I had an excellent experience using this service from start to finish. The entire process was handled quickly, efficiently, and with a high level of professionalism that immediately stood out. The customer service representative was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the interaction. 1: The initial 10$ was not clearly stated that this is an ongoing subscription, typically you can create an account and not be subjected to monthly fees anywhere else. For instance, just because I have a Netflix or Hulu account doesn't mean I am actively paying for it. From an I.T. perspective, I get not wanting to save dormant accounts but the wording was ambiguous at best and someone without I.T. knowledge, just using the site as I did to get records on a dead relative for a single time use, is not going to understand this.

I recently contacted customer support regarding unexpected recurring charges on my account after what I believed was a one-time purchase. Initially, I was concerned because I couldn’t find any clear subscription or cancellation options on the website, which made the situation frustrating. However, once I reached out through the support chat, the representative was responsive and handled my request efficiently. Although there was a brief delay while they accessed my account details, they ultimately confirmed the charges, explained that they were part of a report package subscription, and processed my cancellation without issue.

Stole $31 and sent me 59 emails. This is a scam service that will steal your money.

The website states that I would only be charged $1.00 for my report and was charged $31.00. I did not authorized a $31.00 charge. I did not notice it and they charged me another $30 next month. I chatted with an agent and they promised to refund $30. But not the $31. All I needed was to verify that the condo I purchased was publicly in my name. Very deceptive practices. Only if they were more honest, people would use the service more often.

Cheap upfront charges. Provide little information. Monthly reoccurring charges are difficult to cancel.

Great customer service! Prompt and handled my issue right away and I was very pleased! If I ever need to search records again, I will come straight here.

The report was pulled and sent to me very quickly, and contained all the info I needed. The only thing negative I can say is that I was charged 31 dollars for a report account that I did not sign up for. I believed I was just paying 1 dollar for one report. It is possible I checked a box that I didn’t mean to check and made a mistake, but either way customer service very quickly helped me close the account and refunded the charge.
