    My husband ordered a bouquet as a Valentine's Day surprise. I was ecstatic until I opened the box. The flowers were half dead. I sent him photos. He was highly upset, especially since he was over the road. The bouquet looked nothing like the image portrayed. It was significantly smaller and the flowers were withered. I figured clip the ends and place them in water and they will bloom. Not the case.

    Do yourself a favor and do not order from here. The delivery was never made. The flowers sat at the facility for 2 days. Was not delivered on Valentine's Day. I did receive a refund but the recipient and sender were disappointed on Valentine's Day. So Annoying.

    If I could give the 0 stars I would. Seriously avoid this company. Ordered flowers for my daughter for Valentine’s Day and they never arrived because the flower shop they used is out of business. I can’t make this stuff up and I called multiple times and they refused to use another flower shop to deliver. I was told to call back at 5 pm which I did and then was told they could place another order but it would not arrive until Tuesday. Just avoid this place.. Waste of time. Very, very poor customer service.

    I’m honestly very dissatisfied with this purchase. Looking back, I truly feel I would have paid less and gotten a better result if I had simply gone to Costco and arranged the flowers myself. At least that way I would have known exactly what I was getting. The biggest issue for me is the lack of transparency. There should have been real, accurate photos of the floral arrangements instead of what feels like overly polished or misleading images. What was advertised looks noticeably different from what was actually received.

    The arrangement I ordered appeared full, balanced, and professionally styled. What I ended up with felt sparse and underwhelming by comparison. The proportions, fullness, and overall presentation just did not match the expectations set by the photos. When I had to adjust and put it together myself to make it look presentable, it made me question what I was really paying for. If I’m essentially arranging it myself anyway, then the premium price doesn’t feel justified.

    To make matters worse, there was supposed to be a note included with the delivery, and the note was completely blank. That was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially if the arrangement was meant for a special occasion. A missing or blank message takes away from the entire purpose and sentiment behind sending flowers. Overall, the difference between what was ordered and what I received, along with the missing message, left me feeling let down. Accurate photos, better quality control, and attention to detail would make a significant difference. As it stands, I’m very dissatisfied with this experience.

    I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day expecting them to be fresh and nice arrangement since I bought the biggest size. Instead, what I received was a small vase full of old flowers that looked like they were picked weeks ago. I received them two days before Valentine's and by Valentine's three quarters of the flowers are dead. There is no way I would recommend this business to anyone.

    If I could leave a -1 Star, I would. They need to send a text alert to recipients, especially in cold weather. Left the box at the edge of my porch never found it until the next morning. Never heard my doorbell on the day of delivery. About ten years ago, the same thing happened when I sent flowers through this company - the box was left on the porch with no notification, and the flowers froze. They refused a refund or replacement. The foreign customer service agent couldn't even understand me. I urge everyone to buy locally!!

    Attached images below to show how they change the name of the box and add a description of a different box, but never itemize the basic gift box. Immediately under a beautiful picture of a gift box with the items spread out and ready to enjoy is an itemized list that includes weights and amounts of each item. STOP! That’s not what’s inside. KEEP SCROLLING to see the itemized list is for the Deluxe box. Below this itemized list of details including weights and amounts of individual items within the gift box is a summary paragraph that does not include an itemized list. There is NO itemized list describing what is in the basic gift box. I’ve no idea of how many cheeses, sausages, crackers, spreads, etc because it only lists the Deluxe and Grand immediately under the picture, in a way that looks like that’s what’s included in the basic gift box. And to not even include a similar list for the basic gift box is so deceptive.

    The only way to tell what is in the basic gift box is to try to zoom in and differentiate the items on the cutting board and the items in the box because it’s not clear. My daughter was similarly fooled with a bouquet that had 3 tiered options of the bouquet and I forgot that’s how this company operates. It was because of past experience that I went to take a screenshot of the itemized list after I placed my order. That’s when I realized the deceptive nature of how this is pictured/advertised. I immediately cancelled my order due to principle alone. BEWARE if you opt for a gift box. This company knows that rarely will you ask the recipient to details of what they received and I’m certain that’s how they continue to dupe consumers to believe they are purchasing one item, when in fact it’s a pathetic portion of the itemized description directly under the picture.

    So I paid 60 dollars FOR TULIPS, which is annoying you can literally find the same thing on Uber for way cheaper like 40 but whatever, and then when the flowers arrived they were frozen. Was hoping they would be fine when they thawed out but they look horrible and are completely dead. Keep in mind I used a 25 dollar gift card.

    Worst customer service. Ordered never arrived. They offered an upgrade and would deliver that day. Never arrived, no flowers, no upgrade, no apologies, NOTHING!! Have no idea of and when they will refund money. I was embarrassed that they didn't arrive twice! I had surgery and was unable to go out and purchase myself. The recipient just lost her husband and we were all having items brought to her to help her through her day.

    I look like an idiot that the plan was botched and especially since I understood things happen and I communicated to the group they would be there the next day with an upgrade. Didn't happen. Nothing! No explanation, no apology. This is their normal practice. I encourage everyone to report to BBB they should not be in business. I feel like this is a SCAM SITE! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. THEY DO NOT CARE WHATSOEVER. IF I COULD RATE -100 I WOULDN'T HESITATE. Then they ask for a photo below on this review site like anyone received flowers to even take a picture. HORRIBLE.

    1-800-Flowers.com is the worst business on the planet. I ordered a funeral arrangement on January 25th for it to be delivered on Friday January 30th. They called me and told me that they couldn’t deliver to Grace Funeral Home in Brooklyn. These idiots asked me if I wanted FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS to be delivered to my house!! Are they insane? I just told the lady on the phone to please cancel my order and refund my money immediately. I also asked for a cancellation confirmation number and they couldn’t even provide it to me over the phone! Whoever reads my post, spread the word to the world to never use this company. It’s horrible.

    Just by pure chance my husband happened to see a box on the edge of the driveway. It has snowed 8 to 10 inches today and temperatures have been in the teens for the last 2 days. It's a birthday gift delivery from my son, and the flowers inside are frozen solid. Solid. Dead. We were home. The person could have knocked on the door. How much did this small bouquet cost my son? He relied on your company to provide a service and you failed miserably. When I called him he said he didn't get a confirmation of delivery so no idea when they came. Pathetic. He has pictures of the box and hopefully your company will reimburse him and I've told him to never order from you again.

    I ordered the gift on Monday. Our recipient got it on Wednesday. When arrived, it was half dead. I have ordered from them before. And never had a problem like this. I am so glad that it was not a meaningful gift we're going to funeral home or I left winning that distance. Recently, lost somebody or a wedding. It was just a everyday Gift. I contacted customer service and they gave me a full refund. If I order from them again, I might have to do next day for same day

    “My experience didn’t match what was advertised. The product quality and style wasn't what I order at all. Sent to a friend and was very disappointed when I saw what she got, was completely poor quality, colors and style very different, the vase, nothing was like advertised. Kroger has better flowers, vases and prices. Also the hidden fee is outrageous, because at the end I spent $22 dollars more for it.

    Flowers delivered ok. Took them out of the box, 3 flowers were broken. And the bouquet didn't look very full. One day later some were wilting. And the bottoms of the flowers were never cut fresh. There were no packets of the solution you use to keep flowers fresher included, so there was probably none in the vase. And overall the flowers looked a bit old. These were for my mom on Mother's Day, she was upset they died, I was upset I paid over $100. I complained to them, no response.

    I have ordered from 1-800 Flowers.com twice in the past year, and both times the delivery was not made successfully. Last year, I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Mother's Day, and I had to track it down just to be told it could not be delivered until the next day. As disappointed as I was, I gave them another chance this past weekend when I ordered arrangements for a funeral, with a scheduled delivery of 11:00 a.m. for the service. Upon arrival at the church, I found that the flowers had not been delivered, and I had received no notification of a delivery delay.

    Many hours after the service, I contacted them and requested a refund. Initially, they tried to persuade me to order another arrangement to be sent to the home. I declined, as the intent was to have the flowers for the actual service. This was a huge disappointment, as this was supposed to be a tribute to our dearly departed loved one. Needless to say, this was and will be my last time ordering from them.

    To the CEO - as a small business owner I rely on reviews and reputation. Clearly you're highly unengaged. If you have a board of directors, they will see this too. Look to your left and right, after your round at Pinehust, of course. One of those people are going to take your job. Your biggest problem sir, is that no one at that table takes the lead on managing the 3rd party florists. Either your contract with them is terribly written or you don't hold them accountable. I'm writing this as a consumer - the end you don't seem to care about or recognize - I see this so simply, you've failed on nearly every order I've placed and your reviews speak for themselves. I hope you get the chance to read this.

    A quick reminder about business - #1 Customer Satisfaction (that generates revenue) if the florists are responsible, think again. You should know their capacities. Write contracts to suit your partners. They all can't be equally productive. Volume should be considered according to the output and capabilities of each store to deliver their best product, ON TIME. If they fail on a reasonable and careful contractual agreement - THEN you have the opportunity to hold them accountable. #2 Employee satisfaction (not 1,000 agents overseas managing all the damage-- btw you can mitigate that quickly if #1 was your focus). 3. Leadership and Exec Team - do your jobs.

    See what I purchased compared to what was delivered 😥. This happened before but not this bad so I am and will be officially no longer do any business with 1-800flowers.com customer. I recommend they implement a customer view/verification feature with their regional florist to allow customers to see the "actual" item/arrangement prior to delivery. Just a thought.

    I’ve ordered from 1-800-Flowers twice, once in August 2024 and again in December 2025, and both times the flowers never arrived. The first time, I received no notification, and the second time, I was told the flowers were unavailable without any prior update. I really feel that a large company like 1-800-Flowers should not put me in this position twice. It almost feels like a breach of trust, and I strongly advise against using them for important occasions.

    Shrinkflation in the floral gift industry has arrived @1800flowers. They were very dependable until last order. I could usually count on a pretty arrangement until this Christmas. I've always been impressed with the quality of the flowers when shipped by FedEx but this last order seemed poorly packaged, wilted, and poorly wrapped and secured in the box. They looked like they had been packaged a week before my requested delivery date and shipped the day before. Petals were all over the package and stems were broken while the outside of the package was immaculate.

    I ordered an Extra large Centerpiece and couldn't help but notice it was smaller and short a candle. I looked at my order and while the photos show only 2 candles this year on the XL the Centerpiece is significantly smaller than last year. This is hopefully due to trying to keep up with the Xmas shipping schedule and request timing do I'll stay away from 1800FLOWERS during Christmas and shop local. If my next future order Is this weak I'll drop my membership. The 3 candle is last years and the others are this season's item.

    I placed an order on Dec 15, 2025 morning for a funeral via the website and received a confirmation of placed and service time. I attended the funeral Dec 17, 2025 and the flowers were not there. 3 hours after the funeral services ended I received a text and an email that the flowers were delivered. I contacted the company and they would not issue a refund they would only give us a credit that we will never use after this experience. They had little concern that the flowers were not there. I then looked up the reviews before posting this and see that their reputation is overwhelmingly filled with negative reviews that the arrangements do not look like the website and missed or late deliveries. Do not order from this company!

    I have ordered from this 1-800 Flowers in the past and was reasonably satisfied but no more. We ordered the Holiday Christmas Tree arrangement as shown on their website. The one that arrived was well below the advertised size in height and width and did not resemble the ad. So after speaking with someone with a heavy foreign accent who I could barely understand and who could not take my name and email address in less than three tries, I was to be provided a replacement order at no cost. I arrived the next day from the same florist and again did not match the ad and included a vase to make it look larger. The flower tree was undersized again. I reported it and still have heard nothing. I quit our Passport membership!

    Ordered the Winter Wishes bouquet for a dear friend at $75 without delivery. Pictures showed white mums, white roses, blue accent flowers and lovely greenery. What was delivered was disgusting. White carnations, painted-blue pink rose (just 1), dried out evergreen branches, burnt pinecones. The only thing that was the same was the vase. I was embarrassed to even see the photos my friend sent me. I gave 2 stars only because 1-800-Flowers gave me 50% credit for the blunder. However, this is the 2nd time I've ordered from them in the past 2 year and both times, the flowers delivered were just terrible. The obviously don't care what local florists they send the order to and no apparent quality control. Don't recommend them and won't ever order from them again.

    They always manage to screw up an order. I order corporate gifts for 4 companies I do business with. 3 were delivered and the 4 was not. I call they keep telling me it is on the way. 3 day later after 4 torturous phone calls I am informed that it was never shipped and is out of stock. Why didn't they just tell me it was out of stock at the beginning. Now it is 5 days late and a huge hassle besides a large waste of my time chasing them get info. This is not the first time. It has happened multiple times in the past. I don't know why I keep ordering from them. It is time for me to find a new gift company.

    I am so disappointed in this company. I ordered flowers and had to order them twice. Because they were not delivered twice. Absolutely, will not use them again. And I still haven't gotten my refund very disappointed in this company will not will not use them again. The customer service end of it. They don't really care, they're just like, "Well, we'll send you another try. You can't get a refund right now." And then they made me wait two hours to get a refund, and I still haven't got my refund, absolutely terrible. That's sad.

    I ordered flowers for Christmas to be sent to a home, not aware that the recipient was out of town. When I went in to change the delivery date, I was told I couldn't do it because the delivery date is "in the system" and can't be changed. It was delivered and left on the stoop even though they were away. Very disappointing. Never again - I would not recommend this company to anyone moving forward.

    Received a lovely Holiday arrangement with many roses along with peony and amaryllis stems and juniper fronds. THE ROSES WERE HORRIBLY WILTED AND BLACK ON THE TIPS AND PETALS WERE FALLING OFF. Complained. Replacement sent with only a few stems of amaryllis and a couple of stems of juniper. Totally disappointed. Don't waste your money!

    I ordered flowers for a birthday present. I received a message telling me the gift had been delivered, but it was not delivered. I contacted their so-called Customer Service chat, which is nothing more than an empty-headed AI chatbot. If there was a human there in the discussion, he/she could not answer my questions, and kept asking for the same info I already gave. I have lost faith in this company, and will take my business elsewhere.

    This the absolute worst company to buy flowers from. I placed my order at 7am this morning and the flowers DID not deliver. I was sent an email saying it was “attempted” but the tracking number still said “En route” and it is 7p at night. I called Customer service to receive a refund because I was no longer interested because it was for a friend’s birthday and I was NOT interested in having it delivered tomorrow when her birthday is today. I was told I would get an email stating my refund would be issued but it wouldn’t come until 24 hours. Why does a refund email, an EMAIL, take up to 24 hours to be processed? I will absolutely be calling if I do not receive a refund email by this time tomorrow and taking legal action. The WORST COMPANY. EVEN AI SAYS IT. PLEASE LOOK IT UP BEFORE PURCHASING!!!!

    I placed an order on Thursday morning via the website and received a confirmation. An hour later I received a phone call asking to provide the information for the funeral home and the address, which I already provided in the order online. They stated there may be an issue with delivering to that address. I asked the agent to call me back with a confirmation either way so that I could have time to place another order elsewhere if necessary. I received no phone call so contacted the company later that afternoon. The agent at that time assured me that the order was confirmed and he promised that the flowers would be delivered on time the following monday.

    I attended the funeral today and the flowers were not there. 3 hours after the funeral services I received a text and an email that the flowers were delivered. I contacted the company and they are issuing a refund but that does not make up for the flowers not being there. I also, and hindsight, looked up the reviews before posting this and see that their reputation is overwhelmingly filled with reviews that the arrangements do not look like the website and missed or late deliveries. Do not order from this company!

    I ordered 2 items on November 28th for delivery on December 5th. One item was delivered, the other remained in transit to be delivered December 8th. I paid $19.99 for guaranteed delivery on the 5th. When I reached out to customer service they first attempted to cancel the remaining item and I did not ask for that, I only asked to be refunded the guaranteed delivery fee. Finally, the agent agreed to refund the delivery fee. Several minutes later, I received a text that a refund of $6.53 was being processed. I had to reach out again to ask why it was that amount and not the $19.99. Without a response, I received another text that said $19.99 refund was processing. I think they need to provide additional training for their agents.

    I placed an order on November 7th to be delivered on November 18th. On the afternoon of the 18th, I checked to see if it had been delivered, since it was intended as a birthday gift. When I called 1-800-Flowers to follow up, I was informed that the order could not be delivered to that area because it is not serviced by the company. This was surprising, as I’ve successfully placed several orders to this same location in the past with no issues.     I ordered sympathy flowers to be ordered to a funeral home the day before the service to ensure they would be there on time. Not only were they not delivered but I never received notification that there was a problem or that there would be a possibility the floral arrangement would not make it to funeral home. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the delivery date was changed but no other information was noted as to why it was changed. This is beyond unacceptable.

    My daughter closed on her first house today. I thought I would surprise her by sending her an edible arrangement from One 800 Flowers. We live in different states, but I wanted to surprise her and make a special day even more special. I received an email saying that they tried to deliver the arrangement which was BS because my daughter lives in the apartment where there is a front desk so the delivery person would’ve delivered it right to the front desk. I then received an email saying the delivery was complete. I called my daughter. She walked around the building for 25 minutes trying to figure out where they could’ve left the arrangement, but nothing was ever left.

    I contact the customer service which was a bot.! They make it impossible to find their phone number! The bot eventually connect me with a human, well, I guess they were human either way they were useless. Fast-forward my daughter, never received the arrangement. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened to me. One 800 flowers could care less, they placate you by saying, I know exactly how you feel, which they could care less. Do not trust this company to help you share a special occasion they will screw it up.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered to Hollywood Florida. I noticed right away 1 item had the correct address, the other did not. I called back right away and they said they corrected it. I did not see it corrected so I called again. They said it is in their computer correct. One package was delivered correct the next day. The other package was in Virginia for 2 days. It showed delivered but to an address in Virginia. That's where the fun started. I spoke to someone on the executive customer service team. What a waste. The lady said they can give me a $15 credit and deliver the flowers a week later. That is not customer service. I spent $162 dollars. I don't want the $15 dollars and waiting 7 days for a flower delivery please. Run RUN RUN from Them.

    For the second or third year in a row, I have been billed for a "Celebrations Passport" subscription that I didn't want and attempted to cancel. Furthermore, I have gone online and turned off auto-renewal and that doesn't work. Also, they never notify you that a subscription (that you didn't know you had) is going to renew. At present I have been on a chat "hold" for nearly 2 hours to get them to refund the unwanted subscription. My last flower order with them was delivered late. My attempts with overseas customer service was a huge waste of time. I don't believe 1-800 Flowers is a reputable company anymore, and should be avoided at all costs.

    Ordered flowers as a surprise for anniversary. My wife was contacted about the delivery day before spoiling surprise. Flowers delivered by FedEx, and left at door in hot sun. Flowers arriving in cardboard box that you have to unpack & arrange yourself is nonsense. Most all the flowers received are not even open yet and look wilted. What a waste of money - do yourself a favor and use a local florist if your sending flowers to someone you care about. Flowers were supposed to make this day brighter, instead, it has darkened this special day by removing all the traditional elements that made receiving a bouquet of flowers special

I reached out to the company (they never informed me that they had a problem with the delivery, or took any initiate to resolve the problem until I reached out) and was told that the local company they had arranged delivery with did not deliver to that town, but that they could arrange it with a different florist.     Horrible idea. Should have just called the local florist. Tried Surprising my Mother for her Birthday with an epic failure!!! I paid extra to have them delivered next day and between 9 and 12. They showed up at 11:30 and because the gate was closed they left and called me 30 minutes later while my Mom sat in her living room waiting for the delivery. Ruined the whole surprise and I then directed them to drop off after 3pm. They went back at 12:50 and said no one was home again and then passed off the order to Door Dash. 😒 😑 Needless to say I ended up canceling the whole order since it was no longer a surprise nor would she be receiving them on her Birthday. They Said the flowers would be redelivered the next day and chocolates would be there by 8pm from door dash!!! What a failure!!!

    I ordered a same day bouquet to be sent yesterday. Since then, I've been trying to find out what happened to my order. I expected to hear that it was received but instead I got nothing. When at 1pm in the afternoon I finally got a real person I found out they ran out of the product. What? So don't tell the person that ordered that you cannot fulfill it:?     Well before you decide to purchase, think again. Call a florist in the specific area you want gift to go to. If I could give a zero I would. I use to order from this place but it has gone downhill. They don’t care about their customers. The day started out that my gf called and told me she sent out a floral arrangement knowing I just got out of the hospital as I got diagnosed with breast cancer. I was so excited. Looking forward to something to make me smile. I was waiting for them which was taking forever so I called the 1-800 number. The lady told me that they can’t give me the information to the shop like I’m going to steal 100 bouquets of flowers. Really! 5 hours later they bring it to my door which looked like it was from a supermarket which then again those flowers live longer than these.

    First it had 2 small balloons, one was broken, yellow flowers were old and dead, the ferns were broken and few Carnations were broken hanging down, the Rose were fully bloomed and soft, with 2 other flowers had a virus or bugs and were thrown out. Which the entire bouquet went in the garbage yesterday. To have something that was suppose to be over 100.00 was 10.00 that didn’t even come with a box just plastic wrap on the bottom water in it and a card that wasn’t sealed and the tag stapled to it.

    An elementary school student would do a better job that whoever made this shouldn’t be in business and be shut down with crap flowers and their attitude and professionalism need to have better structure as I'm a past business owner. This isn’t the first time. My bf ordered a year ago 4 dozens red roses to me and they were all full bloomed. Died 2 days later. I know they come from a floral shop but the lady at the shop told me they don’t even get the full amount. They get not even half the sale. This is horrible service and it has gone downhill. Don’t purchase through this! THEY SUCK AND HAVE PEOPLE DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH. GREAT BUSINESS. This is America!

Received confirmation that the order was received and received delivery update the day of delivery that my order would be delivered by 8pm. When my order never arrived I called and 1-800 -flowers informed me that the local florist never accepted the order!!!!     I have been ordering from 1-800-Flowers.com for many years, so it disappoints me greatly that their service has declined so greatly. I will never order from them ever again. I recently ordered flowers for my dear friend's funeral. For this kind of order, the company asks the time of the funeral service, which was 2pm. While at the funeral location, I became concerned at around 1:45pm that the flowers had not arrived yet. Customer service would not give me the name of the local florist, but they contacted them and then told me that the florist never received the order. This was AFTER I received an email update that morning at 10:45am informing me that the order was being assembled. Inexcusable.

    When the service was over and we had all left for the repass, I received an email informing me that the order was delivered. Again, no excuse for this whatsoever. We were already so upset over the passing of a person so dear to us. Their incompetence was completely unnecessary, and I am so disappointed at how a funeral arrangement order is handled by this disorganized company. I was refunded the full amount, approximately $192, but that took a few days and several phone calls. I received a survey request by email, but of course the link provided does not work.

They say they attempted delivery, I looked back on the office camera, no one had attempted.     Two orders in a row that the delivery date was not made. These were birthday items so, sorry about the inconvenience was all that was said and they would reorder and get it there as soon as possible, 3 days later. This was six months ago so we called for another order to be placed, glutton for punishment I guess. The representative could barely speak English, after the 8th time, I was counting and I am an instructor so I speak very clear, of the address my frustration level was creeping up. We were special members so we get free shipping but not this time apparently. She kept trying to upcharge us on everything. $50 flowers were above $70 and we could not understand her, literally, why this was. So after 20 minutes of trying to understand I just said forget it.     I tried to order flowers for my daughter's 7th birthday. They said they would be no problem that they would be delivered to her school elementary school to be exact. Now two days before her birthday I'm finding out that they could be delivered anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. The school closes at 3:00. Who's going to be there to accept the delivery. If it's after 3:00 they tell me that it will be there before 3:00. I've been on the phone for 3 hours trying to get this resolved just to find out that there's nothing they can do. I canceled my order. And I want to keep hashing on the fact that that I have called three different times in each time was on the phone for an hour at least!! Just to send my daughter some freaking flowers.

    Now it's two days before and I got to figure out what I'm going to do! I'm very unhappy with the services and the bad part about it is I have used this company my whole life. Always when I've needed flowers I've called 1-800-Flowers and I haven't had any issues but this time put the icing on the cake! I will not be using them again. When I was on hold they have a message from the founder Jim McCann saying how he has a good reputable company but I can't tell by the way things are being ran.     I ordered a bouquet for my daughter’s first wedding anniversary and paid $69. What was delivered looked nothing like a bouquet—it was a tiny jar with two flowers and mostly leaves. When I contacted the company, they apologized and promised a redelivery the next day. Unfortunately, that second order never arrived on time. To make things worse, the status was updated as “delivered,” but nothing was actually delivered. When I called again, I was told the florist had left early but they still marked it as delivered.

    It’s now late in the evening, and I’m left without the order I paid for on such an important occasion. This feels misleading and borderline fraudulent to update delivery statuses without actually delivering. As a Passport member, I expected better, but this experience has completely broken my trust. I will be canceling my membership and won’t be ordering from this company again. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from them double-check what you’re actually going to receive—you may not get what you paid for.

    I was so embarrassed by my last order with 1800Flowers.com. Lately their quality and customer service is declining greatly. I will be going else where for my gifts and suggest you do the same. Sent a bouquet to my Mother-In-Law for her Birthday and was shocked by broken stems and wilted greenery. A sad looking bouquet nothing like what I purchased.     We ordered the "Lavender Garden & Drizzled Strawberries" combo gift for our sister's birthday on 7/25/25. The ordering process was a breeze and delivery on time, but the bouquet that was ordered (first photo) was the one we wanted -- and paid more than $140 to get!!! -- but the bouquet that was delivered (second photo) sure didn't look much like it -- and I don't think it was worth $140!!! I'm so disappointed I've got tears in my eyes. Our sister is very dear to us, this was a "milestone" birthday, and we wanted something really special to send her our love and a long-distance hug. Bottom line, I don't think we'll be doing business with 1-800-Flowers again -- and I can't recommend that you do, either.

    Beware of this online site. A completely deceptive pictures. A complete scam! I ordered a stuffed teddy bear with flowers for my 6 yr old granddaughter. When my granddaughter arrived back home from her surgery there was no stuffed teddy bear. Just flowers. I called to get a refund they refused and would not even let me speak to a supervisor and the representative was rude on top of it. Do yourself a favor and use Use Edible Arrangement. They have great customer service and what you see is what you get. Unlike this company with their very deceptive pictures. They do not look like anything like what you’re going to get. I am so sorry that I used this company on a very important day a surgery for my six year-old granddaughter.

    This was disturbing as she did not get her teddy bear which she got was a bunch of flowers. She’s six years old and could care less about flowers.     I have had 3 orders confirmed and charged but not delivered. They "no longer have a local florist they work with". On the last order, I received a call about the order the day after, picked up the phone and no one was there and it disconnected. I got online, tried the chat (AI) then was transferred to a rep that said she needed 2 minutes to review the information in the chat.

    After 10 minutes of waiting for her to "review' the information, I had to step away. The response later was what is my order number? It was in the chat... Got a call the next day - no one was there. And then a follow up call directly after. The rep, Liza, said the florist was unable to get the flowers due to flooding (there was no flooding/weather in the area). Then she said she would have it delivered the next day. All of the sudden, they couldn't get the same item and wanted to send something Fedex (so not a florist now). Now there are no available florists in the area. Do not use them. Period. I signed up for passport as well but the hassle is not worth it.

    Tried to get flowers twice but they never arrived. Only redeeming quality was that I received a full refund without any issue. The flowers I ordered were for my wife’s birthday. Normally I would go to a local shop but we were on vacation so having the flowers delivered sounded like a good option. After receiving the original confirmation email I got another cryptic email telling me there was a problem with my order but it gave absolutely no details on the problem and referenced a different order number than the one sent to me. When I looked online my order status still said confirmed so I assumed the email was a scam.

    Come the day of the delivery the order still said confirmed online but no flowers arrived. After messaging with customer service, I was told the florist rejected my order... why was this not said? And why did it still say confirmed online?? So they offered to resend the order for the next day and a $15 coupon for future use. I thought this was okay at the time and agreed.

    Come the next day I received another cryptic email saying they wanted to contact me but again gave no details. Shortly after that, I received a call from a number that I recognized from the email but is not listed anywhere on their site. When I answered, it just said “your agent has been disconnected” and then hung up. When I tried to call back I was put on indefinite hold with no indication of when I would be helped. So I messaged them again and was told the order was still arriving that day but it would be a florist design and not what I had ordered. When I did not answer within a couple minutes to confirm that was acceptable the session was disconnected. At this point, I was so sick of dealing with them that I just let it be. So again I waited until the end of the day but I never received any flowers and the order status online still said Confirmed.

    The next day, I messaged the help desk for a third time and was told they could resend the order 4 days later. Absolutely not. I then asked for the order to be cancelled and a full refund which they agreed to without issue. This was the only good part of an overall terrible experience. I will never be shopping with them again.

    1800 Flowers states that they contract with local florists, however that clearly is a lie. My order was shipped by FedEx from another state. The delivery window given was 10:15am-2:15pm, I specified when ordering AND by telephone that the business closes at 4pm. After arguing with 1800 Flowers and FedEx after 4pm, still no delivery! A high dollar amount of flowers left outside in 97 degree heat until the next day, ruined! This site is a complete joke. Do yourself a favor and contact local florists directly.

    I would rate a zero if possible. This company is now the worst. They rob people by outsourcing the delivery to door dash. When the door dashers claim to deliver it is considered complete. So my flowers were delivered to my wk bldg after hrs and nobody was there to receive the delivery. They just left it there and in the hour it took to get there the flowers were stolen. They were NOT received they were left on a porch where nobody was there. They did absolutely nothing to contact the driver or replace the order. Never order from here.     Ordered for a Saturday delivery paying extra for 9am-12pm delivery. Order was to include 18 long stem roses, two mylar balloons and a card. At 2pm I called asking about status and was told they were out for delivery. At 4:30 they were finally delivered, 4.5 hrs late and no mylar balloons. This was the 3rd and last time I will use this company. Go find a local florist who cares about the customer and will not use deceiving practices to make an extra buck.     My son ordered me a Precious Peonies 20 piece bouquet, no vase which came Friday 5/9/25 before Mother's Day 5/11/25. The blooms arrived in good shape with two packets of bloom preservative. I carefully read the instructions to trim ends, water in vase with preservative, place flowers in vase/water. Disappointed but the flowers did not bloom for Mother's Day. Or the day after. By Tuesday 5/13/25 the huge blooms never opened so I called customer service. I was told to "be patient they will open." "Try spraying with sugar water."

    Come Thursday 5/15/25 and the PEONIES BLOOMS STILL HAD NOT OPENED. I used the online chat customer service with screenshots. I was offered a replacement order which would come the following Tuesday 5/20/25. Mind you this is over a week past Mother's Day and NO SATISFACTION. I agreed to replacement and I begged the agent to not contact my son about the reorder so my son would not be disappointed that I was let down. The day prior to my replacement bouquet my son texts me stating the flower company must have made a mistake because they said flowers were on their way yet the peonies were already delivered. I called 1-800-Flowers that same day and gave them a piece of my mind. Despite all their promises they again blew it. I demanded a refund because I was told misinformation after misinformation and also fully expected the new delivery to fail.

    Thankfully the new delivery arrived on the expected Tuesday 5/20/25 (9 days after Mother's Day). And I am grateful these peonies, though a lot smaller, opened over night. 1-800-Flowers is a ripoff with lousy customer service. WHY WAS I TOLD 4 days after original receipt to "be Patient??" To spray "Sugar water" on the blooms? Which NEVER EVER OPENED. Why should my son pay such huge $$ to have me disappointed and have to seek lousy, useless customer service? Granted the new peonies arrived and opened but they were much smaller. The peonies smelled lovely. So yes I got my flowers. But over a week later and the aggravation of trying to solve a problem with lousy customer service. Never again will we use 1-800-Flowers. SHOP LOCAL!!

    I ordered a large bouquet (about 20+ flowers) for my friend’s birthday. Based in a photo of a beautiful spring arrangement on their website. It was $ 75 with free shipping as I am a celebration member. What was delivered was nothing like the photo on the website. What was delivered had a total of nine flowers in it. Apparently, one 800 flowers doesn’t count the flowers. They go but measurements. So if you have a 12” container plus a few flowers and it measures what they consider large, that’s what you get. Has nothing to do with the photos they show or the number of flowers. I consider this to be very misleading and I will never use their service again.

    I am writing this review with a heavy heart. I recently placed a flower order with 1-800-Flowers.com for my Mother, who is in hospice care. I ordered the arrangement while overseas in Spain, where I now live after retiring from 26 years of active duty military service. My Mother is also the spouse of a veteran—my Father, who proudly served for 24 years before passing away this past January. I was raised to value honesty, respect, and doing the right thing—values deeply instilled by a life of service. Sadly, I did not find these values reflected in my experience with this company.

    What I ordered and what my Mother received were completely different—and embarrassingly so. The arrangement delivered was a clear downgrade from the beautiful, full bouquet shown on their site. I reached out to their customer service to report the issue. After waiting for a response, I was contacted two days later by a manager, who offered me a mere $10 credit to my account.

    When I expressed my disappointment and explained the emotional importance of this gift, the manager told me I should have read the fine print, which apparently states they can substitute or alter the arrangement—essentially delivering whatever they choose. I understand substitutions may sometimes be necessary, but what was sent bore little resemblance to what I ordered.     I’m very disappointed with my experience. The flowers that I wanted delivered arrived late and I was okay with that, I just wanted my friend to receive some flowers for what she is going through. It was nothing like the arrangement I ordered— The recipient is going through chemo and has also been trying for many years to become a mom to no avail.

I tried contacting customer service, but received no helpful response. I asked to just have the original bouquet be delivered and did not need any refund, they denied that request, they said they could only give me half a refund. This was meant to be a special gift, and it ended up being an embarrassment. I expected much better for the price. I won’t be ordering from here again.

    I ordered two separate deliveries for Mother's Day, they advertise same day delivery. While I was disappointed they wouldn't deliver until the day after I proceeded with the order. On the delivery day after no delivery. I tried to contact customer service though their live chat and was automatically forwarded to a "survey" page for someone to contact me.     For this to be my first time ever using the services and for my mother on Mother's Day I will NEVER use 1-800-Flowers ever again! This was the worst experience ever! Not only did I speak to several supervisors but each time my problem never got resolved resulting in me requesting a refund and never being properly compensated! I will NEVER recommend 1-800-flowers to anyone.

    It started from me getting a text and email stating my order was delivered when it wasn’t, to me having to ruin my surprise for my mom when I was in another state, to finally being told that something happened and instead of my order being delivered on the date I picked (May 11th). I was told it would be delivered on the 13th which was “supposedly” nothing they could do about it.

    On top of that I wanted my order delivered on the 11th but somehow the date was changed from the 11th to arriving between 9th-11th and I was constantly told by each supervisor that they spoke to the local florists and the driver would deliver my order each day to the last supervisor telling me they don’t know what happened and it is possible my order went to the wrong address. Instead of compensating me and making sure my order was delivered on the 11th still as requested they told me it HAD to be changed to the 13th. Also they would not refund my money back unless I cancelled my order altogether. It was all or nothing. They said they could “possibly” do a 50% refund and have it delivered the 13th.

    Flowers ordered for delivery Saturday before Mother's Day. Detailed delivery of apartment building number and instructions to ring the bell from the lobby were all provided. Delivery person left outside on the stoop of a 16 family apartment building and then took a distorted photo. I checked my emails to see if delivered which it apparently had been. The aide went downstairs and found them outside. Do not use this website. Locate a Florist in the location of the person you are sending to. Shame on them.

I went online and made my order 4 days prior to delivery. That delivery never happened. I had to call to find out what happened. Apparently, they ran out of flowers? But no one could reach out to me to let me know that, so I can make other arrangements at least? The communication is horrible and they do not let you know what's going on.     I have been using 1-800-FLOWERS for Mother’s Day flowers for years without issue. An order I placed on 4/27 got stuck at FedEx just before Mother’s Day with no movement at all, forcing me to place another floral order at an outside company so my stepmother could still have flowers, even though they will arrive late. 1-800-FLOWERS customer service ensured me my order was on a delivery truck, then when I mentioned having no visibility to that, they said they would contact the florist for delivery today and I just needed to take it on faith they’d get delivered before 8pm today. They are unwilling to issue me a refund or a credit greater than $15 unless the delivery fails to show up before 8pm, completely disregarding that I am out an additional $60 because of their lack of reliability. So now if the flowers do get delivered today, I’ll be out $105 for these flower instead of my intended $45.

After the final delivery for the day I had to call to find out my order was not going to happen until Monday. They kept offering a credit for my next order like I was going to get excited and just be grateful they were doing me a great service.     Absolutely terrible customer service. I placed an order with 1-800-Flowers for a surprise delivery, and they failed to include the apartment number for the recipient when passing the address to FedEx. When I contacted them to fix the issue, they were completely unhelpful. I spent over an hour on the phone with outsourced customer support, being put on hold repeatedly, only to be told that FedEx would “call the recipient” when they’re nearby. Both my husband and I explained multiple times that this wasn’t an option: 1. The recipient doesn’t speak English. 2. A call would ruin the surprise.

    We just wanted to add the apartment number—simple! But in the end, the rep said there was nothing they could do and told me to contact FedEx, even though FedEx already told me only the shipper (1-800-Flowers) can make changes to the delivery address. So we’re stuck. For the ridiculous price I paid for a bouquet and delivery, this experience is beyond unacceptable.     I ordered $365.00 worth of flowers yesterday. 3 for $89 each plus fees. One showed up to my business partner's home looking like it was a $25 vase from the grocery store.     For my birthday last summer, my kids ordered an orchid for me. It took three calls to get it delivered, much past my birthday, of course. One star for that. For Easter, they sent a bulb basket. It arrived on time. Although the bulbs bloomed at different times (not like the photo), it gave me almost a month of pleasure. Four stars for that.     The flower delivery was just left on the porch in the sun. No protection. No tissue paper or a box, just left there in a glass vase with the card attached. It was so embarrassing.     My daughter and son in law sent me a bouquet of flowers from 1 800 Flowers for my birthday. First problem was it was delivered to the wrong address and my daughter specified afternoon delivery which it was delivered in the morning. They had the right address on the greeting so that shouldn’t have been an issue. Second problem was the bouquet was nothing near what was purchased and requested.. It had half the flowers it should have and the wrong flowers. The final problem is the three roses they did have in the bouquet died the next day! Never again! It’s pretty sad when so much money is spent only to have so many issues.

    I ordered a bouquet of sympathy flowers for my brother’s grave on April 16th for his birthday on the 22nd. I thought all was well but received a call and an email from 1800Flowers near the end of the business day on the 21ST saying that the particular arrangement that I had ordered was not available and they would have to offer me a comparable arrangement of the same value. I told the agent on the phone that I was uncomfortable agreeing to purchase a 300 dollar arrangement I had never seen before and asked what did they consider comparable. The agent offed a casket spray that I was not happy with and when I told her that I didn’t like it she made the statement “the order you chose was very pretty.” And proceeded to hang up. I then had to call back and wait on hold for 15 minutes before accepting a call back.

    When an agent did return my call it was at 5:22pm and when I explained the situation to him he offered to call the store who had to fill the order and find out why they refused to fill it. The agent came back on the line and explained to me that the florist had simply refused and that they had closed for the day and that they were the only store available in my area that was contracted with 1800flowers to do my order. The agent told me that the best they could do was offer me a comparable alternative TO BE DELIVERED ON A DIFFERENT DAY than my brother’s birthday!!!

    They waited till the end of the business day, THE DAY BEFORE I needed my ordered filled to decide they wouldn’t do it. I was in tears. This was my first year without my brother and the idea of not having flowers for his grave for his birthday made me sick. I canceled my order and placed it through FTD flowers instead and was given a BEAUTIFUL arrangement for my brothers birthday in less than 24 hours. I will never order anything from 1800flowers again.

    Terrible flowers. The flower on the corsage came off the hot glue and my daughter only got to enjoy it for 20 min.. The boutonniere also fell apart after one hour. Whoever made these prom corsage and boutonniere did a terrible job.

    I sent flowers to a family member who lost her Mother. I paid extra for a lovely card. For $100 she received flowers that looked nothing like the photo of the bouquet we thought we were sending and no lovely card. Just words on a blank white piece of paper. I have had zero success reaching anyone at customer service. A truly awful experience. I guarantee it one I won't repeat. Shame on you 1-800-Flowers.

    1 800 Flowers is a piss poor company. I highly recommend going elsewhere!!! Placed order. Online. Was never received. A day after order was supposed to be received. I took an hour of my time to find out it was never going to be delivered. There isn't a florist in the area they deal with. NO ONE ever called or messaged me!!!! Their service department is overseas operators that don't understand english. And the online chat takes 30 minutes for a short conversation. My friend's birthday present is going to arrive 3 days late. And they won't get what I ordered. This was their best fix. This company is overseas and DEI hires. I would recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

    The flowers I receive are amazing, they were a gift and I honestly love them. They last a pretty long time. You guys have to think that they probably get tons of orders.     I ordered an Easter basket of Easter egg colored flowers with pink roses and different daisies as well as pastel Easter eggs. It was the extra large basket size/price. I loved the shape of the arrangement as well as the beautiful colors and style. I placed the order 3.5 days in advance to ensure there would be adequate time to ensure the florist carried the flowers in the arrangement. The basket delivered was nothing like the basket in the photo on their website. Cheap, inferior filler flowers were used and the colors weren't even close.     I used 1-800-Flowers because they have been around for a long time and I know they aren't some scam website. I'm in TX, my mom's in NC. I sent her the largest bouquet they offered plus chocolates for her birthday. However, what I ordered and paid for vs what she got didn't match. I'm honestly disappointed!! I wonder if NC ran out of flowers halfway through making the bouquet, or if they split my order in half and shared it with someone else 🤣😭 My mom said she loves it but for $104 I expected better. I've attached photos of what I thought she would get vs. what she actually got. About the only thing they got right was the delivery date. Next time, I'll do my due diligence and research. Going forward, I'll probably go with a private or local florist instead... support the local community and not these half** "well known" larger scale merchandisers. Overall, I give it a 4/10. Will not use again.

    I will never, ever order flowers through them again. I paid $142 for a large sympathy arrangement. The flowers that were delivered looked absolutely nothing like the pictures of what was ordered. It didn't contain the same flowers and was just embarrassing. Really terrible tacky arrangement. I called customer service. Initially, they only offered the delivery fee, but eventually agreed to give me a refund of the flowers. They sent an email confirmation of the refund, then NEVER SENT THE REFUND! Then, they never responded to inquiries. I had to file a claim with PayPal, which was denied. I then filed an appeal under a different category and was provided the refund via PayPal. Very unethical company

    My kids bought me some flowers for my birthday on Wednesday. The tulips barely bloomed and the irises never bloomed and they're already dead SMH. When I received the flowers they were really poorly put together they were just bunch together wrapped and put in a box. Some of the leaves were broken and bent. I am very displeased with the flowers that were sent to me. And I do not have a receipt to upload because these were a gift.

    I will no longer be ordering from 1-800-Flowers.com due to their unreliable delivery confirmation emails and inadequate customer support. Despite numerous attempts to address the issue online and over the phone, I have experienced extended hold times and a lack of resolution. Unfortunately, my attempt to surprise my mother for her birthday has been unsuccessful.     Don’t waste your money here. I ordered a “large” arrangement supposed to be white and lavender. What they got was the size of my hand and white and red with a small sprig of a tiny purple something. Garbage! Customer service is a nightmare. They don’t answer questions and just keep saying they apologize. They appear to have a script as English is not their first language. Never again!

    I ordered flowers and candy for Valentine's Day 2025. The flowers were delivered in good time, but did not look like the picture online. They were old and were pretty much dead in 2 days. The candy was not delivered. I asked the delivery person about this and she said it was not on the order. I called customer service, and after being hung up on once, I was told it was too early to call it in and to wait till the next day. I waited and called the next day and after a long time on the phone was told that they would contact the store and have the candy sent. That did not happen.

    I waited 2 days and called again. I was told that it was out for delivery and I would see it by the end of the day. That did not happen. I went online and went through the problem and was told that the candy would be delivered and they apologized and said the candy was being sent. Again, no candy. I have given up, as I'm sure they were hoping for, and will not use the service again. I will also tell everyone I know that this is an expensive ripoff.

    Looking for flowers for my sister in law's funeral. After much searching, I decided to send the lavender and white floor basket. I knew it was delivered however, you don't look for flowers you send to a funeral home but the arrangements were taken to gravesite and just standing there, I noticed the only one with a lavender bow. It was mostly a few white flowers that were randomly stuck in the greenery. Didn't resemble the picture except for lavender bow.     The website will not allow you to set a window of time for delivery. The modify order button does not work. Contacting them results in nothing but, "Sorry, nothing we can do".     I’m extremely disappointed with my order from 1-800-Flowers. The arrangement I received looks nothing like the photo on the website. The quality is honestly embarrassing—wilted flowers, poor presentation, and overall just a sad version of what was promised.     I ordered flowers to be delivered on a specific date because the recipient was out of town until then. Flowers were delivered 2 weeks early so will be dead when she gets back. Flowers delivered to me for my bday 10 days later and dead. Replacement flowers delivered dead as well and both were delivered to my neighbors same time and thrown on the back porch in the middle of winter.     I ordered a specific bouquet, tulips, for delivery next day. They called me morning of delivery and told me they could not deliver tulips but would send something else. I told them that I wanted to cancel the order if what I ordered was not available. Unfortunately I could only deal with an India call center and they would not or could not understand that I wanted to cancel and told me it was too late to refund me. What kind of company charges you anyway for something they figure out they cannot provide? Never will I use them again. Just like every other internet based business I’ve dealt with lately.     I purchased vouchers from Groupon for flowers from 1-800-Flowers. I do not know if you receive substandard service when you use Groupon or if it is just that way. I will say for one of the bouquets I paid extra to have it same day delivered. About 30 minutes before the deadline to have delivered which is when her office it was being delivered to closed I reached out to confirm if the flowers were going to be delivered or not. The online help asked me a lot of questions but was not willing to give me any answers. They stated they had to reach out to the florist and would get back with me. The flowers did not come that day and they did not get a hold of me. I had to call back in and say they did not get there. They gave me 15 dollars off a future purchase, but we had missed the day. They did deliver flowers the following day. I will advise I had ordered very early in the day.

    The second delivery did get there on the day that I requested but I ordered the 2nd largest arrangement for my grandmother who is briefly in a care facility. This bouquet cost me between 75-80 dollars, and I will say for that price I am very disappointed in the arrangement. I will say grandmother was happy with it but considering the money I spent I feel like it was not a good purchase. I rarely order flowers but will advise I believe this will for sure be the last time that I do so without using a local florist. What should have been a pick me up ended up being a downer.     This is long & you can call me a Karen…but I am pissed!! My sister had hand surgery last week & I ordered her flowers. I’ve been using 1800Flowers for nearly two years and pay for their Celebrations Passport. I’m extremely disappointed with the amount of time I’ve spent talking to their agents over the past three days (Hannah, Eliza, and Mark) nearly 2 hours of combined conversations and my sister never received her delivery.

    I requested that Hannah issue a refund after the first delivery wasn’t made. She insisted on a replacement order with a completely different arrangement to be delivered the next day. The local florist said they attempted delivery but never did- my sister has cameras that would have indicated someone was at the door, plus she was home at time of said attempt! Then I spoke with Eliza who again wanted to “make it right” & offered an addition of chocolate to the delivery. I asked who the local florist was so I could reach out directly. She ignored my question. That delivery wasn’t even attempted.

    I spoke to Mark this evening after the third delivery wasn’t made. Once again asking for name of local florist- he told me he couldn’t disclose that. But he finally agreed to refund me. I also requested a partial refund on my Celebrations Passport fee. He told me no and ended the conversation. I have placed 15 orders since May 2023. They have now lost my business.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered in Green Bay Wi in March. They were left on the front steps in the middle of winter with freezing temps. If not for an unexpected visitor to stop at the home shortly after, the flowers would have froze. There was someone home at the time and the delivery was UPS. I was expecting a florist would deliver it. The flowers were not in a nice vase, just a cardboard box. Will never waste my money on this again. Call a florist directly and get what you paid for.

    Ordered flowers for a co-worker in Seattle WA for his mother's passing - 1st order never showed up, when tracking shipping, the flowers were coming FROM Florida heading TO Seattle and were stuck in Orlando for 2 days (Can ANYONE make sense of that?) - Upon calling, they offered $15 off next order, I said "no thanks, let's just cancel order".     I ordered chocolates, strawberries, and an extra-large bouquet of flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day. While there were no issues with the chocolates or strawberries, the flowers were absolutely terrible. I received a small bouquet of half-dead flowers. I reached out more than seven times, both through the chat-bot and directly to customer service. I even spoke with a supervisor who assured me that a replacement bouquet would be delivered that same day. However, the flowers never arrived. The disappointment this caused my wife was immense, not to mention that I had paid for something far more extravagant.

    The customer service team was both unhelpful and dishonest. Each time I spoke with someone, I was promised a replacement, yet it never came. After the final conversation with the supervisor, during which they again promised delivery, I realized they were just telling me what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone. They have no intention of correcting their mistake. I will never use this company again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.     We ordered a bouquet ten days in advance for an aunt's 90th birthday, On the day it was supposed to be delivered, it wasn't. Same for the next day... when we asked for a reimbursement, the company offered a $15 rebate on shipping. We spent over $90. Beware of 1-800-Flowers.
