    I have been doing business with this site since February 2011. I have made 19 purchases in that time. Although shipping has never been swift by any means, there have been occasions where it was abysmal. Last December, I purchased two digital picture frames for cheap little gifts. According to the description on the site, these were "wifi capable" which meant they could be put on wifi with a USB wireless card. What I received was NOT that model. They were in shoddy condition and the remotes did not even work. Oddly enough when I went back to the description, I could find no mention of that wifi capability. I figured I would just eat the loss and chock it up as a fluke. I did however start taking screenshots of everything I ordered from them after that so I could challenge any other discrepancies.

    Then comes this year. I purchased a toy on November 29th to be a present for my daughter. I figured even with their poor track record of shipping speed, there was more than enough time to get it by Christmas. Well it still has not even shipped. My card was charged immediately and all email attempts to them have went unanswered. Things happen but refusing to even respond to correspondence is unacceptable. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company. I have opened a dispute with Paypal in hopes that maybe they can at least get a response.

    I ordered 3 Macbook Pro computers for my daughters for Christmas, 2013, understanding they were refurbished from the company. I saved quite a bit of money, yes, but I was sent a fraudulent shipping notice stating they were shipped on 12/10/2013, and would be received no later than 12/19/2013. They were not even shipped until 12/20/2013. These were their main gifts for Christmas and were not received until 12/27/2013. I don't believe these are factory refurbished. There is NO paperwork nor a warranty in the box. These computers and chargers are FILTHY and SCRATCHED. No idea where they found these but there is NO way these are Apple refurbished. They were wrapped in plastic wrap. That's it. They are going back after I call the credit card company to demand a refund. BUYER BEWARE!!

    I ordered a beat box from 1saleaday on October 24th. 1saleaday charged my credit card that same day and I still have not received my order. I contacted customer service 4 weeks later and they sent me an email on November 28th saying my order would be shipped out in a week. After emailing them and escalating them on paypal and contacting them through paypal and their website's customer support, I have gotten nowhere and they still have not sent me what I ordered. They did however send me a tracking number for UPS that says that the label has been made and the order will update once UPS has it..... still nothing. They made the label on November 28th and have not sent the product out yet.

    I am a single mother of 2 and this was a gift for my son for Christmas, originally his birthday present but didn't get it in time. It is now days past Christmas and still nothing and my son was disappointed for Christmas because as a single mother I did not have the money to buy another present for him. I have escalated this to paypal claims and I'm sure I will receive a refund but 1saleaday has ruined a little boy's Christmas!!!! You should be ashamed!!! I am angry and saddened because my whole family has used this company for quite some time. Never again!!!! You have lost thousands of customers over your poor business practices!

    I ordered a new condition king mattress Simmons beauty rest black and I did receive the product in 10 days. The cloth of the mattress started splitting at various places after the first day use and also within three days on the side of the mattress where my wife sleeps (130 lbs) lost the firmness and started creating a dip. There is no Simmons warranty card attached to the mattress - seems to be a counterfeit product. The size is 70x80, not a standard size for any size bed. There was 30 day return policy for the mattress, (no phone support available, phone message says they are closed for holidays). I contacted 1sale support via email at least 4 times after first three days of use, included pictures in the email and mentioned that I wanted to return the mattress, but I got the response once saying a supervisor will look into the matter, but no one contacted me for past 24 days and while I kept emailing constantly during past 24 days there is no response.

    I too ordered something (a very pricey something that was still a bit expensive after discount) for my mother for Christmas on NOVEMBER 29th, only to have to buy her something smaller because this did NOT ARRIVE BEFORE CHRISTMAS! I have emailed them around 5 times and have received nothing but an automated message!! I am appalled by the service because I've shopped there before and everything went smoothly! Why offer these sales before Christmas with the knowledge of customers purchasing these as gifts if you're not going to send them in time for Christmas??? I'm not sure if I'll ever receive a refund or this item. I am disgusted. If they do send it, however, I will update, but so far, I am HIGHLY UPSET.

    I ordered a product from this site for Christmas and the order has not yet arrived (21 days later). My credit card was charged immediately upon order, yet I have not yet received my product. Attempting to contact the company 4 separate times resulted in no response aside from an 'auto response' stating that my email was received. If you are thinking of ordering from them DO NOT! You are not likely to receive your product, money back, or any type of customer service. Although the deals appear to be good, the ultimate result of working with the company is a loss all around.

    After ordering a pair of earrings for my wife's # 1 Xmas gift. I now have a bunch of small gifts under our tree. Thanks 1Sale for messing up Christmas. Now I see why you were a former company. I always use a Credit Card so I will get my money back. Never use a debit card. It's like cash and you'll never get your money back.

    I have to admit I spent hundreds of dollars with them over the years because they have great deals on items at much lower prices than others such as Amazon. But no more. Their shipping is always incredibly slow. It took over TWO MONTHS to get some disposable razors (which turned out to be WORTHLESS). But the final straw was when I bought a name brand watch for all of $17.99. It took about 3 weeks to get it. The stem came all the way out the second time I wore it. I asked if I could return but they said too bad, outside of their 21 day return period. Well how could it not be? I then asked that they please refund to a good customer and there was no response.

    I ordered and paid for an item for my boys for Christmas on November 24th. I have order confirmation and an email that says they received my payment and would be processing and sending my item right away. It is now December 23rd and I have no product and no customer service. On my account it says my product has shipped and the shipping information is FAKE!!!! The tracking number is not valid - now that is criminal!! I received 1 email that requested my order number after 20 emails requesting help - I sent it immediately and then the communication ceased immediately!!! DO NOT EVER USE 1SALE - EVER!!!

    This company has a practice of charging your credit card immediately and taking their time to fulfill orders. I suspect that they may be using new money to fund earlier purchases. There is NO reason that it should take 60 days to process an order, unless of course you never had the item to begin with! I would steer clear of this company because I predict that with their extremely poor customer service and deceptive business practices, they will not be around too much longer!

    I ordered two Vizio Blu-Ray players on November 25, 2013. Upon placing the order I received an email confirmation that said to allow one to two weeks for shipping. Today is December 21, and 1Sale still shows my order status as "processing". I emailed the company a week ago requesting an update and waited five business days (1Sale's auto-reply says turnaround on responses is at most three business days) before emailing again... Still nothing. The customer service department is closed evenings and weekends (the office hours published online are Mon-Fri, 9:30am to 5:30pm, which I find odd for this type of business), so I rather doubt a response will be forthcoming over the weekend, if at all.

    I don't so much mind that I may have to wait a bit longer for my order. I understand that this is sometimes the compromise you make in exchange for getting a great deal. What I do mind is that 1Sale's poor communication practices keep me suspended indefinitely in consumer limbo. I imagine many of the complaints on this site might have been avoided with a simple, generic email notice apprising customers of changes or delays in processing and shipping orders. This order is not my first from 1Sale, but unfortunately, it's probably my last.

    I placed an order on 11/28/13 using PayPal and receive confirmation of my order. 3 weeks later I still didn't have a message they had shipped. I checked my account and found it to still be in "processing" status. My credit card had been charged as of 11/28, so I attempted to reach them. I only had e-mail info, so I sent a message, getting an auto response that they would respond within 2-3 business days. Not getting a response I e-mailed again over the next few days, for a total of 4 messages. I decided to check the web and found this site.

    Seeing that so many others were having the same issues, I decided to call PayPal for help. They were very helpful and filed a disputed claim in my behalf. 1 Sale A Day has 10 days to respond to them. If no response I automatically get refunded. One way or the other I will either have my item or a refund by Dec. 30th. PayPal said they would do all the calling that I don't need to do anything. If you used PayPal I suggest calling them immediately for assistance.

    I ordered theses earrings, cost $200.00. Have emailed five or six times and they say they are being shipped except the tracking says unavailable. It's been over a week since I've heard from this company. I will contact my credit card co. and report fraud, or theft and have the charges taken off my card and leave it up to credit card co. to go after this company.

    Still waiting on product ordered Dec. 4th. No response to emails. Finally received another order for a tool (ordered back in November). Tool came, but it was a "reconditioned" tool!! That was NOT how it was advertised!!! We also had our credit card stolen and the fraudulent activity was in Ohio. Same place the tool originated from. I don't think that was a coincidence! Do NOT order anything from this deceitful company.

    Almost word-for-word what the other commenters stated, 45 days passed before my product was marked "shipped" but the UPS tracking number is invalid and I have e-mailed the customer service four times with no response and the 800 # says they are "closed for the holidays". I am contacting my credit card company.

    For all the innocent people here: (1) check your items after receiving them months later and make sure you are getting what you ordered for Beatsbydre. Make sure you are getting the new version for 50 bucks. If you are getting the old version ones for 50 bucks..... ask for full refund and do not pay for the return shipping; (2) thousands of us are providing free and easy operational cash flow for this dishonest company. We should prevent it from doing so. The best solution is never buy from it anymore.

    For those who ordered Beatsbydre earbuds, or any other items, from 1Sale and did not get your items, please call your credit card company and get your money back. For those who finally got your items, check if they are what you ordered. They ship out old version of Beatsbydre earbuds instead of the new version ones. So if you think you are paying 50 bucks for the new version, google pictures and compare by yourself. They want you to pay for the return shipping even if they run business like **. Therefore, if they do not provide a return shipping label, you may want to keep the product and call your credit card company or your bank to get your money back.

    Think about this: How many people out there are putting money into 1Sale's bank account, lending your money to them free of interests for months, and expecting your product to be shipped out in say 3-5 weeks? They could use people's money, hundreds of thousands dollars, for at least 1 month or more. What's more fancy, these cash are free money for them! This is the easiest free cash flow I have ever seen and it is generated by such a small firm in such an easy way. 1Sale, you should only charge customers when you actually ship out the correct items ordered. You should not be charging other people's credit card and/or debit card right after generating some fake shipping labels. This is just not right and you should stop using this kind of awful business strategy. 1Sale, stop taking advantage of innocent people. If you want to run your business well, do your business sincerely!

    I have ordered a few items from this company with seemingly good prices. The last order was for a sheet set. I had to pay an extra shipping fee due to this being shipped to the wrong location. Currently I am waiting for a pair of sunglasses that has been in a "Processing" status for the last 2 weeks or more. I will not be ordering anything from this company again. If it is on back order tell me before I order. Seems to be some unscrupulous practices just to get you to purchase.

    I ordered an ipod 5g on November 25, 2013 with the understanding it could be 1-2 weeks to ship from the warehouse. After hearing nothing from them, I started emailing them 16 business days later asking when the ipod would ship. I finally received an email say the warehouse had issues and they had resolved them and there was now an estimated shipping date from the warehouse of another 1-2 weeks. I emailed them (because there is no phone number listed to call) and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. I received another email that basically said I needed to be patient and that when ordering the ipod I knew if could be 1-2 weeks before shipment. I responded by saying it was a Christmas gift and a possible 4 week shipping estimate was unacceptable and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. I just received another email from them that said it will be another 2-3 weeks for the ipod to ship. I sent a third email to support saying to cancel and refund. I do the majority of my shopping online and this is the worst experience I've ever had with online shopping.

    I too like many others have been waiting for my iBeats by Dre. I've only been able to contact 1Sale.com via their email address and have only received "shipping take 10-14 days" and "shipping is delayed" responses and without working 800 customer service number I decided to contact my credit card company for a refund. Luckily my credit card company has issues a credit while they attempt to contact the seller/company. I have ordered items from 1sales.com before without issue but in this case I can not wait any longer.

    Due this experience I most likely will never purchase items from 1sale.com again regardless of how good the deal is. The price for this product here was by far the best I found online at 40-60% off. I have a hunch that this item is backordered. While looking elsewhere to buy iBeats, I noticed there are a lot of people selling these on eBay. Did they buy a bunch at $49.99 to resell on eBay at 69.99 - 89.99.

    I ordered on Nov 7th. Received a tracking number about a week or so ago that says it's being shipped via UPS but I contacted UPS and they said it appears to be USPS, not them. I went on to the USPS website to track and it is not a valid tracking number through them either. I contacted 1Sale but given the other complaints it looks like I shouldn't expect an honest response or my order and my credit card has already been charged over a month ago! Why doesn't this company have a phone number to contact them? This will be the last time I use them!

    I ordered 2 Nooks on Nov 16. The site claimed they would be mailed in 1-2 weeks. I erroneously assumed they would be shipped within 2 weeks and I would have them by Dec 9 or so. 1 Sale's website still says "processing" and when I sent them an email questioning them about it I was told that I had to be patient, that 1-2 weeks doesn't include weekends or holidays. I am wondering what planet that came from. Yes they were a good deal, but not THAT good. I found them on Amazon for $40 more total for both.

    After reading these reviews, I am going to cancel order via my credit card and reorder with Amazon. In the past I had ordered a number of items from 1 Sale a Day, but apparently they have changed their business from one that warehouses the items they sell to drop shipping. No thanks. Who needs to wonder if gifts will arrive prior to Christmas when they are ordered weeks before Thanksgiving?

    I had the same experience as many of you. I ordered the Beats by Dre on October 23, 2013 and have not received the product as of December 16, 2013 nor a refund. I have only received automated responses when I request the order status. Based on the substantial number of consumer and BBB complaints, you should not order from this company. There needs to be a class action lawsuit generated against this company.

    I have ordered the Dr.Beats In-ear headphone online on 7th Nov. Told that there is a problem in shipping and it delays by a week. I waited for 1 week...2 weeks...3...4....5 weeks.... I still did not receive the package. And now they keep a deal of the same headphones again on website. I was told that it takes few more days. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money and they didn't.

    I order Dr. Beats on 10/23. After repeating emails, they emailed me with this non sense!

    "Thank you for your recent phone call to 1sale.com. This order is currently facing a minor delay and should be shipped within a week. Thank you for your continued patience and have a great day!"

    Then another email: "I apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently experiencing a minor delay in shipping this item. This item was recently received at our warehouse. Please allow an additional week for your order to process and ship. If you have any further questions please contact us. Thank you for your continued patience."

    Then another email: "I hope this email finds you well. I sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this issue may have caused you. The order will be shipped out within a week. As a token of our sincerest apologies, I will issue you a partial refund of 7% due to the delay. Please feel free to contact me back directly for any further assistance."

    No refund has been issued! No item shipped! Fake Label printed! Do not buy from them.

    I have ordered from 1Sale several times in the past with only one disappointed purchase. Until recently, I ordered the Dr. Dre Beats on 10/23/2013 and the Rachel Ray cookware set on on 11/07/2013, same as everyone else for Christmas gifts. After several emails and only automated responses, I sent an angry email. I did get a response, I believe it was from an actual person, but who knows. I also called and got the same message everyone else did - Closed for the Holidays. What? I want to work for this company if they start holiday back in October! One would think that a company of this nature would be busiest at the holidays, guess not.

    Regardless, they gave me the option to continue to wait for my order or if I so choose, I could attempt to cancel my order. Seriously, your company is going to put me (and obviously hundreds of other people) through this and you will ATTEMPT to cancel my order? No, you will cancel my order. There are options, call your credit card company. They will assist you in getting your money back. Have your ordering information ready when you call. Date of order/product/amount/and the date your order was promised for delivery. (Ex: 1-2 weeks). They will handle it for you and you will get your money back.

    I will also be making a complaint to the BBB. It's a shame that companies do this to the customer. We put our faith in you when we order a product from your company. We, the consumers, are what keeps you in business. Without the consumer, you have no company! Food for thought 1Sale. You have definitely lost my business.

    I ordered 2 items 5 weeks ago for a birthday gift. Since their website had a shipping time listed of 2-3 weeks I figured I would receive it in time. I did receive one of the items in 3 weeks. I still have not received the other item. Last week I sent them an e-mail asking for the status - they sent me an e-mail back with a UPS tracking number. When I track the package, UPS has listed that a shipping label had been created 8 days ago but they have not been given the package yet! I have sent 1Sale numerous e-mails asking when it's going to leave their facility and they are not responding.

    Today I went on the 1Sale website and saw the same item I purchased listed for sale again but now it has a shipping time of 1-2 weeks! Most of their items now say 1-2 weeks. In my opinion, I think they did that so they get people to order items thinking they'll get them in time for Christmas and they have no intention of doing that!! They have to be stopped!

    I order 5 necklaces from this site. I received what is supposed to be necklaces. One box is empty. These so-called necklaces are so tiny that you can only see the chain style through a magnifying glass. I have tried fruitlessly to contact customer service. No one has answered my emails. Their automated response state that they will respond in 48 to 72 hours. I found a phone number for them and when I called I got a recording stating they are closed for the holidays. These were to be Christmas presents. What am I and others to do with our money gone and no gift? I could never use these except as a gag gift. Buyer beware. This is a scamming site. What a joke and the joke is on me. Do not buy from 1SaleADay.

    I placed an order for 2 pair of urBeats in ear headphones on November 7, 2013 using PayPal. On Thursday, December 5, 2013 (1 month later) after multiple emails, finally received an email stating that my order had been processed and shipped. I was provided with a UPS tracking number that is not valid and still have not received the product. Now I see why the product was being sold for such a good price!

    I have bought 3 products recently totally over ~$200 for xmas gifts and they only shipped 1 product and it was damaged and DOA. I have asked for a refund on this product and have sent requests to cancel and refund the other 2 orders since they are still in "Processing" status. They are quick to take your money and not responsive in shipping the advertised product.

    They do not respond to phone calls nor reply to email responses requesting RMA's or refunds. I am going to followup with credit card disputes and report 1Sale to the Florida attorney general with internet fraud. I would suggest other unsatisfied shoppers to do the same.

    I placed an order for urBeats in ear headphones on Dec. 7th 2013 and used PayPal and was immediately charged for the item. I was notified my item is in processing and it continues to be. I sent an email asking for assistance and it has yet to be answered. I called the number listed on the PayPal summary and the message says the phone number is not being serviced for the holidays, to use the email option. This company is a scam. I will never do business with them again. I have opened a complaint with PayPal and will go further until it is resolved. Never get involved with them. You will be burned just as I was.

    Per David's post, I called 305-702-1666 today and their greeting states to email support@1saleaday.com and then you get disconnected. No way to transfer to Christine or an attendant. I have emailed them numerous times in the past and they are not responsive. I would love to see David show up with a TV news crew.     On Nov. 22, 2013 I ordered a FAVI projector. After this my account stated that my order was processing. It's now 12/11/2013 and I have yet to received a reply as I have email them about 7 times. I was very disappointed because this was supposed to be the family's Christmas gift. Not only have they ruin Christmas but they stole my money. They keep on saying that they will reply in 1 to 3 days but I have yet to get any reply. My order is still as processing but they charged my card on the first day that I order it. I've seen the other complaints and I'm convinced that this company is TRASH. They Are a SCAM!!! DO not waste your time and money with 1Sale.com or 1SaleAday.com. (They change their name to get us confused and do not have a company phone number anywhere on their site.) I will report to BBB!

    I ordered 3 pairs of Lacoste sunglasses from them and they sent me counterfeited ones, with 2 missing cases. I emailed them repeatedly many times but never got any response. Their listed phone number is "phony" because the recorded message always says they are "closed for the holidays" and to use their email instead. In conclusion, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM even if their prices seem cheap (you get what you pay for) because they are a bunch of fraudulent **, spearheaded by the fat Ben Federman. I should've known authentic Lacoste sunglasses would never have been sold for 35 bucks.

    Bought a tablet from 1Sale. Never received it. Never received a return call or return email. I am going to drive to their headquarters and confront them with a national TV network news crew. The rest of the nation needs to be made aware of this horrible company. 1Sale.com was incorporated in Florida by Eli (Eliyahu) Federman ESQ. I believe his brother or another relative is the President. Last known address according to Sunbiz.org was 10185 Collins Ave. Apt. 811 Miami Beach, FL. (This is public information from Sunbiz.org.) I guess people can send mail to this address about his company.

    If you do not get an email reply or can not contact via their phone, try this number, 305-702-1666 extension **. Ask for Christine **. If enough people call this number and raise hell, maybe the idiots at 1Sale will get the message. Tell all of your friends NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are cheats and liars. They absolutely do not give a damn about customer satisfaction. They seem to only care about taking peoples' money. Let's start a class action lawsuit and put this company out of business.

    1Sale advertised a refurbished Sony Blu-Ray with Wi-Fi player on November 18, 2013. I purchased one in good faith. Unit arrived on December 3, 2013. It was poorly packed. No secondary box, just original box and the player had one revolution of bubble wrap. The box was badly worn and the unit was dented in 3 places and was DOA. Calling their 800 number does not work. It is shut down for the "holidays". Email to support@1saleaday.com was sent on December 3, 2013 requesting RMA and a refund. On December 9, 2013, Christian from customer support department responded that I should contact the manufacturer to resolve my issue. WHAT!! The unit arrived DOA. This is how they resolve problems!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

    I ordered the Sylvania 10" DVD Portable Player as a new product on 11/16/13 and on 12/6/13, I received a product that was used and not new. It was not in original manufacturer's packaging. This was my seven-year old daughter's Christmas gift and I am highly disappointed. I have placed numerous orders in the past 21 months and this is by far unacceptable. I requested a new product of the exact module or a full refund with no cost to me for shipping return.

    I ordered Beats by Dr. Dre from 1sale.com on 11/7. It gave an estimated shipping of 1-2 weeks. As of Thursday, 12/5, I still had not received anything. Their email responses to me always said there is a delay in shipping. I opened a dispute thru PayPal. They responded to the dispute that they refunded my money, however no refund was given. I then got an email that the item has shipped, however the tracking number provided is not valid when I try to track the item. Will NEVER buy from this company again!

    I ordered Beats By Dre headphones 10/23/13 and on 11/23/13, I still didn’t receive them. The website doesn’t have a phone number listed so you have to send an email. I sent several emails that were NEVER answered. So I found the phone number on my credit card statement. I called them on 11/25 and was given a case number and was told someone would call me or email me within 24 hours. Neither happened.

    So I called again on 11/26 and was told the item will definitely be shipped that same week. I never received it but I received an email stating that I would receive it by 12/3 but I needed to pay UPS an additional fee of $3.50 to receive it 1 day earlier so I did. It’s now 12/6 and I still have not received it and I paid the extra $3.50. I tried calling them but their message says they are closed for the holiday. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM and SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!!

    Ordered product on November 15, checked status on November 30 and product was still listed as in process. The confirmation I received stated it would take 1-2 weeks to process order. Wrote on 11/30 to ask about status, no reply. Wrote again on 12/2, received reply that two-week number did not include weekend days. Checked status again today, still processing. I plan to send another email asking for definitive ship date or to please cancel the order. If no response, I will challenge charges through PayPal. I have order from them twice before this and had good service. I can only guess that it is either the season or problems with an expanded system.

    So, a MONTH ago I ordered a couple of Christmas presents from 1SaleADay.com. Over a week ago I sent them a message asking why my order showed as "processing" when it was supposed to ship in 1-2 weeks, and got no response. TODAY I got an email from Paypal, NOTHING from 1SaleADay, telling me that my payment had been refunded. I had to go to their website to see that my order has been cancelled, with NO explanation. I'm pissed.

    I had paid for a Lenovo Thinkpad 14.1" Notebook on 11/13/13. My credit card was charge that very day. I waited a week to pass as status shows purchase was still processing. I e-mail them demanding for my order to be shipped or refund my money. That same day I received an e-mail informing me that my order has been sent via UPS. Today is 12/4/13 and that's when I received the order. I knew right away that the item I have received was not what I ordered. The box size was 10 x 7 x 3 - the item as described was 14.1" so you do the math. Label on UPS tracking state box was 10 lb. The box was less than 1 lb. I sent them an e-mail and I am waiting for them to respond as they do not have a phone number. I refuse to open the box that they shipped to me. This company is a scam!

    I ordered these earbuds on 11/08/13. They were advertised to ship within 1-2 weeks later. Almost a month later, my order on their website still says "processing". I have emailed them twice within the last week, with no response. They do not provide a phone number on their site, but I was able to find one via Google. I called today and received a recording that they are closed for the holidays, but I may email customer service. Ha...I know where that will get me. So, I went to their Facebook page, where I was going to ask how to get in touch with someone about my order. Their settings are so that nobody can make a personal post. I could ask in the comment section under one of their posts. Any ideas?

    I ordered a Lenovo Thinkpad 14" notebook on Nov 13. My credit card was charged immediately. I finally received the shipment on Dec 2, but the box size is 10"x7x". The total weight is about 4 oz. I know this box will not fit in a 14" Thinkpad unless they can fold a laptop. The label says 10 lbs. I tried to contact the company, but there is no contact number. The only communication channel is by email. After 24 hours without receiving anything back, I decided to notify the credit card company.

    The credit card company asked me to open the box. We saw a kid's T-shirt in the box with a packing slip of a Lenovo Notebook. I am speechless...I can understand if I receive an imperfect product. I can understand my order been cancelled due to over-selling. But I cannot understand a company charging people the price of a Thinkpad, but shipping a T-shirt. This is cheating and absolutely ridiculous.

    I ordered a laptop from 1sale and received a small box from them today. When I opened the box, it contained a shirt, however the packing list clearly stated that the contents of the package was actually the laptop. I never ordered a shirt, and I'm guessing someone, somewhere is opening their shirt box and finding themselves a nice laptop. There is no phone number for customer service, so all communication has to go through email.

    I ordered an item last Friday and paid through PayPal. As soon as I clicked the pay button, I noted that it had used an old address and since 1daysale has no phone contact number, I immediately sent an email. The website says I would hear a response within 3 days. Since I was worried that my item would ship before then I posted to their Facebook page as well. Well I got a response on Facebook but no response to my email until today... 9 days later. The response says the following ... "I am sorry that your order has shipped to the incorrect address. The package was shipped to the address provided and I recommend trying to retrieve it from that location. If the package is returned to us, we will gladly issue a full refund. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience." Talk about a total lack of concern for their customers...This business is horrible and should be shut down! I reported to BBB, PayPal and will also advise everyone I know not to use them.

    I bought an IBM Thinkpad from 1Sale.com on Oct 25 2013, when I see an attractive deal on deals2buy.com. But I didn't receive it till now. Sent an email to their customer care.     We ordered a couple items this year. They charge the item then wait a couple weeks to send it. I assume all products are drop shipped and they make money on your money before paying the distributor or they pay their bills with your money until they receive enough to pay for the product to be shipped. With the last product we received a email on Nov. 4th stating it was shipped; the tracking number stated it was shipped Nov. 19th, more than 2 weeks later. WTF

I've sent multiple emails, including messages on Facebook and Twitter, and have not received on response. Finally decided to dispute the charge with my bank. Looking at the charge on my statement, I noticed there was a phone number, 800-419-0100. Spoke to someone who was actually nice, but had to escalate it to Customer Service since she wasn't in that department. Regardless, I've decided to dispute the charge with my bank.     It is November 16th... still no shipment with my 3 Beats headphones, paid in full... I received 3 emails in the last few weeks stating they would be shipped in 3-5 days... same cut and paste email. The tracking #s sent up until 2 days ago were not able to be viewed. I looked today and I am SUPPOSE to have them tomorrow. This of course is making the date Nov 17th and I ordered them Sept 3rd :) Needless to say WILL NEVER order again from this company and will not let family and or friends, co-workers, neighbors either...     I bought a Macbook Pro from 1Sale on 5th Oct. I was so regretful that I did not read the reviews beforehand. They shipped it on 28th Oct. It turns out that the laptop is in poor condition, full of dents and scratches. The hardware have worked 2000 hours. What's worse, the plastic ports can't support the screen at some angles. Contacting with their staff with email usually take 3 or more days to reply. They sold their product just "as is" (needing repair or not) and avoid their responsibility.

    The return policy is ridiculous because they claim their products are returnable within 21 days of receipt. But it usually take more than that to ship your products. They have made their policy ineffective to protect them from selling defective products. Every customer who saw their return policy would know that why their shipment is always 1-2 weeks (weekends don't include). So they can always ship your product after 21 days of your receipt. How tricky and shameless they are! Right now, I am contacting with them to return my laptop. Although the odds are quite small, I won't let it "as is". A reminder of you, never buy things from 1Sale even the price is really alluring!

    I recently ordered a $699 Macbook Pro from 1SaleADay. I thought this was a great deal and jumped on it. Though the description didn't really mention that it was refurbished, I kind of figure it was considering the price. What I didn't know was that it was actually used, slightly beat up and dented too. The memory was cleared out and that was fine but when we received it was not packaged well and there was a hand-written post it note on it with a password on it. I was expecting something a little more professionally done. As with many other complaints on this site, it did not ship until 4 weeks following the sale.

    I sent Customer Service a few emails trying to figure out when they would ship it and I would get responses that basically stated that they had up to 3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) to ship it. I accepted that and waited patiently but after 3 weeks, I requested a tracking # and they told me it would be another week before they would be able to ship it. Finally, they did after a whole month of waiting. I can't trust that anything they sell will be in good condition or shipped within a reasonable timeframe. Seems the company is running in complete dysfunction.

    I bought a laptop and surround sound setup from 1Sale and a few more items back on Sept. 1st. I was charged and that was the end of it. I have not got a tracking number, products or refund. I had to complain to my bank and reverse the transaction. 1Sale fought me on this and said to my bank (not me) that the items were in transit. My bank waited 2 weeks and the items were never received. I finally was able to get a refund and closed my 1Sale account right away! They are too good to be true... I question their product supply and quality.

    I have ordered Beats Studio headphones on which were on sale, and the details do say that it was refurbished product, Ordered on Oct. 3rd, received it on November 1st. Contacted several times. One of 5 emails were answered, don't have a contact number for them. Here is the actual story, the headphones are full of scratches, doesn't even have the cables needed, most ridiculous thing is that, they don't work. The worst customer support and they are not real, all the products they sell are not real or they are USED. Suggestion is Never ever buy products from them. I would never buy anything again. Now I am trying to see if I can get my money back, so I can go and buy the same from manufacturer itself. Worst experience ever.

    I made a 396.00 order from 1saleaday Oct 3rd. They pulled the money from my acct immediately. Waited till Oct 22nd (obviously concerned) as I had not received tracking info or confirmation on my items... Email was my only option. Received a response 2 days later saying they were having difficulties and a minor delay in shipping my items - that 3-5 days they should be to me.... I responded with I want to talk to someone directly NOW. They emailed - they are a email and internet based company and do not deal with direct calls. I got online and called the # anyway. 3 days in a row I called, put the phone on speaker and 45 min, no joke, each time I waited while a recorded message and music played over and over and over. It is Oct 30th and nothing... Calling my bank today to see what I may be able to do... Absolutely will never order again from them.

    I ordered a $680 laptop 13 days ago which was an excellent deal. They said to allow one to two weeks; however, I have not even received a tracking number and per their most recent email, it's going to be shipped within the "next several days" and they do not have an answer for what day it will actually ship!     My roommate and I recently moved into a new apartment and ordered a new TV from 1SaleADay on September 18th. We knew and expected that it would take a few weeks for delivery but were happy with the deal we got and were okay with waiting. We followed up and received confirmation that our TV would arrive on October 16th, tracking information was included. The 16th arrived and we were beyond excited about finally opening up our new TV and trying it out. The 16th ended and still no TV. It is now October 22nd and it took another follow up email to discover that our TV is out of stock and we will be refunded within 7-10 days. The TV went from arriving shortly with tracking information to NEVER being delivered.

    It took them over a month to tell us that the TV was out of stock after we were charged for the TV and in every follow up email we sent, we were told that the TV would be arriving shortly. This is totally unacceptable. I have never been so frustrated and disappointed in a company. We missed out on other good TV deals because we were under the impression that we would be getting THIS TV. I'm absolutely appalled and will never order anything from this site again. I will also ensure that none of my family members or friends will order from this site either. What a joke.

    I tried to return an LED digital clock with date and temperature. The clock was defective. The date and temperature line did not light up. I requested a return from 1SaleADay. I told them the clock was defective. After three days of waiting for a reply, they answered a request for a description of the problem. I sent it to them. After waiting another three days, they sent me another message requesting a photo of the item. This told me they don't even know what items they're selling. I did not pursue this any further and took it as a lesson learned and will not deal with this site again. Also, the amount of time from when I originally place the order was six weeks and during that time, I got no status reports of any kind.

    Every time I order from this company they tell me they have system problems. That is the default answer to any inquiries. They have the most ineffective order fulfillment and shipping of anyone in the online business. Orders take multiple emails and many weeks to get shipped. I don't know how they stay in business. They charge you immediately and then use your money for a month or two interest free. It really should be investigated.

    I waited for over 3 weeks to get it and when I received it, it was broken. I contacted customer service, and it took another 3 weeks to tell me I have to pay for return shipping for a RMA. They said it will take another 15-20 to process the RMA once they receive the item. Easier solution, deny the credit card payment.

    Firstly, I love a deal. I love these internet deal sites. But 1Sale (aka 1SaleADay - Ben's Outlet) is terrible. Most deals are pretty good, but that's where it stops! Fake UPS labels, 3-4 weeks of order status "Processing", and no real customer service contacting other than automated response to your original email. I stopped ordering from them until the change to 1Sale. When the name changed, they claimed they would be providing a better service including correcting the shipping/delivery issues.

    I ordered shirts on Sept. 26, 2013 and as of today, Oct. 16, 2013, my order still shows "Processing". Got the normal automated reply when I sent them my email complaint. It is nice that the owner, Ben Federman, reportedly donates about half of the earnings to charities, but I feel the company would be better served if they put some of that time and money into restructuring the business model to one that actually does a good service for the buying consumer.

    Ordered a Craig Portable Bluetooth Speaker from the 1SaleADay website. It estimates it will be delivered in 1-2 Weeks - tomorrow (10/14/13) marks 2 weeks. However, the item still hasn't been marked as shipped. They did however gladly collect the money from my PayPal. About 2 weeks, not shipped. That's completely ridiculous. If I don't get it tomorrow I’m going to file a PayPal claim which I'm sure is rather common for this company after seeing other complaints.

    In their advertisement, they claim order will take one to two weeks... It is now three weeks... and nothing. I have emailed them and I get an electronic response... within 24 hours. A week later, I receive the same electronic response... In which now, I again to them another email (using their site's sole communication) and I get a response explaining it will take two weeks and I will get email as well as my account will also be posted of my delivery date.     I ordered a ring on here on Sept 15th, 2013 which was taken from my account on the 16th Sept 2013. Within 10 days, I received the email stating my item had been shipped and gave me a tracking number via UPS and an estimated date of delivery being 2nd of Oct 2013. As of today, 10 Oct 2013 and 5 emails later along with a total of 3 hours on hold, I have yet to receive my package. I contacted UPS and they informed me that yes, a shipping label was made for the item yet it has yet to reach their facilities to be shipped via UPS. My husband who has also emailed them 4 times finally got a response and like mine that I received 4 days ago.

    It stated they are experiencing some system problems with the tracking information and can expect my delivery soon. It's not problems with tracking information. It's they never sent it out and still have yet to mail it. BAD company. BAD business. Should be red flagged. Operations of this webpage and business should be shut down. They had no problem with their system of taking the money from my credit card, yet now, almost a month after purchase, they have problems with tracking. I think it's bad that they drag UPS into it making false tracking numbers and yet never sending it out.

    1SaleADay (now 1Sale) always ships product late. Many times items reach almost 3-4 weeks from the day you order. You never get an order shipped in a week. I have made many purchases from them since the price was competitive. At least one time they sent me products which seemed to be used, without proper packing... a Logitech headset came in a plastic bag, it looked used and did not function well.

    The height of all was my last order: the Nook HD+ I ordered on Sep 19. It said 10-14 days to ship. Today it past 17 days and still has not shipped. They said it shipped on Oct 02 but tracking info is not present which means they just created the label and has not shipped. They take the money from credit card on the first day of order. Probably it maybe even illegal. Today the Nook is again on sale for a lower price. Customer service take more than 3 days to respond.

    I ordered a bed in a bag and thought it was a decent deal. When I received my item, 5 weeks later, I was mad. The bed sheets have stained dirt marks...looked like factory rejects; despite washing, the stain won't come off. To top off the stain, I found a watermelon seed dried stuck to the sheets leaving mark (come off with washing) - I swear I am not making this up. It was gross...I donated the bed-in-a-bag to the Salvation Army and swear off buying anything this site.

    I made two orders for my brother's birthday and 3 weeks later, his birthday has long passed and the orders are still "processing" despite my credit card was charged and the site FAQ said it would not take more than 10 days for the items to be shipped. Attempted to cancel the orders but no phone number to contact customer service. Email response time is 2-3 days. (Clever. By the time they respond, they'll probably say this: "Ooops, we just shipped your order yesterday so we cannot refund.") In the end, I did not get a refund and my items are still not on their way.

    Extremely disappointed. Not recommend to anyone. You'd rather save yourself the trouble and just pay the extra bucks for the items on more trustworthy sites. At least you don't have to deal with awful customer service and unpleasant experience.

    I purchased Foscam camera from 1saleaday.com. Item is not shipped yet but status in their website shows shipped. Phone customer service is disconnecting calls saying "we don’t support existing purchases on phone." I sent almost 30 emails. Couple of emails got replied saying "sorry we will ship it soon." I had previous very bad experience. They advertised one item and they send different item. This is very unprofessional company and never buy from them. No support for our purchases and no support for products too.

    I wish I had done my research like many other people have written! I excitedly ordered a tablet for $79.99 from the site. This tablet came with a keyboard, case and charger. I ordered the tablet on 8/23/2013 and received it today (October 1, 2013). The company's website states it would ship out within 14 days of purchase. That is the first thing about them that is UNTRUE.

    So now on to the tablet! After opening the box and setting the keyboard up, putting the tablet into the carry case and beginning to explore--- I realize the keyboard does not work properly. After slamming on the keys numerous times to type out a website, it would only acknowledge one or two letters/numbers. The keys kept sticking and the keyboard is poorly made. So that is the first thing USELESS about this purchase. Now, onto the brain itself of the tablet. I download one game, just one tiny little game (angry birds for my excited 4 year-old). After 42 minutes it finally finishes its download. :/

    I want to return this piece of junk, but guess what? NO RETURNS policy! Wonderful. Needless to say, I will never order from there again!

    On 09/18/13 I purchased an item on their website. Unfortunately, I didn't do my research before placing an order. If I would have read about their customer service or rather lack thereof and about their very slow shipping, I would have left their site. I sent them an email inquiring about my item on 09/25 and received a response on 09/29. They definitely have a flaw in their business. I will NEVER make a purchase through their site again.     I ordered a mattress over a month and a half ago and paid them $1099.00 and today is the 30th of September and I still don't have it. The shipper had on their website for tracking that the estimated delivery date was 9-20. I called the shipper today to check and they informed me the manufacturer has been closed and just reopened today. The mattress should be shipped today or tomorrow, so I called 1SaleADay with my concerns and they hung up on me! The customer service is horrible.

    1SaleADay takes forever to ship out to you. Why would it take anyone that long, 10 to 14 days, to ship an item out? Why do they wait to take your money when they are ready to ship?? I order a gift for someone from them on Sept. 14. This person’s birthday was on the 5th of Oct. I thought there would be plenty of time to ship and receive the item. Not so. I contact them and asked if they could tell me how long before it would ship. This is the email I received from 1SaleADay. Oh yes, this is my first and last order from this place. Oh yes, the ad DID not say 10-14 business days to ship with this package including holidays. The ad said 7 to 10 days and nothing about holidays and them being Jewish.

    I have been ordering from 1Sale for 2 years and have spent more than $1k easily. The only complaint I ever had before this issue was their gruelingly slow shipping. I adjusted my purchases to make sure I wasn't as impacted if they took longer to ship than expected.

    In July, I ordered two Oniss watches for my wedding anniversary a month later. The watches arrived about 5 weeks after I ordered, and the total cost was about $150 for the two watches. The men's watch looked completely different from the picture and was much larger than I thought. It also had some damage to the side winder that was really obvious. The women's watch I ordered was "rose gold" and a chocolate dark brown color. The one that arrived was the same style but was silver and black. I immediately emailed them asking for a return, and 2 days later I was told to contact the manufacturer. I did contact the company and was told to contact 1Sale. Grrr.

    I emailed 1Sale again and explained the issue again, and told them they were responsible for the products they re-sell... Sending out a damaged item or an item that does not match the ad is not the fault of the manufacturer. Again, twice, I was told that my items were exactly as ordered and no returns would be accepted. They sent me a copy of the ad from their site to prove this point, which actually proved them wrong. I took many screenshots and pictures and spent an hour writing what had happened and how their ad showed "rose gold" in the description. Finally they accepted my return request and gave instructions on where to send it (on my own dime). Another email about incurring loss on shipping charges sent, and I received a return shipping label from them 2 days later. Whew.

    Well, I shipped the watches back a week ago and the tracking number today shows that they "denied delivery" and "asked UPS to hold the package until a later date." What??? I can't think of any reason they wouldn't accept the package or would wait to do so. I'm guessing they are delaying so that they don't have to refund me. I'm so irritated at being out $150 and being jerked around after doing nothing wrong.

    I will be making a formal complaint to the BBB and my credit card company. There is no excuse for this. I would much rather spend a few extra bucks elsewhere than support these people. They have definitely lost me as a customer forever. Beware of ordering from them. I suggest finding another option for your purchase and making BBB complaints if they are jerking you around. And take as many screenshots as you can if you do order so that you have proof.

    I wish I had read these review BEFORE placing my order with this company. I placed my order on 8/28/13 and have been unable to track my order until today. Every day this past week, I've been expecting to RECEIVE my purchase and when I don't, I go back online to try to track it. It turns out, my package was READY for delivery on 8/30/13 but didn't actually SHIP until yesterday! 12 days of just sitting somewhere! Now they say I should be receiving my order in another week!     I ordered 2 of what I thought was a spectacular deal, a Double Power Technology 7" Android Tablet for $39.99 on August 15th, 2013. Today is September 12th, 2013 and I still haven't received a confirmation email that these items have shipped and they debited my account for both soon after I ordered. The original ad stated orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. I emailed their customer service dept after 12 business days inquiring on the status and received the reply "Orders are generally processed and shipped in 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), as indicated in your email confirmation. However, this item was advertised as: 10-14 business days for your order to ship. Once your order has been processed for shipping, you will receive another email with your tracking information and you can also locate it by logging into your account at any time."

    On the 14th day, I get an email hoping it would be the confirmation and tracking number but instead I get this message: "Thank you for your recent purchase of the 7" Android Tablet. Please be advised that we are expecting a longer than usual processing time for your order and expect your order to ship within 1-2 weeks. Getting our customers the best deal is our goal and we apologize for this inconvenience. Your patience and understanding is truly appreciated."

    I am truly perturbed and even though it's a small amount I want a refund. Have a great day!

    Please don't buy anything from this cheats.........

    I ordered a tablet on July 29, 2013. I got the consignment after almost a month later. To my utter surprise, I found that they had sent me a wrong product. After that, the story begins. I had tried to call them up. Almost every time, nobody was there to receive that. At one of my luckiest days, I got the connection and the lady was not ready to help. After that, I mailed them repeatedly. Then finally, they agreed to refund my money. While sending the product, I categorically mentioned that I will not pay for the courier charge. They agreed and asked me to send the receipt for the same. I did that. 3 days ago, I got the refund. I found that they have only refunded my tab price. Once again I mailed them. I got some disgusting reply from somebody called "Maurice", that they will not refund me the courier charge.

    I am lucky to escape with a loss of $16 (courier charge) only. Beware of this company. Now they have change their name. I think this move is quite obvious. Nobody will trust 1saleaday.com any more. But changing the name to 1sale.com will not change their attitude and character, I suppose.

    I ordered a sound bar for $50.00. I should of looked at these reviews before I purchased. So they take your money pretty quick. However, when it comes to shipping, well more like a snail, they keep sending you emails for you to stay informed. However, the email means nothing when you just order a label on UPS which what the tracking look up says ("A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status - including the scheduled delivery date - will be updated").

    Well, you go to the UPS website and this package does not seem to get picked up. You call UPS and they tell you that the seller has not shipped the item yet. Just because they create, it does not mean they have to ship is what the customer svc at UPS said. This seems like a bait and switch and hope you forget that you ordered the item type of a scam. I call them and they claim that they are busy and to leave a message go online and emailed them. I guess you all know the response since I am venting here. NOTHING!!! I hope more people read this website regarding their lack of care for the paying client and they decide to pay 25 dollars more and get heir item delivered in the appropriate time.

And why did it take me several months to contact them. I asked the rep if he was joking, I responded, "I've contacted you every 3 weeks for the past 4 months," and I get the same response: "We are looking into it."     I've ordered from them before, learned not to expect super fast shipping. This particular order was for a set of iPhone 5 charging cables. Both were fine for about a month when suddenly the plastic body on the end that plugs into the phone slid off exposing the circuitry. I emailed the about the situation on the first cable and they offered a 50% refund because I still had one working cable. I didn't reply the email imminently due the holiday weekend. Over that weekend the second cable just plain stopped working. I told them about it and they have given a full refund without requiring me to ship it back. I know that the bad cable wasn't their fault but I really appreciated how they handled it and trying to keep it easy for me.

    I signed up for Consumer Affairs simply because of 1SaleADay's poor service including inaccurate promotion of actual products on page, as well as actual customer service. The fact that it was so bad I felt compelled to warn others. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! I purchased a discounted watch but when I received it the quality was not as described in the picture or the copy and wanted a return. What was 1SaleADay's response? Nope. They don't offer returns. At all. Only on defective items. Of which they then only provide you with a full return if they are out of stock on said defective items.

    To make matters worse, I corresponded with 4 different customer service representatives all on one same Gmail thread and all gave varying but unhelpful responses such as: "Please see our return policy at the following link: https://1SaleADay.com/faqs. I apologize you don't quality for a return. Have a fantastic day!"

    These people need serious help with not only their customer service but their business in general. Had they accepted my return request, I would've likely spent the $ on their site, as well as made future purchases. But they are so short sighted they only care about the 1 upfront sale vs long term customer satisfaction that could lead to multiple purchases down the road. Their loss. Highly suggest not purchasing from this company.

    I ordered the Roku2 live TV player from 1SaleADay. From the information on the web site, I was led to believe that I could stream movies from my memory source. It would not stream from a USB source. I requested to return the product, because it would not perform in the manner that was necessary for me to use it. To this point, I have several emails and they refuse to take the product back and give me a refund or credit. Until this time, I've been an excellent customer for them. Just last week I received the 2-16GB iPod touch I ordered. I've ordered numerous times from this company, but until they fix this problem, I will not order from them in the future.

    I have been using 1SaleADay for more than 2 years but recently my experience has been really bad. I ordered a Casio watch and on their ad they said estimated time to ship 7-10 business days but after so many follow up, my watch was shipped after 40 days and it reached to me in more than 55 days. Now I am still waiting for another order which I have purchased on 08-02-2013 and in my account it's still showing processing, which means my item is not yet shipped while estimate time to ship was 3 to 5 business days. 1SaleADay sucks. Tried to contact them from there. Took weeks to get response, and refuse to do anything, and kept lying and providing the new listed "refurbished item" as their evidence.

    I ordered a TV and it was shipped improperly, many pieces not being wrapped, so the TV arrived with intensive damage. When trying to contact the agency, they had no phone number on their website, just a web form. I Googled other numbers, leaving a voicemail in addition to using the web form, and wasn't replied to for another 6 days through email. Every time I reply to an email, it's another issue; "please send pictures", "send the pictures again", "have you received anything yet?", with 4-5 days in between responses. It has been over 3 weeks and I still have not received a return label, a refund, or any other time of resolution to this problem. Now when I call, there's only a recording that says "no one is available".

    I ordered a Double Power Technology 7" Android Tablet and PAID for it same day August 15th, 2013. It currently (August 23, 2013) says "Processing".     Yes, I thought that your products are the only place to get the things you buy esp. when your items are available in 30 min. increments with the thought that your site is the only site with free shipping on that specific item. I looked at an item on your website about a dog bed for my small frame dog, Mad, and thinking that I was going to miss out on this WONDERFUL(!!!!) because of the deal expiring in 18 minutes so I did an Amazon search for the item or even similar items and saw the EXACT (!) same item you all are selling for $17.00 also with free shipping and you are selling yours for $20.00 and y'all shipping is longer. So then I decided to Amazon search an item I brought a Hog wild led faucet lite for $7.99 almost a week and a half ago from you. All this week, I decided to look for that item too and saw that again I paid $1.70 more for the item which is advertised at $6.19 on their website again with free shipping. So y'all make money HOW, jacking the price up. That's not fair to your trusting consumers. So from now on, I will be checking before buying just as I was loving your site.     I have ordered two items from this site and BOTH arrived with issues. One didn't work and the other had scratches and overall damage to the unit not from shipping, just poor quality. I have reached out to their customer support multiple times and the response is VERY slow at best, most times they never respond. Maybe because they have so many complaints they can't get to it. When they do respond, they don't answer any of the questions or requests you put in your email so don't bother. My suggestion NEVER ORDER FROM THIS ORGANIZATION. It's a rip off. They expect you to pay for return shipping when the issue isn't your fault. Buyer Beware!!!!! Stand Clear of this company.

    I ordered a TV mount, had to use PayPal (thank God) because shipping and billing addresses were different. Waited a week and a half. No confirmation from them. But 24.99 was taken out of my PayPal account that same day. I looked in my account with this scam company and it said no previous orders. You can't contact them by phone, only email. Then that takes 1-3 days for response. Long story short, I contacted PayPal. They got me my "what looks used" merchandise! It came in a torn up box!! Screw this dilapidated company! Spread the word.     I ordered a product on May 2, 2013. It took six weeks to arrive, even though it should have shipped within 7-10 days. I tried numerous times to contact 1SaleADay to resolve the problem. After a few weeks I received an email wanting a picture. Then heard nothing. After I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I heard from them being willing to refund my money, but they wanted me to pay the return shipping. After another week or so, I finally received a shipping label to return the item at their expense. On August 9th I received a refund, 16 weeks after I ordered the product.

    Ordered a shark mop from their website. It arrived in a box with a sticker of the product which was weird and then realized the item was refurbished which was never stated in the description of item. We opened the box and the mop just doesn't work. I tried to contact them and they only have an email which the response time frame is 3 days so every communication you try to have takes weeks... They finally told me to send item back but to pay for the shipping to send back.... TOTAL JOKE. I will be disputing charges with my CC and make sure I tell my story everywhere I can!!!!!!!

    I ordered rings from this site for my wife and they are either damaged or different rings. Few has damaged center stone with cracks and scratches whereas others are totally different from what was ordered. They have mostly crystals missing or different design. For one of the rings, I ordered different sizes and one can easily see the difference. For size 7, the bottom or lower end of the ring is way too thin as a thread. You will be afraid to wear the ring so that you might easily break or bend it. The finishing is also way too cheap. The rings which you see while ordering and the ones you receive look different or unattractive or cheaply made. Those shines and looks are missing. So instead of wearing these rings to occasions, you will wear at home.

    I ordered a Galaxy S3 Battery case for my phone. I received a Galaxy S4 case that was totally different. I contacted customer care and they responded asking me to send a picture of the case I received. The next day, a different rep e-mails me telling me to pack it up, send, and they would give me a refund. I e-mailed back asking about shipping. I told them that it was not my mistake and why should I pay for return shipping for something that they did.

    I had NO response. I sent 5 e-mails practically begging them to respond and at least tell me yes or no concerning the shipping. It is VERY obvious that my e-mails are being ignored. The First 2 e-mail were read and responded to. The last 5 were ignored. The message is, "We screwed up but tough ** for you. You pay to send back our mistake or keep it, we don't really care." That's it for me.

    Add in roughly a week of shipping for each of these items and nothing was received in less than a week. At most it neared a month. I've been a customer for over a year and I'm absolutely astounded when I receive something within two weeks. I have NO idea how there are any five star ratings for this website, yet alone so many of them. Maybe someone got lucky on their only order and incorrectly felt that was an accurate representation of the company as a whole? Who knows. Are the prices good? Sure... they're pretty okay. Shipping is terrible and customer service is almost always abysmal. I had the displeasure of needing to return a $100 watch last year and they argued in circles with me for a month before I finally filed a complaint with the BBB. Terrible, terrible company.

    Ordered these 1.5 ctw diamond earrings and didn't expect perfection but what I received was unwearable. Looked like two white marshmallows. Contacted 1SaleADay and got the runaround. After many emails and finally telling them I was contacting my attorney did they tell me they would refund but keep 20% of the total price paid which was $300.00. What a scam! Mail out junk and then refund minus 20%. Not only do they have their merchandise but 20% of the consumer's money. I will never buy anything expensive from them again. Learned my lesson the hard way!

    I had worst experience on this. This site is sucking consumer money by selling cheap item in name with big branded company. No customer service, no direct phone number to talk customer care. I had horrible experience when I bought Gillette Razor Blade Refill Cartridges from this site. They send me normal Razor Blade where company name is also not mention in wrapper box.     Be warned.. After 1SAD held my payment for 3 weeks, they canceled the order saying the item is not in stock anymore. However the item is still showing as "70% in stock" on their sister site. To make matters worst, they want me to wait another 1-2 weeks while they process my "refund". A refund should take 2-3 days. Seems like if the deal is too good to be true, it might be. Seems like they setup deals just to get funds from people. What is the need to wait two weeks for a refund?

    I ordered a Dream Light for $10 as one of my three kids didn't have one. I told them it would be here on July 8th which it did arrive on July 8th, but it was a big huge Pillow Pet!!! I was shocked... How do you get a pillow pet out of a Dream Light. So I looked back at my account and all my emails from them and they all say Dream Light on them (not Pillow Pet).     I have had nothing but bad experiences with this website. From poor product quality, to even worse, the blatant use of pictures of soldiers to try and market cheap products, I really can not think of anything good to say. My girlfriend has ordered a few products, trying to allow this company to redeem themselves; however each and every time, the products arrive either looking like they were previously used or just flat out do not work. Trying to get any remedy from the non-existent customer service is pointless. All it leads to is even more frustration. One of my biggest issues, however, is more about how this company tries to use images on social media to capitalize on people's sentiments.

    Using pictures and videos of soldiers, and linking them to specific items for sale is very misleading and wrong. It is done in a way to make narrow minded people feel that by purchasing said items, they are supporting the troops, when in fact this could not be further from the truth. Another issue was the sale of the t shirts that were supposedly to support the 1Boston fund. Organizers of that fund had no idea of this company, said they never received any donations from the sale of these shirts, and that any claim that they did was false.

    On July 3 2013 I ordered an airbrush. I have been checking the website to see when it would ship as I'm disabled and need to make arrangements to be available on the expected delivery date (I have serious mobility issues). The website since the moment I made my payment has shown 'in process' with no update. I have emailed several times and received no response. I finally was able to search out a phone number after much searching of the interwebs. I called last Friday and was forced to leave a voice mail. I called again today and was told that someone would maybe get back to me within 48 hours but that I should send another email anyway 'just in case'. I just want the product I ordered.

    They didn't hesitate to take my payment immediately, but seem to be dragging their feet in shipping or even updating me on the status of my order. It is not unreasonable for me to want to know where my product is since they have already swallowed my payment. I have friends that ordered from them AFTER me that have already received what they ordered. This complete lack of customer service has me questioning ever doing business with them again. I'm not unreasonable. They still have a chance to make this right; however, recent events make me question if they will even do that. If I hear nothing from them in the next 48 hours, I will be posting again and requesting an attorney contact me.

    I ordered four Logitech mice back in March. When I received them in April, the box was intact but it contained only one mouse. I contacted the vendor, but they have email only and they replied to support questions once a week, in the best case. After a few weeks of back and forth ("Please provide pics"), I decided to contact the credit card company and get my money back (initially, I just wanted the missing devices).

    The bank replied, after a little while, that they have proof from the merchant they delivered in full. 1SaleADay guys provided basically the same information I had on the label, stating that the package was 2 lbs., so I tried several times to go back to their support and solve this. They kept telling me they can do nothing since it was in dispute with the bank. It was an obvious lie, since the bank closed the case. So I provided the 1SaleADay support guys a copy of the letter I received from the bank. Their answer to that was instantaneous: "Then there's nothing we can do!"

    It's worth mentioning I bought many more things from this site, much more valuable than the $48 or so that they owe me. AT THIS POINT, I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THE 1SaleADay.com SITE. THEY ARE DECEITFUL AND UNRELIABLE, AND THEIR SUPPORT POLICIES ARE DESPICABLE!

    I bought a camera 2 years ago and had emailed them to make sure it came with the memory card. I was told yes. The camera came after a very long wait only to find it had no memory card. I was unable to find a card that would work so either the camera was broken, or the memory card was outdated. I have little time for this kind of service so I tossed the camera and went on with my life.

    I ordered from this site on June 12th and it came a week later. My daughter said that they were reputable and was successful working with them. That has not been my experience in working with them. When the box came it was dented and the item a small Cuisinart table top grill. When I opened the box, I saw the condition and I asked how to return it. They denied me, saying it did not fit their parameters. Now I am a Senior Citizen that still works and do not treat people this way. To say this is very poor customer service is an understatement. Now look at their statement:

    Refund and Return Policy - Though we would never intentionally sell a defective product, it's not unheard of inadvertently sending one or two item that simply don't work. All Dead On Arrival (DOA) products that are defective upon delivery are returnable to us within 21 days. In order to return a defective product, please email support@1saleaday.com for an RMA form and return instructions. If however the product becomes defective after delivery or because of normal use, that would be something to contact manufacturer concerning possible repair or replacement. We apologize in advance if an item is of faulty quality from the manufacturer. We will do what we can to help you deal with that should that problem arise. We certainly hope it does not.

    I have been buying comforter for the past 20 years. This was the worst! The first time I washed, the color faded and also the fabric got distorted! Also, these items were probably in warehouses for a very long time. They spray some chemical to maintain them and caused severe rash. Bought other items like bamboo laundry hamper - flimsy construction. Contacted 1SaleADay. They do not have a number to call, only emails, and they are not willing to refund. Very difficult to deal with. Be aware when you buy any item for this vendor. Quality is not good. Discretion required.

    On June 12, 2013, I ordered 2 of the Roku 2s. My bank card was charged and as of date I have NOT received my items. I received an email stating it was shipped and when I tracked it, somehow, the carrier put the wrong address?? Now the package is being sent BACK to the sender and I have to WAIT for them to receive it back before they can refund my money. The issue I have is NONE of this was my fault and why do I have to wait for them to get a package back that I NEVER received? Why am I being penalized? And, it wasn't my error. It's clear on the tracking you can see it being sent back so why wouldn't they ship me what I have paid for or why not give me my money back?? Regardless of what happens with the shipment, I didn't receive it so why is my transaction contingent upon it?? I've ordered from them before and received my items; therefore, I had no reason to enter my billing or mailing info.

    On April 12th, I ordered an 8-piece Bed in a Bag set from 1SaleADay.com because it was an incredible deal. Although I received a confirmation for my purchase, I never received a tracking number, something I found odd. I contacted customer support via email and was told that the item was being returned to 1SaleADay due to an "undeliverable address," which is odd because I've never had an issue with deliveries to this address before. They made it clear they would give me a full refund, but I had to wait for them to receive the item.

    By June 20th, I still had not received a refund for the item. I contacted customer support once again. And to my surprise, they told me that I already received my item, giving me a tracking number as "proof." The tracking number does not state that it was delivered to my address, only that it is somewhere in my state. I am furious and will never be purchasing from this company ever again.

    I've made several purchases from 1SaleADay and I have to say I am very happy thus far. The deals are unbeatable. I got the Roku 2 XS 1080P Streaming player over 6 months ago for $50. To this day, it's still the cheapest price out there that I've seen at least. I also got JBuds Earbuds for like $21 and they retail for (I believe) $89.99. I check their site everyday and I love the 30-minute timer.     I ordered a tablet for $59 three weeks ago and received an email stating it would be shipped in 7-10 days. It specifically did not say business days. I told them it was supposed to be shipped the 24th (3 days ago) to which they replied it was 7-10 business days (original email did NOT say that). I told them I better get it by Friday (tomorrow).     I recently ordered a ceramic knife set. When the shipment came, one of the knives had a broken tip. There was no damage to the package. It looks like they shipped it with the broken knife. When I contacted their customer support, I was initially asked to send the pictures and then they offered me a refund of $5. I wanted to get the broken knife replaced. But they say I have to ship the whole package back to get a replacement. Boy this is pathetic. Thanks.

    I purchased over six weeks ago. The United States Post Office tracking number they provided shows up as Not Valid on the USPS website. I have written 1SaleADay six times and each time they respond with non-responsive boiler plate. The last time they asked me to check with my neighbors and family members - as if that will turn up a package that we did not receive and the USPS says was not sent. It looks like 1SaleADay made a mistake, plain and simple. They should have offered to (1) reship the item or (2) issue a refund. They are willing to do neither. I suggest doing business with an honorable and ethical business. 1SaleADay is none of those.

    On June 3rd - ORDER ID # ** was processed for Father's Day gift. I sent email to Support advising SHIPPING address needs to be updated (We had recently just moved into our new residence). On June 5th, I received a response email from both EBONI and Cynthia stating they will forward this request to the Shipping Department, and get back to us as soon as possible. On June 13th, I received confirmation item is being shipped to WRONG ADDRESS:

    "The item BlackJack Textured Ring - Size 13 on your order #** has been successfully shipped via UPS Mail Innovations. Your tracking code is **. Please read our reminders below for more details regarding your order."

    So, between June 5th and June 13th, we did not receive any communication from either EBONI or CYNTHIA with an update (6 BUSINESS DAYS or 8 DAYS TOTAL, which belies what your website states when sending a message via the Customer Support form). On June 14th (1:59 PM PST), I sent complaint email to Support stating displeasure with the fact that neither support representative contacted us back, but rather we received a shipping confirmation to WRONG ADDRESS. Immediately after, I contacted customer support at 800-419-0100 and spoke with Christina with the Information Desk. I advised her that I needed to speak with someone in Customer Service, to complain about what has happened. She stated would escalate issue to Customer Service Manager, and would get a response back in 24 hours. She gave me a Case #.

    On June 14th (2:15 PM PST) - EBONI sent reply email: "I have great news I was able to update your address! Your order was shipped with UPS Mail Innovations tracking number: **. You can track this package at **. If you are unable to track it there, you may also try at UPS.com Please let me know if there is anything else I may assist you with."

    So, only AFTER "outing" EBONI and CYNTHIA for failure to respond back in a timely manner, EBONI responds back in 16 minutes. Here we are, June 17th at 10:10 PM PST, and there is no email response or phone call AS PROMISED by CHRISTINA.

    We have ordered before from 1SaleADay.com, as well as your other affiliates. This is the first time we encountered any issues with getting somebody to resolve this problem without getting the "silent treatment".

It is the 10th order of 11 that I have placed with this company, and the last. Unfortunately not all orders are able to be canceled and we apologize for the inconvenience.     Wonder how long that refund, after I have to refuse the order, will take? It is not impossible to refund money for an order that has not even completed processing; this is pure BS.     I have ordered two sets of Watch/Wallet gift set from 1SaleADay on June 3, 2013 for my dad to give him as a Father's Day gift. It is June 14 today and their website still shows that they are processing the order. I have written 3 e-mails to their customer service, but they have not replied to any of my e-mails. I am extremely disappointed and angry at them. I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card today and hopefully I will get my money back. I have never had such horrible customer service experience from any online shops. I do a lot of my shopping online, but I will never buy anything from 1saleaday.com any more.     The order was made on 5-20-13, and I've since ordered other products from two other companies, and have everything, except my order from 1SaleADay. After reading some of the complaints already filed, I see my situation is the same as another disgruntled customer. I've sent to emails regarding the same entry from day one that never changed "PROCESSING". I asked was it an unusual situation, a problem that I should be notified of, and what I got back to me was some very short pre-answers, from their set of FAQ, in which I wasn't satisfied at all. As suggested on your website by others, I've just sent another email addressed to Debra, and I'm hoping she can help me. At this point I would rather, the money be credited back to my PAYPAL account.

    I recently tried to order an item on 1SaleADay.com through their iPhone App. After I entered all of my information and submit, their App said that there was an error. So I tried it again, then one more time with the same error. I sent an email to customer service to see if I can resolve this. The next day after checking my bank account to find that I was charged 3 TIMES for those transactions that I was informed with the ERROR message.

    So I called 1SaleADay.com, after multiple and multiple tries, I got an operator who was just rushing through to tell me to go through their website to resolve this. I went to 1SaleADay.com to try to email this problem but to find out that I need an order number to even send them the email. Again, I called and after multiple tries, I finally got through and the operator hung up while I was talking. If anyone has any suggestion to what I should do next, please help. Thanks.

    I recently purchased a Blackberry tablet and was told it would arrive within five days. The shipment date has changed a couple of times. After talking with their service department, and now there is no shipping date set. They have sent a note saying they made a mistake and were sorry for my inconvenience, but I still have no shipment date. I also purchased a Griffin iPod/iPhone wireless player for my car (5-29-13), and it is still in the processing stage. It's now 6-9-13. 1SaleADay used to be an excellent company, getting products out very quickly. You have to do your research before buying anything from them, however. Why would I want to wait 2-3 weeks to receive something that I could buy at Best Buy for just a little more, receive it immediately and not have the problem with potential return issues? 1SaleADay needs to get it together for me to spend more money with them!

    I put in an order for a gift to be sent to a friend's address. 1SaleADay said to use PayPal because I'm sending to a different address. Fine, I have a PayPal account. On the PayPal site, it allowed me to specify different payment and shipping names and addresses, but then back on the 1SaleADay site, it showed the shipment as going to my friend's address, but with my name instead of his. So I emailed to customer service.

    After a couple of days, the response came back: "Our system does not allow me to make any changes once your order has been submitted." But that is the point: the problem started when it was submitted, and I had no chance to correct it because I had already entered the information correctly. So I sent another email explaining that.

    Received another response that must be a form letter, because it just gave standard wording that did not address the actual situation: "When you need to bill and ship to two different addresses, please select PayPal as your method of payment. Please make sure that your PayPal default settings aren't set to automatically make your shipping and billing address the same. If shipping to another address for a gift, please be aware that PayPal doesn't allow the shipping name to be changed."

    PayPal is a successful company that has been in business for years. I am sure that PayPal can handle gifts that are bought by one person but shipped to another person! PayPal's website asked all the right questions; the problem seems to have happened when the order got back to 1SaleADay.

    Beware the customer service at 1SaleADay - don't expect an intelligent response that fits your complaint.

    I have bought several inexpensive items from 1SaleADay with no problems. My last purchase was a gift. It was a Bamboo Laundry Hamper. I should have opened the package and put it together first, but instead I wrapped the box. Big Mistake! It was such a piece of junk. I was embarrassed! It was so unstable that you could not lift it in order to retrieve any laundry. I can't believe they would sell something with such bad quality. I e-mailed customer service, and after three days, got a response that "sorry, but we only accept ‘defective’ items for return, and it must be within 21 days". I guess I might take my chances again with inexpensive items, but based on what I've read on this website, I would never buy anything over $20. This was my first experience contacting their customer service, and I was not impressed at all!

    I have been shopping on 1saleaday for a while now and I loved it. I saw they were selling a Bluetooth Keyboard Case for iPad and iPad Mini. I have the iPad Mini and have been looking for one of these so of course I bought it. The product was advertised as compatible with iPad Mini so I assumed it meant that it would fit into the case. Well when I got the product, I realized it was made for the larger iPad and if I tried putting my Mini into it that it would just fall out. I contacted customer service and told them that this product does not fit my iPad mini like it was advertised. They simply said, “Sorry, we can't do anything about it because the product is not defective.” This is clearly their fault because they didn't check the size of the case before they put it up for sale. Needless to say, I will never be shopping at 1saleaday and I will make sure my friends won't either. Terrible policies and terrible customer service.

    I have purchased smaller, less expensive items from 1SaleADay, like sunglasses and iPod accessories, over the last couple of years, and everything is fine. Recently, I purchased a Raymong Weil watch for $499 based on past experiences. Big mistake. It took two weeks to ship, I had to drive to a UPS place to pick it up, the watch was in a different watch company's box, and the instructions were for a different watch. And, one of the watch hands is not working. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Worst on the internet by far. You cannot get them on the phone, they take days to respond to emails, and when they do, questions go unanswered. My issue is still unresolved after weeks. Buyers beware and don't buy anything that you might actually want to return. $20 glasses are one thing, $500 watch, another. Don't make my mistake. Long live Amazon.com and their excellent service.

    I ordered bed set month and a half ago. It said it's gonna take 10-15 business for shipping. I waited 15 business days and no confirmation that my order has been shipped. I emailed them asking what's going on. They replied that they have a lot of delays and that I should allow 3-5 business days for my order to be shipped. I did so, and 5 business days after no response again!

    I emailed asking what's going on. They copied and paste the same email like they did before (about waiting for 3-5 more days)!!! Are you ** kidding me! You're just gonna copy paste the same answer always??!! Then they answered that they are sorry and they will ship my order soon! WTF is soon?? I asked again, "What's soon?" and they replied they will give me 5 bucks store credit for next time I order something from their website (and again no answer when they’re going to ship my order).

    I said, “I NEED YOU TO TELL ME WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO SHIP MY ORDER. Don't give me excuses anymore, and 5 bucks won't cover over a month waiting time for one freaking bed set!!!” So then they emailed they will give me 6 bucks (are you ** kidding me again) and they CAN'T tell me when they are going to ship it! Honestly, I got sick of waiting for their response and of the same BS over and over, so I asked for money back.

    Now they wrote this: "I will try to cancel your order, and if I am successful in doing so, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 business hours. Unfortunately not all orders are able to be canceled and we apologize for the inconvenience. If you do not receive an email saying that your order has been canceled, you can refuse the package for a full refund." This is nothing but the nightmare of getting your order delivered or money back! Stay away from them if you don't have plan of waiting one year for small thing to be delivered! P.S. For all this time I could sew the bed set myself and ship it! Horrible experience.

    I ordered 2 standing storage closets along with 2 other items on March 12, 2013. All were paid for at once and were on one invoice. I received one item approximately 3 weeks later, a second item a week after that, and the 2 storage closets 2 weeks later. It took 6 weeks to receive the 2 storage closets. I put them together the weekend I received them. Both were of such low quality as to be totally useless. Parts for one closet broke while it was being assembled. Both closets broke or collapsed with barely even 1/3 of the closet having clothes added, which meant that over 2/3 of the total storage space for each closet was unused when they collapsed!

    I wrote to 1SaleADay on April 25th regarding getting a refund and they responded that they needed pictures of the damaged/collapsed units before they would even talk to me about a refund. I sent them the pics as requested; however it was not until May 7th that they responded that I had to send the items back to them to get a refund. I did so via UPS and provided them with the tracking numbers. On May 17th, I finally got a response from them that they would reimburse me for the shipping charges I paid to return the items. I received notice from UPS that the items had been delivered May 22nd.

    I received a refund for ONE ITEM ONLY on May 29th. I received a check for reimbursement of the shipping charges on June 1st. I emailed 1SaleADay on May 29th asking about the refund for the second item that was returned to them, and asked for a response within 24 hours. It is now 5 days later and I still have not received a response regarding the refund for the second item. I have spent nearly three months dealing with this transaction, and I am very angry that I have had to spend so much of my time dealing with this matter.

    The two storage closets were of such poor quality that they should never have been sold by the company in the first place. The fact that they make it so difficult to contact them and get any resolution to issues, especially by not having a phone number listed anywhere, is ridiculous and indicative of the fact that they do not want people calling them with problems. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding the company and this transaction.

    On May 12th, 2013 I purchased order number ** a Keith Haring Varick Large Box Tote for $9.99 and order number ** a Keith Haring Houston Large Tote for $9.99. Both items were paid for on Pay Pal. Pay Pal confirms that 1 Sale a Day was paid as does the Discover card that my Pay Pal is linked to. After constantly seeing on my 1 Sale a Day account that the items are processing, I contacted 1 Sale a Day. I was asked to add 5 days because of holidays. After the 5 days I contacted Debra, 1 Sale a Day's customer representative, and was told 1 item was not paid for. Pay Pal and Discover card reaffirmed that both orders were paid for on May 12th.

    I requested that Debra please expedite shipping of order in that my daughter would like to have use of the tote bags. Still waiting response from Debra and 1 Sale a Day. Have been active with 1 Sale a Day since December 2010. Generally have no problems, but when a problem does arise it is extremely difficult to get it resolved. Once, an item did not arrive and UPS confirmed that they delivered it to the wrong address; took forever to resolve. There was a problem with a surveillance camera that took considerably over a month to be delivered. My recommendation DO NOT BUY ANY ITEMS FROM 1 SALE A DAY UNLESS YOU USE PAY PAL. Pay Pal has tirelessly tried to resolve problems I have experienced with 1 Sale a Day. Pay Pal is not perfect either - they have their limitations.

    I've been a customer of 1SaleADay for two years. Generally speaking, sometimes you get really cheap price, but just be careful about the "very, very slow shipping" (actually, it is slow handling time, not real shipping time), plus poor customer service. It said 7 to 10 business days to ship out. In my experiences, many Caresse, it was shipped out in 10 to 15 business days. It would be three weeks(calendar days) before you receive your good.

    One time, I ordered a $200 projector. It was not shipped out in calendar days. Customer service replied to your email in three business days... I would never buy high-priced items from 1SaleADay. For cheap-priced items, I would continue to buy, but I would not spend any effort to complain or request refund.

    We've been customers of 1SaleADay for a couple of years and have been very satisfied with all our purchases and customer service. One time, we had a delivery issue on a large item as it was taking too long for the delivery and customer support refunded our money. Delivery is sometimes a little slow with this company and that's our only minor complaint. Other than that, all products are as represented or better, and delivered well packaged. This company provides excellent value!

    Well, I ordered on 5-11-2013 and haven't received any confirmation on delivery. They said first shipment is estimated to leave on Friday, May 24th, 2013. Orders usually ship within 7-10 business days, under limited circumstances, up to 30 days. This is some **. You go to your account and it says Processing... Okay, you've been processing for almost a month now... The only reason I ordered it is because they were on Wendy Williams and it looks good, $ sounds good... But after reading all the comments, I should have gone to Wal-Mart! I had sent three emails and they responded back in 1 to 2 days saying now they don't work on these days.

    Here's the message, "Thank you for contacting 1SaleADay. Thank you for your purchase. Orders are generally shipped within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). May 15th and May 16th are Jewish holidays and we are closed as we are a Jewish-based company. Therefore, your order is still within the order processing timeframe." So I'm going to give them up to 6-10-2013.

    I bought a few accessories from them and one of the ring sizes is not what they claim it to be. It says size 8, but it's too big for my finger. The other ring I got from them says size 8 and it fits fine, but it's defective. I wrote an email to them about the defective ring and asked for a replacement. They claim that they do not have it in stock and said that they would offer to refund me just $3 and expect me to keep the defective ring. Guess what... that very night, the same ring was on sale again on their website!! I wrote a few more emails to them and no one responded to me at all!!!

    This will be long, but two bad experiences happened within two weeks. I am done with this site after 4 years of buying from them! First...they changed my mailing address on the site, and I didn't realize it when I checked out (yes, I should’ve double checked), but I figured it would be an easy fix with customer service. I WAS WRONG! I ordered this product on May 4, 2013 and emailed them right after I realized the mistake. I emailed them again 4 days later and AGAIN 4 DAYS after that…I got nothing! I called, and they said I never emailed them, and they started going on about how I was LYING to them.

    I pulled up the email they sent me saying that we received your email. I told them that if they want to call me a liar, I would gladly mail them my statements. They quickly changed their attitude and told me it must be a glitch. They want me to EMAIL them again, and they will get back to me. They finally did, only to tell me that I have to wait for the product to reach its shipping address and get sent back to their company. They will issue a refund. ** REALLY??? They had PLENTY OF TIME to fix this if they weren't so freaking lazy with their emails.

    The SECOND time, I bought a Cooks Essentials 20qt roaster. This came with a 30-day warranty. It arrived at my house not EVEN TWO WEEKS AGO. It is 5-26-2013 right now. Well, the product broke on the second use. I took pictures and sent it to customer service AGAIN. To my surprise, they answered back ONLY to tell me that my warranty is NO LONGER COVERED and there is nothing they can do about it. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME??? I haven't even had the product for 15 days! I am DONE with this site. Their customer service can go ** themselves for all I care. If they could’ve just helped me, at least with my 2nd order, I would’ve been happy. I am not getting screwed a 3rd time!!!

    I ordered a violin from this company and never received it. I waited 10 business days before emailing them to see why I had not received a shipping notice yet; they replied that there was an issue with the warehouse and I would have to wait another 3-5 business days for my item to ship. I waited 5 business days and had still received no notification so I emailed customer service once again. This time, I was told there was a delay on the product and they didn't know how long it would take for it to ship and I should have patience. I waited another week before contacting them again to see why my product had not been shipped yet and I was told that they could try to cancel my order but there was no guarantee that I could get my refund. The customer service representative completely ignored my question about whether or not the item was even still available. I emailed once again asking if and when I could expect my product only to receive another email stating that they could try refunding my money, but could not guarantee it. I have reported this company to the BBB.

    I ordered a laptop and have not received it as of yet. It says 7-10 days. It has been 9 but I have sent over 10 emails and they will not respond to me. I sent an email on May 6th to ask what color the laptop is and if it had a charger. I got one response that said that sale was over. I said, "Yes, I bought one but could you answer my original email?" Then they sent an email four days later that said it will be shipped within 7-10 business days not including weekends. They have never answered my original question even though I have asked them over 10 times and the status of my order. I have gotten one email that said I would receive an email when it was processed and shipped which I have not received. I will never buy from this company again. I only hope I get the laptop and it works. If not, I will try to get my money back or sue the company if possible. Please do not buy from this company.

    I used to shop a lot on 1SaleADay. The orders always took a long time to arrive, but my recent order was already a bit too much. I waited a full month just to see a change status that my order was shipped. That is ridiculous and frustrating. Again, a full month to have a status changed! Crazy! I'll never shop again here. And by the way, I just checked, I purchased 43 items at 1SaleADay in the last year! Sorry guys, you lost a customer! All the best.

    I have ordered many things from 1SaleADay. Some have been good items and some not so good. The items are cheap and discounted but most of the items are poorly made. Even though I have purchased several items of jewelry most of it is poorly made. It is a nightmare to try and return items as well as getting a refund. You have to stay on top of them or nothing is done. I highly suggest if you have to do a return, use confirmation. You pretty much get what you pay for. I highly recommend not buying any electronics. They are refurbished items and do not work. I will say any cookware you buy is wonderful. Again, just remember, you are buying items for little money. So don't be shocked when your purchase arrives. I am also still waiting for them to ship items from a month ago. All in all, if you don't have high standards, you won't be disappointed.

    Be aware that 1SaleADay has a no return policy, except for defective merchandise. Be absolutely sure that you would have no reason to request a return because it isn't going to happen. Judge for yourself. But I personally will never order from them again because of this policy and their inflexibility.

    I have been buying from 1SaleADay since 2011. Mostly smaller stuff. I have always been a happy customer. Prompt delivery and (mostly) quality merchandise. So I took the plunge and bought a laptop on 4-29-13. This is when the happy times stopped. I am going on two weeks now and still no laptop, nor is it even scheduled for delivery. Yet the website set my expectation for delivery at 7-10 days. Sounds like others are experiencing week delays or even worse. Maybe this company is suffering from its own success. I am very disappointed and will be very cautious in purchasing from them again. We'll see when my laptop arrives (or if it arrives). Right now they have my money and I have no laptop. Not good!

    I am normally a huge fan of 1saleaday.com. But my mum's most recent purchase has me fired up. My mum recently purchased a desktop computer from 1saleaday as gift for me. When it arrived, I noticed that the spec of the computer were not the same as they were on the page, which I found minor. I just went out and purchased a DVI converter. But then to my surprise when I go to turn on the computer, the computer doesn't even work!!! I have contacted customer service about this twice and left 1 message on Facebook for them. I have heard no response! What horrible customer service. 1saleaday has great prices, but horrible customer service. I will never order from them again, which is very sad. What a loss.

    I have been a customer of 1SaleADay for several years now. They have great prices on many items and until recently, I was a totally satisfied customer. I bought many gifts for family and friends, but in the last 6 months I haven't been able to purchase gifts if they are for birthdays or any other celebrated date. The reason is delayed shipping. Where I used to receive my purchase within 2 weeks, it is now taking a month or longer to receive my purchase.

    The last 4 items I purchased have taken over a month to arrive, and I'm not the only one that is having this problem. Several of my friends that I recommended 1SaleADay to are experiencing the same problem. Customer service doesn't really answer inquiries regarding shipping. They just claim they are having a problem with shipping the item you have ordered and it will be delayed. Customer service must be overloaded with these complaints since they don't really answer the questions. I am limiting my purchases until I get confirmation they have resolved their shipping problems.

    I tried to buy two 1-carat diamond rings for $1,200 each. The verification dept. sent me an email stating, "We require that you provide a photocopy of your ID and credit card." This seemed quite odd to me and was the first time I had experienced this from any business. I tried calling customer service but, per a person answering the phone at this business, told me the only way to reach customer service was by email. I called my credit card company, which advised that I do not ever send a photocopy of my ID and credit card. Very concerning.

    I have placed many orders with them. Sometimes it takes a month to get your items. So, you don't know if it's missing or late. A lot of items have been non-working or different than they state. For example, I ordered dog beds that were supposed to be 5" thick. They were not even 3" thick. They made me jump through hoops and then tried to get me to pay to return them. I still have not been refunded. I have not received three other items and have not been refunded. They are scammers and people are better off ordering elsewhere. And for sure, don't order products that are not name brand because they will come and be cheap China knock-offs.

    I ordered 2 of what were supposed to be Extra Large dog beds - they arrived and are more for the size of a small dog! One Sale a Day did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to make this right and would not allow us to return them! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING ANYTHING from One-Sale A day!

    I don’t understand how you can rate this company as "trusted". I placed an order on 29 Jan 2013 for five items. Two of the items were shipped. I placed another order on 09 March 2013 for 3 items. Two have been received. The third item, a 14" ASUS Laptop, has a "dummy" or bogus shipping number. UPS has never received the product from the company. I have ordered hundreds of items from this company and spent thousands of dollars with them. My email inquiries have repeatedly gone answered beyond the computer-generated "auto-responses".

    I received two separate responses from two different employees that simply stated "they are checking on it". I received the first such notice two weeks ago following countless emails from me asking they either ship or refund my money. The total loss is $606.96. Clearly not a fortune, but as I am facing a lay off at work, every penny counts. I have seen hundreds of complaints regarding this company on other websites. You list them as "trusted". Can you make an inquiry on my behalf? My account number with them is my email address **.

    I would please willing to pay a fee to get the majority of my money back. However, I am not willing to pay a fee to get the products I already paid for. I am from Florida, the same state they operate out of. I am trying to figure out how to file a complaint with the state. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Can you help?

    I would give this with no star. I ordered an item (WBM 8" Himalayan Crystal Salt Lamp Model Number: WBM-10) on April 18th. Payment was taken the moment I clicked on submit. Email confirmation says shipping/delivery will take 7-10 days. 2 weeks after of no shipment email confirmation, I decided to contact them. I got a response the next day stating delivery is being delayed for another 3-5 days due to high volume. Really? And they couldn't follow that up after 1 week to let me know the delay? So I decided to just request a cancellation and got approved, but the refund won't get posted back to my account within 5-7 days. Never will I order again from this online website. Just beware.

    I purchased a Toshiba Excite tablet on 4-03-2013 and paid $219.99 for it. On 4-17-2013, I filed dispute with PayPal due to the non-shipping of my tablet. About fifteen to twenty minutes after filing my dispute, a shipping (tracking number) was posted to my account showing a shipping label was created on 4-17-2013. I received my tablet on 4-23-2013. The tablet arrived with a 44% percent charge on the battery. I plugged in the charger to change the tablet and it would not charge. I went through the troubleshooting in the user's guide. The tablet would not charge. I am escalating my dispute with PayPal today.

    On March 25, I ordered a camcorder for $59.95. When it arrived, the battery that was supposed to be included was missing. I sent them an email and they promised to send the battery. The next email told me that the battery was out of stock and they offered me a $5 refund. I told them the battery was $12.95 on eBay and they said $7 was the most they could offer me. They emailed me a return form and I wanted to send it back. The next problem is that I did not receive an invoice and I don't have the order number. Both are required in order to send the item back. I called them today because I still have an unusable camcorder and was told that all customer support issues must be by email. I will no longer do business with them. What a scam!

    On April 10, 2013, I placed an order for a Foscam security camera. There has been no information providing a delivery date. Upon emailing 1SaleADay, I was advised shipping takes between 7 and 10 days. I could have purchased the same item on Amazon or eBay for a comparable price and had free delivery of the item within 3 to 5 days. 1SaleADay has no 800 number and a customer is dependent upon using email and receiving a stored standard response. For any purchase, I have learned to comparison shop and have found that I can usually find what I am in the market for less on sites other than 1SaleADay. I am extremely aggravated with 1SaleADay's delivery of merchandise.

    I ordered an Ab Circle Plus on 3/19/2013. On 3/30, UPS tracking had it close to house and then nothing. 1SaleADay claims the order number is incorrect and now the emails back and forth are so bogus. I called and what a runaround. They claim they are a web-based company with no customer service phone support. They will contact you by email only. I did an address look-up and surprise! They were in NY, newly moved to FL. They can't give an address because they will be moving offices again. I feel I was duped and this place is a big scam. No answers = scam company.

    I ordered a Toshiba Excite tablet. 14 days later, it's not even shipped. After sending their customer support a few e-mails, today I received this: "We are currently experiencing a minor delay in shipping this item. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your order to process and ship." Most probably they are selling items that are not in their inventory. My advice, if you can't wait something like a month, don't order from them.

    I guess I should've been skeptical of a business whose customer service will only communicate via email. Email can be ignored; phone calls cannot. In any case, I was sent the wrong item, so I contacted them via email asking how to exchange for the correct item. I waited days and was then told that they'd give me a $5 refund (the item was $39.99) to keep the item. Huh?! I don't want the item. I want what I ordered. I still haven't heard anything back after yet another two days of the email game. Just plain awful customer service.

    I purchased a reversible blanket set from this site, and first of all, the description was misleading in that only some of the items were reversible. Secondly, shipping of the item took 3 weeks and I received no shipping confirmation information. Lastly, when I washed the sheets in cold water, the colors bleed all over each other. When I tried to return the items, they said they could do nothing about it since it was after their 21-day return policy. So if any item is defective after merely 21 days of use, you cannot return it. Poor customer service and defective items. Do not use this site. It is cheap because the items are of very poor quality.

    Today, I finally received the tablet I ordered on March 21. I knew their shipping complaints going in so it wasn't a surprise. The tablet is in great condition and can't beat the price. If you can stand the wait, then by all means buy from them.

    1SaleADay may have good prices, but their customer service is horrible. I had 3 orders submitted on March 19th and 21st (2). The jewelry I ordered came in a timely fashion and was as advertised. The problem is I also ordered 3 watches. As of April 8th, not only have the watches not arrived, but they haven't even shipped. I contacted 1SaleADay via their website (3 separate inquiries) about the issue and now, a week later, they still have not so much as replied to my order status requests. After 18 days of nothing, I submitted 2 more inquiries. No response. I'm about to issue a fraud complaint on my card if I don't hear soon.

    I ordered my handbag from a sale day on 3/22/13. Until today, 4/6/13 (16 days already), the trucking number still hasn't come out. They charged my credit card. I sent many, many emails to them but no person to respond. My God! What kind of company is this? So what can I do now?
