I received a call after visiting site. The salesperson was persistent in selling me a plan. I was told if I'm not satisfied I could return the food. What I wasn't told was that the frozen food wasn't. I tried a ten-day frozen order and it was awful. I called immediately and wanted to return it. After I voiced my complaint, I was told that I would receive a call the following Wednesday, after reviewing the conversation with the salesperson. I never received that call. I'm so disappointed in customer service. I was in sales and I always put my customer first. A call, even a disappointing response, would have been better than being ignored.

I loved the food and it was a great help in my weight loss. I'd absolutely try it again, BUT I cannot see paying the extra money so I can CHOOSE what I want. To me that is ridiculous and a sham way of making more money. If however that option would be bypassed I would order again

I purchased the 5 day weight loss kit from Walmart which I was super excited about! I completed my first day and decided to set up the advertised online VIP access. When I accessed online it told me I did not have VIP access and that I needed to call a counselor to give me access. When I called, I felt like I had interrupted this person from something of more importance. She was apparently very computer illiterate and kept telling me incorrect information and that I was the "problem"...ummm excuse me?? Is this how you speak to customers? Once she told me that I was the problem for the 3rd time I lost it! Not only have I been on software development teams, but I just have good ole common sense! What she was trying to explain didn't make sense to me so I asked questions. I guess it annoyed her that I had a voice and she threatened that she was going to terminate the call.

So first of all the food tastes like cardboard. I had ordered my package a few months ago but the expiration dates are still good for about 6 months. Today I took an oatmeal to work and noticed a small maggot in it! I took pictures and saved the package in case customer service would need it.. I just got off the phone with a very rude black woman who says since I cancelled my account I can no longer get a refund?!?! This is b.s!! The food has not expired and I get nothing!!!! I'm very angry! Plus they charge you $80 to cancel!!

I started Nutrisystem because I needed to lose weight. I wasn't more than about 25 lb too heavy (which I lost via Nutrisystem), but I originally thought that it either wasn't going to work, or I'd be starving. I never really ate that much, but I found that I'd typically eat when I didn't need to (or wasn't hungry). I thought that I WOULD be hungry, but I wasn't, therefore the program (for me) was very easy to stay on. I did cheat sometimes, when I went out to eat with family or friends, but what the heck, that's alright for me also. The program worked, and it was pretty easy. No one should complain. It WILL work, unless you have medical problems, in which case you should see a doctor anyway.

Decided to try for convenience. Some food good, some OK, some eehh. Didn't like all the ingredients and wanted to do something more natural. Called to cancel and notified I would be charged $102.00 to cancel after one month. So beware.

This diet plan is expensive for the average Joe (me) but it helped me to lose 20lbs. I felt so good & did so much work around my house, I ended up wearing out a pair of sneakers. And then some.

I have found Nutrisystem to be the only way I can really lose weight after menopause. It is also easier to make my meal and then one for my husband without spending too much time in the kitchen. I lose weight quickly which is motivating. I am very active for my age. I lost over 40 pounds mostly in 4 months. If you stick with it, you will get good results. Good luck!

Nutrisystem was a great way to kick start my weight loss & help me get used to eating smaller portions. After a few months I got a little bored with it but it definitely helped me lose a big chunk of weight. I decided to cancel & start working with a personal trainer so I could learn to shop for & create my own meals instead of just putting something in the microwave. I felt that I needed to improve my overall relationship with food...nutrisystem helped me get that push I needed but didn't help me learn to put things together & make healthier choices. I have been recommending you guys to all my friends that ask me how I lost so much weight!

I loved the taste of my meals and enjoyed losing 25 pounds in 3 months on the program.

Really liked the program and it worked well for me. My husband did the program with me so that made it a lot easier to manage - I didn't have to eat my food and cook something else for him. I've been on the program for about 7 weeks and have lost 16 lbs. I still have about 10 days left on the program so hopefully will reach the 20 lb. weight-loss goal I set. It seems like portion control and eating smaller amounts more often is the main thing I learned from the NutriSystem Program. I feel I can stick with this eating routine long-term. I also like the fact that I can eat as many non-starchy vegetables as I want to keep me satisfied and not hungry.

I found Nutrisystem extremely easy to follow and satisfying and I reached my goal with what seemed like little effort. I put a hold on my order for two months and after two months, still had plenty of food left over from my last order. I have, therefore, cancelled any further shipments and, hopefully, will be able to continue maintaining my current weight. If I start to slip, I will definitely be back in touch.

As a busy person, I don't take the time to pay attention to portion control. Nutrisystem took care of that for me and kept me from eating too much at a meal. The only problem was that I did not want the snack/deserts, yet had no choice to shut that off (I have been letting my kids eat them). However, I lost 30 lbs in right at 3 months.

I did lose the weight I needed to lose. The food was good, easy to prepare and there was so much! I didn't really have a serious weight problem. I just wanted to lose 10 pounds. I'm ready to try eating food on my own again so on August 12th, 2014 I canceled any further shipments. If, in the future I need to lose a few pounds, I would definitely consider nutrisystem once again! All of you were so helpful!

I started the Nutrisystem plan in January and am pleased to say that it has worked very well for me. It taught me all about portion control and proper combinations of foods which help to keep you full. Great way to get control of weight!

I love this company. It has allowed me to start my weight loss journey fast and easily. It is super easy, and I never have to cook anything except every once in a while. Everyone on the website is so friendly and helpful, so I always have a wonderful support system. The help line is always there too for anything, and literally anything. No matter how dumb you may feel. It's really dieting made easy.

The Fast Start program really got me going. It was easy to do and started a new habit, so when I finished it I began the regular Nutrisystem Program and was off and running. The weight came off slowly, but noticeably and I was very pleased with the results. I now eat better, making better choices and use portion control with entrees and snacks.

I enjoyed using this program for the ease of it. Aside from a few items, everything is sent to you for the month. It's easy to order, easy to use, and about ninety-eight percent of it can be done online. Perhaps the one improvement that could be made, would be allowing cancellations online. If that is already an option, I apologize, but I couldn't find the option, so I had to call. And while it was not difficult at all to cancel over the phone, I would of preferred the option to do it online. Thank you.

My husband and I both ordered a 28-day supply of Nutrisytem products at a little over $500.00. When we received notice that another shipment was to arrived, we panicked because we had decided not to reorder. The reason for not reordering is that we could not long stand the taste of the food. When my husband called to have the order cancelled, they said it was on the way and could not be cancelled. They were not friendly and said that we would have to refuse the food when it came and then wait to be get our money back.

Great way to stay in shape. Like any other diet, you have to stick to it and it will work. Once you get the initial weight off and the Holidays put a few pounds back on, you can get just one month and get it off again!! It also helped me keep my weight down while quitting smoking.

First of all, let me say that I have tried a number of diets. Sure I lost weight, but after going off for a while, I gained what I lost plus some extra back! After watching all of the commercials with the celebrities losing a lot of weight, I decided to research it myself. I Googled the Nutrisystem online and read a lot of the reviews and so forth. I finally decided, "I CAN DO THIS!!" So, I went back online, filled out the questionnaire and started to order what I wanted. During the ordering process, I ran into a snag, and it said "to chat with a customer service rep or give them a call." I called. I had a fellow by the name of Larry, option 7, ext **; he was just terrific in helping me to decide what foods and how many I should order.

I lost 12.5 lbs in 9 weeks. It was very easy and no stress for me. I was a little discouraged at first because scales were not moving, but I stuck with the program (thanks to encouraging counselors) and soon the weight began to evaporate. I have 8 more to go and am confident I will hit my goal soon.

I was happy with the program and the food. I should have contacted Nutrisystem support while I was on the program. As it turned out on a bad night, I called to cancel and the person who helped me was very short with me. I can tell you that just a couple of encouraging words and I would have continued. Going forward for your information - that final call actually could be a turn around moment for someone (like me) and maybe a coaching opportunity.

Lost 30 pounds. I enjoyed using your system for weight loss and recommend it to everyone as an easy and effective way to lose weight... The foods are tasty and your support staff is excellent. I wish you had a program for just lunch and dinner meals, because I would still use it if you did and lose even more weight.

This is an update to the Nutrisystem post I placed earlier in the week. Nutrisystem did come through as promised. They shipped a new 28 day shipment to replace the one that was infested with ants. I am pleased. I would also like to add the program really works. I've lost 21 pounds. And now I know for sure they are committed to good customer service.

I started with the Fast 5.... lost 3 pounds. Then going to the regular plan, I felt like I was eating all the time! Never ever hungry! Lost 22.6 pounds! Worked for me!

The first week was an immediate success for me and I instantly knew I made the right decision to do the Nutrisystem Program. I lost 5 pounds... and continue to lose weight throughout the program. Most of the meals were the same type of foods I was already eating and plenty to satisfy my palate.

I started Fast Five 8/1/14. I will start my first week 8/8/14. I have to use my wife's username to log in but everything is ok at this time.

Nutrisystem is an up and up company that provides meals for dieters. If you follow the program, you lose the weight. It's as simple as that. They are prompt with their meal deliveries to your door and make it so easy to lose and feel good about yourself. I would recommend the program to anyone.

I have used Nutrisystem for several years off and on. When I would gain a few pounds, I would do Nutrisystem and take it off. I feel the food is declining in quality and variety. The frozen foods are great especially the dinners. The frozen desserts are very lacking. Lots of foods I liked have been removed and some added that for my taste are horrible. The concept is great but we need some new products.

When I decided to lose 20 pounds & considered different diets, I was impressed with Marie Osmond's commercials. She was spot on! I followed the diet & exercise plan and on the 7th day, I had lost 5 pounds. At the end of 6 weeks I had lost 22 pounds & had more energy than I have had in years. I never felt hungry & seldom ate the desserts or snacks. I am normally a dessert person. The unanticipated bonuses are many for me. I had my annual physical this week and my physician has taken me off of blood pressure medication & cut my cholesterol medication in half. I have gone from a petite size 12 to back to size 8 after 10 years of slowing putting on the pounds. THANK YOU NUTRIsystem for making a diet that was so easy to follow and consultants that were so helpful!

I loved using nutrisystem! it was easy and the food was really great! there were only a couple of items i didn't really like and i just didn't order them the next time i ordered. it helped me lose the weight i wanted to fast and easy. it taught me portion control and i sure needed that. i could have what i wanted as long as i just ate that much and not what i thought was a portion and it filled me up! that really surprised me. i was rarely hungry and if i was i would just have a bit more vegetables and i would be fine. so much easier and more filling than other diets i have tried in the past. i would recommend this to anyone and everyone, as a matter of fact i did to a few of my friends and co-workers who asked. i hope they will try it out.

If one follows the program to the letter, one can lose the desired weight goal. I was on Nutrisystem for 4 months, and I lost my desired weight in the first month. The other months, I maintained my weight loss. The food that is offered is excellent. As anyone, I had to get used to portion control. Now, I can go out to eat and control my portions and still maintain the weight. This is a good and reasonable program.

The system works well, the food is very good for coming in boxes, and I was never hungry. Works as advertised.

I have never tried a weight loss system before. My sister recommended it and another couple I knew had just finished. I thought I would take a chance because all I had been doing for the last year was complaining about my weight gain. I needed 17 pounds gone but didn't have the time to think about it. Nutrisystem fit into my busy schedule perfectly! It really took the worry out of it for me. The plan was simple to understand, and I learned portion sizes. I thought I was doing something wrong because I was so satisfied day after day. Before I knew it, the day was thru and I had won. I'm down 12 1/2 pounds now and still going. Thank you.

Thank you Nutrisystem for helping me get control of my out of control eating habits and making wrong choices. I weighed 178 when I started and after two months have lost 12 pounds. I feel I have learned so much about making good choices, including raw and cooked vegetables and cutting back on sugar intake. Every morning I cut up 2-3 cups of raw vegetables (bell peppers, cucumber, zucchini squash and carrots) and nibble on them all day with a hot vegetable with my dinner; and putting out a pitcher with 6-8 glasses of water each morning has helped me with my water intake.

Nutrisystem really does work. It does take work, and a commitment from you, as well. Yes they have terrible food, but they also have excellent food. I lost 73 pounds, and dropped 8 pant sizes. I had to quit prematurely because I lost my job, and I did gain a little bit back (24 pounds) but now that I have a new job, I'm going back to it to finish losing the last 50 lbs. Yes, it works. Yes, I would recommend it to anyone who is ready to commit to getting their life back. It feels great! Trust me.

Nutrisystem provides a very good menu selection of tasty, good for you breakfast, lunch and dinner choices. A great plan for losing weight and creating a six meal a day regimen that for me was very effective. Cost effective program, with many online tools and tips. For me, a great program that has led me to mindful eating habits. Highly recommended.

I just ordered Nutrisystem and I have big hopes that I'm gonna lose weight and I was just going through the reviews here and everyone who didn't give it 5 stars have a problem with the price or the shipping cost! Or they're saying that the food isn't good! Well I don't really care how much I'm paying now because I want to lose the weight and I don't care about the taste as long as I'm losing weight, it's a diet food anyway!

Really would like one more month ONLY! They tell me I cannot have it. Lost 30 lbs late last year and early this year, then went traveling for 4 months (retired). Gained a few back and would like a tune up.

I called before my order was supposed to ship, updated the online information 2 days after when the info still appeared to be wrong (before ship), called over a week later, then again after it shipped a second time to the wrong address. It took over three weeks to get one order. Very very frustrating. Each occasion should be documented. No reason the address should have been wrong after that many corrections.

Marie Osmond was my idol as a teenager and when she was recommending NutriSystem on TV with such amazing results, I decided to give it a try. I ordered with the idea that I would learn portion control as well as lose weight. And I did! Both! I also learned that snacking mid-morning and mid-afternoon was a huge addition to my normal diet (only 3 squares). By incorporating the two snacks, something I'd NEVER done before, and applying the portion control (that first meal was a rude awakening), I was able to lose 20 pounds at an average of 1-2 pounds per week. I felt I took the weight off safely and that I know what to do to maintain my weight loss. I eat differently now, actually looking forward to meals full of vegetables. My husband and I now even split orders in restaurants and he has lost weight too, gaining back some of his mobility.

Nutrisystem has helped me get down to my weight goals several times; the most recent goal was this past spring/summer. At my age (73) weight does not come off easily, but Nutrisystem works! The menu has improved and the food was tastier. I actually looked forward to each mealtime. I would suggest that the protein drinks become part of the regular order (not an extra). If in the future I need help with my weight, I will not hesitate to enjoy Nutrisystem again.

This was not my first experience losing weight with NutriSystem. Twice I have lost 30 pounds, and it was so easy with this plan. I didn't have to think about what to eat, or take time to prepare it. It was convenient whether I was home, at work, or on vacation. There are some things I will carry forward with my healthy eating - like frequent protein, fruit & vegetables. It actually feels good to be a little hungry now! If/when I need help losing weight in the future, NS will be my first and only choice. Thank you for being available for me!

Nutrisystem is an absolutely a wonderful program. The program is healthy, and very easy to follow. I have never learned as much, on any other program, as I have about portion control, and what you need to eat for the right nutrition. I'm so happy that I made the decision to try Nutrisystem. Nutrisystem has worked for me because they have made it easy to lose weight with the meals that are provided. They are prepared quickly and they taste very good. I highly recommend anyone interested in losing weight to try the program and I am sure they will enjoy it. I have lost the weight that I desired to and feel much better. I even lowered my cholesterol significantly.

I started Nutrisystem to lose the last of my post baby weight right after I stopped breast feeding. Pros: 1.5 Months later I'm down 17 pounds, but more importantly, my clothes fit me well again. I wasn't hungry (which I was concerned about when I saw the serving sizes). I got to customize which meals I picked (I'm a picky eater, and they have online all of the ingredients listed before you order). On a scale of 1 (terrible) to 10 (very good), the meals averaged about a 6.5... There were a small number of 5s (fine... not great or good) that I didn't order with my second order, but the vast majority of meals were, TO MY PLEASANT SURPRISE, a 6, 7 or 8. Decent/good to actually yummy. Helped highlight that I can still eat good food, but smaller portions of good food, supplemented with smarter protein and lots of veggies is a doable healthy diet (and I mean not like "doing a diet" but regular mix of food consumed).

Nutrisystem helped me understand that portion control, exercise, and good nutrition are key to weight loss.

Nutrisystem is easy to follow. All of the food is really good. The snacks and desserts are really great. I got plenty of food to eat and lost weight. Although I met my weight loss goal, when I feel I need help to maintain my weight, I turn back to Nutrisystem to help me get back on track.

I am a senior citizen, and I just wanted to lose 15 pounds. I hate to count calories, and I don't want to be bothered with counting carbs, etc. My daughter had just lost 22 pounds on Nutrisystems, so I decided to give it a try. It was so, so easy. All I had to do was open a packet or box and eat. The food was delicious. I was never hungry. Nutrisystems made me be more conscious of portion sizes and eating more vegetables. It only took two months, and I achieved my goal. It couldn't have been more easy.

I did Nutrisystem for 3 months in addition to the fast 5 week. After that I went on my own using what I learned from Nutrisystem. I started my fast 5 week on 03/07/14. It's now 07/22/14 and I'm down 45 pounds. I still have more to go but I'm more than halfway there now. I'd encourage everyone to take the leap. Even if you can only afford it for 2 or 3 months. It's worth the cost to get healthier and learn how to eat and not starve yourself and still lose weight. Thanks, Nutrisystem.

Have been on the program 3 weeks. I needed to lose 15 pounds and have lost 8 pounds so far. I figured I needed to be on the program 2 months to drop my weight and I am right on track. I have been off program for 2 desserts, 2 dinners and 1 glass of wine. I spent the extra $55 per month to get the variety and the frozen foods. Lots of variety and have not had a meal, yet I couldn't eat - for the most part nice tasting food at worst okay. This is the first weight loss program I have been on that I have not gained even a half of pound since I started. Seems to be steady for a day or 2 or 3 and then lose a half of pound. Nutrisytem works. Other than the above 3 cheats, I have done exactly what they've recommended. You will be pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and I am rarely ever hungry. It's real important to spread out those meals, fillers, and desserts throughout the entire day as they recommend.

Nutrisystem works for my body. I have tried several other plans and without success. Nutrisystem is convenient and easy for my busy lifestyle. The food is surprisingly good and fills you up. On the average I have lost one pound a week and sometimes more. I am not a vegetable eater so I would probably lose more if I ate more of those which I do not. I do buy the shakes to start my day and I would recommend that everyone do so. They use to be part of the Nutrisystem program and not sure why it was taken off and put on as an extra to buy. I have just ordered my third month and have lost 11lbs in 8 weeks.... Wow I am happy and want to continue to lose another 10lbs.

First I lost 37 lbs but the side effects took several months after discontinuance of using the food to correct. From the very beginning my digestive system sounded like a freight train going through my house daily. Then I noticed my hair wasn't growing at its normal rate (which decreased each month to almost nothing). My skin scaled like a horny toad (remember them?) even 5 minutes after putting on lotion. I tried several different lotions thinking this was a problem living in a dry area. My nail cracked up on the side of my nail bed which finally ripped off causing bleeding and pain. I had always had strong nails... so this was a shock. I was constantly constipated even with drinking lots of water. I had severe reflux with the tomato products.

I did the Nutrisystem for 2 months. I didn't cheat, but followed the direction and lost 2 1/2 pounds. The only thing I didn't do was eat the dessert every night. Pretty expensive for just a little over 2 pounds in 2 months! I felt hungry all the time and ate so much broccoli with dinner just to have the feeling of being full. I drank so much water I felt like I was going to float away. I was so disappointed that it didn't work because I had such high hopes it would help.

I started Nurtisystem not for weight loss, but to help me manage my diabetes. Over the last few years the available diabetic menu changed and I had less options available to me that liked. So instead of continuing to purchase food I became board with, I decided it was time to discontinue with Nutrisystem.

My experience with Nutrisystem was very positive as I was able to lose 60+ lbs in 10 months. The program was easy to follow. I think I learned the most from the portion control aspect of the way the meals were presented. Some of the food was a little bland and I did enjoy the frozen entrees more than the shelf stable items. The value was good, especially if the online support resources are used.

I ordered Nutrisystem because while working 3 jobs and going to school I found myself with poor eating habits. I was eating out 2-3 times a day. So I thought it would be good to order prepackaged meals that I could take with me. Today is my second day on the program. Yesterday I choked down the breakfast and lunch (both of which had the texture and flavor of cardboard) and ate a home-cooked meal with my family for dinner. Today I had a muffin for breakfast that was so hard and dense I could not even rip it with my fingers. I had to use a knife to cut it up. Then I had broccoli and cheddar pilaf for lunch. It looked good, smelled good, but the rice tasted like little rolls of paper. I do not think they are using real food in these meals.

I am a member of the NS Nation Blogger Panel and received the program for free on two different occasions. It has been a really life-changing experience for me; as someone who has issues with my weight and healthy eating due to a stressful and chaotic schedule, not having to cook is a HUGE burden off. Having everything in place for me makes my goals achievable. It's changed everything, from the weight I have lost to how healthy I feel to how I think about and deal with food in all situations. The changes to my life remain whether I am in a situation where I am eating Nutrisystem food or not. Nutrisystem has given me the tools to get to where I want to be, and it makes my life so much easier just from a day-to-day standpoint of less shopping, less cooking, and less cleaning up dishes! It's one of the best things that's ever happened to me.

It all began while trying on dresses for our upcoming cruise. I came out of the store so depressed; feeling like a blimp. We saw Marie Osmond advertising Nutrisystem and my husband suggested (but standing at a safe distance) that I try it. I had thought it too expensive but since I would not be buying other food it actually worked out cheaper! The food is delicious, never felt hungry and the more I lost, the more energetic I felt to exercise. I use their workout video now too. So I now control my portions of food and am keeping the fat away. I look and feel younger, although still don't look quite like Marie, but we can't have everything, can we?

I just completed three months of Nutrisystem and it was great for me. What I love is that all the meals are pre-portioned and ready to go. I loved the convenience of it and everything was labeled clearly. All I had to add was snacks and veggies. The cost may seem like a lot upfront but if you break it down by meals it's actually pretty affordable. I learned portion control and tried meals I wouldn't normally have eaten. Oh and out of all the meals I tried, there was only two I was not too fond of. I also want to add that I have never dieted or tried a program like this before and I was thrilled to lose 11 pounds in three months.

I did well with your program but I had to go away for a few months and when I returned and called to start program again the price had increased so much that I could not afford to do it. Being that I was already a member you should at least let me continue with the plan I had. I was extremely disappointed with your policy.

I ordered the my plan, which also contained the fast five and free meals with the purchase of a one month plan. I started the program and began to feel strange. I tried eating it a few more days and got really sick. I called customer service and in their inquiry to the reason the plan isn't working I informed them that it makes me feel like I have had an alcoholic beverage in which I have a significant allergy. Their response was that their food contains sugar alcohol, a few meals do not contain this ingredient but for the most part they do. Therefore I have been sick since starting the program.. The food should be labeled that it contains alcohol. I am very disappointed in the product. Will never order again. Take if from me, if you have an ALLERGY TO ALCOHOL, you may want to try a different diet.

This was my second experience with Nutrisystem. I was on the 1500 Calorie program for 16 weeks and lost 26 pounds. It was exactly the headstart I needed and during the last four weeks started to transition into regular food replacements and kept the calories to 1500. I have kept up with water and regular exercise. I went from 237 lbs to 211 lbs. I am back to walking for 45 minutes and jogging which has had multiple benefits. Thank you Nutrisystem!

Nutrisystem says they give money back. I returned my goods and it's been well over 1 month since they received the product into their warehouse. The first time I called, they said it would take longer. The second time I called, they said they would issue a credit but it would take another 5 to 7 business days (aka 2 weeks). If I had not called and chased this, I'm sure I would NEVER have received credit. I'm still hoping they live up to their promise but until I see the money back on my credit card, I have my doubts. BAD customer service approaching a scam.

Nutrisystem refunded the additional charges for canceling auto delivery due to medical reasons. Thank you.

Thank you so much for the program and I am very satisfied by my results. I am 80 years old and let myself get overweight. I had used the program once before and decided to use it again...I met my goal of 50 pounds and am feeling good about it...Thank you...

I needed to lose weight and researched the various diets. I selected Nutrisystem and I'm so glad I did! I started the diet in April with the hope of losing 15 pounds. Before the end of June I reached my goal. I was shocked that I could eat such good food AND lose weight! The quality of the food is very good and it truly could not be easier. One of the best things Nutrisystem has done is to retrain me on what a correct portion size should be. The diet is amazing and it really works! I cannot sing its praises enough. God bless the person who came up with this diet.

My husband & I needed to lose some weight and decided to use Nutrisystem to do it. We followed the plan, which was easy because the food is good and with eating 5-6 times/day, we were never hungry. We kept active, and it came off even faster. I lost the 25 lbs I wanted to lose, and with the helpful Nutrisystem guidelines, we will be able to keep it off. It is worth every dime, and we both highly recommend Nutrisystem.

The product worked far beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this product, and I have recommended it to several friends and associates. It works. 100%!!! It works. I lost more weight than I was expecting and the secondary programs help keep it off. The pricing is perfect and so is the service and website.

My husband and I had each gained about 30 pounds over the past twenty years. That may not seem like many pounds for twenty years but if we continued at the same rate we would have gained 50 over 40 years. We knew we had to do something so we decided on Nutrisystem. We have very different eating habits. I am not a muncher and I am not a sweet/dessert eater; when I sit down to eat a meal I want a MEAL. I also travel for my job, which requires me to socialize with my clients. My husband is a grazer who munches all day and he is a picky eater.

Overall, the breakfasts, snacks, and dinners were good. The lunches, unless frozen, were not! The powdered items never cooked well, and the taste just wasn't there. With my second box, I decreased the number of powdered items significantly. For the price, the powdered items have not improved over the years (I got Nutrisystem a few years back).

My husband and I decided to use Nutrisystem, since we both needed to shed some pounds. I also was pretty sure that it was going to be a lot harder and possibly not successful for just one of us to start the plan, especially if it were I starting, and I still needed to prepare regular meals for him. We were intimidated, at first, with the portion size. But, honestly the food was really good and tasty.

And I feel like a MILLION. Lost the 65lbs in less than 6 months. How? The SYSTEM WORKS.. BUT, need to do it all... Weight in everyday for me and record and plan my meals everyday. Watched the progress daily. When you lose just 4 ounces a day, it pumps me up... PROGRESS!!!! Of course, I'm a Christian and had God right there with me. So number one, God's help. Also, food is ok, it's diet food. MUST have 1-2 hrs or good exercising daily. I golf. So I golfed or just practiced 1-2 hrs daily, also 10 min of 12lb weight lifting. Just a small routine. WA-LAAAA 65 BIG ones off... Feel great. If I can do it, anyone can.. Must want too or don't waste your time. Pray for good luck to anyone who will follow the Nutrisystem.

The portion control was key for me. Tasty food and correct portions combined to allow me to go from 302 to 202. I used Nutrisystem food to transition to regular food and still use the portion size from Nutrisystem. It was a very successful plan for me.

The food is vastly improved since I did the program some years ago. I especially like the program because I could pick my own selections. Now that I have reached my goal I wish I could purchase some particular items without being on the program.

This is the third time that I have tried Nutrisystem, and this time, I have attained my goal!! I absolutely did not like Nutrisystem the first two times and was hesitant to start it for a third. I used Nutrisystem for 10 weeks - even with my slip ups of not following the program with a few meals I lost a total of 14 pounds. After having 3 kids I lost all my pregnancy weight which was 60 lbs with exercise and dieting but I wanted to lose more and it seemed like I couldn’t. Nutrisystem gave me that opportunity to lose more with very little exercise - it just takes will power. The desserts are great. Some meal portions are small but add a salad and you'll be fine.

My weight went from 205 pounds on Jan 4th, 2014 to 169.5 pounds as of June 17th, 2014 by following the system. The food was good and their people are great and helpful. At present I intend to stay on the program for the next 90 days.

I was a recent widow, retired and still working. Life was not going the way I wanted it to. I ordered Nutrisystem for 2 months, and I am in the second month. I have lost 10lbs weight, and the portion control is good. But I have to say it feels like I've been eating out of a vending machine for a month. All the food is loaded with sugar - lots of candy bars and junk. There's MSG in the snacks, and I'm sure lots of GMO soy and corn in all the products. I'm looking forward to getting back to natural wholesome food again. I wonder if I've lost weight mainly because the food is so bad? I wouldn't do this again.

I am not pleased with the fact that I tried Nutrisystem for 1 month, did not like the food. I called today to cancel and was told because I did make 2 shipments that they were charging me $84.00. I never saw that when I signed up online. I do not appreciate being charged $84.00 for nothing. This to me is a scam as they tell you if you are not completely satisfied you can return the product at no charge on their ads. I would not recommend this product to anyone after that.

With waistline increasing and blood pressure rising, I knew I needed to control my eating habits and selected NutriSystem because it seemed like a simple way (no weighing ingredients, no calculating calories) to adjust my eating. I found the food surprisingly tasty. Really. And I was full enough that I usually did not eat the desserts (delicious cookies by the way). In 6 weeks, I lost 18 lbs. But best of all, blood pressure dropped from 155/110 to 130/85 and cholesterol dropped from 211 to 166. I have more energy. No more afternoon naps! And feel (and look) really good about myself. Have been spreading the word!

While the breakfast selection was great, the vegetarian lunch and dinner options were very limited. There weren't very many choices and there were several that I didn't like, so that limited my options even more. In the end, I couldn't eat the same five dinners for months so I cancelled my plan. Until there are as many vegetarian options as regular options, I won't be coming back.

I originally lost 25 lbs using NutriSystem in 2005. Since then I use it periodically, whenever I put on a few unexpected pounds. It's a great product and jump-started my metabolism when I was going through Menopause. Smokers take heart!!! You know the weight that smokers fear they'll gain when they quit?? They don't have to worry with NutriSystem. I just lost 10 lbs I put on when I retired!! For 57, I'm looking pretty good thanks to NutriSystem.

Total scam... In the fine print, user terms & agreement, it says you agree to have your credit card automatically charged every month for more food. I did not know about this and we got a food delivery and returned it that day. They charged me $309.99 and only refunded $219. When I called, they said because I did not get at least 2 months of food, there was a higher charge for the 1st month of food. The food itself is bland and tastes like paste. You can go to Walmart and buy noodles for $1 and get better taste with less salt...the salt content is outrageous. NOT a happy camper and will never get this again. What a ripoff.

The food, the advice, the assistance, was excellent. They thought of everything with regard to support.

I was very pleased with the Nutrisystem program. The food was good and the pre-portioned meals helped me learn about proper serving size. The food counselors were knowledgeable and very helpful. The blogs where you could get support from others on the program was invaluable. Nutrisystem teaches you how to eat in a healthier way and the importance of keeping track of what you eat so you can be successful after you go back to eating on your own.

The food was tasty. I felt full after each meal. I liked the choices. It was easy to follow.

Always love to get a kick start on my weight program and get back into shape after the holidays. I find it a great way to make myself get back into the proper eating mode so I can enjoy the summer. On June 13, 2013, I began my journey with NS. It was one of my grandson's birthday and choosing not to have birthday cake was part of the beginning. A dear friend of mine had seen the commercials many times and offered to pay for me to start the program. I discussed it with my husband and we made her a counter offer of paying for half of it and we would do the other half. That was the Basic plan.

I can't say enough about how pleased and impressed I am with the Nutrisystem program. As a man over 50, I had just about given up hope of getting back to my "fighting weight." I saw Dan Mareno's commercials and decided to try Nutrisystem. The "Fast Five" program kicked my weight loss off just as promised, then it was just a matter of sticking with the regular program. The food is delicious and conveniently packaged, and I am rarely hungry. I've changed my eating habits and hope to maintain the weight loss I've experienced -- more than 22 pounds as of today. NutriSystem was recommended to me by a friend who had great success on the plan. I was having trouble losing weight on my own and needed a structured regimen like NutriSystem. I have lost a total of 24 pounds in five months. True, it is a little pricey, but it really does work. It is simple to follow and does teach you portion control. It's the only program that has worked for me. I would honestly recommend it.

I started the program on 01/21/2014 and by 05/31/2014 had lost over 40 pounds and 6" of waistline. I stuck to the Nutrisystem meals about 75% of the time. Other times eating out I would usually not eat potatoes or bread. I generally had a small salad before dinner with no-fat dressing, and rarely ate the desserts. (I have a large stack of desserts left over.) I ate apples, oranges, cucumbers, or green peppers between meals. I now know how to control my food input, so I can go off the program and continue my efforts to lose another 20 pounds. Some meals are very good (all the chicken, stew, mac and cheese), most pretty good (pizzas, alfredo, all the bars) and a few really bad (black beans and rice, spicy anything). Good program - it works if a person pays attention.

I lost four pounds the first week. That was a great incentive to use the program. Without exercising, I lost two lbs the next four weeks. Most of the food I needed to eat was included in the program. The next four weeks, I lost one lb a week because there were holidays and dinners to go to.

The food is very good, just needed to be focused and goal oriented to achieve success, which I did. I returned second shipment because it was not needed, it was received by Nutrisystem on May 19th, 2014 & as of today, June 1st, 2014 I have not received refund. This will necessitate another phone talk. However, all personnel have been very pleasant.

Over the course of nine months last year, I lost 40 pounds and have maintained my weight loss. I found the food excellent especially the frozen food and yummy hamburgers. I also liked that I could pick what I wanted to eat for each meal. I never felt hungry. If I had one suggestion, I would like to be able to order occasionally now and it would be nice to not have to pay more for frozen foods. They are truly so much better.

I tried the products about 15 years ago and everything worked out great. Since with work, not being overly active and a taste for foods that just kept me heavy, I needed a change and had to drop some pounds, safely. I tried the products and got into a better eating pattern and got away from several things to take off the weight and just feel better about myself again. My legs feel better. My energy increased.

I used the product for several months. The food is very good, and filling. The pricing is fair. I highly recommend the product as you eat three square meals a day, and for men, two snack times. Weight loss will happen if the program is followed.

After following your instructions for one week, (a cup of this, a half cup of that) I am exactly .4 pounds more than when I started. All the entrees so far save one were bland, tasteless and in dire need of some kind of seasoning or herbage. A tiny pinch of salt will go a long way. The one exception was the Quesadilla Chicken soup which I can describe in one word "Vile". The Ginger Chicken had so much ginger in it, it was inedible. The egg burrito had so much pepper, that too was inedible. There is obviously NO quality control on the crap you send out. This is at best false advertising and at worst outright consumer fraud. I now seriously question the veracity of everyone of your spokespersons and a special "Shame on you" to Marie Osmond and Dan Marino. They could NOT have been eating the same food I had. They both know what good food should taste like. Should any of my friends who know I started your program ask how it is, I will not say a word but give them of one of your entrees and let them judge for themselves. Suffice to say, I will NOT be placing a new order.

I use Nutrisystem primarily because it is shelf stable. I have limited refrigerator space, a chaotic schedule, and budget constraints. As well, I have diabetes and it makes portion control easy. I'm satisfied with customer service. I became aware that my account was being debited a day before I was asking for my order to be shipped, which doesn't work because that's a day before I get paid. The person I spoke to, Rob, helped me resolve the situation in a courteous and efficient manner.

I started out with the Nutrisystem fast five. I liked the food and results so much, I decided to order more. There has been some I didn't like, but all in all this has been the best thing I could have done to lose those extra hundred pounds. It is a little pricey, but I say, it's worth it! Anyone looking to lose anywhere from a few pounds up to a hundred or more should be on Nutrisystem.

Your customer service representative, Dave, is the kind of guy companies wish they could "clone" over and over: knowledgeable, professional, great sense of humor. You can "hear" the smile in his voice as he works through the order process. I've never encountered a "bad" Nutrisystem representative, but Dave is truly and outstandingly GOOD at his job. I really liked Nutrisystem. I still have 45 days of food left, so not done yet. It really helped me stop overeating and helped me with portion control. I wish there was a little more variety. After a few months I got a little bored with the food choices. But generally I liked the food. I still have 15 pounds to lose but decided to make my own food to finish up.

I was hesitant to try Nutrisystem, but am glad I did! I was able to say goodbye to 42 pounds! They make it very easy to follow, but after I lost the weight was where my problems seeped back in. I thought I could do it on my own! I'm ready to get back in the saddle to rid myself of the 15 pounds I let creep back on. But I know that I can do it and stick to the plan and I'll get the support I need!

The system worked splendidly for me. I lost more than I wished for, but mostly it taught me how to change my eating habits to keep my weight off. I eat more now than I ever did before, mostly food I like, but cut out some harmful foods. Nutrisystem provided a clear and efficient weight loss system. It was easy to use and the ordering system was easy. After the first month, it was great to go onto the online site and select your favorite meals and customize your plan for me - a great benefit was educating me on correct eating habits and timing of my meals. Most importantly, it taught me to be aware of and manage portion size. I believe this was the greatest lesson I learned over the weeks I followed the system. The food was tasty also! I will continue to practice these good habits in the future.

A few months ago we looked at the website for Nutrisystem to see if it was an option for us. As many companies do, they require you to sign up and include an email address. We completed the sign up and after reviewing the information decided that the Nutrisystem was not for us. We received an unbelievable number of emails from them and opted to unsubscribe from their emails. Unsubscribe never worked. This went on for several weeks. A few weeks ago I contacted their customer service department regarding the emails and requested that they stop sending them. I also told them that their "unsolicited" option was not working obviously.

Great products, delivered on time, good flavor and good variety. My blood sugar leveled out, which stopped my migraine activity almost completely. No migraines, no shaky feeling from hunger-lost the weight I wanted and now am more aware of what triggers the migraines and also know how much food to eat to maintain my weight. For me Nutrisystem did what it said it would. Thank you.

I have tried several different types of diets. Nutrisystem is the only one that worked. No counting points, calories, food groups, that is done for you. All you have to do is add your favorite fruits and vegetables for success.

I absolutely had a good experience with this program. I lost from a size 18 to a size 14. I have lost 17 pounds so far and I plan to lose another 10 pounds. I believe that I will be able to continue to lose inches and weight. I exercise and I am so very careful about what I eat and I believe that this program helped me to achieve this. I also think that being able to buy foods without being on an auto ship will help me. I have told so many people about this program and I cannot find anything bad to say. It worked for me.

I had been on a previous diet plan, but had plateaued. I decided to try Nutrisystem & was surprised at how varied the meals were... including carbs which I didn't think I could have & still lose weight. I got to learn thru packaging, about the size of servings I should be eating and how often. AND - the importance of the variety in the meals. I was never hungry, or tired. I was encouraged to do more exercises, which I felt more like doing - helped my weight loss also. There is not much store food you need to purchase while on the weight losing time. Therefore, the cost of the food is comparable to buying your groceries and the generous discounts that are available help keep it within reason.

I will be seventy two years old in September. My doctor commissioned my daughter to help me lose weight. He said my weight was responsible for high glucose levels, high blood pressure and other things that were happening to me. My conversations with him was always, "I know what to do, but I am just not doing it." The reason was that I did not know how to do it. So when he spoke to my daughter, she immediately said, "I am going to start you with Nutrisystem because I have read through all the plans and this seems like the plan for you." She also was impressed by Janet Jackson who had lost weight using the plan.

Nutrisystem did exactly what it was supposed to do. I lost 45 pounds in five month and went from a very tight 38 waist jeans to a comfortable 34 waist. I learned to eat proper portion size and still not feel hungry throughout the day at all. As long as you stick to the system, you will lose weight.

My husband and I joined together and worked hard on this together. The 7 day-express was the only weight loss of more than one pound which has been the results every other week since for me. We have been participating up to 8 weeks now. We took the auto delivery cancellation fee of $84.00 yesterday, both of us. We have not gain any weight and the only positive take away from trying a program like this is that you learn that you don't need the quantity of food you may have been eating prior to the program. Chatting was not available when I had the time and was struggling, the customer service person (male) was very concerned that I was optioning out of the auto delivery and I could get another shipment and not loss money, not even concerned about my experience or success.

I have tried a few other popular diet plans over the years, only to give up in frustration due to the time and effort involved. I am a busy mom with a full time job, and I need as much simplicity as possible. I have been on Nutrisystem now for nine weeks. I wanted to lose eight pounds, and I've already lost 15! I figured I'll keep going and see if I can hit 20. It's so incredibly easy. There is no thinking, planning, preparing or shopping involved. Everything (pretty much) comes right to my door. It's not the best tasting food in the world, but it's good. I've gotten to know how to customize my order so I get the items I like best. I was hungry for the first week, but that ended by the second week. I had headaches for the second week, which I chalked up to withdrawal from the sugar/carbs. Then the headaches stopped. It was all smooth sailing from there. I even took a couple days off for special occasions and it didn't derail my efforts. In fact, I found myself getting full very quickly because I've adjusted to the portion control. I just can't stress enough how easy and effective this plan is.

In late March, I placed my first Nutrisystem order. The food was delivered a few days later, and because I had not specified what I wanted, they seemed to have sent me their "scraps" - stuff no one else was ordering. None of the frozen entrees or desserts you see on TV - just stuff to be stored on the shelf. In general, I thought the food was awful. Very highly processed and just not of a pleasing taste or texture. I quickly determined that the program was not for me.

I spent over a year having dental work done, a lot of it healing time and as it was nearing the finish I didn't want to begin eating recklessly and so I decided to go back on Nutri System which I had been on for seven months just prior to my dental work. It helps me regulate my eating habits by eating more vegetables, portion attentiveness, and a good balance of carbs and fats. I recommend NS for getting yourself back on track because it's easy to get caught up in eating out or grabbing unhealthy quick choices. NS helps me to remember that it's okay to be a little hungry today because it feels great tomorrow.

I used Nutrisystem thirty years ago and it worked well helping me lose the pounds I gained after having my children. I'm now at an age where losing is more difficult and my work schedule requires quick lunches. I am tired after work and don't want the extra chore of researching food choices. Nutrisystem food was there when I was hungry. It gave me time to adjust to smaller proportions and to think about my choices. I combined diet with exercise and it worked for me. I've lost 25 pounds.

To Nutrisystem's credit, when I complained about not being made aware of the penalty for early cancellation, they refunded my money. This made me happy, but I did have to complain first.

I've used Nutrisystem two different times. Both time I achieved my goal in three months. This system works better than any other system I've tried. I lost 30 lbs the first time. I only needed to lose 12 lbs the second time.

It seems with the price we are paying you could order your own food without the ADDITIONAL cost. The Chicken Alfredo Sauce is so gross that I will throw that away when I get it again!! I am not sure why they make it when they can actually send you some of the really good things, like Chicken Tortilla Soup, or the Black Beans and Rice. I am sure their cost can't be that different. Just can't get over the extra money to change a couple of things!!

I just cancelled my order after the first month. The food was not very good. When I cancelled the order, the representative informed me that I owed them basically another $100. The reason, I received a discounted rate when I signed up online. The representative told me that when I accepted the agreement, which is that long form that has an agree or disagree check box at the end, I checked off agree. Excuse me! Why was that not made more prevalent on the web page? I just had "A Gotcha Moment." I will never refer anyone to this product. It is too expensive and does not taste very good. Now, I am out another $100. Beware everyone!

I am a believer in Nutrisystem. If you follow the meal plan, and don't cheat, it works. It's as simple as that. It takes a week or so to adjust to 'what I call the 'portion control', but after that, it's all downhill. I would recommend that anyone trying it, get on a regular eating schedule. This is was my second go around with Nutrisystem and I had positive results both times. My only negative would be that last time, Schwan's provided the cold meals, and this time they're provided by someone else. They simply weren't as good. The new cold breakfast menu was great, but the dinners were not. They were runny. Mixed all together (veggies and main course), and some didn't even look or smell edible.

The program itself, during the weight-loss phase, is fabulous. There could be nothing easier than getting your big box of food for the month, everything planned out for you, portion sizes, no calorie counting... It is amazingly simple and it WORKS. The food is edible, some of it is actually very good, but I always said "We got fat eating food that tasted great". It stands to reason that we might get thin eating food that just tasted o.k. "My husband and I lost 60 lbs. each over the course of seven months on the program and we have been able to keep the weight off for nearly four years by continuing to visualize portion sizes, keeping our fiber intake high, making sure that we continue to include vegetables in our daily meals. It's been amazing, really. After 45 years of having a weight problem, I can honestly say that I no longer have a weight problem! My husband also.

Tried and did not like food and taste. Canceled it and was charge 92 bucks extra. This diet is for people who don't know how to diet. All dried food. Yuuuuuuuuck.

After 1 week on the Nutrisystem Plan with weekends off, I am very happy with the food I have tried thus far. I have not encountered anything that was inedible or out-dated, moldy, old, dry, etc. I would rate the various products I've tried from fair to very good. Don't get me wrong -- this is not gourmet food. However, it is nutritious and well balanced and has helped me to think of food as being a fuel for my body. There was a nice variety in the 4-week supply that I received and I like adding my own choice of fruits and vegetables to my daily menu. The breakfasts and lunches are all easy to pack and take to work and the dinners and desserts are quick and convenient for home. I have not been hungry on this plan, other than a couple of times when my schedule was disrupted and I had to eat later than usual. I had tried Nutrisystem a few years ago and it seems that the food has improved since then. This plan teaches you proper portion control and encourages eating smaller amounts of food several times a day. I believe this is a healthy and sensible weight loss plan and I would recommend it.

This food I paid for as being fresh was expired. Can you guess why my order was canceled? I ate a cinnamon roll and almost broke my tooth before I realized it was expired.

I was on Nutri-System off and on for about six months. It was so easy I couldn't believe it. The food was good, easy to fix and came right to my door with no shipping charges. It felt so good when my family and friends noticed how good I looked.

My family had 3 accounts with 3 separate orders. We were not big fans of the taste and quality of the food. We canceled after the first 2 months (to avoid the transfer fee if you don't at least order 2 months). When I canceled the third account the counselor offered me a smaller package, that way I would at least get something in my last order and not just pay the fee. I agreed and it was done. Today I get another shipment of food with another month's charge. I called and they said I had to call again to cancel it. Really? That is very poor customer service and now I have to pay to send it back to get a return. You would think with the over $1,000.00 for food that I have paid out to Nutrisystem they would have better customer service... Very disappointed...
