Beware with Amazon! They allow listing products on big discounts and after the order is placed, the product is paid. Your order is cancelled. So you got no product and no money for a few days as they placed reservations for those quantities on your credit card. So for a few days, you will not dispose off your own money to buy something else and you will have to wait. The seller answer to that was that his shop got hacked. ;) How secure is Amazon and your credit card details if someone shop can be hacked, when Amazon is asking you security codes over security codes, on phone number and everything and how honest brand is Amazon if those shops are not hacked and they are simply just allowing that for bringing more traffic?

I ordered a phone on June 30th, by paying full amount. On 4th July, I get a mail from Amazon saying that the order has been canceled because the seller has not accepted the order and the refund has been done. The order is not even showing in my account and there's no way to contact the customer care. It's 8th of July today and got a message saying amount will be credited after 14th July. This is really frustrating. Never gonna use this site again.

I ordered a plastic spray bottle of Adams tire cleaner to give the product a try. Amazon sent it in a thin plastic envelope which offered NO PROTECTION, and the bottle broke during shipping. This item should have been shipped in a box. I contacted the seller and they said they have no control of how Amazon sends an order. The seller sent me a 2nd item at no charge, but had it sent through another vendor who packaged it properly.

Shipping is taking longer and longer. I used to order around $4000/year, now just a few hundred dollars/year. With shipping even worse, I plan to only order Prime video which is instant and they'll make like $100/year from me... so over it. I've contacted Amazon NUMEROUS times, and I just get ridiculous copy and paste responses. It seems the more money made by Amazon, the less they care about customer service.

Amazon is conducting illegal activity, whereby they are holding account access for ransom using their two step verification process. When signing up for an account with Amazon I was directed to provide phone numbers for the two step verification which was mandatory (the programming would not let you advance in the application process until you did so). Now since my account was started, the two step process stopped working and would not send me the verification code to access my account. After many attempts to reach customer service, time after time I was told the only way to access my account was to do a recovery form, provide more personal information via fax machine or electronic methods which stated could take days, and that was the only way.
To be specific about one thing, my primary account phone number when asked for the code would never receive a anything. A window would not even appear and the message "internal error please try again later" would appear. That started a month ago and continues to this day. What I discovered since was that upon filling out the request forms they say were to verify my identity, for continued access to my account I had to purchase an additional verification application direct through Amazon, or else my access would no be guaranteed. Now to me this sounds like my account is being held ransom. In fact I was amazed at how many complaints and incidents there were online at Amazon, and every time Amazon was directing people to do the reset procedure where ultimately this $2.99 Amazon Super Verification app was required to completed the access recovery.
This is FRAUD folks. Amazon won't help either. They won't help by fixing this "internal error", nor will they help provide an access code to log in with the normal two step verification procedure. If I could have given them a negative rating I would have, and am investigating ways for authorities to pick up on this. Who else can I talk to? Everything I have mentioned is verifiable.

EASELAND Patio Umbrella Outdoor Umbrella Offset Cantilever Hanging Umbrella Crank for Garden Market (10Ft, Beige) ★★ from Katherine ** on July 4, 2018. Issues with my purchase. I would recommend that you check out umbrella completely before assembling even if the shipping box appears to be properly sealed. First problem I encountered was the 4 bolts which secure the umbrella base to the stabilizer legs were missing.
After resolving that issue and setting up the umbrella I found that the crank handle was warped so, that in order to open or close the umbrella it was necessary to pry it outward in order to get it passed the frame. My wife wrote to the seller about this issue and their response was that they did not understand what she was referring to and asked if she could send a photo of the defective piece, so we did just that. Their response, "they did not have a replacement and that we might be able to locate one locally". My response, Defective, return to Amazon for credit. Maybe what I received was just one in a million, just providing a heads up and nonsupport for this item.

Amazon delivery SUCKS. Amazon hires out delivery services that on a regular basis will say an item has been delivered when it hasn't. With Amazon Prime Membership one is supposed to receive free one or two day shipping depending on the item. I ordered dog food with free two day delivery. Tracking on item says it was delivered at 11:52 am on the second day. Item has not been delivered. In call with Amazon they say please look at this as an isolated incident. But it's not an isolated incident. This happens on a regular basis. They then say for the inconvenience they will extend my Prime membership for free for one month. Wow!!
And that if the item has not been delivered by 9 pm on the third day then they will make sure that the order will be fulfilled again and shipped. But that would be on the fourth day and then delivered on the sixth day. So the free shipping offer with Prime membership really isn't worth anything and Amazon really needs to find a way to have control over these private delivery people who claim they deliver and scan the item as delivered but never delivered it. I can only assume that they are just taking the orders and stealing. In short Amazon delivery is absolutely terrible.

I've contacted with Amazon but they couldn't came to get it back after Applying return. Replied "It is duty of courier. They will handle it." I paid to Amazon with postal charge ₹ 70.43/- along with the actual cost of item 453+tax+postal =550/-. So they should come to pick it back But still not. And finally I sent it back to seller via speed post (**) dated 19th Apr 2018 charge ₹ 36/- per parcel and they took ₹ 70.43/- (both way charge... ???). I have been an Amazon since before 2000 ordering anime's and such. Amazon has always been quick for delivery and excellent customer service... until now. I ordered some shoes (wish I knew they had to come from China before I ordered them) on May 23, 2018, it is now July 3rd still waiting for the shoes. I do believe summer will be over before I get them. It seems all of the deliveries is taking a much longer time to be received so I've started to just shop in town. It is too bad my 4th of July is ruined because I'm waiting for the shoes to walk here from the other side of the world. Like I said I wish I had known they were being ordered from another country, I would not have placed that order. Amazon has grown huge and they should; however, they should not lose their efficiency while growing and delivery service in the process.

Instead of Amazon contacting me to acknowledge that I have not made a music purchase they continued to deduct $7.99 from my bank card after realizing the money could not be taken from the Amazon card. I have no idea how long they have deducted the said amount. Yes, it is true I should have paid closer attention however, I also think Amazon could have taken the time to remind me that I had this music account which I have never used instead of stealing my money and refusing to refund me the amount taken.

Today I received a letter from Amazon Customer Service stating that I had violated Community Review Guidelines which included either "having a relationship with a seller", "demanding a gift card for a good review" or "demanding a free product from a seller". As a result I am not permitted to give anyone a review. Now, giving reviews are not terribly important to me, BUT being accused of something that is NOT TRUE, is important, VERY IMPORTANT. I was told in this letter that "the decision is final" and that no more information will be provided to me. What a Kangaroo Court this is! I have spent thousands of dollars with Amazon since 2010, or so, and to have this TRAVESTY happen is infuriating. I will spread this info to everyone that I can. My purchases thru an organization that would do this to someone, will cease as of this moment. Just be aware that this COULD HAPPEN TO YOU!

My family and I have been using Amazon.com and their Prime membership for a few years now for purchasing about anything and everything, but unfortunately will now be taking our business elsewhere. I recently placed an order for pool chemicals expecting to receive them in 2 days (due to the membership fee we pay each month for Prime). Instead of my order, I received a notification that items were damaged. I called and was told that a refund had been processed so I ordered them again expecting the package to be delivered on Sunday.
Again, instead of a package I received a notification that there was a delay and that it may arrive by Wednesday so I called again. This time I was assured the package would be delivered by mid day Monday, but again no package and another phone call. Now we are at a little over a week later and I have placed the same order for the 3rd time with a new "expected" delivery date of 2 more days - Wednesday. My advice, if it is an item you need or are expecting by a certain date don't order from Amazon and don't waste your money on a Prime membership that worthless anyway!!!

I have been a LOYAL Amazon Prime customer for over 8 years. All in all my experience has been good until now. That is what is prompting this review. Being a Prime customer means free 2 day delivery on all Prime items. For example: I order a Prime item on Monday morning and I receive it two days later on Wednesday. The exception being that if you order late in the day it will put the delivery out an extra day. That was yesterday. Today, Monday @ 9:00 a.m. I wanted to place an order and was given a Thursday delivery date. I called and got what I expected. Someone reading from a script that the delivery is two days from the day of shipping. Whatever! If that's the case then I can order something Prime on a Tuesday morning and won't get it until Saturday because Amazon can't ship it out until Thursday for whatever reason.
Usually it's the "warehouse location" reason. So, anyway I went straight to a supervisor to find out if I could get the straight scoop. I got the same lame excuse. He asked me to place one item in the cart and purchase it and that he would make an exception for the purchase. I'm getting slightly peeved at this point telling him that I don't want him to make an exception, I want my free Prime two day shipping. So, it's come to this. Amazon ups their annual fee to $129.00 and then takes two day shipping to three day shipping. Whatever!! I have touted and praised Amazon all this time. I have certainly talked many people into Prime, because it truly has been a 2 day delivery system. Well Amazon not that you care, but you've lost a Prime customer. I'm making this decision based on facts and the chances of things getting worse. The cost for a Prime membership going up and the emphasis on customer service going down.

I have been an Amazon.com customer for over 5 years and a Prime member and I can tell you that I suffered endless trials and tribulations over items not being delivered, items not being delivered on time, items being delivered damaged but that's the least of it. They have a system where I was when you make a purchase they dock your credit card but they don't really take the money out of your account. They just say they are so your bank thinks they are and deducted from your balance so you can't use it but they don't actually take the money until the item is shipped and by that time you have maybe made other purchases thinking your balance was one thing but really it's another and then you're overdrafted and then if you go to cancel an order or return something then they just say, "Oh it's on your bank or your banking institution to give you the money back."
And then your back Jose or 3 to 5 business days before they can return the money even though the money is never gone anywhere. Yet you have to go through all this and then bake if you return certain items they will prioritize which items they want to return on which method of payment so it kind of like when a bank will take your purchases and switch them around so that all of a sudden you've overdrafted yourself. And finally I can't tell you how many times I've called customer service at Amazon.com and from the customer service rep that I talk to get absolutely no satisfaction. And I'm told one thing and then I ask to speak to a supervisor at which point I get told something entirely different that totally contradicts with the first person says and then that doesn't happen even though he's got a confirmation email and blah blah blah.
Then you have to call back. When you call back and go through the whole routine again over and over and over and what I found out is if they want to they can do anything they want to do with your account. On the spot they can return your money. They can avoid this. They could do any of that because I've had all those experiences happened to me at different times and use your bank card and then want to return it and have a gift card balance on your account and Amazon cuz they will deduct the gift card balance before they deduct a credit card balance and you'll be out money again.
And then I will just finally say some will most if not all are not even in this country. They're somewhere else because none of them actually are able I feel like to understand what I'm saying to begin with. All they do is parrot back the policy that you can read on the website. You really don't need to have the customer service department to do that and they're very patronizing, condescending and continually rude. Some of the supervisors are very efficient and very nice but it's like the luck of the draw. You can never count on anything being the same way twice and that's a horrible way to do business.

I was not satisfied with this since I was/am still waiting for my refund and we had a contractual agreement for them to deliver products at a certain rate. They basically told me, "Too bad," so I asked to speak with a manager who also told me, "Too bad." I then emailed customer service twice and have never received a reply or acknowledgment of my email. Today a package was personally handed to me from a driver, while I was working in my yard. An hour later, I went to put my mower away, and discovered that another package had been hand walked up from some part of my neighborhood, the delivery person had decided it was okay to trespass into my open garage past all of its contents and leave the package on the floor near that entrance to the house. My guess is that I had caught the person, before they were going to enter the house. The package had been thrown off side of the back of the garage. I have reported this to the police, our neighborhood watch, and to Amazon. Their delivery services have become random (Sunday nights at 10 PM?) Amazon used to be great. You could get quality items in 2 days with Prime. I was a Prime member for years and recently canceled. Their price for prime increased while their customer service and living up to their Prime claims decreased. I cannot tell you how many orders I was supposed to receive in 2 days that I did not. Most issues were due to their new AMZL shipping; however on a couple of occasions the service agent actually had the nerve to tell me that even though some items are marked as "Prime 2 day shipping" it is really more because of a seller's handling time. Then WHY is it marked as Prime if you know their handling time won't allow for 2 day shipping? How is that even legal? What am I paying for? Is it the "possibility" of getting my item in 2 days? They are not living up to their promises but don't mind taking more of your money.
I have also had horrible experiences on item quality & lack of packing items correctly also which ends up with a damaged item being received. The latest missed ship was yesterday. Of course it was shipped via AMZL. They tried to deliver at 6pm when we previously noted the address as business that closes at 5pm. When I spoke with Amazon customer service, they told me they would "refund my money for the inconvenience and I could keep the item" (their standard). Then they transferred me to the AMZL customer service who told me she couldn't refund or my item would be returned.
She told me she would issue a $5.00 credit instead and the item would be marked to redeliver in the morning. She even took the open and close times again. Guess what? My package was noted to be returned to the seller and no five dollar credit. Completely idiotic. No one followed through which seems to be the norm. They have gotten way too big. Now they are just like any other big box store only you have no "manager" to speak with. No reason to stick around, but they should be have a class action brought against them.

I've had packages placed in my mailbox which is illegal, I've had packages balanced gently on the top of my mailbox at the end of my driveway. I've had packages in my yard.
I've had packages that were claimed to have been delivered that never were and I've received packages that have been opened and the contents were no longer there. That is literally a 46% failure in deliveries for the last two months. I have no idea at this point why I should keep paying for Prime, or even using Amazon in general. I also appreciate that as a member of AmazonSmile Amazon donates 0.5% of the price of the eligible AmazonSmile purchases to the charitable organization of my choice which is the ASPCA. Thank you Amazon for being the best.

Amazon locked me out of my account due to "suspicious activity"; of course I cannot check because I am locked out. Further, after three tries at the "help" number, I am still locked out and there is NO ONE at the "service" number that can unlock the account. This is done by the "security" folks who come up with bizarre scenarios for "suspicious activity". So has Amazon become so big they can just ignore legitimate customer concerns? They also canceled my order which was due this week (thanks) and there is NO recourse.
It's three strikes and Amazon is out. Yes, watch over my account for hacking, but why can't I get in after proving my identity? Even after two factor security? Where is my recourse? And it is not like Amazon cannot figure out who I am because even if I don't sign in, it always greets me by name and shows all the things I may want to buy. Of course, I cannot buy because after three tries to unlock my account, I still cannot sign in to buy. My guess is the best option is to have a series of email accounts and abandon the Amazon account that gets locked out and open a new one. And it seems (Murphy's law) the more time sensitive a purchase, the greater likelihood your account will be zapped. Just saying.

Shopping at Amazon is fast and easy, unfortunately dealing with their shipping is totally different. I pay for Amazon Prime and started doing so more than 10 years ago primarily for the shipping. It is fine when they use UPS but now that they use their own contractors I've had all kinds of problems - the main one seems to be that they do not seem to know how to open the gate (how hard is it to pull) and they either toss the package over the gate, leave it just tossed close to the street or not leave it at all.

I ordered a set of 4 tires on 06/16/18. The next day, the price on Amazon.com dropped. When I contacted Amazon about getting them for the sale price, I was told that Amazon doesn't "price match", even though the tires are sold and fulfilled by Amazon (not a 3rd party). I understand Amazon has had changes in their policies but wasn't aware they wouldn't honor their own lower price.
When I contacted Amazon, I was told that it is too late to cancel the order, even though the tires haven't shipped yet. The Customer Rep told me to either refuse the shipment when it arrives (not possible since no one will be home) or once the order arrives to contact Amazon for a return shipping label (even though they couldn't tell me if or what the restocking fee or return shipping fee would be). I asked, "Why can't anyone tell me if there's a restocking fee or what the return shipping will be? If there were no charges whatsoever, it wouldn't be a problem other than a big hassle on both ends for no reason." . They replied, "Return fee get charged within $0-$20. The reason (restocking) stocking fee get charges maximum of 49% of item price."
So the $20.00 off I would "save" on each tire ($80.00 total) ends up possibly costing me $20.00 per tire ($80.00) return shipping PLUS up to 49% of the original $710.00 ($348.00) for a POSSIBLE $428.00 fee to return the original order. THEN, I'd have to order the tires again for $625 or a final total of (possibly) $1053.00. Customer Service wasn't going to tell me about what the cost COULD/MIGHT be, I had to drag it out of them in an online chat (yes, I have the transcript). During several phone calls, all we were told is, "There shouldn't be any charges for returns" and then "We don't know if/what the shipping will be until we print the return label and it tells us".

The reason, there is a long menu under your name and the logout command is at the bottom of the menu. The problem is that I do not have enough room to scroll down to the logout area. Finally, one day, I actually got a c.s. rep on the phone line. She was not helpful, she told me the same stuff I already knew, click on my name, click on the command to logout.
If you want a real live person, good luck. Sat I needed to talk to a customer service person, I finally found the C.S. area and selected chat. I wrote out my problem and suddenly it disappeared. I didn't select phone because you have to give your phone no. so they can call at their convenience. I was truly defeated. Today, I called the C.S. line and got a person who could barely speak English. He was nice and did handle my problem. I intentionally chose the most expensive option in order to have it delivered sooner. By the way, I live in the same block as the Amazon Locker, so I cannot understand why it would take two more day to arrive my apartment. Aside from that, I called today 3 times to their customer service, because I was checking the 'track your package' page and since 10 am she had seen there that the package is 'undeliverable' and I was getting very worried.
All 3 times I called, I was transferred from department to department representative and nobody took responsibility for this. Also, the first two times, they reassured me that it should be a mistake in the system and I will be receiving my package. At the end, 8 hours later I was notified by email that my package is undeliverable and is going back to them. And why didn't they call me instead of just returning it back??? They are okay for prices, not the lowest, except sometimes. Often they are higher priced than other sites. This year I've abstained from Prime, except I tried the one week trial for a few dollars four days ago, can't find the billing data anywhere on my account, so don't know how much. I ordered a framing nailgun which turned out not able to seat framing nails. Had to return. I ordered a $36 Heavy box of 2,000 nails for it, and it arrived in a box way too large for it, had a STICKER on it saying HEAVY. UPS treated it badly, the box of nails in the oversize box busted open and the nails were scattered, and some sticking out the outer box.
These nails need to stay neatly stacked or some of the cartridges break apart and are useless, which is what happened. They had only one a 1/2 once piece of packing paper in it which did absolutely nothing. I watched a few movies, but when I searched through all available I quickly ran into extra charges for most of them. In the past I've signed up for Kindle Unlimited, which is actually pretty limited. They now offer less than before, but more options to buy others things, more ways to spend money. So: I canceled amazon Prime membership 6/14/18 7:34, effective in 3 days. Confirmation: "Your membership will end on June 17, 2018. After that date, you will lose access to your benefits and your card will not be charged." It used to be $70.00/year plus tax. Now it’s $119 plus tax this year. Up $5/year. When it was $100.00/year they didn’t charge tax, now they do. In my state, only goods are taxable, not services. I'm just not happy with their service.

I been through quite a bit: unshaved guys with beards to their floor sneaking in the building without buzzing me banging on a door. Amazon said it would switch to different delivery. Well they didn't. A few months ago I bought one of those cat window seats. Well that thing does not work as it does not stick on a glass. I returned it the next day. I have returned another item the same day. To my surprise, a month later I am getting an email saying that I need to return it or else I'll be charged! Imagine how happy that made me: now I don't have a product, this was dropped off and now this. Theft went through my head.
I connected to one of their Indian center and was told that something was not clicked properly and confirmed that they received an item and that I won't be charged. (It did not go smooth as these people feel that they have to start with a small chat, they have asking me about the weather, how was my day and similar waste-my-time... you get my grip.) So after completely nonsensical and unnecessary waste of 5 minute of my time which is also culturally inappropriate, I explained the situation and the rep said that it was received but someone did not check something properly and now she 'fixed' it and I am good. I have an email chat to confirm me. Oh yeah his/her name is Horsesit. One can't make this up.
Well, a month later, today I am charged for the item and receiving that email. I am contacting again that Amazon India center and asking them what is going on. They are suggesting that I get the money in 5 business days. Seriously? You steal money from me and now I have to wait? I am now calling Amazon. I swear to you, now it is 3 hours in total of conversations: why? Because I keep asking the same questions over and over, simple questions such as: Why wasn't this handled properly in the first place? This woman goes off the tangent ignoring my question. And again, and again and again...11 times. I asked for a supervisor, she said she is the boss. Oh yey, I am speaking to Jeff Bezos, but you have a female voice with a very hard accent! Oh she is not Jeff Bezos!
Anyhow, the rep is not transferring me, but instead she hung up on me. (Marisol from Retail - you know Amazon is not 'allowed' to give their last name or their employee number of location. Yeah, another BS). Calling back asking for concession for the aggravation and time lost. (Three hours and 15 minutes translates in $520 in my time.) No concession. Guess what Amazon. We purchased a Danze kitchen faucet from Amazon when we were starting a remodel in Oct. The faucet arrived but it was about 6 weeks before the plumber was ready to install it. He installed it and it worked fine for about 2 months. This was a $600 faucet. I called Amazon and they told me to call Danze so I did. Danze told me that they knew the faucet was defective so they were working on a new version which they promised to ship to me in August once it was ready. I never heard from Danze in August and while they had given us a workaround back in March the faucet did not function as expected so we disconnected its automated features while we waited on the fix. I called Danze again and they advised me to request a refund from the retailer because they were unable to fix the problem so they discontinued the product and were giving refunds to the retailers.
I contacted Amazon who first refused to do anything because this was outside of their 90 day refund window. Then they promised to make it right and told me to contact the third party reseller who had actually sold it to us. We did that and the third party refused to provide a refund because it was outside of the 90 days. My advice if you are buying an expensive item that you expect to be able to depend on for multiple years, do not buy it from Amazon. Stick with a local retailer who will stand behind their products. We did call Danze again and they told us they had issued a refund to the seller who apparently just pocketed that money. Danze offered to send us a new faucet but since they no longer make one that is hands free we didn't want to go that route. We required hands free turn on for our disabled son and that was the main reason we had purchased this model.

I can't even count how many times, even using my toes they have dropped the ball with this so-called Amazing feature called PRIME. Most of the time when calling to inquire about the inferior service being received (plus paying 10+ dollars a month) *SIGH* this is when you absolutely, GET NOWHERE, but a complete infinite looping circle with customer service support. It's literally like being on the phone with a record player, playing the part over and over again that keeps skipping, on a particular part of the song you don't especially enjoy. These customer service reps are absolute untrained morons that do nothing but sit in front of a computer that dictate their every move in their little sweatshop, call centers, wearing broken headsets, getting paid a whopping 50 cents an hour, while "Jeff Bezos", on the other hand, sits on his lavish billion dollar yacht sipping on martini's while getting cooled off and fanned by 10 servants. It's actually disgusting if you really think about it.
Jeff "the man himself" Bezos, knows nothing about honor, fairness, being genuine or anything that remotely has to do with the terms of "In Good Faith" - This man "Jeff "get the money" Bezos is just all about greed greed greed... Greed isn't just "Good" with him, but rather, "GREAT!!!". He sells nothing but "Made in China" products (for the most part) with an increasingly hefty "Made in somewhere GOOD" price tag, slowly but surely increasing monetarily, by each and every month (right along with the price of "Prime" itself).
I've actually spent more time "RETURNING" items/products BACK to "Amazon" than I keep, due to it either being broken, described wrong or just plain and simple absolute Chinese made JUNK! This is the reason so many good local places are going "out of business", unfortunately. Amazon prides itself on its service and it can't even do that RIGHT! The day they start flying drones for delivery, is the day we're all doomed, taking the above already stated into consideration.
Probably why Amazon never followed through with that one, they found they actually needed "Trained" people with "SKILLS" to fly these things, not people that can barely read, and/or these outsourced, underpaid, people he sets in front of the PC, to watch his every penny bottom line, and troubleshoot on the job self training. Why was no picture or notes put on my account? Why do I have to call back. Management should have called me the evening the package was reported missing to check up and give me an update!! Very disappointed with Amazon logistics!!!

We normally don’t have any issues with them when they use their own delivery drivers. This time we did. Hence the 2 star review. I would have done 1 Star. So we had packages out for delivery. I got a notice that it was delivered so I went to our porch and it wasn’t there. Went back on the app and it has a picture. Not our house. Okay. So we attempted to call them.
They were not helpful. Accused is of lying about it. Which I can understand but if they look at other pictures of delivered packages that took pictures they would have seen how different the door was. The person on the phone “couldn’t find” the account, didn’t realize a nickname was just that. Wouldn’t help. Thank God I found the package on the porch across the street. The number is 1 different but still. It’s not like you cannot see the house numbers above the garage door. Ugh. So pissed. More so that the people on the phone were not helpful at all. They wouldn’t even try to help us out. Ugh.

On 18/11/17, whilst I was out and despite a typewritten note on my letterbox not to do so, an Amazon driver posted 2 packs of sewing machine needles through my letterbox. Despite having a cage the other side to catch post etc, my dogs got hold of the needles. I extracted 1 needle from my Spaniel's mouth but was still 2 needles short. I had to take both dogs to an emergency out of hours vet to have their stomachs x-rayed to look for the needles. The spaniel had swallowed 1 and it was protruding through his stomach lining and dangerously close to his liver.
Some £2,800 later, I contacted Amazon Customer Service who stated, and I quote "Please be assured that there is no need to worry and let me take care of the issue from this situation" and "Please be assured that we are here to make things easier for you and we will do whatever we can do to prevent you from bearing any kind of loss", Amazon Legal Dept have now stated that they will not reimburse me for the outlay. They state that their website clearly states that drivers are not allowed to follow any delivery notes on customers doors, however, out of the 21 items that I have ordered through Amazon in the last 12 months, only 2 items have ever been put through the letterbox, both of which were dangerous to my dogs. All other items have been put in my locked external post box or under my green recycling box. Drivers are obviously following their own rules.

I placed an order on amazon.ca for delivery at my relatives. Amazon guaranteed me that my product will be delivered by 1st June, 2018. On 30th May, I checked the status of my order on Canada’s Post website and it stated that parcel is ready for pickup. No notification or letter was left at the delivery address. I reached Amazon regarding the issue and they assured me that there is some issues and they will resolved and my order will be delivered to my doorstep and offered me indirect bribe in form of 1 month Prime membership for free (which is of no use to me as I am not the Canadian resident).
Then on 1st June, 2018 courier guy came and dropped a notice to collect item. My relatives were to leave city on 2nd June and he is dropping letter of collection on 1st even after assurance from Amazon.ca that my item will be delivered on doorstep by 1st June. I again reached Amazon customer care for which they replied that they are extremely sorry and blah blah. In the end, item is not delivered on time and my relatives left. I have been using Amazon UK since 2011 and never ever faced any such issues. In fact the customer care is so top notch that they never even asked me for proof if I ever raised an issue with them and offered quick solutions. Amazon.ca is the most pathetic online shopping experience of my life and hopefully I will never be using it again.

So I went out and bought one of the Amazon gift cards. Lo and behold you can't use them. They are not authorized to be used as payment. The girl said, "Well some people save them from gifts and could use them that way". Either way you get your money, Amazon will get their money. Who cares if it is a gift card or a credit card. I found that information rather unsettling because I just put a 100 on a gift card to use to purchase my Prime. Yes I buy items often but seriously I find this ridiculous.

Noticed yesterday even that pretense has changed. They have now kicked it down even further. If you choose one day shipping and pay $ extra it comes tomorrow. If you stick with 2 day prime delivery - it will arrive in 5 or 6 days. I guess Bezos has so much money now that he has the ability to change addition tables or the calendar. I am guessing they will be changing Prime to just free shipping in the near future to avoid class action lawyers.

I purchased refurbished Microsoft Surface Pro 4 from Mobile Shop USA through Amazon. There is a rare glitch with these that can't be permanently fixed, but can be temporarily fixed, and my device has it. After three months my screen devolves into layers of ghostly transparent windows. Amazon and Mobile Shop USA say "30 days passed. You are out of luck". Fair enough. But I think it would be valid feedback to share that my $629 computer lasted only 30 days and that it came without a functioning charging cord.
However, when I go to review the product, Amazon.com will not allow me to, leaving some message saying I am unable to leave a review because I may be biased?!? How is that? Because I requested help from Mobile Shop USA? I have an 11 year history of leaving mostly 5 star, positive reviews and I have some guidance on understanding what "Certified Refurbished" really means and Amazon won't allow me to post a review - and I bought the item based on generally decent reviews. I won't be going to Amazon for major mobile phone and computer purchases anymore, that's for sure. Too risky with little-to-no support.

Well, that fiasco with Amazon.ca ended up costing me $86. What the vendor did was, he got the UPS company to bill me instead, which I had to pay later on. Then delivered it anyways a week later. So I had to pay to send it back which was $36. And he charged me a restocking fee of $15. And I had to pay the UPS charge of $35. Of course, Amazon.ca can't be out any money, since the vendor won't pay me back, So I was left being the patsy. On average, my family places anywhere from 5 to 15 orders on Amazon.com per week. We are Prime members and choose the products, shipping speed and seller (when there are options) based on when we need the product. Lately (over the past 1-2 months), items are showing as still arriving on time until the day they are supposed to arrive and then mid-day, the delivery date is changed to a week out. This is VERY frustrating because I have the expectation that an item will arrive when it's supposed to. For items that have had multiple Prime sellers, I've canceled orders and chosen a different seller, but had the same thing happen - which tells me this is an Amazon issue.
I've dealt with Amazon customer service and have not received satisfactory answers or results. I've been told that 'the item was no longer available' for one order (but what about the other 10?). I've been told that it's the payment processing that has slowed down the shipping - shipping doesn't occur until the payment has processed (Amazon cannot process a credit card payment when my local grocery store and gas station can process a payment in seconds?) For a couple of the payment processing issues, the customer service person 'pushed the payment through' - huh? Why would any order need the payment 'pushed through?' It should just process as it's received...
Because the shipping is already free, there is nothing to refund. Apparently, their delivery statistics are based on the timing between when an item SHIPS to when it's delivered, so their delivery statistics still look good because they are delaying the shipping, which keeps the actually delivery statistics looking good. I would love to see the statistics for 'percent of items delivered on initial estimated delivery date' - THAT number would allow Amazon to deep dive into their processing problems. I'm really tired of checking my orders daily to see if my products have shipped. Set their own bar high, and has been reaching it for years, but I'm not sure if the frustration of not receiving my items when I expect them is worth the convenience.

Amazon as we all know is what it is. I know most people will come here to complain but overall Amazon is hard to beat. The only real main issue I see with Amazon is a lot of times they sell things at prices which are higher than the brick and mortar stores. I've seen this countless times. It's a little deceptive that you think you are getting free two day shipping when in fact you are paying more for the item to begin with. I reached out to several different departments and received the same generic answer every single time: I either had a relationship with a seller, been given free products or been taking bribes. I had done no such thing and Amazon flat out refused to share what the actual infraction was. I closed that account.
Now I'm back to using my main account and things really aren't any better. 1 out of 5 reviews I leave is just removed for no reason and I'm blocked from leaving another one. Then I saw that I could have a code emailed to me to log on with. So, I asked for and received a code which I then put in so I could sign on. I was told there was a problem and the code was incorrect. So, I gave up, thinking I was just doing something wrong.
A few days later, I tried once again to reset my password and I was still unable to do so. I then went to Amazon "help", but before I could get help, I needed to sign on to my account, which I can no longer do. I have been given no reason for being locked out of my account and no way to correct the situation. This is very stressful for me. As I said, I have been a good customer with no reason to change anything. Amazon has made the change by no longer giving me access to my account. The carrier lied about trying to deliver Thursday so customer service decided they’d add notes for the carrier to follow on his next attempt. Friday the carrier lied again about attempting to deliver and logistics stated they issue a redelivery. If this was going to be that complicated I couldn’t of have went into a store. So unprofessional. Mind you, I work where I live and Amazon has always been able to gain access but somehow they couldn’t now and the package turns up damaged. This wasn’t even three attempts.
I continued to remind them that if he was going to lie he always had the number if he claims to not be able to deliver the package to my home, which again is where I live. So I ordered this laptop over Prime delivery (Same day delivery), because I wanted the laptop urgently for reasons. I received it the same day, the laptop was fine no issues. But when I checked the warranty of this laptop on official HP website, it showed that only 7 months warranty is remaining even though it had been only 2 days since I bought it. So I called HP to try to rectify it, they wanted POP, so I sent them the same... later on I received a reply from them stating that warranty will remain 7 months and will not be amended because the seller is unauthorized. Then I called Amazon informing them about this issue and these INCONSIDERATE people were not taking the laptop back. First of all the Amazon customer care advisors don't even know what they are doing, each advisor gives different information.
So first I spoke to this agent, who told me to call HP and get it rectified. So I called them and the same thing happened as I mentioned above. Then I called Amazon again, now the advisor was stating that the product can't be taken back straight away, he advised me to use the laptop for 7 months and after that if there is any problem then take it to HP service centre, (P.S. - Hp told me that no service will be provided after 7 months) , and if they deny service then they will take it back. I was like, “Are you kidding me...!!” I told them instead of doing this after 7 months I want it to be replaced right now, which they denied. I mean where is Amazon’s "100% customer satisfaction"... Seriously. So I was really frustrated and called back Amazon again with the same issue, the agent told me the same thing and said that it only be replaced after 7 months, after being so frustrated I told him that I wanted to speak to the manager.
Now this guy, I don't even know where to start, first of all I don't think that this guy even knew how to speak in English, who by the way is the supervisor. Now this guy I guess his name is SANTOSH in the Leadership department of Amazon. Now this guy tells me the same thing, So what I told him was that give me this in writing that "After 7 months if the warranty claim is declined then you will give me replacement". Now this guy declined to provide me this as well and said that, “We will LOOK WHAT WE CAN DO AFTER 7 MONTHS.” I knew what that means, it means we don't care. Oh my God... I was so angry at these people because they were making fake promises to me. ABSOLUTE ** service. It is clearly mentioned 1 year warranty on their website but I was only getting 7 months. Now I told this confused supervisor to log a complaint and he declined.
He said that he will not log a complaint. I told him that I wanted to speak to his manager, now he says that he doesn't have a manager, WOW... what a load of crap this guy was telling me. I mean what kind of service is this. I mean if your product is not giving me what you people are advertising then take it back. Isn't that customer service? Total crap. Man Myntra, Flipkart and Snapdeal are far better than this crap service provided by Amazon. ** service... Absolutely hate Amazon. I have been a Prime member with AMAZON.com ever since the memberships were offered. So, in other words, I've been with them a long, long time. But, I think things have reached a point where AMAZON has just become too big to give personal service. Yes, AMAZON is handy to find products quickly, especially when looking for hard to find items. But, over the last year, their delivery service has become very undependable and their outsourced Customer Service is no help. Over the last 6 months, three Prime item deliveries did not arrive to our home on time or so late in the day (10 pm), that I had to call Customer Service to complain. Of course my calls got routed to some outsource service in India and the result was a simple, "sorry for the inconvenience, sir. We will try to do better next time." But the salt on the wound is that I was told that my Prime membership fee would be increasing next year from $99/anum to $119.
So let me get this straight AMAZON. Your delivery service has gotten so bad that packages don't show up on time, show up a day or more late, or get canceled altogether. In such situations, your outsourced Customer Service finds it impossible to help or resolve the problem. And now you are demanding your Prime members to pay more money for worse service. Good luck with that. I for one, don't need to be promised delivery in 2 days. I'll keep my $119 and either wait a week for delivery, or look to Target who has just announced delivery in 2 days at no extra cost.

Trusting once again AMAZON above the local market and other online shopping website (my mistake) I ordered Symphony air cooler (order no.: **) which got delivered on 3rd May, after checking the package I came to know that the seller has not sent the free trolley, so I raised the return with AMAZON and guys to my surprise it's been more than 7 days today and nothing has been done by AMAZON except just sending me emails that your order will be picked up in next 48 business hours – the 48 hours which starts from zero every day. If you see the way they write a reply to you, you will be surprised as the words nowhere match the services given by AMAZON to its customers.
They have no control over their product sellers and courier service provider (blue dart) so they keep lying and who will be the sufferer – the consumer, trusting my relationship with AMAZON I even requested them to close the issue urgently as I have a 3 months old daughter and it's summer time which makes it very difficult for her because of the heat, but all in vain AMAZON has no sympathy for her too. They have one and only one thing as a solution, big words on email with nothing in reality. My money is stuck with them and have nothing as a solution from AMAZON. So guys pls keep in mind the way AMAZON services the so called international company with no international standard, are before ordering something which may get returned, as in the end your money will get stuck with them and you and your family will suffer and AMAZON will blissfully, keep writing you heavy promising words that return will happen soon which will never happen.

Horrible experiences. I have been using Amazon during years and I have noticed it is getting worse and worse. Customer service agents do not speak proper English and it is always hard for them to understand what customer said, every time I called I have to be repeating my personal information more than 3 times because they never find my account. They use sellers that change couriers last minute and more than 5 time my items have been lost. Using UPS most of the time which it is always a terrible delivery company.
Last time my item got lost Amazon agent connect me with UPS over the phone without asking me first and asking me to deal directly with UPS like I was Amazon employee. I asked for a compensation and I was only offered $10 available to use with Amazon items, not with other sellers. Sometimes they never reimburse 100% of the money and they stated you need to wait 3 or 5 business day to get it back to your credit card. I WILL NEVER USE AMAZON ANYMORE!

I always had issues with Amazon order and I had to contact with the customer service to resolve the issues. Most of the time I ended up with a refund although I always wanted products I ordered for. So, my experience with Amazon is really bad. I had a couple of Amazon gift cards and I could not but use Amazon.com again to order something. This time is it terrible. Amazon shipped me a wrong item. Finding no other alternative (replacement) I requested a refund and contacted the customer service for shipping me the product I ordered for.
If I place an new order it has to be at least $35 for to be eligible for free shipping. Product price was lower than $35. In brief, customer service asked me to make new order and pay for shipping and all other charges and they assured me of leaving a note about refund and asked me to contact them for refund once I receive it. I avoided this option since my trust level to Amazon is at a minimum. I thought Amazon could replace me with the product I ordered since this was totally Amazon's fault, Instead, they wanted that to be done by me. I will avoid buying from Amazon, maybe, because of my bad luck with Amazon.

Amazon continuously keeps billing me for Prime membership when I have cancelled many times in the past. This time they billed $99 to a card I do not have anymore, then they refunded $99 to the card I do have anymore, so now I'm out of $99. They continuously take money out of my account for services that I do not have. I have contacted them many times on this issue and still is not resolved as of 5/9/2018. This has been going on for 2 + years. I have finally deleted my account because they have cheated me out of a lot of money. They also need to train their customer service to understand the language for the people to understand their concerns.

I work as a door person in Chelsea, today I experienced a super rude, disrespectful Amazon Prime delivery guy. We receive deliveries at our building through our freight entrance. I told him he could not enter through the front. Had to use the side entrance. He did not like this, started mumbling under his breath & used the freight. Coming back down, he still used the front entrance; I explained to him he has to carry the hand truck due to the carpeting in the building. He responded “he isn’t carrying **” & proceeded to roll the hand truck through, as he exited the building called me the B-word in front of vendors.
Once he saw I took a photo of him he started yelling all types of profanities & re-entered the building to yell at me some more. Some supervisors from the building had to go speak to him & ask him to leave the premises. I am shocked that Amazon would have people with such poor customer service handling customers. He was extremely threatening & rude. This is a really bad reflection on Amazon as a company. I have pictures, videos, & witnesses to his behavior, even the license plate of the vehicle he was driving hopefully Amazon does something about workers like this.

I went to Amazon to pay my bill as I usually do, and I noticed a few discrepancies in regards to my Amazon Store Card balances. As I have to call them about this every month. I called Synchrony only to be directed to Amazon. Spoke with CS at Amazon; only to be redirected to Synchrony; and Synchrony once again sent me to Amazon. (This occurred each time during the many phone calls) At which point I asked for the number of the Corporate Office I was given 8448310999, 8662161072.
I called number and was greeted "hello Amazon, how may I help you"; I proceeded to relay my concerns regarding the fluctuating balances on my account for around the past six months; and also the debits for my Prime membership coming out of my store card when it is even on my account to take this payment from my debit card; which is to no avail. To make this short; he asked if I would give him permission to go in my Amazon Account. I did so. Next thing I knew I had 250.00 taken from my checking account for a 250.00 gift card; then 100.00; as quickly went to some site called Coinbase. "Watching him steal right before my eyes in horror I quickly demanded "this is not Amazon" and he is yelling saying "this is Amazon." I told him to, "Put every cent you just stole back into my account." His reply was, "Cannot."
All you have to do is buy a 500.00 Walmart card. I don't know what he was talking about. I had to request new credit cards, change my bank accounts. My emails, and passwords; and different businesses and entities to be notified about this change of which I had to walk in. My money was put back. But let me say. I called Amazon again to try to get the Corporate Office number; spoke to a Rep Donna **, who said that she didn't know the number; that they don't have a number for him. I asked her who is him; I just need the number requested. She asked me to hold on while she checks. Came back a few moments later; and gave me the same numbers 8448310999, and 8662161072; the very same numbers whereby I was scammed. What is going on!!! I am so overwhelmed and not understanding how a huge well known business like Amazon is giving customers scam numbers.
Then upon emailing Amazon; their emails are spoofed also. So, I have refrained from any contact with them; for I would not know who I was actually speaking with. By the way each rep I spoke to had no knowledge, or any information regarding Amazon Corporate. Here are the names: Jeremy, Andy, Emily, Donna Lee, Emil, Chris, Tiffani, Jeffrey, Brittany, Rick Edgar, Michelle. A if them reacted. Nervously; when I asked for Corporate Office number; and replied they don't give us that number, or we don't have it. Note: The same CS number that is on their website led to scam; that I have been calling since joining Amazon.

I have been an Amazon Prime member for a very long time. It used to be great. Rarely, if ever did a package arrive late or missing altogether. In fact, in the beginning years of Amazon, I never had an issue - period. Now recently, over the past 12 months (late 2017 & early 2018) it is like I've been dealing with an entirely different company. I want to say out of the last 10 orders I have placed, whether it be a $20 purchase or $400 purchase, about 7 have had some form of difficulties. Either they are late, entirely missing, sent two & asking me to box and send the extra back. I CONSTANTLY have to call and ask "What the hell is going on here? Where is my package?" There is a reason I choose 2 or 1 day shipping - it is because I expect it and need the product at that time. Lately a 2 day shipping has ended up being 4 - 8 days.
The last order I placed was $100. I ordered it 3 days ago. I asked for 1 day shipping. It was suppose to arrive yesterday, and I've heard nothing from anybody... just some message saying, "Sorry your package is running late. If it is not there in 3 more days, call us!" No tracking information provided, no idea where the package is. For reference, my last packaged I order before this disappeared. Never got to my door. It took a week for them to fix it. Now look what is happening, just a few weeks later? The same issue. & it is most likely going to continue to happen. Looks like Amazon is getting fat and happy with all the money they are pulling in.

Well 2018 came along and the overall quality and experience with ordering from Amazon has drastically decreased. I have not received items I have ordered. I have received items I did Not ordered and when I do receive an item the quality may not be that great. I did order an item that stated was real leather and it was actually textile.
Some of the products is still good but I suspect that will eventually go too, so I will not be ordering from Amazon again after this month and I suggest to anyone who is considering to not bother. It is more of a hassle than benefit. No one want to anticipate the arrival of a product and then realize it never going to arrive or it's just not what you ordered, really sad that they let the sellers who have no customer service ruin it for them, customers and the honest sellers that do send a quality product.

They make it quick and easy to return bad merchandise and get refunds. The only thing I don't like is their new "add on" program which are items that can only be shipped with a qualifying order of $25 or more. It's supposed to keep the price of the product down by going around shipping costs but the downside is that instead of getting the product quickly (as we usually do with Amazon Prime) you need to wait for the next time you order something for $25 or more. I tried to leave a review on Amazon regarding yet another fake product that I had unknowingly purchased and Amazon deleted it because it was not flattering to Amazon, I have the email that states this. Pretty ridiculous especially since the fake could have been dangerous. So far to date the fakes that I have had are lots of clothes made with really bad material and constructed horribly, (minor of an issue for fakes but still not ok), and the bigger issues with fake products are fake organic tea made specifically for breastfeeding mothers, bare minerals make-up, organic lip-stain, vacuum cleaner belts, and there are several more. These items being fakes and unknown what their true contents are, is DANGEROUS, I put these things in body and my child's through breastfeeding and on my skin. What a deplorable business to do something and Amazon is just as guilty allowing it to happen. I have NO idea what is in these products.
Any garment bought in China will be made with horrible material and very very cheaply made yet the price will reflect the products sold in America that though still made typically in China are managed by USA quality control a lot better, so you are getting these cheap garments that are not worth the usual price of USA garments but that is what you are paying, and our money in USA dollars is a lot more in Chinese Yuan so these companies are making quite a bit of money overcharging for extremely sub-par garments. The fake vacuum belts that I bought are dangerous because I have no idea what they are now that I know they are not legitimate Eureka belts so they could have wrecked my machine, the rubber material or whatever it was could have permanently melted to my vacuum and caused a fire or broke my machine.
Then there is the shipping issues. I have ordered about 50 to 100 items off of Amazon in the last two months and out of those items only about 5 packages came on time, and some of them didn't even come at all. It's not just that they didn't come late, the majority, it's that the tracking would clearly say that "there is a delay in your shipment because your item was sent to the wrong facility", and it said this on countless items. I would get a hold of Amazon's customer service, (which I could only get through on the chat option online) and I would get zero help, no one could ever tell me what was going on or why my packages were being sent to the wrong place.
Then I received an email telling me that an order was canceled because it was suspicious to them, turns out it was an order from over a year ago when I had tried to make a purchase and the system kept crashing my checkout. Why did it take them a year to investigate that? They thought it was suspicious but it took them a year to decide to cancel it??? Oh my gosh, I had no idea that Amazon was so bad, I really thought that I was spending my money on a decent network of companies and not an illegitimate retailer with a network of shady businesses selling FAKE items, and dangerous FAKE items at that, because if I am pregnant or breastfeeding my child whatever crap that is in the tea or makeup that can harm my child as it would me.
I have tried to give Amazon so many attempts to fix these issue and the customer service agents always say there is nothing they can do. I ask for a manager and they say there is nothing they can do. In this case, I have resolved to never purchase off of there again, I would rather buy my products (usually at a lot cheaper prices) at actual stores so I can trust what I am getting is not only what I am getting but I am getting it right then and there and not dealing with so much of the hassle.

Since sometime between now and January, Amazon has gone downhill FAST. I just ordered a plastic portable file box for $16. Awesome right? No. I went to check out, and even though it was being sold as a "prime" item, it's going to take an entire week to get here, or I could pay an extra $5.49 for it to be delivered a day earlier. Seriously? And this is not the only item.
I ordered some Crayola Markers for my kids on a Wednesday early morning. The item was marked as "prime". Once I added the item to my cart to check out, I was told my item would be delivered on the following TUESDAY. Seriously. These are not PRIME items. The WHOLE REASON we originally signed up for Prime was the FREE 2 DAY SHIPPING. Where has that gone. I honestly can't remember the last item I ordered that was legitimately delivered in the FREE 2 DAY window. Seriously. NOT renewing our next Prime membership, especially with them raising the price. It is a very easy online website to do business with. Their protection plans are the lowest next to Walmart. I would recommend this site to friends and family.

It is very to shop, I received in less than 5 days. Bought flower bulbs, received in great condition. Will definitely use again. So convenient to shop from home. I hope my personal info wasn't compromised.

This year (2018), I have limited my shopping on Amazon. I guess you could say the bloom is off the rose. I only shop for things I can't find anywhere else, or they have the lowest price around. I don't have Prime so they make me wait 2 weeks for a shipment and this is a huge turnoff.

I am a retired grandma that watches my grands during the week and since retiring, I really dislike going to stores. I have found that Amazon fills at least 60% of my outside needs. Anytime anything is substandard or not as advertised, Amazon makes it right. Count me in as an Amazon addict.

The ease of finding what I was looking for, seeing the product reviews and how people experienced the value was important. Followed by length of time to receive the products which was always followed by order placed, shipping information and then time to expect delivery. The final review is generally a follow up by the manufacturer as to how everything went, to include a review of the product. Perhaps most important issue is I know right away whether the product is available, saving countless lost time spent in brick and mortar places that are in such disarray lately.

Through the purchases, items received were low-grade value for the price paid. The company likes to take advantage of an individual's information and charging repeatedly without the consumer's knowledge. Thank goodness for my alerts! However, it's quite daunting when one has to wait to speak with a representative from the company to not have the monies replaced immediately!

I like the ease of shopping on Amazon. Honestly, way more efficient/convenient than doing the brick and mortar thing. The checkout goes quickly, the series of emails they send to acknowledge and to give shipping are given within 24 hours. I never feel like I have to worry, it will ship when promised. The worse part is sometimes I make a bad selection - online pictures don't always give enough detail and the descriptions on some things could give greater detail. But I like how they do returns - I am a Prime member - seems like they credit once the tracking number hits UPS.

Amazon provides valuable service and savings with the Prime membership, along with the Amazon basics line, the add-on items, and Prime pantry. For folks who may be less mobile, Amazon delivers almost everything one needs, cutting down on the need for more frequent brick and mortar trips.

I have been able to find things on Amazon.com that I would not be able to find shopping locally. Even a battery and charger for my 20 year old HP laptop running XP. Never had a problem with Amazon.com but wish that they would lower the price needed for free shipping.

They are very good at having reviews online about the product, are easy to find a variety of choices, stand behind their products, and have quality items. When reading reviews, some people complain about counterfeit products, but I have not found this to be the case. My only complaint is that in Prime, the prices are not as competitive as they used to be.

Shopping experience is amazing, things are easy to find. The price comparisons between new and used for the product I really love. Having Amazon Prime is the next best part of Amazon, so much and does not break your pockets. Recommendations are helpful too.

I've never been disappointed with Amazon, I've only had to send back a few things over the years, it's been easy and painless, quick response and fast refund. I had one return package 'lost at delivery' experience, but I believe it was the seller not wanting to return my money, and denied receiving the package. Amazon offered to make it right.
