The flowers I ordered and what arrived were nothing remotely close to one another - paid for a beautiful bouquet and what was delivered was a total of about 10 carnations. Despite what their site claims, they make no option of refund, replacement, or really anything at all. Numerous thing posted on their site make them sound like a great company to deal with, I now know that it's all lies. Basically I spent $50 for a bouquet worth very little money. Avoid this company!

Wish I had looked for reviews before ordering from Avas Flowers. Website made it look like it was a local florist, but it is not. Ordered a plant for same day delivery, but it was not delivered. When I called late in the day, I was told it would be delivered the next day, even though I had paid a higher delivery charge for same day service. The representative apologized and said he would give me a discount and assured me the plant would be delivered first thing the next morning. It still was not delivered by mid-day the next morning. When I called, I was told it would be delivered the next day! I said I wanted the order cancelled. The rep, again apologetically tried to persuade me not to cancel and said she would make sure it was delivered that afternoon instead of the next day. I insisted on cancellation. Received cancellation notice, now hoping my credit card really will be credited so I don't have to deal with that.

To re-state others’ comments, this is a call center purporting to be “local”, “family owned 30 years.” My order to a sick grandchild was never delivered. Finally, after their promise to reorder, blah, blah. And 5 phone calls thru a lengthy phone tree, I requested a refund, then another long song and dance. If I don’t receive a full refund, will report to as many consumer alerts as I can.

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday and specified they be there by 1pm. I get a confirmation email at 1:05 stating they were delivered then at 1:48 I get a text from the delivery driver who cannot find the business. States she can deliver them the following day or Monday. I said, "No that's past her birthday. I'll just get a refund." I called Avas and spoke with Alex who was argumentative and insisted the flowers were there. The delivery driver stated 2 different areas where she left the flowers and they were not at either area. It's a library annex beside the emergency services department who keep their door locked.
I asked 2 of the officers if any flowers were received in their dept. Both policemen state there wasn't and even looked for them. All the while I have Alex on the phone who states Nena the driver wouldn't lie. But 2 officers will??? Alex asked, "What do you want me to do?" Really??? I want a refund!!! I had to go to my bank and dispute the charges. I would NEVER use them again or recommend for anyone else to use them.

Ordered get well flowers at 3 pm EST and wanted them delivered locally the same day, yesterday. I was told even though the placed order said I could have same day delivery that it was not possible after I bought the flowers. It is now over 24 hours later and still no delivery. I have tried repeatedly to follow up on the delivery and the service helpline cannot even get the florist to respond to their calls to see where things stand. Pretty lame service and I can get this crappy service from ProFlowers... I thought they were a small, family owned business and cared about providing good service. I guess I was wrong. Avoid them like the plague.

Late delivery and the flowers were not delivered on time. They suck!!! Terrible customer support and never returned my call as promised when I called the fourth time to check on status. They should be shut down as they are scammers. Person I placed the order with seemed nice and helpful when taking the order but they did not follow through as promised.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers a week in advance for Valentine's Day, on Valentine's Day I got an email saying my flowers were delivered. Come to find out the flowers were never delivered, when I called the customer service number no one picked up and they said they had high call volume and to send an email. I sent an email and never got a response back. I've never dealt with a company like this, it's a scam! After reading other reviews I can't believe this company has not been shut down. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM AVAS FLOWERS!

I ordered flowers for our friend in Green Valley, Arizona and was promised delivery today (February 26, 2019), but the delivery was never made. I tried to call them and was disconnected three times - spoke to Jose and Diego they said their names were. Then I received two emails saying that the delivery was made, which was not true because our friend received nothing. Tomorrow I intend to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge made on my credit card. My advice to anyone thinking of using this company is to not do it and find a reputable florist instead.

This has been the worst experience EVER. I ordered flowers for my daughter to be delivered to her new job. She never received them because Avasflowers.com is nothing more than a call center for florists. They make upwards of 35% for their "service." My daughter got a voicemail that the florist was trying to deliver her flowers... However, Avas got the address wrong 5 times... FIVE TIMES. They lied about contacting the florist (who I contacted personally from the voicemail that was left on my daughter's phone). And the florist had had no contact other than the emails she sent. Avas flowers had the audacity to offer me an upgrade and $20 dollars to "make it right." It should have been right the first time... Negative 50 stars!!!

Ordered 12 yellow roses for my Sister after she had to put her 18 year old dog down. Order was delivered a day late and was uneven, and they were not consistent, some were completely open and not fresh. Others were just barely OK. Wasted $100.00. Avas was unwilling to replace.

Never purchase flowers from avasflowers.net. They have a very professional and pretty webpage which says they have 5 star service. It is actually the opposite! We ordered flowers for our daughter (who is the victim of a abusive marriage that she finally was able to obtain a divorce) and received a confirmation they were being delivered by 7pm on Feb. 14th (Valentine's day). No delivery! Trying to make contact via website, phone and email was hopeless with the same reply of "no information available.” I finally got an answer via phone today (2/25) and the guy kept apologizing and offering me to deliver the same flowers now (11 days late) plus $10.00 off my next order, then $20.00 off then 10% discount on top of it.
He was assuming I would do business with them again. No way am I doing business with these people ever again. He kept putting me on hold between each step but would not let me speak to a supervisor because they were busy. Finally...Because of my persistence, got him to refund my money but never did give me a supervisor. He wanted me to call back to talk to them! Are you kidding me? He finally agreed to have them call me back. 1 hour no call yet! Do not do business with these people and if you do be ready for the runaround and extremely lousy service!

I paid over $100 for flowers that were never delivered. I called and was told that they would look into it and call me back. A week later and no call. When I call now and put in my order number, a message comes on and says they were delivered and they are still “looking into it.” I dont even get a live person anymore. The flowers were to be delivered to my 4 year old granddaughter who was in the hospital. The hospital staff even went out of their way to search for the flowers all over the hospital to be sure they did not get delivered somewhere else. NOPE. Avas Flowers LIED. They took my money and lied. They are the worst kind of crooks hiding behind a computer. The only recourse I have is to cancel the charge. I want to warn anyone else. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!

Avas advertises on their website FREE DELIVERY. Beware, as this is disguised as a "SERVICE FEE" at 39% of the purchase price. Paid $45. for an arrangement, and not informed about the service fee until the very last checkout screen of $18. Order placed online prior to noon, as they advertise delivery the same day. My order was to be delivered to a business today Friday, and they called to say the arrangement cannot be delivered until Monday. I asked to have the service fee reduced 50%, and the most they would discount it was 10%. Unacceptable! Canceled the order.

I ordered a small jar with flowers for my mother in law's birthday. It said they cost $34 total and when I submitted the payment it said $34.19 & it said it would send me a confirmation, but it never did nor did the flowers arrive. I looked at my bank statement and they made two charges of $58 on my account!?! I called and spoke to a lady who barely knew any English and she said there was nothing she could do except give me $10 credit... I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said... Wait for it... “We don’t have any supervisors here ma'am. Goodbye,” and hung up on me. Called my bank and getting this taken care of but please don’t order from this company unless you want to be majorly scammed.

I ordered a very large $110 bouquet for my wife and right after I ordered, they emailed me and said the bouquet was not available so they would send an upgrade. My wife received a box in the mail four days late that had four flowers in it. I emailed to complain and they said they may have overcharged me so they refunded me $21. I argued that she did not receive a $90 bouquet! They then told me that I didn't complain within 24 hours of delivery so I was out of luck. She received them on Tuesday morning and I sent the email complaining within HOURS of the delivery. What a scam!

Ordered a $54 Dollar Valentine's day arrangement to be delivered to my wife's office. Total cost, $87.00. First delivery was horrific. Roses in full bloom, flowers were brown around at the edges. It arrived unwrapped and exposed to the elements. Much smaller than what was depicted on the website. The AVAS vendor was actually Yellow Rose of Granger, IN. I called them directly because AVAS didn't answer their phone-- called 3x and after being on hold for 15 minutes-- they dropped my call.
Anyway, Yellow Rose said they would deliver a new arrangement the following Monday since they'll have fresher flowers. What they delivered was crap. The flowers were NOT fresh. The arrangement had substitutions, and it wasn't wrapped either. I have been trying to get a refund since then. AVAS wants pictures--not able to since my wife works in a very secure facility and camera phones are not permitted. Stay clear of both Yellow Rose and AVAS. Terrible product and service.

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day at her office and they were never delivered. I attempted numerous times to contact them but they only talk to people placing orders. They promised to call back 4 times with 30 minute time shots which they never did. After being on hold for 3 hours they stated only thing they could do is give me a 10 dollar credit toward my next order. Do not order anything from this place. Just read all the other complaints. Wish I would have first.

I ordered a birthday bouquet for my mother in law. We added a birthday card and balloon. When I arrived to my MIL's house later, I discovered she did not receive her $8 balloon nor the card. The arrangement looks nothing like the picture! Stay away, what a joke. They offered me a $10 store credit, like I'm ever going to order from them again. I paid $90 for something I could have picked up in the cooler section at Kroger.

On February 11, 2019, my sweet Husband took to the world wide web to order flowers for me for Valentines Day. Unfortunately for both of us he came across Avas Flowers. He saw a beautiful bouquet with balloons and decided to order those for me. He was so excited, it was the first time in 12 years he had been able to do this for me. He told me about them on the 13th, that I should be expecting them at work. As I waited for them all day on Valentines day I started to get concerned around 3:30pm when they hadn't shown up. He tried to call them and was put on hold for over 20 minutes.
As I started to research the company to my dismay I learned they were not a florist here in Arkansas, they were actually just some call center in New Jersey who took orders and tried to have them filled at a much cheaper rate than what they charged. I sent email after email to them asking for a refund. Finally on February 19, 11 days after my husband had placed his order a gentleman show up at my work with "Valentines Flowers". They were nothing like what my Husband had ordered. No beautiful Purple vase, no balloons. I refused the balloons, who wants them at this point. But they refuse to give us a refund. My husband paid them $126 for flowers that were never correctly delivered. Please stay away from this company!! they are not a Florist. You will be very disappointed.

My college son googled LOCAL flowers and Avas made it sound as if they were located near his girlfriend’s college. They advertised same day delivery if ordered before 2pm. Given that he ordered on Valentine’s Day, we were not surprised to get a response stating that if they couldn’t get them to arrive on the 14th they would be guaranteed to be delivered on the 15th. He ordered $126 worth of flowers and gifts for his girlfriend at 12:35 on Valentine’s Day thinking they would be delivered on Valentine’s Day or on the 15th the latest. It is now the 20th. She has not received her flowers or gifts yet. However, my credit card was charged almost immediately. Now they are offering to redeliver a week late! My son’s girlfriend is brokenhearted and I will not be recommending a AVAS to anyone??? They should be redelivering for FREE with an apology note!

I ordered flowers for my grandmother for Valentine's day and spent $79.99 for the Floral Harmony bouquet and another $6.99 for a balloon. When my grandmother received the order, she immediately sent me a picture and it looked like a $10 bouquet from the grocery store and not to mention, the balloon was FLAT. I was VERY disappointed and emailed Avas Flowers right away for a complete refund and they issued me a $15 refund that is nowhere near what I paid. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM AVAS FLOWERS! THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!

Avas Flowers will take your money, then submit your order to a real florist near to the recipient, making sure that they keep some of your money for themselves. It is always better to directly telephone a real florist. Real florists have a network with each other all over the country. Avas Flowers is an online company that cleverly poses as a local florist. They are just the middleman taking advantage of people. You will waste money buying thru them. Their customer service is worse than non-existent because they will lie to you. It took me a lot of time & effort to get to the bottom of their lies. One of their customer service agents accidentally let it slip who the local florist was & I contacted them directly.
I learned that Avas Flowers messed up the order by failing to use the full customer name. But they took the money, alright. I had to make numerous phone calls over several days to learn that. Meanwhile, again & again, Avas Flowers lied to me that they had received confirmation from the local florist that the delivery had been made. Because I was able to personally talk to the local florist, I learned that Avas Flowers was telling me bold-faced lies.

I ordered a sympathy basket based on the advertised sale prices and free same day delivery. They emailed me a day later saying they needed an additional $26 to deliver the order or they could ship boxed flowers to the funeral home. Don't use this service - difficult to reach someone and it's unacceptable that they advertise free delivery but then want more money after they send an email saying that the flowers are on the way.

I am so unhappy with my purchase. I chose the "as shown" option instead of small, just in case, so there wouldn't be any surprises. However, when the flowers arrived it was NOT what was "shown". The photo clearly shows a lovely bouquet of at least 8 roses that I can count from the photo, plus LOTS of other little filler flowers and green leaves. I ordered the Vivid Violet and White for your reference. What my daughter received for her birthday was a sad looking attempt at a bouquet with four (4) roses and a few filler flowers and a bunch of green leaves. I feel like, since I was far away from the store and ordering online and since it was for someone other than myself I was taken advantage of. The "as shown" flowers were $68, so I spent $99 in total with the three (3) balloons I added on, it was a horrible set up. I WILL NEVER USE AVAS FLOWERS AGAIN. DON'T GET SCAMMED FROM AVAS FLOWERS LIKE I WAS.

I ordered the flowers on 2/14/2019 and finally received them on 2/18/2019. Was told that they would be delivered on 2/14/2019 and not to worry. When I tried to call to find out if they was going to be delivered kept getting hung up on. Then they was finally delivered and they was half dead and looked like they was stuffed in a trunk. I will never use this company again. They did offer a 10% discount after numerous complaints. What a joke!!!

I am a small business owner and do my best not to give a bad review but this time I have to. I order 5 arrangements for the ladies in my office to be delivered on Feb 14th by 5pm. 1 of the five was delivered on Thurs (14th). I called and was told the others were out for delivery. Fri (15th) 1 was delivered. I called again and could not reach anyone. Automated system said I had to have a callback but then said no callbacks were available. I called the sales department and they were able to provide me with a direct line with the customer service department. I was continually told they were out for delivery. I finally got a young lady on the phone that told me 1 arrangement was sent to one designer and the other 4 were sent to another one and it was possible they thought it was duplicate orders. She contacted the designer and said that is what happened even though they all had a different order number.
I was again told they would be delivered on Fri (15th). Monday (18th) still three missing. I called again and was told they would be delivered that day. Tuesday (19th) still no delivery at 1pm so I called again and was told that they would be delivered today or I could call back for a refund. The arrangement that was delivered on Thursday was dead by Monday and had to be thrown out and none of the arrangements delivered were what I ordered. After approx. nine calls and five days late they were all delivered. I spent $225 and was given $65 store credit for my troubles. Also the automated phone system encouraged you to email Avas Flowers for a faster response. Well I'm still waiting to hear back from my emails. I would definitely not recommend using this company.

Ordered large arrangement for wife and daughters on the morning of 2/14/19 as Avas advertised "Same Day Delivery". Delivery didnt show and couldn't get customer service on the phone. Next day (2/15) still couldn't get anyone on the phone - as I returned from work, received a text that order had been delivered and signed for by my wife. Well, no it hadn't...called again and couldn't get anyone on the phone. Finally, the morning of the 16th, I spoke to customer service and they said it was signed for by my wife. So, I was told they would have to speak with the local shop that made the delivery (they wouldn't tell me who that was) and they would get back with me. I waited all day and heard nothing.
Called them again and got the same story, the local shop had not returned their call and they would not issue a refund for the order ($117) because it was delivered and signed which is nothing but a lie. After a couple of heated arguments, I hung up and filed a complaint with the BBB of New Jersey first thing this morning. So, my doorbell rings this afternoon and it's a delivery from a local shop and it was the original order which looked like a child put it together. Needless to say, I refused it and sent it away. About an hour later, I received a call from Avas asking, me if I would like another order or a full refund. Refund moron!!! So, I get an email confirmation for a full refund. Not sure what triggered but we'll see if it goes through. Another needless to say, Avas Flowers is extremely shady! And from what I've learned over the past 48 hours, I wouldn't order flowers from anyone but a local shop.

This is the worst experience I have ever had regarding flower delivery. I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and they were never delivered yet I was charged for the flowers. Customer service is a joke. You get transferred multiple times and never get an answer or any type of resolution. I have also tried to email “customer service” that consists of outsourcing and the email was returned saying the address was undeliverable. Do not ever use this company. I am currently waiting to get a response from the Better Business Bureau because these people suck.

I found Avas Flowers when I googled flower delivery. It was the only flower shop that said they could deliver flowers for Valentine’s Day. I ordered one dozen roses to be delivered the next day to my mom. The day after Valentine’s Day I called my mom to see if she received the flowers because the tracking number I received said info not available. She had not received them. She also asked me who I ordered them through and when I told her Avas, she said she had a similar experience when sending flowers to my aunt a couple weeks ago. I tried calling and could not get through to a person.
I sent an email asking them to cancel my order. The response I received said someone had made contact with me to say my flowers were not available but that an upgraded version of two dozen roses would be sent when available. No one ever made contact with me regarding this. I replied to the email that I do not want the flowers and to refund my money. Today, five days after I placed the order I received an email from ups with a tracking number for flowers being sent to my mom. I will be disputing this charge and my mom will not accept delivery when they arrive. This company is completely shady. Do not use them.

Valentine's Day Disappointment. Paid for a Valentine's Day delivery for my daughter and it still hasn't arrived, it's February 18th. I wouldn't have ordered from them, but they posed as a local florist, apparently New Jersey is close to Dallas. I'm sure they could care less because I'll never see them. Companies doing business like this are a disgrace, taking money for a product they don't provide and not offering to rectify a situation when they don't deliver. I'm sure they will just move on to the next victim, don't let it be you. Do yourself a favor and find a local florist.

Don't do business with this company! Ordered a bouquet off the internet for husband and Valentine’s Day. Should of had at least 6 red roses and 6 carnations with filler. What he received was 5 carnations and three pitiful roses and one stem of baby's breath all for $71.00. I could have gone to Safeway and gotten twice the bouquet for this price! Lesson learned. You cannot get a hold of these people either via internet, phone call, or automated return call. Have tried for days. Filed with credit card company and getting my money back. I would have settled for half off but they do not return calls etc. Rip off!

2 dozen red roses ordered 2/13/19 for overnight delivery for Valentine’s Day. Flowers arrived today 2/18 and in horrible condition. More petals in the box than on the flowers. Flowers look weeks old. Contacted customer service and was told to fill old survey.

Do not use them at all. They never were able to keep their promised delivery date, and they don't tell you what would be the date to deliver your flowers. You call them, they don't take calls. They don't send you email updates either if they have a delay. Their flowers get delivered to you multiple days later and they don't even apologize.

I ordered a dozen Rose arrangement for my fiance for Valentine's Day, the arrangement my fiance was sent, was not what I paid for. I was supposed to get a dozen roses with White little buds, an upgraded red vase, with a white ribbon on it. Two of the roses has she received were wilted already, I did not get the red upgraded face, and there was no ribbon on the vase either. I spent over $150 on this arrangement, it should have been perfect for the money I spent on it. I've been sending her flowers for the last seven years, and this was the worst experience I have had yet. I should have read the reviews first, I would have never ordered from this place if I had. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!

This florist is a scam. Internet search made me believe they had a shop in my mother's city. They promise beautiful arrangements, but deliver trash flowers. Ordered my mother a beautiful arrangement of lime green, pale pink, and mulberry colored flowers in a vase with a beautiful ribbon. Got junk flowers in a bag with water hung on the door. The flowers were white, pale pink, and lavender and not even cut for an arrangement. Not even close to what ordered. Mother said they didn't go together. Why would I spend $70 for trashy flowers? Manager promised me she would replace flowers with exact arrangement the next day. Never happened. They will only refund $20. Doubt that will really happen. Have spent countless hours trying to resolve this. You have been warned!

I ordered flower on 02/13/2019 from Avas Flower and the order is filled immediately and it stated the flower will be delivered by 7pm of 02/14/2019. Request Delivery On: Thu, 02/14/2019 before 7PM. We waited and waited and did not see the flower or any call from them. On Saturday 04/16/2019, I received an email that says the flower was delivered successfully. as the following: "Your order was successfully delivered! ACTUAL DELIVERY DATE: 02/16. ACTUAL DELIVERY TIME: 01:04 PM US/Central. Not home. Left door tag."
I checked and there is nothing at the door. I called the phone number: 877-638-3303. The contact existing order option 2 is always busy and can never be reached. So I select the option 1 which is for the new order and get connected right away. I complained to the guy about the order, he said he will connect me to the customer service which is option 2. And I waited there forever and did not get through. Left a call back number. They said they will call back but never did.
On 02/18/2019 around 10am, I finally get through the customer service, the guy told me the flower is delivered on 02/16/2019 as I received the confirmation from the email. I went outrageous, told him we never get anything from them. And he said the driver also called the number I left on the phone, which is a lie, 'cause there is no calling record from any number at these time. The guy call himself Tony promised he will call me back, but he never did. By the way, before I made the order, I checked their website for the reviews, very positive. Not until I tried to write a bad review on their website that I realized that the customer reviews are subject to their review and they will filter out the bad reviews. No wonder they have such high reviews on their site.

I ordered two days in advance of delivery. The bouquet was delivered on time... But the specified flowers (tulips) were not sent. The flowers sent were a cheap set of carnations and a rose and a lily. VERY disappointing to me and mostly to my wife... on Valentine's Day. On a call back I waited 20 minutes just to be told, "Leave a time and we'll call you back..." Twice I did this. No callbacks at the specified time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Negative stars is what they deserve. Actually they should be shut down. I ordered a bouquet to be sent to my niece on her sweet sixteen. The mess that arrived was not even close to what I ordered! They substituted carnations for roses. In what world is that an acceptable substitution??? According to "customer service" it was. They substituted little cheap grocery store filler flowers for the small roses too. It was awful. They sent me a message that the flowers had been delivered when they hadn't yet.
Hours later when they did arrive it looked like someone ran to Walmart, bought a cheap bouquet and stuffed it in a little tiny vase. Customer service offered me a balloon and $10 gift card to appease me. Seriously? As if I would EVER use them again! So stupid! I told the rude, arrogant, dismissive, smart ** customer service rep that was not acceptable. She asked what I feel would be acceptable. I told her to pick up the crap pile they delivered and bring her the flowers I ordered! (I didn't say crap because at this point I was furious.) Big surprise they couldn't do that because it was too late.
I really beg you to not use them! I'm not saying it out of spite, even though I find them deplorable. I'm asking you to not order because I don't want you to feel the same frustration, disappointment, and embarrassment I did. No one trying to do something thoughtful and nice deserves the kick in the shorts this company will deliver instead of a lovely arrangement. P.S. they are NOT a local mom and pop shop. They are a third party call center who couldn't care less and charge too much for garbage.

Never received the flowers that I ordered. Horrible customer service. No one knows their job and then you get transferred to unknown line that keeps you on hold for hours. They tell you, "We will return your call", never received any call from Avas Flowers. They give fake names every time you call. No one can help. I want my money back. Please credit my account back. I never received the product I purchased from Avas. I have never had such a horrible experience with a so called company. Still waiting for my money. Never received the flowers. Very rude when they actually answer then it's back on hold for hours again. Then the system they have just hangs up on you. So repeat again, same result every time. No help from Avas' staff. They are very good at not helping their customers and giving them the runaround. That's about all they're good at. Still waiting for my money. I have all my receipts. Buyer beware of this company.

I was sent flowers the day before Valentine's Day as a surprise. They called and told me they wouldn't be able to deliver them and asked me if I could pick them up. I told them no and I had no idea what they were talking about so they said they would bring them the next day. Needless to say they ruined the surprise and my guy friend was pissed about that. Once I received the flowers it was just a bunch of flowers crammed in a very small vase and water was leaking everywhere. I called customer service and of course they were busy and promised a callback by 8:30. After not receiving a callback by 8:30 I called 3 times only to get hung up on.
After calling a 4th time and indicating on the automated line that I wanted to order flowers I was able to speak to someone and once I got someone on the line they put me on hold then hung up. After about 5 tries I got a guy named Paul on the phone. He listened but also told me he could not help me that I would need to call back the next morning. I called the next and was put on hold for over 20 minutes then was hung up on.
I called again and finally spoke with someone after being on hold for about 13 minutes. She said she would forward my complaint to her manager. I explained to her about the service, quality of the flowers and how he had ordered a card for $4 and I didn't even receive it. She asked me to send a picture of the flowers to their email and they would give me a callback. I sent the email while we were on the phone and still have not received a callback. Needless to say they sent him an email saying that was they saw reached their guidelines and sorry there was nothing that could be done. Very unprofessional and poor service. I would NEVER advise anyone to order from them. $108.00 wasted!

Same experience as others. Flowers were to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Arrived the evening of February 15. Customer service is impossible to reach and at some point you will be disconnected. When I finally got through Sunday morning, multiple agents cited a policy buried in their website. All agents are very well coached and it's obvious they've been trained to deflect customers. They also will not elevate the issue. Pure scam business. Oddly similar to telemarketing credit card scams. Placed charge in dispute with Discover.

Ordered arrangement on Saturday, Feb. 9th. Delivered on Sunday, Feb. 10th. Delivery person didn’t ring doorbell, just left on porch. Monday, Feb. 11th friend texted picture of arrangement received. Not at all as pictured in website. Contacted Avas Flowers via their contact form and by phone with pictures of arrangement. Received an email from them on Tuesday, Feb. 12th offering 10% off and $10 store credit. I emailed them later that day declining their offer and wanted a replacement arrangement sent. Received an email later stating that a delivery was made. Checked with my friend, she said no new delivery made. Contacted Avas Flowers daily via email (response to their email offer) and by phone.
I finally get in touch with customer service vis phone on Saturday, Feb. 16th. Customer service representative said, “The arrangement received is as website picture. It contains the same “recipe” of flowers as the website. This case is closed as the $10 store credit has been applied to your account. I am looking at it as we speak!” I said, “The 10% has not been applied to my credit card and I have declined this offer and asked for a replacement arrangement as stated in your customer satisfaction policy. I requested a replacement arrangement within 24 hours as indicated in your policy! I am not satisfied with the arrangement as well as the delivery service! I have been patient in trying to rectify this issues and have gotten ignored all week. I would like $30 off my credit card bill because I will not be ordering from this company again!” She offered $20 off of my credit card. I declined and told her I will be disputing my charge.

On Valentine’s Day, I received an email saying that an arrangement had been delivered to me, but it had not. I called Avas and was told to call back, as everyone was busy with calls. I received the arrangement the next day and was told that the delivery man had gotten sick and couldn’t finish deliveries the day before. I shouldn’t have, but I accepted the delivery. I didn’t realize until I looked at Avas’ website and saw that what my husband had ordered was not what I received. I wish my husband had looked at reviews before ordering, but he thought he was buying from a local florist. This is understandable because Avas comes up first in a Google search of local florists. We will never deal with Avas again. They are not trustworthy and certainly are unethical. Expensive lesson learned.

I placed an online order for Valentine's Day for an arrangement to be delivered to my daughter at her job. She lives in NYC. I followed up with a phone call where I spoke to Manny a customer service rep to make sure they would be delivered by 5:30 pm and I would pay extra if need be. He assured me they would be delivered. Well it is now February 16th and still no flowers. They never called me or emailed me to say they were not delivered. I have tried to get through to customer service to no avail and my emails did not go through. This has been a nightmare... I would never ever use this unprofessional inconsiderate florist. At this point I feel like I have been stuck up... Scammed online . I hope others read this before they have a horrible experience.

I’m reading a lot of bad reviews on here that describe my experience. They promised delivery on Vday. Then I get an invoice that expected delivery two days after. Called 5 or 6 times and it prompted me for a return phone call the next day. When I finally got a hold of a customer support person they put me on hold and then they marked the ticket resolved. I ordered them on Wednesday the 13th and it’s Saturday the 16th. Still no flowers. Honestly, it’s not worth it to me to keep trying. It’s been an expensive lesson learned that I hope to prevent any of you from even trying.

I spent $142 on February 13th to have roses delivered on February 14th. After I submitted my order I received an email that said they would not be able to deliver until the 15th because that particular Arrangement was not available at that time but could deliver on the 15th. I called back and spend another $141 for another Arrangement that was supposedly available and could be delivered on the 14th.
Every time you call the number to talk to someone they transfer you to an automated system that tells you all people are busy and the computer says type in your number for call back. After you type in the number it says call back is not available. Every time you call it's at least 15 minutes wait before anyone picks up from the first number and same wait time for a computer on the second number. I called another florists to send an arrangement the day after Valentine's Day. Avas flowers is an absolute 100% scam. It's a company based out of New Jersey. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from Avas Flowers. Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day delivery. Received email confirmation that flowers were delivered. They were not. Then received a text later that they were just delivered. They were not. We received a phone call at 6:30 from the driver trying to deliver the flowers. My wife and everyone in the office had already left for the day. Tried for 3 days (including Valentine's Day) to call Avas, but couldn't get through. When I finally got through, I spoke to an unsympathetic person over the phone (he must have been receiving these types of calls all day) who would only offer a partial refund - but couldn't tell me how much. Buyer beware! Order flowers from Avas at your own risk.

Ordered Valentine flowers on 2/13/19 for 2/14/19 and they were not delivered. I checked status again and it now read to be delivered 2/15/19. It wasn't. Status now says will deliver 2/16/19. We'll see. I tried calling but stayed on an eternal wait. Finally gave up. They offer a call me back option but after confirming my number it said that service was unavailable. They offer free delivery but add a service fee, in my case $29. If I cancel or return my purchase I am still charged for the $29 service fee, plus they can charge you a 50% restocking fee. Obviously I will never do business again.

If I could give Avas Flowers zero stars, I would. I ordered flowers for my uncle's memorial service with very clear instructions on the church, the time of the service and when they should arrive. I ordered the flowers 36 hours in advance. They arrived 3 hours after the service concluded!! I should have found these reviews ahead of time and would never have used this company. I plan to dispute the charges and will find every website I can to review them with as few stars as I can.

My husband called Avas flowers on February 13 and asked if one dozen yellow roses could be delivered to me at work that day. He was told that they could fill his request for yellow roses, and that they would arrive at my workplace in 2-3 hours. When he double checked that they knew the address, he was told yes, they knew right where we were. The roses never showed up that day, and he was disappointed when I came home empty handed. The next day he told me that he had ordered something for me for Valentine's Day, and asked me to call to see if it was there. I was more than a little annoyed as I was not scheduled to work that day, or the next, and it would mean having to drive 40 miles round trip to pick up my gift, and I really had other things to do. But he was so disappointed that I decided to just do it.
As it turned out, there was no need, and it was a good thing I called, because they never arrived on the 14th either. David called and was told "they're on the truck, and will be there in 2-3 hours". Sound familiar? So now it's the 15th, and I call my work and leave a message to call if they come in. Dave calls Avas again, is put on hold for about 15 minutes, and gets cut off. Now he's more mad than disappointed. So I take the numbers and come home because he's also trying to work while dealing with this nonsense.
I call, finally get someone, who "checks", and tells me, and you can't make this up... "They're on the truck and will be there in 2-3 hours". I tell him we've heard this before, and that we just want a refund. He says he can't do that because they are "already on the truck, and being delivered", but that they have credited us $19.80 for our inconvenience. Where they came up with that amount I have no idea, but they had charged us $99.09 for the roses, so that still leaves $79.29 for flowers we still haven't gotten. I checked with the bank who told me to file a dispute with the company, and if that isn't resolved they would take it from there. I emailed them, and a few hours later got a call from work that the roses had arrived.
So I drove the 40 miles round trip to pick them up, and boy am I glad I did. There was a box, with a vase, and two dozen faded pink roses (2 doz since they apparently didn't have yellow after telling Dave they did) with a vase. I figured they'd be in tubes with a little water... NO, just 2 dozen poor sad faded roses with bare stems in a box that had presumably been shipped 3 days earlier. There was also a card which he dictated, and they totally screwed up. "Happy valentine day I love you soooo much, aLL my best days." What??? How about a capital V on Valentine(s) day, and days??? Um...maybe DAVE??? I brought the roses home, put them in warm water with flower food, and hope they rally enough to get a couple of days out of them. And...we will NEVER order from AVAS again. (Nor will anyone at the bank, the store I work at, the store Dave works at, or anyone we encounter).

Ordered Valentine's Day flowers. Never delivered. Their Website has wonderful star ratings which is FALSE if you google their true ratings online (I unfortunately believed their false ratings displayed on their website, and it wasn't until later I discovered how bad they are really). All their website's "Contact us" links do not work. You will be unable to reach them in a timely manner on the phone (they don't answer, or they put you 'On Hold' and forget you, or they say they will call you back but never will). AVOID THEM! SCAMMERS! Then they will only give store credit... I'm fighting for a refund and contacting my credit card company.

ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE THEY REQUIRE IT TO SUBMIT!!! I called the day before Valentine's Day, after searching for a 'florist in Pasadena, CA'. I should have known to hang up when it took about 25 rings to get an answer, but unfortunately I did not. My first question was 'am I in time to get flowers delivered tomorrow?' The girl on the other end of the phone assured me there was plenty of time. I ordered an arrangement and even upgraded to candy and balloons. My wife is in Pasadena on business and I am in Riverside, so this was an important transaction for me. We got through the order and the woman asks what time my wife is off work so they get there in time? I tell her 3:30 pm, in order to be sure the flowers are there well before she is actually off at 6 pm. She says 'great, we will have them there by 2 pm.'
We complete the transaction and I get a confirmation email almost immediately with the order, an order number and other details on how to contact Avas. The next day I'm a little nervous when I don't get a confirmation by 2 pm, 3 pm, 4 pm or 5 pm. Finally, at 5:45 pm I get confirmation that the flowers were delivered at 5:36 pm. My wife calls me to say goodnight at 9:30 pm and I ask her about the flowers. Guess what? She never got any flowers! Her work location has multiple cameras so she has her night manager review video for the 1 in front and back of the time stated the flowers arrived. No surprise, they were never delivered.
I have tried the customer service number several times, only to be put on hold for about 8 minutes. Then I am told that the only way to get through to customer service is to schedule a call-back. The first time I ignore this hoping to get through, but after a few minutes the attendant voice says "sorry, I did not get your reply, goodbye" and hangs up. I call back and this time choose the call-back option. The automated voice says "sorry, call-back is not available at this time" and hangs up on me again! The people belong in jail, not out there taking our money and screwing up our events (funerals, memorials, weddings, etc). I hope someone gets as hot about this as I am so we can get someone arrested and have fraud charges filed. This is **.

I ordered for a flower bouquet with Red, White & You option and 6 balloons to be delivered to my girlfriend on the Valentine's Day as a surprise to her. I ordered well before time and she did not get the bouquet and balloons. Check Status reveals that it was delivered, but nobody received it. I tried to call the customer care (877-638-3303) like 5 times since yesterday. I even sent an email but I don't know where the bouquet and balloons are. My boyfriend ordered me flowers on V-day and it was suppose to be a surprise. Well 2 days later and still no flowers. I've checked the order online and it just says out for delivery but can give me a time or nothing. I've called customer service and I can't get ahold of no one. It says that I have to give a callback number and I do and it tells me that they can't call me back and hangs up on me. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and Valentine's day. Called all day on the day of delivery and kept getting hung up on. Called the next day and kept getting hung up on. I was looking for a local florist to deliver Valentine's Day flowers to my wife. I found Avas Flowers and they appeared to be a local florist in Livonia MI. So on 2/12/19 I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day 2/14/19. Now it's 2/15/19 and the flowers still have not delivered. I contacted their supposed customer service number yesterday afternoon as the flowers had not been delivered.
I got an automated system that kept telling me the flowers were out for delivery. Then when I tried to speak to a live person the system only had an option to have them call me back. But then when I selected that option - their system said the service was unavailable and then it said "Good Bye" and hung up on me. I consider myself internet savvy and I don't typically get taken by scams or bad companies. Unfortunately Avas Flowers got me as I was empty handed last night on Valentine's Day. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT LIKE GIVING YOUR MONEY TO CROOKS.

Ordered flowers for my daughter that were to be delivered between 8 am and noon the next day. I called back after 12:00 pm to ask about the status. I was told delivery doesn't begin until 11 am, so it was impossible for someone to advise me of that particular time slot. I reminded the gentlemen it was he that I spoke with. He hung up on me.
Called back 6 more times and was either hung up on or placed on hold. The last person I spoke with advised that my floral arrangement hadn't been picked up yet, and suggested I contact customer service. Customer service between my husband and I have hung up on us 6 times. They have charged our card $120 and I have no product, no status and no one at customer service taking phone calls. Scheduled delivery for Valentine's Day. The flowers never arrived, I called 2-15-2019 to see when delivery would take place. I was ok with the day after. The customer service lady said the order was cancelled and would not be delivered but I would be charged a service fee!!! A service fee for what??? I didn't get anything. She said it was policy and when I asked to speak to manager or supervisor she refused and said none were available. I said I would hold, she said no, that none were going to help. Very very rude and unprofessional! Never again will I use Avas and hope others reconsider using them.

Avas Flowers failed to deliver flowers ordered for Valentine's Day. E-mails sent went unresponsive and the phone automation just hangs up on you. They insist on utilizing a call back feature that just disconnects. I called as if I was placing an order and got Bill on the phone. When I told him I didn't get my order his response was "Wow" and pushed my call to the automated system. This company needs to be closed.

DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER COMPANY. Ordered a large Vase of Flowers on 2/4/19 to be delivered on Valentine's day for my gf. The flowers never showed up and in the evening I called their Customer Service Line and after 15 to 20 min on hold each time, got disconnected by their automated system. It said they are experiencing higher than normal call volume, please leave your number and we'll call you back.
Once you leave your number it said this system cannot perform this function at this time, and disconnects. I went through this 5 times yesterday, so like over 90 minutes hold time. I even called and selected a different option like I was ordering flowers. After 8 in I got a live person but they advised they could not assist me, I needed to call Customer Service and transferred me to the same dead end automated system. I tried contacting them again this morning, day after valentines day, and got same results twice. Finally had to dispute the charges with Credit card company. Worse experience I've ever had. Poor Phone System, Bad Customer Service.

When the order number is given, I am told that there is no further information available. I couldn't speak to a human being and was told that the "Call Back" feature was unavailable to me. I had the worst experience of my life. I scheduled to have flowers delivered 3 days in advance and I called to double check the day of and I was told they would be delivered within 4 hours. That afternoon I called because they were not delivered and they changed my delivery day to 2 day later. Then I tried to get back a hold of them after I was rudely hung up on me, for almost 2 hours then the rushed me off the phone and said the flowers would be delivered by the end of the day. They were not. Then I tried to cancel my order and they said they do not give refund. THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER DELT WITH. I gave them one star because there is no option for zero. I placed a order in the early morning of Valentine's day. I advised the person on the phone that I needed them delivered by a specific time. He told me that he would do his best. The flowers were never delivered. After calling them several times, I could not get through them on the phone. I tried this morning and was advised that they could not be delivered on time, that they would try this morning. I asked to speak to a manager and was advised that she was not available. The website made you believe they were a local florist, I also blame Bing for that as well due it allowing the misinformation. I was lied to on when the flowers would be delivered. They didn't get here on Valentine's Day. They also lied about where the delivery was coming from. I wouldn't have made the order if I knew they weren't local. The sales rep didn't tell me they were out of state, like in the North East of the country, while I am in Florida. I am hoping the arrangement looks like the pictures or very close to it. My ordered a premium fruit basket to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. I choose this because the person it was for lives on fruit and I have had horrible luck with flowers in the past. It was 119 dollars. What she received was a dozen red roses that were poor quality and very undesirable. I called the company twice to see what happened. When I call I am on hold for 15 minutes before a recording comes on that says their customer service is done by scheduling callbacks... Already frustrated I hit 1 to schedule My call back then I enter my number...and boom a recorded voice which says they cannot perform a callback and disconnects the call. Called back and same exact thing happened. This is unbelievable. Do not recommend this company...if you can call it that. Not to mention I requested a receipt twice and they haven’t sent it.

First of all the company is in New Jersey, customer service sucks. I had a hard time understanding them and the attitudes sucks. I ordered Valentine's flowers and balloons to have delivered to a business. They never showed up. I called customer service again. I was on hold for 20 minutes. Recording came on. Asked for a call back number so they can return to my call because of high volume so I did. Once I did recording came on and said could not return my call so it hung up on me. Placed an order for my wife for Valentine's Day. The website stated the flowers I wanted were available and could be delivered on Valentine's. I placed my order, $168 worth of flowers and balloons. I then went to work (night shift) and came home after and went to sleep. When I woke up and checked my email, they had sent me an email saying the flowers I ordered were not in stock and would be replaced with another type of flower. I also received a tracking number for the new flowers which stated they hadn't even been shipped yet, even though they were suppose to be delivered that day. Trying to contact them over the phone is almost impossible, I stayed on hold one time for 58 minutes.
After finally getting through to someone I was assured that my order would arrive at my wife's place of business by 4, even though I had requested them to be delivered by 12 noon. As I'm sitting here writing this it's 5:34, guess who didn't receive any flowers today?! I've called numerous times and asked to speak with a supervisor and the staff who answer the phone refuses to let me do so. This is the worse experience I have ever had with a company, and want to warn others before they go through what I have.

I placed an order on January 29th for my Uncle's 50th Wedding Anniversary. (February 2nd). Not only did I receive a call the DAY of requested delivery telling me that Avas Flowers did not have anyone to deliver the flowers that day, but was told that they would upgrade the bouquet and reschedule delivery for the following week. As embarrassing as it was, and poor of a reflection on me and all my sisters that this gifts was coming from was, we called and explained the issue to my uncle, and promised him that the upgraded bouquet would be there the following week, as promised by Avas Flowers.
It's been 9 days since the promised NEW delivery date, and in passing, my Uncle tells me, "BTW, the flowers never arrived. It's ok, it's the thought that counts." Unbelievable!! I WILL NEVER use Avas Flowers again, and I advise you to be warned of the poor service. It's rather embarrassing to promise flowers for a special occasion only to have the ball dropped TWICE! When I called to report the issue, the status of my order was simply "rescheduled." They charged my account, and never delivered. Never again!

Went on website since it is "same day" delivery. It was Valentine's day so I was expecting so difficulty. Other sites were honest about not being able to deliver on the same day. The site says free delivery so I was surprised that after I entered all the day a $25 "service charge" showed up on an order which I thought was $80. Not happy but accepted the service charge since it was Valentine's day. Placed the order at 9:13 am. Received an email at 10:25 am saying they would deliver two days late. I called them within 2 minutes of getting the email to cancel the order. They said they could cancel the order but I would still have to pay the $25 service charge.
In summary, I contacted the company within 1.3 hours of making the order to cancel the order. The company had not done anything about the flowers yet (since they were not going to deliver for two days). They refused to give a refund. This company is aware that Valentine's day is difficult but they did not place any warnings on their site (unlike the competitors).

I recently ordered flowers from Avas Flowers. Their website leads you to believe they are a local flower shop in Covington, LA. They are not. They also claim that they have same day delivery. They do not. Their reviews on their website also show customer satisfaction. That is all a scam. They are one of those 1800 flowers websites with customer service overseas.
I ordered flowers the day before my friend's birthday for delivery the next day. They were delivered a day late, and the flowers were not even close to being what I requested. They were a cheap, ugly, wilted arrangement. I was very disappointed. If you want a pretty flower arrangement, call a local flower shop. DO NOT ORDER FROM ONE OF THESE FLOWER SWEAT SHOPS. They call in a cheap order and they make a profit from your order. I expected BETTER than what I ordered since they didn't deliver on the date promised. If you see Avas Flowers pop up, do not order from them. There is terrible or no customer service and no record of your order. RUN!!!

I ordered a birthday arrangement for my mother in-law for $82.00 delivered. The jar of weeds they delivered wasn’t worth $10.00. Recently ordered flowers from Avas. After completing the order I was bothered by the $17+ service charge after they bragged about free delivery. When I tried to get my refund on the same day, just hours later, they said they were not only going to keep the service charge, they were going to keep the sales tax as well. Every refund I have ever received has included the sales tax. Their marketing is the old bait and switch promising sale prices on way overpriced flowers, then getting back all their money with charges you don't know about until you are about to hit purchase. They get you on internet fatigue. Stay away. With Avas there is no win-win. The consumer always loses.

Called for a floral arrangement named Jumping for Joy. The smaller of three sizes at $42.99 with free delivery. When my charges we totaled the amount was $62.99. I ask, what is the additional twenty dollars for? It is a service charge and charge for the accompanying card. The simple 2 inch card would have read; Happy Spring. I hung up immediately and in less than two minutes my phone was ringing. I did not answer and it rang again. I was not about to trust this company with one cent. You have been informed of my experience.

I ordered flowers for a wake 4 days in advance. The wake went on and no flowers. I constantly called only to get an automated system that said what time they would call back. Never to get a call! My niece CDC e called and managed to get a live person, she stated flowers were delivered. Oh Hell No they weren't. The wake went on and I left, only to find out the flowers had been delivered to some place in Melrose Park and not to Libertyville, IL. How this could be is beyond me. But at 7:45, 15 minutes before wake ended the flowers miraculously showed up. I was pissed beyond words. I then called 2 days later and they couldn't explain how this happened but said they would give me a 10% discount. Seriously that's the best they offered to do for me. Never again would I use them or recommend them to anyone. So beware their service SUCKS!!!

This place took my order on Saturday, charged me full price, and told me floral arrangement would be delivered at 10:30 am or before on Sunday for a 1:00 pm funeral service. Then called me at 9:30 am on Sunday to say they could not deliver in time for the service. Offered a discount and additional plant for after the service. Needless to say I cancelled altogether. Did I forget to mention that I never received the receipt from the purchase or cancellation.
I am beyond outraged and thoroughly disenchanted with this so called business. This is already a dreadful day, and this level of aggravation is the icing on the cake. There is nothing this place could offer to make this wrong right. Although, them going out of business would make me feel a bit better. This place is not reliable. I do not trust that they really are a floral establishment. I really believe it may be a vape shop, if they have flowers and plants they are probably smoking or dry vaping them. What a bunch of sticks! In addition, if I could give negative stars I surely would. This place doesn't deserve to exist. The only stars it deserves are the ones they see after smoking the flowers.

I ordered flowers for my mom for her retirement. The order said it would be delivered next day (Thursday) by a local flower shop. I get a call on Thursday saying they can’t get it there that day late in the afternoon and their only option is the next day. They have me call and have my mom change plans so she can be home on Friday. On Friday I receive an email saying that my floral arrangement is not available any longer and will be substituted with a similar one on Tuesday. Now I am frustrated so I make a call. They inform me that the delivery is scheduled for Tuesday and is being delivered from Salt Lake over 200 miles away. So much for local. I ask to cancel the order and they offer to upgrade to something else. I decline and ask to be contacted by a supervisor. Two weeks later and no contact. I ended up calling a local shop and pay them extra to deliver a beautiful arrangement that day. I will never go with Avas Flowers again.

I had ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter at IU, Bloomington. The flowers that she received were NOTHING like what I had ordered from the pictured website for Avas. When I called to dispute the flowers (and forgotten balloon) I was told that they were sorry and that I could have 15% off my next order. Are you kidding me? There isn't EVER going to be a next order. When I contacted the "local" florist they told me that Avas had specified exactly how many flowers to put in the vase and that was it. Complete joke!!

We ordered Flowers for a funeral on Monday Feb 4, 2019. We ordered by phone and were told our $115.00 arrangement would be delivered the next day by 11:00 am to the funeral home and a confirmation sent to our email address. By 4:30 we had not received the confirmation and were concerned about delivery. We called Avas once again to be put on hold for over an hour and three hang up. We then called the funeral home and were told they had not been delivered. At that point the funeral director gave us the name of another florist who got the arrangement there for the evening viewing. AVAS charged our credit card for the flowers which had not been delivered.

Ordered $84 floral arrangement for my grandmother's 90th birthday celebration thinking I was ordering this full, colorful, beautiful arrangement to use as her centerpiece then she could enjoy at home after the party. What was delivered was unbelievably cheaply put together, absolutely no comparison to what I ordered, and a total embarrassment to display! The flowers were stuffed into a vase and even a couple of the stems were cut to a couple inches long and didn't even reach to the water in the vase. I paid extra to have the deluxe arrangement so that it would be extra full and pretty and it was pitiful!
Emailed them immediately upon seeing the arrangement expressing my dissatisfaction and then emailed them again the next day with a picture of the side by side of what was ordered and what was received asking that someone contact me to resolve the issue. I have YET to speak with anyone! DO NOT USE AVAS FLOWERS! NEVER WILL MAKE THIS MISTAKE AGAIN! My local grocery store floral department would have been much, much better and not near the cost! Total embarrassment to have sent these to someone!

I ordered flowers from Avas for a dear friend who lost a loved one! The flowers were never delivered but my charge card was charged. I called Avas when my friend said she did not receive the flowers! First I was told that they did not know why they weren’t delivered but would check into it, and call me back! That call never happened! Second call I was told they were delivered, and that possibly they were delivered to the wrong address! I said do you expect me to pay for that? Again I was told that they would look into it and would call me back! No call once again! Mind you each time I’m on the phone with them it’s a minimum of 30 minutes.
Now fast forward 3 weeks no refund and my credit was still charged! Finally today after telling them that I was disputing the charge with my credit card anyway and what a horrible company they were I received an email saying that my money was refunded! Finally (keeping my fingers crossed). This company is a big scam. They advertised being minutes away from my friends house when in fact they are 4 states away from her. Avas flowers must be a front for something but it’s not a flower shop!

I ordered a flower arrangement for my uncle's wake. I upgraded the arrangement to a deluxe version which cost $160 USD. The arrangement was small in a tiny basket and looked nothing like what I ordered. My sister ordered a standing arrangement for the same event. It was delivered without a stand. The funeral home had to hang it on a wall. I took a photo of both arrangements and sent a formal complaint to Avas. They responded with 'the arrangements are within the parameters of the orders.' I don't understand how they are still in business.

I ordered purple roses in a blue cube for my daughter that loves the color combination. It was to cheer her. She received peach roses in a clear vase. I called and expressed my dissatisfaction to a person who didn’t understand English so had to repeat multiple times. I ordered flowers from my cousin who lost her husband. When I receive the order confirmation in my email I noticed they have the address right for delivery but they put my name. I proceeded for over a half an hour to get this corrected. This is an about calling multiple times being left on hold, being told it call me back etc. Every time I called nobody could help me. They kept putting me on hold and when I finally got through I was very upset and the girl that I got basically hung up on me. Nice. Just what you want when you ordering flowers for someone who is grieving. Shame on me for not checking the reviews on this site before I ordered. I called back right away and canceled my order. I got an email saying it was canceled but I guess we’ll see. I’ve no faith in that either. Don’t waste your time. Run in the other direction.

I ordered 18 white carnations for my brother who was in HOSPICE! I should have been tipped off when the service representative asked me if I wanted to include a 'Get Well' card! 9 carnations were delivered with skimpy bow and card. I was charged $102. Every person I spoke with was unprofessional and said they would not resolve the issue. There is so much noise in the customer care center. It is difficult to hear. I do not believe they are in the United States. Definitely not local.

I ordered some flowers for my grandmother and selected the option for them to look like picture and the expensive selection. The flower she received were not the same color or variety as I paid for and they were bent and looked weathered. I emailed the company. They told me to send a picture which I did and then said they would need to take the old flowers and once they get they would send out new ones. Embarrassing for this to have been a gift that cost around 80.00. Horrible customer service. Never heard back from them regarding store credit or a refund or replacing the flowers.

After delivering the flowers to the wrong address, the customer service was poor. After finally getting a supervisor, who said that they would call me back, pick up the flowers, charge me a fee (!) and possibly deliver to my 86 year old mother in law in a nursing home in another city, they didn't call back and have not rectified the problem. The delivery address was carefully typed in by me, making sure that there was a distinction between delivery address and billing address. Their website is wonky. I will never order from them again. And, they are not a "local florist" as I searched for, but pretend that they are. Flowers are mediocre as well. Save your money.

I placed an order on 1/25/2019 for birthday flowers to be delivered to my sister on 1/26/2019. My sister lives in Indiana and she and her family were home the entire day. When I didn’t hear from my sister by 5:00 pm to thank me for the flowers I called her. I was embarrassed to find out no delivery of flowers was made to my sister. I called to complain. It’s an automated message. On 1/27/2019 I called Customer Service and they could not tell me the name of the local florist. I am beyond angry... What if these flowers were for a funeral? I am turning Avas Florist into the Better Business Bureau and suggest that no one use the “Family Owned and Operated Business” for poor business practices. I ordered a floral arrangement for a wake. They sent me a text and said they were delivered. They were not! Like everyone else, I called and the girl was so unprofessional. She sounded like she just got out of bed - really tired and she could have been on drugs. She apologized and put me on hold - came back on and said she was sending a message to the “designer" and they would contact me in 24 hours. I called in 20 hours and got the same girl again (still sounding like she was drugged) and she said the “designer” hasn’t responded to them so they’d like to offer me a gift basket instead of my $74 arrangement. I said no. I just wanted my money back. She said, "Ok, hold on." She came back, said she already credited my “bank card”, offered no confirmation number and said goodbye.
A few hours later I called my credit card co. and told them the whole story. They said no credit was given back from Avas and they opened a dispute and took the charge away from my account. They said they’ll try to get the money back from Avas. I believe this company is not for real and they’re scamming and stealing our money! It’s just so horrible that nice customers are trusting these people to provide flowers to funerals and hurting people, and other occasions and these people at so called "Avas" are so evil they are just outright stealing the customers' money!!! How do these people sleep at night??? There has to be some legal action that we can take against these people!!

I ordered a blooming dish garden to be delivered to my father who was in the hospital for cancer surgery. What was delivered was a house plant. When I complained I was given a 20% refund on product (not including tax or handling/service fee). I find that insulting and unacceptable. OMG do not use this company. I cannot believe I fell for this. I am a state level elected and attempted to have birthday roses delivered to my wife. When they weren't delivered I started the calling process. Six calls in total. Call 1 Carlos: hung up on me. Call 2 Manny: on hold for 7 minutes > hung up. Call 3: put on hold for 37 minutes (since I was driving I held the call then I hung up). Call 4 Ivan: spoke with him but he couldn't help me, get me flowers, process a refund or allow me to speak with owner or manager.

Do not order from this company!!! This florist is located in Gretna, Louisiana. I placed an order to have birthday arrangement sent to my mother on 1/21/2019; which was guaranteed by 2:00 pm. Needless to say, this company did not deliver the 80.00 arrangement. My mother received a knock at the door 2 days later from Avas to deliver an arrangement that was not worth a penny!! My mother declined acceptance and advised that her birthday was 2 days ago!! Sadly, this company failed to credit my account after I placed 2 calls to them advising this order was cancelled for non-delivery.
I will never use their services again. The reason I ordered is because this florist shop has been established over 30 years and only 15 minutes from her residence. I’m so sick of these 3rd party vendors on these websites selling services for a company that you can’t even reach!! Your calls are routed to this 800 number and they redirect you if your request is deemed necessary!!!

I ordered flowers from Enchanted Florists in AZ. Went to their website and was redirected to Avas Flowers. Have since found they are stealing business from smaller local merchants. WRONG. So, not knowing, I ordered sympathy flowers. Promised delivery date at the latest of 1/21. I ordered on 1/19. Received a text from flower company on 1/21, urgent I call. They were trying to deliver to the person that passed away and I told them just follow my instructions to sent to the widow and where were they coming up with the deceased person’s name. I informed them the flowers were going to a home, and where were they trying to send them.
That day I called Avas Flowers three times, and were told each time I would get a call back from someone. Have never received a phone call. At the end of the day I asked to cancel my order as I was going to another florist. They told me they would not cancel till the end of 1/21 in case the flowers were delivered but I would be called in the morning so if they were not delivered I could cancel. No one ever called me the next day. When I called them they would not cancel my order and said they now had paperwork showing they could be delivered 1/22. I do not have this paperwork. They made this up. They delivered the flowers on 1/22, against my will. I have told my credit company that I dispute this charge. All I can say is that if you want the worst customer service and inferior product, use this company!

There have been several attempts to contact Avas and nothing, not even promised return calls. FINALLY talked to an actual person (who was very nice). He stated that the "florist didn't have the right flowers", but I was never contacted. I would have just ordered a different bouquet. The purpose for the flowers no longer applies and it has created difficulties in a particular situation that should have been taken care of! Horrible business and service. I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. I picked out a beautiful bouquet and ordered it. I like how they didn’t mention $14 in shipping charges until your confirmation page. I spent $60 on an arrangement. I was contacted by Avas that some of the flowers in the arrangement were not available, but they would give me a free upgrade and try to get it as close as possible to what I ordered. I let them know my sister loves lilies so if they could add those I’d be happy. She got the order, it was nothing like what I wanted. It was jut some roses clumped together, not even arranged. I sent the company pics of what I ordered and what she got. They offered me basically the $14 shipping back. I responded 3 times letting them know I was not happy. They never responded.

I ordered flowers on 1/15/19 for a 1/20/19 delivery. Was notified late the day before delivery of that order was delayed. No information when they would be delivered. I had to call and took forever to get through. I was advised they would be delivered the next morning. Silly me to believe. They were not delivered. I tried to cancel the order and they would not. Received a whopping $7 refund on a $72 order. No shipping charge, but handling was almost $20. It would have been a nice gesture to refund that since the handling was awful. Customer Service sounded like it was outsourced. They offered to give me a $15 credit on my next purchase. Advised don't bother since I will not be purchasing from there again.

Put me on hold claiming he can’t reach the florist they use to make our orders...then he put me on hold for 15mins. I hung up. Called back. Recorder tells me no one’s avail to assist me. It’s now 3:45pm. Called a different #. Pamela supposedly manager answers. I told her cancel it & refund my money. It’s now 4:15pm and she’s not there to receive it! Called Avas today. Some foreigner states they can’t refund my money. They can give me 10% off... NO. You refund my money. I’ve argued 2 days with them. Gonna let CC company handle it. They some CROOKS. I will never order flowers or any product from them. My best friend's brother passed and wanted to send flowers because I couldn't be there. Avas Flowers assured me that flowers would arrive an hour before the wake. I then receive an urgent text saying, "Please call us." I was told the driver had an accident and was unable to deliver. I ask for a refund but they assured me it would arrive before funeral which was the next day. Once again, I receive a call an hour and a half after funeral is in progress saying the designer couldn't get the flower done in time. Well if the flower was done then already what do you mean... This only tells me that they didn't have it ready from the beginning and was just buying time but it backfired. Just know you are ordering at your own risk with this company.

After 6 week the orchid plant I purchased from Avas Flowers died - it was well taken care of. I spoke to 3 rude customer service managers and they only offered me a $10 credit on a future order. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with their policy and service levels and would not want other consumers to be disappointed in their lack of empathy.

I have ordered from this company in the past and never had a problem. For the last two weeks I ordered to order this from them and someone ordered one basket a small one and I ordered one by upgrading it. The two of them arrived in the same place and they were the same size. I had paid $20 more for my order and the other person basket look the same. That's a horrible that there was no difference in the upgrade. The second one was for a funeral. When the people receive the free the flowers were practically dying. It was disgraceful. I will never do business with them again. Very embarrassing.

PLEASE AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST BECAUSE THEY WILL RUIN YOUR SPECIAL OCCASION. I chose this flower shop because they were literally 2 blocks from the recipient address. The order was placed at 12:30 p.m and they guaranteed delivery by 4 p.m the same day. It's been a week and no delivery of the flowers, no call, I called the store and the phone line was too busy for a live person so I scheduled a callback and no call was received. Almost a full week later when I finally am able to speak to a live person to cancel my order, the only thing they offered as a courtesy was an apology call to the recipient and they refuse to have someone in management call me back to handle my complaint. A true disgrace!

I ordered flowers from Avas 1/12/2019. I received confirmation of order 1/12/2019 at 858am including delivery time 1/14/209. I received an email from Avas 1/13/2019 with instructions on how to track my order. I received a call from Avas 1/15/2019 0855 asking permission to substitute product. I returned call 1/15/2019 to hear my order was cancelled at 0900 1/15/2019. I spoke with customer service agent as well as manager who were unable to tell me why the order was not processed and delivered as promised. I believe this company is an internet scam and would not recommend anyone to use it. Cancelling at the last minute left me with no options and I had no flowers delivered to the funeral. I was unable to attend.

I wish I would have looked at reviews prior to ordering flowers. I ordered a bright birthday bouquet for my aunt on 1/8/19, to be delivered on 1/10/19. I received a call saying the designer did not have the flowers in stock but that it would be the same or better. I could not understand the person who called me because of the broken English. But what I did understand is that the flowers would be the same colors just different kinds. I said that was fine and if I was not satisfied, I would contact them. The flowers that were delivered were all white daisies, with a little bit of purple alstroemeria and some red carnations in a clear vase with a birthday balloon. I ordered a lime green vase, magenta gerbera daisies, orange gerbera daisies, yellow carnations, some bright greenery.
I contacted customer service with photos of what was ordered and photo of what was actually delivered. The person who responded said, "Yes, that is incorrect and we will get back to you." I got a second email the next day, saying that since I okayed the substitution there is nothing else to do. Keep in mind this bouquet was over $71 dollars. That is completely ridiculous for what I got. I am so upset and will never, ever order flowers from them again. I urge anyone who needs flowers, GO ELSEWHERE, you will be disappointed in the flowers, and the customer service.

Wish I could have a minus five star review! Ordered custom bouquet 2 weeks in advance and was assured it would be done. On day of, when delivery was due, waited half an hour and continually checked trackers on status. After 2 hrs of calling and emailing, finally got a person who informed me the flowers hadn't gone out because didn't have enough red flowers and wanted to substitute colors. At that point wanted to know how many of the colors I requested 2 weeks previously, they had in stock. No one knows and no one would have alerted me, my birthday gift would have never been received. More than disappointed and will never recommend this florist or use them again. And have told extended family in Alpine to boycott this florist at all costs.

I ordered flowers on January 4th for a birthday gift. I selected a lovely brightly colored fuchsia and purple arrangement that was beautiful online. My sister happened to send me a photo of a lackluster, pale, scant flower arrangement that did not look even close to what I ordered. In fact it was flat and in whites and light colored. I contacted customer service department and actually sent them a photo of what I ordered and what was delivered. Their response was it was equal and would do nothing to correct this order. Do not use this company. They are not to be trusted with your flower orders. Never again will they get my business and I hope not yours either.

I ordered flowers when my husband’s aunt passed away. Immediately after placing the order I called to make sure that they would be able to fulfill it. They assured me that they would be able to provide what I ordered. The day of the funeral they called 5 minutes before the delivery time to tell me that they could not provide the flowers ordered and asked if they could substitute a potted plant. I agreed to accept the substitution but was not happy about it. Ten minutes before the funeral service they called back to say that they couldn’t deliver the plant on time and asked for an alternate address. I could not believe it! I immediately canceled the order and demanded a refund. I will NEVER use Avas Flowers again!

I have never had such poor service from a florist in my life. When you go on their website they show false reviews making you think they are a 3 or 4 star florist. Their pricing is also fake. Once you select a flower arrangement they indicate free shipping, but when you go to check out they add a substantial handling fee. Also, they say they have same day delivery, but then they called and said they had a problem with their delivery truck and it would definitely be delivered the next day with an upgraded flower arrangement but then the next day it was again delayed. The flowers were not upgrade. They said they would call and let them know the flowers would be late, which they never did call. Stay far away from Avas Flowers.

I ordered flower to be delivered on 1/10/2019 to my Aunt. I received a text message and an email stating the flowers with a card I had paid extra for had been delivered to her that afternoon. When I spoke to her later that evening she told me she did not receive anything from me. I called Avas this morning and was told the messages are on a automated service. The order was somehow missed and they would be happy to send an upgraded order today. I told them they needed to be sent yesterday as that was her birthday and I wanted them to credit my account and send them as well to make it right. I was told that this is not the policy. All they could do was upgrade the flowers.
My concern is that with an automated service if you don’t check with who you send them to you never really know if they have been delivered and that is horrible business. The customer service person said that was the best the company would do. Now it really makes me question all my other orders from them as some were sent to funeral homes. I guess I will never know if those actually were delivered as said through the “automated messages“ as the agent explained to me. They have no accountability when it comes to the customer service relationship. I will never use this company again for this reason. Remember if it says it was delivered you really can’t be certain unless you speak to the person it was delivered to. As we all know sometimes that is not always the case.

I ordered flowers for my wife on 7JAN19 with instructions to be delivered on 10JAN19. The day came and went with no delivery - and I STILL can't find out what happened to the flowers. I call the customer service number only to be directed to an automated voice mail. The one time I did get through the attendant hung up on me. NEVER AGAIN!! I needed same day delivery to a funeral home. Since our neighbor's daughter passed away in Florida and we live in Ohio, we did not find out until last minute. She was flown home for services. I ordered from this company ONLY because they advertise like they are in the same town. THEY ARE NOT. I needed same day delivery to Perrysburg Ohio. When googling your town, they come up with that town advertised on their website like they are located there, tricking you. The flowers were supposed to be delivered YESTERDAY. They were not. Website says "same day flower delivery". My confirmation email even has yesterday's date for delivery.
Today I get an email stating they will be delivered today. They advertise "FREE DELIVERY". DON'T FALL FOR IT!!! Yes, you get "Free Delivery". THEN, when checking out, they tack on a $15.00 "Handling Fee". LOL. Isn't that paying for delivery? I tried clicking the link on their page for help since NOBODY WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. I got an email back saying the message was not deliverable. I called back again and hit option 1 this time for a new order thinking that may prompt someone to answer. A recording message said nobody was available and hung up on me!!! I called back and pushed a different option. A recorded message offered to leave my number for a call back. I did. They never called back. STAY AWAY!!!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter on her first day of student teaching (a Monday). They did text me and ask me to call them so I could be informed the flowers could not be delivered until Tuesday morning. They were not delivered on Tuesday and not on Wednesday. I called each day to complain and asked repeatedly to speak to someone that was a manager or owner. I was always put on hold for long periods of time. Wednesday afternoon I asked for a refund and it was denied. They said in tracking the flowers that they were denied (on Wednesday). I asked who denied them, but they could not give me a name. I assured them that my daughter had not spoken to anyone nor denied the flowers. I was told my problem was with UPS and not them. I checked prior to ordering and this flower shop is 1.5 miles from the school my daughter is located at. After three days... no flowers and no refund!

Helped my brother order flowers for his GF's birthday. They live in different towns so I used Google to find a LOCAL FLORIST in her town. Avas was the first to pop up. Just for clarification Avas is NOT a local florist. They affiliate with local florists to get the job done and charge outrageous fees to make up for it. I ordered a DELUXE beautiful bouquet that was bursting with color in the advertising photo of guidelines of what to expect and added an orange vase - which I paid extra for. NOT what I received.
What I received was A SMALL bouquet that had 1/2 dozen pink roses in it that looked like they were from Wal-Mart, carnations and mainly GREENERY! 49.99 for greenery and 6 roses-basically. What was received was NOTHING like what was advertised, it was so small it was embarrassing!!! But when I emailed customer service about this they covered their backside saying that's part of their substitution policy and according to the pictures I sent the order was "filled to value and recipe". I was refunded for the vase I did not receive and I asked to be refunded the difference between a small bouquet and a DELUXE bouquet. What I got and what I paid for. My request was denied and I was given a 10% discount which does not equal the difference. EMBARRASSED, DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

I ordered flowers several days prior to a Celebration of Life. I waited for the grieving family to return from the service in Sheridan, WY. When they told me they had not received the flowers for the service, I was disappointed. AVAS took my $120.00 and said the delivery would be made by 10 am the day of the Service. The service began at 11 am and the flowers were supposedly delivered at 11:20 am. The family took pictures of the arrangements received. Mine was not among them. Very frustrating, when they refused to refund anything to me. Kept stating they were delivered, but never provided any proof. If they were delivered AFTER the ceremony had been in progress, not sure if the grieving family even got notice of their receipt, since they told me they did not have them listed, nor a picture of them was provided by the Kane Funeral Home.

I viewed their website picked an arrangement, called them, requested they honor the 10% off they requested. They informed me there was an $18 +/- fee and it would be delivered by 3 if at all possible. It was charged on my card, I got an email confirmation. Then I received three phone calls asked me to call back, and two emails asking for my phone survey. I wrote back via email asking the holdup and was told it was due to my not filling out my survey. So I filled out my phone survey, asking them to leave a VM as to any other concerns. I received more phone calls as I was working it went to VM. I was able to answer one and was told.
SCAM part - They wanted $10.00 dollars and needed my authorization to charge it, due to the carrier wanted to charge them $10.00. I told them that was illegal and I did not consent and was told they were not demanding just asking. I let them know I would be writing negative reviews and reporting them to BBB for this scam. I asked if they would still be sending out my flowers and was told yes. I also wrote an email to them explaining all this and never received a message back, my flowers were NEVER delivered. I went on their website and wrote a note under their contact us section only to receive an email backing saying it was undeliverable (from their own website). DO NOT USE THEM.

I wanted a local florist. The representative stated they were in Tallahassee. This is not true. After placing my order with the instructions that the arrangement would be delivered the day I ordered it, I received an email informing me that it was not guaranteed for same day delivery. I called back and could not get anyone to answer the phone. The system hung up on me after waiting on hold for 12 minutes. The flowers were delivered that day, however, the arrangement did not look like the picture on the website. The customer service rep asked me what color ribbon and vase I wanted. I confirmed that I wanted the blue vase shown online and I was given a choice of ribbon color. The flowers were delivered in a completely different color vase and ribbon. The flowers were not the same as shown in the picture. I will never use this company again and I would not recommend anyone to use them.

I called Avas flowers on Friday morning January 4, 2019 to place an order for two separate sympathy flowers for my Aunt’s funeral service, that was to take place Saturday January 5, 2019, 1:00 pm at Worley Funeral Home in Fairmont, North Carolina. First, I thought it was a local florist, and did not realize it was not until I was hit with an 18-dollar service charge, having dealt with this type of service before and never had a problem, decided to go ahead with the orders anyway. I was assured by the representative that the orders were being placed earlier enough that I would have same day delivery service.
I get to the funeral that Saturday around 12 noon and there are no flowers. I proceeded to call Avas and was told the flowers would be delivered in 20 minutes. I did not see the flowers until we got to the burial and then there was only the one flower. Later in talking with the funeral home, I was told the flower was not delivered until about 1:20 and they did not want to interrupt the services, so they did not bring them into the chapel and that it was only the one arrangement. The other arrangement was not delivered.
I never received an email or phone call in reference to there being any issues or problems. While I was told I would be refunded for the flower, this was very troubling and disappointing to our family. I understand things happen in which we have no control over, I feel their service was just unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never use this service again. I only wished I had read some of these reviews beforehand.

I had requested the My Sun, Moon and Stars arrangement to be sent to the funeral service of my friend who just died of cancer. I had been told that the yellow roses would be replaced with white ones, and I specifically confirmed that there would be blue glass, as my friend who just died loved blue glass, that was the entire reason I chose this particular arrangement. When the flowers arrived, not only were the roses yellow, but the glass was not blue, it was a clear vase. There only appears to be one lily and just a few pink flowers, not the blue/purple flowers from the picture on the website.
Baby's breath appears to have been used to give the appearance of a full bouquet, but to be honest the bouquets I can go buy from Walmart for $9.99 look better than this one, and I paid $66. What is especially disappointing though is that on the day of my friend's funeral, I was hoping to have sent a touching symbol that would be of value to the family - symbolized by the blue glass that my friend loved, and instead they got just some flowers, that lacked any meaning.

The floral arrangement ordered (medium sized) was small, the colors were not coordinated with the balloons sent and we were missing a balloon, did not receive a ribbon charged for and we ordered it two days in advance and asked for a delivery by noon and it arrived after 3 p.m. after two phone calls checking on the order. Customer service offered a refund of $2 for the missing balloon and a $5 credit on the missing ribbon and $4 credit for the poor design choices after three phone calls to customer service over a four day period. I submitted pictures and had to call them for a resolution. I will call local florists in the future.

Please be advised that your company did not deliver my mother her flowers which were a tradition for 45 years. The excuse is that they couldn't be delivered. My mother and father are in their 90s. They were at home all day. The weather was beautiful, they sat on the front porch for 3 hours. My father sits by the window all day. The front door was opened to let fresh air in. You had a phone number to call if you could not deliver. The truth is you took my money but never even attempted to deliver the flowers. I am extremely upset. I sent my mother flowers every year on my birthday. Your company ruined my tradition. The flowers are a thank you for giving me life. When I called your company, your representative would not help me. He apparently called to find out where my flowers are, but NO ONE picked up the phone??? What kind of a vendor are you using???
Your company will get the worse recommendation online from me. And I demand my money back. How dare you take my money days prior to delivery and then disappoint me and my mother. I ordered a bouquet of roses to be hand delivered and already prepared and presentable. After paying $75 for two dozen roses I was then notified that my bouquet would be shipped and delivered via UPS in a box to my wife’s work. Customer service hung up on me three times and never did fix my problem. Who wants to get a box at work on their birthday when the flowers should have been presented in a vase with all heads turned.

What was delivered was less than $10 worth of a horrible group of flowers that were thrown into a vase. Wish I could send pictures. Ordered flowers online from the Avas Website. Beautiful website and clear photos of all available flowers under birthday category. The date of order was 27 Dec. Asked flowers to be delivered on the 31st of Dec. Mother of 94 has a birthday Jan. 1. Flowers not delivered the 31st, the 1st, or the 2nd. Also appreciated the free delivery charge, but was stuck with over $18 handling. Something was definitely mishandled on my order. The $18 was not waived and an apology bouquet of more and fresher flowers doesn't cut it. Won't be using Avas in the future.

I ordered the Classic Sympathy Bouquet, the large version. I paid a whopping $126.93 which included not a sympathy card as they stated, but a flimsy piece of paper that didn't even include my name. I could have gone to a grocery store and purchased a better bouquet for around $15. Also, their customer service is horrible. Just try and speak with a real person. I ordered flowers on December 31 after reviewing many sites. I had intended to take flowers to the recipient, but saw that they would deliver the arrangement by 7 pm despite impending holiday. So $81 arrangement on the way according to email I got. The next afternoon I got another email stating the delivery would be sometime the day after! I would have taken the arrangement myself if they hadn’t stated they were delivering on the 31st! The only reason I’m not making a big deal of this is that the arrangement is reported to be beautiful!

I placed an order on 12/12/18 to be sent to a funeral home for the service of on 12/16, which was a Sunday. I spoke with my co-worker on Monday 12/17 to find out how the service went and how the flowers looked since this was the first time ordering from Avas Flowers. I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear that no flower arrangement was received. I called Avas Flowers on Monday 12/17 and spoke with Jorge to find out what happened. Jorge informed me that the flower shop was closed on Sunday. Since the funeral was on Sunday, there was no need to send the flowers on Monday.
Jorge then said he upgraded the order to a Fruit and Gourmet Sympathy Basket SFB-2Y to deliver to the Craig Family Home by 12/19 because the basket had to ship from the warehouse. I asked my coworker how the basket was and he said they never received it. I called into Avas flowers again and spoke with Jorge, who informed me the basket would definitively deliver to the home that day but could not explain what happened with the order for the second time. Needless to say, the basket was never received. This has been the absolute worst service I have received from ANY company. The service is COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE and I am so saddened for my coworker and his family.

I ordered flowers for a visitation on 12/30/18 at a Mortuary in Lincoln, NE and was told they would definitely be there by 6:00 (the time the visitation started). They never came until the next day at the church for the funeral. There were misspellings of names (even though I had explicitly told the person). The deceased was not even spelled correctly on the original confirmation order. The confirm. order was **. I had used Avas once before and was happy, but after this experience I am DONE with the company.

I ordered over $700 worth of sympathy flowers for my brother funeral and wanted the bleeding heart arrangement especially. The bleeding heart was delivered to the church with the other arrangement but the stand they used was too weak to hold the arrangement and it fell to the floor. We tried to display it but it was full of water and started to leak so we had to dispose of it. I was so upset with the cheap stand they used to display this arrangement I contacted the consumer protection agency of Maryland and got my money back. (Over $200). I will never use them again for any flower orders. Please be advised they lie about what they provide and we caught them in so many lies they had no other choice but to give me my money back. Avas Flowers is the worst.

I ordered flowers from Avas on Dec. 20th. Checking my email on Dec. 21. I found 2 emails > 1, called your home. Please call (no number on my phone log went to Avas) 2. Order out for delivery. I assumed it had arrived. On Dec. 22 my order showed "no status available". I called and was told they had no fresh flowers to arrange. I could get the order in one week. The recipient would not be home then so I cancelled. Even though they had no fresh flowers, thus NO handling and arranging, they would not refund the $17.92 for this fee. POOR PRACTICE WITH THIS COMPANY and not right to punish customer because you had no fresh flowers to arrange.

I ordered a large spray to be delivered on Saturday for my sister's funeral that had a big bow as well as a banner. It showed up on Friday, was a small wreath, a tiny ribbon on the side, and no banner. Unfortunately, the people creating the arrangement don't care because they drop off and leave. I am waiting for them to fix this... It is hard as it is already and to not get what you ordered is frustrating. Fix it or stop running a shady and upsetting business.

I tried to place an order on 12/28/2018 and call customer service to do so at 1-855-766-9114. I was told the price we see online is not correct with the photo that we as customers see and think we are ordering. There was a bear under the floral arrangement section and it had three flowers. The lady on the phone states that it will not come with three flowers. It will come with one. I told her, "It while your picture has three" and she says that, "That is not what you will be getting when you order it." In addition she added $10 to the price. It was $34.99 and it now became $44.99. The price I'm seeing was not honored. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your money ordering at Avas.

They didn't have the flowers shown on website and notified me later. I said fine... will go with designer's choice as long as they stayed with the same color scheme. However, they used a completely different color scheme; one my daughter-in-law doesn't like. They were delivered on time, but I didn't know about the wrong colors until I asked my son why I hadn't heard back. He took a picture and sent it to me. When I contacted Avas, they said sorry, no recourse because I didn't let them know in 48 hours. They were insulting and simply horrible. I ordered the premium arrangement and asked them to simply send their smallest in the right color scheme to replace it, but they refused. It was a shocking experience. When I checked online, I saw they have a terrible reputation. Their name simple came up first in Google, so I gave them a try. I've used 1-800-Flowers in the past and always had wonderful experiences. I'll use them again or go local.

First they pretend to be a local florist in NH. Ordered a sympathy basket for 119.00. It was shipped in a box not hand delivered. Nothing like what was pictured. Looked more like it cost ten bucks. Worst part was they shipped it to me instead of the grieving family. Called right away. Sat on hold. Finally a recording came on saying they don’t take calls - you would have to schedule a callback. Two weeks later still no call. Emailed them. Answer back was, "Sorry for the inconvenience." Really??? Shipped to wrong place and that is all the help you give. "Sorry for inconvenience." Save your money. Stay away from Ava’s Flowers. Huge rip off. Not to mention they tack on a 18.75 service fee which was not mentioned. Worst ever.

Flowers were supposed to be delivered in California on Dec 24th 2018. There was no warning of a possible late delivery. I called customer service today (27th) and they put me on hold 3 times while talking to them for 35 minutes. I said I want a refund and they said they don't do refunds. It is now 4 pm on the 27th and still no flowers. This company has a problem delivering on time. Their website still says delivery scheduled on the 26th. Terrible customer service by putting me on hold and then the supervisor put me on hold... And then the phone line went dead.

First understand that Avas Flowers is NOT your local florist, despite how they advertise themselves on search engines! Now, I, like many others here, was duped by Avas Flowers with their "same/next day" delivery. The flowers were not delivered the next day for Christmas Eve. Backstory (to set apart my tldr review): My girlfriend just lost her mother the day before Thanksgiving and it was her first Christmas without her. I had to be out of town and couldn't be with her, so I wanted something to make it up to her and let her know I was there for her. Seeing these reviews, I decided to cancel my order for a full refund, but they wouldn't give it to me. I made them.
Here's advice if Avas did this to you too. Call them first. If you want the full refund (and you do, because forget Avas and just go through a local florist - or a Walmart lol), your bank will likely need you to speak to the merchant first as part of their dispute process. To call them, ignore their phone menu. If you try to modify your order or else, you'll likely just get a dropped call or "sent an email" and never get one. Call to "order flowers" and ask to speak to someone about a refund. They'll pick up right away if you're "placing an order". ;) Demand the refund. You probably won't get far, but that's okay.
Call your bank. Start a dispute or a "charge back" as I think they're sometimes called. This is mostly to scare them a little. They know they're in the wrong. If they give you a refund of the flowers, the local shop loses their money, but Avas wants keeps the "service" (middle man) fee. They gave no service though. Provide documents to your bank: order confirmation, scheduled delivery confirmations, etc. Call Avas back, or let them call you back. I actually had them call me. Wait for the surrender email. I hope this helps you all. This business is crooked and has terrible customer service. Down with the lucrative flowers black market!

For so many reasons, please save yourself time, energy, and money and do not buy products and services from Avas. Deceptive pricing with added fees at the last minute - impossible to speak with customer service - multiple missed delivery dates - promised callbacks never made - need I say more. I wish I had seen the rest of the reviews about Avas before I attempted to purchase flowers from them. Please take the advice of one who had to learn the hard way and do not patronize this firm.

Ordered on the 17th for delivery on the 21st. Order never delivered. Called and was told it was pending but no reason why. Was assured it would be delivered on the 24th and spoke to our family and nothing was delivered. A very bad experience for a company prided on customer satisfaction.

Have had 2 experiences with Avas Flowers for deliveries in 2 different states. In trying to find a LOCAL florist via the internet, AVAS pops up and represents themselves as local...they are NOT. First experience after being assured they could do what I requested, the order was NOTHING like requested. Had horrible time trying to get it right and I gave up. Second time a few months later and for Christmas I ordered again thinking I was getting a LOCAL florist. I was NOT and discovered flowers were sent UPS which was a disasters as order delivery delayed by 4 days.
Customer service in trying to find out what had happened to the order could only give me a tracking number and NO other assistance. I believe customer service is a call center with absolutely no connection to a "shop" or whomever is dealing with the specific order. Never never again!!! Beware of thinking they are local when ordering... Or better still, don't ever use Avas!

Look elsewhere for your floral needs. I order an item on Friday with next day delivery. No delivery on Saturday and on Sunday, I see that the delivery date is updated to Monday (today). While checking my emails today, I see that Avas Flowers is unable to deliver the arrangement that I had chosen, but would upgrade me to a 'better' arrangement at no cost and deliver on Thursday.
I called to cancel and was told that 'attempts had been made to contact me' about the inability to fulfill my order. I politely informed them that I only received one email (the one from this morning) and that I wanted a refund. They offered to call the recipient to 'wish them a Happy Holiday' for me as well as sending the upgraded arrangement. I told them all I wanted was my refund as I would never be doing business with them again.

My friend was supposed to get the delivery on 12/22/2018 and she got it the next day and that’s not the biggest issue; the biggest issue is that the arrangement wasn’t even close to the one I ordered. I was on a rush and I didn’t check the reviews. For the first time in my life I feel that I was robbed. When I contacted them they asked to send them pictures which I did. Then, they called me and I didn’t even answer and they left a voicemail telling me that they would give me a $10 credit; and that if I wanted to accept it I had to call them back which I never did.

I ordered the large Christmas tree arrangement to be delivered to my Mom for our Christmas dinner. Ordered on Dec 18, 2018. Asked for delivery on Dec 21, 2018. Ok... got an email and phone call to confirm the delivery date and what was ordered. Good... never delivered. Called on Dec 22, 2018 to find out where the order was since our Christmas dinner was that night (I deliberately scheduled it to be delivered a day before just in case.), and customer service (very nice man) had to put me on long holds three times to find out that the local florist had "run out of flowers and could deliver this on Dec 27, 2018!
I said no and to cancel the order, which he did promptly. I also told him to share with the higher ups that I never got any phone call, text or email that the florist had run out of flowers so that they could not deliver on the date I requested, and I felt that was very poor customer service. Photo shows bouquet advertised vs. delivered. Before placing order, I called customer service to ask if they had the white orchids in stock, because I was only willing to pay this higher price IF the arrangement was as seen and described, with white orchids. Recipient is Hawaiian and lives far from home. I wanted her to have a winter/Christmas blast of the tropics by sending her those white orchids. I was assured by phone rep that the arrangement would include white orchids and NOT have any substitutions.
After seeing friend's photo of actual bouquet she received, I felt it was an epic fail and called customer service to complain. Agent was kind and tried to help, but said that the designer was closed since it was a Sunday. I was asked to send an email with my request and include the photo. When we hung up, I was starting that email, then received a call from a manager at Avas Flowers who said it would be corrected and the RIGHT arrangement with the white orchids would be delivered to my friend today, on a Sunday before Christmas. That is more than I was expecting, so I have to change my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Will I use Avas Flowers again in the future? Maybe, but I am pleased in the end that they are willing to acknowledge their error and make it right. Delivery area was Potomac, Maryland.

I order what I thought was a beautiful Christmas arrangement to be delivered to my sister in Washington. They arrived on time, but looked nothing like the picture I saw online. Hardly any flowers and arrangement looked like a 10 year old did it. Charged $95.44 which included an $18.50 handling fee. Advertises free delivery, but then charges a handling fee? That was suppose to guarantee me a premium product? Was told they hand picked up the flowers from the grower each day and the arrangement would be stunning. Why wouldn't already be a premium product? I am including photos of what I received and what I thought I was getting. I order a lot of flowers throughout the year and thought if I called someone local to my sister's house, it would produce a better product. Boy was I wrong. I was also told they'd email me a receipt, didn't get it. But my card was charged.

The flowers received were not even close to what the online photo showed. When I complained they said it was acceptable with their substitution policy. Also though I was dealing with a local florist in Naples Florida. Now I know why they add an $18 service fee. This company is a scam. Wish I saw these reviews before I ordered! Found Avas online. Ordered flowers for a friend's 98th birthday. States in their ad "Free Delivery". That is not true. When I placed my order there was an $18.00 fee... I was told this was not a "delivery fee" but for handling the care & safe handling of the flowers to be delivered. I told them that should always be & should not be a charge. Then my friend tells me they came from another florist. Why was this? NEVER will I order from Avas again. Poor business!!

Ordered flowers to be sent for Christmas for $44.99. Was told free delivery, what was not told to me is I had a card, bow charge which I am ok with but then I was charged a $18.00 service fee which was not discussed with me either. Was told I would get a receipt sent to my email which I did not receive. Ended up calling to find out where my receipt was as $72.62 had been taken from my bank account. No offer to refund any amount. Just will NEVER use them again! Terrible terrible service!!!

I placed an order on December 13, 2018 with specific instructions to contact my niece prior to delivery to arrange the day and time because of her work schedule. I had to call 3 times to find out why the delivery had not been made as of December 19. I told them they were to provide a new, fresh bouquet and get it delivered ASAP 12/20. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my grandmother's funeral and just to be sure that everything was done correctly, I called and gave the details of the order over the phone. I had the feeling that the call was being taken by a big call center based on the noise in the background and also the operator seemed young and inexperienced. Sure enough the flowers did not arrive before the funeral and we got a call much later that day from a lady who was trying to deliver the flowers to a house (not a cemetery) and to a totally wrong name. Since then I have emailed twice and called 4 times trying to process a refund. I was told via email that refunds are only processed on the phone. After being on hold for over 20 minutes, an operator named George told me that the flower shop had closed and I had to call back the next day but that I could speak directly to him.
Well I called, was put on hold for 20 minutes and then the call was terminated with an automated message to call back later. I think I have spoken to three people now and have spent about 60 minutes on hold. Each time the operators have been unprofessional and I have had to start my whole explanation over from the beginning. Honestly, I haven't experienced this bad of customer service ever and I suspect they try to make the process so difficult so that people will give up on their refund. I used to work for a call center many years ago and so I know that this is an unofficial practice. In the end, although this entire situation was not my fault, they only authorized me a 50% refund and when I asked to speak to a manager, he was conveniently not available, another strategy to get me to just give up on the refund. My boyfriend had ordered from Avas Flowers twice with no problems whatsoever. We were happy with the flowers and the service. However, this third time when there was a problem with the delivery escalated to be the worst experience we've ever had with a business. My boyfriend ordered flowers for me for our one year anniversary. He waited painstakingly all day for me to thank him for the flowers he ordered to be delivered to my office, but they never came. When I got home he asked me if I got the flowers and I said no. He tried the email he found online and it bounced back. We tried calling and the automated service hung up on us. Finally, almost a week later we got through to an actual human.
We explained the situation and said that I had never received the flowers. They told us the name of a person who had signed for my flowers and they worked in a completely different building than I do. I also was furious that they allowed a stranger to sign for my flowers. By the time I went to that building after finding out my flowers went to the wrong place they had already thrown them away. My phone number was listed on the recipient but neither me or my boyfriend ever received a notification that the flowers were left somewhere not listed on the address provided.
The customer service representative, Janet, was absolutely terrible. I think they outsource their customer service because she could barely speak English and we had to repeat ourselves several times. She blatantly lied to us that the delivery person couldn't access my building so they had to leave them with someone else who then notified me (my building is open 24/7 and I was never notified). She also said she couldn't give us a refund because it was beyond their 3 day window. This was ridiculous since we couldn't even get in contact with them. We asked for her manager to call us back and we never got a call. Avas Flowers for ruined the anniversary surprise and caused us endless hours of stress and anxiety. If you want to throw money down the drain order from them!

I tried to modify my order online because there is no one answering the phones. But they didn't send the modifying email to facilitate that. So there is no way to contact this company. This is a scam. In fact I changed my credit card number because of them. I don't know if flowers will be forthcoming.

I placed an order at 12 pm on Monday October 29, 2018. I needed this order to arrive on the Monday, October 29th before 3 pm. I choose AVAS Flowers because they advertised same day delivery as long as the order is placed before 2 pm on the same day the delivery is requested. The customer service employee, Charlie, assured me that since the order was placed before 2 pm that it will arrive before 3 or by 3 pm. Charlie even put me on hold to speak with someone to confirm that this request can be accommodated.
The reason it was imperative that it arrive that day was due to a very special surprise and also the recipient only works part-time and leaves by 3 pm each day. I kept checking the AVAS website to track my order and I couldn't access my order. I called after 3 pm and spoke to Daniel who told me that he was able to catch the driver and cancel the delivery for today and move it to tomorrow. I was extremely upset about this. I wanted it to be a surprise and be special and that didn't happen.
At the end of the day I receive the below; "Thank you for using Avas Flowers. We are happy to take care of your floral order for K... Your order was successfully delivered! ACTUAL DELIVERY DATE: 10/29. ACTUAL DELIVERY TIME: 4:39 PM. DRIVER NAME: John. INVOICE NUMBER: **. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: 0000 Vase arrangement of burgundy and White Flowers. Again, thank you for the opportunity to serve your floral needs. We look forward to being your florist of choice in the future!"
I then called AVAS and spoke to another person. I told them that I had called earlier and spoke with Daniel and that he was able to reach the driver and stop the delivery and that a new order would be delivered the next day. This 3rd person I spoke with told me to call back tomorrow and maybe they can refund my money since I paid $60.98 for the arrangement and it wasn't delivered per their confirmation of "by 3 PM" and now it won't be a fresh product nor the surprise I needed it to be.
I contacted my bank and they tried to dispute it (which took a few weeks) but AVAS said they will not refund me my money back. I called AVAS on Saturday, December 15, 2018, which took more than 15 minutes to get someone on the phone to just discuss this matter with. I spoke with a customer service representative who couldn't help me so she put me through to a fella named George whereas she told me that George was a Manager. I explained again, now the 4th time that I spoke to a different employee of AVAS, and he said blatantly that the flowers were delivered on time and the time of delivery on my confirmation, 4:39 PM, was the time the truck returned to the garage.
First of all, AVAS Flowers is just a call center, they just place the orders with a local florist, which I should have went through in the first place and what I will always do moving forward, so there is no way he would know any information on the driver's return. Second of all, it clearly says on the above that the "ACTUAL DELIVERY TIME WAS 4:39 PM. I spoke directly to the recipient and she left her office at 3 PM, and she did not receive the flowers at 3 PM as George claimed. I asked George if he was the Manager in charge and he said he is not a Manager and for me to call in a few hours. I said who do I speak with and he just said again "just call back in a few hours". He was the most unprofessional, rudest, arrogant customer service representative I've ever spoken to. AVAS needs to be "SHUT DOWN". With all the complaints on file with this business, how come they aren't out of business yet?
When I ordered these flowers I was clear in requesting that I needed the same day delivery by 3 pm. If they couldn't accommodate this request, I should have been told right at that moment as there are many other florists that I could have contacted. So now because of their dishonesty, terrible service, untrained and unprofessional employees, I am out $60.98. I would never recommend AVAS Florals. A disappointed and totally unsatisfied customer in Warren County New Jersey. NOTE: the only reason I gave them one star is because I had to, otherwise I would not be able to get this complaint posted.

I ordered flowers for my sister on December 5, 2018. I Googled local flower delivery in Ashland, Oregon. I believed I was talking to a local Ashland florist. They never delivered any flowers. When I finally asked my sister, "How were the flowers?" She said they were never delivered as they were really watching for them. The recipient didn't receive them till two days later - delivered to someone else! This was for a Christmas party - long over! Very upsetting. AND they never emailed, called me to apologize! I ordered a gourmet fruit basket for my ailing mother's 83rd birthday on Monday Dec 10, for a birthday delivery on Dec 13th. I live in Kansas and she lives in North Carolina, and is currently in a rehab center, after being in ICU. I thought fruit would be better instead of flowers. I called her 13th to wish her a happy birthday, and she had not received the basket yet. I called the next morning and still had not received the basket. I finally called the number I ordered, and they said there was nothing they could about it, and it would be delivered soon. She finally got her basket! Well guess what! It had 2 green apples 2 red apples, a nasty pear and a grapefruit the size of an apple. This was an $80.00 basket! No gourmet nothing in this little basket. I am heading to the bank Monday morning, calling the BBB, and the department of aging. Do not order from this company. I hope to get them shut down.

35th anniversary flowers an embarrassment - I waited for months and was so excited to send my wife flowers to her job. I ordered from this company and was so excited until she sent me a picture of the flowers and I was shocked, furious, embarrassed on how small they were. I ordered a large arrangement and received a much smaller arrangement. I was so embarrassed for my wife to receive such at her job in front of her coworkers. And when I called I was offered a 10% off in store credit - like I would order from them ever again - I think not.
They didn’t even try to offer to resend flowers or offer a full or a partial refund. I would caution anyone and everyone to be careful when or if you're brave enough to order from the so called company. 35 years of marriage only to receive such a disappointment and a embarrassing floral arrangement and the company will not even try to make it right - so sad!! And what’s even worse it’s not even been 24 hours and the flowers are wilted, dropping and dying. They look terrible! Please Please don’t waste your hard earn dollars!!

My name is Henrique and on 12/05 I ordered a flower arrangement for my out-of-state fiancée who was having surgery on the following week (the day set for delivery). I set the delivery date to 12/12. On Delivery day, after a whole day of having no updates, I decided to call (around 4pm) and inquire whether or not the flowers were still getting delivered or what was going on. The call was an absolute waste of time as the person who picked up couldn't get ahold of the driver/florist in charge of making the delivery. I was told the company would let me know of any updates. An hour and a half goes by with no updates, I call again at 5:30pm. A guy called Sebastian picks up and proceeds to put me on hold for a staggering 30 minutes (at the pretext of calling the florist/delivery to have a status update).
I cancel the call, proceed to make a new call and supposedly a new "Sebastian" picks up, same name, same voice. At this point I'm furious because he claims there are two Sebastians and he didn't know what I was talking about. I say, “I want to know if the order is getting delivered or not, and if not, then I want my money back because I wanted the flowers delivered the day of my fiancée’s surgery, not a day or who knows when later.” This new Sebastian makes a quick call to try to get ahold of the florist, fails, and says "Unfortunately at the time I can't provide you with an update. We will let you know once we have one". The same thing I heard 3 hours earlier!
I told him this situation was beyond ridiculous and disrespectful and that I wanted it to get delivered and hung up. The call ended at 7pm. The flowers were not delivered. As a matter of fact, they still haven't been delivered, all the website says is that: "Delivery confirmation pending. Please check back with us later." Absolute trash service. I want my money back. Not a gift card, a promise of a new order or whatever else you may offer. I want the money back now, and you can for sure know that I will make sure no one close to me ever orders from this company in the future again.

I paid over $100 for a sympathy arrangement that was supposed to be all white flowers with a touch of greenery. What was received was 4 white roses with lots of greenery. The four roses were not even placed in a nice way. It was the worst arrangement I have ever seen. I sent pictures of what I received and what I had ordered and they refunded me $20. This company is a major scam. They pretend to be a local florist and they are not!!!! Horrible customer service as well. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered a baby boy bouquet with a Mylar "It’s A Boy" balloon. My daughter received a wedding bouquet & no balloon. When I spoke to them they said they’d send her what I ordered at no charge. Two days later I was notified that I would receive a $20 refund & a $20 store credit. I spent $75. I told them I wanted the store credit refunded to me as I was never using them again. They said NO!! I am among many others who have been frauded and scammed by Avas Flowers. They advertise same and/or next day deliveries only to find out via urgent text or PC from them within 5 minutes of processing charge card that same/next day deliveries are not available. Next, they tell you that charge credit is not an option as cancellations are not accepted; only refunds for time-limited future orders. Who would ever place a future order with them after discovering they were frauded and scammed?
I called the bank to freeze/cancel my credit card in fear of additional charges fraudulently incurred involving this online merchant to be protected or safe going forward. My bank will file a dispute but I do not expect to easily retrieve my monies even after a whole lot of hassle and Bank Dispute Resolution Department in my corner.
Save yourself a whole lot of aggravation and duress by NOT ordering anything from this company who are very quick to take your monies but don't let you cancel or process charge credits back to you. They are savvy, slick scammers out to get your money at all costs. Play it safe and shop elsewhere where ethical and reputable business practices are guaranteed.
