I just started Nutrisystem yesterday and I'm already down 2 lbs. I know it's water weight but I haven't seen my scale go that way in a long time! I've read that some people don't like the food, but I think it's really good! So excited!

With my busy schedule, I needed something simple where I could grab and go. This program was perfect for my lifestyle. I lost 43 lbs and I am keeping it off. I was struggling with my health, but not anymore and I am grateful.

First I would like to say the food for the most part tastes terrible, the shakes are not palatable. I initially customized an order for Nutrisystem. The cost that came up was not the advertised price, so I used the online chat to resolve my problem. The order inadvertently was sent as a general order. The website stated they would FedEx your first order. It took six days to get my order. I was highly disappointed because I got the general order and it took much longer than I thought. In addition there was a price discrepancy. I called customer service, the representative stated I could return the order OR keep the order and get the next order free and I could customize it. I again went on the website and customized my order. For some reason, they sent out a general order. When I called customer service back, they stated they never give a free order for a mistake. These phone conversations are taped and I have no reason to lie.

I canceled my order, but they sent the product and charged my card anyway. I called to address the issue but Nutrisystem Customer Service was very rude, arrogant and totally disengaged (on three occasions). They already had my money and made it clear that I was powerless and insignificant. The horrible customer experience is matched only with their subpar product.

The food is ok. The problem is their shipping notification. They send an email saying your order has shipped and it can be up to 10 days before it arrives. This means you don't have a life for 10 days trying to figure out when your dry food will arrive and your cold food will arrive. I asked for an email telling me a tracking number for my cold food and they said, they can only send one email and I have to call them to find out my cold food shipping. A man I know gets 2 separate emails telling him when his dry food ships and when cold food ships, but apparently, they cannot do this for women... their notification system is BROKEN.

I first heard a testimonial about Nutrisystem from Rush Limbaugh. He raved about how well it worked, so I gave it a try. I was ready to lose weight. I was 300#, sick and tired of being sick and tired. I tried it. It was hard to stick to the plan, but the weight began to fall off. I'm at 199 now and looking to lose another 20 lbs. I feel great.

I had great success on my three months of Nutrisystems. I loved the convenience and the support. It was just what the doctor ordered and I lost 20#'s in no time. At the time, I needed the structure and the ease of following the program and that's exactly what Nutrisystem offered. I would definitely recommend Nutrisystem.

This is the third time I have followed the Nutrisystem diet. I think it's great. It's easy to follow, food is good and I can eat when I get hungry. I recommend it to all who want an easy weight-loss plan.

You can improve by providing a way to ship the products that tend to melt in the high summer heats when shipped, like the chocolate peanut butter bars and thin mint crisp bars. Perhaps allowing them to ship with the frozen items. I put them in the refrigerator upon arrival, but they are melted and lose flavor.

Food really tasted good and I had lots to eat.

I am happy with my results. I'm a three time customer and will probably be back again. Thank you.

Loved the convenience of just picking out a meal. The first week of shakes seemed to cause me to be less interested in big servings and sweets. I stuck to it very well. Even going out to eat. Would order a salad and supplement with my Nutrisystem food. Would still be on it if I thought I could afford it. Currently I am losing slowly. Would definitely recommend.

NS is #1 for me! I love the convenience and the variety! I don't cook much, so I loved being able to pick out one of my favorite foods and pop it in the microwave and have a wonderful meal! Great choices in food with a good selection!

I lost 30 pounds in 87 days. I thought the food was great. I only did three orders of food and still have food left over. What Nutrisystem did was taught me how to eat and watch calorie intake. Once I got started and lost 20 or so pounds, I ate food that we bought at the store, because my wife wanted to cook and eat for the both of us. The best part was keeping a daily record of my progress. I made up my own excel file and charted it every morning. To me it was a lot of fun. I started at 234 and went to 205. I started on 11/17/14 and was down to 205 on 2/13/15. I have kept it off and have vowed that it will stay off. I go up and down 2-3 pounds and then watch it for a few days and along with a little exercise I am back down to where I want to be.

Following Nutrisystem really helped me drop the weight fast. I was able to easily keep track of my calories.

Food - for the most part the food is terrible. Cost is high for what you are given even with their supposed discounts. You must get at least two 28 day plans delivered before you cancel their auto delivery without a huge penalty. A point that is hidden very well until you want to cancel. Then they charge you 20 percent (get this off the retail price of the food.) A second delivery would have been 279.00 it was 84.99 to cancel. But the way they advertise it you think you can cancel anytime no penalty. I lost the same amount of weight cutting out starches and breads.

Thank you Nutrisystem for helping me to lose the weight I set out to lose. My goal was 10 to 15 pounds, and I'm at 10 pounds now with a few weeks of Nutrisystem foods to eat, so I'm looking forward to dropping the rest of the pounds. I've enjoyed the convenience of the meal plans and the daily planner book helps keep me on track. I make sure I check off all the items each day. So not only has Nutrisystem helped me to lose weight, but you've helped me to improve my eating habits. Thank you!

I lost 95 lbs. with Nutrisystem. I have struggled with my weight all of my life and had even at times thought that I would have to accept being so heavy and out of shape. I have really learned how to eat and that food is fuel for my body and not something with an emotional connection. I have so much energy and for work and play, and even my much younger co-workers comment on it. I am so much healthier and I enjoy exercising more than I ever imagined. It is also a lot of fun, and a whole new world, to shop for clothes anywhere I like, not just in a 'certain' shop. Thank you, Nutrisystem. I am finally free to live.

I purchased 1 month of product on 6/7/2015 and did not like the food after 1 week of trying the food. I called the sales department twice on Sunday 6/28/2015 to cancel my auto delivery. I explained that I have about 3 weeks of food left because I did not like the food. The first sales representative asked me to stay on the program for one more month or get charged for additional $100 discount I received in my first order. The 2nd representative (Steward) transferred me to Customer Service while I was still talking. He knew it was outside Customer Service office hour and I would not get any call back number after being transferred. It is like hanging up on me while I was still talking!

I was not happy with Nutrisystem at all. I only lost 5 lbs in 3 months and I followed the diet. I also really didn't care for the taste of most of the food. It was very bland. If I could have gotten a refund I would have. I am a very unsatisfied customer.

There is good direction with your program and tasty foods. When followed as per directions the pounds come off and stay off. I do exercise more than recommended... But I do like being able to purchase your chocolate breakfast muffins at the local store. And I will also return to your program if I gain a few back.

My husband and I started in February 2015. He lost 50 pounds and I lost 30. The diet was easy because all of the thinking is taken out. Some of the foods were great and some not so great but the best part was the meals showed you what portions should be. Although it sounds expensive when you think about it the price is reasonable and you take all the guessing out of the equation. We would highly recommend Nutrisystem to anyone who is looking for an easy way to lose weight and start feeling better.

The food was fine as was the customer service. The paperwork was excellent and informative and the program was easy to follow. I stopped Nutrisystem because the website is no longer used. I am not computer savvy and cannot/will not use Facebook or Twitter or those other places that they now use. I would have continued if they still had the nice nutrisystem.com. So if someone is ok with internet stuff they will be fine.

I went to a wedding and couldn't get my suit on. This was my wake up call. I remembered seeing the Nutrisystem commercials. I researched the program which is also fair priced. I lost 10 pounds the first week and a total of 51 pounds in 15 weeks. Nutrisystem also teaches you how to eat the right foods after the program. I now need to buy new clothes for the right reason. The program really works.

Thank you whoever came up with this plan. It was a very simple process to just eat the labeled food and add a few items in to "fill the holes." I have tried for many years to get the weight off, this worked and has basically taught me how I should be eating.

Great program. I did the Diabetic program. It worked very well. Was able to lose weight and feel very good after each meal. I would highly recommend this program to any one with being Diabetic.

The customer service was OK... until it was time to cancel. I made my selections for my last order and told the representative that I wanted it to be my last order. Weeks later I received a phone message stating that my next order was shipped! I called immediately and was told that I could only return the non-frozen items. I was then forwarded to "customer service" who told me that they would not send me a label to return anything! I had to back track to the original person that I spoke with to get any help. An hour of my life I will never get back! The food is bland and expensive and the charging without confirmation is disappointing but the treatment I received from customer service was appalling. Each of the three representatives I was transferred around to gave me different answers and one of them was combative and rude. The lack of customer care would prevent me from ever wanting to do business with this company again!

With this program I lost 10 pounds in my first month. It is not only good for losing weight but it shows you portion control and what are the best foods to eat. The only thing that I found a little disappointing are the lunches. Most of them are freeze dried and when you add the water they all end up having that powdery taste. Dinners, breakfasts and snacks are good. I recommend the Nutrisystem program to anyone who is serious about losing weight.

For 18 years I barely exercise, and ate without stringing myself. During the last 24 months I tried to exercise without luck. My metabolism was too slow making avoiding me to lose any pounds. My family recommend to order NutriSystem. The food along with walks at least 4 times a week allowed me to lose 25 pounds! I went down back two sizes, allowing me to wear my old clothes and smile again! I have recommended NutriSystem to lots of friends. I want to thanks your company for helping me to reached my goal in less than 4 months! Not having to count calories, only pick the food and heat. Allow me to keep my busy schedule. Nutrisystem was a very easy program to sign up for, follow through with, and ultimately cancel when I no longer needed it. Some of the food was bland but most of it could be doctored up by adding fresh veggies. I would highly recommend this program as a kickstart to a lifestyle change, but not as something to continue for life.

I did lose weight with Nutrisystem but after several months I was tired of the pantry dinners. Not even so much tired as I simply didn't care for them. I talked to customer service and asked if I could buy 21 frozen dinners a la carte (for which I would have gladly paid shipping) and was told frozen foods are not offered a la carte. Frankly that's a dumb policy. If someone is willing to pay the exorbitant costs for your frozen meals along with the associated shipping, I would think you would jump at that. I'm going back to Jenny Craig and/or Weight Watchers for the frozen foods I need. I'm really disappointed with this aspect of Nutrisystem and would give my experience two stars for this alone. Otherwise you are a solid five stars. You seriously should reconsider your frozen a la carte policy!

Nutrisystem made my weight loss easy, convenient and took all the guess work out! My diet before was a boring routine of the same thing everyday which made me crave the convenience of fast food resulting in an unattractive weight! I started Nutrisystem and after 3 cycles was down a whopping 23 lbs. I would recommend this program for anyone who wants to lose weight and get their younger self back!

Yes it does. Every time I have used Nutrisystem I have lost weight and felt great. Unfortunately, after I stop most of the weight I have lost stays off but the belly fat comes right back. Very upsetting.

I love Nutrisystem. I have tried Weight Watcher, Lindora and many ways to lose weight. And like millions of others, you lose it, only to gain it back. Well......not this time! I love the food, the best pre-made food I've had. The prices are affordable and having it on hand makes it easy to grab and go with my busy schedule. I lost 34 lbs starting July 2014, but I also starting walking my dog twice a day and that too helped a lot in my success. A year later I've only gained 5 pounds back, but that was due to losing my job and having a broken toe. Then when that healed I came down with pneumonia. But I'm back to normal, back to walking and I try to purchase the food as often as I can to keep on track. I lost 1.5 lbs last week! I highly recommend this program and have done so to many many people. I truly believe in this successful program.

This has been a good system for me. The food was good and I didn't have any trouble following the plan. I lost the weight I wanted to and would do it again.

NutriSystem is one of the best things to happen to me. I have had weight issue for years and would try to "diet" for years to only come off the diet after a few months because it was not working. I started with the fast 5. In the first week I lost 12 lbs. and 2 inches. What a boost to my confidence. I am not one who likes a lot of vegetables; more of a meat and potatoes type person. I stuck to the program, which contains awesome food, desserts and the flexibility for a busy life. I started the program on January 29 at 183 lbs. and today, July 2, at 136. My goal weight was 140. I am incredibly happy with the results and anyone that asked I sing NutriSystem praises.

Nutrisystem was a good thing to try. My friend & I both tried this; he had great success. I did 'ok' but not what I was hoping for. I didn't lose the weight on the fast five, nor my goal. However the food was good and gave me more perspective on portion control.

I think the plan is great for people who can eat all of your food. I am extremely lactose intolerant. Most of your food with milk I can't not eat, so it is taking longer for me to lose weight. Your company is losing a lot of people out there who would live to use your product.

The Nutrisystem program is wonderful. I feel like I ate more food and yet steadily lost weight. Got me out of a lot of bad habits. Look forward to continuing eating healthy and using the a la carte program on Nutrisystem. Loved the craving crusher and the energy shakes.

Most of the food is NASTY but I tried to eat it anyway. This is my third attempt with Nutrisystem. Unless things drastically change there won't be a fourth. I put up with their deliciously nauseating shakes and fast five food to lose 1/2 lb in the week. But continued on, following the exact plan and at the end of 8 weeks had gained 5 lbs. I realize it is difficult for me to lose weight, but I hadn't expected to gain. As for the advertised "your money back" guarantee if you don't lose 5 lbs on the fast five.... Well, let's just say they finally (after weeks of telling them) gave me a coupon off my next order. There won't be a next order. And when I quit the program because I can't afford to gain any more weight, they sent me an email congratulating me for reaching my goal!

After a few months, a few disappointments, I have finally made my goal and have maintained for over 4 weeks. It's the easiest and best way to diet. Thank you.

I loved Nutrisystem! For me it was easy and my weight came off faster than any other plan I have tried before. I needed to lose about 20 lbs to help lower my cholesterol. I am now 27 lbs light and feel so good. I have more energy and want to continue to feel like this! I love the food choices and they are so easy to pop in the microwave or just grab and go. No measuring and not a lot of time at the grocery store. It was right there for me. It's not a diet as much as a health way we should all eat! I highly recommend Nutrisystem!!!

I was on the diet for 2 months, but after that time wanted to discontinue the program. (This is my 2nd year using your program and have used your program with a friend). I had repeatedly asked for help getting online to my page online with great difficulty. Also, alert about checking or signing up for next order before it ships never made it to my email. I checked my spam. I believe my account was just messed up for some reason? You just never got it right! Then, when I got the email from FedEx for my 3rd delivery, I was alarmed. I wasn't ready for it...no previous emails, again. So I called FedEx to refuse delivery. No problem. But I had to take the frozen stuff. There were only 19 items in there.

I loved my experience with Nutrisystem! Understanding actual portion sizes was EXTREMELY beneficial. Having fast, easy meals available was helpful too. Thank you so much for starting my weight loss program so successfully!

I would highly recommend the Nutrisystem program. I have been on and off the program for several years - returning when I allow the extra pounds to creep up. This last time, I purchased the frozen program and have to say the food choices were excellent and much improved over the basic plan. The new Quick Start program was also a significant improvement, as the rapid initial weight loss was extremely motivating. I think I am better prepared to exit out of the program this time. I have a better understanding of the importance of smaller, healthier meals and snacks. I have always committed myself to exercise, but found that I had more motivation to work harder to expedite my body transformation. Thank you for everything.

I am 63 and had not been able to lose weight for a few years. I tried Atkins, South Beach, and exercise, all of which had worked when I was younger. The pounds kept adding on and when my wife had some success with Nutrisystem, I gave it a shot. I lost 8 pounds on the Fast Five and 39 pounds overall - so far. Thanks NS!

My first order got mixed up somehow and I ended up with the "favorites" menu. That seemed to be the leftovers and unwanted products that needed to be gotten rid of. I choked down 28 days of an excessive amount of Mexican style food, horrible pancakes and pasty oatmeal. Relieved to get my second order with my choice of food, there was still a free week's worth of the spicy Mexican meals and mushy oatmeal... that is very unpleasant food to me. Some of my food in the first order was open and crushed. It was kindly replaced by the representatives. However despite all of this, I have lost 14 lbs (I only lost 3 on the Fast 5 program) so I guess I can call this story a successful one.

You will lose your weight for sure because the food, it is horrible and the pictures are not true. The only thing decent are the breakfast and desserts. You should share true pictures of food.

This is the 2nd time I've gone on "N". The first was 9 yrs ago. The food for one has improved dramatically so it was much easier this time around. I like to keep my weight at around 120-125. After that, well you know what happens. Went back on "N" over a month ago on the Fast Five. Lost the 5lbs and inches easily, but you have to STICK it or it just doesn't work. Makes sense. I started at 131. I'm small boned and the weight was sitting on my stomach, it now is where it should be and I've lost 3 inches and lost 11 lbs, but it's imperative you follow the instructions to the "T".

Nutrisystem was wonderful. I was 100 lbs over weight. Frustrated. And overwhelmed. I had tried to lose the weight on my own for 4 yrs with no long term success. I turned to Nutrisystem because I just needed a little help. It was easy and worked.

The weight loss program is great. I had no complaints whatsoever. I wanted to give Nutrisystem a try for the convenience of not having to costly cook and pick the foods that I ate. I lost 7 pounds in the first month, mixing the meals from the boxes with eating healthy. Great program with advisors that help you get motivated if you need the extra push. When I decide to cancel my subscription, the customer service advisor tried to convince me to stay with the program, and etc. It is normal and I understand this technique. However, what I found unacceptable other than getting charged 70 something dollars to cancel for the discounts. Was that the customer service advisor seemed frustrated and hung up on me before I could tell her that I wanted to be charged those 70 something dollars in another card. All she told me was "Your card will be charged the 70.00 something dollars" and did not let me ask any additional questions.

Overall satisfied with the program. Like the frozen foods. Did not lose 5 lbs. in a week as promised (Might want to tone down your advertising on that one) And kind of tired of ** saying how she lost 50 pounds - Really? She has been on the program for years now - Shouldn't she have lost more than that by now? Your customer service department is very good, and your delivery is excellent.

Started program beginning of March 2015 and lost 6 lbs first week... continued to lose at about 2 lbs per week. Program was easy to follow - loved having prepackaged so could get used to portion sizes. Lost 30 lbs on the program and stopped due to finances. But due to their great training and strategies, I was able to lose another 10 lbs and still going. So thankful and they also taught my stubborn husband portion sizes. He joined as well and has lost about 55-60 lbs. Highly recommend this program.

I ordered the diabetic pre-selected order to start. I found the food was not only counter nutritional for a diabetic but also foul tasting. The selections are actually just fattening, carb loaded meals but in tiny packages to keep the overall calorie count down. You will lose weight but not any more than if you were to go to a fast food restaurant and order a very small meal portion. I was offered a discount on the first order to set up an automatic second order at $439 per month. Based upon the erroneous information on the Nutrisystem website regarding a healthy offering of balanced meals, I thought this would be fine. But the food is not nutritionally balanced (unless you call 5 desserts, pasta and carb snacks a day a balanced meal) and all preparations have the same chemical aftertaste.

I've been on Nutrisystem in a couple of spurts for the better part of a year, starting when I was home-bound with a knee problem. The food is shelf stable and was easy for me to cook with just a microwave. Really, what Nutrisystem is about is portion control--and you see how little food you really need to live. All in all, I lost about 40 pounds, mostly in the first few months. If followed closely, it is effective through portion control. Overall the food quality is decent but not great. The macaroni and cheese is difficult to get creamy, but the majority of the items are OK. Think cup-o-soup quality for dried items and slightly lower than Lean Cuisine for wet items like lasagne. After a few months, the selections get old, but I was able to apply the same eating patterns and portion control to keep my weight off over a year.

I saw numerous positive reports on Nutrisystem and wanted to see how it worked. I found it was easy to follow and effective. On the Fast 5+ week I lost about 7 pounds, and over the next 2 months I lost a total of about 12 pounds. I never felt hungry or tired. The first month I allowed Nutrisystem to pick the food for me. Once I had a better idea what I would like. I picked my own food for the second month. The only criticism I had was some of the food I requested was in limited supply or was unavailable so something that I didn't care for as much was substituted. The quality and flavor of the food varied, but since this is subjective, some might like items I didn't. I'm retired, so I'm near a freezer and could use more frozen food. Those that aren't near a freezer could use the canned and ready to eat meals.

The food was good and I had no problem staying on the diet. I lost 47 pounds. I would recommend Nutrisystem to anyone that would listen.

The tastes on most of your tomato sauces were very strong. Maybe too strong. Your bagels need to be pre-sliced since they are so small it is hard to handle when we're trying to slice the bagels.

I was able to reach my 22 lb weight loss by learning portion control. I really didn't realize I didn't need to eat as big a portion as I had been eating. Learning to eat small meat type portions, not eating the starchy foods, and eating larger veggie portions helped me reach my goal. Paying for the program also made me think twice before I overindulged. I learned to control my calorie intake soooooo much. I now watch everything I eat AND how much I eat. I have saved the trays my meals came in to help to continue to control my portion control. It sounds so simple, but you have to learn portion control and then apply it. We had a family emergency come up but the staff at NS just adjusted our delivery dates and location so we could stay on the program. They were so helpful each time we called, emailed, or live chatted with them. They never said once they couldn't meet our needs. Thanks to all the NS staff.

I am almost 64 years old and over the course of my life was always on the chunky side and at one point at 5'2 I weighed 190. Through a series of tragic life occurrences I lost a lot of that weight but over the few years following resolutions of those issues, it started creeping back on. I tried the no carb approach and while I lost some, it was way too difficult to stay on as I can truthfully state I am a carboholic in a BIG way. After seeing how much weight my boss started to lose I had to ask and was told she and another close friend of mine had decided to try it. SO, I thought if she could, I should at least try it.

Worked great for me. Lost 7 lbs the first week. And after 1 month, I lost 20 lbs. The system taught me how to cut back on the size of meals, the times to eat, what to eat, and there you go. Stick to the system, and I know you will lose weight.

I stopped because I did not feel that the program was explained to me where I could lose the weight. I felt the product was OK. I think you need to work on telling how and what to eat at the meals. I did not get the communication to help on how to lose the weight.

Reached my desired weight loss on NutriSystem. Most of the food was good. Took a while to adjust to the portions, but once I did the weight started coming off. My husband and I started this together and we've lost about 80 pounds.

Tough first week, after that it is a breeze. Never hungry. Eat lots of veggies, drink lots of water. The food is not bad. Plenty to eat and snack on. I lost 32 lbs. in 6 weeks. 2 more weeks to go, hope to lose 10 more. Look and feel great. Thank you Nutrisystem.

Your program does work and I like it because it makes eating decisions easy. However, I don't like some of the meals and really dislike some of them. Your stew type meals hardly have any substance to them and some of your other meals have a questionable texture or taste. I do like your Cinnamon Streusel muffins to start my day and wish I could purchase them in bulk. Is there a way I could just buy the muffins even though I'm not enrolled in the program currently?

Couldn't have been at happier with my Nutrisystem experience. Nearly 20 lbs lost in 2 months! My Way offered all the support I needed with tracking and portion control. The food is delicious when I added my own veggies. I feel like I made a huge investment in my health and am prepared to continue maintaining my new healthy lifestyle.

I purchased the Nutrisystem diet plan. It worked well the first week. The food was much better than when I tried it several years ago. However, it started upsetting my stomach. I emailed and called Nutrisystem and was told I would need to get a RTA code which I did to return the product to meet their guarantee requirements. I returned the remaining products and paid over $15 to ship. After three weeks, they are telling me that "without the tracking number it is not possible to determine whether your package has been returned to our warehouse or not, as we have many orders coming and going out of our warehouse daily." Not sure that the guarantee means much so I'm basically out of luck.

Let me start by saying, I love this system, food and staff. Website is my issue in trying to locate the area I want to get to. Always have to do a general search. There should be a flashy link for shopping a la carte along with your packages.

Best way to lose wt. for sure. Healthy, Easy, Tasty. Nutrisystem contacts were always polite and helpful.

I chose the 4 week plan & signed up for Sat. delivery (was planning to use it during the week while at work since that is where my problem area is - takeout). I chose my meals for the 1st delivery. Since I didn't care for most of the food because it was too bland or spicy (jalapenos), I made changes for the 2nd delivery early in the week (or so I thought). When I called to verify that Thursday it would apply to my next delivery, I was told it would not and that it would only be applied to the next month's delivery. I couldn't get a refund for the 2nd week delivery that I wanted to cancel/refuse (by the way, the meals changed automatically. It was not all that I chose during my initial selection if it is supposed to be a monthly food selection).

I can say the system works. I have been on the my way core plan for 2 1/2 months and I have lost over 35 lbs. The portion size and the structure of the plan gave me the tools I needed to lose the weight. I can honestly say I never felt like I was starving and the food was pretty good also. After seeing my results my wife has also started on Nutrisystem.

I lost 26 lbs by sticking to my 1500 calorie program and riding my Mountain bike at least 1 hour every other day. The NUME app was fantastic in helping me keep track of my calorie intake, water, and exercise. The counselors were helpful when I hit a plateau in recommending the steps to move forward. I wholeheartedly recommend Nutri System to anyone.

Very pleased with Nutrisystem!!! Ended 12 weeks with 25 lb. weight loss. I'm finishing my last 4 weeks and I know I will reach my goal of 30 lbs. I've never been able to lose weight before. I have currently lost 54 pounds on Nutrisystem. The food is very good and the system is amazing. I was on the Basic Plan but never had a meal I did not like. My only disappointment was that I only got credit for 30 pounds of weight loss because I entered my starting weight wrong. I really wanted the 40 and 50 pound Nutribears, but losing the weight is fabulous. I cannot describe the difference it has made in my health and my self-esteem.

I love this product. It really works if you follow their recommendations. I can't be any happier. If Walmart had not had this on their shelves I would not have tried this system. Then I went online and ordered my own choices. To date I have lost 40 lbs. Thank you Nutrisystem!!!

I had no problem with food or delivery. It was just too expensive to maintain ongoing.

I signed up for Nutrisystem hoping for a healthy and balanced way to lose weight without much thought or prep work on my part. Unfortunately this isn't what happened. I followed the plan to the letter for two months (the time period I signed up for) and I only lost one pound. I do not think this is a healthy or simple way to lose weight, and I honestly would not recommend using this product. I am very disappointed and wish I never used Nutrisystem. Use the money you would use on this to go see a nutritionalist, you will be healthier and happier that way.

The nutrisystem was great. Meals were good to eat and almost all of the food was in the program. Worked a little slow for me because I haven't added the exercise like I should. Love the information on balanced meals and the ability to record meals to keep track of everything.

Nutrisystem was working really good for me, then they had this bright idea to IMPROVE the tracking tools for dieters. Worked with the new site for days! To no avail. What a mess, server down, took forever to find foods that previously were a cinch, on and on so annoying I quit the program! Emailed them asking why not just ADD the new tools in addition to what already had HA. DON'T CARE about our success. Have moved on.

For me, Nutrisystem was easy, simple and generally good to eat. I followed it as best I could (not perfect, however), and lost the weight I wanted. I feel that it's a given -- if you follow the plan and eat the foods, you will lose weight! I'm keeping it off, and may decide to lose more in the future.

I lost weight with Nutrisystem. I am diabetic with hypothyroidism and can't have soy or artificial sweeteners. The reason: they have soy-free food and desserts with other sweeteners. This is one of the easiest programs I have ever been on.

I needed to lose only 10 pounds and it took only 2 months. The food the first month was picked by Nutrisystem and it was ok, but I was a lot happier when I ordered the frozen meals the second month. The third and final month, I ordered lunches, mostly bars and desserts. I am on my own for breakfasts and dinners and so far I am maintaining my weight. I recommend this program because it is a no-brainer. So easy.

I would recommend Nutrisystem to anyone wanting to lose weight. I lost 60 pounds in 9 months eating the food that was supplied to me. The food was good and I was never hungry. It was so easy to place your food into the microwave and in less than a minute, your meal was ready. In fact, since I am off the Nutrisystem diet, I sure miss the convenience of preparing a meal. You sure get spoiled.

When I started I weighed 225 and three months of the plan I now weigh in at 195. I feel so much better and could have never done it without Nutrisystem. I recommend this for anyone who is overweight and tired of trying to make food or try to decide daily what food choices they should make. I have been a Nutrisystem customer for many years. I go on the program every year or two for 3 months to get back down to my desired weight. The food is excellent, especially the frozen foods. I typically lose 20-30 pounds when I finish the 2-3 month plan. The food has gone from good to excellent over the past 5 years.

My New Year's resolution was to lose weight. Seriously. Started Nutrisystem Fast 5 on 1/1/2015. Nutrisystem has been extremely helpful to me reaching my goal weight. Now down almost 30lbs I've learned what real portion sizes are, I look for foods with the most nutritional value (that I will eat! ), and have snacks that I enjoy always on hand.

What helped me most was the convenience that the NutriSystem meals provided. It was super easy to pack my meals to go to work every day and not have to do a lot of prep work. The meals also helped me learn to control portions and not feel hungry. I feel like I make better eating decisions now.

This is my second time using NutriSystem to lose weight and it's my favorite way to get healthy! Once I get use to the portion sizes, the hard part is choosing what to eat everyday bc there is so much variety! I always hit my goal weight in record time! So easy and it works.

I had lost about 12 lbs on my own, but then hit a standstill. Ladies in my church had used Nutrisystem and they looked so good. I ordered it and the food was really good and I like food. I only wanted to lose about 15 lbs. Altogether I did lose 30 lbs. I am in a size 8 and I am 68 years old. I am using all the tools of things to eat to maintain my weight. If I slip back into old habits, I will call. Hoping this doesn't happen. Thank you for making me feel so young again. I am also walking 3 times a day. I have arthritis and scleroderma and I really feel good.

I have to say that Nutrisystem is a great way to lose weight and it is easy. No counting calories and the food isn't bad either. How many diets let you have dessert? I would recommend this diet to anyone serious about losing weight. You will see the progress right away.

I recently started with Nutrisystem and so far so good as far as the delivery and the food. I was really impressed with the food and activity tracking system and I made sure I entered every bit of food and liquid I consumed. It was great how easy the system worked. Then, I find out today that on June 22 we all need to use the new system and nothing will transfer. Not a major deal for me since I only recently started. I just had to read through what I ate over the past several days and search for those items on the new site and add them. I'm sure glad I hadn't started much earlier. There is also journal information and goals that had to be redone as well. I'm more explaining this problem for everyone else that have been with Nutrisystem longer and that will no doubt be upset about this.

I used Nutrisystem in January of 2014 and lost 10 pounds while I was recovering from knee surgery. Then, in February, March and April, 2015, I used Nutrisytem to lose more weight and lost 15 more pounds. It is a great weight loss system, especially since I do not have to count calories or decide what to eat on my own -- It is all done for me, and the food is actually good. I could lose probably 15 more pounds to be at my best weight, but I am taking a break for now and will increase my exercise on my rowing machine and maybe use Nutrisystem again in the future if the 15 pounds don't come off as fast as I want. Everything about Nutrisystem was beneficial for me -- even the price! THANK YOU.

Nutrisystem offered a program that was easy to follow and offered support in educational emails and personal counselors. I really felt like they were interested in my successful weight loss more than my money. Cancellation was easy with no questions asked.

When I began the Nutrisystem Fast 5 plus program, I fully expected to lose 5 pounds the first week. I failed! I lost 8 pounds the first week! I have surpasses my goal by 3 pounds in just 5 months And am now on maintenance. This is my second time on Nutrisystem, the first time in 2011. I had let myself go last year and when I had gained 30 pounds and my waist size went up 4 inches, I decided it was time to do something! I felt miserable! I knew Nutrisystem worked because of my past experience. My wife is also on Nutrisystem and has lost 40 pounds to date. We have never felt better and are now running and have run in four 5K races.

I highly recommend Nutrisystem program. I lost 30 pounds in 5 months. Now I am learning to keep my weight. The key is tracking the food that you eat.

In our LAST Order we had some bad food for the first time in 7 months; Such as expanded plastic containers, & Donuts with melted stuff on the bottom of the donuts. It looks like the items got too hot. Note: We stopped our Nutrisystem program yesterday. My wife lost 40 lbs & I lost 37. It worked. We are going to cook our own meals. I have made a cookbook of under 300 Cal per serving of about 1000 recipes.

Nutrisystem meals were quick, convenient, and kept me from feeling hungry. Information relayed to me encouraged me to drink more water and that helped me to feel full and eat less. Because the meals contain soy protein, the protein levels are higher and you feel more satisfied. I dropped inches in my waist and legs more than I ever have with any other meal plan. My clothes size dropped 2 sizes in 3 months.

I am so happy I went on Nutrisystem. For me, it was the best thing I have ever done. I lost 25 pounds in 2 1/2 months. My husband, who I wanted to go on the program with me said NO, but after he saw how well I did, got on the program and has lost 25 pounds in 4 weeks (the dirty dog). Was trying to order Nutri-System yesterday online but when I got to the custom menu to order breakfast it only allowed me to order 21 items. Well I need to order 28 items. I contacted the live chat and was told that I had to order the fast five shakes and could not order what I wanted. I don't want to pay for shakes because I'm not going to drink them. I know what I need to lose weight because I have done Nutri-System about 4 times and it has always worked great. So I did not order anything. All I wanted to do was order 12 weeks of the regular Nutri-System and not 11 weeks.

I just cancelled my service as of 2 days ago. I requested on 3 occasions over a period of less than 6 months that I be contacted prior to shipment so I could regulate the amount of food I received. Despite these requests, either no notice was sent or your email would go to spam... which I also advised your customer service of on multiple occasions. The product is good, and I have much success, but I am tired of not having my requests respected.

Followed the plan, increased walking. Lose 8 lbs. week 1. Ate steam veggies to fill the meals. After week 1 my brain finally got it. 95% of the solution is between the ears. I lost 20 lbs. in 9 weeks and now weigh the same as 20 yrs. ago and feel great!

I wanted to lose 20 pounds so I went to Nutrisystem as it worked very well for me in 2006. I lost 5 lbs in the first week using the Fast 5 and then continued to use my products as instructed. In three months I had lost the 20 pounds that I wanted to lose and am continuing to lose. I am very happy with the products and the service. If losing weight is your goal -- this system helps you to know how much food to eat and what a serving is. Once you quit, you only have to keep in mind serving size and adjust from there. I'm very happy that I did Nutrisystem again.

I started the Nutrisystem program last week. I had ordered the protein shakes additional at a cost of $51.50 and it came with a Shaker. When I received my first order, the Shaker was listed on the invoice but it was not in the box. I immediately called Customer Service asking if they could send me one right away. Well, a week later, the order STILL has not been processed. I feel like I just wasted $51.50. I will definitely be canceling my order.

I've ordered off and on for a number of years now. I have never been more than 25 pounds overweight, so I use this when I need to get back on track. Most of the breakfast, lunch and dessert items are very good. Some of the dinner is tasty, and some is absolutely awful. I noticed the tastes can change a great deal from order to order... especially the Trail Mix lunch bar. It was AWFUL this last order when in the past I used to love it. I always wait until there's an offer that is reasonable. I would NEVER order this full price... WAY TOO COSTLY.

NutriSystem worked for my mom and I. Truthfully, I was skeptical about the program because it was a new method for us regarding weight loss. In the past we tried to lose weight by using reducing caloric intake which worked somewhat in the past. We just could not achieve the results as we did with NutriSystem. My mom is a diabetic and we wanted her to lose to save her life. I sacrificed every dime to pay for the plan for both us. I knew it would be a support for her during this transition, and I need to lose weight as well. We are off the plan now, but we are happy with the kick start it gave us. Unfortunately, we cannot afford the maintenance program, but once school is over we are going to try it.

NutriSystem is a simple weight loss program that provided the results I as looking for, plus it allowed me to exceed my weight loss goal by 7 lbs. and I feel great. NutriSystems was easy for me to do, I just followed the directions: I ate "all" the food, and it tasted good, I drank the recommended amount of water, and walked about a mile or so, 2 or 3 times a week. Well I would say first that the food and plans are pretty good and the diet is working. However, my second month's food delivery hasn't come and no one seems to be able to help. The frozen foods came on time but the unfrozen selections and snacks are lost in the ozone. Customer service keeps you on hold for a long time. (Is that customer service?) The last call I was on hold for 18 minutes! Dieting is frustrating and hard enough without the added inconvenience of their messed up tracking system. Which by the way is non-existent. This last call I was told they were re-shipping but the right hand doesn't have a clue about the left. I should have read more reviews about their shipping as this seems to be a trend.

Nutrisystem was easy, I didn't get hungry between meals and I learned food portions for when I completed the program. I lost a total of 30 pounds and feel great.

Great way to get started in weight loss journey. I needed something like this because I know that eating less food is the only way to lose weight, & you also need to get your focus off of food. THE BEST diet I have ever been on and I've tried them all. I lost 40 pounds and have kept it off. Nutrisystem taught me portion control and eating healthy throughout the day. The food tastes great. I lost all the weight I wanted and it was very easy. Just grab the meal box, heat it up, and eat it. No thinking. They do it for you. If you follow the eating plan you WILL lose weight. You can't fail! After people see the results I had they order it and they lost weight and love it.

Once on Nutrisystem I started to see the pounds shed off right away. I was not a large person to begin with and was nervous that it would only work for really large people. I am 5 foot 4 in and weight 142 to start. Was looking to drop to 120, and it worked wonderfully. Hit goal after 3rd shipment.

I placed my first order a week ago and it has still not shipped. I've been in touch with customer service twice, am told it's in the "final stages" and will ship soon. Nutrisystem is based in my state! I don't understand what could possibly take so long. I've been on a different diet for several months, ran out of food and as I'm running now, wanted to switch to NS to get more calories and transition back to "normal" food while I take off my last 10-15 pounds. I've now had to re-order from the other diet provider and my food will be here tomorrow already! Meanwhile, I just wait and wait. Would love to try NS, but who knows when I'll actually get my order.

My wife and I ordered Nutrisystem so we could start January 5th of this year. I had used Nutrisystem about 8 years ago, but so much has changed I wanted to try it again. My original goal was to lose 55 pounds, but this was a stretch as I hadn't been that weight in 25 years. We were both a little worried about how hungry we would be and my wife was worried how good the food would taste. During my first use of Nutrisystem they did not have frozen foods and while some food was really good, some was not very pleasant.

I have lost 29 pounds since I started my plan on November 30, 2014. I needed to lose 30 pounds. I am still losing weight, and feeling just great. The folks at Nutrisystem have been so helpful and kind and very supportive. I have just moved to the transition plan. I am looking forward to continuing my weight loss journey, for better health. My experience was positive in two ways. Participating in the program allowed me to change my daily eating into three solid meals whereas in the past I only used dinner (supper) as my sole main meal. Helped with portion control and resulted in a weight loss of 20 lbs. Most of the foods are quite good and one should use the user ratings for the menu items as they are very accurate.

The food in Nutrisystem is good and has helped me lose 35 lbs and lower my blood sugar down an acceptable level. With my last blood test the doctor said the only problem I had was they were over medicating me. Thank you!

It does take determination, but really wasn't hard at all. I just stuck with the program, and in a matter of 3 months, I lost 40 lbs. The biggest take away for me was how big a portion really is, and I do believe the lower salt intake was a huge part of my success. I highly recommend it for anyone who has made up their minds to finally do something about their weight.

The food is easy to prepare and is very tasty. The desserts are very good.

I have been on Nutrisystem for 8 months, thru the Holiday Periods and beyond. I have lost 52 lbs. The Program works, as I have learned a lot about Portion Control as it relates to weight loss.

My husband and I both met our goals in 3 months using the Nutrisystem plan. It was easy and taught us about portion control and how to judge actual hunger versus habit hunger. It was a little expensive but we feel like the investment in our health was worth it.

I called to cancel my order today. Explained to the guy who answered the phone that I couldn't eat the food. Mostly the dinners. He informed me I had to pay 85 dollars to cancel or pick a better program. Which would cost more. I said since I can change the products I choose why would I have to pay the money. Seems to me my order is still pending. He told me I had to pay the 85 or receive another shipment. Didn't make sense to me.

I tried the Nutrisystem plan for three months, even though it was overpriced in my opinion. The food, for the most part, was very poor-tasting, except for the snacks and desserts. The food also gave me diarrhea on and off throughout the three months. I really wanted this diet plan to work; however, I could not deal with the poor-tasting lunch and dinner selections. I also have Gerd and cannot eat tomato-based products, which most of these are. Very disappointed with this project and will not use it again.

WARNING TO MILITARY PERSONS! When I signed up with Nutrisystem I explained I was diabetic and they said they have a program specifically to accommodate this. I received the box and to my dismay it is high in sugar content and other foods diabetics should not be consuming. I called and their reply was, "Oh, we didn't say there wouldn't be quite a bit of sugar in it!" They would not exchange or replace it.

I've dieted for my whole adult life. This is the first program where I was able to lose the weight and learn the correct portions for me. I'm finally the correct weight for size. It makes me as happy as I thought it would. More energy, love to try on clothes- I give this program an A+. Easy to follow, easy to use, easy to reach success. Thank you.

This program works and is easy to follow. Having the food ready to go was a key for me, however my husband is a great cook so I did sway evenings. Some of the lunch items I did not care for but such a variety - I could always find one I liked. I can't afford to stay on the program, and still have 11 pounds to my personal goal, but will take the way to eat and portion sizes I have learned and be successful.

I didn't have high hopes going into this program, but I'd seen the commercials and the program was around for a while, so I thought I would give it a shot. First off, I had two babies back to back and gained 80+ lbs with both of them. They came out weighing 9.3 oz and 10 lbs. On my tiny frame, that didn't do well for my figure and neither did all those hamburgers I ate during the 9 months. After my second was born, I simply was unhappy with how I looked and had no energy and always fatigued. I couldn't enjoy going out to play with my kids because I barely had energy to walk down the road.

I first used NS last late summer into early fall but found out very quickly that I quit too soon after losing 20 lbs in 4 months. Saw the TSV on QVC in April and decided to restart again. So far I am down 6 lbs and lost 5 1/2 inches in one month. Works for me!

I was successful losing weight on Nutrisystem, although I did not get to my goal weight. I lost about half the weight I need to lose. I think the program itself works great - and I learned a lot about how much to eat, what to eat, and when to eat. The food was OK-tasting, not great - but for me it was more about the convenience and portioning than it was about the taste, and I'm not picky. I think when I began, I just had no idea that it would be just as much (if not more) fresh food that I would have to buy in addition to the Nutrisystem food. I wish that had been clearly communicated to me. Regardless, I lost weight on the program, and that is really saying something because I have a metal implant in my ankle and I am hypothyroid.

I needed to lose 15 to 20 lbs. as I went from a 36" waist to almost 40" due to recent inactivity. The fast five did the job as advertised and I lost 8 lbs in 7 days from 210 to 202. I'll remain on the regular plan for another 3 weeks and am confident I'll do well. The food tastes much better than expected except for the pizza items which were obviously created by someone from the west coast. I would recommend the plan to anyone in decent health looking to shed a lot or even a fast few. Nice job.

Nutrisystem is a great program. I have had enormous problems with being able to log info online, however. I was in week nine before I could log my weight and other info. Also, I lost all the info on the phone app (the only thing I could use for the first eight weeks) when the computer program was fixed. Today is May 5th, and I have lost 43 pounds since February 23rd. I have made three orders, and each one had missing, outdated, or damaged items. Nutrisystem is expensive, and it is disappointing that there have been problems with the online program and food orders.
