Tough first week, after that it is a breeze. Never hungry. Eat lots of veggies, drink lots of water. The food is not bad. Plenty to eat and snack on. I lost 32 lbs. in 6 weeks. 2 more weeks to go, hope to lose 10 more. Look and feel great. Thank you Nutrisystem.

Your program does work and I like it because it makes eating decisions easy. However, I don't like some of the meals and really dislike some of them. Your stew type meals hardly have any substance to them and some of your other meals have a questionable texture or taste. I do like your Cinnamon Streusel muffins to start my day and wish I could purchase them in bulk. Is there a way I could just buy the muffins even though I'm not enrolled in the program currently?

Couldn't have been at happier with my Nutrisystem experience. Nearly 20 lbs lost in 2 months! My Way offered all the support I needed with tracking and portion control. The food is delicious when I added my own veggies. I feel like I made a huge investment in my health and am prepared to continue maintaining my new healthy lifestyle.

I purchased the Nutrisystem diet plan. It worked well the first week. The food was much better than when I tried it several years ago. However, it started upsetting my stomach. I emailed and called Nutrisystem and was told I would need to get a RTA code which I did to return the product to meet their guarantee requirements. I returned the remaining products and paid over $15 to ship. After three weeks, they are telling me that "without the tracking number it is not possible to determine whether your package has been returned to our warehouse or not, as we have many orders coming and going out of our warehouse daily." Not sure that the guarantee means much so I'm basically out of luck.

Let me start by saying, I love this system, food and staff. Website is my issue in trying to locate the area I want to get to. Always have to do a general search. There should be a flashy link for shopping a la carte along with your packages.

Best way to lose wt. for sure. Healthy, Easy, Tasty. Nutrisystem contacts were always polite and helpful.

I chose the 4 week plan & signed up for Sat. delivery (was planning to use it during the week while at work since that is where my problem area is - takeout). I chose my meals for the 1st delivery. Since I didn't care for most of the food because it was too bland or spicy (jalapenos), I made changes for the 2nd delivery early in the week (or so I thought). When I called to verify that Thursday it would apply to my next delivery, I was told it would not and that it would only be applied to the next month's delivery. I couldn't get a refund for the 2nd week delivery that I wanted to cancel/refuse (by the way, the meals changed automatically. It was not all that I chose during my initial selection if it is supposed to be a monthly food selection).

I can say the system works. I have been on the my way core plan for 2 1/2 months and I have lost over 35 lbs. The portion size and the structure of the plan gave me the tools I needed to lose the weight. I can honestly say I never felt like I was starving and the food was pretty good also. After seeing my results my wife has also started on Nutrisystem.

I lost 26 lbs by sticking to my 1500 calorie program and riding my Mountain bike at least 1 hour every other day. The NUME app was fantastic in helping me keep track of my calorie intake, water, and exercise. The counselors were helpful when I hit a plateau in recommending the steps to move forward. I wholeheartedly recommend Nutri System to anyone.

Very pleased with Nutrisystem!!! Ended 12 weeks with 25 lb. weight loss. I'm finishing my last 4 weeks and I know I will reach my goal of 30 lbs. I've never been able to lose weight before. I've tried every weight loss supplement to no avail. I've learned valuable tips on how to keep it off. Marie Osmond tells the truth when she says it works! Thanks NS for giving me my body back!

I have currently lost 54 pounds on Nutrisystem. The food is very good and the system is amazing. I was on the Basic Plan but never had a meal I did not like. My only disappointment was that I only got credit for 30 pounds of weight loss because I entered my starting weight wrong. I really wanted the 40 and 50 pound Nutribears, but losing the weight is fabulous. I cannot describe the difference it has made in my health and my self-esteem.

I love this product. It really works if you follow their recommendations. I can't be any happier. If Walmart had not had this on their shelves I would not have tried this system. Then I went online and ordered my own choices. To date I have lost 40 lbs. Thank you Nutrisystem!!!

I just feel the basic plan can be varied instead of the same thing every month.

I had no problem with food or delivery. It was just too expensive to maintain ongoing.

I signed up for Nutrisystem hoping for a healthy and balanced way to lose weight without much thought or prep work on my part. Unfortunately this isn't what happened. I followed the plan to the letter for two months (the time period I signed up for) and I only lost one pound. I do not think this is a healthy or simple way to lose weight, and I honestly would not recommend using this product. I am very disappointed and wish I never used Nutrisystem. Use the money you would use on this to go see a nutritionalist, you will be healthier and happier that way.

The plan works. It is easy to implement and track your progress. I would recommend to anyone looking to lose weight

The nutrisystem was great. Meals were good to eat and almost all of the food was in the program. Worked a little slow for me because I haven't added the exercise like I should. Love the information on balanced meals and the ability to record meals to keep track of everything.

Nutrisystem was working really good for me, then they had this bright idea to IMPROVE the tracking tools for dieters. Worked with the new site for days! To no avail. What a mess, server down, took forever to find foods that previously were a cinch, on and on so annoying I quit the program! Emailed them asking why not just ADD the new tools in addition to what already had HA. DON'T CARE about our success. Have moved on.

For me, Nutrisystem was easy, simple and generally good to eat. I followed it as best I could (not perfect, however), and lost the weight I wanted. I feel that it's a given -- if you follow the plan and eat the foods, you will lose weight! I'm keeping it off, and may decide to lose more in the future.

I lost weight with Nutrisystem. I am diabetic with hypothyroidism and can't have soy or artificial sweeteners. The reason: they have soy-free food and desserts with other sweeteners. This is one of the easiest programs I have ever been on.

I needed to lose only 10 pounds and it took only 2 months. The food the first month was picked by Nutrisystem and it was ok, but I was a lot happier when I ordered the frozen meals the second month. The third and final month, I ordered lunches, mostly bars and desserts. I am on my own for breakfasts and dinners and so far I am maintaining my weight. I recommend this program because it is a no-brainer. So easy.

I would recommend Nutrisystem to anyone wanting to lose weight. I lost 60 pounds in 9 months eating the food that was supplied to me. The food was good and I was never hungry. It was so easy to place your food into the microwave and in less than a minute, your meal was ready. In fact, since I am off the Nutrisystem diet, I sure miss the convenience of preparing a meal. You sure get spoiled.

When I started I weighed 225 and three months of the plan I now weigh in at 195. I feel so much better and could have never done it without Nutrisystem. I recommend this for anyone who is overweight and tired of trying to make food or try to decide daily what food choices they should make. This is science that works with variety that will keep you on track!

I have been a Nutrisystem customer for many years. I go on the program every year or two for 3 months to get back down to my desired weight. The food is excellent, especially the frozen foods. I typically lose 20-30 pounds when I finish the 2-3 month plan. The food has gone from good to excellent over the past 5 years.

My New Year's resolution was to lose weight. Seriously. Started Nutrisystem Fast 5 on 1/1/2015. Nutrisystem has been extremely helpful to me reaching my goal weight. Now down almost 30lbs I've learned what real portion sizes are, I look for foods with the most nutritional value (that I will eat! ), and have snacks that I enjoy always on hand.

What helped me most was the convenience that the NutriSystem meals provided. It was super easy to pack my meals to go to work every day and not have to do a lot of prep work. The meals also helped me learn to control portions and not feel hungry. I feel like I make better eating decisions now.

This is my second time using NutriSystem to lose weight and it's my favorite way to get healthy! Once I get use to the portion sizes, the hard part is choosing what to eat everyday bc there is so much variety! I always hit my goal weight in record time! So easy and it works.

I had lost about 12 lbs on my own, but then hit a standstill. Ladies in my church had used Nutrisystem and they looked so good. I ordered it and the food was really good and I like food. I only wanted to lose about 15 lbs. Altogether I did lose 30 lbs. I am in a size 8 and I am 68 years old. I am using all the tools of things to eat to maintain my weight. If I slip back into old habits, I will call. Hoping this doesn't happen. Thank you for making me feel so young again. I am also walking 3 times a day. I have arthritis and scleroderma and I really feel good.

I have to say that Nutrisystem is a great way to lose weight and it is easy. No counting calories and the food isn't bad either. How many diets let you have dessert? I would recommend this diet to anyone serious about losing weight. You will see the progress right away.

I loved that all I had to do was choose what to eat and warm it if needed. It is easy to take with me because I have been on the road often this summer. You have items and help for everything from energy to counseling. I would highly recommend this plan to everyone to lose weight!!!

Enjoying Life. It is because of Nutrisystem showing me how to eat and exercise and lose pound in doing it. I wanted to lose some weight to get into a suit that I haven't worn in over 7 years and I had to on a diet, because I didn't want to buy another suit, when I have a dozen suits upstairs. So I'm happy that I lose the weight and look good at this event, but let me say, I'm still looking at what I eat. Thank You guy!

I recently started with Nutrisystem and so far so good as far as the delivery and the food. I was really impressed with the food and activity tracking system and I made sure I entered every bit of food and liquid I consumed. It was great how easy the system worked. Then, I find out today that on June 22 we all need to use the new system and nothing will transfer. Not a major deal for me since I only recently started. I just had to read through what I ate over the past several days and search for those items on the new site and add them. I'm sure glad I hadn't started much earlier. There is also journal information and goals that had to be redone as well. I'm more explaining this problem for everyone else that have been with Nutrisystem longer and that will no doubt be upset about this.

I used Nutrisystem in January of 2014 and lost 10 pounds while I was recovering from knee surgery. Then, in February, March and April, 2015, I used Nutrisytem to lose more weight and lost 15 more pounds. It is a great weight loss system, especially since I do not have to count calories or decide what to eat on my own -- It is all done for me, and the food is actually good. I could lose probably 15 more pounds to be at my best weight, but I am taking a break for now and will increase my exercise on my rowing machine and maybe use Nutrisystem again in the future if the 15 pounds don't come off as fast as I want. Everything about Nutrisystem was beneficial for me -- even the price! THANK YOU.

Nutrisystem offered a program that was easy to follow and offered support in educational emails and personal counselors. I really felt like they were interested in my successful weight loss more than my money. Cancellation was easy with no questions asked.

When I began the Nutrisystem Fast 5 plus program, I fully expected to lose 5 pounds the first week. I failed! I lost 8 pounds the first week! I have surpasses my goal by 3 pounds in just 5 months And am now on maintenance. This is my second time on Nutrisystem, the first time in 2011. I had let myself go last year and when I had gained 30 pounds and my waist size went up 4 inches, I decided it was time to do something! I felt miserable! I knew Nutrisystem worked because of my past experience. My wife is also on Nutrisystem and has lost 40 pounds to date. We have never felt better and are now running and have run in four 5K races.

I highly recommend Nutrisystem program. I lost 30 pounds in 5 months. Now I am learning to keep my weight. The key is tracking the food that you eat.

In our LAST Order we had some bad food for the first time in 7 months; Such as expanded plastic containers, & Donuts with melted stuff on the bottom of the donuts. It looks like the items got too hot. Note: We stopped our Nutrisystem program yesterday. My wife lost 40 lbs & I lost 37. It worked. We are going to cook our own meals. I have made a cookbook of under 300 Cal per serving of about 1000 recipes.

Nutrisystem meals were quick, convenient, and kept me from feeling hungry. Information relayed to me encouraged me to drink more water and that helped me to feel full and eat less. Because the meals contain soy protein, the protein levels are higher and you feel more satisfied. I dropped inches in my waist and legs more than I ever have with any other meal plan. My clothes size dropped 2 sizes in 3 months.

I am so happy I went on Nutrisystem. For me, it was the best thing I have ever done. I lost 25 pounds in 2 1/2 months. My husband, who I wanted to go on the program with me said NO, but after he saw how well I did, got on the program and has lost 25 pounds in 4 weeks (the dirty dog). This program has taught both of us how to look at food differently and healthy. Thank you so much for all your help.

Was trying to order Nutri-System yesterday online but when I got to the custom menu to order breakfast it only allowed me to order 21 items. Well I need to order 28 items. I contacted the live chat and was told that I had to order the fast five shakes and could not order what I wanted. I don't want to pay for shakes because I'm not going to drink them. I know what I need to lose weight because I have done Nutri-System about 4 times and it has always worked great. So I did not order anything. All I wanted to do was order 12 weeks of the regular Nutri-System and not 11 weeks.

I just cancelled my service as of 2 days ago. I requested on 3 occasions over a period of less than 6 months that I be contacted prior to shipment so I could regulate the amount of food I received. Despite these requests, either no notice was sent or your email would go to spam... which I also advised your customer service of on multiple occasions. The product is good, and I have much success, but I am tired of not having my requests respected.

Followed the plan, increased walking. Lose 8 lbs. week 1. Ate steam veggies to fill the meals. After week 1 my brain finally got it. 95% of the solution is between the ears. I lost 20 lbs. in 9 weeks and now weigh the same as 20 yrs. ago and feel great!

I wanted to lose 20 pounds so I went to Nutrisystem as it worked very well for me in 2006. I lost 5 lbs in the first week using the Fast 5 and then continued to use my products as instructed. In three months I had lost the 20 pounds that I wanted to lose and am continuing to lose. I am very happy with the products and the service. If losing weight is your goal -- this system helps you to know how much food to eat and what a serving is. Once you quit, you only have to keep in mind serving size and adjust from there. I'm very happy that I did Nutrisystem again.

I started the Nutrisystem program last week. I had ordered the protein shakes additional at a cost of $51.50 and it came with a Shaker. When I received my first order, the Shaker was listed on the invoice but it was not in the box. I immediately called Customer Service asking if they could send me one right away. Well, a week later, the order STILL has not been processed. I feel like I just wasted $51.50. I will definitely be canceling my order.

Met my goal of 35 lbs in eight weeks. Gave up fast food, beer, hot wings, pizza, white bread, hot dogs, lunch meats. Stick to diet and eat Nutrisystem food and you will lose weight.

I've ordered off and on for a number of years now. I have never been more than 25 pounds overweight, so I use this when I need to get back on track. Most of the breakfast, lunch and dessert items are very good. Some of the dinner is tasty, and some is absolutely awful. I noticed the tastes can change a great deal from order to order... especially the Trail Mix lunch bar. It was AWFUL this last order when in the past I used to love it. I always wait until there's an offer that is reasonable. I would NEVER order this full price... WAY TOO COSTLY.

NutriSystem worked for my mom and I. Truthfully, I was skeptical about the program because it was a new method for us regarding weight loss. In the past we tried to lose weight by using reducing caloric intake which worked somewhat in the past. We just could not achieve the results as we did with NutriSystem. My mom is a diabetic and we wanted her to lose to save her life. I sacrificed every dime to pay for the plan for both us. I knew it would be a support for her during this transition, and I need to lose weight as well. We are off the plan now, but we are happy with the kick start it gave us. Unfortunately, we cannot afford the maintenance program, but once school is over we are going to try it.

NutriSystem worked for me, and worked well, I lost 22 lbs.in about 6 weeks - my goal was to lose 15 lbs... NutriSystem is a simple weight loss program that provided the results I as looking for, plus it allowed me to exceed my weight loss goal by 7 lbs. and I feel great. NutriSystems was easy for me to do, I just followed the directions: I ate "all" the food, and it tasted good, I drank the recommended amount of water, and walked about a mile or so, 2 or 3 times a week. Well I would say first that the food and plans are pretty good and the diet is working. However, my second month's food delivery hasn't come and no one seems to be able to help. The frozen foods came on time but the unfrozen selections and snacks are lost in the ozone. Customer service keeps you on hold for a long time. (Is that customer service?) The last call I was on hold for 18 minutes! Dieting is frustrating and hard enough without the added inconvenience of their messed up tracking system. Which by the way is non-existent. This last call I was told they were re-shipping but the right hand doesn't have a clue about the left. I should have read more reviews about their shipping as this seems to be a trend.

Nutrisystem was easy, I didn't get hungry between meals and I learned food portions for when I completed the program. I lost a total of 30 pounds and feel great.

Great way to get started in weight loss journey. I needed something like this because I know that eating less food is the only way to lose weight, & you also need to get your focus off of food. The great thing about this program is that you don't have to think or count calories; you just grab your food and go. I really needed this with my busy schedule.

I'm in my 15th week and I'm 6 1/2 lbs away from my goal. I've dropped 3 sizes. I've tried so many products to lose my weight so I wouldn't be overweight for my health and Nutrisystem truly worked for me. You took me off the website. I cannot get into logging food, weight loss, daily meals, etc. Why because I have not bought food in a month. Get back to me asap. I was going to order small amounts but now I will not!!!!!!

THE BEST diet I have ever been on and I've tried them all. I lost 40 pounds and have kept it off. Nutrisystem taught me portion control and eating healthy throughout the day. The food tastes great. I lost all the weight I wanted and it was very easy. Just grab the meal box, heat it up, and eat it. No thinking. They do it for you. If you follow the eating plan you WILL lose weight. You can't fail! After people see the results I had they order it and they lost weight and love it.

Once on Nutrisystem I started to see the pounds shed off right away. I was not a large person to begin with and was nervous that it would only work for really large people. I am 5 foot 4 in and weight 142 to start. Was looking to drop to 120, and it worked wonderfully. Hit goal after 3rd shipment.

I placed my first order a week ago and it has still not shipped. I've been in touch with customer service twice, am told it's in the "final stages" and will ship soon. Nutrisystem is based in my state! I don't understand what could possibly take so long. I've been on a different diet for several months, ran out of food and as I'm running now, wanted to switch to NS to get more calories and transition back to "normal" food while I take off my last 10-15 pounds. I've now had to re-order from the other diet provider and my food will be here tomorrow already! Meanwhile, I just wait and wait. Would love to try NS, but who knows when I'll actually get my order.

My wife and I ordered Nutrisystem so we could start January 5th of this year. I had used Nutrisystem about 8 years ago, but so much has changed I wanted to try it again. My original goal was to lose 55 pounds, but this was a stretch as I hadn't been that weight in 25 years. We were both a little worried about how hungry we would be and my wife was worried how good the food would taste. During my first use of Nutrisystem they did not have frozen foods and while some food was really good, some was not very pleasant.

I have lost 29 pounds since I started my plan on November 30, 2014. I needed to lose 30 pounds. I am still losing weight, and feeling just great. The folks at Nutrisystem have been so helpful and kind and very supportive. I have just moved to the transition plan. I am looking forward to continuing my weight loss journey, for better health. My experience was positive in two ways. Participating in the program allowed me to change my daily eating into three solid meals whereas in the past I only used dinner (supper) as my sole main meal. Helped with portion control and resulted in a weight loss of 20 lbs. Most of the foods are quite good and one should use the user ratings for the menu items as they are very accurate.

The food in Nutrisystem is good and has helped me lose 35 lbs and lower my blood sugar down an acceptable level. With my last blood test the doctor said the only problem I had was they were over medicating me. Thank you!

It does take determination, but really wasn't hard at all. I just stuck with the program, and in a matter of 3 months, I lost 40 lbs. The biggest take away for me was how big a portion really is, and I do believe the lower salt intake was a huge part of my success. I highly recommend it for anyone who has made up their minds to finally do something about their weight.

The food is easy to prepare and is very tasty. The desserts are very good.

I have been on Nutrisystem for 8 months, thru the Holiday Periods and beyond. I have lost 52 lbs. The Program works, as I have learned a lot about Portion Control as it relates to weight loss.

My husband and I both met our goals in 3 months using the Nutrisystem plan. It was easy and taught us about portion control and how to judge actual hunger versus habit hunger. It was a little expensive but we feel like the investment in our health was worth it.

I called to cancel my order today. Explained to the guy who answered the phone that I couldn't eat the food. Mostly the dinners. He informed me I had to pay 85 dollars to cancel or pick a better program. Which would cost more. I said since I can change the products I choose why would I have to pay the money. Seems to me my order is still pending. He told me I had to pay the 85 or receive another shipment. Didn't make sense to me.

I tried the Nutrisystem plan for three months, even though it was overpriced in my opinion. The food, for the most part, was very poor-tasting, except for the snacks and desserts. The food also gave me diarrhea on and off throughout the three months. I really wanted this diet plan to work; however, I could not deal with the poor-tasting lunch and dinner selections. I also have Gerd and cannot eat tomato-based products, which most of these are. Very disappointed with this project and will not use it again.

WARNING TO MILITARY PERSONS! When I signed up with Nutrisystem I explained I was diabetic and they said they have a program specifically to accommodate this. I received the box and to my dismay it is high in sugar content and other foods diabetics should not be consuming. I called and their reply was, "Oh, we didn't say there wouldn't be quite a bit of sugar in it!" They would not exchange or replace it.

I've dieted for my whole adult life. This is the first program where I was able to lose the weight and learn the correct portions for me. I'm finally the correct weight for size. It makes me as happy as I thought it would. More energy, love to try on clothes- I give this program an A+. Easy to follow, easy to use, easy to reach success. Thank you.

This program works and is easy to follow. Having the food ready to go was a key for me, however my husband is a great cook so I did sway evenings. Some of the lunch items I did not care for but such a variety - I could always find one I liked. I can't afford to stay on the program, and still have 11 pounds to my personal goal, but will take the way to eat and portion sizes I have learned and be successful.

I didn't have high hopes going into this program, but I'd seen the commercials and the program was around for a while, so I thought I would give it a shot. First off, I had two babies back to back and gained 80+ lbs with both of them. They came out weighing 9.3 oz and 10 lbs. On my tiny frame, that didn't do well for my figure and neither did all those hamburgers I ate during the 9 months. After my second was born, I simply was unhappy with how I looked and had no energy and always fatigued. I couldn't enjoy going out to play with my kids because I barely had energy to walk down the road.

I first used NS last late summer into early fall but found out very quickly that I quit too soon after losing 20 lbs in 4 months. Saw the TSV on QVC in April and decided to restart again. So far I am down 6 lbs and lost 5 1/2 inches in one month. Works for me!

I was successful losing weight on Nutrisystem, although I did not get to my goal weight. I lost about half the weight I need to lose. I think the program itself works great - and I learned a lot about how much to eat, what to eat, and when to eat. The food was OK-tasting, not great - but for me it was more about the convenience and portioning than it was about the taste, and I'm not picky. I think when I began, I just had no idea that it would be just as much (if not more) fresh food that I would have to buy in addition to the Nutrisystem food. I wish that had been clearly communicated to me. Regardless, I lost weight on the program, and that is really saying something because I have a metal implant in my ankle and I am hypothyroid.

I needed to lose 15 to 20 lbs. as I went from a 36" waist to almost 40" due to recent inactivity. The fast five did the job as advertised and I lost 8 lbs in 7 days from 210 to 202. I'll remain on the regular plan for another 3 weeks and am confident I'll do well. The food tastes much better than expected except for the pizza items which were obviously created by someone from the west coast. I would recommend the plan to anyone in decent health looking to shed a lot or even a fast few. Nice job.

Nutrisystem is a great program. I have had enormous problems with being able to log info online, however. I was in week nine before I could log my weight and other info. Also, I lost all the info on the phone app (the only thing I could use for the first eight weeks) when the computer program was fixed. Today is May 5th, and I have lost 43 pounds since February 23rd. I have made three orders, and each one had missing, outdated, or damaged items. Nutrisystem is expensive, and it is disappointing that there have been problems with the online program and food orders.

My wife and I both started Nutrisystem the same time. As advertised, we both lost 5 pounds or more the first week. My wife reached her goal and more in just two months as did I. The benefits of losing the weight were an added plus. Both of us were able to stop taking medication for blood pressure control, and I was able to stop medication for high cholesterol. I don't understand how people can give negative comments about Nutrisystem. I have lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks and I feel GREAT!! The food is delicious and actually filling for the most part. I don't have to worry about what to eat, or count calories. It has taught me the importance of vegetables and fruit! My husband started this and lost 24 lbs in 2 months. If you don't like this program, then you are either too picky or not serious about losing weight! As simple as that!!

I began Nutrisystem in early January with the goal to lose 30 lbs. It started slowly until I could develop a routine and then the weight just melted off. I had a two week break in March when I went on an active vacation that didn't lend itself to the diet regimen. I gained about 5 lbs, which I lost in the first week back on the diet. By the end of April, I surpassed my goal and lost a total of 40 lbs.

I was excited to start this program since I am a full-time grad student and have little time to prepare food. I tried it for 2 weeks and started with the guaranteed to lose 5 lbs in the first week fast-track program. I lost nothing, nada, zip. They are refunding my money, provided I send back the remaining food. I am a registered nurse. This food is full of empty calories and has loads of sugar which I am not used to eating. I don't recommend this to anyone.

I have tried several weight lost products in the past and none of them worked as well as Nutrisystem! The system is very easy to use and you set the amount you want to lose. They supply the rest.

In 3 months on Nutrisystem I went from 214 lbs to 184 lbs. I found it easy for me to stay on the plan and lose weight every week. By allowing you to choose the meals I found it to be less of a challenge to lose. I found some meals to be better than others but every thing was very good. If needed I would do Nutrisystem again. I would highly recommend it to any one to try.

I started on the Nutrisystem 5+ program. I did not lose the 5 pounds in the first week. I contacted Nutrisystem through email - they told me I needed to talk to the Nutritionist. I followed instructions exactly as written. I continued on the first month with my order - I did like some of the food. I called them back as I told them I did not lose the 5 pounds in the first week - wanted to delay my order a week. I called to see if I could get a refund - they told me no because I didn't call within the certain time - they said I would have to pay a $69.00 fee.

Was on the program for more than four months. Lost a bit a weight in the beginning, but it started creeping back plus my blood sugar numbers sky rocketed. The day that I dropped the Nutrisystem, my blood sugar dropped from 184 pre-breakfast to 145, and after a week was 84 this morning (94 yesterday).

The food is not terrible, some were actually good. This diet works, you should get a half hour a day cardio for better results. The first week (fast five) worked amazing, I lost 11 pounds. Hit my goal of 25 pounds in 4 months. I have to admit, I did cheat here and there. This diet also teaches you portion control which is key to everyday eating.

So to start with I have lost 23 pounds in 35 days so yay to that. But as others have said, a little portion control and discipline and anyone can do that at 1200 a day. 90% of the food is gross and if you look at the labels the fat, sugar and sodium content are really high. Also, I had to use a different tracker because the NS one is so outdated and difficult to use, recommend MyFitnessPal. Now that I am off NS I am eating foods filled with protein, less sugar and less fat but the quantity can be way more.

I decided to try this diet plan to lose weight before moving out of the country. I signed up online and ordered my food and got a "discount" for signing up online. However, I was unaware that this discount was contingent on auto-enrolling in at least two months of the program. I was under the impression that if I wanted to renew I would need to log in and re-order my selections. That was not the case unfortunately and at 11PM last night I received an email that my order was processing and my credit card had been charged. I called to cancel and was told that I could do so, but the 20% discount I had originally received would be billed to my card since I did not complete 2 months, in the amount of $104.00.

I ordered a week early due to my hectic schedule, and told the representative that I was not going to start for a week. The first week (fast 5) I lost 1 pound. I called and was told that the amount of weight to lose is really a percentage, and because I was not overweight, that was good. After the first week of food, I was told I should eat more, etc. I then chose to cancel, since I did not lose much weight, and now they say it will cost me $80 to cancel. So BEWARE. IF IT DOES NOT WORK THE FIRST 14 DAYS, DEMAND YOUR MONEY BACK. Do not listen to their excuses or they will make you pay for another month of food, even if you told them it was not working within the 14 days!

I was very successful with the program - what helped me was the discussion boards, specifically Biggest Loser #33, #34. I quit because of the deletion of these boards.

I went from 197lbs and a size 10/12 to 166lbs and a size 6!!! I've never had this level of luck with any program before. I would definitely recommend this program! All you have to do is eat what they give you, with the addition of some green veggies, and some protein. It really taught me better portion control, and healthy ways to snack. I now still go out to eat but typically cut my portions in half. Instead of having chips and salsa at a party, I'll have broccoli and salsa. It helped teach me how to make better meal choices and portion control to maintain the weight loss I've achieved.

I have over the last two years used Nutri and have been somewhat satisfied. If I could have lost more weight I would have been happier, but just too much to put in this space.

I have mixed emotions with the Nutrisystem program. I have lost weight (51 pounds). I have started to learn to eat smaller portions and more frequently. The part I'm not satisfied with is, once you have ordered your food and get accustomed to the items, Nutrisystem discontinues the more common, best tasting items. It's hard to stay on the program when discontinued items are no longer available.

Every Fall as we approach winter my body decides it's time to "fatten up for hibernation". Those pounds seem to go on fast and if not tended to they stay on for forever. 5 months my wife and I have been on the program. Overall dropped approx. 25 pounds, and my wife a little over 10. We both really tried to follow the plan and my wife even power walked approx. 5 miles a day. I decided to stop the program, and my wife delayed hers. We are both dissatisfied with our results.

After being very fit most of my life, I started to gradually put weight on after I was married at 44. The gains were incremental and after having been at or under 200 lbs. most of my life I was at 225 by the time I was 50. The loss of family members in my 50's only compounded my problem and by the time we celebrated 10 years I had ballooned to almost 245 lbs - the most I have ever weighed in my life. This year I was coming up on my 55th birthday - the same age at which my mother died of ovarian cancer. I was determined that I would make a change to improve my weight and health by losing the weight that had dogged me for so long. So, I finally broke down and ordered Nutrisystem and got myself back to the gym a month before my birthday.

When I joined NS a month and a half ago, I totally loved it! Back then, it was a complete program: prepared balanced portion-sized food, information, tools, rewards, and community support. They are eliminating community support and rewards, and the useful tools. They do have a new, um, tool (NuMi app) that is beyond worthless and doesn't even work well for the couple things it claims to do. (One part of the app says "You've lost 10 pounds!" and another part of the same app says "You've lost 22 pounds!" Um, pretty basic A-B=C. And they are still working on how to fix it).

I was very optimistic when starting Nutrisystem. I followed the plan without fault for 10 months. I'm a very picky eater but was able to satisfy my needs and wants with the large variety of food choices. I was thrilled throughout my experience as my dedication and the Nutrisystem program was paying off big time! I was a size 18 when I started and in 10 months was a size 8. Yay!! However, one mistake I made (and please learn from this) is not using the counselors when I needed help. I did relapse after a wonderful Thanksgiving with family. It's a great program, and even greater when you take advantage of ALL the helpful tools available.

We are returning subscribers and the order forms were VERY CONFUSING. The customer service man was very knowledgeable and helpful. Wish all CS staffs were as good as this gentleman. The menus while complete are very complex if one is not fully comfortable with all the choices.

Managed to drop just over 40 lbs. in a 4 months period, looks like that's the limit for now, time to take a break and come back on the diet after Christmas if necessary. The plan worked better than I expected despite my medical history. Food could be better and more affordable.

Nutrisystem is an excellent weight loss program. This is my fourth month with the program and I have managed to lose 30 pounds. The representatives who answer the phone are courteous. The counselors are dynamic and very patient.

I lost 20 pounds using Fast 5 and two months using Nutrisystem products. I enjoyed most of the meals and started eating a lot more vegetables and fruit. My motivation for sticking with this was my commitment to become more flexible and mobile following hip surgery. I was totally satisfied with my experience and have recommended this company to others. l learned portion control is everything.

Nutrisystem has offered to cancel my order without penalties and refund my $ on any returned unused foods. I'm very pleased with this decision.

Ordered for the first time on Tuesday 4/7. Have had to call TEN TIMES since. Some of the service agents were even rude! Getting to speak with a supervisor is like pulling teeth! The frozen part of my order arrived 4/10. Received dry foods on 4/15 & was missing TWENTY items as well as missing the entire FAST PLUS! Saturday 4/18 received missing items and Fast Plus. Was told to call to replace 3 meat meals in the Fast Plus package (I don't eat beef/pork). Agent said no problem. Now I’m told it's waiting for APPROVAL since I've had other packages sent out! It was the fault of Nutrisystem & now I have to wait! When in the heck will I be able to actually start this program? I'd definitely recommend Weight Watchers or Medifast. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Nutrisystem worked for me because the food was enjoyable and it was not necessary for me to count points. It taught me proportion size and I have been able to maintain my weight since I finished the program. I lost 35 pounds in 6 months. During this time I had taken quite a few vacations using minimal of the lunches or desserts only and never gained weight. I was able to go back on the diet with ease each time when I returned home.

We have used NutriSystem twice before and kept our weight off for a number of years. We like the choose your own food with the weekends on our own. I lost 40 pounds and my husband lost 30. Customer service is extremely customer oriented. Every once in a while we fall back into our emotional eating. Actually, we are watching for a very good deal again so that we can get back into a good pattern again. NutriSystem is great!

I have tested the Nutrisystem program for a total of three months. In the first week alone I lost 7.4 pounds using the Fast 5. I really enjoyed most of the food, only the spicy dishes were too spicy for me but they were flavorful. Thanks to the log and the website it was very easy to keep track of what I was eating and drinking. It was hard the first couple of weeks to get used to the amount of calories but after that I didn't feel hungry or that I couldn't do the program. I lost a total of 38 pounds on the Nutrisystem program in three months. Now that I've been off of the program for a couple weeks I have not gained any of the weight back so far. This program has really taught me how to eat nutritiously and how to manage the amount of calories I intake. Which is what I feel has helped dramatically with me being able to keep the weight off. I am really happy to have had the opportunity to do this great weight loss program.

I reached my goal in 4 months, but I am very disappointed that there is no maintenance program that offers the frozen foods I really liked. I feel that you have a glaring hole in the support you provide customers that have reached their goal.

I've done NutriSystem 2 times. Both experiences were good. It's disappointing that you can't get a 1 month supply for a reasonable price, since I now only use it to maintain or jump start a healthy eating schedule. I would order 1 month at a time at least once or twice a year if it was the same as the advertised price. That said, NutriSystem is easy. It takes the guess work out of dieting. I've recommended it to many people although most don't try it due to the cost. The frozen foods are the best tasting.

I am all about final results. Well, this program works. I love how simple it is. I log in using their site and I am able to track my food and exercise. The biggest bonus is that the food is sooooooo good. I have never had a meal that I did not enjoy. I am a busy person with a full time job so having the food available is a BIG plus. It takes the guess work out. I have lost about 4 pounds after a few weeks but I really was not overweight. I just needed to lose about 10 pounds so perhaps the weight comes off slowly for me.

Hello. As I mentioned to your representative who called on Saturday, I have been very pleased with everything I have ordered and devoured over the past few months. Most all of your products have been wonderful. One note - the breakfast pastry (little round thing) with a filling of egg/bacon, the pastry collapses and it ends up being a bit of a mess.

Hard work, and requires discipline and sacrifice, but if you follow the program, you will lose "real" weight. I started the program on 1/12/16 with a body weight of 255. By 4/9/15, I lost 40+ pounds and weighed in at 211. I am confident that I will hit and maintain my goal of 205. I did this on the diet alone and without any exercise. Due to my busy schedule, I simply do not have time to complement a diet with exercise. It is all about portion controls.

After trying the 5-day Quick Start program, I ordered the 28-day program thinking it would be the same. The food on the 28-day program consists of very sweet breakfast items, muffins, bars, cereal and lots of pizza for dinner. Also, more sweet bars for lunch replacement. After 50 days, I have more than half left of this awful stuff. I called to speak with a rep and wanted to cancel further shipments. I did not ask for a refund for the remaining box of unused items, just wanted to stop receiving anymore. The happy rep said "No problem, sorry you didn't like it and I will bill you for 84.00 because you got a discount on the program". There is no money back guarantee as the literature states unless you send the items back within 14 days! Terrible program and customer service. Do your own diet and save $350.00!

I am a very active grandmother who leaves my apartment at 6:45 a.m. and doesn't return until about 7:00 p.m. The ease of having all three meals and snack with me each day was perfect. I bought gallon zip lock bags, and packed each with my daily food making it easy. I lost 27 pounds even though I took several trips during the months I was losing.

My experience on Nutrisystem was fantastic! I achieved my goal which was 37 lbs. I have tried so many ways to lose weight, but Nutrisystem is the first thing that has ever worked for me. I did put more weight on after going off of it, but I just signed up to go back and I plan to achieve my goal this time too. I didn't use the counseling when I stopped last time, but I plan to do that now. The thing about this program is that 'you don't get hungry if you follow it,' like they say. I was religious on it and did not cheat at all. I didn't even walk or exercise and the weight came off. I felt great and felt great about myself. This program works for anybody, and all you have to do is follow what they tell you to do and not to do. I cannot recommend Nutrisystem high enough!!! After Christmas 2014 my clothes were getting tighter and tighter. I even went out and bought new jeans a size I had never worn before! My husband and I had discussed Nutrisystem before the holidays, but really didn't do anything about it until the middle of January. I ordered the first of three months of Nutrisystem's My Way plan. The first month was very difficult for me just eating from the food that was given to me. I missed the meat, potatoes and gravy that I cooked every night. But, I stuck to the plan and now three months later I have lost 15 pounds with another at least 5 to go to reach my target weight! I owe it to Nutrisystem and their plan on how to eat a healthy diet. I feel better about myself and now have bought jeans a size smaller. Thanks Nutrisystem!

I was 225 pounds and I don't remember what I weighed when I started. I paid over $400 to lose more weight. I am not saying they a are a bad company because they have good customer service but most of the food was horrible. I had Nutrisystem for 2 month and most of the food from both month went to waste. There was 1 item, the chicken Alfredo, taste like dog food. But out of the chicken Alfredo and dog food, I would pick dog food. But there is one item I like-- the best beef stew and the desserts are good. They just might want to make food better for the price.

Nutrisystem is the ONLY program that I have finally lost weight. It is easy to follow and the food is good. I would totally recommend Nutrisystem.

I chose Nutrisystem when I was ready to lose weight because I didn't want to have to think about food all of the time. When meal time rolled around, I knew that I could select my entree and eat. I didn't have to think about preparation ahead of time, measuring, and counting -- it's all done for me.

My wife and I started Nutrisystems March of 2015. We ordered our first month food supply on March 5. The dry and frozen food arrived together on March 7. We started our program on March 9. As of today we have lost 15 pounds each. Yah!!! We selected our food for the second month by March 29 as the cutoff date was March 30. The order shipped and arrived on April 2. What arrived was the dry order minus the frozen order. I called Customer Support twice and was told our order was processing and would be shipped as soon as the product was delivered to FedEx. BIG HELP. So what I have determined is they ship promptly on your first month but could care less when they ship the second month order.

I only started using Nutrisystem about two weeks ago, and I believe the program has some definite plusses. Rather than spend $250-300 before I knew what I was getting, I bought the 5 day introductory offer at Walmart. Then I bought the 7 day offer directly from Nutrisystem. The program does teach portion control, which is certainly important for people who are trying to lose weight. But I too question what people are eating who believe this food is good. If I were grading it overall, I'd give it a C. The breakfast items and energy bars tend to be fairly good. The dessert's a little dry, but not bad. But many of the lunches and dinners are awful. I had the ham and bean soup today, which is basically a tasteless bowl of baked beans. I added my own onions, ketchup and mustard to give it some flavor. I will stay with the program because it seems to work. I've lost 8 pounds in about two weeks.

I am a very enthusiastic member of Nutrisystem. The expense can be trimmed by buying Costco Nutrisystem gift cards at their great discount. I've followed their program and lost what they said I would! Yes, the food portions are small. Yes, the calories in a meal are about equal to a fast food burger. But if you don't understand the difference between eating controlled portions of fatty food vs. nutrition your body needs, then this program is not got you. I am constantly amazed by the people that do not read the agreement and then are furious with the program because the agreement is actually accurate.

I really enjoyed the food and the expert, courteous customer service people. I lost the weight that I wanted to in about two months.

At first I was hesitant to try Nutrisystem but once I started, I was on my way to losing weight. I enjoyed the program, the food was great. As advertised I lost 5 lbs. and 1 inch the first week. Followed the plan and have lost 15 lbs. in the first month.

Although I enjoyed the program, not being able to purchase the frozen foods in Canada, left a limited number of items that I could choose from. I liked the food I was purchasing but growing tired for the same few entrees. The program is so easy to follow, it does work.

The food is not great but tolerable and convenient. I ordered my 28 day meal package on my Kindle. I was unaware of automatic shipments mainly because it is hidden in the fine print. I have since gone on their site and tried to find this stipulation. I found it but it isn't made obvious when ordering and on a small device in the hands of someone middle-aged with less than perfect vision it might as well be invisible.

I would highly recommend Nutrisystem to anyone who truly wants to lose weight. The program is easy to follow and Nutrisystem have consultants there to support you 24/7. Basically a bunch of Little Debbie's and Chef Boyardee and Campbell soup in Nutrisystem packaging. Super tiny portions, you don't get meals, you get a side dish. What a scam.

With the help of the Nutrisystem Counselors, I've exceeded my weight loss goal and I'm maintaining my weight loss. The food was better than I thought, and supplementing it with fruits, veggies, low sugar yogurt, etc. made it all possible. The Nutrisystem folks taught me how to eat. I also declared a war on sugar. It's everywhere and in everything. Thanks to Nutrisystem, I've been able to get my sugar level, as well as weight, down to take me out of the pre-diabetic zone. I think that it really helps if you know why you want to go on a program like this. For me it was staying alive for my daughter.

I am over all pleased with the program. I lost 63 pounds so far and I probably would have continued, however the cost over time became prohibitive for the same repetitious boring menu. I really did not like the flavor of most of the food. I think it is unfair to make a client have to upgrade to be able to have all the choices you offer. There are some items that I really liked (Cinnamon Raisin Breakfast Bars) which I would have liked to purchase separately, however that is not an option.

Nutrisystem taught me what a real portion of food looks like. Previously I was over-eating. The Nutrisystem food tastes great. It is a simple way to lose weight. I never felt like I was dieting. I learned to eat every 3 to 4 hours. I was never hungry. I was very satisfied. I highly recommend it.

Weight was 242 lbs. on 01/03/2015. Lost 7 lbs. 1st week. Weight now at 206, goal is 190. Plan works, have not felt this good in 20 years. No one can believe the difference. Said I would "bottom out" at 232, then 222, then 215 and 212. Still losing and eating what I want but my "want to" has changed.

They have lived up to all expectations that you may expect from a well-run company. The food was delivered on time; it as delicious, and more plentiful than I expected. I was on the Nutrisystem D plan to get my blood glucose levels down. It did that and I lost 15 pounds and 1.5 inches off my waist. But the lessons about portion control were well taught and I was never hungry.

I would remain with the plan but I could only budget for two months. I cannot afford to keep the plan so I had to call and cancel my membership. If it was more affordable I would have stayed with the plan.

Simple, straightforward, easy to follow with a delicious variety of food. I never once felt deprived or like I was missing out. Even when I had a social function which included lunch or dinner. Their tips were very helpful and I was able to participate and enjoy myself. I highly recommend.

I am really not sure what the people here who have rated Nutrisystem's food highly are used to eating, but this stuff is absolutely awful. Aside from the desserts, it was all terrible. Anyone can go go buy diet snack bars for WAY less, exercise a little portion control, and lose weight. If you're only eating 1200 calories a day, you'll probably lose weight. Look at the calories on one of their meals and you'll see it is not much less than a fast food hamburger. So knock out the fries and sugary drink and voila! Nutrisystem. This system is all about portion control. If you can do that on your own, you definitely don't need this.

I started Nutrisystem Core Plan on March 2, 2015 and I'm 15 pounds down today. I have tried everything from otc diet pills, Zumba class, physician prescribed diet pills and nothing worked. I've gained close to 70 pounds after my child passes away 5 years ago and I'm bigger than I've ever been. Food became my comfort. One day, after seeing myself in a picture I knew something had to change. I've always been a size 6-8 and now I was wearing an 18. I couldn't stand looking in the mirror. After doing the nutrisystem and loving the food, I've grown very portion conscious now. I don't exercise, but I'm feeling better than ever now, so I'm going to start riding my bike.

I have enjoyed being on Nutrisystem. I liked having the meals already prepared. Most of the food was enjoyable and I just made up my mind I was going to lose weight and enjoy the program. I have lost from 180 lbs to 143 lbs and my overall health has improved. I would recommend it to everyone but you have to be committed to the program and have a positive attitude toward everything.

I have been on the Women's Diabetic Program for the past 7 months. I enjoyed the food. It was very tasty and satisfying and I appreciated the efficient way in which my food orders were handled and delivered as well. I lost 25 lbs. (would like to have lost more) but am happy for it BUT the best thing that happened is by following the eating plan my blood sugar which was always high (around 360) came down quite quickly and normalized in a very short span of time. I have recommended Nutrisystem to other people and my first cousin went on the plan around a month ago and is having good success on it, too. I would definitely come back to Nutrisystem if I felt I needed another "boost" with weight loss and good health but I have learned SO MUCH about both just by being on the program and following the guidelines. Thank you, Nutrisystem family and staff!!!

Thanks to Nutrisystem, walking, encouragement from family and friends, and commitment, I lost over 100 pounds in 6 months! I started dieting in October of 2013 and I've been able to keep the weight off since. I credit that to lessons I learned from Nutrisystem and exercise. Nutrisystem worked for me because I needed a lot of structure to be able to stick to it. I travel for work and Nutrisystem was also a plan I could take with me. I think Nutrisystem was also an economical choice. I liked pretty much all the Nutrisystem food I tried and highly recommend Nutrisystem to everyone I talk to.

I ordered the fast 5, 28 day basic. Unknowingly when I looked back at the advertisement it said "4 weeks" larger black writing then "Auto delivery" was next to it in a blue hyperlink color that passes your eyes. So of course I took the 4 week discounted price since that's all I wanted just to try it out. 4 weeks later after hating the program and the food, and being disgusted by the sodium and fact that nothing needed refrigerating I find a pending post on my bank account for over $250. I was pissed and called nutrisystem who notified me that the shipment was already on their way and that they sent an email 5 days prior....

I would just like to share my success story with you. So far, I've lost 15 pounds. My husband says I look great. I feel great too! He's been my coach and mentor and a great help. I've re-learned eating habits. You would think that being an RN, I would know better, but I guess I'm like anyone else and fell into the bad habit routine. Fortunately, I love to drink water. I love salads and veggies, so no problem there. I don't exercise in a gym but believe me, I get plenty of exercise on my 40 acre ranch. Between cutting, splitting and stacking wood for the winters, I have my hands full with other chores too, not counting house work. So thank you Nutrisystem for getting me back on track!

After the holidays, I had put on another 5 lbs. It has been more difficult to lose as I age. I decided to give your system a try. I found it very easy to get started and lost the first 5 lbs with the "quick start" program. I found the smaller portions and frequent meals and snacks easy to adjust to, to the point I didn't need or want all the snacks allowed. My original goal was to lose 20 lbs to reach 218 lbs. I managed to do that with the first shipment of food. I now have decided to continue using Nutrisystem foods, I have to see how low I will get.

After watching the beautiful Marie Osmond on TV I finally grabbed the phone and order the Fast 5 and the first 28 day meals from Nutrisystems. On my 42nd day I've already lost 33 lbs on my way to trying to lose 80 lbs. I feel great! I'm never hungry and the food is very good! I love it and would recommend it to anyone!

I was very happy with the program and the food. I have lost 33 lbs and continue to lose. I stopped ordering the food in Feb because (I started in Sept) I felt ready to go on my own. Besides the food, I feel the records I kept on the Nutrisystem website was a major contributor to my success. I kept careful records of what I ate and more importantly, my progress. Unaware that this would happen when I stopped buying the food, my records were turned off and I could no longer access them. Why would that be necessary? I was a very happy customer and spoke highly of the program to the many people who asked me how I did it. I would think NS would want me to continue my good work and that it is the goal that clients would be able to maintain their weight loss on their own. It is a very expensive program and a huge sacrifice for me so I couldn't just continue on indefinitely.

After paying 250.00 for 28 days of sub par food, I decided it wasn't for me. To my horror when I cancelled because I was wasn't satisfied, I was informed they are going to charge me an addition 104.00 because I cancelled before a SECOND SHIPMENT of 250.00. I would NEVER do business with this company.

Signing up to Nutrisystem is deceiving to say the least. Be forewarned, if there is a deal being offered you must sign up for two (2) months. I was on it for one month and lost faith for two reasons: first, within 1 day of giving my credit card information to Nutrisystem my credit card was compromised and had $3,000 charged to the account. This left a terrible taste in my mouth, no pun intended. Second, the food is terrible! For the amount and taste of their food I was better off watching my calories and buying Healthy Choice meals.

Good food. Lost 15lbs in 5wks.

I was a fan of Nutrisystems about 5 years ago. I followed the plan to the letter and lost 20 pounds a month back then for a total of 40 pounds. I decided to try again. This time, I lost 5 pounds in a month and I am sure that has nothing to do with the food. The food is different than it used to be. It is not filling or as edible as it used to be. I am cancelling after the start of my second month because Nutrisystem gave me a surprise charge and did not honor their promo code. I am now looking at other types of food. You can do better elsewhere.

I'm very unhappy with Nutrisystem. You can't pick your food in the first auto delivery order and some of the food that is sent is poorly rated (for a reason). I also had issues trying to delay the delivery of an order because I was going on vacation. I received a confirmation email of the delay but the food was sent anyway. I had to forward the confirmation emails and show proof and when I did, all they would do is offer me 30% discount on the frozen food instead of giving me full credit. I didn't want the food so I called my credit card company instead.

I love the Nutrisystem Program. All I did was follow the guidelines for eating and it worked great. I had no hunger, no cravings, and was always satisfied throughout the program. The weight came off nice and slow about two pounds a week at first and then one pound as I got closer to my goal. I was on the program for six months which was my goal and by my 66th birthday I lost 40 pounds. What a wonderful birthday gift. I feel great, what a blessing. I only ordered the foods that I loved and it was so easy to follow. Thank you Nutrisystem for everything and I thank God for his wonderful blessings. Bless you all. I lost 23 pounds. It was easy to follow, all the work has been done for you. Pretty good tasting food! Convenience, convenience, convenience!!!

I had been a former Jenny Craig client but decided to try Nutrisystem because it was less expensive. I am so disappointed! The food is awful and the portions are so small. I dread meal time and I am hungry all the time. I will continue out of desperation. I am not heavy enough for any bariatric surgery, I cannot afford Jenny Craig and I am not into counting points at weight watchers. I consider Nutrisystem my punishment for allowing my weight to balloon as it has. But I would never recommend this plan to anyone I like. Honestly, my pet food is probably better than some of the Nutrisystem food! Gross!!

I started Nutrisystem almost two months ago. I had tried it once before several years ago, and since over the years I gained almost 40 lbs, and nothing I did to get rid of them seemed to work, decided to give them another try. I paid $330 for a month's supply of food, which included frozen entrees and desserts. I find the amount of food per serving small, but very palatable.

Greetings, I've had nothing but a hard time with NS. I'm not new to the program anymore--but have become a vegetarian & ALL of the foods I've enjoyed over the period of time that I'd lost some weight has changed drastically. I have noticed since I have become vegetarian, I cannot even enjoy a simple plant based diet on this program due to the systematic removal of most of the tastier vegetarian dishes. Right now, technically, because of these limitations & the inability of NS corporate to respond to the customers' preference of food choices; I am no longer eating on the 'vegetarian' plan. I'm eating tuna now--due to the flavorless choices that have remained. I believe since there are more meat eaters, the program caters to them.

I lost 35 pounds in 5 months. The plan is simple to follow, I never felt like I was starving, and my cravings for sweets have been substantially reduced. I have the energy to exercise again. And when I went to stop my automatic delivery, there was no hard sell of a maintenance plan or the like. I would recommend the plan.

I purchased Nutrisystem one week supply from Walmart because I was interested in trying the diet system, but didn't want to invest the money for the monthly system. I felt most of the food was bland. I felt that I could have used the same amount of money and purchased better tasting meals for 5 days. I find Lean Cuisines to be a better tasting product.

I have talked with NutriSystem's customer service representatives who promise "refunds"... only on their time line, 2 or 3 days, which after waiting that time, another 279$ charge was placed against my card! When I called back and tried to see why that happened, I was told the fist rep messed up my compliant and now they were shipping YET another box of food, all of this within 1 week. Do they even train these people? Avoid this company, their representatives do not fix issues.

I LIKED NUTRI-SYSTEM because I need structure and I need to visually see each day where I'm going. This gives me focus so I can stay on track. I don't have to worry what I am going to fix for my meals, I am able to concentrate on things that are positive and things that motivates me toward a healthier lifestyle.

Shame on you Nutrisystem for taking advantage of people who are just trying to improve their health and appearance. Some of my issues were, the delivery was slow to arrive, I received my frozen products nearly a week prior to the non-frozen products which includes the diet "plan." I lost only 3 pounds on the Fast 5 (water weight) and stagnated while following the plan the following week 100%. I canceled Nutrisystem and had to pay a $104.00 penalty because I missed my cancellation date by (1) day. My choice was to buy another month at $304.99 or cancel and pay the penalty. So one month trial of Nutrisystem cost me $445.37. When I canceled they tried to use the frozen delivery date as the basis for my 2 week start (watch out for that). When I complained they looked up my second delivery date "as a courtesy" and informed me that I had missed that date by one day.

Nutrisystem takes the "thinking" out of eating. I love their food (with one dessert exception). I've received my 2nd month's worth and can't wait to try the new items. I bought it through QVC and had no trouble dealing with their customer service. I have not had any digestion problems, as some others have. I highly recommend it as a short-term kick start to a healthier lifestyle. Truthfully, I did not lose more than 2 pounds on the Fast Five. Probably because I needed more calories than provided that week. But that's ok, I'm working my way through it, doing it my way with Nutrisystem's help.

I wish you were able to order just frozen lunches and breakfasts.

Lost more weight. This diet works. Period! Tried other plans and wasn't a happy camper. I was never hungry with NUTRISYSTEM. I lost weight sensibly and proud to say I can see my eating habits are on the right track. Question... I dropped down to 190. Will I rec another bear?

The plan works well, BUT do not try to cancel. It cost me over $170.00 to cancel the next order for my wife and me. I was told by the rep that, "You have plans for one month?" WHERE? I am very unhappy with this! I called and was told that I was on the wrong plan (on 3/6/15), I am always hungry. The rep told me I should be on a plan with more protein. How was I to know this? I think the plan for me and my wife was not correct.

I started nutrisystem on 02/2015 until now 03/2015. I got the 12$ a day plan because of the various food choices. Once I got my shipment I found that my frozen entrees were better tasting and fulfilling than my pre-packed microwaveable entrees. Altogether I soon realized that the sodium intake in all the foods were extremely high. I then called to cancel my next order because although I did take on new and healthy eating habits I learned that I can prepare and cook my own meals healthy and proportionally.

I liked the food once I could select my own. I made it 8 months. I quit losing two months ago after losing 30 pounds. After studying several books and doctors I have decided to try giving up processed food and eat mostly fruits and vegetables. I have liked not having to think about what to eat. It also teaches you how and what to eat.

I am so please with my progress on Nutrisystem My Way. Between August 2014 and February 2014, I lost 60.8 pounds! I am now enjoying a healthy weight for my height, more energy, more self-confidence, more attractive clothes, and I feel great!

I found the program to be very easy to follow. I did not experience any real hunger - I lost 22 pounds that I needed to lose and felt great doing it. I was surprised how I was not hungry even with eating small amounts each time.

I was 30 pounds overweight. I've tried many ways to lose weight but was unable to follow them for long, thus not successful. With Nutri system I was able to rely totally on the food provided--the food is very good, there is enough to eat each meal to get full, and after one week I was able to add some fruit and veggies. I've lost 17 pounds since January 3, 2015!

I went on NutriSystems for two reasons. One was to lose weight. The other was to finally make an effort to eat healthy. Fruits and vegetables were non existent in my house. But if I wanted to follow the diet, I had to eat fruit and 4 cups of vegetables a day!! Water? Are you kidding. But NOW I HAD to drink all that water!! I am 70 years old and have always weighed about 112#. When I found my weight had gone up to 124# I was devastated. When I was younger, it was a snap to lose 5# in time for the weekend dancing, etc. But now I tried, and I wasn't losing any weight. So I signed up for NutriSystems.

I used Nutrisystem 26 years ago to lose my post baby 8 pounds. Being a busy mom it helped me drink more water, which I still do today and take the weight off with my go to meals. At 57 I had those 8-10 pounds post menopause and Nutrisystem helped get me on track. The key is lots of salad and veggies with the meal.
