My wife and I both started Nutrisystem the same time. As advertised, we both lost 5 pounds or more the first week. My wife reached her goal and more in just two months as did I. The benefits of losing the weight were an added plus. Both of us were able to stop taking medication for blood pressure control, and I was able to stop medication for high cholesterol. In addition, I was able to stop taking Prilosec for heartburn. We learned how to eat healthy and by adding one hour of exercise each day we both feel 100% better. We would recommend Nutrisystem to anyone who feels that it is impossible to lose weight.

I don't understand how people can give negative comments about Nutrisystem. I have lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks and I feel GREAT!! The food is delicious and actually filling for the most part. I don't have to worry about what to eat, or count calories. It has taught me the importance of vegetables and fruit! My husband started this and lost 24 lbs in 2 months. If you don't like this program, then you are either too picky or not serious about losing weight! As simple as that!!

I began Nutrisystem in early January with the goal to lose 30 lbs. It started slowly until I could develop a routine and then the weight just melted off. I had a two week break in March when I went on an active vacation that didn't lend itself to the diet regimen. I gained about 5 lbs, which I lost in the first week back on the diet. By the end of April, I surpassed my goal and lost a total of 40 lbs.

I loved the program. I lost 9 lbs but I just couldn't afford the price. I would love to start over with the same meal plan I was on if the price can go down by $15.00. Please call me or email me. I will be so happy to return. Thanks Nutrisystem.

I was excited to start this program since I am a full-time grad student and have little time to prepare food. I tried it for 2 weeks and started with the guaranteed to lose 5 lbs in the first week fast-track program. I lost nothing, nada, zip. They are refunding my money, provided I send back the remaining food. I am a registered nurse. This food is full of empty calories and has loads of sugar which I am not used to eating. I don't recommend this to anyone.

I have tried several weight lost products in the past and none of them worked as well as Nutrisystem! The system is very easy to use and you set the amount you want to lose. They supply the rest.

In 3 months on Nutrisystem I went from 214 lbs to 184 lbs. I found it easy for me to stay on the plan and lose weight every week. By allowing you to choose the meals I found it to be less of a challenge to lose. I found some meals to be better than others but every thing was very good. If needed I would do Nutrisystem again. I would highly recommend it to any one to try.

I started on the Nutrisystem 5+ program. I did not lose the 5 pounds in the first week. I contacted Nutrisystem through email - they told me I needed to talk to the Nutritionist. I followed instructions exactly as written. I continued on the first month with my order - I did like some of the food. I called them back as I told them I did not lose the 5 pounds in the first week - wanted to delay my order a week. I called to see if I could get a refund - they told me no because I didn't call within the certain time - they said I would have to pay a $69.00 fee.

Was on the program for more than four months. Lost a bit a weight in the beginning, but it started creeping back plus my blood sugar numbers sky rocketed. The day that I dropped the Nutrisystem, my blood sugar dropped from 184 pre-breakfast to 145, and after a week was 84 this morning (94 yesterday).

The food is not terrible, some were actually good. This diet works, you should get a half hour a day cardio for better results. The first week (fast five) worked amazing, I lost 11 pounds. Hit my goal of 25 pounds in 4 months. I have to admit, I did cheat here and there. This diet also teaches you portion control which is key to everyday eating.

So to start with I have lost 23 pounds in 35 days so yay to that. But as others have said, a little portion control and discipline and anyone can do that at 1200 a day. 90% of the food is gross and if you look at the labels the fat, sugar and sodium content are really high. Also, I had to use a different tracker because the NS one is so outdated and difficult to use, recommend MyFitnessPal. Now that I am off NS I am eating foods filled with protein, less sugar and less fat but the quantity can be way more.

I decided to try this diet plan to lose weight before moving out of the country. I signed up online and ordered my food and got a "discount" for signing up online. However, I was unaware that this discount was contingent on auto-enrolling in at least two months of the program. I was under the impression that if I wanted to renew I would need to log in and re-order my selections. That was not the case unfortunately and at 11PM last night I received an email that my order was processing and my credit card had been charged. I called to cancel and was told that I could do so, but the 20% discount I had originally received would be billed to my card since I did not complete 2 months, in the amount of $104.00.

Best weight loss plan on the market. If you're on the fence get off and start running to the new you and you'll be Able to with Nutrisystem-- Easy, supportive, success!

I ordered a week early due to my hectic schedule, and told the representative that I was not going to start for a week. The first week (fast 5) I lost 1 pound. I called and was told that the amount of weight to lose is really a percentage, and because I was not overweight, that was good. After the first week of food, I was told I should eat more, etc. I then chose to cancel, since I did not lose much weight, and now they say it will cost me $80 to cancel. So BEWARE. IF IT DOES NOT WORK THE FIRST 14 DAYS, DEMAND YOUR MONEY BACK. Do not listen to their excuses or they will make you pay for another month of food, even if you told them it was not working within the 14 days!

I was very successful with the program - what helped me was the discussion boards, specifically Biggest Loser #33, #34. I quit because of the deletion of these boards.

I went from 197lbs and a size 10/12 to 166lbs and a size 6!!! I've never had this level of luck with any program before. I would definitely recommend this program! All you have to do is eat what they give you, with the addition of some green veggies, and some protein. It really taught me better portion control, and healthy ways to snack. I now still go out to eat but typically cut my portions in half. Instead of having chips and salsa at a party, I'll have broccoli and salsa. It helped teach me how to make better meal choices and portion control to maintain the weight loss I've achieved.

I have over the last two years used Nutri and have been somewhat satisfied. If I could have lost more weight I would have been happier, but just too much to put in this space.

I have mixed emotions with the Nutrisystem program. I have lost weight (51 pounds). I have started to learn to eat smaller portions and more frequently. The part I'm not satisfied with is, once you have ordered your food and get accustomed to the items, Nutrisystem discontinues the more common, best tasting items. It's hard to stay on the program when discontinued items are no longer available.

I could not be happier with my Nutrisystem experience. I have lost of 50 lbs. and I have tried many times to lose this weight other ways with no success. I have recommended Nutrisystem to my sister and others.

Every Fall as we approach winter my body decides it's time to "fatten up for hibernation". Those pounds seem to go on fast and if not tended to they stay on for forever. This year I started with NutriSystem right after Christmas so that by this time I would have shed those extra "hibernation" pounds. It seems to work quite well. Now with spring approaching summer there will be all kinds of fresh fruits and vegetables around to keep any weight gain in check... that is, until next fall when the process will begin again.

There are many things I truly love about Nutrisystem. To start my counselor ** was amazing. She was so nice, encouraging, helpful and was always there every step of the way to make sure I understood what I was doing and answered all my questions and made sure I ordered the foods I loved. There are so many different choices and variety in meals that I was never bored or even thought of cheating. The apps online help you track and become aware of what you are consuming and burning off. If you follow this plan the way it was designed you will be very successful in losing weight.

5 months my wife and I have been on the program. Overall dropped approx. 25 pounds, and my wife a little over 10. We both really tried to follow the plan and my wife even power walked approx. 5 miles a day. I decided to stop the program, and my wife delayed hers. We are both dissatisfied with our results.

I fully enjoyed the success I got from NS food but you lost me when you shut down the support boards. I do not know if you do not realize how important these boards are to members of NS. I could not have achieved goal WITHOUT them.

I found the plan to be simple and effective! I didn't feel hungry and lost 25 pounds!

After being very fit most of my life, I started to gradually put weight on after I was married at 44. The gains were incremental and after having been at or under 200 lbs. most of my life I was at 225 by the time I was 50. The loss of family members in my 50's only compounded my problem and by the time we celebrated 10 years I had ballooned to almost 245 lbs - the most I have ever weighed in my life. This year I was coming up on my 55th birthday - the same age at which my mother died of ovarian cancer. I was determined that I would make a change to improve my weight and health by losing the weight that had dogged me for so long. So, I finally broke down and ordered Nutrisystem and got myself back to the gym a month before my birthday.

I had a goal to lose weight and thanks to Nutrisystem I accomplished that goal in a short period of time. It's simple program, is easy to follow, and as long as you follow the guidelines you should have no problems reaching your goal. I lost 28 pounds in 5 weeks and thanks to the weight loss tricks I learned from Nutrisystem. I'll be able to lose a few more pounds with no problems.

When I joined NS a month and a half ago, I totally loved it! Back then, it was a complete program: prepared balanced portion-sized food, information, tools, rewards, and community support. They are eliminating community support and rewards, and the useful tools. They do have a new, um, tool (NuMi app) that is beyond worthless and doesn't even work well for the couple things it claims to do. (One part of the app says "You've lost 10 pounds!" and another part of the same app says "You've lost 22 pounds!" Um, pretty basic A-B=C. And they are still working on how to fix it).

I was very optimistic when starting Nutrisystem. I followed the plan without fault for 10 months. I'm a very picky eater but was able to satisfy my needs and wants with the large variety of food choices. I was thrilled throughout my experience as my dedication and the Nutrisystem program was paying off big time! I was a size 18 when I started and in 10 months was a size 8. Yay!! However, one mistake I made (and please learn from this) is not using the counselors when I needed help. I did relapse after a wonderful Thanksgiving with family. It's a great program, and even greater when you take advantage of ALL the helpful tools available.

We are returning subscribers and the order forms were VERY CONFUSING. The customer service man was very knowledgeable and helpful. Wish all CS staffs were as good as this gentleman. The menus while complete are very complex if one is not fully comfortable with all the choices.

Managed to drop just over 40 lbs. in a 4 months period, looks like that's the limit for now, time to take a break and come back on the diet after Christmas if necessary. The plan worked better than I expected despite my medical history. Thank you for helping getting back to a better life, higher energy level and a list of foods to follow a better future normal everyday diet without risking putting the excess weight back on.

Food could be better and more affordable.

Nutrisystem is an excellent weight loss program. This is my fourth month with the program and I have managed to lose 30 pounds. The representatives who answer the phone are courteous. The counselors are dynamic and very patient.

I lost 20 pounds using Fast 5 and two months using Nutrisystem products. I enjoyed most of the meals and started eating a lot more vegetables and fruit. My motivation for sticking with this was my commitment to become more flexible and mobile following hip surgery. I was totally satisfied with my experience and have recommended this company to others. l learned portion control is everything.

Nutrisystem has offered to cancel my order without penalties and refund my $ on any returned unused foods. I'm very pleased with this decision.

Ordered for the first time on Tuesday 4/7. Have had to call TEN TIMES since. Some of the service agents were even rude! Getting to speak with a supervisor is like pulling teeth! The frozen part of my order arrived 4/10. Received dry foods on 4/15 & was missing TWENTY items as well as missing the entire FAST PLUS! Saturday 4/18 received missing items and Fast Plus. Was told to call to replace 3 meat meals in the Fast Plus package (I don't eat beef/pork). Agent said no problem. Now I’m told it's waiting for APPROVAL since I've had other packages sent out! It was the fault of Nutrisystem & now I have to wait! When in the heck will I be able to actually start this program? I'd definitely recommend Weight Watchers or Medifast. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Nutrisystem worked for me because the food was enjoyable and it was not necessary for me to count points. It taught me proportion size and I have been able to maintain my weight since I finished the program. I lost 35 pounds in 6 months. During this time I had taken quite a few vacations using minimal of the lunches or desserts only and never gained weight. I was able to go back on the diet with ease each time when I returned home.

I am 68 years old and was carrying 265 pounds on a 5'11" frame. I was morbidly obese and in desperate need of a weight reduction method, literally to prolong my life. I chose Nutrisystem because it encouraged portion control and nutrition. The pounds melted off and I never felt hungry. In fact, I had to call a counselor to see if I was following program guidelines because I felt so full. As a result of NutriSystem and my weight loss, my knee pain has been reduced by half. My heartfelt thank you to those who designed and manage this great weight loss system.

We have used NutriSystem twice before and kept our weight off for a number of years. We like the choose your own food with the weekends on our own. I lost 40 pounds and my husband lost 30. Customer service is extremely customer oriented. Every once in a while we fall back into our emotional eating. Actually, we are watching for a very good deal again so that we can get back into a good pattern again. NutriSystem is great!

Happy with results. Besides the weight loss, learned what and how to eat.

I have tested the Nutrisystem program for a total of three months. In the first week alone I lost 7.4 pounds using the Fast 5. I really enjoyed most of the food, only the spicy dishes were too spicy for me but they were flavorful. Thanks to the log and the website it was very easy to keep track of what I was eating and drinking. It was hard the first couple of weeks to get used to the amount of calories but after that I didn't feel hungry or that I couldn't do the program. I lost a total of 38 pounds on the Nutrisystem program in three months. Now that I've been off of the program for a couple weeks I have not gained any of the weight back so far. This program has really taught me how to eat nutritiously and how to manage the amount of calories I intake. Which is what I feel has helped dramatically with me being able to keep the weight off. I am really happy to have had the opportunity to do this great weight loss program.

I reached my goal in 4 months, but I am very disappointed that there is no maintenance program that offers the frozen foods I really liked. I feel that you have a glaring hole in the support you provide customers that have reached their goal.

I've done NutriSystem 2 times. Both experiences were good. It's disappointing that you can't get a 1 month supply for a reasonable price, since I now only use it to maintain or jump start a healthy eating schedule. I would order 1 month at a time at least once or twice a year if it was the same as the advertised price. That said, NutriSystem is easy. It takes the guess work out of dieting. I've recommended it to many people although most don't try it due to the cost. The frozen foods are the best tasting.

I am all about final results. Well, this program works. I love how simple it is. I log in using their site and I am able to track my food and exercise. The biggest bonus is that the food is sooooooo good. I have never had a meal that I did not enjoy. I am a busy person with a full time job so having the food available is a BIG plus. It takes the guess work out. I have lost about 4 pounds after a few weeks but I really was not overweight. I just needed to lose about 10 pounds so perhaps the weight comes off slowly for me.

Hello. As I mentioned to your representative who called on Saturday, I have been very pleased with everything I have ordered and devoured over the past few months. Most all of your products have been wonderful. One note - the breakfast pastry (little round thing) with a filling of egg/bacon, the pastry collapses and it ends up being a bit of a mess.

Hard work, and requires discipline and sacrifice, but if you follow the program, you will lose "real" weight. I started the program on 1/12/16 with a body weight of 255. By 4/9/15, I lost 40+ pounds and weighed in at 211. I am confident that I will hit and maintain my goal of 205. I did this on the diet alone and without any exercise. Due to my busy schedule, I simply do not have time to complement a diet with exercise. It is all about portion controls.

Lost 36 pounds.

After trying the 5-day Quick Start program, I ordered the 28-day program thinking it would be the same. The food on the 28-day program consists of very sweet breakfast items, muffins, bars, cereal and lots of pizza for dinner. Also, more sweet bars for lunch replacement. After 50 days, I have more than half left of this awful stuff. I called to speak with a rep and wanted to cancel further shipments. I did not ask for a refund for the remaining box of unused items, just wanted to stop receiving anymore. The happy rep said "No problem, sorry you didn't like it and I will bill you for 84.00 because you got a discount on the program". There is no money back guarantee as the literature states unless you send the items back within 14 days! Terrible program and customer service. Do your own diet and save $350.00!

I am a very active grandmother who leaves my apartment at 6:45 a.m. and doesn't return until about 7:00 p.m. The ease of having all three meals and snack with me each day was perfect. I bought gallon zip lock bags, and packed each with my daily food making it easy. I lost 27 pounds even though I took several trips during the months I was losing.

My experience on Nutrisystem was fantastic! I achieved my goal which was 37 lbs. I have tried so many ways to lose weight, but Nutrisystem is the first thing that has ever worked for me. I did put more weight on after going off of it, but I just signed up to go back and I plan to achieve my goal this time too. I didn't use the counseling when I stopped last time, but I plan to do that now. The thing about this program is that 'you don't get hungry if you follow it,' like they say. I was religious on it and did not cheat at all. I didn't even walk or exercise and the weight came off. I felt great and felt great about myself. This program works for anybody, and all you have to do is follow what they tell you to do and not to do. I cannot recommend Nutrisystem high enough!!! And I have shared my story with a lot of other folks that I know. Everybody was amazed how I lost the weight. Thank you, Nutrisystem.

After Christmas 2014 my clothes were getting tighter and tighter. I even went out and bought new jeans a size I had never worn before! My husband and I had discussed Nutrisystem before the holidays, but really didn't do anything about it until the middle of January. I ordered the first of three months of Nutrisystem's My Way plan. The first month was very difficult for me just eating from the food that was given to me. I missed the meat, potatoes and gravy that I cooked every night. But, I stuck to the plan and now three months later I have lost 15 pounds with another at least 5 to go to reach my target weight! I owe it to Nutrisystem and their plan on how to eat a healthy diet. I feel better about myself and now have bought jeans a size smaller. Thanks Nutrisystem!

I needed to lose 15 lbs and Nutrisystem made it easy and possible. I was surprised how yummy the food was and how easy the plan was to follow. Thank you Nutrisystem! I would recommend Nutrisystem to anyone looking to lose any amount of weight.

I was 225 pounds and I don't remember what I weighed when I started. I paid over $400 to lose more weight. I am not saying they a are a bad company because they have good customer service but most of the food was horrible. I had Nutrisystem for 2 month and most of the food from both month went to waste. There was 1 item, the chicken Alfredo, taste like dog food. But out of the chicken Alfredo and dog food, I would pick dog food. But there is one item I like-- the best beef stew and the desserts are good. They just might want to make food better for the price.

Nutrisystem is the ONLY program that I have finally lost weight. It is easy to follow and the food is good. I would totally recommend Nutrisystem.

I chose Nutrisystem when I was ready to lose weight because I didn't want to have to think about food all of the time. When meal time rolled around, I knew that I could select my entree and eat. I didn't have to think about preparation ahead of time, measuring, and counting -- it's all done for me.

My wife and I started Nutrisystems March of 2015. We ordered our first month food supply on March 5. The dry and frozen food arrived together on March 7. We started our program on March 9. As of today we have lost 15 pounds each. Yah!!! We selected our food for the second month by March 29 as the cutoff date was March 30. The order shipped and arrived on April 2. What arrived was the dry order minus the frozen order. I called Customer Support twice and was told our order was processing and would be shipped as soon as the product was delivered to FedEx. BIG HELP. So what I have determined is they ship promptly on your first month but could care less when they ship the second month order.

I only started using Nutrisystem about two weeks ago, and I believe the program has some definite plusses. Rather than spend $250-300 before I knew what I was getting, I bought the 5 day introductory offer at Walmart. Then I bought the 7 day offer directly from Nutrisystem. The program does teach portion control, which is certainly important for people who are trying to lose weight. But I too question what people are eating who believe this food is good. If I were grading it overall, I'd give it a C. The breakfast items and energy bars tend to be fairly good. The dessert's a little dry, but not bad. But many of the lunches and dinners are awful. I had the ham and bean soup today, which is basically a tasteless bowl of baked beans. I added my own onions, ketchup and mustard to give it some flavor. I will stay with the program because it seems to work. I've lost 8 pounds in about two weeks.

I am a very enthusiastic member of Nutrisystem. The expense can be trimmed by buying Costco Nutrisystem gift cards at their great discount. I've followed their program and lost what they said I would! Yes, the food portions are small. Yes, the calories in a meal are about equal to a fast food burger. But if you don't understand the difference between eating controlled portions of fatty food vs. nutrition your body needs, then this program is not got you. I am constantly amazed by the people that do not read the agreement and then are furious with the program because the agreement is actually accurate.

I really enjoyed the food and the expert, courteous customer service people. I lost the weight that I wanted to in about two months.

At first I was hesitant to try Nutrisystem but once I started, I was on my way to losing weight. I enjoyed the program, the food was great. I thought the food would be tasteless, bland and much to my surprise it was delicious. I stayed to the meal plan and lost 40 lbs!! Thanks Nutrisystem - I thought I would never get rid of the weight and fat! From a size 16 to size 9.

My experience with NS was the best! I learned how to eat for life not just to lose weight right now. Don't be afraid to ask Questions, this is all about you and what works for you. People unintentionally try to sabotage you because they don't understand the proper foods, this is your chance to teach them what you learned and set the example. Take the lead! You'll soon discover a new you!

As advertised I lost 5 lbs. and 1 inch the first week. Followed the plan and have lost 15 lbs. in the first month.

Although I enjoyed the program, not being able to purchase the frozen foods in Canada, left a limited number of items that I could choose from. I liked the food I was purchasing but growing tired for the same few entrees. The program is so easy to follow, it does work.

The food is not great but tolerable and convenient. I ordered my 28 day meal package on my Kindle. I was unaware of automatic shipments mainly because it is hidden in the fine print. I have since gone on their site and tried to find this stipulation. I found it but it isn't made obvious when ordering and on a small device in the hands of someone middle-aged with less than perfect vision it might as well be invisible.

I would highly recommend Nutrisystem to anyone who truly wants to lose weight. The program is easy to follow and Nutrisystem have consultants there to support you 24/7. I lost over 30 pounds in less than 6 months by eating awesome meals overtime that time period. Thank you for your support and great program.

Basically a bunch of Little Debbie's and Chef Boyardee and Campbell soup in Nutrisystem packaging. Super tiny portions, you don't get meals, you get a side dish. What a scam.

With the help of the Nutrisystem Counselors, I've exceeded my weight loss goal and I'm maintaining my weight loss. The food was better than I thought, and supplementing it with fruits, veggies, low sugar yogurt, etc. made it all possible. The Nutrisystem folks taught me how to eat. I also declared a war on sugar. It's everywhere and in everything. Thanks to Nutrisystem, I've been able to get my sugar level, as well as weight, down to take me out of the pre-diabetic zone. I think that it really helps if you know why you want to go on a program like this. For me it was staying alive for my daughter.

I am over all pleased with the program. I lost 63 pounds so far and I probably would have continued, however the cost over time became prohibitive for the same repetitious boring menu. I really did not like the flavor of most of the food. I think it is unfair to make a client have to upgrade to be able to have all the choices you offer. There are some items that I really liked (Cinnamon Raisin Breakfast Bars) which I would have liked to purchase separately, however that is not an option.

Nutrisystem taught me what a real portion of food looks like. Previously I was over-eating. The Nutrisystem food tastes great. It is a simple way to lose weight. I never felt like I was dieting. I learned to eat every 3 to 4 hours. I was never hungry. I was very satisfied. I highly recommend it.

Weight was 242 lbs. on 01/03/2015. Lost 7 lbs. 1st week. Weight now at 206, goal is 190. Plan works, have not felt this good in 20 years. No one can believe the difference. Said I would "bottom out" at 232, then 222, then 215 and 212. Still losing and eating what I want but my "want to" has changed.

They have lived up to all expectations that you may expect from a well-run company. The food was delivered on time; it as delicious, and more plentiful than I expected. I was on the Nutrisystem D plan to get my blood glucose levels down. It did that and I lost 15 pounds and 1.5 inches off my waist. But the lessons about portion control were well taught and I was never hungry.

I would remain with the plan but I could only budget for two months. I cannot afford to keep the plan so I had to call and cancel my membership. If it was more affordable I would have stayed with the plan.

Simple, straightforward, easy to follow with a delicious variety of food. I never once felt deprived or like I was missing out. Even when I had a social function which included lunch or dinner. Their tips were very helpful and I was able to participate and enjoy myself. I highly recommend.

I am really not sure what the people here who have rated Nutrisystem's food highly are used to eating, but this stuff is absolutely awful. Aside from the desserts, it was all terrible. Anyone can go go buy diet snack bars for WAY less, exercise a little portion control, and lose weight. If you're only eating 1200 calories a day, you'll probably lose weight. Look at the calories on one of their meals and you'll see it is not much less than a fast food hamburger. So knock out the fries and sugary drink and voila! Nutrisystem. This system is all about portion control. If you can do that on your own, you definitely don't need this.

I started Nutrisystem Core Plan on March 2, 2015 and I'm 15 pounds down today. I have tried everything from otc diet pills, Zumba class, physician prescribed diet pills and nothing worked. I've gained close to 70 pounds after my child passes away 5 years ago and I'm bigger than I've ever been. Food became my comfort. One day, after seeing myself in a picture I knew something had to change. I've always been a size 6-8 and now I was wearing an 18. I couldn't stand looking in the mirror. After doing the nutrisystem and loving the food, I've grown very portion conscious now. I don't exercise, but I'm feeling better than ever now, so I'm going to start riding my bike.

I have enjoyed being on Nutrisystem. I liked having the meals already prepared. Most of the food was enjoyable and I just made up my mind I was going to lose weight and enjoy the program. I have lost from 180 lbs to 143 lbs and my overall health has improved. I would recommend it to everyone but you have to be committed to the program and have a positive attitude toward everything.

I have been on the Women's Diabetic Program for the past 7 months. I enjoyed the food. It was very tasty and satisfying and I appreciated the efficient way in which my food orders were handled and delivered as well. I lost 25 lbs. (would like to have lost more) but am happy for it BUT the best thing that happened is by following the eating plan my blood sugar which was always high (around 360) came down quite quickly and normalized in a very short span of time. I have recommended Nutrisystem to other people and my first cousin went on the plan around a month ago and is having good success on it, too. I would definitely come back to Nutrisystem if I felt I needed another "boost" with weight loss and good health but I have learned SO MUCH about both just by being on the program and following the guidelines. Thank you, Nutrisystem family and staff!!!

Thanks to Nutrisystem, walking, encouragement from family and friends, and commitment, I lost over 100 pounds in 6 months! I started dieting in October of 2013 and I've been able to keep the weight off since. I credit that to lessons I learned from Nutrisystem and exercise. Nutrisystem worked for me because I needed a lot of structure to be able to stick to it. I travel for work and Nutrisystem was also a plan I could take with me. I think Nutrisystem was also an economical choice. I liked pretty much all the Nutrisystem food I tried and highly recommend Nutrisystem to everyone I talk to.

I ordered the fast 5, 28 day basic. Unknowingly when I looked back at the advertisement it said "4 weeks" larger black writing then "Auto delivery" was next to it in a blue hyperlink color that passes your eyes. So of course I took the 4 week discounted price since that's all I wanted just to try it out. 4 weeks later after hating the program and the food, and being disgusted by the sodium and fact that nothing needed refrigerating I find a pending post on my bank account for over $250. I was pissed and called nutrisystem who notified me that the shipment was already on their way and that they sent an email 5 days prior....

I would just like to share my success story with you. So far, I've lost 15 pounds. My husband says I look great. I feel great too! He's been my coach and mentor and a great help. I've re-learned eating habits. You would think that being an RN, I would know better, but I guess I'm like anyone else and fell into the bad habit routine. Fortunately, I love to drink water. I love salads and veggies, so no problem there. I don't exercise in a gym but believe me, I get plenty of exercise on my 40 acre ranch. Between cutting, splitting and stacking wood for the winters, I have my hands full with other chores too, not counting house work. So thank you Nutrisystem for getting me back on track!

After the holidays, I had put on another 5 lbs. It has been more difficult to lose as I age. I decided to give your system a try. I found it very easy to get started and lost the first 5 lbs with the "quick start" program. I found the smaller portions and frequent meals and snacks easy to adjust to, to the point I didn't need or want all the snacks allowed. My original goal was to lose 20 lbs to reach 218 lbs. I managed to do that with the first shipment of food. I now have decided to continue using Nutrisystem foods, I have to see how low I will get.

After watching the beautiful Marie Osmond on TV I finally grabbed the phone and order the Fast 5 and the first 28 day meals from Nutrisystems. On my 42nd day I've already lost 33 lbs on my way to trying to lose 80 lbs. I feel great! I'm never hungry and the food is very good! I love it and would recommend it to anyone!

I was very happy with the program and the food. I have lost 33 lbs and continue to lose. I stopped ordering the food in Feb because (I started in Sept) I felt ready to go on my own. Besides the food, I feel the records I kept on the Nutrisystem website was a major contributor to my success. I kept careful records of what I ate and more importantly, my progress. Unaware that this would happen when I stopped buying the food, my records were turned off and I could no longer access them. Why would that be necessary? I was a very happy customer and spoke highly of the program to the many people who asked me how I did it. I would think NS would want me to continue my good work and that it is the goal that clients would be able to maintain their weight loss on their own. It is a very expensive program and a huge sacrifice for me so I couldn't just continue on indefinitely.

After paying 250.00 for 28 days of sub par food, I decided it wasn't for me. To my horror when I cancelled because I was wasn't satisfied, I was informed they are going to charge me an addition 104.00 because I cancelled before a SECOND SHIPMENT of 250.00. I would NEVER do business with this company.

Signing up to Nutrisystem is deceiving to say the least. Be forewarned, if there is a deal being offered you must sign up for two (2) months. I was on it for one month and lost faith for two reasons: first, within 1 day of giving my credit card information to Nutrisystem my credit card was compromised and had $3,000 charged to the account. This left a terrible taste in my mouth, no pun intended. Second, the food is terrible! For the amount and taste of their food I was better off watching my calories and buying Healthy Choice meals.

Good food. Lost 15lbs in 5wks.

I was a fan of Nutrisystems about 5 years ago. I followed the plan to the letter and lost 20 pounds a month back then for a total of 40 pounds. I decided to try again. This time, I lost 5 pounds in a month and I am sure that has nothing to do with the food. The food is different than it used to be. It is not filling or as edible as it used to be. I am cancelling after the start of my second month because Nutrisystem gave me a surprise charge and did not honor their promo code. I am now looking at other types of food. You can do better elsewhere.

I'm very unhappy with Nutrisystem. You can't pick your food in the first auto delivery order and some of the food that is sent is poorly rated (for a reason). I also had issues trying to delay the delivery of an order because I was going on vacation. I received a confirmation email of the delay but the food was sent anyway. I had to forward the confirmation emails and show proof and when I did, all they would do is offer me 30% discount on the frozen food instead of giving me full credit. I didn't want the food so I called my credit card company instead.

I love the Nutrisystem Program. All I did was follow the guidelines for eating and it worked great. I had no hunger, no cravings, and was always satisfied throughout the program. The weight came off nice and slow about two pounds a week at first and then one pound as I got closer to my goal. I was on the program for six months which was my goal and by my 66th birthday I lost 40 pounds. What a wonderful birthday gift. I feel great, what a blessing. I only ordered the foods that I loved and it was so easy to follow. Thank you Nutrisystem for everything and I thank God for his wonderful blessings. Bless you all. I lost 23 pounds. It was easy to follow, all the work has been done for you. Pretty good tasting food! Convenience, convenience, convenience!!!

I had been a former Jenny Craig client but decided to try Nutrisystem because it was less expensive. I am so disappointed! The food is awful and the portions are so small. I dread meal time and I am hungry all the time. I will continue out of desperation. I am not heavy enough for any bariatric surgery, I cannot afford Jenny Craig and I am not into counting points at weight watchers. I consider Nutrisystem my punishment for allowing my weight to balloon as it has. But I would never recommend this plan to anyone I like. Honestly, my pet food is probably better than some of the Nutrisystem food! Gross!!

I started Nutrisystem almost two months ago. I had tried it once before several years ago, and since over the years I gained almost 40 lbs, and nothing I did to get rid of them seemed to work, decided to give them another try. I paid $330 for a month's supply of food, which included frozen entrees and desserts. I find the amount of food per serving small, but very palatable.

Greetings, I've had nothing but a hard time with NS. I'm not new to the program anymore--but have become a vegetarian & ALL of the foods I've enjoyed over the period of time that I'd lost some weight has changed drastically. I have noticed since I have become vegetarian, I cannot even enjoy a simple plant based diet on this program due to the systematic removal of most of the tastier vegetarian dishes. Right now, technically, because of these limitations & the inability of NS corporate to respond to the customers' preference of food choices; I am no longer eating on the 'vegetarian' plan. I'm eating tuna now--due to the flavorless choices that have remained. I believe since there are more meat eaters, the program caters to them.

I lost 35 pounds in 5 months. The plan is simple to follow, I never felt like I was starving, and my cravings for sweets have been substantially reduced. I have the energy to exercise again. And when I went to stop my automatic delivery, there was no hard sell of a maintenance plan or the like. I would recommend the plan.

I purchased Nutrisystem one week supply from Walmart because I was interested in trying the diet system, but didn't want to invest the money for the monthly system. I felt most of the food was bland. I felt that I could have used the same amount of money and purchased better tasting meals for 5 days. I find Lean Cuisines to be a better tasting product.

I have talked with NutriSystem's customer service representatives who promise "refunds"... only on their time line, 2 or 3 days, which after waiting that time, another 279$ charge was placed against my card! When I called back and tried to see why that happened, I was told the fist rep messed up my compliant and now they were shipping YET another box of food, all of this within 1 week. Do they even train these people? Avoid this company, their representatives do not fix issues.

I LIKED NUTRI-SYSTEM because I need structure and I need to visually see each day where I'm going. This gives me focus so I can stay on track. I don't have to worry what I am going to fix for my meals, I am able to concentrate on things that are positive and things that motivates me toward a healthier lifestyle.

Shame on you Nutrisystem for taking advantage of people who are just trying to improve their health and appearance. Some of my issues were, the delivery was slow to arrive, I received my frozen products nearly a week prior to the non-frozen products which includes the diet "plan." I lost only 3 pounds on the Fast 5 (water weight) and stagnated while following the plan the following week 100%. I canceled Nutrisystem and had to pay a $104.00 penalty because I missed my cancellation date by (1) day. My choice was to buy another month at $304.99 or cancel and pay the penalty. So one month trial of Nutrisystem cost me $445.37. When I canceled they tried to use the frozen delivery date as the basis for my 2 week start (watch out for that). When I complained they looked up my second delivery date "as a courtesy" and informed me that I had missed that date by one day.

Nutrisystem takes the "thinking" out of eating. I love their food (with one dessert exception). I've received my 2nd month's worth and can't wait to try the new items. I bought it through QVC and had no trouble dealing with their customer service. I have not had any digestion problems, as some others have. I highly recommend it as a short-term kick start to a healthier lifestyle. Truthfully, I did not lose more than 2 pounds on the Fast Five. Probably because I needed more calories than provided that week. But that's ok, I'm working my way through it, doing it my way with Nutrisystem's help.

I wish you were able to order just frozen lunches and breakfasts.

Lost more weight. This diet works. Period! Tried other plans and wasn't a happy camper. I was never hungry with NUTRISYSTEM. I lost weight sensibly and proud to say I can see my eating habits are on the right track. Question... I dropped down to 190. Will I rec another bear?

The plan works well, BUT do not try to cancel. It cost me over $170.00 to cancel the next order for my wife and me. I was told by the rep that, "You have plans for one month?" WHERE? I am very unhappy with this! I called and was told that I was on the wrong plan (on 3/6/15), I am always hungry. The rep told me I should be on a plan with more protein. How was I to know this? I think the plan for me and my wife was not correct.

I started nutrisystem on 02/2015 until now 03/2015. I got the 12$ a day plan because of the various food choices. Once I got my shipment I found that my frozen entrees were better tasting and fulfilling than my pre-packed microwaveable entrees. Altogether I soon realized that the sodium intake in all the foods were extremely high. I then called to cancel my next order because although I did take on new and healthy eating habits I learned that I can prepare and cook my own meals healthy and proportionally.

I liked the food once I could select my own. I made it 8 months. I quit losing two months ago after losing 30 pounds. After studying several books and doctors I have decided to try giving up processed food and eat mostly fruits and vegetables. I have liked not having to think about what to eat. It also teaches you how and what to eat.

I am so please with my progress on Nutrisystem My Way. Between August 2014 and February 2014, I lost 60.8 pounds! I am now enjoying a healthy weight for my height, more energy, more self-confidence, more attractive clothes, and I feel great!

I found the program to be very easy to follow. I did not experience any real hunger - I lost 22 pounds that I needed to lose and felt great doing it. I was surprised how I was not hungry even with eating small amounts each time.

I was 30 pounds overweight. I've tried many ways to lose weight but was unable to follow them for long, thus not successful. With Nutri system I was able to rely totally on the food provided--the food is very good, there is enough to eat each meal to get full, and after one week I was able to add some fruit and veggies. I've lost 17 pounds since January 3, 2015!

I went on NutriSystems for two reasons. One was to lose weight. The other was to finally make an effort to eat healthy. Fruits and vegetables were non existent in my house. But if I wanted to follow the diet, I had to eat fruit and 4 cups of vegetables a day!! Water? Are you kidding. But NOW I HAD to drink all that water!! I am 70 years old and have always weighed about 112#. When I found my weight had gone up to 124# I was devastated. When I was younger, it was a snap to lose 5# in time for the weekend dancing, etc. But now I tried, and I wasn't losing any weight. So I signed up for NutriSystems.

I used Nutrisystem 26 years ago to lose my post baby 8 pounds. Being a busy mom it helped me drink more water, which I still do today and take the weight off with my go to meals. At 57 I had those 8-10 pounds post menopause and Nutrisystem helped get me on track. The key is lots of salad and veggies with the meal.

I am so pleased with Nutrisystem, after 3 weeks I am prompted to report to others that all of the food I have had taste very good and I have lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks. I am a 66 year old male that would like to weigh 170 but am content with 180. A few years ago I lost 30 pounds to get to 175 using a no carb diet but it was boring (I like bread, pasta, and desert). The weight came back initially from traveling - 5 pounds from a cruise or other vacation added up.

I can't say enough of about Nutrisystem... I have been on it for 2 months faithfully.... I have lost 17 lbs. The food is like magic. I have tried several things nothing worked.... If I knew this worked as well as it does, I would have been on this earlier... It makes you want to keep going. I have 23 more pounds to go.

I love the Nutrisystems Food because it works - the reason it works is because the food tastes great. Not all diet plans are the same, and this one is top notch. The tuna packets for lunch are great - when you're out for the day, just grab one with 2 slices of wheat bread and a plastic fork, put it into a baggie and off you go - when you're hungry, just make yourself a sandwich and you won't go off your plan. The bars are also great, just throw them into your purse. Out to dinner with friends? Get the salad, dressing on the side - having drinks? Have them put diet Sprite into your wine glass and bring along a bag of Nutrisystems popcorn in your purse - worked for me - lost 15 pounds in 6 weeks and tons of inches. Love this plan. I'm going to become an "a-la-carte" member now so I can always buy the foods when I want to at a 20% discount and free shipping.

I ordered Nutrisystem thinking that it would help me. The Fast 5 promised that I would lose 5 pounds. I lost 1, and then gained 3 more. I started the 28 day meal plan the day after and followed everything exactly how I was supposed to. The packets and booklets were like my bible. That's how closely I followed this program. I understand that not every program is for everyone, but really? I gained 2 pounds.....I called to cancel my order. She told me I had to mail the food I didn't touch back to the address that she gave me. When she asked the reasoning behind why I wanted to return it, I told her it wasn't working. She sounded insensitive and rehearsed. You could tell she had no interest that $300 of mine was just thrown away.

Very convenient and easy to navigate through the website. I did lose weight but after (2) months, the food expense was a bit too much for my budget.

I ordered Nutrisystem Fast 5 with 28 days with the weekends off. Here are the following issues. My husband and I ordered at the same time on QVC. He got his within a week, mine took over 2 weeks and only because they shipped a new one. No one could answer where mine was other than it had been shipped, even though UPS said it hadn't been received. The advertising online, on the commercials and QVC are false. This does NOT include all the food you need. PERIOD. You must add vegetables at all meals and also proteins and carbs after the first week. They say that it is so easy and everything you need in it is included. LIES.

This is my first time to plan a weight loss program, and Nutrisystem made it very easy and rewarding. You can track your weight loss and document all your calorie intake. I've lost 20 pounds, and my lifestyle has changed after the first couple of months. I highly recommend for anyone struggling with overweight problems.

I am 47 years old and I am 30 pounds overweight. I've tried everything to lose weight only to end up gaining weight. I was sick for 3 weeks, barely eating anything & gained 5 pounds. I was seriously at my lowest point..becoming more depressed & more obsessed with losing. I worked out 2 hours/day for 4 days/week, cut out all bread, sweets and potatoes... I gained another pound. More depressed!! I saw Marie on a commercial and wanted to try Nutrisystem but didn't think I could afford to do it. I read reviews about the products & found out I could buy a starter plan at Walmart.. so I bought the 5 day plan a few days ago.

I devised, with the salesman, a special-purpose program calling for six food sessions a day (Nutrisystems' recommendation) for 35 days. I therefore expected 210 food items. I received only 140. When I phoned to request the other 70, I was told (after a very long wait) that they would only give me 20 more. Also, their food isn't that good, and you can do better on your own. Buy what you like in the store, parcel it out so that when you eat you'll get about 200 calories, and plan to eat six times a day. You'll save lots of money and eat much better.

I was willing to try nutrisystem for first time when I saw a 40% price. I chose the men's select which showed a retail price of 449.99, but the 40% would not come off. After chatting several times and making phone calls, not once did I receive the same price retail or discount from different individuals. 40% off 449.99 should be around 270 and they seemed to add 60-100 dollars to that. Nutrisytem should honor the retail price shown on the website and apply discounts to that.

I signed up for Nutrisystem and got special pricing due to a promotion they were doing. The customer service rep that I spoke with over the phone to sign up was pleasant and kind. I got my food and started right away. I was surprised that much of the pre-made food wasn't frozen, it was meatballs in a bag. I stuck with it for a week but the food didn't agree with me. I had stomach aches and pains and noise and I couldn't continue. I immediately switched to another program (not prepackaged, all natural, grass-fed, no-grain diet) and I feel great now. I just don't think my body could handle all the preservatives. I called in to cancel and was charged a fee of $103 to cancel - the fine print says I need to order two months of food. Tricky.

I honestly loved the food. I found it hard to stick with 100%, but I managed to meet my goal and lose 15 lbs in 14 weeks! I've recommended it to many friends and plan on using it again in the future for maintaining my weight.

I didn't like the sodium content of the meals and the preservatives as well as the taste of the food so I called within my 2-week money back offer, they sent me a label and the box was picked up. I did not get a refund and got more charges to my credit card. I was only to pay 19.99 not the full amount of 314.98 and an extra 102.10 which I will dispute with my credit card company. It was difficult for me to eat food with the high salt and chemical content after only eating organic for years. I would like the refund as promised.

I have done the Nutrisystem program several times over many years. The program and the food has gotten progressively better. It has worked for me each time. I only have one complaint. When I am done with the program (or even if I just wanted to quit) I find it extremely irritating that I cannot just go into my account and cancel the service. I do not want to be on hold from five to ten minutes and then have to go through the "routine" with the customer service rep just to say "I am cancelling". And, there is clearly no reason why you cannot make that process just as painless as the rest. Step into the new century. If I cannot do it online...I do not want to do it at all!

I was so happy to see Walmart and Harris Teeter carry the 5 day Nutrisystem kick start plan. HT was $3 more than Walmart. I would have liked to continue with the plan, however, one cannot buy a one month plan. If you get into the auto renew and don't renew, you lose almost $300. Some folks don't need to lose more than 10-15 pounds and with exercise it can be accomplished quickly. It would be nice to be able to buy a 14 day plan or a 30 day plan, especially after the new year or having a baby. I agree with another reviewer that when you call, the folks don't seem to have answers, they just try to sell more products. Please continue to have your products in Walmart!!

I tried Nutrisystem's Diabetic plan. It is laden with carbohydrates and not compatible with my condition. I paid in advance for one month and accepted the products. In the first month I did lose five pounds but my doctor adjusted my insulin and I gained 3 more back. I don't blame Nutrisystem for that part. I called to cancel future shipments. I was told I could delay my next order up to 60 days but didn't want a future order hanging over my head and to cancel my account. Then the agent told me I had to pay them $109 for cancelling my order. I refused and will charge back my credit card if this shows up. It's a scam to keep you from cancelling your account. This soured me on the entire company. So much for Marie Osmond as a spokeswoman, eh?

I just started the Nutrisystem this week and have lost 6 pounds. I didn't think I would like the foods, but I actually do and thought I'd be more hungry, but I'm not. Thank goodness for Walmart selling the kits! So convenient and also the shakes. I have one for snack, 2 times a day and fills me up. I haven't even been craving any bad foods. I feel great!

I did Jenny Craig years ago and lost 50+ pounds, but the food was not very good and unfortunately, I didn't keep the weight off long term. Nutrisystem had terrific food, an easy to use booklet to track my intake, and wonderful, helpful representatives to change my order and give advice. I got one of my friends to join and talked it up to all others. So happy and pleased. Lost 40 pounds and still losing!!! Thanks for everything.

I have struggled for years with trying to lose weight and maintain a comfortable weight. Nutrisystem made this almost too easy. There is really no thinking to it. They take care of everything for you, and the food is excellent! I would recommend this to anyone having the same issue!

My husband and I did the diet together which helped me enormously. Not only did I get a lesson in portion control and calorie counting, I got a lesson in cooking healthy and eating out without totally blowing my diet. Highly recommend!

If you stick to it the weight comes off. Most of the dinners are saucy and the food is just ok. Breakfast is good. Just wish food was a little better.

I was told I'd lose 5+ lbs in the first week with the shakes, guaranteed. Within two days I experienced extremely bad indigestion. Thought maybe it was nerves. On the third day I couldn't continue the shakes as I was in so much pain, especially the chocolate. I proceeded with the other food, hoping it was only the shakes that disagreed with me. I realized any chance of getting any refund from the so called 'Guarantee' was out of the question, but I did express my problem to a representative on the phone. As I continued with the diet I continued to experience indigestion, vomiting, burping up food, burning of my stomach and esophagus - however, not as intensely as when I was ingesting the shakes. Long story short, I ended up seeing my internist, had an upper endoscopy performed and numerous blood tests done.

Called and request their advertisement of a $25.00 credit. However, instead I was charged $80.99 more. Called immediately & they agreed but could not refund until I received the order. (Not sure why because it was their mistake.) Called upon receipt & told credit issued. As of today, 2 weeks later, no refund. Customer service personnel will lie to you. Nutrisystem will put off the refund as long as they can. My credit card company handling dispute.

I was on your program from Dec 2013 until June or July 2014. After talking to someone in the chat room and FOUR-- repeat-- Four phone calls, I couldn't get the same answer twice on the price and what is included in the package. First of all I have spent $0000's of dollars over the last several years with Nutrisystem. What I am dissatisfied about is Nutrisystem pricing practices for Alaskan residents. Not only do we pay for shipping but the prices increase on the website as soon as the system discovers an Alaskan resident is doing the purchasing.

I gained three pounds in two weeks with these program and lost one pound the following week. When they called me to re-order, I told them my outcome with their product and they said that I didn't follow their recommendations and that I should have eaten more Not only their product. ???? Really???

A few years ago, I signed up for Nutrisystem after my doctor told me I needed to lose 100+ pounds. Although I was able to lose some weight, I was never able to keep it off. I gained it all back plus extra poundage. But the worse part was that the program forced me to lose too much weight too fast -- and with heavy people like me that can lead to an imbalance in the digestive system that leads to gallstones being form. That's exactly what happened to me. Only one gallstone had formed. But it caused me horrible pain and almost proved to be a deadly one.

I have always had a 10-20 weight problem and have done many programs. Listening to Marie I figured why not try it. My friend DIDN'T like the food but I still thought just try it. The portions are REALLY small and you have to plan the extra food to make a complete meal, but it works. Some of the food is NOT the greatest tasting but looked forward to my dessert after dinner with my tea.

I've only just started with Nutrisystem and I must say, there are things they don't tell you. Like...I've spent a lot of time in the bathroom! Every hour on the hour peeing. LOL, just saying..I also find the soups delicious, however, the frozen foods are not to my liking. There are sloppy joes, and pizza, pizza, pizza, flat bread, pizza, and pizza. I don't eat pizza all the time. I was a bit surprised that popcorn is a dessert, I'd rather have that as a snack. Breakfast is ok, but I don't like cereal so that's an issue. I'm on the basic diabetic diet, my blood sugars have always been good and still are.

I ordered a promotional 5 pounds in 5 days plan not realizing I was automatically enrolled in the auto-delivery (pay) system that I am not able to dis-enroll from, held hostage. I am stuck with paying for two months when I only need one month. Not only that, I have had to wait 2 weeks for this order through FedEx (still not here yet, so much for the 14 days). The practices by this company are unethical. I urge all not to do business with Nutrisystem, unless you like giving money away. Shame on Nutrisystem, but shame on me if I let this act happen again, I don't think so.

I did the Nutrisystems diet about 15 years ago, although it was not the best the service was OK. I recently signed up again and what a change. I gave them the extra money to specialize my order and still received a lot of items that I cannot eat. After calling them to report their error the answer was, "Did we send you more than 12-15 things you did not order?" My answer back was, "Yes, it was 17 things I never ordered." And I was told, "Sorry, that means you will have to pay to ship them back at your cost and then we will send replacements." It cost me $12+ to ship back the items that I did not order and believe it or not I still received things in my reordered that I did not want. I guess they are OK with messing up 12-15 orders which most businesses would be mortified to do...but not Nutrisystems.

I started Nutrisystem on Jan. 1st, 2015 and it's only been a month but I am truly impressed with the results I have so far, and the taste of the food is good!! I am down 13 lbs. and still going! I would highly suggest this product to anyone who has struggled with losing weight.

This is the best weight loss product I have ever used! I lost 44 pounds! The food was great. There was an excellent variety and it was all delicious. What an amazing product. I didn't have to count points or calories. I just followed the planning guide - that simple. I have kept the weight off for ten months. I feel so good about myself now. Nutrisystem gave me my life back. I have always admired Marie Osmond and I started the product because of her!!!!

I recently filed a complaint. I did not ask for a refund. Four days later I received a response. I was given back the entire amount I paid for my 7 day trial. I certainly appreciate the refund. I'm sure the program works for a lot of people. Thanks so much.

The food better than I expected, but what was really helpful was the outline that gives you a system for eating. I now have new, healthy habits. Overall I've lost 25 pounds and feel healthier than I have in a long time.
