Excellent service. Answered all my questions. I was please that all my questions were answered and was very informative. I would definitely recommend this website to anyone. I received fast response. Made everything easy to understand.

I was able to get the help I needed quickly and easily. The associate I contacted was very quick and courteous with my request. No problems whatsoever. I’ve not had any experience with this kind of service before so I have nothing to compare it to. Also, I’m being forced to type a much longer review than I feel is necessary for some reason.

I was able to locate my records fairly quickly but was surprised to see that your company automatically signs you up for a monthly subscription. I just needed to check traffic records to verify a scam and don't need a subscription for this.

I visited the site - Based on a Google search for a service that could provide information from property records in a specific geo. I was pleasantly surprised to find PublicRecords.us ... A site that had a good UI, was relatively easy to navigate and which ultimately served up the information I was seeking. The resulting charges were a little confusing and I ended up getting charged again the following month ... But that's when a very efficient interaction (via chat) with their customer service convinced me that satisfied customers are a high priority for this company. Issue resolved in less than a minute, happy customer.

Customer Services were quick and useful. And was able to help me resolve issue. Recommended to have service from this platform. Very quickly and helpful to find out info from individual who can be potentially scams or fraud individuals.

I was helped in closing an account and being given a refund. This was very helpful. We didn't know how to solve this problem and we now know that we just have to contact you and we will be helped. I had an issue with an account being open in my name without my knowledge and my credit card being charged for some type of monthly recurring charge. I wanted to look up a license plate of a truck I just got but I didn't have but a picture so I ran a license plate search but said 1$ then it went to another section and then said 7$ and the next section said 9.95$ so I was thinking ok so it is vague to make more money. Nope. They charged me all 3 amounts 1$ plus 7$ and then another for 9.95$ and came back with a report of no information found. Scammers.

This fraudulent company charged my credit card five times in two months after I tried its "7 days service for $1" (only one inquiry about a car, which returned nothing). These charges were NOT weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, they were just random charges, started with $5 then increased to $20! I called them, they won't tell me what services did I have with them, they just refused my refunds request, but closed the account (without my request on this).

An unexpected charge was made on my account in March for a report I obtained in January for which I had already paid for. Customer service was able to research, explain the charge and refunded the money. Very prompt & helpful. Fees need better explanation.

I had very prompt service from Pam and was able to get my needs met through the chat. The PublicRecords site was confusing and I was getting recurring charges that I did not remember agreeing to and Pam was able to stop the recurring charges and close my account.

on 2/23/26 I requested a property record in PDF format. I was charged $9.95, $1.00, $7.00 and $18.00 for a total of $35.95 for said record. On 3/11/26 we get another charge for $9.95. When you create your account you are automatically signed up for a monthly recuring charge in addition to the outrageous cost of $26 to pull a public property record. I urge you to use another service as all I could get Ryan at customer service to do was close my account and stop charging me $9.95 for nothing. Terrible site and service.
