Kevin was very helpful! I was told on your site that I was paying $1. Kevin told me I had been charged $20! He issues a refund very promptly at my request. Please change your site to be more honest. I entered a card that only had a $2 balance. Now I will be charged overage fees! That's not right! I am on a fixed income and cannot afford that! Thank you!
