I was assisted in canceling a subscription. For one, I did not know I signed up for a subscription. That irritated me, but I am sure it was my haste and not reading all the information. When I submitted my needs via the Chat, they canceled. It was immediate. I was very relieved. I thought I would be transferred around but I was not. Thank you for the quick assistance. I am not sure why someone needs a subscription but I guess it is good for looking into people's history.

I was just testing this out. Site contains pretty straight to the point info and records that you can access quickly. More details than some other sites. Just watch out for the payment setup if you don't intend on having recurring charges. Easy to request services and also easy to cancel.

Problem solved quickly and efficiently. The customer service person managed to connect me to the account that was being charged and then closed the account to prevent further charges. I am very happy with the exchange and the customer service operator was experience and knowledgeable about how to solve these types of problems.
