    I placed an order for a shaver on February 18, 2013. It was to be a gift for my son's March 8th birthday. The one and only email I received indicated that shipping could be as late as February 28th. Not only have I not received a follow up email with a shipment date, I can't get account information. The site isn't loading the information for my review. This is my first experience with this company and it isn't favorable. I have been an online shopper for years, and this is the worst experience I've had. I’m still waiting for them to return my email. The company doesn't have a customer service number.

    I went to 1saleaday.com on Monday. I thought I had purchased the iPad2 they had on the flash sale. I placed my information in and hit submit. I never received an email confirmation, but the money came out right away. I sent an email. I got a reply saying that my order didn't go through. A hold usually occurs for 24-48 hours, at which point it will fall off. Well, it's now Friday, and it still hasn't fallen off. I've already called my bank and notified them; they are investigating it. I’ll never order anything from them again!

    Several weeks ago, I learned I had won a heart pendant and all I had to do was click the enclosed URL, enter the voucher code, click redeem and submit my shipping info. Easy, right? Well, after numerous attempts from IE with no success, I contacted customer service and was told to try Google Chrome, which I did, still no success! I have tried on many occasions to redeem this voucher on Chrome, IE and Firefox and get to a page that states, "Oops we are busier than a pub in Ireland...", but when I go to 1SaleADay's daily email, they are not busy! To say this has been a frustrating experience is an understatement!

    The order was taken, and it showed that it will be shipped within a few days. The tracking information was never updated. I asked about it, and I was told the system was having a problem. Now, it is almost 2 weeks since item was "shipped". I have received no item yet.

    I bought a Vizio TV several months ago and have been having issues with it shutting off by itself and it has been having an increasing number of red pixels throughout the display. I contacted 1SaleADay support and was told that it would be covered by the factory warranty. I contacted Vizio and was told that 1SaleADay is not an authorized dealer therefore there was no warranty at all. I recontacted 1SaleADay via email and was told that my warranty was expired. I recontacted Vizio and confirmed there was never a warranty. Had I known that there was no warranty, I would never have purchased it. I have requested a phone number multiple times, and they have thus far refused to give me one. Every time I email them again, I get a response days later; and it is always from someone different than the last time. Horrible service and integrity. I will never buy from them again and neither should anyone else.

    I've ordered an MK wristlet/wallet and my cc was charged. I got a confirmation a week after saying that the item has shipped but the tracking information was invalid. It's been almost 2 months now and I still have not received my order. I asked for a refund ASAP. We'll see how long my refund will take. Their customer service sucks. Plus, their stupid email is all automated and you can't even get a precise response. I will never buy anything from this website ever.

    The products are okay. Of the ones I've ordered, the majority have been crap. But that's okay, they've been cheap. Not as much off retail as it says but cheaper. But God forbid you have a problem with a shipment. Their customer service line says that they don't do customer service and you have to email. I've sent plenty of emails to get the same form letter response. I ordered a Roku for $20 less than Roku.com's price. I used PayPal to pay and unfortunately, it somehow defaulted to an old address even though I put my correct address in the web form. I wrote as soon as the confirmation showed incorrect information. The package wasn't even close to shipping. They said there's nothing they can do and sent a form response about how I can try to retrieve it from the old address. The address was from 6 years ago and is 3 hours away.

    Several emails later, with the same response, and I guess I'm out $70. I'd rather have paid $90 and gotten my product in a couple of days! I have filed a BBB complaint! No more of my money will be spent here!

    After placing an order on 1/20/13, I checked with them on 2/12/13 to see where my item was. This was the response: "We have received your item at our warehouse as it was undeliverable as addressed. Unfortunately, our system is not supporting re-shipments at this time so you have been fully refunded for the returned item(s). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

    After this email, I called them a few days later to say I still haven't received a credit. This was their response: "I apologize you are still unable to locate the package and I have opened a claim on your behalf. Please allow 7-10 business days for the claim to process. If you have still not located the package at that point, please contact us and we will finalize the claim. Thank you and please let me know if there is anything else I may assist you with."

    It's now 2/20/13, no package, no item. This is the second time I've order something and waited a month to receive nothing. In the meantime, they hold your money the whole time. This should be illegal.

    Three weeks after I purchased a Stanley car charger, they stated it would be sent 7-10 business days. Eleven business days after, I emailed them to ask where my item was, as I received no email or notices from them. The reply stated that they basically had a lot of orders and were running behind fulfilling them and to allow 3-5 more days. Five days later, I got an email telling me that they cannot fulfill the order and to expect my refund in about 5 business days. This is not acceptable! I have bought before and 2 times returned the garbage jewelry they sold. Also beware when they sell linens; they are not quality. I would suggest avoiding the trouble and get your products elsewhere! I give them zero stars.

    I am still waiting to hear back from them. They only accept emails. My bedding, they claim to be retail at $450, is like sandpaper and napkin. It's so rough and thin there is no way this is worth the $35 I paid for it. Now I want my money back. I will never ever use them again and I will tell everyone I know in person, on Facebook - you name it. They won't be around for long. I will make them sorry they didn't refund a mere $35. Chump change for me, but they'll lose a lot of business because I have a very big mouth and I hold grudges forever. Just ask Graf Optical.

    I needed an activity gym for my 1-month-old baby and saw one advertised for 60% less than what they retail for in the store. I'd never heard of 1SaleADay, but the deal seemed too good to pass up. I ordered the activity gym and it says on the website it takes 5-10 business days to ship. It has now been 15 business days and they are telling me it is going to be another 3-5 business days to ship! It is unfortunate that this company does not have a phone number to contact them when problems arise and that all you can do is e-mail. After this experience, I will not order from the company again and would advise others not to either.

    I ordered a tablet from them about 2 months ago. It took roughly 2 weeks for me to get it and then when I got it, I used it for a day. When I plugged in the tablet to charge it, the charger port was broken. I emailed them and they told me to send it back. I sent the tablet back exactly how they requested. A few days after they received the tablet back, I got an email. The email was dated for January 30, 2013 and stated the money would be refunded to my account within 5 business days. On February 8, 2013, I emailed them because the money was not refunded to my account. On February 10, 2013, they replied to me and said it can take a few days for processing.

    I immediately responded and asked where my money is, and referenced the email from January 30th. On February 12, 2013, they emailed me back and said another department needs to handle the email. Obviously, I am not getting anywhere with my emails so I called them. I called them 10 times and got hung up on every time! Of those 10 calls, I only talked to a person 3 times. Two of those times I was told I was being transferred to a supervisor and then got hung up on. The final time I talked to Kristina. She told me her supervisor was not taking phone calls and I should email their customer service department. I told her repeatedly that I already did. She was of no help and then hung up on me. Needless to say, I still don't have my money! Do not ever, ever order from them!

    I ordered a pair of sunglasses from the site, 1SaleADay. This was my first purchase I have made from this site. When I received the glasses, they were not even the right color to which I did order off the site. Also, when I got the glasses, I wrote many different emails to them stating I was displeased with the glasses and would like to return them and would also like for someone to call me or a number I can call. After many different emails, they would not call me or give me a number to call. Also, I didn't find it right at all that I had to pay for the shipping to send the glasses back when the error was not my fault at all! When I sent another email stating it was not right that I had to pay for the shipping, they never responded! I'm very displeased and will never ever do business with this site again! They are awful and horrible; customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with!

    I contacted 1SaleADay via email regarding 2 purchases that was made. I wanted information on how to return the items and be refunded for a tablet that didn't have a clear picture and the magnification of the picture is small. The jewelry is fake and tarnished looking. I have purchased many items from the website. If there is a problem, I need assistance and not an apology saying that 1SaleADay is just a reseller and I need to contact the manufacturers. I need assistance! Please help.

    I actually checked out this site before I placed an order with them, but thought I wouldn't be so unlucky. I was wrong. They charged my card right away. It's been 7 business days, and I hear nothing from them. I know my case is still not a long time waiting, but there is something I want to point out now so I may save you, potential buyers, time and money. Stay away from them. Anyway, I know what I have to do after the 10th business day now - filing a dispute.

    It seems like many of them were posted at the same time. On Dec 26th, there are 23 positive reviews out of all 26 reviews. As you can see, before/after the date, most of them are negative and only a few reviews (like one or two?) on each days. There are a few negative in between, which I assume are the real consumers. The really funny one is Nov 28th, that date were flooded with 8 pages of positive reviews! To be precise, 201 positive reviews out of 229 reviews. (I need to get a life LOL) The 3-star ratings that give them "only" compliments, I counted as positive. But why would all the happy customers write their reviews on a certain date? I personally believe they hire someone to write reviews for them. You look and judge it yourself. Anyway, I know what I have to do after the 10th business day now.

    I ordered two different pairs of earrings. Both were absolutely ugly. Neither were as pictured! Imagine my surprise when I learned that 1SaleADay does not accept returns. The only thing I ended up with was the satisfaction of writing this review and two ugly pair of earrings that do not look like what was pictured. This is the last order I will ever place with this company!

    I ordered an item on 1/3/13 as a gift. After several emails and promises, 1SaleADay.com informed me on 1/25/13 that the item I had ordered was not available. I was also informed that a refund would not be processed for 7 business days. They lied about when the item would be shipped. In one email, I was told that the warehouse was at fault. Then today, 1/28/13, 1SaleADay.com offered a $5 store credit which is insulting. It's too little and way too late. I am very disappointed in how this entire matter has been handled. Not only was I a customer of 1SaleADay.com, I also have ordered several items from your sister online companies (BensOutlet.com and DynamiteTime.com).

    I wish 1SaleADay.com, as a company, cared enough about me as a customer to have handled this in a direct and truthful manner. I would never refer anyone I know to 1SaleADay.com and strongly advise others from doing business with any of their companies. In every email I requested a phone number to your customer service department while providing my cell number so this matter could be handled, 1SaleADay.com chose not to respond with a contact number nor has anyone cared enough to call me - their customer.

    I ordered those 1600TC sheet sets. They failed to tell us, the consumer, that the "1600TC" is the ** seller’s model number and not 1600 thread count sheets. I opened the package and the label on the sheets is marked 100% Microfiber, and not Egyptian cotton. My very last purchase from these thieves! Run very fast away from this site and these people, who have no regard for our money! Good luck all.

    On Jan. 5, 2013, my son ordered me a computer. As of today, Jan. 23, I have not received it. On the 10th business day, I sent an email. The answer was the standard about shipping in 7 to 10 days. I don't know when or if I will see it. I will have my son check to see if he has been billed for it. I am hoping it is not dead when I get it but don't have much hope after reading reviews. Also, beware that they share your information with credit companies. I have had an ongoing battle with a collection agency over a bill that was paid and they keep trying to get from me. I sent something from 1Sale to my son in another state and suddenly he started getting notices from the collection agency at his address with my name on it. I will not order from them ever again!

    I would avoid doing business with this company!

    I ordered a laptop on Dec. 22, 2012 and didn't receive it until Jan. 15, 2013. The laptop comes with a 90 day manufacturer warranty but about 24 of them were wasted waiting for the item to arrive. I opened the box to find the item DOA. The power turned on but the screen and audio did not. After calling HP for support, they told me to return the item to the place I bought it from, to get a replacement unit. I emailed the 1saleaday support staff, after reading the return and exchange policy, requesting an RMA. This is what I was told... Anthony replied, "Thank you for contacting 1saleaday. I am sorry that your item is defective and this item is covered by a manufacturer warranty. Please feel free to contact the manufacturer for further assistance. Sorry for the inconvenience and please let me know if there is anything else I may assist you with."

    I called HP back and they decided to send out a tech to look at my laptop. The issue ended up being the hard drive. HP charged me a $219 deposit to ensure that I returned the old failed drive. I was also charged a "recovery media" fee. I would avoid buying anything from this company, instead, buy from Woot (www.woot.com). They have good deals with better overall customer service.

    I ordered on Dec. 31, 2012. It's now Jan. 22, 2013 and I'm still getting their same runaround about them having shipping issues. The tracking # is inactive and I get the same email back, "I sincerely apologize for the inactive tracking number. We are currently experiencing some system problems with the tracking information. Unfortunately, your order has already begun processing and at this stage, we are unable to cancel it." This is not right! If this was shipped on the 7th of Jan. 2013, I would have gotten my package with or without the tracking number. Don't even bother with this company. If you look around, you can find the same products for the same prices, i.e., Amazon and so on.

    I have had it with these people. I have spoken with my bank (I used my debit card for payment) and confirmed that they are, indeed, in violation of Terms of Service by immediately charging for items not shipped within their 7-10 business day window (they may be in violation after the 5th business day since that is all that is printed on their website prior to purchasing, it isn't until you receive a confirmation email that it states 7-10 business days). They try to get away with it by issuing the tracking number within this window, and then state "We are experiencing problems with our online tracking system," when it is the UPS website that displays the tracking info, not 1SaleADay. I checked with UPS on this as well, and it is a blatant lie. Tracking information is displayed within a few hours except in "extremely rare circumstances" and is based on the UPS system and has absolutely nothing to do with 1SaleADay's "online tracking system."

    I urge all of you who have had shipping problems with this website to file a dispute. MasterCard’s TOS states, "A Merchant must submit records of valid Transactions to its Acquirer no later than three bank business days after the Transaction date, except: 1. The record must not be presented until after the products are shipped or the services are performed unless, at the time of the Transaction, the Cardholder agrees to a properly disclosed delayed delivery of the products or services." Cut and dry, black and white. It is bad business to charge a card immediately, but once that 10th business day lapses, they are in clear violation. I'm sure other cards/banks have similar terms. I have waited several weeks for shipment from an online merchant before with no problem, but when I feel like I am being intentionally deceived, I'm going to take action and I urge you all to do the same.

    I made the mistake of buying my second refurbished item from this company and once again it is not refurbished. Neither of the refurbished items I bought worked. I think they just buy returned junk for pennies and see how many people just keep the non-working item and eat the cost. When contacted, you are told to send it back at your cost. What company charges you shipping to send back a defective item? I buy almost everything online and this is a first for me. I am done doing business with this company. Buyer beware. Never buy refurbished from this company. Also like others have said, they automatically charge your card which is illegal and then sometimes don't send the item for 3 to 4 weeks.

    Don't even bother with this company. I wish I had visited this site before I placed two orders almost 10 days ago. So far, I have received nothing. Oh, I did receive a tracking number from UPS which said that my item would be delivered today. The current status is that my package was turned over to the Post Office. So in addition to the crappy service from 1SaleADay, now I need to wait for the super crappy Post Office service. All I can say is my item better be in new condition with no problems!

    On Dec. 7, 2012, I ordered a nail kit for $40.00. It is now Jan. 17, 2013 and I have no nail kit and no refund. I did complain on Jan. 3, 2013. I asked about my order. I was told that it would ship in 3 to 5 days and they apologized for the delay (email from Jennifer signed Jenny). I waited 12 more days and asked that they just cancel my order. The $40.00 came out of my Paypal account on Dec. 7, 2012, so they've had my money all of this time. I just got a response from Eboni ** that since it is in processing, it cannot be cancelled and I need to just refuse the package and when they get the package back, they will refund my money.

    It has been in "processing" for weeks now. I do not expect to ever get a package to refuse. How do I get my money back? It is a very frustrating company to deal with and they have no customer service. I also tried to refuse a second order that has been in processing for almost two weeks (you'd think I would have learned) and I got the same answer about refusing the package when (or is it if) it (ever) comes to my door (this email was from someone named Genesis). That one is for almost $27.00. I do not know what to do now.

    I placed an order for 2 pieces of furniture totaling $100 on 1/9. My card was charged instantly (not just a hold, fully processed and charged). On 1/11, I received an email stating that my order had partially shipped with a tracking number. On 1/16, the tracking number still stated that a shipping label had been created, and when the package arrived @ the UPS facility, it would update. I found it strange that after 5 days the package that was supposedly "ready to ship" still was not at the facility, so I wrote an email and started to read reviews. I received the same generic email with the same exact wording "apologize for the delay in shipping... experiencing problems with tracking system... blah, blah, blah" from someone named Genesis.

    I paid for my order with a MasterCard, and MC's Terms of Service state that goods purchased are not to be charged until they have shipped. 1SaleADay attempts to circumvent this by stating their 7-10 day shipping terms, but it is still horrible business practice. However, after stating in my email that I would be taking my complaint to MC for violation of their TOS, mysteriously my tracking number was working within a few hours and showed that the package had just arrived at the facility. I can promise that if the 2nd part of my order is not shipped with proof via a working tracking number by the 10th day, I will be filing a complaint. I would usually be more understanding about shipping delays, but seeing how deceiving their customers is standard practice for them, I am personally offended.

    What made me even angrier was the wording of their FAQ and Terms of Service, which is downright offensive. They state things like, "Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Oh, and please, do not tell us you've placed an order by accident. The mad geniuses at 1SaleADay.com tested this and confirmed that this is scientifically impossible.” Really? How about, “Oh and please, do not tell me my order has been shipped when it has not.” It doesn't take a mad genius to see through your crappy business tactics. And "The tracking number may take a few days to update so don’t freak out if your tracking number does not work right away."

    I shop online often, and always use bargain sites such as Groupon, who often use witty, blunt, straightforward wording such as this, but unlike 1SaleADay, Groupon is equally as straightforward with their policies and actually adhere to them. I understand this is a bargain website; I would even be willing to wait longer for shipping as long as the business is honest about it. They do have great deals, but if you aren't willing to tolerate being jerked around, shop elsewhere.

    I wish I had found this site prior to placing my order with 1SaleADay. I ordered a luggage as a replacement for our current luggage. As others stated, my card was charged immediately. I received an email from the company that the order I placed on 01/08 was shipped on the 10th via UPS. Accordingly to their email, I should have received it on the 14th. Well after following up with the support email, I received: “I apologize for the shipping delay. We are currently experiencing some system problems with the tracking information. You can expect delivery shortly. Please let me know if you have any further questions.” Needless to say, I feel as though I am getting the same runaround as others.

    They had a great deal on Roku 2 refurbished units and I should have known it would take forever to get. I am still waiting and it is 01/15/2013. I received an email on 01/08/2013 stating that my order had recently shipped via UPS but, to this day, the tracking number is showing that it has not arrived at UPS. I hope I get my order. I should have spent a little more money and bought through Amazon.

    I have bought several items through 1SaleADay.com. My most recent order was on 12/25/12 of 2 items. Item 1 - a portable battery charger/jumper/source came in after 16 days looking as though it went through WWIII! Item 2 - a watch - never arrived. You have to do a Google search to find a phone # to call them, as they don't respond to email. The guy who answered only took my info and said they would get back to me, after first lying that he couldn't access my account info. When I explained further, he was able to access it! I called: 305-423-1524. The tracking information does not work for the parcel. Not a deal if you never get the item or if it is broken or doesn't work! Buy elsewhere! Their prices are rarely a deal!

    I ordered a product on day 1, tried to upgrade the order by $200 an hour later. They would not allow me to do so; I found this out on day 4 when they finally replied to my email. Okay, I didn't like that. But if those were the rules, I was willing to accept the original product ordered. It is now day 14 and I have no idea of where my order is/stands. I have called my credit card company for their assistance in resolving this matter and found out that the funds were issued on day 3, even though I don't believe 1SAD even has the product on hand even now (day 14). I have no way of finding out where it stands unless I am willing to write another email and wait another 3 days for another insufficient response. Companies with sole reliance on pricing never have a long life, and 1SAD will be no exception. If they do not amend their business model, they too will pass.

    My first order with 1SAD was my last. The ability to charge funds before the vendor even has the item in stock is unfair to say the least, maybe even illegal in some parts. And a customer service department that you can only access by an email address which has a 2-3 day turnaround for a reply? And a phone number that is only available through your bank or credit card (the 1SAD phone rep told me that is the only way people get a phone number to call 1SAD)? Each call I have made, however, simply resulted in regurgitated instructions to send an email! For you who continue to do business with them and not have a problem, good luck. When you do, you will find the dark side of dealing with 1SAD. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't.

    It's a very, very bad company. I don't normally give people a poor rating until they have proven that they, in fact, are very bad. I ordered a Dell Streak 3G tablet. The item arrived, a Dell Streak WiFi only. So, here is definite problem #1: It's false advertisement. I called and asked for a return/exchange (since it was falsely advertised), and got a very long runaround, lasting basically four weeks before I was issued an RMA. I went ahead and returned the item according to RMA instructions which said I should receive my refund within 15 days. Okay, or so I thought. Well past 15 days, I emailed them wondering where the money went. They replied, "Your order is now in dispute, it takes 75 days to be resolved."

    So here is problem #2: They are dragging the follow-up transaction, setting false expectations to customer's issue resolutions. Well, guess what? After 75 additional days, I checked back, and no one answered, ever. Definite problem #3: This is outright lying to me about refund of money after allowing me to return the item purchased. I ended up asking my credit card to investigate. They, too, didn't get a satisfactory answer with 1SaleADay, and ended up writing it off for me. The cost of this item is too small for me to be worth the hassle of taking these guys to court but I'm very, very disappointed. Do not ever expect this company to provide you with any level of customer service, and do not expect them to give you any kind of return.

    I had been looking at the deals at 1SaleADay for about a month waiting for a good selection of bed-in-a-bag sets that would fit my decor and my bed size. I finally found what I needed and placed an order on December 30, ordering 3 different styles for a total of $95.97. They immediately charged my bank account. On January 4, they emailed me to say my order had shipped. The order wasn't actually taken to UPS at that time. I finally contacted them via email to complain that they had charged me and said they had shipped while the tracking service so clearly said the item hadn't been received by them yet. They responded, after those items had been dropped off at UPS. I suspect if I hadn't raised a fit, they would still be waiting to be shipped.

    The items came today. The bedding material/fabric used for the sheets, shams, bed skirt and comforter is of the worst quality imaginable. I sew, and though I am not an expert, I do have experience in what happens with really poor fabric. It tears, melts, dissolves and the dye comes off. I tested it by touching the comforters with my fingers, and the dye came off in my hand. The fabric has an oily feel to it and is about the same feel and just a bit thinner as a Downy fabric softener sheet. They won't allow refunds, only exchanges, but I have doubts they stock anything made with proper fabric. Their ad for the item was very misleading. What I received surely must be a counterfeit. There is no way my item would look like theirs did in their pictures, not by a long shot, and certainly without a lot of Photoshop.

    They also stated their bedding sets, compared to other sets that are similar, should be worth between $150 and $499. I know they were exaggerating that but they were extremely dishonest in that estimate. These sets couldn't be worth more than $5 each. They really are that bad. I'm not a bedding snob that needs 100% cotton 5k thread count sheets, but I need something that isn't fiberglass. Buyer beware. Pay the extra couple of bucks and go to a proper store.

    I ordered a Cuisinart Bread Maker from this company. It was missing parts like the bread pan and the kneading paddle. This company has refused to resolve this issue. I have sent well over 4 messages. I was not even seeking a refund, just the missing parts. I will never do business with this company again. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I plan to seek legal action. Yes, this bread machine was $64, but it's the principle of the matter. Perhaps this company will not scam other customers like they have done me. Purchase from this company at your own risk!

    I purchased refurbished Roku from them. The deal was not very good in the first place. They claimed it was 50% off original price, but it was actually only $5 cheaper than brand new. The item arrived broken. I contacted them and they suggested to deal with manufacturer because it was a few days past 21 day return window. I realize it's their policy, but they really shouldn't sell so many broken items at such high prices.

    I bought 7 pairs of Gemstone Earrings for $7. Wow, what a deal (I thought)! They just showed great photos of the earrings, of how beautiful (and large) they each were, but no size or carat weight. When I finally got them (2 weeks later), they were so tiny. I would be embarrassed to give them to anyone. When I contacted customer service and informed them that their ad was deceptive, the reply was "I appreciate your order, and we accept returns within 21 days when an item is defective. Unfortunately, your order does not qualify for a return, and I do apologize." These guys sell closeout and refurbished junk! Buyers beware!

    I placed an order on 12/10/12 and was told to wait 10 business days for delivery confirmation. On 12/27/12, I inquired on my order because it was a Christmas gift and was told to give it another 3 to 5 business days. On 1/6/13, I emailed again and was told again 3 to 5 business days. When I emailed back on 1/7/13, I stated that if they could not ship the order, I would like to be refunded and the order canceled. Christmas has come and gone. The only response I got was please allow 3 to 5 business days, so this is obviously canned emails that get sent out with different customer service names. I called the 800# and spoke to a person Samantha who could only inform me that the only way to communicate about an order is via email! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will never order from this site again.

    I ordered a ring from this company that stated it was fine quality. When the ring arrived, I was astounded at the cheap look of it. It looks like it came out of a gumball machine! When I contacted them via e-mail to get return information, I received an e-mail from them that stated they were sorry for the miscommunication but that it could not be returned! It was pretty much a too-bad-so-sad response and they will not refund my money. I would never ever buy from them again. And I would like to caution anyone else considering making a purchase from a company that sends out poor quality merchandise and then when you contact their customer support, you are told "too bad"!

    I ordered night vision goggles for a Christmas order. They withdrew the money from my account on December 14. However, they did not mail the item until December 26, and it did not arrive to my house until the evening of January 3. I tried contacting them twice via email, and I only received standard, rote replies. Nobody addressed my concern that the money was withdrawn on the 14 and the product not mailed until the 26th, nor did anybody seem to be concerned that the gift did not arrive in time for Christmas. I will not use this company ever again, just because it is clear that customer service is of little concern.

    I ordered Hotel Collection bed sheets on 11/09/2012. They immediately charged and posted it to my card. This wasn't a hold and I'm sure that they are breaking some rule with the credit card company as a charge can't be posted to your card until the item ships. I didn't get tracking information until the 1st of December on some of my orders. Upon opening one of the packages, I noticed that the sheets were not Hotel Collection sheets sold at Macy's. They were Hotel New York. The quality was not the same as the Hotel Collection. I refused the rest of the orders and have been credited all but three. I have been emailing customer service for almost a month now, and it's like talking to drones. They need to have a phone number so that we can talk to someone and get the issue resolved. I had to go to my credit card company to dispute the charges which hopefully get this company to resolve the matter with me. I'll never purchase from them again no matter how good of a deal it is.

    I have ordered from them about 6 times in the last year and always received my items in a somewhat timely manner, until this order on Dec. 6th, 2012. I ordered a remote; it was still in process 3 weeks later. Their site stipulates that they have 10 working days to fill out the order (I know because once I asked and she wouldn't even look up my order till it was past the 10 day period) and ship. When I emailed them to ask where it was, all they told me was that they were having an issue with the product and would ship in the next 3 to 5 days. Yup, no apology or promise for better service, just wait and you will get it. After 5 days I contacted my credit card company and began to dispute the charge. I emailed them and let them know I did as such and wouldn't be shopping with them again. Lo and behold, I got a shipping confirmation.

    Their response in all this was “You can refuse the shipment and we will refund the account.” Yup, they are happy to see me leave as their customer and seem to not care too much. I guess after reading all these reviews over the past month, they may not be in business much longer because they don't care to keep their customers.

    I have bought several things from this company. On or around the 10th of December, I ordered something from them and requested that I get it before Christmas as it was for my grandson. I get an automated response (I know this because they forgot to fill in one of the "fill in" spaces). I again emailed and get an automated response. I have yet to receive my grandson's gift, and it is the 3rd of January. I cannot get any type of response from this company and am very dissatisfied. Needless to say, I will not be buying from them ever again and will not be recommending them to anyone I come across.

    I have been a customer of 1SaleADay for a year or so. I never had a problem with my orders. The shipping has always been slow but worth it for the price. But I don't know what is happening. All of my last four orders have been sent to a wrong address. From the very first order sent incorrectly, they assured that my address was wrong. I had to provide them the correct one so they can update their records. When I give them my address, they realize that it was correct. The only thing I heard from them was "I’m sorry. We will refund your money." They even try to resend the package. Since that first time, all of my packages have been sent to the wrong address.

    I ordered a Canon lens in October but somehow the courier company returned that lens back to the company, saying undeliverable. On November 19th, I requested them to redeliver as my address was right. Since then, I have sent approximately 9 mails to request for a refund or redeliver, but I got neither of them. USPS says product undeliverable and returned to shipper. The shipper says they did not get it. Where should I go? I’m feeling mentally harassed and thinking of suing them as I have plenty of proof to file a case. So, I am completely unsatisfied with 1SaleADay. Thanks.

    I have dealt with them at least for 10 purchases. They have been excellent previously. But, for whatever reason, they have dropped the ball. They have completely forgotten to process my order. I had put an order with them on December 6. It has not been processed for nearly 3 weeks. The payment was taken the day of the order (December 6). I sent them an email on December 26 inquiring about the holdup and got a response at 2:55 pm stating that my order has been shipped. Later that day, I got another response stating that the order will continue to be delayed for another 3 to 5 business days. I asked them through email to clarify what the status was and have yet to receive a response. Funny how they sent the last email at 5:30 pm, their closing time, so I could not respond to them about lying about having the item shipped and also delaying the delivery again.

    I don't understand how this isn't fraud. I ordered a pair of Emporio Armani sunglasses on December 2. The funds were withdrawn from my bank account on December 3. On December 10, I received an email that the package has shipped, along with a tracking number. The tracking number continually didn't show up in the UPS Mail Innovations site, so I tried to call 1SaleADay. As others have stated, it's a continuous loop of on hold and finally disconnect. On Christmas Eve, I received an email from them stating the item I had ordered was not in stock, and a refund would be issued in 7 to 10 days! So they have essentially had my money tied up for an entire month while they issued a fraudulent shipping notice/tracking number. In the meantime, I had ordered another item from them that is still 'processing' fourteen days later. I am on my way right after this to First Hawaiian Bank to contest the charges. Please, save yourself the time, frustration, and money, and do not do business with 1SaleADay under any circumstances.

    I placed my order on December 12th. I have yet to receive the package. After sitting on the phone for 45 minutes, they could give me zero information. I had to email them. I sent the email and was told it could take up to three days to get a response! It's unacceptable! A mailing label was generated on December 14th. Today is December 26th, no package. All that shows is that a label was generated. The package has yet to be shipped. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! They couldn't care less about the customer or their products. They take your money immediately, too bad they aren't as quick with the product. I will never do business with them again! I am contacting PayPal for a refund. Stay away from this company! They're a huge ripoff!

    The item was ordered on November 30th. It took 12 business days to get it in the mail. It was taken to UPS innovations on December 17th. It arrived at USPS on December 22 and sat in the post office through Christmas. It was scheduled to be delivered on December 24th which never happened. Other things I ordered from them also took 3 weeks to a month to get here while other items took 2 weeks. They need to make sure the companies they are selling for have better shipping policies. When I contacted them, which is only by email, all they said was it can take up to 10 business days to send out orders. I think they need to change this to 5 days. Some companies are not adhering to the current shipping policy and 1SaleADay will not contact the company to find out what is wrong.

    I ordered a headset on 11/27/12. I was told that the item would be shipped within 7-10 business days. I contacted 1SaleADay. After 10 business days, I was told that they did not have the item in stock. I requested to have a refund. 1SaleADay said that they would give me tracking number and it would be trackable on the UPS system. I received the UPS tracking number on 12/14/12, but UPS only received their billing information. They actually did not ship the item. I checked every day, but 1SaleADay still did not ship the item to UPS. Today is 12/22/12. I checked again and it’s still the same thing. 1SaleADay still has not shipped the item. UPS only has their billing information.

    On December 5th, I ordered one of their daily deals, the Roku XS, refurbished. Upon its arrival on December 19th, I installed it and it would not work. I have another identical Roku XS purchased from the Roku official website that works perfectly. I contacted the returns department at 1SaleADay.com immediately. I received an email from them stating that my return was outside of their 21-day return policy (I ordered on the 5th, which was 14 days ago. It took them that long to ship it.) Thankfully, I paid through Paypal and I will be filing a complaint with them in the hopes of getting my money back. Avoid this site like the plague. They will not provide even the slightest hint of customer service. The worst experience I have ever had buying online.

    After not being sure if I should trust 1SaleADay, I decided to place an order for a violin they were selling. Five days later, I purchased a slide/picture scanner. The terms of service clearly stated my order will be shipped within 5 - 10 business days, with 10 being a rare occasion. After waiting a full month and giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe weekends don't count, I finally wrote their customer service asking about both orders. Two to three days later, I got a response saying the violin was out of stock. Now, how a company that sells an item for only one day and not know the amount of inventory is beyond me. Plus, they were more than happy to charge me for an item they did not have. I wrote a nice letter back, demanding a refund, and that they better hope the other item I ordered not share the same fate. I got my refund, and my scanner arrived a month after I purchased it.

    I decided to give them one last chance to redeem themselves when I purchased a Rainbow in my room as a gift for my friend's daughter. Once again, three weeks passed with no word from them. I had had it. I wrote them a stern email demanding to know where the product I bought was and exactly how they conduct their business. Do they have the items on hand or do they buy pallets of things from overseas and never see them, etc? The next morning, I received a message saying my order has shipped. Then, the next day, I received a response from customer service stating my order has shipped, making it sound like I was complaining for no reason. Plus, they did not address my inquiry to how they acquire and distribute the products they feature.

    This has got to be the most unprofessional site I have ever dealt with. Do not use them. I can't say they are a scam, but I can say they don't have the products you are buying in their possession, and it is the worst-ran business I have ever seen.

    I ordered 3 initial necklaces for my nieces on December 5th, 2012 and a shipping label with the tracking number was out there on December 6, 2012. It stood with no progress whatsoever until December 19, 2012 and the expected delivery date to my home is December 26, 2012. I have already filed a complaint with PayPal (excellent customer service there BTW). I had to go out last night and buy 3 other things for my nieces so I do not arrive on Christmas empty-handed. They are 8, 10 and 12 years in age so would not understand if uncle arrived without gifts.

    I was told by PayPal to mark the packages "refused." Assuming I do not get them on Christmas eve, that's exactly what I intend to do. The replacement gifts I bought for them, I have not wrapped as yet, in case the order makes it on December 24th. If it doesn't, the replacement gifts will be used and 1SaleADay's necklaces refused. I'd rather the necklaces show up to be honest because while I can easily bring back the replacement gifts, I'm expecting a bit of a battle when I return the necklaces due to 1SaleADay's attitude.

    I've emailed them twice, only to be referred to tracking numbers with no action whatsoever until the 19th. That's right folks, it took them two full weeks to get the items to UPS. I also was a customer of 1SaleADay for a long time, but will no longer use them for anything. I had to have PayPal intervene on my behalf and they told me exactly what to do. Thumbs up to PayPal. Thumbs way down for 1SaleADay. You cannot get any worse!

    Extremely poor service, potentially fraudulent - I ordered 3 Dutch ovens on 12/11 for Xmas delivery through Newegg. Although it was stated as "Shipped" at Newegg by 12/12/12, no merchandise was ever delivered to Fedex by 1Saleaday. Getting in touch with these folks by phone is deliberately impossible. If you connect, they will just hang up after a while. I did get a response by email promising to take care of the problem, which did not happen. When I attempted to cancel the order so I could order elsewhere, they ignored the request, which had to be made through Newegg since they were not willing to do honorable business. Still no resolution. But of course, "We care about you. Your call is very important to us" and "Sorry" over and over.

    I ordered an item on November 26 which stayed in processing for ten days. UPS label was then created but the item was not received by UPS for an additional five days. It was finally delivered after 22 days. I now have my last item ordered through 1SaleADay which has sat in processing for ten days and has now had a label created but still has not been transferred to UPS.

    I ordered a 7-piece bedspread set on November 11, 2012. They took the money from my credit card right away. I received an email on November 21st saying a shipping label with UPS has been created. After waiting a week, I sent them an email on November 28th asking the status of my delivery. They said they were sorry that they were waiting for the carrier to pick up the package. I asked for a refund and they said they don't give refunds. After many emails back and forth, I wrote to the Better Business Bureau. I sent another email to 1SaleADay on December 17th telling them that I contacted the BBB. They replied that I should check with my neighbors and that tracking says I received the package. They said I should wait a few days and let them know. They will open a claim on my behalf.

    I get a lot of deliveries. There is always someone at my residence and I have never had a problem with deliveries. I called UPS. UPS never received a package. This company lies and steals! I will never order from them again and will tell everyone to stay away from this company. I am not going to stop trying to get my money back. I can't believe what a scam this is.

    I made a purchase with 1saleaday on 11/26/12. I paid, and they sent me an order confirmation and said it would take no longer than 5 business days to ship and then I should get a tracking number. I was fine with that because that’s a reasonable time frame. So 5 days go by and no email with my tracking number. I check my 1saleaday account, and it still says my order is "processing". I email their support and ask why it still says that because at this point it has been 7 days. Then 2 days later, they get back to me and say it will take 7-10 business days.

    I check their shipping estimations on their FAQ, and it says this: "Delivery timelines vary from item to item. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days, but on rare occasions can take up to 10 days. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. The tracking number may take a few days to update, so don’t freak out if your tracking number does not work right away. This tracking number will allow you to check the delivery status of your order. Delivery time varies between 3 to 14 business days."

    On Day 13 I still have no tracking number. In my mind my order is just like any other order, so 5 days is my expectation. This is not a "rare" order. So I send about 2-3 emails a day harassing them on my order status. They send me the classic email "We are really backed up now", all of which I have seen that pretty much everyone else gets this same ** email. So now a couple of days later (Dec. 13), I finally received the tracking number for the package. After this I was somewhat satisfied because it says above from the FAQ that it takes a couple of days for the tracking number to work. I’m fine with that because I know it takes some time for it to work since I have worked in shipping before. Well, here it is Dec. 17 and the tracking number is still not working. This company doesn't care about anyone.

    They are extremely slow in every part of the process. They process your card and take your money instantly but take weeks to send out what you ordered. Do not do business with this company. I will never buy from them again because when I buy a product, I shouldn't have to wait a month to get it. I figured that if I bought early Christmas presents on 11/26, a month before Christmas, I would actually get them in time for Christmas but that doesn't seem likely. Now, I look like the bad guy because I don't have presents to give to people now, thanks to the fantastic A+ customer service of 1saleaday. Watch me finally get my product and it either will be the wrong one or be made crappy. This seems like a legit company and all, but it’s not. They will rob you somehow. They should be called 1shipwhenwefeellikeitADay.

    I used 1saleaday to purchase a tablet. It’s now one week before Christmas, and I purchased it on 11/28/12. This company never sent me the tablet. They charged my card. They did not contact me. I contacted them, and it took them several days to get back to me. They told me my card was declined. I checked and the sale went through just fine. I then contacted them again that they had charged my card - no response. I emailed them again for a third time and told them that I had put through a dispute with my credit card because they had not contacted me back and I wanted a phone number or someone to call me - no response.

    I finally got a number from the dispute process. I attempted to call and waited on hold for 40 minutes before someone answered. At that point, I had to get off the phone but told them my issue quick. The woman suggested it was my fault the response time was so long because I sent too many emails. She said that there were only a few people who take calls because it’s an Internet-based company and that’s why there is a long hold time. She then said she would look into it, didn't take my number, and then hung up on me. I called back when I could, and when I called and said my name, I was hung up on again.

    I called 4 more times today. I waited on hold for about a half hour each time when I was disconnected on again. I kept trying until they closed for the weekend. I will get my money back in the dispute process because they admit in an email that they did not send the product, but I will never use them again. How I have been treated is disgusting. I now have to find a way to get a gift here by Christmas, which will inevitably cost me even more money. They have awful customer service and hide behind the fact that they are an Internet-based company. I don't even want to give them one star. If I could, I would give them a big fat zero. I will never use them again.

    I placed an order on 12/5/12 for a necklace and was pleased to see a shipping confirmation on 12/6/12. Since it has not yet arrived, I checked the tracking # provided. The number given was not a valid tracking number, so I called 1saleaday. I had been on hold for 20 minutes when a rep answered the phone. She refused to take my order number or look up anything. She said she could not check on orders, not to mention she was extremely rude. She said I had to send an email and someone would get back to me. I find such customer service behavior very suspect, particularly when an invalid tracking number was given out. If I receive no response from the company, I will be disputing the credit card charge. Normally I would wait before disputing, but given the fact that they have given me an invalid tracking number and the rep refusing to look up my order and telling me I had to email only, I don't consider this normal business practice. I will never order from them again.

    I love the deals. They really do have amazing prices. I love everything I have gotten from them. The only thing is they take forever to ship. I don't understand why it takes almost a month to get anything. I once worked for a vendor that sold to them and we would ship out the orders the next day. Why does it take a month to get a snuggie? By the time I get some of the things I order, I find them on sale at local stores. I wish they would do something about the shipping time although I do love my new TV and it only took 2 weeks to get.     I ordered an HP Slate tablet and Paypal paid 1SaleADay on 11/28/12. My confirmation email changed the “within 5 days delivery” to “7 to 10 business days”. A follow-up email on the 8th business day received a curt canned reply that the confirmation email said 7 to 10 business days. Today makes 11 business days since they were paid and no email notifications. I filed a complaint with Paypal for non-receipt of the computer.

    If there are delivery problems, I am a reasonable person. Send me an email informing me of the delay and anticipated shipment and I'd understand. I have been a customer of 1SaleADay for over 2 years and have only had similar problems one other time on another expensive item. I believe that when they have sales on expensive items, they wait until the sale is over and then place the order with another distributor or manufacturer. That is the only logical reason for such a delay in shipping a sale item!

    Amazon sends their purchases out the next day after you order and emails too. Maybe they could give 1SaleADay business advice.

    I give up. I will not order again. It has been over 2 weeks since I purchased the keyboard and mouse, and it still has not shipped. It is not worth the stress to order from a company with this bad customer service. If you are not going to ship today, refund my money or I will have my credit card stop the purchase and delete out my account because I will not order from 1SaleADay again. Also, I notice on the bottom of the web page all the different organizations that have helped promote this business. So I am sending them an email on how poor customer service has gotten.

    I ordered a refurbished Roku box from them on November 29th for $54.99. They immediately processed it with UPS on the 29th but they did not ship it until December 5th. On December 4th, they ran the same Roku box for $49.99 before they even sent mine out! I contacted them about the issue and asked if I could have a refund or if they would at least price match their own price! They said no and that it was against their policy. It is now December 8th and I'm scheduled to receive the unit on the 12th. I'm praying that when I receive the product that it works, so I don't have to have any more interaction with this company. I will never order from them again!

    I purchased a Hammerhead RC helicopter. The product arrived damaged. On the remote control, there's supposed to be a plastic piece that sticks out. The shipping container didn't appear to be damaged. I tried to call 1SaleADay several times for a replacement. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I get a click, and the system hangs up. Then, I tried emailing their support. No response after a week.

    1saleaday.com sent me bathroom tissues instead of my cast iron griddle. Since July 2012, I have been disputing this and still haven't gotten a refund yet - it's not December 2012. I have spent thousands of dollars on 1SaleADay, so I am not trying to con them out of $35. I just wanted to make this a public record at how terrible their customer service is. There is no phone number, and it takes weeks before they respond to my inquiry. If you want proof, I will gladly send you the email chain. Maybe now they will refund me my money.

    I ordered an Invicta Angel watch from 1SaleADay.com. It was advertised as $30 for a $495 watch. I thought, “What a great deal!” I ordered the watch and it was delivered this week. It was plastic! Nowhere on the site did it mention it was a plastic watch. I could have gotten a cheaper one at the local store in my area. It looks cheap but was bought as a work watch so it will make do. I looked at their website only to be disappointed that they do not allow returns. I ordered a camera from them too (before I knew about this problem or saw this website of poor reviews), and if it doesn't work as a decent camera, I'm going to contact the BBB to file a complaint.

    I placed an order on November 15th and it still has not shipped! Even though their website says that most orders ship within 5 business days, when they finally responded to my emails, I was told that it could take 7 to 10 business days. I also got the one apologizing for the delay and saying that they were "a little" backed up. I was hoping for delivery by the 30th. Tomorrow will be the 10th business day and if it isn't shipped, I will be contacting my credit card company to cancel payment. It would also help greatly if they'd give a phone number for customer service, but they don't even include a receipt with your order. A $2 item I ordered days later has already been delivered, but I'm leery of doing further business with them.

    I ordered 4 items on 10/26/12. After not receiving a shipping update after 2 weeks, I emailed support@1saleaday.com by replying to my receipt. I got a very nice, apologetic email stating there was a delay. When I asked for an expected shipping date on 11/17, I received a reply that I had been advised when I placed my order that these items would take 3-4 weeks to ship - with no expected shipping date given. Finding this reply terse and unacceptable, I immediately replied pointing out my receipt indicated a 7-10 day shipping timeline, reminding that my question about expected shipping date was unanswered, and stating I wanted a refund.

    On 11/21, 1saleaday.com deposited $5 (about 10% of my order price) to my PayPal account and still didn't provide an expected shipping date. I replied on 11/25 that I wanted the order cancelled. The company policy is no cancellations, but given the company had not met the expectations set during my order, I consider those terms void. The best I got was "I'll try." I have now disputed this through PayPal and will be filing a claim. I have been a 1saleaday.com customer for over a year and always received my items as expected until now. I don't actually mind a service issue - I understand things happen. The test of a company's customer service is in the company's service recovery and 1saleaday.com completely fails in this aspect. Zero customer service.

    I ordered a tablet through what I thought was Sears (It was on their website.) on November 26th, and the confirmation stated it should arrive between December 3-5th. On November 28th, I checked the status on the Sears website and noticed the arrival dates changed from December 5-7th. These new dates did not work for me as I needed it before the 5th. I noticed the order was still processing (not shipped yet), so I called to cancel the order before it was shipped and to refund my money that was already deducted through my Paypal account. I called 4 times, and after I was on hold for 20 minutes each time, listening to music, I got hung up on. I finally got through, and I was told I needed to send an email, as it is an internet-based company and everything is done online. I sent an email right away on the 28th, asking to cancel my order ASAP and refund my money.

    The next day (the 29th), I received a shipping confirmation. Then later that day, an email telling me it's already been shipped. (Seriously? If someone helped me on the phone or responded to my email, perhaps it could have been cancelled before it was shipped). It's now the 30th, and it still states the item hasn't arrived at the UPS location to be shipped yet (although on the 28th, it shows it a shipping label was created). And no one is able to assist me or answer any of my questions when I email them. All I'm told is it's shipped, and there's nothing they can do about it at this point. I need to return it myself when I get it.

    This is unacceptable and poor customer service. If the order is still processing, any other reputable company would cancel the order before it's shipped to the customer. Or, if their terms changed (i.e. shipping dates, etc.), they should offer to have the customer send the item back at no charge. I do not recommend anyone purchasing anything from 1saleaday.com. I'm not sure how they can operate a business like this.

    I ordered two items from website. I received only one item a couple of weeks later. I never received the other item. All items were supposed to be shipped within 7-10 business days and it has been 15 business days. I contacted the company by telephone and email and was told that they are backed up and have no idea when the item will be shipped. I requested a refund through PayPal and the company gave PayPal a tracking number for the one item they shipped so PayPal denied the claim. The company neglected to tell PayPal that the tracking number was only for half of the order. The company will not respond to my emails now. They took $22.98 of my money and did not ship the product to me.

    I placed an order with this "Company" on 11-21-12. On 11-26-12, I received an email stating that my order has been shipped to UPS. On 11-28-12, I decided to check to see where my order was located with UPS. Upon my investigation, I discovered that the item hasn't even arrived in the UPS facility, which is only 6.7 miles away from 1SaleADay operation. This is very disgusting knowing the people you trust with your money will lie to you. If my order does not arrive by the end of this week, I will be making a claim with my bank and also forwarding my complaints over to the Better Business Bureau. For now, I will be discontinuing my services with 1SaleADay.com and suggesting others to do the same. This is not a company you should trust your hard earned money with!

    I ordered a watch on 11/13/2012. After a week, I emailed them and they replied that they were having problems shipping the item. I emailed them again and they sent me some form letter to write above their email. I did that and they said I did not write anything. Finally after 2 weeks, they claimed it was sent out with a tracking number. Three days later, that number never showed up on UPS. They created a tracking number without shipping it. If I do not get any truthful information, I will be going to my credit card company to claim fraud and get a refund.

    I placed an order. After three weeks they delivered item on the day it was snowing. They left package outside in snow without knocking on door. When I opened the box, the item didn't work. I tried to contact customer service many times and they said they will send return shipping label. I still have not received it. It is bad policy to charge a customer weeks before an item is shipped and it is worse not to give refund to a customer when the product is not working. I would be very leery ordering from this place, especially if a problem arises, due to their poor customer service and shipping practices! I have complained several times and all I am told is to wait. My last few email messages were not even responded to. Very bad customer service!

    The products take very long to arrive, (i.e., over a month). Jewelry is of very poor quality, not even worth the low prices they charge. Several pieces I ordered were "gold-plated" or "sterling silver plated". They were left unopened and sealed in their original packaging, but were noticeably tarnished in less than a month.     I purchased a bedding set through this website and until this day I still do not have any merchandise. I submitted an email to the email provided, giving them the benefit of the doubt. When I submitted the email, I was informed due to an error, my merchandise couldn't be shipped so they were going to send me an exchange/similar item. Why wasn't I notified prior to my email? As a paying customer, I don't believe it is my responsibility to contact the company and then be told I won't get my stuff. I should have been sent an email earlier. I submitted my order on 10/28, sent my first email on 11/14, and got 2 different responses.

    The first email saying, "I am sorry for the delay, we are a little backed up and I apologize for the inconvenience. Sincerely, Barbara." The second email received the same day: "Thank you for your recent purchase of the Royal Club Collection. Unfortunately, due to a small mix up in our warehouse, we are unable to ship the item at this time. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience and we can offer a similar pattern. This option is a better quality comforter and is more bang for your buck. Please note the differences with the patterns in the attached picture and decide if you would like to receive this item in exchange. If you would prefer to cancel you order, please let us know within 48 hours and and we will gladly issue a full refund. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this inconvenience and we thank you for your understanding. Caroline."

    I replied to Caroline saying, "Yes, send the other one." I still haven't received anything. So on 11/18, I sent another email asking where my stuff is and got the following reply: "I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you and I have forwarded your case to the correct department for review. Please contact us back in 3 to 5 business days and have an awesome day! -Debra" As of this email, my account still says "processing". It has been nearly a month! While you may save some money, don't expect good customer service. Very poor Customer Service, do not recommend!

    This site is a scam. I ordered something a week ago and it hasn't even shipped. Then my second order shows that it shipped but it hasn't and the tracking number provided shows no tracking information. In my opinion, I don't think they have any real time inventory and they're just guessing that the item is still in stock and overselling the product! And when they ship everything out and they don't have anymore to fill the rest of the orders, they wait for you to contact them. If you don't, they won't inform you of the problem with your order. The site a crapshoot. You're rolling dice to see if your order is going to ship! So the next time you order, flip a coin or flip some tarot cards. Maybe you'll get lucky.

    This tablet was advertised as a 9-inch Pandigital tablet valued at $299. They sent me an email stating my order shipped and it is a 7-inch Pandigital tablet. I didn't think too much about it until I saw an ad on their site for a 7-inch tablet valued at $129 for $39. So, I pulled up my order and that is exactly what they shipped me, yet charged me ten dollars more! I have not yet received this tablet but I emailed Customer Service and got no response from them.     This is one of the worst websites I have ever seen. I ordered items on October 26th, hoping they will be delivered by November 10. They have not even shipped and customer support is pathetic, one of the worst I have ever seen. They don't even respond, and even if they respond after 3 days, they don't have any clue of what is going on with orders. Also, they don't even have a phone number to talk to anyone.     I am very disappointed with the customer service as well as the way the company operates. I ordered an electronic device, and within three days of the order, I was informed the product shipped. After 10 days of not receiving the product, I contacted customer service via e-mail several times. During my correspondences with customer service, they informed me the product was shipped and they were having problems with their tracking numbers. On the 14th day after I was informed the product was shipped, I was contacted via e-mail stating the product was out of stock and a refund would be issued. The following day, the same exact product was featured on their website as being in stock. I contacted customer service via telephone, and they were not helpful. They informed me they would send an e-mail to their correspondence department and could not answer my questions as to why the product was re-listed on their website as I was informed they were out of stock even though I was informed the product was shipped. I understand that due to high demand, products may not be in stock; however, it is very disappointing when they inform you they shipped their product when in reality they never did.

    This company is a typical online business. They will treat you like crap if you ever need customer service or need to return anything. I will suggest that you spend a little bit more and get your product from a trusted website. This website is a fraud. I purchased a refurbished ASUS laptop that looks nowhere like a refurbished laptop; it is more like an abused laptop. So, I contacted them immediately to return it within their 21-day return policy window, but from then till now, they have been giving me a runaround. So my advice to you all is, stay away from them or consider what you're buying "as is."

    I received the glass teapot I had ordered (took nearly a month to arrive). Teapot's spout was broken. I emailed them. Their response was to contact the manufacturer because it was under warranty. The manufacturer's rep told me to get back to 1SaleADay because a breakage is not a manufacturer's defect but accident during shipping. Back to 1Sale, they said they 'will investigate'. Investigate what? I had order other items in the past but never again. PayPal wants me to send the item back to the seller before issuing a refund. Really? At my expense? Seriously? And 1Sale stopped dealing with the issue once it got to PayPal. I hope new prospective buyers take notice.

    I paid $400.00 for a laptop on October 12th, they (onesaleaday.com) sent me an email with the subject line: “Your order has been shipped on October 16th.” Here it is the 30th and still nothing. They advertised that I would get my product 7 to 10 days. That hasn't happened and it’s not the first time I have had issues with this same thing. I am done ordering from this company. The UPS tracking simply states that a label has been created; I don't think UPS even has it yet. I have no way to contact them besides email.

    I wanted to amend part of my initial complaint I made about 1SaleADay last week. I found out yesterday, October 22nd that the delivery company attempted to contact me via phone on October 18, 2012 for the delivery of the item I ordered. So, I want to first apologize to 1SaleADay. However, please note the following: first, that on the 18th of October and on the 19th in the morning, my order were still showing up as "Processing". Second, I didn't receive any emails/notices of the items being ship until Friday afternoon, October 19th. Third, no tracking numbers were provided and as per their website under FAQ, I should have received one. Fourth, the time lapse and lack of accurate information and communication remained a problem. With that said, my item was on the way and should be delivered sometime today October 23, 2012.

    I ordered a dress on 09/29/2012 and paid on the same day. Order was shipped approx. 5 days later via USPS/UPS and a tracking number was provided. The tracking number updates were inaccurate, and my local post office and local carrier said they never saw a scan for that tracking number. So, I filed a charge back after over 10 emails to customer service with the same canned response of "Your tracking number is **." They never even bothered to answer my real questions. My claim # is **. I charged back the $5 order that never arrived. This company claims to be email-based only, so that means it's impossible to get a live person. But I did manage to get a phone number for them. I spoke with a woman on 10/15/12 who assured me I would receive a call back within 48-72 hours. I did not receive a call back and when I called again, no one had any information about my order. My credit card company advised me that this company has many, many claims for items never received. I received my funds back and canceled all pending orders. Be careful with these online sites. I wish I would have looked up the reviews before ordering!

    I placed an order and paid $499.99 for a Micah Honey Oak Bunk Bed (40005A) on September 23, 2012 for my 6-year-old and 4-year-old sons’ room I freshly painted and re-designed. To this day, October 19, 2012, my order is still showing “Processing”. I give away his bed/frame believing that by now I would have received the replacement, which I didn’t and now both kids are bunking on our bed, and I am on the verge of going to Ikea to purchase new furniture for their room this weekend. I contacted “1SaleADay” over several days/weeks both via several emails, and had called numerous times and was able to speak to someone just once. That verbal communication offered me no material guidance on when I will receive and or why I didn’t receive my order.

    In one email communication, someone indicated that it was a warehouse/manufacturer issue. Okay, I wrote back and asked, could you be a little more specific, what is the warehouse/manufacturer saying, what dates are they offering; tell me something, anything meaningful or even speculative. I didn’t receive any response on my email. By the way, I also asked of the same on the person on the phone whom claimed that they were looking into it. In other emails, they wanted me to contact them for updates rather than it being the other way around. And in another I received on October 11, and I quote “Please provide us with a telephone number and we will ship this out right away. Your response is appreciated within 2 business days, after which, orders may be canceled.” I responded immediately on that day, and provided the information requested believing that it was going to be finally shipped, it won’t to this day.

    What is worse, in my response, I explained that all of my contact information, billing and shipping address, phone numbers and card details are on “1SaleADay Order Summary Sheet”. I believe this was a very unethical and misguided and misleading email. Finally, if you reviewed their FAQ section, it makes for very interesting reading, especially under Payment - “what payment options do I have and can I cancel my order”; under Shipping “how long will it take to receive a shipment”; and Returns “what is your return policy”. I must add, I had twice in the past purchased very small ticked items from 1SaleADay and had never ran into such a situation; these were for non-essential uses, unlike my present order which I so desperately needed.

    I ordered a laptop for my wife from 1SaleADay on 09/17/2012. It arrived 2 days ago after several emails were sent to inquire about its whereabouts. The website clearly identified the item as new. The box clearly marked it as refurbished. We have been disappointed a lot. I have emailed them again for instructions on how to return this junk. They replied saying it is not what they advertised. Apart from it being refurbished, this laptop has lots of physical defects which are clearly visible. This laptop was the HP Notebook PC Model Number: M6-1045DX. Do not order laptops from 1SaleADay. They do not deliver what they advertise.

    I recently purchased an HP Notebook M6-1045DX on 9/17/12. The order itself took longer than expected but I finally received the computer on 10/4/12. The web page clearly stated that the condition was "new" when I placed the order. 1SaleADay regularly sells refurbished electronics but I tend to shy away from them as you do not know why they were refurbished. However this was not a refurbished unit which why I placed the order. Nevertheless when this package arrived, it is in a box with HP Refurbished stamped all over it. I have contacted 1SaleADay and they have stated that they will not accept a return as the description showed refurbished, which is a lie. I have scoured the internet and have found half a dozen other complaints regarding the exact same sale on 9/17. It's quite a shame. I have purchased quite a few things from 1SaleADay and was hoping it was the real deal. I guess not.

    This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.     I had ordered Chic Home 7-Piece Comforter Set on 9/21/2012 and they took 20 days to ship this order. In their FAQ, I read that it will be shipped within 7-10 business days. They had already taken $5 as the shipping charges from me. After repeated follow-up with their so-called customer support, the order was shipped today on 10/10/2012. They only have customer service email ID and you have to constantly follow up with them and only then will you get a response. The order delivery date I see online is 10/16/2012. So it took almost one month for my order to reach me. I will never recommend this shopping site to anyone nor will I purchase anything from here in future. I hope I get what I ordered.

    After several emails sent through the online form (as there is no other real phone or email contact), there is still no response. It has now been over 14 days and the order is still showing as processing. Their FAQ page states normally 5 days to process, and on rare instances up to 10 days. Also noted in their FAQ is that they do not cancel orders. I really should have looked at all this before ordering. One should never do business with an online company that does not supply their phone and email address.

    It has been three weeks since I was billed for a Logitech iPad keyboard. They promise at the latest, "up to 10 business days" for processing, yet it is now the thirteenth business day and they are still "processing". I emailed support (the only option) and was told to wait "1-3 business days" for a reply. This is the third business day and I have yet to receive a reply. I'll update this review if and when they reply, but I'm beginning to doubt it. This is my first dealing with them, and it certainly has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not deal with them in the future, and I advise you to think twice as well.

    Wow! I usually search for complaints on a new merchant but I slipped up. I blame myself. They are very unresponsive. They give out bad information (as good as lies) from scripted mules. Oh, I love this one. After going back and forth, they provided me a UPS tracking number that sits on "Label Printed" for days.

    I am not a happy camper. I ordered 2 SSD Drive at a pretty good price and have been waiting ever since for its arrival. After waiting over 3 weeks, I wrote to inquire and stated that I wanted my order cancelled if it did not get shipped within 48 hours after my inquiry. Very coincidentally, I received notice that the item got shipped within hours of my stated drop dead date. And it has been in transit ever since.

    I did receive a tracking notice which I checked periodically to see that my item was apparently sitting at some depot for days and days before it finally started shipping. Then, I saw that at the request of the sender (1 Sale), it was transferred from UPS to the USPS for delivery! Huh? This is completely and absolutely unacceptable! It would be nice to receive my order before the items become obsolete and it would have been faster being delivered by pony express - with a lame pony! So, will I order from 1 Sale again? Absolutely not! Will I go out of my way to inform others of my bad experience with 1 Sale? You bet! Thanks for nothing!

    I ordered two cameras through one of their flash sales with eBay and never received them. I tried to track the order using the tracking number I was given, and all it says is that the order paperwork was filled out and that tracking would commence when the items ordered were received. (It has not progressed now, 4 weeks since my credit card was charged for the cameras.) I tried several times to call the phone number associated with the charge on my credit card and always got the same message that their "system is down" and the mailbox is full. I called my credit card company to get the charges reversed, and they said they have had many complaints about 1saleaday. I also sent an email to the support email address. We will see if I ever get a response. I am very dissatisfied with this as I was looking forward to giving my daughters new cameras. I’m so glad I was planning ahead and wasn't counting on having these for the holidays!

    I ordered a household item (2-pack: Christina Voile Panels with Grommets, Model Number CH84SG) via their site, but never received it. Their website says that all items ship within 7-10 days. When I did remember it, I attempted to track the delivery using the UPS tracking number they supplied, but I was never able to get any tracking information. And when I contacted 1saleaday.com about the order (to be honest), I had forgotten about it after all the time had passed, this is the response they sent: "Thank you for communicating with our support team. Regrettably lost packages should be reported within 21 days of non-receipt in order to proceed with a reshipment or refund. I do apologize for the inconvenience. Feel free to email our support staff for further assistance; we are standing by to assist you.”

    This is clearly not an inconvenience; it is deceptive marketing and constitutes a fraudulent act. Their idea of 'customer service' is the worst I have ever encountered. There was no attempt to offer a credit or a refund. I will be telling everyone I know do not order anything from 1saleaday.com. They take your money and do not deliver.

    I had purchased a car vacuum. When I received it, it did not work. I tried to call to inform them, but I come to find out the only way to get in touch with them is through email. I emailed them with my complaint saying the product did not work and that I wanted a refund. They had an automated response tell me that someone would get in touch with me within 3 to 4 days. It has been 2 weeks. I continued to email them saying that no one has responded to me yet to no avail. My next step was to inform the BBB. It is in their hands now. I would recommend to everyone not to deal with this site: they are here to get over on everyone. Their products stink - stay away! Save your time and money.

    I purchased a king-sized comforter set. These crooks billed my credit card, got their money and never sent the merchandise. I contacted them and they said it would take 10 business days to ship. On the 11th business day, my order was still in "processing". I contacted them again and they said it will take 2 more days to ship. This company is a fraud and gives customers nothing but cheap lip service. I will be asking the Attorney General to investigate them for Consumer Fraud. People beware; do not buy from this company.

I called these guys 4 times, and irrespective of the waiting time, I was able to speak to customer representative, but the answers were not convincing.     I purchased a TV online through a featured sale, after being referred this site through a colleague. It appeared to be legitimate, with good national reviews and word of mouth. I bought the TV on 8/9/12. The money was deducted from my account at this time. I was told it would take 7-10 days for processing and shipment (although the site states 5-7 days). I was in constant contact with the company as the timeframe was approaching and my purchase was still processing. I was then told this was a warehouse issue and they were working to solve it. However, I have been able to get a direct contact with someone nor been provided with a phone number. I continually have to email the support line and wait 2-3 days for a different person to reply. No one has been able to resolve these issues.

    My order is still processing at this time. I finally received a response on August 27th telling me to email in 2-3 days for an update, despite the fact that I had communicated I wanted the order cancelled and a refund issued. It has now been a week and I have had no reply. My order has not been cancelled and refunded, nor has it been shipped either. I still have no direct phone number or email to contact someone. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

    I purchased an ASUS TF101 from this company. As soon as I tried to charge it is when it all began. I hadn't even used the tablet yet and when I try and charge it, it won't take a charge. So, I figured this should be easy - it's the next business day after I received it. I emailed 1SaleADay and after a day and a half, I got a reply saying, "Sorry, but we won't help you because it has a warranty through ASUS." So while I'm not happy about it, I bit my lip and called ASUS. Well guess what? I have to pay shipping to them to fix a problem that was from the factory. It will be 3 weeks before I receive a working tablet and I have to pay to send it back. Now please remember I still haven't even used the tablet for 5 minutes. During the phone call, the "escalation specialist" named Devon, whom I was speaking to, did not care that I had to pay for shipping and thought it was funny that I was even upset. I may be one person, but I will never do business with 1SaleADay or ASUS again.

    I purchased the TV on 7-17-12, received it on 7-27-12, turned it on and it came on but never worked. The TV would not run through the set up. It came with no instructions of any kind. So I purchased another remote to see if it was possibly the remote and it still will not work. I emailed them on 7-27-12 and they will not help. I have sent 24 emails inquiring of returning the TV and help. I even called Westinghouse and they said since it never worked I need to go through the store to return it. So my last response from them was, "It is now past the 21-day return policy, we cannot help you!" I am very upset and getting madder by the day. This TV was purchased for my daughter for college.

    I ordered a tablet from 1SaleADay on August 10th, and the charge went through on the 10th as well. On the 22nd, I sent an email because I hadn't heard any updates and the website just said "Processing" next to my order. The only response back was from Diane stating, "Sorry, we are backed up," with no other information given on when my purchase might be shipped. Their prices are often a bit cheaper than those found elsewhere, but it seems to be a ** as to when you will get your product. If you order from here, I wish you luck. Personally, I would rather spend a little extra to deal with someone who can handle their business promptly. I can only hope that my tablet works when or if I receive it.

    Warning to all online consumers: stay away from this website! I had ordered the Samsung 27" monitor. After a very long wait to have the product delivered, imagine my surprise when the product came in completely scratched up and damaged. When I read through the FAQs, I found the only way to speak with anyone was through their support email address, which I did immediately. After a couple of days, a rep asked me to send them some pictures of the damaged product. After taking numerous pictures, I compressed the photos because of their size and emailed it back to them. Another day passed and I got another request to send the images as attachments and not a zip file, so I obliged and did that. Another couple of days passed and now they said to provide clearer photos of the product.

    I mean, seriously, how can anyone take photos of a shiny object and it come out crystal clear? I have repeatedly asked via email for a phone number to speak with someone on the phone so I can get this issue resolved with no response. Hey, I paid for my product the minute I ordered it, but now we are made to play this game of cat and mouse if there is a problem. Not to mention that every time I received an email from customer support (customer support - yeah, right), all it has is someone's first name on it and no other information. What kind of company runs their business like this? All I want is to have my product exchanged for another one and/or a refund. Why is this so hard to acknowledge that the product may be damaged and simply accept the return? If this review site is being monitored, someone from 1SaleADay please call me and help me to resolve this issue already!

    I bought LED bulbs and I returned the item after it was not as described. However, they have returned the partial amount. When I inquired, they made me wait for months, then they asked for shipping receipt which I paid for. I said I don't need return shipping cost as I don't have that shipping receipt and return the amount I paid for the items. But they keep insisting me to provide shipping receipt, even to get refund for the original amount. Now they are not even replying for my mails. I am facing very bad customer care from them.

    I ordered a Bluetooth keyboard for a great deal. I was charged for the item right away for sure! Yet 15 days later, the item has still not shipped. On day 11, I emailed them to check the status as it still shows processing and they say in the FAQ shipping in days at the most is 10 days. The email system says you will get a response in 1 to 3 days. Twenty six hours later, I got an email saying, "Your message was received and will be answered in 1-3 days." Okay, that's stupid. Oh and mind you, when you submit the customer service email, it says and I quote, "Your message has been hastily delivered and a response will be cooked up very soon. Have a great day!" No, it wasn't, as now four days later, there's no response to my email. Mind you, I love how they say response is cooked up, as in made up, lied? Anyhow, I placed another order four days after the first; needless to say, it still hasn't shipped. But once I get these items, I will never shop there again, and like this complaint, I plan to tell as many people as I can to stay away!

    We placed an order 2 weeks ago for a Bluetooth headset because my headset broke. However, our order is still processing. When I contacted 1SaleADay concerning our order after a week of still processing, it took several days to receive a response and they stated that their email invoice sent at the time of order quoted 7 to 10 business days to process prior to shipping. But 1SaleADay charged our account immediately (two weeks ago) and we're still waiting. We had placed two orders from other vendors the same day we placed this order and both orders were received in a week - and one order shipped from China! Had we known the extreme delay with 1SaleADay, I would have bought a Bluetooth headset somewhere else - anywhere else - since I need a headset for my business and cannot be without communication from my clients. So not having a headset due to waiting for my order to arrive has made it very difficult. I would never recommend 1SaleADay especially if you need the item you are ordering quickly! 1SaleADay Customer Service is the worst we've ever experienced and we order online frequently!

    I am a first- (and last-) time customer. I ordered four pieces of jewelry. All of them are miniscule versions of the pictures on the site. Itty, itty, bitty, bitty. They arrived in four bubble bags with four little boxes strapped together with a rubber band. The packaging cost more than the merchandise. Based on the above reviews (which I should have read first), I am afraid to even attempt to return them for a refund (because of double/triple billing, returns accepted with no refund, etc.). I will just toss them and use the boxes at Christmas. Avoid this at all costs. It's total junk.

    I have been trying to cancel an order for days now. They told me, once an order is in processing, it can't be cancelled. Well, it has been in processing since I ordered it 2 weeks ago (it went to processing as soon as it was ordered). I have called several times, just now talked to some woman – she put me on hold to check with her supervisor, came back and said I couldn't cancel. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but they are all unavailable, all in a meeting – all in the 4 seconds it took to tell me that! This is becoming a nightmare – total rip off.

    I recently ordered an auto security system from 1saleaday.com. I have CCTV wired around my home, and I caught a bunch of hooligans stealing my item from my porch. So, I decided to contact 1saleaday.com if they can help me find an alternative solution, maybe replace it or anything. I even emailed and offered them evidence that my item was stolen since I have the footage. A lady emailed me back saying that it takes 10 days for the delivery claim to process. So, I waited. It has been 12 days. I emailed on the 11th day and I received an auto response message stating that they will email me back shortly; they never did. Now, I lost money, I don't have the item, and not even a reply from 1saleaday.com. Great.

    I purchased a laptop from the "flash" sale. It started at midnight and I purchased it at 12:10 AM. I received the confirmation and it said it would take 7-10 business days. I heard nothing else for a week and a half. I checked the status today and found it had gone from "processing" to "refund pending.” I wrote them and I received a return email saying that the product I ordered was out of stock. Now, I have wasted my time and I will be without my $400 for up to another week and a half. Don't waste your time with them!

    In October, I ordered a Medis Power Pack and when it arrived, I saw that it had an expiration date of December 2009 - two years prior to the purchase date. I contacted 1SaleADay's customer service and they immediately shipped out a replacement. Unfortunately, the expiration date on the replacement product was August, 2009 - so it was even older than the one I'd originally received. Since they are one-use-only items, I have no way of knowing whether they work or not until I try them - and that makes them useless for emergencies, which is their stated purpose. I ended up just throwing them away.

    Previously to that, I'd purchased some DVDs during one of their "Flash Sales". In the ad, the videos were pictured as being boxed sets, but when they arrived, they were simply cardboard sleeves. In addition, although they were advertised as "classics" (and there was no choice as to what movies you'd receive) they were all just old B&W cowboy movies - yuck. I'm not wasting any more money on this company's worthless products.

    I have purchased many items from them and find the items to be generally of good quality. I have had no trouble receiving things I purchased and have returned items that did not work and got an immediate refund. So, I recommend this site. Only one time was I dissatisfied and still am upset over this issue. I purchased a ring for my husband and it did not fit, and when I tried to return it they said it was non-refundable. I don't know why this one item was non-refundable, but I am stuck with a ring that fits no one I know. It is too big for the size I ordered.

    I attempted to place an order on the website and the website stated that my address did not match my credit card. I changed it and tried again, and once more. I was billed three times for an item that was not ever ordered. I attempted to call the billing phone number that was provided on my bank statement and was told that they cannot do anything about it and that I should wait for several days and see if it is reversed. If it is not, they are not able to do anything about it. The company refuses to give me a phone number of a manager or someone in billing to resolve issue. The people at extension **, ** and ** at 800- 419-0100 did nothing to help me.

    This website had a product on The View and I immediately tried to purchase it. The website would open and was extremely slow. I was finally able to try to order and was told the item was sold out. This was done in about 1 1/2 hour. If you can't handle the traffic and don't have the inventory, you should not be introduced on national TV.

I was happy to receive a phone call just a few days after writing this review from a woman named Judith from the company. She was very nice and apologetic about the situation and she assured me that my $180 would be returned to the credit card the item was purchased on. She asked me to please update my review on this website once it was all settled. I'm still waiting for my money back! It is now June 4th and I ordered this item on February 1st! Absolutely no money has been returned from this company to me. Judith even admitted to me that my situation had been handled poorly and that my item was in fact still sitting in their warehouse! I have never experienced such lies from a company. What's sad is that I really do want to write on here that they did right by returning my money, but I can't do it because it still hasn't happened. This shady company is stealing money from people. Everyone, please steer clear of this company.

    I have ordered about four times from 1Sale, the latest being a $580 laptop. When I got the laptop, the packaging was great; however, the laptop barely operated. It was so slow and when I tried to reboot, it would not even boot up. Anyway, I immediately sent an email to support and within the hour, I got a response. They said, "We are so sorry. Please return and we will exchange or refund if we don't have the item to exchange." Wow, that was refreshing. I packaged it up and sent it back and followed the instructions on what to include. They were able to ship me out a different unit within a couple days of receiving my return and the communication in the meantime was excellent. I hope when I receive my new unit it works okay! Thank you, 1Sale for being professional and customer oriented for each transaction I've had with you especially my latest (but not last).

    Approximately six weeks ago, I ordered a 32" Westinghouse flat screen TV. I received the TV and the LED screen looked as if it had been shattered. After two more weeks, they said they were sending a UPS Investigation return on it and as of Friday, 5.25.2012, they said they have it returned to their warehouse and would look for a replacement or refund.     This company runs a very shady business model. They send an item in a soft pouch bag (this was for a flash drive with no hard shell). It was broken when I received it. They would not return it, saying it was my fault, but I blame the PO for this delivery, but their packaging is terrible. I've contacted the legal authorities in their state to further investigate and get them out of business. No matter how cheap their item is, their service sucks.

    I received a defective Sylvania Mini Pad. Per the instructions, I bought a 32GB mini SD card for memory. After inserting the card in the proper slot, the card was swallowed by the unit as there was no receptacle there. I have asked for a replacement with a new card. After feigning that they did not understand the request, I was finally offered an additional $10 for this $50 card in addition to my refund. I didn't even get the $10. I am now out an additional $64 for the card and return shipping. After 9 emails, I requested that I be able to speak with an owner or manager. Forget that. No one in authority ever contacted me. These people are the least scrupulous of anyone that I have had any dealings. I would never recommend them to anyone.

    I, like others, purchased a 32-inch Westinghouse LCD on 4/23 and still have not received the product. I have emailed several times and the response I get is also similar to others - warehouse delay problems. They also told me they cannot issue me a refund and to refuse shipment when it arrives.     They knowingly sent me a different item because they ran out of the original one. They confirmed it in one of their emails. Then they instructed me to send it back at my own expense. After arguing about it with them, they sent me a return shipping label. When I returned the item, they issued me a refund for a cheaper item I didn't return, arguing that I had returned that one. Now they are asking me to send a photo as a proof that I sent the actual item and therefore refusing to refund the remainder of the amount they owe me. The email correspondence I keep copies of, refers to them sending the wrong item. I sent them every copy of it and they disregarded it. They are very dishonest people.

    Last month, I placed an order with 1saleaday. I misread the description of the product and when it arrived, I did not have the right equipment to use it with. I saw the no return policy and instead of asking for help, I made a complaint to Consumer Affairs without contacting the company.     I placed an order for 3 TVs on 04/23/12. My invoice stated that they would be shipped out within 7-10 business days. I have still not received them. I have emailed several times and have also requested that they cancel my order and issue a refund as my charge card has already been billed. I keep getting a response that they have a delay in the warehouse and they should be shipped soon. Again, I requested a refund and was told that they couldn't refund my order once it is placed. They suggested that I refuse the order and then they will credit my card when they get it back. Seriously? I can't refuse an order that I haven't received yet! And if I do that, how long will it take to get a credit back to me? $500 is a lot of money to be charged to my card with any product yet. Very dissatisfied and will never do business with them again!

    I bought a Sylvania mini tablet. The built-in apps were not working properly except for the browser. I bought a 32 GB SD card as suggested in the manual. I placed the card in the proper slot and it fell into the machine. There was no receptacle. And then everything stopped working. I asked for an even exchange (tablet plus card). I got a form to return the item, but no acknowledgement of my emails regarding an even exchange. I wrote again and there’s no further response. There is no phone number to contact them. These guys don't play by Hoyle. And I strongly suggest that no one buy anything from 1SaleADay.com.

    Be very careful with 1saleaday.com, because no returns. I recently ordered an item, which was not suitable. I contacted them to return, but they said there's no return policy to accept as per their website. Here is their reply to my email. on May 10, 2012 | 05:42pm EDT, Frank replied: "Thank you for contacting 1saleaday. Unfortunately, as per our site, we do not accept returns. I would suggest trying to sell your item on eBay. Thank you for your business and sorry for the inconvenience."

    On April 22, I purchased a fellow's Powershred shredder from eBay's 1saleaday. They sent a phoney tracking number for the item. I waited a week, and the tracking was still not working. I emailed them through eBay and received a letter stating item was shipped and that the site was having tracking problems. I called them a week later after 5 more emails about the item. (Those emails were never responded to.) I phoned (800) 419-0100 and was told that item was on the way and would be at my house by last Friday. Also, I was told the person who wrote email, Frank, did not work there. Also, I got this person's name "Sue." Now, it's almost 3 weeks, and tracking's still not working.

    So Friday rolled around, and there's no item. I waited 3 more days. Still, no tracking and no item. I started emailing on a daily basis again. After 3 days of emails, it was said "Chris" would be glad to help with the item. I was asked "What did you order?" All emails contained descriptions of the item ordered. So again, I tried calling and never get through. I contacted eBay and PayPal.

    eBay allowed this company almost 4 weeks for delivery, so I cannot file a complaint. PayPal said 1saleaday has time to deliver. I finally contacted my AmEx that is connected to my PayPal account. AmEx began to tell me to let eBay and 1saleaday know that procedures to do a charge-back will be done once they hear back from me. I called eBay and let them know how mad I am and about a possible charge-back from AmEx. Immediately, they put in a resolution to get my money back from them. In 1 day, I received verification from eBay that the order was cancelled and money would be returned. Not even 10 minutes went by and 1saleaday emailed me that the order was cancelled and money would return in my account in 3-7 business days. We shall see if that is true.

    Now, I have to tell you my wife is an eBay seller, and we have certain shipping rules to follow or we are punished for not complying with those rules. This is something that keeps bad sellers away from eBay, but it seems as though 1saleaday has a completely different set of rules. I ship all, and I do mean all my items in 24 hours for fear of eBay punishing us for not following rules. The only reason 1saleaday would be able to get away with so many infractions is if 1) they give eBay so much money to be listed in their daily deals that eBay turns their head the other way when 1saleaday does not follow rules or 2) this is a big guess but could it be 1saleaday is owned by eBay and that is why all their items are at the top of "deal of the day" page and they get away with so many infractions.

    Look at the daily deal page. They are #1 with one of the worst records for infraction on eBay - over 399 negatives and over 300 neutrals with complaints about fake watches, cheap rings, and more. Something sounds fishy here. Watch your self when you deal with this company. I for one, am done for good! If I do not get my money, AmEx will reverse charges; and that will be that.

    Just to let you know, there are thousands of honest eBay sellers on eBay who follow rules and help their customers out, but 1saleaday is not one of them. Check these pages of negative letters on 1saleaday and check all of the internet.

    I ordered a combo deal from 1saleaday.com for Asus EEE transformer tablet and docking station for $350 on April 24th. The next day, I got the tracking number and on May 2nd, I got the package but when I opened it, it had only docking station and no tablet. After writing a number of emails, the company agreed it's a mistake and will be sending the tablet soon, but I informed them that I will be leaving for India on May 18th and there will be nobody to pick the package if they ship it after I leave. And if UPS leaves the package at the door step, it will be lost.

    Even after repeatedly following up, their only reply were vague emails saying it will arrive soon and will use the same tracking number as the package sent before. It sounded a little fishy and that's why I called UPS to confirm and they said it's not possible. I emailed the company again and confronted them and they said it will shipped with a different tracking number. I think they are just stalling and they don't have the product in stock. They have a phone customer service but as they have only email, it really helps them to stall things. The docking station is useless without the tablet and I want to return that and want a full refund ASAP. This company is running a scam by doing this to customers and I am not even mentioning how much stress I am going through and how much time I wasted in all the emails.

    I'm so sorry I decided to give this company a shot. I wish I had read the complaints first. I'm another who is getting the same ** so many here have complained about from their "customer service". They say they're having problems with their tracking system. Um, that's the UPS tracking system, not yours. You just fibbed. Two weeks after initially telling me the product has shipped, the latest email from 1saleaday says they can't tell when it will ship. I wish I had done my research before trying to order from these folks. I will do my best to make sure others have an easy time finding out what lousy service this company provides.

    I ordered an Asus Transformer TF101 tablet with the keyboard from 1SaleADay.com and so far, I have had nothing but problems. I ordered on 4/24/12 and received my package on 5/1/12 - not bad as far as fast shipping. Unfortunately, I opened the package and found only the keyboard in the box. I immediately emailed customer service to see if there was a tracking number on the tablet itself. I received a generic email saying that my order was shipped separately. On 5/3/12, I received an email saying that they were embarrassed, but they had made a mistake and only sent the docking station and that I would receive the tablet "shortly.”

    Upon receipt of this email, I emailed them once again for a tracking number on the tablet. Today, 5/7/12, I received another generic email stating that I would receive an email once the order left the warehouse and the tracking information would update in my account on 1SaleADay.com. The tracking number there still has not updated. I went to the phone number that was listed under "contact us" on the website and spoke with a gentleman who told me that "they do not offer phone support" and that he did not have access to account or order information. Overall, this has not been a great experience. I do not believe I will order from 1SaleADay.com again.

    I ordered a security camera system back on March 1st, 2012 that cost $180. To this day, I have not received my item. I have bought from this company before, but they were things that cost $15-$20 and never had a problem. They also sent me a tracking number that leads me absolutely nowhere. I have e-mailed them several times regarding the shipment and each time they give me some vague response that deals with the warehouse is undergoing changes to provide better service. Each time they respond to an e-mail, they say to be patient that it will be shipped soon. I'm still waiting.

    I have spoken to Caroline, Elizabeth and Bobbie and they all say the same garbage. This last e-mail I sent them stated that I no longer want the camera and that I would appreciate a full refund. Bobbie stated to refuse the package when it's delivered and I would receive a refund when it returns to the warehouse. Like I'm supposed to believe I'm ever even going to receive this item! They've pocketed $180 from me and I am furious! This business is shady and I will be sure to never order from this company again and I will pass it on to all I know!

    Someone made a fraudulent order using my credit card. I called 1saleaday customer service to report it and they gave me the runaround. I wanted to stop the transaction while it is still pending before my account is charged. I was directed to send an email which I did and as of yet, I have not received a reply. These are very shoddy and shady business practices. I am looking forward to being contacted tomorrow or I will turn this over to the FBI. The company involved is Ben"s outlet and the amount is $440.     I am one of many people - according to other complaints online - that bought the worthless piece of junk the Motorola Lapdock from 1SaleADay. What a crummy place to buy anything - quick to take your money, slow to ship and then forget you, no customer service. I should have investigated more about the company before I made the mistake of buying from this web site. Is there anyway of getting a refund from this company and not an exchange? Does Motorola stand behind this terrible product? What can I do but try and pawn it or donate it to goodwill and take a donation receipt for my taxes? I am so mad at 1SaleADay, Motorola and myself! Do I have any recourse at all? My money is tight and I felt this might be a two in one item to save me money. Instead, I am out 84 bucks!

    I ordered and paid for items on 03/27/12. I received email saying order had been shipped on 04/01/12 with a UPS tracking number. I couldn't get status on tracking number from UPS and they said to contact shipper. I sent email to customer service at 1saleaday.com. I received a reply from Caroline in customer service on 04/17/12 saying that to enhance customer service, they were upgrading their warehouse and items would be shipped. As these items were for a birthday gift, I had to order them from Newegg on 04/13/12 (received them this afternoon). I had asked Caroline at 1saleaday.com customer service to have the customer service manager contact me. I received an email back from Caroline thanking me for my patience and the items would be shipped soon.

    I want an immediate refund and an apology from the customer service manager. I don't need to have an attorney contact me as I've made a formal complaint with the UPS, the US Federal Trade Commission, and the Florida Department of Justice. I have an attorney on retainer that I will be using in small claims court against 1saleaday.com. I will also be publicizing this on Twitter, Facebook and my personal and also my business blogs. Now I see that I'm not the only person that has been treated like this (Bing 1saleaday.com complaints). Maybe I can get class action lawsuit against them. Since I am disabled, I have 24 hours a day to pursue this and I ** well will until I am satisfied.

    Acer Tablet - The worst experience I have ever had buying stuff online. I placed my order March 31 and on 4/4, I got the fake UPS tracking number. I still couldn't track the item after 10 days. They explained to me the tracking system has some problem and I should be able to receive my item shortly. So I waited a couple more days and still haven't got the item. I contacted them again and they told me their warehouse is experiencing some problems and my item is not shipped yet which is totally conflicting with their previous response! If it is not shipped, how the hell did they send me the tracking number to fool me? I wonder how many times they are going to lie to the customers.

    1SaleADay billed my account, the bill came due but it's been 3 weeks and still no merchandise. Their response: "We are having a delay in shipping". Duh. Additionally, they do not allow returns but nowhere, obviously at least, is that posted. Almost unheard of that an online store won't take returns. Lastly, I contacted them via email and heard nothing; sent a second email a week later, stronger language, and they did finally respond.

    I ordered a Toshiba Thrive (android) tablet on March 27th, delivered April 6th. Immediately upon its arrival, I noticed that the tablet was a developer version, which does not have google market or any consumer applications. Furthermore, I can't even load apps into the tablet from the SD card (once again, because it is a developer's version). I emailed them the following day, April 7th, and received an automated reply that I would be contacted within 2-3 business days. Today is the 5th business day that I have yet to hear any response and I sent another email today to indicate that they sent me the wrong product.

    I purchased another tablet through 1saleaday that was problem-free, but one unaddressed problem is enough. I am never again using this retailer. I should have listened to all the other complaints that are on the internet. I will return the product to them, and alert my credit card company that they have sent the incorrect product. I have the emails to prove that I made a good faith effort to resolve the issue with the seller to no avail.

    Update: 1 Sale A Day has refunded my money for the Netgear router I purchased. They had called several times and left voice mails to return their call, but with the hours I work that is nearly impossible. Tuesday morning, a sales rep from there named Judith called and said my router was out for delivery that day. To my amazement, it was already on my doorstep. I just want to thank Judith for being so diligent in trying to take care of my issue. If I would have dealt with her in the first place, I probably would not have filed a complaint here.     Update: After I filed a complaint here 1 Sale a Day tried calling from an unknown # which I do not answer and left several messages to call them back which I did not. I received an email saying my money would be refunded in 3 to 5 days, which it was. I received a phone call from Judith, which I did answer and she said my money was refunded and the Netgear router was shipped and out for delivery that day.

    A few minutes later, the router was delivered. I was very surprised. So, they did take care of the issue after I filed a complaint here. Their original customer service still needs to be revamped so they can give more information on your issue. It is always basically the same email in return, "so sorry for your inconvenience, it should ship soon." Thank you to Judith and her diligent phone calls. She probably needs a giant raise to deal on the phone with all the customers that are upset. We all know we take our anger out on the person we talk to.

    1 Sale A Day would not exchange or return their defective merchandise. I bought an outfit for my son. It stated that it was 12-18 month size but when I received it, it would maybe have fit a 6-9 month size and was obviously mislabeled. I asked to exchange for a different one and was first told that it was impossible due to it already being 21 days since I ordered it. I did order it on February 26th but didn't receive it until March 20th, which I have proof of due to delivery confirmation.

    I told them this and then their story changed - that they do not take back something unless it is defective and to sell it on eBay. I told them it is defective and they said, "Too bad, we aren't taking it back." I said I would prefer to just exchange it for a different one but then they stopped emailing me. So now, I am stuck with an outfit that is worthless to me and I am out the money for it. I will never purchase another product from them and I am just glad it was only $13 and not something that is much more expensive.

    Did not receive product and could not get refund: I ordered a Toshiba Thrive $250 from them a couple weeks ago. I tried to tell them not to leave things at my door because I live in a sketchy neighborhood but there was no place to make notes. When I emailed them (since they do not have a phone number to contact and the one that showed up on my credit card statement only leads to an automated system that says to email customer support), they said they don't make changes to orders, but to contact the shipping company once they gave me a tracking number. They shipped using UPS (worst shipping company in the world) and didn't give UPS any options for me to tell the driver not to leave it outside my door.

    So although I called UPS multiple times and asked them not to leave the package, they couldn't do anything. My package never arrived. UPS said that 1SaleADay told them to leave it at the door, so they did, and when I checked outside my door, it was not there. I told 1SaleADay about it and they said, too bad. There is no one to call and they take forever to answer emails. Worst shopping experience of my life!

    Update: 1 Carat Diamond 14K white gold bridal set - I have since received a refund with this company. Throughout this whole process, I have heard so many different stories from people that have purchased through them. I have heard a handful of good experiences. I am happy for those of you that have had good experiences with them. However, I have heard lies from them throughout the entire process and if you go on to read other reviews, it is amazing to hear they are all about the same. This company does not take responsibility for the actions that are taken. There is never an excuse to send out faulty products to a consumer and pin it on whomever you can. It is called quality control. If it were you receiving an item that was missing parts or broken, you would not be happy. It is not acceptable especially for those people that have waited well over a month for their item. It is not acceptable by any standards to have to beg for an item that has been purchased.

    I will never purchase through this company again. I will also continue to let everyone and anyone that will listen know how this company operates. Do yourselves a favor and do research on this company if you plan on purchasing through them! As I have said in my previous posts, they should be ashamed on how they conduct business.     Update: I got a phone call today from someone, other than the customer service rep I had been emailing, telling me that the problem was with a vendor. She added that the items hadn't actually shipped and they were working with the vendor to get the routers shipped as soon as possible. I told her that knowing that upfront would have made me considerably more patient. I understand shipping issues and problems. What makes anyone unhappy is being told, “Oh, the tracking number will update, just be patient.” They did offer a partial refund and assured me the package would ship soon. Hopefully, it will work out okay.

    Follow-up on previous review: A customer service representative called as a result of the review posted here about the vertical CD player. Very warm and friendly lady explained that the misrepresented product had been an accident and they wanted to make things right. I explained that I could not ship the product back because I had thrown the manual and shipping container away, and at any rate, was not physically able to carry it to the post office due to handicap. She offered a partial refund and I replied it was unnecessary (I did not desire to take a refund while keeping the product). She insisted that they do something to make things right and they sent a partial refund anyway.

    Given the circumstances, I am happy with the customer service rep that went out of her way to fix things (most times you encounter a CSR, they have little to no authority to fix problems). I thought this website was more or less just customer reviews and did not expect any communication with 1saleaday, however, they do read and respond to feedback left here. I am reassessing my feelings about 1saleaday.com. While I believe that the error in advertising one product and shipping a knockoff is a grievous one, in this case they did try to make amends.

    On March 1, I ordered 10 wireless routers from 1SaleADay.com for a project I'm working on, thinking if we mess them up, it's a small price to pay for test units. I received a tracking number and UPS showed a label had been created and that it was shipping from UPS to USPS. I checked the USPS number and they had no record of it. I waited a few days and checked again—no update in status. I wrote to customer service and after a couple of days, they replied saying they were having trouble with tracking numbers and to please be patient. I waited another week and wrote asking them to look into it. They said it would show up and they were sorry.

    Today, I checked and the status still hasn't changed, so I wrote and said I'd like to cancel the order. Their response was: “We can't cancel an order once it's shipped. So when it arrives, just refuse the order and we'll refund your money when we get it back.”

    But if the package is lost, or more likely never made it on the UPS truck, then it will never get here and there will never be a refund. It seems from their response that there was no research done. They just say sorry, it'll get there eventually. It was funny that the first post I read on this site was from someone else with the same story about the same wireless router. Item had a label created and was never updated. The only recourse is to contact the credit card company and let them know the product was never received and the vendor has taken no action. I'd think they'd want to avoid chargebacks. Oh, well. My advice: buy from someone else.

    I believe 1SaleADay.com advertised (pictured) a Sony vertical CD player alarm clock. It was described as having an input jack and also a headphone/line-out jack. I received a "Global" brand product which looks similar on the face to the pictured product, but does not have headphone/line out jack, which is one major reason for the purchase, nor is it of the quality you expect from the Sony name brand. The picture also showed a unit approximately 1 inch in depth and wall mountable. Unit received is wall mountable but is 3 inches in depth. If you log onto your account at 1SaleADay.com and pull up the transaction order number, it will give the description as “Vertical CD Player Model Number CD-88.” That is all! No "Sony", no picture.

    A $99 Sony product for $15 is a great deal. But this "Global" brand piece of junk is like buying a $2 product for $15—net loss is $13. If you brought this item home from the flea market, there would've been less surprise. The FM and AM tuners pick up about two stations between them in a market area where you can't normally move a notch up or down the scale without bumping into “something”. It took about ten days before it shipped out. Maybe they ran out of Sonys and had to find another truck for something to fall off?

    I've been happy with previous purchases, but this one showed me just what they are capable of. Lesson learned: $20 transaction is not worth the hassle in dealing with customer support and product return. Buyer beware: be diligent and google sites like 1SaleADay for the low down from previously ripped customers. And if you do choose to go ahead and buy, be sure to print a copy of the webpage for comparison later. You probably couldn't use the paper print-out in a court of law, but at least you'll know you aren't crazy.

    I ordered a refurbished Toshiba Thrive from 1saleday. I fortunately received it a week later as I was near their distribution warehouse in Miami. Unfortunately, I received the wrong power cord with it. I looked up the part number and the power cord I received was for a Toshiba laptop. It was only then that I realized that the only way to deal with this piece of ** company was to email them and wait until they get around to responding (1 to 3 business days according to their info). I would never order something from this company again. I wish I had seen this site before I ordered. It's certainly not worth the $75 savings on a unit that I don't even know works because I can't charge it! 1saleaday blows!

    I ordered a Shark 2-in-1 cordless stick vacuum which was shipped on 2/16/12. When I received the box, it was missing, the motorized floor brush and the short piece to use the vacuum as a hand held vacuum. About 2 weeks ago, I received the short piece, but I still have not received the motorized floor brush so that I can use the vacuum as an upright vacuum, which is what I purchased it for.

    Update on the 1 carat diamond and 14K white gold bridal set. On 3/19/2012, the set arrived while I was picking up my daughter off the bus. I opened it immediately. I am just absolutely sick over all of this. The diamond was supposed to be an I2 in clarity and g-h in color. That is not the case. The diamond is absolutely worthless. I brought it to 2 different jewelers who were disgusted that someone would even sell it. It came with a certificate that states that the color and clarity are as stated above I2 and g-h. Also, that the set's estimated retail replacement value is $3000.00. The diamond is cloudy and the amount of flaws is just disgusting.

    Both jewelers stated that the diamond is not even close to what the certificate states. And by their opinion, the set is worth no more than $200. False advertisement. I cannot even express in enough words how angry I am. I cannot understand how a business can get away with things like this. I totally understand that you get what you pay for, but at this rate it’s way more than that. I can only hope that through this others will be a lot more cautious with purchases on this site. I will never order through them and I will continue to let everyone know how this site operates. I have again placed a claim in to the BBB and the Attorney General of Florida.

    One of my friends send me a link to a deal on 1saleaday.com. It was a SteelSeries Siberia V2 headset for $40. I bought it without researching the website because I trusted my friend. Afterwards, I decided to look up reviews of the website, and after reading this page, I became very worried. Horror story after horror story.

    Needless to say, the worrying was unnecessary. The website said processing can take up to ten days--it took seven. Yes, that is longer than almost every other site on the Internet, but you can't complain when you are getting great deals like these. Shipping only took four days, two days of which, the tracking number did not work, and then, suddenly it was two days away.

    When the box came, I was somewhat worried because I had heard of people getting ripped off in the past. But again, that was baseless. I removed the headset box from the shipping box and it was in perfect, factory condition. There wasn't even a single mark or dent on the box, which is something that I cannot say is always the case with more reputable sites like Amazon. The item functioned perfectly and came exactly as advertised (although the picture on the website was incorrect, but only in that the picture was white and the actual headset was black, which I prefer).

    Basically, if you don't mind waiting for the shipping, it's a good place to purchase from. I would be weary, however, when purchasing non-brand name items like cheap jewelry or (the item that was after my sale) a cheap razor kit. I can imagine that these products are low quality and possibly not as advertised, and it seems most of the complaints on here are regarding these non-brand name items. In conclusion, for brand name and well known product, it's probably safe. But for cheap-looking product that you have never heard of, it may be a rip-off.

    I bought the Monster Universal Home Theater & Lighting System Remote Control with LCD Screen & Backlit Buttons and I have to say, after reading all these negative comments about this company, I was a little worried about not getting what I bought. But the exact opposite occurred. I received my invoice immediately, got my tracking number the next day and was able to track the entire trip. It arrived at my home when promised and was in great shape. The description said it was brand new and that's exactly what I got. I'm sorry to those that had a negative experience, however I will be doing business with this company again.

    I ordered a Toshiba Thrive from 1saleaday.com, and it took 2 weeks to receive it. When it finally came, everything looked fine. I charged it up enough to use and started doing a quick start set-up and came to a screeching halt. The apps they were talking about in the quick start were not on the tablet. The only thing this tablet is good for, is surfing the web.

    If I just wanted to surf the web, I would just use my laptop. I sent 1saleaday.com the required email, waited 4 days for a response and all I was told was, “Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience. I have attached the specifications advertised at the time of sale for this item,” together with the list of specs. I want to know how to get the apps, and drivers I am missing to make this the tablet do what it is supposed to do.

    I would like to update the status on the situation on the 1 carat diamond 14K white gold bridal set with 1saleaday.com. On 3/7/2012 and 3/9/2012 I sent two different emails. I finally received a response on 3/14/2012, stating that my order was not shipped, and that there were delays with the warehouse. However, on 3/6/2012, I was assured that my item was in UPS's hands, and to expect the package shortly. I immediately responded to the email wanting a refund. And just like magic, it was shipped out. I am expecting the package to arrive on Monday, 3/19/2012. I have a claim in with the Better Business Bureau and my bank. I was advised by both to bring the set to a jeweler, to verify that it is real! I forgot to mention before that the diamonds are supposed to be certified. I do not have intentions of keeping the rings at this time. If after all this, I keep the rings, I am validating that this is acceptable behavior for a business. This business needs real help.

    I can understand having thousands of items ordered daily, and not being able to keep up. But throughout this process, I have spoken to approximately 30-40 people that have purchased through them, and the problems have been consistently the same from each person I have talked to. I feel that there should be stricter guidelines on a business like this, as well as, a stronger foundation. If you cannot handle shipping out thousands of boxes a day, and keeping your customers happy, maybe downsizing should be an option. As for their customer service, shame, shame, shame! They should be embarrassed. When you are dealing with a paying customer, you should have the respect to be truthful. The truth goes a long way.

    If they had been truthful in the beginning, I would have been a lot more understanding. However, that was not the case. I will continue to update this as the process continues. I have advised everyone that I know and have spoken to, not to do business with them. I hope that maybe they will take some of this complaint, and attempt to make their business better. I just don't think that is going to happen.

    My husband purchased a bridal set for me on 2/29/2012. It is supposedly 14k white gold and 1 carat of real diamonds, it seemed like a steal, for $649.99 with free shipping. Sounds good, right? On 3/2/2012, I received a tracking number for UPS. I emailed them several times up till yesterday. I was told on 3/6/2012 not to worry that they were having a problem with the tracking numbers updating and that my item should arrive shortly.

    It is now 3/13/2012 and I have yet to hear any replies to any of my other emails. Needless to say, the package has yet to arrive. The tracking number that I received says they have yet to receive the package. I have put in a claim to the BBB.org because I really doubt that the ring was even real to begin with. I have ordered from 1saleaday.com before and had no complaints. I can not understand why they are even allowed to be in business. I have tried to call the 1-800-419-0100 and it is just a recording. There should be some type of communication.

    I can't wait to pay you but you can wait to send out the garbage that they are passing off as amazing. This is just absolutely ridiculous. I have posted on their Facebook page along with others that ordered the same ring and they delete your comments off. It's amazing to me that as such an amazing business, your response is to contact support@1saleaday.com and wait for a response that will never come. Con artists!

    I ordered a Bluetooth speaker phone from 1saleaday.com. The item arrived within the specified time. When I opened the package, the product looked okay, but when I tried to make it work, it never did. They sent me a defective product. They do not have a phone number for me to contact, and the only way to communicate with them is via their website email system, which generates automated emails, sent to you asking you to wait for at the most 3 business days. These people never gets back once they sell anything to the people. To my surprise, how are they managing to do business today? This company should be taken to the court. Never ever in my lifetime would I purchase from 1saleaday. In fact, I am putting this site in my blocked list.

    I purchased a Skill 18v drill and flashlight with 2 batteries and a charger. When I received the package, it was not damaged. However, when I opened the package, I found to my dismay the flash in several parts, and could not be assembled. In other words, it was packaged broken. The batteries would not charge. I think they are either worthless, or the charger is a piece of junk. I contacted 1saleaday two times, and each time I was told that someone would be in contact with me in 1 to 3 business days, depending upon the volume of calls they got. I was contacted by an auto reply set up. 1saleaday is a scam operation. Their guarantees are just as worthless as the drill set I purchased. Warn all your email buddies.

    I ordered for my first time and it was shipped through UPS. It was supposed to be delivered on a specific date. It never came. UPS also claims they never delivered the item and to contact 1SaleADay. I did so. After numerous emails, I never received one correspondence back. I filed a complaint with my bank, got my money refunded, and still have never received any information from 1SaleADay. I will never do business with them again. Buyer beware! But as long as you have a bank to back you up, I would steer clear.

    They, 1saleaday.com, emailed me a tracking number for a reversible pet bed I bought my dog. Ever since the 17th of February, there has been no tracking information. I emailed Customer Support and this guy Yeney keeps telling me it got delivered. I keep asking for the tracking number that said it was delivered. Seeing as someone is home at my house all the time, my bed never got delivered.

    I have bought multiple things through 1saleaday.com and never had a problem. Once I even had broken dish and they partially refunded me. I am having problems with this though and it's not being resolved since I can't call them. I'll have my bank give my money back.

    I purchased a bluetooth keyboard workstation folio from 1 Sale A Day. It was for $14.99, but somehow, I was charged over $25.00. I tried to find a phone number for them and there was none. I can only contact them through email. Then, they said in the Contact Us page that there are only returns on defective merchandise.

    Obviously, mine was defective so it said to fill out a form on the contact page. I still cant find the form. I emailed them a few days ago and haven't heard back. I have a feeling when I do hear back that they will tell me that it's over the amount of days for a return. All I want is for them to replace it. After reading all the complaints, I'll never order from them again. It was an experience I learned a lesson from.

    I just wanted to let everyone on this page know that there has been some great experience also. I have purchased over 20 different items from 1saleaday and have had no problems. Shipping had been prompt and my merchandise was fine. I also purchased "refurb" merchandise, but it was advertised just what it was, not to discredit your "bad" experience. I hope you all get things worked out. I just wanted to give this company some support because I'm sure there are more good stories than bad. Unfortunately, most people with good stories never give accolades when they are deserved and people with bad stories will tell everyone that will listen. Good luck with your issues.     I placed an order for a Toshiba Thrive tablet they were advertising for $259.00 which, after shipping and handling, was $264.98. As they gave the option to use the billing or shipping address, I gave my shipping address and credit card number which they kicked back with an automated note telling me that the billing address wasn't the same one as on the card.

    Then I went looking for a phone number to advise them that I was giving them my shipping address. No phone number. I spent hours online looking for one. All they will provide is an automated email. So then I called my bank and found out that while they kicked my order back to me, they did manage to take the money out of my banking account. They gave me no confirmation number, no order number and all I keep getting back from them in way of emails is an automated response telling me it will take several days to get an answer.

    This is ridiculous. How does this company get away with this? I decided after all this (there's a lesson learned) to read all the reviews I could find on this site and oddly enough, 90 % of them are bad reviews. Why isn't this company shut down? I want my money back or the product.

    I purchased a bluetooth speaker. The item was defective. I contacted order support, which can only be done via the website email. Whenever a reply or request is made, it takes three or more days to be contacted. Once a reply is received, you get the runaround. They do not have accurate information as to the orders, claiming the order had been over their 21-day return policy, when in fact it had only been eight days. They did not even check the history of my order in my account on their website. Never again!
