    I had to try 3 credit cards to pay $1.00 work a $20 charge in 30 days that gave me access to 480 records. I simply wanted to find out where my septic tank was. Someone will get back with me in 12-,24 hours. No help septic truck here now having hard time finding. Got tons of info about property I never asked for. They fraudulently charged me the 20 bucks anyway on top of asking me where I wanted my REPORT sent. Without even realizing That's another 7 bucks. After some back and forth the account was finally canceled and reluctantly agreed to refund 20 bucks that I'll see in 3-5 business days. We'll see. And news FLASH CASH APP AND VENMO AREN'T EXACTLY RELOADABLE CARDS. I guess technically, but it's 2026. I get paycheck direct deposited every week. I have account numbers. Credit that I can borrow against etc.

    If the site was only using the card for the $1 as quoted cash app wouldn't be the problem. It's the scam this website pulls on the card once it's entered. That's what they decline those cards for. I'll never use this again. Headache and my septic couldn't get pumped today after all this. Ya know what they say. Shit happens and websites like this make it even shittier IMO. PEACE OUT.

    I used a credit card that rarely gets used so I didn't notice they were randomly charging $5 every now and then. A month later, it changed to $20 randomly being charged. So by the time I logged into my account, I had $65 worth of charges that I did not know about. I knew about the initial $1 for the report but that was it. I only received an email twice and those were from the day I looked up the report. I have not received any emails since then. I looked back to see if I missed the "contract" that I might have signed without realizing but now I see that others have the same problem.

    Got here and paid $1 for the report I needed and the wording is quite confusing, seems purposely so, to sell a $20 report package. My interpretation was cancel or you will be charged $20, not "you will be charged $20" PLUS the $1. That does not even make sense - just charge the $20 and then the report you came to run is included in that. So, bogus, guys. On the plus side, I went into chat and your (AI?) agent refunded the $20 when I asked for the specific text telling me I had to pay the $20.

    I think the service is good and if you spend the dollar to get something that you just need one time it works but you better cancel immediately cause it's somewhat of a bait and switch. They charge you $20 almost right away if you don't cancel. So I did cancel and they charged me $20 anyway but they reverse the charges. I think it's how they make money so you have to be careful.
