I am an Amazon shopper, or at least I was. I am extremely disappointed in amazon shopping as a whole right now. Prime shipping in the past 6 months has completely lost its shining advantage and has gone from a regular 1 to 2 days shipping times for items fulfilled by amazon.com to well over a week and anywhere up to 17 days to actually receive a product in hand. This, in my opinion, Is unacceptable according to the expectations amazon has set for customers. I don't use any of the ** "value-added" services associated with prime and I'm sure I'm not alone here so it seems being a prime customer is pointless at this time.

The customer service when you request a call about an order tries to shove you off now and when it finally tries to connect you to customer service it puts you on hold. This is another thing that has now become a thing that once made amazon the best choice or made its monthly fee for prime make sense. I don't understand how this is what's going on because amazon seems to be building new fulfillment centers and hiring stronger than ever before even in 2021. For these reasons I foresee amazon as becoming a very shady company, like verizon or sprint in terms of customer service and worse than the many google shopping related merchants in terms of shipping. It seems after losing Bezos the company's edge left with it. If this continues, it shall be declared, RIP Amazon's Prime. (Pun fully intended)

So I bought a grill off Amazon through a 3rd party about 6 to 7 weeks ago. Grill came in damaged from UPS. We refused the grill and UPS sent the grill back to seller. We emailed seller as well and explained that the grill came in damaged and asked them to just send us a new grill. So weeks went by I never heard nothing so reached out to the seller and asked them what was going on and where my new grill was. They then stopped responding to me so I then reached out to Amazon and explained what was going on.

Amazon reached out to the seller and they wouldn't respond to Amazon neither so Amazon tried multiple times to get me my money back and were unsuccessful in doing so even though we had pictures of the damaged boxes and an actual UPS slip stating the grill was damaged and refused and was shipped back to the seller but apparently that was not enough to get my money back. Amazon told me that they have exhausted all of their resources and at this point I should call my credit card company and dispute the transaction which I have just started that process!! Which in all honesty should have never ever come to this!!

Listen I have loved Amazon and have bought numerous things off Amazon and have never had a problem like this before!!! But since it's a 3rd party Amazon does not stand behind that sale. Even though you pay Amazon they are very limited to what they can do to get you your money back!! So please be careful buying 3rd party on Amazon!!! Hopefully my credit card company gets me my money back.

Amazon has REPEATEDLY FAILED to rectify the problem of failed deliveries for several weeks now. Mind you, even the photos that the drivers take showing misdeliveries don't seem to move Amazon in the right direction. In one situation, one misdelivered *private* order had been mysteriously removed from the box, and the item appeared by itself (no box in sight) for the whole neighborhood to see. Another disconcerting things is that Amazon is now asking the customers to go outside and look for the misdelivered package themselves. Can Amazon guarantee that their customers are going to be safe by doing this? Especially in today's world where most people don't know the character of most of their neighbors? We've been customers of Amazon's for years, and up until recently, we've never had this issue.

Our home address has been the same, and is simple enough to read and see from the street. Though we've repeatedly complained to Amazon, and though they've repeatedly promised that they are going to investigate and rectify the problem, the deliveries to the wrong address(es) continue. So, we are suggesting that you go with other vendors. When other well-known stores and e-commerce sites sell their wares at comparable or better prices, and deliveries are safe, efficient, private, and delivered just as quickly or even faster, buying from Amazon no longer makes sense.

Amazon refunded money for an item we never received over a month ago!! Then randomly decided 3 months later to charge me again as in a second time, for an item I once again, never received!!!! I thought the problem had been resolved the first time I had spoken with several people that only read from scripts and I can barely understand most times!!! Anyways since Amazon decided to take money out of my bank without my knowledge or permission on said item we never received it therefore makes my rent check bounce. Also costing late fees, overdraft fees, court costs, and fines from our landlord etc.

We are currently living dollar to dollar since Covid. I called and asked them for assistance in the problem and they said well it was already in process so there's nothing that they could do!!! They told me that they could in a day or so send a 2nd refund of the amount of money they had originally charged me that they shouldn't have, but they could do nothing about the fact that I had to pay any overdraft fees, late fees, or any other problem or inconvenience!! They gave zero concern that we could possibly get evicted over their mistake and that it's costing me hundreds of dollars I don't have in extra charges. I was told they would do nothing at all for me for any of the inconvenience.

They said the only thing that they could offer me was the fact that the return money that they shouldn't have charged me in the first place could be returned in 3-5 business days after it gets posted to their system in a day or two!!! It's the 1st of the month! How the heck is it supposed to help me in 3 to 5 days, after 1 to 2 days??!? That doesn't help any of the inconvenience, it doesn't help me pay any of the extra charges, and it certainly doesn't help me at all! They could just cancel the transaction and it would fix all the problems!!!!

It's so hard to understand any of the people on the phone that speak with such a heavy accent and static on top of it that I cannot comprehend what they're saying and constantly say, "What did you say? I'm sorry. I don't understand. Can you repeat yourself?" over and over again!! It sounds like they're only reading from a script, because they only answer the same few phrases and get confused if you ask them anything that isn't pre-answered in front of them!! Amazon needs to do better!!!

This is ridiculous. NO customer should be forced to get possibly evicted because of a random stupid charge that shouldn't have been processed at all! It should be fixable! They should be able to fix it on the spot not tell me it could take a week, and in the meantime cost me a crap ton of money, and better yet do nothing about the inconvenience besides tell me, "Oh well"!!! Not "Hey let me talk to the bank and see if we can deal with this," or "Here's a gift card," or "You know maybe if you tell your landlord what happened I can send you a letter proving that this was an issue," something, anything....

Returns are not being scanned in by Amazon's employees at their return warehouse which is causing a delay in refunds that is due to customers. On some items that was damaged that I sent back it says that I got a refund but nothing showing the return complete on a return. I have questioned Amazon's customer service people about this. Amazon can turn around and charge you for a item that was sent back but not showing Return complete. I always print out 2 copies of the authorization return. One that is put into the item box I am returning and I keep a copy for myself to track the return. I am now waiting for a refund for 2 dresses that had their original tags on and returned back to them next day after receiving them. I even paid for UPS to pick them up for a charge of $6.00 each.

After tracking them I could see that they were delivered back to their warehouse. The 2 dresses that I sent back and they have received, it is showing a refund will be issued once we receive items back. Even though they have already the dresses back more than 5 days ago. Like to know how many Amazon customers are going thru the same problem. I am a Prime member and have been for many years. Calling their customer service is no help at all in trying to get my refund back $244.00 that I spent on these 2 dresses, even though 1 customer service person did tell me she could see that it was delivered back to their warehouse.

The amazon driver quickly got out after they hit my car, picked up their ladder and left. By the time I was told they were long gone. I called the police but because they hit the vehicle and ran there wasn't much information he could put down. I was told I would be contacted several times after I submitted the supporting documents that I could but never was. I kept calling and emailing and finally they told me last week that they found the drivers, found the truck, and were going to review. Also claimed they reached out to one of the witnesses which WAS NOT true!

Today I get a call back after calling them and emailing repeatedly stating that they are denying the claim. How am I supposed to come up with more evidence if THEIR employees fled the scene. DO NOT use this POS company! They treat a lot of people the same way, even with the actual package deliveries! ALL careless!! This is the kind of company they are! Well everything worked out. The USPS did contact me and explained that a mail locker is "no contact parcel delivery". The package was sent back to the third party when it was not removed from the locker and Amazon contacted me by email with a refund of the item within 3-5 days. Well I guess I overreacted, I need to adjust myself more to covid-19 protocol and have a little better more understanding. I try to explain it to my granddaughter, she just wants the lights, and now a two new tops! Amazon and USPS step up and took care of business.

I was a Prime member for a while. Didn't care too much for it, movie selection was small and had to pay for all the good one. Package was ok, but I managed. I decided one day to cancel it which I did. From time to time I order stuff for my granddaughter and send them to her house in Loves Park IL. Recently I order her some lights. I follow the tracking number which was giving to me. And it kept on telling me on its way, until one message say delivered. Well I had my granddaughter check everywhere for it. Can't find it anywhere, also the information message said in a mail locker? I try to contacting Amazon for a week, they said contacted USPS. Ok USPS has no record of it and the tracking number does not exist in their database. Waited there days for that message. No message back from Amazon yet. What happen was simple payback for canceling Prime / EVERYONE BEWARE of the company that is going to change the world!

I have made several complaints to the Amazon main office within the last 4 months & yet my deliveries are still to this very day being delivered to the unit next to me and or not put on my gated patio where it is specifically directed to be put in the delivery instructions (if my stuff is left at the front door then there is a 90% chance they will be stolen and that’s why I’ve asked to put my things on the gated patio instead of at the front door). Now the unit next to me has a huge metal door that blocks the view of the unit # & my unit #, directly across, is in large plain view, but yet the drivers keep ignoring my address and putting my stuff at a door they have no clue what unit it is…

Due to the pandemic amazon has had to hire people who really didn’t want to do the job but have to due to the lack of other available positions elsewhere, & it seems these individuals are incompetent at their job. I have video surveillance showing one driver throwing and kicking my packages to my neighbor's unit instead of mine and she was supposed to place it on the front patio where it is indicated in the delivery notes, but instead she was talking on her phone with a friend (personal call while working) and not paying any attention to the correct delivery address… If you order from Amazon, expect one of your neighbors to get your order because it seems a lot of the delivery drivers now are awful at their jobs and are in too much in a hurry to care if they have the correct address or put it in the correct designated drop off spot. They want to get rid of it as soon as they can so they can be done fast as they can.

I strongly recommend canceling your Amazon Prime membership if you have one and just go shopping in person. Wear face mask if you want but stores have just as good as deals as Amazon shopping online does. At least then you know no one‘s going to steal it or it be delivered to the wrong place LOL. Amazon has really dropped the ball on their entire platform of “customer satisfaction is our #1 goal” because I know I’m not the only one having major delivery issues with them and their customers service office knowing the problem and yet not doing a darn thing about it.

Purchased a pool on March 29 so I would have one for the summer. Did not set it up until June 10. Stepped in on June 13 and seam ripped. Immediately called Amazon for refund. Ever since I have been given the run around since it was a third party seller. Neither the seller or Amazon worked with me but instead wasted my time on endless phone calls, emails and messages only to tell me today that my appeal is denied since it falls into the past 90 days policy. Pick ups were scheduled, seller agreed to refund but then said no.. Amazon and the seller were stalling me and every inquiry made by me was posted to a later date.

Amazon also told me they will not respond to my emails or messages anymore on this matter. Initially Amazon told me I would be getting a refund and I could feel confident about purchasing another pool FROM AMAZON. So I did.. So now Amazon has $900 from me for two pools- one that is defective. I am a very big customer of Amazon. I would think they would treat their top customers with more diligence and satisfaction. This really shed a dark light on this company for me and I will not be so quick to jump to Amazon when looking for products in the future.

I used to be a happy customer of Amazon and was happy to pay the yearly membership fee but back then they actually shipped and delivered packages in 2 days as they promised and when you called customer service you got someone who seemed to care and resolve your issue. Those days are long gone and now that yearly fee is has gone up, they rarely get packages to you within the time shown, and customer service doesn't care about "your" issues. I asked to speak to a supervisor this last time and was told no, the supervisor would tell me the same thing as it is "their" policy. They cared when they were growing their customer base but now that they have market share, they don't care and don't need you. Hopefully another company will step and offer similar services for a comparable price.

I had to suddenly stop using Amazon because they don't credit your returns AND lose returns. Someone working there is so stupid not only did they not give me credit for 2 returns valued at $150 but then they tried to double charge me for the item I returned a second time. My bank realized they were trying to charge me twice and blocked them. Then they had the nerve to contact me about an item that was already paid for to supply another payment method since they couldn't charge me again for an item I don't even have.

I've ordered lots and lots of items on Amazon up to 3-4 times a week and loved the convenience but I can't work with pirates. All I can think is they hired some illegal or teenager that is responsible for accounting that is an idiot or thinks this is funny. I'm done with Amazon after this disaster. Probably for the best to stop me from overspending. Almost forgot to mention they refuse to credit your returns back to your account and give you gift cards as another way of forcing you to spend and they have no guilt about cheating whatsoever.

For many months friends have been telling us we should "get Amazon and watch the TV series Yellowstone". This evening we signed up for Amazon Prime (annual subscription). Our Prime membership was confirmed and I switched our TV to use input from our Fire Stick. We were dismayed to learn that we'd have to pay something additional, over and above the cost of Prime if we wanted to see that production.

Then I looked at the "Amazon lineup" of movies and TV shows. Hmm, lots of "pay more to see" items in that list (the really, really popular ones, I presume). I was immediately reminded of the circus side-shows of my childhood: I could get into the "magic show" for a quarter but, once inside the tent and after I'd watched some pretty impressive sleight of hand, I'd have to ante up another quarter to get into a second tent, one attached to the back wall of the main one, if I wanted to see the "really big show" (as Ed Sullivan might have said). On the positive side... immediately following my cancellation the Amazon website displayed a message telling me that the full amount I had paid for our subscription to Amazon Prime would be credited to me.

They sent it anyways against our will and amazon said either we pay or they were shutting our Amazon account down, so we said shut it down. Why would we ever trust this scam company anyways. So we are now trying to send back some 700 dollar car part that isn't even for a car we have and it's been a nightmare so don't trust Amazon with your credit card info, even though we didn't have it saved they kept it on file and tried to charge it against our will. I hope everyone reads this. Doesn't have this happen. We had to cancel 2 credit cards because of this.

And she was in the first place, but the Amazon destroyed her project, in an instant, it's terrible. All the reviews have been removed, all of which have been confirmed are real hands-on reviews. When the service started going downhill a few years ago, I cancelled Prime, but they keep sucking me back in with offers like free prime for a month, or some other special offer. Hard to give up the convenience. Still assuming I'm saving money using the service, but haven't bothered to confirm due to strength of convenience. CANNOT use the Prime Video service as everything clocks too much (buffering): a 42-minute show takes twice that long to actually view. So, using Netflix, Tubi, others. [STRIKE TWO].

NOW I recently found that my account information got screwed up somehow, sending my subscriptions to someone I'd sent a gift to ONCE recently. Customer Service informed me that I had NOT been hacked, that they COULD cancel all my subscriptions (after trying to get ME to do the work), and then informed me I'd have to re-subscribe to everything again, still making me do all the work to fix a problem AMAZON CREATED. [STRIKE THREE]. I've removed all payment methods and am holding cancellation of my Amazon subscription in its entirety in abeyance until I can determine suitable alternatives (hoping there IS one) and a final decision to totally boycott AMAZON. Lousy company, great convenient service. Damn. (Oops, sorry, 'darn' for those of such sensitivity to call that a micro-aggression or simply profanity... get a life.)

We all know Amazon doesn’t destroy anything, they sell the items to a third party company in pallets and then other retailers refurbished them and sell them. So no item back but also no money back, they pretty much tell you, "Screw you, and there’s nothing we can do," as a Custumer I think there should be a way to report them to the cops, they are taking advantage and getting richer because they are stealing from people!!!!

Also in the box were 2 cans of Old Fashioned Cheese Bacon De-Lish Pasteurized Cheese Snack - one of the cans had its lid missing; even though the can feels full it could have been partly used and possibly tampered with. I contacted Amazon's "CS" chat and they blatantly claimed they could not be refunded - even though these items - especially the cheese in a can - could be a health hazard. I have been using Amazon for many years and always loved them, but recently learned that they now allow major brands to veto the posting of negative reviews, even when those reviews are honest and factually correct, and concern the possibly unsafe nature of the item. Two Amazon employees admitted as much to me over the phone. In addition, before I discovered this, Amazon's official response to my review, which raised concerns regarding the possibly dangerous nature of a product flaking off bits of plastic into users' mouths, was that it violated their "community guidelines", but of course without stating which aspect of the guidelines. I guess this is now just an easily abused way to block any review that might harm sales (which one Amazon employee also admitted to me over the phone, that my review was blocked due to potentially harming sales).

Multiple requests to discuss my review with their reviews team in hopes of possibly adjusting it, or at least finding out what guideline exactly was violated, were met with promises that that team would get back to me within 48 hours, but they never did, I assume because they know they have no defense for this. I'm no expert, but this practice seems like it could qualify as deceptive, misleading, or unfair business practice, and I will be bringing it up with my state AG. For the record, this was for a product from a major brand that was "shipped and sold by Amazon", not some shady 3rd-party seller.

On a final call, Amazon essentially threatened me by referencing their legal department. I guess money is now more important to them than their customers, even long-time ones like myself who have spent many thousands of dollars with them. Shame. This is all to say nothing of the explosion of fraudulent merchants selling fake garbage on their marketplace, which is why I had been buying only products marked "shipped and sold by Amazon" for some time, but I guess even this is no longer completely safe.

Do not… I repeat do not buy large furniture from Amazon! I ordered a sofa and matching love seat. The loveseat arrived but was extremely hard to put together but I eventually got it up. Two weeks and a completely mismatch living room set later they still have not delivered my couch. Amazon relies on a company called CEVA Logistics that has a 2.9 rating to deliver the furniture. First I get a email stating that they tried to deliver and they didn’t. When I finally sat there and called 1 half hour later and spoke to them on the phone they said, "Oh that’s just what we do when we’re missing a phone number or something." Here’s an idea, email me and tell me you need a phone number and don’t send me a blatant lie!

In my opinion it’s an attempt to set up a scenario where it looks like I was irresponsible and just not home so that they keep the couch and my money doesn’t have to be returned. They then when pressured asked me for a few more days to deliver. So far I don’t know where it’s at or no if they even have it in their possession… I want my money back. As far as the sofa well they can stick it where the sun don’t shine! As for those who choose not to hear my a warning and have a horror story please leave your review and don’t let Ceva get away with it. Write reviews until we can shut them down! And as for as Amazon if they continue to deal with a company that has no regard for their customers they can get it too!

Between March 31st of 2021 & April 15th of 2021 I got some extra cash and I ordered over 68 items from Amazon, which came to almost $2 thousand dollars. Out of the 68 items I brought 2 dresses that cost $19.99 each that was lost or either stolen during delivery or at delivery. When I didn't got the first dress (for I always look on Amazon under orders to see if an item was delivery) I contacted customer service and they refunded my money and all was well.

A week later I check my orders again on Amazon and noticed that another dress was not delivered and Amazon's site said it was delivered a week prior to me checking the site. I called customer service and a young girl with a heavy accent assured me all would be well. Then she asked why I didn't report the dress earlier in which I explained that I had a lot of packages and simply didn't had the time to go through all my deliveries.

Two days ago Amazon sent me an email warning that I had a large amount of items that I claimed to have been stolen (my guess is that they was saying I was manipulating their service to obtain free merchandise). They threatened that if I didn't discontinue my behavior they will closed my cast file (whatever that means) and I won't be able to purchase from their site again. I quickly called the call center and a young man with myself went through all my orders and out of 68 items only two cheap dresses ($19.99 a piece) were missing. (If I wanted to steal I would have stolen something worth a lot more money).

I asked for an apology but they are refusing to recant their accusation. In this order I had also ordered and received the pill medication device Pria that malfunction so I called and received the instruction to delivery it to a Kohl's near me; however, Amazon sent me an email saying that they had credited my account for the total money that I spend for it but if they didn't received their merchandize they will take the money out of my bank account even though, I have a receipt that I mailed it to them. Amazon won't allow you report to anyone, and covets this behavior? I'm amazed. I shopped Amazon for decades as a general consumer, and the one time I need all the help I can get, Amazon is there with their hand out looking for ways to scam me and rip me off. I looked and the Root Beer is sold by Amazon itself and they are still selling it? They listed 1 Root Beer for $53 and that insinuated by price to me that we were talking more than one (1)? Possibly even cases?

My goodness, I thought I'd help others by posting this to stay clear of AMAZON. They took forever, took advantage, overcharged and stood behind charging $50 plus dollars for one FLAT ROOTBEER they threw in a box? Wow!

Amazon is terrible when it comes to something being wrong with an item. This is my second bad experience after receiving an item that is damaged and I can't use it. Explaining and over explaining things that Amazon should be able to see notes about, gets so time consuming and frustrating. I just received an item that was described as "like new" that has a scratch and doesn't even work properly. I called amazon and they explained that for 3rd party seller I have to go through them and request a refund. I did that, messaged the seller back describing the issues and requesting a refund, and then days later today being told they are reaching out to the seller again and can't see I already even did reply to the seller. It has almost been a week and I have not received a refund for an item I can't use due to it not functioning properly. Amazon makes you jump through hoops and tells you things to appease you that day but does not fix the root issues.

I am still waiting for a refund and who knows when that will be or if I have to go through this all again and wait longer because they "can't see that I replied to the seller." Huge waste of my time and I can't stand such terrible customer service dragging a simple refund request out like this regardless of the refund policy they repeat over and over. This is my second time dealing with an unpleasant experience with an item from Amazon. At least this time someone didn't interrupt me even after I politely asked them not to. Terrible customer service and a waste of time sum it all up. Courtesy credits don't fix everything. I then on USPS website had requested for a proof of delivery which they’ve had confirmed that item sent was indeed a postage letter and that it weighed 4 ounces (see attachment).

    5. On or about 12/22/2020 I complainant Julio ** immediately had contacted USPS Department Manager’s Office at Address: 11 Silver St, Middletown, CT 06457 and had demanded further explanation as to why the USPS driver would sign off on my package without my presence and whether there there was ever a laptop included this tracking #: **. USPS supervisor had stated to me that due “COVID 19 guidelines, and fact item was so small and being capable fit inside my mailbox and weighing 4 ounces gave USPS authorization signed off on delivery receipt as being delivered (see attachment): (see also:) recording attachment.

I complainant Julio ** had informed Amazon Seller – Nicaise ** "because empty letter that you had sent me was already scanned for by USPS and was confirmed to have been an empty postage. Letter with your tracking information on it." Empty postage letter fits description of what was scanned by USPS department. I even confirmed this with the USPS supervisor.

    8. During the conversation with Amazon Seller - Nicaise **. I had provided him recordings I had with the USPS supervisor, photographs empty postage letter that the seller had sent me, as well proof of delivery confirming that package weighed 4 ounces and not 3.7 pounds as description of laptop. I explained Amazon Seller - Nicaise ** that they had sent me an empty letter weighing 4 ounces and would’ve been impossible been a laptop. Seller then had stopped responding my e-mails and ignored my request for a refund.

    II. Amazon Denial A-Z Claim

I advised amazon that they do have a duty through strict liability ensure that the item’s being marketed and sold on their platform fit’s the description of what is being sold to the consumer and that what they were doing is illegal, a larceny, and a breach of contract. Today it was delivered to Apt. 1, my Apt number is 3. It’s ridiculous that they cannot pay enough attention to the address. I am unhappy with customer service not being able to help with this. It is a waste of my time and resources. I am sick of having a package delivered to the wrong house and having to wait another week for a replacement!

I have been very happy using Amazon.com for years, with very few issues until recently. It appears that their customer support has changed, most likely due to the Chinese Covid-19 virus, which has brought our country to its knees. The only issue I have lately is that, if you have a gift card balance on your Amazon account, and during the order process you specify another payment method, like VISA, they still may charge the item against your gift card balance. That might not be a problem, unless you are saving that balance for a family member to use. I recently spent more than a half-hour in a chat session trying to get the charge moved from my gift card to my VISA, as I had specified when placing the order. It was not resolved as of this date. I won't knock off any stars at this time, due to Covid-19. I will continue to shop on Amazon, and will continue to compare their prices against their competition. I still rate them 5 stars!

Amazon has become no different than other online retailers. Bezos is no longer CEO. Instead he sits on the board which means he is shielded from criticism as he no longer makes day to day decisions....It all started last month. Delivery dates not being met. My daughter would place an order a day after me and her single item would arrive before my order. Last week I called customer service because I returned several items. Amazon decided to issue $121.00 in gift cards/store credit instead of my original debit card payment as I selected. Yesterday I waited for vitamin supplements. The delivery went from 11am-2:30pm to 4:30pm to before 10pm. Called customer service as I use UPS for deliveries. Amazon knows damn well the store closes at 6pm. I cancelled that order promptly. I could walk into Whole Foods Market but I found the items cheaper via Amazon.

Funny thing is my daughter ordered a pack of socks that morning which was delivered 2 hours later at the same location. Now this morning I receive a call from Amazon customer service saying the driver is trying to access the UPS store at 8am which has NEVER happened before. After 3 years of using this location for my deliveries you would think logistics would know this. So I checked my order. My daughter's order was attempted but my order still says out for delivery. Not only that her order is now being rescheduled for Monday 7am-11am. Why would our orders be on separate trucks going out for delivery on the same day at the same location? The success of Amazon has been their ability to deliver as promised. Bezos has his billions and does not seem to care anymore. I don't know what's going on at Amazon but things have gone to crap since Jeff Bezos vacated his position as CEO.

I know all this because it's happened to me more than once, I'm tired of the false advertising, the poor excuses, and the changing of the rules just to fit Amazon's needs, I've become very dissatisfied with Amazon these last few weeks, their delivery has gone to hell, and they make up things, when my items never arrived the same day, it was out for delivery the next day, you'd think I'd be the first to get my delivery since Amazon screwed up, but no, I was one of the customers to be delivered last, very deceptive business practices.

After calling and being told of my package being delayed till after March 06, 2021 and being VERY upset due to paying monthly for Prime Membership, the package strangely came from San Antonio Texas to me (in my city living in) before 12pm. So, it does PAY to complain, let them know you will post a review of bad services and demand to receive what one pays for. So, I think I should not have been put through this all, but yet I DID receive my packages. And, THANK You!

    Original Review: March 6, 2021

Placed an order (Prime) on March 03, 2021 (then given choice of delivery date, so I took a one delivery for ALL items together - thought would be easier for shipping and coming to my home), the delivery date was TO BE March 06, 2021, and yet even received an email the prior day of March 05, 2021 that a schedule delivery was to be tomorrow by 12pm of March 06, 2021. On that date, I decided to look up tracking and then I saw my package was in San Antonio, Texas (NOT where I live) in transit. So, how on earth was I to receive something that was a long way away from me. Yet, they took my money out of my account quickly on the date due for payment, but yet I do NOT receive what I paid for and yet they say they are SORRY.

Okay, enough with these false apologies, that does not move the FACT that you Amazon.com is taking CUSTOMERS money and KEEPING it and NOT giving in return what the CUSTOMER paid for with this company. Now, if people took someone's money and not keep the contract or not deliver by means what is paid for, ISN'T THAT THEFT for THEM? If amazon.com is NOT going to do PRIME as PRIME is PROMISED then stop taking CUSTOMERS money and do away with PRIME!!

Was told no problem, that all are zero co-pay with my insurance. Have first Rx transferred, get text and email message that says cannot order for another 10 days, but they will notify me when it is time to order--or I can order at very high prices without insurance. Never received notification as promised when I could order, must have a glitch in the system. So I find that the first refill is already in the cart, but requires a $3.00 payment. Thinking it must be postage, I go ahead and order. They did get my physician to write a 90 day Rx, but for three 30-day refills, each at $3.00 each.

I do not have the time to deal with order Rxs every 30-days so they will not be getting my or my wive's Rxs. These same Rxs are zero copay for 30-day supplies at CVS or Winn Dixie. Call Amazon Pharmacy customer service, explain all the above, but her attitude is that they are incorrigible, very uppity and snippy attitude and then admits that 80 percent of their phone calls are customers wanting 90-day supplies. I was not made aware that the refund would be credited as a gift card. I did not ask nor want a gift card. I call about my refund and I am told that I already received it. I’m livid because my card balance says differently. So I check my account and sure enough there’s a gift card attached to it. Before I knew this I ordered a movie for my kids thinking it was being paid via my debit card attached to my account and come to find out, the gift card was automatically being set as my primary use, when in the past it has always been my debit card. So by me using the balance from the gift card unknowingly, that disqualified me from receiving my refund instead. This was down right deceptive, and crazy.

There should always be a disclaimer to let the customer know how a refund will be issued l. There was none for my purchase. I will not be supporting Amazon anymore. My most recent experience with Amazon has been atrocious. I feel disrespected as I have wasted over two months for a simple order that can not be fulfilled. It has been a waste of my time, energy and do not feel like a valued customer. I had ordered an extra large pajama pant from Amazon back in early December. A couple days after I ordered, I contacted Amazon support as I meant to order a large size, not an extra large. I spoke to an agent and asked for my order to be changed to a large size. The agent assured me that they changed my order as it has not shipped yet, so I should be receiving the large pajama pants instead of the extra large. Upon delivery, in early January, I received the extra large size.

I contacted customer support again to ask if they shipped an extra large and large size by mistake, but the large hadn't arrived yet. The Amazon agent said the previous agent I spoke to did NOT do anything for my order, so there is no large size pajama pants being shipped to me. I was upset, but I said, "Okay, can we swap the extra large size I received for a large size." The agent said no, the only thing I can do is to return it and re-order the large size. So we processed the refund and I reordered the product in a large size.

Upon attempting to return it, I could not because the Amazon support worker I spoke to processed the wrong order for return. So, again I had to go back to customer support for them to process the proper item for return. Today, early February, I received the new package for the large pajama pants, but again, I am disappointed. Even though I had ordered a large size, I again, received the extra large size pajama pants.

So, I contacted Amazon customer support in hopes to resolve the same problem again. I let the agent know what had happened earlier, and what they can do moving forward. The agent said sorry for the inconvenience, then disconnected me. A new agent came to the chat, said sorry for the inconvenience, then disconnected from the chat as well. The next agent came into the chat and said, "Sorry for the inconvenience, but I'm going to send you to another member of our team to help you out." So again, the agent disconnected from the chat and another Amazon agent connected.

The fourth new agent today said, "Sorry for the inconvenience, there's nothing we can do, you can get a refund and buy it again if you want the large size," as there's nothing they can do. So I asked for a refund because clearly Amazon does not want my business, was not professional and wasted my time and effort with this simple order. After two months of trying to solve the same issue and being let down every time, it's just not worth my time shopping with Amazon. I feel extremely disrespected by Amazon, the interaction I had with them was very unprofessional and I do not feel like a valued customer. The past two months have been such a waste of my time, I would think twice about shopping with Amazon.

After 3 emails and a call to customer service I finally received a reply in the form of a premade response. Several more email requests and 4 more reviews being approved and removed. Each time that I was able to get a reply it was the same premade response also saying that they weren’t going do anything.

Now after 12 emails and calls all of my reviews were removed and I’m am blocked from posting any more. I guess asking for help or information must have upset someone. After 5 months I still have not received an explanation as to what was wrong with the post that violated something. I guess that it’s beyond their capabilities to actually look into a problem and give an answer. I have the impression that all that they are able to do is ignore requests, sent out premade responses when they have to and destroy people's work if they have the audacity to keep asking for an answer or help. I have been a customer of Amazon for around 15 plus years and this has left a very bitter impression as to how Amazon works now. Too bad they don’t care about their long term customers.

Started with Amazon in 2012 for my personal use, now I’ve spent thousands on hundreds of items since opening my business in 2019 but frequently ordered at least monthly on something since 2012. So, I’ve had some history with Amazon. These are my issues; First, their censoring of product reviews is absolutely abhorrent, you can leave a 1 star 1 word review but if you have specific information and pictures it somehow doesn’t fit their community standards.

Second, what was once the best customer service in the industry has become the same condescending, uncaring culture you find with tv and cell phone providers. Lastly, anyone can sell on Amazon now, they sell knock-off items or items that barely match vague descriptions but not the item pictures. I spend more time reading reviews on products trying not to get burned than I do looking for the stuff I need. Bonus, they allow scalpers to sell on their site, price gouging and hoarding inventory blatantly through Amazon services.

For many items on Amazon, buyers (Prime members only?) are presented with this pitch: "Get $10 bonus when you reload your gift card balance with $100 or more" and one can click through to that option where, should one bother to study the bannered headline - a virtual repeat of the pitch - you'll find "*Restrictions apply" in small font, a second click-thru where one can finally find the disclosure that this is a one-time reward. While it is true, one can get 2% by reloading from a debit card, why do that when you get 5% from Amazon associated credit cards, unless, of course, you're Amazon and can pay 2% vs 5% on a $100 purchase? Amazon must do a much better job with its up-front disclosures associated with this pitch. Why bury the restrictions on page 3 when the words "one-time" can easily be integrated into the initial pitch? Better still, stop pitching now-ineligible members who have already received the one-time $10 reward for this reload.

After I left, the delivery date changed to Thursday, January 21. I arranged for someone to be at my house to receive the order on January 21. When was the order delivered? About 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday, January 20. Unfortunately, I have videos of the delivery and of the package being stolen from my front porch about 12:40 a.m. on January 21. No problem would have occurred if Amazon had simply done what they said they’d do. Hope Amazon is proud of its great service.

It started a few days ago when we discovered fraud on our debit card to the tune of over $550.00. Someone had opened two more accounts using our card, they did flag the second account and put a hold on it but the first fraudulent account was still active. After multiple calls to the CSR then speaking with Supervisors, we asked for a call back from their fraud department. We only received back emails from them stating no issue was found with our account (no call) and no way to email them back. No. There is no issue with the original account. The issue is with the fact that someone was able to open two more accounts with our card number using a different phone number and email address and it didn't get flagged.

The most difficult pill to swallow is when push came to shove the Fraud department couldn't be bothered to make a phone call to sort out what is truly going on. Amazon is a massive company that should have safeguards in place to identify when the same card with different personal information is used, in fact, the only way to find the other accounts was by the CRS doing a search of the card number because nothing else matched.

I want to score them higher because they have a lot to offer, customer service has been helpful on the few occasions I've needed them and with Prime I get free shipping. Here's the catch - the shipping and delivery portion of the order is so awful that it supersedes and cancels out the good. When you order something from other sites, it gives you a delivery date and that's it; the item is there as expected. With Amazon it's a crapshoot! Very, very few orders ever show up on time and that's inexcusable.

The cost of shipping is built into the cost of my membership, so remember nothing is free. They give you no recourse for late shipments. I order things with plenty of time but when you're expecting a delivery it should be there. My daughter's birthday present is already TWO DAYS late and the only offer is a refund, but then they reverse the shipment and that's not feasible because I still need the product. They shouldn't be allowed to charge you a fee if they don't hold up their end of the agreement. I'm not ordering from them anymore. It's time to get back to shopping small, local businesses again. I have been a long time customer of Amazon's - like many others, and I intend to remain so. Although Amazon itself is excellent in every aspect their Amazon Store Card Dept. is severely lacking. Upon registering an account for the Amazon Store card - at the very beginning - I allocated my payments to non-promo's first. Since then, regardless of whether there was a promo expiring in 60 days or not - my payments were allocated to the promos first. I watch my account very closely so as not to incur interest, and each time my payment was allocated incorrectly I was forced to wade through the myriad of recordings to contact a human being at this department and have my payment re-allocated. Well, that's not entirely true, many times I had to wade through Sydney's questions to chat with a live agent and once I sent a message but to no avail.

I just got off the phone with the Manager of this department; actually I hung up. First I had to clarify just who it was I was talking to. I record names, whether I have an issue or whether I am thanking someone for a job well done. Couldn't understand his name. Perhaps he thought I was merely messing with him. Far as I could understand I believe his name was David? Lavid? Laveed?? I was agitated and frustrated (you name it, I was that too) from the constant calls and chats with these folks. I started calmly enough (calmly enough in my present state) - certainly didn't yell through the phone or swear at this gentleman, but his manner and tone were not conducive to me remaining so. He lowered his voice several times and mumbled unintelligibly. I questioned him the first time, he perked up and confirmed I had heard him right (I think), then lowered his voice and mumbled something again - quick and rushed.

When he spoke slowly he was clearly understandable. I didn't catch his mumblings but I can only assume it wasn't something I didn't particularly want to hear in the first place. My agitation grew. He placed me on hold at one point, which I had no objection to, and when he returned he stated, "Thank you for holding. I appreciate your patience". I waited for him to continue. If it was my bad for not responding; okay, but I did not believe a response was required. He immediately started in with, "can you hear me, hello, can you..." game (which became absurd), of which I was replying to him. Finally he confirmed he could hear me and like any other red blooded American I asked if he too could hear me. He replied, "you can hear me, I can hear you, let's move on". Very quickly. Very rushed. Call me an idiot for apparently he thought I was. I ended the call.

Without a doubt, companies all over the world receive heated calls from their customers and although I agree they should not have to put with with being swore at and/or browbeaten (neither of which I did), I would think they would have had the training and forbearance to understand a customer's frustration and handle it accordingly. I have been in this situation before and competent managers were able to put things into their proper perspective - without insulting me, and resolve my issue. Sometimes not to my satisfaction - but I was willing to accept the outcome solely due to the manner in which my issue was regarded and how I was treated. I mentioned before I was agitated and rightfully so. I had a valid issue. I have an Amazon Store and Amazon Visa card. I use my store card extensively. However, since neither the store card nor the visa card assist me in my efforts to breathe - I dare say, I can and will continue on without them.

I called Amazon back AGAIN and was told it was in transport and would be given to NSD by Jan. 7th. I reached out to NSD twice before finally getting a delivery date of Jan. 12.

The tub was delivered damaged. I contacted Amazon about a replacement and they refused to replace the item stating it was from a third party and was not available at the price I paid. After arguing with Amazon for forty five minutes and being transferred to four people I was told to return the tub and replace the order and Amazon would do a price difference refund. I told the agent that I would have to wait on the refund because I did not have the very expensive amount of the product just sitting around in my account.

I was able to finally re-place the order today, Jan. 14th, and reached out to Amazon to receive my price difference refund only to be told I AGAIN wasted my time. I ordered a pair of headphones about a week ago, as a prime member, which were supposed to arrive yesterday. However, instead of delivering it yesterday, with no notice or warning the delivery was rescheduled for today for reasons amazon did not disclose. Usually, one day doesn't make much of a difference but, since these headphones were meant as a birthday present, Amazon has royally screwed me. And this isn't the first time!

For the past two years or so I've been having serious issues with Amazon shipping and customer service: the shipping service they use (Lasership) throws their packages from a distance, often damaging them, openly steals them and, even though I have video proof, Amazon did nothing to correct the issue! They even refused the videos I was trying to submit. The packages they send ship and arrive late, this month alone they shipped FOUR defective items to me out of five. It takes time and effort to get the refund, especially when they lose the packages or forget to scan the returns.

Lately, they've been blaming their mistakes on the pandemic but what about all the lost, broken, undelivered stuff they ruined before the pandemic? All I can say is that I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and continued ordering from them, as a loyal customer who used their service for over a decade and a half... But no more. I can no longer pretend that what they do is acceptable because it's not! Their customer service is rude and useless, for instance, yesterday, when I reached out to them via chat to find out why my package is late, the person on the other end continued giving me instructions on how to track my package and, after numerous attempts to explain myself and a phone call that went nowhere, I simply gave up.

They are responsible for many bad days and, as of right now, I'm going to do whatever I can to avoid using amazon... Their prices aren't the lowest anymore, by far, the prime membership offers zero benefits because there is no more one day shipping, not for things you want anyway, the delivery service they use is a game of Russian roulette that might cost you your package so... Why bother? Amazon was the best company I've ever known but, right now anyway, they are the worst and no matter how many times they blame the pandemic, unless they implement some serious changes in customer service and quality control, they will not have customers to abuse.

Last year in November 2019, I received an email from Amazon in regards to suspicious activity on my account. Because I did not have a prime account and was using my mother’s account for our amazon orders, I missed this email and was completely unaware of what was happening on my personal Amazon account. In February of 2020, I needed to order something from my own account but my account was not working. I changed the password 4-5 times and couldn’t get access until I called Amazon directly and then received minimal help as to my continuous response from them was "We must reach a specialist to look into your account." After trying 5 times someone finally got back to me through email. From this point we were able to reset my password and I even added two-step verification to secure my account.

Oddly, soon after I received two random packages at my home that I did not order from Amazon. Although, I had not ordered them, they were ordered through my account. I contacted Amazon again, and when I tried to use the 2 step verification I set up myself, they had been compromised and were not allowing me access into my own account. Again, I contacted Amazon fixed the information and changed passwords and once I was able to access my account, I was going to set up a seller account through Amazon. Again, when I had started the process I saw that someone had accessed my account and added a card in the methods of payment. Weirdly it wasn’t an actual card number, they were all zeros (0000-00000-000) and the name was just jumbled random letters (fekoazkzsmwabna).

After I noticed this, I quickly deleted my own card information and the other card's information because I was worried that my credit information would be compromised and I was protecting myself from identity theft. What I don’t understand is that my 2 step verification was on and any activity on my account would notify me, yet again I received a random package in my name that I was completely unaware of. I contacted Amazon again, and they could not verify me because my account was compromised and all I received was an email letting me know that Amazon was closing my account due to suspicious activity and after numerous phone calls and valuable time, Amazon was not only unable to help me, protect my privacy, but they couldn’t even explain to me what was going on. All I received was an email suspending me permanently and any account under my name will be closed indefinitely.

In this case, Amazon failed in protecting my privacy and tarnished my trust in their company. I was the victim to identify theft and fraud, and instead of Amazon protecting me, I was punished for trusting Amazon’s security. This experience was horrible for me and I want people to know their security is at stake with Amazon as they do not protect you, they protect themselves.

I found a gaming monitor on sale locally at a store within a few miles, as well as through Amazon, doing my last minute Christmas shopping, hoping to make my 13 year old son's Christmas still able to be special and with a surprise that I consider a 'big gift', despite being a single, mother on a currently very low income. Now, I know a $200 present may not seem like a huge gift or a big gift for Christmas, but in my world, it truly is and was supposed to be, just that! I chose to use Amazon, rather than drive to the local store, solely because they offered me the option of sending it in disguised packaging, not revealing what is inside, which was perfect for me because not only would my son not know what it was, as I knew he would be home for the holiday and probably see it, but also because I could wrap it in the box it came in, not having to try to hide it from bringing it home from the local store to wrap it, etc.

I made sure I triple checked that I chose the option stating to not have it revealed and sent in a disguised package and made my purchase and honestly, I felt excited about. I was eager to see my son get this on Christmas day and I felt proud that I was able to make it happen with my low-income budget and lots of anxiety that I wouldn't pull it off, up until this point. It was to my devastation, literally bringing me to tears, when my son came to my bedroom and told me that there was a package here, that looked like something that could be for him for Christmas, so he said he closed his eyes and came to get me in case and to see if I needed help getting it inside and to have me check it first and if I do, he won't peak and will help me. He then tried again to reassure me that he didn't see what the box was but that it just looked like it could be something for him.

Bless his heart, I thought it was very sweet that he was trying so hard to not spoil my surprise by letting me know that his surprise had been spoiled. But, the moment he finished his sentence, I immediately knew Amazon had clearly sent it in the original packaging, despite my selection to have them send it disguised and trusting that they would follow through with this. I tried not to, but couldn't help but cry as I helped carry the package inside and feeling defeated I just told him to go ahead and open it and start setting it up but to remember that this was his 'big gift' and on Christmas day he won't have one to open because this was it. I reminded him it wasn't his fault that he saw it and it was supposed to come different but he was happy to get the monitor and of course to open it a few days early...

But it truly did ruin my Christmas and I feel this would have been better had this been done the way I paid them to fulfill and expected them to which would have allowed this to be a surprise, not spoiled, before Christmas day. A decision that I should've been entitled to make on when it was revealed, which was taken away from me. Now, I understand people are human and technology has its glitches and this was a mistake, no matter what happened to cause it (although I was certain I selected the appropriate option as I was very careful and triple checked prior) but I am an understanding person. I reached out to Amazon to explain what had happened and was hoping for some kind of resolution that would at least make me feel a little better about the circumstances resulting in the error on their end.

After going into detail about what happened, explaining the same as I just did above, they literally just offered me a refund of $19.98. I reminded them this item was $200 and they corrected me that it was actually $199.82, not $200 and this was their 10% refund offer from the total charge. We won't even address that is not a correct calculation of 10% off of my $199.82 charge, but to me, this response was worse than them just saying sorry and leaving it at that! I mean, I do not feel that I am wrong for feeling that I am owed compensation due to the fact I paid for an item that included a service that I chose and was not provided with this, basically the service/agreement I purchased based upon did not happen, therefore, shouldn't I be refunded or given some sort of compensation option as a result?

If the tables were turned, I bet I would be expected to! But, I guess Amazon disagrees because I did file a complaint through the BBB regarding this matter and it ended up being closed as unresolved and unsatisfied customer when they offered a final and only option for a resolution being a $35 promo code discount, which meant I would have to use their resolution offer, the promo discount toward a purchase AGAIN made through Amazon, thus providing them with additional profit and business on my behalf, in order for me to even receive this alleged "resolution offer and apology".

Again, I told them to forget it as it doesn't even compare to the disappointment for both myself and my son on Christmas all due to a mistake that THEY made, which I trusted they would uphold their end of my purchase agreement as a long-time loyal customer and then after they did not, they could not even offer me a fair or just compensation or sincere apology? Instead their only solution is a promo that I have to spend more money with their business in order to even use? I hope everyone reads this before considering purchasing through Amazon.com LLC because they are listed as a certified, authorized, seller and they clearly do not value their customers, nor care if they hold up their end of the terms or agreements when it comes to purchases and you are left losing if they do not, as they do not care to make it right, if they fall short on their end and do not take ownership or accountability for their mistakes. Very disappointing!

Amazon lost half of it and left me with 1/3 of a sectional sofa 1 week before Christmas during the holidays and now 8-10 weeks before I can get a refund because they asked me to ship back the other price first. Wow.... I called the day half of it was delivered and got passed around to 6 different agents. They were clueless. They told me to wait 3 days and their fulfillment team would reach out with a resolution. 2 weeks go by and no calls.

I ended up reaching out to the manufacturer to find out they will not be fulfilling and more orders. Amazon has done nothing but pass me around with no resolution or compromise besides an even swap for their mistake that left me high and dry. Their response is "that’s the best they can do." I would have thought that the pandemic might be the cause but every other company I ordered from delivered on time. Of the items I did receive, a lot were poor quality, not as advertised or broken. The clothes especially were very poor quality and sized very small. I also found their prices to be very high on most things.

For instance, many of the items I saw on Amazon were half the price through Walmart and a gift box I ordered from Hickory Farms for $55 was over $100 on Amazon. All in all I have been pretty disappointed with Amazon and will be ordering very little, if anything, from them in the future. Also, don't be duped into signing up for Amazon Prime. They told me, it is not available and want me to cancel the order and order the same item again. After I took the stroller, 100 € difference is gonna refunded they said. So I did what they told me. I ordered again. In two weeks, customer services sent me an email that says cancel the order, we cannot send it. The stroller is still listed and you can order it to Turkey. I tracked him until he updated and said delivery issues. He just stole the package and amazon is not a good source to order from this day. These are Christmas orders and we are not getting our packages on time. How we suppose to get them? This year is ruined our Christmas now. Lucy never solved the problem today, could not hear or understand her hardly, bad connection, still no answers. Never gave me any compensation for the problem, the other guy too, Branny never called me back as promised.

Amazon has really gone down the tubes, poor customer service, and not addressing problems or giving quick refund like in the past. I have had to call twice now, they never address the problems or refund. This lady did not care today or seek out a solution or fix the problem immediately like in the past. I am sorely disappointed with Amazon now. I will do some reviews of them and use other companies now more.

I like a lot of other people have been shopping online with Amazon for a number of years. Over the course of the past year I have seen a substantial decline in their customer service. A lot of the problem originates with the third party sellers and how Amazon handles them and are not part of the A-Z guarantee. Customers are no longer a part of Amazon's equation when it comes to third party sellers problems, couple that with the delivery companies damage, loss or theft of product and Amazon becomes part of the problem by their lack of concern to make things right. Because of their lack of action/concern these problems become exponentially worse.

They can't even deliver 2 gift cards that were ordered at the same time going to the same address on time. 1 was delivered when they said that it would, the other is the normal response "On the way, but it's running late" meaning it is lost or stolen. Also order item on Dec 4, item was shipped with delivery date of to Dec 14; 17 days later am still waiting. A third item was returned to seller, refund issued, 6 days later still waiting for credit card to be credited. Appears Amazon is holding this money to collect interest on it. They are becoming too big, and in the long run will suffer like eBay & PayPal.

To my surprise 3 weeks after, I got email suggesting they never received phone and box they received was empty. Amazon hasn't been co-operating at all, numerous emails and phone calls but they keep insisting that unless I return original item, they can't issue refund. I keep saying I have returned it as exactly described in their policy and to a UPS store but they won't do anything about it nor open up investigation of fraud on their end nor work with UPS to understand what happened here. Never buy any expensive items from this site, it's good chance you will get rip off as you don't control delivery or return of such items and Amazon will simply won't refund your hard earned $. Amazon has always gone above and beyond for their members and lately with at least 4 orders of merchandise (90.00- 120.00) I've not received due to their delivery service or in one case a third party seller. When I've called their attitude has been mediocre at best with being concerned on fulfilling these orders. I know that they have had to hire new employees and I know of at least one person having a felony background being hired during this pandemic and I'm starting to wonder if these misplaced orders have gone home with some employees?

I'm not sure but I find myself again waiting for an order that was supposed to be delivered today only to find out that it left an Amazon facility on Dec 10th to arrive at UPS only to ever have arriving.. Today is the 16th and today is the day that it was supposed to be delivered.. I called and of course the response I had was that they don't know what happened and to try calling back by the end of this week.. The item was an above ground swimming pool.

Amazon, the worst company in the world when something goes wrong. What Amazon has done to me and my grandson is disgusting. My grandson asked me for something for Christmas. I immediately went to Amazon to purchase it. Being 65 it's better I buy online then visit stores during Covid19. I received emails from Amazon 1.) On Dec 1st, order confirmation. 2.) On Dec 7th, my item has shipped and I should expect it by Dec 8th. After a few days waiting for item to arrive I started contacting Amazon. From one customer service (CS) rep to another rep, then supposedly one cs team leader to another cs team leader, I got the same answer they don't know what happened to my grandson's Christmas gift. They kept telling me that they can no longer give me my item I paid for and was told I would receive it proof of emails received by Amazon.

I tried all over the web to find Amazon's Executive contact information. I called the executive office's where they would not give me any executive to talk to about my problem. I sent emails to a few executives but no answer as of yet, jeff@amazon.com being one of them. The only thing I can see is that when I purchased my item on Dec 1st it was selling for $129.99, now it up to $400.00. They must have seized my item to make more money selling it to someone else. How much more money does Jeff Bezos and Amazon want to make? So beware when Amazon screws you, no one will help you.

Several suspicious charges appeared on my cc labeled “Amazon”. After disputing them w my cc company I added a new card to finish my Christmas shopping. A couple days later I noticed I had been locked out of my account and no longer had access to any of my order information or any other Amazon service. The next day I received an email stating a certain order had been charged back and until it was paid for my account would remain locked. With the order information Amazon provided I verified it and authorized them to charge the new card.

It has now been a week with no resolution except “customer service” reps who only read scripts and forward notes followed up by one form email a day from “customer service” failing to address anything specific in the dispute. My account remains inaccessible and no one at Amazon is capable of addressing this issue specifically. To treat a “valued” and reliable customer by punishing first, asking questions later and failing to listen to the answers (which would’ve solved the problem) shows this behemoth doesn’t care one iota about its “customer”. Enjoy the convenience y’all... But caveat emptor. Your turn is coming.

Now I want to raise a question to Amazon, when we return a product they are providing us a return date, then that date also should be tentative date and should accept the product even after the date. Why there is different policy to Amazon as a company and a different policy for Customers.

Reg Refund - Amazon never refund the money for returned product unless we call them. I have Ordered 2 products with 2 different orders and they are of utmost worst quality and never work as described in the product description. I have returned them and Warehouse received the products. Amazon displayed the message that I will get the refund in 2 to 3 days. I was monitoring for more that a week and I didn't receive the refund. I called customer service and to my surprise they are giving various reasons. After long conversation, they credited the refund. I reported this and it happened three more times. Each time I reported it to them. After the third time a customer service person told me to open a new account with a new email and that my old account would be closed. So I did this and was contacted by Amazon after placing some orders for Christmas presents, and told this account was being suspended because it was linked with another account that was suspended for violating their terms. I explained that I wasn't the one who violated them, that I was hacked, etc. And that I was instructed by an Amazon employee to open the new account.

Nobody from this dept would call me, they only emailed me repeating the same information and basically stated that it doesn't matter that I was hacked multiple times, it doesn't matter that I didn't do any of the things that violated their terms. That I'm still banned from Amazon shopping. All those years with no problems and then when I get hacked multiple times, I get to deal with the consequences.

Not only was I dealing with Amazon over this hacking but I had to change my email password Eleven times in 2 mths, because I was hacked so many times I was trying to figure out how the hacker was accessing my accounts and what information they had...I had to get a new debit card, of course. And now Amazon bans me. This is a horrible response to a customer whose accounts have been fraudulently used. If you're hacked on Amazon, whatever the hacker does to your account will come back on the customer. Amazon views customers as dollar signs, not as people.

Normally, I would have received an electronic notification that the items were received at the amazon locker. However, this time, I didn't receive any notification. I suspected this was unusual, and I contacted Amazon customer service through online chat the next day. However, the agent assured me that there should be no problem and the return process should be updated and encouraged me to wait a few more days. Now that I noticed there was no update on the return in my amazon account, I contacted amazon support through online chat again today, and surprisingly this agent told me that I have to have a receipt from amazon locker to be able to claim my refund. I got surprised, since the first agent did not tell me this last time. And that was actually my concern a week before, that amazon locker did not send me the electronic receipt as usual, which was not addressed by the first agent.
I also talked to the supervisor of the second agent today, and explained the issue, and he said they won't be able to do anything because I don't have a receipt. He was not even willing to track it down and check what happened to my items at the Amazon locker. And he offered no refund. Normally, I would expect at least one of the two to be offered by the customer service. Otherwise, it is a very poor service, you guys have to rethink it.

I decided I would cancel my Prime membership, since I'm not receiving the customer support I deserve, and also, I don't want to keep losing money because of the mistakes that Amazon employees make and apparently Amazon takes zero responsibility for it.

I have made over thousands of dollars in purchases throughout those years. Recently, I purchased a refurbished Macbook Air and returned it within the return window. After waiting over a week for a refund and tracking the item to ensure it was delivered, I contacted Amazon customer care. I was informed to call back and to wait up to five business days.

After waiting more than five business days, I called again and was told that the item was scanned wrong and they apologized and I would receive my 900.00 within three to five days. Later, that same day, I received another email stating that I returned a different computer and would not receive a refund until the correct item was returned! Shocked, I called them back and spoke to a supervisor that said that the return center closed my refund request and that he is sending a request for an investigation which would take another 3-5 days. I asked them why they did not verify the serial number and where were the pictures. He said they usually dispose of items.

Flabergasted, I waited the five days, did not hear anything, so contacted them again. This time I spoke to someone in the "investigation" team who stated that he read the notes and they will not issue me a refund until I return the correct item!!!! I asked him to return the laptop to me then, he said that it was disposed of. I have now contacted my bank who will do their own investigation.. Apple said they can track the laptop, but I need the serial number in which Amazon will not provide.

Beware of returning pricey items to this company. It is disgusting considering they are a multi-billion dollar company. Take pictures, record all relevant information, and film the drop off when returning any item to a postal centre for your record! I was due a refund since the beginning of November and have not received a cent, meanwhile they have the computer and my money. Someone stole it from the return centre!

However, I found their stuff are more expensive than other stores and all the negative reviews are not accepted. The reviews are misleading because they simply do not accept any negative review. Therefore I won't use their service anymore.

I've used Amazon for years - always had good luck. But. for the past few months they've been promising - on the checkout page - delivery of items in 1-2 days and it NEVER happens. For the last 4-5 months, whatever date they give at checkout, items are ALWAYS at least 2-3 days later and often 5 days. I know, COVID, volume, etc. etc. All I ask is a little honesty and realism! all they have to do is look at records to see that almost all orders - including Prime - are really taking 4-6 days for delivery (especially thru USPS and UPS). So why keep telling customers delivery is in 1-2 days? BE HONEST - you have the data that shows it's not true! Better to under-promise and over-perform! Sooner or later someone is going to do to you what Parler is doing to Twitter. At this point, Walmart and others are more reliably accurate than delivery dates on Amazon.

Please return it". I have no idea how I was supposed to return an item that I never received. Although I contacted Amazon, they refused to do anything because the order was with one of their 3rd party sellers. The seller did not provide the product but they did charge my credit card. After spending the day fighting with the seller, I finally receive an email stating, "Your refund has been cancelled". I have no idea how a refund that wasn't issue was cancelled. I'm not sure if the order has been cancelled or refund was issued. Amazon needs to help resolve this issue instead of doing nothing.

Then the system transfers you to random people who sound like they are first day trainees that can't write down the order number digits or any other numbers like address in the correct order. Check prices. I have noticed that Amazon will raise prices on things once they have you purchasing them from them. I have noticed this on more than 1 item. I guess they think once they have you they keep you, not. I have pointed this out to others also. I 1st noticed this on an item I started buying from Amazon because it was cheaper than the local store. After purchasing it a couple of times, I noticed the price kept going up. I went back to purchasing it locally which was cheaper than what Amazon was trying to get me to purchase it for. They seem to get you in with a cheaper price, but then they keep raising the price. I believe they do this on items you save for later also. I just was going to purchase an item that I saved for later. It now cost more. I did a quick google search and found local stores that are cheaper. So beware and price check, don't assume Amazon has the cheaper price.

They would rather lose a customer and browbeat them with cyberstalking tracking techniques than actually try to correct shipping issues, seller responsibility and conduct. Amazon provides little to nothing other than free shipping for its Prime members. Let's start with Amazon TV, anything really worth watching is going to cost you a rental fee. The rest of the movies are "D" rated. Everyone brags about same day shipping or next day shipping. In fact unless you live in a big city you wont get same day or even next day. I have had Prime for 6 years now and only 40% of the time do my packages show up when they are supposed to and never same day. I have paid extra for next day shipping and it actually took longer because the shipper didn't actually ship package for 3 days. Since they did ship next day (3 days after the fact) Amazon does nothing about it.

The reviews? Mostly fake!!! Amazon is very protective of its sellers, if you have a bad experience you better write a very detailed acct and leave out any words that might get flagged. Even then Amazon will most likely Delete that negative review down the road if the customer complains enough. The return Policy is pretty good but Ebay's is Much better. In fact, since Amazon has gotten so popular most of what you purchase on Ebay is all free shipping and expedited shipping just so they can win over their customers again. The biggest Plus for Ebay is their sellers Try to give you the most for your money because they live off the feedback score. Ebay does Not sensor its feedback like Amazon!

When a selection link is presented to change address, it only shows the Beverly Hills address instead of a number of other addresses that I know I have on Amazon. I have wasted hours at this point trying to make a home delivery order in order to save time, and have instead wasted over 2 hours. Amazon-pr@amazon.com-this is the email that you can reach out to, if you need to submit a complaint even though all of the agents that I spoke to told me that there is no such thing. My Account was locked 15 days ago. I went through the process of submitting the paperwork that Amazon asked for and even called the customer service desk on Monday 8/3/20. The agent that helped me explained the situation and submitted a “form”. Once the form was submitted I was told that an account specialist would reach out within 24 hours. I waited the 24 hours and got no call or email from the account specialist. For the most part that is the game that I’ve been playing the last four days. I call an agent and they submit a “form” then they tell me to wait 24 hours. I called yesterday and the agent that I spoke to now tells me that I have to wait until Monday before I might hear something back from the specialist.

At this point I was frustrated and requested to speak to a supervisor. I spoke briefly to a supervisor who told me that he was escalating the call. I was on the phone for 50 minutes and either the call dropped or I was hung up on. I called back and spoke to another agent for 20 minutes before I was hung up on again. I called back a third time and I was finally able to speak to a supervisor who was knowledgeable of the situation. She took the time to explain that the agents should not have continued to number one tell me that someone would call me within 24 hours because right now they are taking longer than usual. Number 2 they should have never kept submitting the “form” every time because when they do I lose my place online basically.

She was very helpful and understanding. What is the most frustrating part is that I have spent close to 5 hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue. I should not have to spend this much time trying to figure out where the problem is. At this point I am done, like I told the supervisor I am done. I don’t want my account back. I no longer want to use Amazon music. I went back to Spotify yesterday. I don’t even want to be a prime member anymore. The only thing that I am asking for is for a refund for all of the movies that I have purchased with my amazon account. Don’t bother on trying to unlock the account. I no longer want it at this point.

Maybe if anyone that I spoke to had been upfront about the wait time it would be different but the fact that they kept telling me to call back everyday and kept giving me the run around really pissed me off. The common answer that I got from all of your agents except from Susana (supervisor I spoke to last) was, "There is nothing we can do," really annoyed me.

Like I mentioned above I DO NOT WANT MY ACCOUNT BACK AT THIS POINT. ALL I WANT IS A REFUND ON THE MOVIES THAT I PURCHASED WITH MY PRIME ACCOUNT. I do have all of the receipts and emails from the purchases that I made. I also have a 5 dollar gift card on my account that I no longer want. If you can reach out to give me a resolution that would be great. I no longer want or wish to keep calling everyday or every other day just to hear the same thing from your agents letting me know that there is nothing that they can do.

I have had an Amazon account for years!! It sure would be nice and beneficial to know exactly which review(s) are supposed to be so "unusual", and that are supposed to be the problem! I haven't even written any reviews for a month, probably more. I can't even remember the last time I wrote a review or for which products. All reviews have to go through an approval process by Amazon before they are even posted "live" on Amazon, so why weren't any of these "suspicious" &/or "unusual" reviews "red flagged" and "kicked back" during this initial approval process? To me, this entire supposedly suspicious and unusual review blocking of my account seems very suspicious to me. After years of buying and leaving reviews, with zero problems on Amazon....then BOOM, suddenly, I'm just blocked, no explanation, Amazon doesn't even bother to notify me about any of this.

I have left a few unbiased reviews for a free or discounted product offer, that a seller has included an offer/promotional card or label on their product to do so for the product I ordered from them. However, I have always disclosed this information in my review (just as have a lot of other buyers have done on product reviews they have left) and all of my reviews, no matter what I was offered or not offered have always been true and unbiased! I, myself rely on honest, accurate and unbiased reviews from other customers for products they have purchased on & off Amazon. I would never leave a false, untrue, biased, or inaccurate review, never!

There are already too many false, fake, and biased reviews out there for products &/or scammer sellers on and off Amazon! That is another reason why I disclose in any review I write, if a seller has "solicited" me to write a review (because I feel this is somewhat unethical) and in fact, I will leave a more critical review for that product. I have several of these offerings right now, that I have not reviewed. If this is not allowed on Amazon, then why doesn't Amazon penalize and block the sellers and their accounts from being able to sell their product on Amazon?

Why is the buyer/customer being penalized? I have seen so much of this in other customer reviews for years (obviously it wasn't/isn't a problem because all those reviews are visible and have not been removed or blocked by Amazon)! It seems like 80% of everything I have purchased in the past year has come with some sort of solicitation included....This is a Seller problem and not a buyer problem! Buyers have Zero control on what a Seller includes with their product when it's shipped out to them! So again, why would Amazon be blocking Buyers?

One more thing I Just found out and would like to bring to everyone's attention! I just looked and every single product that I received a solicitation card with the product or solicitation directly on the product itself, and that I still have the solicitation info for was Fulfilled and Shipped directly from/by Amazon! If this is against Amazon policy it would then seem that Amazon needs to get their own "house" in order and stop penalizing their paying customers for solicitation material that their very own Amazon employees are putting in the product packages before shipping them! I have canceled my Prime account and other Amazon subscriptions and will not be placing any further orders through Amazon. As I am sure Amazon wouldn't want to have any further business relationship, with an all of a sudden, "suspicious" and "unusual" buyer.

I’ve been a customer of Amazon.com since its inception. I LOVE the fact that you can go to one site and get almost anything, from groceries to books, to obscure items that are hard to find. I’ll continue to be a customer so long as the competitors are more limited, BUT I do find myself spending more money at competing sites these days. It’s becoming more and more clear that Amazon is more concerned about the bottom line these days than the customers. Let me share a few examples:

I’ve been looking for some high quality face masks. Obviously, N95’s are being reserved for front line workers, as it should be. The next best thing, KN95 masks, are made in China. And while there are factories in China that make masks that meet all the guidelines of the FDA and most medical institutions, there are no rules in China that prevent OTHER factories from making masks in unsanitary conditions out of substandard or even toxic materials. Over the years we’ve seen toxic pet food and toys and even human dinnerware come out of China, so I’m not buying ANYTHING made there unless I can verify its quality. Amazon is no help there. There are masks on the site advertised as meeting FDA or NIOSH standards, but if you look at the government lists of companies whose products qualify, they’re not on the list. Amazon apparently doesn’t do much to verify claims about its products.

Also, they no longer allow people to email customer care. For an issue like the above, I want to express my concerns, but I don’t want to spend time on the phone or on hold, or be glued to my computer on chat. Even when I’ve tried to bypass hold times by signing up for a callback, I’ve gotten the call only to wait on hold for a customer care person anyway. I also don’t like chat—sitting at my computer waiting for someone to read and reply to my comments, especially when I just want to drop a comment and then check in later for an acknowledgement, and no actual conversation is necessary.

Apparently Amazon has decided that email is less efficient FOR THEM, and their customers can just cater to their convenience. And then there are just petty unnecessary annoyances, like today I got an email from Amazon.com saying I qualified for $3 off certain select books. I am an avid reader so I clicked the link to find out what books were available for the discount, only to get a notice that I DID NOT qualify for the discount (and yes, I did verify it was legit Amazon before clicking the link, and I have two-step verification set up). Why did I get the email, then? Why did they put me through the hoops only to deny something they offered?

Long story short, while Amazon is still a great resource for lots of things, customers are having to put up with more hassle these days with fewer recourses to address their problems. The people, when you finally reach them, are still great, but Amazon itself doesn’t seem to be as user friendly as it once was. Normally, I’d actually email these comments to them first, but... well, there you go.

Overall I am happy with my Amazon Prime account. It's quick, easy to order online and the tracking of orders and ease of returning an item are nice features. However, trying to have my item shipped to an Amazon Jelly Bean locker is difficult if not impossible. I want my order shipped this way to prevent "porch pirates" from getting away with my package. When I wrote a review on the product I ordered, I gave them a 5 star rating, but mentioned in the review that I was not happy with the Amazon Shipping Dept. and they refused to publish it. Apparently they do not want any disparaging remarks made about their company. That defeats the whole purpose of a review. There is no credibility in a review where anything negative is filtered out. I spent about 2 hours looking for a way to contact them by phone or email to get my problem resolved, but to no avail. Thus, I am going outside of Amazon's control and submitting a review via Consumer Affairs.

Smashed DVDs and CDs. Torn, warped books. Clothes that has obviously been worn before. Paying extra for SET TIME delivery and items not showing up. Drivers who do not follow instructions. Where do I start? I pay for Prime. Delivery ends up taking longer and longer each order... Why do I pay for Prime? Drivers just throw packages on porch as far away from your door as possible. The prices keep going up and down throughout the day on every item in my cart. Amazon will not allow you to review their horrible packaging (which is basically just throw an item in a flimsy envelope) and actively tries to squelch bad product reviews.

Ebay is not perfect, but the mailman at least puts my item in my box. And the Seller is held accountable through Ebay's Feedback system. Be it poor packing or lying about a product. Why pay for Prime... Amazon always has an excuse as to why your item will not arrive when promised. Stop promoting political agendas and start doing your jobs. Ebay literally offers all the same stuff! And who cares about your crappy TV service?

I have bought products that needed to be returned to Amazon. When I received a text message that I received my refund it wasn't showing up in my account. I call customer service at Amazon and the guy said I already used my refund on September 12th. I said no, that was from a earlier refund. I asked him to explain to me how could I have used 'this refund' on September 12th when I in fact didn't even request this refund until September 16th and then I returned the item on September 18th? Then, within a few hours I got a text saying I was refunded, but the credit never made it into my account so I can use it. I waited a day or two then I called amazon. This prompted me to look back on other items I was supposed to be credited and there are others that were refunded together and once again missed so as not to be credited to my account. Is this stealing from the customer??

I have used Amazon off and on for a couple of years. This last year I paid for Prime. BIG MISTAKE. All of a sudden my delivery times were lengthened. Items I had viewed earlier in the day were MORE expensive in the afternoon. Items I had previously bought were MORE expensive then what I had bought earlier in the week. And then you receive orders from China (seeds) of which you take to your local County Agriculture Office. Well you get the picture.

What I find most disturbing is how Amazon tracks all you buy and/or view then Amazon UPs the costs. I cancelled my Amazon Prime. I cancelled my PayPal on Amazon too. Amazon is just another company EXPLOITING the vulnerable elderly, the terminally lazy, and the unknowing American Public. I am 'WOKE' now; I started comparing prices of food, supplies, and entertainment; It was cheaper for me to get off my butt and go shopping. So now I go out shopping (ie., grocery/supply/entertainment shopping). I will take care of myself rather than let a sleazy company like Amazon STEAL my monies for their Greed. All you LAZY Americans who depend on Amazon for your food, supplies, and entertainment I hope you get 'WOKE' too, before you get BROKE.

We purchase a fair amount from Amazon and are finding it more and more difficult to do otherwise. I purchased three pairs of short which arrived quickly and were not right. The Amazon website directed me to Kohl's for the return and a text was received later that day advising the return had been processed. More than 2 weeks had elapsed with no credit appearing on the credit card used for the purchase, so I called customer service. It turns out that returns aren't credited to the card used, but to an Amazon gift card. Subsequently, I asked to have the gift card balance transferred to the credit card on file and used for the purchase.

I was told this was not possible because another purchase had been made. This was true and the payment method specifically chosen was the credit card on file not realizing there was a gift card much less one with a balance. According to Amazon's customer service representative Amazon uses the gift card first even though I specified my credit card and because they had, they wouldn't transfer the gift card balance to the specified card. Beware.

Edwin, at Amazon, got smart with me when I asked for an explanation as to why Amazon would demand my drivers license number, which is a great of privacy. This youngster is supposed to be a supervisor. My question was NEVER answered and now I'm submitting a review about the pathetic way Amazon takes care of their customers.

I'm a 60 year old former Army Combat Medic and I greatly resent it when a young person scolds me like I was a naughty child. I questioned Edwin as to WHO at Amazon taught him to berate and scold his customers? He got smart with me instead of apologizing for his filthy attitude and needless to say, I dropped the "F" bomb on him and hung up. Tomorrow, I will be calling Amazon and speaking to someone in the U.S., to demand an apology. Edwin didn't know WHY Amazon demanded my drivers license number, how the this used to verify my age and what if done with my DL number. This is NOT acceptable in any way, shape, or form. I can now truly say that Amazon customer support sucks big time!!!

I'm very disappointed in their shipping, I pay for Prime, and expect to receive what I pay for, I can accept 3 days. Why is that EBAY can get 4 huge truck tire to my door in 3 days, but Amazon can't send an eye bolt in 30 days? Or Secondipity can't send a huge miter saw in 2 days to my door, but Amazon can't get a pair of crocs to me in less than 30 days? Yeah, Covid19 is flaming, but it hasn't slowed anyone else down! Order lost, order delayed, missed multiple shipping dates, package delivered, not received, it's ridiculous, there is no excuse, they should have had a contingency plan in place for such events.. Period! I'm going back to EBAY, they have everything Amazon has, and most time cheaper.

Fed up with Amazon late shipments. Been off and on with good to crappy service for over 2 years. This time around packages are just sitting in warehouse, but indicate as lost. 1 of 17 arrived 2 weeks later. All others are still 'lost'. The issue is they do not re route packages when road closures or other hazards exist, they just keep them in warehouse, and dont report updates on them. There is mystery into why the systems indicate a package is lost, when it is just being held in a warehouse. Amazon does not reroute packages when they are in a flood, or storm or a fire. They just will have them sit. No indication of effort to reroute.

I am in a fire area a few towns away. I still get USPS packages, FedEx, and UPS. They figured out ways to reroute packages to another town first. They gave me indications of where my package is. I no longer believe Prime service has any true value. I would recommend people try to figure out how not to need Amazon Prime, and to drop this crappy service as soon as possible. Even on one of the packages that I requested a refund on I had to wait a week and a half for item to appear to ship and be routed back to seller before refund was granted, even though the package was said to be lost in transit. Amazon needs to communicate better with us, and keep its word to our guaranteed service we are paying for.

I will start by saying we love Amazon overall and we bought over 60,000 last year. Typically we like them because they are fast, dependable and we hate to shop but lately since COVID the orders get slower and slower and we have an enormous Amazon warehouse in my backyard. Here is an example. I bought a floor polisher on September 14th and it said free delivery by September 17th. OK, three days, we pay for two days but I can live with three days. Then I just look and now it says that it will arrive on September 23rd and then if you look at the product again it says it will be delivered by September 20th!! REALLY, WHAT AM I PAYING FOR???? I thought we paid to get two day shipping. Blame it on COVID, SURE, UPS still has two day delivery!!!

It's not just this order. We wait for items probably an average of over a week and I am getting ready to shift my online business from Amazon to either Walmart or Target. When I call to complain I am put on hold for very long periods and when they finally answer I get the "we are so sorry for the inconvenience" Then they offer to credit my account 10.00. I don't want the ten dollars (I wasted more than 10.00 worth of time on hold). What I want is SERVICE THAT I PAY FOR!!

Amazon, after not replying via email nor their 3rd party vendor by email who I bought a desktop computer through, finally took my phone call. I purchased a desktop which did not work right; it was very slow almost at all times. I asked for a refund and vendor provided me what I paid less $340 with no apparent reason explained... even though what they shipped me is exactly what I shipped back to them. Now, a month later, Amazon after finally taking my phone call, is investigating and has advised it will take at least another two weeks or perhaps more to provide me an update. Why would they take a $340 amount out of what I paid when I returned everything to vendor, you've got me. Nothing EVER advised to me about the reason.

Amazon associate I spoke with on 9.15.20 seemed to be appalled/amazed/understanding, yet she told me clearly 'you may or may not receive the remainder of what you paid from us.' Why would I have EVER bought a product like this, essentially defective and returned to Amazon's vendor especially when nothing was ever mentioned about fees for returning defective or non-working products, you've got me. I would have never gone to Amazon had I known they'd sell me something of poor quality, then provide me much less than a full refund. Buyer Beware of AMAZON and DELCA ELECTRONICS.

NOTE: there are many very good companies, much smaller than Amazon, that do an even better job than Amazon. Amazon is okay but, on average, you're dealing with a corporate mentality... Kind of like 'average' government mentality...where you have to push and push because, if you don't since much of government especially Federal is so blase/average/typical/less than truly caring, you won't receive decent, again 'decent', services otherwise.

Be careful. Amazon is charging on the customers cards fraudulently. I called them to complain and then I found out that the reason the customer cannot see the charges is because they hide them on the archive section. They are also posting 5 star false reviews on their product using the customers' names. It's a big scheme. Check your bank and credit statements! Also check orders under the archive section. I believe that many customers are going to find fraudulent charges.

Amazon automatically sets delivery via Prime, yet nowhere do they ask if a customer wants Prime. It is not clear when making orders they will start charging whatever card used for a purchase for a Prime account. I'm sick of having to go to banks and credit cards saying the account charges were not authorized and not getting the money back because they claim the charges were authorized. THEY WERE NOT!!! I'm not a fan of Amazon and this is another example of how they take advantage of people.
