Watch out as they steal your money. Hard to talk with about this issue, I'm filling a law suit in February.. Never will deal with Amazon EVER! I would hope other people would shop elsewhere. I think I made my statement clear enough.

I love Amazon.. I shop here every week. I don’t go into stores. I just go to amazon. They have everything you want or need and with the best prices. Great quality and stuff that you will pay more at the big box stores.

I cannot say enough about Amazon, I am constantly ordering items for my 106 yr old mom. Lots of times the need is immediate and they have never failed to be on time with items that are imperative to her well being. Any concerns I have or had about my orders were immediately satisfied. Sunday delivery is great.

In the past two months, four packages I ordered from Amazon were lost, and I sought for refund. The first three got refunded successfully. For the fourth one, which is a Nintendo Switch game Ring Fit Adventure, the Amazon customer service told me that they made a so-called "dedicated" investigation group for that. Three days later, I received a NOTICE: POLICY WARNING, which accused me that too much packages lost from me and if I continued to do that, they would CLOSE my account. I think this is DISRESPECT, and I believe they regarded me as a liar. Amazon accused me as I was cheating for refund, while I actually did not receive the goods. The customer service was so terrible. I even suspected Amazon were RACISTS since I am an Asian. I didn't even receive an apology. If you are an Asian, trust me not to purchase anything on Amazon for shipping.

This company is taking over the retail business. They have just about any thing you could possibly search for. They deliver in 1-2 days normally if you are a Prime customer. This by the way also gives you Amazon tv. They are very responsive when you want to return or need help with a product. You can now return the product at Kohl's unwrapped and get a 25% off coupon. The only problem I have is sometimes understanding their customer representatives.

Amazon overall is extremely useful to me. I am a very forgetful person, so buying gifts or items that I need last minute is really easy. There is 1-2 day shipping, which I don't mind paying for at all with how many things there are to choose from on amazon! If I ever have a bad experience, it is with the seller, not amazon. They have always been able to help me out when I do have issues, so I think Amazon is great!

I am very happy with all my purchases since I have been shopping on Amazon website. I never had to return any of my items. I buy for myself, any member of my family and friends. I like how I can zoom in to see the photos of the item that I am purchasing from all angles. This helps very much with the decision making if I will really make the purchase. Description of the product as well. I like how I can track my items while it’s in transit to me. The convenience of shopping online is the best. You can get just about everything by shopping online on Amazon. The option to pick up my package at locations nearest to me is great. I just love Amazon Prime as well. How can I forget that???? I recommend Amazon to anyone that I come in contact with and they’re looking to make a purchase. I always say look ???? it up on Amazon from the comfort and the convenience of wherever you are. Make your purchase and it will come right to your door.

I like Amazon but I have noticed that the pricing is higher than it used to be so it's best to shop around. The website is easy to use and they have a reminder of what you have viewed in the past so you have an idea of what you were looking at in the past and can compare pricing with other sellers. I like the look of the site and it is easy to navigate through it. Ordering is also easy. I like that Prime members get free shipping for the most part along with other perks and shipping is fast.

I find this company very helpful, even though they have raised their prime membership price, I still enjoy their overall service. I've begun using their Prime Card for orders and enjoy the 5% reward for ding so. Recently I had enough to receive a free pair of House slippers. I am very likely to continue using Amazon perhaps so much so that the 5% will pay for next year's prime membership fee. I have found better prices elsewhere and have bought elsewhere, but I always check them to see if I should use them first. I have not found their live customer service to be very helpful especially when returning something. I find it much easier to just print the return authorization out and do it myself.

I compare pricing and value of most items I shop for and Amazon usually has the best price and fast service. They save me time as well as money as I don't have to drive somewhere to purchase many items.

New Delivery service, their web notification service is very basic, does not give accurate info, they need to upgrade the notification process. Their delivery times are very general and if you are having the parcels delivered to a receiver, need to know what time to go to pick up parcels.

Some hidden benefits, easy receipts and records of purchases, easy reorders and returns are fair most of time. I would prefer lower annual premiums and less bells and whistles as it is a shipping company and I don't want it for audiobooks or movies etc. Easy to read site. Variety unduplicated.

Amazon is great to work with. If I have a problem with a product I've ordered, I can send it back with no questions. I was even able to get a free label and packaging by dropping off my item at a local UPS store. They've worked with me in the past regarding a fraud issue too.

Fast service! That's one of the main reasons I like Amazon. The other main reason is the variety of different products available---everything from books to televisions and microwaves. I live in a small rural town and there aren't many stores which sell these things. Amazon is available any time of the day. Thanks, Amazon!

Amazon has always had a nice, broad, selection of whatever I've been looking for. I am especially fond of Prime Wardrobe. The program allows you to choose up to eight items and you have seven days to decide what you'd like to keep. It affords me the time to try on either clothing or shoes with my existing wardrobe in the privacy of my own home. I find it much more attractive than running around a store, collecting items and feeling rushed trying to vacate a dressing room for another customer. I appreciate the items I order being delivered to my home, so much more convenient, especially in the winter. The quality of the products I've ordered have been excellent. I would encourage giving Amazon a try, I don't think one would be disappointed.

Love the ease of ordering, free shipping and return policy. I love I can get stuff when not available anywhere else. Also the when my local store are out I can brag to them I ordered on Amazon. Really shows them up and makes me happy.

Amazon is extremely convenient and has a huge selection of everything. The problem is that the Prime membership can be costly and then if you do any cost research, they are usually NOT the best price. You pay for that fast shipping that is "free" in that sometimes inflated price. Last few years it has turned in to a marketplace for Chinese knock offs. But I have been a prime member for 20 years, amazon is ingrained in my life through Alexa, Prime video, fire sticks, Prime music. I steadily shop less and less on amazon as the "value" has declined.

I love the fast delivery. I have shopped at other places and I have had to wait four, five, even six days to get the item. Amazon has improved a whole lot. The quality of their products is as good as any other store, plus I can find most of what I buy at Walmart, at Amazon.

The customer service is great. I have received damaged items and the return process was super easy. I love shopping online! The ability to purchase what I want when I want is always a plus. Amazon fresh is ok. The prices are kind of high. I do like the new 2 hour delivery turn around.

Amazon has been an amazing retailer. Always having what I need and delivering it quick. Don’t know anyone as sufficient as amazon! It is one of the only retailers that also allows you to open up your own business and be able to succeed tremendously!

Love Amazon but they really need to do something about the excessive packing which is a strain on the environment. Although the cost is great and the variety and the trustworthiness of the products and delivery is excellent. But all that is marred when the item is tiny and it is packed in a huge box with a lot of packing plastic/cardboard materials.

I have purchased several things on Amazon.com, but the best was a product called Disolvatol, Which is only sold on Amazon and his for kidney stones. It works perfectly, and I am glad to say that it was on Amazon. Other products I buy come rapidly, sometimes before the expected delivery date. Most, I would say, of the deals, are better than anywhere else.

I am careful with spending, so I always read reviews about a product before buying it. Of course there can be problems with buying online, such as receiving damaged merchandise, however the Amazon return process is fantastic. I highly recommend shopping with Amazon!

Ever since I get additional rewards using my Capitol One credit card, I try to go to Amazon first. I can also use my points to pay for items I buy at Amazon. Being a prime member, I addicted to the speed of shipping.

I pay for Prime so I can have 2 day delivery. Lately they are not meeting that promise. The customer service person tried to say.... it is 2 days from when it is shipped not ordered. I called them on that and they gave me a small credit on my account. Watch out for that excuse.

I have never before encountered a company that can fulfill an order so efficiently in terms of speedy delivery and correct contents while guaranteeing the precise delivery time. Shopping at Amazon is a preferred option for older retired folks especially as the delivery time is almost as fast as purchasing an item at a local store. This also applies to perishable items we buy at Amazon Market Place although we do not buy our vegetables that way. Amazon has a huge variety and usually has the lowest prices although Google shopping will sometimes find better deals at other sites/ stores. With Prime shipping is usually fast and usually two days or less, but not always on time hence the four-star rating. Perhaps the best part is how easy they make returning items. Amazon.com is great in most aspects, especially price and variety. However, if you ever need to call their support dept to warranty any of their devices, you will find yourself in an ignorance loop talking to their all Indian support dept that you can't get out of no matter how many times you ask for a supervisor. These people turn a 10-minute phone call into a one hour blood boiling ordeal. I also had a case where someone internally at Amazon took my credit card and signed up multiple people to Amazon Prime. (Amazon refunded me.) The other downside of Amazon is that a lot of their third-party sellers are selling "Class A" fakes. You cannot tell the difference in packaging/product and then the real manufacturer gets a bad rating based on a counterfeit poor-performing/quality product. Many of the Amazon reviews are fake or for previous/switched products too. You have to be on your toes, but I tend to just avoid all third-party sellers now.

Amazon is convenience at your fingertips! A large selection and good prices with fast shipping. One stop does it all right from the comfort of your living room! I also enjoy the product reviews from others that help me decide what to purchase. If you take the time to read the reviews you won't have buyers remorse after!

I like Amazon because they have a nice variety of items and usually something for everyone. I almost always get free shipping and if there is ever a problem they fix it immediately. Plus you can even order food to be delivered from Whole Foods which is really great when I just can’t get out to shop and it’s fast and if you are a prime member you can get a nice savings off of certain items.

Brick and mortar stores are pretty much a thing of the past for me. I live in rural Tennessee so shopping Amazon is a lot more convenient for me and they have pretty much anything you can think of and with a prime membership shipping is free and on your doorstep in two days. Lots of other perks as well. One being Amazon video which has tons of movies and shows. Returns are super simple also easier than you would think. Just drop off at any UPS drop off. As soon as they scan at UPS it’s refunded to your cc. So I would definitely recommend Amazon.

Amazon has made their returns process VERY difficult to ensure receiving FULL credit to the original form of payment. The buyer MUST make sure to follow up on EVERY single return and NOT just assume if they see a credit posted to their CC it's the correct amount because most likely Amazon has deducted a return shipping fee even tho they are not supposed to. You must then call customer service and spend no less than one hour or more and possibly multiple calls to resolve the rest of the credit. You're lucky if the call goes smoothly, the rep understands and comprehends English and if the rep doesn't transfer you multiple times without you having to reexplain yourself over and over again just to get your FULL CREDIT back as you should have received in the first place!!

The only and best way to confidently shop for anything - anywhere - especially for elderly persons with disabilities!!! I never have had a occasion to regret a purchase or an exchange with Amazon. Very convenient!

I had made an order for my mother who lives in another state. They told me my order will arrive within two days to my present address, off of my last order. I explained to them in the middle of the night that I wanted to go to a different address. I was expecting it to arrive two days later at my mother's. It arrived 7 hours later in the morning with no one being aware. How in the world could that happen. Thanks, Amazon. That was impossible. My mother was all giggles.

Amazon is awesome! Huge variety of whatever you are looking for and the customer service is hands down the best...well next to T-Mobile anyway. I have never had an issue with Amazon. If their seller will not respond or help they will always help their customer and then go after the seller!

We contacted Amazon because we received sexual products addressed to our minor disabled daughter, the mindset of a 2 year old. We requested to know who bought and sent such product and Amazon denied being able to help? When furnished with the USPS tracking # they said they couldn't find the number so it wasn't them who shipped it yet the item was sent in a Prime package? When I asked how is this possible unless someone stole their packaging and is shipping out products they said maybe that is true! Incredible. Amazon is turning into a money sucking machine at the public's expense for profit.

I'm an Amazon prime member and I have never been disappointed in them or their products. I'm sure if I ever had a problem, Amazon would make it right. I don't pay shipping fees on "prime" items and I get them super fast.

When and if you ever have any problem with a purchased item you will have no problem with getting refunded and/or the item being replaced even many times if you purchased from a third party vendor and because of the way that Amazon handled my one time experience purchasing from a third party vendor and I am a Prime Member I now only make sure to make Prime only purchases.

I know that when I need something (even a medication or medicinal cream, for example), I can order it and count on Amazon to get it to me the very next day. Amazon Prime works for me because of the competition amongst sellers. I have a rare eye disease that makes driving a difficult so amazon has made my life easier and I like that there is a good variety of products to chose from along with the fast delivery.

They don't ring the bell and just leave package on porch and box is usually torn or damaged and the package sits in the weather and gets wet. You would think they would at least ring the bell to let you know package is there if you are home.

There is the illusion that if you purchase Prime then you have your package within 48 hours, or 24 if it says that when your checking out. The fact is the prime guarantees nothing. I have run into this many times and the past couple I have called and complained. I was told that it’s from shipping date so no not 48 hours by any stretch.

The products are cheap so I usually expect them to break, although the cost is cheap so it’s okay. I prefer better knowledgeable staff at other online stores to make informed decisions and gear which is well made.

When I go to Amazon it is to look for specific items I find overpriced elsewhere. I can always find either the same item or a very similar item for a lot less. There have even been times Amazon found a product I really needed based on a loose worded search. An example would be sinus infection cure. It brought up an herbal called INF that cured the infection where antibiotics had failed for 3 months. I love Amazon.

I detest monopolies nearly as much as I hate going into stores. BUT - apart from Best Buy, Costco, Lowe's, Trader Joe’s, King Soopers, I love being able to press a button and buy. Amazon.com has introduced themselves to the world with a bang! I have been a member since 2016 and Amazon Prime membership has the best layered services. I love the reading with Kindle, the Prime music unlimited, Prime Video and the shopping it's the total package. The deliveries are always on time, it used to be same day or free but over the years the fine print has changed a bit. The prices were at first very low. I've noticed as with any growing successful business that they have went up a bit, but not enough for me to shop elsewhere. I love Amazon... I just wish they accepted Paypal.

Amazon is a great resource for finding reviews on almost anything and it has an excellent logistics chain. However, pricing is not always lowest and there is an increasing problem with impostor brands, padded reviews, or misleading descriptions. If you're careful the convenience is worth it and if you are a Prime member with Amazon electronics like a Kindle or FireTV you can get a good deal of value from it.

I would like a bit more variety. The website could be a bit easier to use. The monthly fee is a bit expensive. But I like getting notified when an item is shipped. Also when an item arrives. I like how easy it is to purchase something. I don't have to re enter billing information etc.

Although convenient to shop at Amazon, shipping is always super fast to receive my items. The variety of items are always appreciated and almost always in stock. When shopping for clothing though, it’s pretty much hit or miss. The quality of the clothing is almost always not what it looks like in picture. Usually it’s poorer quality than expected. So I do not purchase any clothes on Amazon. You have to touch and look at the actual piece of clothing, whether it’s a simple pair of jeans or a tee-shirt- you cannot tell the quality just by the pictures shown. Anything else other than clothing is ok. I also prefer to buy something if I can find it locally. But also I compare prices so there’s that in mind as well. So there are a variety of factors involved overall .

Living in a rural area about 60 miles from a large shopping area, Amazon is great. Easy to use, large selection, and returns are easy. But I haven’t had much luck with clothes fitting me for some reason even though I’m a basic size 12.

I like Amazon because they do Free Shipping on most Orders & usually the Item arrives sooner than stated, always in good condition. I find their prices very reasonable & have had No problem on Returns.

Going out to shop these days are a nightmare considering the traffic and overall congestion in malls or other shopping facilities. The return policy on bad products can not be beat. Example: I had received a bad car charger, beautiful piece of equipment. Opened the box. Set it up. Nothing. I called up Amazon and I was using profanity trying explain it did not work. The customer service told me to take it to my nearest UPS store and said I do not need the packaging. He gave me a return number I presented to UPS and they took care of the rest. I should had of read the instructions but I am a amazon buyer forever.

After all the years that I've spent thousands of dollars with this company, the treatment I received today is absolutely horrifying. I had to create a new account, because my Prime, through T-Mobile was messed up. Once I finally got it fixed, I ordered $631.81 worth of merchandise, and not only did they cancel my order, but they suspended my account as well. SMH. I can understand precautions, as it relates to the possibilities of fraud. But, for these companies, your mobile number, in so many ways, mimics your SSN, and we're talking about a Fortune 500 company, you mean to tell me, there's no system in place to cross reference accounts; regardless of the difference between emails and delivery addresses being used, while traveling. MY PHONE NUMBER has remained constant throughout the entire time.

I have purchased a variety of products, coffee, baby clothing, computer, 4k TV, books, photograph equipment, and my purchases have met my expectations. I'm a very satisfied customer. Amazon Premium offers free shipping, which is nice.

I like Amazon but if there is an issue I just do not feel like I get support from Amazon when I make a purchase from one of their suppliers. I call for help but in some cases they put me back to the company they supported.

Bought a window motor from Amazon as used advertised as having a few scratches on it and when it arrived the ends were broke and when I tried to return it I was told that I had to print out the label and take it to the UPS store and would not get the refund in 2 to 4 hours and after 14 hours have not received it and just get a run around. I'm very happy with my Amazon account. Bringing chronically sick and having pain issues often keeps me confined to my home. Amazon makes it possible to order the things I need from my cell phone and delivers within a few days while offering products at comparable prices.

I like the fast delivery method and the number of choices you have for selections. I also like the return policy and the fast return of funds if not satisfied with the items... I also like the fact that I can return my items to Kohls instead of wrapping them back and taking them to the post office or UPS.

Like it when I use Prime delivery with Amazon. Usually gets here on time. Great selection and price. Customer help very prompt. Returns are easy. Know where the provider is from. This is important to use United States companies.

In December we had a fraudulent purchase on our Amazon account that was charged to our credit card. We disputed the charge with our credit card company and they in turned closed that account and reestablished a new account. The unusual events for a fraud purchase, the merchandise was delivered to our house which we immediately returned to the vendor.

Great company that ships and honors their word with my experience. I've been using Amazon Prime and Amazon for years to order items I can't normally find locally. Walmart is overpriced and the hustle and bustle is a deal breaker for me.

Amazon has the items you need and the wants you never knew you wanted. The reason for my answer is simply the fact you think of something you see somewhere chances are Amazon has it and within a couple of days or even overnight sometimes you get it in your hands!

The products can be deceitful. Some come smaller than what your ordered. And some don’t last long which make a buy useless. But some are great. The problem with it is you never know the true quality of what you are getting.

Pros - I don’t have to go out. Some things are cheaper. I can get items delivered monthly. There are a few things I can watch free. Kindle period. Con-Membership price has gotten too expensive. I am going to have to really look at cost vs use and may have to cancel soon.

Amazon does have good variety of items however the price could be more competitive. For example some of the electronic items are as pricey as other retail stores. Also, free shipping is only above $25 which makes it difficult to buy just one or two items.
