I got the help I needed. I wanted to cancel a membership that I should not have been signed up for. The representative corrected this issue for me while providing excellent customer service. However, this part of the process is a waste of time. I don't care to send reviews and y'all will really not use it to improve customer service, at least not in the way that would be necessary.

It's a good concept, but not very accurate. I searched 3 different people and most of each report was for someone other than the person I was searching. Can I also suggest adding warrants to the results?

The site provides what I needed quickly. I did not realize it was a “package” deal and was charged for several months before I realized it was a subscription. When I went to cancel, I was able to chat with a real person and cancellation was quick and easy.

I should have come to this site before actually using Courtrec.com as it would have saved me some money. My search for a known incarcerated person came up with no reports after saying there were 2 records. I know there are records because the person told me about them. Also, the website has extra add ons that each cost extra money. What started out as a $7 search ended up being $59 with the add ons. Save your money. Go to Superiour Court for the county or check intelius. Both have proven to be much more effective. This person was incarcerated twice, yet there are zero records.

I was not aware that I signed up for monthly charges. The agent found my account, which I was not aware that there was one. I had just asked for info one time. The agent closed my account and refunded my money.

The issue: I searched the county records trying to locate a relative's death cert, report said there are 10 records - I paid to get these, NONE of the records belongs to her or even to people that lived in Texas. So it was easy to sign up, there are additional costs for more information or help that you need. I ended up paying about $17 total but I got the information I needed and it was worth it. Best of all, the cancelation process was super easy, I just clicked the chat button wanted to cancel and it was done!

This site is super easy to navigate and the information is comprehensive. You can request and pay for only the details you require, too. The follow up from the team to make sure I was satisfied went above and beyond. I needed ownership information on my mom's house to settle her estate. Losing her was horrible and there was a ton of paperwork that was difficult to navigate. This site helped with the process and was clear and concise. I highly recommend!

Evidently I accidentally subscribed to a monthly service instead of a one-time fee. I was immediately unsubscribed and refunded for the second month fee. They made it very simple to do. I simply went to a live chat, explained the situation the customer service helped me immediately. None of the normal trying to get me to stay like other companies.

The following month I received charge cause apparently I had signed up for something monthly, but I emailed customer support and everything was resolved almost instantly. I cancelled my account per email Conf #** dated 1/29/25. I was not charged for Feb 25, but I was charged for March and April 25. I requested a $40 credit be applied to my card per my chat with Debi. She agreed to applying the $40 credit and I thanked her for her assistance. I also received an immediate email that said my account would be permanently deleted on 4/29/25.

The folks at CourtRec were absolutely prompt and thorough in their follow up to my issue. Apparently, I mistakenly asked for a service which I did not intend to sign up for. I let CourtRec know that and they resolved the issue and had my money refunded in less than 12 hours. That kind of service is unheard of in my experience with a LOT of businesses these days!

Scam - hidden subscription! I was never able to even find the information I was looking for. Fake offer of help through text. Seemed off. I never even heard back from them. They charge you a dollar for the record search and then in the hidden language or terms and conditions they charge you $20/month subscription!

They are rip off, after I paid some stupid fee for information they didn't provide they charged me 20$ on my cc for their unknown reason without my consent. Going to dispute the hard way also check their score in Trust is low as it couldn't be.

Scammy, deceitful practices. Apparently, when you accept the Terms and Conditions to get a report, there is language in there that signs you up for a $20 a month subscription fee. They bury it in the hopes you won't notice, and get pissy with you when you call to cancel. The court report itself was fine, but the sneaky subscription fees make me regret ever going through this company in the first place.

My experience was easy and free of hassle. I was unsubscribed and refunded within minutes of my asking for help. The refund will take a few days to return to my card but that’s ok but I was taken care of so efficiently. Not to mention the information I originally requested came with minutes also.
