It appears that your rep resolved my issue quickly. I am truly upset that the charge was placed on my account. The rep stated I would not be charged. I hope this truly does occur. I was able to cancel my account using the chat live window, took me less than 2 minutes. I was very happy how quick everything was, futuristically speaking I would suggest adding that option for users on a settings area.

I noticed unauthorized charges to my credit card from the CourtRec.com site and contacted Sarah via a virtual chat on the site to dispute the charges. Sarah assisted me quickly and was able to close the unauthorized account and issue a refund for the unauthorized charges. The whole virtual chat only took a matter of minutes to have the issue completely resolved.

My understanding when purchasing the report was $1.00 would be charged to my credit credit. I was not aware that I would be charged $9.95 for a package and $7.00 for a PDF was not clear as I would have not purchased it. What I do like about the experience is that I was able to communicate to customer support- Ryan in a live chat and he explained my charges and my account was closed immediately upon my request.

Chat support was excellent. I was receiving texts stating that I was still being charged even though I had closed the account. The chat assistant was able to locate other accounts that I wasn't aware of and closed them!

Was not what I was expecting, did not get the information I needed but they refunded me for my dissatisfaction immediately which is very satisfying to know they aren't out to take your money if you aren't happy with the services.
