After ordering a good many products I have been disappointed each time. The products are not worth the inflated price as it is but adding postage & handling makes it ridiculous. The shipping is inexpensive which leaves a remainer for handling a great profit. Products at The Dollar Store are of better quality & cheaper by $12 at least. My final order from PCH was a stainless steel container to store bacon grease; how could I be disappointed? The lid doesn't stay on, slides off at a touch. With shipping & handling I paid $26 for it. Then recently found a much larger, nicer 1 at Walmart for under $10!! As for winning anything... NEVER. They've sent notices saying that someone in my city has the winning # so I got excited considering the chance would then be 1 in 200,000. But if that were true it was certainly never publicized. I say IF it were true b/c around our area if you win big money in the lottery it is publicized that there has been a winner.

This Publishers Clearing House has been around for a long time. I remember many years ago receiving paperwork from them. I would immediately chuck it in the garbage. THIS IS BOGUS. The only $5k they have ever probably given out is to the idiots acting in their commercials. All they want is to entice you into buying magazines. Do not fall for this trap!!!!!

For 8 years I did the PCH games, searches, instant winner games. Twice I won a dice game instant winner and was given "sorry we are having technical issues." I contacted by email and never got a response back. And the tokens are a joke. If my token were cash I would have $ 2,284,535.00. Needless to PCH needs to revamp how they conduct their businesses.

I've been with your ordering company for years because you let me to believe each time that I could be the next winner. Or you send these checks as runner up but I still have to pay a lot. Or just recently you asked me to send $9.00 for I'm a runner up. Wow that's a joke. I believe now that's how you all make that money from people like me. And people are right. I don't even order some items but I send it back and I still get charge for it takes a long time for them to locate it. I give up finally for 2017.

I enter the sweepstakes and every 2 seconds I am now getting intrusions on my phone from Publishers Clearing House where there are pop-ups. I am seriously thinking of taking them to court for invasion of privacy.

I've been playing the Publishers Clearing House app for a long while now. They have this game called the wheel & whatever it lands on you wins twice amount, coins or $. I hit the $500 & stayed for a while but I guess it recognized that it hit the amount I stated earlier then started to spin after it done stopped on the $500 which would be 1,000 because it's twice the amount that it lands on. I always thought they were legit but found out totally different. What a joke & I will no longer play again & advise everyone else the same. Thanks for your time & now you've been warned.

Month after month, week after week and day after, emails about winning, I finally thought who actually wins all this money week, no one? It is so much money, where would they get it? It is like the lottery without the donations. It has to be a scam, there is nowhere to check out who actually wins, Just a way to give false hope to those who hope and a way to take up a lot of time every day with their stupid games.

After entering their contest I purchased some items. Figuratively speaking, 1 out of 10 products were either defective, not as advertised, or just overall a bad product. Kept getting bills after sending products back. I had to pay the postage to send the defective products back. Some that were clearing not worth the postage I paid. Now, go figure. I am in the credit department again with these guys. I know this is a scam, including you guys, because even you are trying to get more information from me. We will just see, when I start getting more crap in the mail. Not even the Better Business Bureau will do anything about the complaints. Let's see what you do...

I have been playing PCH for a number of years now, whether is the Search or the Lotto games, I have played almost all of them and of course have never won anything. I find it quite ludicrous to expect to win when after they send you a PCH sweepstakes to your email telling you that you must enter ASAP or you will forfeit the winning numbers, when before they actually draw the lucky numbers they are already sending you a different PCH contest to win which of course tells you that you did not win the previous one no matter how many times you have played the game.

I won $10.00 dollars twice and a useless $5.00 dollar Amazon card. They notified me but a couple days ago I won a $1000.00 dollars on one of the games. Now they're playing dumb. It's nothing but a scam.

PCH is a scam. I recently contacted them online after seeing very negative views, questioning their legitimacy and they responded, stating that everyone has the same likelihood of winning and then the message rambled on that. However, I questioned them to please ease my mind and to possibly give me a citation of how their money prizes work. What organization supplies this $5000.00 a week for life or why none of the "winners" are seen outside of their commercials and they closed my message.

On September 17th, I was also one that received notice of winning 10,000.00. When I contacted them they said it was in error and apologized, and I was not happy. Also stated that I am seeking an attorney and would not hesitate to let any social media know. It is wrong to do that to people. They did offer me 50,000 tokens and 5 extra chances in another drawing in which I declined. I do feel they owe me the $10,000.00 that it said I won. It may have been an error on their part but in life when you make an error you own up to it. For days I sent them emails regarding this. They would send me the same reply every time regarding the issue being resolved.

I really was looking forward to using my Robo Twist as I am old and can't open jars. It does not work. I tried several batteries but it still doesn't work. Would you send me another, asap. I didn't keep the order number but my CUSTOMER ID IS **. Thanks.

I get my orders just fine and I pay my bills but I put a hold on my payments on the other stuff because they keep sending me bills with everything I already paid, on and trying to double and triple payments for a while. I keep paying them until I pulled out my money order receipts and found out I was paying double and triple on the same bills I already paid, and this has been happening since the day I first started and I've told them until they got my bill straightened out I wasn't paying another dime so they sent the bill to the a collection Agency.

PCH does send out a lot of marketing items to try to entice you to buy. THAT is what their company does - It is a CLEARING house. They can't give away money if they don't make any! Other companies pay PCH to advertise and sell items for them. It is FREE to enter, but, yes, you have to scroll through the products - that's just the cost of entering. They never say you have to buy to enter - I've bought some things because I wanted to, I did not consider it to be a way to increase my chances of winning. However, you have to be aware of scammers pretending to be PCH. On October 31, 2016 I received a phone call at work from "Dave **" saying that I had won 2.5 million dollars! It took me by surprise, and I said, "Shut up, it is not!" And the odd sounding voice said, "Yes, Donna, you have won 2.5 million dollars." And I said "Shut up, I did not!" And then it dawned on me, I said, "Besides, PCH doesn't call people!"

I am constantly being billed for something I never received. Or maybe I am being billed for something I paid for previously. I ordered jewelry once. Paid for it even though, it turned my granddaughters neck green and rash appeared. Now they are saying I ordered more jewelry and owe $32.00. They should check their records. I never ordered anything else after the first incident.

I have been playing with PCH every day for over 3 years from Mexico. As of now nothing works. I have to go to hola vpn for the US to make it work. They say the rules state no international transaction allowed?

Ordered some batteries. Received notice from PCH ordered had shipped but FedEx shows a request for number but not shipped as of today 11/29/2016. Extremely poor service. They are requesting payment long before receiving order.

PCH is FREE. No one has to enter or play it. Like any company, their computer system can mess up. I play it constantly and have for years. And I've never won a dime. But c'mon! Its FREE. People are complaining about not winning. It's like the state lotto. It's luck of the draw. And people do win. My daughter won $40k on one scratch off. She played for years. If anyone should complain, complain to the US government. They withheld $13k of it.

PCH, once you click on any link, forces you into a long cycle of buying options, from cheap consumer products to magazines. They rely on people making a purchase, even though they prominently advertise "no purchase required". They know you will think you need to buy anything to 'win.' They NEVER send anything you order... nothing, ever! For that reason alone, they are a true SCAM and do not deserve to be allowed to solicit, pester, annoy respondents who know no better. STAY CLEAR OF ANY AND ALL PCH emails, especially the ones that try to get you to download a PCH LOTTO game. They re-sell your email and will hound you for life; eventually making you feel you're so special, only to trick you back into buying and getting NOTHING!

Extreme mental harassment online and in mail. Never won anything despite claim after claim that I have!! I suffer from extreme depression and this b.s. about winning money is very enticing and alluring to me as I live day-to-day financially. It is an extreme come-on baited with false delusions only to get you to buy some of the crap that they sell. I don't believe anyone has ever won anything ever and am extremely sick and tired of their selling a sick poor old man false hope for a better life for me. Please leave me alone!!

They try and trick people to buy something. I entered their sweepstakes and kept getting emails saying I had to do more. All those emails contained items they wanted me to purchase. I NEVER even indicated I was going to buy anything yet I get an email saying my order for pearls was confirmed. They can take their pearls and shove ‘em. I never ordered anything!

On Sept 17th I also entered when it came up saying I won $10,000 dollars. I showed my husband who also was excited when I received a email saying it was a mistake and that I was the only one to see my name, that it belonged to some guy in california. I still have the email and want my money which is the law. Not put in a drawing, how would we know if they actually did. Which I bet no one won.

I replied to PCH in response to a post card I received. Went to the actnow site, followed instructions, looked at 3 pages of junk merchandise and 2 pages of magazines I had no interest in. Click on submit only to receive a notice that the site did not exist. It seems PCH managed to leave a W off the WWW. How convenient.

On September 17 I received a message from Publishers Clearing Sweepstakes saying that I had won 10,000 Dollars!! Couple of hours later they said it was a mistake!! $10,000 mistake really?? Anybody involved in any kinda lawsuit or class action please email me I would like to be involved because I have been damaged!!

I was sent a postcard in the mail 3 days ago. I have tried to go to this web site for 3 days and it says this web site has been closed or is outdated. How can I get in this drawing if I can't put my activation code in?

They say that when you buy something that it is 4 payments of ______ whatever you buy but they don't do 4 payments of. They send you a bill for full payment. They have charged me late fees. As for giving away all that money every month isn't true. I think that it is time that the BBB investigates them. It is false advertisement on what they say on the TV and in their booklets that they send you.

On September 16, 2016 I got a notice from PCH on their website stating that I won $10,000.00. The next day I received an email informing me that they made an error. Then 3 days ago I got another notice stating that I was the VIP $30,000.00 winner. They again apologized for their error, informed me that this never happens and gave me a complimentary entry and 50,000 tokens. I have taken action, what PCH does is not okay. Email me if you want to be ADDED to my CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST PCH, **.

I also received notice of the $10,000.00 win and then was told it was not true, I was not a winner!!! But someone else was and I found this to be a disgusting human error... PCH should have owned up to their mistake and just paid everyone off!!! I've played for years and have watched every single ad faithfully that they tack on to each played game!!! What a fool I have been!!! What a fool we have all been for falling for their scams!

Someone needs to investigate the PCH Token Leaderboard scam. It says you can win by being the high token earner for the day. I've played every possible game you can to earn tokens for this, but I never get close to the top. Take today, Oct 18 2016 for example. My token total for the day is 132,400. The leader so far today is 237,350. There's something wrong there.

I was playing games. It came across the screen "you just won 10,000 dollars". 5 hours later they sent an email saying I was the only one who seen my name. I was extremely excited. I was planning on getting a truck, but unfortunately I am not the only one that was lied to. I do Have the email they sent me.

On September 17th I was on PCH website playing games and my name came onscreen as a 10,000 dollar VIP winner. I was thrilled and couldn't believe I had won. Sure as I shouldn't have because PCH lied and have not and will not give me my prize money. I got the email offering 50,000 tokens. Ooooooh can they spare it? I want my $10,000. I want to start a class action against them. Anyone want to come in with me?

On or around Sept 17th Publishers Clearing House announced to me over the internet "congratulations to our newest $10,000 dollar winner Mickey ** of McCloud California". I couldn't believe my eyes. I was so excited I read the email over and over and over. Sure enough it was really from PCH Clearing House. This I told myself is a real and authentic PCH message and it was real from PCH. It was not from a scamming company but from PCH. Now you can just imagine how excited I became. I ran into my 33 yr old bedroom and woke her up with my excitement. I was so happy. I was crying cause this is a prayer answered. I could now catch up on my delinquent bills.

This company called Publishers Clearing House has frauded me out of $100.00 or more of dollars. The customers services dept. sends you packages and orders that are wrong but yet in still they keep billing you for payment, and they put the payments on orders that you don't even ask for and not only that they charge your payment to a different order.

Scam alert!! These people ask for money!! I was contacted by a person from phone # 876-434-4830. They say you have won a large amount of money and a car. They want you to pay 1% of the taxes by going to the nearest Walmart and sending cash to pay taxes and then you will get your check. They actually wait for you to get in your car and drive there. When you tell them you are there they proceed to talk to you as if you were a prostitute. Absolutely nasty!!! I hung up and called the sheriff. Fortunately I faked all of the driving, and didn't tell them where I lived. I hope others become aware of this.

I was so excited to find out I was a $10,000 winner on 9/17/16, only to have the winnings retracted 10 minutes later. I have played PCH faithfully and it was a great disappointment to find that your company chose someone else in an instant. I can only surmise from the error that I was lacking in some way. I no longer wish to associate with PCH or its affiliates. I am a disabled person who is going blind and the $10,000 prize would have been a great blessing to me and my family. Unfortunately, I have lost faith in other people because of this.

Publishers Clearing House notified me that I had won $10,000. The message popped up on their website when I opened up an e-mail from them and clicked on the link. I thought to myself "Don't get too excited. You never win anything". I was right. I later received an apology e-mail stating that some guy in San Jose was the winner and that I would be put into a special drawing for $10,000 and that steps to prevent this from happening again were in place. I am thinking of calling a lawyer. It's not right!

I'm wondering if anyone REAL has ever won one of their sweepstakes. I got 4 notices to confirm my personal info, asked for my ss number and all so I could get my winnings and I've not gotten them yet. They said I won $850,000. Sent them all the info and nothing yet. It's just bull right?

I got a phone call from folks claiming to be from Publishers Clearing House. Their phone number **. Look, this was probably not PCH - they told me I was getting a car and a big certified check. All I needed to do was give them my address. Sure. :) What these morons are doing is seeing who is stupid and will fall for stuff. No coincidence I just settled a medical claim and they probably sold my phone number. So do not give out any - any information to these fraud people, call back if you want to from an office phone, and tell them they are stinking fraud folks. They want to meet you somewhere, tell them 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, NW Washington DC at 11:30 on Friday. Sure they will be there, never at your house. Got time, call John at 1-876-845-2082 and ask for cash! Freaking jerks, sorry if your elderly parents were messed with.

Was told, I and many VIP players with PCH received notice that we had won 10,000.00, only to be told the following day, that they had a computer glitch, and I and none of the others had won. PCH then did a drawing for 5 people for the $10,000.00 each. Not fair and this company should be investigated. How can you tell someone they won and the next day say sorry?

Last Saturday morning, September 17th I opened up an email from PCH FrontPage and before I could do a search a winner's box popped up stating my name and where I live and that I won $10,000. I was so happy because it couldn't have came at a better time. I continued on for a chance to win 3x the amount per instructions. I waited for a confirmation email but, all I received was an email from their Customer Service person stating that they are sorry but my name and information was accidentally inserted in the notice and someone else had actually won the $10,000.

On September 17, 2016 I received a notice from PCH on my VIP Elite site congratulating me personally on winning $10,000. I was ecstatic - who wouldn't be - even more so when I realized that the award would be doubled by the VIP Elite site notice that any prize won up until 10/5 between $10,000 and $100,000 would be doubled. That amount could certainly help with bills, minor home repairs, and the savings account. The next day I received an email from PCH that they had made a mistake. I couldn't believe the unprofessional action - especially when they claim I am one of their BEST CUSTOMERS. Actually, I really thought they were a more professional organization. However, they really deflated my enthusiasm. I was shocked at their carelessness, lack of concern.

I had recently received crossword puzzle and Sudoku books from them that I had not ordered. I have "won" millions on multiple occasions but have never been given any money. I wouldn't recommend this scam of a business to anyone. I'm done with them.

I was playing when is Publishers Clearing House instant win games it suddenly said "congratulations Miss ** of Rock Island Washington. You have won $10,000. See people really do win". I turned my phone off for the night and went to sleep. The next morning I woke, turn my phone back on, went back to PCH website. There was my congratulatory at again saying I had won. So I contacted them asking how do I receive my money where. They probably told me it was a rogue email. I informed them that it was not an email. It was an instant win. They told me it was an error and that they were not going to pay me anything.

I have been playing the PCH games for at least a couple of years wasting hours with them every day since. With tens of millions of tokens I won, but mostly not used by me (I used 35%). I have not won anything besides their worthless tokens. The other night I got an on screen message while playing that I won $10,000, but the next day I received an email from PCH that my winning announcement was a mistake, and the supposed winner was somewhere else (they gave me a name and a location). Emailed them that this is fraud. Emailed me again telling me that it was a mistake and they did things so it will not happen again.

Yesterday morning I opened a link in my inbox from Publishers Clearing House. It said that I won ten thousand dollars in MONEY. Later on in the evening I received another email from Publishers Clearing House that this was an error, and my name was mistakenly inserted as the winner. Then they apologized and gave me something like 3 free entries for the mistake. How can they do that? Anyone else have this happen to them?

9/16/16 I was entering a contest when a pop-up window appeared and announced that I was the VIP Grand Prize Winner of $10,000.00. Dubious, I took a digital picture of it. Once you click, they are forever gone. 12 Hours later, I got an email from Customer Service entitled "We Apologize for our Mistake." They claimed to have "confused" ME somehow with a MAN in California. HE was the recent winner and MY name was inserted in this announcement & sent to me by "mistake." I have NO similarities whatsoever with this gentlemen and his privacy was violated by telling me this! This is the most STUPID, ILLOGICAL thing I have ever seen ANYone do! I WANT my prize check!

Interesting that you reject me then use an email that doesn't work. Here's what I attempted to send to you guys: "Wow, that was a pleasant notice only to be shut down. I need to look into this further since I've gone to lengths to stay abreast of all your notices, communications, and mailings. It's frustrating enough for the simple guy then something like this happens."

On 9-17-16 at around 8:40 AM, I signed into my PCH account to enter the VIP section and I get this message, "Congratulations To Our VIP Grand Prize Winner, Lewys ** of Bronx NY." Thinking that I had won $10,000.00. I called my friends, family and I even took a picture of the announcement to have proof to show if need. Then at 12:42 PM, Four HOURS later. I get an email saying that "IT WAS A MISTAKE." I did not win. As a consolation, my name would be enter into a "special contest", in which they will draw out "5" winners for the same $10,000.00. What a hoax! They waited four hours to say it was all a MISTAKE! I just want to know. How many of these so called "Mistakes" and how many have been "MISTAKEN" by PCH?

My email inbox is full of lies and promises making me think I won. It should be illegal!!! Then tricks to get you to buy expensive things. Asked for my credit card info for a "so called" prize I won for and I read the fine print. It's not a winning prize if you have to pay monthly $87.00 and had been tricked into thinking you won it... This company should be arrested for fraud and scam and preying on innocent people who really need to win something in their life and most important, the elderly. This is cruel and should not go unpunished!!! False advertisement, scam, fraud is all I have seen with this company or whatever they are and so many fall victim. I was praying it wasn't true, but I guess it is. They shown me no good. There has got to be a way to have trust somewhere? There has to be somebody that has morals and standards and good to people! Honorable, this is a crime!!

They told me to claim my prize two different times and I won millions two different times. Never seen the money or prize control. It is a shame the way they treat people. However I was smart enough not believed them. Some people take it to be true and may do something to themself. I never told anyone until now.

Sent me a hose. I may have looked at BUT did not order... I am sending it back as it is overpriced and I did not order it - find them to be ruthless in their marketing.

Started playing two years ago. I won $10.00, nothing since. I have 88 million tokens and nowhere to redeem them because I'm at a higher level. The games are fixed. They make sure you don't win any money on the scratch offs by picking numbers that only result in tokens. I have been playing the token games for awhile. But I'm stopping that as of now. It's been a waste of time playing all the games and entering all the different sweepstakes. I'm giving up and I think everyone else should, too. PCH is nothing but a tease to keep you playing and getting nothing in return. It should be shut down completely.

In my opinion, PCH appears to target the elderly and my 86 year old Mom really fell for their constant mailings/offers in which the wording gives the reader the impression, despite the very small cased disclaimer, that their chances might be better if they were to purchase something. My belief was strengthened when I turned 60 and they began targeting me, when I'd never received such a deluge of PCH mailings prior! Make SURE that you are monitoring your elderly loved one's financial records and mailings to be sure they aren't being sucked into the PCH sweepstakes abyss!!!

Just a way to get your money on stuff I don't really need. I'm tired of them saying I'm so close to winning. I have spent a lot on things I don't need, I feel stupid. Waste of time. I'm ill and I hoped I had a chance to pay my doctor bills.

I have been playing PCH for 4 years, and they keep emailing me saying, "You have to answer this or you are faulted," and the games are repeating. I never heard of anyone winning in Michigan. It sounds like a big scam. They just want you buy products, and they send you products that you did not order, and want you to pay. You are always chasing the rabbit with these games.

I'm not a quitter but PCH is going to be a 1st. I've heard of so many folks whining but even more who don't. The story that killed it for me was the lady that entered for "8 whole months" online every day and won big time just as her house was going into foreclosure. I was so happy for her but sad at the same time. I've been entering these silly things since 1988 (that's 28 years!), without fail, both online and through the mail; even bought a few things but have never won a single prize or dime. Think it's time to throw in the towel lol!

I joined PCH years ago. I entered all the sweepstakes. Wasted hours upon hours. I got emails, "enter here last chance, urgent you are a winner, don't forfeit your upcoming prize." I have never won a thing. Wasted lots of money. I think they should be shut down. Getting people's hopes up. Unlike the lottery they draw number where you can see them. These guys just say this person won. You don't get to see the drawing. Extra entries don't work. You won something, the computer freezes and you don't get your prize.

How can PCH say I won a prize, but never give it to me? This has happened 3 or 4 times since 1969.

I joined PCH back in January of 2016. I have played faithfully daily since then. I have never been asked to buy anything, and if ever asked, I will probably quit playing (a sweepstakes is supposed to remain free). I spend about 4 hours daily playing and completing daily stops. Sometimes it can be overwhelming because "life is life". One day while at work, I was trying to complete daily games, and my boss asked what I was doing. I told her "playing PCH". She went on to tell me that the previous year, she was returning home, and saw the PCH van at her neighbor's house and all the balloons. So, for those of you who think these are paid actors, they are not. All PCH wants to see is loyalty, and if your numbers are picked, you win.

I have been playing these games since September 2015. Won $10.00. If you play on a desktop and play all their games it consume four hours of your time a day. This include all of their infomercials. I played a game and had to watch the same infomercial at least 8 times. Some games I play just to play. But there is one from Publishers Clearing House that consumes two hours. I will not play it. The exchange of tokens for gift cards has got to be a joke. I had over 24,000 tokens and redeem them. Not one card have I won. I play the slots. See people who have won over 350,000 points. That has to be for more than one game. Now I see that the prize's date in October the 21st. No more PCH for me.

I use to be member since 2011 on PCH. Over the course of a few years, I won a total of 30 dollars Amazon gift card code and a ten dollar check. Last October 2015 and I decided to take a peek at PCH Daily Tournament Games that people can play on desktop and mobile devices. The payout for each game was: $100 Highest Score and $100 for Highest Token Earners.

PCH.com has been playing games with me for over 3yrs. I WON a $250 Target Gift card in a Token Bidding contest. That was a 1 1/2 years ago. I also Won a CASH prize of $500, that I have yet to receive. But, now that I have ordered a couple of items from them, they want my money!! I'm not going to pay them a Single Red Cent until I get some kind of satisfaction from THOSE people! Sincerely, Pissed Off in Ottawa, IL.

Unlike most of the other reviewers here, I actually won from Publishers Clearing House. It was $10. A check for that amount arrived in my box one day from Publishers Clearing House. I didn't remember being told that I had won, and I don't know how I won, or what got me the $10. But indisputably this was a check. It was good. I cashed it. (Please do not write. I've already spent the whole thing.) I've never ordered from PCH. Such dreck. Clips to close chip bags, plastic containers, stupid magazines, flashlights, plated coins, whatnots, and gimcracks are not my thing. Nor would I take a survey for money or sign up to receive free Ziplock bags or coupons for detergents.

I got hit with a ransom-ware 3 times today. I played tri peaks solitaire 2 times, I was going through pch.com when I got hit the first time. Here is how I got their attention. The tech said "we are not responsible for these malware attacks." I told this single digit mental midget... PCH and I are driving down the same public highway. PCH suddenly changes direction without prior warning and causes a collision. My car in this instance is my computer.

I have purchased from this company fairly often in the past and been OK with the things I ordered and received, mainly kitchen items and magazines and some bulbs. I stopped buying about six months ago, consciously making the decision to see how genuine they were with "no purchase necessary." I get three to five emails from them everyday and so continued to search and play games online, a couple of times a week, but nothing very consistent. I refused to download their program having been scammed in the past and getting viruses and fraudulent "pay or your computer freezes" for my naivete. I am very much more cautious now and I have no idea how their program would reconfigure my computer. Not happening!

Received a bill for over 500.00!!! Anything I have ever ordered which was not much I paid for when it arrived! Now I get this outrageous bill? WTF. I have no idea what happened, but I looked at the stuff ordered and I never received any of it! We do live on a residential street and we were getting our mail stolen quite a few times... But 500.00 bucks worth? I have no idea where to turn from here!

I have saved a lot of tokens on PCH apps and then when I switch phones I can't download the app anymore. The REALBUCKS GO app doesn't exist anymore and I had a lot of tokens on it. The PLACED PANEL app won't let me sign back in so I can't get those points either. I will never download another one of their apps.

I get a message or mail from Publishers Clearing House everyday probably because I have ordered from them since the '80. I am a fool. The items are not quality. Lots of junk I never used. Also I have unsubscribed from them and I still get mail and emails once in awhile. Sick, sick of Publishers Clearing House. The recent order I received was for 100 or more plants and only received 3 plants. I paid for it anyway because I have AAA credit and don't want it messed up. That probably isn't their fault about the order. It's the company I ordered from. But I am just sick of the whole thing. Thanks.

I've played and entered many times through Publisher Clearing House website. I have over 2 million tokens saved. One-time a message popped up displaying words you've won go check your email. I went to go check my email a few minutes later and nothing. Checked again throughout the day and nothing and nothing thereafter. This site is a joke. They also send you numerous emails stating "The Prize Patrol could be coming to your house" or "We just need your address for your prize". These statements are very misleading. Older people would have a hard time understanding these messages. We should not only win tokens. PCH should be either stopped or regrouped for the people. They make millions off of these emails and once you click on their web page, they're making money.

Publishers Clearing House randomly enters a quantity of 1 on various items you have ordered prior. My wife and I have caught it this last week 4 different times. As you scroll by the page of items and hit continue to go to the next page, when you get to the final page if you aren't paying attention to the cart and hit submit entry you have ordered whatever item they duplicated. As a result I have 4 glass butterflies, 3 glass elephants, 4 glass horse carousels, 25 butterfly wind chimes, 8 tire gauges, and numerous other duplicated items. I have poor vision and don't always notice that the cart isn't empty. I know they will take anything back but you have to pay the shipping, package it, and carry it to the post office. Sometimes the shipping costs more than the item is worth. I have spent several thousands of dollars over the last year - at least half of it on duplicated items.

I had been having fun playing the online games that Publishers Clearing House offers. You win tokens based on how lucky you are. You can then use the tokens to win gift cards, money or items. One of the items I had tried for was an iPad. While I was still playing, a notice popped up and it said, "You have won the iPad!" I was so excited because I never win anything! I clicked on it and my laptop immediately got a virus. Now my laptop is not working right, and I will have to have a professional look at it. I unsubscribed and blocked Publishers Clearing House, and I let them know what had happened. I'm also getting lots of emails from the businesses that advertised on that site, so my information has been compromised.

I have redeemed over 27,000000 tokens. I have never won a thing. These were spent 100 tokens at a time. I realize the odds of winning are extremely high, nonetheless. According to my math I should have won at least Once. Yes you threw me 2 $10.00 bones. That doesn't even cover the postage I spend returning all the mailings I receive - sometimes up to 4 per week! That is on top of all the emails I receive telling me "Only 1 more step Thomas". I play along as best I can and do most of them. What Really irks me is a lot of them tell me if I don't play along, my previous entries will be deleted. That is just totally unfair. It is bad enough that ALL the games are fixed. I waste 2-3 hrs a day playing these games, to win NOTHING! Granted, It is my decision to continue playing, But can't you make it at least fair?

Publishers Clearing House states you can enter on-line for the possibility of winning prizes/cash. Within their website, they have 'online games' you can play and bonus points build as you play/win that gives you extra entries to win those prizes, etc. Since doing this, I am receiving a TON OF SPAM and some of it ** SPAM of which I do not appreciate. This means Publishers Clearing house has sold/given my email address to these undesirable companies. This is underhanded and disgraceful. These people should be fined for using the tactics they use!!!

I am POA and Guardian of a mentally incompetent person who has been the victim of fraud from Publishers Clearing House and its subsidiaries for approximately two years now. Until I was LEGALLY able to control her finances and SEE what was happening with her monies, she has lost thousands and thousands of dollars in payments to PCH and its affiliates. I have returned "Refused - Return to Sender" literally dozens of unopened packages, boxes, pieces of mail, notifications from PCH and its affiliates since becoming the POA and Guardian in April, 2016.

My information was sold to a third party! Right after I entered PCH my once peaceful home was bombarded with telemarketing calls. Thinking I would win I put my REAL phone number down. Big mistake. Both my landline and my cell ring off the hook. Beware, they will disturb your peace and you still won't win anything. I wish I could file a lawsuit. Class action anyone?

I am a combat disabled vet US Army. I have played PCH over 28 years by mall and online. I have spend about 45000 dollars on their stuff with their word of winning prizes and money. Games online and tokens to spend on chances of prizes. I keep trusting them but they just keep taking my money and give back nothing. They prey on disabled vets and the old. Prize grab are the same way but they don't take my money, just time. I have never won a dollar with PCH. I play their game 2 hours or more every day.

I've been trying to win for a long time now. I feel I'm wasting my time with games and such. Just not fair to me and other people who have tried, but still nothing has happened.

I have been entering the PCH sweepstakes on and off for many years. All I get is bombarded with emails to buy things I could never use. I think people that don't make purchases have no chance of ever winning. I get it that everyone can't win, I am now a senior citizen and I know I will never live long enough to see the Prize Patrol at my front door with the balloons and big check with my name on it. Plus the games are confusing, tokens for what?? How many millions of tokens does it take to qualify?? It's not reality just a pipe dream and I have tapped out.

I agree with the everyone else that has a gripe with PCH, it's a joke! I too have acquired all these tokens and have submitted them for "rewards" to be used to put your name in for gift cards or prizes, and guess what... No prize. I have had it with their constant annoying emails bombarding my inbox everyday, it is sickening. No one wins... These are actors on the commercials, and they should be shut down. I have had a belly full of these liars telling me that I have won something, and nothing ever transpires. Then when you want to be "unsubscribed", you may as well forget it, they just keep on sending their crap everyday. I have had it with them.

We all know PCH is mostly fraud. No one wins these 50G, 100G, 20G or even the 30G. These are all fraud games to pull you in to buy magazines. They say you do not have to buy to enter the draw games, this simply isn't true. I have received emails after emails that say "One last step to claim money prize." I know it's crap but I check it out anyways. All the lotto games, scratch offs, slot machines, it's all fraud. We all know this. I play just because, I'm weird. LOL. What I can not figure out is why the BBB, ConsumerAffairs does not get involved. Maybe if we all start saving every email, every snail mail for about six months and then send them all at once. Maybe someone would do something.

I entered online through PCH and problems started when I checked my email. They asked me through an email to agree that I entered. Then my connection went crazy telling me they were going to delete my contacts and place ** on my phone. That's crazy. PCH needs to go back to mailing at homes or perhaps they should be checked out to see if they are no longer a business. Something is very wrong with PCH's website. Be very careful going on this site. I've been playing the games for over 4 years and got "you're a vip and you play certain games to win". The problem is I haven't won anything but these stupid tokens which I have 22 million of them. You can't cash them in and I got sick of the fake email on Yahoo and Twitter that I won millions and fake email or tweets from Danielle. l am saying that I won and they would be showing up at my door. Guess what. They never showed up and that they were in my neighborhood at a florist and would be showing up.

For laughs I submitted my name and email to PCH. They a have to be the most annoying company on this planet and Fl has them all. I now delete any emails from them and tried unsubscribe. Having scam call about receiving packages on winning prizes, calls coming from (876) number which are Jamaican number (scam artist)... Elderly father playing Publishers Clearing House thinking he gone to win. Publishers Clearing House started this scam. Now we got scam artist calling all the time, and it hard telling elderly father it a scam, we need to shut down Publishers Clearing House for good.

This company makes money by luring people to play their games for a chance to win in the mean time this company is getting rich. The money is not in people buying magazines or trinkets that they sell that is a bonus. This company makes money on every game you play and don't win but they do because you sit there and watch 100 of hours of infomercials. Each is 10 to 20 seconds long and at the end of the day the winning boards says how many people won a $5.00 gift card. If you have nothing to do and want to make this people money keep watching the infomercials. If this company wanted to really help people and double or more their audience instead of having one $2 million winner, they should have 20 $20 thousand dollar winners and more often just my opinion.

Today, May 25, 2016, I received a call from Publishers Clearing House "people"... (they said)... that I have won $2.5 million and a 2016 Mercedes-Benz tax-free. All I had to do was to go to Western Union to collect a Tax Claimers Receipt and send $885 that would be refunded that very day when the prize team arrived. The number they gave me was 1-800-876-590-1542 but the number that the phone ID showed was 676-590-1542 JM. This number shows they are calling from JAMAICA not New York (as they stated)! PLUS they did not speak clearly, but they did speak slowly and repeated anything I did not understand. Do not ever send MONEY TO COLLECT A PRIZE IN AMERICA, IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE... IT PROBABLY IS A HOAX. This was, so don't fall for it.

I've participated in various PCH games/sweepstakes, etc. since...Well, I can't even remember when. Oh, how I dreamed about the PCH prize patrol driving up, knocking on my door with roses and a million dollar check! I get emails saying they've confirmed my address and have their itinerary planned, stopping at my nearby florist (which hasn't been a florist for 6 years!). They also say someone with the initials KU in my city is guaranteed to win $100. I'm the only resident over 18 in my city with those initials. Their guarantee is about as good as the phony TV clips of superprize winners. If you had a knock on your door at 6 am would you (and your family) all go to answer the door fully dressed in their Sunday best, hair perfectly coiffed, smiles, clothing perfect? NOT A CHANCE!

I have been playing lotto and all absolutely the games from 5-13 to now. They always say my lotto numbers match and that I won, I enter all their entries and all I ever got from them is $10.00. Why is this company still in business playing with people's minds? Why aren't they stopped? So many prizes to win yet, I have only won $10.00 in 4 years. Why are they being allowed to do this? If it's not a scam why don't people win? They only seem to win during the Superbowl, but they tell you of you winning prizes in May, June, July, and August. This could be very dangerous in a time like this. They should be stopped. Too many prizes and people win nothing. How long must one play before they can win? This is very deceiving to me.

I not once in my entire life have ever seen PCH track down a winner. Sure on their own commercials. Has anybody ever actually seen it aired like they claim they are? I've been part of this since 2001, after I turned 18 and legal age to play. Once in 2004, I won a $15,000 jackpot on a spin wheel game. The screen said I had won. No emails, no calls, no messages and certainly no check. When I contacted them about it they said there was no record of anybody winning that game. Lucky, I had a screen shot of it. They then told me no money was won, I just won an entry. They do what they can to not pay out. I have no doubt that the "winners" they post are paid by the company to act. Has anybody ever actually won anything from these people? I can't find any.

My tokens are being held hostage. I over 14 million in tokens. Yes I earned them and tried to use them for the 500 cash card prize. Publishers interred with my win and I know I had the highest token balance... That is fraud!!! Now YOU are deciding how many I can use each week - it is about 6 or 7 thousand. This is not FAIR. I want all my tokens released and allow me to use them as I see fit. You realize you deciding how much I use is an unfair practice. Release my tokens and allow me to win. I have been a member for 5 years and this practice of yours is fraud.

I have been receiving emails from these people. I have entered into their lame contest. What irates me is that when they send out an email that says to avoid not being a winner, you need to do this. I have done everything and still not picked as a winner. I agree with everyone on this, this is nothing more than a waste of time and a scam that needs to be stopped .

1st of all, I've been a PCH SWEEPSTAKES PLAYER SINCE 2010? I think but the year I started isn't in question. I believe that they are a bunch of scam artists, actually I believe the whole thing is A PONZI SCHEME! They say a purchase doesn't increase your odds in winning, WRONG. I found out through playing the games, you have GEMS as opposed to levels. We start off as Bronze then silver, Gold etc. Well by the time you're close to or should already have PLATINUM, is when they basically start pleading with you to buy something.

I've been playing this game ever since 2008. I never missed a deadline or sent my offers back late & they send me letters saying I won this or I won that & not one time what they say I've won I never received it. So now I'm really starting to think that Publishers Clearing House is nothing more than a scam & a rip off because I notice if you don't order anything from them you won't be picked to win the grand prize & they will continue to send you flyers until you do order something & don't get me wrong. Cant honor a 5$ amazon gc. I won a $5 gift card with a zero balance on it. I called tech support and told me I have to call Amazon about this issue. What a waste of time.

I started playing with PCH mainly because I have never really tried to win anything. I don't play the lottery and I thought why not try the PCH which I have been approached with for years. I don't think it is a scam but if you don't have a lot of spare time it can be frustrating because of all the ads (don't get me wrong, my background is advertising so I get it that they need their sponsors which is why I don't cut off the ad) but between them and many other games I am not really interested in I decided it is not for me. I along with everyone else was obviously hoping to win the grand prize, $7,000 a week for the remaining of your life etc. and they do have the ability to get you excited at times. They are in your area right now, you may be next blah blah.

I see that some have reviewed that they have won big on some of the prizes. How does one know if you are a real everyday person. Or somebody posting for the company? Just a question.

I decided to order a few things from PCH over the winter. About 2 months ago it appeared to me that I was receiving items I hadn't ordered but chalked it up to poor memory. After it seemed to happened several times, I started taking photos of my orders and finally got my proof. Today an order came in in 2 parts, of which there was cost and shipping on both. I opened the packages up and realized that not only did I NOT get the item I really ordered but I also got an item I had NOT ordered. All for a tune of $45.91 compared to what should have been about $16. In fact the microwave covers were a repeat of an item I had ordered a month ago. No way would I have ordered them again. I now know that this has happened to me at least 3 other times. I call this Fraud!!

Today being Easter I won 250.00 (yeah not a big deal) on one of the scratch off sites... which is a win of points or cash. I won $250.00 in cash. Waited for a signal, a sign, a flash of light... something to verify PCH knew I had won. NOTHING HAPPENED. I have written just now a letter to them verifying my win with honesty and integrity but feel I already know the response. There are no instructions I found to determine what or how PCH knows you have won, it is not their obligation to alert you that you indeed have won??? Please anyone reading this if you have verifiable info on what to accomplish I would appreciate...

Sorry, folks, but Publishers Clearing House is real. I've won 3 times and have received all three prizes ($150 and $10 - paid by mail - and a $5 Amazon gift card which I received online). Publishers Clearing House is a marketing company that sells other company's products like magazines or the "As Seen On TV" junk that you see on... well, TV. The prices are usually a little higher than normal plus they tack on slightly higher shipping costs. If you want cheaper deals, then contact the magazines directly or just buy "As Seen..." stuff from Walmart. Keep in mind that they mail out hundreds of millions of pieces of mail, in addition to getting millions of people to play their games online. As a reward for providing this service, Publishers Clearing House obviously gets a cut from each sale they make, which in turn funds their prizes.

My mother has been entering Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes for a long time. I would constantly see her sending in whatever "Enter to win this reward" mail they'd send her. Sometimes she'd send in 3 at a time. One day I asked her, "How long have you been entering those sweepstakes?" She said, "Since I was cleaning houses." My mother was a housekeeper since I was born, over 20 years ago. Then I said, "Have you ever won anything?" and she said no. Not only did I find that odd but I found it ridiculous.

After purchasing items from PCH on and off for 25 years and entering online almost every time, I got tired of the bull when I noticed that the big price giveaway date kept increasing every 2 months for years. I also noticed that the chance of winning the big price odds were 1 in 1,700.000.00 which is an astronomical number, but if you check it now the chance has gone to 2.600.000.000 to one!!! So if you want to waste your time, go for it!!! You have a better chance to win by playing the lottery, and you don't have to go thru all the garbage they send you by mail!!!

Today I received a package contains two items and Bill of $53 total from PCH! I did NOT order ANYTHING and this is a complete ripoff that is totally unacceptable. Look through the return policy and it appears that I have to pay to ship this big package back! What!!! Why will I pay to ship items back that I didn't even ask for? That is a complete scam and totally unacceptable.

Oh to be fair the stuff is cheap but also of inferior quality. Most of the stuff in the last 72 months was of fair quality and or dead. I ordered a plant and it was dead when it arrived... Since then I admit I have NOT purchased anything. Why? I was unemployed. Like most suckers I was hoping to win just a little something with my loyalty of playing on a daily or hourly basis. Well so far nothing. I am now employed and able to pay my bills and the next step is to finish college. I had to write this review not to bash it but to let people know that you can do better, work the system and go back to school and get a real job...

Don't waste your time playing that crap. They play corny videos of winners that is not even made well enough to hide the fact that they lying. Every video of them awarding someone goes the same way. They use the same prize patrol car in all videos and they are supposed to traveling to all these different places. The prize patrollers are always the same and never look different, age and all. And don't believe the 211 list **. They say it's for winners only. Everybody on that list is guaranteed to get 1000$ and 1 may get the super prize and the 1000$. Please. I was on that list and still got nothing and haven't ever heard anywhere on the internet of a review of anyone including the winners on Publishers Clearing House winning anything.

After getting wash clothes the size of 4" x 4" squares and getting a bed cover that did not fit, you'd think I would know better than buy anything from Publishers Clearing House again. However, I purchased an English Leather Wallet and Pen and Pencil Gift set for my husband for Valentine's Day. The pencil did not work.

I created an account with Publisher's Clearing House last August and started playing all of the games their website had to offer. In September, I surprisingly won the $10 cash prize! They said it could take 4 - 8 weeks of course to come in. Then in October, I won again! I was excited about the $10 Amazon card I had won as well! Then Jan. of this year, 2016, I still had not received either prize!

I would like to let everyone know that Publishers Clearing House is very legit and real. I was recently a winner of a large prize amount and never at all once did I have to purchase anything nor was I pressured into any offers or asked to send money to be eligible to win prizes. I played games for tokens and what not and responded to my emails daily and entered to win before deadline and my entry was confirmed. By total surprise, PCH prize patrol was knocking at my door Dec. 30 2015 to tell me I was a million dollar winner!!! I was shocked! People really so win! Believe me... It's real! Publishers Clearing House sponsors 26 sweepstakes yet only awards one or two during each giveaway cycle, and no one has won the 5K/week for a year in at least two cycles. The December cycle produced one $1 million winner and one $10,000 winner. Since I've been entering, about a year, no one has won any of the sponsored sweeps. I feel the company is misrepresenting its prize giveaways. They say upfront that chances of winning anything are about a billion to one, but with its alleged millions of entries, it seems that there should be more winners. What is the deal?

The first time I sign up with them was in 2001, then noticed that they started pressuring me to subscribe to magazines. I refused and stopped. Signed up again in November 2015. I skip every buying suggestions or insurance sales they have in there. I thought they will at least announced the December 2015 winner but nothing. They changed the month to February 2016. I am out. I can't keep playing these useless games.

I join everybody else on this board in saying the Publishers Clearing House games are a complete waste of time. I've gotten tons of "tokens" but winning cash seems an impossibility. My biggest complaint is the blackjack game where you pick cards that are face-down, and if you get a prize if you get to 21. Okay, fair enough except in a real game like that, the dealer turns over the cards you didn't pick as soon as the game is over. But in the PCH version, the cards just disappear. Was there ever a chance to really get 21 or not?

Your sweepstakes needs to be called. Get 5000 emails a week with no way to stop them!! You do not have an option ANYWHERE on your website so I will submit my order here. PLEASE CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. THANK YOU. I did not sign up. It was done by a friend doing a search. Followed what they thought was a link to free slot games. The wording is very MISLEADING and uses questionable business practices (not unlike the whole $5k a month Scam) to get people to sign up for ENDLESS, PUSHY emails.

I have been playing PCH games and answering their e-mails for about 5 years. Last summer I receive a check in the mail for 10.00 dollars, and yes I had no problem cashing it. However, in November 2015 I was told that I won a 50.00 gift card for Target. I answer the e-mail in a timely manner and was told I would get a follow-up e-mail, but I never got the e-mail or the gift card. PCH has already been through a big lawsuit back in the 70s or 80s can't remember; however, they got into some major trouble. So, I don't understand why they would run the risk of going through the same thing again. But I did some research, PCH is a Public Company therefore they are in the Stock Market and that means that their Balance Sheet and Income Statement, etc is public.

I've never used any of the PCH apps. I downloaded an app that was sponsored by Lucktastic or whatever it's called from PCH, and I'm infuriated with the fact that PCH is now randomly taking money out of my account, off my OWN PERSONAL CARD!!! First it was $4.99, then it was $9.99. Why is this happening?!! I want my money back, I didn't even play any of your stupid scam games, and I'm somehow dragged into this mess because this company stole money off my card!

PCH tells you that you can win a certain amount of money by entering their sweepstakes, no purchase necessary. When you think you have submitted an entry, there is always one more step. There is never an end to getting your entry in. A never ending barrage of emails start coming... "One more step." "Final step." "Final Determination..." "Respond Now..." "Pending." "Accept or Surrender..." "Take the Final Step..." "Act Now..." They need to determine location. You are forfeiting your winning number if you don't respond again.... On and on and on! Plus you start getting TONS of junk mail from other companies selling products. Did they sell your email address?? I tried to enter but am NEVER sure that I actually got in and now I am trying to stop all the JUNK mail! But I don't see an end to that!

It's clear their stuff isn't worth buying so the way I look at it your chances are very slim to win 5000 a week for life. Better off buying a lottery ticket. At least you know where your money going. Nothing free, don't get your hopes up over pch. I like playing scratch off only because I get bored, I know I won't win anything.

I actually thought this company was a legitimate company.... until I signed up online to play. What a complete time waster!! Multiple e-mails a day requiring you to enter to win all of these useless tokens. I was wasting hours a day playing, and winning these tokens. Basically they are a mail order company, and trick you into ordering products. I accidentally ordered a couple of over-priced useless products, and all I did was click on a button to get a little more information on the product. Next thing the item was ordered. It took a month for the products to arrive, and then PCH charged exorbitant shipping fees.

PCH is a listing to sell overpriced products by various companies to promote their interest only. I have participated with PCH for more than twenty years and have not won any kind of prize or giveaway. So I decided to inform people of PCH's process. It appears that PCH has certain prize winner picks, all their codes sent to their special mailing and email list are the same code numbers only to lure people to buy their products primarily. Entries are fake and not subject to any prizes in any way no matter how many entries submitted.

Moved to Alabama in November 2015.) Constant emails. But I played the games. Racked up "tokens." Went for Visa gift card 250. Next day, BAM! Cheryl ** won 750.00 off "TOP OF LINE LAPTOP"! Followed the directions for claiming. It was a Friday too so thought, "OK give them till Tuesday." Yep, called... nothing. "Oh, yes, I see your name! You haven't received a email?" "Nooo!" This was about 2 weeks ago. Still under investigation!

Publishers Clearing House games is a complete scam. Anyone can prove this. On PCH slots, PCH claims that all of a certain kind (i.e. three high fives, etc.) will produce a cash payout. This claim is completely false. The tumbler farthest to the right never contains the payout producing symbol. This is true on all of the slots that I have examined. All of the other tumblers contain the cash winning symbol EXCEPT the last tumbler, making it IMPOSSIBLE to win the cash prize. Look for yourself at the last tumblers on all of the slots. I believe a class action lawsuit should be filed against PCH.com for fraud.

Having trouble with app as it would signed me out every time and I'd have to re-sign in, and it would exit out of the application consistently maybe four or five times.

I had been a PCH participant off and on since before they went online. Never won anything. In November 2015, they sent me an entry by mail. The entry included some scratch off tickets. I got a match of three in a row. I followed their instructions and returned the entry before the deadline. Haven't heard anything from these people. I won the scratch offs, so where are my winnings? I'm done with them!

PCH is a fraud. After you play your last game of blackjack, they suddenly have technical difficulties and you cannot enter the sweepstakes. They should be shut down.

I have received products I didn't order or duplicates of orders I didn't order. I also submitted a review on their blog and they took it down and then they blocked me. I said that they tell everyone that someone in their zip is going to win. Then they show you a map to your house. I said play but don't buy anything. I also said that they are regulated and you can file a complaint. They are dishonest at best and want you to spend all day playing their stupid games for tokens that are worth nothing. They send out so many emails it's impossible to work and play all their stupid games. They should be investigated for fraud.

I got an advertisement and thought it would be fun to enter for the lifetime giveaway. Before the end of the day, after I thought that I had entered, I had several emails from them wanting me to buy things and play games to confirm my entry. At first, I went along playing the games whenever I had some time, because, Yes, I did want to confirm that I was entered to win. But after continual 'warning' emails that I was about to be disqualified if I didn't confirm my entry, I just couldn't keep up and I got mad because once I entered, I should have STAYED entered. They also have disclaimers saying you don't have to buy anything to win, but these warnings about my "empty shopping cart" said otherwise. I feel like I never even had a chance. I don't know if it's a scam or not, but I don't have time to jump thru every hoop and navigate every loop to 'stay' entered to win. Anyway, don't waste your time and data on it.

Received a letter stating that I should update my entry by calling the number given in the letter which I did. After confirming my name and address, he began talking about magazine subscriptions. I told him I did not want any magazines, he quickly turned me over to his supervisor. She talked very fast, barely stopping to reply to my questions. I truly felt strong-armed by her. In frustration and wanting to end the call, I foolishly gave my debit card # to her. But I told her I was cancelling the magazines and did not want to hear anything more about magazines. I definitely feel I was being very pressured into subscribing to mags...

Today ended my long history of playing PCH Lotto. I already had to quit playing Twilight Lotto cards several months back, because now PCH requires YT? Playing scratch-offs in order to access Twilight Lotto. I have also had to endure a daily bombardment of senseless tokens that became impossible to avoid even though only playing Lotto. I long for the old days when PCH offered the option of forfeiting the daily tokens, which I always did. But today, when I went to play my Lotto cards, they had stacked six pop-up ads, a couple of which even required me to explain why I didn't want to see the ad, back-to-back. Each time, a new ad popped up. I don't know how many more ads were in queue but I knew I had reached my limit. I never even got to view the first Lotto card. Only ads, a half-dozen ads, and this is the end of years playing PCH for me. The Lotto was the only PCH game left for me, and now they have ruined that too.

Every time I get to the last part that needs to go through, its amazing the links never come up. No wonder I'll never win. It always that last step "you will forfeit your winning number if you don't complete this last step" Every single time it never works, that must be how they weed people out. I am blocking them from my emails as I will never win anyway, I don't have time to check my emails at home everyday. I work full time, why do you think I want to win Publishers Clearing House.

Also in the two (2) years I have been playing have had over 200 malware attacks, malware apps downloaded on me by PCH. When is someone going to DO SOMETHING on these frauds???

Like many I send in my response to the latest PCH million-dollar sweepstakes. And I've occasionally bought a trinket that catches my fancy. But this week PCH sent me a letter requesting that I call them. I did. At first the discussion with a "customer service" clerk was straightforward, checking my address, etc. Then they offered me magazines -- tons of magazines, and a free watch, and a $25 gift card. Foolishly I agreed. The next day I realized I don't want 7 magazines for 4 years! Sheesh! I tried to cancel. Three times I told Shay-la (phonetic spelling) I was canceling that order. She never did accept. I felt like I was being hassled on a used car lot. So I canceled by maxing out the credit card I had used. And I wrote a letter to PCH so that I'm on record as having cancelled. Don't buy from them!

Publishers Clearing House are nothing but liars, scammers and down right dirty cheats. I had won a prize (A tablet) from one of their token exchange game. When I called to confirm my prize they told me I haven't won anything. Yet, my name is on their website I have won. I want my prize. I won it fair and square! Publisher Clearing House, you are nothing but crooks that need to be put out of business. You prey on the weak and take advantage of people getting our hopes up, only to have our hopes crushed. Someday God will punish you for your doing. You are truly evil, it's a shame so many don't see through your scam! Give me my prize. I rightfully won!

A recent order was placed and we, also, were to get a free gift. When the package came today, the item price was free but there was a charge of $4.99 S&H/Proc. There also was a $6.99 S&H/Proc. charge for the item that was ordered. That means that we were charged a total of $11.98 S&H/Proc. That seems excessive to me.

I registered for PCH contest and have been receiving multiple emails each day insinuating that if I didn't take action I'd lose my entry. Each of those emails were nothing more than an attempt to sell me product. This is infuriating.

I've played PCH scratch card games almost daily for the last two years and never won anything until, I thought, this morning. On the "drown the clown" game, the one I chose actually inflated the most of the five, and the prize was presented on the graphic as $1000, but I got nada. This PCH thing is absolute bs.

My mother and I have been entering this silly thing since the 70's. I could have probably paid off my house just with what I've spent in postage over the years. I actually found this site from searching whether anyone REALLY wins this or not. Not that they'd want their name published, but it would be encouraging to see some kind of proof! (Btw... if I win, I'll let you all know!) I am thinking it's a conspiracy with the USPS just to profit from both! I've bought a few things and called to have most of them returned. They've always told me just to throw the stuff away, and they'd credit me. Never had any problems with that, so can't gripe.

I have a very nice house I own and a USPS standardized (and recognized) address that's been valid for 19 years when the subdivision was built. However, PCH's site tells me, when I try to enter online, that my address isn't valid and refuses to allow me to enter. I have been with PCH off and on for 20 years and most recently for about 5 and a half years. Bought stuff and most of it totally crap way too much and most didn't last or was crap out of the box and too much to return wound up giving it to charity but, I paid faithfully until my transmission went down, had to pay to fix it. Fell behind on my payments to PCH, sent letters and Emails - no one ever responded to my letters or Emails and even sent stuff back some at my own expense, at least two items never were credited back to my account.

I've been doing everything they ask and i think publishers clearing house is a big joke cause every time it gets close to the date they say you win they change the winning month. If someones going to win why they always change the month? It's a big fraud to me.

Made two payments on a voucher for to buy this fresh water pearl set. Haven't receive the product yet still waiting. I have also received a letter saying that the merchandise will be shipped thirty days from letter. It's now October still haven't received the merchandise and I'm still waiting.

I've playing the sweepstakes with them since 2002 as well as my mother and we haven't won anything yet. They recommend that you purchase items and enter the sweepstakes. Each time they say you are a potential winner and later on they're saying that someone else won the prize in another State. I am so tire of playing this game.

I have been playing Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes since I was 18 (now 45), never have I won ANYTHING! When I started playing, I received letters in the mail where you had to pull the perforated stickies off, lick them and place them on the corresponding spot (I was actually dumb enough to order some things). When I was able to apply on the Internet, but did and didn't buy anything because their commercials say it's not necessary to purchase to win. After reading some of the other posts by disgusted people who believed in the sweepstakes, I'm disgusted. I wasted years thinking I had a chance! Lies!

I have played their games every day for years. Their bingo game must not have any O's. I have never once got an O when playing their bingo. you have to spell JACKPOT to win. I have literally had JACKP_T for days and got every letter multiple times but never an O. It starts over every Saturday night at 11 pm my time, which is midnight their time. Several times I have had it spelled out by Tuesday. And still by the end, I have received every letter 20 times each but still no O. I asked them if it was rigged, and of course they swear it is not. But I don't believe it.

I won a $10 gift card from PCH and have not received it. It has been 3 weeks. There is nowhere to contact them and no way to get a hold of them so what are we to do.

The PCH Sweepstakes entries are required by law to be free of requiring the entrant to make a purchase. The $7,000 a week sweeps has a small print requirement of the entrant and that is, if you do not make a purchase your name is removed from the pot and put into the pot of the lowest sweeps they have which is for $1,000. And, there is more. I've many times been sent products that I didn't order. Guess what? The citizen must pay the required postage of the product they didn't order in the first place to return it to PCH. Oh, and there is more yet.

Received a letter from supposedly Publishers Clearing House informing me that I've won $75K USD and they enclosed $4,316.72 USD check for me to deposit to cover for taxes. Gullibly I deposited the check and was credited. Thereat, considering the check was credited to my account I felt confident that they were legit. The next day I received a call telling me that the check will be delivered to the house today between 1-5 pm and would need to deposit $1,781.00 via MoneyGram which I did bearing the foregoing circumstances.

In a solicitation, PCH offered a $649 computer for $249. First they charged my credit card $80 over the price. They failed to disclose that the computers were used, scratched and old. There is no way the computer they sent me was worth $649. After a month, it smoked, crackled and smelled like it was burning so I unplugged it. The company to contact with problems had a fake email address and never answered their phone. Don't buy anything from these liars.

I think that it is very unfair. I have been playing for years and haven't won anything. I seen where someone had won a million dollars on the number 4900 and guess what, that is my number too. How do you explain that and why does he have that number? It's not right and it's not fair to me, either does that mean some of that money is my mine too? So how do we fix this problem or make it right? I think you should at least send me something for that little problem considering me and these other people have the same numbers and they are winning stuff and I get **. Said I violated their tos, and disabled my account. Now I'm out countless hours and 6,220 points on their surveys, won't even reply to me. Never mind the 20 plus years that I have been entering their contests, haven't even won a 1.00 from them. This scam company needs to be put out of business now!!!

I signed up to play the PCH games just for fun and not for the money, and now I'm getting something in the mail saying my subscription to Weight Watchers will be arriving shortly. I didn't order anything, and I'm sure there will be a bill attached or it goes to collections. The joke is on them since they don't have my SSN and can't hurt my credit in any way if I don't pay it. I noticed all the deadlines and contest numbers have O's instead of 0's, so I already know it's fake and there is nothing legal that can be done about it because of how they 'word' it. My biggest complaint is the spam in my mailbox and the light 'threats' about the fake contest they have. I'm better off playing the Nickelodeon flash games. At least I won't get threatened.

Yes, I will admit I do some of the strategy games after I enter all the 'good' sweeps. What I want to know is this. There are 'instant win' scratch-off cards, most are $1000 or $2500 'possible' to instantly win. There are 15 squares to match your numbers to, but the most I've ever seen is ONE square with $500. ALL the rest are for tokens. How do they get away with telling you you might win a certain amount when that amount is not included ANYWHERE on the play board??

Safety credit card holders - I have had the product for about 1 1/2 weeks. The envelopes are already falling apart. I am very disappointed. I paid almost $19 for four envelopes and they are very flimsy. They are not worth the money. I will not buy any further items from you for this reason. Other items purchased could be purchased locally at a much lower price. Please send replacement envelopes for the credit cards.

My husband accidentally paid PCH $1700+ accidentally on 8/12/15. He owed $17.00. He began immediately calling to get the money returned and as yet, that money has not been refunded. One of the excuses is that it was a lot of money and it will take a lot of time to return that much. It has been over a month and there is no excuse for not returning it. He does not owe them anything. The next step will be a letter to the CEO and if the money is not returned immediately, an attorney. Highly suggest no one use this company as they are scammers.

Playing these games is no different than the lottery and I know that. Although I read some of these comments about winning and not being able to collect. Just confirms my suspicions. I went into look at the game Apps available. I was curious - usually don't play games on the internet. I used my Facebook email and password and browsed a few of the Apps and back out. When closing out my email, my iPhone was cleaning my Facebook app. So that should tell you something.

Be careful when surfing the Publishers Clearing House (PCH) website. While reviewing the various products, I evidently clicked on the wrong icon and was sent via UPS a product that I didn't recognize, didn't want, and don't recall seeing. I returned the item via UPS, but it cost me my time and $16.73. I will send PCH the receipt for returning the item, but I doubt that I will hear from them. I will delete future e-mails without opening, and unsubscribe from receiving further e-mails from PCH.

PCH is all about pushing merchandise! When on their website, it is not hard to suddenly find you have an order and it's impossible to stop. I purchase a lot of product online and reputable companies have a format that allows you to clearly review the order before you submit it. Often shipping is free and returns are paid for if not totally satisfied. Push a wrong button at PCH and you have just purchased an item that is probably worthless to you. You find S&H charges are added and very expensive and cost of return is on your dime. Customer satisfaction? Not here in my opinion! The box arrived and I'm stuck with 2 overpriced, cheesy products. Shipping and handling was about $10.00, and to return, I pay the postage.

You say it is free to enter but when you try it keeps wanting us to buy things. If it's free quit asking us to buy things and let us enter free.

I have been playing daily for over 18 months. Of course I am retired, and live modestly (within my means). I have never purchased any of the unnecessary items offered because I have no need for any of them. My thought is that the people who really need the money, can't spend the hours everyday gambling with the mindless emails because they are busy trying to find jobs or working to support their families. I didn't have any scam emails until I signed up with PCH now I am inundated with them. When I tried to unsubscribe, they passed my email address to other scammers.

I've also invested hours and hours of time into something that is clearly a scam... Now if we can prove that people aren't getting paid out like the records show. Then that is fraud and should compensated to those who were under the impression that this service was legitimate. Although in fine print it lists the odds of winning. Who regulates this number? As well who contradicts the severely unrealistic odds with constant harassment of the promises that anyone can win or that you're about to win... I think it's time an investigation needs to be done and people need to be compensated as such.

PCH claims you don't have to purchase anything to enter their sweepstakes. How long are they going to be allowed to continue to state that? You cannot simply enter the sweeps without being BOMBARDED by emails (or letters) claiming you never finished the entry in some way (?) and drawing you back into their clutches to get you to spend something. There's no way you can ever truly enter this thing without agreeing to buy something!!

I received a letter with a sample check telling me to call 1 888 784 0685 and give my claim number. Which was done and was told the IRS would contact me, which I got the call and was told my check would be here by Monday and if it didn't come to call Mr. Steve **. Well the number wasn't working, now it rings busy. The sample check has Chase Bank and Publishers Clearing House on it.

I am extremely upset. I entered the contest and ever since, I have been bombarded with emails that I must continue to read, fill out and commit to buying products. They claim that if I don't do it, I will lose my eligibility to enter. I get an email like that everyday. All I wanted was to enter the contest and notify me if I won. This is ridiculous.

For weeks attempting to complete a set of 5 Scratch Cards on one of PCH's Contest, usually the 3rd or 4th Card never shows up to scratch. Upon contacting PCH Technical Issues Dept I was asked if I cleared the cache and cookies for which yes or I wouldn't have been able to play the first of the cards in the contest. After supplying the representative with my email address she then placed me on hold to 'check into the issue.' Needless to say PCH hung up the phone on their end, no not a connection issue. They do not want to address the issue as usual. This organization has numerous complaints regarding their games and practices on the Internet regarding the same issue I am reporting. It appears PCH is not allowing the players of these games to complete them so they cannot win. Does anyone monitor or investigate this organization on a regular basis for fraud?

I ordered an item from PCH. It was the 49-pc revolving organizer. When I went to put it together, I started looking at it. The containers were gross-looking and the lids didn't seem secure. The organizer itself looked all scratched up and it appeared there was a broken piece in the center. The item looked as if it had been used and then returned to PCH only to be shipped to someone else (ME). Disgusting. On top of that, I went to send it back and it was going to cost half the price if I were to keep. I will never order from PCH again. Their items are nothing but junk and way too expensive. I can find better quality items at Wal-Mart.

I understand PCH makes money by selling magazines and "as seen on TV" type products. However the rules state no purchase necessary. I haven't purchased items as it seems many others have. My complaint is the number of emails stating last chance. How many last chance emails or final emails do I have to respond to before that's actually true? That's what leads me to view PCH as a scam. One that I'm surprised still exists. I truly feel for those who blindly send money for mags and junk in the hopes of improving their chances. You'd be better off buying a lotto ticket.

I've received several emails from PCH about my confirmations for chances to win, but cannot open them because there is a big red message stating that this information can harm my computer. So in return to that I feel I being disregarded for not responding to something I cannot receive, open, etc. Then I hear about a letter that's mailed to you and supposed to be signed and returned for your chance to win the prize you had won. I also read a blog post from PCH on their special early look and I am nowhere near where they said their heading, but they keep sending me confirmations on the 5,000 forever prize, so confused.

PCH needs to be disbanded or put out of business. This "so called" Sweepstakes is so fake and time consuming that it needs to be stopped. In order to be in a position for a chance to win a sweepstakes, they bombard consumers with various contests where you have to continue to play their "stupid games" and these games are time consuming. You have to play to still be eligible to win. By the time you finish working their emails you may spend a minimum of hours trying to win this money. Then, you have to go through all of the crap involving buying overpriced cheap junk from them. I, personally, have actually given up and I am currently trying to unsubscribe from anything that says PCH. Please, put these people out of business!!!

I've been playing these games since April '15 and I haven't won anything yet. I learned if you download adblocker you won't have that to take up your time playing. Then with that, I opened up 4 or 5 pages and played several of the games at once. Boy did that ever go so fast. So try that. Still hoping and praying.

How is this possible, and the friend had not been in contact with me for over a year. More important how do I stop this from happening any farther?

I have been playing Publishing Clearing House games since I was 18 and this is the first time in my life and I'm 68 years old now I have ever been told positive things from Publishing Clearing House. They keep telling me I am going to win as long as I keep playing. They send me little encouraging statements. Their games are not right. It's hard to get them to work tokens that you're supposed to get for some reason. I'll have so many tokens and then the next game my tokens are less. I know everybody playing this game just praying to God like I am I desperately need His help. I'm a widow. My husband passed 10 years ago this October and he left me in a deep hole and I desperately need help.

Hit $100.00 on game and they will not pay out. Screen flashed as soon as I won and stated we are having technical difficulties. I call right away and told them. Publishing Clearing House is the worst scam compared to the work from home scams. They say you win money but you don't. All their games are rigged to lose rather than win. The same goes for the sweeps entry for 5,000 a week for life. I know they are violating so many government rules. My question is why aren't they shut down yet?

You know people spend the time to play these games hoping to win something. They can't even let you win nothing but tokens. What the hell can you do with tokens? I feel this is as fake it gets. Why would they hurt people like that? It's not fair. If you're picking certain people who buy things or a certain type of income or particular family then stop false advertising. You need to stop showing that happy commercial and using that happy song because you don't deserve to play that song when you're scamming people. It's not right!!! I went to online last year to sign up, it was after midnight. I gave my private info, my phone number and that morning first thing I had bill collectors calling. I had given my cell number to anyone yet. I was thinking about doing the new one being a single mom I want my son to be able to get the prize too. I then think twice seeing that it's not my first time, they are very misleading. I was 17 when I order mags. They made it seemed like I have to make a purchase even when it says no purchase necessary. Bull! Save yourself from headaches and keep your money.

No prior info can be found on most of claimed winners.

I signed up by mail. I was inundated with envelopes every Monday. Even though no purchase is necessary they would make you think your number was in jeopardy if you didn't either send something back preferably an order for junk priced at 5 times what it's worth. Confusing letters and threatening letters. This company should be investigated by the government for fraud.

I was lead to believe that I won because of the wording on my emails. Like we have GPS to your house and the Ralph ave florist and that they will be arriving between 12 and 2. I have been a customer of PCH for years and used to order by mail but since the internet do it all online. I occasionally order items that I actually need and have always been happy with what I get. I have many times returned (at my expense) items that were not what I expected and have never had a problem. I only participate in the basic, primary sweepstakes and NEVER do any of the games, searches and other nonsense they offer and delete any of those emails. I wait until I'm in line somewhere or have a few minutes to kill and do my daily online entry. You can't win if you don't play so I figure it's a cheaper amusement than the lottery!

I search as that's one of the ways to enter. I search daily. I'm beginning to think they are using my search as a way to survey what is popular. If this is true I want to be paid for my time due to the fact I haven't won anything. Plus they never as promised show the winner on T.V. so NBC, they state is to air on your network so you must be part of the scam as well. I want and believe I should be paid for the time I put in so they can get better ads and commercials.

You waste time getting tokens. They don't tell that when you start. Do you cash some but you never win anything. The rewards are cheesy and not worth cashing you tokens. I played PCH play and win for 63 days. Finally yesterday June 29th, 2015 I won $250.00 in the token - highest of the day game. I was so excited but I didn't receive an email from them yet. I'm really disappointed. My name is in the winners section of the app. Was I scammed? So what happened and what happens now? How do I get my winnings?

Played PCH for years. Their games are rigged you can't win any money, only tokens slots instant wins. All other games are impossible to win though they show money denominations. If a casino did this it would be illegal. So why is it legal for them?

I regularly receive emails from PCH with urgent messages telling me I have to acknowledge something or other in order to win a cash prize - once I do so, I am then led through a series of e-games that alternate with pages trying to get me to link to "sponsor" sites and pages inviting me to download apps to acquire additional chances at major prizes. I sometimes play the free games when my back is bothering me and I need a distraction to take my mind off the discomfort. I never really expect to win anything, and until today, never really have - I've just accumulated "points." Sometimes when I do not appear to have actually won anything; nevertheless, the same bells and whistles go off as do when I have clearly won, but either way, win or all I ever won were still more "points" (of which I now have over a quarter of a million). But today, just a little over an hour ago, something different happened.

I went online, and I was told to purchased 3 item in order to qualify for the lottery. I made my choice and submitted to PCH. I received a letter from them, and told me that my lottery ticket was number **. After that every day my email box was filled with the request of purchasing more items otherwise "I will be removed" from the lottery. They pestered me for the whole month. One day I went online and I saw a review of another customer and I was shock to find out that her lottery number was ** just like my number. Is this a SCAM or what??? Please take care of this PCH and get them out of business.

I downloaded the PCH play & win app a while ago since well it's PCH and I've heard all this good stuff about them and need the money so why not. It's a nice setup but all you get is tokens and you can't even buy stuff with tokens - you get entries into a sweepstakes which is stupid since even with Lucktastic you can redeem them. The mini games are completely programmed to miss the $$ and win more lame tokens. They do send emails for the Search & Win and tell you what's left for you to do to win and so on. While you're on the main screen of the actual app, you get little pop ups showing who won what, how much and where. (I've seen the same names pop up various times different days) so it is kinda scammy. Don't hope too much with it...

I started playing the PCH games online a few months back, and within a month's time I figured out what the "redeem tokens" was for... To actually submit for entries to win various prizes on the token exchange page. I submitted ten entries for a GPS device just for giggles then found the Canon EOS Rebel Camera down at the bottom in the selections where it requires 3500 tokens per entry, and immediately placed 40 entries for it, and then every day for a solid month, while watching the deadline, I entered no less than 20 entries per day, sometimes more or less between 40 to 20 entries per day. When it said "the winner would be announced tomorrow" I put in 30 entries, then went back and put in another 8 entries depleting my collection of over 3Mil tokens all on that camera for entries for a total of 1068 entries. Yes, I kept track of each and every day I put in entries, as a running total.

I was sent some small lanterns which I never ordered. Now being notified that I owe the money for this order. I never ordered anything from them!!!!
