My rating is for CourtRec.com. Customer Support was great and handled my complaint without issue. I was told a reimbursement would be given; although, this feels like a scam. You quote one price then turn around and charge 4x the amount listed. Then proceed to continue charging the following day. I'm sure that's why you are happy to reimburse. Probably counting on the many people that won't catch the charges or just not take the time to report or request refund.

I was mistakenly charged, when I discovered the charges, I got in touch with you. The charges were reversed and the account closed. I very pleased that I did not fight to the issues settled.

Court Rec was very easy to work with. They charged me incorrectly and reversed the charge immediately. Thank you.

There was an error with my request and I accidentally got added to a monthly subscription, They were able to refund the charge and remove my monthly subscription without any resistance using the chat feature on a Sunday. Customer service is excellent.

The service and report were fine but a charge of $35 for one report is excessive. I thought I was going to be charged $1 which is what the entry information makes it sound like until you have already gotten the report but then are told it is $35 monthly unless you cancel.

I was charged for over 2 years for using this once. I assumed it was for a restitution payment my teenage son was a party to and didn't question it. When his sentence passed, I realized it was now related. No offer of a refund. I think this is a scam, and the number of 5 stars is probably from bots. I never received any emails until recently, and do not recall a notice that I would be charged monthly for a single court search (don't even recall what I would have searched for at the time.) Scammy feeling in the least.

I contacted the customer service as I had previously cancelled my account twice but was continuously getting charged twice a month. I brought to up to Karen via live chat and she immediately began working on resolving the issue by refunding me the charges and closing my account.
