I have good luck with Amazon so far. The only real complaint I can think of is I signed up for Prime for a month free. I thought they would send me a email at end giving me the option of keeping or opting out. Instead a year was charged to my account so I cancelled it. Too much money.

I ordered a passenger side rear view mirror for my car. It came from a company in Los Angeles, I believe. It was called, DEBO, I think. It was the wrong year, and model so I returned it. That company kept more than half of my refund! I was told it would be $5 off! Amazon would not let me review that company on the Amazon website! I guess I can't tell the truth without a penalty!

Amazon.com has accurate description, free S&H can be a challenge but dependable customer service if issue. I have confidence in buying thru them. They have many shipping options. Easy to compare pricing, too.

I am very please with my experience in shopping at Amazon. They have a great variety of products and very easy return policy. Customer service goes above and beyond.

Every time I order from Amazon it was always there when said, without any trouble!! They also came thru on Christmas eve with a gift I could not get from the store, great job.

This year (2018), I have limited my shopping on Amazon. I guess you could say the bloom is off the rose. I only shop for things I can't find anywhere else, or they have the lowest price around. I don't have Prime so they make me wait 2 weeks for a shipment and this is a huge turnoff.

I will never purchase items sold by Shenzhen Yefei Trading Company Ltd on Amazon. Purchases take too long for delivery, over a month, price not competitive.

The product selection at Amazon is sometimes daunting at best. You can find almost everything under the sun there. I always double check the prices on other websites and Amazon is very often the least expensive.

I always have had a pleasant experience in shopping at Amazon, there is plenty of information on a product, excellent reviews, low prices and a guarantee from Amazon that your purchase process is monitored with a reimbursement for bad vendors. A reputable Online Marketplace I would recommend.

They are very good at having reviews online about the product, are easy to find a variety of choices, stand behind their products, and have quality items. When reading reviews, some people complain about counterfeit products, but I have not found this to be the case. My only complaint is that in Prime, the prices are not as competitive as they used to be.

I like the ease of shopping on Amazon. Honestly, way more efficient/convenient than doing the brick and mortar thing. The checkout goes quickly, the series of emails they send to acknowledge and to give shipping are given within 24 hours. I never feel like I have to worry, it will ship when promised. The worse part is sometimes I make a bad selection - online pictures don't always give enough detail and the descriptions on some things could give greater detail. But I like how they do returns - I am a Prime member - seems like they credit once the tracking number hits UPS.

Through the purchases, items received were low-grade value for the price paid. The company likes to take advantage of an individual's information and charging repeatedly without the consumer's knowledge. Thank goodness for my alerts! However, it's quite daunting when one has to wait to speak with a representative from the company to not have the monies replaced immediately!

I tried to cancel magazine subscription 5 minutes after placed and was told I couldn't do it. Other than this issue, Amazon has done a good job, but no more subscription from Amazon for me.

Shopping experience is amazing, things are easy to find. The price comparisons between new and used for the product I really love. Having Amazon Prime is the next best part of Amazon, so much and does not break your pockets. Recommendations are helpful too.

I've never been disappointed with Amazon, I've only had to send back a few things over the years, it's been easy and painless, quick response and fast refund. I had one return package 'lost at delivery' experience, but I believe it was the seller not wanting to return my money, and denied receiving the package. Amazon offered to make it right.

Amazon provides valuable service and savings with the Prime membership, along with the Amazon basics line, the add-on items, and Prime pantry. For folks who may be less mobile, Amazon delivers almost everything one needs, cutting down on the need for more frequent brick and mortar trips.

It is a very easy online website to do business with. Their protection plans are the lowest next to Walmart. I would recommend this site to friends and family.

I have been able to find things on Amazon.com that I would not be able to find shopping locally. Even a battery and charger for my 20 year old HP laptop running XP. Never had a problem with Amazon.com but wish that they would lower the price needed for free shipping.

I thoroughly enjoy shopping Amazon. Finding what I want is quite easy. No shipping charge and no sales tax certainly are a draw. However, the free shipping to me is the most attractive. Not paying taxes are another matter, I feel that we should all pay our share!

I ordered a couple of articles off Amazon, the cost was almost $150.00 and the funds were "instantaneously" withdrawn from my account and was to be delivered in 2 days. On the second day, I checked the tracking and received a message, "Sorry, for the delay." On the third day, "Sorry for delay." I called Amazon, they said my 2 articles were stuck at local P.O.??? I said, "Why can't I just walk to P.O. and pick them up???" She responded, she would contact P.O. and let me know. Well, never did receive a phone call, but did receive a email that they were refunding me the full amount of purchase in 3-5 days??? WTF, 3-5 days to refund my money, when it only took 5 seconds to withdraw the money from my account!!! Well, all I can say is ** Amazon, I will go to local store and make my purchases!!! At least when they screw up, they refund right then and there, NOT 3-5 days.

It's usually easy to find what I am looking for. Unfortunately some items are only available to Prime customers. If you're not a Prime customer it can take up to 4 weeks to get a simple item that I can purchase elsewhere for the same price and get it in 2 to 3 days.

Love two day shipping with Prime membership, hate that to get other services, like Amazon Fresh, I must pay additional fee. That's why I have only Prime membership. I getting my groceries from FreshDirect or from FoodKick app.

Amazon has an easy format to use when placing orders, tracking merchandise and creating returns when needed. Their suppliers seem to be responsive and courteous.

I ordered items made in USA by a reputable company. I received made in Mexico and have no idea about the so-called manufacturer. And I tried twice, using different dealers.

All parts arrived broken. Did not replace or refund shunted to another lesser known site. So had to travel to Home Depot in person. Nothing received.

No problems with Amazon, I just wish they would use a carrier other than UPS. With Amazon Prime I expect two-day delivery, but with UPS my package may or may not arrive in two days. I got where if I don't receive the package in two days I just return it.

Amazon is all too easy to use. I like Amazon because I can find a best buy without leaving home. It saves me gas and time. It offers endless choices for a wide range of prices. I keep my list going, so I can purchase in bunches as needed, for no shipping costs. Returns (so far) have been easy & efficient. I've only made a couple returns. I try to be very careful what I buy. I have had no negative experiences with Amazon. I find Amazon great for purchasing gifts as well as necessities.

Amazon Prime is excellent. My wife is primary on the account, but the past year I have ordered several items. Great customer service, great sale prices and timely delivery.

Amazon has been very reasonable as far as price and delivery. As opposed to wish, who I recently had to drop due to delivery issues. I do think however that the $99 charge for Amazon Prime is somewhat excessive.

On Dec. 12th, 2017, I ordered my Christmas gifts from Amazon. The total amount came to $520 (including sales and $70 discount for applying for cc). Fast forward to my first bill in 2018, it was for $704. My Amazon credit was only $700. I sent them copies of my purchases and showed it was only for $520. They gave me their so call discounts and now the bill is $620. When I looked at the bill online, I'm being charged for Amazon Prime $99 that I didn't approve of. Why would I pay for Prime when my wife has it on her account? I've requested it to be removed several times and still showing on account. I will only pay the $520 and not a penny more. I also had to file a Consumer complaint against them for not honoring the prices during Christmas (Bait and Switch).

This week alone Amazon has lost two packages and incompetently delayed and canceled another order. Amazon is delaying returning the payment. Right now it has been a week and I don't have an order that I ordered a week ago (prime items which are supposed to be two day items). Now they want me to make another order and pay for the order for a third time. My advice is order one thing at a time so it is easier to track and keep Amazon honest.

Ordering on Amazon is always quick and easy. Most items I've ordered are at a reasonable cost, and shipping and delivery is usually swift. But I do find that is sometimes difficult to access customer service.

Usually products from a 3rd Party are perfect. Last one was not but the seller responded quickly and made it right with a full refund and no need to return the product. Wow!

Amazon in its various facets is okay, I order from there a LOT as It's easier than going to various stores. In their Prime Ordering they are Spot On Correct about 85-90% of the time, though some sellers try to cheat the system or their customers and Amazon should put the seller's ratings on sales overall on an upfront button and not one you basically have to search for to find. If you do get cheated (seller sends damaged item, seller sends wrong item, won't respond to queries on lost items, etc.) Amazon makes it good but sometimes their Customer Service Reps (noted as all likely to be millenials if their voices are any indication) are rude.

I have made numerous purchases on Amazon, and utilized Amazon Prime as well. I have had no issues dealing with this site. I can obtain my items swiftly, and have not been disappointed with the quality of the merchandise. I usually find that Amazon offers better prices than many other sites, and I have always been able to use free shipping, which is an added value. I appreciate shopping on a site where I can get quality products, at a cheaper price, quick delivery, and not having to fight traffic.

Doesn't show up anymore in the shipping area when you go to your cart. What a waste paying for it. The 'Prime' movies are mostly foreign and the 'used to be' 2 day shipping was good if you didn't have to wait a week to get the product into ship it. Don't waste your money on Prime. It's now rendered useless.

Don't buy anything from Amazon website. All seller and site is fake. Sending cheap quality duplicate item. And after zero customer support only cheated people all around the world. In India only 20% people like people satisfied and 80% people unsatisfied and become fool every day and every month. One of outside country website it only earn from India people. I love to pick up my phone and go to Amazon and find what I need, place my order with several clicks and then sit back and wait. Two days later my package is here and the items I requested I have received.

I am a loyal Amazon Prime user. I love the convenience, as well as the selection. I do not always need things in two days and often pick the slower shipping plan and get added benefits of discounts on pantry goods and whatnot.

I am a Prime member and I love it. 2-day shipping, ease of use, good pricing and outstanding customer service. With some purchases I am able to use same day delivery. I don’t know how they do it but I love Amazon.

The only problem I find with "Amazon" is that they need to be more particular on their use of "Third Party merchants". Some of these "Merchants" are not respectable and offer inferior merchandise as well as not mentioning that the item is not made in the USA, or being shipped from the continental US. Although "Amazon" will quickly correct the problem with a refund. These merchants shouldn't be allowed on their site.

Have bought and/or returned several items with no difficulty whatsoever. Don’t buy enough to have Amazon Prime but shipping is free if you can wait a week for delivery.

I live in a rural community with limited shopping resources and Amazon has been a terrific resource for meeting needs and wants. I do have concern about what I recently have read regarding how they treat their employees - ie, not well, so Amazon isn't always my buying choice.

I have the Amazon subscribe & save account, so they automatically order whatever I have in my account without my permission, which is fine. I have a bag of rice in my account. But when I received the order, the bag is broken, so the rice is all over the box. I have to throw away the rice, bag, and the box to clean up my other items within the same box. When I asked for the refund, they accepted my request but only if I send them back a bag of rice. Do I need to go to buy a bag of rice to send them back in order to get my refund?

Good everything: merchandise, prices, customer service. Rarely look elsewhere to find what I need. The review system is a great tool also. You can find everything.

Very easy to use, however, I do not like the invoices sent by postal mail as they do not show the item purchased in detail. Also, sometimes we get too many online ads.

Amazon is very easy to purchase from. Normally they have the best prices and the reviews do help. In the past if I ever had to return anything it was painless. The only issue I have is the packaging is sometimes off. You will get this small thing in a large box 1 to 2 sizes bigger than needed.

You have to pay for returns in a store. If you don’t like the item you put it back on the shelf. Online purchases come and have to be returned if the item is not liked. If you know what you want online it'd great.

It's a breeze shopping on Amazon. The only thing difficult is discovering sometimes if it's from Amazon and/or a third party vendor - at which point if it is it typically takes longer to receive "Prime" member or not.

I got Prime membership this year. It is a great way to shop. I ordered a book this morning before I got out of bed. I live in a small town and would have over an hour drive to get to a book store. Yea for Amazon!

It took me quite a time to figure out the various payment methods, what with Prime and the Discover card rotating discount of 5%. But I was impressed when I complained about a $4 item and they refunded it without making me send it back.

Ordered for a book at Amazon "The Art of Effective Coaching...." on 17th April, 2018 and was to delivered by 24-25th April, 2018. Got a message for an early delivery on 23rd April, 2018 and had a number of the delivery boy. It's been a week the book is yet to be delivered and the guy keeps telling me that I will deliver in the next 15 minutes for sure. It's quite disgusting to see how Amazon's website is showing order delivered when the book has not yet been delivered. HORRIBLE... PATHETIC... AWFUL SERVICE.

I'm "in charge" of ordering things for my office. Oftentimes, I'm asked to order things at the last minute. I've always had good shipping "luck" when ordering for myself. But somehow, AmazonBusiness can't get it together to have our business hours consistent in their system to relay that to their OWN drivers... All our orders since opening the business account come AFTER business hours. In what universe does that make any sense? I've spoken to countless reps who contact countless so-called supervisors who speak little English who have done nothing to correct this foolishness, nor does it seem like anyone actually cares how stupid this issue makes them look. Please don't call yourselves "AmazonBusiness" if you're going to ignore the fact that your customers are businesses and operate during "Business Hours".

I ordered these protein shakes (Premier Protein banana 30gm) for a family member on April 12th, 2018. I live only 2 hours from where item is being shipped. However, upon checking out, the shipping had stated it was free on original listing but, was showing a shipping fee $3,198.00 (delivery expected 4-24-18). I assumed it was a glitch & would be corrected. I called 24 hours later & Amazon contacted the 3rd party seller named DSLogic. On 4-13, I received a response from DSLogic's iPhone that it was a mistake & would be corrected. One week goes & item says it was delivered on 4-18 & it was not received.

I have subscribed to certain "Channels" on Amazon Prime due to specific programs however, I find out I cannot receive the total season. Buyer beware!!! And for some uncertain reason I am not allowed to post any negative comments on Amazon Prime because I must be a customer in good standing... which I have never had a complaint or failed to pay for anything so I am not certain why I would not be a member in good standing.

I am an Amazon Prime member. I have their Visa Prime credit card and I purchase a lot of items online. If Amazon's price is the lowest, and it not always is, it takes me seconds to make the purchase. Amazon has excellent customer service and their order process is super simple and fast. Amazon automatically donates a small percentage of the sale to my favorite charity and my Prime Visa Rewards credit card saves me 5% on all orders from their website and on all purchases from Whole Foods.

It was really easy to find products but it is confusing to whether you get Prime products or not. There should be a special section where Prime products are sold, so customer can compare between shipping time with and without Prime!

So far I only have experienced positive interactions with this business. I really like that Amazon will send you info based on your recent searches.

Love Amazon, the only thing I don’t like is all the separate billing from multiple sellers, returns can be a pain too, not be able to contact seller except via email/Amazon.

My experience when ordering product is they're always in time to mail them to my home and the product always good condition. They never share my personal information too.

Shopping was very simple after finding the item(s) that I was looking for. The ordering was simple, the goods came when promised and they were packaged in quality containers, with no damage to the items. I have never had a ordering or receiving problem with Amazon. I have found items cheaper at other websites though.

Amazons products and prices have suffered since they have increased the amount of third-party sellers. These individuals often price their products above market value, I don’t shop at Amazon as much as I use to; probably 30% less than 2 years prior. It’s becoming easier to find better online deals with similar free shipping incentives elsewhere. However, their customer service reps are phenomenal and always promptly correct any issues I have had.

Amazon makes just about any purchase very easy. When you sometimes can't find your product at most stores you can go to their website and play "find my product" and get an answer. To purchase the product a single click is all it takes and they deliver almost as soon as I can get it at a brick and mortar store.

2 day shipping if they feel like it. If there's a problem you get someone in India who can't or won't help you. Cheap products arrive broken or break shortly after purchase. Food items arrive inedible, dried up, old, etc. I've had good experience only with items from the outside sellers, but I am going to buy from them directly in the future because I can't deal with Amazon anymore!

I use Amazon often. The Amazon Prime membership pays for itself in fast, free shipping. I can find things there that are far cheaper than in town and the few days it takes to arrive make it worth the money.

Amazon is great. I find almost everything I need and there are photos and clear descriptions. Pricing is good and the Prime shipping is the best. Most of the time the item is the best price and if you're willing to wait you can use the Tracktor app for the best available price or Honey. Then Earney gets money refunded to you if the price drops after you purchase.

Yesterday I placed an order with Amazon and the checkout would not let me use my Amazon charge card unless I agreed to sign up for Amazon Prime which you have to pay for. I liked the Amazon charge card because you got 3% back on purchases but now I won't be using it because the Prime (a $99 a year charge, if not more now) is not worth it to me. I don't shop there that often. It a shame that these enormous companies are still trying to get more money with things people don't want. They are doing great financially so why would they jeopardize losing customers. I will be looking for other places to shop. I have a $3.94 credit in my Amazon charge account but now I can't get it. Hope they enjoy getting that windfall - have a coffee on me.

I signed up for the Amazon Prime card, not realizing the bank behind it would be this—to me completely unknown 3rd party company—called Synchrony Bank. They sent the credit card to me in the mail while I was away on a month-long business trip, so I didn't have access to the card. I missed the first payment because I even forgot that I opened the account at all. Furthermore, when you open an account with Amazon and then you get a call and see "Synchrony Bank" on your caller ID, you're inclined to not answer as it looks like a telemarketing call.

As a newcomer to Amazon Prime, I've become wary of Amazon's hired delivery service based on what I have witnessed. Two orders I placed in April never arrived. However, I believe that what I had observed upon the actual delivery time seems to indicate Amazon does not vet their Amazon delivery crew. When I placed the orders, I made sure to be in my home to receive the packages or hear the doorbell to sound the assurance of a delivery made. At the time of each delivery I saw that a white van, which looked like a retired USPS van due to no visible USPS markings, was sitting outside my front window... for some time. The person in the van never got out to place the packages at my door. However, I noticed that while he was sitting in the van, he was able to verify through the Amazon electronic connection that he had indeed arrived at my address. In other words, he made a "certified delivery".

Whenever I am shopping for a product I Google it first and more often than not Amazon has the best value or price. Add Prime membership and I don't have to worry about purchase totals. Cannot get any better.

Sometimes the prices seem to be about a third more than they should be. Don't enjoy getting so many shipments from a single order. Lots of package waste. Two day shipping has gone extinct, at least 3-4 nowadays. Do love the ability to find oddball things though.

The trouble is, you don't always know exactly what you are getting. To ship it back costs money so it is not always cost effective to return. When I know the product well, I can often get a better deal online with Amazon. But then I bought a outdoor mat that I later found out I could have bought for half the price at the local hardware store. Then there is the barbecue mat that left this huge black stain on my deck and the company was not helpful. It's great for gifts so I don't have to ship them to the post office. It's great for books too. So my reviews are mixed. Buyer beware.

I love shopping at Amazon, they add value, convenience and dependability. When I had surgery and could not drive I could use Amazon and know that what I needed would be there - when they said it would.

I love Amazon shopping. I have a tough time with their website filters, though. The upper right controls suck. As in, I have given feedback over 5 times that when I search and get 100 products back then try to use the upper right filters, it brings in products that aren't relevant to the search crit. It totally changing the product pull! Like Luggage search brings back Pampers Diapers when I filter by Price Low to High. DOH! I leave feedback all the time but I never see it fixed. ALSO - competitive sources list the same product at vastly different prices. AND I can often find a better selection and price outside Amazon. So it's worth being careful on Amazon to 1. Make sure you are finding the lowest price among competitors. 2. Getting the best selection AND PRICE but searching Outside Amazon. On a good note, I LOVE Subscription options so I can get products I use regularly shipped right to my door all the time on time. Great company.

Easy to shop and very easy returns. When I need to call customer service, they are very easy to get your problem solved. Also easy to contact sellers through the site.

First of all... amazing that when you call Amazon, they cannot find you in their computers unless they manually type in name, email address, mailing address etc. How amazingly archaic and inefficient. Here I am assuming the computer recognizes my phone number and can pull up my information from that... NOT. Secondly, I ordered a item... Amazon could not tell me when it was going to arrive so I contacted the seller who told me that Amazon sends it, so contact them which it did. Amazon could not tell me a carrier and therefore a date of arrival. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Because of this, I now have to drive 2 hours to get the item tomorrow.

Amazon is a very well know for online shopping, I did some comparative shopping and found the best prices on Amazon. They had no hidden fees and I trusted giving them my information. The website is designed very well and is easy to use and understand. The product was shipped to my house very quickly. It only took 4 days. Amazon Prime's annual "fee" is a subtle loan. When paid in monthly installments the billed amount is higher than 1/12 the advertised fee. At $99.99, the monthly amount on my Visa should have been about $8.55. The billed amount was $10.99. I don't remember seeing a disclosure of an APR for monthly fee payments, and that little bit of excess is also counted as part of a "purchase" on the Prime Visa. If you are not paying your whole Visa Bill each month, you are paying interest on the interest for the privilege of being a Prime member. If you are not buying SOMETHING at a substantial savings each month, you are just throwing away the value of your membership for those months while lining the coffers of both Amazon and Visa.

I would like the credit card numbers to disappear from their page once the purchase is made. Amazon is squirrely. We went in last December to make orders under one credit card number. We succeeded. But when we signed on again, Amazon picked up another credit card number to pay the purchase, without us changing the card number to be used for the purchase. The wrong card was used, and after a lot of fussing with our friend, we had to pay him back. This is my beef!

I have been a Amazon Prime customer for several months now. I have seen a decline in the quality of their service including products arriving in poor condition with the packaging completely torn up and missed delivery dates. I recently preordered an item and then later received an email stating there was a delay in my order. When clicking on the item page, the item was listed as "in stock." I contacted customer service asking why my item did not ship but is listed as in stock. They sent me a long email talking about their shipping process but never answered my question. They gave me the option to cancel my order but never gave me an estimated delivery date. I emailed customer service again and was direct in stating Amazon did not answer my question and that I need an estimated delivery date in order to make an informed decision if I need to cancel my purchase or not; as suggested my customer service themselves.

I was a huge Amazon fan for a number of years and have ordered thousands of dollars worth of product in the past. I even recently signed up as a vendor. Was trying to log into my account one day and the two-step verification was sending a code to my old cell phone (I'd recently moved and hadn't changed it with Amazon yet). Many emails and several phone calls later, after going around and around in circles and spending hours on what should have been a simple fix on their end, they didn't follow through on the last phone call they promised from an "Account Specialist."
