This is the second time I have used JustFlowers.com and it is the second time they have failed to deliver the products ordered. On the first usage, the delivery was late and missed the occasion which I had understanding for as it can happen once. I called and complained but they seemed rather flippant about the problem and I was very put off by the experience however, I thought it could just be an accident. On the second attempt, for Mother's Day, I ordered early to avoid the last minute issues and was shown the flowers would be delivered by Friday. I received a call on Friday from JustFlowers to ensure the card was correct and was assured the delivery would be Friday. Friday the flowers were not delivered and I assumed I was right in ordering and planning early for this kind of delay.
Saturday came and went and still no flowers, I called and spoke with the rep. to no avail then held for the manager who did not come to the phone. They eventually called back 2 hours later and never connected as they had phone trouble. It is now Tuesday of the following week, I finally get a call back from JustFlowers, who still have not gotten the delivery to my wife, to let me know they will be delivering the flowers tomorrow. I said this is terrible customer service and to simply cancel the delivery or deliver and do it for free at this stage. They cancelled the delivery, time will tell if I actually get my money back as that takes 10 days. I will never use this company again and have already told my friends about the experience so they don't fall into this trap either. Worst company I have ever had experience with.

I ordered flowers for my stepmother at noon on Mother's Day. The company's website indicated to me, as I placed my order, that I had one hour and 55 minutes left to place my order and have it delivered that day. I received an email confirming my order at 12:13 PM. The order was not delivered that day. At 11:55 AM today (the next day), I received an email informing me that they had failed to deliver the flowers yesterday and the order would be "attempted" today. I called their customer service line and told them that this was completely unacceptable. The first customer service rep to whom I spoke eventually handed me off to his manager, who tried to blame the problem on the different time zones (I placed my order in Chicago and the delivery was to be in Pensacola).
I informed her that Pensacola and Chicago are both in the central time zone and she tried to argue with me that all of Florida was in the eastern time zone, which it is not, but she surrendered that tactic when she realized that she was wrong. Ultimately, she offered to call my stepmother (the intended recipient of the flowers) to apologize and that the company would refund $5 to me. I told her that an apology means nothing to an old lady in a nursing home who sees all of her friends receiving flowers on Mothers Day but who does not receive them herself; nor does $5 mean anything to the sender of those flowers when such a failure occurs.
She raised the refund offer to $10 but underscored that the company would not provide a full refund. I told her that I will never use the company again--I certainly won't-- and that I will "torch" it in online reviews. I will post this review on Yelp as well. I urge you not to do business with this company-- their service is, as far as I'm concerned, non-existent.

I chose to order flowers for my mother from JustFlowers.com because they explicitly GUARANTEED delivery on the Saturday before Mother's Day. When they failed to deliver on Saturday, they promised Sunday delivery. I called dozens of times and was placed on hold and then hung up on. Then finally today, after spending several hours on the phone with customer service, who dis-availed themselves of any and all responsibility simply cancelled my order. I am not only humiliated that my poor mother did not receive anything on Mother's Day, but I am exceedingly frustrated and quite frankly angered at the complete lack of integrity, honesty and responsibility demonstrated by every level of the customer service, all the way up to **, who claims to be the sole soul in the corporate office.

I ordered, for my sister in NC an arrangement of PINK gladiolas along with a box of chocolates (which of course was an additional charge). This order was over $100.00 . Well not only were YELLOW gladiolas delivered but there weren't any chocolates included. When I called Customer Svc. I was told that they would send the box of chocolates and the correct floral color BUT my sister would have to return the original arrangement! Can you imagine - their mistake and to ask for the return of the original flowers. This was my first time ordering through Just Flowers. I will NEVER order through them again and I will discourage anyone from ordering from Just Flowers!

Online at 9 am on Saturday May 9th, 2015 to order flowers for my mother-in-law for the next day. Originally typed in a florist's name in Tulsa OK and it automatically came up with an ad for JustFlowers.com. The website said that they were still taking orders to be delivered that day for Mother's Day. I placed my order, gave them my credit card number and information and was assured it would be delivered to her that day. Checked back twice to see if there was a confirmation email and even went on online chat and was told that the order was processing and would be delivered later that day. I never got an email saying flowers were delivered. AND there were no flowers delivered. My mother-in-law is now without flowers and I am in another state.

The flowers were not delivered on schedule. Customer service does not help, I couldn't cancel. American Express is trying to help in order to get a refund. They charge 20 dollars more than the amount advertised. The company did not answer the phone, only answer online with some kind of automatized response.

Ordered an arrangement called "Lilacs". Photo shows Lilacs in it. I paid $20 extra to get a larger number of flowers. Then $4.99 extra for delivery before 1 pm. Flowers did not include any lilacs, just some blue and white flowers. Delivery did not occur at assigned time, so I called the site. The lady on the phone said she would contact the florist. Four minutes and 30 seconds later, the customer service rep came back on and said the flowers would be delivered with the next stop. This was an hour later than the time agreed upon. I called back an hour later after the flowers were not delivered, and was told they would be delivered by the florist within an hour. 90 minutes later the flowers arrived, two hours later than the other delivery companies! If you want flowers that are not the ones in the picture, later than paid for, and in a display that embarrasses you, use these guys. Otherwise pick someone better.

I ordered a $180.00 dollar wreath (plus delivery charge) on May 3, 2015 for my brother's viewing that was scheduled for May 4 at 6:00 PM. I got to the funeral home at 5:50 PM and there were no flowers. The funeral director called the 800 number for JustFlowers for me. I was on the phone with them for 30 minutes during the viewing. I was told that the florist they had sent the order to could not fill the order. They said they could place the order with another florist to be delivered for the funeral the next day at 2:00 PM. They said they could not give the name of the florist so I could call them the next day to verify that the flowers will be there since they evidently have no system to verify that the order is filled.
The next morning my husband called them again since I had spent a sleepless night worried that there would be no flowers and my breaking down in tears during breakfast. We were given the same story. They offered to only waive the delivery charge of $12.00 for the error. We were sitting in the parking lot of a florist that I saw had delivered beautiful flowers at the viewing at 9:00 AM waiting to place an order. The flowers were at the funeral and were beautiful and for only $170.00 instead of the $200.00 JustFlowers had charged. Lesson learned, contact a local florist, instead of an 800 number.

Ordered these for my mother. She also left a review of her opinion! They were nothing like the picture shown. The vase was also not what I ordered. The card was written wrongly by them. The delivery guy was rude to my mother. Overall cost was $50.96 after shipping etc. When I complained about all of the above, they had the cheek to give me a coupon for my next order & a refund - a measly $5 for my disappointment. My advice is steer clear of this company. Needless to say I won't need the coupon!!!

The arrangements delivers are completely different than that shown online. They delivered crushed flowers with about 8 stems in the vase. The arrangement looked like you picked it out of the trash, and that's putting it nicely. I paid $90 to have the arrangement delivered. Worst customer care ever. They don't care or value their customers or about keeping or doing what's right for their customers. They replaced the first arrangement with one that was in worse condition, but at least they delivered the balloon this time. I'm tired of the runaround to have this issue resolved and it's been a week already. Flowers are supposed to make people happy, not angry. NEVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered flowers on a Monday to be delivered to a funeral home on a Thursday. I received a call at 1:29 on Thursday saying they could not deliver to the address as it was 20 miles from a participating florist. It took nearly 4 days to tell me they could not deliver!! I spoke to the manager to complain and make sure I was going to get my refund, and she tried to talk me into keeping the order going by offering me $15.00 additional dollars to the money I already spent! I am not sure how she thought she would get that order to me as she couldn't deliver the first! She wouldn't take no for an answer. I am currently waiting for the credit.
This company is inefficient, unreliable, and lacks customer service skills. At first I thought I was ordering through a local florist as their site was the first one listed under the florist search in the city. During the ordering process, I realized it was not local. I figured it was like Teleflora and continued with the order; however, it was nothing like it. Their website is very nice, so do not be fooled. Please do not make the same mistake I did. Call a LOCAL florist and get more for your money AND your order fulfilled.

I can't believe I'm writing this, as I have been a long time customer.. but Just Flowers screwed up big time! I placed an order on Thursday, April 23rd for a delivery on the morning of Saturday, April 25th. This arrangement was to be delivered to my 94 year old Aunt's Funeral in San Francisco. I contacted Just Flowers TWICE... once to advise them of the required delivery window and on Saturday evening to confirm delivery. Not once did they advise there would be a problem with their local florist. They even went so far as to tell me the status in their system shown the order out for delivery when I called to confirm Saturday night. Unfortunately, the arrangement was not delivered and I was not notified by them until MONDAY morning.
JF apologized and offered to credit my card and/or redeliver the arrangement to a family member of the decedent at a discount of $15 off my original price. Seriously?! What an insult to me and my family. Did you really think waiving the delivery charge was going to remediate the situation? This arrangement meant a lot to me and my family, as it was being sent on behalf of several family members (in Texas), who were unable to travel to the service in California. They said they would contact the florist and call me back. They called back and said that the florist didn't have the orchids for the corsage; the florist was crying and so sorry they couldn't get the flowers. No one ever called me to ask about substituting flowers --- which would have been fine. JustFlowers website has a disclaimer that the flowers shown might not be available and that something else would be substituted. I asked for a refund and they offered to deliver the corsages the next day. The Prom was over. I had to argue with two different people to get them to cancel the order and refund my credit card. I ordered Flowers from JustFlowers.com Sunday for a Monday Funeral, picture showed nice white roses in a vase. I ordered from them since they said the flowers would be delivered from a local flower shop, I thought they would be able to do so even with the short notice. Order was in 11:30 Am Sunday. Monday morning I get a call from JustFlowers that they cannot deliver the order - 2 hours before the viewing, I am leaving in 30 minutes to get there on time. The person tells me they could not get a hold of the shop Sunday, and that they do not have the flowers but that they can deliver another arrangement but that I need to pay another $15. I am very upset, call me on the day of the funeral, 2 hours before and I tell them so. She says maybe they will only charge me $5. Really????? "Ok" I say, I have to leave.
I get to the viewing, and there are no arrangement. I do not see it. When I get home I call and get told that they delivered 9:36 and that the arrangement was in front of the coffin - I was at the viewing, standing in front of the coffin, there was no arrangement of the kind they described. They ask if I talked to the church or funeral director, Well, no I did not. I was at a dear friend's funeral and did not think I should run around asking questions about a delivery that should have been in order as they promised me. I cannot get me point across to the person in customer service that I was upset by the fact that the flowers were not there that I could see and that I thought - the real issue - that they should have called me Sunday when they realized they could not reach the local flower shop - I could then have made other arrangement. I did not get the choice. JustFlowers.com - No thank you!!!!!!! What's more - I never received a receipt for the purchase!

Following much discussion, many heated conversations, continued back and forth, I was finally connected with someone in the corporate office who immediately agreed to send my niece another planter. My thanks go to Theresa for understanding the difficulty of the situation. My niece received the planter on April 16th and is happy with the selection of plants. It is my hope that in the future, the front-line staff will be more willing to work with customers get to the actual facts before just dismissing incidents and the serious concerns expressed as trivial. Thank you.

A beautiful planter was ordered for my niece's memorial which was to be held at Zion Grove Baptist Church in Kansas City, MO on March 14, 2015. The JustFlowers.com vendor/shop delivered the planter to the church on Friday, March 13th at 9:21 am. However, instead of delivering the plant to the church office as it should have been, they just gave it to first person in the hall, asked for a signature and considered their job done. The person in the hall worked for a funeral home which was there for another funeral that day and thought the planter was for someone in the funeral party he was working on. Someone in that family had the same name as my deceased niece. Subsequently, he gave the planter to that family and my family never received the planter for my niece's memorial the next day.
Having spent weeks attempting to follow-up on the error in delivery, providing as much information to JustFlowers as possible in order for them to, as they put it, "investigate," JustFlowers continues to inform me that their vendor/shop is correct and that the delivery was completed. They will neither deliver a new arrangement or refund my money. Having had numerous conversations and emails over the past weeks with no satisfactory outcome or offer to make amends, I advised them today after they offered a $10-15 reduction for a new arrangement I would file a complaint. Thus, I am. Should you require addition information, please advise. Thank you.

My boss' wife had major surgery... I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers to send and was called from customer service about an hour later stating they didn't have a pink lily and that they would simply change to white. They also didn't have a pink vase and they would give me a clear one. So, I accepted the changes and advised my boss to call me when he received them. My boss sent me a picture of the flowers and I immediately wanted to die. They were half the size of what I ordered, it looked nothing like the pretty picture on their website, and had to call customer service. They said they would issue me a new bouquet and wouldn't be there until the next morning.
Four days later, when asked about the status, I was told they still had not contacted the local florist. I was then told, if they sent a new bouquet, then I would be charged for delivery or can get a 10$ gift card.... Are you kidding me?!?! When I said I wanted all my money back because they were just horrific, he refused to replace the flowers because there were expensive flowers to substitute another flower they didn't have. He also refused a total refund but said he would give me 10$ toward another purchase. On March 30 I looked online to find a florist in Wenatchee, Washington. I was looking for a local florist to deliver flowers to my daughter-in-law who is a CPA with a local firm. I wanted to talk to a local person who would create an arrangement and deliver it to my daughter-in-law. Online I found Justflowers, in Wenatchee, with a google map point. There was a website which I scrolled through but it was a bit overwhelming so I called - wanting that personal touch. The person who answered said that she understood that I wanted to talk to a person, yes she could have an arrangement made, yes it could be personally delivered. Then she sent me to a site online to review a pre-arranged design. That should have been my first clue. Actually, her accent was my first clue but I didn't pick up on it until later. I remained confused why I should look online for an arrangement that I was describing (fresh flowers that would last a week, bright colors, no carnations).
I was getting very frustrated with the entire process so agreed to the design on-line, set a price and then began asking about what I could get for my money. I was quite surprised at the $27 charges over and beyond the price of the flowers - just to arrange and deliver nearby. By this time I was so frustrated, just wanted to make my daughter-in-law happy, I just agreed and let it go.
Imagine my surprise when I received a call from CALIFORNIA to verify my order!!!! I was aghast. I had tried to the best of my ability to find a local florist online in Wenatchee and actually was talking to someone in a cubicle somewhere doing online orders and sending them out. Bottom line, here's the final invoice: Over the Blue Horizon: $79.99 Express Delivery: $4.99 Handling: $5.49 Shipping or Service: $17.98 Tax: $9.76 Total: $118.21 (i.e. 48% more than the advertised price). Can someone explain to me why people don't force merchants to display and disclose the REAL price? I asked a car salesman he said "well, tax varies", **. Tax is always the same for a given car in a given state and nothing keep from adding it to retail price and display with no surprise. I'm tired of these liars. Not you?

I ordered a bouquet of flowers from the website. I even upgraded an extra $10.00 to get more flowers then what was in the photo. They told me to pick them up on Valentine's Day, I may add. I picked up the flowers at Garrison Hill Florists in Dover, New Hampshire. I was handed flowers that did not resemble the photo I ordered at all. I paid $72.00 for two lilies that had not even blossomed yet. I said the flowers did not resemble the photo on the website nor did the flowers contain any roses.
The owner told me she never even saw a photo of what I ordered, that she only received a description which she read to me. She then read the word roses and then sent them back to add the roses. She added some tiny white roses that looked half dead. She told me I ordered flowers online from California. That I would have to deal with that company. She laughed at me when I told her I had paid $72.00 for this. She said "Well that's not what they paid us." Well at 4pm on Valentine's Day, I called the website and got only a recording that would not allow me to leave them a message. They called me back at 8:30pm during a blizzard asking what they could do. I had to give these ridiculous flowers to my girlfriend cause what the hell was I to do on Valentine's day at 4pm during the day.
I have not received anything of a refund or anything. Very unprofessional. I would avoid this website and Garrison Hill florists in DOVER NEW HAMPSHIRE at all costs!! Never have had any problems with any other local florists but this one is a joke!!

I ordered flowers a week in advance. Somehow got charged for "express delivery". Final cost to me: $116.00 for a "vibrant arrangement" and a "mylar balloon". Ended up with a vase with 6 roses and a bunch of weeds, a balloon that sold for $1.25 at Walmart, and delivery was late even though the delivery date was two days past Valentines Day. When I called "Customer Service" aka India I had to understand a new language. NO MORE!!! Go totally American or I'll find another company that is!

JustFlowers, I have made my complaint known to customer service, then a manager and then another who had no power to cancel my bill. In fact all with no satisfaction. I have called American Express and they will be deleting the charge from my account. How you handle things is an insult to your customers. No confirmation of my order via internet yet you seem to have my internet address and stories and excuses seem to differ from one to another. For the record:
On Feb.11 I placed an order by phone with your California location. Delivery was set for 2/13. I placed the order by phone because the order called for more than the usual dozen red roses and I did NOT want a random selection of colors. I had a specific request. I ordered 12 RED roses, 3 YELLOW roses, 1 WHITE rose.
I also gave the salesperson the message I wanted on the card. She repeated my order correctly and also repeated what I wanted on the card correctly. When I asked if ProFlowers was a member of FTD she said yes. ON Fri. 2/13 my wife received a bundle of several different color roses. It was a mess delivered virtually with a paper bag tie around the vase and bouquet. In the vase were (by the way the order I received was also one rose short) 6 yellow roses, 3 peach colored roses, 3 pink roses, 1 dark pink rose, 1 white rose, 1 borderline red rose. When I called your customer service and after waiting 15 minutes before talking with someone I explained the situation and was put on hold for 10 minutes before he came back on and told me the florist ran out of red roses. I told him I wanted the charge removed from my card and he told me he would have to get a manager. I asked him if this was part of FTD. He also said yes.
Another 10 minutes went by and the "manager" who came on told me she could do nothing but had to refer it to another manager. She told me that they were NOT part of FTD and asked me to hold on while she got someone who could makes some decisions . This person told me they would have to look into this and intimated that I ordered a "mixture of different colored roses" never specifying what I had actually ordered. I asked her why I did not get a confirmation of my order and she had no answer. I hung up on her. Later in the evening I received a call from your company and was told to call a given number to speak with a manager. I called and waited a full 15 minutes. I hung up. Next I received the first of your e-mails asking me to call a given number to speak with a manager to straighten this out. I called and was put on wait again. I hung up.
I received another e-mail asking me to call saying I would be talking with a manager that could help settle all of this. I called and waited this time. After 10 minutes someone got on who was nothing more than a customer service person who told me he would have to get a manager. I hung up. Is this really how you run your business???? Let me stress this point: I was specific with the person I dealt with...so much so that she repeated back my order correctly.
It so happens that in addition to Valentine's day this is also our anniversary and by tradition I order a specific amount of roses of red, yellow and white every year to mark our anniversary... This year is our 44th anniversary. I order 1 dozen (12) red roses every year since our 25th anniversary then add 1 yellow rose for the next 10 years (to replace another dozen red roses. I call it our decade) and 1 white rose to represent our going forward. THUS this year being our 44th anniversary we have 1 dozen red roses representing our first 12 years, 3 yellow roses representing our next 30 years and 1 white rose representing our going forward....the remainder of the years before we reach another decade. This has been very special to us and you have managed to totally ruin our anniversary and Valentine's day by sending a mix of several colors meaning nothing to us.
Also with the lying that I have heard from each of you here is the way your bill appeared on my AMEX statement; what does the FTD stand for? I will send this along to FTD for their take on this. I am also sending a copy of this entire incident and the service you have not given me to the dept. of Consumer Frauds in the States of Illinois and California as well as the Internet Division of the FTC and every possible complaint website online to make them aware of your fraudulent and evasive responses and business ethics.

I contacted Just Flowers sent them a picture of what they delivered, and their response was "We can't guarantee a stem count." My mother-in-law's bouquet was almost all greenery, whereas the photo from their catalog shows hardly any greenery, the bouquet that I saw was all flowers and very beautiful. This was an expensive transaction of $90.00 plus for delivery etc.
When I contacted them I received a call trying to justify the arrangement as sent while stating on their website that customer satisfaction is 100% granted to every order. Sure, not! Monday afternoon I received a phone call from JustFlowers telling me they needed $15 more or they would not deliver the flowers. When I expressed my anger about this additional charge they dropped the additional charge down to $10. I asked if the flowers were going to be delivered that day. I was assured that they would be. I paid the extra money.
The flowers were not delivered until late the next day. I sent them a letter expressing my dissatisfaction. I received an email saying they would call. I did not receive a call. I received another email saying to call them that they had a question. When I called they had no question, instead, they repeatedly informed me that they couldn't deliver the flowers for the $34.99 so they had to charge more. The hamper was approx US$114.00 and I paid an extra $19.99 postage. The hamper took longer to be delivered than quoted but I just put that down to the Thanksgiving holidays. Well the hamper turned up but it was not what was ordered. Just Flowers used a company, Wine Country Gift Baskets located in California, who sent a cheaper hamper, BUT THEY CALL IT BON APPETIT AS WELL. Their cost was half of what I paid but not with the ingredients listed in my order.
After multiple phone calls and text messages, Wine Country could not see a problem as they said they sent the Bon Appetit and to contact Just Flowers. This I did thinking they would be pleased to know about this potential scam and after 'sorry to hear that', they refunded me half of the original price. I thought at the time at least that was fair but asked them to apologize or to send some flowers to my friend in a way of apology to her.
After a week and I has received my refund, my friend opened the hamper as she did not want to do so beforehand in case it was to be exchanged. The items she received in her small hamper were stale and tasteless with items melded together? She complained to Just Flowers and told them that they should refund me fully. They then sent me another email asking me to ring. I did this today and was put through to the Corporate Office.
All I can say after talking to them is that I shall never use Just Flowers again. He blamed everyone from the delivery drivers who must have heating on their vans to turn the candies to my friend because she took a week to open the hamper. We are hundreds of miles apart and she wanted to send me something special today to let me know that she was thinking of me. She even went so far as to pay extra so they would be delivered by 1 pm, so I would not miss their arrival. When my very upset mother called the company to ask where the flowers, a very rude representative told her that this company exhausted all resources to find a florist to fill the (simple) arrangement, but no one was available (my grandmother used the same service, at the same time and her bouquet was delivered to me- on time). Where to begin. Sadly this is not my first bad experience with Just Flowers, one would think I would have learned. The first instance was when we ordered flowers for friends of ours when their mother died. Just Flowers put through the charge on my card, charged me more for express delivery, and completely did not arrange for flowers to be sent. When I called them with the order number they said they had it on hold for some reason but never followed up. We only found this out 2 weeks later as we had just assumed our friends received their flowers. NOPE. It took me several calls to get the money reversed. They initially only wanted to give me a $5.00 off coupon for my next order.
Fast forward to now. I ordered flowers a week ago for my sister’s birthday and paid yet again for express delivery. In speaking with her yesterday on her birthday she said she didn't get them. That was approximately 6 hours after the promised date and time. I called Just Flowers that evening and was told they had "assigned" our order to a florist, but given that it was late at night it would have to wait until morning. I just spoke with them again today and the order has still not been delivered. So...needless to say I "Lost It" on them and told them I wanted a full refund. I was promptly told that they can't do that but would be happy to give me...wait for it.... a $5.00 off coupon.
How do you think that went? After much debate with someone who clearly doesn't get it, they are refunding the express delivery, calling my sister to apologize, and having someone from the company call me. I am now in the process of contacting my credit card company and having them reverse the charges all together. When you pay for something and it is promised on a date and time, then they should deliver it then. This will be my very last time using their company. My suggestion, do a little searching for a local florist online in the area you are wanting them delivered. Clearly a company the size of Just Flowers truly doesn't care about their customers in the least.

I placed an online order for flowers to be delivered to my home as a surprise for my wife on our wedding anniversary the following morning. I paid a premium of $4.99 for express delivery which was supposed to mean that the flowers would arrive before 1pm. At around 11.35am I received a voicemail advising me that no local florist would deliver at Just Flowers' advertised price and they required more money from me ($13 or so).
I called them back and tried to cancel the order because by now there was no way they would be delivered before 1pm and the element of surprise for my wife was gone. I was kept on hold for 15 minutes while they tried to get a manager to talk to me and when he finally came online he advised me that they had assumed I would agree to the additional $13 and had activated delivery and there was now too late to stop it.
When I expressed dissatisfaction at their debiting my credit card for the additional funds without my permission, the manager agreed - after several attempts to persuade me otherwise - to deliver at the original cost. However, the flowers did not arrive until 4pm that afternoon and the e-mail I sent asking for refund of the $4.99 express delivery premium was ignored. In addition, the flower arrangement, while attractive, was very small for the price ($74.22US). I checked my credit card account and the premium deliver fee has not been removed. A joke of a company.

I will file a complaint with my credit card company but these people are terrible. They have lost a customer for life and the fact you have to talk with someone from another country to deal with them, I will never ever buy from the company again ever. Ps they only sent 23 roses not 24.

On 8-29-14, I ordered flowers for my friend who's brother was just murdered. She had informed me that the flowers were more than half dead when they were delivered. I called Just Flowers. They insisted they speak with my friend to ask her if her flowers were dead. They called her numerous times and wanted her to send pictures of the flowers and they were going to come by her home and pick up the flowers. This went on for almost a full week. Just Flowers continued to call my friend and me over and over again insisting they meet with her to see the arrangement. How about that your brother is murdered and they continue to call and harass her and insist they come to her home and see the arrangement.
I ordered with this company at the recommendation of a friend who I informed of our experience and I will continue to tell everyone that I know never order from this company. I cannot believe they harassed this poor grieving woman about a flower arrangement. They wanted to refund me $20.00 - this was their solution. What a joke and what poor customer service. I would not recommend this company for any reason. In addition you can hardly understand who you are talking to. I suggest using a local florist that you can understand when they are speaking with you have a problem. This arrangement was from myself and two of our other friends - this was totally unacceptable.

Instead I got 4 lavender roses with some hydrangea. When I complained, she said I must have ordered something else. I could not check the order, as I was never sent a confirmation. After many calls finally I was told that they could substitute if necessary... If I wanted roses and snow balls I could have picked them in my yard! Terrible customer service. Paid 71 dollars. Hello JustFlowers.com
Let me just take a few minutes to express how deeply dissatisfied I am with your handling of this order.
I've used Justflowers.com before and was pleased with it. But this order has been handled so frustratingly incompetent that I am surprised you are even in business at all. Let me sum up:
1) Not delivering on the agreed date.
2) Postponing delivery without explanation for 1-2-3….4 days!
3) Sending me emails and calling me about issues that ought be solved by Justflowers.com without my involvement (it is hardly my problem that you discovered that the florist 'in the 10 mile zone’ has closed after I placed my order, and that the closest florist is now 18 miles away, which leaves you with more expenses etc etc). A huge company like yours there will be florists that close. There will be losses on particular orders. Why in the world are you involving your hopefully valued and trusted customers in this?
4) Charging me extra for something you've already charged me extra when I placed the order through the website (added cost for delivery in that area).
5) Spending precious days haggling with me over your extra expenses running your business (on day 3: suggesting a 50/50 split on the extra $15 charge on top of the extra $10 charge, on day 4: suggesting a $10/$5 split).
I’m worn out. I just counted. A total number of 11 emails and 2 phone calls was directed at me from when I ordered the flowers on August 7 (for delivery on the 8th of August) until they were finally delivered (at an extra-extra charge) on the 13th. Hallelujah.
I can’t recall having used such an incompetent, bordering on fraudulent ’service' before. It will be the last time, for sure.

I ordered flowers for my daughter - as a surprise - for her first day of work. I paid the extra amount so they would be there by 1pm. When I spoke with her after work, around 5:00, she didn't mention anything about the flowers so I had to ask - ruining any surprise I had in mind. I really hate to waste any more time on this company - even writing this but if I can persuade just one customer to buy elsewhere then it's worth the extra time spent.
I went round and round with Just Flowers on this. (Just like everyone else says, RUN, don't walk away from this company.) First, they blamed it on the driver being caught in traffic but they wouldn't tell me which florist they were using so there was no way for me to check. It was already too late for the delivery option I chose and PAID EXTRA for. They wanted to deliver them the next day and I absolutely refused to let them. It was no longer my daughter's first day and there was no longer any surprise involved. They even tried to argue that the flowers may have been delivered AFTER my daughter left work but my daughter called and no flowers were there. It was really a nightmare.
I did end up getting a refund and I will NEVER use them again. Like a lot of others on here, I saw their ad and thought I'd try them. I send a lot of things to people and have never had an experience like this!

I ordered a funeral flower arrangement based on the online picture. The one that was delivered had little resemblance to what I had ordered. True, there were some of the same kind of flowers, but others were replaced with cheaper looking substitutes. The arrangement was not symmetrical (the left side was pretty bare), the green leafy fillers were replaced with ferns, and some of the flowers looked dead. Besides, the arrangement was very small. It was an $80 arrangement that looked like it should have cost between $40-$50 max.
I called to let them know of my dissatisfaction and after much discussion, they gave me a $5 credit. That will sure go a long way toward my embarrassment in sending the grieving family a carelessly put together and cheap looking sympathy arrangement. I will never order from them again.

When I complained their solution was to have the first florist pick up their arrangement and have another florist bring a replacement. Problem was they were picking up the first during the funeral and the replacement would not be at the funeral. Now they wanted to know should we send it elsewhere. Really?!?
At that point I informed them if they touched the existing crap flowers and disturbed this family any further I would sue them. The insensitivity to the family was mind boggling. I was online yesterday looking for a florist I could call up to have a delivery made to my sister who lives five hours away. I came across JustFlowers.com and looked around the site and decided I would order from them. They seemed to have decent prices and advertised for same day delivery, which is what I was looking for. My sister had a horrible weekend and I wanted something that would brighten up her day. I called up the number and to my surprise spoke with a rep fairly quickly. She confirmed what I was looking for and took down my information. She reassured me that the delivery would arrive that day, and then went on to ask if I wanted to upgrade to the deluxe package and express delivery. Because my sister had such a horrible weekend I wanted her to receive it as soon as possible so I agreed to do the upgrade and express delivery. At no point in time did the rep confirm price with me but I figured I could see online how much I was paying for the arrangement and it couldn't be much more than that. After a few minutes I was able to get a confirmation number and was once again reassured that she would get the flowers within four hours.
We hung up the phone and when I checked my emailed receipt and I realized that they had charged my credit card an extra $45.00 in fees and delivery taking my total up to $100.23!!! I mean, this was a little much for what I ordered and at that moment I had a bad gut feeling. The four hours came and went and I decided to call the customer service line because I hadn't received a delivery confirmation. The rep I spoke with said that they didn't have the apt number and therefore could not deliver the flowers! I had given all the info needed and apparently they didn't get the right number. I told her the apt number and she said that she would let the florist know and they would call her to confirm delivery and she would get the flowers after five pm. Six came and still no confirmation, so going with my gut feeling I called the customer service line and they told me that the flowers must have been delivered because the florist had not indicated there was a problem. I then confirmed with my sister that she did not receive anything and was home all evening!!!
At this point I was infuriated and called back again! The rep told me that the florist was closed and they would have to look into it in the morning and confirm delivery. She said that they may have just left the flowers there, um, ok just drop them off and hope she gets them and someone doesn't steal her delivery all $100.23 worth. The rep said that she would call first thing this morning and find out what happened. I called back this morning after not receiving a call back and the rep told me that my order somehow got mixed up and looked over and that's why they didn't deliver the flowers yesterday, but that they could today. I firmly told her that that was not necessary and that I wanted my money back. She said they could not do a refund but they could deliver and give me $15.00 off of the total with an apology note!!! Are you kidding me, this is not only horrible customer service but it is also a scam! I absolutely did not take that for an answer and after insisting on my refund and NOT BUDGING she said that she would connect me to the manager. I spoke with the manager who offered the same lame option of giving me a tiny bit of money back or saving my order for a future date!
I have never felt so violated as a consumer and quite frankly taken advantage of. I told her NO, AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! Finally after a 20 minute conversation she said that she would refund me my money. I got her name, and the confirmation number because I told her that if I didn't get a refund I would be calling back. After hanging up it took only five minutes for me to get an email that I would be receiving a full refund. We will see if that really happens and if not I will be calling for the 100th time. This is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with and worst customer service I have encountered. I do not understand how they think that this is acceptable. I have read other reviews on here and it sounds like some other people have encountered the same problems. Instead of issuing a sorry note why not just make it a policy to not get there in the first place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS WEBSITE AND GO THROUGH A LOCAL FLORIST!

Once I received confirmation that they do, I've placed my order online. Prospective delivery date was for Saturday, 10May14. Saturday came and went, no flowers. Mother's Day came and went, no flowers. Finally Monday came around, my mother texted me saying no flowers have been delivered and I've talked to a representative informing me that they are trying to get in contact with the florist, but no answer and offered me a $5.00 credit and re-direct my order to another florist and delivery will be made Tuesday/Wednesday the latest.
Tuesday went by, nothing. Wednesday went by, nothing. And I've called on Wednesday and talked to two different representatives whom I've informed about the situation and what's the status. Because my patience was running out and with the numerous hold times and wanting to talk to their manager, no success that day. In turn I've informed both representatives that I want a full refund back. Thursday came around and I've finally got in contact with the manager, told her the entire situation, and was only offered $15.00 back for a refund out of $76.00 because delivery finally was made late that evening and she could do an "apology" phone call to my mother, and I told her that would defeat the purpose because the timeline wasn't met and getting the run around and offered a discount for my next order.... (not happening!).
Told her that the timeline given to me was not followed through, got the run around, took 5 days to get my mother flowers, and terrible customer service and till this day I am still waiting for a credit back for $15.00 which I will be doing a follow-up on. I will NEVER use this company again. I feel cheated out of my money because I could've got the full refund if I did not "accept" the $5.00 credit back and re-directing my order that the representative did not inform me of. On another note, when delivery was attempted and to no avail because no one was home, no follow up phone call or a heads up has been put out to me or my mother because it wasn't in the "special instructions" (common sense). Not only that, but I received a separate email stating that they weren't even going to deliver the arrangement that I ordered. So I'm out the price of the arrangement and delivery, and didn't get a single thing that I paid for: They didn't deliver the arrangement that I ordered, (and received a confirmation for) and if they delivered anything at all, it was three days past Mother's Day. This is downright thievery. I called their customer service and was told that they refused to refund my money. I had provided two (2) phone numbers that I could be reached at, and they put the blame on me by saying that I didn't open my emails on time. I keep good phone records, and no attempt was made to contact me at the numbers I provided.
I would think that taking someone's money for something that was never delivered, (and I think that they NEVER intended to deliver) is at the very least immoral, definitely a bad business practice, and probably illegal. They seem to be smug in the thought that no one will pursue legal action in matters less than $100 in value. After reading some of the reviews online, it appears that I am not the only one who has had the same negative experience with justflowers.com. From all evidence, it seems that they are, (at best) a company based on conning the customer. I called their customer service and gave them every chance to make things right, and they outright refused. Please encourage everyone you know to boycott justflowers.com and to seek out the more reputable floral providers.

I am so........upset I order flower for my mom for Mother's Day from JUSTFLOWERS and when my Mom did not get her flowers until 3pm 05/12/14 after Mother's Day. She received her arrangement. It was the most embarrassing thing I have ever seen when talking to her over Skype. I contacted Florist Image flowers and gifts in Elma, WA that did the arrangement. I spoke with the owner, and she told me that what was what she was told to arrange, it was to be one sided with flower of green, pink, white with filler. The flowers the florist used were not even close to what was shown on web page (Purity bouquet #3141-4163-1101-234) photo of the arrangement that my mom received by florist attached, with the arrangement that she should had receive (at lest similar) and I asked that she pick them up, we don't want them.
Owner stated that her Husband will be picking up the arrangement but it's Wed and still they have not picked them up. I can go to any store and buy flowers and have my 4 year old arrange them better than what Image Flowers and Gifts in Elma handed her!!! I spent 72.00 and what she got was a value of $0.00. Then I get a call from the customer service department that want to refund only $10.00 of the $72.00. What a scam... and I will never use them Just Flowers again!!!! I WANT A REFUND ASAP.

They couldn't deliver my flowers since it was mother's day, and the volume was high. No florist within 30 miles could do it but they would send them to the daughter's house. I'm so angry with this company and now they can't find the daughter's house!!!! I got 7.00 refund on a 100.00 arrangement and they still haven't been delivered. I ordered flowers for my Mother-In-Law for Mother's Day on May 4. I called before I placed the order online because Teleflora told me they could not deliver to her area. I was assured that Just Flowers could deliver so I asked for delivery on Saturday, May 10. The day came and went and no delivery. I called Sunday and got a recording that they were not taking calls due to high volume for Mother's day. I got on live chat, spent 50 minutes with an agent who supposedly called and confirmed the flowers should be delivered Sunday. No flowers. I called Monday morning and asked for a Manager and the person asked me why I wanted a Manager.
So, I went through the entire story again and was told again, due to high volume they could not transfer to a Manager but that he called the florist directly and the flowers would be delivered. No delivery. I called again, was told the florist was closed on the weekend (really, on Mother's Day) but the flowers would still be delivered. That person gave me a phone number to a Manager line. I called this morning after receiving yet another service notice that there had been a delay. The Manager took 2 minutes to tell me that they could not deliver to this area and that they could only do so via FedEx or UPS. I asked for a refund and am sending her something else but their customer service is horrible and they are not truthful. Do not use them.

They put me on hold, called the florist, came back to the line and told me they would refund the money and didn't offer an explanation. I had to ask what happened and I was told the florist was busy. I let them know that the florist should not accept more orders than it can fulfill, especially on Mother's Day! I was not home Mother's Day morning. I came in late afternoon and had a phone message (9:30 a.m.) that flowers had been delivered and were placed in front of my garage. I live in Reno. It was hot. The flowers were dead by 3:30 when I went out to get them. I called the delivery service and they offered to deliver a new bouquet. I asked how much my son had paid for this bouquet and was told $60.00. I said it was unacceptable and I wanted his money refunded. The "bouquet" is a few stems of small carnations, 2 stems of chrysanthemums, 2 stems of some kind of small wild rose shoved in a vase with fern. Horrible looking with cheap flowers. They then offered me a replacement with a special designer bouquet and we agreed they would deliver yellow tulips. Nothing ever arrived.
I have asked my son to contest the charge with his credit card company. Unacceptable at all levels and he paid a lot more than $60 I come to find out. The $60 is just what was paid to the local company to deliver a cheesy bouquet that I would not even pay $20 for. The local company, who would not give me their name but who sound like a home based business, said to tell my son not to order from Just Flowers as they were following their instructions. I went online and the Just Flower bouquets shown in the price range my son actually paid are all quite beautiful to look at - nowhere is carnations or chrysanthemums just jammed in a vase. For what he paid I should have received real roses. This is a rip off by all parties.

I spoke to another company representative on Friday evening, Mina. She assured me there had been a problem with the florist and they would be delivered on Saturday. She also told me someone from Just Flowers would call me in a minute or two to explain what had happened. I waited over 35 minutes and no one called.
I went to bed and found a message on my cellphone in the morning, but basically it was just a run-around message. I called their customer service at 6 pm and was assured by a company representative that the flowers were still going to be delivered. As of 11:00 pm, nothing! I have now spent over 1 1/2 hours trying to get someone to explain to me why. I was put on hold on the phone line, with no one ever coming on to speak to me and then being disconnected.

I paid $101.97 for an arrangement in a vase to be delivered to the theater where she was in rehearsal from 2:00pm till 11:00pm every day. They were to be delivered on Thursday 04/17/14. They were finally delivered on Sunday 04/20/14 after so many phone calls between both my daughter and the company and me and the company.
Finally I asked for my money back and they got the local florist to speak with my daughter. They were saying that the flowers were undeliverable as nobody was at the theater. At this point I really felt that it was never going to happen - that it was all one big sham but finally my daughter sent me a photo saying they had arrived - 4 days later. Better than when they said they were going to be sent next week. BUT there are 5 roses and daisies... No lilies - no beautiful 'other' flowers. For $101.97. Unfortunately, the other bouquet was NOT delivered - the local florist wouldn't leave it at her apartment and said that it was "too far" to re-direct to her office. When she finally went to PICK THEM UP (after I paid for rush delivery), the flowers were not fresh, nor were they what I had ordered.
That would be bad enough; however, when I called customer service to complain - after all, I thought they'd want to know that their local partner was not representing them well - I was asked to send a photo of what she received. After that, I was asked why she didn't refuse to accept the flowers. I was REPEATEDLY offered a discount on my next order when I had already clearly explained that I would not be using them again after this experience. And I was hung up on by a SUPERVISOR when I articulated these concerns.
Ultimately, the company would not budge - they offered me a $15 refund on a $70 order, and I took it to get them to stop calling because, frankly, repeated calls starting at square one were a waste of my time. Having overseas customer service personnel who are NOT trained to make decisions regarding situations that arise "off the script" is BAD BUSINESS. When I train people on customer relations, I will be using my experience with this company as an example of how NOT to listen and how to virtually guarantee that someone will NEVER use your services again.
Here's the rule: THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST. If you don't think the customer is right, you still have to do what it takes to make them happy. I was not asking for more than I paid; I was asking for a refund of what I paid, without having to jump through hoops to get it. Ridiculous. This company needs to go away.

This company is indeed the worst!!! Here are some of the reasons why you should not deal with this company:
1. They give FALSE information. They guarantee on time delivery of flowers but NEVER deliver them on time. Then they would defend their tardiness with their online policy!!!! It says: "For residential, hospitals, and nursing home deliveries, in the unlikely event that there is a delay in the delivery, the delivery will be attempted the next day." SO what does that suggest?? for whatever reasons they may give you for their late delivery they will deliver the flowers you ordered in their convenient time!!!!! ALSO the NEXT DAY they are talking about usually takes 3-7 days!!!
2. They don't give your total bill until your credit card has already been charged!!! Beware of this fraudulent company. Don't waste your time and money with people who don't intend to give you the service you deserve. You will be surprised to see your bill in your email (if they care to send it to you). Because I needed to call THREE TIMES just to get my invoice because they refused to give my total when I ordered!!!! They kept saying "let me pass through this page!" Then insisted to send it through my email!!! and Guess what!!!???? My total doubled! Because of the different charges they included that were not discussed before processing my order!!!! They are definitely PROFESSIONAL SCAMS!!!
3. They make substitutions without your approval!!! SO if you want to order flowers and want totally different flowers be delivered, then order from this company that is also one of their specialization!!!!
4. When you call their customer service hotline you will be put on hold forever!!!! AND when you get to talk to them and to their managers THEY ALL SEEM UNWILLING TO HELP YOU!!!! READING THE SAME SCRIPT OVER AND OVER WAITING FOR YOU TO JUST SURRENDER!!!!!!! If they don't have enough people to answer your complains that is not our problem anymore!!!!! Why don't you just close your company!!!!!!!! STOP STEALING MONEY FROM CONSUMERS!!!!!!
IF YOU ARE A VICTIM OF THIS COMPANY IMMEDIATELY CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME TALKING TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE because all they can offer is their apology!!!!!!! If anyone of you can bring our concerns to the authorities knowledge, please do. No one deserves to be treated like this. Authorities should get to the bottom of this. This company should be closed.

Today (Mar. 19) I get two emails. One saying they'll be delivered today, and then the second one was sent 12 minutes later with the subject line of "Please disregard previous email" and saying they'll be delivered tomorrow on 3/20. I am so discouraged at this point. I feel like I should have just made a monetary donation in my friend's father's name than deal with this. I just want to brighten her day. It should not take multiple emails and calls to JustFlowers customer service center in order to accomplish this.

I was very disappointed to hear from dear friends of mine that upon receipt of the Valentines chocolates and flowers I sent using justflowers.com that they were forced to toss them in the trash because the products were all made from China and were inedible. A company such as Just Flowers should realize that the food regulation in China is not up to par, to say the least, and that they should not be distributing their goods to their customers.
I was even more disappointed that after being a customer for at least 10 years, they only offered a $5 credit when I called to complain and would not agree to ship out new candies to the recipients that were made in the US. Do not use Justflowers.com!! Not only would you be putting your loved ones and friends at risk who receive their products but you would be supporting a company that is more focused on providing the cheapest product possible with no care for the wellbeing or satisfaction of its customers.

It didn't even resemble the picture on their web site! People think they are getting roses in the arrangement and they get 1 WOW!!! They are ripping people off!! And their fees at the end are ridiculous, specially when you don't get what you paid for.. Very pissed, will never order from them again. I ordered flowers from JustFlowers on February 26th for same day delivery. When I went to place order, a note came up that said I was beyond the cut-off time for same day, but my flowers would go out first thing the next day. I ordered anyway. The "flowers" arrived the next day at 5pm. For $70.73, my daughter-in-law received dark greenery with one bloom of a day lily, three flower pods, and one sprig of some time of stem flower with multiple tiny blooms. I called to complain and they said they would give me a $5 credit for next order. I called PayPal, and hopefully, I will receive a full refund via Paypal, as they are giving the company until March 10th to refund my money.
JustFlowers sent an email to me March 5th, asking me to call them concerning the order. I did, and was put on a "1-2 minute" hold for a manager. Six minutes later, they came back on the line and said all managers were busy with other customers (which told me there are a LOT of complaints) and they would have a manager call me on March 6th. I never received a call. Today, March 7th, I tried to call again. TEN minutes later, a manager comes on and said they called the florist and the florist said the flowers would eventually bloom in a few days. I told them the picture showed roses and there were no roses and I did not want a vase of flower buds to be delivered, I wanted flowers.
They said they understood and would offer me a $15 coupon for the next time I ordered from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL. Go straight for the florist. This company's customer service people sound from another country and are hard to understand also. First picture is their advertised arrangement. Second picture is what she got.

Called the 1 800 number 3 times to get updates on the order & each time was told the arrangement would be there by 2. It never made it. Called them the following day and was told the flowers were never sent out. I was told I could still have the flowers delivered instead of getting a refund. I live in Canada and like so many others who have posted comments, had an extremely negative experience with an order I placed with JustFlowers.com following the death of one of my good friends' mothers. I live in Ontario and my friend in Hinton, Alberta. Immediately upon hearing of the death, I went online to look for a flower delivery service able to quickly deliver a bouquet to express my condolences. JustFlowers.com is an easy to use site promising next day delivery and showing a wide variety of lovely arrangements so I picked one and completed the online order which included the postal code for the delivery address.
If Just Flowers is not able to deliver in a certain area, my expectation would be that I be notified immediately, based on the postal code and delivery address, so I can proceed to find another company. Unfortunately, my first indication that there was a problem came three or four days later, when I received a call asking if they could change some of the flowers in the arrangement I ordered. Nine days after the order I received another call indicating that there was a problem with the delivery, in hindsight I don't think they have a local flower shop to process orders for them.
This is the worst service I have ever heard of. Obviously I won't be dealing with Just Flowers ever again, but I don't think this is sufficient. I have also reported to the Better Business Bureau and would encourage anyone who paid using PayPal (as I did) to join me in complaining to PayPal to see if, together, we could exert enough pressure on them to cease their dealings with this dishonest and disappointing business. PayPal is a reputable company that might not be inclined to deal with such a band of thieves. 96% of the postings on this site gave Just Flowers the lowest possible rating, I think that speaks volumes.

I ordered flowers online for a funeral viewing the night before the viewing. The next morning I received a phone call from Justflowers verifying my name. The next call was to ask me if I would substitute carnations for the roses, I said no and this was at 1 pm. And at this time I reiterated I wanted the flowers at the funeral for the 4 pm viewing then another call came at 5 pm and please note the viewing began at 4 stating my order would be delivered the next day as the local florist was unable to process the order.
Now here's the truth. I contacted the florist direct and they had received a cancel order at 4 pm and that was the only contact they had received. They were confused and were in process of verifying when I called. Fortunately the local florist delivered a beautiful arrangement at a MUCH lower cost staying late to make sure the flowers were delivered. I had signed on to the local florist's website and somehow this company processed the order.
The local florist is horrified that their customer was diverted. Also I received at least five emails from Justflowers wanting to talk. Who wants to talk, I wanted my order processed for a funeral and it was not done by their company. They could call and ask my name but not call earlier in the day to state the order could not be processed and they wanted to substitute lower priced flowers. Beware this company. I deal with several online florists and this one is on my do not use list now. Unreliable.

I called the florist directly when with a day the roses turned black and were facing the ground and their response was that roses don't like Las Vegas... Did I really expect them not to be dead? Within 3 days of delivery all of the roses were dead and the white lilies turned brown with the stamen and petals dropped all over my kitchen.
I called JustFlowers.com and was told that they would have to discuss with the local florist. I emailed pictures of the dead flowers to JustFlowers. They called me 10 times in 9 minutes this morning, kept me on hold 45 minutes to finally speak to a manager who said that she couldn't speak to me because I did not order the flowers. Excuse me? You called me... At this time my husband, his secretary and myself have spent HOURS on the phone which has been a complete waste of time. My wife was out of town and sick and in pain, so I wanted to order flowers for her. The Just Flowers website said that the flowers I wanted to order were still available for same day delivery. At the time of order, I got a message that said it was possible that the flowers might not be able to be delivered that day but every effort would be made to deliver them. I later got an email that said they couldn't be delivered that day but they would be delivered the next. On an immediate note, my debit card was charged almost immediately. The next day, the flowers weren't delivered. I called Just Flowers and asked if I could get a status on the order. I was told that flower delivery could take until 6pm. I informed the lady that it was 6:30. She said she would call the flower vendor and call me back in a few minutes.
I called back at 8pm after not receiving the promised call. I was told that they had talked to the owner of the flower shop and his driver was out but would be back in a few minutes and they would call me back in a few minutes with a status. 45 minutes later, I received a call stating that they couldn't get a status but they would call me tomorrow. I told them I would be at work until 11:30 so I couldn't receive a call until 12 noon. I got off work and saw that they had called an hour too early. I had a voice mail from a Jason who was saying that the florist had attempt three deliveries and no one was home. He then said that the florist was not going to deliver them without being able to verify the phone number because it was not a valid number. He then said that there was snow (West Virginia) and he wasn't going to go out without verifying with the receiver of the flowers.
I see this as a contradiction as he either attempted delivery or not. On a side note, Just Flowers called my wife last night to ask if she had received the flowers. Not bad on a bogus phone number. I told them the number was good, there was no snow on the roads and to deliver the flowers. They supposedly contacted the florist and told him I requested the delivery. I said that I wanted email or phone verification of delivery and they promised that I would get that. As of the end of the business day, I have not received any notification of delivery. This is totally unsatisfactory as I have not received the ordered flowers which were paid for and I have been lied to.

Then hit add and my order was suddenly confirmed. I never saw the total and never received an email confirmation AND the flowers were never sent. I tried calling numerous times and left messages, and didn't receive a phone call back. I finally got a hold of someone four days later, to which they responded that the flowers were being processed that day and they couldn't refund my money.
I finally got a hold of the customer service manager, who said it was my fault that this happened, that by buying online I was agreeing to the terms, and I never input an email address. After threatening to call Chase and put a hold on my order, and a heated argument at which point the manager had actually raised his voice at me, he finally changed his tune and decided to call the florist to cancel the order. This was the most poor excuse for customer service. Not only is it false advertising to claim same-day delivery, but completely unacceptable to go through with the order four days later without telling the customer. I am a local florist and have taken orders for Just Flowers. On several occasions Just Flowers has called requesting flowers that we do not have and had to call their customer back to assure that the flowers we have will work in the arrangement they are ordering. This is fine but realize that when you are ordering online, what you see in the picture cannot be guaranteed because we did not create those arrangements and have usually never seen them before getting the order. We do have a way to view the order online, but on a busy day such as Valentine's Day we may not be able to get to a computer.
The bigger issue, however, for me is Just Flowers has taken my domain name, thepinkorchiddesign.com and created pinkorchiddesign.com that directs customers to their website promising to be a trusted florist in my area for 12 years. Furthermore, they have claimed my Google Places listing and put their website as the website listed on my web page. Now, there is a listing with the incorrect address and store hours for my store and a website that I have nothing to do with. I had to explain to a customer yesterday when he called to complain about a Valentine order that had not been delivered on time that I did not receive the order and had nothing to do with that website.
This goes way beyond having one order not delivered or being overcharged. They have hurt my reputation and directed business away from my store. I hope this review helps consumers as well to realize what kind of company they are ordering from when they order from Just Flowers. I am going to call Google to try to get this matter straightened out, but I can't believe that I have been taking orders from this company and helping them build a reputation when they are hurting mine.

When I tried using their website, they "make" you use one of their pre-selected questions. The only nondelivery option they make available in regards to undelivered orders is "Flowers not delivered, please reschedule."
The following day when someone from customer service finally answered, the rep was sitting in India and couldn't give a damn about my complaint. He offered to take a whopping $5 off my bill. When I told him it wasn't good enough, he tried putting me through to a "manager", which was another 15 minutes on hold all for the operator to come back and tell me the managers were "too busy". Called about a delivery issue, they returned back just saying it was delivered but when asked about a signature or proof they just talked in circles. After asking for a manager the service personnel just kept asking about information. I had to ask 5 times for a manager even raising my voice to be put on hold for 20 minutes. My daughter who had overheard everything decided to call because I had by that time lost my temper. Daughter called and gave the situation. Gwen the service personnel then said they would have to call back to say if they were delivered. My daughter asked to speak with a manager rather than going through the same thing a third time.
When the manager answered he put her on hold then came back 15 minutes later to say it was in the leasing office. My daughter said ok and asked why it has taken over 2 hours for someone to give us the answer that it is in the leasing office. The "manager" named Jason then proceeded to over talk her and say he wasn't going to call anything and that he was done talking to her. Mind you all she asked was why it took so long to know where they were and then when my daughter could get a word in she said that the way in which he was talking to her was completely inappropriate and disrespectful. The manager said, "My apologies," then continued to act disrespectful yelling at her and saying he would only speak to me...
The phone was on speaker and I said, "I'm here." Jason proceeded to then be disrespectful and my daughter had to literally raise her voice and say "Stop" which he didn't and continued to act disgustingly rude to her. Finally she said she would simply contact BBB and he threatened, "Go ahead, I'll just rebuttal it like we do other complaints." We hung up the phone. This was absolutely disgusting and inappropriate from a place that is suppose to be a business. The flowers were left on her porch. I saw the flowers one day after they were delivered, and was really disappointed. The rubrum ("stargazer") lilies, which normally last a long time, were already curling and turning brown. Even the unopened buds were brown on the dips, and the water in the vase looked dirty.
There were NOT $89.00 worth of flowers (although the site claims their prices are about 20% off the normal price). They were not arranged well and bore little resemblance to the flowers in the photo. I cut off the damaged blooms and changed the water in the arrangement. The next day (today) I called the 800 number for Just Flowers. What was delivered was not what we ordered. It resembled something more appropriate for a sweet sixteen birthday party.
After sending pictures of what was delivered we spent several days attempting to escalate the situation in order to get the florist to re-deliver the correct arrangement. Finally after 4 very frustrating calls I contacted VISA customer complaints in order to get my case supported. VISA must have contacted them because today (10 days after the order was placed) the corporate office called me to let me know they had now instructed the florist to go back and retrieve their flowers because that was their right. I'm appalled at this company and have no idea how they can still be in business. Not once did they offer to make good on the arrangement. I could have cared less about the money. They said they had spoke to the flower shop it had been assigned to and they were told they were on their way. He didn't seem to care at all that my birthday was over. So I had my children and friends sitting there waiting for me to get my delivery so we could go to dinner and by 5:15 it had not come. I had them leave to go on ahead to the restaurant.
I called again from my car and again was on hold a good 10 minutes. Lucky me I also got the same customer service rep as they probably only have one! I explained again what had happened and how I had never received my order. I was in my car outside the restaurant trying to still celebrate my birthday. After putting me on hold yet again he came on the phone to tell me there was a problem with my delivery because a very mad and rude employee was at my salon and would not accept the delivery. Yes he was mad and yes he didn't accept them as I wasn't there and wouldn't be there till Wednesday. He said the driver would be calling me and basically just kept repeating to me that I had to work this out with the driver and he then hung up.
Sure enough the driver called me 10 minutes later, said he was trying to deliver flowers to me but the employee at my work refused them. He said he was the owner of the flower store and normally didn't do deliveries but when he got the order at 4:30 he had to get a rush on it. Seems Just Flowers didn't put the order in till 4:30 and to make matters worse they choose a store 20 minutes away. The owner of the store would not take no for an answer. He wanted to bring them to me at diner. I told him why bother my birthday was over and my surprise was ruined. He went ahead and left them at my house. When I arrived home after 9 they were waiting for me on the porch and they didn't look good. All this hassle for this?
My husband has sent me some beautiful arrangements in the past and this by far was the worst. It was really small and it was half wilted and the flowers looked like leftovers swept up off the counter and thrown into a bowl. These won't last a day. I was so disappointed. I felt terrible for my husband who tried so hard to make my birthday special. We have both contacted the company since then to arrange a refund. I did not want these ugly flowers replaced as my birthday is over and I just want to forget about the hassle. We want a refund and every email response we receive is patronizing and never answers any questions. It is always a "we are looking it." Looking into what?
You screwed up Just flowers. Not only did you not place my flowers with a florist on time to get me a pretty arrangement to enjoy on my birthday but you had them rush me a junk arrangement after my birthday was over. Still waiting for a refund. Do not do business with them. They have the worst customer service around and have could care less about their customers. If you truly have to send flowers don't use this service. Find a local flowers shop instead.

My sister called these idiots, thinking they were the local florist - in a town that she does not live - and after giving her card info, was told that the total was nearly double what the arrangement was supposed to cost. She had to return to her desk and asked me to call and cancel the order. I did...they told me I needed to verify the billing address...then told me that they needed to speak to the card holder to cancel the order...I read countless text messages to them, even called the local florist (who had gotten the order).
Ultimately, I became just as rude and obstinate with the customer service rep, who clearly didn't understand much English!! After being on the call for 23 minutes, not being able to speak to a manager, and telling the girl I would be leaving a review, she continued to give her stock, "I'll not that in the account, sir" answer...I finally told her I hoped she didn't screw over too many more people today and hung up. What a horrible "service!"

I ordered an arrangement from the website for my boss' mother's funeral from our office. There were no problems with delivery but when one of the girls came back from the first visitation, she had a picture of the arrangement and all the pink roses in the arrangement (the main focal point) were brown and dried around the edges. The flowers also did not resemble the picture of the arrangement that I ordered. I called Just Flowers and also sent them the picture. I asked for them to try to rectify the problem before the second visitation that evening. They did not.
That first day, I was on the phone with them about 4 times (on hold for long stretches). The following day, I spent most of my morning at work trying to get someone there to fix the problem. It was too late to get replacement flowers and Just Flowers did not want to admit there was anything wrong with the flowers. Finally, one girl told me that the funeral home lights were probably the reason behind the brown roses (I called the funeral home and, obviously, this is not the case). After calling and calling (also note that they have Norah Jones and Barry White singing two songs on a constant loop, I believe in an attempt to make people hang up), I spoke to a fellow who offered me $10, then $15 credit for the brown roses. I asked for a manager, but after several times being put on hold many times, I was told that the manager okayed a $20 credit.
I never got to talk to a manager, if there really is one. I accepted just because I was tired of dealing with them and I knew that they weren't going to relent. The following day, I get a call from Just Flowers offering me a $10 discount because the ROSES WERE SUPPOSE TO BE BROWN. What???? I explained to the guy that the issue was settled already and I better be getting at least $20 off my arrangement that cost over $100, was an embarrassment to everyone in my office and had caused me many hours of personal grief.
Customer service with this company is so bad, I am tempted to buy my flowers from the grocery store from now on. The quality there is actually better and I can see what I am paying for. My advice is buyer beware when dealing with Just Flowers. There is no guarantee that you will get what you order and they will not try to help fix any problems.

They flat out refused to refund and said we had to contact the floral shop. Easy enough, right? Wrong again. These ** refused to give us the number of the floral shop. Hmm, wonder why? I bet I know why. They probably never placed the order! After much arguing, I told my husband to hang up. On 12.31.13 I found myself needing flowers on 1.1.14. I checked FTD and ProFlowers. Neither could deliver until 1.2.14. Just Flowers guaranteed delivery by 6pm on the 1st however, so I ordered. At 2pm on the 1st, I get an email stating they are sorry, but they cannot deliver until the next available day. They do not say when that is. I reply to the email by calling and emailing to demand resolution, advising that their fee covers flowers and timely delivery. I am told by the Just Flowers "that's too bad, but it's a holiday." The rep also advises that the guarantee is meaningless and has no recourse because "things happen."
Just flowers then emailed and advised that this has been escalated to a manager, but I receive no other contact. I respond, demanding resolution and two days later on 1.3.14 I finally speak to "the manager." She asks what I want to do after apologizing. I tell her that my occasion has now passed and demand a refund. She offers a 10$ credit to waive the handling fee on the $50 order. I explain that I purchased timely service and a commitment as outlined on their website. She made it clear that all that mattered to this company was "Just Flowers." I demanded a refund. 2 days later I get an email advising that order has been cancelled. Still no refund. Ignore any promises they make and focus on the name of this business. I called the funeral home and they did not receive the tropical spray that I ordered. Then they tried to say that they delivered to the church, but that was not true because none of the flowers were displayed. We went to the cemetery and our order was not there. No delivery on the 24th or the 26th, but we did get a call on the afternoon of the 27th from Safeway saying that they had just received the order from Just Flowers. At that point we had no choice but to allow them to do an arrangement and ship it to our mother as it was a Christmas gift that was already late.
She did finally receive the arrangement, but after spending $100, making more than 5 calls to Just Flowers to find out what the problem was, being disconnected numerous time, being put on hold for 20 min minimum each time, etc, etc..... Seriously, this put a real sour note on a Christmas gift and we got a $10 refund (which is the highest value "the manager" could authorize). Ordering flowers for my girlfriend, who lives in Texas from Just Flowers, is probably the worst mistake I've made with an online Flower service. I picked, what looked to be a lovely bouquet of flowers, which should have been delivered on 6th Dec, 2013. I called the intended recipient to find out if she had received anything from me, and her response was no. Please keep in mind, I wanted the flowers to be a nice surprise for her on her "birthday.
I used Just Flowers online chat to find out what happened. The person I spoke to "Arienne", stated that she did not see anything indicating that there was a problem with this delivery, and that tomorrow there would be a follow-up, and based on the findings, Just Flowers would ensure that it was delivered, or will be delivered. I called Just Flowers the following morning (10am Central), and was advised by Marco, that the flowers were delivered, but that they could not make out the signature; therefore, nothing could be done until further investigation. I told him, that was absolutely impossible, because my friend has not received these flowers. I was told nothing could be done until they called the florist. Again, no one called me back, so I called them back, and spoke to someone named James. James stated that the flowers had been delivered, and I had explained to him that this was not possible, because there was no one home at the time these flowers were purportedly delivered; hence, who they deliver the flowers to?
James, to my surprise, called me back, apologized profusely and stated that the flowers were not delivered, and that the order was just sitting there. James promised to send the order to another flower service, and that my order would be upgraded, due to the late delivery and inconvenience. I was told by James that the flowers would be delivered on Saturday. Again, I spent the entire day tracking this order, and as of 6:00pm, these flowers were not delivered.
My friend finally had the flowers delivered to her @ 7:20pm that night, and most of the roses where wilted. My friend sent me pictures, which I forward to their customer service. The agent (John or James) concurred that the flowers looked wilted, and that they would have to call the Florist on Sunday to find out what happened. Another apology was issued, and I was told that only a partial refund would be issued, and that they would try to rectify this issue.
I called Just Flowers this morning, and some woman there stated she was not able to get the Florist (Floral Concepts in Katy, Texas), on the phone, and that they would try today. Please keep in mind, James told me that they are open on Sundays, but the lady (Vic...not sure what her name is) stated that Floral Concepts is not opened on Sunday.
I decided to call Floral Concepts and was told by Matt that no one from Just Flowers called him, and that he was opened on Sunday. I called back Just Flowers to let them know that I got in touch with the Florist, and that someone is definitely there, and that I had sent the pictures to Floral Concepts, so they could see that the flowers were wilted. I was told that Floral Concepts did not receive the pics, and that James would forward the pics to him, and I would hear back from Just Flowers today.
I decided to give Just Flowers a call back, since it was now close to 4:00pm, and was told by this condescending woman (manager) that based on the pictures, they think they were fresh; hence, nothing would be done. At this point, I totally lost it. I said, they've had the pictures since Saturday night, and James or John of Just Flowers concurred that the flowers looked wilted, so why all of a sudden the flowers in the picture are not wilted. Why would it take you almost 48 hours to look at pictures and decide that they are not wilted. I was able to look at the pics and see that they are wilted, and most importantly, the recipient stated the (roses) in the arrangement were wilted, and the arrangement was small and not worth whatever I paid for them.
I told the lady (and I use the term loosely) that I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau, and her response was go ahead. I think this company has this attitude, because they have been able to get away with this. I told her to give me back the measly $10, with an expletive, at this point. I had spent from Friday, up until Monday afternoon. They are about getting your money, and nothing about customer service. I must say, the customer service agents were polite, except for the woman I had to deal with, which I found her to be very condescending.
I contacted the recipient, and asked her to call Floral Concept, and when she called them, the gentleman told her that the delivery person had stated that when she deliverer the flowers, her house was hot. My girlfriend, "hates' the heat, and the delivery person did not have access to the home, the flowers were received in the garage, which is kept extremely cold. In others words, the delivery people are saying that "perhaps" the flowers were wilted, but it is due to the heat in her home, which is quite ridiculous, because the flowers were received at 7:20pm, and the pictures were sent to me after 8:00pm, the same evening.
I'm supposed to get a refund of $10, which I know I will have to call constantly to get back. I've never had such a horrific experience with an online flower vendor, until I came across these people. The only person working there that seems to have a "slight" conscience is James. They are very apologetic, but they will not REFUND, or ensure that they deliver what they say they will deliver, or rectify any wrongs. Total waste of my time and my money. Please take heed.

What was ordered (full, tall) and what was received (small!) were two totally different items. Customer service repeatedly asked me to tell them 'how many flowers were in the arrangement'. Mind you, I was at a funeral and did not count. However, I did discretely take a photo of the arrangement. I sent that pic to JF to prove my point. They still did not address my issue, other than offering a $15 credit, which I refused. Instead, I disputed the charge through my credit card and will next go to the Attorney General and file a complaint there as well as with the Better Business Bureau.
I've never seen such blatant false advertising or had such horrible service from a company. The worst part is that the flowers were for a dear friend and I had hoped they would reflect our close relationship. Instead, I ended up sad and embarrassed. (After being hounded about the number of flowers in the arrangement, I turned the table on JF via online chat and asked them to tell ME how many flowers would be in the arrangement. The rep struggled and finally came back with numbers. He quoted numbers for the baseline arrangement that were greater than what I'd received in my arrangement (per picture). I had also paid up for the 'better' arrangement so I asked him how many flowers I'd get for the additional monies and he said 'value'. After pressing the question several times, he finally came back with a number. He gave me the details I needed for my complaint.

I ordered flowers online this past Friday AM to be delivered for the wake of a loved one at 10 am the next day, Saturday. I received a follow-up phone call less than one hour after placing my online order to confirm this $169 heart wreath (of which total cost was $200!) would be delivered on time. I was told the flowers would be delivered that afternoon. So they would be there well in advance of the wake.
Imagine our surprise and anger when we arrive at the wake at 10 am and our flowers were not present. The wake was 10 am-11 am at the back of the church with the funeral Mass immediately following. At 10:50 am, in waltzes the florist at the side entrance, looking around sheepishly. She told me she had no communication from Just Flowers when these flowers were to be delivered. I was at a loss- furious- but unable to do anything at that moment because the funeral was starting. She left the flowers and said I had to take up my complaint with Just Flowers.
After the Mass, I called and voiced my absolute disappointment and anger that these flowers were not delivered as promised. They kept apologizing but said they needed to contact the local florist. Three hours later, I receive an e-mail that stated the florist attributed the delay to heavy rains and zero visibility. They expected that answer to be sufficient resolution. I responded asking them to verify the weather- which was misty rain and light fog. No reason to explain the delay-- and they had not thought themselves of verifying the florist's weather accusations? Incredible. I had to tell them how to use weather.com to verify the local weather for themselves.
I received two calls back from two different customer representative agents today as we were travelling back home. When I called back, I had a new agent who was not familiar with my complaint. I asked to speak to a manager and was left on hold waiting 30 minutes before she picked up the call. I got the same answers- told her how to use weather.com-- and still no resolution when she saw I was right and the florist was lying. She said she needed to do more investigation.
Sad that this company is linked directly off legacy.com and keeps disappointing. There is no remedy here as the flowers were for a wake 10-11 am and came at 10:50 am. It is sick that I have to be wasting energy when I am grieving. Refund my money. There is NO customer satisfaction here- I did not want to rate them with any stars but had to per the review requirements.

Ordered from Just Flowers and had problems from the moment flowers were delivered. The flowers were for my in-laws' 50th anniversary/vow renewal ceremony. We thought it would be nice to order a small bouquet and boutineer. What we ordered from their site and what was delivered were totally different. I could have gone to our local grocery store and bought the "bouquet" they delivered. The arrangement looked ridiculous and came wrapped in cellophane. The flowers they included were not anything close to what their website showed. Called the company right away to try to get another bouquet delivered, but as it was already 4pm Saturday (delivery was promised by noon Saturday), I did not expect a resolution and we needed the flowers for Sunday am. We were told they could come "pick up" our flowers but could not get us another delivery in time.
We spent the next three days trying to get a credit, which we apparently are getting, but have not received yet. So for the over $115 we spent on the flowers and two delivery fees, they charged us for each delivery, bouquet and boutineer. INSANE! As they both went to same house, they are giving us a $15 credit. That does not even cover one of the delivery fees. In addition to this, Just Flowers told me they were notified by the local florist that our bouquet would not be the same arrangement as what was on their website. I don't believe this for a second! I did ask them to forward the email they received from the local florist, but have not received that yet. Not holding my breath on that! If they had been notified, why wouldn't they notify me, the customer, to make the decision on whether I would accept the change.
Just Flowers took the liberty of making my decision for me and will not stand behind their own product. Just Flowers is responsible for any order that is placed with them and it is, I believe, up to them to make sure that each and every customer who places an order is satisfied with their order. Believe me when I stated earlier I could have gone to my local grocery store and bought what they delivered. In addition to the money spent with this company, we had to run around Saturday afternoon to find an open flower shop to purchase a bouquet. I hope these reviews get read before an order is placed. I truly wish we had found these reviews before we placed our order.

Do yourself a favor, google a local florist in the town where you wish to send flowers and call them directly. You will not only save yourself money, you will get a far better product. Just Flowers do not sell flowers, they are an order gatherer. All they do is take the order and then send it on to an actual florist who fills the order. They make their money by having you order through them, taking their cut and passing what is left on to the local florist who then has to fulfill unrealistic promises that Just Flowers has made to you, their customer.

I called a local florist who is obviously a franchise or similar for JustFlowers.com. I asked what flower arrangement they could recommend for my wife`s 50th Birthday. I said I wanted something special as it was a special birthday and would like to recommend something and delivered the following day. The person I spoke to said, "We do a lovely display of flowers in a lovely basket, its' one of our best sellers. You could have two 'Happy 50th Birthday' balloons tied one at each end and we can also add a 'teddy bear' as well if you wanted it." I said, "That all sounds very nice. Can you give me a price for the flowers, balloons and the bear?" The price was quoted as $59.99 for the flowers and balloons and $34.99 for the teddy bear.
The lady then offered a delivery before 1pm which I accepted as we had already booked lunch for 1:30pm for my wife`s birthday so this worked perfect for me. I placed the order on the basis of the information received and gave my card details for payment. I received an e-mail from JUSTFLOWERS.COM. The payment had been taken and without my knowledge or agreement, they took a $6.75 handling fee and then also charged me for $17.98 shipping or service fee both, they did not inform me off nor did I expect to pay. I had already given all the details and I was quoted a price. This was the agreement, I never agreed to having add-on charges and certainly not without my authority. The saga continues...
On my wife`s birthday, we received a call at 12:45 from the florist to say, we are running late but the delivery will definitely be with us by 1:15pm. At 1pm I also received a call from the driver who also stated she would be with us by 1:15, as we had dinner reservation for 1:30, this was running tight for time. At 1:36, the flowers turned up, my wife opened the door and as the flowers were handed to her several fell out of the ceramic pot onto the floor. They had been cut too short and poked into the rest of the flowers. I ordered a basket, I received a ceramic pot that looked like it should have someone's ashes in it! I ordered two 'Happy Birthday' balloons, I received one balloon about 'Your attitude' and one balloon with a 'Yellow smiley face'. I ordered a lovely display of flowers, I got a number of flowers several that had been cut too short, several that were almost past their sell by date,. The display was very poor and nothing like what I was told or expected. I received the bear which was great and my wife liked it!!!!!!!
I complained to JUSTFLOWERS and they tried every trick in the book. I had, it's not our policy, it's covered in our policy, it's not our fault you should not have accepted delivery, every excuse they could think of instead of just apologizing, saying we got it wrong and credited me back the money. I arranged to have the flowers left so that the florist could collect. They failed to turn up on several occasions. To solve the issue, I even offered to take the flowers back to the florist but this was refused as JUSTFLOWERS does not give out the florist's name and address. I could do no more, the service from this franchisee was absolutely appalling and JUSTFLOWERS would not support me so I highly recommend do not put your business through JUSTFLOWERS if you want good customer service or from the outset a good arrangement of flowers that was fit for purpose and for the price quoted! At this point I am still waiting for the flowers to be picked up and I have not received any credit back. I would NEVER use this company or any of its franchises or offshoots again!!!!

I ordered a funeral bouquet for $89.99. I was billed $119. When I called to ask about the $30 surcharge, I was told $6-something was to take the order over the phone; another $6-something was the processing fee; $10-something was delivery fee; and $4 was express delivery fee (which I did not ask for). Can you believe they charge 30% more - without mentioning it when the order was placed - for bogus stuff like answering the phone & taking an order?

I was told the order would cost $15 more than what was stated when I placed the order due to the local florist's requirements or charges. I called to complain and they said I could not cancel the order because it had already been sent to the local florist & they were already working on it. They offered me $10 off and said that was the best they could do. Complete scam to get more money. Buyer beware!

I ordered an arrangement for a funeral and I unfortunately did not do my research on the company before hand. When I called I told the representative that I wanted to spend 50$. She offered me an arrangement for 49.99$. I agreed with this one. She then asked if I wanted to upgrade. I said, “No, I can't afford any more.” She then went on to tell me about the fees. So I asked, “What is my total?” She said, "Your bouquet is 69.99$." I agreed and gave her my card.
When I checked my email my true total was 92.64$. I had never been told this price and was absolutely mortified. What she had done was instead of the 49.99$ bouquet sold me the 69.99$ one and then added the fees. When I called crying and begging to be reimbursed they told me I could have a 5$ discount on my next order. They man in management was so offensive and rude I had my husband call. He was given the same treatment. How is a company allowed to steal from people without legal action? Why are there all these complaints and no legal action taken against these people?

Sadly, I have now found and read my experience presented in various versions over and over. I cannot fix my situation now but hope to warn others! I ordered flowers for an out-of-town funeral on a Sat. (using Just Flowers' search engine to confirm they could make a Sunday delivery for Morgantown, W.Va.). The calling hours were Sunday. I received an email Sunday afternoon (after calling hours had already been going on) saying the arrangement would not be delivered on Sunday. I called the 'Customer Service' number on the website (this is a MISNOMER... THERE IS NO CUSTOMER ACTUAL SERVICE!). I was told that for an unknown reason, all local florists in Morgantown had closed on Sunday this particular week! Not to worry, they would deliver first thing in the morning before the funeral.
Monday morning less than two hours before the funeral, I was called and told, "So sorry, no white roses available," but they would put daisies and carnations in instead. The arrangement I had selected had NINE white roses, front and center. I said, "Use another color of rose." "So sorry, but there are NO roses available." Flowers would not be delivered until sometime Monday afternoon to the florists in that area. We will use daisies and carnations and Fiji mums instead. No Iris either, by the way so we will use Larkspur...
I asked for the name of the local florist they use since I did not believe there were no roses in Morgantown available. ”So sorry, cannot give you that information. Not to worry though, they would make it full and beautiful.” Do I approve to send the flowers? I did NOT approve but there was no time to get another florist and expressed this. They just kept asking the same question... Either NO flowers to our son-in-law's grandmother's funeral or take what they offer. I said I wanted what I ordered and paid for sent and they said, "Are you approving to send this arrangement?" This is how they get you! I had no choice so I said yes. My daughter (who was there) texted me minutes before the funeral to say, "You should complain... the arrangement is mostly greenery and the flowers are sparsely placed and some wilted."
I was traveling out of town at the time but called the customer service and they just kept saying to me that I should get them a picture (I was not going to ask a grieving daughter to go take pictures for this company...it is their responsibility to know what they sent!) and that I had approved this arrangement! No matter what you say they repeat the same thing to you. I listed all the mistakes they had made so far and now this pitiful excuse for an arrangement...."Send them a photo," they would talk to the florist and confirm, and they would have to get back to me. I had already, at this point spent long periods of time talking with various persons in customer service over a period of 2 days...all sounding exactly the same except for gender.
When I returned home on Tues., I received two emails from them stating they had talked to the florist and the arrangement was beautiful and full as I had ordered from them. I called on Wednesday and for over an hour expressed my dissatisfaction with so many aspects of this entire situation. It became evident to me that they did not care if their customers are satisfied or not! I spent over $80 for a pathetic funeral bouquet! The customer service person offered me a $10 discount on future orders...really!!!! Then when I insisted I wanted a refund....funerals and weddings only get one chance to be right and this was all wrong! She offered me a $10 refund stating I had approved the change in arrangement. I informed her it was not in a vase (as the supplier said it was) but in a short, blue, plastic disposable container. There was NOTHING similar to what I had ordered about this arrangement! It was all wrong!
She insisted it was in a vase and I told her my daughter said it was NOT a vase. She spent a good deal of time trying to establish that I had not "physically laid eyes on the arrangement". I said, "My daughter was there and she saw it firsthand!" So, she offered me a $15 refund. I will check to see if it is actually given but will not be surprised if it is not! Nothing they told me from beginning to end was true. They all just repeat their same lies and you cannot change anything they tell you. I wish I had known where to research this JUSTFLOWERS.com COMPANY before I ordered from them. They truly do not care if you like their product or not! I am reporting them to the BBB but I see they have a good rating with them...how I cannot fathom! BEWARE OF JUSTFLOWERS.COM.

I ordered a premium arrangement from Just Flowers and what was sent was not even close to what I paid for. The arrangement was pathetic and very small. When I called to complain and get a credit for the arrangement that I paid 179.00 for they advised they would only give me a 35.00 credit. Do not use this company. There was a link on the funeral home website for Just Flowers so I assumed they were a reputable company. I was wrong and have contacted the funeral home to consider removing their link from their site. I had ordered the flowers for my boss of 11 years and was completely embarrassed by the arrangement that was sent. Please don't use this company. I wasn't surprised at all of the bad reviews.

They have no control over the local vendors. Do not believe a word they say. Trying to get my money back huge hassle!!!!

I placed an order that I specified needed to be delivered today. I was told that would not be a problem & they would go out today. These were intended for my best friend & her family whose father died & they were having memorial today. I even called back to be sure they would be delivered today. I was told they would. I just called & was told they were not able to fulfill my order so it is being sent tomorrow. They didn't even give me the courtesy to notify me so I would be able to try another florist. So now, these flowers that I paid a small fortune in shipping fees for same day delivery are arriving after the fact. Not only that, I was told they could not cancel my order and give me a refund. How is that legal? I asked to speak with a manager and they said there were none available or on duty at 7pm at night. I also do not see that they offer Sunday deliveries so my order won't arrive until Monday. I'm disgusted & embarrassed that my order didn't arrive on time & feel the fact that they will not cancel my order & give me a refund has to be illegal. I feel helpless and don't know what to do. So I'm out $85 and it's too late for me to get replacement flowers in time.

JustFlowers delivered my order 3 days late and only offered a $7 credit. They had no answers for me as to why, blamed it on a local florist. Do not use! You will be very disappointed!
