    I wanted to look up a license plate of a truck I just got but I didn't have but a picture so I ran a license plate search but said 1$ then it went to another section and then said 7$ and the next section said 9.95$ so I was thinking ok so it is vague to make more money. I then received an email a few days later saying I would be charged again. NO WAY. I used the live chat and immediately closed my account and was refunded.     Easy to use and I was going to leave a 4-star review until I got to the review stage. A few negative things are that you are not informed that you are agreeing to a monthly subscription. I was definitely shocked seeing another charge a month later. Even writing this review the system is telling me that I need a certain amount of characters and then when i submit it, it rejects it stating that I need a more detailed review because it is better. If this is supposed to be based off of by experience, why cant you just accept that my experience isn't long?

    This website advertised a $5 one-time charge for a record, but has quietly been charging me every 15 days with no emailed receipt, no login to check whether I was enrolled in a service, and no way to know why the charges were occurring. There were no mentions of regular recurring charges when I paid for the one-time report.

    The charges went from $5 every 15 days to $20 every 15 days, which is when I started noticing and checked my bank statement. Thankfully, the chat function on this site worked, and the company refunded these charges (at least from what I can tell from their email confirmations), but they could not say what the charges were. I am a UX designer who designs payment flows and am very aware of dark patterns on the web. This site didn't even have a sneaky dark pattern to get you to sign up for anything. The potential for recurring charges was completely obfuscated. Do not trust this website.

    This fraudulent company charged my credit card five times in two months after I tried its "7 days service for $1" (only one inquiry about a car, which returned nothing).     on 2/23/26 I requested a property record in PDF format. I was charged $9.95, $1.00, $7.00 and $18.00 for a total of $35.95 for said record. On 3/11/26 we get another charge for $9.95. When you create your account you are automatically signed up for a monthly recuring charge in addition to the outrageous cost of $26 to pull a public property record. I urge you to use another service as all I could get Ryan at customer service to do was close my account and stop charging me $9.95 for nothing. Terrible site and service.
