    I ordered a spray for a funeral 5 days in advance. On the day of the funeral they notify me an hour before the funeral that the order is cancelled. No information other than please call us. They would not tell me the name of the local shop and the reason for the cancellation. Obviously I do not have time to seek alternatives. I will not ever do business with them until I see they have a proactive business system not a reactive one. They have soured the taste for them possibly forever.

    This is the second time I have ordered from 1-800Flowers. The first time the balloons were not delivered and i received a refund. This year the flowers and vase is missing and it was delivered to the wrong address 2 doors down from where i should have been delivered too. When I called they said they could schedule a new delivery for the flowers and then came back and said the flowers were no longer available which is crazy because the driver had the flowers on the front seat as my mother seen the flowers on the seat in his car when he pulled up and parked in front of her house. I reviewed the picture that was included on the site showing it was delivered and all i seen in the picture was a purple bag with the strawberry's and the card no flowers (see pictures below). Very disappointed for the second time. I will never use them again. Both orders were for Mother's day. Thanks 1-800 flowers for screwing up Mother's day for me twice!

    Recently, I utilized your company to send Mother’s Day flowers to my 96-year-old mother. Regrettably, the flowers arrived wilted and in a state of disrepair. I contacted customer service, who were kind and understanding, despite the fact that the delivery date had already passed Mother’s Day. I am deeply disappointed, embarrassed, and saddened by this experience. My confidence in this company has been severely shaken. It is concerning that profits appear to be prioritized over the quality of product. WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND AGAIN!

    Placed an online order at 1-800-Flowers.com for delivery of an orchard arrangement for mother’s day. Payment was processed and confirmation and order numbers received before logging off from site. I received an email confirming order. Subsequently, delivery was not completed. I contacted 1800-flowers customer service and then passed around from one representative to another. None who could find a record of my order. The last representative told me to file a claim with 1800-flowers. Instead, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and request for full refund. This is not my first poor quality service with 1800-flowers. I have experienced non delivery in the past as well as the delivered product not matching the online picture at time of order.

    1800flowers IS NOT A REPUTABLE company. False advertising stating "same day delivery". I ordered 2 separate gifts for 2 teachers to celebrate and acknowledge them during teacher appreciation week. I placed the order on May 4th. It is now May 7. I have had conversations with 3 different agents who give me the run around. There is no professionalism or accountability that's been had. Take your business to Edible Arrangements. They follow thru through & through

    I would give it no stars if I could. Ordered of the site and was to be delivered on 4/22. Was called and told they were out of stock and now delivery date is 4/28. They still didn't get it right as now the date is 4/29. All this time on the phone with customer service and no help offered. They claim to have attempted to get a local shop to do a same day delivery but apparently ever floral shop in town was out of stock of any can of arrangement. Their automated system reads the tracking number so fast, you have to listen 3 or 4 times to get it all. Worst customer service and product ever! Would not recommend even if they were giving the flowers for free. Never offered a refund. First and last time I used this service and would recommend no one with a required date use them. The customer service rep on the last call kept saying I understand it is our fault, what can I do to make it up. How about offer a refund or better yet deliver on what you sold.

    Last week, we ordered flowers through 1-800-Flowers.com. The first picture is what we ordered, the second picture is what we received. I understand about the colors being different, but the basket is not even half the size that should have been. On Friday, we reached out to the company and they were very apologetic. They promised to send replacement flowers on Monday. Guess what, on Monday, no flowers. We reached out to them again today and they are giving us the runaround saying that we need to speak to them again to get it "resolved". Why?? We thought it WAS resolved and we were very happy with the customer service. Well, you live and learn! Never ordering from them again and definitely do not recommend.

    Order was placed two weeks prior to the event. The order says “pending” the entire time. It was supposed to arrive yesterday. When it did not I called to see if I could fine out information for the local florist. I could not get through the AI but when I did the person had to transfer me. I was told that the computer cancelled my order and no person was able to look at it so they are sorry they will now refund my money. I was never notified of the cancellation, the order status online did not change to alert me to a problem and if I had not called I’m not sure I would have gotten a refund.

    I ordered flowers online on 4/16/26 to be delivered on 4/17/26 to my sister who works in a lawyer's office, which is in a row of buildings in a suite, not hard to find. I tracked the delivery, it said in transit. It was never delivered, I got an email saying:

    "Here's an update on your order: #######
    We attempted to deliver your gift, but we were unable to do so.
    We'll continue to attempt delivery until we're able to complete it, and will reach out to you if we need any additional information.
    Order #:

    Order Date: 4/16/2026"

    I called at about 6pm on 4/17/26 to ask why they were not delivered because my sister was there all day and was still there. YOU all said they were unable to find the place or she was not there. They said they would refund my fee and deliver it on Monday. They called my sister and apologized. I was not happy but agreed to redelivering on Monday. Soo, Monday comes, I call at about 10am to make sure the delivery was going to happen AND THEN WAS TOLD the delivery was NOT going to happen because they did not have the container I ordered. BUT FRIDAY IT WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY??? I am confused?? I told them to just refund me all my money and cancel the order.

    They offered to have FedEX deliver the correct container on Tuesday with a more expensive arrangement. I told them I just want my refund and if they wanted to send the flowers, then do that but I am done with 1800 flowers and will not ever be ordering from here again. NOW I got pictures from my sister with the arrangement and it is NOT THE CONTAINER I ordered or the balloon. but I guess since you all sent them and are refunding me my money it could be any container.  I am not happen with this whole situation. I Never got a call, I did get the email saying undeliverable. NEVER a call asking how to get to the site or never a call saying the site did not have the container I ordered, never a call to my sister asking where the suite was (it's really easy to find).

    1800Flowers - Winter Park Florida... Shame on you, your business, and the excuses you made for not fulfilling your orders or WORSE having the common courtesy to call your customers back and let them know you can't. RUN AWAY from this florist - find someone else that is trustworthy and cares because clearly, they do not. Yes, I even talk with their management and asked to speak to their owner.

    I recently ordered the fairy dog bouquet for my mom's 80th birthday. I send her a puppy bouquet once per year and up until this order they have been great. This order when delivered looked like a melted bowl of ice cream with two pieces of coal. I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement, however, they used the same shop which obviously does not know how to create this bouquet. While we had a good laugh and my mom had lots of flowers it just was not even remotely close to what I ordered. I won't be using 800 flowers anymore.

    I am in the process of filing against this business. They advertise the wrong products, charge you, and deliver something totally different and cheap. They don't refund your money, they don't even issue partial refund. And that happened to me twice, and also twice to one of my friends. Horrible, should be out of business.

    I had ordered roses for a friend's birthday. They wilted hours after arrival. I contacted 1-800-Flowers immediately. They responded quickly and replaced the order. The second delivery was also questionable, but trimming the stems underwater and a warm water bath for about 30 minutes, they revived and were quite pretty. One shouldn't have to work this much to make an arrangement look good.

    Total disappointment. Ordered three days prior never was delivered, they promise same day delivery, take your money but don’t deliver on time, would advise any other company but 1-800-Flowers.com. They really don’t care about the customer. Only the bottom line, if there is a problem don’t expect to talk to a live person, set aside a couple hours for an online chat with the same results!

    Do NOT use this company! The pictured flowers and basket on their website is a gross misrepresentation of what is delivered. On top of that ,customer service is awful and is AI. I could not Get a human being and got the runaround over a text string for 30 minutes. Frustrated, I finally hung up and want to warn to NOT waste your time with 1-800-Flowers. This company.

    Two weeks before my mom's funeral-I ordered an URN Funeral Arrangement from 1-800-flowers. It is made to encircle the URN on a table at the church altar. March 13th, the day of the funeral service it NEVER arrived at the church. I called 1-800-flowers, who were very nice-they tried to reach out to the local florist who was supposed to design and deliver them. They got no response from them. I asked for the local florist's name and contact information but was told "they could not tell me that". So instead, I have to write a complaint against 1-800-flowers. Our family will NOT ever use 1-800-flowers again. Sad to say but, they must contract with some not-so-good local florists who are representing them.  We have received our refund already of course. But I want others who might be going thru a heart-breaking time of loss- to know they can't count on 1-800-flowers.

    I ordered flowers for a family member’s Hospital stay and what arrived was nothing like what I ordered. We paid $78 for this. Contacted 1-800-Flowers and the “virtual assistant” said a new replacement bouquet would be sent. The new one was due to arrive 7 days later, and my family member was no longer in the hospital! I have spent the last several days trying to get the new bouquet rerouted to the correct address. All I ever get is AI/virtual assistant, long hold times on the phone and no return phone calls. Even tried calling the hospital to ask them to not accept the order. No guarantee they will do that. Super frustrating. We have used 1-800-Flowers for 15 years. Never had such a lousy experience like this. Too much reliance on AI! Absolutely no real customer service. Will not be using them again.

    Total SCAM- REQUESTING TOTAL REFUND FOR THE FLOWER SELECTION I CHOOSE. 800 florist deserves ZERO STAR .. I PAID $131 f higher price FOR Xl vase flower size plus small chocolate and they delivered total different cheap looking filled with greens .. This ToTAL SCAM.. NEVER AGAIN AND NEVER RECOMMENDED.

    Ordered birthday flowers to a business ... in advance - they did not arrive until after 5 pm, when businesses close. The whole point of ordering flowers in advance and for a birthday is they should arrive fairly early to the business. Horrible service and horrible customer service, with an AI bot and then 10 minutes to reach a rep.

    I delivered the roses on time. They were gorgeous on day one. On day two, they wilted bad. On day three, they were done. I’ve never had roses wilt that quickly. I paid a lot of money and did not get the value. I won’t use this company again.

    Paid for same day service but did not get same day service and no refund of extra money paid. Asked for partial service fee refund online and they acknowledged me to a point, then said to give them a couple of minutes to look over the order. They never came back online to acknowledge my complaint. Waited a half an hour online and no response. Never been treated so disrespectfully before by a flower company. I will never use them again.

    I ordered the Magnificent Roses for my wife for Valentine's Day. I placed the order on February 4th with the flowers to be delivered on the 13th. They did not arrive on the 13th, then the 14th came and no roses. An entire romantic plan was ruined because they could not deliver the gift on time. I ended up having to show my wife a picture of what her gift was because either 1-800 Flowers and/or FedEx were incompetent.

    Granted I understand this a busy time of year for both companies, however, that does not absolve them from making arrangement to meet the ensuing customer demand. The gift ended up arriving on the 16th, 3 days after its intended arrival date. When they arrived, they were in good condition, and pretty but by this time they seemed underwhelming. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in this entire experience and spent most of the evening apologizing. We made the most out of the situation, however. I WILL NEVER purchase anything from them again.

    My boyfriend was out of state, but wanted to send me two dozen roses for Valentine’s Day. They were supposed to arrive on the 13th. So that they could be delivered in a timely manner. However the First florist sent him a message saying that they tried to attempt delivery at my home at around 630 and this was untrue. My computer/office area is in the front, where I have a clear view of my front yard and also I have cameras that alert me. Please keep in mind. I had no idea I was getting them until Valentine’s Day actually arrived where I then had to be told by my boyfriend that he ordered flowers but he’s having a hard time with the delivery for some reason.

    This was proven in a screenshot along with the excuse that was untrue given by the florist. I called customer service three times and never received my flowers. They said that the next delivery date would be on Monday. I believe that when Valentine’s Day comes around all the florist want the money of people paying extra because it’s Valentine’s Day and not delivering flowers on time.

    I ordered flowers on 2-7-26 to be delivered Valentine’s Day….never delivered, I received a email confirming delivery. I contacted customer service was out on hold, representative confirmed delivery address and said they are on truck and will be delivered soon…they were not. I have a camera and alerts when someone comes to my door no alarm no alerts so no delivery and no porch pirates. Really put a damper on the day…greatly disappointed….company needs to do better.
