Since being temporarily disabled, it's been a wonderful way for me to get what I need. I've had very few problems - usually resolved quickly and efficiently. More challenges with Firefox however. But buying on Amazon is fine.

Amazon has a huge number of items to choose from! When Family and friends ask for prices and availability on products, we almost always wind up purchasing them from Amazon. If you take the time to search through the vendors offerings, you can regularly find low prices. The key is to research the item! Cost and shipping have been a huge factor in my choice of using Amazon. Also, if there is a problem with an order, Amazon is quick to respond and resolve your issue. Been using Amazon since 2002 and it has been a reliable source for most of my shopping needs, as well as family and friends.

Now is the time to get just about anything you could possibly want or need in less than 24 hours. Amazon has it all. Late one Saturday night my back went out. To Amazon.com, I went, ordered a lower back support and before I had even woken up the next morning, the support had been delivered to my front door. That was extremely helpful. I've ordered groceries to be sent to my son at college. Another quick delivery. I also appreciate Amazon's return policy. They make it really easy. If I need to return anything I can drop it at Kohl’s and they take care of it all, packaging, everything. Consumers beware! Lots of restraint is required when so much is available so quickly.

Amazon always has exactly what I am looking for and I love the quick delivery. The only negative thing I have encountered is some drivers don't seem to try to put your package in an inconspicuous place when they deliver - I've found my packages just tossed right in front of the door where they could easily be seen by anyone. Other than that, Amazon's customer service is great and that is extremely important to me.

Great choices, great selection, great prices in most cases. I can sometimes find items on other site with better prices. I can also sometimes find items carried on other site that are not offered on this one.

I rarely shop in-store these days. When I need or want something, my first move is to look on Amazon. More often than not, Amazon has exactly what I'm looking for, at a lower or comparable price than I would find locally. Amazon also offers a larger selection than most retail stores, and the customer reviews are a huge help in my decision making process. Another plus is the fact that because I'm a 'Prime' member, I get free shipping. I usually receive my item next day or second day delivery.

Amazon can be great. But there’s a lot less regulation on who sells what at what price. Which means it’s unclear sometimes if you’re getting an item that’s legit or a knockoff. Also reviewers get paid so they can easily lie.

An online store that put the customers first, regardless of how long you've been dealing with them. Amazon make you feel that you are the best customer they ever had. When I buy at Amazon, I do it, with assurance that I will not have any problems, even if I encounter one. Thumb up for Amazon.

I buy a lot from Amazon. The prices are a lot cheaper than where I live. The products are of good quality and the delivery is quite fast. I like to see the reviews. Some times it tells me if it will fit what I have.

This company will place packages for multiple users in Luxer lockers. Drivers just cram packages into Luxer lockers, names not facing out. This is not a time of honesty so someone could purposefully take multiple packages that do not belong to them. For someone with back issues this is a problem. For an older person this is a problem. People are mean and requiring someone to empty a locker of multiple items searching for their own package AND requiring that person to place multiple packages back into locker is TOTALLY RIDICULOUS.

I can always find the products I want, I receive them quickly, and if they are not right return them with like no hassle or cost. Also the cost is always great, If necessary. I can reach a customer service person for help.

They shipped the wrong product! In addition I have to drive to a local Kohl's to return the wrong product. Still waiting for the product I purchased. I need the product I purchased, a cellphone case, to protect my newly purchased cellphone.

It is better if you can to buy at a local retail store. Amazon is putting places out of business and don't pay their workers well or treat them well. I will try not to purchase online unless I have to. I know it is easy to sit down to a computer to order, but that is paying into the system. Also Amazon didn't get a Christmas gift here in time.

Amazon.com has such a large selection of all sorts of items, & at a great price, plus, their shipping options, make them my first choices. I always love their coustomer service department. They are very responsive, & work hard, to please their customers.

Amazon has made my life so much easier where shopping is concerned. I do at least 60% of all my shopping on Amazon now, from clothing to spices to electronics and digital music. I love the prices, the choices, and the super fast shipping with Prime membership.

Ever since Amazon's in-house delivery service started in Kansas City, I have consistently had packages not delivered either on time or at all. What's the point of paying for a Prime Membership if Amazon can't deliver on the service I'm paying for (guaranteed delivery dates)?

I purchased a couple of gift cards, got home and tried to load them to my account and was informed they had been used. How does that happen. Went back to store where I bought them and they said they can’t take them back contact Amazon. Contacted amazon. Got the run around. Then was told someone else used them. They could not tell me when or who but would not refund my money even though it had only been couple days. I am finding out this is a big problem and amazon refuses to fix the problem so they are defrauding customers who buy their gift cards by not securing their sale or refunding. This is fraud by amazon because they refuse to help, do not buy amazon gift cards.

I love shopping at Amazon, but in the past 3 months, many of my purchases have been lost or delayed. Customer service has been helpful, but there is a problem with shipping to the correct address. One of my orders was sent to Kentucky, and was never delivered. Another was sent to New York, and no date when I can expect it. 2 Christmas gifts were lost on a FedEx truck, and one gift shipped from China had to be reordered as it was never received. I never had these problems before this past holiday season, and now it’s a gamble whether my packages will be delivered at all. There must have been some kind of change in the shipping dept that should be investigated and repaired.

Amazon used to be very reliable and very good customer service. No longer! I have had to call multiple times recently in the last few months. Thay are delivering my packages to the wrong address, and losing them. I get them late repeatedly. I have Prime and am supposed to get guaranteed 2 day delivery. Not anymore. I put things in my cart then when I check out, my shipping date changes. I ordered 2 gifts for my grandson whose baby is due soon. Supposed to be 1 day delivery. The order stated they were mailed at the same time but only one got there. Then I get an email stating the other one was coming the next day.

I absolutely love Amazon. They make it very easy to shop with them and do returns. They have great Customer Service as well. Amazon employs a lot of people where I live, which is awesome. Again, a great company that has an incredible, sky-high future!

You can usually find everything you need on Amazon and at great prices. Everything I have purchased has been the same quality as in local stores. There is never a problem with returns and the cost is credited to your account quickly.

Recently I had to make a return on a gift item, requiring communication as a third party. Amazon store employees and telephone customer service folks all gave wonderful support! I could not have asked for better results.

I love shopping on Amazon. I don’t have to drive anywhere and my purchases are delivered to my door. I can comparison shop without going anywhere and know I am getting the best deal. The variety and quality of items is extremely wide and I can read reviews immediately. Amazon almost always has what I need and I usually have it within a day or two. Returns are also super easy. If you are not pleased, Amazon will do their best to make it right!

I appreciate how quickly we can receive our items in the mail. The ease of ordering is great too. Finding my Kindle books is confusing sometimes. It’s nice to have ease of ordering from such a wide selection in all categories.

Has everything you can imagine, prices can be a little high for some items. Don't always follow delivery instructions. I specify certain dates to make sure I am home so this is an important issue for me.

I usually find the items that I need with a good price. Also knowing Amazon stands behind their products and shipping makes me at ease. I have never had an issue so I will continue to buy from them.

Great user experience and easy checkout process. Most of the third party products are good quality and responsive to customer needs and not-satisfactory feedback. I really appreciate the return policy and security in the site. I’ll keep using Amazon and will keep recommending.

I do use the Amazon app regularly, and I am always impressed. Who could imagine that a bookstore, could became what Amazon has become. Great package and delivery is wonderful for me… I hope it’s good for you too!

One stop shopping, what's not to like?!? I am a Mom & Pop store shopper so hard for me to admit that Amazon makes my life so easy, I sometimes forego the small brick and mortars in favor of the easiest shopping in the world. You can find ANYTHING on Amazon, in particular two albums I'd been trying to find for the last 40 years . . . a Christmas album called Something Festive, with Herb Alpert, Brazil 66, Claudine Longet, etc., and then just the BEST album of Eric Clapton's, The History of, from the Yardbirds to Cream, just made my whole year. Now all I gotta do is find someone to transfer them to CD for me!!!

I love shopping Amazon because they deliver quickly, have a fantastic return policy, credit your payment for a return the same day, and have most everything I need—and then some! I especially love reading reviews about a product to see what works or doesn’t work for people who have purchased that same product.

Amazon does have a large variety of products, but it seems the options within those products has decreased over the last few years. I don't always want namebrand, sometimes I like to support small companies.

AMAZON is a one-stop shop, the quality of their products are excellent, delivery and customer service is among the best. I would definitely recommend shopping there, you will not be disappointed. It's worth every penny you may spend.

My Amazon experience is always quick and easy. The website is pretty easy to navigate around. I always read all the reviews of the products range I'm looking at see real feedback from buyers. When I receive my products, packaging is always great and pretty secure. When I have had to call customer service, it has always been a good experience. I'm always buying CD's and Amazon selection is great, and pricing is competitive.

I have found that Amazon is my go to for almost everything. They have so much to offer and great prices. I love the subscription service, and being able to use Alexa when I need a reminder to order something is awesome! I am very busy and having to go to the store is, well just a pain. Amazon allows me to get what I need delivered directly to my door in a timely manner. If I have an issue with an order, Amazon is always quick to resolve the issue immediately. Although I think the Amazon Prime Membership is a little high, for me it's worth if for the pure convenience of the services. I highly recommend Amazon to anyone who is busy and would like the ease and convenience of not having to shop and have the things you need delivered directly to your front door. Amazon is amazing when it comes to customer service! The return policy is phenomenal. I love that when having Prime, I can get most of my packages two days after purchasing. I do all of my online shopping on Amazon because of these very reasons! I also love when returning to UPS, through Amazon, I usually just have to scan a QR code & they take care of the rest! Amazon is fast, easy, & I can find the greatest deals there! I rarely have to worry if an item will work for me, because they have tons of reviews per product. Amazon also has ONE day shipping, sometimes, which is GREAT!! I am so thankful Amazon is an option for me, because it’s a fabulous one!

Amazon is very convenient, but I don't like that they hurt small businesses. I use them a lot, and generally like the products I order. Returns tend to be easy. Customer support has been good, most of the time. One thing Amazon does that I hate is sometimes they refuse to post a negative review.

The quality of goods on Amazon has greatly decrease. The reviews can rarely ever be trusted. Most of the stuff you buy now is garbage from China. It won't last and is not as good as advertised. There needs to be a better quality control group checking things out on amazon.

Amazon certainly has everything. There are good product descriptions, lots of pictures, answered questions. I read the reviews even if I am not buying from Amazon. The only problem is sometimes shipping is very slow.

They never knock. Drop package at door and leave. You can be home and never know your package has been delivered because they don’t knock. Ships fast but could care less if you actually receive your item.

I have never had an issue with Amazon. I’ve ordered everything from TV’s to cat food. I like their shipment notifications, the variety of products and the pricing is very comparable to places like Walmart, Target and Costco. On the very few items I have had to return, they were all processed timely and refunds given, with no hassles or endless customer service calls. An easy process.

I don't bother with prime, no need to, Amazon has really fast shipping on majority of their products. They are quick to respond with problems, concerns or questions. Their secondary sellers aren't always as good but I do like safe buying with Amazon.

I am very happy with Amazon. I could only afford at Christmas and every order was received in time, someday I'll be normal and have extra money and buy whenever if God is on my side! I SEE items all the time but I can never afford them, I would love to do a survey and get a 250 certificate so I could put my wardrobe in order and I sure could use a new winter coat and boots! Love the convenience of comparing prices and comparing products on Amazon while I’m in a retail store or at home. Most of the time the Amazon product is cheaper, free shipping with Prime and Free Returns which is AWESOME!! Amazon is my go to shopping mall!!!

I am mobility challenged at this time in my life. Amazon has made it possible to easily purchase mundane things such as batteries and light bulbs, items for my house, clothes. There isn’t anything I need or want that can’t be found on Amazon.

Amazon shipping is simply amazing. They have set a new standard for online shopping. I would not be surprised if the major shipping companies have seen a loss to the bottom line financials. I ordered a package via Amazon on Sunday... and received it MONDAY!

Amazon and Amazon warehouse has a very good selection of products in a wide range of price. I have also found shipping fee is very fair and free of over $25. Amazon offers customer support on the majority of its products.

Overall the experience is exceptional. The only thing that sometimes gets hard to understand is what’s next day shipping. It might say next day but towards the end of check out, it says some other later date. I find that confusing and also frustrating. I’ve had this happen every few shopping experiences. On a different note the subscribe and save feature is a great price and value. We order diapers all the time having children and this keeps us stocked but still fits within the budget.

My experience with Amazon is really great, their customer support is really helpful during certain situations and I shop with them all the time and will recommend them to anyone. Their prices are very reasonable.

Several of my credit cards started to have charges from Amazon that I did not make. I contacted customer service on at least seven occasions trying to understand what was happening. I then disputed the charges I thought were unauthorized. Amazon states that some of the charges were authorized and blocked my account. They will not tell me what the charges are or what merchandise I had ordered. I continue to call and speak with a foreign service agent that can not tell me what the charges are for and my account remains blocked now for over 3 weeks. Extremely poor service for a company that has allowed my account to be hacked!

I purchased an item on AMazon.com.au via an affiliated Amazon supplier and my item never arrived. After numerous attempts to contact the seller, which were never answered, Amazon finally returned my initial purchase value. It was 2 months between the time I made the purchase and the time I was refunded. Bottom line is, Amazon is not the safe, trusted brand that you are led to believe. The best customer experience is still to go into your local store, these online giants have a long way to go.

Huge selection and variety. Always quick delivery of purchases, and any issues that arise (which is not often) are immediately addressed and resolved by customer service. Amazon also has its own brand, which offers even lower prices on "generic" items of equal or better quality.

Amazon has made a huge difference in my life- I have small children and it makes it so much easier to get what I need without leaving them up into the car. Especially when time is a constraint. When I am shopping for any item, I always compare price at Amazon before purchase. I am a long time Prime member, which covers two day shipping on most items I order. When I have had reason to need customer service, I have been well satisfied.

I feel like sometimes Amazon doesn't believe you when you say package was stolen. It happen to me and they wanted me to take off work for a police report. I buy as lot on the site and still after I still do I just hope they have my back like I have theirs by continuing to shop.

Massive variety of items, qualities, sizes, weights, colors and prices. Extremely fast delivery, especially on Amazon fulfilled. Easy returns/problem solving. Packing excellent, out of hundreds of orders (five people at our address) never had any order arrived damaged in any way. Happy with overall quality (you get what you pay for). Not to mention the easy use and entertainment of online shopping. You can easily zero in on exactly what you want, or browse at your own speed looking for ideas or that one perfect thing you are kind of hazy on. I find it useful for business or personal shopping.

When they do ship items they're often damage due to heat or cold and they want you to provide them with the damage product. Example tide pods. Those were all in a big bundle. They are supposed to come out one at a time. It was 1 single huge cube of moss that had melted together. I told them about it. They sent me another 1 but they wanted me to ship that 1 back. It was too messy to ship back. It's ridiculous that you can't talk to these people and tell him what's going on. I don't know how to get something back. That's a big messy blob of nothing. It had a cut in the pods container. It was leaking. I didn't know what to do and they couldn't help me. They just charged me double.

I once made a purchase from Amazon and when the item arrived it was it was damaged. I informed Amazon right away they refunded me and I was not required to send the item back and that was a great experience for me. Most places I purchased products from give you a hard time about refunds so this impressed me and I do more shopping with Amazon for my online shopping than with any other company.

I have shopping at Amazon for 21 years. I have also been a Amazon Prime member for over 15 years. I have never had a problem with Amazon. They are absolutely the best online retailer in America. They have always treated me with respect and professionalism. They have gone so far as to refunding me money on a purchase before receiving my returns. They are the best.

Simple to use and I can usually find what I'm looking for at a decent cost. Unfortunately, some items I am hoping to find are either not available or are marked up to a ridiculous price. I hope Amazon will change this in the future.

OMG! Amazon is the best thing since green tea... okay, since sliced bread. It is a tremendous convenience for seniors like myself who are without transportation and may have mobility issues. The best benefit for members is definitely Prime, which offers 2-day free shipping for most items. Oh! If you receive EBT, your Prime membership is only $5.99. The best investment I could have made.

I love Amazon. It has a variety of items and they are normally cheaper than any other stores. They have good quality items. I have never had a problem with my others through Amazon. My items come at a reasonable time. You know ahead of time before you buy the items if they will be there on time. That's what I like about Amazon. I don't have to guess when my items will be at my house.

I love to shop at Amazon, they have everything I am looking for. I get gifts there for my granddaughters, and that can be quite a task. I also buy dog food and cosmetics there. I moved to a small town 5 years ago after living the big city life for 30 plus years. It was a shock to not be able to go to the store and get what I needed. So I found Amazon, and that made my transition so much more bearable.

I shop on Amazon about 3-5 times a month. It's great for heavy items like kitty litter, laundry detergent, etc that I don't really want to lift and carry. I had a bad experience once when an Amazon employee left my packages at the wrong home. They sent the items again at no cost to me and even gave me a credit. With Amazon you can leisurely shop in the comfort of your own home for just about anything. Amazon automatically shows other items for you to compare so you don't have to keep searching for a better price, etc. Shipping costs are usually free or very inexpensive. They save items you previously viewed. You can add items to a wish list or cart to purchase a later date. You can review all of your past orders. Your payment methods are stored securely in your account.

Other than fresh foods, we use Amazon for about 75% of all of our purchases. We can find just about anything at a low price. Plus being able to order everything from the comfort of your own home and quick shipping is great.

Not only do I find products I can't find around my home, I feel safe purchasing from Amazon. I know I can return with no problems with private and sometimes shady dealers. Also how fast I can get my delivery, not to find out it is coming from China and have to wait a month. I just trust Amazon.

Amazon used to be the place to go and get things quickly. Now they no longer offer the next day shipping but never actually advised customers of this. They still charge a monthly fee but do not deliver as they promise.

Love the convenience and customer ratings. With Prime, most items arrive in 1-2 days. Because I am a caregiver, the site is my go-to for most everything, with the exception of clothing. I am doing some home renovations and I have been able to purchase a lot of things and have them delivered, which helps a lot!

I use Amazon for work to purchase supplies and have not had any trouble with these purchases or returns. When I have purchased for personal use again, I have had no problems. Although I am still waiting for an item I purchased earlier in the month and hope it is of good quality since it is coming from China.

Shopping on Amazon is always very convenient. We live in a rural area and driving into town takes up a lot of time. Being a Prime member allows me the “almost instant gratification” of getting my products in a quick manner. The only thing that you need to be cautious with is with the shop's return policy. Unlike brick and mortar stores, a receipt will not necessarily get you a full refund so be aware of the refund policies before placing an order.

I like the fact that I can find a variety of products on Amazon marketplace. I also like the prices. The only thing I don't like is the shipping wait time cost and for non-Prime customers. I wish they have a prime option with a small amount of payment for customers that just want to buy a single product per month.

I am now 76 years old and sometimes I do not feel well. I go to my computer. When I need anything at a good price, there is Amazon. Sometime I become sick, know right where I can get it. The next day it is right at my door.

Order in the am and rec product same day pm. Always right on time no matter what. Delivery people are so nice. We do a lot of shopping online and Amazon has them all beat! I would recommend to Amazon to anyone.

I do not have transportation so Amazon is good for me. I can compare products to choice the best for me. I have purchased many books. You can look them up by author, genre, hardcover or softback. I am looking for a microwave. They have many to choice from. They start from inexpensive to high end, from easy to use to complicated or many features. They compare brands on many different levels. This is very helpful in making a decision. By buying from home I can think about what I have read. I can take my time to think about what I want. No rush to buy, no pressure. If you are a Prime member you get your items faster. I have been satisfied with everything I have ordered. Customer Service has been very helpful. If something is damaged or the wrong item is sent they will help. As you can see I am very satisfied with Amazon. I would recommend them to anyone.

When I need to purchase an item and don't have the time to go to the store physically, Amazon has been a reliable source that makes things convenient and provides a variety of products that can be compared from other sellers. Amazon also provides opportunities for individuals to also become sellers. In addition you can look at reviews in order to determine if this particular product is right for you. Amazon also has a great refund policy although I have never needed to use it. There are a variety of shipping options which also makes purchasing items seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Amazon to other shoppers as well as my family and friends.

I have never had any problems with Amazon's delivery process. Very accurate delivery timing. Always delivered in good condition. I have met a couple drivers and they were cordial and professional. Packages are delivered to places that are as much out of the weather as possible or have been put in a plastic bag. I will continue to use this service.

Amazons customer service has went down to a level that is highly disappointing. They refuse to refund my money to my bank account even though I was told by them in multiple occasions that’s exactly what they would be doing but now I’m being told the exact opposite. The first item wasn’t received so I had to purchase it a second time and it didn’t fit. I just want my money and want to trust that I am being told the truth.

Absolutely horrible service. At least a third of my items never come or are late! All I get are excuses or apologies. My last order was supposed to be Prime next day. After three days I called and they didn’t know where my item was or why it was delayed. They finally gave a refund but it was a hassle and I had to get my times through a different company. I’m shopping with Walmart and their 2 day shipping from now on. Amazon Prime is nothing but an expensive joke at this point.

Amazon is an on-line resource which delivery is dependable, especially if you are a Prime Member. I've received immediate credit when requested of very seldom overcharge. The prices for household products are competitive and Amazon has a vast selection of practically anything you can imagine.

I, personally, love Amazon. I can always find what I'm looking for and can compare prices. If I have a problem they correct it immediately. I also shop through smile.amazon.com which donates a percentage to a charity of your choice. Plus, you can't beat having what you need delivered right to your door.

I worry about the conditions under which Amazon's staff work and the impact this service is having on local retail outlets. It is also challenging to return items such as a CD player that didn't work properly.

Amazon has too much of variety. I love it but I get lost in too many options added to one page. After a while, I leave it and buy nothing. But when I buy, Amazon is there when needed. Always solve my issues.

Exp: They have full body PLATINUM SILICONE BABIES from diff companies so I bought one to see if it really was a platinum silicone and they are NOT..I make Platinum silicone babies So I used a small test to see if it was.. PLATINUM SILICONE WILL ONLY CURE ON PLATINUM SILICONE IN WHICH CASE IT DID NOT. The baby was very hard in the torso area..So I will say it's either tin silicone or industrial silicone and I def do not by any means want to buy them for a child bc it can be fatal to small children..They contacted me as well asking if I wanted to sell my babies. I said, "No thank you."

I like Amazon.com because they are one of the few online retailers that actually do offer free-shipping to Hawaii, which is invaluable. In terms of variety of products, I'd say they do have good amount for example, I managed to find some Chip's Ahoy cookies that were the root beer flavored. It was limited edition. Price wise, nowadays they are comparable to big box stores. Customer service is amazing, the few times I've had to contact them it felt like they truly cared, I remember once emailing their support about my concern of a birthday present for myself not arriving in time; and customer service upgraded that shipment to next-day shipping, and it arrived in time for my birthday! Overall, Amazon.com has lots of value for me.

I find Amazon literally thieve!! After ending my prime annual membership, they renewed it without my consent for the ordinary fee. I called yesterday saying I am student and would like to resume another year of school prime account membership; someone cancelled the membership and sent me an email including a link for school prime account. I clicked on it, and again automatically got charged for Ordinary membership, plus an extra 15$ joining fee.

Wide variety of items. Amazon ebooks don't care much for the well being or sales of authors. Some deals are great but many items are found lower on Ebay. Prime shipping remains superior in speed and prime video has great free content however prime videos might be surpassed by Netflix and Disney+ soon. I'd say Amazon is good for buying and ok for selling. I'd say if Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing didn't terminate accounts and instead deleted content they seem unsuitable, it would be a stronger platform and better for buyers and sellers. There should be proof of any infringement prior to suspension or termination. Amazon shouldn't ask sellers to "prove ownership" if Amazon itself is the publisher making Amazon the grantor of those rights of original works or for those that own master resale rights. Overall decent for buyers.
