This site is super easy to navigate and the information is comprehensive. You can request and pay for only the details you require, too. The follow up from the team to make sure I was satisfied went above and beyond. I needed ownership information on my mom's house to settle her estate. It was fast and credible as far as the information I was looking for. It didn't give me the court date I was looking for but it gave me the case number to use for a different search. Plus it provided me with things I needed for other documentation that I wasn't even aware of. The information was concise and let me know the was possible fraud I was having to track for a different project I was already testing to complete.

They hook you with the initial info and then upcharge you for the detail info you are looking for, each piece. Then what you don't realize is you are agreeing to a monthly plan where the à la carte charges have been taken up-front, and then you start seeing monthly charges of $20 or more. They store your credit card info without your authorization.

This app is great for finding info on your property from the past owners. Lots of important info that could be very helpful if more information is needed. Will definitely use again in the future. Helped me find info I was looking for! Thanks again for the extra help and great information!

I recently made an inquiry about a property address I struggled to locate in the database. Barbara, the representative who assisted me, was incredibly prompt and attentive in her response. Her professionalism and efficiency made what could have been a stressful situation much easier for me, and I sincerely appreciated her excellent service.

I didn’t know I was buying a subscription. I emailed and they said they would refund my 20$ within 3-5 business days with no hassle. Sarah online was easy to work with and I had no problem working to get my refund. I would order more property information from this site.

I requested one property search. I received the information promptly. My account was billed the $3.00 4/24, but then a $31 transaction showed from PropertyRec. Contacted Customer Service and Debra assisted. I explained my situation and she promptly responded to refund the $31 back to my account. I didn't need a yearly subscription. Excellent 👌👌👌 Customer Service.
