I used the site to look up my prev court records and dates for them. Was very useful for me. This site is not a Gov records vault to print off copies as if they came from the Gov. I noticed that this site was charging my credit card reoccurring charges, I contacted them about it and they promptly issues a refund. Very happy with the CS dept, I spoke with Pamela Via Chat.

I had an issue with courtrec.com account after discovering that I apparently had two accounts, which resulted in my account being closed. I was initially very dissatisfied with how the situation was handled and believed it had already been resolved earlier this year. Thankfully, I recently spoke with someone through the chat support who was able to confirm that account is now officially closed and also issued me a refund. I appreciate the assistance in finally getting this resolved. Thank you Peter! Excellent customer service!!!!

I misunderstood the charges for use of your site and my account was charged $31 when I thought it was just $1. I reached out to Ryan thru your chat and he understood and closed the reoccurring charges and account that I didn't know I was signing up for. He refunded the charges which I am extremely thankful for since that created my bank account to overdraft. Thank you very much.

The rep over the phone and in chat all 5 for their service! Stephanie was prompted and quick to help with my issue, and try to understand my concern, due to my total loss of the cost. At the beginning of the system it states the $1 charge and submit. I clicked on the to Review charges before doing so it does not show the cost to final submit. The wording to delegate through the prompts need some different wording...

I used your service 18 months ago to search for records on one person. Today, almost by accident, I was on my credit card website when a monthly charge of $20 appeared from Courtrec.com. It was only then that I realized I was being charged for a service I wasn’t using. I contacted you via the chat on your website and connected with Peter. At first I assumed he was an AI bot, but after I asked, he replied he was human. I tend to believe what people tell me, so I accepted his response. When I requested refunds for the $20 charges I had unknowingly paid for 17 months, Peter was able to post 8 of them. He then said he’d elevated it to the finance dept that would attempt to refund the remaining 11 payments. He also asked for my mailing address in case they weren’t able to finish the refunds and would then mail me a check. I greatly appreciated his help in this situation.

The site is hard to understand and hard to use. It put me on recurring charges. I am happy that the charge was refunded.

I wanted to cancel my reoccurring payment so I initiated a chat. After providing my info and informing what I wanted. I immediately received a reply stating it had closed and no further payments would be processed.

I appreciate how efficient and quickly I was assisted. My solution was solved within a few minutes.

Support specialist answered and acknowledged all asked questions and resolved my issue promptly.

Able to cancel my subscription easily. Direct to the point of solving my issue.

I logged on to close my account. The System was fast and easy to understand. They make it easy to see the things you're looking for.

The info was not all correct when I searched. I found it very valve and not what I was looking for.

Nicole answered my question promptly, so that was good. But, I'd like you to know that you provided me with false information in the cost of court records. Your website said that it would cost $1.00 but I was charged $36! I am very unhappy being deceived.

Added a $36 charge I never authorized and immediately started bombarding me with vague emails. Definitely avoid.

Cancel of my payment from Courtec and they closed the account.

I went on to look at information about 1 person/1 report. It kept asking if I wanted to pay $x for this, $y for something else, I kept replying no. Finally got to the completion to create the report. Captured the information to cancel and cancelled right away after viewing the report info (which truly wasn't exceptionally helpful for what I was curious about). I went to the site to cancel, and did a chat. Fortunately Virginia was able to help me not pay more than the $1. Thank you very much.

Closed and canceled my account, and Sharon was professional and did it quickly.

I didn't know that I had signed up at some point for a recurring $20 charge. I called in August and spoke with someone who said they would cancel the charge and refund me $20 for that month. On 9/3, I was charged again $20. I did the online chat with someone today who took care of the problem. They were very helpful, but again I was not aware I had signed up for recurrent charges so I can't give a positive review to CourtRec.

I was assisted in a very short time, and my issue was resolved.

Since I was charged 30$ for a bogus fee this lovely AI bot or human swiftly got me my refund here. So thank you Nicole.

I'm on a fixed income. I became aware of a reoccurring charge from CourtRec.com. I thought it was a court fee for parking tickets. However, I investigated to find it was not a parking ticket. I chatted with customer service, and the agent was pleasant and so helpful. I was refunded for unused service. Thank you.

Don’t love my experience with CourtRec but the support staff is top notch. Very quick resolution of my concerns and friendly service.

My rating is for CourtRec.com. Customer Support was great and handled my complaint without issue. I was told a reimbursement would be given; although, this feels like a scam. You quote one price then turn around and charge 4x the amount listed. Then proceed to continue charging the following day. I'm sure that's why you are happy to reimburse. Probably counting on the many people that won't catch the charges or just not take the time to report or request refund.
