This is my 3rd time using Roadway in the last year. This time I used them to move my sister out and she was shocked at how easy it was. We sat down and drank matcha while the movers packed up her 2 bedroom apartment and moved her into her new apartment in 3 hours. We’ve used other movers before or done it ourselves so she was shocked at how easy this was. They were so careful with all of our items and just made the day so easy. Highly recommend.

I genuinely can’t recommend Roadway Moving enough! This was the most seamless and stress free move I ever had. And that says a lot coming from someone who’s moved multiple times with a home full of carefully curated furniture and decor. The team was so professional, kind, and efficient from start to finish. They treated every single piece like it was their own and took such great care to wrap, handle, and transport everything safely. They communicated clearly throughout the day and truly made our move into our first home feel exciting instead of stressful and overwhelming. I booked Roadway Moving for a full pack move and the service was unreal! My apartment had not a single thing packed and items everywhere and they cleared out the whole thing in a few short hours. From the smallest glass to the largest table, everything was packed with care and wrapped perfectly! It was so quick and efficient!

This is my second time using Roadway - First time using Roadway - I had a last minute move from Michigan to South Florida, and we decided to use Roadway Moving to get us there. I appreciate how fast and responsive they were throughout the entire process. My second time using Roadway was a local move. When they picked up my belongings, they were extremely thorough with wrapping our pieces, which I could not be more grateful for! They were on time making the day that much easier! Had the best time with roadway! They are fast and efficient! I use them every move! 10/10. I didn’t have to lift a finger and they helped so much with amount of items that I had. It took them about 4 hours to pack up a whole apartment! If you're looking for movers for your next move I highly recommend Roadway! It’s made moving so much easier!

The only movers I would ever think of calling! This was my second time using Roadway and would use them one hundred more times! They were so careful, fast, and efficient. I even had to change my move in date last minute and they were super flexible on a late notice. I would recommend to any friend or family. Also customer service was so nice and understanding.

The customer service was excellent. They were very helpful. I had to change the date of my move just by a day, and they were very accommodating.
Roadway was efficient. I didn’t have a lot of belongings, but from the time they arrived at the place I was moving out of to the time they reached where I was going, everything was very speedy and efficient, which I appreciated. It allowed me to start unpacking quickly.

Roadway Moving has good ratings. And then, besides that, they were new in Chicago. So, I knew that the trucks were gonna be fairly brand new and very clean with my things. The guys are very sharp. They're fast. They did everything nicely and perfectly. They didn't damage anything.
As I've unpacked, all of my goods are in the shape just as they were when I packed them up in the box. So, I have no complaints. The customer service was nice and clear. I did everything verbally over the phone.
Well, I'll just say the company is awesome. And keep up the good work is the only thing I can say. I recommend them to other people for sure. But I feel as if they need to adjust the price. They need to fix that because I paid $750 and those guys got done in an hour and 40 minutes.

Roadway came with a great recommendation. I was listening to Mosley News and he was raving about it. He had made a move and he was saying to use his name to get a 10% discount. I thought I might as well try and see what they offer. I checked around other places and Roadway was the cheapest. Overall, my experience with them has been absolutely perfect. I had to keep changing my delivery date but everybody was wonderful.

I was doing a cross-country move, and didn’t wanna risk it. So, that’s why I chose Roadway Moving. Because their reviews looked incredible. And they did live up to what I read.
My experience setting up the transport was smooth. I had some complications on my side. And I was gonna be in Seoul, South Korea for the time of delivery. And they worked with me to make sure that I felt comfortable in giving power of attorney over to a friend and explained everything. They were helpful when the original person I had organized to accept the delivery backed out a few days before. So, I had to change things. And they were patient and made sure I had all the information I needed to proceed and make sure that everything would happen smoothly.
And the pick-up was great. It was a long, hot day, but the guys got it done. They even brought in a fourth member halfway through the day to make sure that it would get done on time. I got them lunch and tipped them all nicely. But they were all courteous. And I felt safe having them all in my space.
Luckily, I didn’t have a huge budgetary restriction. My company paid for this. So, I can understand that it may not be within everybody’s price range. But it lived up to our expectations, and we got the bang for the buck. They may charge a little bit more, but everything was handled with care, and I didn’t have any broken items. And the customer service was incredible.

I have seen Roadway Moving a lot on social media and they're a pretty popular moving company in the area that I live in. We were moving 'cause we wanted to live in a nicer space. Our new place is a mile and a half from our old one. Roadway were really good and thorough. They also made themselves available at all times, which was really helpful. It was definitely pricey, but they were really helpful, so that was not too bad.
I felt like the movers really listened and wanted to help us as much as they could, even doing things like seeing the trash bag and being like, "Oh, we can take it down for you." Just really helpful and helping us clear out the space, which I really appreciated. I think they went above and beyond what they were asked to do. Definitely very efficient.

I think they're an incredibly professional group. Even when we did hit a slight snag, which I don't even recall what it was, it was remedied ASAP and to my satisfaction. The coordinator quoted me a price based on the information I supplied, as far as what I was moving and how many cubic feet that would take, and we moved on from there. It was pretty straightforward.

I found Roadway Moving online. I was doing my research and I had Piece of Cake and another moving company. I was leaning towards Piece of Cake but the reviews weren't that great. It was $700 savings but I didn't want to take a risk. I also wanted our things to get there in one piece. I spoke at someone over at Roadway, and he sent me YouTube videos. He also let me know that Piece of Cake was under investigation.
I set the move online, then they called me and we did everything over the phone. The move was from New York to New Jersey, about an hour's drive. We packed most of our things, but the gentlemen were very helpful and intuitive in trying to help us get more stuff into our boxes. They were professional, organized, and quick. We started at 9 o'clock in the morning, and by 4 o'clock, they unpacked everything in our New Jersey home. They went above and beyond, too. They put my 75-inch and 65-inch screen TVs in crates, not those flimsy boxes where they can crack.
We're using Roadway Moving again. If we ever move again, I said I want the same crew coming to our home to pick up our stuff. Everything I asked them to do, they did. It was excellent service and they are off the charts. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. Matter of fact, I did to two of my other partners who were looking to move recently. You might pay a little bit more out of pocket 'cause they were the most expensive out of everybody, but if you cherish the things that you have in your home and you wanna get there in one piece, go with these guys.

I’m so excited that Roadway Moving is finally open in Chicago! I’ve always seen people using Roadway and now I completely understand why! It was hands down the easiest and most seamless move I’ve ever had. Julien, Edgar, and Miguel were absolutely amazing. They were kind, efficient, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. Moving can be so stressful, but thanks to them, our move day felt calm and completely under control. We honestly miss them already! They handled all of our belongings with such care, I even let them take my VERY sensitive plants with them in the truck! We live downtown in a high rise, and they were excellent and efficient with the 2-hour freight elevator time block that we were given at both our new and old apartments. I highly recommend Roadway to anyone looking for a smooth, professional moving experience.

I booked Roadway for a relocation 3000 miles out of state. We did a video call and walked through what we were gonna be taking and then they gave us an estimate. They stuck to the estimate, which was awesome.
We told them we were gonna be moving stuff into storage first before we moved into the house and they made sure to wrap everything extra well for us. They spent all day making sure that our stuff was taken care of.
The drivers were fantastic and they really took care of us. They texted me when they were about to arrive. Then they called me when they were gonna be en route and when they were gonna arrive. They called after everything was done and made sure that we were happy.
The whole process took a week and a half. They had some other moves, but it was more of a scheduling on our part. They probably could have moved stuff around, but that’s what worked for us. We will definitely be using the same company in the future.

Roadway Moving made my cross-country move so easy! They were efficient, communicative, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I had to set up a second move last-minute, and they accommodated me immediately—furniture was picked up the very next day. Even though it was already wrapped, they took the time to unwrap, inspect, and rewrap every piece to make sure it was extra secure for transport. Everything was straightforward from start to finish. They rebuilt and placed each item exactly where I wanted in my new home. I’ve never done a full home move before, and their pricing and support honestly blew me away. I’m overjoyed with how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was. I highly recommend Roadway!

We've used Roadway in the past and this time we moved one state across. The moving crew was fantastic. Considering that they had a long day, a lot of traffic and two locations to move from, they were extremely kind and flexible. We were very happy with them. I'm not sure that the sales rep fully listened to me, though, because we ended up with a lot of charges for things that we didn't need, like a walk-up. So I found that the sales representative was quite difficult to work with. But if it were just up to the move coordinator and the moving men, I would absolutely recommend it.

EVERYTHING BETWEEN 9-5! The team of movers were so efficient & truly took the best care of everything! I had heavy furniture, glass furniture, mirrors, TVs you name it & everything arrived perfectly! I wasn't sure they would be able to do it all in one day & of course they were with time to spare! Truly the best kind of luxury to not have to lift any furniture during a move, it is already so stressful! Will be using them if I ever move again!

The moving coordinator was great. He was on top of it. He checked in frequently to make sure that everything was going well and kept me updated on the timelines. He was in communication with me throughout the entire process. The movers were quick and very careful with my items. The only thing they didn't do was lay down floor protection mats, but it wasn't a big deal.

This company harasses you endlessly with text and phone calls. I was soliciting quotes December 2024, and once I found a company - I let the others know I no longer needed their services. This company has offshore callers or non English as a first language, using American sounding names like Nick **, and they call relentlessly, text multiple times per day, even after telling them you do not need their services. Pure harassment - do NOT engage with them.
