Repeatedly charged $20.00 every two weeks since Jan 2026, attempted to close account several times since the multiple charges started. There have also been several $5.00 and a $7.00 charge. To date, fraudulent charges are at $168.00; and reimbursed one of the $20.00 charges. Contacted my bank about the fraudulent charges in January, they declined to wipe the charges or pursue it further at that time.

It appears that your rep resolved my issue quickly. I am truly upset that the charge was placed on my account. The rep stated I would not be charged. I hope this truly does occur. Too much inaccurate information. It wasn’t current. Too many misspelled names. Too many numbers not associated to personal information. False emails. A bunch of information that didn’t make sense. I would not recommend. Too many addresses that all ran together some not even correct.
