    Amazon is a dependable website. It has a large varieties of items ranging from clothes to homes. It's easy to use. It is very trustworthy. Another specific thing that I like about Amazon is that it continues to constantly stay up to date on fashion and all other items on the market. It is extremely easy to navigate through this site when you are simply just browsing day to day or just occasionally or for the first time. My overall experience with Amazon in selection was great and purchasing was wonderful and easy to glide through without any glitches at all. In customer service it was delightful and the representative was very polite and proper. The customer service per add on was indeed very well informed and knew the business well all the way around.

    I am very familiar with Amazon and I have been using it for years. It is very reliable and there is an amazing array of products. I purchase everything from food to gifts to textbooks to clothes from Amazon and my overall experience was great. Last I used the website I was looking for a vinyl record and computer parts. There was a huge array of products and I found multiple that cost what I was willing to pay. Purchasing was smooth and the products arrived safely and in a timely manner. I have never had a problem that didn't get solved quickly and I always receive my orders in working order.

    I love Amazon.com. I been ordering from Amazon for the last 4 1/2 years and I always had good business with them. They make everything so easy and easy to understand what you have to do. I order all my essential oils from them and they usually have the best prices for what I need to buy. I have ordered many different kinds of things and I can always count on good service from them, even when I call Amazon customer service they always try to help. They are so polite and seem to care about their customers and I really like that. Overall, great people that work there and great choices to look through.

    Amazon is the easiest way to shop for everything - I just moved to the boonies and taking a trip to Walmart is a trek - I love Amazon!! Prices are good and it is so much easier to just look something up and have it here in a few days. Also great for hard to find items.

    I have purchased many items from Amazon, and with few exceptions, have been very pleased with selection, quality, price and shipping times. My only negative experiences have been buying used books. On two occasions, I received books from two different sellers that were so damaged and dirty as to be unusable. Sellers were businesses that process large numbers of books from different sources, so did not keep good inventory control of condition. I had a lot of trouble contacting one seller because of this, but eventually got full refunds on both books. It can be difficult to reach any sort of actual customer service help at Amazon itself, but responses from individual sellers are usually very good. Reviews of certain types of items are also very helpful.

    Amazon is a great way to get books and other things like games and movies. I almost always buy my books, games, and movies from here. It’s a personal favorite. Also, I can almost always find the things I need here though it takes a while to find them. Sometimes it is hard as well to find the right price range for things I need. Though overall I don’t think there are many things wrong with amazon.com. I think it is great just how it is. Literally, all customer service is great too. They get back to me almost immediately and to me that is a great advantage to the site.

    Amazon.com has a lot of variety. I can pretty much find anything I'm looking for. It's a lot easier to shop there than to go from store to store just hoping to be able to find the items I'm looking for. Also I like that I can get inspiration for things I didn't even think I needed. One of my main issues that I've had is that it will often list items that are out of stock or not shipped by Amazon. I know it's important to do research and make sure that sellers are reputable but it's frustrating to find the perfect item only to see it sold out or shipped from a poorly rated vendor. I've ordered items only to have them showing that they'll be shipped at a later date and then cancelled. Also sometimes the items are severely misdescribed.

    My experience overall was very pleasurable. The website is easy to use, has a clean and easy to navigate interface and most descriptions of items are sufficient. I trust that my account is secure when I order things which is very important to me. I love having an item I need in mind and then using filters to find what I need only to find an even better item.

    I like that Amazon offers Prime, so I get a slight discount on each item and free two day shipping. The website is also easy to use, and I like having the option to use the app or website. The only thing I really can complain about is that sometimes their prices are a bit expensive. This is not always the case, but it does require me to shop around before purchasing. For example, my dog's food is considerably more expensive on Amazon than on other sites or in other stores. But I have had great experiences while using Amazon. The product selection is great. You can find almost anything from clothes, to toys, to electronics, to food, to pretty much anything you'd want. The purchasing process is easy. I love that I can keep my gift cards stored in my Amazon account and easily use them during check out. I have never had an issue with ordering, and I've always received my orders in two days or less!

    I love Amazon. I'm disabled and can find almost anything at a good price and have it brought to my door. I read a lot and have Amazon Prime so it's a great deal for me. I have a bookstore in my hands. It's great. I have only had one problem in 6 years and they made up for it. I think it's a pretty good record.

    Amazon offers a wide range and excellent selection of products with free shipping and I never had shipping problems. They also offer multiple suppliers to choose from and their customer service is excellent too. I have never had any problems with Amazon. I will continue to use amazon for most of my internet purchases. Amazon has the best online shopping experience out of all of them.

    Amazon is my go to store for just about everything. I find the best deals. If I have an issue they are prompt in resolving. My orders are processed fast and delivered on time with very little or no delay. When looking for a specific item they are the first site I go to and usually they last.

    Amazon has all the items I need at great prices. It gives me the ability to search for items at different retailers and do a price comparison. I also love having access to so many consumer reviews. Sometimes it's difficult to find items that will ship in a timely manner, and I've had issues with orders being shipped to me later than predicted. When this came to light, I tried to cancel orders immediately and was not able to. My experience has been almost entirely positive with the exception of these few negative aspects. Otherwise, Amazon and my prime membership has made my life better.

    Amazon will let you know if they can sell it cheaper elsewhere to you and let you decide. Plus if there is problem, they don't even question. They just do whatever needs to be done to fix it. Love shopping thru Amazon so much that buy from them several times a day.

    Amazon.com is an advanced website with just about any product you would care to purchase. The total shopping experience is enjoyable and rewarding, and can fulfill your needs and save money at the same time. The products are shipped quickly with small or free shipping costs and product accuracy is excellent for your purchases. There's almost too many products to choose from though.     Purchased 2 boat seat slides on Amazon.com. Paid an extra $19.42 for 2 day shipping. Ordered on 3 July 17 and promised delivery on Thursday 6 July 17. Given a parcel select tracking # on 4 July 17. I called two different customer service numbers. 1 in the Philippines and 1 in the Caribbean. Neither of the aforementioned customer service centers could tell me the status of my order, where it was at or when it might arrive. Both service centers put me on hold 2 times and told me they could not get ahold of the carrier. They took my phone number and said they would call when they found out something. Glad I did not hold my breath... Still waiting.

    They knew I was not going to get my item as promised but neither offered to refund my shipping. Only when I objected did they comply. I still do not know where my item is or when it might get to me. They figure refunding my money would solve the issue. It does not. People's time is important and some of us have commitments to meet for our business. If you are counting on Amazon.com to get your items there on time and as promised... Good luck... Better yet... To even act as if they care or tell you when it will get there...

    I have bought 3 tablets from Amazon in 4 years, 2 Kindles and a Microsoft tablet. All died within 3 years. They allow bad sellers on their site to resell junk and they Amazon are getting too big for their breaches. So after being a customer since 2005 I'm done with them. Brick and mortar stores are the way to go. It may cost a little more but at least it's not junk they're selling.

    I go through a TON of vanilla... about $1,000 a year. My regular supplier sent a notice that on June 1 the rates would double so we had an opportunity to stock up before that went into effect. I checked Amazon and their price was actually slightly lower than my supplier, plus I got rewards points for a $1000 purchase so I decided to go through amazon at the end of May.

    At the end of June, they emailed me that they were out of stock and would not be able to fill the order. They pointed me in the direction of other suppliers who were selling it for 120% more than what I paid for it and refused to do a price match since the other suppliers were third party sellers. My normal supplier has since doubled their prices so I just lost $1000 by choosing to purchase from Amazon. They say it is out of their hands since they are out of stock. However, it is still sold on Amazon, just for a higher price and Amazon doesn't want to take the hit. Plus, they shouldn't be able to sell items they don't have. As an Amazon seller, I can tell you if you sell an item you can't fulfill, they immediately revoke your selling privileges. However, they apparently don't hold themselves to these same standards.

    I am completely discouraged by the process of being directed to 1st the Philippines, then Tampa, then Washington, then to Maryland and finally back to Tampa, to Lisa, Although Colt in Washington was the nicest. My issue stems from PRODUCT DESCRIPTION, you seem to add additional products in between where the actual product description is. As a previous call center owner and operator my initial grievance is with the call center that (verified through CHAT) saying the product does come with Battery & charger!!! That's false, you should train your Amazon Product description department EXACTLY how to verify what does and does not come with the product being purchased and or offered by your vendors.

    This email is about money as I earn 140.00 per hour of which I lost 3.4 hrs on the phone and chat with a Amazon representatives. Totally inexcusable and a matter of what MY TIME is worth. I promise you one thing. I'll never recommend Amazon and I will do everything in my power through media to discredit your company and JEFF BEZOS. Maybe you should hire someone who has the aptitude and experience as myself to handle training your call centers and nailing down the proper description from your vendors is correct and EASILY displayed at picture of product.

    Second issue. Having a readily available CHAT button on your home page instead of flipping through 5 screens to get to it. I'm in the media so I'll do what I do best, report nationwide my experiences with Amazon and its call centers. It's true for every action there is a reaction, let's see exactly how far I can take this in the media. It's a case of David vs Goliath, only problem David has the power of social media and national news. Good luck.

    Delivery is very quick except for overseas sellers who use the slowest service impossible. Customer service is fantastic with any difficulty resolved in favor of the customer. If anything has to be returned or does not arrive refunds are instantaneous. Their customer service is a model for the industry.

    You can get just about anything on Amazon - it is the first place I shop for anything I need. I have Amazon Prime so I get 2 day shipping free and on most items free return shipping if I don't like or it doesn't fit the item I purchased.

    I have been shopping on Amazon probably since its inception, and it just seems to keep getting better. If there is ever a problem with delivery of an item, they try to go above and beyond in an effort to make it right.     I like the variety of items for sale and the fact that I have Amazon Prime only adds to the enjoyment of shopping online with the gift cards that I accumulate over time by taking surveys. However, shady third-party sellers are always out there ready to disappoint you with an inferior product or they don't ship the item ordered at all despite numerous inquiries concerning your shipment.     I like the low prices that Amazon has to offer and the variety of products. I also like customer reviews, however I do not wholly trust them as I do not know who is reviewing the item that I am looking for. I have ordered some products based on the customer review and the product has not been up to par for my standards and it has been a hassle to return the product. Also, I do not like that there is no free shipping - only on prime and that there are no free returns with return for free shipping available if you are not happy with your merchandise.

    I take lots of surveys and mainly get paid in Amazon gift cards and because of that I shop all the time at Amazon. I am not a Prime member and sometimes wish they didn't charge so much for certain items they ship. A CD shouldn't cost you almost $4 to ship. That is just crazy.

    Every experience I have had so far has been great with Amazon and the products I have ordered have been exactly as described or listed. They shipped fast and well. Also, I enjoy the honest reviews previous purchasers post on the product. The review and the ability to post a photograph with tremendously helps in my decision making. But I don't like, for lack of a better word, overselection. Sometimes it becomes hard to narrow down a choice when there are too many to go through. This is where the reviews come in handy.

    I like that I can get Amazon student. Furthermore, I like that the app is super easy to use, especially since I'm not that great with anything involving technology. It also makes it easy to buy because it has my addresses and information saved for me so I don't need to redo it all every time. Also, the shipping time is great. However, it is hard to tell the quality of what you are buying until you get it. I bought a bellydance costume that was so amazing, but then I also bought a ballroom costume and the quality was terrible. But it wasn't expensive so I did get what I paid for. Overall, I really like using Amazon. I always go to Amazon first when I need to buy something.

    I like that you get to sign up for only 99 and get free shipping, music and movies and stuff that you get with Amazon Prime and they have literally everything. But sometimes I have shipping issues and things do not arrive on time even when you pay extra. My package was late even though I paid extra for one-day shipping not the free two-day and then they would not refund the extra I paid for priority shipping. Also, sometimes things are terrible quality. But overall, it was good.

    I'm a Prime member. Deliveries are usually in 2 business days unless the carrier decides to switch off to the post office. When I contacted Amazon about this problem, the carrier stopped doing this. Products always come in good condition. Returns are easy. Make sure you read entire description of item - don't rely on the picture to always accurately portray the item. If you are ordering something new to you, read the reviews first - it may alter a size you are ordering. Generally, almost always a good experience - just be a savvy shopper.

    I used to purchase gift cards from Amazon, but the last two months, they have failed every one. I sent out one last month and they forgot the gift message, so the receiver didn't know who it was from. Amazon called this a "Technical Error". I ordered another one June 30th, because Amazon said this was a one time occurrence. Well, the current gift card never shipped. Again, Amazon says it's a "Technical Error". They then try to fix the shipping problem and give me a ship date, a week later. WHAT?? I used to get gift cards to the receiver in one day. I'm a Prime customer and lately all my shipments are late and higher priced. I used to love this company, now they are going down fast. They also keep rejecting my review, which is clean and professional. Wonder why?

    I started collecting a set of books and I finally found all of them on Amazon then after I had read them all and three of my friends had read them, I donated them to the church library. I had gotten some duplicates so I donated them, as well. I got a discount by apply for their credit card. I can shop faster to look at different items and go to checkout and get my purchases a lot quicker now. The products have always been in good condition but I don't always leave a responses for the seller like I should.

    My experience with Amazon.com has been great. Customer service is great, they respond quickly to any emails. They have great prices and a lot of the things that I look for. Items are easy to find and you can organize the results by the price or by the whether the item is new or old. But I don't like that their sellers do not combine shipping for multiple purchases bought at the same time. Also the shipping amounts are outrageous. I also dislike the amount you need to spend to qualify for free shipping.

    I belong to Amazon Prime and avail myself of one-click shopping. Amazon's return and/or exchange policy is amazing. I returned a Chromebook one day and they mailed a replacement the next day and I received it that day. I have had to contact customer service about an order that was never delivered (because of the non-Amazon seller) and a new order was received in two days.

    I love Amazon because of having Prime. You can find almost anything that you could possibly want at a decent or pretty awesome price and you can get free two-day shipping. I love the selection too. But I dislike having to carefully read the reviews and weigh out how much I really want the product based on the reviews. I also dislike that some things are only available thru third party sellers and it is not free shipping. Other than that, Amazon's customer service is great. I love being able to add Amazon gift cards to my balance and it applies those first.

    What I like about Amazon is that they sell basically all the products I need online, that isn't sometimes sold in stores. I buy a lot from them I just want better and quick results. The return policy isn't so good. I purchased a product from China, took forever to arrive to my house. When I opened the package, it wasn't even the item I bought, it was something else. It was a headache returning it. My overall experience has been frustrating on Amazon but that doesn't change how good they are when it comes to products. I just wish they had a better return policy.

    I like shopping at Amazon because I have arthritis and it is difficult to walk around stores. I can find a number of choices on any particular item and compare them all at one time. Whatever I purchase is delivered right to my door and all I have to do is bring the box inside. I recently purchased a burner cover for my stove that I could not find in the stores and there were several to choose from. The closest I came to finding something in the store cost more than twice what I paid for the one I bought.

    Gave me a receipt # after the order. I forgot my account and they were not able to look up my order after I gave the receipt #. My order was supposed to be 2 day shipping but there was nothing shipped to my house after 5 days and I called and asked them why there was nothing shipped to my house. They asked the order # or account but I did not remember my account. They did not give out the order number on the receipt page so I didn't have it. I gave them the receipt # and they said they were not able to look it up by my receipt #. Thus, the receipt was just FOR FUN. If I do not receive my order, I just shut my mouth up and let them charge my card without shipping an item to me even though I had a receipt. The receipt was no use to locate the order. This is a very STUPID way to handle a business. No way to locate an order by a receipt.

    Shipping was 2 weeks on a 5 day in stock promised delivery. Customer service lied to me saying it would be delivered on time when in fact the order hadn't even been processed. Person just put me on hold & came back on with lies that it was on its way. When I made a fuss the next day it was bumped up to 2 day expedited & that wasn't delivered for 4 days. This bad service has happened before, I will no longer shop here. Amazon's business model is simply to dominate, drive competition out of business & they don't care about service.

    WOW. There's a lot of things I like about Amazon. They are easy... You go to their site, put in what you're looking for and you cruise through the items you're interested in and it will give you how much. We buy a lot on this site... I have bought makeup and clothes and cell phone covers. My boyfriend has bought some electronics and cell phone covers... Different things and we've both been for the most part happy with it. But sometimes exchanging would be hard depending on who you buy it from. So I always try and be careful of that. I read the information carefully on who is selling it.

    Best site ever! Good prices on a wide variety of items with great customer service. Free Kindle books! My favorite online store. The distinct box attracts thieves. That is the only downside I know of. It is nice to see the smiling face on the box. It's like opening a present. Unfortunately, with druggie neighbors like mine, they steal your package. My daughter's package was delivered to the **'s house because the delivery driver didn't pay attention to our large reflective house numbers. The neighbor did not bring the package to us and my daughter had to file a police report. Also, my mail lady marked my package delivered but turns out she was holding it on the truck. But Amazon resent my complete order and I returned the second order easily after the postmaster was able to get the original package.

    A lot of Amazon.com's products are cheaper here than elsewhere for the same exact item. It's easy to compare different items that they have under the search I did. Also, it's very easy to search for just about anything that you could think of but sometimes the item I'm looking for isn't cheaper here and I have to go to an actual store to get it or pay the extra money and sometimes shipping from Amazon. Nonetheless, it's always been a wonderful experience for me. A lot of the time I qualify for free shipping or my item comes with free shipping so I tend to save money that way.

    Finding items that I am not sure what store to find them in. Easier to click, buy and waste gas and time going to the store. The overhead cost of going to the store makes up for the premium at Amazon. Not as useful for everyday items. They are usually smaller than store brand (toothpaste, shampoo, etc).

    If the item exists, you can probably find it on Amazon. The prices are fair and they have a huge selection, but the search engine could be improved. Sometimes, weird things show up in my searches. Also, some of the third party sellers can be a bit sketchy. But overall, it was fast, fun, and easy. I recommend Amazon Prime to save on shipping costs, too. It also can be used for entertainment purposes. I love earning Amazon gift cards as well. They save me money on the items I want. Plus, their customer service is usually helpful.

    I like how clear and easy Amazon's checkout process was and the fact that they're easy to reach through the website if you had an issue with your purchase. The website does have some parts that were eye catching and I believe that will help attract people. However, the website seems too "cluttered" and sometimes a little disorganized. It has some ads that were distracting in some ways. Also, I'm not sure if it was the website or my computer but the website had to be refreshed three times before it would work properly.     I use Amazon to measure all purchases I make. If the price is the same I will buy from a local retailer. If it is not, I buy from Amazon. I have made a lot of purchases from Amazon, and yet to have a problem with any part of their service. To really benefit from Amazon it is wise to get Prime from them.     Amazon has a huge assortment of all kinds of items. Ordering through their website, their app or even Alexa is so easy.     Is there anywhere else to shop? Amazon has many products to choose from for any need. I do check prices from different sellers to see who has the best deal before making a decision but their customer service is the best. No matter what the issue, they aim to please. And most sellers will do anything to have happy customers. If something is wrong, they will be sure to correct it.     Amazon Store Credit Card. Not good, paid off the account and management closed my account permanently. They are saying I would have to re-apply again on a new account.     I make regular purchases from Amazon.com because it's so convenient and efficient. After searching stores for products that are sold out or that they no longer carry, I go to Amazon and they almost always have what I'm looking for. I'm a Prime member, so I get free shipping, and it's always spot-on delivery time. I also appreciate the text updates so I know when to expect my package and when it's been delivered. It's also very easy to return products if they aren't what I expect. I will order products from Amazon instead of directly with the company that sells the product because of the free shipping, and because I know I'm protected if I have a problem or want to do a return. They have Amazon to answer to. I also love the variety of products available - it's almost unlimited. Amazon is a great company!

    My husband and I shop Amazon daily - no joke! Most times the prices are the same as shopping at a brick and mortar store but what sets Amazon apart is the shipping, right to your door - and for free! I do not purchase if there is a shipping charge involved. However, Amazon just to be much better. 2 day shipping has now turned into 5-7 at times unless I pay more.     Amazon.com is a one stop shop and it's very easy to find things. I love so much that they have such a huge variety, from phone cases to curtains and I really love and enjoy their two day shipping. It's so helpful when I need an item quickly. However, I really dislike the most the different sellers from different countries. You have to really read the fine print to see where it's shipping from. It's disappointing to have to wait two plus weeks to receive something.

    Amazon.com's prices, availability, and selection are extremely appealing. I love all the different brands available and the opportunity to compare prices on all the different products. But I don't like that I can't pay with PayPal. I do a lot of selling on eBay and Facebook and a lot of times that is where I have money available to purchase products.     Amazon has amazingly priced products. Plus there are so many items available and most ship the same day and I receive them within two days. Returns are made simple as well if needed but they are rare. And they are starting to charge tax now. I liked it better when they didn't have to charge tax.     I like that the orders over $50 are shipped free without membership and that it is easy to narrow down the searches to better suit what items you are looking for. Also, I like the option of buying from multiple sellers, but I don't like that when you find an item with multiple sellers they all pop up on the same page and there is no link to the product directly to their product. I also dislike that there is no feature to sort for independent sellers offering free shipping. When clicking free shipping, only Amazon free shipping items show up. But overall, it was very easy to place an order and contact support. When using support, I was assisted kindly and the matter was handled with little effort from me.

    I tried Amazon Prime as I thought it would add some extra service. I ordered 3 articles and only 1 of 3 got delivered without a problems. 2nd article I got only because I called Amazon, called Pick up Point, went several times there. After a huge time spent on this, I finally got my article. 3rd one I never got! Delivery time was extended several times, but anyway no article at the end. When I contacted Amazon Prime to complain, they just sent me back an e-mail saying - "Ok, we will cancel your order"!!! I never wanted to cancel it, I just wanted to receive it!! I complained again about it, but nothing - they just told "Order it again if you want"!!! Really terrible customer experience, they just do not care at all about you. Be ready to never get your order and spent a lot of extra time to fight about a chance to get your article!

    It is Easy to use and transaction with clear pictures of items for sale. They have a wide variety of items and shipping is usually pretty fast. Also, I was able to track my item to see where it was located and see how long it would take to get to me. But you Can only use gift cards on Amazon shipped items, should be able to use on all items on their site. I have several gift cards but nothing available that I am interested in.

    I use Amazon almost daily. I use Amazon video, frequently shop, and may take advantage of applying for an Amazon credit card. I use them to find anything I may want to purchase. I love that you can find great quality items usually cheaper and easier than in stores and Prime is definitely worth the money. But I don't like that all items aren't Prime eligible. Sometimes I will be looking for a specific item and only certain sizes or colors are Prime eligible.

    I always check prices before I buy most items and Amazon is usually priced competitively. But what sets them ahead of other online retailers is their Prime program. I have been a Prime member now for 3 years and I love it. The free 2 day shipping makes it very convenient to buy from Amazon. I do much of my holiday shopping on Amazon. I can send flowers for whatever reason and the shipping is free. If you're sending the item to someone as a gift, you have the option of having it gift wrapped. I do rely heavily on feedback from other shoppers and am careful to read the product description before I purchase items. But if I receive an item that I'm not happy with, Amazon customer service has always been very helpful to make sure I am happy and facilitate a return, exchange or refund. I will continue to shop on Amazon for anything I need.

    Amazon.com have cheaper price items, discontinued items i.e. I found the exact phone case my mom bought years ago at a store on Amazon for cheaper, harder to find items.     I like that Amazon offers you a choice to join a membership at a fair price and it has a lot of benefits such as free shipping. It has streaming videos that has a lot of options and selections. You can shop easily and they have a lot of selections. It's very convenient and has a great app. It's very reliable, fast and trustworthy. I love it! However, there are different prices that vary vastly at times. Sometimes the customer service representatives are not that friendly and the wait time can be too long.     My overall experience with using Amazon.com has always been a positive one. The product selection has always been great, with an enormous amount of products in each category. The purchasing process has always gone smoothly with a variety of ways to pay and a very intuitive website that flows very easily. As of yet, I have not had to use customer service.

    There are some specific things that I like about Amazon.com. One is the availability of so many products. I also like that Amazon has an excellent way to search for a product. Furthermore, I like the competition that exists between the companies that results in prices which are low and competitive. Also, Amazon displays good background pictures, so that one can a fair representation of what one is buying. I also think that the Amazon Prime program, where one can have deliveries on a regular basis, is a good idea. I like that I can use my Amazon Mechanical Turk money as gift card money at Amazon.

    I have not run into much that I dislike about Amazon.com. One things is that there are so many products of each kind that surfing from page to page is very consuming. It increases the amount of reviews that one needs to read. It also increased the amount of time that is needed to read through the product descriptions so that comparisons can be made.

    Amazon LLC advertised "one day" shipping for an additional $16. I happily paid this due to the urgency of my purchase. What they don't tell you is that they take over 24 hours to pack/process your order and start the shipping process. Then, and only then, is the "one day" shipping time frame started. Why does Amazon take over 24 hours to package a shipment? This literally should have been processed and shipped with hours not days! Advertising "one day" shipping is very misleading if they are taking so much time to process and package your order! This is a total scam when you think what Amazon pays for shipping and what they charge the end consumer. Amazon should be advertising two day shipping and charge accordingly if it takes this long to process!

    I'm still waiting for my urgent order to arrive but will never again order something that is processed and sold by Amazon! You can use Amazon to find sellers but only order items being distributed from independent companies, not Amazon LLC as this process is just another way for them to add to their bottom line with misleading shipping statements and fees. All told, it will take 2 1/2 days for my order to arrive. Funny, "one day" shipping!!

    I have become so frustrated with the useless and entirely misleading Amazon "Prime" categorization. It means absolutely nothing! I've had it "explained" to me multiple times and it never makes sense beyond Amazon being lazy and/or misleading with their categorization and search tools. Sometimes it says underneath an item that has been identified as Prime or Prime eligible - that the item won't be in stock until a certain date. That's frustrating because it's so tiny you often miss that information and customers OBVIOUSLY only want to sort by Prime because they need something within a two/three day window.

    But today so many of the items I selected were marked as Prime and did not show this ("not in stock until") caveat - then when I start to check out it suddenly shows that the item will be delayed in shipping - that it will take 5 - 2 weeks for delivery. I spent 45 minutes emptying these items from my cart that were misleadingly categorized as Prime (not even Prime eligible, which at least lets you know the item potentially may not be available through Prime!) and adding different but similar items to my cart in hopes that they would actually be available with Prime shipping. Nope, none of them were.

    Also - why would any Prime customer be ordering Fourth of July decorations, etc., 5 days before July 4th, and find it normal or acceptable that Everything specifically related to that holiday will not being delivered until July 5th or later. Every item that I had problems with due to this misleading Prime categorization was July 4th holiday decorations, which makes me wonder if Amazon is just trying to charge additional shipping fees when they know there will be a last minute need like an upcoming holiday. Amazon has proven they're capable of delivery any day of the week, including Sundays (which is when it predicts my non holiday related items will arrive) as well as holidays, so "business days" is not an explanation either.

    Bottom line: Change this infuriatingly misleading and useless categorization to mean what the customer expects it to mean - that the item Will be delivered within the Prime timeframe. Your explanation for the way it works now makes absolutely no sense, no matter how many times you explain it or state it in the terms and conditions.

    I have been ordering diapers at diapers.com for 6 years for my kids, and recently Amazon bought them and has made the customer experience HORRIBLE! Diapers.com used to deliver my diapers overnight. Now this monopoly bought them and I have to be a Prime member to get it under 2 weeks! I ordered 3 items on the 12th of June. 1 item came within a week, another said it arrived 7 days later, BUT it did not, and the 3rd item is still not here! So, now I am back to going to the store to get diapers and wipes. So disappointed in Amazon, and I miss the fantastic company Diapers.com was!!!

    I like that many products can be bought together rather than each item needing to be bought separately. The variety of items also is a plus since I can have different options to choose from. I liked using Amazon for items for my home and personal interest/use rather than food products. Amazon carries items that I would not easily find at stores near me and makes it easier for me to find. The only things I do not like about Amazon.com is the "add on" products in which I cannot buy without purchasing something else. The item becomes super expensive and is eventually not worth it with high shipping cost.

    Amazon.com is an easy to use website with accurate information. Since I am a Prime member, I really get excellent service. Amazon has a great selection of books and other merchandise. Their offerings for Kindle are wonderful too. I can always locate various options when I am looking for a specific category of product. The purchasing process is efficient and saves appropriate information as well. If you use their credit card, you accumulate credits for future use. All purchases that come directly from Amazon have been sent on time and with free delivery. I have been pleased with all interactions with Amazon. The only thing I do not like is the delivery charges from third party sellers.

    An extraordinary selection, fast shipping and usually good customer service and a very wide variety of products to buy no matter what you are looking or shopping for. However, sometimes there are bad sellers on the site that try to bribe you to change bad reviews and scam people out of their money. This just happened to me and I'm hoping Amazon corrects the issue properly. But I have almost always had a favorable experience except for a few bad moments over the past couple decades I've been using their site to shop online.     I like that if I am having trouble finding something, I can always find it at Amazon! They have great variety and good prices and they always have what I am looking for! But sometimes they only have a few items in a selected category. Various locations that things are shipped from, such as China, can make shipping take longer. But most of the time things are great.     Very disappointed that Amazon has chosen to delay and slow down shipping. Orders that used to ship in three days are now delayed to 6-8 days... BEFORE IT SHIPS!! Definitely a form of punishment for not paying for their Prime service. With so many other places to buy, many with friendlier shipping options, I will be thinking long and hard before I look to Amazon as my go to for online orders.     Amazon's selection and pricing are very good. I can also view multiple deals at once, and can search brand, item, color size. They’ve got lots of different prices, colors and brands to choose from. You can find items you never knew existed. But searching for items gets hard when you are looking for certain colors or sizes. Prices vary on items based on size and it’s hard to find item in certain price points. But overall, Amazon has fast shipping and good return policy. Always been satisfied with returns and purchases from Amazon. Only one item was never shipped but I got a refund as soon as I contacted the seller.

    I like free and quick shipping on Amazon. They have a variety of items from personal products to food and I can find items that do not exist in my state. They have made it so simple to order. They also have a feature where you can just click and not have to enter any information before purchasing. They also have the dash button that makes shopping even easier. And I enjoy being able to read and leave product reviews.

    I also like the videos that come with Prime. However, the prices of Prime keeps going up. Also, I don't like that a lot of the movies and television shows I want to watch are not included in Prime, but something I have to rent or purchase separately. I also don't like when it says two day shipping and it ends up being more sometimes. Still, anytime I've had an issue customer service was always quick to help and resolve it.

    Variety is amazing that goes from pet food choices to clothes and bathroom needs and I like that I can buy food when I need it and I can buy electronics and furniture. I always have a great experience overall and never have any issues and people that I buy from are honest and reliable and they communicate with me if needed or as needed so I keep buying from them.     Where in the heck can you write a review on some company like Amazon. I would like to offer some feedback on how the company handles issues. I literally cannot find anywhere that I can write a review on Yelp or anywhere else for that matter. My complaint is that big companies seem to be immune to getting reviewed. I'm sure there are sites and plenty of complaints even with the best of companies. But... Where can you offer some legitimate feedback to get the big guys to listen? Amazon has plenty of places where you can rate a product, but what about rating itself? Afraid? Yelp has nothing related to Amazon at all. Maybe I'm going about this wrong.     I like that it has reviews of the product, stars rated, full description of the product, and features and they let you see shipping cost if any upfront. Amazon is great but searching for a particular item can be very tricky at times. When you go in and set the filters you still get random stuff clogging up your search. This can be extremely frustrating if you keep getting page after page of items you don't care to see. They need to work on this to help their consumers get to the products they are looking for quickly. Overall, I love Amazon. I shop Amazon more than any of the other stores. Their product descriptions and pictures of merchandise are vivid and up to date pricing is easy to understand and most prices are highly competitive.     I love using Amazon. I like that I can shop for things I want and it would be a private thing between me and Amazon. It's fun and fascinating how may things. I can shop from the privacy of my home in my undies and it's one of the greatest things ever. Also, they track where my stuff is and rate who sells it.     They have a great return policy plus if something is not right with your order they do everything they can to make it right to please the customer. I ordered something a while back that didn't match the picture of the product when it arrived. I contacted them and they explained that that particular item had changed and gave me credit plus told me to keep the product. I've always had a good experience. They have a great selection of products and mostly good prices on everything, plus a lot of the time my order comes earlier than expected. It’s just that the amount you have to spend to get free shipping keeps changing. It was $35.00 and then changed to $50.00 that got a lot of people upset because they didn't need to spend that much on what they were getting so had to order something else they didn't want to get free shipping or just had to pay for shipping. They have now changed back to the $35.00 but don't know for how long.

    It’s a great platform for selling and buying items. I like it mainly for the great sales and all of the easy navigation it has to offer. It’s also great for its customer reviews. But I don’t like how easily you can get scammed. I feel like they could have a better security system set up with how they do their listings and other simple easy things like their return process.     I love Amazon Prime. As a student, I get benefits from Amazon Prime. It is cheap and affordable and their two day shipping is so practical. I also like how I can have free returns, which makes shopping a lot easier. I love their customer service. Whenever I have an issue with my account or an order I have made, customer service has always treated me so well. They are the best type of customer service I have interacted with. I just don’t like how there are always spam sellers who create accounts on Amazon to rip people off.     Amazon charged a fee for Amazon Prime to a deleted credit card. I was looking for a power adapter for my laptop. I chose 2-day delivery but noticed if I purchased the item I would automatically be signed up for Amazon Prime. I had updated my credit card info as all the cards listed had expired as I rarely purchase from Amazon. I did not want to join/sign up for Amazon Prime so I deleted the item from my cart. I also deleted the credit card update immediately. I got my bill and there is a charge for Amazon Prime. I contacted them immediately. They agreed to credit my card. I asked them to explain to me how they could make a charge to a deleted credit card. I have sent three emails and have not answered the fourth email. They will not answer the question. They point out that I chose two-day delivery therefore the charge.

    That is not the truth. Yes, I had selected two delivery if I completed the purchase but I did not.They were wrong to charge me and committed fraud and/or theft as they used a deleted credit card from a nonpurchase. It is not like I made the purchase then canceled it. I have sent four emails. I want them to answer. How can they use my credit card if it was deleted and no purchase made? As I said, I deleted the credit card info immediately. Consumers need to know if you shop Amazon and you think you have deleted a credit card for whatever reason they still have the information which is scary and won't explain how they have a deleted credit card number. They used the credit card to charge me a month after I had looked for the power adapter.

    I have been a Prime member of Amazon for years. I have usually been a satisfied customer. That is until I moved to Hawaii. The small print in the prime membership agreement for Hawaii residents states delivery will be 3 to 7 days. This I can live with. But they lie. Every order I have made I have to call or email and complain as it never arrives or even ships in 3 to 7 days. When I call they tell me it's my fault. Ridiculously frustrating experience. Amazon take your prime membership with all its false advertising and shove it!

Product selection is very easy if you keep it simple and know what you're looking for. I like the many different departments to choose from and seeing such high-quality items.     Amazon would be one of my favorite online stores to shop at because Amazon has everything you can find on there and has great deals as well. Sometimes items on there are cheaper than at other stores too. They have never messed up my order and they ship very fast as well. The only thing I really dislike about Amazon would be that they charge a fee every year of $90 or $100 to be a Prime time which means you can get your items, some things the same day or for sure the next. I just don't like that idea of charging that much for something like that. But my overall experience with Amazon is that they do a great job. Also, none of my items have ever been damaged either. And I like that when you buy more things they don't charge for shipping and when you leave out of town they will have your items delivered to you out of town to wherever you are at.

    I have used the Amazon direct publishing feature to sell self-published works, as I am a writer.     What is going on with Amazon these days? In regards to delivery, things seem to have gone from good, to bad, to worse. Apparently they've now gone to their own delivery service (AMZL). This last one is nothing short of dreadful in my experience. The other day, I placed an order, requesting delivery to an apartment in Tampa, FL. It was delivered to the right apartment complex but the wrong apt. My intended recipient finally found it in front of someone else's door. She then discovered SEVERAL AMAZON PACKAGES ALL PLACED IN FRONT OF THE WRONG DOORS. The delivery person apparently didn't even bother to look at apartment numbers! THAT'S ABSURD!!! Such mistakes are understandable if it happens once in a great while, but from what I've heard, this is apparently SOP with the new AMZL delivery system.

    Then the next day, she found another Amazon package in front of her door that belonged to someone else. If Amazon's delivery service can't do a better job than that, they'll soon find customers leaving by the droves. And I will be one of the first to leave despite having been a customer for 17 years. What good is an online order company that has major problems getting their deliveries to the right place?

I feel like I'm constantly complaining because they don't read delivery instructions. They never deliver on time. They're not nice. They also have so much good quality stuff that I need and want, and it's so quick to ship it to us. However, I can't often tell what is available to come quickly and what is not. I also don't know what they sell versus what someone else sells on their site. Sometimes it's hard to tell what is Prime and will arrive in two days and what isn't.     You can get almost anything much cheaper, some books selling for as little as 1 cent and there is a wide variety of items. Almost any product you can think of is sold on Amazon. Everything is made easy and purchasing is so simple with just a few clicks of a button. It's fun to browse and see what kind of deals you can get and I always go to Amazon to see how much cheaper it is. But the support services seem to be manned by Indian people who can barely understand you. I had this experience once and the person even went to get a supervisor and he still couldn't help me.

    The pricing of Amazon.com's items are generally cheaper than other places and their quality is top notch. Everything you could ever want is on Amazon. They have every type of product imaginable. However, they partner with vendors that are not as trustworthy or dependable as they should be. They should regulate items through their warehouses. The availability of items listed are not always true. Higher standards are a must when dealing with the outside vendors. I have had great experience with items coming from them but not with outside vendors. The shipping is usually really fast.     Amazon has so many more options than certain retail stores like Wal-Mart and they sell items cheaper than Wal-Mart does. The purchasing process is so easy, no hassle at all. They have great customer service. If I have an issue with the product being damaged they replace it promptly and don't charge me for shipping. They are very friendly with whatever issue you might have. My thing is just that prices of certain items change daily. I would rather have it just change every week so I don't have to be checking the prices constantly. And I liked it better when it was free shipping when you purchased more than $25, now it's $30.

    Amazon used to have excellent customer service, but no longer! I placed a VERY important order for my business and it provided a delivery date. This was a large item shipment, so the day before it was to be delivered, I logged on to check on the shipment track. It shows "item damaged in transit - will not be delivered"!!! I had received NO notification of this!!! I immediately contacted customer service. First got a guy who could not have cared less, and offered NO resolution, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. She also could not have cared less, and offered only a refund, or a replacement shipment that would arrive in 2 weeks!!! Unacceptable!!! I then asked to speak to her supervisor, and she informed me that she was the highest level supervisor that spoke to customers! I will be calling them EVERY day until I get some satisfaction!!!

    They have wide choices of products and fast shipping, too. Good competitive prices and good place to look at reviews on products I am considering buying. Easy to navigate web page, too. However, they should offer free shipping on all purchases without having to subscribe to Prime. And don’t like companies trying to get me to apply for their credit card.

    Amazon.com has great variety of products and reliable vendors and shipping is always prompt and reliable. I love the reviews and the ability to buy second hand books. I have also bought beautiful shoes at a cost much less than Dillard's or Nordstrom. While my son buys vitamins and fitness shakes. They have always provided an excellent service to all the members of our family. We buy a huge variety of products. Everyday we have a parcel. And we use premium plus to save more money. My overall impression is that it is convenient and easy to shop without the hassle. We all love shopping at Amazon.

    Amazon has a very large selection of items and I thought that the many option was very nice too. The use of the search was very easy and pleasant to use. I was able to find what I was looking for without have to search the entire internet. However, when you look for an item they don't give you much of a description on it like dimensions, weight, or any other type of things. Also the shipping options aren't very descriptive. I would like to see more descriptions about the items so I can plan better for the gift giving options.

    Their particular products are cheap and there is a huge product selection. I like the things I get from Amazon but I have to read reviews very closely to ensure quality. Sometimes things are not what they seem. I have very rarely gotten something from this website that I didn't like so that's pretty good. But shipping can be extremely slow if you don't have two day shipping. It's also too expensive when I already don't have much money to begin with. I would like to see lower shipping costs and faster shipping.

    On my new Kindle, Amazon keeps charging my debit card for apps downloaded on my Kindle. They say I need to block these charges by using parental control. Sounds logical??? I call them and get the runaround. While it looks like theft to me, they put it on me to block with parental controls. I was told the problem was fixed only to see it happen again and again. WEAK.

    I ordered sun gloves 3 days before my trip. I am in high risk for skin cancer and need those gloves to protect from the sun. I used Prime. I order on June 20th. I was supposed to get it by June 22nd. The package only left the Amazon warehouse on the 22nd. My flight was on the 23rd. Horrible!!! company. Stay AWAY if you need something fast. Go somewhere else.

    Over a month ago, my seller's account was hacked & both my seller's account & buyer's account were put on hold. I called customer service 3 different times, one time even speaking to a supervisor, & was told all 3 times that they couldn't help me & that I would need to wait for an email that would arrive within 24 hrs from the accounts department. I only received one email telling me my case was being reviewed & would be resolved. That was a month ago! So I gave up on getting help from customer service & sent an email to Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon. I explained what's been going on & that I now simply wanted the $50 credit that was on my buyer's account to be reimbursed to me. This was 5 days ago. I've received no response.

    I bought my son a $55 Amazon gift card and he created an account and applied the money to his account. He ordered some things and received an email stating they needed to verify his billing information for a Visa card. Mind you my son is a minor and has never had a visa credit or debit card. They said they needed address verification and they blocked the account.

    I have been back and forth with Amazon, and they only respond by email, so annoying. They stated they needed my son to fax over a bill with his name on it or a copy of his license. I keep telling them he is a minor and does not have any of these things. No one from customer service can explain how Amazon just took my money and will not give it back. Remind you this is a brand new account, never used, so where did this Visa come from? I'm really aggravated first by companies who will not talk to their customers and explain what is going on. They are scared. I don't have time for games. I responded by telling them I will file a complaint to the BBB and follow up with a lawsuit. I don't care if it's $55.00, it's the principle you will not take my money!

    I have had Amazon Prime for years now and have always enjoyed the benefit of being able to order "prime eligible" items and have them arrive in 2 days. Within the past 6 months I have noticed that my "prime eligible" orders have started to arrive more than 2 days after placing the order. I confronted Amazon customer service and they said the new policy is that 2 day prime shipping means once the item has been shipped it will arrive in 2 days. Very frustrated and upset at such technicality, and feeling very misled by Amazon marketing. What good is the $100 membership if most of my items are "prime eligible" but take 4+ days to arrive and why have they made such a sly change, hurting their used-to-be loyal prime members? Might as well ditch the membership and save $100.

    Ordered something that showed available and in stock on Jun 8th sold by Amazon.com not a third party. Order never shipped as of Jun 20th. No way to contact them, or leave feedback unless you actually receive the order. So if it's not shipped, there's nothing you can do but cancel the order and write off the time wasted waiting for it. By Amazon blocking feedback on themselves it hides the fact they are providing poor customer service. Amazon is known for bait tactics, and not following through with what is promised. Third party sellers on Amazon can be contacted and left feedback making it seem like Amazon is doing a better job than they really are.

    It has happened to me several times in the last couple of months that I have intentionally paid more for Amazon Prime products so that I could receive them in two days. Last week I purchased a light fixture that I wanted my contractor to install on a certain day. So, I paid $68 more for the item through Amazon prime than through the "buy through others" option. Somehow, my shipment kept getting delayed. For two days I received an email saying, shipment delayed, will arrive tomorrow. Finally today I chatted with someone who told me it had been sent to the wrong place and all they could do would be to ship me another one to arrive AFTER my contractor was going to be there to do the work.

    I expressed my dissatisfaction, especially because I had paid $68 more for the SAME light ONLY because I needed it quickly. They would not do anything to make it right except for ship me a new product. Between several experiences like this AND the fact that they support Breitbart, I am done Amazon! And I won't be shopping at Whole Foods either. Boycott Amazon!!

    I purchased 3 items from Amazon. Two were delivered and the third was the wrong item. I attempted to rate this as an unsatisfactory purchase, (2 stars with statement that the wrong items was delivered). I received an email that I did not follow the correct procedure at least 5 times. When I attempted to rate all three items, I rated the two items that were correct with 4 stars and the review was posted, but the third item (reviewed in the same order) I gave 2 stars and a "wrong Item" comment and received an emails stating I had not followed the correct procedure, though it was exactly the procedure I used to review the other two items in the order. This certainly appears as if Amazon is manipulating feedback in favor of positive reviews. I returned the wrong item and reordered the correct item.

    I was shopping for coffee makers and an offer popped up saying "sign up for offer of 50.00 off this purchase." I signed up and it said "we will notify you" and that you could not use the 50.00 off the purchase. When I called the company on it they said it was the bank's fault. I asked if there was a place to warn customers that they would not be able to use the 50 dollar off offer they said no. I did some research and found this site. Beware it is a scam to get you to sign up and they do not give you 50 dollars off the purchase you were told it would be good on. I have never been turned down on any credit card and I was debating on bringing down my credit score for 50 dollars. Now it turns out I lose on both accounts!!! Not happy. Seems like a scam to me.

    You have “subscribed” me to your prime membership against my will once again. I found your charge of $104.94 on my credit card dated May 13, 2017. Even though you charged me your website informs me that I am not Amazon Prime member and that I have not been charged for any free trial (not that I have ever asked for it). Please remove this charge and process credit. You have made it very difficult to submit this complaint. I have spent hours bouncing around your website to send you this message. What would FTC say to such predatory practices? We need a legislation requiring merchants like you to make complaining as easy as purchasing. Looking forward to your prompt response (so that I know what action if any I should take).

    On June 14th I ordered a Safavieh California Shag Collection SG151-1313 Beige Area Rug (8' x 10') however I received a 5x5 rug. The rug I ordered was used like new and was $70 cheaper than a new rug. Before I ordered I called Amazon to inquire about the rug being used and I was told it was a warehouse deal, nothing wrong with the rug, it was just returned and they couldn't sell it as "new". I was disappointed when I received the wrong and contacted customer service. I was told I could return it and they were sorry but I would have to pay the full price for a new rug and they could offer me no compensation.

    Now I have to be inconvenienced by either having to haul the rug to UPS or try to arrange with them a pick up. I do not even get my refund until Amazon receives the rug. I order from Amazon frequently, thousands of dollars a year and they couldn't even offer me a $50 gift card to make up for their error. After sending multiple emails, all I received was a "Sorry." Very Poor customer service and I will never order from them again. Good customer relation goes a long way.

    I placed an order for a next day delivery. I didn't receive the package and when I checked tracking, the status showed "undeliverable" with a message "sorry, your package was lost in transit." When I called, the rep said she can send the replacement with the fee waived for next day service. I have a prime account and that item is supposed to be delivered to me the next day for free so I was not quite sure what she was trying to offer.

    I place an order at Amazon for air compressor for Nissan Maxima 2000. It cost me $120. It works good. I even gave the company a good review and works good for a week. Now it doesn't work anymore. I got in touch with Amazon. Amazon is telling me that I have to get in touch with a seller and the seller doesn't respond. At the end they giving me the runaround and I gotta pay for another compressor which I'm not getting from Amazon and stuck with the one that doesn't work because everybody's pointing fingers. At this point you can order from Amazon but you cannot get your money back.

Could not help, did nothing to try to reconcile the dilemma. The customer service girl laughed at me, Stephanie **. Her supervisor was of no help, other than to offer me a chance to try and place an order again, and hope and pray the two day shipping would happen this go around. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Amazon. I am a big spender on Amazon for work. I will not make this mistake twice.     I spoke to various Amazon customer service representatives due to my inability to log on and view the seasons of Game of Thrones. After one hang up from the first representative I called again. When I again asked for assistance, and reported my problem, I was offered the opportunity to purchase the seasons. I was not interested in that, as I had already purchased all of the seasons. I was then told that HBO had purchased the rights to the seasons and mine were no longer available from Amazon. I told the representative that I was looking at my screen and was being instructed to purchase them again. I was put on hold for the tenth time and the representative now told me she would reimburse me for my purchases. I informed her that I was not interested in a reimbursement. I wanted my episodes.

    I was put on hold again and this time she told me she would reimburse me and then I could buy the seasons again. I told her that the price was higher than my original purchase, she put me on hold again. When she came back she told me that if I repurchased the seasons she could get a discount for me so that the seasons would cost the same as the original price. I agreed, but told her that Amazon needed to inform all of the customers that had purchased these episodes of the issues. What else have purchased through Amazon and I lost the right to view. Customers do not come first for this organization! I have been a customer for many years and am very disappointed with the company. Others need to know!!

    I joined the Subscribe & Save program. Everything was fine for the first few months. Then they charged me double for my order & refuse to provide a refund. Subscribe & Save is supposed to give you a discount on each order. This product is supposedly $9.99 regular price, after Subscribe & Save discount it's $5.98 each, yet I was charged $11.98. They claim that $11.98 is my discounted price. Discount means less, why am I paying more??? I was told by their customer service that I can refuse my order at time of delivery if I want. That's great, problem is the mail is delivered while I am not home.

    I am unable to refuse the package. I now have to take time off work to go to the post office to have this returned, refunded less shipping. Now not only am I out money, but also have to go out of my way & waste my time. Have tried to leave feedback however Amazon has replied that seller feedback should be left on the seller feedback page. Yet when I try to leave feedback regarding this purchase on that page, this purchase from Amazon (the seller) is not an option. Seems that Amazon is happy ripping off customers & does not want any negative feedback.

    I use to enjoy Amazon until I realize that they edited my reviews. The reviews I submitted were nowhere near what I originally wrote. Now they won't let me post reviews at all! If one slips through it's not the original submission. It's as if my speech is not free speech. It's all Communism. I'm beginning to realize that 90% of Amazon reviews are bogus, edited lies for products they are trying to push or encourage.

    When Amazon Prime first came out I signed up for a trial. I clearly canceled it through the appropriate links in my account. A month later I was billed for a service I didn't particularly care for. Amazon told me "I had not canceled it and that it was still active." Even though my screenshot that told me it was canceled was all too clear. When I went to look for the cancellation link; it was nowhere to be found. I find their billing practices somewhat unethical. With working retail I have learned through assisting customers that Amazon customer service is beyond horrible. The individual is educated, smart and talented with a future ahead of them but when it comes to the job they act like robots. The blame is placed on you and if the gift card is damaged/stolen, the money ends up going to whomever ends up using it first. You're out of luck.

    Our $200 Alexa quit playing music and so I tried to reach customer support at Amazon. The experience was not customer enriching and was indicative of a monopoly. Foreign support and no resolution. If this was my, and most customers, first experience with Amazon support there is no way they would be the giant they are today. Be careful what companies we as a culture support. We need to hold mega companies accountable to a set of values that continues to enrich the lives of those they serve. If not, the big monopolies will have their way, make their $ and be on their way.

    Be aware, Amazon locks your account and steal your money. There are no way to contact Amazon accounts except with fax and this they do not read as well. With every purchase, my account gets locked for some mysterious reason, and I have to deal with account "Specialist" submitting the same info over and over. They don't contact you even if customer service says they will. I am struggling for 3 weeks now, and find it hard to believe they exist as you only get robot responses. If you aren't purchasing from the US, think twice as they do not want to help you with this.

    I have had nothing but great experiences on Amazon. I like the free shipping, great assortment of products, ton of product reviews to help you narrow down your selection, easy to use toolbars, and online streaming. There were a few times I have needed to make a return to Amazon and it has been an easy and smooth process with my account being credited promptly. But at times, there can be too many options when looking for an item. Using the toolbar helps narrow down the options but there can still be a daunting amount depending on the item. Otherwise I am a very happy and committed customer.

    Amazon makes it almost too easy to select, process & checkout! Sometimes I find I've done it so fast that I didn't even have time to second guess my purchase! They also make it easy to send gifts, etc, to others across the country making Christmas & birthday shopping easy! I like that there are used as well as new products available to choose from and there are customer reviews on products so you are aware of what you are buying. But sometimes, it's hard to group together the items so that you don't have to pay separate shipping and handling charges. For example, when it comes to purchasing books, especially used ones, you may not find what you're looking for at one "store" so you have to pay several S&H charges.

    Amazon has a lot of things you can buy from, from shoes, electronics, home furniture etc. The specific things I like to buy in this website is their shoes, because I really like to buy shoes and they have a lot I can choose from and different brands as well. I always have good shopping experience at Amazon, because I can shop at the convenience of my home or anywhere I am as long as there is internet connection. Buying stuff from amazon is so easy and they have a great customer service that will help you in case you encounter problem with your products. Maybe one this I don't like about amazon.com is when I encounter seller that are not real, wherein they post products and put low prices on them but then I 'll find out there they are scammer, but the good thing though is amazon got you covered so I can always ask for a refund if I don't receive my order.

    I love the free two-day shipping, the low prices, and the convenience of shopping at Amazon. I know I can always find whatever product or product type I'm looking for, and probably at a good price. The product selection at Amazon is enormous. I have only contacted customer service maybe one or two times before, and they were helpful and as pleasant as talking to customer service can be. Shopping at Amazon is incredibly fast and convenient. However, purchasing from Amazon feels like betraying small or local businesses. I like the prices of Amazon but will usually pay a little more to buy a product from a local store or smaller company.

    I like that you can find so many different categories and that there is a good variety. Most of the time my order processes and ships fast which is super convenient. They offer 2 day shipping so my order arrives quickly. I also like that they have competitive prices and if on the slight I have an issue with my order, customer service is really good and more than helpful. However, I sometimes dislike that they have multiple sellers besides Amazon Fulfillment and sometimes they don't have the brands I want and a lot of things that are cheaper are only add on items. Other than that, I usually always have a really good experience shopping at Amazon. It is my go to online store and one of my favorites.

    I went and bought six plants. The first one was a butterfly bush. It's dormant at the moment. The second was a golden flame shrub. The third was lily shrubs. I will buy many more, but I dislike that I bought plants and they don't look like the picture. Plus, I bought a used Fitbit and it won't sync and stopped charging now also. I bought a dress which didn't look good as well. But overall, I love using the app. It's easy. I also bought things you can't find like JBCO. And things for ethnic hair and skin. Or things one games that are not at the store. I bought used things also saving money. I would definitely buy again.

    I like that Prime members get two day free shipping and the fact they store my information so I don't have to enter it every time. I also can use the app on my phone and it saves thing I have bought in the past which makes it easier to find it again. I also like Daily deals. Sometimes it's hard to narrow a search for deals and Daily Deals will do that. Flash sales draw me in as well. However, there are a lot of new sellers on Amazon. There are bad sellers and don't usually send items. Usually stolen identity accounts. It is frustrating that these people can't be verified sellers. But I really like using Amazon to order things because it is fast and will be here in two days. Also they always have the items you are looking for, usually with great variety. Returning an item requires you to pay shipping which makes it advantageous to return items.

    Huge selection and really good deals, easy to sift through various new and used options including varieties of things that I cannot find at all in normal stores. Sometimes the search doesn't narrow down the way I would like and third party items are mislabeled, even when I use the search filter it does not quite filter things in the way I need which makes me worry I am missing out on things as well. But I've had very good experiences, everything generally arrives on time and I love that I can find selections that are discontinued elsewhere at a good (not a "rare item") price!

    The shopping at Amazon.com is always a good experience. It gives me a lot of choices and the ability to shop around for the best prices. I like the ease of shopping and the guarantees if you do not get the product or the product described. However, there have been times when I have had to wait for a certain period of time longer than desired to get a refund. The product was damaged in shipping.
