They had mistakenly assigned me an upgrade status (or it was MY error?) but upon reviewing the information, it was taken care of in a friendly and efficient manner. And yes... the document I was seeking, a CA rental agreement, was more complete than I needed to!

I cancelled my account (trial period) on the last day. Unfortunately, I was charged the $39.99 for the full subscription on the same day. When I called, Rep Dakota was very nice and happy to assist me. I would give 5 stars but although she refunded my money, I have yet to see it credited to my account. This is why I am giving 4 stars. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend.

Agent was very helpful and informative. I was able to downgrade my membership after the agent informed me of the offer. Also told me about the cost of the downgraded membership and told me that I would be refunded the $39 fee from the previous membership.

The system is easy to use and gives high quality products and the $1.00 a month is good. I thought the $39 a month is a bit steep. The telephone response was knowledgeable and courteous. There was no presurres to continue the membership. The web page is a little fuzzy on cancelling membership, you will have to call, the FAQ's on how to cancel are not clear.

I canceled my premium plan with Randy. However, he let me know that there was a $1.00 form plan that was available and I joined it. Randy also stated if I wanted to upgrade back to the premium plan for $39.99 I could. I really appreciate Randy letting me know my options. I never got a notification of being charged monthly after trial. When I found out, it has been three months that my card was charged. The phone call was fast and easy, Mr. ** was very helpful with my question and got my subscription canceled. The legal document I got from the website was well prepared and solved my problem.

Need help and guidance to change a state on document I incorrectly put on and saw it in draft that was sent to me so I contacted Rocket Lawyer and Rachel was so very helpful and guided me through this process and was very professional in helping me step by step of the way.

I am a long term Rocket Lawyer subscriber. I do not use the service very often but I like to know it is there. When I have the need I use it, as I did just now. I would like to give Rocket Lawyer “Two Thumbs Up” for having an easy to use format and for having super helpful Tech support. And btw, Tech support answered me right away when I called. I had an issue today which cleared up as soon as the Tech support person recommended that I use a different browser. And the patience...Tech support did not try to rush me off the line. Instead I was guided through the remainder of my document with plenty of time for me to understand the process. So, I recommend Rocket Lawyer highly!

I needed WARRANTY DEED and found it at Rocket Lawyer but when I printed, it printed on 3-pages with large letters. I tried to print it 75%, it was the right letter size but still in 3-pages leaving large empty space on paper, it could not be printed on 1-page. I could not use it so I called the telephone number on my credit card to refund my $39.99 and close my account. Karch was so kind to have done that withOUT much ado and advised me that next time I should look at the file and instructed me how to look at my file before downloading, copying or printing it. Other employees from different companies, with defective products, I had encountered gave me hard time, I had to talk to their supervisor or manager and or return product, before my money refunded.

Justina M was super helpful and professional! When I needed to cancel my subscription, she was extremely fast in granting my request, and allowed me to still access the one document I used on the site. The whole process took a minute, and I was on to the rest of my day!

Not just providing the forms and an easy way to plug in the appropriate fields electronically but the electronic sign function allows forms to be created, signed, shared and printed easily. I called to cancel the trial and after speaking with Michael, he was so professional, I decided to stay with Rocket Lawyer. The person on the account with my father-in-law who is recently passed. I never signed up for the service. Did utilize it in July when I thought I was going to rent a property that we own but that did not occur. After explaining the situation your customer service rep stepped up to the plate and refund it August and September’s payments and I will be back in January utilize your services once I get it gainfully rent it again. I’m just dealing with a lot of estate stuff right now and had to close his account down after I get all these credits back.

First file saved and before signature had typos and text answers needed changed. Ashley walked me through how to re-answer the question or edit the response. I was able to save the corrected file, and she showed me how to save a copy with a new name, adjust the terms, interest rate, and monthly payments; and save, so we have two alternatives to present to our customer. If the customer requests any change and we accept, I can update the file, save, and then have the document signed. Ashley was very very helpful.

I signed into my Rocket Lawyer account to cancel my monthly subscription. The service from Rocket Lawyer is excellent. I used it to prepare a Transfer on Death Deed for my residence. This was the last document I needed to complete my estate paperwork. I felt I didn't need to spend $39.99 per month for the comprehensive legal services offered through my subscription. As part of the cancelation online, I was offered a chat with a representative, Keely **. She explained a different plan at a much lower rate that I might be interested in. I was very glad to have that information. I switched to the lower cost plan that meets my current needs. No high pressure or sales pitch. Just the relevant information. Quick and easy.

I contacted Rocket Lawyer because I was unable to access a previous account and subsequently had to establish a new account with a 7-day free trial. Keely was very pleasant and professional. She helped me locate the previous account and cancelled that account and activated the new 7-day trial account as a $1 monthly fee account as requested. Thank you for the great customer service.

I had searched the Rocket Lawyer website looking for some documents and along the way received a great education. As it turned out I had a billing question and called the 877 number. I was able to get the problem worked out and getting a refund. Rocket Lawyer is a very good resource for legal advice, documents, and education.

Susie was very professional with my membership refund request for 8/21/ and 9/21 premium member fees as I cancelled the subscription for one document I received after I used the service to obtain one documents on 8/14/20 during the 7 day trial. I cancelled the membership before the 7 day trial ended. I don't know why the cancellation action was not processed.

Helpful information, made me realize I needed to see an Estate Planner. I have an appointment with one and have started to get all my information ready to meet with him. The information on Rocket Lawyer was helpful if you have a very small estate and if you have children to leave it to. We have neither.

I trialed their service. While I was unaware of the trial upgrading automatically to $40/mth. When I noticed the bill I contacted them and told them I did not want the service or approve of the bill. I searched for free standard forms and up pops Rocket. They said I had to put in all my credit data, but wouldn't be charged. I'm a 80 yr old senior citizen with a wife that's fragile so I am busy and poor. When I got to my card account audit I found they "lost" my cancellation and have charged a healthy amount every month, until I just canceled my card six months later. I've read 'Rocket's' Pablum responses for all to many customers who were scammed same as me. Yeah, I should have caught them sooner!
