Fine interaction with customer agent, Rebecca. My issue is with the website user experience. I suggest not charging $36 per month when you could charge less per report. And since there is a note 1 month subscription create a way to close the account at any time while still allowing access until the last day of the 30 days. Your model seems predatory. Currently when the user closes the account before the 30 days you lose access, when you could offer a prorated refund for the unused days. It seems like the current way hopes you forget to cancel in time to accrue more charges. Also, you should build out the user info area to include an option to stop receiving email notifications.

I initially believed I was purchasing a one-time $1 property report. I did not realize that it included a recurring membership, and I was surprised when I saw the pending $31 charge on my card. I believe the payment and subscription process should be presented much more clearly so customers can easily understand that they are enrolling in a recurring plan before completing the purchase. That said, I contacted customer support through the live chat, and they responded very quickly. Amanda canceled my account immediately, processed a full refund, and sent a confirmation email within minutes. I truly appreciate their prompt assistance and professional resolution of the issue. My only suggestion is to make the subscription terms more transparent during checkout to help avoid misunderstandings for future customers.

Process: It was a remarkably easy process. There's a series of small fees, but all of them are optional. Gives you the option to tailor your experience to exactly what you're looking for. There is a subscription model, which you will automatically sign up for. But it's very easy to cancel whenever you are done with it. Content: The report itself was extremely extensive, far more than I was expecting. It shows detail I would have never even thought to ask about. Service: I used their chatbot (at least I assume it was a bot). It was the simplest and most straight forward bot I've ever used. Got right to the point and gave me what I was looking for.

Thomas was extremely helpful, professional, and straightforward throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was happening without making the process confusing or stressful. He quickly identified that I had been charged for a service I never requested and immediately helped me get a refund. The entire experience was fast, efficient, and handled with great customer service. I really appreciated his honesty, responsiveness, and willingness to resolve the issue without any hassle. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and getting things resolved the right way. I requested cancellation of my account as it is no longer needed. I also requested refund for today's credit card charge. I was granted both. I did this through the chat feature as I did not see a link on the site to do it myself. At first I was confused as to why a link was not present. So, I tried the chat to get direction. However, the chat took care of the whole thing, probably faster than I could have on my own. I appreciate that the chat did not try to talk me out of it or ask me questions as to why I wanted to cancel. That show maturity in your processes. Greatly appreciated.

I purchased some information which I thought was a one time bill, and was happy to pay that amount for the info. I realized 8 months later that there was a 20 dollar a month fee coming out of my visa card. I did not request an ongoing report and feel that was misleading. So basically I spent $160 dollars on something I was willing to pay 20 dollars for.

Using live chat made my request with you very easy.

I accidentally signed up for this service and did not get what I needed. I used the chat function to close my account. This was the simplest process ever to close an account and prevent any further charges.

Terrible experience! Hidden subscription, then kept charging. I entered my credit card and it wouldn’t take the crv code. We entered my partner's credit card and it accepted it. I was charged for July and August. He was charged for August and September. I canceled in August, thought we were done then he was charged in September. We got that canceled but not offered a refund! The account was under my name and they charged him in September! Do not use this business! We did get a copy only one was needed, did not want a hidden subscription! It cost us between the two of us &150.00 + for one document. Unethical business practices!
