I can always go to Amazon for a last minute gift, even the lowest shipping rate gets the item to me incredibly fast. There has been a time or two when I have Received an order the same day I placed it.

My orders arrive on time. It is as described. If I have any issues Amazon makes it right. I will continue to shop with Amazon with confidence. Amazon also lets you know when their prices change or an item is no longer available.

I love Amazon! I always find what I am looking for and for the right price and great value, even name brands. Shipping is fast and returns are easy when needed.

Ordered 3 blouses... 2 of them were not even what was pictured. Cheap material and terrible fit. ENDED UP DONATING THEM BECAUSE the cost to return them was more than the cost of each blouse... Which of course they all needed to be sent in different packages to different addresses.

There is fast delivery with Amazon Prime but some articles ordered do not always come at same time. I live in senior housing and have to go down to get my packages every other day.

As a senior shopping on Amazon make like so much easier! This is true of larger items, Deliver to the door, and I don't have to load, unload my car. If something needs to be returned I can call UPS and they pickup. Easy peasy!

Easy, quick and reliable... Prime is worth every penny. Shipping is super fast! I order weekly from Amazon and wouldn't change it. I also use their auto delivery service for items I need on a monthly basis and don't have to worry about running out.

It was difficult today, in fact I never figured out, how to take advantage of a 30% off promotion by purchasing a qty of 3 items. The item I ordered, the seller would only let you buy 2 and I couldn’t figure out what other items would qualify if any. I’ve had this happen several times. Amazon was cheaper on **, than Costco, just went to store, I'll get the box Monday. Another item was nasal spray, Kirkland brand, they didn't have it in the store -got it at Amazon again, delivery Monday.

I noticed companies would intentionally provide false information in their product descriptions to increase sells on components such as power cords, batteries, and laptop replacement screens.

I have been an Amazon Prime member for years. Never had an issue until about a month ago when they refused to allow me to post feedback on sellers I purchased from. At first I thought it was a computer glitch. I called customer service and found out they deliberately discriminated against me. When I questioned further they said I accepted graft/gratuities from sellers to post false positive feedback about a product. When I further questioned I was stonewalled stating their decision was final. I to this day do not know who what where or when this Lie against me was perpetrated. I wrote the CEO still no answer. I feel they are violating several of my constitutional rights (freedom of speech and due process) and I am considering starting an action against them.

I used to think Amazon was a great place for discounts but now I'm finding there are an awful lot of knock offs or misleading information. You're playing Russian roulette when purchasing an item from Amazon. I don't trust buying things like shampoo anymore, who knows what's REALLY in the bottles. I've received broken, half of order or fakes so often that I feel it's only safe to buy a book maybe.

I've been pretty happy with Amazon. Most of my purchases have been positive and I can find things that aren't available in brick and mortar stores. I've only had a couple of negative experiences and Amazon has made them right.

Amazon has an independent delivery service, you have to hope you get your packages on time. In my case the tracking showed out for delivery, but was not even on the truck.

We ran into a problem with porch thieves. We reordered and the shipment went to a lockbox. Again the package had been opened but this time, the goods were still there. Clearly someone had opened it to steal something and changed their mind. I think there is an organized crime side to Amazon shippers. Amazon were good about it, I was not charged for the stolen goods and the police were involved. The word diamond was on the invoice. Industrial diamond, the thieves pry did not understand that part. Amazon backup was excellent.

I find that purchasing on Amazon is very easy and that making use of shopping list is a must. I don't buy anything without looking over the reviews. Keep in mind though that negative people will almost always give a negative review. It's just how they are wired. Also make it a point to write a review an honest review.

I have been a Amazon Prime customer for several months now. I have seen a decline in the quality of their service including products arriving in poor condition with the packaging completely torn up and missed delivery dates. I recently preordered an item and then later received an email stating there was a delay in my order. When clicking on the item page, the item was listed as "in stock." I contacted customer service asking why my item did not ship but is listed as in stock. They sent me a long email talking about their shipping process but never answered my question. They gave me the option to cancel my order but never gave me an estimated delivery date. I emailed customer service again and was direct in stating Amazon did not answer my question and that I need an estimated delivery date in order to make an informed decision if I need to cancel my purchase or not; as suggested my customer service themselves.

I was a huge Amazon fan for a number of years and have ordered thousands of dollars worth of product in the past. I even recently signed up as a vendor. Was trying to log into my account one day and the two-step verification was sending a code to my old cell phone (I'd recently moved and hadn't changed it with Amazon yet). Many emails and several phone calls later, after going around and around in circles and spending hours on what should have been a simple fix on their end, they didn't follow through on the last phone call they promised from an "Account Specialist." That was the last straw. I handed them their walking papers, so to speak.

I prefer to shop on Amazon.com more than I would say eBay. Products are easier to find and a little cheaper. If have Amazon Prime I get two day shipping. And if I ever have to return item or it gets lost in the mail Amazon is real fast to either get me the product or my money back. I have never had a problem with their customer service.

Amazon is great with their own products but not so much with the third party stuff. Also, Prime use to be 99 dollars. The last time I looked, they were charging 150.

I love Amazon, but what I don't love is when something you order regularly goes off of Prime and then is sold by third-party vendors. The price suddenly triples or quadruples to an exorbitant price. Also some of the vendors they use lose packages, or deliver to the wrong places.

I started shopping with Amazon around 5 years ago, and I didn’t join Prime immediately. I wanted to try the experience first. It took a few months and then I joined and I haven’t quit. They have been a wonderful company to deal with. They have taken care of me in many ways. One way they helped was I purchased a pair of speakers for a gift and I purchased the wrong ones, and I didn’t notice that there was no returns on this item. I called them and they told me they would deduct the charge and to keep the speakers. When a few of my Prime items didn’t arrive on time they gave me a few months of free Prime. I think a lot of brick and mortar stores should follow a lot of Amazon's procedures that would keep the customers coming.

I have a son who is incarcerated and books are a positive way to pass the time. Amazon not only made it simple to order and delivered to his prison but they have a great used book inventory with new or older books at amazing prices.

I have been an Amazon Prime member for over 10 years and for most part I have been very happy with their services. However for past year, Amazon have been using Amazon logistics for most of their deliveries. This company is nothing short of a nightmare, even though I am a Prime member, they NEVER deliver products on time (usually 2-3 days late), for every single delivery, I have to call them and spend 30-40 min on the phone to locate a package. Or simply the driver lies about delivering a package. Amazon logistics is incompetent, and it seems Amazon customer services cannot help you with their own delivery problems. As the result of this, I am going to stop ordering from Amazon until they resolve this issue.

For over a year now, we have put up with Amazon's inability to keep its Prime promise and deliver according to their stated delivery date (after shipped and confirmed in emails they send). When you call to register complaint of non-delivery, they make excuses and expect the customer to wait. Don't think so! I order a product, they take my money, they owe me the product. Instead of resolving the problem, they blame the carrier or throw refund or Prime extension and THEN they tell you to 'reorder'.

They canceled my product without my knowledge and when I called customer care they are talking like fools and started telling me story of vendor that this product is not available at that vendor but what I will do with that, I want my product... I don't want to know the problem. I want my product. First they want to trap in website problem. This is happening with me Second time. Worst Service provided by Amazon ever. He should stop his marketing in India. If you cannot provide then you should stop giving service. Second time I called to customer care she was put my call on hold for 5 min. without any information.

Amzon.com is most of the time the cheapest to get a range of goods delivered to your doorstep in a timely manner. Any disappointment with your purchase in most cases you get a full refund. Really can't wait for same day delivery.

I have had good shopping experiences so far with Amazon. I was not dazzled on one purchase and another fell flat but both refunded my purchase. I did not have to return anything. Being overseas the shipping is fantastic. Now if I could get my stateside shoes they would be amazing.

I have prime which gives free delivery but they are more expensive tenants others who charge for delivery. But the customer service is very good and if you have a complaint about an order they contact the Seller and it is quickly resolved.

When I place an order on Amazon, they send an email out ASAP. So I can check to see if I need to change my order. Then when my order is ready to ship they send another email confirming it. I receive emails and texts that track my shipment at any time and when my order is on the way to be delivered Amazon tells me when it will be at my home. In my last 14 orders, 9 of them were late. I was offered a one-time deal of an extra month added to my Prime account. Their position is they shipped it out next day. My position is that I don't contract with the shipping carrier, they do. I don't offer Guaranteed Delivery, they do. I have just given up. Took my Amazon Wish List and was able to find most of the items on it through Walmart with comparable prices so I have switched to Walmart for now. I know others experience the same problem. At the very least I think they should have to stop falsely advertising Guaranteed Delivery dates since they cannot reasonably fulfill that promise.

I am an Amazon Prime member and whenever they use USPS as the carrier my shipment is sent to a post office and not my home. The Amazon tracking says it was delivered to my home but it was not. This has happened for my last 20 orders and I have tried to resolve this with Amazon but it seems hopeless. Before when my orders were shipped with UPS, FedEx or OnTrac I never had a problem and shipments were delivered to my home. I am retired and seldom drive. Recently I had surgery and it's very hard to get around. When my shipments are sent to a post office I have to find a way to get there and then I have to wait in a long line. I can not do this anymore. I wish Amazon would go back to home deliveries with UPS, FedEx or OnTrac.

Price, availability, service and convenience are the most important four factors that drive consumer purchases. When places don't carry much merchandise I often don't return unless it is a specialty item. Amazon has a full selection of everyday products.

The main beef I have at this point is the habit of Amazon to keep your credit open for their use. I subscribe to Prime and nothing else. They have charged me for apps I don't use or want to pay for. My advice just assume you will be overcharged by Amazon and adopt a no open card policy, Amazon must get my approval prior to payment. And if they charge me for something I did not order they can argue with my bank.

In the many years I have dealt with Amazon, I have only had two problems. In one instance, a vendor sent me the wrong item. In the second instance, the shipper sent my large screen TV to the wrong end of the state and it did not get here when I needed it. In both cases, Amazon handled the refunds promptly and courteously. Outside of that, they've been exceptionally good.

The main problem with buying online is clothes and shoes sizes, they vary so much even with the same brand. The reviews are very helpful in this regard and Amazon is usually easy to do returns but you have to read the return policies. Sometimes it costs and the cost is more than the item cost.

I've only had one problem. I wanted to order a loft bed from Amazon and the only way it could be delivered to my address if I was a Prime member. Which I think that is ludicrous. Other than that excellent service.

Amazon Sold me a Duplicate device. After taking It back they're refusing to pay. After sales service is Amazon has worst seller with Them. Their Guarantee A to Z is only in paper.

Amazon is the easiest web to shop; it explains in detail the products, allow you to ask questions to the vendors, payments and reimbursements are easy and fast. I live abroad and if a product is not good or damage, they will reimburse you immediately. They treat customers very well.

I’ve been a Prime member for over 4 years, I have only had one unpleasant experience with a recent order that was supposed to arrive within a week but took two. Other than that I highly recommend Amazon.

Ordered 4 carry-on travel bags, that were listed as brand new. NOTHING indicated they'd ship directly from manufacturer (which of course is crap made in China). Ordered in what should've been plenty of time to arrive, prior to trip they were needed for. Shipping took 4x longer than stated, finally arrived but was shorted 2 of the bags. One was definitely used and in poor condition. Amazon does not assist in dealing with these vendors they find. And the vendor did not have staff that had any kind of ability to communicate in English.

I ordered 3 area rugs. They all arrived in good condition in less than a week. I have ordered from Amazon many times and I can’t say that I have ever had a bad experience. When I have had to return or exchange a product, it was an easy process. The website is easy to use, even for someone like me who isn’t very tech savvy.

I’ve luckily never had to use their customer service, I’ve returned a product once and you can simply review the person who sold it to you if it’s not what you want - for example, the product was advertised new but came obviously used, so I returned it & left them a poor rating for the product not being in condition specified.

It would be helpful if searches were easier. Also if something is sold out the ability to have a wait list. Periodically let me know what my membership offers me.

Amazon is the first place I look. Shipping is always fast and Prime offers free shipping in most cases. But I am finding more and more that prices are rising there due to rising seller fees, from what I hear from EcommerceBytes. Also, I am finding items less expensive elsewhere at times.

Shipment of hair product April 20, 2018 - I received a package today that I ordered for my son and it was thrown on my porch like they were tossing a newspaper, no one ever rang the doorbell or even put inside my door. The package was so small it could have been placed in my mailbox. I am very disappointed that my purchase was treated with little regards and I as a customer was treated so disrespectful. I will not be ordering anything further from Amazon.

Easy to navigate site, but too many not related items in search results... Example search for outdoor wall lanterns shouldn't include solar garden pathway lights or Chinese paper lanterns or light bulbs.
