I was able to find all the needed documents and information needed. I was charged for a recurring charge twice. I spoke to customer service, and Patricia was supportive and assisted in all the help I needed!

I was working on a project and needed a report. The report was just what I needed, but I did not realize I was signing up and paying a semi-monthly fee instead of a one-time fee for the report. I don't know if it was not clearly stated, or I just assumed it was a one-time fee for the one report. Anyway, I used the support chat feature, and customer service was very pleasant, and I had no difficulty cancelling.

I got unauthorized charge for 20 dollars and called bank dispute and also go here to talk to the customer service and the service was amazing. She right away explained the charge and did refund my 20 dollar back.

I needed a current property survey. I went to Publicrecords.us website and found exactly what I needed. For a minimal fee and just a few minutes, I had exactly what I needed. After completing my task, I utilized Live Chat and Helen closed my account swiftly, professionally, and I could tell she had a smile on her face while taking care of business.

It was not clear when I signed up that it would be a subscription with a $9.95 bimonthly charge. I was only looking for a single report. And it order to close and cancel the account, I had to reach out to a customer service rep. It should be a button on the website. But Barbara was efficient and helpful. The information I received in the report wasn't significantly helpful.

While researching a house that formerly belonged to one of my ancestors, I stumbled across this site that seemed to offer a more in-depth historical report than I could do myself, including a special report by one of their 'experts'. So I requested a report $9.85, then had to add $7 for pdf, then $9 for 'detailed owner report', then $8 for their 'data expert', and $1 for something unknown. And then I received 2 letters in the mail showing that my report was available at their website: Each time I went to the site, the only thing that I found that I could not find on the web was just details about the owners: age, when they owned the house, some information about them that would be useful to a private investigator.

I had a good experience getting help from Andy. They were able to resolve the issue I was facing and get me the results I was looking for. Appreciate the help! I would recommend them to my friend and family.

I used this site to find a vehicle record. After the initial use and payment, I was charged again a month later and got ahold of the help here. They closed my account and credited my charge. I did not knowingly subscribe so be careful of that. However, they were very helpful cancelling my account after being charged again.

I cancelled my order before formally finalizing and it still charged me. What's worse is it also charged me for a bunch of add-ons that I did not authorize, nor was a subscription once ever mentioned. Foremost, the public record I was trying to receive only goes back 7 years although this building and unit have existed since the early 1900's. That is an astronomically obscene expectation for almost no return. This site is a scam.

The report was what I expected. I was not aware that once I paid for it, I would receive an ongoing billing of $20/month. I contacted the business and was able to immediately reverse the charge as I was finished with my transactions.

I paid $1 for a report back in January 2026 and have been billed $20-$40 a month since then. I finally found out who was charging me and called them. They closed the account and refunded my last payment. She explained that by paying the $1 “deposit”, I enrolled myself into a subscription plan. I don’t recall ever reading anything about a subscription plan. This is nothing short of a scam they’re running.

I was a newspaper reporter and needed information on two main cases and then the paper ceased to publish. Your 8pm crew did a wonderful job of making sure my account was closed and that there's be no further draws on my account.

A little annoyed I was charged a monthly fee somehow, but super easy to cancel. Report was detailed and offered valuable information. I would use again for a single report. I just hope I'm not charged a membership.

Received the help I needed to end a monthly charge that I was unaware of. I was only wanting to purchase a record on a new vehicle we bought. Then received a message saying my acct was open. I immediately went to website and was chatting with someone who was great help. I hope my acct is closed and no further charges will be withdrawn.

I paid the $1 for the report I needed, and unbeknownst to me I was signed up to be automatically charged $9.95/WEEK! This should be made clear and should also contain an easy to find "opt-out" option. Frustrating to say the least.

Very much dislike that I so easily accidentally subscribed to something. They were charging me monthly for some plan. For that reason, I would give them one star, but I did give them an additional star because the information report was helpful, and then another star because they were very helpful in getting that money refunded. Biggest problem here is, you pay for one single report and automatically is signed up in their membership without even noticing it, until they keep charging weekly from us.
