Did not lose weight (1 to 2 lbs in a month) and food products impacted my gastrointestinal system. When I called for support no one got back with me. I have discontinued the plan for my husband and myself.

Return within 14 days...because the food sucks. I thought I would be able to avoid grocery shopping and cooking so much with this system. NOPE. Food tasted like crap too. The candy bars for breakfast and lunch too, total joke. Not how I eat any way. Not for me. I get that. I've lost 13 pounds just eating right in the last 4 weeks...while waiting on my refund. What a joke. Just give me money back already. I sent your crappy food back.

Great tasting food, lots of choice and never hungry! Wonderfully effortless way to lose the extra pounds gained over the holidays. Packaged food in correct portions allows for easy quick eating that is nutritious and filling.

My husband & I have reached our goals, but wanted to be able to supplement our diet with Nutrisystem favorites. I think her name was Maggie, she was very nice and helpful. I also have spoken to Felicia in the past and wanted to say that she was a wonderful customer service person, but you never sent me a review form that time. Not only did we lose the weight very easily, but I lowered my cholesterol by 35 points, and avoided having to take a statin.

My chat line consultant stayed with me for 45 minutes and answered all of my questions. Made complex decisions simple by providing accurate information. Hoping that the outcome will be as successful as the sign-up.

I have tried Nutrisystem before and was very happy with the results. The food is surprisingly tasty. I hope to be able to get back on the program soon.

I order the Nutrisystem...... as seemed perfect. Did not want to think about what to eat, just grab and go. I did the fast 5..... but when I started the real program, found it took more than grab and go. I was not happy about the food, etc. Called and 1st person ended up hanging up on me! 2nd person was nice but said for $61 AND return the food I could cancel! I was told when I ordered it was money back guarantee AND they would even send me the box to return, etc, no cost to me! I simmered a while but hate being taken advantage of so called back. 3rd time was the charm, I was under the days to return, full refund (once they get the food back) no box to send me but they did send label to return at no cost to me... Now I am returning (once I get my $ back will feel better/satisfied) so it worked out. This system is probably good for certain people..... but not me!

I started Nutrisystem on January 13th. I need to lose about 50 lbs. I began with the Fast 5 and surpassed the 5.... I lost 5.6. After my 2nd week, I was down 8.2 lbs and I even went out to eat one night. I am not at all hungry; in fact, I feel like I eat too much food. Besides making the program dummy proof, Nutrisystem teaches you how to eat. I am beginning to have a new relationship with food. I have been on every diet, diet pill, and exercised until I dropped and I just kept gaining. I was worried that I may have a thyroid problem. I am so happy I took the step and ordered this program. Yes, it is a little pricy, but well worth it. I'm proud of myself and determined to win this battle! Thank you, Nutrisystem!

I decided to try Nutrisystem- they have a 14 day money-back guarantee so I thought why not? WRONG...Firstly they say- give us 14 days- which doesn't mean use for 14 days. Your 14 days start upon order date- so of course, I was outside of their 14 days. The portion size is extremely small- much smaller than SmartOnes nor is it near as tasty. Eating the food gave me extreme headaches- nothing needs to be refrigerated so the preservatives and chemicals that must be in the food is surely astronomic. You can practically taste how unhealthy it is.

Nutrisystem was great to work with on resolving my issue. They refunded my money and paid for their product rush to be returned. Thank you Nutrisystem.

My husband and I recently signed up for NS and just completed our Fast 5 week. We stuck to it perfectly. Did not lose 5 lbs. and I worked out 45 minutes a day. I plan to stick with it because we have another month worth of NS food to eat. So far the food is NOT good. In fact, I called this morning to return the pot pie and the fettuccine Alfredo. They are worse than hospital food! The sauce is not even close to desirable and smells awful. We called customer service and they were very nice and agreed to replace these meals. THANK YOU!

Nutrisystem charged my credit card without authorization and the LIED about doing it. When I called my bank, I found out that this company attempted to charge my card without authorization three times but the first two were rejected. When I called to resolve, the customer service rep was rude, ignorant, and hostile. This company will never see my business again. And the food is NASTY! STAY AWAY!!! Protect your credit card from companies like this. BEWARE CONSUMERS!

I tried NS for 1 week & lost a little less than a pound, but the food wasn't good. There was too much sodium. I drank a lot of water, but my fingers were still swollen in the mornings. The people on the message boards claimed that NS was lower in sodium, but I don't find that to be true. If you buy decent food & products, it is not lower. If you buy cheap junk food, it is lower. There are also a lot of additives to the foods. If the ingredient list contains names you can't pronounce, then I would stay away from foods like that. I like their website. It helps you organize your meals & calculates calories. I was within the 14 day trial period when I called to get a refund & they were accommodating. I would not recommend this simply because the food just doesn't taste or look appetizing. This picture is their turkey & stuffing! You decide.

Nutrisystems is a great program. I never felt hungry and lost weight. There is quite a variety of foods and yes, there are desserts. I was able to feed my sweet tooth so that I didn't feel deprived. I would highly recommend giving this program a try. You will be so pleased with the results.

I have used Nutrisystem on 4 different occasions, losing weight every time. The most important feature about the program that keeps me coming back is the ease of use. Prepackaged food that only takes 1 min to prepare allows me to use the program successfully at work (I only have 4 20-min breaks during my shift). The food tastes great! Only reason I have to get off of the program for a while is b/c I can't afford to stay on it on my budget. Wish it was more affordable.

I am pleased to have lost weight using the Nutrisystem. It is easy to do. Also, the people that I have talked to are very informative and great to deal with. I had a great experience. I did not give this a five star rating because some of the food is just OK, not great. But there was enough variety to choose from.

I was happy about the food tasting great and I was full. Price was fantastic. Delivery fast and efficient. It was easy to prepare and fast.

I ordered the monthly food - totally surprised it was in bowls which you add water to that I wouldn't even feed my pets. I called, talked to a great person, but bottom line, to improve your food you have to upgrade - with lots of additional money. I couldn't cancel or would be a 92.00 fee charged. Will try another month - on upgraded food. Very disappointed. Won't get scammed in again. Shame on you Nutrisystem.

I had a great experience with Nutrisystem. It was easy to get started on the program. I never had any issues with my orders, shipment and billing. When I decided to end the program the representative was very nice and didn't make it difficult for me to cancel. They left me feeling that I could and would want to come back in the future.

I was very skeptical about this program. My thinking was always that eating prepared meals doesn't really equal a lifestyle change. And what happens when you go off the food? You gain all the weight back, right? Also, eating box meals didn't seem healthy to me. But after reading reviews, I slowly began to change my mind - at least enough to try it. People talked in reviews about how Nutrisystem teaches you portion control, and the importance of eating several small meals through the day, so this diet actually DOES contain those lifestyle changes/lessons. AND I realized that it's not just the food they give you - you get to supplement with fresh veggies and fruit, yogurt, nuts, etc. That seemed a bit healthier.

I received my shipment of Nutrisystem which shipped on 1/9/14; today is 1/19. I'm not sure how long it takes to receive after shipment. Upon re-reading Terms and Conditions (and letters from other unhappy customers) it appears I'm "forced" into TWO shipments OR pay "a lot" to cancel, so I will receive my second shipment and THEN attempt to cancel. Upon reading other complaints, "cancelling" appears to be next to impossible.

I cannot rate my experience because I will not try Nutri System even though I want to. First, it is not gluten free, second, no talk of GMOs, 3rd, too much sugar, should be sugar free. This is not a good program for people who fall into the gluten free, non GMOs, sugar free lifestyle and NO MEAT!

I got onto their site and chatted with one of their people. After I got all the information including the cost if I decided to cancel before the end of the first two months. I was told it will be $30. I ordered my basic plan for men. The order arrived after 4 days, when I opened the box I saw that the kit was missing. I called customer support and the gentleman told me the kit will be sent to me. That was on Friday, the 10th of January. To be on the safe side, I emailed them about it on Sunday afternoon and got a reply that evening that my kit will be sent shortly. By Friday, the 17th, the kit hasn't arrived yet.

Easy to use meals which is helpful when you are in a time crunch. Counselors are helpful without being pushy. I enjoyed the menus section.

I learned that I do not need large amounts of food at each meal and that several small meals during the day really works well.

My husband is able to log into the site to log his food, weight, and measurements. I can go into his site, under my account, Manage my next auto-deliver order, select and order to review, check my name (family plan member), and choose my foods to order. But I can not log into the site under my name and password to log my information. I have spoken to customer services many times and they can not fix it. In the very beginning I could get on, and I was able to log my information. But now I can not. When I was able to get one, the 1 time it showed the info for 2009. This is frustrating.

I was diagnosed with Diabetes. I was over weight and like everyone struggled to stay with a Diet. I found Nutrisystem. With this system, I was able to enjoy many delicious foods including deserts and learn how to eat a balanced diet to lose weight and keep it off. Never felt hungry. I have lost 34 pounds and my numbers are very good. I am no longer diabetic and with the easy to understand guide book they give with the meal plan, you can really enjoy going out eating and NOT! feel guilty. I am very pleased with my results. NS taught me how to eat and completely revamped my perspective of portion control. The food was much better than I thought it would be. Good choices. Excellent customer support. The web site and mobile app needs serious work. It is cumbersome and difficult to navigate even for someone who is computer savvy. I have much more success using Fitness Pal (free) to log my daily intake and find the recipe builder and bar code scanning feature very very easy to use and extremely helpful. I can scan the bar code from an NSA meal and the nutrition info and calories are instantly logged into my meal selection. Exercise is easier to log and the option to add personal activities to the list of choices is simple. The bar code scanner is perfect when shopping for healthy foods. I suggest NS take a look at the site.

I placed an order due to the appealing 5lbs - 5days gimmick. However this does not apply to everyone ordering (specific plans eliminate this option). I was unaware until I got my package. When I received my order my age was wrong. I also noticed some items were high in sodium which when making the purchase, I selected the D plan due to family predisposition with diabetes and was told that the plan was to also watch sodium.

Nutrisystem takes the work out of getting back to health. I enjoyed the simple way of fixing food. The treats were the best I have ever eaten.

I have tried Nutrisystem before and loved it. This time I am having a hard time. I did lose 15 lbs with 10 lbs left to lose. But I had to quit because it has taken 4 months and got too expensive. So when I need to lose weight again, I will call on you. Thank you.

Guessing you know this, but it's become very difficult to sign up for the monthly shipments. Not sure if mine was an isolated case, but have tried four times to sign up and have failed each time. Suspect it's like Obamacare web site. It would not let me get around the "optional" shake offering (tip to others - if you click "No" buttons about 30 times you can get by it without buying the "optional"shakes), I'd enter my personal information three times and had it lost each time when I tried to go to the next screen, and finally last night I'd made it all the way through and clicked "Purchase" button and discovered that it didn't work and I'd have to start over.

I live alone so it was easy for me to just eat the food and drop the weight. I never got hungry and it was so easy since I didn't have to cook anything and had few pots and pans to wash.

I logged on to this site to look at the reviews for Nutrisystem. I was surprised that most of the negative reviews were from consumers who stated that they had trouble/bad experience when they needed to cancel. I used Nutrisystem with success years ago and had absolutely no problem when it came to ended my deliveries. I was very happy with the representative on the other end who was extremely helpful. I had no trouble with the contact number and feel that Nutrisystem gives their all for customer satisfaction. It's now time for me to get back on track. Like I said, it's been years and my fault for gaining my weight..... and I am pleased to be signing up in just a few days. Thank you Nutrisystem! And btw, the food is DELICIOUS!

When I started Nutrisystems I was 155 pounds, was sluggish and tired all the time. Within 3 months, I was down to 132 pounds and felt great! My goal was 125 and this month I made this goal. With this program, I have learned that it is important to eat 5-6 times a day and with the list vegetables and power foods, I was never hungry. I have more energy than I ever had and I intend to continue eating right to keep the body working like a machine.

My husband and I were very pleased with our results. It was important to us not to have to put much thought into planning our meals so using Nutrisystem gave us the head start we needed to lose the weight. Our only complaint is the monthly cost is more than we would want to pay long term because you also need to buy extra foods as filler but over short term, excellent choice of a plan.

I found Nutrisystem to be very helpful in teaching me how to eat. Not just in terms of portion sizes but also in what types of food to eat at what time of the day. The quality of the food for the most part was good to very good. The pieces of chicken that were included in meals were tasteless and at times hard. The chicken patty was quite the opposite as it was good. The only 'concern' I had was the amount of sodium. Although not exceptionally high, it was still too high in my opinion. The experience for me was a very good one and I thank you!

Overall, I think Nutrisystem is a good tool for weight loss. I encourage my patients to try it. Food is for the most part pretty good and the plan is easy to follow.

I was overweight to the point of having diabetes and sleep apnea. I tried all kinds of weight loss programs and none worked. So I tried your diabetic program. In about 2 years, I lost from 274 down to 200. My sleep apnea is no more and I am a diet controlled diabetic. It worked great for me and I am going to stay on it if I can't control my weight myself. I will try myself for about 4 months and see what happens.

I had 2 years struggling with my weight after I had my baby. My husband heard about Nutrisystem from his college and he commented to me when he came home. I said I want to start this tomorrow. Next day, I went online and I ordered my first 28 days of food. It was amazing how I started to look like myself again and immediately I started to be happier the first month. I thought it could not be possible but it is Nutrisystem save my life in some ways. I lost 21 pounds and now I look like I used to look before my pregnancy. Now I know how to eat, and small portions are part of my routine.

Everything was fine until last month and this. I no longer get notices of when shipment of my monthly supply is due or when it has been shipped. Correspondence of delivery has disappeared.

I managed to lose 75lbs over a 7-month period using Nutrisystem. The food although bland was overall good and all the additional tools on the website were very helpful. It was difficult to stop the auto billing. If the food was cheaper via a la carte, I would probably continue to buy some of it, but at the current prices, it's just cheaper to go to the grocery store and purchase something that works as well.

The program is too expensive for what you get. There is absolutely no reason to charge as much as you do for the food.

Using Nutrisystem Select weekends off was perfect for my lifestyle. During the week it was easy to keep on track. The frozen foods were very tasty. Then when the weekend came, I used the log book and eat what I wanted with friends and family but maintained portions and made better selections. I lost 30 pounds and so happy with Nutrisystem that I intend to go back just for maintenance.

Only weight loss program that worked for me. Started in June and ended the program in November with a total loss of 43lbs. Have since then lost 2 more lbs. It is going slower but still going. The program taught me portion control which was what I needed!

It would be good if there was a way to continue on some products at a greatly reduced price rather than only offering products on a per price basis, once weight loss is complete.

I started the Nutrisystem diet at the beginning of May 2013. As of November 26, 2013, I have dropped 44+ pounds. I have taken 6+ inches off of my waist, and shirt size has dropped from XL down to M or L depending on the cut of the shirt. No way I could have done that before. For me, this was a very easy system to be successful with. Don't get me wrong, there were days where I could have chewed off my own arm I was so hungry. But by sticking with the program, I ultimately have results. How did I overcome the hunger during those times? I did not, but I ate an apple or an orange or some choice that was a good choice. So if I were going to eat something extra, it wasn't going to hurt my progress. With the extra food, a big glass of water helps for the fuller feeling.

I lost 15 pounds on Nutrisystem from Jan. to April 2012... As of today to be honest, I gained back 10 lbs of it.... I wanted to go back on the program, but now I have been advised to lower my sodium intake and most of the foods on the plan have too much sodium... but it really is a great program and so easy to follow...

The results my wife and I have experienced have been excellent! So long as we followed the plan, we lost weight at healthy pace and have been able to track our progress easily.

Initially, I used the NutriSystem food for 5 months. During that time, I lost approximately 23 lbs. I was wearing initially a "tight" size 14. Now I am wearing a perfect fit to loose fit size 12. I signed up for 3 more months to lose maybe 10 or 15 more lbs. which is my ideal goal. But even now, my clothes look good on me and everyone has noticed and complimented me on how good I look. The food is good. Of course, I have favorites and not so favorites. But the total experience was greatly rewarding for me. Thank you NutriSystem!!!

I tried a lot of things, but nothing worked for me. Then I went with Nutrisystem. The food is excellent, except for 2 or 3 items. But you have a LOT of choices. Yes, you add fresh veggies and fruits, and there are "extras" to add. Makes for a complete and satisfying meal plan. I lost 57 pounds in about 6 months. So it's not a quick loss plan, but a good, healthful plan that I still follow and am staying right where I want to be. My mom would be happy that I eat a salad every day.

My wife and I are on the Auto-Delivery Plans and while the weight loss is working, Nutrisystem needs to work on its Customer Service and shipping practices. NS's auto delivery shipments are supposed to go out automatically every 28 days to conform with the 28-day diet plan. My auto delivery shipment, which should have gone out the 2nd now won't ship until at least the 5th, likely causing a break in our diet plans. We were doing so well. NS's first customer service rep promised me the shipment would leave on the 4th but it hasn't. Promise broken.

Five years ago, I was recovering from double hip replacement surgery. I had gained more than seventy pounds due to lack of movement. I started the Nutrisystem program and lost more than seventy-five pounds in less than six months. I started 2013 at 257... I am currently at 206.4. I've lost 51 pounds and 5 inches in my belt. I am off of Nutra System temporarily. I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer and will be having treatment, 5 days a week, starting in two weeks till April, so the say. But I hope to get back on the diet and lose another 26 pounds. At 5 foot 8 inches and 257 pounds, I was almost as big around as I was tall.

Lowered A1C from 7.7 to 5.8 and lost thirty pounds in twelve weeks. Have reduced meds and feeling great. I have no doubt that I can maintain these results.

I lost 50 lbs on Nutrisystem and used Nutrisystem food to help ease back into my own food while maintaining my weight loss. It was easier than other weight loss programs (tried them all) because decision making and portion control were out of my hands. My only difficulty is that I am allergic to milk so my food choices were somewhat limited. Otherwise, a great program. Highly recommend.

The program is great! As long as you stick to plan, you will definitely lose the weight. The tools that are needed are given to you 24/7 with the Nutrisystem site and any questions that need to be answered are on the forum. Starting from Newbies to the well experienced! Customer service is wonderful.

I used Nutrisystem this second time because I knew I would get results since I had used it about 8 years ago with good results. I like the fact that it is regimented because I can do that. I also like the fact that I don't have to worry about what I'm going to eat or cook for my husband because he is on his own when I do Nutrisystem. He has used it as well with good results. It all boils down to portion control and eating. More smaller meals. I do wish you had better coordination with jawbone UP and better ways to add other foods in my foods category like My Fitness Pal. I will be using that going forward.

I have used Nutrisystem twice. The first time, I lost 10 pounds, and the second time I lost a bit more than 20. I found the portion control aspect most helpful. The second-best thing about Nutrisystem is that the food is good. I particularly like the new frozen foods. Third, the food fills you up! I don't know if that's because of the glycemic index thing or lots of fiber, but I found that I didn't go hungry.

The weight loss products work. I was able to lose 18 pounds. I was averaging 5 pounds per month. I am happy with the results. Now my challenge is to keep it off in a smart eating way. The food was not as good as advertised. Some was good and delicious. The tomato based products were a bit too much for me. I could taste the preservatives. The tomato based foods were not at all to my liking. The Sloppy Joes were not good either. If I had to do it again, I would know what foods to totally eliminate from my choices. Other than that, the methods used for dieting work. That I am satisfied with the Nutrisystem weight loss plan.

Food is not bad. They used to have an excellent website where a Nutrisystem member could log on and navigate the website very easily, gathering information from other members and Nutrisystem dieticians/moderators. HOWEVER, they have recently changed their website and it is an utter mess! Not user friendly at all. Many, many complaints by users.

Only thing that ever worked for me. Lost 42 lbs. in 4 1/2 months. Food was good and taught me portion control! I thought I would not be able to handle cooking for my husband and not being able to eat it, but I was mentally determined to make this work and it did. I feel so much better about myself. Went down 2 dress sizes. I am very proud of myself. Hope to continue losing on my own.

My goal was to lose 25 pounds and I did not know how long it would take. After only two months I reached my goal. I did one more month with the "lunches and snacks only" plan and I lost another ten pounds! Nutrisystem worked for me!!!

Weight loss is a very hard thing to do! Nutrisystem takes the guessing out of meal planning and satisfies a grumbling stomach at the same time. I wanted to lose about 15 pounds and I did. It took me four months, but I got there. There is no miracle to losing weight. You are not going to lose 30 pounds in 30 days. But if you discipline yourself and stay with the diet you might lose 30 pounds in six months. Between the food and coaching, I was able to get where I needed to go.

Nutrisystem provided me with the tools and the food to jump-start my weight loss program. It taught me portion control and how to set goals and not to beat myself up when I was unable to meet my goals.

Easiest diet I have ever been on. I decided after the holidays last year would be the perfect time. I was a size 18 jeans and weighed 214 pounds. My husband and I both signed up for the Nutrisystem plan, both on auto pay. They claim to offer discounts for those who use auto-delivery. They WANT your credit card information! We both lost our desired weight in just under 2 months and called to cancel auto delivery. The website is designed so it is very difficult to find how to cancel the plan. Finally, I found a phone number for customer service. A rep explained we will be charged $92.99 for cancelling our program because we must receive TWO shipments BEFORE we can cancel! Try to find that on the website! Wouldn't you think you could cancel at any time??? Do not use auto delivery!

I am very happy with Nutrisystem as far as not having to decide what to eat. However, I did not lose any weight. I am also pleased with delivery.

My experience with Nutrisystem was so positive! It is literally one the easiest things I have ever done and taking weight off was so simple. Most of the food is very enjoyable and you can get creative with some of it and still stay in the guidelines to losing weight... Am very pleased with Nutrisytem and know you will have positive results. Plan on using it in the future!

When working out 5 days a week was not producing the results I was expecting, I turned to the Nutrisystem program. Within the first 3 weeks I felt and saw a dramatic change. I had more energy for my workouts. My weight loss was balanced and within 3 months I reached my goal of 30lbs. The food is great. Their customer service is encouraging, helpful and just simply fantastic. I definitely recommend Nutrisystem!

Nutrisystem really worked for me. I lost over fifty pounds in six months. The program is easy to follow. Portion size has been an issue for me. The program teaches you portion control, the right proportions of protein, carbs and vegetables. It is convenient as delivery is to your home. I never felt deprived as I was able to select food that appealed to me. Would recommend expanding the list of grocery items available in the tracker and adding a food label scanner.

Both my husband and I did it together and kept each other motivated. I stopped Nutrisystems 10 pounds from my target goal. If I took nothing else from this experience, it is portion control. My husband and I were many times over the portion size. Now we are both conscious of what we put on our plate and what we eat. I cannot thank Nutrisystems enough for that lesson. I have used the Nutrisystem program, successfully, several times over many years. It is dependably consistent when adhering to the plan process and recommendations. It is designed to transition the body from higher caloric intake to a reduced and sustained balance of calories, nutrients and essentials based on your body's goal and plan. My budget limits my purchase to two consecutive months of the "plan" at one time. I lose 15 to 20 pounds the first month, and 10 to 15 pounds the second. Even when the products are expended, utilizing the "lifestyle change" of controlling carbohydrates and portions - along with the daily increase of fresh vegetables, I, at minimum, maintain the weight loss within a few pounds, just as long as circumstances are conducive (and my will power remains strong). If they falter, then it's time to renew the Nutrisystem Plan for another couple of months...

Your system worked very well for me. Phone counselors were a big help when I needed them. I'm not very good with computer interaction and so I appreciated the human voice on the phone. The foods were reasonably tasty and the ideas for adding spices and herbs to boost the flavors were helpful. More frozen foods should be available because they are much better than the others. There is no option to purchase just breakfasts and desserts which I would have done if it was available. Good info, good counselors, and pretty good food made it an easy diet to follow and to succeed. Thank you. I will be back if needed

I have used Nutrisystem 3 times over the past 25 years. It works for me because it is all pre-packaged which helps with portion control. As I am on Nutrisystem I learn how much I am suppose to be eating which helps me maintain my weight after I reach my goal. Thank you Nutrisystem!

The regular package is all boxed or canned foods. Who eats like that? Anything with canned meat was so distasteful. The good stuff was the bars. I would never order again.

Nutrisystem is a great system for people who need to learn portion control and have no true time to cook a full meal. I truly do recommend it to anyone who is willing to try it. Initially I had issues with the customer service after cancelling because I felt I didn't need the program but I was contacted within an hour by another customer service agent who resolved the issue with no problems.

Nutrisystem has taught me how to eat and what to eat. The portion control is the first lesson and then you learn what you can eat in different combinations. Most of all it's made losing weight easy because all I have to do is follow the program. It also keeps you from missing meals and then going overboard on the wrong foods at mealtime.

I don't Nutrisystem is for everyone. It's a good place to start; however, the meals all seem to taste the same. So, what it does do, is help you learn to be conscious of 1) what you eat, and 2) more importantly, portion control. It also eliminates having to think about food since the meals are prepackaged and very little thinking is required. The system operates on three identified meals and snacks. While the portion sizes are smaller than regular meals, it is also designed to keep you from feeling hungry between meals.

Nutrisystem is the best diet ever. It is so easy to follow. The food is very good and the choices are many. I have always been very successful following this diet. There is always someone there to answer any questions one might have. I would recommend this diet to anyone who would ask. Should I need it again I would not hesitate to get more food.

After years of trying every fad diet known to mankind, I decided to give Nutrisystem a try. I was obese for the last 20 years and knew that if I didn't find a weight loss solution, I might not see 20 more. What worked for me: Immediate results - I saw progress within a few days. Great food selection - the plan I used gave me more than enough food choices. Ability to change it up - with my working hours I don't have a regular eating routine. This diet gave me the latitude to modify what I ate and when I ate it as long as I followed the daily plan. Great customer service and phone support - questions I had were always answered by a real person that seemed to actually care about me. Online support - I'm not a Facebook user but I found Nutrisystem's website full of great information. Things like weight tracking, setting personal goals, reading about other people's struggles with weight loss, seeing progress pictures, making and receiving comments and feedback from others all helped me tremendously. Diet Tracker - the cellphone app and food intake daily progress book helped quite a bit.

I set a goal of losing 70 pounds on Nutrisystem. The variety of meals, snacks and desserts made it less of a chore. I will admit that I also began with an exercise program to supplement my efforts. After 3 months of Nutrisystem, I lost 60 pounds! Because the system also taught me "how" to eat and control my urges, after one month off Nutrisystem, I have lost another 10 pounds. I have now adjusted my goal to lose an additional 15 and know I will achieve it. The only issue I had was, living in Arizona, the chocolate products I received tended to be melted because they were not protected from the heat. However, Nutrisystem Works!

I ordered Nutrisystem because I thought it would be a quick, mindless way to lose weight. I received the first order and most of the food was horrible. I did like the convenience. I also did like some of the food items. When I called the company back they said I could customize my order for an additional $79. I upgraded and ordered my food. When I received the order there were so many substitutions of all the food I did not like. The 1 item I upgraded for (frozen chicken breast) was not a 1 in the package. Just try to deal with customer service there. They are closed on Sat and Sun. Really? Isn't this when clients can deal with this stuff? When I finally got customer service they just jerked me around. Couldn't tell me how much refund I would get. Can’t return frozen food except for what I didn't order. Who remembers what I originally ordered. I can’t retrieve the list and...neither can they. Stay far away from this company. Food is not good, service is worst. I have also reported them to the BBB.

Nutrisystem made it super easy to jump start my weight loss goal. I have not been hungry and have had loads of energy to be able to exercise on top of eating right. I have met my 20 pound goal and couldn't be happier! Thanks, Nutrisystem!!!

This program was a life changer! I've done it 2 different times, both times after I've my kids and it helped me to lose 30-40 pounds each time! People ask me how I lost the weight or "did you really just have a baby?" And it's just a wonderful feeling. I'm very happy with my results with Nutrisystem, not only did I lose the weight I wanted, but I learned how to eat, add water into my diet and vegetables which it was something I didn't do before Nutrisystem. The food is delicious. You don't think that you're actually eating to lose weight and you don't starve. I have a sweet tooth and with Nutrisystem I was still able to satisfied my craving for sweets. I learned that PORTION is a big factor in losing weight, thanks to Nutrisystem. I would definitely recommend Nutrisystem.

I'm very pleased with the Nutrisystem Program. It worked for me actually better than they said it would. I lost 40 pounds in 4 months. You can believe what they say about themselves. The food is excellent as well.

Had all but given up on trying to diet on my own. Just couldn't quite get the hang of it so I tried Nutrisystem after seeing a close friend's success. Although the program is expensive, it was worth it. 9 months and 35 pounds gone. I've gone from 187 to 149 and from a size 16 to a size 10. I feel good! Put on a few pounds after over a 1.5 years of keeping it off, nothing major, just 6 pounds. I thought I'd try this program again and after one month, I've only dropped 2 pounds. Maybe the ship has sailed for me in regards to this program but I certainly can't complain about my results. I would recommend this program but also tell everyone to make sure you drink a lot of water with it as there is a higher sodium content than what I was used to. Trial and error made me realize what products I liked and what ones I didn't but in general, most items are fairly good. Nothing fancy but good for me as I wasn't about to start counting points or anything like that. Grab it and go!

I have enjoyed and learned from my time with Nutrisystem. I have lost the weight I wanted to and most importantly adjusted my portion control. A side benefit has been eating better foods. My veggie intake has taken a significant increase!

I tried Nutrisystem when I wanted to lose 20#. I was disappointed to see how high the sodium content was in each item. I normally eat fairly healthy and exercise but could not seem to take off last few pounds. Even though I did learn portion control, I would not recommend spending the money for just that lesson. I feel there are better affordable programs out there. Even though I did knock off 10# over 2 months time, I fought swelling in my hands from the extra sodium intake. Overall, the food tasted fair and I did notice the saltiness of the food items. The breakfast items also caused extra bloating and gas build up.

I lost the weight I wanted to lose and in about the time I wanted to lose it. The food delivery was prompt and packaged very nicely and organized. The biggest plus was walking away from the program with a better understanding of my day to day diet. I'm more aware of portion size. I developed a routine and made better food choices at home AND eating out. The biggest drawback was that I did not care for almost all the food. The lunch and dinner tray style foods all tasted the same. The pastries were ok. The cereals were good. There were a few soups and chiles and the flame broiled burgers that I really liked. I love all foods and I can eat almost anything, except liver, but I had a difficult time eating most of the meals in my plan. Though I did almost reach my goal weight and I will reach it soon on my own, ultimately the food is what made me cancel my membership in the program. Improve on that and the program as a whole will be better.

I bought the 5-day trial version of Nutrisystem and really glad I did before buying a month's supply or two months' supply of food. It is absolutely awful and you can duplicate this yourself if you really want to with good food. I got sick on two items so far - Chicken Alfredo and the Pizza.... OMG, it was running to the bathroom for hours and then gas so bad I had to leave the room. I don't know why this product is on the market.... Why has the CPSC not warned people about this diet, full of preservatives, etc? You can duplicate it healthily on your own, if you look. It is making people sick. Is this what you want? And if you think this is good food, I feel sorry for anyone who does because it is not.

I did Nutrisystem for about a month and decided it wasn't for me. I thought it was way overpriced and the food was very bland and had absolutely no flavor. To make matters worse, when I tried canceling my order, I was still charged the full amount of the order along with the cancellation fee. When I called to get my money back, I was informed that the order had already shipped. The problem with that is that it was shipped to an address I no longer lived in and I had no control over what happened to the package once delivered to that address. Customer service basically told me that I'm not getting my money back until the box was shipped back! Again, I had no idea it was even shipped/delivered and I have no control over what the new residents do with my Nutrisystem box. Overall, I have had a very bad experience with this company and wouldn't recommend them unless you like getting ripped off!

I really recommend this program. It worked for me. I lost 50 pounds. Also it help me how to eat healthier. Now I watch my portions and the kind of food I eat. Very good program.

I really enjoy Nutrisystem. I have used it three times in life: once before my wedding to look my best on the big day; the second time, after having my baby; and this last time, trying to get back in shape as I approach turning 40. I would recommend Nutrisystem to others for sure!

I was initially very excited to start Nutrisystem. The commercials made the food look very good, but most of it was hardly edible. I realized it wouldn't be a meal from a 5 star restaurant but it was definitely much "nastier" than I thought it would be. I did not see much weight loss even though I stuck to the program for quite a while. I also started to get stomach cramps and experienced diarrhea. Aside from the product itself, trying to cancel the order was a nightmare! I called to cancel and was told that my next order had already been processed a week earlier than it was supposed to be, so I was told I could not cancel at that time and I was charged for that.

This program works if you follow it as described! We also use it to maintain our weight now that we've achieved our goal. I do wish the customizing ability wasn't so expensive.

It was very convenient to have my meals ready to go and portioned for me. I didn't have to decide what to prepare or how much - Just grab and go!

I am able to understand everybody has different experience with the Nutrisystem program. In my case, your food caused me to have huge amounts of gas in my intestines. And super stinky gas at that! I had intestinal cramping that hurt real bad. I tried to change my start date as I still had food left in the fridge. After several attempts, the web page would not take my new start date. I tried to change my second delivery date because I got started two weeks late. That didn't work either. I tried e-mail.... got no response.

The food variety is wonderful. The taste of the food is delightful. I never felt deprived or hungry. I bought 30 days worth of food, which included FREE shipping and made my goal within 4 weeks.

I used this product for three months and followed the guidelines supplied by the company as far as what to add in to their meal plan. The results were amazing. Before I started I weighed in at my doctor's office at 275 lbs. After 10 weeks with no exercise I weighed in at 234 lbs. I have 21 days left of the 90 day program that I gave myself. I'm shooting for 50 lbs in total weight loss.

The portions were a shock the first week, until you realized how often you ate. I honestly never felt hungry. The ready to eat food with the addition of oregano and crushed chilies was very good. The frozen meals were great, usually added vegetables and salads with them. The snacks were good. I like the items that weren't too sweet. The breakfast and lunch meals that were like candy bars were too sweet for me. The hickory smoked patties and the chicken breast in the ready to eat you could get creative with. The main thing I learned is Portion control and the fact if I get the calorie count down on a meal. I don't have to eat two if one satisfied the hunger. I would definitely do it again if necessary and would recommend Nutrisystem to others.

Mostly for snacks and desserts. Too bad the vegetarian options are so limited. Would have liked fresh/frozen vegetarian dinners and lunches. More fresh options for breakfast as well. Less meat!

NutriSystem is absolutely the best way to lose weight. I didn't have to "think" about it. No meta during or reading to figure out calories and fat; you simply open the packages and enjoy! The best part is, nothing tastes diet; the selection of meals is great and the desserts taste fabulous!

The best part about the Nutrisystem plan is picking the food you enjoy (which saves $$$ at the food store) and only buying fruits, vegetables, yogurt and other fresh items. I also enjoy not having to cook!! Main courses already prepared makes for a much easier evening for a 40+ hour a week working woman. Thank you, Nutrisystem. Losing weight is hard. NutriSystems helped make it easy for me. I followed the diet plan exactly, supplement it with fruit, dairy, meat as described. I tracked all my meals on my phones along with my exercise. Yes, the portions are small -- but then I've learned big portions are what led me to gain weight. I've found the food tasty -- and like the diversity of each meal. It takes all the guess work and planning out of it. I have a busy, active lifestyle -- so being able to quickly prepare foods (and not eat out!) has allowed me to stick to this diet. I have just completed my 5th week and have lost 12 lbs -- well on my way to my goal of 25 lbs. I've adjusted to the smaller portions, and have offset that by spreading out my eating throughout the day.

First I would like to start with the food looks nothing like what it does in the photos online. I’m not sure it’s too healthy for you either. None of it is refrigerated ever and it comes with chicken that can last in a can for a year. They trick you into signing up for a long period of time by hiding the option during check out.

I get emails often tempting me to rejoin. I went on to re-up and then got called away from my computer. A few minutes later I received an email advertising what should have been the greatest deal for me. When I went to process it the rate was higher than my initial attempt. Needless to say, I didn't rejoin. Frustrating!

Wanted to get back on program but it is too much money for a one month program. Have to get two or more months to save on the price. Not fair after doing the program for 3 months then taking a break. Not happy about this!

I am entirely delighted with Nutrisystem. It is super important to be motivated. When I first went on, I weighed 225 pounds and really didn't know where I wanted to end up. I did everything as prescribed, exercised (4-mile walk, weather permitting), and in maybe 4 months, ended up at 178 pounds. Far more weight loss than needed, but I just got into in it, and weighed about the same as in High School. Mind, I was in my late 50's when I did this.

I lost my husband last December, and knew I would eat everything in sight from loneliness. Since I no longer had to cook for two, I decided to try Nutrisystem. It was so easy, and satisfied my hunger. I have lost 32 lb. and am eating mostly other foods now, successfully. I gave 4 stars because of Nutrisystem deleting so many of my favorites and giving me fewer I really like. I recommend Nutrisystem when folks comment on my "new me".

I was hoping to lose 40 lbs. I had been on Nutrisystem years ago and had lost but eventually put it all back on. The food is delicious. It is very satisfying and I never felt hungry or deprived. I ended up losing 52 lbs! Other family members have seen my results and are now on the program. They also are having great results. I have adapted to the new way of life. I intend to follow portion control and all the other good habits I have learned. This time I am a changed person!

My wife and I began Nutrisystem about 3 years ago. I will tell you about my personal experience. We began Nutrisystem about 3 months before our son's wedding to lose some weight so that we would look better. I lost 20 lbs. in the three months. Unfortunately, I did not think to take before and after photos because I honestly didn't think I would lose any weight. With exercise (walking 2 miles a day) and sticking to the Nutrisystem diet, I felt I was extremely successful. Although I did not achieve my weight loss goal of 40 lbs., my failure was due to the fact that I didn't stick with the diet strictly.

I was on the program 2 months and I lost a total of 12 lbs. I had been on the program a few years ago and had allowed my weight to creep back a little and wanted to drop that weight and a bit more. I found the food to be very tasty and not at all "diet like". I always had a large salad at dinner and very careful with the amount of salad dressing. All in all it was a good experience with very good results.

Simply put, this was an excellent program for me. It was easy to follow and very convenient. I still have a few more days remaining in my program and so far I've lost 10 lbs. It has brought me very close to my goal weight! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has ever struggled with their weight. In fact my son is now on the Men's Core plan and doing very well!

I am 67 years "very young" male, and have carried 20 excessive pounds around my body for over 15 or so years. I've attempted lots of "cutting back" ways; regular exercise, weight loss procedures, and never could I get rid of these extra pounds. My wife pushed me into Nutrisystem, and believe me, I "hemmed and hawed", but once I started, I was determined. My experience was terrific, my loss was fast, and, though I really don't feel much different, I look better, and have dropped my blood sugar down to a much healthier level (I was right on the edge of a pre-diabetic).

I have heard a lot of great things about Nutrisystem and looked them up and was excited to see all the great food choices! I called to order my meals and was reassured that they do not charge shipping and handling. When it came time to give my address to the man I spoke with, he said DO charge to ship to Hawaii and it could take 10 to 15 days to receive my food and the shipping cost would be $50 and I would NOT be able to get the frozen foods. What a bummer! On the Select plan it says: "As always, with each plan you'll enjoy FREE shipping right to your doorstep, FREE access to online tools & community for total support, Auto-Delivery savings, so you can stay on track without a second thought." I was so deflated after learning of the extra cost for shipping and not being able to order the frozen foods. I could maybe see paying $20 for shipping and still get the frozen but $50 is just too much to only get the dry foods!

I am very happy to say that Nutrisystem has helped me tremendously. I am 61 and fought the battle all my life, literally since I was 4. Up and down on the scale, every diet and weight management plan I was on with little or no success. Perhaps I was not completely resigned to losing the weight all those times or just felt it was fruitless. I decided to try Nutrisystem. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I did. It just worked for me and my schedule. It was easy for us; my husband went onto the program also, and we had no more children living at home to cook for - so it was all about us. I do think that that was one of the important factors, truthfully. Also the ease of this program - no weighing, measuring, etc. All so compact and 99% of the food was good, and to see results in the first couple of days (I cheated to see the weight on the scale before the week was up...glad I did, for there was a loss) it was just thrilling for me.

I have to say I was not satisfied with the product. I ordered the 2 month plan but should have paid the penalty for the cancelling fee and not had the 2nd month delivered. A lot of the packaging (dry) was opened and all in the box. I have to say that the only thing I liked were the breakfast bars/granola bars and a few of the meals. Many of them when I tried them I had to throw out because I just thought they were awful. Watching it on TV makes it look very enticing, but I found it a waste of money and still have a lot of it in a cabinet not used. I am happy for others who have succeeded and only wished I had.

I needed help learning how to control portions and types of food. I strictly adhered to Nutrisystem foods for 2 months, adding only a salad and a slice of low calorie flat- bread with dinner. After 2 months, I was able to begin a walking program. Having lost 40 pounds at that point, I was able to exercise without much discomfort. I also would recommend massage therapy once a month to keep the body stimulated. For the next two months, I was able to stabilize from the rapid weight loss to a more sensible steady drop by adding snacks of nuts and eating out once or twice a week. Now, after 4 months, I am down from 245 pounds to 188 pounds and still dropping about 1 pound every 2 weeks. My exercise has increased and I FEEL FANTASTIC.

It helped me control portions and taught me how to eat correctly. The weight loss leveled out after a month but my waist continued to get smaller.

I spoke to a gentleman after receiving a message to call about an email I sent about stopping food delivery. I told him I could not afford to continue. He said that I would be charged $61 to cancel and rudely said... "You don't want to do that." I told him, embarrassingly that I just couldn't afford it. He said abruptly... "Fine. You're cancelled." And hung up. He was rude and left me feeling horribly embarrassed because I could not afford the program. I feel that the program works but the customer service does not. Because of this, I cannot recommend the program.

I had a very good result from this program. I have lost 23 lbs. I am reading labels and eating more fruits and vegetables. My health has improved. My lab tests have greatly improved. I am trying new foods. I am still working on liking black beans. Most of the food I really like. I would definitely recommend this program.

It was getting pretty hopeless. I was at 185 lbs and growing. I felt there was no way to stop eating the wrong food. Fortunately, I signed up for Nutrisystem who has wonderful tasting food that enabled me to lose about 10 pounds per month until I got the weight off (30 lbs!). And, the best part was that my stomach became flat as well. I felt so much better and learned so much about how to eat from the counselors at Nutrisystem. They were always available to help when I called. They always listen well and offer wonderful advice and support.

I signed up for the program online and discovered there was a clause that required me to take a minimum of 2 orders...for what I discovered is TERRIBLE food. I wanted to send back what I had received, but they cited that I would need to pay the remaining amount and then be able to cancel...nearly $500 later. My 10lb goal is secondary to the stress this has caused in my house.

I contacted Nutrisystem to cancel my membership as I have fallen on hard times and cannot afford the product any longer. Almost 3 weeks after I cancelled my service I received an automatic delivery. I contacted service once again and was told to return the product and was given the information for the return. Unbelievably their mistake yet I had to pay $22.00 for the shipping of the products as well as being out $294 that they charged to my bank account. I was told once they receive the product back I would receive a refund.

I started the ordering process to see how much the product was, after all fees and taxes. The total I was given was $269.99. I cancelled the order, and promptly sent an email offering 40% off and a week free since I didn't complete my order. (Nowhere on the email were any disclaimers or restrictions.) So I followed the links and was taken to the site, where the price after their "discount" was $244.99, $25 cheaper. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that they had two offers and that the price I was seeing was correct. I am very disappointed in the advertising of this company. They also altered the "full retail value" of their packages.

I started Nutrisystem in May and am now on my last shipment. I will be done on Oct 15th. I was 247 lbs when I started and am now 197 lbs. I should be at 190 by Oct. 15th. I have lost 10 inches on my waist line. My goal was a 50-lb. loss so I will have exceeded that. It wasn't easy getting used to the very small portions. It took me until the 3rd month to really settle on the foods I enjoyed the most. I really got it down to a seven-day cycle which I repeated every week. Most of the food is quite good, especially the Italian choices. I am sure I will maintain a healthy weight when I get off the program since I have gotten used to portion size and healthy alternatives. I averaged 1.8 to 3 pounds a week. I had two weeks with almost no loss but increased on the following week.

I've battled with my weight my whole life (I'm now 62) and have tried every diet and fad out there. In 2009, I went to a wedding and was totally disgusted with how I looked and felt. In 2011, I was able to lose the 20 pounds I was looking to lose. I credit the weight loss to Nutrisystem's step by step tracking and calorie guide. In May 2013, I tried Nutrisystem again to lose 10 pounds but found the new tracking guide hard to follow, not to mention I had no will power and was under a lot of work related stress this time around. I must say the food is great. Nutrisystem has taught me portion control. I would use it again.

I've tried a lot of diets but the Nurtisystem diet is the one that I feel is the best. You get real food and it keeps you so satisfied all day. Not many diets do that! I will always use the Nutrisystem program!

I used to be able to just keep my weight off by exercise alone. But as I got older it just wasn't enough. I needed a plan to help me boost my system and get back on track with good eating habits. Some of the meals were tasty; however, all of them seemed to cause me to have some diarrhea. I liked the amount of vegetables allowed. I did not have the great weight loss as advertised, but I did lose weight.

Nutrisystem is a great weight loss program. Not only do you lose weight but you are educated in more healthy eating patterns. I highly recommend this program to anyone who would like to lose weight!

Nutrisystem helped me lose 40 lbs in 8 months. The food is great and so is the service. I strongly recommend their program. With a small amount of exercise, you will be pleased with the results.

I lost 60 pounds with Nutrisystem. The program helped me get back on a reasonable amount of food intake on a daily basis and helped me shift my patterns of eating and the portions I consumed at each sitting. I am helped by routine and the framework Nutrisystem laid out for me worked well for my type personality. I thought the food tasted good but then again I am not a real picky eater. It was simple and easy to do for me and I didn't even follow the increased exercise of the recommendations although I should have. Passive aggressive I guess I am.

I received my package and was excited. I had done Jenny Craig some years ago and achieved success, but it's too expensive for me at this point in my life. The pot pie was tolerable; the flatbread pizza you make yourself was very good. I put pepperoni on it. But pizza was the only thing I liked. I can't eat that for 28 days, so I sent it back. I only liked 1 lunch entree. The food tastes terrible. The good thing is, they pay the return shipping. Don't waste your money on Nutrisystem. It's not good! Also I lost no weight.

I enjoyed Nutrisystem when I first joined and did lose weight. Then I went on my own for a while, and then decided to come back again. This time it did not work so well. I have not lost any weight and do not like the meals for lunch. You got me hooked on soup for lunch (good) but now you do not have the soups I like. I started making my own and now find I do not like all the pasta soups (?) that you do. Supper I like, especially the turkey with stuffing, also the beef and potatoes, the ravioli, but after this it all seems to be pasta and I am not that fond of pasta. I will not be renewing after my next order on 16 Sept. 2013.
