I find Amazon to be a pleasure to shop on, just occasionally they have too many choices and it takes longer to choose, thus I have to research more than I like.

Amazon offers an amazing array of products at very competitive prices, packages very well & delivers promptly. I have had only positive experiences with Amazon & Prime is a value for frequent users - free shipping!

I have never had a problem shopping on Amazon. Before I buy anything online, I always compare it to Amazon and I also find the reviews very helpful before buying any product.

I was looking to find a heat press and some materials. I was expecting to have to put out close to $1000. I found everything I wanted an 8-in-1 press and materials for under $700. It was easy to do my order.

I use Amazon.com frequently because of the ease of finding products that I would otherwise have to look all over town for and because of the way in which Amazon stands behind the products even if sold by a vendor. They make it quick and easy to return bad merchandise and get refunds. The only thing I don't like is their new "add on" program which are items that can only be shipped with a qualifying order of $25 or more. It's supposed to keep the price of the product down by going around shipping costs but the downside is that instead of getting the product quickly (as we usually do with Amazon Prime) you need to wait for the next time you order something for $25 or more. I wish they had the option of paying shipping if you wanted to receive the purchase more quickly.

The one aspect you need to be careful when ordering at Amazon.com is whether or not it will be coming from overseas. The address of the seller is sometimes not included and then you don't know if this will be coming from China, etc. and most likely a longer lead time.

Amazon, just does it right. It is usually so simple. When there is a problem it is very easy to get through to customer service. Refunds are a breeze. They just do it right.

They are very solid but sometimes they go thru third party sellers and the product doesn't arrive on time. Other than that they run a good business and will keep doing business with them.

I am always amazed that no matter what I am looking for, Amazon always has it at a cheaper price. I am not a member of Amazon Prime so I wait until I have several things to order or they have a special for free delivery, and then I order. Merchandise is always what I thought it would be (no surprises) and it is delivered in good condition.

Amazon make it easy to resolve issues without making you jump through hoops. I enjoy talking to customer service because they take my issues seriously.

Due to health issues, I sometimes find it difficult to shop in stores, so Amazon makes it easier... especially for bulk household items like paper towels, bathroom tissue, cat litter. The downside is that some items are higher price than stores, so it’s not always a bargain. The free one-day shipping with Prime is fabulous and worth the fee, if you do a lot of Amazon shopping. Sometimes items get delayed but overall, very happy and very satisfied.

I love Amazon. The Prime is well worth the extra money. Free shipping, fast service, and great products. I have been able to find so many things that are not available in stores.

Shopping at Amazon is very easy. Their site is easy to navigate and they provide a large and varied group of possibilities when you type in what you are looking for. I like that they include various price points so you can choose how much to spend. It’s a good site and I use it quite a bit.

I had a great experience! Found exactly what we wanted and were able to order easily. It is wonderful to be able to scan a site and find what we were thinking about. And decide if it is the “real thing”.

It is always easy to buy something from Amazon. I have Prime, so I know it will be delivered promptly if it says it is eligible for Prime. I just type in my product and a whole variety of examples will pop up to choose from. I have previously saved my address and payment info, so the check-out goes quickly. I always refer to the customer reviews when buying anything, as that info is invaluable in making a decision on what to purchase.

Have utilized Amazon for years - one time also used eBay but bad experience w/ eBay. Amazon is far superior for online customer service. Do not recommend eBay.

I do most of my shopping here. Easy access and navigation, awesome selection of everything and great prices. I belong to Prime and get on average 2 day shipping.

If I want to ask a question the menu has absolutely nothing for my problem. Where do I go? Time-consuming to search for a place to click on. Sometimes I do not purchase a product.

I'm very pleased with Amazon's service and products! I feel the products are of good quality and have made only a couple returns as I can recall. I've been a customer for a long time!

Amazon makes it very easy to find what you're looking for. Sometimes too easy. You end up spending a lot more than intended. What I like most is that you can review the products you buy so that other customers know what they are going to get. Although here recently Amazon has been closing customer's account and taking all of their gift card balances. This is not good business practice.

Of the few times that I had to contact Amazon Customer Service regarding a purchase, the results have always been outstanding. I am totally satisfied with the products and values of Amazon!

I have always had good luck with eBay or Amazon. Good prices and great delivery of items. Items are great as well. I just got some seat covers and they are really nice -- the price I paid for two was less than the 1 time I ordered just one.

Delivery times with Prime is dead on, when you need something fast, it’s there. A whole variety of items you can put on recurring order, makes it very convenient.

I have been a member for many, many years. Delivery was always the greatest but something happened around Christmas 2017. All of a sudden things that were said to be Prime and 2-day delivery was advertised after checkout the delivery changed dates or I will get a notice that the shipment date has changed. Also, there has been occasions when it was to be free shipping and there was shipping charges. I do most all my shopping with Amazon but I am not a happy camper lately. I do not know what has happened but this is not a good thing to get a monopoly then let your service go to hell.

I tried to leave a review on Amazon regarding yet another fake product that I had unknowingly purchased and Amazon deleted it because it was not flattering to Amazon, I have the email that states this. Pretty ridiculous especially since the fake could have been dangerous. So far to date the fakes that I have had are lots of clothes made with really bad material and constructed horribly, (minor of an issue for fakes but still not ok), and the bigger issues with fake products are fake organic tea made specifically for breastfeeding mothers, bare minerals make-up, organic lip-stain, vacuum cleaner belts, and there are several more. These items being fakes and unknown what their true contents are, is DANGEROUS, I put these things in body and my child's through breastfeeding and on my skin. What a deplorable business to do something and Amazon is just as guilty allowing it to happen. I have NO idea what is in these products.

I have been an Amazon member since 2012. I used to have fabulous luck with the items I ordered. I've never had a lost package, and my items have always came within 2 days with the "Free 2 Day Shipping". Then, 2018 came and ruined everything. Since sometime between now and January, Amazon has gone downhill FAST. I just ordered a plastic portable file box for $16. Awesome right? No. I went to check out, and even though it was being sold as a "prime" item, it's going to take an entire week to get here, or I could pay an extra $5.49 for it to be delivered a day earlier. Seriously? And this is not the only item.

I ordered a product on Amazon (Seller IPC-Store). The product was advertised to be a top of the range I5 CPU with GTX 1070 GPU at a high end price, but when it arrived it was a bottom of the range product Celeron CPU with no GPU. I imported it from South Africa so I incurred $300 worth of shipping and import duties. IPC-Store refunded the cost of the items but not the rest that I had to pay. I had to pay for IPC-Store's false/fraudulent advertising.

I ordered a passenger side rear view mirror for my car. It came from a company in Los Angeles, I believe. It was called, DEBO, I think. It was the wrong year, and model so I returned it. That company kept more than half of my refund! I was told it would be $5 off! Amazon would not let me review that company on the Amazon website! I guess I can't tell the truth without a penalty!

I like the ease of shopping on Amazon. Honestly, way more efficient/convenient than doing the brick and mortar thing. The checkout goes quickly, the series of emails they send to acknowledge and to give shipping are given within 24 hours. I never feel like I have to worry, it will ship when promised. The worse part is sometimes I make a bad selection - online pictures don't always give enough detail and the descriptions on some things could give greater detail. But I like how they do returns - I am a Prime member - seems like they credit once the tracking number hits UPS.

I tried to cancel magazine subscription 5 minutes after placed and was told I couldn't do it. Other than this issue, Amazon has done a good job, but no more subscription from Amazon for me.

I have been able to find things on Amazon.com that I would not be able to find shopping locally. Even a battery and charger for my 20 year old HP laptop running XP. Never had a problem with Amazon.com but wish that they would lower the price needed for free shipping.

This year (2018), I have limited my shopping on Amazon. I guess you could say the bloom is off the rose. I only shop for things I can't find anywhere else, or they have the lowest price around. I don't have Prime so they make me wait 2 weeks for a shipment and this is a huge turnoff.

Amazon provides valuable service and savings with the Prime membership, along with the Amazon basics line, the add-on items, and Prime pantry. For folks who may be less mobile, Amazon delivers almost everything one needs, cutting down on the need for more frequent brick and mortar trips.

I have good luck with Amazon so far. The only real complaint I can think of is I signed up for Prime for a month free. I thought they would send me a email at end giving me the option of keeping or opting out. Instead a year was charged to my account so I cancelled it. Too much money.

Every time I order from Amazon it was always there when said, without any trouble!! They also came thru on Christmas eve with a gift I could not get from the store, great job.

I thoroughly enjoy shopping Amazon. Finding what I want is quite easy. No shipping charge and no sales tax certainly are a draw. However, the free shipping to me is the most attractive. Not paying taxes are another matter, I feel that we should all pay our share!

I've never been disappointed with Amazon, I've only had to send back a few things over the years, it's been easy and painless, quick response and fast refund. I had one return package 'lost at delivery' experience, but I believe it was the seller not wanting to return my money, and denied receiving the package. Amazon offered to make it right.

I am very please with my experience in shopping at Amazon. They have a great variety of products and very easy return policy. Customer service goes above and beyond.

The ease of finding what I was looking for, seeing the product reviews and how people experienced the value was important. Followed by length of time to receive the products which was always followed by order placed, shipping information and then time to expect delivery. The final review is generally a follow up by the manufacturer as to how everything went, to include a review of the product. Perhaps most important issue is I know right away whether the product is available, saving countless lost time spent in brick and mortar places that are in such disarray lately.

I always have had a pleasant experience in shopping at Amazon, there is plenty of information on a product, excellent reviews, low prices and a guarantee from Amazon that your purchase process is monitored with a reimbursement for bad vendors. A reputable Online Marketplace I would recommend.

The product selection at Amazon is sometimes daunting at best. You can find almost everything under the sun there. I always double check the prices on other websites and Amazon is very often the least expensive.

Amazon.com has accurate description, free S&H can be a challenge but dependable customer service if issue. I have confidence in buying thru them. They have many shipping options. Easy to compare pricing, too.

The company likes to take advantage of an individual's information and charging repeatedly without the consumer's knowledge. Thank goodness for my alerts! They are very good at having reviews online about the product, are easy to find a variety of choices, stand behind their products, and have quality items. When reading reviews, some people complain about counterfeit products, but I have not found this to be the case. My only complaint is that in Prime, the prices are not as competitive as they used to be.

I ordered a couple of articles off Amazon, the cost was almost $150.00 and the funds were "instantaneously" withdrawn from my account and was to be delivered in 2 days. On the second day, I checked the tracking and received a message, "Sorry, for the delay." On the third day, "Sorry for delay." I called Amazon, they said my 2 articles were stuck at local P.O.??? I said, "Why can't I just walk to P.O. and pick them up???" She responded, she would contact P.O. and let me know. Well, never did receive a phone call, but did receive a email that they were refunding me the full amount of purchase in 3-5 days??? WTF, 3-5 days to refund my money, when it only took 5 seconds to withdraw the money from my account!!! Well, all I can say is ** Amazon, I will go to local store and make my purchases!!! At least when they screw up, they refund right then and there, NOT 3-5 days.

Because I am handicapped I seldom go in the stores anymore and everything is done online. Amazon fit the bill, with the selection, the speed of shipping.

I ordered items made in USA by a reputable company. I received made in Mexico and have no idea about the so-called manufacturer. And I tried twice, using different dealers.

Love two day shipping with Prime membership, hate that to get other services, like Amazon Fresh, I must pay additional fee. That's why I have only Prime membership. I getting my groceries from FreshDirect or from FoodKick app.

It's usually easy to find what I am looking for. Unfortunately some items are only available to Prime customers. If you're not a Prime customer it can take up to 4 weeks to get a simple item that I can purchase elsewhere for the same price and get it in 2 to 3 days.

Usually receive prompt shipment and returns are usually easy. I also like being able to find "hard-to-find" items on Amazon. I can find items on Amazon that I need but can not find locally.

All parts arrived broken. Did not replace or refund shunted to another lesser known site. So had to travel to Home Depot in person. Nothing received.

No problems with Amazon, I just wish they would use a carrier other than UPS. With Amazon Prime I expect two-day delivery, but with UPS my package may or may not arrive in two days. I got where if I don't receive the package in two days I just return it.

On Dec. 12th, 2017, I ordered my Christmas gifts from Amazon. The total amount came to $520 (including sales and $70 discount for applying for cc). Fast forward to my first bill in 2018, it was for $704. My Amazon credit was only $700. I sent them copies of my purchases and showed it was only for $520. They gave me their so call discounts and now the bill is $620. When I looked at the bill online, I'm being charged for Amazon Prime $99 that I didn't approve of. Why would I pay for Prime when my wife has it on her account? I've requested it to be removed several times and still showing on account. I will only pay the $520 and not a penny more. I also had to file a Consumer complaint against them for not honoring the prices during Christmas (Bait and Switch).

This week alone Amazon has lost two packages and incompetently delayed and canceled another order. Amazon is delaying returning the payment. Right now it has been a week and I don't have an order that I ordered a week ago (prime items which are supposed to be two day items). Now they want me to make another order and pay for the order for a third time. My advice is order one thing at a time so it is easier to track and keep Amazon honest.

Usually products from a 3rd Party are perfect. Last one was not but the seller responded quickly and made it right with a full refund and no need to return the product. Wow!

Amazon in its various facets is okay, I order from there a LOT as It's easier than going to various stores. In their Prime Ordering they are Spot On Correct about 85-90% of the time, though some sellers try to cheat the system or their customers and Amazon should put the seller's ratings on sales overall on an upfront button and not one you basically have to search for to find. If you do get cheated (seller sends damaged item, seller sends wrong item, won't respond to queries on lost items, etc.) Amazon makes it good but sometimes their Customer Service Reps (noted as all likely to be millenials if their voices are any indication) are rude.

Amazon usually have what I want, with lots of reviews and the best prices. Although I know some of the reviews can't be trusted I can usually find out what I need to know.

Generally all my purchases have been wonderful but the second to the last was most difficult because I ended up returning everything to Amazon. The information description for all the items were difficult to understand.

Amazon and Etsy are both very responsive, the goods are quality and shipments arrive in a timely manner. Amazon returns are easy and customer service friendly. I've never returned anything from Etsy!

Enjoy wide variety of products. Prices are generally very good and service has been fast. Products from dealers are well packaged. Have had no return products. Dealers, selling through Amazon, are responsive to email contacts. Many contacts with dealers have grown into repeat purchases.

Amazon's prices are good, customer service is very good. Makes it easy for me to do my shopping online because I am unable to get out much. I do not like where the government makes them collect state taxes now, I am on a fixed income as it is.

I have used Amazon many times. I always feel secure with my purchases. If there is a problem Amazon will help you to get a refund. My products always arrive on the due date or early. And you know you have an online receipt to help with any problems that arise.

Doesn't show up anymore in the shipping area when you go to your cart. What a waste paying for it. The 'Prime' movies are mostly foreign and the 'used to be' 2 day shipping was good if you didn't have to wait a week to get the product into ship it. Don't waste your money on Prime. It's now rendered useless.

Don't buy anything from Amazon website. All seller and site is fake. Sending cheap quality duplicate item. And after zero customer support only cheated people all around the world. In India only 20% people like people satisfied and 80% people unsatisfied and become fool every day and every month. One of outside country website it only earn from India people. Please I am really requesting. Please pay 50 to 100 more but purchase from other site you're from the store. Don't buy from Amazon.

Very easy to use, however, I do not like the invoices sent by postal mail as they do not show the item purchased in detail. Also, sometimes we get too many online ads.

Amazon is very easy to purchase from. Normally they have the best prices and the reviews do help. In the past if I ever had to return anything it was painless. The only issue I have is the packaging is sometimes off. You will get this small thing in a large box 1 to 2 sizes bigger than needed.

I live in a rural community with limited shopping resources and Amazon has been a terrific resource for meeting needs and wants. I do have concern about what I recently have read regarding how they treat their employees - ie, not well, so Amazon isn't always my buying choice.

I am a loyal Amazon Prime user. I love the convenience, as well as the selection. I do not always need things in two days and often pick the slower shipping plan and get added benefits of discounts on pantry goods and whatnot.

Great customer service, easy checkout and fast shipping. I shop with them quite often. If you're not completely satisfied they will give you a refund. I never had a problem with them. Sometimes they got customer service but on phone you can’t understand what they are saying. But other than that it’s fine.

I have the Amazon subscribe & save account, so they automatically order whatever I have in my account without my permission, which is fine. I have a bag of rice in my account. But when I received the order, the bag is broken, so the rice is all over the box. I have to throw away the rice, bag, and the box to clean up my other items within the same box. When I asked for the refund, they accepted my request but only if I send them back a bag of rice. Do I need to go to buy a bag of rice to send them back in order to get my refund?

Have bought and/or returned several items with no difficulty whatsoever. Don’t buy enough to have Amazon Prime but shipping is free if you can wait a week for delivery.

It's a breeze shopping on Amazon. The only thing difficult is discovering sometimes if it's from Amazon and/or a third party vendor - at which point if it is it typically takes longer to receive "Prime" member or not.

I am a Prime member and I love it. 2-day shipping, ease of use, good pricing and outstanding customer service. With some purchases I am able to use same day delivery. I don’t know how they do it but I love Amazon.

I’ve been shopping on Amazon for years and I’ve never had any issues with quality of items I purchased. I did get a better delivery date from Target online around Christmas.

I love to pick up my phone and go to Amazon and find what I need, place my order with several clicks and then sit back and wait. Two days later my package is here and the items I requested I have received.

The only problem I find with "Amazon" is that they need to be more particular on their use of "Third Party merchants". Some of these "Merchants" are not respectable and offer inferior merchandise as well as not mentioning that the item is not made in the USA, or being shipped from the continental US. Although "Amazon" will quickly correct the problem with a refund. These merchants shouldn't be allowed on their site.

I like Amazon, the ease and convenience are unparalleled. However, with all the recent growth has also brought a compromise in customer service and some quality. I am cautiously watching to see how they will manage this next level of transition.

I got Prime membership this year. It is a great way to shop. I ordered a book this morning before I got out of bed. I live in a small town and would have over an hour drive to get to a book store. Yea for Amazon!

You have to pay for returns in a store. If you don’t like the item you put it back on the shelf. Online purchases come and have to be returned if the item is not liked. If you know what you want online it'd great.

Ordered for a book at Amazon "The Art of Effective Coaching...." on 17th April, 2018 and was to delivered by 24-25th April, 2018. Got a message for an early delivery on 23rd April, 2018 and had a number of the delivery boy. It's been a week the book is yet to be delivered and the guy keeps telling me that I will deliver in the next 15 minutes for sure. It's quite disgusting to see how Amazon's website is showing order delivered when the book has not yet been delivered. HORRIBLE... PATHETIC... AWFUL SERVICE.

I'm "in charge" of ordering things for my office. Oftentimes, I'm asked to order things at the last minute. I've always had good shipping "luck" when ordering for myself. But somehow, AmazonBusiness can't get it together to have our business hours consistent in their system to relay that to their OWN drivers... All our orders since opening the business account come AFTER business hours. In what universe does that make any sense? I've spoken to countless reps who contact countless so-called supervisors who speak little English who have done nothing to correct this foolishness, nor does it seem like anyone actually cares how stupid this issue makes them look. Please don't call yourselves "AmazonBusiness" if you're going to ignore the fact that your customers are businesses and operate during "Business Hours".

I ordered these protein shakes (Premier Protein banana 30gm) for a family member on April 12th, 2018. I live only 2 hours from where item is being shipped. However, upon checking out, the shipping had stated it was free on original listing but, was showing a shipping fee $3,198.00 (delivery expected 4-24-18). I assumed it was a glitch & would be corrected. I called 24 hours later & Amazon contacted the 3rd party seller named DSLogic. On 4-13, I received a response from DSLogic's iPhone that it was a mistake & would be corrected. One week goes & item says it was delivered on 4-18 & it was not received.

I have subscribed to certain "Channels" on Amazon Prime due to specific programs however, I find out I cannot receive the total season. Buyer beware!!! And for some uncertain reason I am not allowed to post any negative comments on Amazon Prime because I must be a customer in good standing... which I have never had a complaint or failed to pay for anything so I am not certain why I would not be a member in good standing.

It was really easy to find products but it is confusing to whether you get Prime products or not. There should be a special section where Prime products are sold, so customer can compare between shipping time with and without Prime!

I'm always at ease shopping on Amazon. If you have any problems with an order they resolve any problems. Great communications and have found orders arrive as promised.

Love Amazon, the only thing I don’t like is all the separate billing from multiple sellers, returns can be a pain too, not be able to contact seller except via email/Amazon.

I ordered on a Fri & received on the following Wed. I would have liked to have received it a day earlier. But overall great experience with a new company I haven't dealt with before. Product ordered is great.

Amazon has kind of high price but fast delivery. Site easy to navigate. Thank you. Everyone should try it out. I would order again and I would recommend a friend.

My experience when ordering product is they're always in time to mail them to my home and the product always good condition. They never share my personal information too.

Too many 3rd party vendors, thus diminishing direct control of product quality and service. New shipping carrier recently encountered without warning. Please return to the original Amazon.

2 day shipping if they feel like it. If there's a problem you get someone in India who can't or won't help you. Cheap products arrive broken or break shortly after purchase. Food items arrive inedible, dried up, old, etc. I've had good experience only with items from the outside sellers, but I am going to buy from them directly in the future because I can't deal with Amazon anymore!

Amazon is great. I find almost everything I need and there are photos and clear descriptions. Pricing is good and the Prime shipping is the best. Most of the time the item is the best price and if you're willing to wait you can use the Tracktor app for the best available price or Honey. Then Earney gets money refunded to you if the price drops after you purchase.

I don't expect real cheap prices - just competitive prices. Never been disappointed. Fast delivery and easy gift giving - pick it, pay for it and it is delivered across the country.

Unfortunately, not having much money I cannot afford to buy expensive products, so their quality is not as good as I would like, however I believe I did receive fairly good quality for the money I spent, I was careful to shop, is why. Otherwise Amazon is a very good place to buy anything.

Shopping was very simple after finding the item(s) that I was looking for. The ordering was simple, the goods came when promised and they were packaged in quality containers, with no damage to the items. I have never had a ordering or receiving problem with Amazon. I have found items cheaper at other websites though.

I use Amazon often. The Amazon Prime membership pays for itself in fast, free shipping. I can find things there that are far cheaper than in town and the few days it takes to arrive make it worth the money.

Anything on Amazon that I want is always easy to find. Everything always arrives when they say it will. The description of the product is always very accurate. I also like the fact that other reviews are there for me to see, including good and bad.

Amazon makes just about any purchase very easy. When you sometimes can't find your product at most stores you can go to their website and play "find my product" and get an answer. To purchase the product a single click is all it takes and they deliver almost as soon as I can get it at a brick and mortar store.

I am an Amazon Prime member. I have their Visa Prime credit card and I purchase a lot of items online. If Amazon's price is the lowest, and it not always is, it takes me seconds to make the purchase. Amazon has excellent customer service and their order process is super simple and fast. Amazon automatically donates a small percentage of the sale to my favorite charity and my Prime Visa Rewards credit card saves me 5% on all orders from their website and on all purchases from Whole Foods.
