Evidently I accidentally subscribed to a monthly service instead of a one-time fee. I was immediately unsubscribed and refunded for the second month fee. They made it very simple to do. I simply went to a live chat, explained the situation the customer service helped me immediately. None of the normal trying to get me to stay like other companies.

I was mistakenly charged for a service I didn’t know I signed up for and the associate I chatted with voided the current charge and cancelled the plan that I didn’t know I signed up for. It was fast and very simple. Thank you so much. It’s so nice to be able to communicate in a friendly and timely manner

The report I got was accurate and had all the information I needed about the property. I received the report right away. The following month I received charge cause apparently I had signed up for something monthly, but I emailed customer support and everything was resolved almost instantly. Overall very happy with the service and help provided.

I was looking for the position of the septic tank at a new neighbors location. They had no idea there was even a septic tank. I spoke to Mary and she was super helpful. Thanks for all you do! I cancelled my account per email Conf #** dated 1/29/25. I was not charged for Feb 25, but I was charged for March and April 25. I requested a $40 credit be applied to my card per my chat with Debi. She agreed to applying the $40 credit and I thanked her for her assistance. I also received an immediate email that said my account would be permanently deleted on 4/29/25.

The folks at CourtRec were absolutely prompt and thorough in their follow up to my issue. Apparently, I mistakenly asked for a service which I did not intend to sign up for. I let CourtRec know that and they resolved the issue and had my money refunded in less than 12 hours. That kind of service is unheard of in my experience with a LOT of businesses these days!

I tried to locate a copy of our newly purchased property but was not successful but I then used the live cat and hope to receive the information soon via email. It was fast and responsive, thanks. Thank you

It was fast and it was easy to use and got some info on the building I will be potentially moving into. Customer support was helpful in making sure that I will not be charged for reoccurring payments. Would recommend to anyone who needs to find information and can't find it online.

Scam - hidden subscription! I was never able to even find the information I was looking for. Fake offer of help through text. Seemed off. I never even heard back from them. They charge you a dollar for the record search and then in the hidden language or terms and conditions they charge you $20/month subscription!

They are rip off, after I paid some stupid fee for information they didn't provide they charged me 20$ on my cc for their unknown reason without my consent. Going to dispute the hard way also check their score in Trust is low as it couldn't be.

Scammy, deceitful practices. Apparently, when you accept the Terms and Conditions to get a report, there is language in there that signs you up for a $20 a month subscription fee. They bury it in the hopes you won't notice, and get pissy with you when you call to cancel. The court report itself was fine, but the sneaky subscription fees make me regret ever going through this company in the first place.

My experience was easy and free of hassle. I was unsubscribed and refunded within minutes of my asking for help. The refund will take a few days to return to my card but that’s ok but I was taken care of so efficiently. Not to mention the information I originally requested came with minutes also.

The data record expert went above and beyond to get my property report to me with all the information that I needed. Great job data record expert it took a lot of back and forth on both of our parts but she did an excellent job in fulfilling my request. The first time it was sent to me by someone else it was missing a lot of information.

Used your site to look up an address. Initially thought I was paying $1 for this one-time address check. When I received my VISA statement I found a $20 charge from your company! I communicated with Ryan on your "chat" line and after explaining my situation he was very cordial and took care of this charge for me. I thought guest services was just about dead But Public Records experts Prove me wrong. I spent half the day trying to find my records that I needed Then I hit the little corner box that says need help And got a hold of the Dan Christine and Sarah who went out of their way And got me the information I needed. It was fast and credible as far as the information I was looking for. It didn't give me the court date I was looking for but it gave me the case number to use for a different search. Plus it provided me with things I needed for other documentation that I wasn't even aware of. The information was concise and let me know the was possible fraud I was having to track for a different project I was already testing to complete.

While I didn't find the survey I was looking for, the report contained a copious amounts of useful information and access to even more. It was easy to search and the website interface was quick and efficient. In the future, this will be my first stop for a lot of research. The rest for feedback is also appreciated.
