    Overall experience is really good, although when I track activity through the app it locks into only being able to track activity later, even if I close and reopen the app. The only way to be able to log food afterward is if I restart my phone.     To pay over $50.00 a month for a monthly pass is ridiculous! There is no way it should cost this much. You are NOT making this program accessible to everyone. When I first joined WW years ago it was $24.00 dollars a month. It is now double that!! My pay has not doubled and neither has anyone else's.

    I am happy with the app for the most part. The one thing that would make it better if we could put in the quantity of the food item instead of having to take the given. For example I eat healthy life bread. The point count is for 2 slices but I eat only one. This applies to other foods as well.

    I had been a Weight Watchers member when I was in high school and in early college. I learned tools from each experience. But this time, it’s different!     Buyer beware: if you attempt to cancel there is a $39.99 cancellation fee, so watch out! EVEN if you signed up for a free trial there is a cancellation fee. And trust me the customer service for cancelling is terrible. Very rude and condescending.

    When I came to WW in 2017 it was with the goal in mind to get healthy. It was time! My "Why?" was to be able to play with my grandchildren, enjoy my kids and travel and walk everywhere. My mindset was not the scale, but to eat mindfully healthy unprocessed food, with correct portions sizes and have an active, fun lifestyle. This is exactly what I have gained.

    Over the past two years, with studio meetings, my WW leader and the wonderful group I belong to, this has become a reality.     My normal meeting is in Sharon Ct on Monday - for memorial day I either had to skip or go to a different meeting. I guess I'm spoiled by Sharon being such an amazing place - so dissatisfied. No one even said hi except for the person checking in, the 5:30 meeting started at 5:38 and at 6 pm everyone was standing up to leave... maybe it was just the day... maybe I'm just used to how Cathy runs meetings but I know I'll only go to Cathy meetings from now on!

    I am a returning member to WW, and this is my third time signing up. Upon signing up, I discovered that the best coach at my local WW Center was let go. Christine (**?) in Santa Rosa was THE BEST motivation, and was unexpectedly dismissed due to budget cuts (from what I understand). She was with WW for over 10 -years (maybe even 20), and was unceremoniously dismissed! The other leaders there are adequate, and nice, but letting go of such an inspirational force has been a challenge to my success.

    A couple of weeks ago I decided to try another meeting location near my work, hoping for another "Christine", only to be told at the end of the meeting that this longtime group was being cancelled due to not meeting the 16 minimum weekly participants (there were 12 that night). Again, I'm being shown by WW, that loyalty to their long-term employees AND established long-term groups are not the priority, but the profits that they can make. Oprah is fine and all, but it's the people "on the ground" are the real warriors of WW, and you've made some POOR choices affecting several hundred people who depend on excellent support, not just adequate. Please redirect what you spend celebrity endorsements, on the real people involved. I'm sure Oprah will be fine.

    Another member and I attended the 6:00 pm meeting in Renton on Kent Kangley Road. 50+ min travel time, off work 4:45, arrived there 5:55. We’re 4th & 5th waiting to be weighed in. Personnel answering questions from someone about clothing, abdominal fat, etc. Personnel could see three waiting. I’m other end of line trying to catch her attention, never acknowledged. Meeting started, I asked if we could weigh in. Told we could just weigh in after. We all were unhappy personnel. Did ask other woman to step aside for a couple of min to get us through. Five of us finally weighed and disrupted mtg finding seats.

    So overall my experience at Burien so far has been awesome! Love Michael and the team there they have been so inspiring! I did experience one thing that bothered me- this week I had to go to another location because of the holiday - so my friend and I drove like the wind on Tuesday to go to an alternative location Kent. We arrived with about a minute to spare before meeting time. There was an existing line of three people waiting to weigh in. The person at the scale was talking to a potential new member and talking and talking.

    We cleared our throats trying to be unobtrusive to capture her attention she looked right at us and continued the conversation - all she had to to was say “I’m sorry - I have a line here - can I just weigh them in and then I can answer all your questions.” Instead she continued on till my friend stepped forward and asked, "Please can we get weighed in?" - Don’t know how long the folks in front of us had been waiting but the look on their faces said a while, but we almost didn’t stay for what was left of the meeting (at least half over) because we had to walk in front of everyone to sit down.

    As I was getting weighed in the person at the scale said we could have just gone in and sat down rather than interrupting the sale. A. I’m new and didn’t know that- why didn’t she pause her conversation and let us hanging out in line know that - I was just following the flow that I was told to do. B. If we had gone in without weighing the other couple wouldn’t have gotten their kudos for their weight loss - seems like a small thing but those pats on the back mean a lot as I’m sure you understand. I just think this could have been handled with better customer service and attitude.

    I have struggled with weight issues since my teens, starting with my doctor who advised me that my ideal weight (according to weight charts) was 110 lbs. So that was always my goal, and eventually, I reached it by eating 800 calories or less per day. Needless to say, I could not maintain that weight and be healthy. So, I continued to struggle into my 60's, with my weight gradually increasing to 180 lbs. Fast forward to November 2018, when my sister told me we were going on Weight Watchers. I had tried WWs many years ago, with limited success. Keeping track of food points was too involved. I was totally blown away by the new WWs program. I lost 13 lbs over 4 months and then plateaued at 167. I stopped following the program, but kept including zero point foods in my diet.

    For the past few months, I have bounced around between 170 and 167 lbs. I am ready to refocus and start the weight loss process again. I love that I can move into a maintenance plan without much effort or thought (just being mindful of zero point foods). I also love the bar code scanner that lets you check food points when you're shopping. I can't tell you the number of products I didn't buy because the points-to-serving ratio was just too high. The online WWs daily tracking program is also beneficial. I find if I only do those 3 things: 1. focus on zero point foods, 2. check bar codes while shopping and 3. track my daily food intake on WWs online, I do lose weight. I love the recipes that are shared via the Team WW emails. So much useful information! Over the past 40+ years, I have tried innumerable different diet plans, and the new WWs is head and shoulders above the others!

    Over the past year and a half, I have been committed to the WW freestyle plan and have lost over 60 lbs. I joined WW after having my second baby within two years and was 236.2 lbs.     This is an excellent program and I am so glad that I went back to it again. It is a lifestyle, but quite a bit has changed with Weight Watchers. I think that you get to eat quite a bit differently than I remember it. There are quite a few items that are now zero points, whereas before they counted. I am really enjoying my food more because I am eating more nutrientously than before. I am feeling a great deal better, as a matter of fact, I went to the doctor a couple of weeks ago. I lost weight, my blood work came back with excellent results, and I am much healthier than I was before. My clothes fit better and I have noticed that I lost a couple of inches around the middle.     I have been using the WW app since I joined WW two months ago. The app has been great. It's easy to use and really convenient since I am on the go every day. I have not had a positive experience with the WW Customer Service. I have emailed WW customer service, on two separate occasions, with questions I had regarding the weight charms, and I have not heard back from anyone. I have been emailing the email address listed on the website. I also called WW customer service and never got to speak to an actual person so my issue was never resolved. This has been the only frustrating aspect of my journey with WW.

    The account department is horrible! I cancelled my membership in the beginning of April and had an email to confirm it and come to find out they never cancelled it. Now they’re saying I stayed on for some free thing but just took money from my account. I didn’t stay on. I had cancelled my account in April due to financial issues. They bounced my account and were horrible at fixing the issue. Now I will never join again due to how they handled my account currently. My account was cancelled in the beginning of April with an email confirmation and yet they continue to take money out of my account stating that I clicked for free month and then pay after that. Why would I do that when I was canceling because of financial issues not for anything else. Wished I had kept my email but I didn’t think I would need it.

    Online Support - BAD. The person only read information that I already had! I’m not stupid - I had real questions but only got “canned” answers. Community - No one is talking. I mean REALLY talking. Only people posting pictures of how great they are. Look at me!! No one is talking about struggling, or frustration and IF they are - no one is responding.

    And WHY do I have to be within 10 points of my daily goal to be considered “healthy eating”? I’d have to add pizza at every meal to make that goal. How would that be healthy?? I feel like I am just thrown to the wind to figure this out. No help, no back-up, just “as long as you write it down - you’re fine!” Very disappointed and feel let down and left out.

    I have just recently rejoined WW. It surprised me at how much they have changed. There is a very strong emphasis on digital tools. This may be where the world is going, but in Lakeland, Florida, your population is not up with this method. I do not like using my phone for tracking or looking up foods. Without a printed list of the foods, it takes me twice the time to look them up on the computer and then, log them in. I am also disappointed that we do not receive many recipes during the workshop. It seems like ww wants the members to do all of the research.

    My wife decided WE needed to join Weight Watchers together. I am an over the road truck driver and eating “healthy” can be extremely hard sometimes.     I joined Weight Watchers a little over a month ago. I have attended a workshop each week but not always on the same day or with the same coach. I am especially pleased with the coach on Tuesday mornings at the 9:30 workshop in Oconomowoc, WI. She gives great information and tips, is energetic and fun and really gets the group to engage in conversation.     The 1st day was a disaster. I paid for my membership on-line, but the computer said that it had not been activated. After the meeting, I was on the phone with customer support for 2 hours; the issue was never resolved. I waited until 8:00 pm that evening and I contacted support again but this time via email. This woman sent me step by step instructions how to activate my membership. The end result, I was frustrated and exhausted. It should not be that difficult to join WW.

    I called and spoke to a rep and explained that I had been out of work and couldn’t afford the monthly $44.95 but I wanted to continue my membership with the digital and meetings at a discounted rate of like $89 for three months but was originally told that I couldn’t do that because I was a member. I thought that WW cared about the members but it came off to me that the only thing that they cared about was the almighty dollar. I was very upset. After all I was being honest and telling the company the truth which was difficult enough and was just asking for them to work with me. The first rep blatantly said no and then I spoke to another rep who took the time to listen and was able to work it out for me. That’s customer service but very upset with the company not caring about the members and their wellbeing.

    I do like to read members weight loss experiences but I find it unrealistic to show photos of losing close to 100 pounds with zero loose skin. Exercise cannot eliminate loose skin from that much weight!! If you started at 200 and send photos of half that weight with no loose skin you are not being realistic to other members.

    Staff speaker always cuts me off - I provided helpful tips about gyms in our area. The speaker down played LA Fitness and cut me off. Every week she does this about a business I mention. Switching meetings as a result. I don't feel welcome on Sundays anymore. I feel sorry for other members. I need to meet other coaches. Ones that are more open minded to LA Fitness. They do not compete with WW in no way at all. So I don't understand the problem. I hope other members do not have the same experience with this coach.

    My husband & I joined WW online program in the begging May 3 or 4. I used my credit card for both accounts. We created an account with their app and saw how the program really works. There is a lot of information you need to log in to track your points but also searching foods and drinks etc that for the both of us it took up way to much of our time out of our day that we felt instead of wasting our money or we should just cancel. I canceled our memberships the second maybe third day of using WW in the beginning of May. Both myself & my husband kept receiving emails that I decided to call to make double check That our memberships were canceled and I came to find out that my account was canceled but my husband's was not. Clearly their mistake.

    I called 1-890-651-600 and spoke to a Vanessa. From the beginning I had trouble understanding what she was saying due to her strong accent but I did not want to seem rude but as we discussed my memberships and the cancellation policy it was hard for me to understand and I spend more time having to have her repeat things over until I was able to make clear of what was being said.

    When I explained to Vanessa the error of not canceling both memberships she offered a free month. I declined. Vanessa ask me why I was canceling & when I explained my reason. She asked me repeatedly why as if my answer would change. I felt interrogated for my reason to the point my husband got so upset and grabbed the phone and raised his voice to say, "mam my gosh we just want to cancel!!!" She was not happy with our reason that I felt pressured to lie and give a different reason just to move on.

    I then asked her to please just cancel. I explained this was suppose to have been taken care of on May 7. When she started talking I believe she was explaining the memberships cancellation policy again I didn’t understand but I heard her mentioned something about my account until June I interrupted because again I could not understand the details that were being explained and I said what about June 6. Instead of pausing or saying did you have a question, did you need me to repeat that etc...etc... she decides to keep talking and talked over me. I had to really raise my voice to get her attention. I was so frustrated I said "mam can I please speak with a supervisor."

    She argued with me why I wanted to speak to a supervisor. She explained that the supervisor will tell me the same policy. I explained that I did not want to seem rude or mean and explained her accent was strong. She hesitated until she heard my husband screaming and cursing in the back. We then had to call 1-866-442-4810 which is another customer service number and spoke with John who was helpful and patient with my extremely upset husband. He did help us and assured us our memberships was canceled. I just feel we should have not been charged was for May service considering the fact we canceled during the 5 day grace period and they made the mistake of canceling only one account and as well as we did not use the service at all. Unfortunately I was not able to see if this program is effective and no matter what you will still be charged regardless of any cancellation.

    I was working on the requirements for my employer to cover $25 a paycheck towards my insurance premium. I was to complete one of three options, two of which were easy: a physical at my doctor's office or a class on good sleeping habits. With all the medications I was on, I could have chosen the physical and called it good. The third was a 3 month trial of Weight Watchers.

    I watched my mom struggle with her weight all my life, and not from lack of trying. Exercise, diets, nothing worked. I was her first born and never saw her healthy unless it was in old photos before she was pregnant with me. She developed diabetes and was on the Atkins diet only by necessity and had no weight loss. She finally lost 70 pounds by the time I was 21. The lap band surgery was what finally gave her what she'd wanted for two decades. It was stunning, but costly to her. It never taught her better habits that got her there, only forced her to eat much slower and much less at once. When the food inevitably got stuck above the band, it had to come back up. The constant acid up her throat damaged much of her vocal cords. My mom's singing voice was one of our family treasures. She was heartbroken at losing her ability.

    I was gifted with a similar talent. I struggled with my own weight gains. I was terrified that I would have to give up my own singing voice in order to reach my previous state of health. Back to seeing that WW option. For free. I remember my grandma tried it and did well. She was the only person I knew who had. If my employer was willing to waste their money for three months when nothing happened and still pay part of my premiums, I felt I had nothing to lose. I had built confidence in myself that didn't rely on how I physically looked. It couldn't hurt to try it.

    January 12th, 2018 I was 247 pounds. April 12th, I had lost 19.2 of them. That week my employer gave me an email thanking me for sticking with all three months. The same email informed me they were paying for the next nine months of my membership. I'd become convinced of the program's benefits a month before and was planning on paying it myself at the end of the three months. I was elated at this reward!

    May 3rd I reached 25 down. In September, we had the first anniversary of our wedding. I was 38 down. April 5th, 2019 I was under 200 pounds. I hadn't seen that for at least 7 years. My husband woke up thinking something happened when he heard me yelling that morning. A month later I reached 50 pounds down. My dog's bag of food weighs 50 pounds, and I struggle to carry it.

    My journey wasn't a total straight declining line. Whoever named them plateaus was a liar. Should have named them nauseous roller coasters. I've had FOUR of them... so far. At those times it boiled down to a waiting game and finding new ways to keep my physical confidence in myself high. I'm not ready to call it done. If I could choose an ultimate weight goal, mine would be 160 - the same as when I was 18. I don't have any baby weight to lose as I've never been pregnant. I'm only 35 pounds away as of May 19th. I've become a fan of my local thrift shop. I'll probably keep going there even after I no longer have clothes outgrowing me.

    I finally found the contact info for those amazing souls who offered me the first three months on them. I'm working on sending them a big thank you. My husband has been in love with me and my body years before I started. This month he picked me up for the first time. He grins every time his arms wrap tighter around me than before. I see my face in the mirror and have found a long lost friend. Most of all, my biggest non-scale victory: I can still sing.

I probably said I wanted to cancel at least 15 time. Finally, I threatened to report them to the BBB and then she said she would cancel me. I will check at the time the renewal date comes, but I am not confident that they really cancelled me. What a terrible business practice. I actually liked the app, but I will never do business with them again.

    I started on the freestyle plan at the end of March, and I am really loving the program! I have lost weight with weight watchers many times before, but have never reached goal. I gained the weight back and decided it was time to rejoin-again. I was very apprehensive about the new program--mainly because I really didn't want to learn a new system.     I've been using WW on and off since1980. I was most successful during the program then and again in 1987. Since then I've struggled but it could be a combination of life changes and program changes. In 1980 I went with my sister and it was more like a competition. I was also in high school. In 1987 I was getting married and I was having my dress made. Since I've moved into another State - not far but far enough that I did not have my friends and family nearby, I suffer from depression - then kids came along and the pounds packed on. I liked it better when I can check off on the list what I ate than seeing points going down each day. It is good to be able to eat anything but at times it is also dangerous. I prefer online now because the meetings do not seem personal anymore. Too many people, I liked the small close knit group that met in the church basements. I keep trying and maybe I will be successful again.

    I’m losing but slowly. I like Connect which gives me connections with other members and their experiences. I like the emails with information about foods such as zero points foods. But I don’t really understand how the WW program works. I don’t understand how I eat foods with calories & not gain weight.     My membership expired May 15th. However, I noticed on my bank statement that I was charged nearly $50 by Oprah Winfrey's Weight Watchers on that day! I called to find out why and they said it was in the terms of agreement on the app! I said, 'you mean the fine print' and the lady said, "it's not really fine"! Are you kidding me???     I signed up for a 6 month trial on January 2nd. By early February I decided that the program was not for me as I was only able to attend 2 meetings in January. I cancelled my membership on February 11th. I recently noticed that my credit card was still being charged $33/month. I called WW to request my money back and I was told that the chance to cancel and get my money back was within the 10 days after signing up. I think it's ridiculous that a program intended to be a "lifestyle change" only provides a 10 day window to determine if the program is right for you. How can anyone give the program an honest effort and decide within 10 days?! I think it's reprehensible that a large corporation continues to charge for products and services not being used and a 10 day "trial" period is despicable.

    I tired this program for a few months. I was hopeful, but I was struggling as a vegetarian with dairy intolerances to eat healthy. My doctor said I was not eating enough to sustain myself and I needed to stop. When I called hoping for help they just kept rereading me the terms and conditions page that said there was a large cancellation fee. I’m aware, but how can a program with their motto and intentions have no respect for those it does not work with?

    The program introduction promised an inexpensive and easy way to start. Once you are in the system you are not able to cancel right away even if you say that you don't like the program. It should be easy to cancel and just charge for a month trial or so. I am not sure why they are making it difficult to "try" the program and get out if you are not satisfied. They would have a lot more members otherwise.

    I tried to cancel my account in November yet they have of course upscale and said that, "How about we just suspend your account for 6 months, we will not charge you and we will notify you when the charge is up." Well, none of this ever happened. Just one day a charge appeared on my card statement. When I called to dispute it, they said I am not eligible for refund. UNBELIEVABLE. Not only they did not give me heads up, they went ahead and just go ahead and charged card on file. I am beyond upset. Never will I go back and work with this company again.

    I have been a member off and on since 2008. WW always saved me when I "fell off the wagon". When the freestyle program came out a few years ago I ate as many 0 point foods as possible and I gained! Apparently too much Greek Yogurt, beans, fish and fruit will cause a weight gain! My issue was always portion control and the new WW program was no longer a good fit for me. I feel your "eat all you want" commercials are deceptive! If your membership is dropping, maybe this is why. Please get rid of Freestyle and bring back Momentum which was the best one!

    Although they provide a great product, I had to cancel for financial reasons. I could hardly understand a representative. I was 1 to 2 days past the new mug because I did not think they would bill on a weekend. I could understand it if I was trying to cancel at the end of the month and asked for a credit, but I was not.     I had downloaded the app after receiving a link from a friend for one free month. In order to use this product for the free month I needed to enter my credit card information. After three days I stopped using the product. After 13 days I called to cancel and was told I would be charged $39.95 for cancel. When I explained that I did not like the product and was cancelling long before my free month had expired, I was told they are unable to not charge me. The representative actually told me it is "impossible" to not charge me, which I find hard to believe.

    I ended up spending 40 minutes on the phone with the representative who continued to put me on hold to try to find out if I could not be charged. I believe this is incredibly unreasonable as I had not even used the product for the duration of the free month. Additionally, I spent more time on the phone trying not to be charged $40 than actually using the product. Finally, I was told they have to charge me, but will refund me in 5 business days. This is incredibly ridiculous and awful customer service.

    I was given a voucher number for my free temporary monthly pass. The activation site wouldn't let me set up an account at first. When it finally did it asked for a charge card number. I did everything to that point and had to step away. When I came back it had timed out. Now it won't recognize the activation code or my username or password. I called customer service 5 times. The 1st two times I was on hold per the recording and after waiting 20 minutes transferred to a weather cancellation line. This has now happened 3 times over the course of 4 days.

    I finally made contact with a representative who said she couldn't help but would transfer my call to tech support, which promptly disconnected me. When I called back, the recording again told me to hold for a representative, which I again did. After waiting for several minutes I was again automatically transferred to the weather cancellation. I am so frustrated with this system that if it ever does go up I will cancel it before it has a chance to renew. Horrible frustrating system.

    I went to a different meeting today and the person at the Ballard community center, Emily, was so judgemental and rude. I would like to share what happened as I hope she doesn’t make anyone else feel so horrible. I have been so upset by her and feel extremely discouraged. She told me that because I usually weigh in the afternoon, next time I’m going to have a big set back, especially because I’m going on vacation, and the tone she uses is extremely judgemental and condescending.

    Then she lectured me for several minutes on the importance of tracking and how I can’t let guilt and shame keep me from tracking. Things that make sense but after she ridiculed me for coming to a morning meeting for weigh in, I couldn’t hear what she was saying (she also had a horrendous tone!) I have never felt so terrible about myself. WW is a place you go to feel good about yourself. I love my normal meeting time and regular group leaders. This woman needs to be reviewed. I know that she has made other people in my group feel bad about themselves as well.

    Today I attempted to cancel my WW subscription by phone as the website recommended. The WW employee who answered the phone (I will not list the name here, but have her name), was difficult to understand. After I gave her all of my information, I told her I wanted to cancel my subscription. She told me I would be charged a $39.00 fee. I am already a Life Member and have been for over 20 years. Your program is not set up for Life Members to use the website and program. I asked to speak to the supervisor there and she told me they were too busy with a high call volume. I asked to wait until she would be finished. I was put on hold. The attendant came back on line and told me the same thing, the supervisor was too busy with a high call volume. I will go ahead and cancel my credit card. I am very disappointed in the level of customer service and cannot speak positively about this experience to others.

    I've been a member of WW for a little over a month now and I love it! I do not have a lot of weight to lose overall, however I always try and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle.     When you sign up, you are automatically billed every month even after your service is completed. When you call to cancel, they continue to bill you and will not refund anything. One of the biggest things we learned is that we cannot use all of the points that are given to us and lose weight. I think it’s just way too much.     I think the plan for WW is great, and I am steadily losing weight and inches with the plan. But the biggest thing that sets WW apart from other weight loss plans, is the opportunity to go to workshops with other amazing people going through the program right along with you. The exchange of tips, tricks, experiences, encouragement, support, and accountability is priceless. The people I've met in my workshop have truly become a second family to me. Which brings me to the one negative experience I'm having; The time of my workshop keeps changing. When I started, we met at 6:00 PM on Tuesdays. Shortly after I started, they added a second workshop at 4PM.

    Recently the numbers of the early workshop dwindled, so they combined the two, and now it is held at 5:00 PM. The problem is, the majority of my dear friends from the 6:00PM workshop don't get off work until 5:00, making it impossible to get to our workshop anymore. I'm told that before I started, our workshop originally started at 5:45. I just wish that whoever makes such decisions would actually take into consideration the people who are attending.

    I have found Freestyle to be ineffective in weight loss. I lost all my weight on SmartPoints. Once Freestyle started I have stalled and have not lost any more weight. I am hoping 2020 brings changes that will more closely resemble SmartPoints again. Otherwise I will have to quit and find another way to lose the remainder of my weight.

    I am no weight bearing due to a car accident. I tried to cancel my membership last month only to be told I would be charged an early termination fee. I have been a WE member for over two years and numerous times before this. I am truly disappointed in your termination policy. How dare you tell me I have to pay an early termination fee for something that is beyond my control! It’s bad enough that I cannot walk and then to be told that I have to continue to pay for a membership or pay to have it terminated. Shame on you WW! I will definitely not return! You should treat your customers better!

    Don't bother using WW, they are not consumer friendly at all. I tried to cancel my membership in Dec after I got charged after having a 3 month promotion end. I had not used it for a while. I was offered 2 more free months and all I wanted to do was cancel. I did not use it and definitely did not need 2 more months. I declined but they said I took their offer then charged me 19.95 after the 2 month offer was up. I did not want their services anymore when I cancelled in Dec. They will NOT work with you. I asked for a supervisor, was told there was none available and to get me off the phone they told me one would call back. They never did. and PayPal sided with them, so be warned if you use PayPal - they will NOT have your back. I do not need a WW response as I am over fighting. Just want to warn any other consumer. I will never use WW or PayPal again.

    I am a long time WW member who selected online for a multitude of reasons. The set up was easy enough, and since I've done WW before, I was able to figure out the plan easily enough. There wasn't a lot of information to get started with, so it might have been tough if I was brand new. I gained weight my first week and was starving. Again, if I was a new member I would have quit. As a long-timer I knew that the process would work eventually. I don't fully understand why some foods are as high as they are, but I figure this will work eventually.

    I have been following WW for the past 3 weeks and it is working, I've lost 9 pounds. The best parts of the new program and what makes it work for me are all the options of "free food". I do wish there were a few more foods added to list that are good for you such as avocados and nuts. I limit my intake of these good for you foods due to the high number count. Other than that, I really like the plan. I would have given it 5 stars, but I have a couple of issues with the app.

    I love how the greeters are so cheerful and friendly with no judgments. They are willing to discuss questions and always encourage me. Our leader Julie is not only professional, but she is also fun and positive and knows how to acknowledge everyone who wants to speak. She recovers nicely from any errors and is always poised.     When I signed up for WW online I was so excited I could not wait for Tuesday for my first weigh in. When I got to the weigh in their computers were down and I was told it would be better if I came back another day. I was so upset, embarrassed, humiliated felt like everyone in the room was staring at me. I raced to my car and went back on my WW page and spoke to a coach and explained to her what had just happened and I wanted to cancel my subscription. I was asked did they asked me to stay for the meeting. No they didn't. We talked for awhile and I just want to say thank you to her, because I went back on Thursday morning and the trainer Cathy ** I think is her name. She is the best. She kept apologizing to me. Made me feel like I have been in her group forever.

    So far I have lost 10 pounds on the points. I love the tracking and the ability to scan while at grocery store and the recipes are great. I go to Gardens Inn and Banquet Center Winter haven FL 33880. Thursday at 8 am it has really helped me. I would have given it a minus 10 stars if I had to rate it on my first experience. And you know 1st experiences are everything. But I am given it all stars for my Thursday am class.

    I joined WW without a huge expectation of much because I've done different meal prepping and other crash diets, but this has seriously changed the game on a new healthy lifestyle.     You advertise all these "free" point foods. You should just say that they are mostly fruits and vegetables. If I had realized that I would never have joined. Your descriptions are confusing such as "a serving". What constitutes a serving? Some pizza slices are more points than others. Why not chose the one with the lowest number of points. A waste of my money.
