback about a business. However after the experience with Just Flowers, I couldn't with good conscience allow another customer to get scammed by this atrocious company. After confusion with a family member on who was going to order flowers for my mother, my wife ordered from them. They advertised that it was not too late for delivery on Mother's Day. After taking our money, the flowers were not delivered that day or the day after.
On the second day of non-delivery, a machine called our house (which has young children) after 11:00 pm to say they were going to be delivered the next day (day 3). They gave us the run around when we called to complain and told us that a supervisor would call us back, as we were not satisfied with the $10 refund on a $75 order. It did not even cover the cost of delivery, or should I say non-delivery? Guess what? They never called us back.
I had to call a second time, and still they wouldn't compensate or work with us. They had the nerve to tell me that they have a "turnaround" policy where if there was a funeral or holiday order they couldn't deliver, then they would deliver the next available day. How can you do that for a funeral? Thankfully that wasn't our case, but still. These people are awful business people. Buyer beware!

I ordered flowers for a memorial service, and the flowers were not delivered. When I requested a delivery confirmation, Just Flowers could not provide one. I then requested a plant to be delivered to the family free of charge in good faith for their huge mistake. However, my credit card was still charged. Customer Service is extremely bad. I received suggestions of me calling the family to confirm delivery, when I already knew from my siblings being at the service that the flowers were not there. It is the florist’s responsibility to provide delivery confirmation, and this florist believes this is not true.
When I requested a refund, I was told they would issue it after taking back the plant that they had agreed to deliver free of charge from the bereaved family. When the corporate customer service manager finally called almost 1 month later, he apologized and admitted his staff had made mistakes, but he refused to issue a refund. In fact, he told me I would not win my dispute with the credit card company, because he had delivery confirmations for both deliveries. I told him I never received them and asked why they were not previously provided to me. He told me they were not required to provide them to me! I’m still fighting this charge, but do yourself a favor. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM JUST FLOWERS. IT ISN’T WORTH THE HASSLE OR EXPENSE!

Just Flowers has the absolute worst service known to man! I'm shocked, appalled, disgusted and so frustrated that I want to scream. I placed an order 2 hours before the cut-off time and expected my flowers to be delivered on time as promised. Not only did they not arrive on the scheduled date, they did not arrive the day, or the day after that and then... amazingly, they arrived three days later and were not what was ordered. During the couple of days in between when they were scheduled and the day they arrived, I called 5 times (none of which were answered because the automated system said they were too busy and to call back later and hung up) and I sent two emails to the service department (per instructions on their website) asking for a full refund.
I have now called seven times and was able to reach a representative who was not only not helpful but completely rude. When I said I sent emails to service, he asked me to resend them to show proof because he didn't see them and gave me the email address. I sent them right away. He then acted as if he was looking for them and put me on hold, then picked the phone up off hold and I could hear him typing and others talking in the background. When I tried to get his attention, he did not answer so I sat and waited for another seven minutes to go by before he said, "Hello." and when I answered him back he acted as though he couldn't hear me.
Then we both sat there silent for a while and he did it again and when I said, "I know you can hear; I would like to speak to your manager," he stifled a laugh, waited, and then transferred me back to the main intro line. So I waited another twelve minutes for another rep to answer and when he (not convinced it was a different guy) did, I immediately asked for a manager without giving my name or order information. When the manager picked up he said my name! He said that he has caller ID, but the problem with his story is that I was not calling from a number under my own name. When I confronted him about it, he scrambled and changed the subject.
Bottom line, the so-called manager was just as rude as his employees. He also said that they didn't receive any emails, at all. So when I told him that one of him employees specifically asked me to resend my emails, he said nothing and changed the subject once again. He just kept repeating, "I can give you $15, that's it." Now you tell me, if you order flowers to be delivered a specific date and try every way possible (short of showing up at their doorstep) to find out what is going on with the order and want a refund when they don't arrive, do you think that a $15 refund is a good outcome?! I think not, my friend. The manager blamed me for ordering the same day.
Here's the thing. If you can't deliver the same day, do not allow an order to be placed, period! You are just trying to screw people out of their time and money with your less-than-stellar flowers. I don't think I have ever been so disappointed and disgusted with customer service before in my life. It's despicable and everyone should look elsewhere when considering a florist. So Dave, James, and Jesse, shame on you! This company is nothing but a giant scam! Have at it folks! The corporate address is: 2127 Westwood Blvd., #200 Los Angeles, CA 90025 United States.

I called Just Flowers on May 9th, 2013 at 2:45 pm (I copied out an email from them stating that day and time also) to order a Mother's Day chocolate basket to send down to my daughter-in-law (son and family) in Florida. I immediately got someone on the phone who did a great job of placing my order. They assured me that it would be delivered by May 11th, the day before Mother's Day. It had a bow with "Happy Mother's Day" and was a special with lots of chocolates inside. My son told me that he and his wife and family were there all day Saturday at their home and no one called about the basket or delivered it!
I talked to my son and family on Mother's Day and for the next two days after and found that they never got it. For the next two days - Monday and Tuesday - I literally spent all day on the phone going back and forth between the two phone numbers they had given me (The phone recording would actually hang up on you after a certain amount of time!). I looked up the tracking number and could see it wasn't delivered along with the fact that my son called each day to tell me he hadn't gotten it.
Finally, I got someone on the phone after calling a few times on Wednesday who had me on hold (asked politely if I minded holding anyway) for a while looking up the order, rescheduling sending it, etc. After I told her how disgusted I was and that I would never use JustFlowers ever again, she apologized but offered no discount or reimbursement for horrible service. Supposedly the basket will go tomorrow to Florida; I'm not holding my breath! Hopefully I won't be having to write any more negative reviews about them because of non-delivery or melted chocolates!
I have to say that I normally send adorable food baskets through GourmetBaskets.com but they were very honest and told me that they could only see the baskets I was thinking of sending as arriving in Florida yesterday or today so I turned to JustFlowers as they advertise themselves as a same-day service. I told the woman on the phone that and that I would never use them again (Next time I'll use GourmetBaskets or 1-800-Flowers and send whatever a week ahead)! Please don't ever use JustFlower! I also looked online and read a bunch of disgusted reviews similar to mine and worse (I think there were 308 negative reviews!).

My husband and son ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day. On Sunday afternoon, when they had not been delivered yet, we emailed them using the link on their order confirmation email - no response. Their site says that they deliver up until 9pm so instead of calling, we decided to wait it out figuring they would respond to the email if they were unable to deliver them. Wrong. Their site also says that if they are unable to make the scheduled delivery day, the flowers would be delivered at the latest with a note of apology. Nope. So two days after the scheduled delivery date, we tried calling four times. Each time after waiting on hold for a short time, their system says that they are experiencing a high call volume and hangs up.
As we are calling for the fifth time, the doorbell rings and the flowers have arrived. After speaking to the florists, they informed us that they received the order this morning from Just Flowers! The local florists were nice and apologetic about our experience with Just Flowers. Now, here is the kicker. I ordered flowers the evening before Mother's Day from FTD.com for my mother and mother-in-law. My mother-in-law received her flowers before 8am on Mother's Day and my mother who lives in another state received hers by noon, her time. Then I had a manager call me later in the day to tell me that my mother's flowers were delivered... duh. My Mother's Day flowers that were purchased from JustFlowers.com on 11 May 2013 were not delivered as claimed. I specifically made this purchase from the Just Flowers website because through the entire process of selecting and paying for the flowers, I was led to believe that they would be delivered on time. Nowhere was I ever warned or cautioned that the delivery would not happen on time as promised.
Before shopping at Just Flowers, I went to numerous other sites including ProFlowers, 1800flowers and FTD. The prices for the same arrangement were cheaper on these sites but all these sites clearly stated that they could not meet the sales volume for delivery on Mother's Day and honestly stated that they could not deliver my order on Mother's Day. Then before directly calling a local florist, I made the mistake and went to the JustFlowers.com website on which it stated that they were still accepting order for flowers for delivery on Mother's Day. These statements and claims were completely false.
I was purposely misled by this company into completing a sale... a sale in which JustFlowers.com knew at the time of sale that they could not meet the conditions of that sale. This is criminal. I feel that offering $10 credit for this criminal act is unjust. I paid a premium price for a product that was not delivered as claimed. $10 is not fair compensation. When I realized that the flowers would not be delivered by 9 pm on Mother's Day, I tried to cancel the order to no avail. It was impossible to contact anyone, to receive any indication of why it was not delivered on time or to get an indication if it was ever going to be delivered. The flowers did finally arrive on Monday around 6 pm. By then, the joy of receiving a colorful arrangement of flowers had been spoiled. Now, the flowers invoked negative sediments: stress, negligence and being ripped off.
When you send someone flowers, it is all about the timing and that's why you don't mind paying a ridiculous price for cut flowers. Please don't make the same mistake I did and trust that special moment to Just Flowers.

I was told the flowers would be delivered between 9 am- 6 pm on Fri., May 10th. By Sunday 10pm, the flowers were still not delivered to my mother. Today is Mon., May 13th, and still no flowers. When I called the company to inquire about the flowers and also about my receipt (which I was supposed to receive via email but still haven't received it!), I was told that their computer system is down and they were unable to retrieve my records until the system is back up again so they will call me as soon as it is back up again. If it's anything like their flower delivery, I'm sure I'll never get a call back! I will never order from this company again. Now, I'll have to wait for my next credit card statement to see if I was charged!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday, May 11, 2013, the day before Mother's Day. They were not delivered on the day as promised. Three days later, they still have not been delivered. Their phones keep you on hold forever and then a recording picks up and hangs up on you, blaming it on Mother's Day. My order was not even a Mother's Day order! So it happened to be on the same weekend, but that's no excuse. I work in a bakery. On Thanksgiving, we do not make bagels for the customers who want their bagel and coffee in the morning because we are too busy making pies for the holiday.
Just Flowers' customer service department tells you (when you finally get to a person, but you have to go through the place a new order department, in which they can't help you) that they cannot look into your order and they have no supervisors there in the office. They tell you they have a separate phone number to reach their managers on, which is a disconnected number. They do not respond to emails and it is impossible to get any response whatsoever. This is a company of thieves. Do not give them your money. You will not get your product or your money back!

We tried calling many times and they put you on hold and then hang up making you fill out a form which doesn't have options to ask for money back. Also, they never sent her a confirmation email with an order number. This company should be shut down! How can they get away with stealing people's money?

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star, but I am forced to give them that. I normally order flowers online from Teleflora.com or 1800flowers.com. However, this time I decided to try somewhere different. I went online to JustFlowers.com and placed an order on Friday, 5/10/2013, for a beautiful arrangement to be sent to my mother-in-law. I was emailed a confirmation of my order stating that it would be delivered on 5/11/2013. On 5/12/2013, Mother's Day, my mother-in-law had yet to receive her flowers. I called JustFlowers.com 3 times and each time I was on hold for over 5 minutes, and then a recording would come on and said "Due to high call volumes, your call cannot be answered. Please try your call later" and then disconnects.
I then responded to their email regarding the status of the flowers. Within 3 minutes they had responded and guaranteed that my mother-in-law would receive her flowers by the end of the day. Today is now Monday and she has still not received her flowers. I have emailed JustFlowers.com twice today and completed their online form as to the status of my order. I still have yet to hear back from them. I have also called 3 times with no luck. I guess my next step is to contact my bank and get my money back since I cannot get a hold of this company. I will never be using JustFlower.com again and I will also be letting all my friends and family know to spread the word about them.

They delivered four roses with five lilies! The box of filled chocolates was actually a small bag of mini Toblerone, for which I paid $14.99! I placed my order on Saturday, May 11th, in the 12 o'clock hour after being on the phone with an agent for 30-45 minutes because she kept getting the information wrong. Unless I asked, I was not given a total for the order or told what delivery would be. I was only told that it would be delivered same day and that a receipt would be sent. I never got a receipt until I called 4 hours later after being disconnected repeatedly by their office, which takes forever and a day to get a hold of. I was later told hours after the order was placed that there was an issue with the florist and it would be delivered by noon on May 12, Mother's Day.
As of 12:46PM, my mom still had not received her flowers. I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes, only to be told that a manager would have to call me back because I could not be transferred. In the meantime, I received 3 emails stating I had requested my order canceled and they were canceling it. Manager calls me back after 1PM and ridicules me for placing an order on Mother's Day weekend and expecting same day delivery. When I placed my $100 order and was told it would be delivered same day, I expect it. I was given a $15 credit and told they would try to deliver it that day. I stated if it would not be delivered that day, I wanted a call so I can cancel my order.
When I spoke to mom again at 8:46PM, flowers still had not been delivered. I tried canceling my order this morning and still have not been able to. This company is the worst floral company I have come across. I have written a letter to the CEO with my disgust for their service. I have to mail it to an anonymous individual at the address on their website because they refused to give me the information to send it to and told me to send it via email at their site. Why? Because they want the option to delete it if possible. I am sending it to the CEO and stating that it was my first and last order with them. I will use one of the other companies from now on or call the florist directly up there since I'm going to pay a delivery fee anyhow.

Because my order confirmation also says Sunday! The site is updated to show whether or not the earliest delivery is today or the next day. So how in the heck did I order too late?! The lady told me they stop making deliveries after 6PM, when clearly their site says for Mother's Day they have extended hours as late as 9PM.
She told me they can include an apology note about the delay from the company. That's great, but what good are flowers a day late? It's no longer Mother's Day. It's the day after. I spent too much money for this crap to happen. Of course, when you call in, they can barely hear you and their line goes in and out as if they're using VOIP. Then I asked if the $34.99 included delivery. They said no. I was okay with that. So I figured about $45 after the $10 delivery charge and then close to $50 with taxes. I was okay with that because I know what it costs to order flowers these days. I purchase flowers several times per year. My girlfriend received the flowers at her work. She loved them and also took a picture and sent it to me when I was on my way home. They looked really nice in the picture, I will admit. But when I got home and saw the arrangement, I was so embarrassed by the tiny pathetic arrangement of flowers.
It looked like flowers that a little girl made for the centerpiece in her tiny little dollhouse. They were ridiculous! Anyways, I didn't say anything to my girlfriend then and wasn't going to be honest, but I wasn't happy with the arrangement. The next day it came up in a conversation and she asked how much I paid for the flowers. I told her to guess. She said $18. I just shook my head. She asked me again and I told her. Her exact words were to "call them first thing in the morning. Tell them to come and get their flowers, and get your money back."
I spoke with several customer service reps and they gave me the runaround. Then I spoke with a manager, supposedly, and he also was rather firm and not at all understanding. I finally told him I was not going to argue with him anymore and to give me his full name and address of the company, of which he did neither. He did provide a first name of Jason. At least that is what he said. Anyways, I am not stopping! I am getting all my money back! I am doing research tonight and locating an address. I will be having my attorney draft a letter to the responsible party that delivered such a puny arrangement! Thank you all for the complaints. I have read most of them and have found several just like mine, so I know I am not alone in this. Good luck to all those looking for answers and/or your money back!

In the conversation, the rep said, “Well, do you have any more requests?” I said if possible can they put maybe more blue than white flowers. He said, “What about more purple?” I said, “Oh no, there's no purple in it at all.” I said it repeatedly. He said, “Okay, okay,” and hung up. When he did that, I looked at my husband and said, “It's gonna get messed up, watch.” Well, after the funeral, sure enough they were purple flowers. I'm so happy I had them sent to my cousin’s in-laws’ house and not to the church or funeral home because, as I stated, my aunt had her service planned and she wanted blue and white; and after I paid $102.46, they ended up with purple flowers and no card, so my cousin didn't even know they came from me.
Now after explaining all this to Just Flowers, they did there all their little research and realized it was their representative’s fault for allowing this sale to go through after the florist told him they didn't have the right flowers. When I originally called, I only was looking for maybe half of my money back, but then they had to insult me by offering me five dollars; then after speaking with a manager named Dean, in which I thought he and I were seeing eye to eye at one point, all he could offer me was twenty dollars, tops. So now I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Next time I will go out and buy my own flowers and do my own thing and show you over the seas representatives what an “Over the Blue Horizon” looks like. It's so sad how companies are working overseas and have no idea what's going on over here, and look, we can't get our money back. Whatever happened to the customer’s rights?

His family thought I didn't care! I have not been able to get anybody on the phone. I tried several times. Once, a person answered and said a manager would get back to me but never happened. My husband ordered me flowers as a surprise as I was getting ready to go to have a major surgery. He ordered six stargazer lily flowers; however, someone does not know how to count to 6 as I only got 3. My husband is a long distance truck driver and could not be here for this. This is a surprise gone busted. They want me to take my flowers back and forth to my place of employment so that they can change them out for the correct one. I want nothing to do with this company. They are not even smart enough to say, “Oh were sorry, we will deliver 3 more for you.” I even took pictures of the sorry excuse of flowers that I received and emailed them to them.
Also, the price quoted over the phone was $52.99. However, when I go to our CC company, there is a hold for $74.75. When my husband spoke with them today, he was told that they were delivery charges and shipping cost. What? They come from a local florist. These fees were not told to my husband. Thus, we will be putting a hold or dispute on these charges. This place is a rip off scam artist of a company. But then, what do you expect when they are out of Los Angeles, CA and outsourced to other countries who cannot even speak or understand English. Crooks and scam artists. Do not ever do business with this company. We are getting the shaft.

Two days after the scheduled delivery date, they sent me an e-mail saying they were "terribly sorry to inform you that due to the remote location of **'s residence, they would need an extra $15 to complete the order." Got that? Two days after the scheduled delivery, they come asking for more money. They had no problem completing and confirming the order and charging my credit card the previous week. By the way, my sister lives in the suburbs of San Antonio, the 7th largest city in the US, not exactly remote. I tried calling the customer "service" line and was consistently on hold forever. I ordered funeral flowers on Thursday to be delivered to a visitation at the funeral home on Friday at 6pm. I received a confirmation with the correct delivery time, date and place of the visitation. I noted that a $4 fee could be paid to ensure the flowers would arrive on time if they were ordered after 1pm on the same day. Since it was a day early, I did not see the need for paying the extra. The flowers were not received on Friday. They were sent to the church service minutes before the service began and were not able to be displayed. Upon calling the customer service, I was informed that they had called the funeral home and got the address to the church and the service time so they delivered them there. Why? I asked why they were delivered to a place and time that was completely different from the place and time that I not only ordered them but also received confirmation from them for.
The representative led me to believe it was the fault of the local florist. He would not provide the name of the local florist in order to confirm any of the info he was giving me. He did offer a $10 coupon (for my inconvenience) to use on my next order. This is the same $10 coupon you get with every order I believe. I asked to talk to a manager and received the same blunt and unconcerned answers from him. The only reason I used them instead of calling the local florist was because I could choose the flowers from the pictures. I have never had a delivery problem with a local florist. I wish I could have read the reviews. It is very disheartening to not have the flowers and the heartfelt message displayed at one of my dearest friends’ funeral.

A few hours later, I received a generic email stating my delivery has been pushed to the next day due to delivery issues, whatever that means. I think it's unacceptable to lead potential customers to their website under the pretense of "same day delivery guarantee" if in fact, they can't fulfill such promises. If I had known that the flowers would not be delivered on the same day as promised, I would have found another florist who could. Same day guarantee means working with multiple florists and delivery routes to ensure customers get what they pay for. Even more unacceptable is receiving a generic email telling me my delivery guarantee has not been fulfilled. At least they could have had the courtesy to call me directly to relay the message so I can make an informed decision on the spot. They could offer me nothing more than $15 off and then were still going to charge me shipping and they still would not be delivered until Thurs. I also noted on the order that it was "okay to leave at front door if she is not there." They said that it was 18 degrees out so they could not leave it outside. I said, "18 degrees in Orlando FL? It was 80 deg that day. I am in NY and it's warmer than that." Anyway, I said to just cancel after 45 minutes and they said that I needed to talk to a manager to cancel. I said, "What are you going to charge me for, an imaginary floral arrangement?" And why wasn't I given that manager 45 min. ago? I just hung up. I ordered flowers for my uncle's funeral last week over the phone. I had previously looked on their website at the flowers and prices. When I called the CSR, he confirmed the price with me three times at $129.98 but did not tell me of any add-ons. When I received the email confirmation, the price was $144.46 with several add-ons. Disgusted, I called the same night before delivery and the CSR agreed to give me a $15 credit, which I never got an email confirmation for the undisclosed add-ons. On the day of the delivery to the church where the memorial service was being held, I called to confirm delivery and the CSR told me the flowers had been delivered the previous day to a funeral home that was not even connected with the funeral arrangements. I raised holy heck with the CSR on how could this happen. Then the memorial service to be held at 4:30PM was cancelled at noon that day since my aunt fell and was rushed to the hospital. So I called Just Flowers and they said no problem putting the order on hold. “Just call us when it is rescheduled.”
The following day, Friday, I got another call from another gal who I thought was a manager and she apologized for all the problems and misinformation and said my account would have the $129.98 credit for future use or when the funeral is rescheduled. Today Monday, I got another call from another manager who claimed the flowers were delivered to the church on Thursday, was refused by the church so Just Flowers wanted me to pay $60 to cover the cost of the flowers they told me were cancelled. This fellow was very unprofessional and intent on making me cover the $60 and not covering for the manager's mistake. My partner checked the florists in my hometown and found that they had called to the local supermarket florist department to make an order of the flowers to send to my partner’s home address. They tried to negotiate a price of around $80 for them to deliver (I had paid by credit card $130).
After making the arrangements to deliver the flowers, Just Flowers refused to pay by credit card until the flowers were confirmed delivered. The florist hung up the phone but kept a record of the conversation. Eventually, after several emails to their company service department, 2 days later, I received an email from Just Flowers advising me they would refund my credit card. As you may guess, they have not compensated my credit card. The last email from them advised that the payment had been credited to my credit card and to discuss the matter with MasterCard. On Monday, a florist called and said she had delivered the flowers with a note from JustFlowers.com saying "Sorry, we couldn't get this out on the weekend." I received no calls, no emails, nothing other than that note.
Upon contacting Just Flowers, they offered me a $10 credit unless I allowed the florist who delivered the flowers to go back and retrieve them from a woman who just lost her husband 3 days prior. Rightfully so, both myself and the local florist refused to do so for obvious reasons. I filed a BBB complaint to which I received a call from Jason who stated that on the weekends, they have a policy which states they are not responsible for delayed flowers but will offer a $10 credit. Unfortunately, I informed Jason that while I do see that policy on their site, I ordered the flowers on Thursday to be delivered on Friday. I also paid the same day delivery fee, to which this ** replied that Friday is part of the weekend for them.
Now, I will say if you are reading this message and have had a horrible experience with this company, file a lawsuit in small claims court. Without going way in to the legalities of this, I will say that because Just Flowers derives a fair amount of business in your state (assuming you can show they contract with florists or have a registered phone # in your state), you can sue them in your state, meaning they need to appear in person in your state for a small claims court lawsuit. (There are a couple states which allow them to reply by mail, but it is rare.) Look up "Personal Jurisdiction" online which will explain how to do this. In Washington, all I have had to do is show they have a phone # which is registered with a Washington state area code to satisfy the Personal Jurisdiction requirement, which allows me to sue an out of state company in my state. It has cost me about $75 to file the lawsuit and have the LA County Sheriff serve the papers to this company.

I would have done this in the first place, but on the day that I ordered them, I was working 8-8 and worked everyday until the Wednesday when they said that they could deliver my order.
There was no apology given or any attempt to counter their original offer to reduce the original purchase price by more than $5. I was completely unsatisfied with this company and will never use them again.

Flowers? What flowers? They were never delivered, but they had no problem charging my card $95 with an extra $5 fee for next day delivery. The order was placed on Dec. 30th for Dec. 31, 2012 delivery as a centerpiece and thank you for my friend's New Year's eve party. Today is January 9th and had I not called 6 times, they would not have known. They had every excuse under the sun for why my flowers weren't delivered and assured me 4 more delivery dates, but they never delivered. They had the nerve to tell me that many florists close in December and January for the holidays. Really. That's when they have the most business. Then they offered to give me the $5 next day delivery fee back. Oh, how kind of them.
Wait, it gets better. I asked for them to discount the order or send a larger arrangement. They said they couldn't, but they would give me a $10 coupon that they only give to VIP clients towards my next order. I wonder how they treat non-VIP customers. I told them where they can shove that coupon. They don't even deserve one star, but in order to post this, I have to give them at least one star. Nightmare experience!

Flowers were not delivered until 4:39pm to a business next door who did not open the next day until 12pm. Bottom line is, the flowers did not get to where they should have been until 12:30 a day later than they were supposed to. I wanted a credit for the entire order and their customer service said no. They only offered $15, five of which was for the 1pm delivery that did not happen. They suck, their customer service sucks and I hope the company crashes and burns!

I ordered flowers on December 5th and the family I ordered it for just received them on December 11th. I had to go through 6 days of frustration calling them constantly. I am hoping they shut down because their customer service is the worst service I've ever received in my life. The employees are liars and don't have any common sense and do not listen. This is the most trouble I've gone through trying to order flowers. When they say "Just Flowers", they mean just flowers. They must think of the flowers as just a container full of plants that don't matter, but when it's for a certain occasion, then they aren't just flowers. I hope the worst for this company and that they are shut down before 2013.

After 48 hours of frustration and 6 calls to the center, the flowers were not delivered until 11/26/12. I was lied to by several employees: it could have been one person promising same day delivery. The initial order I placed had an added fee of $4.95 for same day delivery, which I would have gladly paid, but when I went to check, I had an additional fee of $18.95 for processing and handling. I did not finish the order and a Just Flowers rep, Arvin, called me and offered a discounted processing and handling fee of $10.95, and assured me that the flowers would be delivered that day. I called 1 hour before Flowers promised (1505), and Ean stated that it would definitely be there.
I called 1550 and spoke with John. The order was never sent, but he promised a Sunday delivery and took the new address. I called 2347 for an e-mail update - had wrong address. I got call from another John on 11/25/12, but they couldn't deliver on Sunday. I called on 11/26/12 and spoke with Tracy, voicing my concerns about poor service. She never listened to what I said and just read the script, and would not let me speak with supervisor. The supervisor called back later in afternoon and stated that they could not guarantee same day delivery or a Sunday delivery. I told her that was fine, but I should not have been lied to. She did not seem to grasp the concept that I had been told tale after tale. She offered a 10% discount on a future order which I declined, for I will never put myself through that frustration again!

I ordered flowers on 10/18 at 3:00 central time. At that time I asked for a $30.00 plant arrangement to be sent to my sister-in-law at the hospital as she was recovering from surgery and the following day was her birthday. The lady told me that it may be too late for the same day delivery but if they could not deliver on the same day, then it would be first thing the following morning. Afterwards I received an email with my receipt and the final price included a $20.00 service charge, which I was not informed about.
The following day, 10/19, I called JustFlowers.com at 12:45 to check on the status of my delivery. At that time I was told that they had until 6:00PM central time to deliver the flowers. At 5:00PM central, my sister-in-law had still not received her flowers so I called JustFlowers.com to see what was going on. At that time, I was told that they were unable to find a florist that could deliver the arrangement that I asked for. So at 5:00 central on Friday, I was told that they cannot deliver the flowers - at the end of the week and the day before my sister-in-law is due to be released from the hospital. Justflowers.com didn't bother to call me and tell me. I had to find out by calling them.
Immediately after, I called a local florist (Texas City Florist) and spoke to Mike. He was able to take care of me and promised to deliver the flowers first thing Saturday morning (10/20). I wish to register my dissatisfaction with the gift order that was delivered to my granddaughter. My daughter reports, and I saw for myself on Skype, that the get well gift did not approach in reality the impression left by the photo on your website. I know that I should not expect it to be exactly like the picture, but not so misleading. The mylar balloon was half filled and hardly buoyant, as if it had been sitting in a corner for some time. What was delivered was a solid purple, heart-shaped balloon. The picture displayed had a much more detailed, silver balloon with a red heart-shaped imprint with letters in red that say "I love you." I can understand a different color, but not the sentiment being left off especially when it is promoted as an "I love you" balloon.
The chocolates had a spotty white cover over their surface, again as if they had been on a shelf for some time. Your photo shows all of the above being delivered in a white and red canvas tote bag. No such bag was included. My granddaughter came all the way from Montevideo, Uruguay for her surgery, her parents are assigned to our embassy there and I was drawn to the fact that she would have the tote for her travel odds and ends. Shame on Just Flowers for delivering a product that is so out of sync with their visual presentation of what the customer thinks he is buying. On top of that, it was delivered a day late of the offered date of delivery. At least my 4-year-old granddaughter liked the teddy bear. At least you got that much right. Never again. On September 27, 2012, I ordered a premium red and white casket spray for my aunt's burial service which was scheduled for the morning of October 2nd. In the order, I specifically requested it be delivered to the funeral home on October 1st, the day before the service. I provided them with the funeral home's name, address and phone number along with a specific comment in the order that the funeral home needs the flowers the day before in order to bring to the burial the next morning. The funeral home knew the flowers were going to be delivered the day before as I provided them with actual written confirmation of the order from JustFlowers.com. And the funeral owner was kind enough to agree to bring the casket flower spray with the casket to the grave site service the next morning.
On October 1st, the evening before the burial service, I called JustFlowers.com and spoke with customer support to be sure the flowers were delivered as planned. They assured me they were delivered that morning. The next morning, however, about two hours prior to the burial start time, I called the funeral home to remind them to bring the flower spray with the casket. That's when they told me the JustFlowers.com folks never delivered the flowers. I immediately phoned JustFlowers.com's 800# and was put on hold for about seven minutes.
Finally, I spoke with Nina. After I explained my dissatisfaction with not receiving the flowers on October 1st as I requested, Nina then stated that someone at the funeral home told them not to deliver the flowers there but to deliver them directly to the cemetery the next morning. (Again, this is not what I had written in my instructions to them when I initially placed the order.) She also said the florist would be delivering directly to the cemetery at 9:30am that morning. I asked Nina why they did not follow my delivery instructions for October 1st and who they spoke with at the funeral home who they claim told them not to deliver until the next day. She gave me the name Jamie.
I then immediately called the funeral home to ask for a Jamie and found out there was no such person, and then after further investigation and questioning both the receptionist and the funeral home's owner, both assured me no one from any florist and specifically no one from JustFlowers.com contacted them or even attempted delivery on October 1st or October 2nd. I called JustFlowers.com again and after being on hold for another seven minutes, I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was given a supervisor named Faith, who proceeded to robotically announce their standard procedure for funerals is to call the funeral home for instructions and that Jamie told them not to deliver there but to deliver to the cemetery even though I kept telling her there was no Jamie at the funeral home. She kept interrupting and insisted they were told to deliver to cemetery. She just would not listen! She was not only rude and abrupt, but just didn't care to listen to a word I was saying.
By now, it was 45 minutes before the burial service was scheduled to begin. I just demanded to know where the flower casket spray was and wanted it delivered immediately. While still on the phone with Faith, she put me on hold and miraculously came back and told me the flowers were just delivered to the burial site. To add insult to injury, I was seeing just how small the so-called premium (or largest) version of the red and white casket spray was (it measured only about 15" in length, barely covering 1/4th of the casket!), hardly what I would call premium. I will never use this company again! Be careful if you plan to do business with them. Not only do they not have customer support that displays an attitude of resentment towards their customers, but in my opinion as well as others who attended the burial service, their products are extremely poor quality and sorely misrepresented!

When I called Customer Service, they promised they would be delivered the following day, Sunday, August 5, 2012. Later in the afternoon, I called, again. I was still promised the flowers would be delivered before 6:00 pm. My family called and said the flowers had not arrived.
By this time I was beyond merely being upset. I called Customer Service, for about the 6th time. I made it very clear, assertively not angrily, that I wanted my order cancelled and my money refunded. Their response was to offer me more money, as if that was going to placate me. They finally admitted they could not complete the order. Again, I reiterated my request for a cancellation and a refund. Lo and behold, all they did was offer me more monetary credits. I stated very clearly to the customer service representative that I wanted a cancellation of my order and a full refund. This time they offered to deliver the flowers on Monday and still additional monetary credits.
Hmm, I ordered three pink roses. I reminded customer service that its triple digit weather at their destination, Euless, Texas. How long do you think roses are going to last outside, in that kind of heat? I then stopped attempting to communicate with the customer service representative, as it was very clear they were not listening to me about the cancellation and refund. I had to demand to speak with a person of higher authority. When that person came on the line, he immediately apologized for any inconvenience I might have encountered and offered me a $20 credit. It was incredulous to me that this person did not respond to my request for a cancellation and refund. Again, I spoke very slowly and deliberately and made my request again and added that I wanted my money in my account by close of business Monday, August 6, 2012. He finally agreed to my request.

I called them back and they said because of their delivery charges and that they charge $6.99 over the phone. What?! I told them they did not inform. I even asked the guy who took my order and they just said it will be $60.
After talking to the manager, I decided that I should just let it go as they might do something with my flowers. Flowers were delivered and again, I was disappointed. It did not in any way look like what I ordered. It was colorful and cheap when I only ordered pink and white. So, I called the flower shop who made my order and here is what I found out. It’s not just customers who complain about JustFlowers. Flower shops in the area also complain as they harass shops. They ask them for discounts when the customer has a problem, when in fact all the fees that were collected from me went to JustFlowers.
The $21 went to JustFlowers and the poor florist got $60 and the sad thing is that the $60 that the florist got they will take off another delivery from that which will lessen the money for the flowers itself. The florist explained that there are really a lot of complaints with JustFlowers. That’s why they will have to stop taking orders from them. The florist honestly told me I only got a $40 worth of flowers since they need to take off the delivery fee and labor. I called JustFlowers and I was passed to talk to 3 different people who insist I got my money’s worth. In reality I did not.
I will make every effort to let other people know how this company scams people and how their charges are exuberant. I already got their office address for the lawsuit I have prepared and will also let the media know about this.

So when I called and explained about needing delivery on the base by 2:30, they said they could deliver on the base. I ordered on the 4th of April 2012 for delivery on the 5th of April 2012. Now with the tradition of flowers you want them delivered in front of all their co-workers & friends for the effect of how special they are and surprised they are. Well that never happened, so I was calling them, left on hold forever as they checked the florist. First they said, “Oh sir, this is a base. He can't get on the base.”
I explained that they knew that upfront, not an excuse, so I wanted to cancel and look another day for a good florist. They said they couldn't do that and if I could give them another delivery location. I stated no and again requested to cancel it. They said they would find a different florist that could deliver on base the next day and begged forgiveness after long deliberation and a little stupidity I agreed. Well the next day, 2:30 came and went, and I was trying to cancel. Long story short, she ended up getting a call at 2:30 and had to pick them up on the side of the road from the florist.
What a disappointment - no surprise, no co-workers, all the special was lost, and lies all the way from Just Flowers. I called about 10 times complaining and also emailing them. A dollar off for next time is all they offered after requesting a refund. Really, I will never use that coupon and how to ruin what should have been a special moment.

I have a travel business called Gift of Time Travel. I get daily phone calls and text messages from Just Flowers that are not solicited by me or my company. I have asked Just Flowers repeatedly to stop calling my travel business. They refuse to stop calling. I get calls from 8 a.m. to 12 midnight every day of the week. I have spoken with several representatives and have emailed the company. Just Flowers has stated in writing that they will stop calling my business. However, I still get calls and texts from them continuously. This is harassment. I will never do business with Just Flowers and want to learn how I can get them to stop calling me.

I was notified on Saturday afternoon of a death. Just Flowers customer service assured me that my flowers would arrive for the 2PM visitation on Sunday. I later received a message saying my flowers would arrive for the funeral Monday morning at 10AM. I received a call at 11:35 apologizing for not delivering my flowers, but they would give me $10.00 off and deliver it to the house. It was a funeral arrangement, not appropriate for a home. I demanded my money back.

I sent happy birthday flowers to flower and the florist who actually delivered the flowers and agreed that I should be receiving a full refund because the flowers were unacceptable flowers. However, because the order was made with Just Flowers, they had to provide the refund and the most they offered me was $10. This is a rip off company and should be reprimanded in the meantime. Don't buy from them. They are rip off artists.

JustFlowers.com which is located in Westwood, California, is a scam, and they provide poor quality products and bad service. They have an online flower delivery that guarantees same day delivery. This company is a scam, and is fraudulent. I ordered a flower arrangement for my elderly mother who was in recovery from cancer. I ordered it before Valentine’s Day on 2-13-12, at 12PM.
The order was supposed to be delivered that day, as well as give me a discount. The discount was not applied. The order did not come on the 13th, or on Valentine’s Day! It came 3 days later, and the flowers looked like they were out of the garbage. They were nowhere near the arrangement I picked. My mother took a photo and said, "I hope you did not spend too much money on this dear". The order cost me about $60. I tried to call on the 2nd day, but I was hung up on. I could not get a hold of anyone for days. I sent emails to file a complaint. Finally, I talked to someone who said there was nothing they can do. It was the florist’s fault, but would not give me their name.
I filed a complaint with the BBB, as well as reported them to YELP and sites online that rates companies. Then they said they would offer me a $5 credit, then $7.50, then $10. Now it is up to $15. I told them it was **, and to just refund my money, as I do not want a credit or another flower arrangement sent from them. They refused to refund my money. I have looked them up on BBB, and they now have 744 complaints in the past few months, yet they still do not think they are doing anything wrong. It is now March 12th, and they are still trying to get me to accept a $15 credit, and be done with it.
Do not do business with Just Flowers.com and all of their affiliates. They have other websites that point to them. They are rip off artists, and will not pay you back!

I received an email and phone call that date was corrected. The gift was delivered two weeks early. The most incompetent company I've ever dealt with in a long time. Terrible systems, do not use.

I ordered flowers on the 13th. They said they would be delivered on the 14th. No delivery, so I told my wife to cancel the order. She did cancel them online. Later that day she heard the dogs barking and went to the door and saw the flowers. She stopped the delivery person and told her about the canceled order and was told that they received the order that morning and she wouldn’t be charged for them. Of course, they called the next day telling her that they had been delivered so she couldn’t cancel them. We have been going back and fourth with local and Just Flowers people. I will never buy flowers from either of them again! My daughter is getting married this spring. Too bad local florists get caught up with these so-called professional companies. Maybe they are just trying to get rid of the locals! Think about it!

I ordered 30 large purple tulips for my dear friend who had open heart surgery. The flowers that came were not what I ordered. They sent her inferior white yellow and pink tulips that were not even fresh. This was so important to me after all she had been through. I upgraded the bouquet to the most expensive that I could. I am so very disappointed. Beware of this company. I wish I had seen all the complaints about justflowers.com before I ordered. Also, the woman I spoke to on the phone actually put me on hold to see if she could get the purple tulips and she said yes and that is the only reason I ordered from them. I wish I could let everyone know. As people, we send flowers for a reason and in these tough economic times, we should get what we pay for. They are a ripoff. Over $100.00 down the drain. They bite.

My husband was out of the country for Valentines day, and ordered flowers online before he left. He searched for Stranges Florist, and clicked on the first item that came up. He did not read the fine print that was in the website of Just Flowers. Valentines came, and received no flowers. I did receive a call at 8:45PM, that my order had been delayed, and would be delivered the next morning. My husband also got an email he forwarded to me. When I checked the website, I also found this site with the many complaints. I expected if I got my flowers at all, they would not be what my husband had ordered. On the 15th at 4PM, I did receive the flowers, and they were beautiful. I checked with Stranges florist, which they were delivered from, and found out they had not received the order until the 15th. I do appreciate that Stranges did their part. Please be sure to read the website address, before assuming you are going directly to the correct site. There are a lot of scams on the web, and I don't think anyone is monitoring them.

My husband wanted to send flowers to our 5-year-old daughter on Valentine's day. Our daughter loves Valentine's day, and we thought she would be very excited to receive flowers at her day care center and just feel special. I placed my order around 9 A.M. on February 14, and Just Flowers guaranteed delivery by 1 P.M. I paid for the express delivery. I went to pick up my daughter from her day care center at 5 P.M., and the flowers were not delivered. I tried to call Just Flowers and requested a refund for the service they charged me for but did not provide. I was on hold for a long time, and then a "recorded voice" told me that they were too busy and to try to call again later. And then I got disconnected.
I tried several more times, and I was not able to get in touch with a customer service representative. The only other option was to send them an -email, which I did, requesting credit back to my account. On February 15 at 6 P.M., I got a call from a flower delivery guy, who is trying to deliver the flowers that were supposed to be delivered on Valentine's day. I told him that it was too late and that I did not want the flowers any longer. He said that that was fine, since they failed to deliver them on time.
On February 16, when I went to get my daughter from her day care center, the flowers were there. They completely ignored my instructions to not deliver the flowers. And I could not refuse them, since I was not there. So I called them on February 17 and explained the whole situation. I told them the whole point of purchasing the flowers was because of Valentine's day; I did not want them delivered on February 16.
The lady on the phone was so rude. She was telling me that because I live in a big city, it was impossible to find a florist to deliver the same day and that I should have paid attention to their policy, which clearly says that if they can't deliver on your desired date, they will attempt the following day. I simply told her that in that case, they should not guarantee their service. She would not even listen to me; she was very argumentative (and I was too at this point). She would not let me finish a sentence. I ended up our conversation by telling her that I would file a complaint against their business. I don't think I will ever get my money back, but I hope enough people complain about JustFlowers.com and the business is shut down.

My husband ordered flowers for me at an outrageous price, in my opinion and they guaranteed Valentine's day delivery. They never arrived. Here it is, Wednesday, and still no flowers. We had tried contacting them to say, "Never mind, cancel our order," and ironically, every time they say they are pulling up the account, the phone would disconnect. Now, when you call, it says they have a high call volume and to call back later. We emailed, stating that we wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund since they did not deliver as promised. No reply. I have a feeling we will have to go to our bank and dispute the charge as services not rendered and wait for our money 45-90 days from now. I have never seen such a sham of a business!

I ordered a Valentine's bouquet for my mother, who lives in Los Angeles. As Just Flowers is based in LA, I did not think it extraordinary for anyone to deliver flowers in the same city with more than 24 hours notice. In any case, the Just Flowers website made it very clear that delivery would occur on Valentine's Day. Well, Valentine's Day has come and gone and my mother did not receive her flowers. Surprise, surprise. What did come as a surprise, however, was that on 2/15/2012, a day after Valentine's Day, a vendor in Great Britain attempted to charge over $300 to my credit card.
Given that I had not used this card at any other new retailer besides Just Flowers, this cannot be a coincidence. Fortunately, my credit card's fraud unit caught the charge and contacted me immediately. You can bet I will be initiating a dispute/chargeback against Just Flowers, as well as filing a criminal report for fraud and theft through my local police department and the CA State Attorney General's Office. I really would encourage everyone else who has been swindled by this outfit to do the same. How a company with such a miserable history of outright deceit can be permitted to operate is beyond me.

I could have went to the grocery store and got flowers that look 150% better and saved 80 bucks. There were only 5 roses in the arrangement, on the website it had on the least expensive, 8 roses. It looked like a 5-year old put the arrangement together. The vase is too big for the arrangement and the roses had brown spots and missing petals. What a waste of money and time on this company. Okay, so we ordered flowers on a Thursday for a baby shower on Sunday. We confirmed paying extra shipping to ensure that the flowers can be delivered on Saturday, one day before. Of course, they did not show up on Saturday, but showed up on Monday, after the function. It was made very clear, by us, that we needed them on Saturday, and they assured us they set up shipping correctly and they would be there.
When we called, the first time was on Saturday, to see where they were, they told us they could not be delivered until Monday, we told them we wanted to cancel, but said we could not. We called them on Monday and asked for a refund, Lol, I was first lied to by one of there reps, saying that they could not refund me because UPS messed up, not them. I called UPS and found out they sent it out on Friday, but Justflowers did not pay for a Saturday delivery, so of course, they did not come. Again, we paid and ensured for them to come on Saturday. Then I talked to a so called supervisor and she said, the vendor messed this up, and was a east coast vendor, but again, they lied as we found out they were shipped from the west coast. Lie after lie after lie. Anyways, I will keep calling every ten minutes until I can speak to someone who actually understands they messed up. This time, they messed with the wrong person, as I will not let go until I am 100% refunded, even though it is only a little over $100.00, it is for the point more now than the money. I can see by the entries here that they are nothing more then a scam company IMO, and I will ensure that I post this all over the internet, Better Business, etc. and yes, call every 10 minutes until I talk with someone with half of a brain.

I wish I had seen this site before ordering. I ordered flowers for my aunt's funeral. What was delivered was embarrassing. My order totaled over $85. What was delivered was maybe worth $19.99. I could have done better at the local grocery store. I called them in tears, thinking that it was the local florist that had short changed me. They refused to give me the name of the local florist.
They then sent me an email, stating the order had been "filled to value". I replied and sent them a picture of what was delivered, and the picture of what I was under the impression, I had ordered. They stopped responding to my email. I paid with Visa, and they are working with me to reverse the charge. What a dishonest company. On Saturday, Jan. 21st, I placed an order from Just Flowers as my 8-year old Granddaughter was very ill. I paid an extra fee for delivery within 4 hours of my order. I received a confirmation from the company telling me that the flowers would be delivered that day. The 4-hour time frame came and went and no flowers. When I called to inquire, I spoke to someone who had very broken English so I had a difficult time understanding him. What I think he said was that the person who was delivering that day had a family emergency, so the last few orders were not delivered. He assured me that the flowers would be delivered on Sunday and that my order would be the first delivery made at 9:00.
By noon, the flowers were still not delivered. I called and spoke to a manager who told me that they couldn't find anyone to deliver on Sunday. Keep in mind that I was the one who was calling them. Not one time did I get a follow-up call or an email letting me know about the problems happening. I was going to cancel my order and the woman talked me into waiting until Monday and the flowers would be delivered that day with an apology letter from the company. It is now noon on Monday and my granddaughter has not received her flowers. I am furious with this company and will never use it again. Judging by all of the complaints made against this business, I can't believe that it is still a viable company! I still have no flowers. I feel just terrible that my little granddaughter hasn't received them yet.
