I used Roadway for the first time ever this month, and I cannot express how seamless the experience was. I've moved a lot in the last few years and always tried to do it myself, and every time, it was so miserable and always harder than I'd expected (physically, mentally, and logistically). I opted for the full-packing experience, which made move week SO much less stressful. Beyond a pre-move declutter, I really didn't have to think about the move much at all. On move day, Javier and Antonio were so professional and answered all my questions (I had so many because I'd never done it before) and they had answers for all of my "how does this work?" musings and then some. They brought all of their own supplies from packing materials to tools, and were honestly more careful with my stuff than I ever could have been (especially because once I lose steam and start tossing things in boxes with no labels or care if they make it to the final location).

I went with Roadway Moving for my move from SF to LA and I could not be happier with my decision! The idea of moving in such a tight time frame was really stressful but the Roadway Moving team immediately brought me so much ease as soon as I got on the phone with them. They were extremely flexible and communicative throughout the entire process. When the team came to pick up all of my boxes and furniture, they were so efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. They were really careful and gentle when packing up my furniture, which I appreciated so much because the furniture I was bringing with me was valuable.

I was looking for full-service options and called a few options, and Roadway was the cheapest. The rep was easy to talk to and very helpful. He was trying to win my business. There was a mismatch of what he originally quoted, though. He gave me a certain number, but after the Roadway Moving guys came over and saw the content of my house, they tried to increase the price, saying it's more than what was originally negotiated. I called Roadway’s sales again, and they were able to go back to the original quote. It would have been nicer if the price that was originally quoted with the sale had been fixed, instead of having that uncomfortable renegotiation when the crew came over. Roadway markets itself as a transparent, fixed-priced company, but that was a little bit rough to go through.

I used Roadway Moving for a move that was about an hour south, from White Plains to Midtown Manhattan. I enjoyed interacting with the movers themselves better than the coordinator. We had scheduled a two-day move, but I would have preferred a one day move. When the movers came, they told me that they didn't really have anything else going on that day. So, they could have done a one-day move. That was the one thing that bothered me because as a result, they came, they packed everything day one, which was a Sunday, and that included my mattress. So, I had to find a place to stay that night, which was not the mover's fault. I actually preferred that they pack everything, but it would have been better if it was just done all in one shot. They did arrive early enough to do that.

We Google searched the most trustworthy movers in New York and Roadway was at the top of every list. I did some research on the website and then got a quote. The rep had me walk around my apartment. I didn’t have that much I needed to take with me but it also changed. So, I called back a couple of times and he changed it for me whenever I needed to add or take something off. So, it was super easy. He was very helpful and made me feel very reassured because I was very stressed out in my move. He made it seem like the whole process was gonna be taken care of.

Roadway helped me move when I was working and traveling a ton and they made everything so smooth and easy - by the time we were moving into the new place I actually felt relaxed, which never happens at a move! Would 100% hire them again :)

Moving can be incredibly overwhelming, stressful, and chaotic. Choosing Roadway Movers was one of the best decisions we made. The entire team was professional, efficient, and handled every item with exceptional care. They took extra precautions to protect our delicate and valuable pieces, making what could have been a very stressful move feel seamless from start to finish. I moved with Roadway from Dallas to Los Angeles and had the best experience! I have a lot of fragile instruments and equipment and they made sure to take extra special care to ensure those items made it safely. The moving team was very friendly and warm. I would definitely use Roadway again for another move. It was so great knowing I didn't have to stress about the moving process!!

We used Roadway for a long-distance move and could not have asked for a better experience. Both crews were professional, efficient, and so patient with our pet, who has some special needs - respectful, kind, and accommodating with every request. They packed everything carefully, delivered right on time, and even helped put things back together on the other end, which made settling in after a long drive so much easier. Although moving is stressful in general, Roadway made it as painless as possible. Highly recommend! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Roadway again!

Such a great an experience. It was seamless and easy moving from state to state. Moving from Los Angeles to Miami could be really difficult logistically and Roadway made that easy with prepacking safety, delivery timing, and setting things up. Highly recommend them.

Great moving experience and it only took 4 hours which is a record time in our books! Beyond satisfied with the care they provided. Only thing is communication could have been better on final pricing. Overall very happy with the entire moving process!

As a mom, moving day was one of those things I had been stressing about for weeks. Thankfully, Roadway Moving made the whole process so much easier than I expected (and I usually do the move with my husband with no professional help)! We had 3 movers who showed up on time, worked incredibly hard, and were so careful with our furniture and boxes. They were friendly, respectful, and kept us updated throughout the day, which really helped put my mind at ease. They even made sure everything was placed where we wanted it in our new place, which my husband and I really appreciated!

The team was so incredibly sweet, professional, and took the absolute best care of all my things (especially my aesthetic furniture and mirrors, which I was so stressed about!). Everything was wrapped perfectly, and the whole process was so seamless, fast, and totally stress-free.

They came in on time, constantly gave me updates about when the movers would be arriving, and both when they came to pack up my house as well as unpack it in my new place. They were very accommodating and constantly made adjustments as I asked them to, and I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Roadway Moving. I have a lot of valuable antiques and unique furniture pieces, so I was nervous about how they'd be handled, but the team took incredible care of everything. Watching them carefully pack my eight-foot throne was honestly a spectacle to behold! I chose to pack most of my own belongings since I didn't want anyone else handling my things, but seeing how organized and careful the crew was with the smaller items that got left behind gave me total confidence that if they had packed the entire place, I have no doubt they would have done it flawlessly.

They took all the stress away. The total moving process was so quick. Including the drive, it took maybe an hour.

I had the most amazing experience with Roadway Moving! They supported me in a cross country move from OC to Idaho and I have zero complaints. Everything was wrapped, no damage was done, and most importantly, they made moving SO simple and easy. I felt so supported each step of the way! Truly did not have to lift a finger. My belongings were handled with care, the movers were incredibly kind, and everything was efficient! I was anticipating my move to take the entire day, because a maximalist, I have so many belongings. But my whole entire apartment was moved out in less than just 5 hours!

A friend of mine recommended Roadway Moving to me, and I got ahold of them. We were moving from New York to Miami. I had furniture and personal belongings, tables, musical instruments, a lot of books, computers, and a large bed, but it was medium-sized. It's just one and a half person living where I was in New York. The moving coordinator was good. Communication was almost constant like updates by text message. Overall, it was a very good experience. They didn't break anything, and they packed up things in a very sophisticated way, keeping me updated during the trip. I was surprised how the communication was very good. It was proactive rather than reactive.

Great care and attention to detail, Roadway moved my partner and I to SF from Chicago. Delivery arrived faster than expected. Both ways the movers took great care of our things, making sure everything was packaged securely and labeling everything with barcodes to ensure all of our items made it to their destination.

I was moving out of state and I used Roadway Moving. Everything went well with the moving coordinator. I had to add more stuff, so the final payment changed, but everything was fine. Delivery was okay, and the driver was good. Overall, everyone was friendly. Everything was great. The move was wonderful. I was satisfied with the price, too.

My experience with Roadway Moving was great. They’re a small, independent, privately owned company, and they were very communicative and had a good price. I worked with Alexandra and she was great. She emailed back quickly, and she was clear, and the costs were what they said they would be. It was good. The movers were awesome and great as well. They were very thorough and also careful. They were a little more expensive, but worth it. I'm happy I went with them.

I found out about Roadway through social media. So I reached to them and I had a good experience with the moving coordinator. The only thing is that it's a little overpriced. It's expensive. They just moved my items and helped me pack.

I had an incredible experience using Roadway to help me move from the East Bay (Berkeley) into San Francisco. After months of having my belongings in storage and living out of suitcases, they carefully packed up my entire storage unit and transferred it into my upper-level San Francisco apartment. The men were super intentional with ensuring that fragile items were re-packed, if needed, to ensure that they'd be safe during transport. Everything arrived damage-free, and they even took the time to arrange my items where I wanted them, organize my boxes for me, and re-build any furniture. Plus, they did it so fast -- they completed my move in just under 2.5 hours! This was the easiest and most stress-free move that I've ever done. I can't thank Roadway moving enough for how easy this entire process was, and I will definitely be using them for my next moves!

The Roadway team are super quick, super professional and super friendly! They shipped my items safely from California to Delaware. No breaks, no damage, no fuss! No muss! 10/10 would recommend! The team came in at about 2pm and had everything done and packed up in the van by 3pm. When the items arrived to Delaware they delivered to a storage unit overseen by my sister. They were diligent and accounted for each item and made sure everything was moved and stored appropriately. They were also super polite with my family and sweet to my baby nephew who kept getting in their way. He likes to run and around and scream lololol but they took extra care around him and allowed him to enjoy himself while keeping things safe and quick. They were a pleasure to work with.

One of my coworkers recommended Roadway Moving. I took their recommendation for it, and it went really well with the rep. He was super nice, quick, and organized. The moving crew was really helpful and nothing was damaged. They did good work. It was a fairly seamless process with Roadway Moving. Their customer service was really good as well.

I have used other movers in the past that I was really dissatisfied with. This time, I ended up choosing Roadway Moving. They were very organized. The movers as well as the coordinator were fantastic. It was a super easy process with Roadway and quote stayed the same as what I was originally given.

Roadway was suggested to me by my ex-boyfriend's wife. They worked really well. But then, at the end, they were like, "We're gonna have to charge you extra, or you can just tip us out." They forced me to basically tip them into not having any extra payments. I had to pay the mover $400 on top of my moving expenses. Otherwise, he basically threatened me into saying that I had to pay more. He said he would go to the company and tell them that it was more work than he expected and that I would have to pay hundreds of dollars more. Otherwise, I could just tip him $400 and call it a day. The company overall is a good company. But the movers that I had are a 1-star.

I heard about Roadway Moving through an influencer and I used them once. My experience was really great. The customer service was great, too. They're 5 stars.

Roadway Moving did such a great job moving our stuff, they disassembled our really tough furniture to build and put it back together perfectly. Everything was in great condition when they were done and put exactly where we needed it. Could not have done this move without them!

I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and it was significantly better than my previous experiences with other companies. First of all I was surprised the estimate didn’t change with the final cost which is a common issue with moving. The team was very communicative. The movers were thorough, careful, but fast!

I did a little research and I met someone who used Roadway Moving and found that they were great. And it was true. The service was exactly what the rep said it was gonna be. The two guys were friendly and flexible. Things changed a little bit, but it worked out well. I would use Roadway again and recommend them to anyone. But it's not inexpensive, so if you don't have to move anything very valuable, you could use someone else. But if you have stuff that's valuable and you want your move to go well, you should go with Roadway.

Moving can be so overwhelming, but Roadway made the experience seamless. Their level of care, customer service, and communication truly exceeded my expectations, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.

I will only use Roadway for my moves they are the best ever hands down. They did my full move in under 6 hours and I didn’t have to lift a finger! Everything was seamless and I could not reccomend them enough!!! 10/10 always.
