    The ease of having everything delivered to my doorstep, no-questions-asked return policy, and competent and responsive customer service via chat for the very few cases something was not right, is a fantastic enablement for all who are not able to shop in person. I particularly like the option to buy refurbished or returned for slightly reduced price.

      Shows me it isn’t the big hype that Amazon is making it out to be. It is also always important to price check. I have found that yes Amazon is very convenient but it doesn’t always have the best prices. You must check around. Coupons are good and I must think if I’m really going to use the product just because it’s a good buy.

      Okay we are going to start with Amazon's most recent discombulated mess up for this day. As for one of the three deliveries that was supposed to happen today, we were here at both offices. Suite #6 and Suite #8. Nobody came to either location. We have been here since 7:00 am and a sign is on the door to come to Suite #8 with deliveries. There is no excuse for this non-delivery. Amazon, your staff gets worse with their fabrications as to why they can not fulfill their own promise of delivery on the dates and times that you set up.

      You change the delivery dates after you make your payment. I think that is a breach, that should be illegal, you need to be honest before you take payment because many of us will change our minds because the delivery date changed and you still don't live up to your own guarantee. I will not be renewing my Prime again after 10 years and I would like a refund for all the 10 years I paid because you have never fulfilled your Prime promise. At first it was all about buying from Amazon, a dependable source for your everyday needs and choices for both business and home. Now it has become you allowing bad sellers to sell on your site under the umbrella of Amazon while selling bad products that have been refurbished that they are calling new and are faulty and if you do not use the item immediately after purchase, your return window closes. This is ridiculous.

      The only time I use this item is when I have a need. This means I biuy what I know I will need for our shipments and deliveries, which is not daily or weekly. (Based on need only), you get screwed. I used a Salav Steamer 4 times and it stopped working. This was a $133.00 item with tax that lasted 4 uses that I owned for 34 days nd used 4 times and you tell me you can not switch it out after I have spent over $10,000 with this site a year. I was insulted and felt that I was insignificant to your foreign customer service reps that could care less about the money we spend with Amazon in the USA and you (Amazon) is not considerate enough to allow an English speaking, stateside customer service center located in the USA that we can understand the speaking dialogue with to assist us after we spend our money with Amazon in the USA where the jobs are needed.

      Amazon, you should be considering the clientele that is making you wealthy but yet we are not significant enough to dialogue our concerns to English-speaking citizens that we can identify with. Well based on that analogy, I feel I need to choose another supply choice. Walmart.com is now supplying a lot of the same items as Amazon at a lower price therefore Walmart.com has my attention after 13 years of being with Amazon as a supplier for my personal and business, Primes and over $75,000.00. I guess a $130.00 commercial steamer was worth that much to Amazon. I was able to replace the steamer with a better one with higher watts from Walmart.com for $84.00 on sale. Amazon, you have someone that is just not a competitor; Walmart.com has taken the lead. You have allowed independent sellers to ruin your business being greedy and charging rididculous shipping cost. Sometimes the shipping cost is as much or more than the item. Pay attention!

      So my account was hacked and they were not concerned at all. I contacted them on 3 separate occasions and explained that my account was stolen and they kept sending me an email telling me there was nothing wrong with my account. 20+ years of shopping history and misuse of my Amazon Prime card for bogus purchases. I even gave them the email account of the hacker and they were still not concerned. Do better Amazon.

      I started shopping on Amazon a couple yrs ago and everything was fine. Got items on time, and then this yr. almost every purchase is late sometimes up to 3 days. I shop at Amazon Prime for their fast free shipping and I am not getting that anymore. If they do not get it together I will cancel Prime and shop somewhere else that you can depend on and know when you are getting your products. I mean come on, you're a huge Co. You should know how to run it, esp since the big thing for people is the fast shipping or at least get it when it gives you a delivery date. I am not sure but I thought I heard they laid people off and went to AI, Maybe that is the problem but get it right. Either way I am tired of the whole shipping thing and just about done with this CO.

      FYI, Amazon Prime Week is a scam! Be very careful on what you order during "PRIME WEEK". I am a Amazon Prime Member. I just tried to order some items on sale for this "Prime" week. My order total was $44 but the shipping cost would be $184.00. I was just told by an Amazon Customer Rep, that this is because the items are being shipped from a third party. I told her this is fraudlent because if they stated that I can get these times in the next few days, they cannot be shpping from oversees. She had no answer other than to contine to repeat herself. I cleard my cart and will write to Consumers Affairs about this crap. Beware!

      I have had issues with Amazon for years. I have been banned from leaving reviews and NO ONE working for amazon can tell me why or fix it. I have been going in circles with them about it multiple times for years. This is aggravating and irritating.
