The descriptions give me the info I need to make the right decision. I have not had a bad experience. Make sure you look at all the suggestions to find your best value. I have also always received my purchases promptly. Amazon is the first place I look when buying online.

I love everything about Amazon! I am a 73 year old handicapped widow. I appreciate having a simple easy internet site that meets nearly all my needs without having to travel 50 miles plus to obtain needed items for household and personal needs! Prices are good, products are of high quality and Prime shipping is wonderful. The Prime movies and TV shows are worth more than the Prime membership. I love the way everything is set up when searching for programs. I download music for free plus the 2 day free shipping. Amazon is my go to site when I am looking for products. Love to walk onto front porch in my night gown and bring my packages inside!

I have bought many many things from Amazon.com. I live very rural and it is so convenient to have whatever I need to be delivered to my door. Sometimes within 1 day. I have bought everything from toilet paper to bookcases and pet products. I will definitely continue to shop at Amazon!!

I love shopping on Amazon!! I have Amazon Prime so there is always 2 day shipping for free. The variety of products available is extraordinary. I have never had any problems with the app which is a great thing. I did all of my Christmas shopping at Amazon and am not likely to return to in-store shopping much anymore!!

Usually I love Amazon. But their tech support is dismal. I bought a Echo Dot, and wanted to link it to the existing Spotify account in the house. They couldn't get their head around this, and we spent a long time dealing with whom the account is registered under. End result - I still can't connect. And they claimed they "helped" me.

I like that you can find a large variety of products on Amazon.com and that the desired items can be found at a multitude of different prices. I have always been able to find the products I have been looking for, and at reasonable prices too. But I dislike how sometimes purchased items take much longer to arrive at my house than they were supposed to. Also, I have heard of people getting scammed through Amazon, and not receiving the advertised products. But overall, my experience using Amazon was quite positive!

I've been shopping Amazon going on nearly 20 years now. I've been very satisfied with the purchases I've made. Have I had problems occasionally, sure everyone does, but I'll tell what Amazon's customer service is top notch, and I've never been disappointed with the resolution. The ease of making a purchase is likely to become addictive, so you gotta make sure what's your doing before hitting the buy button. If a mistake is made Amazon makes it relatively easy to correct. Nuff said.

My grandchildren and I love the hammock. Buying it from Amazon was easy. It was also delivered fast. All parts were there and assembly was easy. It was one of the best buy!!! It hangs well, doesn't hold leaves that falls from the tree and it folds up into itself which is a very nice feature.

They have very good selection in most areas and free shipping plus an amazing variety of product available at one site with decent pictures and description for the most part. I like their very fast and easy checkout and also the easy way to correct orders before they are sent but not unusually long shipping times and easy returns. But I cannot convert gift cards to cash money and obtain specific information about certain products and their delivery.

I like Amazon.com better than other sites. It is very quick and easy to find what you are looking for on there and I can find it at a decent price. Also, they have good delivery time and nothing is damaged. However, if something ever does go wrong, there are a lot of different steps you have to take in order to return the item. It would be a lot simpler if you could just print a return label and not have to call. It is hard sometimes to get someone to talk to about a problem.

I have never had a problem with Amazon. If I have a problem with a product I contact them and it is taken care of, they have always been courteous and professional and helpful. They are always willing to help with any issues I have had.

I like reading reviews on Amazon to judge if a product is worth purchasing. While realizing that everyone judges based on different criteria, I usually determine my purchases on this basis. I always review items I purchased honestly for that reason.

I find great values on Amazon. I do shop & compare prices with eBay but, I find that Amazon's sellers have better value for the buck. They need to fix their search engine. Sometimes when I'm looking for something I bought before & type exactly what it is, nothing comes up.

I like the amount of things you can find and buy at Amazon.com and I like to read the description of the products and actual reviews to the products. But I do not like that specifically for products sold by Amazon (not a other seller on Amazon.com) you must order at least 40 USD to get free shipping, this sometimes makes me not to order there. Besides that, my shopping experience has been good.

It's a great site that has just about everything you could ever want. Easy to search and find what you want and what you like. I type in what type of product I want in the search bar and it loads that type of product for me to look at. I can then search through them and choose what I would like. As a member with Amazon Prime, I can get 2-day shipping, as well. I can also get 100% free shipping, and I get discounted and lower prices for being a prime member.

Amazon has great product reviews great policy in return & great shipping. Customer care is awesome! I will continue to order from Amazon for a convenience timely manner and the cost has been greatly affordable to my pocket!

I have had good experiences and bad experiences shopping with Amazon. My first experience shopping was bad because the item I received was not what described as the product that I bought. It is easy to compare prices to other people who are selling items and to know whether the item is used or new. It is also easy to find books in hard or paperbacks and they offer bundles, deals and other suggestions. It's better than Craigslist. What I dislike though is they have items listed and you click on the link and it says out of stock or no longer available. Then you have to keep clicking around. Many items are listed on this site that are not for sale and do not give you a site to where you can purchase the needed item.

I love the 2 day shipping, the variety of things and that the gift cards don't ever expire. The selection of stuff is good, they have books and Sharpies for cheap. Some things are overpriced for the things I want. Or that sometimes it don't take 2 days to arrive. The prime pantry. I don't see why you have to pay 5.99 for shipping on it. It sucks. Overall, it's been amazing. My stuff almost always arrives on time and it is never broken or damage, if it was their return policy is amazing. They have great customer service too, I had a question about a gift card and they answered.

I like the variety of items I am able to find on Amazon.com. Also, it's always easy to find really low prices/great deals on whatever I am looking for. There are often things on Amazon.com that you won't find anywhere else, which is awesome. Overall, my experience using their site is always a positive one. They have a great product selection and a simple/quick/easy purchasing process. These are all things that give Amazon.com high satisfaction in my book.

I'm a Amazon Prime member, but prior to that I received excellent service. I upgraded because of the great benefits of a Prime account. It's more than paid for itself. Customer service via email and phone has been good. Shipping always on time as promised. Returns credited immediately. I can find almost anything I need on Amazon. I check there first. Couldn't be happier.

I have been an Amazon customer since 2002 and a Prime customer since 2010. I am disabled so the idea of ordering just about everything I buy and having it delivered to my door is quite appealing. However, Amazon service has deteriorated significantly in the past couple of years. I have submitted Prime orders several times and then found that the orders were not shipped out for several days. I have submitted non-Prime vendor orders and the vendor has turned out to be running a scam -- not delivering what the site listed. I have been shorted on both Prime and vendor orders.

I purchased a Portable A/C Unit in February of 2017. I opened the package, plugged the unit in, left it on for 5 minutes, turned it off, put it back in the box. I wanted to make sure it worked and the A/C was cold. It was winter, so I didn't need it at the time. Well, June rolls around, 4 months later. I take the A/C out of the box, turn it on. let it run. The A/C now does not only not blow cold anymore, but it also blows water out of the vent, functions within the machine don't work, the "Water-Full" indicator light doesn't work. The "auto-drain" function, for the water reservoir tank, doesn't work.

Amazon has so many items I like. It has all kinds of products in so many categories, all under one cyberroof. I love to shop for stylish dress shoes on this site. But I don't like their shipping and handling on certain items. They also do not reduce shipping and handling for buying more of the affected items. Also, they should reward you for shopping in bundles or volume. But it was so easy to shop and pick out your items according to color, size and style. The prices are so reasonable and with Prime shipping, it took only 2 days to receive the product.

Amazon has always been pretty good place to shop... I like the product description which is usually very well detailed in nature. True product reviews from real customers helps me to decide in purchases and whether to buy it or not. Dislike having to use postal to return items. Don't really ever know who the seller really is and what kind of guarantee they have on their products. Also, I dislike that Amazon has higher prices than eBay and sometimes the shipping takes longer than it should... Shipping charges too high and Amazon Prime would cost me too much for my budget to be able to handle.

I shop often on Amazon as do many of my friends. We appreciate the reviews from other customers, competitive pricing, the ease of purchase, fast delivery, and return when we made a mistake on a purchase. There times when I visit a retail store, when I need to see and feel a product I might like. But if I know what I want - Amazon is the answer. I'm 74 years old. I worked retail as a young woman. My 35 year old daughter worked retail out of high school. It's kind of sad that retail stores are closing their doors. My thinking is, retail stores neglected to step up to offer specialized products (but not at high prices), and they all moved to big malls - no longer the most pleasant shopping experience. We still need retail stores for major appliances, and automobiles, and clothing that is interesting but no longer for household items.

The returns are fast and simple, product selection is massive, so much to choose from. Couldn’t ask for a better online store to shop at. Won’t shop anywhere else after I shopped with them. Amazon always have good deals as well as free shipping on some items. They also have the Prime deals when shipping is free on all Prime items. Also shipping is usually fairly quick. I like that they tell you when your items have shipped and give you the option to group the items instead of shipping items one by one. But when things are in your cart it does not give you the exact total with tax and shipping. I would like to see my total and shipping in my cart like eBay does. Other than that, my overall experience at Amazon has been great. The customer service is awesome, purchasing is also easy and quick as long as your payment option is saved on file. It is an awesome website to shop on.

I find something that I like (well in fact MANY THINGS), I order them, and they arrive within 2 business days. The packaging of the items are great and the packages arrive in great shape. On Amazon.com, I like that there are a variety of items to purchase. I've bought everything from books to luggage to a ukulele on this site. I also like the reviews that other customers can leave about their experience with products and companies that are selling on the site. Sometimes I wish that some hard to find items were on there or not sold out. I'm not sure, but if it doesn't already exist on the site, it could benefit from having a chat with customer service feature. But my overall experience with Amazon.com is positive. All things from product selection to purchasing to customer service are easy to use. I've never had to use customer service but if I did, it would be nice to have a chat feature for that. Purchasing is always easy because my information is saved on the site.

I love Amazon and it is very simple to access and run the site for me which I am not real computer savvy. I found that most of the products I have bought are of good quality except for 1. And they took that back, little questions but nothing unusual. Overall 9 stars.

On July 7, 2017 I placed an order for over $200 in product as a Prime member. I chose specific products that had same day Prime delivery. Through the day I watched my account show it was shipped, in transit etc... Which should mean it's on a truck to my location. Well 9 PM came and went and still no delivery. Then it showed delivery anywhere between July 7th and July 11th. I am leaving in the early morning for a trip and needed several of those products for my trip. I reached out on July 8th to their chat service wanting them to locate have my items delivered today. Once I explained the issue the man from India said "We are just going to cancel and offer a full refund in this case". Ummm, NO. I need my products. Why in the world would that be your first and best answer?

Beware of Amazon (E-commerce). I have a very bad experience with amazon so just wanted to share my experience. One of my relative had ordered Moto G5 (mobile phone) @ 10999 INR. under the discounted price. The mode of payment was Cash on delivery. After 3 days the price was revised to 11999 INR. and the delivery boy refused to deliver the product by saying that price has been revised and you need to pay 1000 Extra. I talked to their customer care executives and seniors and they are also saying the same (to pay 1000 INR. Extra as the price has been revised to 11999 INR.).

Package of brake pads and rotors due to arrive between July 4-8. Order placed on June 28th but since I don't have Prime, it would take a few days for my items to arrive. Understood. One pair of brake pads was ordered via Amazon but fulfilled by another company. After placing my order, I noticed the company (Rock Bottom Auto) stated that people should confirm the orders placed via Amazon to ensure the items would fit their vehicle. So my brake pads had shipped from Rock Bottom Auto but I wrote them to confirm the brake pads would fit my car.

I enjoy the free 2-day shipping with Amazon Prime, the large selection they offer with all different items, the ease of purchasing products, and most of the time, the quick shipment. I also think it is nice to register there for a wedding. It makes shopping easy and a breeze. But there was a time I thought I bought a product in the US that would be shipped quickly, but it came 2 months later from China. I wish Amazon was more on top of these phony sellers.

With the product I wanted to get from Amazon, there was not much of a variety. It was basically all of the same things people were selling. But I managed to settle on something. Amazon is overrated. This causes the price of certain things to be higher than what they are actually worth. Also the shipping fees without Amazon Prime are quite expensive. Plus the shipping tracking does not work and it was annoying. However, what I liked about Amazon was the fact of Amazon Prime. It is affordable especially with the discounted price that they give to children and teens who are on school. That makes it way more easy to afford. The reason why I can keep buying from Amazon is because of how cheap things can be and the free shipping with Amazon Prime. Along with that the cost of the specific product were reasonable in price.

Another specific thing that I like about Amazon is that it continues to constantly stay up to date on fashion and all other items on the market. I love that they have a neat and organized website and you can find whatever you need. It's like an online Walmart. Amazon Prime comes with so many benefits. And they have some really reasonable prices on some things. There's only one thing about Amazon I don't like and that is some of the prices are too high. And some time when you sort from price low to high, they can sometimes don't have the item to fit what you need but otherwise I know it is a great company.

Have always been able to find and purchase what I seek on the website. Shipping concerns are addressed by REAL customer service reps, and their follow-up through is exemplary. I have an issue having items delivered to my door due to thefts in the neighborhood. But for Christmas purchases, they were shipped to a secure lock box for pick-up. And most recently, the CSR had the local UPS branch hold our packages for pick-up, and we were notified they had arrived there.

As a single parent working full time with a child heavy involved in after school sports, cheer, and dance activities time to shop was limited. When this came to light, I tried to cancel orders immediately and was not able to. My experience has been almost entirely positive with the exception of these few negative aspects. The total shopping experience is enjoyable and rewarding, and can fulfill your needs and save money at the same time. Amazon.com has a lot of variety. I can pretty much find anything I'm looking for. It's a lot easier to shop there than to go from store to store just hoping to be able to find the items I'm looking for. Also I like that I can get inspiration for things I didn't even think I needed. One of my main issues that I've had is that it will often list items that are out of stock or not shipped by Amazon. I know it's important to do research and make sure that sellers are reputable but it's frustrating to find the perfect item only to see it sold out or shipped from a poorly rated vendor. I've ordered items only to have them showing that they'll be shipped at a later date and then cancelled. Also sometimes the items are severely misdescribed.

I like that Amazon offers Prime, so I get a slight discount on each item and free two day shipping. The website is also easy to use, and I like having the option to use the app or website. The only thing I really can complain about is that sometimes their prices are a bit expensive. This is not always the case, but it does require me to shop around before purchasing. For example, my dog's food is considerably more expensive on Amazon than on other sites or in other stores. But I have had great experiences while using Amazon. The product selection is great. I love that I can keep my gift cards stored in my Amazon account and easily use them during check out. I have never had an issue with ordering, and I've always received my orders in two days or less!

I have purchased many items from Amazon, and with few exceptions, have been very pleased with selection, quality, price and shipping times. My only negative experiences have been buying used books. On two occasions, I received books from two different sellers that were so damaged and dirty as to be unusable. Sellers were businesses that process large numbers of books from different sources, so did not keep good inventory control of condition. I had a lot of trouble contacting one seller because of this, but eventually got full refunds on both books. It can be difficult to reach any sort of actual customer service help at Amazon itself, but responses from individual sellers are usually very good. Reviews of certain types of items are also very helpful.

Amazon is a great way to get books and other things like games and movies. I almost always buy my books, games, and movies from here. It’s a personal favorite. Also, I can almost always find the things I need here though it takes a while to find them. Sometimes it is hard as well to find the right price range for things I need. Though overall I don’t think there are many things wrong with amazon.com. I think it is great just how it is. Literally, all customer service is great too. They get back to me almost immediately and to me that is a great advantage to the site.

Purchased 2 boat seat slides on Amazon.com. Paid an extra $19.42 for 2 day shipping. Ordered on 3 July 17 and promised delivery on Thursday 6 July 17. Given a parcel select tracking # on 4 July 17. I called two different customer service numbers. 1 in the Philippines and 1 in the Caribbean. Neither of the aforementioned customer service centers could tell me the status of my order, where it was at or when it might arrive. Both service centers put me on hold 2 times and told me they could not get ahold of the carrier. They took my phone number and said they would call when they found out something. Glad I did not hold my breath... Still waiting.

I have bought 3 tablets from Amazon in 4 years, 2 Kindles and a Microsoft tablet. All died within 3 years. They allow bad sellers on their site to resell junk and they Amazon are getting too big for their breaches. So after being a customer since 2005 I'm done with them. Brick and mortar stores are the way to go. It may cost a little more but at least it's not junk they're selling.

I go through a TON of vanilla... about $1,000 a year. My regular supplier sent a notice that on June 1 the rates would double so we had an opportunity to stock up before that went into effect. I checked Amazon and their price was actually slightly lower than my supplier, plus I got rewards points for a $1000 purchase so I decided to go through amazon at the end of May.

I am completely discouraged by the process of being directed to 1st the Philippines, then Tampa, then Washington, then to Maryland and finally back to Tampa, to Lisa, Although Colt in Washington was the nicest. My issue stems from PRODUCT DESCRIPTION, you seem to add additional products in between where the actual product description is. As a previous call center owner and operator my initial grievance is with the call center that (verified through CHAT) saying the product does come with Battery & charger!!! That's false, you should train your Amazon Product description department EXACTLY how to verify what does and does not come with the product being purchased and or offered by your vendors.

I take lots of surveys and mainly get paid in Amazon gift cards and because of that I shop all the time at Amazon. I am not a Prime member and sometimes wish they didn't charge so much for certain items they ship. A CD shouldn't cost you almost $4 to ship. That is just crazy.

I'm a Prime member. Deliveries are usually in 2 business days unless the carrier decides to switch off to the post office. When I contacted Amazon about this problem, the carrier stopped doing this. Products always come in good condition. Returns are easy. Make sure you read entire description of item - don't rely on the picture to always accurately portray the item. If you are ordering something new to you, read the reviews first - it may alter a size you are ordering. Generally, almost always a good experience - just be a savvy shopper.

I like that I can get Amazon student. Furthermore, I like that the app is super easy to use, especially since I'm not that great with anything involving technology. It also makes it easy to buy because it has my addresses and information saved for me so I don't need to redo it all every time. Also, the shipping time is great. However, it is hard to tell the quality of what you are buying until you get it. I bought a bellydance costume that was so amazing, but then I also bought a ballroom costume and the quality was terrible. But it wasn't expensive so I did get what I paid for. Overall, I really like using Amazon. I always go to Amazon first when I need to buy something.

I also like customer reviews, however I do not wholly trust them as I do not know who is reviewing the item that I am looking for. I have ordered some products based on the customer review and the product has not been up to par for my standards and it has been a hassle to return the product. Also, I do not like that there is no free shipping - only on prime and that there are no free returns with return for free shipping available if you are not happy with your merchandise.

I like that you get to sign up for only 99 and get free shipping, music and movies and stuff that you get with Amazon Prime and they have literally everything. But sometimes I have shipping issues and things do not arrive on time even when you pay extra. My package was late even though I paid extra for one-day shipping not the free two-day and then they would not refund the extra I paid for priority shipping. Also, sometimes things are terrible quality. But overall, it was good.

I have had nothing but good to very good transactions with Amazon, never not received what I've ordered, never had broken or incorrect items from Amazon. I truly believe Amazon is always setting the standard a bit higher and so good for them. We deserve it.

I used to purchase gift cards from Amazon, but the last two months, they have failed every one. I sent out one last month and they forgot the gift message, so the receiver didn't know who it was from. Amazon called this a "Technical Error". We like to shop Amazon because of their decent prices and things are very easy to find. There are many products to chose from and the purchasing process is easy due to online pay setup feature. Also, payment is easily done, product shipped properly and promptly as said by the seller who is selling their product. I will continue to purchase from this company. I started collecting a set of books and I finally found all of them on Amazon then after I had read them all and three of my friends had read them, I donated them to the church library. I had gotten some duplicates so I donated them, as well. I got a discount by apply for their credit card. I can shop faster to look at different items and go to checkout and get my purchases a lot quicker now. The products have always been in good condition but I don't always leave a responses for the seller like I should.

I love Amazon and buy often from them. You can find anything you need online. If the world could only be as perfect as dealing with Amazon. But I dislike having to carefully read the reviews and weigh out how much I really want the product based on the reviews. I also dislike that some things are only available thru third party sellers and it is not free shipping. Other than that, Amazon's customer service is great. I love being able to add Amazon gift cards to my balance and it applies those first.

What I like about Amazon is that they sell basically all the products I need online, that isn't sometimes sold in stores. I buy a lot from them I just want better and quick results. The return policy isn't so good. I purchased a product from China, took forever to arrive to my house. When I opened the package, it wasn't even the item I bought, it was something else. It was a headache returning it. My overall experience has been frustrating on Amazon but that doesn't change how good they are when it comes to products. I just wish they had a better return policy.

My experience with Amazon.com has been great. Customer service is great, they respond quickly to any emails. They have great prices and a lot of the things that I look for. Items are easy to find and you can organize the results by the price or by the whether the item is new or old. But I don't like that their sellers do not combine shipping for multiple purchases bought at the same time. Also the shipping amounts are outrageous. I returned a Chromebook one day and they mailed a replacement the next day and I received it that day. I have had to contact customer service about an order that was never delivered (because of the non-Amazon seller) and a new order was received in two days.

I like that I can shop in any department at any time. It's super convenient to pick things out and just hold on to them until you have the money to purchase them. I have used their customer service and they were very easy to work with. They helped me with no problems. I've also used customer service to cancel an order and the representative was super easy to work with and understood exactly what I was trying to convey. They are doing a tremendous job.

Gave me a receipt # after the order. I forgot my account and they were not able to look up my order after I gave the receipt #. My order was supposed to be 2 day shipping but there was nothing shipped to my house after 5 days and I called and asked them why there was nothing shipped to my house. They asked the order # or account but I did not remember my account. They did not give out the order number on the receipt page so I didn't have it. I gave them the receipt # and they said they were not able to look it up by my receipt #. Thus, the receipt was just FOR FUN. If I do not receive my order, I just shut my mouth up and let them charge my card without shipping an item to me even though I had a receipt. The receipt was no use to locate the order. This is a very STUPID way to handle a business. No way to locate an order by a receipt.

Shipping was 2 weeks on a 5 day in stock promised delivery. Customer service lied to me saying it would be delivered on time when in fact the order hadn't even been processed. Person just put me on hold & came back on with lies that it was on its way. When I made a fuss the next day it was bumped up to 2 day expedited & that wasn't delivered for 4 days. This bad service has happened before, I will no longer shop here. Amazon's business model is simply to dominate, drive competition out of business & they don't care about service.

If the item exists, you can probably find it on Amazon. The prices are fair and they have a huge selection, but the search engine could be improved. Sometimes, weird things show up in my searches. Also, some of the third party sellers can be a bit sketchy. But overall, it was fast, fun, and easy. I recommend Amazon Prime to save on shipping costs, too. It also can be used for entertainment purposes. I love earning Amazon gift cards as well. They save me money on the items I want. Plus, their customer service is usually helpful.

WOW. There's a lot of things I like about Amazon. They are easy... You go to their site, put in what you're looking for and you cruise through the items you're interested in and it will give you how much. We buy a lot on this site... I have bought makeup and clothes and cell phone covers. My boyfriend has bought some electronics and cell phone covers... Different things and we've both been for the most part happy with it. But sometimes exchanging would be hard depending on who you buy it from. So I always try and be careful of that. I read the information carefully on who is selling it.

A lot of Amazon.com's products are cheaper here than elsewhere for the same exact item. It's easy to compare different items that they have under the search I did. Also, it's very easy to search for just about anything that you could think of but sometimes the item I'm looking for isn't cheaper here and I have to go to an actual store to get it or pay the extra money and sometimes shipping from Amazon. Nonetheless, it's always been a wonderful experience for me. A lot of the time I qualify for free shipping or my item comes with free shipping so I tend to save money that way.

Best site ever! Good prices on a wide variety of items with great customer service. Free Kindle books! My favorite online store. The distinct box attracts thieves. That is the only downside I know of. It is nice to see the smiling face on the box. It's like opening a present. Unfortunately, with druggie neighbors like mine, they steal your package. My daughter's package was delivered to the **'s house because the delivery driver didn't pay attention to our large reflective house numbers. The neighbor did not bring the package to us and my daughter had to file a police report. Also, my mail lady marked my package delivered but turns out she was holding it on the truck. But Amazon resent my complete order and I returned the second order easily after the postmaster was able to get the original package.

Finding items that I am not sure what store to find them in. Easier to click, buy and waste gas and time going to the store. The overhead cost of going to the store makes up for the premium at Amazon. Not as useful for everyday items. They are usually smaller than store brand (toothpaste, shampoo, etc).

Is there anywhere else to shop? Amazon has many products to choose from for any need. I do check prices from different sellers to see who has the best deal before making a decision but their customer service is the best. No matter what the issue, they aim to please. And most sellers will do anything to have happy customers. If something is wrong, they will be sure to correct it. I have had minor issues over the years but they are always resolved quickly and easily. I cannot say a bad word about my shopping experiences at Amazon.

There's a few modifications that taken place in the last month where I was scammed. Given the wrong or not received the problem. But throughout the process Amazon stood by their name and fix the problem without hesitation.

Amazon Store Credit Card. Not good, paid off the account and management closed my account permanently. They are saying I would have to re-apply again on a new account. However, does not make any sense if I am still able to login to the account in accessing it. Management needs to re-think in a new business strategy in keep customers, and restoring accounts.

Also, I love that I can see unfiltered reviews on products I'm interested in buying. It's my go to site when I want to order something and all the vendors are seemingly nice and helpful. Amazon.com's prices, availability, and selection are extremely appealing. I love all the different brands available and the opportunity to compare prices on all the different products. But I don't like that I can't pay with PayPal. I do a lot of selling on eBay and Facebook and a lot of times that is where I have money available to purchase products. If they would make that a paying option I would most definitely shop Amazon even more and it would make the experience extremely better. Other than that, the customer service is very good and I love the overall experience of shopping with Amazon.

My husband and I shop Amazon daily - no joke! Most times the prices are the same as shopping at a brick and mortar store but what sets Amazon apart is the shipping, right to your door - and for free! I do not purchase if there is a shipping charge involved. However, Amazon just to be much better. 2 day shipping has now turned into 5-7 at times unless I pay more. This is one of the reasons I may or may not continue my annual Amazon Prime membership.

Amazon prime is a lifesaver for me. The ability to track and retrieve orders helps me with repeat orders. Problems have (so far) been easily fixed. For example, a case of dented cans were replaced with little trouble (thank you).

I like that the orders over $50 are shipped free without membership and that it is easy to narrow down the searches to better suit what items you are looking for. Also, I like the option of buying from multiple sellers, but I don't like that when you find an item with multiple sellers they all pop up on the same page and there is no link to the product directly to their product. I also dislike that there is no feature to sort for independent sellers offering free shipping. When clicking free shipping, only Amazon free shipping items show up. But overall, it was very easy to place an order and contact support. When using support, I was assisted kindly and the matter was handled with little effort from me.

I ordered 3 articles and only 1 of 3 got delivered without a problems. 2nd article I got only because I called Amazon, called Pick up Point, went several times there. After a huge time spent on this, I finally got my article. 3rd one I never got! Delivery time was extended several times, but anyway no article at the end. When I contacted Amazon Prime to complain, they just sent me back an e-mail saying - "Ok, we will cancel your order"!!! I never wanted to cancel it, I just wanted to receive it!! I complained again about it, but nothing - they just told "Order it again if you want"!!! Really terrible customer experience, they just do not care at all about you. Be ready to never get your order and spent a lot of extra time to fight about a chance to get your article!

Ordered twice in 1 week. Neither orders delivered with 2 days. Service sucks. Called customer service and mediocre robotic "I apologize". Customer service rep knew their service stunk. Employees stretching time delays do to get time and a half overtime.

I like Amazon’s ease of ordering and free shipping, lots of departments to see and order from with very competitive prices throughout and lots of reviews as well with most of them. They always beat other retailers with most prices but some are definitely cheaper at local stores and other online outlets. But I’ve had great experience with every department in their whole website. Most everything is well done and very easy to use. It’s got a great search engine that allows you to easily access that product.

Also, I was able to track my item to see where it was located and see how long it would take to get to me. But you Can only use gift cards on Amazon shipped items, should be able to use on all items on their site. I have several gift cards but nothing available that I am interested in.

I use Amazon almost daily. I use Amazon video, frequently shop, and may take advantage of applying for an Amazon credit card. I use them to find anything I may want to purchase. I love that you can find great quality items usually cheaper and easier than in stores and Prime is definitely worth the money. But I don't like that all items aren't Prime eligible. Sometimes I will be looking for a specific item and only certain sizes or colors are Prime eligible.

Amazon.com have cheaper price items, discontinued items i.e. I found the exact phone case my mom bought years ago at a store on Amazon for cheaper, harder to find items. However, their shipping price is a little bit high. I don't like paying for shipping so sometimes I have to buy a random thing just so I can get the free shipping.
