Amazon.com is a great website so buying and selling things online. I love the fact that with Amazon.com you are able to navigate through the website so easily and find the thing that you want to buy, but there are a couple of specific things I dislike about Amazon.com. For example, sometimes when I buy something from Amazon.com I have to wait a terribly long time to get the package I bought weeks ago. And when I do get my package it feels like Christmas all over again. My overall experience using Amazon.com is decent. There are countless products for me to choose from for Amazon.com. My purchasing process was simple. With a few typing and a click of buttons I was able to purchase the item I wanted. No hassle.

It is easy to find what you are looking for and a lot more if you really look, it is great for gift shopping, finding thing that my wife likes at good prices so I do not have to spend a lot. Have video games, Xbox gift cards, blood sugar test strips, hats, candy, Sci-Fi movies and DVDs and all thing that a stupid nerd geek like me would want to buy. But the 3rd party sellers, their prices are so much higher than they ever really need to be at all for a lot of stuff.

Amazon used to have excellent customer service, but no longer! I placed a VERY important order for my business and it provided a delivery date. This was a large item shipment, so the day before it was to be delivered, I logged on to check on the shipment track. It shows "item damaged in transit - will not be delivered"!!! I had received NO notification of this!!! I immediately contacted customer service. First got a guy who could not have cared less, and offered NO resolution, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. She also could not have cared less, and offered only a refund, or a replacement shipment that would arrive in 2 weeks!!! Unacceptable!!! I then asked to speak to her supervisor, and she informed me that she was the highest level supervisor that spoke to customers! I will be calling them EVERY day until I get some satisfaction!!!

Their particular products are cheap and there is a huge product selection. I like the things I get from Amazon but I have to read reviews very closely to ensure quality. Sometimes things are not what they seem. I have very rarely gotten something from this website that I didn't like so that's pretty good. But shipping can be extremely slow if you don't have two day shipping. It's also too expensive when I already don't have much money to begin with. I would like to see lower shipping costs and faster shipping.

I enjoyed everything about Amazon. They have anything and everything you could possible need and the prices are not so bad either. I love amazon.com and using them is great. But sometimes the price and shipping of things is way more expensive than trying to find the item at a store.

They have wide choices of products and fast shipping, too. Good competitive prices and good place to look at reviews on products I am considering buying. Easy to navigate web page, too. However, they should offer free shipping on all purchases without having to subscribe to Prime. And don’t like companies trying to get me to apply for their credit card.

Amazon has a very large selection of items and I thought that the many option was very nice too. The use of the search was very easy and pleasant to use. I was able to find what I was looking for without have to search the entire internet. However, when you look for an item they don't give you much of a description on it like dimensions, weight, or any other type of things. Also the shipping options aren't very descriptive. I would like to see more descriptions about the items so I can plan better for the gift giving options.

My overall experience is a A ++. I like the variety of items... not to mention that the prices are immensely great and I like free shipping a lot. My items always arrived on time and in perfect condition. I have always gotten excellent customer service when needed.

Amazon.com has great variety of products and reliable vendors and shipping is always prompt and reliable. I love the reviews and the ability to buy second hand books. I have also bought beautiful shoes at a cost much less than Dillard's or Nordstrom. While my son buys vitamins and fitness shakes. They have always provided an excellent service to all the members of our family. We buy a huge variety of products. Everyday we have a parcel. And we use premium plus to save more money. My overall impression is that it is convenient and easy to shop without the hassle. We all love shopping at Amazon.

On my new Kindle, Amazon keeps charging my debit card for apps downloaded on my Kindle. They say I need to block these charges by using parental control. Sounds logical??? I call them and get the runaround. While it looks like theft to me, they put it on me to block with parental controls. I was told the problem was fixed only to see it happen again and again. WEAK.

I ordered sun gloves 3 days before my trip. I am in high risk for skin cancer and need those gloves to protect from the sun. I used Prime. I order on June 20th. I was supposed to get it by June 22nd. The package only left the Amazon warehouse on the 22nd. My flight was on the 23rd. Horrible!!! company. Stay AWAY if you need something fast. Go somewhere else.

Over a month ago, my seller's account was hacked & both my seller's account & buyer's account were put on hold. I called customer service 3 different times, one time even speaking to a supervisor, & was told all 3 times that they couldn't help me & that I would need to wait for an email that would arrive within 24 hrs from the accounts department. I only received one email telling me my case was being reviewed & would be resolved. That was a month ago! So I gave up on getting help from customer service & sent an email to Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon. I explained what's been going on & that I now simply wanted the $50 credit that was on my buyer's account to be reimbursed to me. This was 5 days ago. I've received no response.

I bought my son a $55 Amazon gift card and he created an account and applied the money to his account. He ordered some things and received an email stating they needed to verify his billing information for a Visa card. Mind you my son is a minor and has never had a visa credit or debit card. They said they needed address verification and they blocked the account.
I have been back and forth with Amazon, and they only respond by email, so annoying. They stated they needed my son to fax over a bill with his name on it or a copy of his license. I keep telling them he is a minor and does not have any of these things. No one from customer service can explain how Amazon just took my money and will not give it back. Remind you this is a brand new account, never used, so where did this Visa come from? I'm really aggravated first by companies who will not talk to their customers and explain what is going on. They are scared. I don't have time for games. I responded by telling them I will file a complaint to the BBB and follow up with a lawsuit. I don't care if it's $55.00, it's the principle you will not take my money!

I have had Amazon Prime for years now and have always enjoyed the benefit of being able to order "prime eligible" items and have them arrive in 2 days. Within the past 6 months I have noticed that my "prime eligible" orders have started to arrive more than 2 days after placing the order. I confronted Amazon customer service and they said the new policy is that 2 day prime shipping means once the item has been shipped it will arrive in 2 days. Very frustrated and upset at such technicality, and feeling very misled by Amazon marketing. What good is the $100 membership if most of my items are "prime eligible" but take 4+ days to arrive and why have they made such a sly change, hurting their used-to-be loyal prime members? Might as well ditch the membership and save $100.

Ordered something that showed available and in stock on Jun 8th sold by Amazon.com not a third party. Order never shipped as of Jun 20th. No way to contact them, or leave feedback unless you actually receive the order. So if it's not shipped, there's nothing you can do but cancel the order and write off the time wasted waiting for it. By Amazon blocking feedback on themselves it hides the fact they are providing poor customer service. Amazon is known for bait tactics, and not following through with what is promised. Third party sellers on Amazon can be contacted and left feedback making it seem like Amazon is doing a better job than they really are.

It has happened to me several times in the last couple of months that I have intentionally paid more for Amazon Prime products so that I could receive them in two days. Last week I purchased a light fixture that I wanted my contractor to install on a certain day. So, I paid $68 more for the item through Amazon prime than through the "buy through others" option. Somehow, my shipment kept getting delayed. For two days I received an email saying, shipment delayed, will arrive tomorrow. Finally today I chatted with someone who told me it had been sent to the wrong place and all they could do would be to ship me another one to arrive AFTER my contractor was going to be there to do the work.
I expressed my dissatisfaction, especially because I had paid $68 more for the SAME light ONLY because I needed it quickly. They would not do anything to make it right except for ship me a new product. Between several experiences like this AND the fact that they support Breitbart, I am done Amazon! And I won't be shopping at Whole Foods either. Boycott Amazon!!

I purchased 3 items from Amazon. Two were delivered and the third was the wrong item. I attempted to rate this as an unsatisfactory purchase, (2 stars with statement that the wrong items was delivered). I received an email that I did not follow the correct procedure at least 5 times. When I attempted to rate all three items, I rated the two items that were correct with 4 stars and the review was posted, but the third item (reviewed in the same order) I gave 2 stars and a "wrong Item" comment and received an emails stating I had not followed the correct procedure, though it was exactly the procedure I used to review the other two items in the order. This certainly appears as if Amazon is manipulating feedback in favor of positive reviews. I returned the wrong item and reordered the correct item.

I was shopping for coffee makers and an offer popped up saying "sign up for offer of 50.00 off this purchase." I signed up and it said "we will notify you" and that you could not use the 50.00 off the purchase. When I called the company on it they said it was the bank's fault. I asked if there was a place to warn customers that they would not be able to use the 50 dollar off offer they said no. I did some research and found this site. Beware it is a scam to get you to sign up and they do not give you 50 dollars off the purchase you were told it would be good on. I have never been turned down on any credit card and I was debating on bringing down my credit score for 50 dollars. Now it turns out I lose on both accounts!!! Not happy. Seems like a scam to me.

You have “subscribed” me to your prime membership against my will once again. I found your charge of $104.94 on my credit card dated May 13, 2017. Even though you charged me your website informs me that I am not Amazon Prime member and that I have not been charged for any free trial (not that I have ever asked for it). Please remove this charge and process credit. You have made it very difficult to submit this complaint. I have spent hours bouncing around your website to send you this message. What would FTC say to such predatory practices? We need a legislation requiring merchants like you to make complaining as easy as purchasing. Looking forward to your prompt response (so that I know what action if any I should take).

On June 14th I ordered a Safavieh California Shag Collection SG151-1313 Beige Area Rug (8' x 10') however I received a 5x5 rug. The rug I ordered was used like new and was $70 cheaper than a new rug. Before I ordered I called Amazon to inquire about the rug being used and I was told it was a warehouse deal, nothing wrong with the rug, it was just returned and they couldn't sell it as "new". I was disappointed when I received the wrong and contacted customer service. I was told I could return it and they were sorry but I would have to pay the full price for a new rug and they could offer me no compensation.
Now I have to be inconvenienced by either having to haul the rug to UPS or try to arrange with them a pick up. I do not even get my refund until Amazon receives the rug. I order from Amazon frequently, thousands of dollars a year and they couldn't even offer me a $50 gift card to make up for their error. After sending multiple emails, all I received was a "Sorry." Very Poor customer service and I will never order from them again. Good customer relation goes a long way.

I placed an order for a next day delivery. I didn't receive the package and when I checked tracking, the status showed "undeliverable" with a message "sorry, your package was lost in transit." When I called, the rep said she can send the replacement with the fee waived for next day service. I have a prime account and that item is supposed to be delivered to me the next day for free so I was not quite sure what she was trying to offer.

I ordered an item on Amazon, the vendor changed the price after the order and would not ship the item for the advertised price. In addition, the vendor would not contact me back after numerous attempts to contact. I attempted to leave a negative review to warn others and Amazon rejected all three attempts stating my review need to address only the item that I did not receive.

I place an order at Amazon for air compressor for Nissan Maxima 2000. It cost me $120. It works good. I even gave the company a good review and works good for a week. Now it doesn't work anymore. I got in touch with Amazon. Amazon is telling me that I have to get in touch with a seller and the seller doesn't respond. At the end they giving me the runaround and I gotta pay for another compressor which I'm not getting from Amazon and stuck with the one that doesn't work because everybody's pointing fingers. At this point you can order from Amazon but you cannot get your money back.

Product was great. Received 1 of 3 ordered through Amazon.com LLC. Selected 2 day shipping. 16 days later no update. Called Amazon.com. All they were willing to do was cancel my order. Could not help, did nothing to try to reconcile the dilemma. The customer service girl laughed at me, Stephanie **. Her supervisor was of no help, other than to offer me a chance to try and place an order again, and hope and pray the two day shipping would happen this go around. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Amazon. I am a big spender on Amazon for work. I will not make this mistake twice. To top it off the unwillingness of their customer service to try and correct an error by them, no it is appalling.

I spoke to various Amazon customer service representatives due to my inability to log on and view the seasons of Game of Thrones. After one hang up from the first representative I called again. When I again asked for assistance, and reported my problem, I was offered the opportunity to purchase the seasons. I was not interested in that, as I had already purchased all of the seasons. I was then told that HBO had purchased the rights to the seasons and mine were no longer available from Amazon. I told the representative that I was looking at my screen and was being instructed to purchase them again. I was put on hold for the tenth time and the representative now told me she would reimburse me for my purchases. I informed her that I was not interested in a reimbursement. I wanted my episodes.
I was put on hold again and this time she told me she would reimburse me and then I could buy the seasons again. I told her that the price was higher than my original purchase, she put me on hold again. When she came back she told me that if I repurchased the seasons she could get a discount for me so that the seasons would cost the same as the original price. I agreed, but told her that Amazon needed to inform all of the customers that had purchased these episodes of the issues. What else have purchased through Amazon and I lost the right to view. Customers do not come first for this organization! I have been a customer for many years and am very disappointed with the company. Others need to know!!

I joined the Subscribe & Save program. Everything was fine for the first few months. Then they charged me double for my order & refuse to provide a refund. Subscribe & Save is supposed to give you a discount on each order. This product is supposedly $9.99 regular price, after Subscribe & Save discount it's $5.98 each, yet I was charged $11.98. They claim that $11.98 is my discounted price. Discount means less, why am I paying more??? I was told by their customer service that I can refuse my order at time of delivery if I want. That's great, problem is the mail is delivered while I am not home.
I am unable to refuse the package. I now have to take time off work to go to the post office to have this returned, refunded less shipping. Now not only am I out money, but also have to go out of my way & waste my time. Have tried to leave feedback however Amazon has replied that seller feedback should be left on the seller feedback page. Yet when I try to leave feedback regarding this purchase on that page, this purchase from Amazon (the seller) is not an option. Seems that Amazon is happy ripping off customers & does not want any negative feedback.

I had horrific experience shopping with Amazon as when I ordered a Intex PC speaker the box was already open. Thank God speaker was functional. Next time I ordered Intex keyboard mouse combo, the mouse was damaged and nonfunctional. I requested for replacement but they offered me refund with 10 percent tax deduction.

I use to enjoy Amazon until I realize that they edited my reviews. The reviews I submitted were nowhere near what I originally wrote. Now they won't let me post reviews at all! If one slips through it's not the original submission. It's as if my speech is not free speech. It's all Communism. I'm beginning to realize that 90% of Amazon reviews are bogus, edited lies for products they are trying to push or encourage.
When Amazon Prime first came out I signed up for a trial. I clearly canceled it through the appropriate links in my account. A month later I was billed for a service I didn't particularly care for. Amazon told me "I had not canceled it and that it was still active." Even though my screenshot that told me it was canceled was all too clear. When I went to look for the cancellation link; it was nowhere to be found. I find their billing practices somewhat unethical. With working retail I have learned through assisting customers that Amazon customer service is beyond horrible. The individual is educated, smart and talented with a future ahead of them but when it comes to the job they act like robots. The blame is placed on you and if the gift card is damaged/stolen, the money ends up going to whomever ends up using it first. You're out of luck.

Our $200 Alexa quit playing music and so I tried to reach customer support at Amazon. The experience was not customer enriching and was indicative of a monopoly. Foreign support and no resolution. If this was my, and most customers, first experience with Amazon support there is no way they would be the giant they are today. Be careful what companies we as a culture support. We need to hold mega companies accountable to a set of values that continues to enrich the lives of those they serve. If not, the big monopolies will have their way, make their $ and be on their way.

I love Amazon, I enjoy shopping and they have anything and everything that anyone would want and comparable prices. I have shopped a lot at them in the past few years and the selection of products I feel is amazing. The purchasing process was very easy and when I contacted customer service my issue was quickly resolved. Although there was a time I had ordered two shirts for my grand for his birthday, and they took the money out but I never received the shirt, so I contacted them and they immediately refunded my money then I also did receive the shirt as well... very satisfied...

Be aware, Amazon locks your account and steal your money. There are no way to contact Amazon accounts except with fax and this they do not read as well. With every purchase, my account gets locked for some mysterious reason, and I have to deal with account "Specialist" submitting the same info over and over. They don't contact you even if customer service says they will. I am struggling for 3 weeks now, and find it hard to believe they exist as you only get robot responses. If you aren't purchasing from the US, think twice as they do not want to help you with this.

Amazon.com has a wide variety of items. Anything you're looking for you can find and fairly good priced. Fast navigation and wait times are not lengthy. However, I'm still unaware of any return policies that they may or may not have for defective products or just overall any type of return. But other than that, really amazing place to shop and wonderful experience. I love Amazon and do not choose to do online shopping anywhere else.

I have had nothing but great experiences on Amazon. I like the free shipping, great assortment of products, ton of product reviews to help you narrow down your selection, easy to use toolbars, and online streaming. There were a few times I have needed to make a return to Amazon and it has been an easy and smooth process with my account being credited promptly. But at times, there can be too many options when looking for an item. Using the toolbar helps narrow down the options but there can still be a daunting amount depending on the item. Otherwise I am a very happy and committed customer.

Amazon.com has a variety of products and I can find them way cheaper. Their prime service is helpful as I keep buying what I need. Also, it had helped me a lot as I look for textbooks for school. But there are some insufficient information that providers add. Also, some providers change their products to cheaper ones and we can't get the same quality things as before. I sometimes wish adding to wish list system could get a little easier to handle, but overall, I am quite satisfied with the company. It is nice when Amazon clearly shows which products are from the company and which after from other providers.

The shopping at Amazon.com is always a good experience. It gives me a lot of choices and the ability to shop around for the best prices. I like the ease of shopping and the guarantees if you do not get the product or the product described. However, there have been times when I have had to wait for a certain period of time longer than desired to get a refund. The product was damaged in shipping.

I love the free two-day shipping, the low prices, and the convenience of shopping at Amazon. I know I can always find whatever product or product type I'm looking for, and probably at a good price. The product selection at Amazon is enormous. I have only contacted customer service maybe one or two times before, and they were helpful and as pleasant as talking to customer service can be. Shopping at Amazon is incredibly fast and convenient. However, purchasing from Amazon feels like betraying small or local businesses. I like the prices of Amazon but will usually pay a little more to buy a product from a local store or smaller company.

Huge selection and really good deals, easy to sift through various new and used options including varieties of things that I cannot find at all in normal stores. Sometimes the search doesn't narrow down the way I would like and third party items are mislabeled, even when I use the search filter it does not quite filter things in the way I need which makes me worry I am missing out on things as well. But I've had very good experiences, everything generally arrives on time and I love that I can find selections that are discontinued elsewhere at a good (not a "rare item") price!

I like that you can find so many different categories and that there is a good variety. Most of the time my order processes and ships fast which is super convenient. They offer 2 day shipping so my order arrives quickly. I also like that they have competitive prices and if on the slight I have an issue with my order, customer service is really good and more than helpful. However, I sometimes dislike that they have multiple sellers besides Amazon Fulfillment and sometimes they don't have the brands I want and a lot of things that are cheaper are only add on items. Other than that, I usually always have a really good experience shopping at Amazon. It is my go to online store and one of my favorites.

Amazon has a lot of things you can buy from, from shoes, electronics, home furniture etc. The specific things I like to buy in this website is their shoes, because I really like to buy shoes and they have a lot I can choose from and different brands as well. I always have good shopping experience at Amazon, because I can shop at the convenience of my home or anywhere I am as long as there is internet connection. Buying stuff from amazon is so easy and they have a great customer service that will help you in case you encounter problem with your products. Maybe one this I don't like about amazon.com is when I encounter seller that are not real, wherein they post products and put low prices on them but then I 'll find out there they are scammer, but the good thing though is amazon got you covered so I can always ask for a refund if I don't receive my order.

I went and bought six plants. The first one was a butterfly bush. It's dormant at the moment. The second was a golden flame shrub. The third was lily shrubs. I will buy many more, but I dislike that I bought plants and they don't look like the picture. Plus, I bought a used Fitbit and it won't sync and stopped charging now also. I bought a dress which didn't look good as well. But overall, I love using the app. It's easy. I also bought things you can't find like JBCO. And things for ethnic hair and skin. Or things one games that are not at the store. I bought used things also saving money. I would definitely buy again.

Amazon makes it almost too easy to select, process & checkout! Sometimes I find I've done it so fast that I didn't even have time to second guess my purchase! They also make it easy to send gifts, etc, to others across the country making Christmas & birthday shopping easy! I like that there are used as well as new products available to choose from and there are customer reviews on products so you are aware of what you are buying. But sometimes, it's hard to group together the items so that you don't have to pay separate shipping and handling charges. For example, when it comes to purchasing books, especially used ones, you may not find what you're looking for at one "store" so you have to pay several S&H charges.

I like that Prime members get two day free shipping and the fact they store my information so I don't have to enter it every time. I also can use the app on my phone and it saves thing I have bought in the past which makes it easier to find it again. I also like Daily deals. Sometimes it's hard to narrow a search for deals and Daily Deals will do that. Flash sales draw me in as well. However, there are a lot of new sellers on Amazon. There are bad sellers and don't usually send items. Usually stolen identity accounts. It is frustrating that these people can't be verified sellers. But I really like using Amazon to order things because it is fast and will be here in two days. Also they always have the items you are looking for, usually with great variety. Returning an item requires you to pay shipping which makes it advantageous to return items.

Service has gone to hell. Last 6 Amazon orders never arrived in the 2 days that prime is and the ones haven't either. Why offer the extra service if they can't uphold it. Canceled prime. They lowered the price. I will still never get it again. Amazon is officially a pos company now that sell crap that's fake and crap from China and if you do get it if you get it it's always late.

Amazon.com is fairly easy to navigate through and items are described fairly well. Experience was somewhat good, but there is not a whole lot I like about it. They don't have as many items in certain categories as I would like to see. Some items are as reasonable as other websites but some are actually higher when you consider their shipping rates. I don't like their shipping fees and it's dumb to have to pay the outrageous fees for the free shipping. Their return policies were not easy. Amazon is easy to use and reliable. It's always open online so if you look for any product or service there is a very high likelihood you will find what you are seeking on Amazon at 2 am. Anyone can learn to navigate their system and they have a wide variety of products and good shipping options. My experience is very common with the Amazon experience. It's fast and efficient. However it only works if you truly know what you are purchasing. Granted the review system helps pinpoint your selections but if you are coming into a product blind many people often find themselves seeking an expert on such matters before making larger scale purchases. Amazon is truly a Mecca of retail and many businesses could learn a few lessons from such a model, streamlining their efficient use of resources into a better online and brick and mortar experience for the consumer.
Also, all of my personal experiences with Amazon have been wonderful however I have heard many negative things about their treatment of their employees at lower ranks within their numbers. I often find myself at a quandary of doing business with organizations that treat its employees so poorly. Take for example Walmart. I attempt to avoid doing business with them and in like manner find myself in the same situation when I think about Amazon. My dislike is the culture I hear about in their warehouses and fulfillment centers. It's very cattle like.

I like the reputation of Amazon.com. I feel safe and secure shopping with them and by using my Amazon prime account I get my items very quick. I enjoy shopping with them and have purchased many things. As with any online shopping site, you risk not getting the right item. Whether it be size, color, etc. Returning items aren't as easy as driving to a store either. But I've had very few negative experiences and the good ones outweighs the bad ones by far.

Amazon is fast, efficient, and sometimes unbeatable. Amazon offers displays with different price options from different vendors. I once bought some white strips for $7 from somewhere in North Carolina, and they worked just as great as the $50 strips they also offer from a more reputable vendor. I liked having options. I also loved the Prime membership trial. Since my husband has a membership I can get all of his perks without paying for my own. Amazon is a real jewel around the holidays for last minute gifts that get delivered when promised. However, I have found similar products for better rates elsewhere. The only example I can think of off hand was for a pair of vintage sneakers that another less popular online vendor carried with the same shipping and lower price.

Amazon has a wide variety of products, quick delivery and packing has always been good. If you need an item they probably have it or can suggest a website that does. I have used Amazon’s subscription service. There is nothing that I have ever had a problem with while ordering or receiving anything from Amazon and they always ask for reviews of their products. I would not hesitate to order from them in the future and I hope they stay in business just as they are.

I really like Amazon because it acts as a one stop site for an extremely wide variety of items. It is no longer about books, but also clothes and household items, although I mainly shop for books. I can compare prices and Prime gives me expedited shipping. Amazon is very convenient. They ship quickly and product descriptions are accurate. I have even sold books to Amazon, and the experience was so easy and intuitive. I appreciate the sheer variety of Amazon 's offerings and shop there regularly. But I dislike the interface of Amazon's online website, since it appears old fashioned and somewhat clunky. The page looks too busy with too many items and graphics, and the text is too small. It doesn't feel very modern or streamlined.

I love using Amazon, especially Amazon Prime. I love that Amazon has everything I need. I can find easily by just typing it in. I love the way the website sets up the results. I usually end up picking the first item in my list. Amazon Prime is so dependable and really gets my stuff here on time. I do not pay shipping and handling and I receive my product in 2 days. Checkout process could not be any easier. They let you store as many cards as you need and customer service is always ready to help.

Amazon is a very secure site with easy access to shop. I love it because it has a lot of varieties of products to choose from, and also very convenient because it is basically one stop shopping. The first thing of using Amazon long ago was the easiness of using the website, starting from comparing products, choosing the best one that I want to buy to purchase of the product. Besides that with Amazon Prime, it comes with more benefit. And in case we need to return anything, their return policy is very easy and understandable. The amounts of products they have I thought were very good, also with Amazon prime you get 2 day free service. Its lots of products. However, Amazon does not put customers first. Their 3rd party sellers they let them do as they want to. They send products that are not right, it might work for a few days but that's it. I ordered a Dell laptop, when it got here the screen was broken. I called, texted, filed a a to z guarantee on this but they wouldn't stand by the customer, they stood by the seller, and I didn't get a replacement or a refund.

I am a business owner and lost my job due to my package being delivered by Amazon Logistics. First, pkg showed delayed per clerk, then unable to located and then the sorry ** sent my package back to FC and didn't attempt to deliver. The ** didn't call as I was waiting for the pkg all day and received this horrible service. It was raining that day so he didn't want to get out of truck. Jeff, you are going down with your own delivery service. I have been ordering from Amazon 12 years and this is the first time I experienced such horrible service. Canceled Prime and rather deal with traffic and long lines before I ever deal with poor service.

Amazon.com has the fastest shipping of any online retailer I know thanks to prime. They have a great selection of all kinds of products. Furthermore, monthly subscription boxes make life much easier. Subscription option is a great way to stay stocked up on your favorite everyday products. However, at times the search function isn't very effective or easy to use. Additionally, sometimes the shipping parameters for how many days it will take to ship to a given area {inside or outside prime radius} is confusing. I wish there was a way for it not to show the option of prime shipping if the location of the shopper isn't in a prime zone.

I have used Amazon to buy books, rugs, household add on items, like wisps, **. I buy parrot toys, sheets, vacuums, I probably use Amazon twice per month. The stores in my area do not have specific items I want. I love Amazon. I like the ease of Website, can find specific items from everywhere, stores financial info, has a cart, wish list, can ship to others, prices are great, has feedback system, returns no problem, has PRIME membership. Amazon has almost everything I've ever looked for. The shipping is usually fast and most items have free shipping and free returns. Their customer service is the best too. If something doesn't work out or there is a problem with the shipping, they always take care of the problem and make it right. Amazon Prime has gotten expensive though and I still subscribe to it. But I'm not sure if it's worth $100 a year for it. I would also like to try Amazon Prime Pantry.

Amazon offers so many products and all of them are at great prices. I never have to worry about breaking the bank with Amazon. So many products to choose from in hundreds of categories. The purchasing process is so easy and I do not have to enter in my info every time I make a purchase. That makes it fast and easy. I get Christmas, birthday and everyday items on Amazon. I love that Amazon has a clearance selection as well. I can also read books and watch movies or TV shows through them. I pay for Prime so I get free shipping all year and do not have to worry about that. Amazon.com has a good product selection to choose from. You can find just about anything that you might want or need. A lot of different brands to choose from and I like that you can read reviews. Also, the prices are usually better than the prices in store. What I don't like about Amazon.com is that sometimes shipping costs more than the item itself. The site is easy to use and is well organized. They have a vast array of products to choose and it is super easy to purchase these products. Also, the quality of products is high and the shipping rates and how long it takes to receive products is reasonable. The only thing I dislike about it is that when you search for a particular item i.e iPad replacement screens, the site not only brings up those results but also other products that have something vaguely to do with your search i.e chargers, stylus, they aren't what you really need and it is frustrating having to sift through products you don't need to find the one you do.

I appreciate the wide variety of products, especially rare and out of print books. I collect rare books, and can always find what I am looking for - usually at a reasonable price, on Amazon.com. But I do find that some of the costs are a bit high, and the broad selection can make for a difficult search. I would like some more detailed product descriptions, and would appreciate product photos for all of the products, as opposed to some. On the other hand, I have had mostly good experiences when ordering from Amazon.com. The shipping is reasonable and the products usually get to me in great shape. I also appreciate the quick delivery. The returns process has also been consistently convenient.

We've been using Amazon for years. They offer a very wide selection of products to choose from and almost anything you can think of can be found on Amazon. Shopping and checkout is easy, customer service has always been extremely helpful and returns are typically painless. We also love the option of Prime Two day shipping. I go on Amazon at least three times in a week to browse or maybe buy something. What I like is that I can go on Amazon at anytime and order what I need and I know it will be there. I look to see if I can think something up just to see if its there and most of the time like 99% it is there... It is very easy using Amazon but Amazon needs to hire English people on customer service cause they don't seem to have any that speak clearly!! It's hard to understand the person on the other end... that happens every time I call for customer service and yes it is so annoying. I have been a Prime member with Amazon for more than 2 years now. With my Prime membership it allows me to purchase certain items and have them shipped to me in 2 days unless otherwise specified. I hadn't had any problems with Prime until about 6 months ago. In the past 6 months I have purchased numerous items that stated 2 day shipping. Then after placing my order the delivery date would change to a much later date.
When I would call Amazon to find out why it was not going to be delivered on the initial promised date they would blame the seller or the postal service, basically anyone but themselves. They refused to do anything or compensate me anything. I have been dealing with this same issue for 6 months now. I have canceled my Prime membership and will not ever renew it. All they want is the money. They do not care about customer satisfaction. I do not recommend anyone paying $100 per year for a Prime membership because chances are they will not hold up their end of the Prime membership deal.

You can purchase ANYTHING on Amazon for reasonable price points, and they're legit place of purchase/vendors, gives you the same product at different price points based on condition/where it's shipped from. Shipping/Tracking information easy to access, fast and speedy delivery, gives you options on what else to buy based on your cart inventory. The vendors outside of amazon are very helpful and will do their jobs of updating you on the products they're shipping to you. No complaints when it comes to Amazon. There isn't anything Amazon don't have and they literally have anything you want. I always try Amazon first to also check for the lowest prices. I also like that Amazon shows prices from several different sellers so you can comparison shop. I looked up the sweatshirt I wanted and I noticed there were several places to get it at cheaper prices. I went to those websites but did not order from them as their shipping fees were astronomical compared to Amazon. I ordered with Amazon and I had possession of my sweatshirt in 2 days! However, website can be confusing and a bit jumbled so you have to read carefully. I also wish shipping was free always. I like that there are different retailers/people selling the same items at different prices, you can pay a flat rate to always have free two day shipping, and there is a large variety of different items you may be looking to buy. But one time my husband tried to use free two day shipping, not knowing we did not subscribe to it and it actually charged him for the main two day shipping rate and we did not receive for one week. We were not happy about that at all. Also, depending on what you are buying, you may have to wait at least a month minimum to receive it or for it to even be shipped out to your residence. But my overall experience using Amazon was pretty good.

Amazon has A1 service and are fast at delivering the required goods. I like them because their prices are cheap and there is everything I need on that website. Every time I order something it takes me like 20 minutes to put together the payment. Delivery was super fast too. When I bought a TV, they came to my house in the middle of the night. There are several things I like about Amazon, beginning with the wide and broad selection of items they have access to and can ship to your location. Now I have a Amazon Fulfillment Center nearby. But sometimes the shipping charges can be a little excessive when it comes to certain items. Also, when similar items or add-ons, one of the items may be nearby while the other comes from across the country and takes a while to arrive. But my overall experience was satisfying in that I was able to buy an item that I cannot find in any bookstore in my area at a very reasonable price.

There's shipping cost if you don't buy enough to get free shipping. Other websites offer it free for some of the things. I just hate paying for shipping and the shipping time for some books from sellers. I think two weeks is too long to wait for a book.

I love Amazon's customer service and the diversity of the products. There seems to be an endless supply of items available to the shoppers from all over the world. I find that so cool. Variety is there and comparison is good to have a choice of products needs and use - auto parts and cosmetics sometimes clothing or personal use items. However, shipping costs that come from China and elsewhere are too much sometimes not justified by the product and prices vary and selections according to sellers store. When living on Big Island, I used AMAZON.COM a lot! It was so convenient! You can even order groceries through them. The selection of products is enormous. Anything you could ever want for any activity or thing for your home or car or baby or business. That's what makes things appealing until you scratch the surface. Customer service is a joke. I was charged a ridiculous shipping fee for a very small item but due to the way I was charged, that fee wasn't clear. The whole thing is a ripoff, I'm disgusted with and I hate Amazon. I will never ever shop from there again, I'd rather be hit by a semi and die. I'd rather you gouge my eyeballs with a fork or set my hair on fire. I love Amazon.com and I love shopping there at least 3 times a week. You can buy anything you want and you don't really have to be a Prime member to join. It's $45. You can get a 2 Day free shipping on whatever you want which is really nice and some items are free shipping depending on the brand and what you're looking for. And then most things are priced reasonably. I buy everything from clothes, to makeup, the food, baby toys, hair care products. You also get books, videos and movies and they offer a discount price when you join Prime. They also have a wide selection of shoes and I always buy mine at Amazon.
However, they need to make the description on the items a little bit more clear so you could actually understand it and maybe this shipping should be a little bit cheaper. Instead of $89 or hundred for free shipping, they should drop it down to where it used to be a long time ago when it was only $90 for Prime for a whole year. That wasn't too bad. You can get a lot of stuff for that price.

Shopping at Amazon is easy with easy payment methods and free shipping. I do not like though that they keep promoting products I already purchased. Many items are one time purchases so I do not want to see things that may be better than something I already own. My experience on Amazon was wonderful and seamless. There were plenty of products to choose from and checkout was a breeze. I got my order quickly as promised and everything was perfect. No need to contact customer service. I like the amount of items available and also the search feature. Amazon Prime is wonderful as well and I love the Save For Later and Prime Pantry feature. However, I dislike that they allow bootleg items to be sold on their site and the price of shipping without Prime. Amazon has been my retail store for excellence since the very beginning of my online purchases and always amazes me with the quality of the services they provide.

I was looking for new running shoes and it so happened that my reliable shoe was offered by a "new seller" on Amazon for a super cheap price. Jody ** was the seller. They had other items at supremely cheap prices as well. I figured it was promotional as they were new. They were prices listed on Amazon - I never dreamt it could be a scam (it was). The products were shipped by a carrier CNUSKDS that does not exist.
The frightening thing is that the green bar showing the packages movement kept lengthening - I believe Amazon is in on it! No product arrived. I can apply for a refund, but I think Amazon ought to supply the products (many sources exist on Amazon) at the agreed to price. They accepted the seller onto their site, use false tracking info, and lie you into buying from them. There is no way to know they are a fraud beforehand. Does Amazon not vet their sellers?! The Jody ** storefront on Amazon is gone which tells me that Amazon had identified them and shut it down, yet the green marker kept progressing. Shame on you Amazon! You owe me three products I ordered on your platform! ** and ** neither arrived! Fraud Amazon! You know and do not care!

I really wish Amazon's Customer service wasn't going downhill. It's really making me contemplate closing down my Prime membership I have had for so many years. I was suppose to receive a refund on an item that was suppose to be delivered on a certain day but was late. Instead, they refunded me another item I did receive that was cheaper.
When I called I spent a long time on hold and was told they would just refund me the remaining amount but my account is still not correct, as it states the wrong item was returned. I told them I wanted the correct information on my account, not a fly by night solution to an issue. Not only did the remaining credit not show up on the account but it's still showing the wrong item. I'm told I need to call back to speak to someone else. Every agent I speak to is rude and sounds like they could really care less about being at work. What a headache over a 23 dollar credit. I've lost more working hours on this issue than what the credit is worth.

I've been purchasing a few items on Amazon consistently, and the main reason is because initially their prices were unbeatable and of course reasonable! Well, now I notice some of the same items that I purchased have went up, I'm seeing a lot of single items marked up. This is not what made Amazon popular. The idea that they would sucker you into business with appealing prices, thinking they've got you hooked and before it's all said and done you'll be paying just as much as if you walked in a store front, if not more considering there's tax on each item... Not happy about the inflation on prices.

I found out from a not-for-profit entity that had recently sent me a solicitation that they had acquired my name and address from Amazon.com. I called Amazon to ask them to stop selling my contact information. The customer service representative said she could only forward my "Inquiry" to another department. She would not give me a phone number for the other department. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she hung up on me. Beware, Amazon customers!

Disappointing experience with Amazon Prime! I ordered a product today overnight for an important reason and its coming a day late after they shipped the item out late. Customer service had no solution fix their error and put very little effort in to it.

I like Amazon.com's large variety of almost anything you can think of and being able to get free 2 day shipping with prime. The prices are very competitive but the website navigation leaves much to be desired. It can take a long time to find the best deal on certain items a lot of the time. It's very annoying when for example a clothing item says a range of prices but you can't instantly see the cheapest option. The prime video is not very intuitive either. Also, several times items have taken longer than two days with prime. Sometimes a lot longer with no apologies or anything. I also had problems with gift cards. One was ordered but when I went to the store the gift card was empty! It was embarrassing and a waste of time. But overall it's great. It's mostly a very good website to use with few problems.

Amazon is really cool and my experience with them has been very pleasant. I really enjoy the site and have purchased a lot from Amazon.com over the years. I like that it caters towards everyone with an extensive amount of products and services. It has been really aggressive with their products in offering a lot and I really like that. I also like the shipping aspect of their site. It's really nice to be able to rely on expedited and exclusive shipping to Prime Members and items arrive in a timely manner. However, it takes a while for Amazon to price match other competitors. But overall, Amazon is a very good service. I would definitely recommend using Amazon.com. I look forward to more business with them in the future.

I search for what I am looking for, then the results come up with a differentiation between new and used, and how many they have left of each one. I then choose and proceed to check out. AND THEY HAVE ME PICK THE SHIPPING I WANT AND THAT IS IT. I love how extremely quickly I can get my shopping done. I can always what I am looking for at the best prices. I also like the one click checkout service when I am buying my ebooks on my tablet. I have honestly never had a negative experience with purchasing from Amazon.

I like how easy it is to use Amazon.com. It's a very efficient website. But it is almost a little overwhelming with the amount of products that they have. I would also like to see a little more used items for sale or one day only promotions. But Amazon is by far the best online shopping site. They always have great personalized recommendations for you to choose from. And the overall one stop shopping experience that it provides often has very good deals as well.

I like buying all my DVDs, CDs and books that I want through Amazon. I can find all the older titles that I could never find in a regular brick and mortar store and can always find the titles that I want to buy in all the categories that I always buy through Amazon and can get free shipping as long as I spend the minimum amount. I don't like purchasing through third party sellers as I don't trust the quality of what I would be getting from these third party sellers and I would have to pay shipping.

Shopping at Amazon is a love-hate relationship. I love it because the product selection is absolutely great (if it exists, it's most likely on Amazon.com). I love the purchasing process -- it is very easy to find, and select the item(s) I am looking for. However, the customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever witnessed. Finally, their feedback system has no rhyme or reason to it.

Amazon is the most reliable when it comes to online shopping. I know my personal information is safe and that anything I order is safely delivered to me very quickly. Items I purchase usually arrive earlier than expected delivery date! However, Amazon should have a better selection of certain things, like women's clothes. I've never been able to buy clothes on Amazon.com and I totally would if I had a good enough selection. I also think they should offer a clearance section in the website. Cheaper options if available. Overall, Amazon is definitely one of my favorite online shopping websites. Customer care over the phone has never given me one problem and they were really nice.

I like the convenience of Amazon and the variety they carry. It changes daily. I like the good customer service, too. It is a good place to find a good bargain, but sometimes it seems like the products are not the same as advertised like dog food for example. I read that their dog food was making dogs sick so I refuse to buy dog food on Amazon. Why are dogs getting sick of brands I use ordered off Amazon? It doesn't make sense at all.

Amazon has a fair amount of offers, however they offer a lot of international which I am not interested. I do enjoy buying what I want to watch. There are plenty of apps you can get free. I watch mostly everything I want on YouTube and I still have my local stations as well. The price is well worth it, way, way, way better than cable or dish! I like the quick and concise list of products and vendors at Amazon. When I find the product I am looking for all vendors selling this product are listed as well as the best quality products and vendors. Sometimes I get a list of things I am not searching for though and it usually takes a while to find the item I am looking for as products shown can be near random, and when I do find the product it can be a chore to navigate the product page. Finding my desired purchase can be a bit of a long process but once I have it is just a matter of finding a vendor with a decent quality rating, but all things considered it is a very enjoyable process.

I love the website Amazon. You can always find great and awesome deals for anything and everything you're looking for and even stuff you're not looking for is on the website. The only thing I dislike about the site is sometimes there is scammers so you have to beware and not run into the scammers otherwise that is one awesome site and I love it. I like the great products at low prices and friendly customer service. They have a very large selection of products. They also have great customer service with free shipping at low prices and always correct any problems. They ship immediately and they go out of their way to satisfy all customers. We buy sports cards for our business here in Montoursville, PA. We have found a large selection of sports cards at Amazon.com. We have also told our friends and family about the site and they agree it is AMAZING!

I like the colors, the legitimate looking website of Amazon and that there are recommendations based on my purchases and they aren't shoved in my face. Plus, there are various sellers who sell things at a cheaper price. I also like that there is a step by step purchasing process so I don't misclick something and accidentally order the item, a confirmation on what items I would be buying, a receipt for my purchases and I can change my order within a given amount of time.
The cart is accessible at any point when I'm done with shopping and there are categories and a search bar to search for anything I need. But sometimes deliveries are later than expected. I don't like that I can't see the taxes I would be paying and some of the prices don't show up for the specific items but it's really the seller’s and not Amazon's fault. The free shipping is a bit confusing, it doesn't show on one page and I don't know if the purchase for a different address is counted toward the free shipping requirements.

Amazon gets me fast and cheap shipping and the purchasing process is great. You can easily find products that you want to buy and it's reliable and quality stuff from other shippers. Also, makes sure stuff is not late. I would like to be able to talk to the shipper through chat. I don't like that you can't see more of the product before you buy it, the shipping cost and the site doesn't always correctly tell me where my order is. But the customer service members always help you with missing purchases. I love everything about Amazon.

Amazon is easy to use. It is easy to find items that I want and easy to get it shipped directly to my door. In addition, Amazon offers good choices of so many different items. It is a surprise when I can't find what I want. One thing I dislike about them is that the price is not always competitive. It seems like the prices don't always reflect what the real world is selling the item at. Overall, my experience with Amazon has been good. The selection and price for the most part is very good. Being able to return items is very easy and simple. Also customer service is great. Any issues that I have had have been resolved fast.

I use Amazon.com for 99% of all online purchases and always check Amazon.com for a certain product before going elsewhere. They have great availability of products and I use the prime option to listen to most of my music! I love that Amazon Prime has free 2-day shipping. The only thing I don't like about Amazon.com is not all music is available on Prime Music option, but even that is a minor inconvenience. My overall experience using Amazon.com was very satisfying. If I've ever had a problem with a product I've always had great customer service and given the appropriate feedback for those purchases because I for one look at their rating from other people buying that same product, so I know how important it is to leave a good rating when it is due.

We have always had wonderful service with Amazon and haven't had any problems at all with any of our monthly purchases. Our family purchases from Amazon.com regularly with no issues and we always have expedient service. We are able to purchase our groceries, home good, as well as homeschooling supplies. I love that they have been around for a long time and are so reliable and offer such a wide variety of products. For the most part, there is usually a very wide selection of products available in nearly all of the categories in which I am shopping at any given time. However, it's frustrating sometimes if I do not meet the free shipping threshold. Other than that, the overall experience usually goes very well. Customer support is typically very responsive to my concerns and issues are resolved quickly when they arise.

Amazon’s site is user friendly. It's really my go-to online shopping source. Product selection is not much of a headache with their review system, the purchasing process is quick and reliable, and the customer service is great. Shipment is always on time or even early! The reviews others give are helpful in deciding the quality of the product in question. Sometimes I'll be looking for an item but I can't find it on Amazon or options are limited, but that's not exactly something worth putting the blame on Amazon though.

I specifically like the options for members that have Prime membership, discounts, offers, payment and shipping options, customer service, range of products. I have issues with Third party sellers and their pricing and shipping and return and refund policies; out of stock products, pricing, package packing and delivery. Also, my last purchase never arrived. I had called customer service three times to resolve the issue and it never got resolved until I just canceled it and got a refund. But my experience usually is exceptional.

It's a beautiful online retailer that has all the items you could ever want at the prices that you need that's why I shop there because they have things that nobody else has and that makes shopping at Amazon so much better. Also, they handle all your shopping experiences as if it were theirs. They are very professional in their call center and make sure your transaction is very smooth. When you do purchase something even though you know you have money on the payment that you paid with they give you a confirmation email and it doesn't state that your payment is being processed. It just states. "We'll give you a confirmation email once the ship ships." But it's a great experience shopping at Amazon and it's very unique.

Amazon is just easier to get to online than most of the websites that I come across and also much easier to pay for things on, I definitely like that in a website that I use but I do not like that some of the things that I have bought from them have not actually been from Amazon at all but from a third party which did not turn out all that great since I tried to cancel one item but it did not cancel after all. The first experience I had was fairly good but the next time I bought something from them that I did not like so much I was not able to return because it had been over 30 days.

My overall shopping experience using Amazon has been excellent. I really like the way product are presented. There are a great number of manufacturers and providers listed on the Amazon.com website, and they have a very large and comprehensive amazing selection of items in just about every category. There is also a very wide range of prices to accommodate almost every budget. Shipping in my experience has been accurate and timely and so far I have never had a purchase damaged so that I had to return it. I am very happy with my shopping experience on Amazon.com.

I like that you get free shipping on orders on 35. I like all the different options on things you can find, this you can't find anywhere else. I love what Amazon Prime offers its customers, but sometimes they are a little pricey than they would be at the store. Some of the vendors have sold me damaged clothing several times. Amazon.com has a wide selection of items from everywhere. So many items that I can't find anywhere else and it's nice to find them. A lot of people use it every day. Pages load very fast. Prices can't be beat on certain items and are so reasonable. They also have fast delivery and I enjoy some of the suggestions of what others looked at. However, the site can be confusing. I click on an item and see 7. I don't know which to look at. Searches could work better and stay only on the item I'm looking for. Suggestions are nice but I know what I'm looking for but have trouble finding it.

I like the customer service. They were really helpful, friendly and really made a big difference in helping me with my problem. I had a problem with my order and they fixed it. The turn around on returning my money the item and getting me the corrected one was great. I also like the idea of how people can run their own store right on Amazon. However, sometimes the sellers don't give you what you buy. I think that can make it hard sometimes to sift through all the clutter. So I feel like as this is a good thing and gives people freedom. It can also create a problem if am I getting exactly what I ordered.

I like Amazon's amazing customer service and incredibly fast shipping. It's convenient. It could literally be the only place I go to for all of my shopping needs. I can find anything on Amazon and I can have it delivered by the end of the day (for some, not all products of course). With product selection, purchasing products, and customer service, Amazon leaves nothing to be desired. Their customer support is the best I have ever experienced. I can buy confidently on Amazon knowing that I will get the item I paid for and nothing less, otherwise Amazon will make it all right. There is no risk.
However, I don't like having to sort through reviews to look for genuine ones. There are times where the prices are way too high in comparison to how much the items would cost in a store like Target or Walmart. I also don't like buying from third party sellers because I've had one too many unfavorable experiences with buying from them to want to purchase anything that is not "ships from and sold by amazon".

The website is easy to use and there are more than enough products to choose from. On Amazon, it is easy to compare similar items and from various sellers. You can sort by relevance, popularity, or price. You can also view items from the same seller so that you can possible shorten the number of orders you place if they cater to multiple items you want. Purchasing is easy and shipping is fast. Customer service always responds quickly as well in my experience. I really love Amazon. The only thing I would change is to bring back the Amazon Prime that you can share with friends and family. Also it would be wonderful if all items were eligible for Prime. If you pay for that privilege, you should have it on all purchases!

Some of the products on Amazon take a lot longer to ship and some don't offer tracking options. Nevertheless, Amazon is a respectable business and they come through on all of their products. They have an amazing selection and both prices and shipping are usually reasonable. They make shopping easy and fun and offer free shipping on a lot of stuff. Overall, very good experience. For the past 4/5 years I have been an avid Amazon shopper. Before now when there was a problem they would solve it. I have purchased many thousands of dollars worth of items from them these past number of years. I'm a Prime member and have been previously very happy with Amazon Customer Service... NOT ANYMORE. I cannot find the link anymore and when I went out on the web I was able to find a phone number... I called the number and someone with an overseas accent answered. It took almost ten minutes just to find my account and from there it just got worse. I will be using other retailers to purchase what I would have bought from Amazon from now on. How does Amazon expect to run a business while decreasing customer service?

Amazon.com is extremely easy to use, and the prices are reasonable. The selection was great, and it was easy to do searches for things I wanted. I enjoyed perusing the selections, which was vast, and the purchasing process was easy. I got my purchases in a reasonable time frame, and everything was exactly what I'd ordered. When I received the items I ordered, everything was in good condition. I'm quite satisfied with it, and I would recommend it to everyone.

There's variety of products and good prices and fast shipping. Products usually in stock and can usually find exactly what I'm looking for, even unusual items that I can't find in local stores. Have had good luck buying clothes, shoes, and household items. Shipping costs are sometimes high and product descriptions are occasionally inaccurate. Because of the large selection of items, it can sometimes be difficult to find what you're looking for. Sometimes I become overwhelmed with the selection. But had good experiences with purchases, returns, and overall customer service. Enjoy browsing the site for new products.

They sell almost everything. From beauty products, to nursery decor, to tools and car parts. They carry many different brands and have a selection from every category. But you can't trust all of the products. I would never buy beauty products from amazon because companies have complained their products have been watered down or repackaged and resold. Also, delivery can sometimes be an issue and I've ordered an item, waited weeks for it to arrive and was then told the item wasn't in stock but I could have something similar.

I like Amazon's Prime 2 day shipping. They have many different products I can choose from. They give me so many different options. I can rent textbooks for school and get them at such a cheaper price than they are at campus bookstores. Also, I can earn more points with every purchase since I have an Amazon credit card. Everything is perfect to me. Although they could change the way they ship items as sometimes even though it says 2 day shipping it does not get here in two days which is very disappointing when I am paying for those services. Overall, it's been an amazing experience. They have the best website out there with very easy and quick access to make transactions. They also have the best customer service who are always there to help you. If a seller does not want to return an item, they will always find a way to get it fixed for you.

I love that Amazon has so much to offer, variety, convenience, fair prices, bulk sizes. The shipping is incredibly fast even when receiving items literally halfway around the world. However, I hate the layout, the amount you have to spend for free shipping, that Paypal isn't check out option and search results don't filter as well as competitors sites. But overall my experience has been pleasant one, despite the hiccups which are often few and far between. Customer service is courteous and prompt. Also they do a good job at making me feel safe shopping from reliable reviews and holding sellers accountable.

The prices for most item are cheap, and they have a variety of each item and most of the time I get free shipping. The only thing bad is sometimes they don't have a certain product or they are all sold out or are expensive and some items are not free shipping. I like Amazon because they offer a wide range of products that I like to buy with different prices from low to high, along with a membership that gives you deals like free shipping when you spend a certain amount. A specific thing that makes me dislike Amazon though is that some items are defective when you buy them and you have to spend money to return them and the reviews don't satisfy me. I like that their prices are competitive, their shipping is free and is usually quick, and many items have free returns, which is particularly helpful when purchasing items online, as you can't actually see the color and quality of items you're purchasing over the internet. The one thing I do not like about Amazon is that I must pay with a credit card. I would like another option, such as PayPal or direct debit, so that I can better control my spending there. But overall, shopping at Amazon is a worthwhile experience. They have a large collection of products representing almost anything you can think. They are also very affordable and they have special promotions such as Amazon Prime through which you can get all kinds of movies, tv shows, etc. for a subscription. if you belong to Amazon Prime you can get free shipping in as little as two days. Amazon.com is one of my favorite places to shop. They also make it easy to return things that don't work out.
It was very easy to find different varieties of products to order from amazon.com. Everything is arranged very well and it all makes sense. It is easy to select products you want and the actual purchasing is also very easy. Also, their customer service is great. If you don't get your package for some reason or other they will send you a replacement. But I dislike to a certain extent the courier services they use. Sometimes the couriers do not show up to deliver packages until 8 or 9 at night. And I don't think their delivery services are as good as FedEx or UPS. All in all, I love Amazon and it is one of my favorite places to shop.

Amazon is easy to handle and to return and is pretty cheap when compared to other retailers so I prefer it the most. But the Prime shipping is costly and if they can give the Prime shipping for free it will be useful for us. Many people are not shopping with Amazon because of the costly shipping. But the shipping is fast and the products are good. Till now whatever I got it was in good state and the rates are good and products are of wide range. But there are items that are not Prime and they are sometimes questionable in quality and price. Like the items from China are never as good as the ones that come from Prime. My experience was awesome and I would use Amazon again. It's quality and it's something for everyone to use. It is pretty much a one stop shop! The Amazon Prime movies are also a super awesome bonus feature for all to enjoy.

I am a perfectly satisfied customer of Amazon.com. I had a very good experience, excellent service, and easy page loading. I love the one click purchasing process, so many products to select, and follow-up survey. I also like the easy online shopping, free shipping over $30, fast delivery, chat online if problems, no hassle, order is correct as shown, and customer service is very good. I have never had a problem ordering, finding any products I want or need.

The specific things that I like about Amazon.com is the convenience of the operation of this business. I enjoy going there ordering what I need and when I need it. I also enjoy the Prime Membership because I can get whatever I order in two days. Maybe the only thing that I dislike about amazon.com is that when I put something in the search bar things do not always seem to come up when I put exactly in. But I approve highly of amazon.com. Using amazon.com My overall experience out of 10 Stars would be 11. They have not ever disappointed me and I don't think they will ever. My overall selection of the purchasing process is awesome, the product selection is awesome. Also I have so much to choose from. You can never go wrong. They live up to their word.

Amazon is the best of the best. The selection process is usually pretty organized. I've seen much worse at websites that make you have to buy things in bulk such as Alibaba. Amazon is very professional and reliable. Its reviews are very helpful, even with discovering things that people buy to use for certain problems. EX. probiotics for digestion and candida regulation, hyperhidrosis sufferers using alcohol to control their sweating. etc. I use it in both conventional and unconventional ways.
Amazon has something for everyone and they're convenient. The free 2 day shipping for Prime is great too though their prices are the second best compared to eBay. That's not a con though. It makes me feel like they have better services and more protection to offer. The only thing I wish Amazon had that they don't now is the option to pay by PayPal. I'm not sure how safe my credit card info is directly on their servers.

I like the wide variety of stuff & fast shipping. It's a fun site that is easy to use & browse. The pictures are always pretty good & show the item in great detail. Sometimes I get on there just to see what all items they have on site. The font is a good size, too. However, I wish there was more payment options, more variety in billiards/pool department. I also wish sellers were required to put more in depth descriptions of the products they are trying to sale. Nonetheless, I have had nothing but good experiences with Amazon, never had an issue at all.

The products on Amazon contains a wide variety that will fill your needs. The purchasing process is actually simple with a few clicks here and there. The customer service is great for they do their job and reassure you that they will provide you with the best. Good products, cheap price. Amazon Prime is great because the free shipping does help a lot especially in cases where you might need a product quickly but one experience that should be taken care of is how Amazon tends to change your current shipping address to that on the default, which could totally screw up your delivery.

Amazon is easy to shop on, but some of the shipping charges are too high. If the site offered free shipping on everything, they would have a lot more customers. My overall experience is good because Amazon is an easy to use website, with a lot of selections on the page. It has a good search engine to find exactly what you are looking for on the website. The checkout is also easy to navigate.

I like the variety of products you can choose from and the prices are sometimes much lower than other stores. I love the Amazon Prime membership which allows you to get free 2 day shipping. The only thing I dislike is that there isn't a store near me to shop in and I can't see what I am buying before I pay for it and sometimes I pick the wrong items and have to return them but I have had a great experience with Amazon overall. I have bought many different items from clothing to electronics and have purchased them at cheaper prices than other stores I love.

AMAZON ASSISTING IN CHINA SCAM! After dealing with issue since April and still having no resolution, we are hoping this might be a story you would be interested in. We ordered some exterior sconce lighting from Amazon Market back on April 7th. We were told it would take 3-4 weeks to receive. The lights were relatively inexpensive, but we assumed that Amazon was trying to break new ground by putting the consumer in direct contact with China manufacturing and cutting out the middle man; thus the cheap price and long delivery time. We took the chance and submitted the order.
After 3+ weeks, we were informed, through our tracking information, that the lights had been delivered and our order had been fulfilled. Turns out, the lights were delivered to an address in San Antonio, TX some 300 miles away from the address (our home) in Hurst, TX. When we contacted Amazon, they told us that we would have to contact the seller directly. This was the first of many times Amazon sidestepped us as customers and made us deal direct with the China manufacturer. We contacted the seller, who agreed to resend our order, but it would again take 3-4 weeks to receive. We again reached out to Amazon for assistance in having the seller provide expedited shipping, but to no avail no assistance from Amazon.
Once we finally did receive the lights, THEY WERE HORRIBLE!!! The quality was horrendous! They looked like cheap toys. We immediately contacted Amazon and told them we were dissatisfied with the product and wanted to return them for a refund. Once again, we were told, by Amazon, that we would have to deal with the seller directly. After contacting the seller, they told us we would have to pay for the return shipping, and once they received the product back in China, they could then provide the refund. At this point, we once again reached out to Amazon for assistance.
After speaking with Amazon, they told us we would indeed have to come out of pocket for the return shipping costs, but that Amazon would reimburse us for the expense once the following criteria was met. We had to ship the items to the manufacturer's contact point in California. Before we shipped the packages, we needed to send tracking information to both Amazon and to the manufacturer's contacts that we were given. Once the certified package was received and signed for, we would then need to provide Amazon the confirmation email and proof of receipt at that time, we would be reimburse for the shipping only. The refund for the lighting would still have to come from the manufacturer EVEN THOUGH AMAZON MARKET DEBITED OUR ACCOUNT FOR THE PURCHASE.
After meeting all of Amazon's requirements, we did in fact receive the shipping refund. Unfortunately, after contacting the manufacturer for the refund on the lighting we were told that the lighting was never received!!! We were told that we should have notified them that a package was being returned and provided a tracking number WHICH WE DID! We again told them this but they responded by telling us that they would have to launch an investigation to locate the packages.
Once again, we contacted Amazon, looking for assistance and resolution. We were told by Amazon that they would reach out to the seller to see what they say and then they would make a determination on the status of the case. It has now been almost 2 full months and at this point, we just don't know what to do or who to turn to for resolution. All emails and documentation collaborating this story are available.

I like the variety of items I can buy on Amazon from a variety of sellers. When I was a college student I really appreciated the ability to buy used books there. Now I appreciate the ability to shop for the lowest price on what I want. However, it can be difficult to browse for a type of item. For instance if I'm looking for a light blue shirt it can be difficult to find what I like. But overall my experience was pretty good. The product selection and purchasing prices are pretty easy. I also appreciate the ability to get my items quickly.

There are always many product selections from many different sellers and I always get a great price and have had no problem returning items when needed. Overall, my experience has been good because I get my orders in 3 days or less and my merchandise arrives unbroken and intact and I like to use the e-certificates I get from surveys to make my purchases. Also, they have affordable merchandise. I go on to live chat and converse with one of their representatives about my dissatisfaction if there was until it is resolved which is very very quick.

Lots of products and great pricing. Always find something innovative and unique for any occasion, holiday or just for yourself. They always carry a wide variety of interesting items that are for everyone - women, men, kids, pets, your household and any other use. But I don't like that you have to be an Amazon prime member to get the two day free shipping as it is difficult for people like myself who are on a budget and can't afford to be able to become a member and keep up with the monthly fee. Other than that, Amazon is easy, convenient and updated and appealing and customer service is great. When you need some assistance they are always very responsive in a timely manner.

I like the convenient shipping, user reviews, tons of products, low cost, videos with Prime. Subscribe and save gives me great discounts and convenience for a working mom. As company gets bigger I worry that it'll become like Walmart and lose its value of caring about larger societal impact. Heard they weren't treating workers in warehouses as well. But I had really good experience and not much to complain about. Recommends me things based on what I previously bought. 2 day shipping is amazing, returns are super easy. I really like that Amazon offers Prime 2-day free shipping. I also like that there are lots of detailed reviews and images of the products. Amazon has a huge selection of products, and I know I can always find what I'm looking for there. But the price fluctuations can be a bit frustrating. Also I find it very difficult to shop for clothing on Amazon. The clothing department doesn't seem to be very well organized. Otherwise I use Amazon several times per month, and I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Amazon customer service. Their return policy is more than fair, and their customer service representatives are professional and polite.

I like Amazon's website. I like its layout and it's easy to use. I like that they have a large variety to choose from and their prices are competitive. I also like their payment options and their fast delivery. On the other hand, they don't let you pay with a checking account for certain items. A lot of the time, my credit card will get declined for security reasons and it should not. Sometimes their website is down, and the customer service is hard to get in touch with and they take too long to respond. I was also upset when they made me change my password because they thought somebody was using my account and I told them it was me.

I like Amazon because there are a lot of different options. Plus, the deals you can get through Amazon Prime along with the Amazon Prime streaming device is awesome. Amazon has some great shows that are only available if you are a member. The only thing I dislike is you have to pay quite a bit for Amazon Prime. They have a good return policy if you are not happy with the product. They also have a customer service line which is quick wait times, and very helping. ALSO I can track my package which is pretty neat itself if I ever think it is taking too long. They sometimes take a little slow with shipping and it can be expensive just alone for the shipping, but product came intact and overall happy with experience. Our experience with Amazon has been amazing. We would not change at all. We have gotten fast friendly service and expedited delivery. It is so convenient that it really has become our go to retailer. I dislike the fact that I have to now pay taxes on the items I buy from Amazon and how long it takes to receive something and the sudden changes in the prices of their products. Amazon.com have a wide variety of items to choose from and I like the registry aspects for baby items. Products are easy to find and purchases are easy. They have good products and I’ve ordered a lot of different items that I would never find in the store. But one time I did not receive an item I ordered, but that was not from Amazon, but the supplier and they resolved the issue fairly fast. Customer service are also very friendly and helpful when needed and they refunded my money when I didn’t receive an order.

Amazon has just about everything anyone needs.They can be annoying when they try to recommend things for you to buy. For instance, you buy a watch then the next week or so they keep showing you more watches you might be interested in. But they have a very broad selection of products and one of the easiest point and click checkout processes found online. The selection on Amazon is amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever looked for something on Amazon and not found it. The customer service is amazing and they always give good service and try to help with any problems you may have but I don’t like that you have to pay $99 a year to get Amazon Prime to get free shipping and handling. Other than that, I love being able to find the best prices on anything I need and can order from my home and have things delivered within 2 days.

It is fast and easy to look at multiple products that are all different kinds of things, and purchasing is very easy to get through and uncomplicated. I prefer to shop online to going to physical stores although some products seem overpriced, that's not really something that is likely to change. Also, a lot of the products I have looked up are out of stock which can be pretty frustrating. I've received all products on time and in good condition, there has only been one time where the product was slightly damaged, but it was an eyeshadow makeup so the powder was broken up but it was still appliable. Sellers reply quickly, within a few hours usually.

There are a lot of things that I like about shopping on Amazon. I love the convenience of shopping through a mobile app for everything that I need. I also love the shipping options for items in my cart. Depending on the urgency, I can always get faster shipping. I have never had a negative shopping experience with this company. Using Amazon has always been easy for me. They have a ton of different products at great prices. It makes it easy to find almost anything you are looking for and the prices of products are often cheaper than you find in other stores or websites. Plus I like that the shipping of most items is fast. Also, customer service is always great. The representatives are easy to work with and are always willing to help you with anything you need. However, I don’t like that sometimes when you order it isn’t always clear where your items are coming from. I specifically like that Amazon has a wide array of products. I love their star system and user feedback option. Also, I like the design of their website, and their two day or even next day delivery options. Ease of purchase; one click and you're done. This is also dangerous, because my kid can get ahold of my phone and go on a spree. Also, I don't like that Amazon doesn't do enough that to prevent patent fraud, and third party vendors from China. I think that it should be noted exclusively which products are the original and which are knock offs, because the knock offs could get you seriously injured. But I'm generally pretty happy with amazon. We are prime members, we buy everything from clothing to home goods, toys, books, along with many other products. Also, when I was on deployment in the Gulf, amazon was the only packaging service that would drop off our products on time. This was out on a ship in the middle of the ocean. Pretty impressive.

I got Amazon Prime Membership, and Amazon can't even find my house to deliver packages. FEDEX, UPS, USPS can, but not Amazon. After the first day I called and left specific instructions, or have the driver call if they were lost. All I got were emails that I had a bad address, which it is not!!! Watch the TV special on how they treat their employees. That have to do everything down to the second, and it made me understand that my house is just too far away from the road for them to get out of the truck to drop off the package. Horrible customer service. I am still on hold, now 25 minutes into a phone call with them. I also just had a bad experience with a fake seller on their site, beware if the seller has no feedback.

Amazon.com website offers a wide variety of items. You can find almost everything on it and almost for a better price than other websites. However, orders take a while with standard shipping and the fees for faster delivery is ridiculous. I also think the packaging is not always the best for the item. There is absolutely nothing that you can be displeased with when shopping through Amazon. They seem to have everything organized properly. The product selection was very easy to use and to find items I was looking for and the checkout process was fast and accurate. I have always enjoyed shopping with this retailers. I like that I can get Prime Shipping on most things and that I can read reviews. Also I like being able to ask questions to customers who have purchased the item and you the pictures they post as well as read the answers to questions they've answered. Sometimes there is so much stuff it's hard to find what I want. Some items are becoming I wish there was a better way to filter my results but sometimes it's hard to do so given what the choices are. Overall, I like Amazon a lot. The free shipping is very important. I frequently purchased from there as I like that with the Amazon credit card I get points and actually save money on my Amazon order that has a big money and I think that's really important.

Amazon always has a high variety of different type items at a really reasonable price on most items. Amazon also offers ebooks that I can get for my Kindle. Amazon is fast and it was nice. It's easier to use than other websites and I can save up on gift card balance. I never used customer service but I heard it's good. However, finding products is hard trying to find the ones that actually sell the product. Sometimes I never get the product and I pay for nothing. Also, Amazon doesn't always have what you need. I like Amazon fresh but I don't like that you have to pay for a subscription for that because what if you need it right away and don't have enough for the subscription and the groceries. Their subscriptions are fairly pricey and the shipping is sometimes slow or you don't get what you need at all. But I like that I can search what I want and the prices are all different but low. I also like that you don't always have to pay for shipping. Plus I like the thought of Amazon prime.

I also like being able to choose from a number of sellers with various prices and select used items sometimes. However, delivery and shipping can sometimes be rather expensive unless you pay $99 a year for Prime and I can't do that. Also, some sellers are better than others. The best thing that I like most about Amazon is the fact that you can order many different variations of an item. The most thing that I don't like is the fact that fraudulent seller are appearing more on the website selling bad items. I have found certain items that people sell at a super cheap price then scam you. Nevertheless, the overall experience about Amazon is something that is very special. I was impressed with prices, the free two day shipping, choices, quick answers via chat with customer service, the option to buy new or used on a lot of items, and being able to sell my stuff via Amazon. But I don't like that they have things listed that are still unavailable, i.e. Mid America Farms Top the Tater. Also, I have a really hard time navigating around Amazon Prime available movies and tv shows so I don't use that feature as much as I would like to.
