Amazon has fast delivery, competitive price, fairly easy to shop for. I buy books and DVDs and some electronic items there but nothing large or expensive. They have a good product selection, easy to use app on my android device and also on desktop computer. I use amazon prime for movies and tv shows. It is better than Netflix. For larger items like televisions I would prefer to demo it in a store. I would never purchase food items or clothing or very expensive items on Amazon.

Amazon is quick to use and user friendly. With low prices and so many great deals you would be losing a bargain if you don't shop at Amazon. It's a great site to shop. Most sellers and buyers are trustworthy. And the product quality is great. Not only can you shop but it also give you the opportunity of using their traffic to sell and make your own business. The only thing that I dislike about Amazon is that there are any sellers that don't sell what is being promoted. The item can either be broken or just not working anymore. There are a lot of scams and untrustworthy buyers/sellers.

You can buy anything. And the prices are competitive. I can go back in to an order I've done and reorder quickly. Reorder is an easy process. Refunds don't take too long and it works out well for everyone. I've always had good luck finding what I need that I can't find somewhere else. Shipping has been good too. Customer service has always been good helping me with any issues I might have had. However, I wish it wasn't so expensive for Amazon prime. If it wasn't so expensive more people would buy it.

They sell practically everything a person would want and you don't have to leave home to make the purchase. It is easy to click on items that you see and want and if you have any questions some would be able to answer them for you. Also, their prices are very competitive and if you order enough, you don't have to pay for shipping and handling.

Amazon has all the bases covered for online shopping. I am very satisfied, no stone left unturned and no complications. Very clear cut and though with no products left to shop for I had them all there were no unpleasant experiences. I always had my doubts about online shopping but Amazon settled my fears. It is the number one shopping website experience in my mind.

I like the choices to choose from and how trustworthy the site is as a whole. I think that buying is easy and quick as well. However, I sometimes have a hard time navigating the site. It harder for me to narrow down my search to exactly what I'm looking for. Sometimes the site takes me around the slow way in hopes that I'll buy what they are promoting. I wish I was more consumer friendly and not just seller friendly. I've notice that the prices aren't that much cheaper for some items. But overall I know I will continue to buy from amazon.com. The more I use it the more familiar I become with it. I enjoy just looking at what's out there as well as buying items. I like how it shows similar items and various sellers. I like the free shipping with Prime but if this means that they raise the prices of everything, I'd rather pay for shipping. The speed of shipping and receiving my items is fast and reliable. This makes me happy and want to keep buying from Amazon.

I spend very little per month on Amazon Prime and I get much past my money's worth in savings, given I purchase mostly from Amazon. However, the only complaint I have is the quality of some items purchased. Although you can usually tell if a product will be low quality, you cannot always be sure. Other than that, Amazon makes shopping easy. They have almost everything I use in my daily life, available within days. The wide variety of categories is very convenient, you can buy CDs, books, jewelry, electronics and even food on Amazon.

I am a Prime member, so I love 2 day shipping and I really like ease of returns as well. They offer a wide array of items to choose from and the reviews are generally helpful as well. They provide great service and are generally very competitive with pricing. The online process and purchase are easy as they maintain shipping and payment information in their records.

I love the variety and many different items on Amazon. I do all my holiday and special occasion gifts on Amazon. I have found everything I have ever needed or wanted on this site. The price comparison tool is great as well as the lowest prices. I found it to be a fantastic shopping experience, secure payment options and easy to tell new from previously used items. I felt confident in my purchases being the lowest price with good quality. Shipping is great as well. It was satisfying, very unique and enjoyable experience.

For many items, the online access, selection, check out, purchasing event was seamless. I have always received what I ordered at the price I ordered it at. No bait and switch. The extensive selection and most of the time the pricing is very good. However, for many items that I like, their prices are higher than Walmart and for a lot of the "communized" items that people purchase, their price is higher by sometimes 25 percent. There should be free shipping for everything over 20 dollars bought on Amazon.

Great selection, good prices and fast delivery. If I buy enough I can also get free shipping and they always package their items very well. They also usually beat the delivery date that they give you. You have to be careful with some things you buy as you can get them for less elsewhere. I have seen items that are more than double than what I can find them on another website. But I always have a good experience with using Amazon. I especially like that they have so many customer reviews as that is sometimes the determining factor for my decision to buy something.

Amazon has great product selection. They have pretty much everything you could think of. The site is very easy to navigate and I like all the perks you get when you sign up for Amazon Prime, like free shipping, it ships faster, and the early access to deals of the day.

Amazon is easy to use. It has many choices and has good prices for items. It is fun to look through all the different items and to find interesting items that I did not think of buying. It is also easy to make payments. But sometimes it's hard to find items with too many things to choose from and it is sometimes hard to read all the information about all the items and it can be confusing.

I like the ease of shopping, the fast delivery options and all the shopping categories they offer daily. The selections are phenomenal. No matter what you need, they have it. Ordering is made simple, I have never had a bad experience using the site. Customer service is always helpful. I have not experienced a rude employee ever! But I dislike how third party vendors jack up the price of everyday low priced products. Amazon allows buyers to be scammed and should not permit it to happen. Loyalty should be first.

Amazon always have what you are looking for and it’s easy to search and find the items you want. Checkout is easy and they have different places to order your product from that gives you different price choices. I like everything about amazon and things always run smooth when ordering online with them. The only one issue I actually have is some stuff takes a long time to ship depending where it is coming from and if you need it for a certain date then you can't order it because of the long time shipping. Other than that, I always go to amazon to order things before I ever check anywhere else.

The purchasing process was easy. I live close to a center so sometimes I would order something in the morning and receive it that evening. When I didn't have a car I used Amazon.com for everything, groceries and socks, underwear, books for my daughter to practice her letters and such, coloring books for me and xmas gifts for the family. But I don't like their selection all the time and they are expensive. They are always out of stock of the items that I wanted and a lot of times I ended up going to the store for the items I truly wanted for the holidays because Amazon was sold out as well. Nevertheless, my overall experience is very good, quick shipping, customer service was great if a seller wasn't responsive.

Amazon has a large variety of products that are conveniently placed. It offers everything including groceries, streaming and books. There are several sellers so you can compare prices right there too and the site allows different purchases methods and has good return policies. There are good prices and customer service is very helpful as well. It was a great experience with Amazon. I was able to refine my search for the specific product and brand I was looking for. Customer reviews were also helpful in my decision-making process.

I would and have encouraged others to use Amazon. I’ve had wonderful experiences every time I used or browsed or tracked orders. They have great selections and merchants were all reliable. Amazon has also easy payment options and refund procedure, and free delivery with Prime. Packaging was always great. I never received a damaged item. I also like that they have great customer service and that they are able to resolve issues with merchants easily. I do have trouble at times when I send a gift with letting the receiver know who the gift was from especially at Christmas.

They ensure that you get what you ordered and the customer is the most important thing to them. They also work with you to make sure you are satisfied and if something is wrong they work to right it. They don't just leave you wondering what to do or what happened. However, one thing for me is that a lot of products come from China so they take a long time to get here. Another is that the products sometimes don't come direct from Amazon and are not what I ordered.

First I want to say this is not the first time I've had this problem. I made an order on Monday 5/22/17 and paid for extra expedited shipping and guaranteed delivery on Friday 5/26/17. Amazon doesn't charge until it ships and on 5/24 I received a text alert that I was charged by Amazon. I checked my account in Amazon and said "Shipping Today." Every day now I've checked the account and it says "shipping today." Now it is the end of the day Friday and although it says "shipping today" I know very well it won't be. And now it will tell me "shipping today" all weekend until Monday.
DISHONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Speaking with customer service became a ridiculous arguing fest where two of them couldn't even keep their story straight. Lies about not having guaranteed delivery day which I know is a lie because I order from Amazon dozens of times over 8 years and their guaranteed delivery dates have been pretty accurate.
Second, they say I haven't been charged when my credit card account says I have. AND when I try to cancel my order they say I can't. WHY CAN'T I CANCEL IT IF I HAVEN'T BEEN CHARGED YET and the items have not shipped??? Doesn't make sense. And finally they say my order is shipping today when I know it isn't because the post offices are closing AND I've been told "shipping today" in my account for three days now. ALL I EXPECT is for someone to contact the warehouse and find my order because it's probably misplaced. I could forgive it being shipped late if someone would do this instead of giving me some song and dance on the phone.
Customer service is just a phone center in the Philippines so perhaps they don't have the ability to contact the US warehouse where my order is hiding. Like I said I had this problem before. Last time I was able to get a refund after not receiving my order one month after the expected delivery date. And I went thru the same ridiculous song and dance back then with customer service.

Not sure what is the deal with Amazon lately but several times I placed orders and it either took weeks to get item or never got item and needed to contact seller to inquire. In the meantime I need the products I ordered and not wanting to have such a long wait. It is ridiculous. Before when I ordered I got the items rather quickly and was not part of prime membership. I think I need to try a different place to shop like eBay or brick and mortar stores. Disgusted.

Amazon's a good shopping online app with fast shipping and cheap prices. I actually love it because you can find any items there. Also you can sell your old item back on Amazon. The only thing I don't like is the shipping because it be expensive depending on where you live. Sometimes they send you the wrong box number you had order.

I love Amazon Prime because I can purchase food on there. I especially love all the beautiful body jewelry and the jewelry lots! I like the free shipping on some of the items too. But I wish we could buy food without having to subscribe to prime and I wish that all the items on Amazon were free shipping. But Amazon is my favorite store and I love shopping there. It’s a fun, exciting and easy site. The pictures are nice and clear and the sellers are all consistent and polite! The shipping is very fast and the items were great. I always receive my items in perfect condition too!

Anything we don’t find in any website you can get in Amazon.com but sometimes they take month for shipping your product. Even sometimes after paying shipping fees, you not get your product timely. Personally I shopped and many times I not received my order after waiting long time. But it’s true that designs of products are very large here. Large variety with reasonable price and different options are available there. They also provide free shipping options and Amazon gives you full guarantee of their products. Amazon has huge product choice and assistance built into the site. Several pay methods are available such as PayPal, credit cards, and others. I like that they have a secure payment site, it completely eliminates fears of fraud. Customer service handles your problems in a timely fashion. Amazon has up to date merchandise with something suitable for any age level. They are a quality site but has room for improvement. It is pricier than eBay and they never email me about sales. They are very slow on home delivery and in late fall. And usually I must pay for shipping.

I really like using Amazon.com. I have bought several things through them and have not had any bad experiences. Their website is very easy to navigate. Their service is also very fast and reliable. If there is ever a problem, they work quickly to resolve it. Though I have bought a few things that look very different when they arrive in the mail, I will still use the items so I keep it and don't worry about it. However, sometimes it says an item is for sale then when you go to check out it says that it’s not available. Maybe I just don't know how to do it right though.

Good prices, free shipping, great variety. Most of the time I can find anything on Amazon and have it delivered free to my door. Very good about handling problems and giving refunds when necessary. I never really had a problem on Amazon that wasn't handled fast and efficiently. I love the mobile app. So easy to shop from my phone. Very easy to find products I am interested in and the customer service has always exceeded my expectations. They do a great job. They should continue what they are doing. I love the variety of merchandise offered by Amazon and also love the ease of ordering. Because I am a subscriber of Amazon Prime the orders always ship for free and come quickly but do not feel that the tv shows that are available thru it are that good. Any of the decent tv shows cost money which seems silly since I am paying for the Prime service. It is extremely easy to find any product you need and whenever I had to return items that was also an easy process.

I've used Amazon about 20 times in the last 6 months. I love to go there just to browse sometimes, or when I'm looking for something specific... They have a great variety to choose from and they usually have better prices than you can get offline. It is the first place I go when I'm looking for something. I have always received my products in the time frame they give me. My products have always arrived in mint condition with no damage.

They have such a variety and you can shop all over the world. I especially like how similar items show up at the bottom with different prices. It allows you to bargain shop simply. I dislike how some of the items can take weeks to ship while others only take a few days and you can't find out which way it's going to be until you purchase the item. But my overall experience with Amazon has been extraordinary. They offer an amazing product selection, an easy to navigate website, options for paying and amazing customer service. I like that Amazon.com stands behind every purchase. They have a large assortment of items in various departments and ordering and shipping are easy to do. My experience with Amazon.com has for the most part been a positive one. There is only one thing that I dislike and that is when I find out a third party is all the way in China and the item is scheduled for delivery a month after I order it. I would prefer they do business with companies within the United States.

I like the variety that they have and the low prices. They have verified purchasers in the reviews and I really like the customer product reviews. It shows both positive and negative reviews and you can filter those to help you make a decision. Just purchased a Kindle the other day, the online experience was easy and overall great. However, because I am Prime I was expecting two day shipping but it came in 3 because an Amazon locker was full. Also, sometimes, in search results, there are too many unrelated results. Take Cell Phones for example - there are cell phone accessories mixed in and no way to filter them out!

The item I purchased was a cheaper price than the price that was listed on another website that sold the same particular product. They also make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, I did run into a slight problem with purchasing from Amazon.com. The product I received was a little altered from the product I thought I would be receiving but I decided to go ahead and keep the product since it was to bring the same results of the product I intended to purchase.

There is a lot of variety and reviews and good prices. I really like this about their products and how open they show their market. And so I can get exactly what I want and it comes to my door so it's super convenient. However, I wish that things would be labeled more explicitly as they are if they're not what they're being honest or upfront about their offerings. This was a problem stem I bought used books on amazon and they were more used. Nonetheless, the overall experience was good because all my items came in time just as I wanted them to come so I didn't have to go anywhere or do anything g extra besides find. My items and ship to my house for me to retrieve whenever I have time to which is definitely refreshing for me compared to other products offering sites that Amazon probably competes with on a daily basis.

I love that Amazon has a huge selection of products. They have competitive prices and fast shipping. They offer so many products and also movies and ebooks and music too. The only thing that I dislike is to be a Amazon Prime member. It's quite expensive. I would be a yearly member if I could afford the membership but I can't so I had to drop it. If they would lower the cost I would definitely rejoin because I loved having my membership before. But my overall experience using Amazon was great. I loved their services when I had them.

I really like Amazon, I almost always find a lot of what I am looking for at decent prices. Also, they make tracking packages very easy. Wish that sometimes they had more variety and that Prime membership included more than we pay for. Other than that I am happy with my Amazon experience and it was good. So far I have not had any issues with my orders when I have ordered from Amazon. It is an easy and enjoyable shopping experience.

Amazon has a variety of items that are easy to find with reviews on specific products from customers that are believable and I love how it comes with instructions. Especially with clothes you can see measurements. The only thing I dislike about the website is sometimes things take a really long time to ship like I ordered a present for my husband's birthday and that was in November and the package didn't arrive until January which of course is better late than never but still I was disappointed. Overall my experiences have been great and I enjoy getting Amazon gift cards for holidays because of the variety of items available to me for shopping.

I've purchased from Amazon many things on occasion such as food, books, pet supplies and food, gifts, shoes, clothes, household items, electronics and novelty items. I like buying things from Amazon over eBay because a lot of items come with free shipping but sometimes the shipping can cost more than the items themselves. The shipping can also sometimes be very difficult and confusing if you don't pay attention. Sometimes you can order many items and the shipping can be different for all of the items.

Amazon seems to be a one stop shop. Almost anything I can think of they have directly or through resellers. Also, their pricing is competitive and their shipping options are very fair. They have a comprehensive inventory of just about anything I have searched for at very favorable rates. I love Amazon.

Amazon.com is usually cheaper and convenient. Purchasing is easy and there are usually discounts for Prime members. There's many products to choose from and I can see them side by side. I like all the options. It's nice when I need something within the week but not immediately, because I have free two-day shipping. I use it often, at least once a month but usually more. Customer service was okay but I've only needed to use it once. But sometimes I want to buy the "add on items" without spending $40 on other stuff. Once I tried to return something and instead of giving me my money back, they gave me Amazon credit, so that was kind of annoying.

Like the registry for things I want, variety and selection of products, fast delivery, easy returns, easy to search for what I'm looking for and product suggestions when I click on an item. Can be overwhelming at times. Hard to tell how clothing will fit or the exact color that something is and I prefer shopping in store so I can actually see a product in person. But I've had pretty good experiences. The two times that products were not as advertised or just not what I was looking for, the distributor returned my money. Also, shipping has always been fast with the exception of one time a product was on back order for 4 months.

I like the wide variety of what Amazon offers me. I can find anything from a grocery product to clothing, makes shopping much easier for me. Amazon is my preferred online store. Amazon is great and their customer service is perfect. I can return something with no issues and get my money back quickly after I have shipped it back off.

I've never really had any negative experiences with Amazon. Things are usually reasonably priced and they typically ship in a timely manner. The purchasing process is very simple and easy once you make an account with their website. I like how Amazon has their Prime option which, among other things, allows you to get free two day shipping on lots of things. It's also great because they have a discount price for students. Their Kindle app is also nice and convenient. I've found books for free on there. It's also a very convenient site because they offer a wide range of items so you can check there for almost anything you could need.
Some of the sellers on there probably shouldn't be allowed to be sellers. There are plenty of things that I've looked at that seemed a bit sketchy and then when I read other people's comments, they were mostly negative. So I think they need to look through those reviews and get rid of sellers that aren't doing right by their customers.

I had a very good experience using Amazon.com. I find that their large range is fantastic, as is their free 2-day shipping through Amazon Prime (which I've got). Their competitive prices are hard to beat, which when combined with their 2-day free shipping makes shopping at Amazon a no-brainer. There's a huge selection of products, and the 1-click purchase settings make the checkout process quick and easy. On the few occasions where I've had to return things, they've always credited my account in a timely fashion. However, some things aren't on Amazon Prime. It may just be a luxury now but there are quite a few items that I would love to get quite quickly that I can get quicker from other sources. Sometimes a little extra expense is better if I can get the product here quickly.

Amazon Prime GUARANTEES 2 day FREE shipping. However it's very rare that you get your products on time. When you ask about it, they always say sorry and they don't know what happened. My very first order got "lost" so I had to ask for a full refund. It was approved, then all of a sudden, my order shows up! The whole site is a joke and you're basically gambling with your money! Your order may or may NOT SHOW UP!!!

Amazon must adhere to or have loose security policy. I have only encounter 2 phone reps in my time as a customer, who has been helpful. First, after ordering furniture that was the wrong size, I called to arrange a return and Amazon sent me to a 3rd party pickup up service called "pilot", that came to pick it back up, only to find out they never returned it to Amazon. Amazon not only did nothing to but say they'd "investigate", but ultimately did nothing and didn't give me my money back. I have a concierge and they wouldn't even look at the recording to see who actually picked it up. I would think it is their best interest to know they are dealing with fraudulent companies. They just didn't do anything, but note the account. After weeks around Christmas, someone finally just gave me a little credit on my account but no accountability at all.
Then a shower head I ordered was shipped to the wrong address, and again, just emailed the vendor after some time went by. I know this is their policy, but again too lax and it took time to reconcile the money I paid for it. I finally dealt with the vendor myself, who made up for it directly. NOW, the issue is some hacker was easily able to use their widget to order a $73 item in my name. I am dealing directly with the vendor myself, but after communicating this to Amazon, it took multiple phone calls just for them to deem this as fraudulent simply because the information the hacker submitted matched the account details.
Um... Isn't this what hackers do, steal identification that would actually match the customers' details? I tried to go in myself to put in a claim and I got a message stating that I am unable to file this. Then I finally received an email to confirm this is unauthorized, after multiple calls I made claiming it is. Ugh, very exhausting, because it is now almost a week later that we are only starting to investigate this.

I purchased ink from an Amazon seller. It was not genuine ink and as a result it did not work and actually damaged my printer. I wrote to company and was given a refund. However, Amazon wrote the reason for the return was "damaged during delivery." This is NOT true. The ink arrived perfectly damage-free. The product was in perfect condition. It just did not work because it was not the genuine ink for the Epson printer. Then, I see an email from Amazon where they say they are giving me a "partial refund" on an item that I had purchased months prior. I DID not return my virtual glasses so why would Amazon say I am getting a partial refund on THAT item when I was refunded on INK... The only conclusion I can come up with is that Amazon is purposely trying to keep their seller's ratings high. This, for me, constitutes improper business practices and it needs to be investigated since I am certainly not the only one Amazon has done this to.

I tried to download my apps and educational games then only play them when not connected to wi-fi to avoid the ads that are forced on you besides the ones on the Kindle log-in page that one may have agreed to for the little price "discount". However every 24 hours or so Amazon has a program that claims that the app has an error for each app and "needs to be downloaded again". I looked at the programming code for several apps, both while working well, and after the supposed error. No difference was found. Therefore the apps are not suddenly all having an error, but that some program likely forced on our Kindles during a forced "update" without our consent is activating and intentionally blocking our usage of content that we, the people, had already paid for the right to use. This should be absolutely illegal and is most certainly a horrible and corrupt business practice by Amazon.
I also did not ask for and don't want Alexa. It was forced into my Kindle via so-called update and is taking up space that I could use for something I actually use. Kindle will not let you choose to only get security updates and will not allow you to un-install the Alexa program (maybe spy-gram) and other programs that many don't want and did not choose to download. Additionally while Amazon was forcing an update to "optimize" "my Kindle" which takes more than 10 minutes, I was unable to look up something and it was a time sensitive issue. Try to bypass and it just starts over. How about ASKING the user that BOUGHT the device for permission to install.
Costs are up and quality down on Amazon.com and Kindle are very user unfriendly in many ways. One simple thing is playing music on Kindle from my laptop. Kindle had to convert mpa files to WMA and then couldn't recognize and play any of the songs though supposedly successfully downloaded. Only songs that actually came from an Amazon download worked. Again I see this as some intentionally created problem to maybe see if they can force people to get all from Amazon. Now I get no music from Amazon and will not replace my Kindle with another unless they give full customization to the consumer and not try to force Kindles to be set up to maximize how much info they get from each individual and instead focus on providing a smooth experience based on the user's CHOSEN desires.
Also Kindles could be tougher. A flat fall on a flat surface should not crack anything from 3 ft. or less in height, especially if rubber cornered. No Mfg uses the strongest glass making process for screens on modern "mobile devices". Actually most laptop screens are tougher than the phone and Kindle ones. You consumers need to get more educated and demanding so we can all get better products. Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Facebook, and many other big corporations are doing all they can rightly and mostly wrongly to get every scrap of information they can on everyone and causing problems for those trying to set products up for maximized privacy.
Amazon, stop the forced "updates"/"optimizations" and offer more laptops and mobile devices with Linux and other non Microsoftened or rotten Appled products and especially if you SELL items to people on Kindle, don't prevent them from being used on a device, stand-alone without connection to wi-fi. That's evil and totally retarded. Hopefully I can put together a team, from various universities and open source organizations, that can make a Kindle/phone alternative that will kick all these bully corporations' butts, but until then, buyer/user beware. Nothing is as (they) make it seem or as should be.
Laws should demand full disclosure of what consumers are buying and outlaw intrusions unless apps or devices are "free" a.k.a. of initial monetary costs, at least. Also rules should prevent any signing away of RIGHT to sue in court should a mishap be fault of a company or actual crime uncovered that was perpetrated by a corporation. These clauses are in nearly all job applications and folks must have jobs. Forced "arbitration" by a specific company or group should be considered excessively favoring the rich corporate "leaders" that choose these "mediator/arbitrators" and also limiting of arbitrations or lawsuits to a specific province or region (when foreign entities are involved) due to most favorable laws to a potential crime committing company should not be allowed by law either.
I am complaining here and other websites because Amazon.com won't allow posting of comments/complaints unless I buy more stuff from them and still no guarantee they will listen and adapt, in fact I'd bet the house they just want to, and will continue to slide down their current path. With such wealth generated, I guess only I and an intelligent and caring few could blame them. If I ran a corporation, I'd do things like I do now in my independent work. Listen to my customers and to anyone with reasoned concerns, seriously, research options and use the best approach to resolve issues and/or prevent them in the first place. It's elementary my not so dear business buffoons!
I also want to note my disappointment again that Amazon.com a couple years back took all free domain music that was initially free on Amazon.com and made everything $0.99 dollars per song, unless it sells poorly for a while then it might go to 79 cents. Free Public Domain music should be just that, FREE. There would still be the 99.9999% of other items on Amazon.com to make money from. Last I checked, the stock rocks and when it does spike down about 100 points (rare) it bounces back in 3-5 weeks. Don't be retardedly greedy.

A buddy wanted a new laptop battery and paid 50 dollars American plus tax and shipping on Amazon. Due to the number of complaints about the quality of the goods it supplies on credit, a major finance house who provide Amazon it's financial services stated it has an impact on their overall rating. Therefore it has given Amazon 28 days notice of its intention to withdraw its financial services. Amazon were fuming that their credit provider had the audacity to withdraw their services as they think themselves to be superior. In all truth the finance house is a subsidiary of a major company which could crush Amazon like a bug under its corporate foot. Amazon you are not the bee all and end all of online purchasing, get a life. I use you as for a price benchmark and go elsewhere, where I can get interest free credit from another company that has online facilities and I can deal with them face to face.

Amazon is one of the easiest sites to use and navigate. The experience is usually fun because there are always new items, and the recommended list often contains things I might not have thought of to buy with my recent purchase. Also, the wish list makes it almost too simple to shop for someone or have someone shop for you. The selections are pretty fantastic as well. However, they might be becoming too big too fast. Heard delivery drones were coming soon. Do not know if I am ready for this. Could start a whole new way of theft. In reality how easy would it be to down a drone making a drop? Until security and FAA regulations are figured out they need to seriously consider drone security.

It's easy to browse and sometimes cheaper than other online stores. It's easy to sort to get really specific results and I really value being able to see customer reviews so I can make better decisions. I don't like that the floor for free shipping was raised from 25 or 35. There are a lot of misleading product listings that are actually knockoffs of what the original product was but this can be figured out by reading the most recent reviews. But still, I usually get exactly what I wanted cheaper and more conveniently than shopping anywhere else. Also, even when something goes wrong, their customer service is always really eager to help, but navigating to the customer service contact can be a hassle. I really like Amazon.

Shopping can be done any time of day in the comfort of your own home. You can look at past history and invoices. Christmas shopping is one stop shopping and can be shipped to all the different addresses.
You can search in different departments for the specific product you need, purchasing is fast and easy as your information is saved. You receive status updates and it lets you know when your product is delivered. However the prices and sizes of products can vary by each supplier. You might have to buy more than one of the same products to get a better price. And sometimes it's out of stock.

I had a bad experience the last time I purchased on Amazon.com. I purchased an item without realizing it was coming from China and the item never came. I then had to put in a claim with Amazon in an attempt to get my money back. I dislike that Amazon has a lot of shady sellers on their website. I also dislike that they raised the minimum to get free shipping to $49 and you are essentially penalized if you are not a Prime member. However, I like that Amazon has a wide variety of items to choose from and if you purchase enough you can qualify for free shipping. I also like that they back their returns if there's an issue.

I love using Amazon, it's really easy to use, and the reviews are always super helpful when I'm looking at purchasing products. I also love how easy it is to create a wishlist for Christmas or birthdays. It's a great option to allow people to know specifically what you want and they have the ability to one click purchase. Then no one will purchase the same product twice or for the same people. I like with Prime that I have 2 day shipping and can get anything and everything that I need. It is really great and I have bought a lot of things from there. I like the speed at which I can get everything to me. I also like that I can purchase food.
But sometimes the settings for the default payment and address get changed around and I accidentally send things to the wrong places. Other than that, I love everything about amazon. I like the vast selection and two-day free shipping (Prime). I also enjoy the ratings system because I do read the reviews before I even make a purchase through Amazon. However, I have noticed that a lot of the reviews on Amazon are from people who received the item for free. They state that they are giving unbiased reviews despite receiving the items for free but I don't take their reviews seriously. I bypass them. I can't trust a reviewer who receives items for free or discounted. I think they are biased because of it. Other than that, the customer service was great. I received the incorrect item and they quickly replaced it with the correct one once I shipped the wrong item back. I like that Amazon offers new and used items. I also like that their products are affordable and if the item is in the VA warehouse, having Amazon prime will get it to me quick free of charge. Items are easy to find on Amazon, as well. One thing I don't like is when you like something and then have to pay for shipping. I like the ease of navigation and the interesting and off beat things you can purchase there from time to time. However, though prices are better than actual stores and you can save a lot, it's sometimes much too high and complicated to figure out. Also, you run the risk of not getting proper shipment to you. A bit more complicated that it should be for some of the items that are on sale sometimes. The overall experience is interesting and very challenging for me. It's easy to use. You can get things cheaper on Amazon and I also like that a lot of the items comes with free shipping. You also don't have to wait too long. If you are low on cash you can sell some of your belongings there to make a little extra. Daily deals are great and I like that we are able to make wishlists and keep them below on our dashboard for easy access. Prime benefits are great and student discount offered as well as the free shipping and prime video. However, counterfeit items are not monitored and too many fake sellers pop up regularly. It makes it difficult to want to purchase high value items when Amazon is just buying from sellers they too have not verified. (Such as Apple chargers) Items on other country Amazon pages should be made available to prime members. I've experienced poor customer service when delivering using prime now. Also, mobile version makes it difficult to sort and narrow results as all options are not available as are on the desktop version. Nevertheless, they have good customer service when issues with items or order arise. Wide range of products are always available with the exception of when using prime now.

Amazon offers a wide selection of categories (and products within each category). I like their Books, Toys and music occasionally. I have also published a book which sell on Amazon. The process was easy and VERY inexpensive. There are also mechanisms to help market the book. I limit my online purchases to things that are unlikely to need to be returned because I can't touch and feel (or try on) the item before buying. Their purchasing process is easy and delivery is timely. But sometimes shipping is almost as costly as the actual item. I tried Amazon Prime but during the trial period, nothing that I was buying fit into their free shipping category.

Amazon is my favorite, go-to website! They're the first place I go when researching an item. They offer reviews where I can get real people's opinions of the items and compare products easily. I like that this website offers anything and everything. It's almost like a real life Walmart store but online. Their website is super easy to use and not glitchy like Walmart. You can also order fresh produce. And you can sell your stuff on the same website. I have never had a bad experience with them, but I have also never had to contact them for any reason. There are a lot of different things that you can research and the range of different things you can look up that you can bid on and almost everything I was looking for was on it. But sometimes you can't find things and it takes a lot of days for you to get a lot things back. Also, a lot of thing on there are refurbished and sometimes you can see one thing the next minute it gone. And sometimes the shipping is not good at all. Amazon was ok if you have the Prime service but if you don't you will be waiting for a while. They should treat everyone the same treatment as if they are Prime customers and not have you wait forever to get something through the mail.

Ordered Netgear Hard disk backup on Feb. 2017. Amazon changed delivery date 4 times without notice and waited 3 months. Customer Service in Philippines said cancel it because they do not know why. The first and best reason for shopping on Amazon is Amazon Prime Shipping. It makes it so feasible and easy to use Amazon over going to Walmart. I also like Amazon because it's almost always cheaper than buying from a local retailer. The only thing that kind of bothers me about Amazon is sometimes they run out of stock. I specifically pay to be a Prime Member so that I can get free 2-day shipping on my orders. So it is frustrating when I need something but it won't arrive for several days after my order. Other than that, my overall experience is always fantastic. Amazon has everything and anything you need which is super convenient because I live in a rural area. Returns are so easy on Amazon. I use Amazon for all my major parties or holidays and I like using it. It's easy to use, with lots of options per item you look up. It carries pretty much anything you can imagine so it makes home repair to board games easy to acquire. I bought multiple textbooks from Amazon.com and it was great. I got all of them right on time, cheap, and in good condition. I love their enormous selection. You can find almost anything on there. It's a good place to look for cheaper items in general. But the clothing selection is not quite to my liking. I've never found anything I like on there, while looking for clothes. Then again, my taste in clothes is a bit specific and I'm not huge on modernistic clothing. I also don't care much for how hard it makes it to work the Kindle. I have no complaints about Amazon and I will buy other textbooks here in the future.

I have used Amazon for virtually all Christmas and holiday shopping the past two or three years. I can buy anything from them from the comfort of my own home or from work. The selection is huge as well. It is also easy to compare prices of similar products. The reviews are also very helpful, but sometimes customer experiences are so diverse and so plentiful, it's hard to know if a product is suitable for me. Nonetheless, it's fun to shop and compare products. I also enjoy using the Amazon music store. With Prime, I have access to free music. I have never had a negative experience. I love Amazon. I have been a prime member for several years now and probably will be for several more. In addition to free two day shipping you also receive their collection of prime movies and music. I often find that Amazon has the lowest prices and is almost always in stock. Fast shipping. I also like that you can rent textbooks from Amazon. It has saved my family a lot of money. You just have to be careful with third party sellers. Every now and then something will be listed by a company that isn't eBay and will oversell their product. I like the variety of options from new to used. It also allows you to customize things like price range, sellers, etc. They give you special messages and great rates when you're deployed. Amazon.com is very enjoyable and easy to use. I have the ability to see product across multiple categories with a one word search and quickly compare prices from multiple stores. I can store multiple shipping addresses and payment forms and quickly navigate the checkout by simply selecting my stored info. This is great for being able to send gifts to friends and family and not have to search around for their mailing address. I like the free shipping too. However, lots of out of stock items show and showing too many dampens the shopping experience. There's nothing worse than finding a great deal on a product you're looking for only to see it's not available. Other than that, Amazon also offers a purchase music and movie site that I can simply download straight to my computer and start listening or watching immediately.

The variety of products is great and you can find anything you want, from small and cheap items to expensive and big. The user reviews are very useful when making a final decision, especially uploading the photo of the item purchased. Shipping cost is a little expensive in some cases and slower than it should. Some sellers might give wrong information about their products and offers. But overall, it has been very good so far, with no issues. I am a Prime member so I love the free and fast shipping. It helps keep the cost down and it gets the items to the buyer in a timely fashion. The fact that you can be a Prime member and receive free shipping along with free music and video is a huge positive. However, it is sometimes difficult to tell if the seller is reputable or not. I also have ordered items only to find afterward they are shipping from China or elsewhere overseas. These items are of lesser quality and they sometimes do not arrive at all. But overall, my experiences with Amazon have been good for the most part. The items that I order that are available through Prime always arrive quickly and as described on the website. The sellers that are available using Prime have always been reputable as well.

There is a ton of things I love about Amazon. They have great deals, their two day shipping is really amazing but best of all, their customer service is superb. If I ever do have issues, I just contact their customer service and they take care of the problem with no issues at all. Also, they have great products, a huge selection of products and their products are always in stock. They have wonderful shipping. UPS comes two days after ordering all my items so it is amazing.

I like the variety of choices of items in many different areas. As a teacher I can look at various products I would use with my students and find them at a good price. Purchasing process was easy without problems. Products were delivered quickly in an unbelievable time span. The only thing is you cannot see first hand an item you are ordering which is true for any online shopping.

It's convenient, fast and fun. They have everything so it's like one stop shopping and they have good prices that you can compare. Plus they save gift cards on the site for future purchases. That's good because you don't have to go looking for them when you want to make another purchase. However, the website is not exciting and sometimes the pictures of the products or merchandise are very small and blurry.

They have a wide selection of items and partner stores to shop from. The prices are often competitive and I like that many stores are accepting Amazon account holders for payment. I absolutely dislike the return policy and often the shipping costs especially for smaller items are exorbitant. I also wish that Amazon.com would accept PayPal as an option for purchasing items instead of making buyers set up an Amazon account. Overall my experience with Amazon.com was fair but it could certainly do with improvement for customer satisfaction. If I was given a choice between buying from this seller or looking on eBay I would definitely look on ebay first.

They have such a variety. You can truly get anything you are searching for and compare prices from sellers. I like that they runs specials and offer free shipping but I dislike that there is not more things available for Amazon Prime free shipping. Also, sometimes it takes too long for an item to arrive or to ship, depending on a seller. But it was good. Amazon offers such a variety of items. I can find just about anything that I want. I just have to search to find the exact item and then usually can choose from several of the same offerings at different prices. Amazon variety is hard to beat. When searching I can find similar items and then there are suggestions of items that others have purchased in conjunction with the item I am looking for. That has acted as a reminder to find other items. Sometimes Amazon feels like it is too big. However, when I have had a problem, they have handled it quickly. Offering drone delivery is not something that I am a fan of and certainly would not opt for that.

I like that you can find about anything on Amazon. I always go there to find good prices. When Xmas comes along I like to give gift cards to family members. I also like how their shopping site is so easy to use. I like a lot of the products you buy can ship for free and they always arrive on time. But I do not want to join the Amazon Prime. I like to just shop there. I do not need a lot of products from this online retailer. I do not have a smartphone and do not need the TV programs. I do not need to order food online repeatedly.

Amazon has everything that you are looking for and more I shop with them regularly and I'm completely satisfied with my orders. I shop there for all my Christmas gifts for family and friends. I love it. I have not had any problems with my products but I have had trouble with them delivering my orders to the wrong address. Yet they always correct any problems in a timely fashion. Amazon is very quick, has a large variety, has just about everything you're looking for from brand to size to model number all within their site. They are convenient, they offer free shipping or next day service and they store information. I believe Amazon stores too much information which I believe is unsecured. I love how I don't have to enter credit information each trip but I'm not sure all the information they keep is important or secure. I love Amazon. Amazon has free shipping, comparing prices, Amazon Prime, low prices, reviews and wish lists. I can save items to purchase at a later time & I am notified of price drops. However, if a seller is outside the US it should state that on the site so I don't end up buying something that's from China. Overall I have had great success with Amazon. I always receive my items as they are listed & I've not had any problems where I needed to escalate it to customer service.

I like that there is such a huge variety of merchandise at my fingertips, from toothpaste to shoes, and there are different prices for the same item. Plus, I can usually find the size I want since there is more than one seller selling a particular merchandise. I love and trust Amazon. I have always received my shipments very quickly. I dislike it being separate shipments but I understand there are different sellers so it's to be expected. Shipping can be expensive when you have multiple sellers. Overall, it is a very user friendly site. I pretty satisfied with Amazon and the sellers I have had the opportunity to purchase from. They have been awesome. I love Amazon's ability to buy Prime membership and get exclusive discounts and two day free shipping! I also love the ability to use no rush shipping with prime in exchange for amazon redeemable coins for prizes! However, I dislike that there are many things that are NOT prime meaning if you purchase it you do need get any benefits. Also if you are not a prime member shipping can be expensive and take up to a week or so. Overall my experience was awesome, very diverse selection and easy and secure ways to pay! Amazon.com is easy to navigate and the purchasing process is easy. Their product selection is also outstanding. You can find just about anything you may be looking for at reasonable prices and you can also accumulate Amazon dollars by taking surveys and redeeming amazon.com dollars which go straight into your account and stay there until you decide to use them to purchase a product. I like that Amazon.com shows the item and states the price very clearly. It's also very easy to see the condition it's in. Shipping was affordable and checking out was very easy. I had a few issues though with being able to load my gift card and it would of been better if the gift card loaded with no problems. But overall, it was very pleasant experience and I'm happy. I like that you can find almost anything on Amazon. If there is not a company selling what you want, there is a good chance that an individual has what you are looking for and is selling it through Amazon. However, if you do buy something from an individual who is selling the product you bought, getting a refund for it is difficult or impossible. Especially if what you ordered and what you received were two different things. But overall, my experience using Amazon.com is great. I really enjoy shopping on that site. I like that you don't have to have monthly subscriptions to things that you would normally have to sign up for like proactive products.

I like the reviews on Amazon. I think they have some of the most honest reviews. It has a big influence on my purchases. I also like that Amazon also has the "you may also like" section. However, I am a little confused about the app. When I try Amazon Shopping it says it is closed down and directs me to another app. So I use Amazon through Chrome. But my overall experiences with purchases are always pleasant, timely and items bought are in good condition.

Amazon has a wide variety of products across a wide range of areas, good competitive pricing and fast shipping. Products are reliable and arrive in a timely manner. Customer service is helpful in resolving any issues with products, prompt and efficient. Returns are hassle free and processed quickly. The size of the website can make it pretty challenging to find the product I need. The filtering system isn't the best and some third party sellers are shady. There is a prevalence of counterfeit goods that Amazon doesn't regulate. This results in a pseudo free market that is only regulated by customer reviews which can be manipulated to a certain degree. Overall experience was positive. Purchasing a product is pretty easy - a click to add it to my cart and a click to check out. The Prime membership is a great deal with special discounts and two day shipping across the United States.

My wife has Amazon Prime. I don't need it since we already have Prime services through her account. But I was making a purchase on Amazon on my own account. Their typical form came up offering Amazon Prime, I clicked "No Thanks" as usual. Then my two items came up in the shopping cart and I changed one to standard free shipping. Then the next item came up and it was already checked "Free 2-Day Shipping." There was nothing about this being for Amazon Prime! The alternative was "Free 4-Day Shipping." I let it go through, then received an email congratulating me for my free Amazon Prime trial membership.
This is straight up dishonest. If I had wanted to try Amazon Prime, I would have waited until I actually had the time to try it, which is not now, nor in the next few months. I then had to waste 30 minutes getting this straightened out with their customer service who set it up (by writing a note in my file) so I can try it free later on if I want to. A nice gesture on her part. But that doesn't negate the original dishonesty that someone in Amazon actually designed into their check-out procedure. I see I'm not the only person who has had this experience. It's been going on since 2016. Today's tip for Amazon: it never pays to mislead customers.

I am VERY dissatisfied with my experience with Amazon. Reasons for review: I was on a call for 30 minutes to have a charge reversed for a book order I canceled. Amazon told me to contact my bank about the refund. My bank said Amazon could reverse the charge and gave me the authorization code. I called Amazon again and they said it would 7 to 10 business days -- exactly opposite from what my bank said. When I asked to speak to a supervisor - no satisfaction. I was asked to speak to another supervisor up the line of command, and I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then disconnected. I will try hard to not EVER order anything from Amazon. I have already found a cheaper seller of the book I want to order that will deliver it this week, when needed.

I liked it very much that Amazon's products were very diverse, like phones, clothes, shoes, etc. There are places where they sell the product for more money and this was a great deal. I like the ease of shopping at Amazon and the variety of thing that I can order. I don't know how reliable the ratings for the products are, but the delivery times are swift and the delivery people are nice. My order was complete and not damaged during the delivery process. It's been a great experience with Amazon, I made a purchase that was my fault by clicking wrong thing and I called customer service and they were wonderful about the whole thing. I love Prime. I use it often and make purchases monthly. I've never had real issues and have always found good prices when I compare to in store. I love free 1 day shipping and price cuts from using Prime. Variety of items is nice and it leads to other items I'm interested in based off my searches. Fast shipping, able to access on TV, phone, computer etc. However, issues are difficult such as returning because of many sellers you may have to deal with. Also, certain items are fake and there's no way of regulating that.

Amazon offers the two-day shipping as well as the 2-hour delivery thing. That's really cool. I also like the idea of prime and the movie streaming service. However, if there's something that's really cheap and not covered by prime, it cost 3-4 times the actual price of the product to ship. That should be where retailers can't do that. It's unfair. But, I have always had really good experiences with Amazon. My orders are always right and arrive in decent timing. It is a really good company and I definitely prefer it over eBay and other sites.

Amazon has great product selection from millions of things to choose from, the name brand items you usually can't find anywhere else like in stores. You also have the ability to buy electronic devices or be put on a waiting list for products not come out yet and the ability to ask sellers questions regarding items for sale. I like the free shipping over $25.00/Amazon prime, the add on feature they have, subscriptions to products with monthly or bimonthly services and the search engine to find what you are looking for. However, I dislike the slow shipping. If something is shipped from outside the United States, it takes around a month to receive, usually it won't specify exactly where your purchase is being shipped from. I also don't like the high shipping costs on items not covered by Amazon prime, the rude sellers not wanting to help return item you purchase due to their lack of description and out of stock items.

The specific things I like about Amazon are it is very, very fine, cheap deals, wide variety of products to buy, no lines, lot less stress and more convenient than going out in heavy traffic to buy something but some sellers have high prices. I wish they offer incentives for their loyal customers. I like the ease of transaction and suggestions are tailored to my specific interests. They have prompt delivery, large selection and variety of items and the opportunities to both buy and sell items. They are always very prompt with filling my orders. Offering plenty of options including many free things. Their Kindle apps for tablets and PCs have afforded me many hours of pleasurable easy to access reading at little to no cost. On the other hand, I dislike the new policy of requiring a flat rate to sell your items on Amazon due to the fact that potentially you may never make a sell. Another issue is I have purchased items that I believe where of dishonest nature. The item was a cell phone which when I tried to activate caused me to be investigated by the phone carrier.

I like Amazon.com. It is easy to access, and once you are registered it is super easy to buy! Also, it informs you of new and sales items that are relevant to you and other shoppers. But sometimes when you aren't buying with Prime sellers it usually gets messed up. Usually if not buying from Amazon directly, it doesn't get there in 2 days unlike Prime and it is most likely a worse quality. So far, it has been great. The customer service is good and if there is error, it is almost always fixed quickly and an option that is acceptable is available.

I happened to made the biggest mistake of my life by making a purchase on 12th May 2017. My order number is **. And then and there the worst experience of my life started with the substandard policies. Initially to start with the product was shipped for the first 4 days after the order being placed. Learn something from websites like Flipkart, Snapdeal and eBay which ships the product within 24 hours at max to 48 hours. Then came the part of shipping. The product has no updates whatsoever. I have been requesting the team to get in touch initially but at some point, I also lose my cool. I had no choice but to take revenge when I would contact them hundred times but to no avail.
They speak like parrots and bots and repeat the same thing. They can also see that product is nowhere close to where it should be, but just because the system generated replies says, it's on time they repeat the same information to me. I feel like they have literally pea sized brains. The estimated delivery date (which I believe is the maximum time it must take for the order to reach) is already exaggerated and I believe product must reach much before that. But in my case? I feel like the product will miss that date too. If you are so assured of the estimated delivery dates then keep a policy to provide the product for free if you fail a customer. But no their response is "We will look into the matter only if the product misses the delivery date." Do we start the medication after the person is dead? Or is it wrong on my side to ask for prevention to avoid any disease at all?
What are the resolution they provide? You can cancel your order on 23rd if it is not delivered. When will Amazon start to think from customer point of view? What do I gain if I launder my money to you and you return the money to me after 20-30 days and I get nothing out of it? I don't get the product and also my money is stuck for days. Is this the way things should be? It's really a shame to see a brand like Amazon showing such substandard policies. And the worst comes in when the customer care people are not at all willing to help. And of course nobody can raise a complaint against them, then why would they fear anything about? Is this what makes you feel you are making the world's most customer-centric company?
I feel very disappointed right away and dejected. So dejected that it calls for violence from within myself. If there were an Amazon office nearby, I would have gone and smashed the office itself maybe that would give me the necessary satisfaction. I would keep on forwarding this mail until you think upon it. But of course sooner or later your company would face the same fate as by other e-commerce websites if this continues to be the case.

Amazon is one place that you can find absolutely anything that you could possibly want. They guarantee all of their products and have a very good return policy. They also have the lowest prices for everything. The product selection was unending. The purchasing process could not be any easier, or less complicated. It is completely self explanatory. I have never had the need to use their customer service, but a few of my friends have had to use it and they have told me that it was about the best they have ever had to deal with. They had absolutely no problems with them. However, I do not really like that shipping is not always included in the price unless you are a member of Amazon prime. And, I do not like that shipping often takes two weeks or longer.

I like comparing the prices with Amazon and the local stores. And a lot of times they have new products that you don't see in the stores yet. And the prices beat the new prices for each item compared to the stores. I like shopping for the electronic devices. They are usually best priced. The prices of the products are usually exceptional but some of the prices are more expensive than what you can find at the local stores. Also, their prices on the shipping and handling seem outrageous compared to what it would cost to drive to the store. Nevertheless, the customer service is always available and has answers for every question.

Amazon has good prices, many shipping options, and many many products. You can buy almost anything you need on Amazon and shipping for some items are free if you spent a certain amount. Shipping is too expensive and is typically only free when you spent $25 or more. This means if you are buying a small item for $10 or less you can pay half or more of the value of the item for shipping, which is ridiculous. But I've ordered from Amazon, many times for several years now. The overall experience is good but sometimes prices are high, shipping is too high or shipping is slow depending on the seller.

Amazon.com have tons of items that I am looking for. Things are generally easy to find and easy to navigate through. The shipping cost is only free if you spend $50. Sometimes that is really hard to do because you dont need that many items. That also makes you spend more and wait a lot longer to buy a specific item to make the $50 free shipping. Product selection is usually good unless they are out of stock, which does not happen very often. The purchasing and check out process is quick and I have had not problems with this. However, I don't like that a lot of the time I cannot find what I am looking for. The search comes up with most searched instead of the item I searched for and then sometimes the size that I am needing is out of stock. But I like that I can browse at my own pace, shop for things I want without being pressured and I don't have to leave my house to shop for things. With Amazon.com, it is very easy to shop from home or from a phone using the app on my Samsung. They are usually cheaper than other retailers online or in store. All of my items are as described and I've never had an issue to ever return anything. I have also traded in items as well. However, I don't like that I have to wait so long for shipping. Last update is on 8 May that product delivery was unsuccessful, now I am waiting from 6 May (Order date) till today 20th May, no product refund. So when I contacted via call they said to wait for 2 days, "we will give you a callback." No call. No refund. Then I contacted them again today and they just told me to wait for 2 weeks, so in total I have to wait for 1 month and 2 days (2 June) for my refund.

They have good deals and a great selection. I purchased a Blu-ray movie and it was a really good price and the shipping was very fast and easy. I got it one day faster than promised. I like that it is discounted for students and that they offer free shipping as well as the fact that you can order from third party sellers. They now also offer the ability to buy groceries and small household items through Amazon Fresh and Amazon Pantry which is very convenient especially in my busy schedule. The return policy isn't that great though. For some items, you can get free returns but other items it is hard to return the item and usually you don't get your money's worth. But I like it overall. They have a wide variety of products to choose from, offer free shipping which usually arrives at my house in 2 days, so it's fast and reliable with amazing deals during the holidays.

Amazon Prime should have more benefits than what it has. It's usually just free shipping for the things I use it for. I bought several phone cases, CDs and chargers, T-shirts, digital music as well as batteries for phone, etc. I also use it for looking up when something is going to be released such as digital content and much more.

If Amazon does not have what you are looking for, you might as well forget it. They have everything! I have been shopping at Amazon for years and would never leave them. The only thing I do not like is the prices. I purchased a 12 pack of picture frames for $29 and later found the same set on eBay for $18 with free shipping. They are overpriced on some things. But if you have a problem or if something is damaged in shipping they will make it right by resending the item or giving you your money back. Their customer service is great. The person you are talking to is never in a rush, and most of the time in the US. I love Amazon.

I love the high volume of reviews, on EVERY and any item people have submitted personal reviews & explained the pros and the cons. Which is extremely helpful to decide on buys or not. I believe that a big appeal to attract more repeat customers is to offer free shipping to all buyers & perhaps buyers can earn free shipping as credits by using the site doing easy tasks. Overall Amazon is pretty good, however, I just wish the shipping fees were waived or rewarded at least after each 2 purchases/orders. The site makes millions in clicks, they can spew free shipping! I was satisfied but might use eBay next time.

Amazon.com seems to have just about everything you could think of, including a great price. I recently found a pad that you put into the shoe that practically eliminates flat feet. My son suffers with it and amazon.com had them, at a price better than anyone else. Also, they ship quickly and I have never had any problems with them. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I have always had positive experiences with Amazon. I've purchased several times during the year. Even during their peak season at Christmas, most items were in stock and arrived within a reasonable amount of time. I like the wide variety of items that can be found on Amazon. They also have great prices and free shipping if enough is spent. I especially like the reviews of the products. I find myself going to Amazon sometimes just to read reviews and not to shop. Their reviews are extremely helpful and have stopped me from making a mistake purchase a time or two. But I really wish the Prime memberships weren't so expensive. I would love it if they went to a method where you receive the membership for free by spending a certain amount of money each quarter of the year or something similar to that. It should be more of a reward rather than a service that you have to pay for.

I like that you can buy Amazon products from many sellers, which helps me get the product for cheaper. It also has a large variety of products and I really like Amazon Prime because I can get free 2-day shipping on products sold by Amazon. The only thing I dislike is that sometimes the Amazon website is hard to navigate. It feels kind of cluttered, and when I search for products, there is so much information that I feel overwhelmed sometimes. Also, some of the products' shipping charges are not clear, so I don't know how much I pay for shipping until checking out. But my overall experience is positive. I have never needed to contact customer service, and I like that the purchasing process is straightforward and accepts multiple payment options, but I would like it to accept PayPal.

Amazon.com's website is easy to navigate. Their processing of payments is simple and they offer many different shipping speeds so if you need your item quickly you can get it I believe as fast as one day. They also have an excellent return policy. Customer service is good but needs improvement. It's not so easy to get in contact with Customer Service without waiting for quite some time. But Amazon's product selection and prices are excellent, not so with the "Marketplace Sellers". The Marketplace Sellers do have items available that Amazon doesn't carry but some of the prices are ridiculously high.

I like that I can find anything I need or want or can think of. They have everything like a specific movie I wanted. I buy my Harley Davidson calendar from there every year. I have an account so its fast checking out for me. I like the overall experience on Amazon. No problems at all. It's fun and I get carried away looking through all the merchandise. I like many things about Amazon. First off Amazon Prime. I like the fact I can get free shipping and on top of that I get the free services that it also provides. And the selection is amazing. I can get whatever I want and in as little as two days. The payment plans are quite good as well. But I wish they would accept PayPal as a payment. I have PayPal and at times it would be very neat to just pay with that instead of my credit and or debit card. Everything on the site is basically flawless, so I have no other complaints. They always seem to have items in stock no matter what you are looking for. I don't know about some of the more rare items, but I have not had a problem looking for an item. The checkout process is real easy and they remember more than one location, so that helps. I have never needed their customer service and that is a good thing.

I like Amazon prime 2 day shipping, prime movies and tv shows, great selection of items for good prices available. All in one place to shop, plus you have the special offers for different sales during the year. The deal buttons are very nice to have too and the coupons they have available for use are also nice. I also like the warehouse deals. However, not everything actually shows up in that 2 day shipping time. Many times it takes 4 days to a week to show up. That gets kind of annoying at times. A few times items were lost and had to be reordered. That takes too long when you have to reorder and causes different types of issues to deal with. Plus its hard to get to the chat area to talk to someone about the issues. You have to navigate through the web site to find the chat option.

This is the second time they have charged me for a Prime account that I've never signed up for. I'm sick of them trying to steal from me. Let me first start out by stating that I absolutely love Amazon and in my many years of being a customer, I have found them absolutely amazing with customer support. There are bound to be issues with the massive operation that they have, and I have seemed to encounter one. They decided to close Soap.com in April of 2017 and absorb them into their main site. I happened to have a bunch of gift cards from 2011 that I did not use yet (some used, some not), and they were purchased using an email address that was no longer valid since I switched ISPs in 2013. The gift cards were supposed to be converted to Amazon.com gift cards, however since the Legacy email didn't match my Amazon account that did not happen. The FAQ states to email or call Soap.com customer service, and so begins my journey.
I've emailed and called a total of 10 times so far, with only two of those communications resulting in the supervisors that I requested to speak to finding those gift cards and calculating the remaining balance I had left. The end result was to tell me to contact tax-escheatment@amazon.com and have them assist me with getting the balance. I contacted them over two weeks ago, with 2 follow ups and absolutely no response was given. Further emails were sent to Soap.com and Amazon customer service, but nobody seems to be able to assist. I just contact Soap.com yet again, and requested a supervisor and they took down my information again, and saw that I contacted customer support previously and found the gift cards, but then he told me they couldn't help me because they were purchased in 2011 and that's why I was given that Amazon email address.
After explaining that I am not getting any responses at all, he said that he would follow up and get back to me in 48 hours. I also asked him why it mattered that I bought the gift cards in 2011, and he looked it up and said that only gift cards purchased after 2015 were moved to Amazon, which contradicts what their FAQ states, and also doesn't make sense as they don't expire. He looked further and stated that my funds should be sent to the unclaimed funds pool for my state, but I had looked at that site in the last two weeks coincidentally, and there is nothing related to that. I cannot believe this runaround that I am getting. I am not going to state that this overall means I don't like Amazon, I will always be a loyal customer of them, however this really is a terrible way to treat a loyal customer that is simply trying to get exactly what was promised by Amazon when they absorbed Soap.com!

I love Amazon, just not the delivery services! About 85% of the time, I don't even get my packages. I live in an apartment, and when Amazon deliver my packages they ALWAYS leave it outside the apartment complex or in the mail room. I don't know why they ALWAYS do that! It pisses me off because the apartment office is only 1 buzz away, but that seems to be too much work. When I get notification that my package is delivered in a certain spot, I know it won't be there when I get home. We have about 100 apartment rooms where I live, so there's always people going in and out. During Christmas was bad, my neighbor brought one package up to me and said he found it sitting outside. There were about 4 packages that I did not receive. I hate having to contact Amazon to either refund me or replacing the item.

I have been an Amazon.com user for over three years and I've had a very positive experience. I like to be able to read reviews before I purchase something and most reviews on Amazon.com are non-biased. However, sometimes the things I purchase are not directly from Amazon and are from 3rd party sellers, I've received some stuff broken or the order was inaccurately filled. Although each time this has happened, Amazon was quick to correct the order. There are numerous products and prices as well as free 2 day shipping. Checkout is also convenient because it stores multiple credit cards and shipping addresses. Also convenient is their return policy which makes returning items super easy.

Amazon has so many awesome products to choose from and for the most part there is competitive pricing. Purchasing is a simple click of a button. I really like the free two day shipping that Prime offers. That's a fantastic perk that pays for itself. I also love that the products always match up to the photos shown. There's never any discrepancy if the product is fulfilled by Amazon. However, I wish the vetting process to become a seller were more difficult. There are unfortunately a lot of scammers out there. The process to get your money back through a claim can be a pain as well. It seems to take forever and a day. Moreover, the customer service can be hit and miss sometimes, mostly miss when you're trying to get money back because of a scammer incident.

Amazon.com offers a diverse selection of products at great prices. With my Amazon Prime membership, it allows additional savings through their varied programs, e.g. shipping. I like that I can buy almost anything and that everything is usually in stock. Items are not back ordered for too long and their return policy is pretty good. Even if I order from a third party dealer Amazon will help out in the dispute. However, I don't like how long it takes for an item to ship. Few times it was actually weeks before the item was shipped out. Plus sometimes I received the wrong item. But I like shopping at amazon. I can at least use it the comparison shop, see what the going rate is.

My overall experience is way above average. The selection is more than adequate and I can always find what I am looking for. The process for purchasing feels seamless and customer service is easy to work with. They offer Prime for $100.00 a year and that gives me free two day shipping and Prime TV access. There has never been a problem getting the order correct either. Amazon is my go to shopping place. I feel like it saves me tons of money and time since I don't have to get in my car and drive. I go to the website first before heading out to the mall.
The only thing I dislike are the second party sellers. I often buy a book used or a product by a second party and at times the item has been misrepresented on quality. I recently bought a used book from a Amazon seller that was listed in good condition. When I received the book every single page had been written on. I can't blame Amazon for what second party sellers do.

I always check out Amazon on an item that I want to see if they have it since I know that they usually sell the item cheaper 9 times out of 10 compared to physical stores or other online shopping sites. Also on most items that you buy through Amazon you can get free shipping or at least get free shipping if enough items are bought together. When items that I'm shopping for don't offer free shipping, Amazon will offer it but you tend to have to spend over a high limit to get it, would be nice if the limit was no more than $35 to qualify.

I have had a very positive experience purchasing from Amazon.com. I like the fact that with one website or app I can search and buy a vast majority of products. I have bought everything from clothes to furniture and books and DVDs. I also like that there are verified reviews from people who have purchased the products you are interested in so you can better make a decision about the quality and price before buying. I also like that you can buy used and second hand things from other Amazon users and that the sellers have ratings so you can be better aware of who is a reliable seller before you commit to a purchase. I have purchased items directly from the Amazon warehouse. It's easy to use their website and I never have a problem finding exactly what I'm searching for.
But even though I like the fact Amazon has a marketplace in which you can buy products from private sellers, I wish Amazon would better vet the sellers so you know you are not being scammed. Recently I purchased something from a seller that never delivered my package. Turns out that this "seller" was running a scam offering a product at a low price and takes your money and then you never receive your item. Instead you only get a message stating that it will be shipped soon. I dislike that Amazon.com has a plethora of these seller scams. I contacted Amazon customer service and they immediately responded and within days the matter was resolved and I was returned my money. The customer service team has always been extremely helpful and prompt in answering any concerns or inquiries I have in a very timely matter.

Ordered 4 mouse pads from China. They never arrived. When I looked at the Amazon tracking it said it was delivered to my home in Wooster, Ohio. I then took the USPS tracking number and found that it was delivered to a different address in Pennsylvania!!! I contacted the seller and he never responded to me. When I looked on the Amazon site for a customer service number to call... There was NONE!!! Their resolution center is a complete joke as there is nowhere to indicate item never received!!! I have read other reviews and complaints about Amazon and they are having a big problem about the sellers in China. Most folks are NOT receiving their items same as me.
It seems that now Amazon is not being able to be contacted anymore... You cannot call up and speak to a real live person anymore like you could say a year ago about item problems. Amazon is now just like the site iOffer where you can pay for an item and never receive it and have no recourse to get a refund or get your money back!!! BUYERS beware of Amazon ordering from Sellers not in the USA. Apparently the Chinese have figured out that they can take your money and send your item to someone of their choosing here in the USA and claim that the item was delivered!!!
I have bought over 1,800 items off eBay over the past 13 years and only had a small number of items NOT delivered and got my money back. I will never buy anything off Amazon from now on... 7 months ago I returned an item back to Amazon because it was the wrong gift. I returned it in the allotted time they would of liked the item returned. Received a confirmation email stating they had received my return and my refund would be processed in 2 to 3 business days. Today I got an email stating that they never received my return and they charged my card again for the item. I discussed this with a person over chat who made it seem like it was perfectly fine for them to just charge my card again. The guy that processed the payment didn't check to see that Amazon got my return. "Some glitch in the system, no big deal." Maybe I should make sure Amazon isn't charging my card for anything else? It's a big deal to me Amazon.

I had my book, Legend of Panter Holler republished because the first book was mistakenly sent in with the wrong manuscript. I did not find out later that the book was full of errors. I since had Create Space to republish it and was advised there was no problem. Since then, the former book is being advertised because some of the old books were still out there. I have asked that they be removed and Amazon allows the old books with an inflated price for a paperback to hold precedent over the new published copy of my same book. I would like for Amazon to take the old copies off and let me sell my copies for my lower price. I should have that right as the author.

Today I received an email from Consumer Affairs reporting that you were pleased to learn of a resolution of my complaint. Not so fast! I purchased the referenced product from Cyman September 2016. The produced was received with missing hardware, broken back panels and glass doors that did not close. I was dogged in pursuing this Amazon seller and eventually this month a replacement was sent. This time the poor quality packaging arrived in even worse shape than the original. Since the delivery firm did not notify us of the arrival and condition, I immediately called Amazon when I found the two boxes torn and tattered and refused the shipment. The package was picked up last week, and I was informed by Amazon that a refund would be processed once the package was returned to Cyman. Still waiting!

I like that they have a variety of products available that you don't normally find in stores, like non-mainstream music or clothes catering to different styles. They also have a wide selection of food and drinks everywhere, from fruits to vegetables, and even a variety of organic products. But there are some type of content being sold that are either objectionable or offensive. What I suggest is filtering out any products from being published that contain pro-rape views. Other than that, the overall experience is relatively good. There is great customer service and the shipping is very fast. The rating system is much more open and the purchasing process was fast and very easy.

My experience with Amazon has always been great. I love looking up different things and going through all the different inventory. You can spend all day doing that. There isn't anything they don't carry. Purchasing and checkout process are easy. Delivery is usually very fast. It's definitely a place to shop for all your needs and wants. I’ve bought a bed, two mattresses, stickers, computers, Funko Pop figurines, and my kids have bought books and jewelry. Fast and quick service. They’re also descriptive about what they sell. When I got my laptop, I wasn’t sure which one to get, so I asked questions and I got great answers from people to help with my choice. So, when I purchased it, I got it the very next day. I was so surprised and shocked. That is great business. However, I was supposed to get a peace sign charm and it never came from China but I did get credited for it.

Although they have expanded their product base over the years, I usually shop there for books. They are the best for finding any book on the internet and they have connections with book stores all over the globe. If I were to try and find something wrong with Amazon it would be that they have become so busy and interconnecting between their apps is difficult. You have to log in with each application even though the user ID and password work. It would be better if you had links between the different venues of Amazon. There is a whole new world of internet navigation and opportunities just at the main website. But Amazon need a better directory of all the options available to users.

I always check with Amazon for the things that I need. They often have slightly lower prices for the same products elsewhere. The purchasing process in simple and their customer service quickly replaced an item that arrived broken. I love their Prime membership and its benefits. For less than one hundred dollars per year, I receive free shipping, special pricing on many of their products, access to stream movies and much more. Now with that policy changed I am not sure there is much of a difference between them and a local store and they have started charging taxes now which will cut down on how much I shop with them. I can get clothes, shoes, pet supplies, cosmetics, even food all in one place and from the comfort of my own home and I have purchased tons of stuff from them. Our family shops on Amazon on at least a monthly basis and almost all of our purchases on Amazon have gone very smoothly. My wife has begun purchasing there more frequently and making more significant buys. Product selection continues to get better. Delivery has been more timely and dependable. The customer service has always been good but it's exceptional now as the United States postal service even delivers to us on Sunday. We ordered a Green Bay Packers jersey for our son's birthday. We thought it was going to arrive late, but it came to our doorstep Sunday morning! The multiple outlets in 1 spot is very nice. The fact that you can price check and compare similar items in a quick and efficient manner is a big deal as our family is VERY busy. Not having to click to several other sites is huge. I feel comfortable that I'm not overpaying because any ripoff stands out like a sore thumb.
On the other hand, there are more major concerns when I use them. We trust that we are getting a good deal. It's impossible to absolutely prevent buying a "lemon." We had an issue in the past with a seller being less than honest and ethical and we didn't have much success getting refunded. This is the main problem with Amazon or any online provider in my opinion. Shipping time estimates are also misleading sometimes. We seem to get our Amazon purchases quicker when it comes from USPS than other delivery services. It is possible this is a mere coincidence. Other than those issues, we've had very good experiences with Amazon.

Amazon is very well organized so it is always easier to find what I'm looking for. I like the variety of products you can purchase across just about anything you need, both used and new. I also love their digital movie, tv, and book libraries. I love that they offer free shipping with Prime. I like all the various shipping options they offer. Their customer service is ace. Once I ordered a book and a few of the pages were bound upside down, they let me keep the book and refunded my money. So they always want to make sure that their customers are happy. However, I wish that they had more used options that come directly from them. When I make a bulk order there are a lot of different items that come from different vendors, I have to pay multiple shipping costs and I don't like that. Occasionally items from third party vendors also take weeks and weeks to arrive, from the US, which I don't understand.

My experiences with them have been positive, and they seem to run like a well-oiled machine. When the worst thing you can say about online retailer is that you don't like waiting three or four days to get a product, they are doing something right. While there have been mistakes, those things happen. No company is ever going to get things one hundred percent right. Even when there have been mistakes in orders, they have been resolved to my satisfaction. I like their shipping rates, particularly the free shipping options and product selection is very extensive. Also, the ability to choose among multiple sellers allows for some excellent deal shopping and selection. I've been able to find stuff that is difficult to find, and at reasonable prices (especially considering the items' relative rarity).

Amazon.com is a great website. It has a great search engine. They have a variety of products I want at great prices with lots of free shipping. They have easy returns and great customer service, they respond to any inquiries in a timely manner. I absolutely love amazon.com. Their only flaw is some of the sellers are not as trustworthy as they should be but amazon.com has a guarantee and they will refund your money if needed. I have ordered a lot of things from amazon.com and 99.9% of the time everything went great. But on 1% when it didn't go right Amazon.com fixed it and made me feel like they cared about me as a customer.

Until November, I praised Amazon to everyone. In November, I had suspicions that my account had been hacked. I raised concerns many times. I was basically ignored. I had accounts opened and closed without my permission. I went to the Forums and discovered that I was not the only one. Sellers now have a dedicated attorney to handle all the recent problems at Amazon. People have lost tens and hundred of thousands of dollars. Fortunately, I did not do Fulfillment by Amazon. I and Amazon conducted an investigation into my hacking. Both my security and Amazon determined that the hack DID NOT OCCUR FROM THE OUTSIDE. I will leave you to make your own conclusions about that. I have since listed my items with another company since I no longer trusted Amazon as a Seller. Then the bottom dropped out as a Buyer two days ago.
I rented a movie. How simple. The movie was on my phone but not on my BluRay. I called support. In the space of a minute on the phone with "service," my entire account disappeared before my eyes. It took hours to get the items that I had purchased to reappear in my account. Then somehow my Seller account information and my buyer account information were completely switched and I couldn't get into either account. I was told that this was because I had multiple accounts so a "representative" decided to solve the problem by deleting my current buyer account and all of its information. In the past two days, I have spent 15 HOURS on the phone with customer service and it still has not really been fixed and no one can say how any of this has occurred.
The two most common excuses at Amazon for their poor customer service and account issues are (1) blame the customer and (2) a "glitch." In the past 6 months, I have heard the word "glitch" so many times that I never want to hear it in any form from anyone ever again. I have 5 Kindles and have been a loyal customer since 1998 but I have finally had it. NO MORE. I will pay more to get services elsewhere. What happened to this company? I guess they are spending their money and energy on drones instead of customer service (which, by the way, is down again).

I like the ease and convenience of shopping online. It's much easier than going in a store. The only thing I dislike about Amazon is some of their prices are high and shipping costs. The Amazon Prime option is out of my price range. Also, some of the products take a long time to arrive as given the estimated arrival dates. But Customer service with Amazon is actually very good. They seem to actually care about their customers. They welcome feedback from their customers and like for customers to leave ratings and reviews.
