    I'm very satisfied with BlueStar's medical alert device. Even though I haven't used it because nothing has happened so far, everything has been all right. Their guy talked good about the medical alert device. I got it because of my age and maybe I would fall and what if nobody was around and I needed help. If anybody would ask, I would recommend them to BlueStar.

    BlueStar were veteran-based and had one that was available where the GPS would work throughout the United States so I selected them. My parents were originally traveling and that was convenient for them. I wanted to make sure that they had one that worked outside their home. Unfortunately he ended staying way longer in the nursing home and only got out a few days ago, so we never used it. We’re returning it because the Veterans Administration would give it to him for free.

    The customer service was particularly good and his name was George. I called several times and he was very persistent. Before he even got it sent out, we went through and clarified at the end of the call. He figured out that we had ended up choosing the wrong one to begin with, so he fixed that right away. I called several times to get a return label for the mail, nobody would answer the phone. I finally got a hold of them yesterday morning, they said they were really sorry that all of their information had changed. Anyway, we owed about five days on the bill because we couldn't get through. They canceled that and are sending the return pad so they'll all have it back as soon as that check comes. I'm very satisfied.

    I found BlueStar online and ordered a medical alert for my sister-in-law. I am worried of her falling because she had slid up before and picked up on her own. I'd recommend BlueStar. She fell asleep on it one day and they called her. We’re very happy with them.
