Site start with charge of 1.00 then keeps wanting more money to get records. After charges of 38.00, I was given a report on the wrong person from the wrong state. A rip-off in my opinion. Now I hope I have stopped recurring charges that you are locked into and must stop. I have asked for a reimbursement of my money and charges stopped; we will see.

I used the ChatBot during late hours and it was quick and efficient in canceling my subscription and letting me know what payment plan I used in the past. I used my Rocket Money app to find subscriptions that I forgot about, and the Chat Box was a great follow-up.

I connected with the chat, and was assisted in a timely manner and my issue was resolved, was not trying to sign up for a subscription, only needed the service once and when I connected with the chat my issue was resolved, a refund was issued and account closed out.

I ordered what was represented to be a $1 arrest report. I was charged a $7 then a $9 fee, then a $31 fee. I contacted CourtRec.com about this, and they explained that those were "upcharges" when I clicked to get my report. Specifically, the $31 charge was for "membership". I did not request membership for this one-time report (which contained nothing outdated information). They said they would permanently close my account. And the refund? No refund. This is a scam.

Amy was the customer service rep. She was very good at responding on the chat and helped locate my current subscription. Then she very quick to cancel the subscription at my request and provide a confirmation number. The service is great, but I no longer need it as I have retired.

Charles assisted me in getting my account closed and a refund. I appreciate the timely assistance. He said my refund will be available in 3 to 5 days and gave me a confirmation number. I hope you receive my refund as he stated.

Great site to use for background checks. Very good up to date information on items searched. I am very happy with the help it provided me. The cost is not high. I didn't realize they were signing me up for a monthly service, I was just trying to get a copy of my marriage certificate. Which I never ended up getting. But I noticed a couple charges on my bank account for $30. When I entered the Live Chat with Helen she immediately refunded my and cancelled the service. Helen was wonderful, but this site is tricky and I don't like that. You should always be aware if you're signing up for a monthly service. These things shouldn't be hidden in fine wording.

Quick response and solved my problem!! Had no trouble contacting anyone. It literally took less than 5 minutes and my problem was solved. Very polite as well. Wanted to cancel the payment that were being taken and they closed my account with no problem.

I misunderstood the charges for use of your site and my account was charged $31 when I thought it was just $1. I reached out to Ryan thru your chat and he understood and closed the reoccurring charges and account that I didn't know I was signing up for. He refunded the charges which I am extremely thankful for since that created my bank account to overdraft. Thank you very much.

Issue was resolved promptly. No issues with the online chat. I would recommend using the chat if the issue is not too complex. My issue was a refund and also to remove banking information from my account, which was done in seconds.

The rep over the phone and in chat all 5 for their service! Stephanie was prompted and quick to help with my issue, and try to understand my concern, due to my total loss of the cost. At the beginning of the system it states the $1 charge and submit. I clicked on the to Review charges before doing so it does not show the cost to final submit. The wording to delegate through the prompts need some different wording...

I had questions about recurring charges that I received after I requested a one time search. The agent was able to stop the recurring charges and close the account. He was professional and responsive. Amazing service.

While the site did find the records I was searching for, I only wanted to do one search. When I was billed I realized that I had purchased the 720 searches for $720. The website is not real clear on these options

Good product, nice staff. However, there should be a way to maintain your membership without monthly charges. I'm happy to pay for reports as I order them but do not want to pay when I haven't ordered anything. Pay as you go?

Extremely flexible, fast and helpful even during holidays. The place to go if you need records. Would recommend over other services which are more difficult to use and cost more. They were also able to refund charges that were mistakenly made with any fuss, just very straightforward.
