I did not find what I was looking for. I cancelled my account the same day and was still charged $31. I was told I will receive a refund in 3-5 days. I will update when I receive the refund. The chat customer service was easy to navigate.

Closing my account was super fast and easy. I was scared about the difficulty of the process because there was no way to do it without contact customer service. Once my information was verified it was done. Didn't take more than 2 minutes.

Customer service helped cancelled a misunderstanding in purchase. Help in the return of my money. I did not understand the package policy. Need to have a 1 report purchase package to be able to see if the reports are worthwhile.

The service was fine. My only concern and issue is the lack of transparency with charges. I was unable to locate my account information. I was in the blind about how and when I was being charge believing it was a flat fee. I only noticed periodic charges popping up and realized this was not a flat fee type inquiry.

I'm disappointed that I was being charged $20 regularly for a service I did not agree to. If you have this in your fine print you should be ashamed at scamming your customers who are unknowing to this. However, once I reached out and requested my account and charges be cancelled I received an immediate response and my account was cancelled.

I misunderstood the TERMS & CONDITIONS when I created the account. My bank statement showed a charged that reflected a full month of services when I was only expecting to pay a $1.00 activation. Timothy understood my issue and refunded the extra $30.00 that I was not expecting when I closed my account after obtaining the information that I initially signed up for.
