The refurbished machine was damaged but return was easy to and refund quick, I would certainly use 1 Saleaday again for some shopping in the CV future. They have selection and prices that are hard to beat.

I bought one their popcorn maker, the products arrived on time, but unfortunately the machine didn’t work. I contacted their customer service and they were very friendly and helpful. They took my matter seriously and replaced my unworkable item for free.

I recently purchased a laptop from 1Sale when I thought my laptop had died, only to find out an hour after ordering my new one that it was unplugged. I sent an email to customer service asking what I can do now that I don't need the new laptop. Within minutes they got back to me and said "no problem. We cancelled the order and refunded your money." Wish all companies online were this good!

Short story: I ordered an item, received a different model. I contacted customer service requesting the right item or refund and return of erroneous item. The replacement item arrived within a day of notification from customer service. I will buy from 1Sale.com again.

I ordered a set of 10 game controllers. When they arrived I found one was not working properly. I contacted them through email and received an automated reply that they were out of the office for a holiday. The day after that I got a reply and they stated that they have already shipped out a replacement. The emails were very friendly, professional and prompt. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I was really looking forward to receiving my Air Power Fryer which I had recently ordered through 1Sale, at a very low price. Well it finally arrived and was the wrong color. I called the contact phone number given by 1Sale and a gentleman looked up the order and admitted immediately that the mistake was on their end. In a no hassle, very apologetic manner they not only reordered the correct unit but expedited its shipping. I very much appreciate the way 1Sale handled my problem and would recommend them highly.

I ordered a 2 Smart Watch bundle from 1Sale and received the goods in a timely manner. One of the watches was damaged so I contacted Customer Service for a refund. In the course of corresponding with them, I discovered that the second watch was also unsatisfactory for my intended use. When I notified them of this, they gave me an immediate full refund. In addition, when they found out I was a teacher and had purchased the watches to aide in my profession, they told me to keep the products and give out to my students as incentive prizes. The whole transaction was very professional and quick. Even though I was not satisfied with this particular product, I will gladly deal with 1Sale again because of their excellent customer service!

I placed an order that needed to be returned, and contacted customer service. The response was timely & professional, with simple instructions on how to proceed. Unit was packed back in original box & packaging and sent off. A snafu with USPS has delayed the delivery to them- but documentation was provided to show it was shipped, and while they have yet to find the package, a refund was provided without hesitation. 1Sale has shown their integrity and commitment to not only their sales, but to their customers- and I can't express how impressed I am at their follow through and professionalism. These are rare traits in the world these days, and I can't praise them enough- they've earned a customer for life.

I received the wrong product. After 2 emails the correct one was sent out and I received it within a week. I was disappointed at first by receiving the wrong product but the way they responded to my email and quickly sent the item I ordered was awesome. I will order from them anytime because I know they respond quickly to problems.

I ordered a pair of Oakley polarized sunglasses- unfortunately they were damaged but I don’t fault 1Sale - things can happen. What’s really awesome is the way they communicated and handled it after I let them know. They didn’t leave me hanging, sent me a return label and have been terrific! Just for fun I took the sunglasses to my eye doctor's office before I mailed them back to make sure they were in fact polarized- they were! :) So I would definitely buy from 1Sale again!

OK so I bought a deal for 3 golf shirts for like $23 and they not only arrived super fast but the quality was great and I loved them, so I decided to buy 3 more! Went to the website, sale was still on but the discount code wasn't working. I sent an email and in like 5 mins had a response and a new code they said they built for me to take advantage of the sale (they were having issues with the old code and were working on fixing it). It worked great and I got the deal on 3 more shirts. Great service, great product and now I have 3 more on the way.

Ordered air fryer and it arrived promptly. The only problem was that it was the wrong cooker and wife wasn't pleased. 1Sale promptly sent out the correct fryer....wife now happy. Will buy from 1Sale again.

I have wanted an airfryer for a long time and I was referred to this site. I am aware of what open box is but the airfryer that I received was obviously used and not what I expected. I will say I reached out to customer service and they responded fast and sent me out a new airfryer within a couple days. Customer Service was on point and they resolved my issue very quickly. The replacement airfryer was what I was expecting and I'm happy now and ready to put it use.

I needed to exchange a faulty Chrome book. After an initial email, I was quickly sent a prepaid FedEx label and then, after my return was complete, was FedExed a new replacement. Very easy process with excellent communication. I would do business with them again.

I really like Method cleaners and soaps so when I saw this deal I ordered. On the day of delivery a low-life porch thief decided this box on my porch was worth the risk (I captured the act on surveillance video). Even though they had nothing to do with the theft, when I contacted 1Sale they offered to sell me another at a ridiculously low price. Believe it or not THAT order was stolen. When 1Sale contacted me to check the delivery I had to tell them that again, my delivery was stolen. Believe it or not, they refunded my money!!! Yes, even though 1Sale is not responsible and though they took a loss they refunded my money. This is beyond 'good' expectations and I am amazed at their actions. 1Sale customer service is better than anyone could ever expect. Excellent!

I ran across a sale for character socks. I ordered them for a Christmas gift. The product arrived in a timely manner and I was able to track the shipment. When I got them and opened the package I was actually surprised on the quality, they are nicer than I thought they would be. I am happy with all aspects of the order.

Apparently, the glasses in the other color were polarized but not the blue. Customer service was very accommodating and processed my refund immediately. They first offered to give me a partial refund which I wasn't interested in, but it was a nice offer just the same. I've ordered from this group before and never had any issues with what I ordered. Would definitely order again.

I purchased a karaoke microphone from 1Sale Deals and the item malfunctioned in a week. I contacted the company and got a respond and a refund immediately. Very quick resolution by the company and I don't need to send back the defective product.

This item (3 Pack: SCOSCHE StrikeLine Pro Charge & Sync Apple MFi Certified) was very good. I am still using them in NOvember and have no issues. They are MFi so the iPhone recognize them and they work even after updates. I am doing this review because I ordered something else and the chat guy was so professional and gave me a 5 percent discount even though it was expired and asked me to. But I would say the price and quality of the Scosche cords is outstanding. And still working.

I ordered 4 refurbished iPads for my staff to use. They arrived in iPad boxes each with a wall charger and lightning cable. Very good condition for being used. Package arrived undamaged. I had been a customer of 1Sale for a long time and have excellent experience with both the product and the team. Shopping experience is nice and smooth. Always find good products and super fast shipment with excellent shipment tracking. I had an instance of contacting the online customer care using the chat feature. The rep was quick in understanding the issue and the issue was resolved in less than 24 hours. Can't ask for more than this, truly happy with 1Sale.

Been a big fan of 1Sale for years. Their products are low priced and always top of the line, not to mention fast and free shipping. I recently purchased a Yamaha pressure washer (although I had one, just couldn't resist the price). When I went to use the washer everything was perfect except the wand handle appeared to have a defective valve which wouldn't allow it to spray. I contacted 1Sale and to my surprise the very next day I received an email letting me know a new one would be sent out immediately. The next day it was sent. It's good to know there are still companies that back their products and care about their customers. I'm one for life.

I have been doing business with the prior 1SaleADay for years, though who knows what happened to my purchase history. Weeks ago I gave them a glorious review because I always knew I could count on them for the simple fact, you got what you thought you were buying. Not so in this case. I READ the details of a listing so I don't make a mistake I will be sorry for later. It said to check a specific model to see if your phone is compatible. The model happened to be an LG. My cell was compatible so I ordered it. Not only did a generic headset arrive, but one that was marketed under so many names you don't know where it came from.
I reported the situation via email and the person or should I say persons who responded, simply dropped the ball. If I didn't happen to feel that they should know I was disappointed in the service and for $8.99 they lost a long time customer, when I chatted them up tonight, I would not have been asked did I get the return label. No one offered a return label, so I tossed the piece of junk.
It is funny, that not in any email they sent does it say a word about sending it back for a refund. I would have happily done so. It didn't work. It did me no good. The emails just stopped abruptly with no offer to resolve the very little issue. It was a relatively cheap lesson. We are not talking even a large purchase here; a grand total of $8.99, however with all these new changes and probably new owners I would be very worried about what I would get if I did order something more expensive. 1SaleADay had a whole family of online discount stores and I was never disappointed in service, return process or anything else. It makes me very leary though, of a company who doesn't take care of the $8.99 customers. 1sale.com I won't be risking my money with again, whether it is a dime, a dollar or hundreds.

The bulbs were a good price for any LED bulbs, but they have a battery in them that lasts 5 hrs during a power outage. I have tried all bulbs and they were as listed. I like that the battery recharges when there is no outage.

Internet companies come and go, but 1Sale formerly 1SaleADay has reinvented themselves over and over again flawlessly. I have never encountered an issue if something isn't right. THEY MAKE IT RIGHT. They want their customers to be happy enough to spread the word. They are right on the top and I never have any issues with telling friends and family about them because they have got your back. They do internet sales right... Modern technology with old fashion value and assistance.

Purchased a floor sweeper that arrived timely. Unfortunately the product was delivered damaged. I immediately emailed customer service and I was pleasantly surprised to get an immediate response from a person and not a machine and not an auto response. Seems that 1Sale lost my long-time acct - this was my first comment upon placing my order. 1Sale responded immediately with a perfectly acceptable answer! They really do care, which is a pleasure in this day and age. The order got here in lightning-fast time. The only negative about the product is that it came with no instructions. There were 8 bulbs and only 4 hangers - couldn't find anything that said how many should have been there. Product does work great (initial reaction). As always, won't know for a while about durability. I've been buying from 1Sale for a long time, and will continue to do so.

I ordered a Den Haven scooter from 1Sale and was really happy with the price. They did advertise same day or next day shipping which I made the mistake thinking it was going to get to me in one day. What they meant was it would ship out the same or next day, but it took a week to get here. The scooter happened to get here with a broken part and I was pretty upset. I contacted customer service and they took care of everything! They got back to me very fast and were extremely helpful and friendly. They sent me a new scooter and I was very thankful for such a great customer service experience.

I bought a tablet on 1Sale and spent a delightful time chatting with their CSR on their website. I've been looking for a tablet for several months and today this one popped up. It was cheaper than Amazon, with free shipping, and a great person to visit with who answered all of my questions and treated me as if I were the most important person in the world. My best experience with 1Sale A Day has been the purchase of a refurbished Ridgid 12 volt oscillating cordless power tool that I bought more than 5 years ago. I paid between $30-$35 with free shipping. Came complete with carry case, charger, battery, instructions, cutting heads, change tool, and extra parts for using different attachments. After many years of good use the tool still works wonderfully. I'm glad I bought it. I've bought other useful stuff from them and never have had a problem since I started buying from them. Beats paying 3 times as much in other places.

Sure, the shipment was 3 days later than expected, which I've docked a star for, but I have no other complaints. The product was as expected, in great condition and I saved hundreds of dollars going through 1Sale. I've read about some complaining about it not arriving in time for the holidays. Well, don't order in "crunch time" off a deal website that works with other vendors to source the products. It may take a week or two to arrive at your door! Overall, very satisfied and will be back.

Bought a Samsung microSD card from 1SaleADay. It broke (probably because it's a fake). E-mailed Samsung for an RMA. They told me it's fake card and can't RMA it. I e-mailed 1SaleADay and they told me they can't do anything because it's past the 21-day return window. I remind them that they sold a fake branded microSD card as a Samsung SD card, thus the transaction was fraudulent on their behalf and I now have no warranty (that I would have if it was a genuine Samsung) on a broken fake SD card. They ask for e-mail between me and Samsung. I send them both a PDF and forward them the e-mail I had with Samsung. Never hear a reply after that. Stay away from these scam artists. Seriously, these guys are terrible.

Judging by the multiple complaints on your website, your Customer Service Department should be embarrassed. I ordered an iPad 2 over two weeks ago and sent a request to your company as to when can I expect delivery. To date have not received a response. If a customer takes the time to put his thoughts into words, the least you can do, is have the common courtesy to issue a reply.

I used to work for 1SaleADay. I was a customer service representative. They treated us well there - providing a clean environment to work and lunch for all the employees. I was a level 1 customer service rep. We were only allowed to use scripts to respond to customers. When I started paying attention to the complaints, and especially that gifts were not being received on time for the holidays, I started looking more into the orders. If the tracking number was the issue I would find the tracking number and include it in my response to the customer - those were the easy & resolvable cases. If it was an issue of a shipment that never arrived of a faulty product (especially jewelry) we were told to escalate the email to a "Level 2" customer service rep.
Now don't get me wrong. Some of their items were really good and we would even order ourselves with employee discount (they made sure our orders arrived). I was fired because I personalized my responses to concerned customers and I wasn't sending out emails fast enough. I wasn't meeting my quota. But to me, inserting a quick response and typing my name underneath it suggests I'm not really taking time to read the emails. I missed the free food but I am so glad they fired me. I only wish I figured it out in advance so I could boldly say "I Quit". Oh well.

I wrote a request to 1sale trying to get my issue about product warranties resolved. I had purchased a Logitech G600 MMO Gaming Mouse from their site about two years ago. I started have problems with it back this January. Since it's obviously passed their 21-day return policy, I contacted the manufacturer Logitech to have it get fixed/replaced. After emailing back and forth with them they said that my 3-year product warranty is worth **, because and I quote the email from Logitech now, "We regret to inform you that we cannot process a replacement for your device as it was purchased from 1saleaday. This store is not an authorized Logitech device retailer." So they will not even work with me to get a product I purchased from 1sale fixed! Even though the "product has a manufacturer's 3-year warranty". If other manufacturers are going to do this as well any products you purchased from 1sale will NEVER have any form of warranty!
I bought my mouse on their site with the understanding that my product "Logitech G600 MMO Gaming Mouse" would be covered with a warranty if it needed to be fixed. It is implied and assumed that the warranty for products bought from the 1sale site will be upheld after purchase of the product. As seeing that they are not, means false advertisement of product warranties. I kept going after Logitech, but as 1sale being the Seller they needed to make people aware of the circumstances involved for warranties of products and possible problems from purchasing from their site. I wanted to get this resolved but as it seems I now have to buy a new mouse altogether since neither of them want to correct the problem they have with their customer.
It only took about 15 minutes for them to respond to my request but you all know what that means, "I apologize for any inconvenience and confusion. I am sorry to hear you have encountered a problem with your purchase. At the time of sale this item was advertised as including a 90-day warranty. Unfortunately, this request is outside of these terms. Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with today. " All in all NEVER buy anything from their site EVER! They are worthless.

They shipped the products to my complex but left my APT# off the address. I tried to contact UPS and USPS (the package was passed off from one to the other) to get the package but whatever deal they made supposedly prevents them from making any delivery changes and forced them to ship it back to 1Sale. 1Sale decided to refund the money, but never did despite the email they sent me saying they would. I tried to email them again asking about the status with no reply. They scammed me. I have not product and they have my $$. Not worth the 5% you might save. Just buy somewhere that you can get some real customer service... I had a problem previously and they offered me in store credit$$ to make me happy with my next purchase and change my review...and they never credited the account! LOL

Purchased a refurbished MacBook; instead a newly installed OS that we could set the ADMIN password on. This one came with an ADMIN account created and no password. Not only cannot I not update the OS; furthermore I cannot even install iTunes because the current OS is not update. We have emailed since they no longer accept phone calls. I wonder why? I am going to looking at pursuing legal options against them as well.

On April 8th, 2014, I purchased an engagement ring set from 1SaleADay for that was advertised to be Certified. It came with the certification card. The advertisement also stated that the ring retailed at $5,000. It was said to be 14K White Gold. 8 months later, the ring began to change color. I tried to login to 1Sale website to get a copy of my receipt to try to get an RMA number to return the ring, but the receipt information was unavailable and there was no way to login to access warranty information. Luckily, I saved the order confirmation e-mail from April 8, 2014 and sent an e-mail to 1SaleAday requesting to return their item, but was told by the representative that the defected items can only be returned within 21 days from the receipt date and that there is nothing she can do to help me since the item is outside of the 21 day term. I do not believe their business practices are sound and since the set was certified, it should carry a warranty. If anyone would like to purchase jewelry, please do so at a reputable vendor who will stand behind their product.

I signed up to receive notices on specials 1Sale (formerly 1SaleADay) offers, looked like it was a good thing. I ordered a coffee cup that was very nice, came shipped nicely at a good price. I thought ok, this cannot be a bad thing. My next purchase was a tablet (with $20 rebate). Tablet is fine, but STILL have not received rebate! Ordered tablet in middle of May, Process shows paperwork was approved on July 3rd. Today is 11/14 AND STILL NO REBATE RECEIVED. The process says still pending! I contacted Customer service and they advised that they didn't expect such a high turnout for this rebate. Be aware of rebates with these guys. If they cannot handle the volume, they should admit it.

I have had nothing but problems with this company of late. I have ordered from them a few times and aside from taking a long time to get my items delivered, I usually received my items as they were as expected. The order before last I waited over two months for my order which never came and eventually I received an email from 1sale.com stating that they had run out of the item and that they were cancelling my order and returning my money. I had enough of this company but my husband insisted on trying them one more time because he wanted sunglasses from them. We placed an order for their mystery box and the sunglasses. After waiting a couple of weeks, I emailed and asked where my items were.
Apparently they were on delay (as usual) and they said that my order will ship within 3-5 business days. Finally we received a package that contained only the mystery box, no sunglasses or case, although they were printed on the inventory list for that box. When I emailed 1sale.com, they responded by saying that my items will ship separately and to give it a few more days. Then I emailed them 5 days later and they responded to me saying that the sunglasses and case were included in the shipment and to ask my family and friends if they have them. Generally I had a good experience with 1sale. But this time the watch I have bought is just not working. First of all it was sent with 1 belt detached and I am having hard time to attach it back. I ordered a set of 4 pillows from 1Sale. When I went to pick up the box from the post office, the box looked damaged and the clear packing tape was coming off. When I opened the box there was only 1 pillow instead of 4 pillow. To be honest, box didn't seem large enough to hold 4 pillows. I e-mailed the customer service because of course they have no phone number to contact them on Thursday. I got a reply back on Monday asking for photos of the damaged box. I send an e-mail back with photos. It has been a week now without a response. I send another e-mail to them and have not heard back yet. After reading the other complaints and having no phone number to contact them, they have lost a customer.

I opened the box and thought I'd been sent an incorrect order. The earrings I ordered looked, to me, like dressmaking straight pins. The "topaz" was so small that a pinhead was actually larger than what was delivered. They will not refund my money. I don't take kindly to being deceived. They have lost a customer.

Ordered 9 pair of Nike sunglasses. A small box with Air Pak cells and just enough room for 1 pair of sunglasses contained within arrived. Also in the box was a packing ship "proudly packed by RW" showing 9 pair of sunglasses on a checklist included. Upon contacting 1Sale support to request a refund for the 8 pair of sunglasses unshipped and escalating a dispute via PayPal, 1Sale has finally addressed the situation with complete ignorance of my claim/dispute. They have indicated to PayPal that the weight on the box matches the approx. weight that the sunglasses would be. In fact, the weight did read 3 lbs which means that the GROVE CITY, OH merchant they contracted is fraudulently assigning a full ship weight and then removing the items from the shipment.
1Sale may subcontract the sale from the shipping merchant but either way they are directly responsible to investigate properly and it was clear they ignored my contact and request. They have no evident customer service other than a form email and no phone contact reference to complain to. This company is a shell business drop shipping but not guaranteeing the shipment or assuring fulfillment. Anything you order from them is at risk of not arriving and as evident in my case, they will not refund your money. BUY ONLY FROM 1SALE IF YOU LIKE NOTHING IN RETURN FOR YOUR SPEND.

They in response 5 days later asked for pictures.... sent the pics the same day. Got another email saying they could not give a refund because item was not damages. I ordered an item over a month and a half ago and received the shipping information. I checked the shipping information several times and kept saying will be updated when package arrives with UPS. After a month of this I contacted 1sale.com customer service via email and waited 3 days to receive a response with a canned response saying I need to wait 3-5 more business days. I waited another week and heard nothing. I send another email today requesting more information. I have had issues in the past where my Paypal account was charged and the order was not in my account. After about 2 weeks and several emails back and forth I finally received my money back. I will only use their Partner offers now since 1sale.com is not managing the shipping.

It has been one month since I ordered something from them and they charged my card. 2 weeks in I told them to ship the item or cancel the order. They said they canceled the order and my money would be refunded. 2 weeks later they have not refunded the money and have stopped responding to email. I have now begun the process of reversing the charges with the bank. Please save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere, this ship is sinking fast. After a number of purchases some of which were okay, some not so much. Anyway I never really gave a thought on returning until I have received a pair of sunglasses that were delivered with issues. It is not straight. The front piece seems to be twisted. I tried fixing it myself but no luck. So I went to their website to file a complaint with Customer Service. Their first attempt was to blame the time it took to file the complaint. Then I explained that they were considering the order date and not the delivery date. No the next time around they said that item is PERFECT, WITHOUT ISSUES! This is just OUTRAGEOUS. I have never been this insulted. Member since OCTOBER 15, 2012. Well no MORE. I will be deleting my account and WILL try as much as possible to make people aware of their NEFARIOUS practices and absolutely NO RESPECT for their customers!

I purchased a back brace from 1Sale. After trying it on it was very small and caused a lot of pain under my arms. Please note that I am not a large person (5'4" and 120 lbs.) so I could not wear it. I have been lucky to have had very minimal issues with this seller with all the bad reviews. I have purchased several dozen items over the years. Mostly items from a few dollars to maybe $25. Besides the extremely slow shipping (which I've noticed lately has gotten much faster) I've been pretty lucky. I did have an issue with customer service recently that I was very disappointed about. I ordered a pack of tank tops variety colors in large. When they arrived they were all different sizes. The small and medium did not fit me. So I emailed and they asked me to send photos of the wrong items. So I took photos showing the small and medium tank tops and sent over to them. I never heard back. So I resent the photos a couple more times. Nothing. So then just to annoy them I sent the photos again 100 times from 4 different email addresses. Still nothing. You'd think they would want to keep one of their very few happy customers happy seeing that most people on here are not happy. I was very disappointed. I didn't even care that much as I gave the tank tops to my little sister. It's the fact that they wouldn't even respond!

I ordered a refurbished Panasonic Toughbook from 1Sale, and paid via PayPal. I received my laptop 15 days after paying for it and proceeded to turn it on and set it up. When I needed to type in characters for a password using the Toughbook's keyboard, I found that the keys on the right side of the keyboard were entering the wrong characters. Okay. I need to contact 1Sale to let them know they sent me a defective product, and I that I will need a Return Authorization to send it back to 1Sale to get a refund. Sounds simple doesn't it? NOT! They do not have a Customer Service phone number so a customer may speak to a representative. They insist on having the customer email them. Okay, so I emailed them. I emailed them every day for 5 days straight and never once got a response.
At this point I am furious. I contact PayPal and open a dispute. I then escalate it to a claim the next day. Still no response from 1Sale. Finally on day 7, I get an email from PayPal stating they will reimburse me for the laptop, but I must send it back to 1Sale, with tracking provided to PayPal AT MY OWN EXPENSE. That will be at least 20.00, maybe more. After the PayPal email, I finally get an email from 1Sale. It says they can't do anything about my "issue" because a dispute has been filed. What? Oh no. What a load of manure. I will send them back the defective Toughbook, get my 259.99 refund, eat the 20 something dollar cost of shipping it back to 1Sale, and spend my free time letting others know what a horrible experience this has been. I will do this until I feel my anger subside. If 1Sale wants to make it right, they will refund me the entire cost of shipping their defective merchandise back. Until then look for me on any consumer review website which can be "Googled" - the BBB, and Yelp. Others should be made aware of the scam being perpetrated on unsuspecting customers.

So ordered second unit. The clip holding dust bag to main unit completely absent. No quality control on products shipped. Contacted 1 sale customer support and no response. I used to order from this web site for the past few years, almost all for stuffs below 20-30 bucks. Yes, their product shipping and delivery is slower than the other web sites, but still I will receive the product at last. Consider it is free shipping, I do not have much complains about it.
This time, I ordered a several hundred dollars notebook computer from the site in June. It has been several weeks. I check their web site, still shown as "processing". For the first time, I tried to contact them but found no way! Seems I could only leave a email feedback and wait for them to reply. I read some reviews here and do feel a little bit worried. Since they promised will reply my email in 1-3 days and I did not heard anything from them, I called my credit card company and asked for a refund. I was lucky that I paid by Chase card instead of PayPal for this order.
My credit card company agreed to credit my money back and I send 1sale.com another email to cancel this order. Yes, I do receive one 1sale.com response email after I called my credit card company and said they need another 5 more days to ship blah, blah. But according to other reviewers here, I will still get nothing if I wait further. Now I just wish I get my money back and get this order canceled smoothly and successfully. Probably I won't consider ordering from that site again in the future. Or maybe still just for stuffs around 10-20 bucks. If I lost the money it is no big deal anyway. LOL.

I followed 1Sale's terms and conditions to a T. The $439 iMac came DOA. It began to freeze randomly right after it was setup. We could barely get past the first time setup!! There was a ton of cosmetic damage as well. I sent them 10 emails requesting a return for a DOA which it states in the terms and conditions is allowed within 21 days of receipt. I never got a single response. I'm out $439.99. I haven't gotten a response to any inquiry since June 12th. BEWARE!!! I don't even think they have customer service employees anymore!

I ordered a comforter that said Polo Assn. They charged my account but it didn't ship for approximately 6 weeks. When it arrived, the package said "not Ralph Lauren" and it was very cheap. After several ridiculous emails, including asking for a picture of the item, they refused to accept a return since it was not damaged or defective. I didn't even want to give 1 star, but the review wouldn't go through without it. I ordered a 1 carat ring that was supposed to be beautiful, sparkly and great quality. I received a ring that looks like it came from a dime store. It has absolutely no sparkle. It was cloudy the day I got it, so I put it in the box and took it out on a sunny day. A ring that is supposed to be valued at almost $6000.00 should have a lot of sparkle to it. This ring has no sparkle. It is very cloudy and looks like glass. I wrote and asked to return it because I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the ring and described to them what I received. I got a response about 5 days later saying that they only took defective products back and I didn't meet that criteria. To receive such a shoddy piece of crap that is nothing like it was described or looked in the picture to me is a MAJOR defect. I will never order from them again. I hope to be able to dispute this with my credit card company.

Bought a $13 pair of London Fog glasses. Upon receipt, they did not fit. I sent a request for an RMA. 3 days later I got a response that my request was denied due to the fact that, per company policy, only defective items ca be returned. Who knew this?? I looked at my invoice and there is nothing clearly stated (a warning at least) that I cannot return the item for any reason. What they have mentions how to return a defective item (within 21 days). Who in the right frame of mind would buy something online if it was advertised that there are no returns? My item was only $13 and I'm stuck with it now. Be aware of this unwritten policy and stay away from these crooks!

As someone else wrote they started shopping with 1 sale a day right from the beginning. I started shopping shortly after the company started back when it was only 1 item. Fast forward to early this year and I needed to buy an inexpensive netbook for my daughter to use while my son fixed her other computer, plus I wanted something that would be light for her to carry to and from school so she would not be carrying her expensive and heavy macbook. I placed the order and received an error message while checking out. So I tried to check out a second time. Finally got the order is placed message. Go to check my email and received two confirmation emails. Turns out the first order did go through, I was placing the order using my iphone and the 1saleaday app. You cannot get a live person and they don't respond to emails. Finally I did receive a response back, but was told it was too late to cancel the order as the ordering was processed and shipped.
I kept checking the tracking for about two/three weeks and nothing was happening, just getting a message saying that the shipping label had been created. Which means that the shipment had not been turned over to the shipper. After several more emails, I finally got an email saying oh sorry, for some reason it was sitting waiting to go out, but we have shipped them now. I got the item a week later, the items were handing over to the carrier three days after that email was received saying that it definitely had shipped now. The items arrived and they were in these cardboard boxes they say refurbished. No where on the app did it say anything about it being refurbished. The amount I paid for them was good if they were new in factory boxes. But overpriced for refurbished. So I write them again and they tell me they are looking to fix this on the app and I said that it important information to leave out, it should be in the description of the item (refurbished) such and such item. There was a time when I would have recommended this site to anyone looking for certain items. That was my last order from them and I highly doubt I will do further business with them again.

I've been a customer of 1Sale, even before it was 1SaleADay (Ben's Outlet). I've bought tons of stuff from them over the past 4+ years, amounting to hundreds of dollars and yes, I've received a few items that were defective, but I've been able to send them back with no argument. On one occasion, I received a defective digital watch and they told me to keep it and not send it back. That's good customer service!
Most recently, I made a purchase that was to be free with a mail-in rebate. There was a glitch in their computerized order-taking system and I ended up ordering not once, but several more times, trying to get a confirmation that the order went through. ALL of the orders went through. I e-mailed to cancel the order(s) and ran into a brick wall. Long story short, I spoke to a bunch of "bad apples" at the company who were unsympathetic. I ended up writing a letter to the CEO to explain the situation. Within a couple of weeks, the CEO called me to apologize for my frustration and to tell me that, because of my experience, he intends to institute an order-by-order review of problems, instead of adhering to the company's "policies manual". Bottom line: I received not only a personal letter from the CEO, but a full (substantial) refund for all unwanted items ordered in error. Problem solved!
I'm not a complainer by nature, but when something goes wrong when I order online, I expect to be treated with respect and I won't give up until the problem has been resolved. 1Sale.com isn't perfect, but no company is, and comparing them to huge companies like Amazon (that charges for shipping small orders, while 1Sale.com doesn't) is simply unfair. If your complaint is truly legitimate, hang in there. I believe 1Sale is more likely to resolve the problem than its competition. I'll continue to be a 1Sale.com customer, even if they're not perfect.

What can I say, but this was their 2nd chance.....DO NOT BUY anything on this site. Why? because by the time they ship the inferior product at a super low price, you'll probably not need or want it anymore. The other thing they do is send you a E-mail with a shipping #. But when you go to check the status, it tells you a "label has been created but has not been received to be shipped". Customer service is only via E-mail, which they say will be answered in 3-5 days due to the large volume of e-mails. (That's a red flag when they tell you customer service receives a large volume of e-mail!!!) Still waiting on stuff that should have been here they said shipped 3 weeks ago, but when you check the tracking # only the label has been printed.

I bought few low cost items from this 1sale after my friend referred to this company. I am OK with those low cost items. I need to buy a laptop for my kid and bought from them assuming it will be good (Refurbished). The laptop they sent is very old and highly used. After I got the laptop, I found the same used items for far less price on eBay. When I requested for returning the laptop, they said it is not damaged, so I can not return. What I would like to tell you is you must be aware of these guys return policy. These are not like Amazon or Costco. Be careful.....I don't buy again from these guys...and suggest you to be cautious.

I bought a 1.5 karat ring from them. The description said color G-H clarity SI1 and it would come with certificate. Price is $999.99, appraisal price is $9,998 from GAL. 1 month later I got the ring. The diamond is a piece of trash. There are so many scratches from the cut around the side of the diamond. It looks like a glass ring. I brought the ring to the jewelry store and they said the diamond is real bad, not a G-H or SI1. It's a baddest diamond that they have seen. I contacted to 1sale asking for return and refund but they did not write me back.
My stupid was before I got this ring on hand, already bought 1 more, 1.5 ct diamond ring (different style) as an anniversary gift for my mom. I got the ring 3 weeks after I ordered and the ring is size 6, not size 7 as I ordered. Also, the diamond is the same as the first one I ordered. No sparkle, really terrible rock. I sent them a complain asking for return but no answer. I already contacted my credit card company. They are investigating and will call to let me know the result. I hope I can return and get back my money. I will never go to their site buying trash again.

Anyone knows what you buy from this site will be generic plain items, yet all I see is complaints about "some 2 carat diamond ring" they bought for $15 not standing up to the quality of a $5000 ring. I have bought plenty from them before and I will again if I find other deals I am interested in. Sure quality may be shoddy at times, sizes may be off, item may be refurbished or reconditioned, but this is why they sell this stuff for the prices they do. The companies cannot sell it on their site or store, so they get sites like this to sell it for them. Don't expect a refurbished $200 laptop from there to compete against a modern brand new laptop.

I bought a refurbished digital camera from them in early December in hopes it would arrive in time for the holidays. After the holidays I contacted them when I had not received it and suddenly it shipped. When I received it the battery would not take a charge. I contacted them and a week went by with no response. I contacted PayPal, who I used to pay for it. At that moment 1Sale.com offered to refund me the price of the battery I was quoted by the camera manufacturer. Then through PayPal they offered a lot less. Then they told me that since I contacted PayPal they couldn't do anything directly for me. Seems they tried to get me to waste my time for the PayPal claim to expire. Well it worked. They've dragged me out for a long time. Bottom line, don't buy from them, it's not worth the frustration for the deals. Their deals are great, but they are a terrible company and no one should support them.

1.5 Ct Diamond advertised as G-H color SI1 SI2 has various inclusions visible with naked eye. I appraised this diamond with a local jeweler and in his words "It's such a bad diamond. Bought a Diamond Ring ($899.99) that stated 1.5 Carat SI1 clarity and received a diamond that cannot even be graded (no such grade for such a crappy rock). Reported to FBI, PayPal, to my Credit Card Company and will report to BBB and Consumer protection agency. The certificate included was issued by GAL (Gemological Appraisal Laboratory, Inc) and after speaking with them they stated that the ring they (1Sale.com) brought meet the criteria. However, the rings that they sold were anywhere near the quality advertised. I will have to spend some time and effort in trying to MAKE THIS BUSINESS DISAPPEAR.

I placed an order with 1Sale on March 13, 2014. I was told that the order should be here within 2-3 weeks. I checked the website daily and it stated that my order was still processing... for three weeks! They took my money on the same day but I still hadn't even received a tracking number. Well, after the three weeks were up, I contacted 1Sale and I filed a dispute with PayPal. I received a note stating that my order had been delayed but I was NEVER informed that my order was delayed nor was I given a choice of whether I'd like a refund or if I'd like to wait until my order arrived. I told them this and requested a refund. After three weeks, without a word from them, they magically came up with my product and it was shipped today AFTER I'd filed a complaint with PayPal and the BBB.
According to the Consumer Action Handbook, the FTC requires that the company ship the merchandise within the time promised, or if no specific delivery time was stated, within 30 days of receiving my order. They must also NOTIFY me if the shipment cannot be made on time and give me the option of waiting longer or getting a refund (which they did not do), cancel my order and return my payment if the new shipping date cannot be met, unless I agree to another delay (which I never did!). After I told them this, I received a shipping confirmation but they never acknowledged that I asked for a refund! I want something done about their unlawful, and frankly, shady business practices. I hope that my money is refunded to me but with the way things are looking I might just be out of a few dollars.

It took them a month to ship my laptop and when I got it, it literally looked like it had been run over by a car. I sent them pictures of all of the dents and scratches as well as the fact that the battery was about to fail. After all of this effort and waiting, they apologized and offered a $15 refund when the damages and battery alone added up to over $200. Shipping was not refunded. I ordered a 1.5 carat diamond ring from 1daysale.com on Feb 16th, 2014. Diamond ring arrived on March 25th, 2014. Open box, look at the ring, my jaw dropped, Oh My God!! It looks like broken glass. Maybe my eyes is playing trick on me, let's put it away, look at it again next day. The ring still looked like broken glass. I placed an order with 1Sale.com on November 20, 2013 for two items. I received one (very late but I made no complaints) and I still have not received the other item! I have emailed them numerous times with very few replies. When they do reply, they never directly address the issue. I finally got them to agree to refund my money, but that has been over three weeks ago and still no refund. After they agreed to the refund, the status changed on the item from "processing" to "shipped"; however, there is no tracking information and I honestly don't believe it has shipped! Even though this item only cost $40.00, I'm ready to contact my lawyer. I didn't realize that there were so many other people getting the same treatment. Legal action should be taken against this company!

I tried to place an order three times. Each time it told me that it couldn't process my info and to retry. So, after the third time, I decided to check my bank account to make sure that, in fact, the money was in there and that it wasn't on my end. Upon checking it, I realized that my account had been charged $359.98 three desperate times, thus putting my account into overdraft status. The only way to contact them is through e-mail and that can take up to 3 days. I'm very unimpressed with them and will NOT be going back to this site.

I have been buying from 1saleaday.com for over 5 years until they changed their name to 1sale.com very recently. I ordered a Lifesmart IR Heater from them in January 9, 2014 and I received it on January 20, 2014 via UPS. As soon as UPS dropped the box, I proceeded to open it. I then realized that the Heater was broken into pieces. The box was exactly the size of the heater with no room, they did not put any bubble to protect it from damage. The remote control was cracked into several pieces. I wrote them three times and I took pictures of all the pieces to show them exactly what I was talking about. The heater cost $89, they told me to send it back. The fee to ship it back was $45. I asked them to send me a prepaid box so I can ship it back to them. I got no reply from no one. I wrote them 4 more times hoping someone will take care of the problem.
They took my money and gave me no refund at all. I lost my money with no service. No one actually cares. It is ridiculous that people are doing business and don't care about customer retention. I know for sure that I will not let any of my family member shops at 1sale.com. You might think everything is cool when you order from them, but just wait until you have a problem, then you will see. I advise you people not to order from 1sale.com, because they don't even have a phone number on their website. The reason is plain and simple. They just don't want to be bothered by anyone. 1Sale advertised a $299 iPad 2-- factory refurbished. I have bought from them several times. I paid for it and then I promised this as a gift. I got an email a few days later saying the order was canceled because they "couldn't ship to Hawaii." I reviewed their site and the listing and found this nowhere. Under the description of the printer, they said there was ink filled at 70%, it was reconditioned, there was misrepresentation because on the right it said the printer, the cord and the instruction were included, most printers include the ink, there was no ink in the box and if I was to buy the ink it would cost more than a new printer, the box was open and the serial number on the box was not the same as on the printer, a 1-800 number with no one at the end the music play for hours with no one there. Do not trust this company, they never send me ink and told me after 3 days in email that the ink was not included, just wasted my money, because the box was open I do not want to buy ink since I am not sure that the printer works because the serial numbers do not match.

I'm not sure why a business would ever make their customers wait 2+ weeks to even ship an item. I purchased an item 2 weeks ago and it has yet to be shipped. When I email them, it takes 3 days for them to respond. They only say the estimated delivery date is 2-3 weeks. If they cannot handle the work load, maybe hire some new people. One of the worst places I have ever bought anything! I bought 2 pairs of sunglasses from 1sale.com. I didn't receive tracking information for a week and when I did it was not working for the next 4 days. Shipping issues aside, for one of the sunglasses, they had sent me the wrong pair. I have been trying to get in touch with them since January 28th and believe it or not still have not received that RMA form so I can return the wrong model and get my refund! And don't even try to call them. Big time SCAM!

I purchased a Logitech remote from 1sale.com. What they shipped me was a very used scratched up item with no support documents or manual. I believe this item had to be stolen as all the numbers had been destroyed. After many emails back and forth, 1Sale.com finally agreed to take the item back with a 25% restocking fee! 25% - that's outrageous. That is certainly a pathetic way to make money. Unfortunately, most of us end up here at Consumer Affairs AFTER rather than BEFORE buying from companies like this.

I ALWAYS USE PAYPAL when buying from 1Sale. I have bought many items and most have been what they advertised, only they must be buying the stuff from China AFTER you order, because it takes a month to get it. Anything they refused to refund or ship a new one. I just submit a refund from PayPal and they ALWAYS side with the buyer. I have NEVER had a problem getting my money back with PayPal, EVER. Always use PayPal when buying online because they will snatch the money back from the scam sellers without even asking them (it's in the agreement). PayPal will ask for info so just send them your receipt or pic of the broken item, most times you won't even need it.

I've been ordering from 1Sale since 2008 and then it was not bad. They will ship your item within 7 to 10 days. Now be happy if they do it in a month's time. Last year I had a problem with a projector that I ordered. Customer service was horrible, could not return it so I cancelled my account and did not order again. Well this year I saw a great deal. I ordered, it's been three week and I am still waiting. I saw the video about how they changed and improve on their web site when customer service should be first. 1Sale should be shut down.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - I purchase several items from this company. I finally received all them except for a pair of headphones. I ordered the headphones on 12/11/2013 and I have still not received them but they got their money in December. Can't get anyone to follow up even though I have sent several emails. I ordered a pair of boots and received the boots late but they sent the wrong size. When I tried to get them to give me a return number so I could send them back, customer service did not respond until after the 21 day return period and then responded saying it was too late for me to return the boots. So that was money down the drain. When I complaint they finally sent me an email saying I could return the boots but I had already given them away to someone that could use them. 1sale said they refunded me partially for the boots - they cost 40.00 and they gave me 5.00 dollars back.
Worst customer service in the world. The deals they advertise are not worth the headache trying to get your merchandise or you may not even receive what you paid for. RUN DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I had purchased one of their deals but changed my mind and asked them to return the item right after purchasing but no response for two weeks. After that a lot of slow back and forth but they still shipped the item (1 month after the purchase). They asked me to do a return to sender when I got the package and they would process the refund even though their policy is to not accept returns. Received the package via USPS when I wasn't home. So I wrote RETURN TO SENDER and put it in the mailbox. Been two months and they don't reply to my emails anymore. Raised a Paypal dispute but they showed Paypal the tracking info. So Paypal closed the case. What can you say to such a ** company?

I purchased a set of Bluetooth speakers on December 2. The status was stuck in processing for two weeks. I contacted them and received no response. On December 26, they said that my order would ship soon. I received the package in early January. The item would not hold a charge. I opened a case with PayPal and contacted the merchant. We went back and forth with a week in between each of their responses. They created an RMA and told me that I would receive shipping instructions two to four days later. I never received any shipping instructions.
They also warned me that I would be charged a 25% restocking fee if the item was in working order. I could already tell that they were trying to create a way to still make money off me. I escalated this to PayPal disputes and it was resolved in my favor. I also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. If you want to file a complaint with the FTC, google "whois 1sale.com" for their address and phone number. PayPal has been good in helping me, but I should have used a credit card because they would have resolved this in my favor much faster without me having to ship the unit back.

I placed an order for a product on November 30, 2013. To date (2-10-14) I have not received the order, but my Bill Me Later account was charged in Nov. I have sent numerous emails and received what I feel are "canned" answers to the issue. I have been told the order cannot be cancelled and my money cannot be refunded because the order is in process. To receive a refund, I was told to refuse the package. Once the package is returned to 1Sale, I will receive a credit. (that may take a week or so) After two and a half months, I don't believe the product is going to ship, so obviously I can't refuse it. I emailed them last week and did not even receive a response. I sent another email today. I have purchased several items and have not had an issue like this. Their processing system must be antiquated if they can't cancel an order that is in process and credit the customer. I am not sure what step to take next to try and get my money back.

Diamond earrings that were promised in 2 weeks arrived 8 weeks later. During this time, there is no customer service number or any human contact. You can email them, but response takes 3 to 5 business days and is clearly a generic email. Earrings finely come today and I honestly have never seen "diamonds" so cloudy. I thought they were foggy from condensation outside in the cold to inside. Terrible quality to the point it is almost comical. You can get better looking fake earrings at Target. I am now going to try to return them, but I am afraid of the ordeal coming! Please do not order from this site. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is!!!!!!!! They really should be investigated by the Better Business Bureau.

Purchased a Logitech keyboard and it took a month to ship. It ended up being defective. Logitech would not honor warranty because 1sale is known for selling second hand items. 1sale did not answer any of my emails until after 21 day return policy was over. Authorized the return but as soon as they received it said they won't refund my money because it's past 21 days. So not only did they steal my money, they stole the defective keyboard too. I have ordered 2 items recently from this "company", items which needed to be returned; 1 due to malfunction and a 2nd due to my own dissatisfaction with the product (both reasons which they "claim" to support as reasons for product returns, by the way). In both instances, I first tried to submit their online request form. In neither instance did I receive a reply.
In both instances, I then tried to send an email directly to the customer support contact email address that they advertise on their site and in their shipment documentation. In neither case did I receive a reply. In the first case (malfunctioning product), I ended up going directly to the manufacturer, without much hope for resolution since 1sale wasn't listed as an approved reseller on the manufacturer's website.
Amazingly, somewhat surprisingly, the manufacturer stood behind its product 100% and actually replaced my 1sale product with a new-in-box updated version of the 1 I purchased from 1sale, which came in generic brown box packaging. Score 1 for manufacturer product service! In the most recent case though (overall product dissatisfaction), I don't have a manufacturer to turn to, so I'm not sure what my recourse is. Ultimately, I may just talk to my credit card company about the charge to see if I can take steps there for a refund.
I will not do business with this company again - are plenty of options on the Internet to buy the products that 1sale offers. It's worth spending a couple of extra bucks to make sure the vendor you use will actually be there when you need them. On the other hand, I will continue to receive the 1sale emails - they provide good product awareness so I know when I should go to their competitors' sites to shop for something. :)

I finally got so frustrated that I emailed them and said that I had already donated the sunglasses because I get upset every time I see it....... Ordered a watch from 1 Sale a Day in December, and it arrived defective. The glass on the watch face was misaligned, and I'm surprised it was even sent out in that condition. I bought a pair of diamond earrings for $199.99 on Nov 30, 2013 as a Christmas present. I was expected them to arrive 2 weeks later at the most. I did not receive them until 12/30/13! The earrings were advertised to be worth $4999 as certified by GIA. Mine came with a GIA certificate claiming they are worth $1999. One of the earrings came severely scratched, color was almost yellowish, not the color G-H, not the clarity SI2 advertised. In the end, I returned the product and got a refund thru PayPal. I have seen one product online and the shipped item was totally a different one. The one they showed online were the original urbeats by Dre but the ones which are shipped to me are not the same ones. Immediately I emailed them saying I want to return the product but there was no response even after a week. Then again I emailed them but no response till now. This company has sent me two of the 3 items that I ordered that were not as described, let alone pictured. They have only responded to my first e-mail, after that nothing. Once I sent pictures of proof that the items were not as advertised, they stopped communicating with me. I would like to get their physical address so I can send a small claims filing to them. Also report them to the FBI for fraud. At a loss as to my next step. But surely I will not do business with them again. Well, I order the DSC-QX10 from them on December 4th, 2013. I thought savings of $70 was good and was hoping to use it during the holiday, but I did not get it until January 25th, 2014. That is almost 2 months. Also, instead of doing overnight mailing to make up for the agony that this cause me, they still shipped regularly. Every time I ask for refund, this is what they respond with... "Please be advised that we are experiencing a longer than usual processing time for your order. We've spent the past few days working to resolve this issue, and expect your order to ship within 1 week." They have no problem taking your money immediately but when it come to delivering the product, they have a whole bunch of problem. I have filed a complaint with BBB. I am hoping I can just get a refund. I have also filed a complaint with my bank and they are looking into it. I know it is only $100.00 but my next step will be small claims court if I don't get my money back. At this point I am more angry than rational so spending extra money to make them pay is worth it.

After repeated unsuccessful attempts to contact the company by phone and by email, I sent a request to PayPal to cancel the order on January 14th. (6 WEEKS LATER!) Two days after I began to dispute the transaction, the company responded to PayPal and shipped the Beats. It is now January 21st and the Beats finally arrived today. I ordered a Slingbox off Newegg.com (via 1sale.com) in mid-December. Two days later, I ordered two wall mounts for a 19"-46" TV seeing as how I have 2x LED TVs in that size range and they were only $19 per. I received the Slingbox in 5 business days. I have still yet as of this date (1/20/2014) received the two swivel arm wall mounts. I am disgusted with their lack of customer service, you are not able to reach anyone at all. The worst part about this website is that a reputable online dealer like Newegg.com affiliates themselves with this company.
I have shopped at Newegg.com for close to a decade now with not a single complaint, but this one company they do business has changed my whole outlook on them. They need to pull out and away from this dealer asap or they will start losing business. Have contacted 1SaleADay on 4 occasions and each time receive the automated reply that they will get back to me in 1-3 days. Contacted them Christmas Day for the first communication and 3 subsequent time and have yet to hear back. So, I contacted PayPal and they said they cannot help because it is now after 45 days since my purchase. I have bought other items from 1SaleADay and have usually been happy. Had one other item that was received broken and they did refund but again - a hassle to get any form of communication from them. Placed an order on Dec. 6th 2013 for an Asus Ultrabook laptop and it did not get to me until Jan.11th 2014. The item was as described and came well package but I was not happy about getting it so late. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of them as you will only receive automated messages and they don't have a phone number to call. I seriously believe there is one guy managing this whole operation dealing with thousands of orders and that is why things don't get done in a timely manner. Order at your own risk and expect to receive your order in 4-6 weeks’ time. I probably would not order from them again unless it is a really good deal and I am in no rush to receive it.

On November 25th, 2013 I order in IPOD Touch for my son that was going to be a Christmas gift. About 2 weeks before Christmas I got an email from 1 Sale a day saying that there was a delay in shipment and my order would be there in 1-2 weeks. Well, a week later I received another email say would be 2-3 weeks until I received my order. I sent an email asking a question, which populates an automatic email saying I take 1-3 days to get a email back. Well 1-3 days later nothing. So I decided to wait for my package to come. And it never came. So on January 3, 2014 I sent another email asking about the status of my order. Again I received a automatic email saying I would get a response in 1-3 days. Three days later nothing. January 10th send email again same thing. Did this again on 13th and 14th nothing. I finally sent an angry email saying that I have sent many emails and I have never received an answer and I am not happy regarding this. Oh and guess what I finally got an answer and you know what they told me. The product is no longer available, and not until I sent the email almost a month and a half after ordering it and them charging my card did they process a refund.

Bottom-line (this should be 1Sales slogan): Order at your own risk! I started dealing with 1Sale in September 2013. I have placed three (3) orders totaling ten (10) items within those orders. Overall, I was satisfied with 1Sales service as the orders arrived within their posted estimated delivery timeframe (1-2 Weeks) for the items I ordered. In addition, the quality of the items met my expectations for the money I spent. So, I was a fairly satisfied customer UNTIL I had to return two (2) defective items. First, let me start with statements taken from 1Sales FAQ page to put my following comments/complaint in the proper context:
How long does it take for a refund to show on my account? Once a refund has been issued, you should see it reflected on your account within 3-5 business days. I have not received a response from the 1Sale.com Customer Service team. Response time varies based on volume and may take up to 3 business days. Please check your spam folder as our reply may be redirected there. I initiated the return process for the first defective item on 11/03/2013, and second item on 11/04/2013 via email. The average response time to my emails was six (6) business days, NOT three (3)! I received RMA (return merchandise authorization) for both items and returned them via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. 1Sale received the first return on 11/09/2013 and the second return on 11/14/2013.
Twenty-two (22)/nineteen (19) business days later (1st/2nd return respectively), I finally received my refunds on 12/10/2013. I must note that before my refund, I communicated with six (6) different customer reps trying to resolve the refund problem. It was ONLY after opening a refund Dispute Case with PayPal (12/10/2013) that 1Sale finally issued my refund. Here's my response to the 1Sale.com Customer Service Experience Survey: So we may improve your experience with 1Sale.com, please provide us with the following information: Six (6) customer service reps were involved in my return/refund requests with no resolution by 1Sale! Thirty-one (31) days (22 business days) after 1Sale received my authorized return(s) and no refund credited. All I received were apologizes and broken promises of a refund in 5-7 business days from several reps.
I had to file a dispute resolution with PayPal (12/10/13) to get my refund(s), which I received on the same day of filing the dispute - that's a SHAME. I have never experienced such a convoluted customer service and merchandise return process in all years buying from online retailers. This IS NOT the way to do business - and I am very disappointed with 1Sale and especially its merchandise return process. The processing time for my refunds was inordinate and unacceptable compared to usual/customary business practices. It is doubtful that I will ever do business with 1Sale again. This probably does NOT matter much to 1Sale considering all the unanswered customer complaints filed with the BBB and several other consumer complaint websites.
Did the Associate handling your email ask you if you had any other issues or concerns? If you chose "No", please let us know what else we can do to address your concerns: NO! Offering me a pre-paid return shipping label after 1Sale had already received the returns was ridiculous. It also implied that 1Sale would cover the return shipping cost. Reimbursing my shipping cost of $11.70 ($5.85/return) would be an honorable gesture considering all I had to go through just to get my refund. But alas, this request will probably fall on death ears. 1Sale has not responded to my comments/complaints in the survey and I doubt they ever will. Again, order from 1Sale.com at your own risk. You just might get lucky!

I ordered a very nice shower head on January 3rd at a deep discount. I was billed immediately. As of today when I look up the status of the order it states 'processing'. I have sent numerous emails to them and tried calling them (found a phone number online). However, when calling they say to send email - but no email responses. Do not think this is a very well run company!!! I'm calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. Don't recommend doing business with this company.

I ordered a pair of Diamond earrings back in Nov. 2013. I got billed for them immediately on my credit card. Did not get them for 6.5 weeks (unacceptable). Why should I have to pay for something that I don't have in my possession. Opened the box and looked at the product, it was nowhere near the quality the website claimed it was. I was still OK with it. So I put them back in the box and waited for my hubby to look at them since he was giving it as a gift to me for our anniversary. Well guess what, he took them out of the box and looked at them and saw there was a tiny diamond missing under one of the prongs holding the main stone in one of the earrings. I decided to contact 1 sale a day. I have sent them numerous emails, today is Jan 13, I have no response as of yet. The credit card is demanding payment.

One sale contacted me on 27 Nov 2013 to advise me that I had won a 32" television in their online contest. After an initial exchange of e-mails that week, I HAVE HAD NO ADDITIONAL COMMUNICATION FROM ONE SALE. I also have an order that has been pending since 14 Dec 2013 without fulfillment or shipping notification for over one month. My emails to the customer service account have GONE WITHOUT ANSWER.
I have dealt with this company for approx. two years and have been relatively satisfied with their service. Order fulfillment does take several weeks in many cases, but has until now always been completed. Since early December, there has been NO communication from this company either for the contest or the order I placed in mid month.

We bought 10 laptops from 1Sale (formerly 1SaleADay). Turned out 1 year later, one of the laptops had a hard drive crash. Our IT consultant ordered a new drive but needed the computer's product key. Every computer has a unique product key. You can't sell a computer without a product key. It's illegal. A Microsoft product key consists of 5 sets of letters and numbers with 5 characters in each set. Normally it is a sticker on the back of the machine. However, our laptops didn't have this sticker so we had no idea what our product key was.
When emailing their customer support at ebay@1saleaday.com on 11/18/2013 it took them until 11/26/2013 to respond and they didn't even provide accurate info. So we emailed back and then again it took another few weeks before they responded and STILL no answer. And this went on until January 2014 and WE STILL HAVE NO ANSWER! First their customer service is terrible and secondly, we think they are selling illegitimate machines. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I've ordered a total of 17 items from 1Sale/1SaleADay over the past 2 years and have never had an issue until my last 2 orders. The items were always as advertised and in good condition; however, shipping times have been increasing over time. I ordered a laptop on 12/18/2013 and received a shipping notice the next day. Within a few days, I realized that a 1Sale shipping notice was meaningless. (The shipping notice was created by 1Sale in Florida and the item was eventually shipped from the manufacturer New Jersey.) In the meantime, the UPS status showed: A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status will be updated.” This status remained unchanged for 3 weeks.
I also realized that 1Sale customer service is virtually non-existent. The ONLY way to attempt to contact 1Sale is via email. They immediately send an auto-response stating that they will respond within 1-3 business days. I did ultimately receive a response after 2 weeks. Obviously, there is no way to conduct a dialogue under these conditions. I found an 800 number through my credit card company, but that number is directed to a voice recording with no option for human contact.
I finally received the laptop on 1/10/2014. The laptop came directly from the manufacturer, was in good condition and was exactly what I expected for a refurbished computer. When I first began to worry about this purchase, I found this website and went into an unnecessary panic. I don’t believe that this company is a scam. I do believe that they’re trying to grow too fast with absolutely no regard for customer service. If you want an item to be delivered quickly, 1Sale is not a good option. If you have time and see a great price on an item that you want, factor the horrible customer service into your decision. If you purchase through 1Sale and pay via PayPal or credit card, you will be protected. In the case of my credit card company, I was told that I had 90 days to report a problem and reverse the charge. Fortunately, that wasn't necessary.

I send several massages (they don't have phone #) and ask for refund and got no response. They have the worst customer service. I think it's a one man show ripping off people on line and getting away with it. I can't understand that after all the complaints I see about them, how come they are allowed to scam people off? I ordered 3 watches on Dec. 8. One watch arrived Dec. 29th. I have e-mailed the company several times and they say that they sent all three watches. They gave me the tracking number for the first watch. I have asked for the other two to be sent or for a refund for the two I didn't receive. I turned it over to PayPal. Finally received response via email 1/9/14 with return authorization, however I must pay shipping and 25% restocking fee. There is no phone number listed anywhere on their website, so searched online to find one, only to call and get message that call volume is too high, use email (which we know will be ignored).

I've made two purchases from 1Sale. Both of them have been the worst experience I've had. First was a Blue Ray player. After three weeks I followed up on the order. Their site said that the order had shipped. When I tracked the order, UPS's site said: "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated." Clearly they never shipped the merchandise. I e-mailed their customer service and received an auto e-mail acknowledging receipt and stating that it would be 1-3 days to get a response (not very customer service focused). After waiting 6 days, I received an e-mail blaming the shipment delay on "an unexpected delay in the warehouse". I received the Blue Ray player a week later. It stopped working 3 days after that.
My second (and absolute last) was for MyBolt portable USB chargers. My credit card was promptly charged upon placing the order. After two weeks of no updates on the 1Sale website, I followed up with an e-mail and received the same auto response stating that I'd receive a real response in 1-3 days. This time I received no follow up email. After another week I followed up again... with no response. I finally received the merchandise 5 weeks after placing the order (and paying for it). 1Sale has terrible customer service and even worse order fulfillment. I will never order from them again.

On December 4th I bought two pieces of jewelry as Christmas gifts. A few weeks later one of the pieces I ordered showed up at my door. I waited another week and the second item never came. I sent an email informing the company of the missing item and express it was a gift and if I would receive it by Christmas. I received an email back stating they had sent the item and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number they gave was for the first and single item. I've been trying to contact the company for weeks. They do not respond to emails. Ordered a low cost item in mid-November and received them January 6th ... only after opening up a Case with Paypal. Also ordered a $400+ laptop on 12/16 and they still have not shipped. I opened up a case with paypal again and this time, Paypal just refunded my money. I suggest that you stay away from this company. And, if you do decide to risk it, you should use Paypal since they'll stand behind you. When companies begin extending their delivery times like this, it often means they are having cash-flow problems. I don't know if that's the case with 1sale.com but, I would not be surprised. I won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered on December 5th, 2013 a Macbook for my kid thinking this would be a cool Xmas present with enough time to process the order. On December 10, 2013 I received an email that a UPS tracking no. was submitted and as soon as the computer would reach their facility, they would ship it immediately. Unfortunately that day NEVER came. PayPal is in the process of refunding the money and reviewing the account of 1Sale. The PayPal rep could already tell me that most likely the account would be closed soon. That is still too long I told her and I have files a complaint with the State Attorney General (Pam Bondi) of Florida. 1Sale made an unfortunate mistake by taking my money in July 2013 and never send me anything. I received a product 7 weeks from the time of order and it was supposed to be received no later than 3 weeks. The product was ordered weeks before Thanksgiving so Christmas mail slowdowns weren't the issue. No communication on delivery of the product was sent until I wanted to cancel the order after it hadn't been received a week after the delivery date. Lastly, the product received was not the authentic product that was advertised on the website. You didn't even do the right thing and refund my purchase cost. After receiving a knockoff product and receiving it 3 weeks after the promised delivery date.
1 Sale a Day is not a reputable internet seller and I pray this kind of treatment catches up with you all. You need to treat people the way you want to be treated and be transparent about the condition and/or authenticity of your products.

Ordered a pair of "urbeats" by Dre, but they are not actual urbeats. They look exactly like the old-style ibeats. The picture 1Sale shows have the tangle-free cabling, which these do not. Also the description 1Sale uses states they have the tangle-free cabling. This is flat-out false advertising. I'm trying to get a replacement or refund. We'll see what happens. Not expecting much from a company with such a bad reputation.

I ordered 2 pair of gloves on October 25, 2013 for my boys. As of today, 1/4/14, I have not received them. I have emailed them about 2 weeks ago and was told they could not refund my money because the items were being processed. Hello, you took my money the same day I ordered it and I have no product. I had a similar issue with 3 tablets I ordered 10/01/13, which were not delivered until 12/20/13. While I had problems with the tablets, they offered me a refund for them even though they were processing. I opted to wait and they finally came in. I ordered from 1sale for the first time over a month before Xmas. Today is January 3 and I still haven't received my order. My items were supposed to arrive in 1-2 weeks when they didn't arrive in the time I contacted the company via email. I received an automated response saying I would be contacted by customer service in 1-3 days. I received an email from a customer service rep telling me to give it an additional 3-5 days. The 3-5 days came and went I never received my products and I kept sending emails but they no longer were answering my emails. These people took my money and never sent the products. This is a scammer site. The only reason I gave this site one star in the ratings is because I had to. As far as I'm concerned they deserve zero stars.

Placed an order for a Hot Wheels set on 12/2 that was intended to be a Christmas present. Estimated delivery time was 1 to 2 weeks. I emailed them on 12/16 to ask about the status of my order. 3 days later, I received a reply that shipping had been delayed and it would be another 1-2 weeks. I emailed them back on 12/19, asking they cancel the order since there was now no way I would receive it in time for Christmas.
Four days later, I received the following response: We have recently upgraded our systems and expanded our shipping capabilities, enabling us to deliver orders faster. Along the way, we have had some technical issues that have caused delays in processing orders. As a result, we have seen some delays in shipping out orders. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and expect to have your order shipped within the next few days.
No mention of it being cancelled or receiving a refund, just claiming that it would ship in the next few days. It's now been 10 days since getting that email, and still nothing. No shipment, no refund, nothing. I have sent another email today demanding a refund, and told them if it isn't refunded back to me by Monday 1/6, I will file a claim with my bank.

Astute consumers will live up to 1 Sale's name and be the patron of no more than "1 Sale" from that service depraved entity. I made several calls and sent many emails to advise them that if it weren't mailed within seven days, no one would be there to receive delivery. I warned them: do not leave the package at the front door, and if it is given to someone, have them sign for it... Would you know: I lost the two DVRs, left at the front door by UPS and PayPal refused to credit me because UPS left it at the door. And that was but one of my little 1 Sale horrors. 1 Sale is extremely slow to ship and you dare not attempt to call them because if, per chance, you are answered, you will not achieve resolution. Once you've completed the purchase, you'd best hope for the best. But before you buy, check out the prices because you can often beat them--at least, I do.

I ordered 2 sets of DVD players and 1 pair of gloves. Three weeks go by and I do not hear anything. I emailed support and got no response from them. I told them I wanted to cancel my order, I hear nothing. Then they send an email stating they are slow because they are revamping their site. Luckily, I paid with Paypal, I opened 3 claims. I guess that got their attention. I got a shipping statement for the gloves, but it says they may not be shipped out until 72 hrs later... I still have not gotten any gloves... A few days later, I get an email from Paypal that my money has been returned to me for the DVD players. I guess they were not going to ship. Guys, open claims with your bank or Paypal... Make them give you your money back.

I'm going to keep this short and simple. I've been a 3-year 1sale customer and longtime fan of low prices and free shipping, until this year when on November 19th I placed a hundred dollar order for 3 pairs of sunglasses. It is now the day before New Year's 2014 and not only have the sunglasses not shipped (despite the fact that they've been paid for 42 days ago), but no one from support will return any of the HUNDREDS (yes) of emails I've sent requesting either an explanation or a refund. They took my money, and won't deliver the goods and services I've paid for, and they hide behind this digital wall of "oh we don't have a phone number. Please see our FAQ page if there's anything you need." These people are scammers. Be smart and shop on Amazon.

I also had made a complaint with the BBB. They (BBB) got in touch with the company (1Sale) and then my refund was made into my debit card account. I am happy that the BBB was able to get in touch with the company for me, and that the 1Sale company refunded me without any problems. I do think that I will never again buy anything ever from 1Sale! They seem to have very poor business practices, such as requiring payment before sending anything. Not having a phone number on their website. Lying about shipping time.
Answering emails with just a auto-response message, saying they should respond in 2-3 days- but then do not respond at all. Continuing to sell the same item to more people, with the shipping time put on their website as 1-2 weeks- even though I was still waiting 6 weeks for that same tablet. We should not have to get involved with the BBB or ConsumerAffairs just to get a refund with a company! Thank you ConsumerAffairs for helping to expose the problems with shopping with 1Sale.com.

I ordered 4 Hisense Sero 7 Lt tablets on 11/15/13. I thought they would be here before now 12/30/13. They took my money on 11/15/13. I used a debit card not a credit card. I have sent them several messages on their website but so far all they send is the auto-response message. I find it quite odd that just a few days ago they had the same tablets for sale and the website said "shipping estimate 1-2 weeks". WOW that's just what the shipping estimate was supposed to be on mine! So far it has been 6 weeks. No tablets sent, no actual response from them concerning the fact that I am not happy. I placed an order on 12/01/13 in the amount of $94.96 for 2 pairs of sunglasses (Nike and Nicole Miller), a radar detector (Early Warning), and a pair of earrings (Black Spinel studs). When the package arrived, one pair of sunglasses were missing, the radar detector was missing, and the wrong pair of earrings was shipped. In addition, a pair of sunglasses (a different pair of Nicole Millers) that were not ordered shipped but they were shipped in pieces! The only item that correctly shipped and was not broken was one pair of sunglasses (Nicole Miller). I have sent several emails to customer support and have not received a reply or reconciliation of their mistakes.
