I recently ran into an issue with unexpected recurring monthly charges from CourtRec.com after what I thought was a one-time $1 report purchase. I reached out to their customer support through live chat (and also had the phone number 1-877-524-7143 ready). The wait time was minimal — I was connected to a representative within a minute or two. The agent was professional, quickly pulled up my account using just my email address, clearly explained that I had been enrolled in one of their multi-report subscription packages ($30/month), and immediately canceled the recurring billing.

Hello, I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service I recently received. The representative I chatted with was extremely helpful, professional, and informative throughout our conversation. She took the time to answer my questions clearly and made sure I understood the process. Most importantly, when I requested to cancel my subscription, she handled the request promptly and without hesitation.

I realized I was getting a recurring bill from CourtRec.com and that though I had thought I had only signed up for one time use, I was subscribed. It’s one of those things that slipped by for months and months and months without me really noticing. Finally I did notice and became upset and I got on the messenger and whoever helped me not only refunded and canceled for me, but refunded all the months in which I used none of the service. I know you guys don’t have to do that, but I do think it is a smart move and is kind and it is the right thing to do and moral and just thank you and maybe consider not capturing subscribers when it’s a one time use.

I was assisted in canceling a subscription. For one, I did not know I signed up for a subscription. That irritated me, but I am sure it was my haste and not reading all the information. When I submitted my needs via the Chat, they canceled. It was immediate. I was very relieved. I thought I would be transferred around but I was not. Thank you for the quick assistance. I am not sure why someone needs a subscription but I guess it is good for looking into people's history.

Sharon was great with assisting me with closing my account..she was quick and very friendly! She did exactly what I needed her to do for me and I really appreciate that! Sharon is great at her job and definitely needs a raise!!

CourtRec.com was a fast easy to use service that helped me quickly find a person for a legal matter I was pursuing. I ran into some user related challlenges, and even on a Saturday they helped me resolve them. Great company, I will use them again as the needs arise!

Extremely flexible, fast and helpful even during holidays. The place to go if you need records. Would recommend over other services which are more difficult to use and cost more. They were also able to refund charges that were mistakenly made with any fuss, just very straightforward.

Scott was very responsive to my issue regarding my account and the recurring cost. He was able to close my account and refund the cost for the service that I had accidentally set-up. His assistance made my experience positive and non-frustrating.

I called to cancel and it was done lickety split. I expected a hassle. He was also polite and I won't hesitate to pick up these services again because of him. Such a smooth transaction. Thank you very much for all you do!
