Ordered a fuel pump, on Thursday 2/18/2016. I paid for overnight shipping. Called Friday to check status of order. They said I will get my package on Monday? 4 days later!? Doesn't sound overnight? But was charged the premium price. After 35 mins on the phone, and 2 different associates, got a refund for the premium shipping, but still not getting my package until Monday! Going car-less until then. Pay a little more, and don't deal with this company. They just added to my frustration and inconvenience!

My son who is still a minor, saved his money from his minimum wage job and purchased a wheel hub for his car in January 2016. The wheel hub was the wrong one and he returned the wheel hub to carparts.com. On February 2nd 2016, a service rep from the Philipines called to tell my son that he was not getting a refund because the wheel hub had a scratch on it. I got on the phone and explained that we never even attempted to install the wheel hub because I knew it was the wrong part, as soon as the box was opened. I am positive we did not scratch this part. Sunshine said she would investigate the box from shipping and get back to me on the 4th of February.

I just got a return call from Sunshine @ 4:32 pm ET, today, 2/16/2016. Sunshine confirmed "NO REFUND" because the box was not damaged by the mail service. She had no clue who she was calling because she said she was returning my call from just the other day, She also had no info for us for return postage but said we needed to provide postage. I asked, "How much?" I tried to contact the corporate headquarters in Carson California but all calls connected back to the Philippines' service center. These service reps have zero knowledge of the products they are dealing with. They have my son's money and his part. How is this even legal? This nonsense needs to stop now.

If I could give a 0 star-rating on this company I would. I purchased front wheel hub assemblies from them a little over a year ago for my truck. Here I sit 13 months later and not ONE but BOTH of them are already grinding and need replaced. I contacted the company and was basically told that since the one-year warranty had expired (by ONE month), I am basically screwed. They did nothing to correct the situation. They've basically admitted that it's acceptable that their product is worthless and junk. I have only driven 8500 miles on these hubs, highway miles. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a headlight assembly on Jan. 8, 2016 which you cannot order on Fri., Sat., or Sundays with them because it will not be processed until the following Tuesday. Then they do not give you any choice in shipping and do not tell you from the date of your order it will take 12 days to receive your part from the day you order it. Parts is not something you want to wait 12 days for. My son crashed his car and needed a headlight to drive at night and is unable to until I get the light. Thanks for nothing Carparts.com. I talked with customer service and all she did was tell me exactly what I explained to her, like I was talking to a wall. It must be something in the water, people are so dumb these days.

Placed my order for 3 parts (2 kits for my 1993 Jeep and a therm. sensor). I was charged the full amount of almost $300.00. To my surprise, my bank starts sending me updates for additional charges days later? I call the 1800 number listed, talk to their foreign customer service reps who tell me they charge individually as parts are shipped. That everything is technically pending. I had to inform them that if those charges are pending, the bank considers it a full charge and removes those funds from my account. Meaning I now have $600.00 out of my account instead of the $300.00 I AGREED TO.

They use the customer as their "bank" for each item they sell. The items are all from separate vendors so they hold your money, then run your card again for each vendor. (I'M STILL WAITING ON THE LAST VENDOR TO HIT!) I spoke to a supervisor who asked for my banking institution and contact number stating she will call them tomorrow to release the hold of funds. (I'm not holding my breath.) This company is a sham. I would avoid them at all costs!

I ordered a part on November 30, then they called me back the next day trying to charge me twice for it. I told them to cancel the entire order, they confirmed 3 times the order was canceled. But instead they still charged me by 3 times. So I called back and they told me there was no call of it being canceled. Then it came 2 weeks late. So I finally got to returns and they said they were going to refund me the FULL price, but instead they only gave me 1/3 of the price. And after being on the phone for almost an hour they gave me the FULL refund. And so I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told, and I quote, "Why". I told him I'd like to talk to the supervisor, he again asked why. So I threatened to call corporate and then he took my number, said a manager would call in 30 minutes, and it's been 45 minutes now. I needed a parts for my car and it was important for it to arrive this week. I ordered online last Wednesday after calling to make sure I could receive the parts in my time frame. I was assured that I could and actually had great service on the phone. I checked back in on Friday when I could see that my order had not yet shipped and the order tracker online said there was an issue. I was assured again that everything was fine and that the part was coming from Ford and would still arrive on time.

On Saturday I received a call that my order was being canceled. One of the parts was out of stock. I'm 4 days in and now I have nothing. I asked if they could send the part that they had (it was part of a set). They told me the order had already been canceled. I was told that they could send me non-certified parts. I told them I did not want junky parts. I could have gotten those elsewhere. I was told that they were not junky they were just "Lower quality". No matter what, I would have had to start over anyway and they would not have made in it time. No call to see what I wanted to do. Just canceled. I cannot believe, in the 21st century, a company that operates online does not know their inventory and it takes 3 days to discover it.

I ordered a hub for my Chevy blazer. The part was priced way better than O'Reilly's or Autozone and shipped on time. When the hub arrived it was damaged. The plug that goes to my 4wd was busted; it was just the plastic retainer clips and part of the housing that was damaged, but the broken pieces were wrapped oh so nicely in a bag and stuffed in next to the hub. There was zero damaged to the boxes that it was shipped in, which leads me to believe it was sent to me from the warehouse broken, that someone just stuffed the broken pieces into the box. I called customer service and they are giving me a refund for the part. Luckily I am skilled enough I can salvage the broken pieces from the old part, but that is besides the point. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

All I wanted was to buy windshield wipers from my car and it's turned into such a headache. First of all, when you Google my car's make and model plus windshield wipers, you land on a carparts.com page that says the exact make and model. So those are the wipers I ordered. When they arrived they didn't fit, so I wanted to return them. First, the link to "request a return" in my order email doesn't work. Then, when you go to their site manually and "request a return" the form doesn't work either. So I had to call them - some foreign overseas office that was difficult to understand - and the lady tells me I ordered the wrong part and have to pay return shipping. When I go back to the product listing, it doesn't clarify that the wipers are only for the wagon version of my car until much later on the page, below where you add the product to your cart, etc. Wouldn't it make sense to put that right at the top of it were only for a certain body style?!

Finally, to top everything off, I had to pay $8 return shipping and (they demanded) that I call back and give them the tracking number. When I go to get the phone number to call, it says there's a different return address than the one listed on the original package- the return department never said to send it to a different address! So now I guess I'm just sol and out about $40. What a scammy company. I will never order anything from them again and suggest you don't either.

I received from the vendor an email stating that a Tracking Number had been created. No merchandise was received on Monday. So I contacted FedEx and was informed that, although the tracking number was in their system, the package was not in their possession.

Ordered a front passenger window regulator as ours had gone out and it was hottest part of summer. Got correct product on time, installed easily, worked fine. Well fast forward 8 months and it stops working like the previous one. I'm thinking how can a brand new part stop working within a year. So we searched around to see if anyone had similar problems having constantly replace a window regulator with the same make and model and nothing like what we experienced. We emailed customer service and they sent a replacement part but they wanted me to send back the defective product so they could see what went wrong. Luckily I hadn't thrown the crap away. Get to UPS to send it back and I had to pay for it. That is kind of aggravating considering the part didn't even last a full year. I guess we'll see how the replacement lasts.

I called immediately to cancel since it was an accident and was told that they would "try" to cancel the order, but it wasn't guaranteed. Got an email today that they were unable to cancel the order because it had already shipped. I have received no shipping information on the part, so I called customer service and was told that the order had already been shipped.

I asked why I hadn't received shipping confirmation and was told because it was in process. So I said I needed to go ahead and get an RMA so I could return it as soon as it arrives and was told they couldn't start that process because the order wasn't shipped yet. I said, I thought it couldn't be cancelled because it hadn't been shipped... and he said well it's in transit. Thieves! They take your money and won't cancel the order and give you back your money. So they are shipping me product we don't want or need and then I have to return it and pay return shipping to get it back to them and get my money back after however long it might take. I ordered three major parts to repair my sedan after a collision after which my wife asked if I had already ordered. When I replied that I had she showed me many bad reviews related to common complaints such as late shipping to more serious concerns such as receiving wrong items and being charged to return them. Needless to say I was concerned. So I watched my confirmation and shipping e-mails waiting for disaster to strike but my order went through without a hitch. The first two items shipped out and within one business day were picked up and put on a FedEx truck. The third and last item shipped out two days later.

It took my first two items a total of 7 days to travel from one end of the United States to the other. Carefully watching my FedEx tracking information my first two items arrived on the estimated delivery date, and the third one day later than estimated. Fully expecting something to go wrong I opened the boxes and found everything to be correct. I was very pleased. I read someone complaining about Carparts.com parts coming from a mish mash of salvage yards but this was not the case. These were brand new perfectly fitting parts. Nothing went wrong with the installation whatsoever and I was on the road again within a few hours or so.

After reading the negative reviews and comparing it to my experience with this company I believe most people only write reviews to complain. Carparts.com delivered the same quality of service as other trusted places I use like Rock Auto. My only regret is Rock Auto had one of the parts $20 cheaper. Overall a great experience. The shortest version of this story is that the company DOES NOT care about its customers. I made a purchase on TUESDAY, 4/14/2015 that was being shipped from Virginia (I live in Michigan). I received a tracking number from FedEx that same day. Friday, 4/17/2015 rolls around and there has not been ANY progress with the shipment. I call FedEx who tells me they don't even have my part. I call carparts.com where the service rep wasn't very helpful and very unaware. I tell her that I need to know the status ASAP so I can decide whether or not to purchase elsewhere and have overnighted if necessary. I was told she had to call me back but she didn't call back until it was too late in the day for me to order overnight shipping elsewhere, then refused to refund me stating that my part had already shipped!

I waited until the expected delivery date Tuesday, 4/21/2015 and FedEx just hands off to the post office who tells me to wait another 1 to 2 days for delivery. If this company cared at all about its customers, they'd use a professional shipping service. The $6 I paid for this garbage shipping service would've also covered the cost of UPS Ground and I'd have had my package in 2 business days. Totally unprofessional, I'd highly recommend paying $5 more and making purchases elsewhere - somewhere the company actually cares about you and your satisfaction!

After installation of the first headlight, the turn signal indicator in the car would go on and off at a fast speed, so I checked to see if the turn signal was working properly on the headlight itself. It was not. I thought maybe the new turn signal socket provided may have been defective, so I swapped it with the old socket. This solved the problem. The other headlight assembly also had the same problem. Again, using my old turn signal socket, the problem was solved. Although, it may be possible that they are both defective due to some sort of manufacturing glitch, it could also be a problem of incompatibility for certain models.

Another disappointment is that although the part is listed as OE, evidently the quality is not equivalent to original equipment. The reason I question the quality is that the chrome type finish inside the light at the top edge of the lens is not smooth, whereas the original headlight is smoothly finished at the top edges. This is on both headlights, but one is a little worse than the other. It's not real noticeable, but the one that is more pronounced than the other is a more of a concern. I'm now wondering if the top edge of the rough finish is going to start to peel. I reported the problems to Carparts.com, but am keeping them.

Carparts.com is a fraud. There is no RETURN address or a REAL phone number. All they have is an automated number for you to leave a message and they will never call you back. There is NO real contact information from them whatsoever.

I ordered some parts for my 08 BMW 535i and included my VIN# for their reference as they requested on the website and they sent me some parts for a HONDA. Since then I have no way of contacting them because there is no real contact information for them. I have left numerous messages and no one has called back. What can I do? I'm stuck with some parts I can’t use and have no way of contacting them. This is a fraud. Carparts.com should be shut down.

The 'unsubscribe' link had no effect, it just kept coming. Calling customer service did not help. The toll-free number is routed to their Asian call center where the CSR's can't speak English well. When they do speak they are consistently speaking over you and they refuse to listen to the customer. There is a lot of room for improvement with CarParts.com customer service.

When the package arrived 4 days late from the scheduled arrival, I was amazed that the item they sent was for wn 03-06 Infiniti g-35 fender. So I called their customer service, asking them why they sent the wrong item and they had the nerve to say it was my fault and that the item number I tell them does not exist!

I looked on their website and the item was gone. I believe that they deleted it. Now I call again and they said to get a refund I need to return the item, but they never send the required information to return the item. And now FedEx, which delivered the item, wants to charge me $154 to return the item. In the end I will keep their item instead of going through all the hassle and never work with this company again. And I will also make sure that everyone knows that this company is a scam.

I placed an order with carparts.com for a set of headlights for my truck, I had electrical problems and had the driver side light was not working, so it was important that I replace them ASAP. I received my order about a week later. I brought the packages (Unopened) to my mechanic the next day and when we opened the box, both headlights were damaged and unable to be mounted on my truck. I called the customer service number and advised them of the situation. The woman I spoke with had to ask me at least 4 times what the problem was. After she found my order she let me know that she had processed the replacement parts and they would be sent out in the same time frame as the first shipment (I would of appreciated an expedited shipment in a sign of good faith).

I also asked about how I would receive a return label to send the defective parts back and was told I would receive an email with a return label as well as the new order and tracking info for the replacement parts. I received the customer service survey before we even got off the phone, but never received any new order or return shipping info. I waited 3 days and called back. It took the person I now spoke with 15 min to find my order and info, once he did I was informed that everything was there and I would again receive the info that day. I received the new order info but still no return shipping info. About a week later I received my replacement headlights and again one was damaged! Luckily my mechanic was able to mount it.

I again called customer service and let them know what happened just so they were informed and maybe rethink the way the parts are packaged and shipped. The agent didn't even acknowledge my comment and again told me I would be receiving an email with return info, but then told me there was a note in my file saying that "the parts weren't worth returning". Overall I am very dissatisfied with this company and will not be a return customer nor recommend them nor will my mechanic.

I don't know if I just got lucky, but my experience was much different than most on here. I ordered two parts. They were the lowest price I found anywhere online, or in stores. My parts did come in two shipments, with one item arriving 4 days after ordering, and the second arrived a week after I ordered; this was with the standard shipping method/speed (they note on the site that items may come in separate shipments, so this was not a surprise to me). So, I can't attest to how efficient they are with overnight or next day...

But the parts I ordered weren't keeping me from driving, just cosmetic repairs, so it wasn't an issue for me. My parts arrived in pristine condition, and packed well. They were both the correct parts that I ordered. I never had contacted Customer Service, I placed my order online, and made sure I knew, for myself, what part I was needing, before looking for it on the site to ensure I got what I needed. If you do your due diligence as a consumer before purchasing from this site, I feel you should have a good experience. (FYI- carparts.com is the exact same as autopartswarehouse.com, just at a much lower price point. If you do some searching around, you'll see for yourself).

Called the company and was told they would ship a replacement and was told that I would only have to ship back the damaged one if I received An email requesting to. I'm thinking great.

I received the second one and that one too was broken. Called again, I was asked to send photos to confirm the damage, and once they received the photos they would make a decision as to whether or not they would replace. Well no response so I called again, was told they would follow up on Monday and would email me the solution. Still waiting. Another phone call, I have now asked for a refund. They told me they don't want me to send the parts back, it will take 7 to 10 days for a refund. I've requested a confirmation email with these details but have not received it as of yet and the car parts are sitting on my kitchen counter.

Next stop to the bank to request my credit card company's assistance with regards to my refund. I am not paying Any shipping to return these parts, if the company wants them back, they will have to send me a prepaid shipping label to get them back. Tried to save a $100 but it's not worth all this trouble. This process has sucked a month out of my life and my car is not had the repair fixed as of yet. For the most part, CarParts does a good job with the right parts and shipping. However, customer service for warranty needs help. The problem is that warranty is open M-F. If you need warranty replacement on the weekend, the agents will take the order and have you call in Monday to warranty to have the charges reversed. Warranty line certainly will help, but my case they credited the wrong order # and credited a lesser amount. Here starts the problem, in that they don't have a billing/credit department, so the agents don't know what to do. Ask for supervisor? Well I did, was told the first time to return the warranty part to get credit, which makes no sense short of it takes care of the problem on their end but leaves you without the warranty replacement. Hopefully CarParts will see this review - suggest that they setup a Customer Advocate Team, like so many other companies have.

Well come to find out it's sitting in my city 2 days later with a missing apt number, so result, I'm still waiting on my part 6 days later, and they put a restriction on part so I couldn't even go to UPS and pick up my part. Thirty-dollar charge for overnight, their cure for their mistake was a $6.95 refund on shipping which I never received, and they are charging me $27.95 for regular ground shipping for a hose. INSANE!!! I paid 31 dollars before for 2-19 tires to be delivered. Where do they come up with these prices? Whenever you deal with a Middle Eastern call center for a company, be sure it raises red flags. You will get nowhere.

Apparently, 30 dollars means a lot due to the fact they can't even compensate the shipping for a mistake they made. Do not use this company. Had I read these complaints before, I wouldn't have used them. I should have went with my first choice which was NextDayAuto.com. Their shipping was $6.95 for one to two days, and they had fewer complaints. I learned my lesson - just pay the extra part cost with a reputable company. In my case, I should have just went to dealership. I would have still came out ahead with their double-priced parts.

I just checked the site again, after I was contacted by the customer service department that my survey review was incorrect and I was wrong. I checked again and every Coolant reservoir on carparts.com for a 2002 Ford Taurus is incorrect for my make and model. I even used my VIN and was given OE 1F1Z8A080AA, when the OE is 1F128A080AA, it should be 2 not Z. IN FACT doing a search on carparts.com for OE 1F128A080AA shows NO results: An exact match couldn't be found for your 2002 Ford Taurus SE 6 Cyl 3.0L 1F128A080AA.

I was easily able to find the correct part on another parts site within minutes, already had it delivered and I installed it last week. I trusted that the information I was getting from the site was accurate since that is what that site is for, which now I have found it is not and cannot be trusted when using the filter titles Select your Vehicle and reading the pop up that claims Guarantee this part fits your vehicle. When I received the wrong part, the part their site said to order and was the right fit, I had to endure an extraneous and tedious return policy, including submitting a dissertation on why I needed to return it, and the ridiculous restock charge. Every step of using this site and getting an incorrect part returned has been mechanical and ungrateful.

Lesson learned, never again. They got my money for the part, they got my restock fee and they got their part back. Looks like carparts.com was the big winner, as I lost out on 3 extra days of an unmovable car and had to shell out another $37 for the correct part. Now I know to not trust any site that offers a Parts Fit guarantee. Oh and just as an FYI from a customer service standpoint, I have received emails referring to me as MR WOMAN'S NAME from their CS team. Also the greeting in the last email states Good FIRST LAST as the greeting. The email about the return also requested I reply to said email with tracking number once shipped. I did this and it was promptly returned as an UNMONITORED mailbox and to send to another email. This type of attention to detail just confirms that I made the wrong decision ordering from carparts.com in the first place.

After placing an order for a much needed item, we waited and tracked the item. Turns out they shipped the item to Indiana instead of New Jersey. That being said, the shipping and handling cost were very expensive for a fairly cheap and small item. My wife called and asked what was going on and remind them that this was an emergency. We got a call center overseas and a young woman who told my wife that she gave the wrong shipping info. Of course this angered my wife because we got 2 confirmation emails showing we sent the proper address. The young woman then said my wife should call FedEx and figure out what went wrong.

My wife told her it was the Carparts.com who messed up and they should call. The woman then said to my wife, "Don't talk to me like that and tell me what to do." Well, of course, my wife got infuriated and demanded a manager and put me on the phone before she blew up. Did I get a manager? No! I got another young lady claiming to be a supervisor and she said there were no managers there. This was after a 30minute hold time. While speaking with this young woman and explaining everything that went on including the bad service of the first person, she kept saying nothing to help the situation, but only that she can check things the next day and investigate. Mind you, we still need the product.

I gave many options. I said I didn't want to try to take them for a ride, please just resend the item, expedite it, refund my shipping and handling since they messed up and keep the cost of the product. She didn't want to do that because she thought the product wasn't really sent to Indiana and maybe FedEx sent the wrong tracking number. She would accept no solution until I said give me my money back. This was over a 2-hour conversation. She got so upset that I would let her do what she wanted to do. Yet she couldn't understand the fact that they had My Money and now My Product lost in the wilderness. So she started crying over the phone and refunded the money.

The next day I sent an email to the company explaining all of this. Their simple answer was "sorry for the problem, you got your money back so you should be fine, please leave feedback in this survey." An obvious, form letter that was never looked in to by a manager. Not to mention, I Still Want And NEED the Product. I would have expected a personal apology with some options to rectify the issue. Such as either them shipping out another item for free and expedite it, or ship another item for the cost minus the shipping and handling and still expedited. They offered Nothing. Bad company with a call center staff not trained to handle situations like this. Also a management staff who doesn't care enough to send a personal letter and fix the situation. It is understandable that this is most likely a drop ship type of company. But in order to avoid bad reviews such as this, they really need to step up and be willing to fix problems like this.

11:24:55 AM EST Bryan: If this takes 2-9days before I ships.. I really want a refund.. I cannot wait two weeks for this to arrive
11:25:12 AM EST Lorgie: Be advised that this order was placed yesterday. Allow us 24-48 business hours to process your order and you will be notified via email once the order ships out. I understand Sir but 2-9 business days includes processing and delivery day. Most probably this part will be ship out tomorrow.
11:27:21 AM EST Bryan: If I would have ordered this from JC Whitney, it would have shipped same day and I would have it tomorrow.. not shipping tomorrow.. I'm not pleased with this service.
11:27:42 AM EST Lorgie: Would there be anything else that I can help you with?
11:28:06 AM EST Bryan: No but I won't be doing any more business with your company, since you don't seem to be able to meet my needs today

11:28:17 AM EST Lorgie: Alright. Don't hesitate to chat with us again if you need anything else. Have a good day! Bye for now. Thanks.

    Pretty awful experience..

I ordered a part, and about 15 minutes later, I realized it was the wrong sub model. I immediately called to cancel my order. They said they couldn't cancel it as the warehouse had already marked it as sent. In 15 minutes? Then they said to wait until I received it to call for a return. Now they are charging me shipping (both ways) and a restocking charge. I will NEVER use this "company" again. They are cheats!

I ordered parts from their website on a Friday night after a breakdown on the road, thinking I had ordered the right parts. On Saturday, when I could look at the car, I found the parts I ordered were not the right ones. I got on their online chat and told the person I had to cancel the order. I was told there was no one in customer service and I would have to call on Monday. I was sent an email that my order was received, but could not be billed. I called on Monday to cancel the order... I was told they would try to cancel the order... TRY??? Well, the parts arrived 4 days later, and now I get customer service and they tell me they will take the parts back, but I have to pay shipping, and 10% restocking fee. I told them that if there was a way to cancel the order on their website, this could have been avoided... I'll pay the shipping, but not the 10% restocking. That seems to have been disregarded by them because they sent me an RMA number with a restocking fee.

I am going to send the parts back and never order from them again. I have found many posts of problems with this company on the web... too bad I didn't find them sooner... I have learned my lesson. I'll stick with the companies I use now (and I compared prices and my usual company is cheaper anyway). Carparts.com... you suck!

Oh, where to start? The part was defective, customer service is horrible, there’s lie after lie, and they will not issue a refund. I am about to give up after 3 months of calls and emails. What a bunch of jerks. I wish I had read the other bad reviews!

I purchased a transmission form Chavez Used Auto Parts for a 1999 Honda Accord, 4 cylinder engine. As soon as I filled out the order slip, they took the money out of my account and then it took them over a week to ship it to me. Upon receiving my order between them and UPS, some of the parts on my transmission was broken. I had to order a shifting solenoid which I paid $292 and the only thing they offered to give me $150. Then I paid a technician $700 to remove my old transmission and install the new one. Now the transmission still don't work properly. It won't go in second gear and it won't down shift when I come to a stop.

I also filed a compliant with UPS and they did a investigation over the phone but I can't get any answers from them either because I was the receiver when I'm the person that paid for the shipping. Frank is now telling me to send the transmission back and they will give me back my money that I paid for it. But I have to pay the technician to remove it and also pay for the shipping again. I feel that they should pay to have someone to just fix the transmission being they didn't properly Dyno test the transmission. I'm a soldier in the US Army with a family to feed and I don't have the money to keep going back and forth with them. The part suppose to have a 30-day warranty and was also supposed to be in excellent condition. Please help me resolve this issue because I'm ready to go to JAG and get a lawyer to take care of this problem.

I ordered a rear window regulator and a right rear window regulator from Shemies Co. LLC. They deducted $200 from my debit card about three or four weeks ago, and didn't send me anything. They removed the address, so I can't find a phone number to complain. Would you help me? My name is Ernie **. My number is **. I would appreciate any help you can give. Thank you.

We ordered a part a couple of weeks ago after having been told the part was in stock and would be delivered by a certain date. It took three calls (wasting a total of 2 hours of my life) to finally get to a point where I needed to cancel the order.

First, they said they just upgraded their system and that the new and old systems don't totally talk to each other (not the consumer's fault) but the part was on its way, although no tracking number could be found. Next, they still couldn't find the tracking number, the part hadn't been sent because the part wasn't in stock (We would not have ordered the part if they had told us it wasn't in stock). It just feels like they tell you want you want to hear and when that doesn't work, they lie

Like others, due to an item which was out of stock and on backorder, I cancelled my order online AND over the phone with a company representative. Nevertheless, the company went ahead and charged my card and shipped the unwanted item to me. This is just unacceptable and a HUGE waste of time and energy for me, for my credit card company and, ultimately for CarParts.com. I guess they hope that if they make cancellation difficult enough, people won't bother to follow up and will just let the charge sit on their credit card. I am so pissed at this company right now!

I ordered parts for my car at carparts.com. They changed my order without my approval, sent me a cheaper part without refund. They also recommended me to buy two parts instead of one but again did not refunded my sipping expenses. They do not bother to answer to my mailes.

    Carparts.com overcarged me $22.68
