I am so pleased with Nutrisystem, after 3 weeks I am prompted to report to others that all of the food I have had taste very good and I have lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks. I am a 66 year old male that would like to weigh 170 but am content with 180. A few years ago I lost 30 pounds to get to 175 using a no carb diet but it was boring (I like bread, pasta, and desert). The weight came back initially from traveling - 5 pounds from a cruise or other vacation added up.

I can't say enough of about Nutrisystem... I have been on it for 2 months faithfully.... I have lost 17 lbs. The food is like magic. I have tried several things nothing worked.... If I knew this worked as well as it does, I would have been on this earlier... It makes you want to keep going. I have 23 more pounds to go.

I love the Nutrisystems Food because it works - the reason it works is because the food tastes great. Not all diet plans are the same, and this one is top notch. The tuna packets for lunch are great - when you're out for the day, just grab one with 2 slices of wheat bread and a plastic fork, put it into a baggie and off you go - when you're hungry, just make yourself a sandwich and you won't go off your plan. The bars are also great, just throw them into your purse. Out to dinner with friends? Get the salad, dressing on the side - having drinks? Have them put diet Sprite into your wine glass and bring along a bag of Nutrisystems popcorn in your purse - worked for me - lost 15 pounds in 6 weeks and tons of inches. Love this plan. I'm going to become an "a-la-carte" member now so I can always buy the foods when I want to at a 20% discount and free shipping.

I ordered Nutrisystem thinking that it would help me. The Fast 5 promised that I would lose 5 pounds. I lost 1, and then gained 3 more. I started the 28 day meal plan the day after and followed everything exactly how I was supposed to. The packets and booklets were like my bible. That's how closely I followed this program. I understand that not every program is for everyone, but really? I gained 2 pounds.....I called to cancel my order. She told me I had to mail the food I didn't touch back to the address that she gave me. When she asked the reasoning behind why I wanted to return it, I told her it wasn't working. She sounded insensitive and rehearsed. You could tell she had no interest that $300 of mine was just thrown away.

Very convenient and easy to navigate through the website. I did lose weight but after (2) months, the food expense was a bit too much for my budget.

I ordered Nutrisystem Fast 5 with 28 days with the weekends off. Here are the following issues. My husband and I ordered at the same time on QVC. He got his within a week, mine took over 2 weeks and only because they shipped a new one. No one could answer where mine was other than it had been shipped, even though UPS said it hadn't been received. The advertising online, on the commercials and QVC are false. This does NOT include all the food you need. PERIOD. You must add vegetables at all meals and also proteins and carbs after the first week. They say that it is so easy and everything you need in it is included. LIES.

This is my first time to plan a weight loss program, and Nutrisystem made it very easy and rewarding. You can track your weight loss and document all your calorie intake. I've lost 20 pounds, and my lifestyle has changed after the first couple of months. I highly recommend for anyone struggling with overweight problems.

I am 47 years old and I am 30 pounds overweight. I've tried everything to lose weight only to end up gaining weight. I was sick for 3 weeks, barely eating anything & gained 5 pounds. I was seriously at my lowest point..becoming more depressed & more obsessed with losing. I worked out 2 hours/day for 4 days/week, cut out all bread, sweets and potatoes... I gained another pound. More depressed!! I saw Marie on a commercial and wanted to try Nutrisystem but didn't think I could afford to do it. I read reviews about the products & found out I could buy a starter plan at Walmart.. so I bought the 5 day plan a few days ago.

I devised, with the salesman, a special-purpose program calling for six food sessions a day (Nutrisystems' recommendation) for 35 days. I therefore expected 210 food items. I received only 140. When I phoned to request the other 70, I was told (after a very long wait) that they would only give me 20 more. Also, their food isn't that good, and you can do better on your own. Buy what you like in the store, parcel it out so that when you eat you'll get about 200 calories, and plan to eat six times a day. You'll save lots of money and eat much better.

I was willing to try nutrisystem for first time when I saw a 40% price. I chose the men's select which showed a retail price of 449.99, but the 40% would not come off. After chatting several times and making phone calls, not once did I receive the same price retail or discount from different individuals. 40% off 449.99 should be around 270 and they seemed to add 60-100 dollars to that. Nutrisytem should honor the retail price shown on the website and apply discounts to that.

I signed up for Nutrisystem and got special pricing due to a promotion they were doing. The customer service rep that I spoke with over the phone to sign up was pleasant and kind. I got my food and started right away. I was surprised that much of the pre-made food wasn't frozen, it was meatballs in a bag. I stuck with it for a week but the food didn't agree with me. I had stomach aches and pains and noise and I couldn't continue. I immediately switched to another program (not prepackaged, all natural, grass-fed, no-grain diet) and I feel great now. I just don't think my body could handle all the preservatives. I called in to cancel and was charged a fee of $103 to cancel - the fine print says I need to order two months of food. Tricky.

I honestly loved the food. I found it hard to stick with 100%, but I managed to meet my goal and lose 15 lbs in 14 weeks! I've recommended it to many friends and plan on using it again in the future for maintaining my weight.

I didn't like the sodium content of the meals and the preservatives as well as the taste of the food so I called within my 2-week money back offer, they sent me a label and the box was picked up. I did not get a refund and got more charges to my credit card. I was only to pay 19.99 not the full amount of 314.98 and an extra 102.10 which I will dispute with my credit card company. It was difficult for me to eat food with the high salt and chemical content after only eating organic for years. I would like the refund as promised.

I have done the Nutrisystem program several times over many years. The program and the food has gotten progressively better. It has worked for me each time. I only have one complaint. When I am done with the program (or even if I just wanted to quit) I find it extremely irritating that I cannot just go into my account and cancel the service. I do not want to be on hold from five to ten minutes and then have to go through the "routine" with the customer service rep just to say "I am cancelling". And, there is clearly no reason why you cannot make that process just as painless as the rest. Step into the new century. If I cannot do it online...I do not want to do it at all!

I was so happy to see Walmart and Harris Teeter carry the 5 day Nutrisystem kick start plan. HT was $3 more than Walmart. I would have liked to continue with the plan, however, one cannot buy a one month plan. If you get into the auto renew and don't renew, you lose almost $300. Some folks don't need to lose more than 10-15 pounds and with exercise it can be accomplished quickly. It would be nice to be able to buy a 14 day plan or a 30 day plan, especially after the new year or having a baby. I agree with another reviewer that when you call, the folks don't seem to have answers, they just try to sell more products. Please continue to have your products in Walmart!!

I tried Nutrisystem's Diabetic plan. It is laden with carbohydrates and not compatible with my condition. I paid in advance for one month and accepted the products. In the first month I did lose five pounds but my doctor adjusted my insulin and I gained 3 more back. I don't blame Nutrisystem for that part. I called to cancel future shipments. I was told I could delay my next order up to 60 days but didn't want a future order hanging over my head and to cancel my account. Then the agent told me I had to pay them $109 for cancelling my order. I refused and will charge back my credit card if this shows up. It's a scam to keep you from cancelling your account. This soured me on the entire company. So much for Marie Osmond as a spokeswoman, eh?

I just started the Nutrisystem this week and have lost 6 pounds. I didn't think I would like the foods, but I actually do and thought I'd be more hungry, but I'm not. Thank goodness for Walmart selling the kits! So convenient and also the shakes. I have one for snack, 2 times a day and fills me up. I haven't even been craving any bad foods. I feel great!

I did Jenny Craig years ago and lost 50+ pounds, but the food was not very good and unfortunately, I didn't keep the weight off long term. Nutrisystem had terrific food, an easy to use booklet to track my intake, and wonderful, helpful representatives to change my order and give advice. I got one of my friends to join and talked it up to all others. So happy and pleased. Lost 40 pounds and still losing!!! Thanks for everything.

I have struggled for years with trying to lose weight and maintain a comfortable weight. Nutrisystem made this almost too easy. There is really no thinking to it. They take care of everything for you, and the food is excellent! I would recommend this to anyone having the same issue!

My husband and I did the diet together which helped me enormously. Not only did I get a lesson in portion control and calorie counting, I got a lesson in cooking healthy and eating out without totally blowing my diet. Highly recommend!

If you stick to it the weight comes off. Most of the dinners are saucy and the food is just ok. Breakfast is good. Just wish food was a little better.

I was told I'd lose 5+ lbs in the first week with the shakes, guaranteed. Within two days I experienced extremely bad indigestion. Thought maybe it was nerves. On the third day I couldn't continue the shakes as I was in so much pain, especially the chocolate. I proceeded with the other food, hoping it was only the shakes that disagreed with me. I realized any chance of getting any refund from the so called 'Guarantee' was out of the question, but I did express my problem to a representative on the phone. As I continued with the diet I continued to experience indigestion, vomiting, burping up food, burning of my stomach and esophagus - however, not as intensely as when I was ingesting the shakes. Long story short, I ended up seeing my internist, had an upper endoscopy performed and numerous blood tests done.

Called and request their advertisement of a $25.00 credit. However, instead I was charged $80.99 more. Called immediately & they agreed but could not refund until I received the order. (Not sure why because it was their mistake.) Called upon receipt & told credit issued. As of today, 2 weeks later, no refund. Customer service personnel will lie to you. Nutrisystem will put off the refund as long as they can. My credit card company handling dispute.

I was on your program from Dec 2013 until June or July 2014. After talking to someone in the chat room and FOUR-- repeat-- Four phone calls, I couldn't get the same answer twice on the price and what is included in the package. Every person I talk to said I was given the wrong information and prices for the packages. So if you like to give your prices, I can be reached at **.

First of all I have spent $0000's of dollars over the last several years with Nutrisystem. What I am dissatisfied about is Nutrisystem pricing practices for Alaskan residents. Not only do we pay for shipping but the prices increase on the website as soon as the system discovers an Alaskan resident is doing the purchasing.

I gained three pounds in two weeks with these program and lost one pound the following week. When they called me to re-order, I told them my outcome with their product and they said that I didn't follow their recommendations and that I should have eaten more Not only their product. ???? Really???

A few years ago, I signed up for Nutrisystem after my doctor told me I needed to lose 100+ pounds. Although I was able to lose some weight, I was never able to keep it off. I gained it all back plus extra poundage. But the worse part was that the program forced me to lose too much weight too fast -- and with heavy people like me that can lead to an imbalance in the digestive system that leads to gallstones being form. That's exactly what happened to me. Only one gallstone had formed. But it caused me horrible pain and almost proved to be a deadly one.

I have always had a 10-20 weight problem and have done many programs. Listening to Marie I figured why not try it. My friend DIDN'T like the food but I still thought just try it. The portions are REALLY small and you have to plan the extra food to make a complete meal, but it works. Some of the food is NOT the greatest tasting but looked forward to my dessert after dinner with my tea.

I've only just started with Nutrisystem and I must say, there are things they don't tell you. Like...I've spent a lot of time in the bathroom! Every hour on the hour peeing. LOL, just saying..I also find the soups delicious, however, the frozen foods are not to my liking. There are sloppy joes, and pizza, pizza, pizza, flat bread, pizza, and pizza. I don't eat pizza all the time. I was a bit surprised that popcorn is a dessert, I'd rather have that as a snack. Breakfast is ok, but I don't like cereal so that's an issue. I'm on the basic diabetic diet, my blood sugars have always been good and still are.

I ordered a promotional 5 pounds in 5 days plan not realizing I was automatically enrolled in the auto-delivery (pay) system that I am not able to dis-enroll from, held hostage. I am stuck with paying for two months when I only need one month. Not only that, I have had to wait 2 weeks for this order through FedEx (still not here yet, so much for the 14 days). The practices by this company are unethical. I urge all not to do business with Nutrisystem, unless you like giving money away. Shame on Nutrisystem, but shame on me if I let this act happen again, I don't think so.

I did the Nutrisystems diet about 15 years ago, although it was not the best the service was OK. I recently signed up again and what a change. I gave them the extra money to specialize my order and still received a lot of items that I cannot eat. After calling them to report their error the answer was, "Did we send you more than 12-15 things you did not order?" My answer back was, "Yes, it was 17 things I never ordered." And I was told, "Sorry, that means you will have to pay to ship them back at your cost and then we will send replacements." It cost me $12+ to ship back the items that I did not order and believe it or not I still received things in my reordered that I did not want. I guess they are OK with messing up 12-15 orders which most businesses would be mortified to do...but not Nutrisystems.

I started Nutrisystem on Jan. 1st, 2015 and it's only been a month but I am truly impressed with the results I have so far, and the taste of the food is good!! I am down 13 lbs. and still going! I would highly suggest this product to anyone who has struggled with losing weight.

This is the best weight loss product I have ever used! I lost 44 pounds! The food was great. There was an excellent variety and it was all delicious. What an amazing product. I didn't have to count points or calories. I just followed the planning guide - that simple. I have kept the weight off for ten months. I feel so good about myself now. Nutrisystem gave me my life back. I have always admired Marie Osmond and I started the product because of her!!!!

I recently filed a complaint. I did not ask for a refund. Four days later I received a response. I was given back the entire amount I paid for my 7 day trial. I certainly appreciate the refund. I'm sure the program works for a lot of people. Thanks so much.

The food better than I expected, but what was really helpful was the outline that gives you a system for eating. I now have new, healthy habits. Overall I've lost 25 pounds and feel healthier than I have in a long time.

I have been on Nutrisystem for 2.5 weeks. I have lost 10 pounds... nothing I have tried has been as successful as this. The food is fine to good. All the breakfast items are great... lunch and dinner frozen entrees are quite good. Don't love the add water dried lunch items but the shelf stored lunch items are excellent. This is something I can do easily with my work schedule. What I have already learned is that my own portions were way too big. Goal is 50 lbs and I think I can accomplish it with this program.

I had written a previous negative review about my experience in starting the Nutrisystem diet which I had to stop due to health reasons and when I called to do this I was told that not only would I not be getting any money back (with the the guarantee time frame) but that I would have to pay for canceling my next recurring order which had never been explained to me. I was told I could return a portion (non-frozen) back if I paid the shipping for a refund.

I can see the system working, but it was too boring. The food is not what I would normally eat. I do not eat bread or any dough with yeast, I do not like popcorn or cheesy puffs, I do not eat much chocolate, and most things are with chocolate. I do not like industrial tomato sauces, I only eat home made tomato sauce. So, it was a bit of a disappointment. I guess if you are used to eat processed food it would help. Does not work for me.

I think you should have a program like this for overweight children 2 and up. I think it would work.

Tried the "special" lose 5 pounds in 5 days to a T and did not lose one lb. After 23 days, they sent out another box of their bad tasting "heavy carb" driven so-called food. Called to say your products does not work and to opt out. Well there is an $85 fee to opt out. Their ad claims money back guarantee "within 14 days" only, so you need to not give them any benefit of the doubt and call them within 14 days or they will charge you more for what you already paid for a month ago, saying it was a promotional price that you lose if you cancel. I never agreed to that or did they tell you about that little fine print issue. Don't waste your money. I doubt you won't lose any weight and you will regret the wasted time trying their product. Anyone who has had success and given them a good rating has probably been paid by them to write a review. LISTEN TO ME. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SIGN UP!

I want to thank Nutrisystem for selling their 5 day jump start at Walmart! The marketing people at Nutrisystem who made that decision are brilliant! I would have never tried Nutrisystem otherwise! Every week I buy the 5 day food "box." Sometimes I will purchase the red box, other times I will purchase the blue box (I am not even diabetic)! I have lost 10 lbs so far! So, thank you! I hope to see your frozen meals and desserts in the future!

I had trouble signing up from my home computer for the vegetarian plan. I was finally able to (a telephone rep sent me a link) but when I got to work on Monday they had sent me another irresistible offer. When I called, they did say they would send me the free chocolate lovers pack (I did not get it). Then even though I stated it was a business delivery address and hours, they tried to deliver food after 5 on Friday. When I finally got my food on Monday I was anxious to get started... but my Fast 5 pack was formulated for men. I decided karma was telling me not to do this. I need to avoid stress, not add more. So I called to cancel and they are going to refund all but $19.99 when they get it back??? All Nutrisystem did for me was cost me and I did not lose a # or even get one bite of food. Good Luck to all. I hope I am the exception but they should not have charged me for their mistake. I am definitely not a man and I am sure I was clear about that.

The program does work, and if you are the kind of person that eats cheap takeout or frozen dinners every meal, you will probably love it. However, for those of us who like to cook, as part of our over abundant love of food, this program is... Depressing. Your meals may have variety, but not a single one is fresh. Veggies mitigate this feeling for a whole, but to be honest, I never want to hear the beeping of a microwave ever again.

I would like to say that I have lost 80 pounds since the end of last April and have continued to keep it off and continue to eat Nutrisystem food as a way to maintain my weight. I have learned so many tools to help keep the weight off and I have been 100% happy with the food and the service. I have recommended your product to my sister and my niece, I feel like I am a walking commercial for Nutrisystem.

Nutrisystem Jumpstart 5 day box at Walmart is fantastic!!! This changed my life!!! It is fantastic and I have lost 45 pounds and have a goal to lose 16 more. :) I am 52 and past menopause and YES this works for me like nothing else and believe me I have tried every diet out there!!! I have my confidence back and feel pretty again after years of feeling fat and unattractive. :) I recommend this wholeheartedly; it is one of the best things I ever did for myself truly. :) It is the easiest "diet" I have ever been on in my life, every week I buy the 5 day box for Mon.-Fri., fresh fruit 2 a day, and veggies, skim milk, and careful choices for Sat. And Sunday and that is my week, so very easy! I have now joined a gym and do the treadmill 3x a week for 30 min. too because I now have so much energy. :)

Every year for the Christian season of Lent I do the Nutrisystem program and every year I lose 20-30 lbs. It’s a great thing to do every year.

I like the way everything is separated by meals. My biggest disappointment was that there were so many of the "good" items out of stock, the replacements were duplicated and not as much variety. For example, I found only one bag of popcorn for snacks. I had too many cheese puffs, pretzels, etc. For dinners, I only had one of the really good things but ended up with 5 pizzas. I really do not anymore deliveries until you get a full stock without so many "out of stocks" and fill in replacements.

I loved every single day on Nutrisystem! I thought the food was delicious and there were many different choices. I lost 26 lbs out of the 30 I had set as a goal. I really didn't think that goal was attainable. Much to my surprise I am so close to my goal and I'm feeling wonderful! I will go back to Nutrisystem again if need be! Thank you so much for the wonderful support along my journey!!

I would highly recommend the NutriSystem program to anyone wanting a simple and straightforward weight loss plan. I loved being able to add in my own grocery items such as skim milk for my morning lattes, extra protein and lots of fresh veggies! My cravings stopped immediately and I looked forward to each new day because I continued to feel healthier and slimmer! Thank you, NutriSystem!

I struggled with the food choices available to Canadian customers (no frozen meals, etc). Because I do not crave sugar or pasta, I struggled with the sweet, pasta meals/snacks/desserts. I gave the pound cakes, cookies & snack bars to my kids. I would prefer to see less carbs & sweets (the pastas, cookies, cake, bars, pizza, etc) and instead see more brown Rice.

I have tried the food and it is bland. All the sauce taste the same. Snack are so bad you would prefer to have one bite of a cake the a slice. I would not waste my money on the program, rather starve.

AVOID THIS SCAM. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... A RIP OFF. I joined Nutri System and it did not work for me. I DID NOT LIKE most of the pre-packaged food which was ridiculously expensive so it sat in my pantry. Customer service was HORRIBLE. I tried to unsubscribe and that was going to cost me a minimum of $149. After spending a ridiculous $399, I had to spend another $149.

I loved the program when I used it. I had to cancel at that time because I lost my job. I would love to start back on the program but can only afford it now if I could pay every 2 weeks when I get paid.

I tried your system for one month and it is terrible. The food is not at all what I thought it would be. I called to cancel and and you won't give me my money back at all. Now I'm stuck with a second box that I have to ship back and because I cancelled my membership, you are making me still pay you for it. What aren't you standing by your MONEY BACK GUARANTEED????

I ordered this plan since it seemed to cost less than going to the grocery store and it was more convenient. I was not looking to lose weight but gradually over 5 months went from close to 200 pounds down to 172 today - which is just 9 pounds above my optimum weight range. I like the food, water, exercise and weight log online. I can track my progress. I especially like to track the number of glasses of water because I need to drink more than 8 glasses per day because of a kidney stone problem. I completed 3 monthly orders of Nutrisystem but finally I am stopping it because I am getting tired of the meals. Some dinners are better than others like the beef stew and chicken and beans but the breakfasts and lunches are better. Also, with vegetables that have to be purchased it seems that the cost is the same that I was purchasing before.

Just follow the plan and it works. Lost 32lbs in 3 months with little effort. I feel better, look better, and have more energy. I even like exercise again. If your goal is to lose weight, feel better, and have more energy then give it a try.

This is just an FYI for those that are considering ordering the frozen food from NS. I recently received my latest order of frozen foods from NS. Once again, they have sent me trash. All the waffles, the ice cream bars and multiple other frozen items are pulverized. Every time I've order frozen from them it has arrived this way. When I called them, the person stated it was the fault of the shipping company (in this case Fed Ex). When I remarked that the outer packaging has zero damage, she stated it was, "because when the food is frozen and the package is dropped, things break". Well maybe, but since they're approximately 0 for 5 with the shipments of frozen, I cancelled any future orders. I can find equivalent products at Wal-Mart cheaper and I'll know if it's damaged before I buy it. They did however, offer me $25 off my next order but since there isn't going to be a next order, it's a moot point. And apparently I'm not the only one complaining about this. You would think they would have found a solution to this problem by now. Oh well. Good luck with your orders.

I had an amazing experience with Nutrisystem. I achieved my goal and learned a number of lessons that I will use everyday.

Nutrisystem is a wonderful program and I love it. It works! Weight loss is such a daunting and scary proposition and Nutrisystem makes it an easy to understand process that is easy to do each and every day. I'm a believer. I lost 76 pounds on it. I never strayed once while on the program because I enjoyed it so much. I'm looking forward to starting it again to lose some more weight.

I started working out a few years ago and lost weight but i couldn't get the last 30 lbs. off no matter how hard I tried. Nutrisystem helped me keep my focus on what I was eating and the routine of my day kept me on course. I lost the weight i had hoped to and now am in the best shape of my life.

This program requires discipline and determination. I lost 30lbs my first month on the program, and technically I only wanted to lose 20. I also was very active which helped. My First 3 days on Nutrisystem on the Fast 5, I lost 4lbs, the trick was to drink a ton of water and follow the step by step process. I have to say customer service was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all the necessary questions.

Contact customer service with the concerns of a SCREW found in my meal. Was told several times that someone from quality assurance would get in contact with me. No one ever got in contact with me. Only contact that I have received is constant calls for reps. wanting me to join the club. Never once heard from anyone else.

I'm a 65 year old man retired on disability. Many of the medications I take daily (22 pills) have "Weight Gain" as a side effect. I had ballooned to a whopping 270 lbs. I can't run or walk any distances without pain. I tried dieting on my own and it was just the yo-yo problem. I'd lose 10 and gain it right back. My doctors all told me that I should forget about losing weight and should concentrate on not gaining. Being a type A personality I took this as a challenge.

Last July I knew I needed to lose weight. I wanted to lose 50 pounds and I saw that Costco's had a card I could buy and save around $100.00 when I ordered my food from Nutrisystems. So I thought I would try to see if this would work for me. I loved how everything was measured for me so I knew exactly how much I could eat. Most of the food I liked and I was grateful for that. I was very pleased with this healthy plan to lose weight. I have lost my 50+ pounds and feel like I know how to eat better and keep my weight off with the knowledge I gained from this experience. I am writing to tell you I did not appreciate the nastiness I experience trying to terminate my order. It ruined the whole experience and I can't provide anything positive about the experience. No recommendation from me. Your outright refusal to honor my termination request is beyond the pale. I will refuse payment and follow with legal action if necessary.

I was very happy with the results of my 2 months on Nutrisystem. The few times I called a counselor, they were very helpful and encouraging. The food was fairly good, but I did get tired of it by the end of the second month. The most important thing I learned was to control and limit my helping sizes.

I received my first shipment today and was so excited! I was planning to get started tomorrow. However, my shipment was missing the fast 5 which is needed for the first week. Also missing were the instructions and meal plans and food tracker. So basically I have to wait to start now. I called customer service, and the representative apologized, but then told me it will be about a week until it arrives. So because they messed up my order, I am inconvenienced and have to postpone my start date a week or so. Not happy at all. I would have at least thought they would offer some sort of compensation for their error...but that was not the case. So far I am not impressed with this program/company.

Dr. told me to lose weight in order to control my diabetes. Nutrisystem D made it easy to control portion size while eating delicious meals. Not only did I lose the weight I wanted, I now know how to eat the proper amount of food and not gain weight again.

Went back on the plan, after about a year for me and a month for my wife, only to find out that you would not give us the rate. We were paying $159.00 for the weekends on your own plan. Very disappointed.

I ordered for me and my wife. About $750.00 worth of food. My wife and I are not using the program like we thought we would, and decided not to continue and waste the money and place another order, so I called to cancel our account and was told that there would be a penalty for canceling before receiving the second order ($197.00) which must have been overlooked when placing the order, or we would have NEVER have placed the order in the first place. This is a very poor way of doing business on your part. If you want to recoup your shipping cost for the discount of the program then that would be fine. Which by the way is only $19.95, but to charge nearly $200.00 just to leave the program is just plain theft.

I was very successful with your program. It didn't take long before I was committed to weight loss because of your food. I lost 27 pounds. When they started creeping back 1 1/2 years later, I wanted to order just a few things..... shakes, lunch replacement bars. However, I refuse to pay shipping fees. Therefore, as a matter of principle, I will look elsewhere.

On September 3, 2014, I bit into a peanut butter crunch bar by Nutrisystem. There was a foreign object in the bar that punctured my tongue and broke two of my molars. I spit out whatever the object was because I was in pain and was not thinking about legal ramifications or evidence. I immediately contacted Nutrisystem. I was assured that I would be taken care of and felt comfortable that they would do so. They told me the proper protocol to do. So I went to a dentist, sent them the bill to repair the two broken teeth, and let them know exactly what happened. As it turned out, the insurance company denied my claim, even though all that I had wanted was to be paid for the damages to my teeth. The insurance man said that because I had not retrieved the object, that Nutrisystem was not responsible for what had happened.

Nutrisystem provided the basis for a major life change for me: eating healthy and staying healthy! I found the plan easy to follow and certainly enjoyed most of the entrees. More importantly, I relearned correct portion size and the delicious value of fresh vegetables at every lunch and dinner. I even managed a month long visit to England midway thru my weight loss without backsliding although I ate regular meals. Newly learned habits carried the day. Thank you!

I placed my first order. The confirmation email stated I will receive my order in 4-10 days. So far it's been 10 days and my order has not even been shipped from the warehouse. I have called and talked to customer service twice. The first time was a Saturday and I was told by the customer service agent she was going to get ahold of her supervisor and have the order shipped that day. As of Monday, the order still hasn't shipped. I called again and was told the order would ship on Monday. Seems like the standard answer "Your order will ship today". 10 days to process an order is ridiculous. Especially when the food is pre made and all they have to do is put it in a box. I even paid for priority processing. I'd hate to see how long it would take if I didn't pay the priority processing. As for the second representative telling me it was taking so long due to the holiday, I placed my order on the 12 of December. I understand it's holiday season but no holidays fell between this time. If my order doesn't ship today, I will cancel and never consider Nutrisystem again.

My experience with Nutrisystem was better than I had expected. I have a family and a full-time job so convenience is a must when following an eating plan. I found Nutrisystem to be easy to follow and I lost 2 pounds each week. I reached my goal and most important I learned portion control. I would recommend Nutrisystem to anyone who is looking to lose weight with a healthy eating plan.

The ordering process was very easy. When the food arrived, it was color coded into breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. The taste was great, and weight just fell off. Lost 53 pounds in under 4 months.

Both my husband and myself join Nutrisytem 2014, we both lost our weight and was pretty satisfied. We would like to stop being we are retired and traveling but would like to return off and on during the year. The only problem to get the free shipping, you have to sign up for auto ship for two months. I don't like that. I think once you have been on the program you should be able to opt in and out with the free shipping.

I was on Nutrisystem for about six months and it worked quite well. But I went through a little bit of a financial hardship And had to cancel for a short amount of time until I could get back on my feet...and when I called to get restarted on the program the prices had jumped exponentially. I was very promptly told that they COULD NOT put me back on the plan that I was just on a couple of months earlier! I've called several times on this issue and rather being told that they could possibly help me I'm always told what they CAN NOT DO!!! I would love to be able to come back. But until they are able to offer me a similar deal that I had before...I just can't!

I was skeptical at first. I figured what could I lose if I try it. Actually it is cheaper to buy Nutrisystem than to go grocery shopping. I am a single person so when I buy food, a lot of it goes to waste. The food from nutrisystem is single meals so nothing goes to waste. It is also nice to just be able to grab already packaged food throw or in my purse for work. I am very happy with the results I got. I lost 30 pounds when I was on Nutrisystem. It is worth the money you actually spend less on this than buying food in grocery store and the food is good.

This is the second time I've purchase nutrisystem. Eight years ago I lost 103 lbs with nutrisystem. I've pretty well maintained the weight over this period of time, but at 65 yrs, it's a little harder to maintain level of exercise. Always gain weight during the winter months, also great reminder of portion control. I ride bike every day and walk on treadclimber every other day, lift weights every other day. Food is great!!!!

Eighteen months ago I weighed 252 pounds with adult onset diabetes (type II), high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. Heeding doctor's advice, I began a daily walking regimen. Within a few months, I noticed a small weight loss and within a year I was down to 215 pounds. That became my "wall". I stopped losing weight. Walking would not by itself, get me to where I needed to be. I recognized a need to try other strategies. My doctor suggested a diet. I considered several patented plans and decided that Nutrisystem seemed to me to be the most viable for my situation.

I was very pleased throughout my experience - start to finish. I always felt comfortable in calling for help. Each person I spoke with was very professional, and yet personable. Nice combination. The food was tasty. I enjoyed it. I think there were several areas of Nutrisystem that made it work for me. One was keeping daily track of my intake. The other was the increase in vegetable that helped me to stay full as well as the increase in water intake (that also helped keep me from getting hungry).

I'm looking for people from Long Island, NY that use Nutri Systems currently. My reason is that a friend had been on it and did lose the desired weight and loved it. What I loved is the packing it came in, as the containers are perfect for shelters of homeless cats and/or cats and small dogs kept outdoors. I make them into warm shelters for the animals and would ask anyone in the area to please please contact me if instead of throwing out these containers I could take them and help a pet.

My philosophy is simple. After been successful with Nutrisystem 7 years ago. I knew to custom order my meals to have only what I liked. "If it's not in the box... it's not in my mouth!" Success!

I reached my goal weight this week and it was so easy. Just heat and eat and lose. Simple. The food was not only nutritious, it was also delicious. The only complaint that I have is that I was on the vegetarian program and I did receive a non vegetarian shipment. I contacted customer service and the situation was resolved.

Your system works. I won't however order anything else due to the system you have. I don't want to be committed to a several month obligation to order anything and get a reasonable price. For example I would order the craving crusher shakes but I don't want the auto delivery and I won't pay the very high price for not committing to the reorder.

I have tried all kinds of diets in the past. This healthy living plan really worked. I lost my goal weight and created better habits regarding how often I eat, what foods I can have, and portion control. I knew it all! But doing it for 28 days changed my habits. I loved everything about Nutrisystem, except the price. If my plan was all the food I should eat, it would be worth it, but to have to buy produce, smart carbs and power fuels on top of it made it too expensive to maintain as long as I would have liked. I think the cost should fall a bit every month for loyal users, even if other discounts are being used. That would have kept me coming back, but I cannot afford NS anymore.

Nutrisystem has helped me in my goal to lose 50 pounds. Now I am maintaining on my own. If in the future I need help again to maintain my weight I will definitely contact you for advice. I am also recommending you to all my friends.

I lost 56 pounds on this program, so happy. I FEEL GREAT AND LOOK GREAT. I get complements all the time. My doctor said it's possible I may not need the high blood pressure pills. I learned portion size and I am sticking to it. Portion size was my biggest issue. Thanks to NS and the members for all their support. I really enjoyed the food and the member recipes. My wife and I both signed up for 28 days of the NutriSystem plan to lose weight which, according to the TV ads, included five days of FREE shakes. My plan cost $317 and my wife's $305 for one month. We received it all. But then we decided after a few weeks not to continue the plan and cancelled future monthly shipments. Then NutriSystem charged us additional fees of $104 and $94 for cancelling our plans which the rep explained was to pay for the five days of "free" shakes. So what happened to the "Free" as advertised?

Using the Nutrisystem over the last 8 months I was able to lose 55 lbs. It was all in learning how to eat and not filling my plate up as I had done in the past. Eating 5-6 times a day, in small amounts, and keeping my eye on calories helped me get down to the weight that I had targeted. Thank you Nutrisystem for helping me get to where I am today....

Nutrisystem helped me reach a goal that I thought could not accomplish at the age of 70, losing 40 pounds. The plan was simple. There was always helpful support when I asked for it. Had to throw away some food that tasted horrible. Now have a craving for dessert which I rarely ate before. Only lost 6 lbs. in two months of following diet. Would not recommend this diet to friends or family.

When I started Nutrisystem I weighed 232 pounds. I had a goal to lose 20 pounds in two months. After nine weeks I lost 25 pounds. I have four weeks more to go and hope to lose another 8 to 10 pounds. Not only is the food good, it also teaches you what to eat in the appropriate quantities for each meal including snacks and deserts. I highly recommend Nutrisystem for anyone who wants to lose weight. I never got tired and my voice never sounded weak like with other diets.

You hijacked my credit card by making a concerted effort to avoid telling me in bold print that you would continue to send me food and charge my credit card without my explicit permission. It is a typical method for companies that demand your repeat business whether you want it or not. I have been scammed before and highly resent your lack of transparency. I had absolutely no idea that you would ship another huge order costing hundreds of dollars to me without my permission. You use deception in your forms to get around explaining that simple fact and you know that you are doing it so that you can get more money and hope that people will just tolerate your thievery. As a result, you cost me an additional $90 to send the crap back that you call food. It is high in sodium and low in quality and taste!!

I previously tried Nutrisystem since my company offered a "discount" but not really. I decided I was spending too much money for the system and then all the stuff on the shopping list besides the $350.00+ already spent on the membership for a month. I called to cancel and I was told I would have to pay an extra $100.00+ because I was in the auto-enroll. Awesome little hidden feature about that. Anyway...I wrote a negative review and the first positive thing from nutrisystem was the response on here, quick and helpful. I was within 30 days send back the stuff for full refund. This made me change my mind completely... They were helpful, did not dismiss me for money like the phone operator. After a year I decided I would do more research, choose my meals and try again because of the ending service....WRONG.

I recently received my refund from the company. The issue is resolved now.

Was happy with support team, but after 1 month of trying to eat the food, I couldn't stay on program. Called to cancel program (missed fine line of 14 day return). Told I owed discount difference or order another month of food I could not eat.

Like many of my partners in flabby arms, I've tried every fad diet ever published and a few that weren't. Nutrisystem has been the only diet that has worked for me. Originally, I lost over 85 lbs and was able to keep most of it off. Over the last 4 months though I packed 20 lbs back on so I went back on, made my goal and am back to eating healthy again on my own. I would and have recommended Nutrisystem to anyone that has ever commented on how good I looked. Thanks - oh yeah, I feel so much better as well.

The first shipment of food was fine and good tasting. The second shipment of food, however, it was a little stale and was not good tasting. Some of the food that I got from the first shipment I liked so I ordered it again. This time, however, it did not taste the same.

I wanted to lose 15 pounds and make better food choices... I reached my weight goal very quickly and figured out that it's all about portion control. Your food tastes good and there's enough to satisfy your hunger. I also crave salt (as opposed to sugars) so the salty snacks were great. If you stick to the plan, you will absolutely lose weight!!!

A couple of things. Overall I was very happy with the program. Positives: It helped me understand that I could eat a LOT less food and still be happy. It helped me understand that some foods were not as healthy as I thought even though they appeared to be healthy. It kept me focused and on track. It wasn't complicated. Negatives: Some foods tasted bad. It was very hard to understand what else I could eat in addition to the plan meals. So I just would eat a plan breakfast and low-fat yogurt for breakfast, a banana for a snack, a plan meal and a salad for lunch, a plan dessert for a snack, a plan meal and a veggie or salad for dinner and a plan dessert. That was it. I could not understand if I could add more things or how I might substitute. I guess it was effective, because I met my goal quickly. Too many communications from Nutrisystem. That's about it. Overall, a pleasant, affordable program that worked. One final note. My wife is gluten allergic and she would have loved if you offered a program for her. It's very hard for her to find prepared foods to eat and as a result, hard to manage her meals. You could probably pick up a lot of customers if you had a gluten-free program.

I'm 82 and my doctor would tell me to lose weight at each physical. I asked him about NutriSystem and he told me that his sister had used it with good results. When I started, I was 226 and wanted to lose 30 lbs. The planned meals with controlled portion sizes help me achieve my goal in four months. The meals tasted good and it was easy to stay with the regimen.

I spent half of my 40 years being the extremely thin girl. The one that got asked "do you ever eat?" So imagine my surprise at getting out of college and having an office job and the pounds started to creep. And then getting married and being content...and more pounds crept on. I denied it until I got pregnant and then I didn't worry because I was eating for two. My second pregnancy 18 months later didn't help things. I gave birth and was at my heaviest weight and spent two years fooling myself into thinking I looked and felt okay. The truth is I was miserable with myself but didn't have the motivation to do a thing.

The people on the other end of the phone were gracious and helpful. Almost all of the food has a good taste and is filling. I wanted to say I was very happy with the results I got through Nutrisystem, I just got tired having the same food for months. I really think adding new items more often would help. I can imagine a lot of people feel this way because when you would release a new item it was sold out for the next few months. I also think that if an item isn't available and I've requested it, someone should call to see what I want rather than just choose another item for me. Many times I was sent items I just didn't want or like. But again these are just improvement suggestions, I would definitely recommend your product to others.

My husband and I wanted to lose weight and we struggled. We started a major renovation job in our home and have had no kitchen for six weeks. My husband who only eats meat and potatoes ordered the Nutrisystem diet. I was shocked that he did that. Not only has this diet been good for our not having a kitchen but we have lost a lot of weight. My husband has lost 20 lbs in five weeks and I have lost 15 lbs in the same amount of time. It has been easy most of the time. We struggle when we had a weekend where we cheated. Otherwise we are not hungry and the portions have become normal for us. Even the first week wasn't bad. The shakes were great! I like this diet and we plan on losing ten more pounds each. My only complaint is that when you want to order something extra....the shipping charges **. I would encourage anyone that wants to lose weight to go on this diet.

I'm pleased with Nutrisystem because it worked! I was able to eat what you supplied and lose the weight. I didn't have to count anything or keep track of how many calories I had consumed. The food was tasty enough and kept me satisfied.

I lost 20 pounds in 5 months eating breakfasts, lunches and snacks. Could not eat dinners - not a fan of boxed dinners especially anything with meat! Never tried the frozen meals. Just made my own dinners.

I liked the program and the outline and what it teaches about portion size and to eat small meals throughout the day and counting calories. This didn't work for me and I think the program is geared for people who need to lose 20lbs or more. I didn't care for most of the dry or frozen food for breakfast lunch and dinner. I can see how the program would work for others with portion control. I did like the overall concept.

My goal was to lose 20 lbs. Trying to do it myself did not work. My mate suggested I try Nutrisystem. After the first week I lost about three lbs. After 1 month it was about 8 lbs. After two months I had lost about 16 lbs. Another week and I had lost 18 lbs. Needless to say it was the Nutrisystem diet that did it. I stuck rigidly to the diet. At 76 I am not very exercise oriented. I hit the gym about twice a week and did 45 minutes of intense exercise per visit. I called to stop auto-shipments at that point. I will continue the diet until I run out of food. I expect to lose about six more lbs. 24 lbs lost in three months is not too shabby for an old timer. My advice to others is to try Nutrisystem. If you stick to their instructions you will lose weight.

The program works and easy to follow. I learned portioning and not only did I lose my weight, I also have maintained for the last two months. Great program and it works.

This was bought for me by my husband. There are a number of issues that came up once the order was received.

I had success with Nutrisystem many years ago and kept the weight off for over ten years. The weight crept up due to bad habits so my 22 year old son and I started this time. He lost 19 lbs immediately (within two weeks from 232 to 213) and we learned our lesson about portion control and spreading out of calories. We're going off after three months because I need to with to an anti-inflammatory diet that has less simple carbs and sugar. Thank you for getting us on track.

My husband and I started Nutrisystem in mid January. We were able to work steadily toward our goals and reached our goals by June. Throughout the summer we crafted a maintenance routine that has worked for us. We have quite a bit of leftover food that will be used when we need a healthy meal that requires little prep. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the products and the counseling. I called in about half a dozen times, and with one exception, had exceptional counselor assistance with my questions. It was important to me to feel that the counselor I had spoken was well trained and understood my problems. The schedule for eating six time a day was difficult for me to accommodate unless I lived my spare time each day around the meals. I have learned a habit of reducing meal portion sizes, and have recommended your Select Plan to several friends. This was a competent, workable program for my losing 15 pounds within 3 months.

Can I come in at same price I left with 229.00? Can you check? I had no trouble with your system. I lost the weight I wanted and had to quit because of personal problems and then my husband died. It took me a year to decide to move by my kids. In that time I put on my weight again and finally got settled in and ready to start up again. I'm on budget, just have so much money to work. Nutrisystem helped me lose 75 lbs. in 4 mos. I started the program at 353 lbs. and I quit at 278. The food is super. The staff is outstanding. The only issues I had were running into walls when losing at certain levels and was told to eat "more" 1800 calories. My problem is/was my system can't handle too many carbs. Nutrisystem is very high in carbs. All in all I was very happy with the plan on power fuel and smart carbs. I would recommend Nutrisystem to all my friends.

You need to do two things. 1- You need to allow me to order on the internet without you automatically sending a full or half order...only when I want it AND 2- You need to allow me to order ONLY FROZEN ITEMS. I like the hamburgers for lunch. You only allow me 10/month. I like the quick egg/sausage Biscuit for breakfast. I cannot order those alone without ordering all the other crap I don't want. Want me back? Change that and make the price right. Don't bother me until then.

When I started on the Nutrisystem program, I weighed 184 pounds. I now weigh 157 pounds. The program requires that you eat small portions frequently. I felt hungry only for about two days after starting the program. After that, by eating about 250 calories six times a day, I found that I didn't get hungry. The variety of good food offered in reasonable portions by Nutrisystem made the "journey" much easier than I expected. As I write, I have no urge to stuff myself. I still eat six times a day, but I've boosted my caloric intake upwards toward a maintenance level. If I do happen to fall off the wagon, which I don't think will now happen, you can bet that I'll be back on Nutrisystem. And by the way, my family doctor was elated when he saw me.

I do not like cooking so Nutrisystem met my needs. By having food all ready prepared it was easier for me to stay on track and lose weight. It has also helped me to look at calories taken in as a barometer of what I actually was eating before. It definitely helped me to change my eating habits. The only negative was some of the items were just not good but I forced myself to eat them to reach my goal. Also I was still able to go out and eat and make better choices. Thank You.

I was fortunate to be chosen as a #NSNation Blogger for a period of three months. I was so surprised at the quality of the food that I received. It came so well packaged, and it really, really tasted good. I had a fantastic counselor, who helped me figure out just the right number of calories I needed for the balance of health and a steady weight loss, along with giving me tips for staying hydrated and battling cravings. It was a great experience!

My experience has been great with the products and with my weight loss. The cost may seem a little pricy, but it was an investment to helping me achieve my goal.

The portions are small but almost every item tastes great. It's hard to eat responsibly when you're always on the go, but not with Nutrisystem. It's a bit of a sticker shock, but remember you won't be expensive convenience foods every day. Overall, a great system.

I absolutely loved the Nutrisystem plan! I lost over 76lbs In under 6 months! The only thing was I wish after a couple of order I could have stopped getting the dessert section because my body was used to less food and I still have some many leftover desserts. We used Nutrisystem for a weight loss program and it worked very well. Program helped us accomplish our goals. Staff at Nutrisystem very professional & helpful. No complaints except would prefer to be able to cancel program online as opposed to being required to call.

Nutrisystem works as advertised. Although I am not completely finished with the program I am losing the desired weight and am pleased with that. I am not totally satisfied with the taste of the food - too much pasta and spicy flavoring. I am not used to eating foods like yours with a lot of additives. The food has arrived in good time with good packaging.

I ordered my 1st month of the diabetic diet for $360.00. After 3 weeks, I decided it was not going to work for me. It did help with my blood sugar but I gained 3 pounds. In addition, my overall food budget was not reduced to partially compensate. I called to cancel and was told it would cost an additional $140.00 to cancel in less than 2 months because I was on the auto delivery plan. I was never told of this penalty or I would not have placed an order in the first place. I also was not told I was on "auto delivery". Finally, they agreed not to charge $140.00 cancellation fee to my card but the agent was unpleasant. If you call them, get all the proper info from the representative since they don't tell you the terms and conditions up front.

I just feel that the price is a bit high.

I didn't have that much to lose. Nutrisystem was super easy. The food is good although I did add seasoning sometimes. My husband and I went on Nutrisystem together which made it even easier. We have recommend Nutrisystem to our neighbors, friends and family. At this time I am three pounds from my goal. Four months ago I was a size 12. Today, I'm a size 8. Thank you, Nutrisystem.

My wife and I started the Nutrisystem program in April of this year because we both needed to lose some weight. We stayed on the program for 4 months and lost a combined total of almost 100 pounds. I lost 43, while my wife lost 55. One of the most important things we learned with Nutrisystem was portion control, the other was counting calories and watching what we ate (i.e. fast foods like McDonalds and Burger King and fried foods). We completely eliminated fast food restaurants and fried foods from our diet and we have never felt better and we have Nutrisystem to thank for that. We highly recommend Nutrisystem to anyone who needs to lose weight and get healthy, it really does work as long as you stay committed to the program.

Found out that vegetables are a great thing to help curb my appetite. I struggled a lot in the past from 7pm to 10pm daily and staying on the diet. However, eating vegetables with picante sauce was the trick in allowing me to lose the weight and not feel horrible.

Buyers beware! Absolutely appalling business ethics, unscrupulous business practices and zero customer satisfaction! My disappointment begins with zero weight loss after following the program religiously. My husband called to cancel on the thirteenth (13) day, for their weight loss or money back guarantee. The customer service rep would not speak to him, so I called back. After being on hold for over twenty minutes, I gave up and called back the next day. I spoke to a representative and asked to cancel the plan as I had not lost any weight and was feeling nauseous. She transferred me to a weight loss counselor who advised to add more protein to my diet and call back in two days.

I was trying every trick in the book to try to lose weight without any success, when I finally decided to go with Nutrisystem. It wasn't easy at first, but I stuck with it and now I am reaping the rewards of a re-education on how to control portions and the type of meals you eat. I went from two uncontrolled meals a day to eating small but more than adequate meals, sometimes more than 4 times a day and still losing weight. Since I turned 70 it is more difficult to lose weight. I am only always working on about 10 pounds of weight loss. I find some of the foods hard to eat and if you would establish a warehouse in Canada and I could obtain your frozen food, I would still consider ordering, until then, I will not order again.

Most of the food furnished by the plan is pretty good, though a couple of the dinner meals are not too great. I don't like the pizzas. Breakfast items are good. Lunch is mostly OK. Because of my lifestyle, regularly eaten dinner meals are hard to schedule, though breakfast and lunch I can do with relative ease. I follow your other recommendations and the weight is coming off. So far, so good!

I did have a problem, a very big problem, with NS, regarding the address mistake. But, everyone I talked to was very nice and helpful and, NS did make amends. I never had a problem with the food or program, if I did come across a meal I didn't like, I figured, it's one small meal, I can handle it, then not order that particular meal again.

Prior to starting NS, I weighed 330 on a good day. Summer of 2013 saw my weight and size balloon. I was afraid to even weigh myself. I knew I was well over 330 and I knew I had to do something. I have been on the Nutrisystem diet plan for two and one half months and have lost 29 pounds. I gained weight over the past five years due to illness. I lost 25 pounds on the Nutrisystem program. Here's the scoop: (1) the food is good; (2) although the portions may appear to be small, keep in mind that it's about portion control; and (3) eating three daily meals and three snacks in between is what keeps you from getting hungry... It may take a couple of days, but it will happen. Realize this: there are only two ways to lose weight... Decrease calorie consumption below maintenance levels, and/or exercise to burn off calories. On the diet side of this equation, Nutrisystem will take you there. It's a great program.

Nutrisystem is my friend. I followed the program and when necessary I would tweak it. I have learned how to make many of my own recipes that work well. Exercise is important and you can make it fun, as much fun as a 75 year old can have. Ha Ha. I also feel that we are all different and what works for one may not work for another but we all know our bodies. I was never hungry.

Hi. Breakfast and dinner is ok. But the lunch is really bad, one of the dish was chicken Parmesan and I could not eat it (even if it was really less). I felt like I will vomit if I eat it.. It's really a torture.. It’s only been 1 week and I can't take it anymore.. I think lean cuisine, smart one etc are much much better..

I met my goal weight and for the past 3 months have been able to maintain it. Being on the program for 2 months, receiving the tips on why I ate as I had in the past helped tremendously. I'm happy with your products with the exception of the shakes. The chocolate mixed in cold water nauseates me, so I didn't get past day one of shakes.

After spending more than $600 on the program, or two months worth of food, I finally was ready to start the program, i.e., My life was settled to a point that I could be successful. I started to eat the food last November and was sick, extremely dizzy and throwing up. Horrible experience. Nutrisystem's solution was to send me more food??? I'll be submitting a complaint to the FDA and the BBB as my only recourse.

I have used Nutrisystem in the past as my record will clearly show and was very pleased with it. Unfortunately I gained 20 pounds and thought to use them again. However, this go around their food was stale. I simply can't get over the muffins and the bars being hard as well as the desserts. After multiple attempts even warming them up it was bad. I simply didn't care to eat anything else that was there and simply saw it as my loss. Unfortunately, I can't cancel without pay a $100 fee to cancel. This definitely leaves an even more sour taste in my mouth. I use to praise the company. Now I have nothing good to say about it but what a waste.

My wife and I were on NS for quite a while until I needed some surgery done. When the operation healed and I was satisfied I could go back on the program we contacted NS and placed an order. First of all, the website is terrible. Very complicated. Also, the website doesn't give any discounts. We called and got a very pleasant and competent lady on the phone that walked my wife through her order. I was determined to make the website work and muddled through ordering. I checked the order when I was finished and was satisfied that it was correct. A few days went by and the order came. Not even close. Completely screwed up. The food shipped was stuff that I would never have ordered. We called immediately and was told that a shipping label would be emailed to return the products and that it would be taking of my credit card bill. The frozen arrived a day later and of course it was screwed up as well. We were told that it could not be returned and there would not be a charge for it.

The soup is freeze-dried and the pizza tastes like really bad tomato paste without anything added to it. Neither tastes good, all the items with tomato in them taste the same. I called to cancel and was told there would be a fee, $90.00; additionally, they charged me $90.00 more because I hadn't "signed up for the second month." I gave Nutrisystem, altogether about $400 and lost no weight... I want my money back for canceling and for being charged for the second month, which I didn't want. Someone else said NS is a "scam" and I think it is. The food is really awful except for the shakes. I'm contesting the additional billing with my CC company.

I did Nutrisystem 7 years ago for 6 months and lost 78 pounds. I have kept all but 15 pounds of that off for the 7 years, and guess what I decided to use to get those 15 pounds back off? NUTRISYSTEM!! It is fast, easy, filling, and the food is even better now than it was then. Give it a try. It will work if you follow through.

I've been traveling a lot this summer and have some extra nutrisystem food that I can work with. During my period of time on Nutrisystem I've been very vocal about how the program has helped me eat right. It was not just portion control, it was the type of foods I ate. I can't thank you enough for how your company helped me take off 25 pounds in less than 2 months. Being mid-50's, post-menopausal, with the typical inner tube around my middle, having to wear supportive underwear that goes up to my chin, I was not happy. I received my food a few days ago. I cannot describe how horrible the few meals I ate were. So, thought I'd tough it out for the 1 month of food I had. When I called to cancel the next order, was told that they would be charging me a $84.00 cancel fee. I never saw that when I signed up online. I do not appreciate being charged $84.00 for nothing. This to me is a scam as they tell you if you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product at no charge on their ads. The only option they gave me was that I could return the food, but I have to pay for shipping, and a $19 charge for a label...really? I would not recommend this product to anyone!

The program was excellent. I lost 45 pounds in 3.5 months. Food was good. I was satisfied never hungry. Learned portion control. It was flexible and user friendly. Counselors were helpful and efficient when I called. Feel better and had to buy new clothes.

I have been a Nutrisystem customer for MANY years (too many to recall) and all I can say - "It works". But only if you stay disciplined. You must stay with the program and you WILL lose weight. Thanks for being there for me. I would highly recommend the Nutrisystem program.

I have been with the NS program since 2011. I love this program and have been a walking commercial for them since losing 50+ pounds. The counselor told me when I hit my goal to not cancel my membership but to get an occasional shipment to help me control my weight. This is what I did for several years. March 2014, I called NS to order a shipment and learned my program had been cancelled without my knowledge. They were very sorry but the previous pricing I had could not be honored. If I wanted to "rejoin" then I would have to pay a higher price. Since I loved the program, I agreed.

Over 3 months ago, I was with a friend who successfully lost significant weight with Nutrisystem. I was very unhappy with my current weight and felt that this system was worth a commitment. I also started an exercise program consisting of walking either on a treadmill or outside for an hour at least 5 days a week. I have lost 37 pounds. I went from 194 to 157.

Quit the program because with every order the price went up. Could not afford to be healthy at your price.

I lost my desired weight and it was easy!! The food was very good!! There was only one I did not like and was the chicken pot pie. I was disappointed because it had a good rating so I ordered 5 of them. I called customer service just to let them be aware and was not expecting anything but she very kindly had me choose 5 more of my liking and shipped them for free!! I am a very very satisfied customer!!!!

My only problem was that I received too many bars. This might work for someone to take to work but I am retired and would prefer something else for lunch.

I received a call after visiting site. The salesperson was persistent in selling me a plan. I was told if I'm not satisfied I could return the food. What I wasn't told was that the frozen food wasn't. I tried a ten-day frozen order and it was awful. I called immediately and wanted to return it. After I voiced my complaint, I was told that I would receive a call the following Wednesday, after reviewing the conversation with the salesperson. I never received that call. I'm so disappointed in customer service. I was in sales and I always put my customer first. A call, even a disappointing response, would have been better than being ignored.

I loved the food and it was a great help in my weight loss. I'd absolutely try it again, BUT I cannot see paying the extra money so I can CHOOSE what I want. To me that is ridiculous and a sham way of making more money. If however that option would be bypassed I would order again

I purchased the 5 day weight loss kit from Walmart which I was super excited about! I completed my first day and decided to set up the advertised online VIP access. When I accessed online it told me I did not have VIP access and that I needed to call a counselor to give me access. When I called, I felt like I had interrupted this person from something of more importance. She was apparently very computer illiterate and kept telling me incorrect information and that I was the "problem"...ummm excuse me?? Is this how you speak to customers? Once she told me that I was the problem for the 3rd time I lost it! Not only have I been on software development teams, but I just have good ole common sense! What she was trying to explain didn't make sense to me so I asked questions. I guess it annoyed her that I had a voice and she threatened that she was going to terminate the call.

So first of all the food tastes like cardboard. I had ordered my package a few months ago but the expiration dates are still good for about 6 months. Today I took an oatmeal to work and noticed a small maggot in it! I took pictures and saved the package in case customer service would need it.. I just got off the phone with a very rude black woman who says since I cancelled my account I can no longer get a refund?!?! This is b.s!! The food has not expired and I get nothing!!!! I'm very angry! Plus they charge you $80 to cancel!!

I started Nutrisystem because I needed to lose weight. I wasn't more than about 25 lb too heavy (which I lost via Nutrisystem), but I originally thought that it either wasn't going to work, or I'd be starving. I never really ate that much, but I found that I'd typically eat when I didn't need to (or wasn't hungry). I thought that I WOULD be hungry, but I wasn't, therefore the program (for me) was very easy to stay on. I did cheat sometimes, when I went out to eat with family or friends, but what the heck, that's alright for me also. The program worked, and it was pretty easy. No one should complain. It WILL work, unless you have medical problems, in which case you should see a doctor anyway.

Decided to try for convenience. Some food good, some OK, some eehh. Didn't like all the ingredients and wanted to do something more natural. Called to cancel and notified I would be charged $102.00 to cancel after one month. So beware.

This diet plan is expensive for the average Joe (me) but it helped me to lose 20lbs. I felt so good & did so much work around my house, I ended up wearing out a pair of sneakers. And then some.

I have found Nutrisystem to be the only way I can really lose weight after menopause. It is also easier to make my meal and then one for my husband without spending too much time in the kitchen. Nutrisystem was a great way to kick start my weight loss & help me get used to eating smaller portions. After a few months I got a little bored with it but it definitely helped me lose a big chunk of weight. I decided to cancel & start working with a personal trainer so I could learn to shop for & create my own meals instead of just putting something in the microwave. I felt that I needed to improve my overall relationship with food...nutrisystem helped me get that push I needed but didn't help me learn to put things together & make healthier choices. I have been recommending you guys to all my friends that ask me how I lost so much weight!

Really liked the program and it worked well for me. My husband did the program with me so that made it a lot easier to manage - I didn't have to eat my food and cook something else for him. I've been on the program for about 7 weeks and have lost 16 lbs. I still have about 10 days left on the program so hopefully will reach the 20 lb. weight-loss goal I set. It seems like portion control and eating smaller amounts more often is the main thing I learned from the NutriSystem Program. I feel I can stick with this eating routine long-term. I also like the fact that I can eat as many non-starchy vegetables as I want to keep me satisfied and not hungry.

I found Nutrisystem extremely easy to follow and satisfying and I reached my goal with what seemed like little effort. I put a hold on my order for two months and after two months, still had plenty of food left over from my last order. I have, therefore, cancelled any further shipments and, hopefully, will be able to continue maintaining my current weight. If I start to slip, I will definitely be back in touch.

As a busy person, I don't take the time to pay attention to portion control. Nutrisystem took care of that for me and kept me from eating too much at a meal. The only problem was that I did not want the snack/deserts, yet had no choice to shut that off (I have been letting my kids eat them). However, I lost 30 lbs in right at 3 months.

I did lose the weight I needed to lose. The food was good, easy to prepare and there was so much! I didn't really have a serious weight problem. I just wanted to lose 10 pounds. I'm ready to try eating food on my own again so on August 12th, 2014 I canceled any further shipments. If, in the future I need to lose a few pounds, I would definitely consider nutrisystem once again! All of you were so helpful!
