So much easier than going to the mall and I can find a wider variety of items for most of the time less money. Shipping is fast and sometimes delivered the next day. The website is easy to use and check out is very easy when you put your credit card on file with them.

Despite the fact that I might find lower prices elsewhere, Amazon is my go-to because Prime makes everything so easy. You don't even have to pack up returns anymore, just drop them at your local Whole Foods.

I find Amazon literally thieve!! After ending my prime annual membership, they renewed it without my consent for the ordinary fee. I called yesterday saying I am student and would like to resume another year of school prime account membership; someone cancelled the membership and sent me an email including a link for school prime account. I clicked on it, and again automatically got charged for Ordinary membership, plus an extra 15$ joining fee.

I cannot say enough about Amazon, I am constantly ordering items for my 106 yr old mom. Lots of times the need is immediate and they have never failed to be on time with items that are imperative to her well being. Any concerns I have or had about my orders were immediately satisfied. Sunday delivery is great.

Amazon.com is literally the best thing since sliced bread. You can find just about anything and have it delivered right to your door. This saves the consumer time and money with the convenience offered. I cannot help, but say that Jeff Bezos is a genius for coming up with this business model. There are plenty of people out there with the resources to finance such a business model, but it takes true insight, creativity, and business acumen to author and implement what Amazon.com offers to the consumer.

I enjoy shopping on Amazon. The delivery options are very convenient. The Amazon lockers are a good option especially if they are near your job. At times, I have received items that were broken, look used, or just didn’t meet my expectations based off the description. The Prime Now app is also a convenient tool if you need groceries but don’t feel like going to the store. Within two hours you can get what you need, including wine and beer.

Very efficient service. Prime offers same-day delivery, although lately, they say next day they have been fending at a couple of days. If I wanted to wait, I would special order from other stores. Really need to change this. They originally did very good. Prices are comparable.

I am originally British and there are still English foods that I really miss. Over the years, Amazon has expanded to include items from many countries. Their food items are amazing, I am home-bound and I love the fact that I can get healthy, nutritious food delivered to my doorstep.

I love the ease of shopping at Amazon, the return is easy and delivery fast. I can look for anything I like and always something. You can also compare prices. The new return policy still needs improvement, tried to return something at Kohl's and I had to wait in line for 1/2 hour.

I Love Amazon because I can find anything and everything and the online website is super easy. Also, they sell items from small businesses who thus get their name out in the world. I have Prime membership so items are shipped within two days, unless I have chosen to support a small business, which may take a little longer. An excellent option in a busy world.

Wide variety of items. Amazon ebooks don't care much for the well being or sales of authors. Some deals are great but many items are found lower on Ebay. Prime shipping remains superior in speed and prime video has great free content however prime videos might be surpassed by Netflix and Disney+ soon. I'd say Amazon is good for buying and ok for selling. I'd say if Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing didn't terminate accounts and instead deleted content they seem unsuitable, it would be a stronger platform and better for buyers and sellers. There should be proof of any infringement prior to suspension or termination. Amazon shouldn't ask sellers to "prove ownership" if Amazon itself is the publisher making Amazon the grantor of those rights of original works or for those that own master resale rights. Overall decent for buyers.

Amazon makes life easier with subscribe and save, 2 day shipping etc. The majority of the time I can price check Walmart to Amazon and still make my purchase from Amazon. Excellent customer service and support.

I’m pretty much done with brick and mortar shopping for durable goods. Nobody has what I am looking for on the shelves. Amazon seems to have what I want and it is usually competitively priced, and most of the time it is shipped for free. Additionally I can support one of my favorite charities because I order through Amazon Smile. Win, win, win!

My whole entire life was ruined. I couldn't go anyplace without several people showing up to harass me. This has been going on for years before I ever came across amazon.com. This constant daily harassment really wore me down and kept me from going out. I only went when I really needed to. But what made it worse is that I had all this money stockpiling like I never had before but was very limited in ways to spend it. So in 2013 I get myself a modern day computer due to work demands and come across amazon.com. Well hey the rest is history! I love Amazon.com! I can shop at my leisure and spend again. Plus all these great prices they have to offer. Well this might not win me $250 bucks but it does provide me an opportunity to thank amazon.com for helping me with my very oppressed life and filling it with all kinds of stuff that I have found and bought from them. I have started using Amazon for much more of my everyday shopping. With their Prime delivery in one or two days it makes it super easy to get almost everything from them. Plus most of the time items are cheaper on here than at the store. You can find just about anything you can find at Walmart or Target. Plus in the rare occasion I have had an issue, Amazon has done a great job fixing the problem. Plus I have it linked to my favorite charity so every time I purchase something a small donation goes to my favorite charity.

I found in shopping through Amazon online the way you look up items is simplified. They are separated into categories and listed per household items or mechanical or yard/lawn and so on. There is a helpful support system along with a moneyback guaranty.

It should be clearer that when having to return whatever consumers are buying from a overseas company or location, they are responsible to pay for the shipping cost. I would NOT have purchased these items had I realized that I would have to absorb the cost of shipping the items back.

I shop exclusively online which results in many deliveries several times a week. Amazon consistently delivers on time, if not sooner if you choose your Prime delivery day instead of next day... I've even gotten things SAME DAY!!! The packaging is always neat, secure, and obviously has been handled with care. I signed up for Amazon Prime many years ago when they first offered it. Although I enjoy using the movie and music aspects, their fast, included free shipping has been invaluable to me. I’m 76, live in the country making the nearest shopping center a 60 mile round trip. I was able to do my entire Christmas shopping for example and have everything sent right to out of town family members. I never left my house.

I have been dealing with this company since 2011 and I only had a problem one time a shampoo bottle cap was loose and made a mess when opened box, more of fault from manufacture. They started out great. After becoming fully established they removed Alaskans from many of the deals. They started refusing to ship many items that would be shipped in the past. Most of their Savings programs were not offered to Alaskans as well. Alaska helped put Amazon on the map and then pulled the proverbial rug out from under us.

In the past two months, four packages I ordered from Amazon were lost, and I sought for refund. The first three got refunded successfully. For the fourth one, which is a Nintendo Switch game Ring Fit Adventure, the Amazon customer service told me that they made a so-called "dedicated" investigation group for that. Three days later, I received a NOTICE: POLICY WARNING, which accused me that too much packages lost from me and if I continued to do that, they would CLOSE my account. I think this is DISRESPECT, and I believe they regarded me as a liar. Amazon accused me as I was cheating for refund, while I actually did not receive the goods. The customer service was so terrible. I even suspected Amazon were RACISTS since I am an Asian. I didn't even receive an apology. If you are an Asian, trust me not to purchase anything on Amazon for shipping.

I had made an order for my mother who lives in another state. They told me my order will arrive within two days to my present address, off of my last order. I explained to them in the middle of the night that I wanted to go to a different address. I was expecting it to arrive two days later at my mother's. It arrived 7 hours later in the morning with no one being aware. How in the world could that happen. Thanks, Amazon. That was impossible. My mother was all giggles.

I like Amazon but I have noticed that the pricing is higher than it used to be so it's best to shop around. The website is easy to use and they have a reminder of what you have viewed in the past so you have an idea of what you were looking at in the past and can compare pricing with other sellers. I like the look of the site and it is easy to navigate through it. Ordering is also easy. I like that Prime members get free shipping for the most part along with other perks and shipping is fast.

I have never before encountered a company that can fulfill an order so efficiently in terms of speedy delivery and correct contents while guaranteeing the precise delivery time. Shopping at Amazon is a preferred option for older retired folks especially as the delivery time is almost as fast as purchasing an item at a local store. New Delivery service, their web notification service is very basic, does not give accurate info, they need to upgrade the notification process. Their delivery times are very general and if you are having the parcels delivered to a receiver, need to know what time to go to pick up parcels.

Amazon is great to work with. If I have a problem with a product I've ordered, I can send it back with no questions. I was even able to get a free label and packaging by dropping off my item at a local UPS store. They've worked with me in the past regarding a fraud issue too.

Amazon is extremely convenient and has a huge selection of everything. The problem is that the Prime membership can be costly and then if you do any cost research, they are usually NOT the best price. You pay for that fast shipping that is "free" in that sometimes inflated price. Last few years it has turned in to a marketplace for Chinese knock offs. But I have been a prime member for 20 years, amazon is ingrained in my life through Alexa, Prime video, fire sticks, Prime music. I steadily shop less and less on amazon as the "value" has declined.

I pay for Prime so I can have 2 day delivery. Lately they are not meeting that promise. The customer service person tried to say.... it is 2 days from when it is shipped not ordered. I called them on that and they gave me a small credit on my account. Watch out for that excuse.

This company is taking over the retail business. They have just about any thing you could possibly search for. They deliver in 1-2 days normally if you are a Prime customer. This by the way also gives you Amazon tv. They are very responsive when you want to return or need help with a product. You can now return the product at Kohl's unwrapped and get a 25% off coupon. The only problem I have is sometimes understanding their customer representatives.

Amazon.com is great in most aspects, especially price and variety. However, if you ever need to call their support dept to warranty any of their devices, you will find yourself in an ignorance loop talking to their all Indian support dept that you can't get out of no matter how many times you ask for a supervisor. These people turn a 10-minute phone call into a one hour blood boiling ordeal. I also had a case where someone internally at Amazon took my credit card and signed up multiple people to Amazon Prime. (Amazon refunded me.) The other downside of Amazon is that a lot of their third-party sellers are selling "Class A" fakes. You cannot tell the difference in packaging/product and then the real manufacturer gets a bad rating based on a counterfeit poor-performing/quality product. Many of the Amazon reviews are fake or for previous/switched products too. You have to be on your toes, but I tend to just avoid all third-party sellers now.

I find this company very helpful, even though they have raised their prime membership price, I still enjoy their overall service. I've begun using their Prime Card for orders and enjoy the 5% reward for ding so. Recently I had enough to receive a free pair of House slippers. I am very likely to continue using Amazon perhaps so much so that the 5% will pay for next year's prime membership fee. I have found better prices elsewhere and have bought elsewhere, but I always check them to see if I should use them first. I have not found their live customer service to be very helpful especially when returning something. I find it much easier to just print the return authorization out and do it myself.

I have purchased several things on Amazon.com, but the best was a product called Disolvatol, Which is only sold on Amazon and his for kidney stones. It works perfectly, and I am glad to say that it was on Amazon. Other products I buy come rapidly, sometimes before the expected delivery date. Amazon has made their returns process VERY difficult to ensure receiving FULL credit to the original form of payment. The buyer MUST make sure to follow up on EVERY single return and NOT just assume if they see a credit posted to their CC it's the correct amount because most likely Amazon has deducted a return shipping fee even tho they are not supposed to. You must then call customer service and spend no less than one hour or more and possibly multiple calls to resolve the rest of the credit. You're lucky if the call goes smoothly, the rep understands and comprehends English and if the rep doesn't transfer you multiple times without you having to reexplain yourself over and over again just to get your FULL CREDIT back as you should have received in the first place!!

Brick and mortar stores are pretty much a thing of the past for me. I live in rural Tennessee so shopping Amazon is a lot more convenient for me and they have pretty much anything you can think of and with a prime membership shipping is free and on your doorstep in two days. Lots of other perks as well. One being Amazon video which has tons of movies and shows. Returns are super simple also easier than you would think. Just drop off at any UPS drop off. As soon as they scan at UPS it’s refunded to your cc. So I would definitely recommend Amazon.

Amazon has always had a nice, broad, selection of whatever I've been looking for. I am especially fond of Prime Wardrobe. The program allows you to choose up to eight items and you have seven days to decide what you'd like to keep. It affords me the time to try on either clothing or shoes with my existing wardrobe in the privacy of my own home. I find it much more attractive than running around a store, collecting items and feeling rushed trying to vacate a dressing room for another customer. I appreciate the items I order being delivered to my home, so much more convenient, especially in the winter. The quality of the products I've ordered have been excellent. I would encourage giving Amazon a try, I don't think one would be disappointed.

Love Amazon but they really need to do something about the excessive packing which is a strain on the environment. Although the cost is great and the variety and the trustworthiness of the products and delivery is excellent. But all that is marred when the item is tiny and it is packed in a huge box with a lot of packing plastic/cardboard materials.

I like Amazon because they have a nice variety of items and usually something for everyone. I almost always get free shipping and if there is ever a problem they fix it immediately. We contacted Amazon because we received sexual products addressed to our minor disabled daughter, the mindset of a 2 year old. We requested to know who bought and sent such product and Amazon denied being able to help? When furnished with the USPS tracking # they said they couldn't find the number so it wasn't them who shipped it yet the item was sent in a Prime package? When I asked how is this possible unless someone stole their packaging and is shipping out products they said maybe that is true! Incredible. Amazon is turning into a money sucking machine at the public's expense for profit.

Amazon.com has introduced themselves to the world with a bang! I have been a member since 2016 and Amazon Prime membership has the best layered services. I love the reading with Kindle, the Prime music unlimited, Prime Video and the shopping it's the total package. The deliveries are always on time, it used to be same day or free but over the years the fine print has changed a bit. The prices were at first very low. I've noticed as with any growing successful business that they have went up a bit, but not enough for me to shop elsewhere. I love Amazon... I just wish they accepted Paypal.

I can find hard to find items, everyday needs, and great deals. Using my Amazon card is an added benefit, because I pay it off each month, and I earn cash back! I don’t have to run around searching, and shop in the comfort of my home. This saves me gas money and time! I receive all purchases quickly, and have never had any issues. For convenience and cash back earnings, Amazon is personally very beneficial for me! Also, they have daily deals!

When I go to Amazon it is to look for specific items I find overpriced elsewhere. I can always find either the same item or a very similar item for a lot less. There have even been times Amazon found a product I really needed based on a loose worded search. An example would be sinus infection cure. It brought up an herbal called INF that cured the infection where antibiotics had failed for 3 months. I love Amazon.

I would like a bit more variety. The website could be a bit easier to use. The monthly fee is a bit expensive. But I like getting notified when an item is shipped. Also when an item arrives. I like how easy it is to purchase something. I don't have to re enter billing information etc.

I do wish though that there were more regulations on quality of products. There is the illusion that if you purchase Prime then you have your package within 48 hours, or 24 if it says that when your checking out. The fact is the prime guarantees nothing. I have run into this many times and the past couple I have called and complained. I was told that it’s from shipping date so no not 48 hours by any stretch.

Going out to shop these days are a nightmare considering the traffic and overall congestion in malls or other shopping facilities. The return policy on bad products can not be beat. Example: I had received a bad car charger, beautiful piece of equipment. Opened the box. Set it up. Nothing. I called up Amazon and I was using profanity trying explain it did not work. The customer service told me to take it to my nearest UPS store and said I do not need the packaging. He gave me a return number I presented to UPS and they took care of the rest. I should had of read the instructions but I am a amazon buyer forever.

After all the years that I've spent thousands of dollars with this company, the treatment I received today is absolutely horrifying. I had to create a new account, because my Prime, through T-Mobile was messed up. Once I finally got it fixed, I ordered $631.81 worth of merchandise, and not only did they cancel my order, but they suspended my account as well. SMH. I can understand precautions, as it relates to the possibilities of fraud. But, for these companies, your mobile number, in so many ways, mimics your SSN, and we're talking about a Fortune 500 company, you mean to tell me, there's no system in place to cross reference accounts; regardless of the difference between emails and delivery addresses being used, while traveling. Because we have a Amazon warehouse near us they process the order immediately and you can not decline the order because of that, if you made a mistake it is already processed. It is a hassle to return it and I think they know that. Bought a window motor from Amazon as used advertised as having a few scratches on it and when it arrived the ends were broke and when I tried to return it I was told that I had to print out the label and take it to the UPS store and would not get the refund in 2 to 4 hours and after 14 hours have not received it and just get a run around. I am really becoming fed up with Amazon - whenever you search for something, it is hit or miss whether you will actually get results related to your search - even if you searched for a specific item and brand! What you WILL get is pages and pages of unrelated "Sponsored" products that Amazon wants you to buy. They don't even seem to care if you find what you are looking for! They throw in things like "Editorial" articles (unasked for and unwanted) and EVERYWHERE there are ads. They actually make it HARD for you to shop and spend money - which is what you would ASSUME that they would want!

I love the convenience saving time from going from store to store when I am looking for something specific. Just put the item And am searching for and view the different options. Items come quickly in the mail. Once I had problems with solar lights I had ordered and they sent me new ones at no charge.

I enjoy shopping at Amazon, it is a one stop shopping. The only thing that I don't like is that sometimes I can't return some of the merchandise and I am stuck with the item. Amazon has a great variety of merchandise.

Amazon has everything, and I mean everything from refrigerators (I bought one there) to products you can't find in a local grocery store. Not only is there a massive selection, but there are reviews of products that are very pertinent to the product you wish to purchase. The prices are usually always better than local and you don't have to leave home. The Prime account allows delivery without charge (other than once a year minimal amount) and returns are easy.

Love shopping on Amazon. They have such a wide variety of products. Whether it's for the house, for ourselves or for out pets, we can almost always find it on Amazon. The shipping is fast, especially with Amazon Prime. You also get a great selection of movies and music with Amazon Prime. I am able to do most of my shopping at Amazon and have found that a lot of the things I get, I save money compared to going out and buying at the individual stores.

They have a wide variety, great lower prices and usually with shipping the next day, even same day delivery I’ve got a few times. When it comes to customer service they have the best team I’ve seen. I’ve had problems with items that has come broken or damaged, contacted customer service and they immediately processed me a replacement of the items and the returning shipping of the damaged ones at no cost plus the replacement usually arrives the next day.

Amazon is a lifesaver for me. I have become increasingly disabled in the last few years which makes shopping in stores very challenging. Amazon never ceases to amaze me at the variety and scope of products that it sells! And it's customer service is unbeaten!. Returns are easy and problems are resolved immediately and to my satisfaction. An Amazon gift card is always one of my favorite presents with things just waiting on my wish list.

Amazon is awesome. It really just depends on what you buy, because it maybe good quality or it may not. Products tend to arrive whether quickly, so double check where the carrier is shipping from. There are situations where the carrier maybe very far away, and it could take up to several weeks for an delivery. Also, some products may not appear as they seem when they arrive.
